- 2:43Speaker 2: that let's go before our Father, Heavenly Father, thank you
- 2:47Speaker 2: for waking us up today. Thank you for another opportunity
- 2:51Speaker 2: to walk in your grace. We ask Heavenly Father that
- 2:55Speaker 2: you will help us, so God, that you will be
- 2:57Speaker 2: with us, So God, that we will know you, and
- 2:59Speaker 2: that you will know us. Oh Lord, We asked, go God,
- 3:02Speaker 2: the Lord, that we will really take key to the
- 3:05Speaker 2: words that we're about to read and go through today, that,
- 3:10Speaker 2: Oh God, we will dig out the treasures and that
- 3:13Speaker 2: we will and graph your word into our souls because
- 3:17Speaker 2: the word of God is able to save us, Lord
- 3:19Speaker 2: for coming destruction and doom. And we thank you in
- 3:23Speaker 2: Jesus' name. Amen. All right, let's dive in Jeremiah chapter four.
- 3:36Speaker 2: We're gonna go through verse one and two, and I'm
- 3:39Speaker 2: hitting you with the new King James version that says,
- 3:44Speaker 2: if you will return, Oh, Israel says, the Lord return
- 3:49Speaker 2: to me, and if you will put away your abominations
- 3:54Speaker 2: out of my sight, then you shall not be moved,
- 4:00Speaker 2: and you shall swear. The Lord lives in truth, in judgment,
- 4:09Speaker 2: and in righteousness. The nation shall bless themselves in Him,
- 4:16Speaker 2: and in Him they shall glory. Amen. Has always been
- 4:22Speaker 2: the purpose of Israel is to reveal God to the nations.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Now God again calls Israel to return, but this time
- 4:34Speaker 2: he explains what returning really means. That means removing the idols,
- 4:43Speaker 2: removing the compromise, removing the things that compete with God.
- 4:52Speaker 2: God wasn't asking for partial repentance. He was calling for
- 4:58Speaker 2: a complete surrender. True repentance is demonstrated by our actions. Right.
- 5:09Speaker 2: It isn't merely saying the right words. It involves turning
- 5:14Speaker 2: away from sin and turning towards God. God desired sincerely,
- 5:23Speaker 2: righteousness and truth in his people. God loves sincerity. Now, family,
- 5:32Speaker 2: many people want God's blessing without surrendering their idols. The
- 5:40Speaker 2: God says, if you're going to return, you must put
- 5:44Speaker 2: away the things that separate us from him. Sin will
- 5:50Speaker 2: always separate us from God. For some people, that idol
- 5:58Speaker 2: may be pride to others, and maybe money, relationships, addiction, unforgiveness,
- 6:07Speaker 2: or even self reliance. God wants our whole heart, Amen,
- 6:15Speaker 2: He wants wholehearted repentance. Verse three. For thus says the
- 6:21Speaker 2: Lord to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, break up
- 6:26Speaker 2: your hollow ground, and do not so among thorns. Now
- 6:36Speaker 2: follow ground is hardened. Reject It's like neglecting soil has
- 6:48Speaker 2: become unproductive. Now before seed can grow, the hard ground
- 6:57Speaker 2: must be broken up. God is speaking about the condition
- 7:04Speaker 2: of their hearts. Their hearts or heart. Break up the
- 7:10Speaker 2: hardness of your hearts. God's word cannot bear a fruit
- 7:18Speaker 2: and a heart that has become hardened by sin, pride,
- 7:23Speaker 2: and rebellion. Preparation must come before growth. Amen. Just like
- 7:34Speaker 2: Jesus taught the parable of the seed, some seed falls
- 7:39Speaker 2: to the wayside, and some seed falls into good ground.
- 7:44Speaker 2: We must pray continually, continually that our hearts are the
- 7:50Speaker 2: good ground where the seed can grow. Now, this verse
- 7:59Speaker 2: preaches all by itself. Some people want God to plant
- 8:05Speaker 2: new things in their lives while refusing to let him
- 8:09Speaker 2: deal with the hardness of their hearts. God says, break
- 8:15Speaker 2: up the follow ground. Break up the bitterness, break up
- 8:19Speaker 2: that pride, break up all your resistance, break up that
- 8:25Speaker 2: resentment in your heart, break up spiritual laziness. Before God
- 8:32Speaker 2: plants something new, he must often prepare the soil first. Hey, man,
- 8:40Speaker 2: I hope this is dropping in your spirit today. This
- 8:47Speaker 2: is it takes a process to grow in our relationship
- 8:52Speaker 2: with our Father. Now verse four circumstance, I mean circumcise
- 9:00Speaker 2: yourselves in the Lord and take away the foreskins of
- 9:07Speaker 2: your hearts. You men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem,
- 9:15Speaker 2: Lest my fury come forth like fire and burn so
- 9:21Speaker 2: that no one can quench it because of the evil
- 9:27Speaker 2: of your doing. Now this is not an idle threat.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Right here, this actually happened. This city got burnt to
- 9:41Speaker 2: the ground. Now God moves from our word symbols to
- 9:47Speaker 2: inWORD transformation. Physical circumstances can really indicate whether or not
- 10:00Speaker 2: God is getting ready to move in judgment, God warns us,
- 10:07Speaker 2: and circumcision meant nothing if the heart remains unchanged. God
- 10:16Speaker 2: wanted heart circumcision. Now, the Jews, they would circumcise themselves
- 10:22Speaker 2: as a sign of the covenant. But God is talking
- 10:26Speaker 2: about circumcised the foreskin of your heart, not just your
- 10:31Speaker 2: physical body. God has always been concerned with the inward,
- 10:40Speaker 2: inward transformation more than outward religious rituals. The heart must
- 10:48Speaker 2: belong completely to God. Let me say that again. The
- 10:53Speaker 2: heart must belong completely unto God. So that means church
- 11:01Speaker 2: attendance doesn't save us. Religious activity doesn't save us. Moving
- 11:10Speaker 2: and having a Bible on the shelf doesn't save us.
- 11:17Speaker 2: God wants our hearts. He wants genuine surrender in transformation
- 11:24Speaker 2: from the inside out. Five and six. Declare in Judah
- 11:36Speaker 2: and proclaim in Jerusalem, and say, blow the trumpet in
- 11:41Speaker 2: the land. Cry gather together and say, but surely assemble yourselves,
- 11:52Speaker 2: excuse me, and let us go into the fortified city.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Set up the standard towards Zion, take refuge, do not delay,
- 12:06Speaker 2: for I will bring disaster from the north and great destruction.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Blow the trumpet in the land, cry, gather together, and say,
- 12:21Speaker 2: assemble yourselves, and let us go into the fortified city.
- 12:26Speaker 2: This is an alarm right here. Set up your standard
- 12:29Speaker 2: towards Zion. Take refuge, do not delay, for I will
- 12:33Speaker 2: bring disaster from the north and great destruction. Wow, the
- 12:41Speaker 2: warning right here becomes very urgent to the nation. Right
- 12:45Speaker 2: judgment is approaching. God sounds the alarm before disaster arise
- 12:52Speaker 2: now from the north. The first tribe that you will
- 12:58Speaker 2: reach from the north, there's a tribe of Dan, and
- 13:02Speaker 2: Dan has always Dan was a first tribe to lead
- 13:05Speaker 2: Israel into idle worship. And so what this is saying
- 13:13Speaker 2: is that sound the alarm. You sound the alarm, but
- 13:16Speaker 2: there's immediate threat. So there was already an invasion happening.
- 13:21Speaker 2: They're in the north. That is what this is saying
- 13:25Speaker 2: is that Babylon is already marching through Dan. They're already coming.
- 13:30Speaker 2: So sound alarm, getting your fortified city and stand your ground.
- 13:35Speaker 2: It's like judgment is happening, while the false prophet we're
- 13:39Speaker 2: probably saying peace, like this army is already marching in
- 13:44Speaker 2: the land. God's warning, his warnings are acts of mercy
- 13:56Speaker 2: towards his people. God always warns before judgment comes. Amen,
- 14:02Speaker 2: prays God. God has been warning our nation for years.
- 14:07Speaker 2: The United States better take heed. Amen. God doesn't enjoy judgment.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Now he gives opportunities to repent. He sends warnings, he
- 14:20Speaker 2: sends conviction, and he sends his word. The question is
- 14:26Speaker 2: whether people will listen before it is way too late. Amen.
- 14:33Speaker 2: And that's another reason why we tell people to share
- 14:37Speaker 2: this podcast, send it out to the nations, because if
- 14:41Speaker 2: people listen and if they take heed, then it's possible
- 14:48Speaker 2: that God will turn away from judging our nation. Look around,
- 14:53Speaker 2: look at America. Even our dollar is threatened to be
- 14:59Speaker 2: replaced by another currency. Like judgment is knocking right at
- 15:06Speaker 2: the door for our nation. We need to turn back
- 15:10Speaker 2: to God. These are warning signs. Amen. Verse seven and eight,
- 15:18Speaker 2: The lion has come up from his sticket. Now this
- 15:22Speaker 2: is the army invading the north already, and the destroyer
- 15:28Speaker 2: of nations is on his way. He has gone forth
- 15:33Speaker 2: from his place to make your land desolate. Your cities
- 15:39Speaker 2: will be laid waste without inhabitant. Now could you imagine
- 15:45Speaker 2: that happening to the United States. If we keep playing
- 15:49Speaker 2: with God, our cities can look just like this. God
- 15:53Speaker 2: is able to raise up a lion to walk through
- 15:56Speaker 2: our land if we do not fall to our knees. Amen.
- 16:08Speaker 2: For this, clothe yourself with sackcloth, Lament and will, for
- 16:15Speaker 2: the fierce anger of the Lord has not turned back
- 16:19Speaker 2: from us. Wow, let's break this down now. The coming
- 16:26Speaker 2: Babylon invasion is pictured as a lyon approaching its prey. Wow.
- 16:35Speaker 2: This shows that this army was so superior Israel didn't
- 16:39Speaker 2: have a chance to fight back. God is warning his
- 16:43Speaker 2: people about what is coming that they refuse to repent. Now,
- 16:51Speaker 2: God repeatedly warned Judah before Babylon arrived. The tragedy was
- 16:58Speaker 2: not a lack of warning, but a refusal to listen
- 17:03Speaker 2: to the warnings. Let that not be our story today.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Let us not refuse to listen to God's warning. What
- 17:14Speaker 2: has God been warning you about? What has God been
- 17:17Speaker 2: warning me about? Sometimes consequences aren't because God failed to speak.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Sometimes consequences happen because people ignored what God already said.
- 17:32Speaker 2: The Holy Spirit speaks, the Bible speaks, Godly leaders speak.
- 17:39Speaker 2: The question becomes, will we listen? Hey, Man nine and ten?
- 17:48Speaker 2: And it shall come to pass in that day, says Lord,
- 17:52Speaker 2: that the heart of the king shall perish. Now, the
- 17:57Speaker 2: king is supposed to inspire the names. The king is
- 18:02Speaker 2: supposed to carry the battle. The king is supposed to
- 18:08Speaker 2: be brave and fearless. The people are supposed to look
- 18:12Speaker 2: to the king for inspiration and for strength and courage.
- 18:19Speaker 2: But this king, at this time, his heart will perish.
- 18:24Speaker 2: This king is gonna flee and run for the covers
- 18:28Speaker 2: right the heart of the princes. The priest shall be astonished,
- 18:36Speaker 2: and the prophets shall wonder. So you got the king,
- 18:41Speaker 2: you got government, you got the priests, you got the
- 18:44Speaker 2: spiritual leadership of nothing else. The priest should be bold, right,
- 18:48Speaker 2: the prophet should be bold. But here is a breakdown
- 18:53Speaker 2: of leadership right here. Then I said, oh, Lord, surely
- 18:58Speaker 2: you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying you
- 19:03Speaker 2: shall have peace. Whereas the sword searches for the sword
- 19:11Speaker 2: reaches to the hearts. Now Jeremiah's being sarcastic here, because
- 19:19Speaker 2: the false prophets were prophetescience peace peace when there was
- 19:23Speaker 2: no peace. The false prophets and the false teachers will
- 19:27Speaker 2: always make you feel comfortable in a life of sin.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Now Jeremiah sees a coming destruction and expresses his anguish
- 19:41Speaker 2: as well. The leaders, priests, and false prophets had assured
- 19:47Speaker 2: the people that everything was gonna work out, everything was
- 19:51Speaker 2: gonna be fine. But judgment was approaching at the same time,
- 19:57Speaker 2: Be careful what prophets you listen to on social media.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Be careful what teachers you follow. Your tell tale sign
- 20:10Speaker 2: is if they tell you it's okay to live a
- 20:12Speaker 2: life of sin, they're false. Every godly preacher will tell
- 20:18Speaker 2: you to repent in turn, that was the message of Jesus. Now,
- 20:27Speaker 2: many false prophets were preaching peace when God was calling
- 20:32Speaker 2: for repentance. The people preferred comfortable messages over truth. Family,
- 20:45Speaker 2: one of the greatest dangers in surrounding ourselves with voices
- 20:50Speaker 2: that tell us only what we want to hear. The truth.
- 20:58Speaker 2: May be uncomfortable in the truth. That may convict our hearts,
- 21:06Speaker 2: but truth leads to life if we take heed. False
- 21:13Speaker 2: comfort without repentance leads to destruction. Let me say that again.
- 21:20Speaker 2: False comfort without repentance leads to destruction. Let us be careful, y'all,
- 21:35Speaker 2: take a break.
- 21:36Speaker 1: You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
- 21:40Speaker 1: is the hiss hop radio show.
- 21:43Speaker 2: You're the one to be afraid of that a night
- 21:47Speaker 2: of the.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Everyday it was too.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Many thought, I am I can't through this stating that
- 21:59Speaker 2: fine Blake.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I pray Jesus you change out my cravings. If I'm
- 22:02Speaker 1: gonna step.
- 22:02Speaker 3: In the building and the word is a weapon, I'm
- 22:04Speaker 3: bringing my cane.
- 22:05Speaker 2: I can see in the feature. Know that's so right.
- 22:06Speaker 3: Now, we're so blind that we use revelationship, See how
- 22:12Speaker 3: I see, look brilliant.
- 22:14Speaker 2: I puss up the dude stick out that read it.
- 22:16Speaker 3: I opened the Bible. I got into crib to give
- 22:19Speaker 3: me then as the eating of the world and pumping
- 22:21Speaker 3: the bid. Yeah, alright, I'm decided for y'all. Aff it's
- 22:36Speaker 3: not the kingdom. I don't want to have me apart.
- 22:38Speaker 3: They see the taint on my neck and ain't trying
- 22:40Speaker 3: to came man.
- 22:40Speaker 2: But I'm gonna be that light at the dark.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I already talking about supports.
- 22:43Speaker 2: They got back your turch. I had to sit on
- 22:44Speaker 2: my heart.
- 22:45Speaker 3: But the LRD saying, man, I used to see blid
- 22:47Speaker 3: as a cop.
- 22:47Speaker 1: I already came from the straight and then picked up
- 22:49Speaker 1: the Bible. They put out the stickers.
- 22:50Speaker 3: I carry out this soul all up reading on my
- 22:52Speaker 3: mind because I had the all this other stuff that
- 22:54Speaker 3: I know, man, now that I want.
- 22:55Speaker 2: Would the king gott been sending parents up there for
- 22:57Speaker 2: all of my brothers. Yeah, they can't stay we all
- 22:59Speaker 2: just tied golf, Go go, go to Jesus. All the
- 23:05Speaker 2: way round my thing. I'll be doing my dance. That's
- 23:16Speaker 2: so hard that I got me a crown.
- 23:18Speaker 3: You got to go, But I got me a lamb.
- 23:19Speaker 1: I came to my God.
- 23:20Speaker 3: He's like uncle found because that the shot I had,
- 23:22Speaker 3: the found came by the blood.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Had to feel for the ground. No matter where, We're
- 23:25Speaker 2: gonna change the world. Not gonna let no one tell
- 23:27Speaker 2: me who I am.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Huh.
- 23:31Speaker 2: That was so hard of my birth to be raben.
- 23:33Speaker 1: So harder I below to keep repen so hard.
- 23:35Speaker 2: That I step out the beach.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I got power. It's like a king against the release power.
- 23:56Speaker 1: So who's gonna stand on me? I got power?
- 24:02Speaker 2: So fashions, so you have, you have you me just
- 24:22Speaker 2: knowing us like thinking on the body.
- 24:23Speaker 1: But the baby, I don't.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Call that thing ahead. No, it's more than we can.
- 24:30Speaker 3: Don come help me.
- 24:42Speaker 1: See you are listening to the light of Las Vegas.
- 24:51Speaker 1: This is the HISI Hop Radio show.
- 25:11Speaker 2: All right, all right, y'all, we are back from the break.
- 25:14Speaker 2: I'm your brother, mister his Hop and this is his
- 25:17Speaker 2: Hot radio podcast. As we are going through the Book
- 25:20Speaker 2: of Jeremiah We just started chapter four today and our
- 25:26Speaker 2: musical break artists was Alex Jean with power. You can
- 25:30Speaker 2: be as free as you want to be in Christ Jesus, Amen, Hallelujah.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Nol's time for our Accountability Partner segment. This is where
- 25:43Speaker 2: we help each other, confess to one another, pray for
- 25:47Speaker 2: one another, encourage one another, hold each other accountable, just
- 25:51Speaker 2: to stay on that narrow road. We believe on this
- 25:55Speaker 2: podcast that the ungrafted word is able to save our souls.
- 25:59Speaker 2: There's nothing else on this earth that can promise to
- 26:03Speaker 2: do that. It's only through the name of Jesus and
- 26:07Speaker 2: a relationship with them that we will even see the
- 26:11Speaker 2: kingdom and man. So the Accountability Partner is to help us,
- 26:15Speaker 2: you know, check under the hood, like what's really going
- 26:18Speaker 2: on with you? You know, we gotta check our filters,
- 26:24Speaker 2: we gotta check our fuel lines and all that stuff
- 26:27Speaker 2: and make sure everything is running good. If we do that,
- 26:30Speaker 2: and then natural, how much more should we do? So
- 26:33Speaker 2: in the spirit and so we send out challenges daily
- 26:40Speaker 2: and also we encourage you to download his Out Radio
- 26:44Speaker 2: app and then click on the top left menu, click
- 26:51Speaker 2: on podcasts when it drops down, and then click on
- 26:54Speaker 2: his Hot radio podcast and then scroll down until you
- 26:57Speaker 2: found the accountability partner link and fill out the information.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Just go over through the questions. That's kind of like
- 27:07Speaker 2: looking under the hood, right. There's nothing wrong with confronting
- 27:13Speaker 2: and checking our own hearts. The Bible calls us to
- 27:18Speaker 2: do so on a continual basis. The Bible tells us
- 27:21Speaker 2: to renew our minds. The only way we could do
- 27:25Speaker 2: so is through the word of God.
- 27:27Speaker 3: And so.
- 27:33Speaker 2: So here's today's challenge. To call your accountability partner and
- 27:43Speaker 2: ask him this question. What area of your heart has
- 27:47Speaker 2: become hardened and what practical step can you take this
- 27:54Speaker 2: week to allow God to soften it. Take time to
- 28:00Speaker 2: pray together and encourage one another towards spiritual growth. Amen.
- 28:13Speaker 2: We also want to let you know that his Hot
- 28:14Speaker 2: Radio is a monitored in a reporting radio station. He
- 28:19Speaker 2: reports your music to the charts. If you want to
- 28:25Speaker 2: go up on our charts submit your music. You can
- 28:28Speaker 2: go to our website his hot nation dot com. He
- 28:30Speaker 2: does the missions tab and also check out some of
- 28:34Speaker 2: our promos. Promo package is very affordable. We're not here
- 28:40Speaker 2: to break the bank. We're here to help the artists
- 28:43Speaker 2: get more exposure, to get noticed. So you can check
- 28:48Speaker 2: that out time for trivia. I was on the phone
- 28:56Speaker 2: was Zone three yesterday after the podcast, and he said
- 29:00Speaker 2: he likes the fact that there are scripture references there
- 29:06Speaker 2: to kind of help us with these difficult questions or
- 29:10Speaker 2: should I say, challenging questions. The first one to get it,
- 29:15Speaker 2: Zon three is the trivia champ. Let's see if he
- 29:19Speaker 2: gets a little competition today. If you're in a life chat,
- 29:21Speaker 2: sound off, let us know, let us know that you're
- 29:24Speaker 2: going to jump into the trivia. The first one to
- 29:29Speaker 2: get the correct answer wins and becomes the trivia champ
- 29:33Speaker 2: for today. The question is who was the young King
- 29:38Speaker 2: of Judah who led a national revival after rediscovering God's word?
- 29:47Speaker 2: Who was the young King of Judah who led a
- 29:52Speaker 2: national revival after discovering God's word? The reference scripture is
