- 0:12Speaker 1: No, no, no, no no. Welcome to the Naughty but
- 0:15Speaker 1: Now Show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter. It's Monday, and
- 0:17Speaker 1: Garrett's off today. It's his birthday. Happy birthday, Garrett, so
- 0:22Speaker 1: I know he's in Mexico listening. He's with his wife
- 0:24Speaker 1: and some friends. Happy happy birthday. We miss you. Now.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I have gone a few notes asking where has Garrett been.
- 0:32Speaker 1: It's been a few weeks a moment since we spoke
- 0:35Speaker 1: with Garrett last. Don't worry. It's all been either a
- 0:38Speaker 1: technical issue or a birthday like today. No drama there.
- 0:41Speaker 1: I would let you know if there was. I'm so lucky.
- 0:44Speaker 1: We're so lucky that when you do a show like
- 0:47Speaker 1: this each day, five days a week, with different co hosts,
- 0:51Speaker 1: normally the rotation the turnover can be quite high. We've
- 0:55Speaker 1: been really fortunate. Since the day we started, we've had
- 0:58Speaker 1: the same five co hosts. I'm so grateful to every
- 1:01Speaker 1: single one of them. Garrett, Donnie, Delana, Mark, Corey, and
- 1:08Speaker 1: most importantly you Naughties. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends?
- 1:13Speaker 1: It is tea time. A big story at the top
- 1:16Speaker 1: of the show, so Justin Bieber doesn't trust people around him,
- 1:20Speaker 1: and he's haunted by the ghosts of his past. The
- 1:24Speaker 1: thirty year old singer who's skyrocketed to fame when he
- 1:28Speaker 1: was just fifteen years old, remember that with his big
- 1:31Speaker 1: hit baby is now married with a newborn son, but
- 1:34Speaker 1: insiders by telling page six that Justin has become increasingly
- 1:40Speaker 1: isolated from his longtime friends and advisers and family. The
- 1:45Speaker 1: singer's recent public appearances have sparked concern amongst his fans
- 1:51Speaker 1: and those who are close to him, as Bieber appears
- 1:54Speaker 1: haunted by his past struggles. So having been very open
- 1:59Speaker 1: in the past about substance use and mental health issues,
- 2:03Speaker 1: including battling anxiety and depression, Justin has admitted to using
- 2:09Speaker 1: xan X to cope with the feelings of shame. Well,
- 2:14Speaker 1: now it appears things have got bad gay, and it
- 2:18Speaker 1: seems that the ghosts of those difficult times have caught
- 2:22Speaker 1: up with him. A gay and people in his inner
- 2:25Speaker 1: cirtle are very, very worried. So, despite his success and
- 2:29Speaker 1: his new chapter as a father, his journey through fame
- 2:32Speaker 1: has left scars that continue to affect his ability to
- 2:36Speaker 1: trust those around him. Now all of this is exploding
- 2:39Speaker 1: with the Diddy news. Let's be clear here, so did
- 2:41Speaker 1: he arrested in jail? And now lots of old interviews
- 2:46Speaker 1: conversations with Justin Bieber and Diddy are popping up, and
- 2:49Speaker 1: lots of questions about that relationship. What happened, What did
- 2:54Speaker 1: Justin Bieber see? Was he a victim? At the time,
- 2:56Speaker 1: Justin was only sixteen years old, so he could not consent.
- 3:00Speaker 1: So whatever happened, we cannot blame Justin for maybe this
- 3:04Speaker 1: was the start of some of his struggles. Maybe he's
- 3:08Speaker 1: got secrets that he is haunted about to this day.
- 3:11Speaker 1: He's now thirty, so he's double the a at fifteen
- 3:15Speaker 1: when he started in the music business. Thirty. Now. He
- 3:18Speaker 1: has been so honest with his struggle, so honest, but
- 3:21Speaker 1: he's not yet been honest about Diddy. It's his conversation,
- 3:25Speaker 1: it's his story to tell. But the FBI might be
- 3:29Speaker 1: calling because you don't have to tell people like me
- 3:32Speaker 1: what happened, but you do have to tell law enforcements.
- 3:35Speaker 1: And if Justin knows anything, if he saw or anything,
- 3:38Speaker 1: I encourage him to come forward and say so. The
- 3:42Speaker 1: truth always sets you three. But recently I gotta admit
- 3:46Speaker 1: I heard from two or three people that used to
- 3:48Speaker 1: be really close with Justin and said that they're worried
- 3:50Speaker 1: about him. He's disappeared, He's not returning anyone's text or calls.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Maybe that's because he's busy. He's a new father. He's
- 3:57Speaker 1: with Haley, his beautiful wife, new baby. So maybe they're
- 4:01Speaker 1: just bonding as a small family together, which is lovely.
- 4:05Speaker 1: But I'm told it's more serious than that. And is
- 4:07Speaker 1: did he a coincidence? No, it never is. There's something
- 4:11Speaker 1: about Diddy and Justin Bieber. We have not got to
- 4:15Speaker 1: the bottom of it. But until we do, I don't
- 4:17Speaker 1: think Justin will ever find peace. Justin, if you're listening,
- 4:22Speaker 1: Alo Alo Alo, which brings us to our pole question
- 4:26Speaker 1: of the day. Justin Bieber does not trust people around
- 4:30Speaker 1: him anymore, and he's haunted by the ghosts of his past.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Questions pretty simple today, Are you worried about Justin? Are
- 4:38Speaker 1: you worried about Justin Bieber? Hey gave out on our
- 4:41Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob at facebook page is
- 4:44Speaker 1: not a gossip and be sure to check that tomorrow
- 4:47Speaker 1: to hear your results. Hey, Moving along, Haylor Swift did
- 4:51Speaker 1: throw Travis a thirty fifth birthday party, a very discreet
- 4:56Speaker 1: one at a Kansas City hotspot. So Thoughaylor was absent
- 5:01Speaker 1: from Travis's birthday on Saturday night, he celebrated with his friends.
- 5:05Speaker 1: The pop star made up for it with a private
- 5:08Speaker 1: dinner On Sunday, so Taylor, along with her father Scott,
- 5:12Speaker 1: hosted a small exclusive gathering for Travis at a Kansas
- 5:16Speaker 1: City sushi hotspot called Knocker, bringing his family together and
- 5:22Speaker 1: her family together, and some of his friends, including Chief's
- 5:25Speaker 1: quarterback Patrick Mahones and his beautiful wife Brittany. A source
- 5:30Speaker 1: described it as an intimate affair, with the group keeping
- 5:34Speaker 1: it very low key given that the Chiefs had a
- 5:37Speaker 1: game the next day against the New or Lean Saints,
- 5:41Speaker 1: so it was an early night for the group. And
- 5:43Speaker 1: I love this. The restaurant declined to comment on the
- 5:47Speaker 1: private gathering, so I called the restaurant. I asked for
- 5:50Speaker 1: a comment. They said nothing. I love that they're respecting
- 5:53Speaker 1: Travis and Taylor's privacy here. I mean, don't get me wrong,
- 5:57Speaker 1: I love a loose lips. That's what I do for
- 5:59Speaker 1: a living. Do you respect it when people say no,
- 6:01Speaker 1: this was private. They do not want to upset Taylor.
- 6:05Speaker 1: They do not want to upset Travis. This is their
- 6:08Speaker 1: local restaurant when he's playing at home, when he's working.
- 6:11Speaker 1: This is a place they really both like, and as
- 6:14Speaker 1: long as they can trust it, they will keep going there.
- 6:16Speaker 1: So who's going to want to turn away the money
- 6:18Speaker 1: that Taylor Swift is going to spend, all the power
- 6:20Speaker 1: of Taylor having her come in, She's gonna make this
- 6:23Speaker 1: restaurant the heartest restaurant in town. So they're not saying
- 6:26Speaker 1: a single word. But she did throw a very low
- 6:29Speaker 1: key birthday party. I like this because sometimes in the
- 6:32Speaker 1: past Taylor's relationships have been a lot of noise, haven't
- 6:37Speaker 1: they all the publicity, all the attention. Sometimes I worry
- 6:40Speaker 1: about couples that are show ponies like that. If you've
- 6:43Speaker 1: always got to show off to the world, you've got
- 6:46Speaker 1: friends like that, always showing off. If they show off,
- 6:49Speaker 1: sometimes I doubt how really really is Travis and Taylor
- 6:54Speaker 1: are the real thing. They were just spotted in New
- 6:57Speaker 1: York City. They were on a date with Blake Lively
- 7:00Speaker 1: and her husband Ryan Reynolds, and then they had a
- 7:02Speaker 1: private date just the two of them the next night.
- 7:04Speaker 1: That's a really good sign too. Couples that can't be
- 7:07Speaker 1: together as couples, they always need friends people around them.
- 7:11Speaker 1: That makes me really, really nervous. You got to be
- 7:15Speaker 1: able to enjoy, to spend time just the two of you,
- 7:18Speaker 1: and that's what Travis and Taylor have done. They really
- 7:22Speaker 1: do enjoy each other's time together. Even though it's sometimes
- 7:25Speaker 1: fun to expand the cirtle invite your friends, go out
- 7:28Speaker 1: for a big party one night. But I also like
- 7:30Speaker 1: those quiet intimate moments too, which they certainly do have. Okay,
- 7:36Speaker 1: moving along, Carson Dally is revealing how he has dealt
- 7:40Speaker 1: with some severe mental health issues, so that Today Show host,
- 7:43Speaker 1: who is now fifty one, reflected on how far he's
- 7:46Speaker 1: come over the past year. He told page six, quote,
- 7:49Speaker 1: one year ago, I was at maybe one of the
- 7:52Speaker 1: lowest points in my mental health physically and mentally. I
- 7:56Speaker 1: was a wreck, and I thought, next year, I want
- 8:00Speaker 1: to get better. He's shared he's been very candid about
- 8:04Speaker 1: his struggles with anxiety and panic attacks since twenty eighteen,
- 8:08Speaker 1: and he shared that a daily cold plunge has made
- 8:13Speaker 1: a huge difference in his well being. He admits that
- 8:17Speaker 1: it's a tough practice, saying quote, it's really hard to do,
- 8:20Speaker 1: and he emphasized that doing hard things can be beneficial
- 8:23Speaker 1: for your mental health. So every single day he jumps
- 8:27Speaker 1: into an ice bath, and these cold plunges have really
- 8:32Speaker 1: helped him and his mental health. I like that he's
- 8:35Speaker 1: talking about this when you see people on TV as
- 8:38Speaker 1: successful as him, not just the Today Show, but the
- 8:40Speaker 1: Voice before that TRL. He became a teen star hosting TRL.
- 8:45Speaker 1: And now he's got a great rear butt. He's still
- 8:48Speaker 1: had panic attacks and anxiety. So now he's learned a trick.
- 8:54Speaker 1: He's learned a method. He's learned something that works for him.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Whenever I get a little anxious, I go for a walk.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Walking really helps me. It settles my mind, It releases
- 9:04Speaker 1: those dwarphins. What is your trick? What is your method
- 9:10Speaker 1: of coping? Some people listen to music. I love that
- 9:13Speaker 1: that really helps me to Some people call a friend,
- 9:15Speaker 1: call a family member. Some people go for a walk.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I find a little bit of physical exercise activity really
- 9:21Speaker 1: helps my mental health. Getting out there and sweating a
- 9:24Speaker 1: little bit is really good for me. Now I'm not
- 9:26Speaker 1: saying it's right for everybody, but try and figure out
- 9:29Speaker 1: what it is that settles you, that brings you back
- 9:32Speaker 1: to a happy place. It could be a favorite song.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Music's very important to me. When I walk, I have
- 9:38Speaker 1: my headphones in and I'm listening to some of my
- 9:41Speaker 1: favorite songs, some of my favorite podcasts, and so my
- 9:44Speaker 1: walk is not just relaxing, it's kind of a fun experience.
- 9:48Speaker 1: So I get to listen to my favorite songs every
- 9:51Speaker 1: single day. So maybe music, maybe reading, maybe listening to podcasts.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Figure out what makes you happy and remember it, use it,
- 10:00Speaker 1: go to it. It's a tool, keep it in your box,
- 10:03Speaker 1: keep it handy. And when you feel that anxiety bubbling up,
- 10:06Speaker 1: we will do when you feel that pressure, when you
- 10:09Speaker 1: feel those panic attacks, then go quickly to whatever it
- 10:14Speaker 1: is that helps you. Okay, moving along, Mega Markel is
- 10:18Speaker 1: opening up about being maybe the world's most bullied person
- 10:22Speaker 1: during a surprise visit with Tea ins So. During a
- 10:26Speaker 1: surprise visit, the Duchess of Sussex spoke candidly about being
- 10:32Speaker 1: quote one of the most bullied people in the world.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Larissa May, who was the founder of the Half the Story,
- 10:39Speaker 1: revealed to Vanity Fair that Megan made the comment while
- 10:44Speaker 1: engaging with young girls and teens on October the second.
- 10:49Speaker 1: As part of the event, the group discussed various mental
- 10:53Speaker 1: health scenarios, and Megan grew very much on her own
- 10:56Speaker 1: personal experiences in the public eye. Told the Vanity Fair quote,
- 11:01Speaker 1: we did an activity where we talked through a bunch
- 11:05Speaker 1: of scenarios, and Megan talked about being one of the
- 11:08Speaker 1: most bullied people in the world. I certainly can understand
- 11:13Speaker 1: why she feels like that. I do wonder though. Sometimes
- 11:17Speaker 1: I find when I'm talking to young people or I'm
- 11:19Speaker 1: trying to make a pointer, a personal example is really helpful.
- 11:23Speaker 1: But you can't make it all about yourself. It has
- 11:26Speaker 1: to be about them, has to be about their experiences.
- 11:29Speaker 1: And when you announced that you're the most bullied person
- 11:33Speaker 1: in the world, it sort of makes whatever anybody else
- 11:36Speaker 1: is saying or feeling invalid because they can't possibly have
- 11:40Speaker 1: to complain after you've revealed that in the entire world
- 11:44Speaker 1: you're the most bullied person. Now, I hope it doesn't
- 11:46Speaker 1: feel like I am beating up Meghan here. I shouldn't
- 11:49Speaker 1: suddenly am trying not to do that. But have you
- 11:51Speaker 1: ever done that as a friend? Tried to help and
- 11:54Speaker 1: actually made things worse because they made it all about themselves. Like,
- 11:58Speaker 1: if I want to talk about my experiences, what's going on.
- 12:02Speaker 1: I don't want somebody else telling me about their lives.
- 12:05Speaker 1: A personal experience it does help, a personal example does help.
- 12:10Speaker 1: But I think here, Meghan, I don't know if that
- 12:12Speaker 1: would have helped me. If I wanted to sit down
- 12:14Speaker 1: and talk about bullian hearing you declaration that you're the
- 12:19Speaker 1: most bullied person in the world, I'm not sure that
- 12:21Speaker 1: would help. Maybe instead of saying that it's a bold statement.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Maybe instead of saying that, you just talked about some
- 12:27Speaker 1: of your feelings. Don't label yourself. Everybody, talk about what happened.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Talk about your experiences without putting labels on them, because
- 12:37Speaker 1: often labels push people away. So Meghan, definitely talk about
- 12:41Speaker 1: what happened to you. It was amazingly tragic, it was
- 12:44Speaker 1: amazingly powerful, and so talk about it. I can't imagine
- 12:49Speaker 1: becoming one of the most famous people in the world overnight.
- 12:52Speaker 1: A billion people watched her wedding. Come on, that's bigause
- 12:55Speaker 1: than a Kardashian wedding. A billion people. That's a lot
- 12:58Speaker 1: of pressure. So I'd love to those stories, but maybe
- 13:02Speaker 1: without the self described label. Okay, quickly, before we get
- 13:07Speaker 1: a break, Savannah Guffhrie is hinting that maybe she's gonna
- 13:10Speaker 1: leave the Today Show as well. Just after Holer announced
- 13:14Speaker 1: that she's quitting. So after Hoder announced her exit from
- 13:18Speaker 1: the Morning show, the longtime co anchor Savannah guffree maybe
- 13:23Speaker 1: dropping some hints about her own future. Savannah reflected on
- 13:28Speaker 1: her bond with Hoder and suddenly suggested that her time
- 13:32Speaker 1: on the show could be winding down soon. Now let's
- 13:36Speaker 1: see if you agree with my analysis here. So she
- 13:39Speaker 1: said the following quote would dear friends and have a
- 13:42Speaker 1: lot of similarities. Savannah and Hoder were basically in the
- 13:46Speaker 1: same phrase of life. Now I think, and my friends think,
- 13:50Speaker 1: people in the TV business think that maybe she's hinting
- 13:53Speaker 1: here that she too might be considering a departure from
- 13:57Speaker 1: the iconic show. I get it. They are dear friends,
- 14:02Speaker 1: Holder and Savannah, and they do have a lot of similarities.
- 14:06Speaker 1: They both have young children. And when Savannah says, who
- 14:10Speaker 1: were basically in the same phase of life, I see that.
- 14:14Speaker 1: And so the question is does this phase of your
- 14:18Speaker 1: life fit the job of the moment. Morning shows are
- 14:22Speaker 1: really tough, really really tough. Getting up at three o'clock
- 14:26Speaker 1: every morning, going to bed at eight o'clock is really difficult.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I know people that work on the shows. I can't
- 14:31Speaker 1: imagine having a young family too. And also what you
- 14:35Speaker 1: must miss. There's lots of travel. They were in Paris
- 14:37Speaker 1: for what two weeks? It's a lot and I think
- 14:40Speaker 1: being a mother of young children, a father of young children,
- 14:44Speaker 1: you consider this. This is why hods leaving the show.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Let's be honest. She wants to be with her girls.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I told you after her daughter got sick, really sick,
- 14:51Speaker 1: it changed Holder. She just didn't want to do this anymore.
- 14:54Speaker 1: She didn't want to miss the morning coffee runs, the
- 14:57Speaker 1: car runs to school, being with the kids, making breakfast,
- 15:00Speaker 1: putting them to bed at night. She didn't want to
- 15:02Speaker 1: go to la for weeks at a time, or the
- 15:04Speaker 1: Olympics in Paris. It's all sounds so glamorous. But this
- 15:08Speaker 1: phase of Holder's life is about family, and I think
- 15:12Speaker 1: that's what Savannah is saying too. Can you imagine the
- 15:16Speaker 1: Today's Show without both Holder and Savannah. No, I don't
- 15:21Speaker 1: want to imagine that at all. Okay, we're going to
- 15:23Speaker 1: take a quick break and we'll be right back. We'll
- 15:28Speaker 1: be back to Naughty but Night Show. My host Rob
- 15:30Speaker 1: suld Garrett is after day of his birthday, Happy birthday, garrant. Okay,
- 15:34Speaker 1: let's get to the polls that da DA. Last show,
- 15:37Speaker 1: we talked about Justin Bieber is disgusted and mentally struggling
- 15:43Speaker 1: following Diddy's arrest scandal. Our question was very simple, should
- 15:49Speaker 1: Justin Bieber make a statement? Should he speak out? Should
- 15:52Speaker 1: he say something? Let's go and have a look at
- 15:54Speaker 1: the vote here. Eighty six percent said yes he should
- 15:58Speaker 1: issue a statement. I agree with you. Noughtie's okay, don't
- 16:02Speaker 1: forget to vote on today's poll. Another poll about Justin Bieber.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Are you worried about Justin Bieber? Cago vote on our
- 16:11Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or at Facebook page
- 16:15Speaker 1: which is Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back
- 16:18Speaker 1: tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's time for
- 16:23Speaker 1: an amazing Nicest of the Day. So the Weekend has
- 16:29Speaker 1: broken his own record for the most monthly listeners on Spotify.
- 16:36Speaker 1: So the global superstar now boosts get this neely one
- 16:40Speaker 1: hundred and twenty point five million monthly listeners. I'll say
- 16:45Speaker 1: that again, one hundred and twenty point five million listeners,
- 16:49Speaker 1: setting a new mildstone on the platform. This puts him
- 16:53Speaker 1: ahead a fellow pop sensation Taylor Swift, who is the
- 16:58Speaker 1: only other artist with more than one hundred million monthly listeners.
- 17:03Speaker 1: The Weekend has held the title since breaking the one
- 17:07Speaker 1: hundred million in February twenty twenty three, and continues to
- 17:11Speaker 1: dominate nearly every month since. He's recent success also includes
- 17:17Speaker 1: his hit song after Hours. I Love that Song joining
- 17:21Speaker 1: Spotify's exclusive billion club, making it his eighteenth song to
- 17:27Speaker 1: surpass one billion streams, more than any other artist. Hey, congratulations,
- 17:35Speaker 1: The Weekend breaking records are now a Naughtius of the
- 17:39Speaker 1: day naughteen Naughty Naughty. Kanye West has been sued for
- 17:43Speaker 1: allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting an ex assistant during, of course,
- 17:50Speaker 1: a Sean Diddy Combe's studio session. It all goes back
- 17:54Speaker 1: to Diddy. So in a bombshell legal filing, a former
- 17:58Speaker 1: assistant of West alleges that she was drugged and sexually
- 18:05Speaker 1: assaulted during a studio session with West and Diddy in
- 18:09Speaker 1: Santa Monica, California. So, after the complaint was filed on
- 18:15Speaker 1: October eight, we got our hands on it, and it
- 18:19Speaker 1: claims that West ordered a drink and it was laced
- 18:22Speaker 1: with an unidentified drug. So after consuming the drink. Allegedly,
- 18:28Speaker 1: the assistant felt disorientated and less in control of her
- 18:34Speaker 1: body and speech. Now, while Diddy is named as a
- 18:38Speaker 1: co host of the session, he was not accused of
- 18:43Speaker 1: any wrongdoings in this suit, but did he still has
- 18:47Speaker 1: over one hundred and twenty complaints against him as he
- 18:51Speaker 1: sits in jail to night more more fallout from this ugly,
- 18:58Speaker 1: ugly world that Pete he always seems to be involved in.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Oof A naughtiest of the day. Let's end with a
- 19:05Speaker 1: moment of wrong. You're gonna rub a rub again, a
- 19:07Speaker 1: rom but for fifteen or twenty minutes. I love to
- 19:09Speaker 1: give you the best celebrity gossip, all the scandal or
- 19:12Speaker 1: the news of the day, but for a moment, just
- 19:14Speaker 1: the moment, we're a little bit more deep. Today's moment
- 19:17Speaker 1: of rob I love this quote. I think probably kindness
- 19:24Speaker 1: is my number one attribute in any human being. Kindness
- 19:28Speaker 1: it's number one for me. I'll put it before any
- 19:32Speaker 1: of those things like courage or bravery, or generosity or
- 19:35Speaker 1: anything else. I challenge you think of something that's better
- 19:39Speaker 1: than kindness. It's really hard to think of something, isn't
- 19:43Speaker 1: it Kindness? That is my number one attribute in any
- 19:49Speaker 1: human being, including myself. When I find myself losing my temper,
- 19:53Speaker 1: get a little agitated, be in a little sharp, a
- 19:57Speaker 1: little cross, I stop and I think, what would kind
- 20:00Speaker 1: Rob do? And then I do it. Be kind, Be
