- 1:03Speaker 2: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I have your favorite,
- 1:08Speaker 2: Chris Frangiola. Okay, let's get into it. Let's talk about
- 1:13Speaker 2: your thoughts because I've talked about it now all last week.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Amy Robach, TJ Holmes from Good Morning America. They have
- 1:21Speaker 2: both been suspended. First, there was talk that he was
- 1:26Speaker 2: definitely going to go, but she was going to come back.
- 1:29Speaker 2: As of today, they're both suspended. suspended.
- 1:32Speaker 5: Are they suspended?
- 1:33Speaker 7: Because I had heard they won't be seen on air
- 1:36Speaker 7: for a while. I didn't read anything about suspension.
- 1:38Speaker 2: I don't know about the word suspension. They're just not
- 1:40Speaker 2: on this week.
- 1:41Speaker 5: That's what I heard.
- 1:42Speaker 2: But I had predicted in the end they would keep
- 1:44Speaker 2: Amy and get rid of TJ. And that is what
- 1:49Speaker 2: I thought was happening.
- 1:50Speaker 5: Now why do you say that? Because he has had
- 1:51Speaker 5: other affairs throughout.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Yes, because he's had other affairs.
- 1:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:55Speaker 2: And because he's a man. which is also not fair, but, like, no,
- 1:58Speaker 2: he's had other affairs, and I think they're going to
- 2:00Speaker 2: find more people are going to come out, and there
- 2:05Speaker 2: could be a chance that one of those affairs would
- 2:07Speaker 2: be somewhat of an underling. So then that, like, right
- 2:11Speaker 2: when they first came out with their, that they were
- 2:13Speaker 2: having an affair, I don't think GMA was, like, that
- 2:16Speaker 2: upset about it, because they were, like, ratings, and they're
- 2:19Speaker 2: at the same level, and they both are, like, we're
- 2:22Speaker 2: getting divorced.
- 2:22Speaker 7: We're also talking third hour divorce. This is not the
- 2:25Speaker 7: big one. This is not GMA first hour where the
- 2:29Speaker 7: real news happens. This is you're doing a couple of
- 2:31Speaker 7: cooking segments, have a bottle of wine, a couple of laughs,
- 2:35Speaker 7: talk about whatever, hot Christmas toys. So they're like, let's
- 2:39Speaker 7: get something to juice this up a little bit. So
- 2:41Speaker 7: this was probably perfect for them. Honestly, I don't– this
- 2:47Speaker 7: might be a weird take on it. I really feel
- 2:49Speaker 7: like who cares? I know– Like let them, so they're,
- 2:54Speaker 7: I mean, I think they're both separated. Now they weren't
- 2:57Speaker 7: at the time. I don't know, but I think it's fine.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I think if the other affairs hadn't come out, I
- 3:02Speaker 2: would agree with you. Yeah. But the fact that he
- 3:04Speaker 2: had an affair with a married female producer.
- 3:06Speaker 6: Right.
- 3:07Speaker 2: I talked about that I've been received some alleged stuff
- 3:11Speaker 2: of previous places he's worked at.
- 3:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:14Speaker 2: When he was married to his first wife, that there
- 3:16Speaker 2: was rumors that he had affairs with people who worked
- 3:19Speaker 2: at that station. I think there's going to be more
- 3:22Speaker 2: coming out. So now we just know he's a gross cheater.
- 3:25Speaker 2: And I just think we're supposed to just watch this
- 3:31Speaker 2: person who, look, they pick these people because they obviously
- 3:36Speaker 2: get to a place that they did all the hard
- 3:38Speaker 2: work journalism to get there. But once they're there, it's
- 3:42Speaker 2: because they're really great on camera. They look good. As
- 3:46Speaker 2: Annie said, how hard is it? You just have to
- 3:49Speaker 2: work out your arms as a woman. Because you always
- 3:53Speaker 2: wear those sheath dresses. So you've got to have good
- 3:56Speaker 2: skinny arms. You've got to be able to read the
- 3:58Speaker 2: teleprompter and go like this with your sheets or your
- 4:02Speaker 2: cards and chuckle to things that aren't very funny. It's
- 4:06Speaker 2: not a hard job. It's a hard job to get,
- 4:09Speaker 2: but once you have it, it's not hard and everyone's replaceable.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Nobody's turning into Good Morning America because of the people
- 4:17Speaker 2: looking at them from the TV in their suits.
- 4:20Speaker 7: I'm always impressed with their ability to eat hot food
- 4:25Speaker 7: right out of the oven during a cooking segment, kind
- 4:27Speaker 7: of standing up and not really be... They can still
- 4:32Speaker 7: talk while they're eating hot food.
- 4:33Speaker 5: I don't think I could do that.
- 4:34Speaker 7: They seem to take a bite without getting it all
- 4:38Speaker 7: over their face or anything. And I think that is
- 4:40Speaker 7: a good skill. I think that's a skill you're... You
- 4:43Speaker 7: need to have, especially third hour.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Right.
- 4:45Speaker 5: You need to be able to eat standing up without
- 4:48Speaker 5: making a mess. Okay. And I think they're really good
- 4:51Speaker 5: at it.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Okay, good.
- 4:53Speaker 5: I think you need to keep the steals and deals lady.
- 4:56Speaker 5: She could be a little chatty. You've got to be
- 4:58Speaker 5: able to move on quick.
- 5:00Speaker 2: I have done that when I was guest hosting with
- 5:04Speaker 2: a group or whatever for Wendy. And I got to
- 5:07Speaker 2: actually do that. And I got to do that Hollywood
- 5:09Speaker 2: Today Live where I'm like, and they're like, talking in
- 5:12Speaker 2: your ear, like keep it going, you know, and you're like,
- 5:14Speaker 2: Oh my God, I love this. Or I don't like
- 5:16Speaker 2: a funny face. I take a bite. Anyway, my point
- 5:20Speaker 2: is not a hard job.
- 5:21Speaker 5: No.
- 5:21Speaker 2: So, you know, you can't keep your dick in your pants,
- 5:24Speaker 2: whether you're Matt Lauer and it's unwanted. You can't. I
- 5:28Speaker 2: feel like the news is such an easy fucking gig.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Like goodbye. So anyway, So, you know, there's all these
- 5:37Speaker 2: reports every day. David Muir and other ABC anchors from
- 5:40Speaker 2: Page Six are saying this. Don't want to be associated
- 5:42Speaker 2: with Amy Robach and TJ's messy affair. Of course, comments
- 5:46Speaker 2: are like yours. Who cares? And this and that. But
- 5:49Speaker 2: they're also like sharks. So get someone out. It only
- 5:55Speaker 2: secures my position more. Like, do you know how many
- 6:00Speaker 2: people I wanted to screw and didn't? You personally? No,
- 6:03Speaker 2: I'm talking about like maybe the other hosts. Oh, yeah.
- 6:05Speaker 2: I'm like, do you know how many people I wanted
- 6:06Speaker 2: to screw and didn't because I thought there would be
- 6:08Speaker 2: like a moral mistake or a moral clause?
- 6:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Okay. So, oh, and there was this one scene where
- 6:15Speaker 2: she and TJ Holmes were talking to someone from the
- 6:20Speaker 2: morning show. I think it was Reese Witherspoon. Yeah. about
- 6:23Speaker 2: the morning show or something. And they were like, oh,
- 6:26Speaker 2: do we have story? Oh, we watch it. We watch
- 6:28Speaker 2: the morning. Oh, we've got story for you. We're like,
- 6:32Speaker 2: are they watching our lives?
- 6:34Speaker 7: That's immediately what I thought about when I saw this
- 6:36Speaker 7: go down. But they did get a scolding, which from Gail,
- 6:42Speaker 7: Gail King, finally, she's not on ABC, she's CBS.
- 6:46Speaker 2: So especially she can really rip him a new asshole
- 6:48Speaker 2: because she's not even on the same network.
- 6:49Speaker 7: So she finally did like her thing. And you know
- 6:51Speaker 7: when it comes down from her, it's like, ooh, that
- 6:53Speaker 7: feels like.
- 6:54Speaker 2: And what was she saying?
- 6:55Speaker 5: She said sloppy. It's sloppy. The whole thing was sloppy.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:58Speaker 5: Like get it together. Be professional.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Right.
- 7:01Speaker 5: You're sloppy.
- 7:01Speaker 2: And also, but that's their competition.
- 7:03Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 7:03Speaker 2: So you can watch us. Anyway, they got this hot
- 7:07Speaker 2: cutie that Garcelle. had posted about okay said oh well
- 7:12Speaker 2: hello garcelle is from real houses beverly hills and she's
- 7:17Speaker 2: single and this is a very good looking uh bald
- 7:21Speaker 2: black guy nice eyebrows big white teeth so.
- 7:26Speaker 5: Nice broad shoulders yep.
- 7:28Speaker 2: News anchor demarco morgan will be filling in for tj
- 7:32Speaker 2: holmes so a lot.
- 7:33Speaker 7: Of You really had to vet this guy before he
- 7:36Speaker 7: got that gig. He probably went back to every local
- 7:39Speaker 7: job he ever had and asked every camera girl.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Will you just look up if he's single? Of course
- 7:44Speaker 2: if he's not and people are saying this. So anyone,
- 7:47Speaker 2: everyone's dying that he's– the internet is hot and bothered
- 7:50Speaker 2: by his cuteness. And I wonder, you know, who's the
- 7:53Speaker 2: guy that has every job with a split between his teeth?
- 7:57Speaker 5: Oh, the football player. Yeah.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Michael Strahan.
- 8:00Speaker 5: Michael Strahan, yeah.
- 8:01Speaker 2: He should be shaking in his– boots.
- 8:03Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah. I mean, Strahan's like the head guy over there.
- 8:06Speaker 2: I know, but you know, you never know. You might
- 8:07Speaker 2: want some... It sounds like the internet wants some fresh
- 8:10Speaker 2: blood to drink their coffee to. So she's like hot
- 8:13Speaker 2: for him. Okay, let's talk about what everyone's talking about.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Harry and Meghan, the Netflix doc. I watched four episodes,
- 8:21Speaker 2: and then the rest of the episodes come out Thursday.
- 8:24Speaker 5: I watched it too. I watched it on the... Yeah.
- 8:27Speaker 2: There's lots of bits I want to... Lots of things
- 8:30Speaker 2: I want to talk about, but.
- 8:33Speaker 5: I'm ready.
- 8:34Speaker 2: I'll let you go first. Your thoughts first in general.
- 8:38Speaker 5: Okay.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Being that you know her.
- 8:39Speaker 5: She's a dear friend. Personal friend. You guys work together.
- 8:41Speaker 7: You know, funny, watching it, there was so many moments
- 8:44Speaker 7: where it got close to our era.
- 8:46Speaker 5: When we were rolling silverwares. Oh, my God. We were
- 8:49Speaker 5: just dying. And filling salt and peppers together.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Praying to be mentioned.
- 8:52Speaker 7: I thought there'd be a mention because there was a
- 8:53Speaker 7: lot of it. And then I was struggling actress around
- 8:55Speaker 7: this era. And I thought we were going to get
- 8:59Speaker 7: maybe a swing by of the restaurant or whatever.
- 9:00Speaker 5: It didn't happen.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Okay.
- 9:01Speaker 5: But anyway. I'll say this about it.
- 9:05Speaker 7: Of course, when you told me to watch it, I
- 9:07Speaker 7: went in, oh, this is going to be something to
- 9:10Speaker 7: goof on.
- 9:11Speaker 5: They'll be awful. And I have to say, after three episodes,
- 9:15Speaker 5: I don't think they were awful at all. I think
- 9:17Speaker 5: it's the best thing they could have done.
- 9:19Speaker 7: I know it's, of course, it's their thing. So they
- 9:23Speaker 7: made themselves look good. But I think they look good.
- 9:26Speaker 7: I think You know, I don't have any really hate
- 9:31Speaker 7: for them, but I understand why people do. And I
- 9:34Speaker 7: watched it and said, I don't know. I kind of
- 9:36Speaker 7: agree with them.
- 9:37Speaker 2: So I didn't have any kind of hate for her.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I really liked her. I was very excited about the
- 9:43Speaker 2: wedding when the time came. As you remember, I predicted
- 9:45Speaker 2: exactly what her wedding dress would look like, and there's
- 9:49Speaker 2: proof of it. I was on a TV show in Chicago,
- 9:51Speaker 2: and I predicted the dress, okay? Anyway, I.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Empathize with her, with her relationship with her sister and
- 10:01Speaker 2: the sister coming, Samantha always kind of coming for her
- 10:03Speaker 2: in the press.
- 10:04Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:05Speaker 2: And I want to get into that in a moment.
- 10:07Speaker 2: In general, I think he comes off so charming and cute.
- 10:10Speaker 5: He really does.
- 10:11Speaker 2: He's madly in love with her. I understand why it's
- 10:16Speaker 2: annoying to people and people in England that feel like
- 10:21Speaker 2: they don't like that they're no longer brothers close, that
- 10:24Speaker 2: the brothers are no longer close. And so you always
- 10:27Speaker 2: blame the woman for that. Just like if a woman
- 10:30Speaker 2: marries a man and all of a sudden the man
- 10:32Speaker 2: is like, your family did this, your family, and then that,
- 10:35Speaker 2: whatever significant other kind of takes you from your whole family,
- 10:38Speaker 2: who are you going to blame? You're going to blame
- 10:41Speaker 2: that person that they chose to spend their life with.
- 10:45Speaker 2: So I understand why people feel that way. I believe this.
- 10:50Speaker 5: Okay.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Not to compare to Casey Anthony.
- 10:53Speaker 5: Wow. I don't know.
- 10:55Speaker 2: But I think it's like you hear someone speak and
- 10:59Speaker 2: you have one vision of them and then they start
- 11:02Speaker 2: telling you stuff. And I think a lot of people
- 11:04Speaker 2: watching it are very compelled to totally believe you. And
- 11:10Speaker 2: I think what has happened with Meghan Markle, a few things.
- 11:14Speaker 2: These are the things that stuck out to me. I
- 11:16Speaker 2: think she was a very bright, very easy child, very
- 11:20Speaker 2: good girl, good friend, delight. So they go to the school,
- 11:24Speaker 2: the Little Red Schoolhouse, which is where Hollywood kids went
- 11:27Speaker 2: from 0 to 12. And the teacher, principal goes, you
- 11:31Speaker 2: wrote in my yearbook with your beautiful penmanship. And she
- 11:34Speaker 2: wrote a beautiful thing to the principal. And she said,
- 11:37Speaker 2: and I will talk about you and come back here
- 11:41Speaker 2: when I'm rich and famous. And I always think it's
- 11:44Speaker 2: so interesting when people that are rich and famous. you
- 11:51Speaker 2: go back and you see that as a very young person,
- 11:55Speaker 2: they were like, oh, it'll be me. It will be me.
- 11:58Speaker 2: And it's a certain kind of personality. It doesn't mean
- 12:00Speaker 2: you're a bad person, but it makes me look at like, oh,
- 12:04Speaker 2: this was going to happen for you. It was going
- 12:07Speaker 2: to either happen through your own way or through marriage
- 12:09Speaker 2: or a combo of both or whatever. And I've known
- 12:12Speaker 2: people kind of like that, that had like a vision
- 12:15Speaker 2: for what their life would be. Like Kris Jenner being one,
- 12:19Speaker 2: Chelsea being one. And it doesn't mean that's bad. I
- 12:22Speaker 2: would look at it and I'd be like, why didn't
- 12:23Speaker 2: I aim higher? Why didn't, but I would be like.
- 12:26Speaker 5: But you had a, you were like a kid actress
- 12:29Speaker 5: and stuff.
- 12:30Speaker 2: You were. I never booked anything.
- 12:31Speaker 5: But you still had that vision.
- 12:33Speaker 2: I had a vision of like, wouldn't it be amazing
- 12:37Speaker 2: to be getting an Oscar or whatever? But then there
- 12:39Speaker 2: was this other part of me that was like, but
- 12:41Speaker 2: if I can just be a mom with a husband
- 12:45Speaker 2: and a nice house.
- 12:48Speaker 5: Right.
- 12:48Speaker 2: I think I'd be really happy with that. Like, I
- 12:50Speaker 2: would kind of, like, which is one of the reasons
- 12:53Speaker 2: I don't think I'm as successful as I am because
- 12:55Speaker 2: I kind of was always just like, well, I'll be
- 12:58Speaker 2: very happy with that. Like, if I could just live
- 13:00Speaker 2: at the level that my parents did, I just, as
- 13:02Speaker 2: long as, like, not, like, I'd watch that show Alice.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Do you remember Alice? She was a waitress. I just
- 13:06Speaker 2: didn't want to be Alice.
- 13:08Speaker 6: You know, oh, okay.
- 13:08Speaker 2: I don't want to be Flo.
- 13:09Speaker 5: Flo or Alice.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I just didn't like, there was, I was just like,
- 13:12Speaker 2: I don't want to, like, could I ever be Could
- 13:14Speaker 2: I ever be so down in the dumps that, like,
- 13:16Speaker 2: I don't have, like, a house or something? Okay, so.
- 13:19Speaker 5: Did Alice not have a house? I think she did.
- 13:21Speaker 2: She had a trailer. No, no, Alice struggled, but Flo
- 13:23Speaker 2: had a trailer.
- 13:24Speaker 5: Flo had a trailer, yeah.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Yeah. Anyway, so I think with this.
- 13:29Speaker 5: That's back when TV was much easier. All you had
- 13:32Speaker 5: to say was, kiss my grits, and a big laugh.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Big laugh. Like, an applause break if she just said,
- 13:38Speaker 5: kiss my grits, and it was funny.
- 13:41Speaker 2: It was very funny. Getting back to Megan.
- 13:43Speaker 5: So.
- 13:44Speaker 2: I think that Megan has rewritten her history slightly.
- 13:49Speaker 5: Oh, but can I stop you there? Yes, yeah. Okay,
- 13:52Speaker 5: all that. You're right.
- 13:53Speaker 7: When she did read that, I was like, oh, yeah, okay.
- 13:55Speaker 7: So she was a kid who wanted to be famous.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Right.
- 13:57Speaker 7: But she was already famous. I mean, not Julia Roberts famous,
- 14:01Speaker 7: but she was on a hit show and on USA.
- 14:04Speaker 2: I don't know if it was a hit show, but
- 14:05Speaker 2: she was on a show.
- 14:05Speaker 5: But you know what I mean. She was still- A
- 14:06Speaker 5: working actress. It was a working actress on a decent
- 14:08Speaker 5: show on USA, wasn't it?
- 14:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:10Speaker 5: And so she achieved that goal before this. So- I
- 14:16Speaker 5: don't know. I don't think she was looking. I'm going
- 14:19Speaker 5: to disagree with you.
- 14:19Speaker 2: But I think there's people that are like on a soap.
- 14:22Speaker 5: Right.
- 14:23Speaker 2: That other people would be like, my God, you've made it.
- 14:25Speaker 2: You're on a soap. Or my God, Megan, you've made it.
- 14:27Speaker 2: You're the deal or no deal. Or you actually have
- 14:30Speaker 2: a great acting part on this show that people enjoy.
- 14:33Speaker 2: But then there's those kind of people that are like, no,
- 14:36Speaker 2: this is a stepping stone. I'm going to be a
- 14:37Speaker 2: Nicole Kidman. And then there's people that are like, I
- 14:40Speaker 2: just cannot believe that I can pay for my apartment.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Like I am just fucking thrilled to. And like I said,
- 14:45Speaker 2: nothing wrong with being ambitious. It's a great– like I'm
- 14:49Speaker 2: not begrudging her for that.
- 14:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:50Speaker 2: I do think they have great chemistry and they are
- 14:53Speaker 2: in love. So I will say that. But what I
- 14:55Speaker 2: think is what happened with her is she was smart
- 15:00Speaker 2: enough to realize that she told like half-truths. And the
- 15:05Speaker 2: half-truths were there's this new thing that I've noticed is
- 15:07Speaker 2: happening in the last few years where it's a flex
- 15:10Speaker 2: to try to act smart. To prove that you weren't
- 15:13Speaker 2: rich or that you struggled.
- 15:15Speaker 5: Right.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Like, you know, and some of what I believe, the
- 15:19Speaker 2: lies she got caught in, and this is what I've
- 15:22Speaker 2: read and I could be wrong, is that she's given
- 15:24Speaker 2: speeches where she's like, I was on scholarship at Northwestern
- 15:28Speaker 2: and financial aid and I had to have a job.
- 15:32Speaker 5: Right.
- 15:32Speaker 2: And from everything that people have researched, along with Samantha,
- 15:37Speaker 2: her half-sister, that just isn't true. She didn't struggle as
- 15:40Speaker 2: a child. She went to an all-girl private high school.
- 15:43Speaker 5: Well, I don't know about that.
- 15:45Speaker 2: She didn't struggle as a child. What do you mean
- 15:46Speaker 2: she didn't struggle?
- 15:47Speaker 5: She was a single mom.
- 15:49Speaker 2: She lived with the dad. She lived with the dad
- 15:51Speaker 2: from 12 on.
- 15:52Speaker 5: She said both.
- 15:53Speaker 2: I know, but she lived during the week with the dad.
- 15:55Speaker 2: She doesn't say that on the documentary. But then also
- 15:58Speaker 2: she got to Northwestern and the dad paid for that.
- 16:01Speaker 5: Right.
- 16:01Speaker 2: She had connections because of the dad with Hollywood and
- 16:05Speaker 2: her uncle, which helped her get like the UN, whatever
- 16:08Speaker 2: it was like, She got to study something abroad through
- 16:12Speaker 2: the uncle. And with those credentials, I think she kind
- 16:16Speaker 2: of elaborated on them and noticed that, oh, isn't this wonderful?
- 16:25Speaker 2: It's like if I was to play down the fact
- 16:28Speaker 2: that I believe I am very privileged. I grew up
- 16:31Speaker 2: in Los Angeles. I went to private schools. I never
- 16:33Speaker 2: wanted for anything. But it's like if me, if I
- 16:36Speaker 2: suddenly started to be like, Well, you know, I mean,
- 16:39Speaker 2: here I was, a girl, and our family only owned
- 16:41Speaker 2: one home. I mean, one home? Yeah. I mean, when
- 16:45Speaker 2: we went to the beach, Chris, we had to go
- 16:47Speaker 2: to Zuma. We had to pay. for the parking? We
- 16:50Speaker 2: had to bring all our own food. All my other
- 16:53Speaker 2: friends had beach homes.
- 16:54Speaker 5: I mean, do you imagine me having McDonald's? There are
- 16:57Speaker 5: varying degrees of struggling. Some people would say that is.
- 17:00Speaker 2: That is a lame thing to say, though, and I
- 17:02Speaker 2: felt like it's a little bit like that. It's a
- 17:05Speaker 2: little bit like, okay. So then, so there's that. Okay,
- 17:09Speaker 2: so that's what I think. And so with this, here
- 17:12Speaker 2: were some things people talked about. She talks about how
- 17:15Speaker 2: she did the bow and For the queen.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 17:18Speaker 2: And people are like, oh, my God. William.
- 17:22Speaker 5: Not William.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Harry was H. Sorry. That's super annoying how they call
- 17:27Speaker 2: each other H.
- 17:28Speaker 5: That's so annoying.
- 17:29Speaker 2: I think she calls him H. I don't know if
- 17:30Speaker 2: he calls her M all the time. But that's just
- 17:32Speaker 2: super annoying.
- 17:32Speaker 5: There were some M's being thrown around, too.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Very annoying.
- 17:34Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 17:35Speaker 2: By the friends. And I only had one friend that
- 17:38Speaker 2: named herself by a letter. And I thought it was
- 17:41Speaker 2: very self-indulgent. Yeah.
- 17:42Speaker 5: I'm going to agree with that.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Because it wasn't even like her name.
- 17:44Speaker 5: It was weird.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Okay.
- 17:45Speaker 6: Anyway.
- 17:46Speaker 2: So. She– no, I don't want to say it just
- 17:50Speaker 2: in case she listens. But she had a name that
- 17:53Speaker 2: in French meant– The letter. Meant a word that starts
- 17:58Speaker 2: with a Q.
- 17:59Speaker 5: Oh.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Okay?
- 18:00Speaker 2: So then she called herself that letter, Q.
- 18:03Speaker 5: Oh.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Well, I guess she probably– if she's listening, whatever. I
- 18:06Speaker 2: thought it was a weird thing. And I thought it
- 18:08Speaker 2: was a little bit of like a reinventing of yourself.
- 18:10Speaker 2: But anyway, so she does her bow.
- 18:13Speaker 5: Wow.
- 18:13Speaker 2: And people are like, you know, at this time that
- 18:15Speaker 2: she interviewed, did this interview about the bow and laughing
- 18:18Speaker 2: about how, like, I can't believe I had to bow
- 18:19Speaker 2: to this woman. And that was what people was conveying.
- 18:22Speaker 2: If she could say that's not what I meant. They
- 18:24Speaker 2: said the woman was dying of cancer.
- 18:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Like at that time.
- 18:30Speaker 5: Right.
- 18:31Speaker 2: And but. that's kind of the only time she was
- 18:34Speaker 2: like a little bit funny. Like, I don't think she's
- 18:36Speaker 2: that funny.
- 18:37Speaker 6: No.
- 18:38Speaker 2: And you know how she's like, Oh, and once I
- 18:39Speaker 2: do wordle and all my other nerdy things, then, you know,
- 18:43Speaker 2: we don't, we don't watch much TV and like one
- 18:45Speaker 2: of those type of people. And so I get why
- 18:49Speaker 2: people are annoyed by that.
- 18:51Speaker 5: Are people annoyed by this, though?
- 18:52Speaker 7: Because I feel if you watch it, even if you're
- 18:55Speaker 7: the most ardent hater of theirs, I feel like it
- 18:59Speaker 7: casts them in kind of a good light that I
- 19:01Speaker 7: don't think there's a hell of a lot to be
- 19:02Speaker 7: annoyed about.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Well, I think in telling their story, it is important
- 19:05Speaker 2: that they kind of tell the story of, like, the
- 19:08Speaker 2: media and at the media, the media relationship with the
- 19:11Speaker 2: Royal family. Now people are saying that's not true. That's
- 19:14Speaker 2: not what it's like that where you have to dance
- 19:16Speaker 2: for the people. Otherwise they're going to write a nasty
- 19:18Speaker 2: thing about you. And that they, of course they needed
- 19:21Speaker 2: a story. Of course they need a story. I mean,
- 19:23Speaker 2: I saw it when, during the OJ stuff, I remember
- 19:26Speaker 2: I met someone at a party and I was like, Oh, my,
- 19:29Speaker 2: my sister knows Kato because their kids are the same age.
- 19:33Speaker 2: And that card copy person found my phone number and said,
- 19:37Speaker 2: If you have a picture of Kato's daughter, that's something
- 19:40Speaker 2: nobody has.
- 19:41Speaker 5: Oh, really?
- 19:41Speaker 2: Because every day they had to get a story about
- 19:44Speaker 2: the OJ trial. What does that have to do with anything?
- 19:47Speaker 2: So these people, the same way, any kind of story.
- 19:50Speaker 2: they can get that's related to Meghan and Harry will do.
- 19:52Speaker 2: So we're going to go after her mom. We're going
- 19:54Speaker 2: to go after her sister and all of that.
- 19:57Speaker 5: Right.
- 19:57Speaker 2: So I get the frenzy of why they wanted to
- 20:01Speaker 2: know anything they could, even though there was really nothing very,
- 20:05Speaker 2: there was no big bombshell.
- 20:06Speaker 5: About Meghan's life.
- 20:08Speaker 7: The cutaway is from, like, when they show England, their
- 20:11Speaker 7: life in England. It's just paparazzi and just craziness.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Which is the fake footage. It's archive footage, by the way.
- 20:17Speaker 7: And then they cut to where they are now in Montecito,
- 20:19Speaker 7: and it's just gorgeous and serene, and they're overlooking hummingbirds.
- 20:25Speaker 7: And the music and running with the children.
- 20:29Speaker 5: We have serene landscapes, too, here.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Right, yeah, yeah.
- 20:33Speaker 5: But it is interesting to make. It looks like. They
- 20:35Speaker 5: made the right choice in living in Montecito.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Of course they did.
- 20:39Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 20:40Speaker 2: But, you know, yeah, it's what I said in the
- 20:43Speaker 2: very beginning is I think she thought it would be great.
- 20:47Speaker 2: I think she thought it would be a lot more fun.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Now you can't leave without telling someone that you're leaving.
- 20:53Speaker 2: It's cold. You're not going to a fun movie premiere.
- 20:56Speaker 2: You're not getting drinks with your friend at 4 o'clock
- 20:58Speaker 2: at the Beverly Hills Hotel. You're not going to yoga
- 21:01Speaker 2: in the sun.
- 21:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:02Speaker 2: You're wearing, you know, have to wear these outfits. And,
- 21:05Speaker 2: you know, it's like, it just wasn't fun. And then
- 21:07Speaker 2: to have people want to talk shit about you. And
- 21:10Speaker 2: then when she said the thing about like, oh, me too.
- 21:13Speaker 2: And then they, they got upset that she mentioned me too. Yeah.
- 21:15Speaker 2: And then it's like, oh, I didn't know I'm supposed
- 21:17Speaker 2: to not say all these things, you know? And so I,
- 21:21Speaker 2: I kind of feel for her that, but this part
- 21:23Speaker 2: was funny. So she said, I was, I was just
- 21:26Speaker 2: turtling during, before the wedding, like getting smaller and smaller. And,
- 21:31Speaker 2: In England, apparently, turtling means when your shit starts to
- 21:34Speaker 2: come out.
- 21:35Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:35Speaker 2: And then it pops back up.
- 21:40Speaker 5: Sure. I'm familiar with turtles.
- 21:42Speaker 2: I guess she didn't know. Yeah. I think she thought
- 21:45Speaker 2: more about the head going into the shell of a turtle.
- 21:48Speaker 2: But no, it really means your turd is.
- 21:51Speaker 5: Like your shit is coming out.
- 21:53Speaker 2: But then it squirts back in.
- 21:55Speaker 5: Sure, sure, sure. I understand.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Anyway, that's what turtling means.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Christmas shopping has already started in our house. My daughter
- 22:02Speaker 3: is so organised, already planning Christmas gifts from Macaulay. Hair
- 22:06Speaker 3: care for her aunt and a fab fragrance for her bestie.
- 22:08Speaker 3: But the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I'm
- 22:11Speaker 3: an early bird, buying one present a week from now
- 22:13Speaker 3: till Christmas, which makes budgeting less stressful. I can buy
- 22:16Speaker 3: in-store or online from Macaulay.ie for home delivery or free
- 22:21Speaker 3: click and collect.
- 22:22Speaker 2: So easy.
- 22:23Speaker 3: Gifts they'll cherish at prices you'll love.
- 22:28Speaker 6: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 22:31Speaker 6: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 22:34Speaker 6: have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have found a
- 22:39Speaker 6: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 22:44Speaker 5: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 22:47Speaker 5: filed against me. When your free will was about to
- 22:49Speaker 5: be taken from you, what would you do if it
- 22:51Speaker 5: was given back?
- 22:52Speaker 4: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 22:55Speaker 4: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 22:58Speaker 5: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 22:59Speaker 5: home dad.
- 23:00Speaker 4: What happens next?
- 23:01Speaker 2: When I came in, he started crying.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 23:07Speaker 4: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 23:10Speaker 4: happens next.
- 23:11Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all.
- 23:12Speaker 5: I realized how valuable every day was.
- 23:14Speaker 1: You're worth the work.
- 23:15Speaker 5: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 23:17Speaker 2: You can use your voice even if it shakes.
- 23:20Speaker 6: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 23:23Speaker 6: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 23:33Speaker 5: A couple of interesting takeaways I had from it.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Yes.
- 23:36Speaker 5: I didn't realize that they met simply on like Instagram.
- 23:39Speaker 5: Like he sent her a DM on Instagram. That was
- 23:42Speaker 5: a little shocking to me.
- 23:42Speaker 2: I thought it was that someone set them up and
- 23:44Speaker 2: then she goes, and is he kind?
- 23:46Speaker 5: No, he sent her an Instagram saying, I'm Prince Harry.
- 23:49Speaker 5: And she like wrote her friend like, Prince Harry DM'd
- 23:52Speaker 5: you on Instagram?
- 23:52Speaker 2: Prince Harry who? Is he kind?
- 23:54Speaker 7: And I was like, that's interesting that, like, I figured
- 23:56Speaker 7: it'd be another way for Prince Harry to meet women
- 23:58Speaker 7: other than just DMs.
- 23:59Speaker 5: But, I mean, that's kind of what it was.
- 24:01Speaker 2: And then he was an hour late. But then the
- 24:03Speaker 2: next time she was an hour late.
- 24:05Speaker 5: Fun. Fun.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Not fun. I know, but you know what I mean.
- 24:08Speaker 2: But kind of like, okay, if we're going to analyze
- 24:10Speaker 2: a relationship, like, she is a girl who That has
- 24:13Speaker 2: him whipped, that can keep him on his toes. It's
- 24:16Speaker 2: the complete opposite of my marriage.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Right.
- 24:19Speaker 2: So I'm always jealous of a girl whose husband is
- 24:22Speaker 2: like a little afraid of her.
- 24:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Or, you know, oh, don't want to upset the missus,
- 24:27Speaker 2: got to get home. Like, no, not my situation. If
- 24:31Speaker 2: you can get a situation like that, I highly suggest
- 24:33Speaker 2: you do it. I believe it works out better if
- 24:36Speaker 2: you're the ball buster.
- 24:37Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 24:38Speaker 2: And I'm not. You know, though people would think I am,
- 24:40Speaker 2: I'm fucking not.
- 24:41Speaker 5: No.
- 24:43Speaker 7: The other thing that I think is funny is in
- 24:45Speaker 7: the beginning of the relationship, she's going, so I decided
- 24:48Speaker 7: to take a leap of faith.
- 24:50Speaker 5: A leap of faith and go to wherever, Zimbabwe, wherever
- 24:53Speaker 5: they went. Or go to England and have dinner with them.
- 24:55Speaker 5: And I was like, is it really a leap of faith?
- 24:57Speaker 5: You're going to see Prince Harry for dinner. Like a
- 24:59Speaker 5: leap of faith. I'm going to meet some thrice divorced,
- 25:02Speaker 5: you know, CBS cashier. That's a leap of faith. This
- 25:05Speaker 5: is not a leap of faith.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Or also when she's like, you know, and I mean,
- 25:09Speaker 2: it's a wonder that we made it with a long
- 25:10Speaker 2: distance relationship. And then they show their texts about all
- 25:13Speaker 2: the times they're booked. They're booking to fly each other
- 25:16Speaker 2: and see each other like every weekend.
- 25:18Speaker 5: Yeah, I know.
- 25:18Speaker 2: So like you have unlimited funds. You have money to
- 25:21Speaker 2: go see each other. It's not going to be a
- 25:23Speaker 2: hard thing. You're rich.
- 25:24Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 25:25Speaker 2: You know, you're not like, can I get someone to
- 25:26Speaker 2: cover my shift so I can drive to Riverside and
- 25:29Speaker 2: fuck this guy? Take a leap of faith. Yeah, like, yeah,
- 25:32Speaker 2: it's a little bit not as hard.
- 25:34Speaker 5: To do.
- 25:35Speaker 2: So let's get into Samantha. Now, as you know, I've
- 25:38Speaker 2: covered the plight of Samantha Markle from the beginning.
- 25:41Speaker 7: It's amazing how quickly she has comments on everything they do.
- 25:44Speaker 7: She's already commented on this thing.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Well, if she should comment on it, because she comments back.
- 25:49Speaker 2: So she says, I don't even know my half-sister's middle name. And,
- 25:55Speaker 2: you know, I was born when she and my half-brother
- 25:58Speaker 2: were 17, 18 years older. And, you know, But then
- 26:04Speaker 2: Samantha's like, no, anytime you're at dad's, I came by.
- 26:08Speaker 2: This is what it is. I'm going to explain it
- 26:10Speaker 2: to the people at home. They're L.A. thirst for fame people.
- 26:16Speaker 2: If you lived in L.A., if you were born and
- 26:20Speaker 2: raised or just born in L.A., which they're all born
- 26:23Speaker 2: in L.A. At least, I don't know who the dad is,
- 26:25Speaker 2: but the two girls are. And your dad is... a
- 26:29Speaker 2: set director of a major sitcom and you live in
- 26:32Speaker 2: Hollywood and you're pretty and you want to be an actress,
- 26:36Speaker 2: you are a thirst trap. You want to be famous?
- 26:40Speaker 2: I've seen it in my own family. We were always
- 26:43Speaker 2: close to it. We always knew someone with an agent.
- 26:45Speaker 2: We always knew some and like, you know, and it
- 26:48Speaker 2: causes jealousy among the siblings. Samantha is very pretty. She
- 26:52Speaker 2: tried to be an actress. It didn't work out.
- 26:54Speaker 5: They do have the same face.
- 26:56Speaker 2: The same cute nose as the dads. And Megan is
- 26:59Speaker 2: absolutely stunning. I mean, breathtakingly beautiful when I watch this thing.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I love her looks. And Samantha looks like Samantha Jones.
- 27:09Speaker 2: She looks like Kim Cattrall. So she's really pretty too.
- 27:12Speaker 2: So she always kind of wanted to be an actress.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Now my question, and this is what I need someone
- 27:18Speaker 2: to research for me.
- 27:19Speaker 5: Okay.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Meghan Markle was married before. Yes. I don't know what
- 27:23Speaker 2: kind of a wedding she had for her first wedding.
- 27:25Speaker 2: I need to know, was Samantha Markle invited to the
- 27:30Speaker 2: first wedding? If she was not invited to the first wedding,
- 27:33Speaker 2: then I don't think Samantha Markle has one fucking thing
- 27:36Speaker 2: to bitch about. If you were not invited to the
- 27:38Speaker 2: first wedding, why the fuck do you think you'd be
- 27:40Speaker 2: invited to this one?
- 27:40Speaker 5: I'm going to say, based on nothing, I'm going to
- 27:43Speaker 5: say she was not invited.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Then I don't think she has anything to gripe about.
- 27:46Speaker 2: So now you want to be invited because you're a
- 27:49Speaker 2: thirst trap. And who wouldn't? Your sister's a princess. Of
- 27:52Speaker 2: course you want to go. Of course you want to go.
- 27:55Speaker 2: And then you're not going. So now you're going to
- 27:57Speaker 2: be like, I'm going to use Twitter. I'm going to
- 27:58Speaker 2: tell the world that she didn't invite me. I'm going
- 28:00Speaker 2: to let the world know that she... So the whole
- 28:02Speaker 2: thing within the niche. So then she... So Samantha Markle
- 28:06Speaker 2: did not raise her own children. Something happened. The husband
- 28:09Speaker 2: and the husband's parents got custody. And we see this
- 28:12Speaker 2: niece who's very lovely and about 10 years younger than Megan.
- 28:16Speaker 2: And they hit it off. And they're going on trips together.
- 28:19Speaker 2: And Megan is like the big sister.
- 28:21Speaker 5: And they love each other. That is before she's a
- 28:22Speaker 5: princess at this point.
- 28:23Speaker 2: Before she's a princess. Do stuff together and everything. And
- 28:26Speaker 2: she goes, and then I had to call my niece
- 28:28Speaker 2: about five days before and say, I can't invite you
- 28:32Speaker 2: to the wedding because how could I invite you? And
- 28:34Speaker 2: not your mother. And I'm not inviting your mother. Because
- 28:37Speaker 2: she's a fucking nightmare.
- 28:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 28:39Speaker 2: Okay?
- 28:39Speaker 5: Right.
- 28:40Speaker 2: And the girl was devastated and sad and crying. I
- 28:43Speaker 2: totally understand that. I don't think Megan did anything wrong.
- 28:49Speaker 5: Right.
- 28:49Speaker 2: I say this to people all the time. Whether you're
- 28:51Speaker 2: the princess or whether you're getting married... at, you know, Shakey's.
- 28:55Speaker 2: It's your fucking day. It's your day. And you don't
- 29:00Speaker 2: need to include someone that you feel their intentions are
- 29:04Speaker 2: not pure. And she was out, she was already being
- 29:09Speaker 2: annoying and saying nasty stuff. Now with the dad, she did,
- 29:12Speaker 2: I believe, have every intention for the dad to come.
- 29:15Speaker 2: But I think Megan, I'm sorry, I think Samantha had
- 29:19Speaker 2: something to do, got in the dad's head, And who
- 29:24Speaker 2: can't use $ 100, 000? So now we know that someone came
- 29:28Speaker 2: to him and said, let's just stage some photos. Like
- 29:31Speaker 2: you're reading a book about English people in the cafe
- 29:34Speaker 2: in Mexico. You're trying on your tux. And then she's like, dad,
- 29:39Speaker 2: we just got. word that the story's coming out that
- 29:41Speaker 2: these are so staged that you took $ 100, 000 if it's true.
- 29:45Speaker 2: Is it true? And he's so embarrassed. He says no.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Then he has a heart attack. And she's like trying
- 29:50Speaker 2: to text him like, Dad, are you okay? Is this real?
- 29:52Speaker 2: Like da-da-da. And then the phone comes back and it's like,
- 29:56Speaker 2: so sorry if my heart attack inconvenienced you. 100% that
- 30:00Speaker 2: was the sister or the brother. 100%.
- 30:02Speaker 5: Right.
- 30:02Speaker 2: He says it wasn't. Because I think he's protecting the
- 30:06Speaker 2: only kids that he has a relationship with. And I
- 30:10Speaker 2: really think this is about the breakup of this family,
- 30:14Speaker 2: which is sad.
- 30:15Speaker 5: Right.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Because she was a total daddy's girl. Her dad was wonderful.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Everyone says the dad was super involved in her life.
- 30:22Speaker 2: It is the adult half-siblings... Getting into the dad's life
- 30:29Speaker 2: and then all of this and then it gets to
- 30:32Speaker 2: a point because she's a public figure and she's kind
- 30:34Speaker 2: of keeping this story that I really, really hope that
- 30:39Speaker 2: she flies him out and he spends a week in
- 30:40Speaker 2: Santa Barbara. I really hope that that happens before he dies. Yes.
- 30:44Speaker 2: I really hope that that happens.
- 30:47Speaker 5: Because it seems like they were very close when they
- 30:49Speaker 5: were young.
- 30:50Speaker 2: I think that's something– and there's no reason now– Why
- 30:53Speaker 2: she can't just be like, you're not invited with Samantha
- 30:55Speaker 2: or anything. I'm going to send a caretaker to take
- 30:58Speaker 2: you on the plane. You're coming to Santa Barbara for
- 31:00Speaker 2: a week to hang out with the kids. If there's
- 31:03Speaker 2: no reason why she doesn't do that, if she doesn't
- 31:05Speaker 2: do that now, it's because she really, for whatever, some
- 31:07Speaker 2: reason we don't know. And it could be, I just
- 31:10Speaker 2: don't want, I don't care. I really am not a
- 31:12Speaker 2: good daughter. I don't care. That'd be the only reason
- 31:15Speaker 2: that she wouldn't now go. Now that it's all done,
- 31:18Speaker 2: we have two kids. You're getting older. Just come stay
- 31:20Speaker 2: in Santa Barbara for a week. Why not?
- 31:22Speaker 5: Now, does Samantha Markle make any money off any of this?
- 31:25Speaker 5: Is she selling a book?
- 31:26Speaker 2: She sold a book and I read it. I mean,
- 31:28Speaker 2: I bought it and I read it.
- 31:30Speaker 5: So she made a couple of bucks somehow. A couple.
- 31:31Speaker 2: She's never going to make a lot, but it's always
- 31:33Speaker 2: just like, she just is thirsty.
- 31:36Speaker 7: But why is she like, I'm not joking, why is
- 31:38Speaker 7: she not like on... you know, the Masked Singer or
- 31:41Speaker 7: something like that.
- 31:42Speaker 5: Like, I feel like she needs to spin this even more.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Because she's not, like, a beloved character. People don't like her. Like,
- 31:48Speaker 2: people don't like her.
- 31:49Speaker 5: She pops her head off on the Masked Singer and
- 31:50Speaker 5: be like, all right, Samantha Markle. You know what I mean? Like,
- 31:55Speaker 5: I think she could.
- 31:56Speaker 2: First of all, she's handicapped, so she can't be like.
- 31:58Speaker 5: You put her outfit on and she's got a wheelchair.
- 32:01Speaker 5: It's a little cutie doll in a wheelchair.
- 32:03Speaker 2: I don't think the world... I think they pick people
- 32:05Speaker 2: for the Masked Singer that are up-and-comers or beloved people
- 32:08Speaker 2: coming down. All right. So, like, I don't think she's
- 32:11Speaker 2: a beloved person. I don't think she did anything wrong.
- 32:14Speaker 5: I don't think she.
- 32:15Speaker 2: She's very articulate.
- 32:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 32:16Speaker 2: But, like, you know, and then the poor niece is like, fuck,
- 32:20Speaker 2: you know, and then... But, yeah, I get it. When
- 32:22Speaker 2: there's that dynamic, you're like, I can't have the niece
- 32:26Speaker 2: and then not have... And then there was... This I
- 32:31Speaker 2: saw about Oprah. This was from a post that someone did.
- 32:36Speaker 2: They got video of when Oprah arrived. This is from...
- 32:39Speaker 2: gratitude 1968 and how shocked she was in the video
- 32:43Speaker 2: is pretty compelling how she comes to the wedding Oprah
- 32:45Speaker 2: and she's like looking at the way and they're like
- 32:47Speaker 2: no you're in the VIP section over here not with
- 32:52Speaker 2: and she like really didn't know Megan but was totally
- 32:54Speaker 2: down to go to the wedding who the fuck wouldn't
- 32:56Speaker 2: that's the way Hollywood works you get invited you know
- 32:59Speaker 2: Donald Trump went to Chelsea Clinton's wedding it happens this
- 33:02Speaker 2: is a big event we can invite some VIPs and
- 33:05Speaker 2: like why not and But she's like shocked. She's like,
- 33:09Speaker 2: what am I doing up here?
- 33:10Speaker 5: Watch Oprah.
- 33:12Speaker 2: But you're going to have Oprah and you're not going
- 33:14Speaker 2: to have your sister, but you're not going to have
- 33:15Speaker 2: your sister because she's a loose cannon. But it's kind
- 33:18Speaker 2: of interesting because she could have right from the start been,
- 33:22Speaker 2: I want you, Samantha and Tom and dad to all
- 33:25Speaker 2: come together. And that's what Samantha's saying. Like why from
- 33:28Speaker 2: the very beginning were we not included and not invited?
- 33:31Speaker 7: There was a couple of times where I thought that
- 33:33Speaker 7: they could have like, almost broken the character a little
- 33:37Speaker 7: bit and explain this kind of stuff like even with
- 33:40Speaker 7: like william and uh and and kate like i thought
- 33:44Speaker 7: there'd been a couple times where they could have been
- 33:46Speaker 7: like listen sometimes families just don't get along and that's
- 33:49Speaker 7: not the worst thing in the world like i like
- 33:51Speaker 7: i thought megan could have been like i don't think
- 33:52Speaker 7: kate and i will ever be best friends but that's
- 33:55Speaker 7: not so what like a lot of sister-in-laws don't get
- 33:58Speaker 7: along a lot of steps, this 17 year old, 17
- 34:01Speaker 7: year different step people don't get along. Like that's the
- 34:04Speaker 7: end of that. Like, I don't understand why people are
- 34:07Speaker 7: mad at her for not getting along with a step
- 34:09Speaker 7: sister that it's a 17 year different.
- 34:11Speaker 2: I think they're going to lead up to the Kate
- 34:14Speaker 2: and Will and all that stuff to the racism thing.
- 34:16Speaker 2: I guess, I guess in America, knowing that she had
- 34:21Speaker 2: a black mom was such a positive thing in the
- 34:24Speaker 2: media that I saw.
- 34:25Speaker 5: Right.
- 34:27Speaker 2: In all the media I saw and all the talk
- 34:29Speaker 2: shows that I saw, everyone thought it was wonderful and
- 34:33Speaker 2: like so positive. And like, that's what I thought too.
- 34:36Speaker 6: Right.
- 34:36Speaker 2: And so I guess that's why maybe it was extra
- 34:39Speaker 2: shocking when they received the complete opposite.
- 34:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 34:42Speaker 2: By articles and some people that might've been close to them.
- 34:46Speaker 2: So we're going to see all that. Um, but anyway,
- 34:49Speaker 2: she said I wasn't allowed to wear bright colors. And
- 34:51Speaker 2: then there was a, a montage of all the time
- 34:53Speaker 2: she wore bright things. But she also said, I chose
- 34:56Speaker 2: muted colors in the beginning because I didn't know what
- 34:59Speaker 2: the queen was going to be wearing. These could have
- 35:00Speaker 2: been events that she was just doing on her own.
- 35:02Speaker 5: Right.
- 35:03Speaker 2: But when it was an event with the whole group,
- 35:06Speaker 2: she was like, well, chances are they won't pick camel.
- 35:08Speaker 2: So I'll pick camel, whatever. But she always looked great.
- 35:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:12Speaker 7: Do you ever think there was a time because they
- 35:15Speaker 7: all seem to be going over to Africa a lot
- 35:17Speaker 7: to do these missions.
- 35:18Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:19Speaker 7: But in some of the pictures I saw, like the
- 35:21Speaker 7: countries looked impoverished, but not that impoverished.
- 35:24Speaker 5: They're like, we're fine. Do you ever think there's a
- 35:26Speaker 5: point where they were like, oh, we got to do
- 35:28Speaker 5: this again? You know, because they have to do a
- 35:32Speaker 5: whole song and dance out there. And they're like, Megan's
- 35:34Speaker 5: here again. And they're like, oh, Jesus, I don't feel
- 35:36Speaker 5: like dancing anymore for this broad.
- 35:38Speaker 2: I always feel like, I mean, look, and she was
- 35:40Speaker 2: down for the photo ops, too. Even when she went
- 35:43Speaker 2: to the horrible shooting in Texas, the school shooting.
- 35:45Speaker 5: Right, right.
- 35:46Speaker 2: She went and she had a photographer with her.
- 35:48Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 35:48Speaker 2: When she brought the flowers. So it's like, I don't
- 35:51Speaker 2: like people that do stuff like that. I understand when
- 35:54Speaker 2: you're the queen of England or whatever, the princess of England,
- 35:56Speaker 2: but it's always like, oh, isn't she so great? like
- 35:59Speaker 2: hugging like a little villager. Like, why not? Like, why
- 36:04Speaker 2: wouldn't you hug a little villager?
- 36:05Speaker 5: Yeah, cute little kid pumping water.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:07Speaker 2: But it's always like, wow, the fact that she can,
- 36:10Speaker 2: and my God, she barely wore mascara and she, you know,
- 36:14Speaker 2: wore very subtle, just a pair of Lululemons and a
- 36:18Speaker 2: pair of flats.
- 36:19Speaker 5: Like, wow.
- 36:20Speaker 2: What did you expect? I mean, you're like out in
- 36:22Speaker 2: the It's just like, I'm so, there's that.
- 36:26Speaker 5: I know. I'm always wondering the perspective of the countries.
- 36:30Speaker 5: They're like, we're good.
- 36:32Speaker 2: So here's my question.
- 36:33Speaker 5: We're not going to be America, but we love to
- 36:35Speaker 5: kick soccer ball. We have a good time over here.
- 36:37Speaker 5: We don't need you running, coming here every couple of months,
- 36:39Speaker 5: pumping water.
- 36:41Speaker 2: My question is, what happens after this? So she got
- 36:45Speaker 2: $ 100 million for this Netflix thing, and it is trending
- 36:48Speaker 2: number two. did you get a hundred just for this?
- 36:51Speaker 2: Or after this, they have to do like a reality
- 36:53Speaker 2: show where we actually see more chicken footage and them
- 36:57Speaker 2: going to like Lucky's and Santa Barbara with their two
- 36:59Speaker 2: best friends. The way we see the Kardashians do and
- 37:02Speaker 2: the housewives do like, are we ever going to see any,
- 37:05Speaker 2: are we going to see that kind of thing? I mean,
- 37:08Speaker 2: that's what I thought originally this was. That's why when
- 37:11Speaker 2: people are like, she didn't say they wanted privacy. They
- 37:14Speaker 2: want to control of their own life. And if you're like,
- 37:16Speaker 2: they did want privacy. Well, this is private. They're sitting
- 37:19Speaker 2: on a couch.
- 37:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:20Speaker 2: They're sitting on a couch and talking. So I don't
- 37:24Speaker 2: think this documentary, like if they do a Kardashian kind
- 37:29Speaker 2: of reality show and they're going to, you know, stores
- 37:34Speaker 2: and shopping and all this stuff and then complaining that
- 37:38Speaker 2: the paparazzi is after them when they go to the
- 37:41Speaker 2: Ivy on Robertson.
- 37:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:42Speaker 2: Then I'll be like, you're an asshole. You don't need
- 37:44Speaker 2: to do this. So I don't know if they have
- 37:48Speaker 2: to do another show after this.
- 37:50Speaker 5: I don't know. I don't know what their deal was.
- 37:51Speaker 5: But I have to say that I'm enjoying it.
- 37:54Speaker 7: I didn't think I would. I didn't think this was
- 37:56Speaker 7: going to be anything I was interested in. There is some.
- 37:59Speaker 2: Good, like, interesting history stuff that we weren't really aware of.
- 38:02Speaker 5: There is a couple. Yeah, there's things like that.
- 38:03Speaker 2: Like some historical stuff where you're like, oh, okay, I
- 38:06Speaker 2: learned something. Okay, Kanye. I want to tell you what
- 38:09Speaker 2: Kanye is saying.
- 38:11Speaker 5: Great.
- 38:12Speaker 2: This morning, he was at the Conservative Christian Church or
- 38:15Speaker 2: something it's called. in Northridge and X 17 online caught
- 38:19Speaker 2: up with him. They had a five minute, five minute interview.
- 38:23Speaker 2: He has a ski mask and a black hoodie on.
- 38:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 38:26Speaker 2: And he says a few things. He says, um, that
- 38:30Speaker 2: they were, that God came to him and told him to,
- 38:34Speaker 2: to write that tweet about the Jews. and, And thank
- 38:40Speaker 2: God God told him to do that because then Balenciaga
- 38:44Speaker 2: made him the enemy and not Kim. Oh. I don't know.
- 38:48Speaker 2: So he said that was confusing. Yeah. Okay. Then he
- 38:51Speaker 2: goes on to say, I love everybody. I don't have
- 38:54Speaker 2: hate for anybody. And I know this because I'm a
- 38:59Speaker 2: little bit autistic. I'm not bipolar. I'm not having a
- 39:03Speaker 2: bipolar expert. I figured out I'm a little bit autistic
- 39:05Speaker 2: like Rain Man.
- 39:06Speaker 5: Uh-huh.
- 39:07Speaker 2: And that's what makes, that's my superpower. That's why I
- 39:09Speaker 2: can design, write music, do tracks. But also have you,
- 39:12Speaker 2: he literally says, have you ever met an autistic person
- 39:15Speaker 2: that has hate in his heart?
- 39:17Speaker 5: I can't think of one, but you know, I have
- 39:19Speaker 5: to think about it.
- 39:20Speaker 2: But I was kind of like, oh my God, like
- 39:23Speaker 2: this is what he's going for.
- 39:24Speaker 5: Okay.
- 39:26Speaker 2: And then he's like, um, but, um, the China has
- 39:31Speaker 2: bought America through media and the Jews were the middlemen.
- 39:37Speaker 2: And in five years we're gonna be at war with China. And, uh,
- 39:41Speaker 2: cause China makes the phones, but not every Chinese person, um,
- 39:47Speaker 2: brought the coronavirus over here. He's saying this.
- 39:49Speaker 5: This is all true.
- 39:50Speaker 2: And not every Chinese person... It was corona? It was
- 39:56Speaker 2: something else. It's okay.
- 39:58Speaker 5: You don't have to make sense of any of this.
- 40:00Speaker 2: The Chinese people could be good, too.
- 40:04Speaker 5: I mean, at this point.
- 40:05Speaker 7: This is basically a homeless person on a park bench screaming.
- 40:09Speaker 2: It is. It is.
- 40:11Speaker 5: But without being a homeless person.
- 40:12Speaker 2: I mean, I didn't even talk about it last week
- 40:14Speaker 2: or whatever, but I'm like, this is just too much.
- 40:16Speaker 2: To now go.
- 40:19Speaker 2: Okay, now you should, like, love me and care about
- 40:22Speaker 2: me and never be mad at me because I'm a
- 40:24Speaker 2: little bit autistic, which is just, like, rude to anybody
- 40:27Speaker 2: that has autism or a child with autism. Like, why
- 40:31Speaker 2: are you throwing autistic people into this?
- 40:33Speaker 5: Everybody's getting it right now.
- 40:34Speaker 2: I mean, like.
- 40:34Speaker 7: If you're a Jewish autism kid, you're a... Kanye does
- 40:38Speaker 7: not like you.
- 40:39Speaker 2: Or love you.
- 40:40Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:40Speaker 2: No, he says he loves you. His heart.
- 40:41Speaker 5: He does. Okay. Got it. I'm all confused. I just
- 40:45Speaker 5: hope that he, in the next couple of days, does
- 40:47Speaker 5: not go through the Jack in the Box drive-thru.
- 40:50Speaker 2: That Britney went through.
- 40:51Speaker 5: Oh, let's get to that.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Let's get to that. Okay, first of all, do you
- 40:53Speaker 2: know about Nick Carter?
- 40:54Speaker 5: I do.
- 40:54Speaker 2: Okay, so Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter is sued over
- 40:58Speaker 2: alleged rape. And also the ABC has pulled the group's
- 41:03Speaker 2: Backstreet Boys holiday special, which is already filmed and ready
- 41:06Speaker 2: to go.
- 41:06Speaker 1: I know.
- 41:07Speaker 2: I always feel bad for the other guys.
- 41:08Speaker 5: The other Backstreet Boys must have been like, why didn't
- 41:10Speaker 5: I just have a solo career?
- 41:11Speaker 2: This is pretty disturbing allegations.
- 41:15Speaker 5: Right.
- 41:15Speaker 2: So it happened 21 years ago. This girl said she
- 41:18Speaker 2: was 17. He was like 21. Somehow she got like
- 41:21Speaker 2: a VIP or something, got to meet him. She's autistic
- 41:25Speaker 2: and has cerebral palsy. He said, come to the... whatever
- 41:30Speaker 2: the bus gave her some drink that then made her
- 41:34Speaker 2: like woozy or whatever, forced her to give him oral
- 41:37Speaker 2: and then went in the back of the bus and
- 41:38Speaker 2: raped her. And then after he, this is like awful stuff,
- 41:44Speaker 2: but after he like called her like the R word
- 41:47Speaker 2: and there's two other girls.
- 41:49Speaker 5: Okay.
- 41:50Speaker 2: That I guess their stories match enough for an attorney
- 41:53Speaker 2: to take on these cases around the same time. Now,
- 41:57Speaker 2: Aaron Carter is, they always were at each other's throats
- 42:00Speaker 2: via internet and social media in which Aaron had accused
- 42:05Speaker 2: him of doing some pretty heinous things.
- 42:07Speaker 5: Right.
- 42:08Speaker 2: And he had accused him of like raping this old
- 42:12Speaker 2: woman and that the mom used to have hospice of
- 42:16Speaker 2: and crazy stuff. And he would like tweet it, but
- 42:18Speaker 2: Aaron was always like on drugs and stuff.
- 42:21Speaker 5: Right.
- 42:21Speaker 2: And Nick was the clean cut stable on that was
- 42:24Speaker 2: still on tour and working. Yeah. And, and, sometimes Nick
- 42:28Speaker 2: would be like, please, we need to help my brother.
- 42:30Speaker 2: Like he's crazy. Now, of course, these are all alleged things.
- 42:35Speaker 2: And Aaron is no longer with us. And those, those
- 42:39Speaker 2: tweets about that, I don't know that it was ever
- 42:41Speaker 2: because it was like an elderly woman. So she's probably
- 42:42Speaker 2: not with us anymore.
- 42:43Speaker 5: And she didn't say anything.
- 42:44Speaker 2: And he said, and his story was Nick told him
- 42:48Speaker 2: that told him that he did that.
- 42:49Speaker 5: Wow.
- 42:50Speaker 2: Then Aaron, Aaron had said, I was, you know, a
- 42:55Speaker 2: product of child abuse. And so there were a lot
- 42:57Speaker 2: of weird things and now Aaron is gone. And I mean,
- 43:02Speaker 2: the way these cases work is, you know, if they're
- 43:06Speaker 2: suing him and there's three people, there has to be
- 43:10Speaker 2: like some where, even though she didn't say anything until
- 43:14Speaker 2: 21 years later, they usually need someone that's like, yes,
- 43:19Speaker 2: you know, She's my sister and she came home for
- 43:22Speaker 2: the Backstreet Boys and this is the way she acted.
- 43:24Speaker 5: This is what she said.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Or a diary. There's got to be some. And then
- 43:29Speaker 2: there are these two other girls. But it's like a lawsuit.
- 43:36Speaker 2: So I don't think that he's going to jail or
- 43:39Speaker 2: being put on trial like the Masterson guy.
- 43:42Speaker 5: Yeah, who got off, right?
- 43:44Speaker 2: It's a mistrial.
- 43:45Speaker 5: Mistrial, yeah.
- 43:46Speaker 2: I have to follow up because I don't know what
- 43:48Speaker 2: happens now. But that was another thing where there were
- 43:51Speaker 2: three girls and it was really their word against his,
- 43:56Speaker 2: you know, and it's really hard for a jury to
- 43:59Speaker 2: say without a doubt, I'm going to believe that this happened.
- 44:03Speaker 1: Right.
- 44:03Speaker 2: And there's like.
- 44:05Speaker 5: Yeah, it's been.
- 44:06Speaker 2: It's really, I mean, yeah, and we're going to put
- 44:07Speaker 2: this person away.
- 44:08Speaker 7: Like even some of the, even some of the Kevin Spacey,
- 44:13Speaker 7: there's been several Kevin Spacey cases.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Right.
- 44:14Speaker 7: That have both, that have all been, either they were
- 44:18Speaker 7: dropped or. I mean, at this point, I don't think
- 44:20Speaker 7: Kevin Spacey hasn't lost a case yet.
- 44:24Speaker 1: Right.
- 44:24Speaker 5: He's been three, I think, or more. I mean, I
- 44:26Speaker 5: know there's been a lot of accusations, but.
- 44:28Speaker 2: People don't have to give you jobs.
- 44:30Speaker 5: That's the other thing.
- 44:31Speaker 2: People can pull the staff.
- 44:32Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 44:33Speaker 2: Yeah, it might not be true, but like we.
- 44:36Speaker 5: Can't be associated with working again. Yeah.
- 44:38Speaker 2: We can't be associated with this person. If these people
- 44:41Speaker 2: are saying this about you, we have the right to say,
- 44:43Speaker 2: we don't want to be associated with you anymore.
- 44:44Speaker 7: Now, what does the backstreet boys just say? Nick Carter's
- 44:47Speaker 7: out of backstreet, but like, I will go on with
- 44:49Speaker 7: the four. Like we could, well, you guys will.
- 44:51Speaker 5: All live without Nick Carter.
- 44:52Speaker 2: What are the backstreet boys?
- 44:53Speaker 5: No.
- 44:53Speaker 2: If this happened when they were all 21, did they
- 44:56Speaker 2: ever remember seeing anything where they all get in their
- 44:58Speaker 2: own girls? Like what was going on?
- 45:00Speaker 4: You know?
- 45:01Speaker 2: Um, And just like a really awful, disgusting accusation. So
- 45:10Speaker 2: I don't know what will happen with that.
- 45:12Speaker 7: But the holiday special, we can't watch the ABC Backstreet
- 45:16Speaker 7: Boys holiday special.
- 45:17Speaker 2: And I just got a Christmas card from a friend
- 45:19Speaker 2: of mine who her Christmas card is her with the
- 45:24Speaker 2: Backstreet Boys from her birthday this past year. It literally
- 45:27Speaker 2: arrived the day that the story broke. Oh, no.
- 45:32Speaker 5: She's like, seems like a good idea at the time.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Ben Affleck and J-Lo.
- 45:36Speaker 7: Can I just say this about this picture? Ben Affleck
- 45:39Speaker 7: is way too old for that drink. That is a
- 45:42Speaker 7: drink of a teenage girl. Now, who gets the large
- 45:46Speaker 7: whipped cream Frappuccino still at 50?
- 45:49Speaker 2: I think he's bringing it home to that kid.
- 45:52Speaker 5: You think so?
- 45:53Speaker 2: Her son, yeah.
- 45:54Speaker 5: I couldn't believe it when I saw it. I'm like,
- 45:56Speaker 5: that's an odd drink for Ben Affleck to get.
- 45:58Speaker 2: We all love a frappuccino.
- 45:59Speaker 5: So many calories. We all love it. We all love them.
- 46:01Speaker 2: So there it's for you guys. Page six just said,
- 46:04Speaker 2: oh my God, Ben Affleck, who's normally a Dunkin' Donuts Bostonian,
- 46:09Speaker 2: is at Starbucks cuddling her. There's several pictures of them
- 46:12Speaker 2: just at a regular Starbucks. It's the most fake, like
- 46:16Speaker 2: paparazzi called thing I have ever seen in my life.
- 46:20Speaker 2: But why?
- 46:21Speaker 5: They're two of the biggest stars in the world. They
- 46:23Speaker 5: need more Starbucks pictures?
- 46:25Speaker 2: I don't even know if he knows or maybe they
- 46:27Speaker 2: do know and she's like, honey, I just want to, whatever,
- 46:30Speaker 2: we're going to go to Starbucks. There's going to be
- 46:32Speaker 2: some pups there. Let's just look cuddly and cute. The
- 46:34Speaker 2: quicker we get it done. Because maybe she's honest. Maybe
- 46:38Speaker 2: she goes, this is how I've stayed relevant for 35 years.
- 46:41Speaker 2: I don't just like not have things written about me.
- 46:43Speaker 2: Right now there's audio which I couldn't believe it's true
- 46:48Speaker 2: of her in rehearsals.
- 46:49Speaker 5: Is that real audio? I thought it was a joke.
- 46:51Speaker 2: I don't know if it's true or not, but it,
- 46:54Speaker 2: she sounds awful, but it does sound just like her.
- 46:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 46:58Speaker 2: And then I also saw something, something where she did
- 46:59Speaker 2: one of those Vogue, like 25 question things, videos. And
- 47:03Speaker 2: I've seen people like making fun of that where she's
- 47:05Speaker 2: like pouring tea and she's like, you know, so whatever.
- 47:10Speaker 2: Just to remind people we're in love. Um, Cher's mother, Georgia,
- 47:14Speaker 2: died at 96.
- 47:15Speaker 6: Yeah, 96.
- 47:16Speaker 2: And you just talked about her.
- 47:17Speaker 5: I was just talking about how good she looks.
- 47:19Speaker 2: Yes, but she did live a long, great life.
- 47:21Speaker 5: Long, great life.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Cher has great genes to go until 96.
- 47:23Speaker 5: Georgia Holt, yeah, good lady.
- 47:25Speaker 2: Did you hear about the labor and delivery nurses that
- 47:28Speaker 2: went viral?
- 47:29Speaker 5: I heard something about it. I don't know.
- 47:31Speaker 2: I watched them. So it's a hospital where these girls
- 47:35Speaker 2: did a TikTok. And they said what our ick is,
- 47:38Speaker 2: which I mean, I guess what my worst is, being
- 47:40Speaker 2: a labor and delivery nurse.
- 47:42Speaker 5: Okay.
- 47:42Speaker 2: And they did these TikToks and it was like when
- 47:46Speaker 2: the woman, when the mom comes for a scheduled, you know,
- 47:50Speaker 2: epidural or C-section and right when she gets there, she's like,
- 47:52Speaker 2: can I take a shower? Can I have something to eat?
- 47:56Speaker 6: Ick.
- 47:56Speaker 2: It's the nurse talking. And then they're like, um, when the,
- 48:00Speaker 2: you know, um, when, when I hand the baby to
- 48:04Speaker 2: the mom and the first thing she says is, what
- 48:07Speaker 2: is he way? And I'm like, bitch, she doesn't say bitch,
- 48:10Speaker 2: but she's like, uh, we haven't weighed him yet.
- 48:12Speaker 5: God.
- 48:13Speaker 2: Like, they're just like so annoyed.
- 48:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 48:15Speaker 2: So there's a bunch of them and, and you know,
- 48:17Speaker 2: the internet goes crazy and people are like, I'm sorry. Like,
- 48:21Speaker 2: it's not like we give birth every day. Like, could
- 48:23Speaker 2: you be a little bit nicer? Like the moms don't
- 48:25Speaker 2: know what to do. And like, Sorry that we're inconveniencing you. Like, anyway,
- 48:29Speaker 2: they got fired.
- 48:30Speaker 5: Yeah, I heard.
- 48:32Speaker 2: They got fired. And, you know, we talked about when
- 48:36Speaker 2: the nurses used to do the TikTok dancing. Yeah. And,
- 48:40Speaker 2: you know, and I had some nurses come and say, gosh,
- 48:42Speaker 2: you know, we just wanted to have some fun. And
- 48:44Speaker 2: we just, you know, and other ones were like, yeah,
- 48:46Speaker 2: I don't know how they had time to TikTok dance either.
- 48:48Speaker 2: And I'm like, look, you know, just, Kanye says autistic
- 48:53Speaker 2: people can't. can never have any hate in their heart.
- 48:58Speaker 2: I disagree. I think sometimes someone that has autism has
- 49:02Speaker 2: emotions that may not all be the nicest people on earth.
- 49:06Speaker 2: Just like I think a nurse is not always Nurse Nightingale.
- 49:10Speaker 2: I don't think every nurse is amazing. They thought they
- 49:15Speaker 2: were being funny. A lot of people with social media
- 49:18Speaker 2: think this is funny and they're probably like, wow, I
- 49:20Speaker 2: really didn't think it through. I don't really feel this way.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Or maybe they do. Then I saw this other girl
- 49:25Speaker 2: that said, I went on my tour to give birth
- 49:29Speaker 2: at this hospital and I felt the vibe was so
- 49:32Speaker 2: negative that the nurses were so fucking miserable that she's like,
- 49:35Speaker 2: I switched hospitals before I gave birth.
- 49:37Speaker 7: Well, I got, The day my child was born, my
- 49:41Speaker 7: nurses were mean as snakes and I loved it.
- 49:44Speaker 5: What?
- 49:44Speaker 7: Because they got the job done. We had some, what
- 49:48Speaker 7: do they call it, doula? We had this crazy hippie doula.
- 49:51Speaker 7: I don't know why we had, my wife hired her.
- 49:54Speaker 2: Well, yeah, that's private, yeah.
- 49:55Speaker 7: Yeah, but there was like, I asked the doula, I said,
- 49:58Speaker 7: I heard there's a beef between nurses and doulas. She's like,
- 50:00Speaker 7: not even those of the old days.
- 50:02Speaker 5: They hated her. They're like, get out. This is not.
- 50:06Speaker 5: We're getting down to business. No more doula shit. Bye-bye.
- 50:10Speaker 5: And I like that. I'm like, good. I want these
- 50:13Speaker 5: ladies to take care of it. I mean, they were
- 50:14Speaker 5: whipping that baby around. I was like, is this how
- 50:17Speaker 5: you do it? I guess. She's fine now. I didn't
- 50:22Speaker 5: ask any. But they were not. They were certainly not warm.
- 50:25Speaker 5: But I like that. I like that they were getting
- 50:27Speaker 5: down to business.
- 50:28Speaker 2: My experience at West Hills Hospital was very nice for
- 50:31Speaker 2: both times.
- 50:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:31Speaker 2: And it was not a problem. But then I saw
- 50:34Speaker 2: this other beautiful nurse. stunning face with her nurse. And
- 50:40Speaker 2: she was like, I'm going to tell you what I
- 50:42Speaker 2: love about being a nurse. And she was just a delight.
- 50:45Speaker 2: She's like, I love this. I love this. I love
- 50:46Speaker 2: when the dad comes in and wants to do a
- 50:48Speaker 2: skin touch. Like she did all these wonderful things. So
- 50:51Speaker 2: people were like offsetting.
- 50:53Speaker 5: It, you know?
- 50:53Speaker 2: But anyway, be careful, be careful about doing TikToks and
- 51:00Speaker 2: social media and at your line of work unless you
- 51:03Speaker 2: are a podcaster. Then do it all the time.
- 51:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 51:06Speaker 2: But if you're not your own boss.
- 51:08Speaker 5: There's no reason.
- 51:09Speaker 2: Don't.
- 51:09Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 51:10Speaker 2: Don't show me, like, what you hate about working at
- 51:14Speaker 2: Burger King.
- 51:14Speaker 5: Don't.
- 51:15Speaker 2: Stop.
- 51:15Speaker 5: Every job has an ick. Don't do it. Every job
- 51:17Speaker 5: has an ick. We don't need to know the icks.
- 51:20Speaker 2: Did you know that Daniel Craig is gay in his
- 51:23Speaker 2: next movie? He lives with a man. He's queer.
- 51:26Speaker 5: Is this the one that Knives Out?
- 51:28Speaker 2: This is Knives Out.
- 51:29Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 51:29Speaker 2: And he says... I think it's great because it reflects
- 51:32Speaker 2: my life.
- 51:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 51:33Speaker 2: Now, he's married to Rachel Weisz. He has two kids.
- 51:36Speaker 2: But remember years ago, he was photographed kissing this guy
- 51:40Speaker 2: who was like on Radio Andy. And they were at
- 51:44Speaker 2: a bar, a gay bar in Venice Beach, California. Yeah.
- 51:48Speaker 2: And he says, he went on that guy's radio show
- 51:50Speaker 2: and he said, yeah, I like going to gay bars
- 51:53Speaker 2: because I don't get in fights at gay bars.
- 51:56Speaker 5: Sure.
- 51:56Speaker 2: Which I don't know. Do you get in fights at
- 51:58Speaker 2: straight bars?
- 51:58Speaker 5: No.
- 51:59Speaker 2: Is that like an English thing? Maybe.
- 52:01Speaker 5: I don't know what his deal is.
- 52:02Speaker 2: And so he goes, so I want it. We had
- 52:04Speaker 2: a great dinner and we're like, why have the night end?
- 52:07Speaker 2: Why don't we go to a gay bar? And then
- 52:10Speaker 2: he didn't really say that we kissed or didn't, but
- 52:14Speaker 2: there was a photograph of him kissing.
- 52:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:17Speaker 2: But I said, you know, and someone said, Heather brought
- 52:20Speaker 2: it up. It's like, if it doesn't matter anymore, it
- 52:22Speaker 2: doesn't matter anymore. So you're married to a woman and
- 52:25Speaker 2: you fuck guys. Okay, we're still going to cast you.
- 52:29Speaker 2: And now it's good because if they wanted a gay character,
- 52:32Speaker 2: maybe they would have to get that Doogie Howser.
- 52:37Speaker 5: You know what I mean?
- 52:38Speaker 2: So at least he's like, hey, I'm a little bit gay.
- 52:41Speaker 2: Kanye can play someone a little bit autistic. Maybe he
- 52:45Speaker 2: wants to be an actor. I don't know. Say you've
- 52:46Speaker 2: got all these things going on and maybe you can
- 52:48Speaker 2: get that.
- 52:48Speaker 5: Brendan Fraser's a whale.
- 52:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:50Speaker 5: He can't. I mean, all bets are off again, I guess.
- 52:54Speaker 6: Oh, my God.
- 52:55Speaker 2: I was studying Moby Dick last night for Brandon's class.
- 52:57Speaker 5: Oh, wow. I feel like that's... You know what I
- 52:59Speaker 5: was thinking, though?
- 53:00Speaker 2: I was like, why is this still a classic? I
- 53:03Speaker 2: literally went on the... I'm like, why is it.
- 53:04Speaker 5: Why.
- 53:05Speaker 2: Like, why can't they read other really juicy, good books? Like,
- 53:10Speaker 2: I remember the only good one was Catcher in a
- 53:12Speaker 2: Rye because it was kind of modern. Like, it was
- 53:14Speaker 2: from the 50s and there was, like, a gay element
- 53:16Speaker 2: and a prostitute element, so I kind of liked it.
- 53:18Speaker 5: Holden Caulfield.
- 53:18Speaker 2: Yeah. But, like, so many of the other books, I'm like,
- 53:21Speaker 2: nobody's written anything else... That's going to teach them symbolism
- 53:25Speaker 2: and stuff in the last 50 years that could be
- 53:28Speaker 2: a little more relatable and juicy.
- 53:31Speaker 5: You might have a point there. You know what I mean?
- 53:33Speaker 2: English educators, I'm just saying. And I know sometimes they
- 53:37Speaker 2: do because he has read some more modern books. And
- 53:40Speaker 2: maybe these are the books because he's in American history,
- 53:44Speaker 2: American English. Maybe that's why we're doing these old books.
- 53:46Speaker 2: But I'm just like, I still think like.
- 53:49Speaker 5: Yeah. I don't know.
- 53:50Speaker 7: I recently tried to go back and read something. I
- 53:51Speaker 7: tried to read Frankenstein, like the classic Mary Shelley.
- 53:54Speaker 5: Yeah. Frankenstein. And it's written in a way where I'm like,
- 53:56Speaker 5: I can't. This is not.
- 53:58Speaker 2: You need to close your eyes.
- 53:59Speaker 5: Yeah. It's very English speak. All right.
- 54:01Speaker 2: I want to talk about Britney.
- 54:02Speaker 5: Oh, boy.
- 54:03Speaker 2: We have to talk about Britney.
- 54:04Speaker 5: Oh, boy.
- 54:04Speaker 2: Because it's good.
- 54:05Speaker 5: I mean.
- 54:06Speaker 2: It's not good. It's just juicy.
- 54:07Speaker 7: But are people finally coming around to the way of
- 54:10Speaker 7: thinking that you and I have kind of been saying.
- 54:12Speaker 2: They're annoyed.
- 54:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:13Speaker 2: Everyone's annoyed.
- 54:14Speaker 5: And this one was particularly annoying. Well, wait.
- 54:16Speaker 2: I'm going to take you through it.
- 54:17Speaker 5: So first.
- 54:18Speaker 2: Okay. She posts photos of Jamie Lynn. I love this girl.
- 54:22Speaker 5: It's her birthday.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Everyone's like, is Jamie Lynn doing the Instagram? Then we
- 54:27Speaker 2: see Sam and he's just like working out and they're like,
- 54:30Speaker 2: why does he have, where is this? Is this in
- 54:32Speaker 2: the old house, the new house? Where is he working out?
- 54:34Speaker 2: Why is he around? Then the whole Instagram goes down.
- 54:38Speaker 2: And then Brittany writes, I know my instrument has been
- 54:42Speaker 2: down a few times, honestly, but I did it myself. Oops,
- 54:45Speaker 2: accidentally pressed the wrong button. Oh, my God. Jolly Santa's
- 54:48Speaker 2: on his way, y'all. My goal this year is to
- 54:50Speaker 2: learn to be comfortable with people as they are with me.
- 54:53Speaker 2: I want to go to a wedding, grab a mic,
- 54:55Speaker 2: sing a song or two, and fall down eight times.
- 54:58Speaker 2: Why fall down eight times? Like, you're going to be hurt.
- 55:00Speaker 2: You're over 40. It's not a good idea.
- 55:02Speaker 5: That's a lot of times.
- 55:03Speaker 2: It's my first time in 15 years being treated as
- 55:05Speaker 2: an equal. We got it, okay? She says 15 years
- 55:08Speaker 2: a lot of times, and then she says 13 years.
- 55:10Speaker 2: So people are like, why is there a discrepancy?
- 55:12Speaker 5: That's the least of her problems.
- 55:14Speaker 2: Then she does a video, a reel, where she's in
- 55:17Speaker 2: this red jumper outfit with her white boots, flipping off
- 55:20Speaker 2: the camera and mushing cake in her face.
- 55:23Speaker 5: But this is a video, I don't know if that's
- 55:25Speaker 5: 10 years old or yesterday.
- 55:27Speaker 2: We don't know.
- 55:28Speaker 5: Because those boots can be from any. That could be
- 55:30Speaker 5: from 10 years ago.
- 55:31Speaker 2: Yeah. So people were like, what's wrong with her? And
- 55:35Speaker 2: so then she removes that from Instagram. Then she posts
- 55:38Speaker 2: this old-fashioned, like, photo from someplace, a little girl dancing
- 55:41Speaker 2: for a bear.
- 55:42Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 55:43Speaker 2: She has since removed her comment, but when she first
- 55:46Speaker 2: did it, she did this comment, and this is what
- 55:49Speaker 2: people got upset about. She says, I'm that meditation bitch now.
- 55:57Speaker 2: My husband hates it. He thinks I've gone bonkers. My
- 56:00Speaker 2: masseuse is always doing it, and he looks so peaceful.
- 56:03Speaker 2: I'm like, wow, that looks interesting. Falling deep into yourself.
- 56:06Speaker 2: I say all this because I try to make an
- 56:08Speaker 2: effort to try to take care of myself. Normally I
- 56:10Speaker 2: forget to eat. I wait way too long and I'm sensitive.
- 56:13Speaker 2: So anything that goes wrong at the house, it's like
- 56:16Speaker 2: the world has ended. You know what that's telling me?
- 56:19Speaker 2: She's a fucking nightmare. And Sam is like, I can't
- 56:23Speaker 2: deal with it anymore.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 56:25Speaker 2: And he's not around. And they get in fights because
- 56:28Speaker 2: she's like crazy. Because I said he did that one video.
- 56:31Speaker 2: Where he's like, oh, really? You think this is good times?
- 56:34Speaker 2: And she was like yelling.
- 56:35Speaker 5: Yeah, about the weights.
- 56:36Speaker 2: About the weights and move this. And so it's like
- 56:38Speaker 2: anybody else? Like, yeah. And then and I really think
- 56:42Speaker 2: he thought like, OK, now you're free. Let's start like
- 56:45Speaker 2: being the toast of the town. And he's getting more.
- 56:48Speaker 2: He is getting acting jobs. And I just think it's
- 56:50Speaker 2: like he's not around. And then he comes home and
- 56:52Speaker 2: she's a nightmare. I cried so damn hard. But geez,
- 56:56Speaker 2: my car is like a spaceship. It's where my best interests, thoughts,
- 56:59Speaker 2: creative urges, ideas, and spiritual, totally spiritual. She goes in
- 57:02Speaker 2: her car. Then she goes on. They talk about 18-wheelers
- 57:06Speaker 2: and hogs. I mean, it's so weird. And then she goes, well,
- 57:12Speaker 2: I forgot to eat yesterday. I saw Jack in the Box.
- 57:15Speaker 2: I've never ate there a day in my life. And
- 57:17Speaker 2: I was like, holy shit. When I saw the big
- 57:22Speaker 2: sign of pictures of the food. Normally, I hate looking
- 57:25Speaker 2: at food, but it's timing. Holy hog heavens. I got
- 57:28Speaker 2: a cookies and cream milkshake with a double cheeseburger. Well,
- 57:31Speaker 2: I had been crying in the car, but nobody could tell,
- 57:34Speaker 2: only me. My face still looked normal. I was fine.
- 57:37Speaker 2: But then, there he was, this big man in the
- 57:40Speaker 2: fucking window, with like a window emoji. He gave me pity.
- 57:44Speaker 2: It's going to be okay. What the fuck did he
- 57:47Speaker 2: just say? He doesn't know me, and I sure the
- 57:49Speaker 2: hell don't know his ass. I know I'm not doing
- 57:52Speaker 2: a good impression, but so what? So why did he
- 57:55Speaker 2: say that? It's all going to be okay. I was offended.
- 57:58Speaker 2: Fuck you, stupid man at Jack in the Box. You
- 58:01Speaker 2: don't know me. You're not my blood. Well, she hates
- 58:04Speaker 2: her blood, by the way. She hates everyone in her family.
- 58:06Speaker 5: She hates this Jack in the Box.
- 58:07Speaker 2: So go fuck yourself.
- 58:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:09Speaker 2: So then everyone's like, God.
- 58:10Speaker 5: Poor guy.
- 58:11Speaker 2: Just a guy working at the Thousand Oaks, you know.
- 58:15Speaker 5: Jack in the Box. Yeah, drive-thru.
- 58:16Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 58:17Speaker 2: My God. So then they started to turn on her.
- 58:21Speaker 2: Then she removed this but kept the photo up. Now
- 58:25Speaker 2: I have another question for you.
- 58:25Speaker 5: I want to say this, and I'm not like Britney Spears,
- 58:28Speaker 5: but I have a similar story. This is true. Okay.
- 58:30Speaker 5: I was in In-N-Out a couple days ago, right when
- 58:33Speaker 5: this happened.
- 58:33Speaker 2: You were crying in your car?
- 58:35Speaker 7: My daughter loves it, and we went to the drive-thru,
- 58:38Speaker 7: and the guy opened the window.
- 58:40Speaker 5: It was the strangest thing. He goes, oh, you're a
- 58:43Speaker 5: nice-looking man. And that was it. Gave me my food.
- 58:46Speaker 5: I said thank you. I didn't scream. You don't know me.
- 58:50Speaker 5: You're not my blood, you fucking... But I thought it
- 58:54Speaker 5: was an odd thing for him to say to me. Just,
- 58:57Speaker 5: you're a nice looking man.
- 58:58Speaker 2: I went to Chick-fil-A on Saturday night.
- 59:02Speaker 5: Drive-thru?
- 59:03Speaker 2: Drive-thru.
- 59:03Speaker 5: Okay.
- 59:04Speaker 2: With Brandon after his tutoring. You know, it's finals week
- 59:07Speaker 2: coming up. And so uh i said sure we could
- 59:10Speaker 2: go to chick-fil-a and um and my guy was like
- 59:14Speaker 2: come on i've got heather at the window like he
- 59:17Speaker 2: was mad that my food wasn't ready yet and i
- 59:19Speaker 2: was like i mean we are just at a chick-fil-a
- 59:22Speaker 2: i'm glad you take it so seriously yeah and um
- 59:25Speaker 2: But he was nice to me. And he's like, I'm
- 59:26Speaker 2: so sorry, Heather.
- 59:27Speaker 5: I am so sorry. Did he know you were Heather
- 59:29Speaker 5: or just because your name was Heather? No, just because
- 59:30Speaker 5: of the name. Yeah.
- 59:31Speaker 2: And I was like, that's okay. Like, I'm not in
- 59:33Speaker 2: a rush. Saturday night's fine.
- 59:34Speaker 5: See, you're nice. We're both nice under Britney Spears.
- 59:37Speaker 2: Yeah. And he was great. I mean, I'm like, thanks
- 59:39Speaker 2: for caring that much.
- 59:40Speaker 5: Okay.
- 59:41Speaker 2: Here's the thing. You know how she has a split
- 59:43Speaker 2: between her teeth?
- 59:44Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.
- 59:45Speaker 2: But why were her teeth so perfect back in 2016
- 59:48Speaker 2: and 2018? Well, she's got, yeah.
- 59:49Speaker 5: That's obviously Photoshopped or something.
- 59:53Speaker 2: Do you think it's Photoshopped teeth?
- 59:55Speaker 5: It looks it.
- 59:56Speaker 2: I want to hear from a dentist to look at
- 59:58Speaker 2: her teeth. Could it be that she doesn't wear a
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: retainer anymore and they've moved? Sure. Could it be that
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: this was Photoshop teeth?
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: I don't know. People are wondering if this is even her,
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: but I don't think that's true. I think it's her.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: I'm just worried about the teeth.
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: I just don't like when people attack just workers, just
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: everyday workers. God, I know.
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: And then I heard some people saying that they don't
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: even know if these stories are true. Like, is she
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: just making all this up? Like, was she really at
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: a jack-in-the-box? Did she really get a double cheeseburger? Or
- 1:00:32Speaker 7: is it all some weird... Because, like, why is there
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: no paparazzi pictures of her? If she leaves her house,
- 1:00:38Speaker 7: I would imagine. Paparazzi waiting at the end.
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: Of the street.
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: No, I don't think they are waiting anymore. No, you
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: don't think so? I think the paparazzi... Only go to
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: places that they know they could, that where someone calls
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: them and says, I'm going to be walking on the
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: beach with my husband. Like, you know, I'm going to
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: be going to Starbucks with Ben Affleck.
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: I'm going to.
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: So you don't think there's no more, there's no more
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: waiting in the bushes?
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: No, because there's no, there's nothing that juicy.
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: Who cares?
- 1:01:01Speaker 7: I'd like to see Britney Spears at a Jack in
- 1:01:03Speaker 7: the Box eating a double cheeseburger.
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: I mean, you know. I don't know.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: I don't think it would be worth your time to
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: be like waiting outside of her house.
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: You might be right. I don't think that.
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: It's going to pay for that much.
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: So Kathy Hilton was at the People's Choice. And she, Mariska,
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: hard to say, was getting her award. And she was
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: talking about women's right to choose, which is kind of serious.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: At that time, she opened up her bag and she
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: started to apply lipstick.
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: I saw it. I saw the video.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: And I was like, does she know exactly what she's doing?
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: I saw Sutton, her co-star. I went to a Sutton
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: event and Sutton says no. She was like, why is
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: my phone blowing up? She was horrified. I go, why
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: did she have her purse with her? She goes, she's
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: just one of those people that always has her purse.
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: I go, to present?
- 1:01:50Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: Anyway, she has since said apologies, wants to get her
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: address to send her flowers. And she said, my nose
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: was running and I opened up my bag to like
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: wipe my nose with the tissue. I didn't have one,
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: but I saw the lipstick. So I was like, I
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: might as well put some gloss on it. She goes,
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: the whole time, I did not think I was going
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: to be on camera when I did that. Anyway, it's
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: good TV. It could have been on purpose. It could
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: have not have been. I don't know. But it was
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: kind of funny, and she did apologize. So good for her. Everyone,
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: I'm just going to talk about this, then I'll talk
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: about it more on Wednesday. Everyone needs to watch The
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: Real Housewives of Miami on Peacock. There is a hot
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: mic moment between this girl who's now getting a divorce.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: She thought everything was great with her husband. And he's
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: telling his friend that he is single. He's going to
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: be single soon. And the friend goes, do you still
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: sleep with Lisa, your wife, who she's telling everybody, Lenny
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: and I have had our ups and downs, but we
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: get along, but we've made it work. And he goes, no, no,
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: I don't sleep with her because I would be cheating
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: on the real person I'm in love, the person I
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: really care about. And it's all caught on. Besides that,
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: it's really good. So people need to watch that.
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: Yeah. Okay.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: Here he says Lenny because then I would be cheating
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: on who I really care about in the photo of it.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: And the way they did it.
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: It's super, super juicy for people. Sister Wives, someone made
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: this for me.
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: There you are.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: Because I know they're going to be looking for a
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: new sister wife.
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: So you know the story of this guy's miserable life.
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: I do.
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: I will get more into it on Wednesday because we're
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: running out of time.
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: She's out.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: Christine left. But it just kind of confirmed that Janelle,
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: this one right here in the blue, she is out too.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: They're separated because they're not like legally married. This one
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: on the end, Mary, she's like, he's like, I don't
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: know why in his confession, he's like, I don't know
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: why Mary's staying. I want nothing to do with her
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: and I wish she would leave. And she's like, I'm
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: here to make this family work. It is so, I
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: cannot stop watching it. I have nightmares all the time.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: And one of my nightmares is that I've been one
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: of the sister wives. So I just wanted to give
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: props to name that doll made this incredible poster of
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: me joining Sister Wives, and I love it. Okay, now,
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: this is something we need to watch. This is something
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: I think is going to turn out to be a
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: weird story. In Hawaii, this man came in from the
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: shore in a snorkel gear, and he said, I was
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: snorkeling with my wife, and a shark came, And I
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: fought the shark off. And now I can't find my wife.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Oh.
- 1:04:35Speaker 5: Yep.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: They didn't find any sharks.
- 1:04:38Speaker 5: But the wife's still gone?
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: They cannot find the wife.
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: Well, that's obvious. He murdered the wife. I solved the case.
- 1:04:45Speaker 5: Where is she? Still nothing? Didn't wash up?
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: Not even like a leg or a foot. They don't
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: eat the whole thing. Do they?
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Oh, we've got a juicy scooper.
- 1:04:57Speaker 5: Hang on a second. Hold on.
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: We have a Hawaiian juicy scooper.
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: Annie knows somebody who's been attacked by a shark.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: Annie's got an aunt in Hawaii that was the original
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: person who gave us this story right from the minute
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: it broke. Now people's talking about it. And she said,
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: tell Heather this. This sounds very suspicious.
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: Yes?
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: It's that there was.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: Something, whatever.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: She said a shark that there would be blood in
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: the water if the girl was eaten by the shark.
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: And the shark wouldn't eat her. It would take one
- 1:05:25Speaker 5: bite and say, no, thank you, and go away.
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: So as a local Hawaiian... Shark expert. Yes, shark expert.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: She said, no, it would be... Yeah, she would have
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: bitten her. She would have bled out.
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: How long ago did this happen? And are they currently
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: investigating the husband? So they're currently investigating.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: These are my questions as a detective in Hawaii.
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: Yeah. Okay.
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: And my detective outfit in Hawaii... I would not wear
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: a detective outfit that you'd wear in New York. Like shorts?
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: Like black trousers and a blazer.
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: No. No.
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: I'm wearing a Hawaiian.
- 1:05:59Speaker 5: Like a Tom Selleck. Like a Magnum PI.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: I'm wearing, from what I'm wearing is I'm going to
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: wear like a nice wide-legged like cream pant.
- 1:06:08Speaker 6: Oh.
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: I'm going to have the badge thing right here. And
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: I'm going to have like a very breezy blouse. I
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: don't need a blazer.
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: It's Hawaii. Okay. That's a good look.
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: Now I'm going to interview you because you're the guy.
- 1:06:19Speaker 5: Okay. Okay. Sure.
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: You got your coffee?
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: We just want to ask some questions. We're just so.
- 1:06:25Speaker 5: Well, thank you for... I mean, it was a tragic day.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I can imagine.
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: There's a lot of sharks out there, you know? That's
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: the problem. A lot of people... I don't think you
- 1:06:33Speaker 5: guys are talking enough about sharks.
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: Well, they're out there right now. They've been out there
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: now for three days looking for any remnants of your wife.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: There was some clothing, but it doesn't seem to be...
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: any kind of attachment to any skin or anything. Um,
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: so I just want to know, uh, you and your wife.
- 1:06:55Speaker 5: Yeah. I mean, it was great. We were snorkeling.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: No one's fighting or anything.
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: No. We're in Hawaii.
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: No one's had an affair with anyone.
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: No, no.
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: Um, so did anyone see this morning when the two
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: of you went out to snorkel together to do Can
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: I ask anyone, did you buy coffee together? Did anybody
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: see you? So no one saw you.
- 1:07:19Speaker 5: Not that we snorkel very privately. We always have. We're very,
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: we just go out with our snorkels and we don't
- 1:07:26Speaker 5: tell anybody. Okay. It's our secret.
- 1:07:29Speaker 7: And these damn sharks are hungry. I blame Hawaii for
- 1:07:34Speaker 7: not feeding the sharks.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: Here's the thing, Chris. Okay. We know you fucking killed
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: her before.
- 1:07:43Speaker 5: No.
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: Yeah, we do.
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: I didn't. We snorkeled. No.
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: Chris. Chris, we're going to.
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: Listen.
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: This could all be over. This could all be over
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: if you tell... I know how it can be. My
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: wife at home... I'm a lesbian. My wife at home.
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: I wouldn't have guessed by her posture.
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Is a real bitch.
- 1:08:06Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: And there's been times I wanted to wring her fucking neck.
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: Sure.
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: And if I had... I don't know what I'd do
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: with her body the next day. But if I was
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: on a trip to Hawaii, I'd hide it somewhere. And
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: then the next day I'd say I'd go snorkeling. And
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: then a shark ate her.
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: Yeah. Okay?
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: That's totally reasonable. You work hard. You don't need a
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: bitch yapping at you.
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:31Speaker 6: But.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: I mean, as two people that have bitchy wives, I
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: can see what happens. Like, we're here to help you.
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: Just say it, Chris.
- 1:08:40Speaker 5: Say what?
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: We.
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: We love snorkeling.
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: We love snorkeling.
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: That stupid bitch loves snorkeling.
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: That's how they do it.
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: Yeah, I know.
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: 18 hours later, you're like, and they always say, just
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: say it and then you can go home.
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: I'm always amazed how they don't crack. sooner. Especially the
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: ones who eventually do it.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: The room is so small.
- 1:09:03Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: It's so small. And then when the guy rolls up,
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: goes around the side, and it's like the other person's like, no.
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: Hopefully he's got an attorney.
- 1:09:15Speaker 7: How soon before, as you always say, how soon before
- 1:09:17Speaker 7: they have a A video from Home Depot of this
- 1:09:22Speaker 7: guy buying garbage bags at, you know, 12 o'clock at
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: night at a 7-Eleven or rope or bleach or something
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: that's going to incriminate him in this.
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: I think we're going to see it. I mean, Wednesday.
- 1:09:37Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:39Speaker 5: Wednesday, it is going to be a video from some
- 1:09:42Speaker 5: store surveillance.
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: I don't know what's worse for this woman. I mean,
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: maybe being smothered by her husband is a better death
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: than being eaten by a shark.
- 1:09:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: So I don't know what I wish to be true.
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: But for the guy, yeah, I hope the shark killed him.
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: And he didn't because he's going to go to prison.
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: But killed her. But it's suspect.
- 1:10:03Speaker 5: Well, we are going to Hawaii next week.
- 1:10:06Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:10:07Speaker 7: My wife, myself, and my daughter. And we won't be snorkeling,
- 1:10:11Speaker 7: but we're doing a lot of, like, we're going to
- 1:10:13Speaker 7: a kid-friendly hotel.
- 1:10:15Speaker 5: A lot of, like.
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: Well, when on my honeymoon, just to know, just so
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: you guys know.
- 1:10:19Speaker 5: So I might be murdering my entire family. I want
- 1:10:22Speaker 5: to say that now.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: Just so if it happens, he'll be like, that's too weird.
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: He wouldn't have said. I remember when on my honeymoon, like,
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: you know, we had time before we had to check
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: out of the hotel, but like our flight was until five.
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: So we went to this like deserted beach in the
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: Cayman Islands. Yeah. And Peter went out so fucking far.
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: And I was like, wait a minute. Like we just
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: got married. What if he just never comes back?
- 1:10:48Speaker 5: Like what?
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: I could absolutely go to prison for the rest of
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: my life. And so I'm like filming with like our
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: old fashioned, whatever video camera, like it wasn't on your phone. Right.
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: And I'm like, there is his head. This is the time.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: This is his stuff. He went out there because I'm like,
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: so whatever you do now, you know, if you're going
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: to go snorkel with your lover, your wife, your husband,
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: do it. You want to have a witness, right? You
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: want to buy some coffee. You want to say we're
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: going to go snorkeling.
- 1:11:18Speaker 5: Yeah, leave a trace.
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: Yes, leave a trace. If there's no trace, if they
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: didn't get breakfast before, if no one saw them at
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: the resort, White Lotus came to an end. And so
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: if you have not watched White Lotus or now you
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: want to, this is when you turn off Juicy Scoop.
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: Chris, you said you haven't watched it, but I'm going
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: to tell you. Yeah. My prediction was right. Jennifer Coolidge's character.
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: which was she was in the.
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: First season and the second. Are you spoiling right now?
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: I'm spoiling it for you.
- 1:11:46Speaker 5: You can spoil it. That's fine. For you. Yeah, I'm
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: good with that.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: I talked about it on Thursday's show and I said,
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: everyone's thinking there's no way Jennifer Coolidge is going to
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: be one of the dead body, that she's going to
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: die because she's so beloved, she's so great, and she's
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: the only person that Mike White, the creator, brought from
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: the first season.
- 1:12:06Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: I said, I'm sorry to say this, but I think
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: she's going to die because Because as a creative person,
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: Mike is not going to keep her on just because
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: he loves her as a person. He'll find another thing
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: for her to star in.
- 1:12:19Speaker 5: Yeah. She's already got something else.
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: And I also said, I don't think carrying her over
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: to a third White Lotus resort, I think it'll get
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: a little, like, goofy then.
- 1:12:31Speaker 5: Yeah, I agree.
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: Like, it was perfect this way. It was perfect, and
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: she was beloved, and she was great. So... She does
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: end up dying, but she, it's a great ending where
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: she like ends up shooting these gays that are after her.
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: Cause she said, these gays are trying to murder me.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: And it's so good and funny. And I also said,
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: I was suspicious of the gays because they were so
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: into her. They were, we found out they were hired
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: by her husband to kill her. And I was like,
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: she's not, She's not Jennifer Coolidge, the actress. She's just
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: a rich woman, but they don't know that she's that rich.
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: And she's not a famous person, and she's not someone
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: that can hire them to decorate her house or to
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: style her. In those cases, gays like women that can
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: do something for them or that can be really fun
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: or that are famous or super rich. They don't just
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: take on this woman... to the show are a great time.
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: And that's why I knew that they were out to murder. Yeah,
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: I did call it. And I'm sorry that I'm always right.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: I really am. Sometimes I wish I wasn't always right,
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: but I am because I love Jennifer.
- 1:13:45Speaker 5: You like this show? I love it. How was season two?
- 1:13:47Speaker 5: Better than season one? I love it.
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: Season one was a little bit, I liked season one
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: a lot. They're two very different shows. I mean, they
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: kind of have the same vibe and the same music.
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: They're both great. I highly suggest you watch. Now I
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: watch the first one if you haven't.
- 1:14:02Speaker 5: Do you watch Yellowstone at all? I don't.
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: And I know I should because I'm the only.
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: Person not watching it.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: Well, I started.
- 1:14:07Speaker 5: My wife watches. So I started watching like the newest
- 1:14:11Speaker 5: season with her. Just like I'm not caught up.
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:14:14Speaker 7: And I'm watching and I'm like, oh, I see the appeal.
- 1:14:17Speaker 7: It's like really good looking people just going at each.
- 1:14:21Speaker 7: Like sex and fun and.
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: You know what I discovered to watch?
- 1:14:26Speaker 5: Good time.
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: That I've been missing out in all my years on
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: this earth.
- 1:14:30Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: I watched the soccer thing.
- 1:14:33Speaker 5: I saw your video. World Cup.
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: I mean, why are, like, first of all, cannot believe
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: how good looking soccer players are.
- 1:14:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: That their bodies are very exposed. Shape of the ass.
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: Shorts.
- 1:14:48Speaker 2: Shorts.
- 1:14:49Speaker 5: Shirt.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: And all, like. pretty normal proportion bodies yeah so it's
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: not like a super tall basketball player that you can't
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: like imagine you know climbing up on right or like
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: a big football player that you can't see him because
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: it's just like a helmet yeah yeah and like all
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: those things on his shoulders this is full body exposed
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: yeah you see jaw lines you see cute noses cute
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: haircuts um everybody was like tanned Yeah.
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: They're all like from European countries.
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: Yeah, this was like Portugal and like Argentina or something.
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: Like a great mix of cuteness. And yeah, I know
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: like a lot of people are into it now. I'm
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: just saying if you're not into it and you like
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: attractive people.
- 1:15:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: I say it's something that people should get into.
- 1:15:36Speaker 5: I agree. There's not many ugly ones, you know. It's
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: like a 90% good looking ratio in soccer.
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:15:44Speaker 5: You know?
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: Like, God.
- 1:15:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: Damn.
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: Good for them.
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: Good for me this weekend.
- 1:15:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: Just came in with some breaking Woodland Hills news, which
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: is where I reside. Chris, what is the news?
- 1:15:57Speaker 5: Now, have you discussed this story in the past on
- 1:15:59Speaker 5: the podcast?
- 1:16:00Speaker 2: I have not, but this is a story that was
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: sent to me, very disturbing. I don't know exactly what
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: street it's on, though I know the area of Woodland
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: Hills it is.
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: But it was a camera. This was caught on camera,
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: like the person's, you know, ring camera or whatever.
- 1:16:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:16:16Speaker 2: Dad gets out of his car and his little toddler
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: is on the other side of the car. He's, like,
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: taking groceries out or something. She's on the lawn. She
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: couldn't be older than two. And a coyote in broad
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: daylight comes and starts to, like, pull at her, like,
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: leg and dragging her. He hears her scream.
- 1:16:31Speaker 5: Drag her off, like, he was going to take her
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: off to the woods to eat her.
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: Yeah, like, the dingo got my baby.
- 1:16:36Speaker 5: Yeah. And it was, and this is broad daylight.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:16:39Speaker 5: Woodland Hills. Uh-huh. Crazy.
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: So he got, or his daughter threw a rock or
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: something at the coyote. So what is the news you have?
- 1:16:50Speaker 7: The news is they captured the coyote. They got it
- 1:16:53Speaker 7: and they euthanized it. Whether you believe that to be,
- 1:16:56Speaker 7: you know, the coyote is just being a coyote. So
- 1:16:59Speaker 7: some people are like, you can't kill the coyote.
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: Well, I mean, I kind of wonder, I was telling Peter,
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: I'm like, well, when does it get to a place
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: where like, there's just too many of them and they're
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: dangerous to now children. It's one thing that you lose
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: a pet. My beloved Simba was killed by a pack.
- 1:17:15Speaker 5: Oh, that's right. You've had some coyote run-ins and some chickens.
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: As well, right? And probably three of my chickens have
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: been killed by coyotes. And so, yeah, they live where
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: we live. And but they're like really brazen now. Like
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: now they're like walking around the day. So Peter just
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: took a photo of one right here on Ventura hanging
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: out at the office.
- 1:17:36Speaker 5: Yeah. One of them is like lies on my front
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: lawn sometimes just laying there like a dog. I mean,
- 1:17:41Speaker 5: it's pretty like middle of the day. Just relax. No.
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: Waiting for Becca to come out so she could eat it.
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: I mean, that's very scary. So, I mean, I'm almost
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: like I'm very sad for this little girl. Hopefully she's
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: too young and won't remember anything. But I'm kind of like,
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know about all this. You know,
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: it's a controversial subject that I'm not going to talk about.
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: But it's someone whose cat was absolutely like we, our
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: neighbor is the one that like saw it happen. But
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: it was like they come around, like they saw the
- 1:18:13Speaker 2: cat and they like invited their friends.
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: So the fact that there's a pack, so if there
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: was a toddler and there was a pack that was
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: hungry enough, How do they know? They don't know the
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: difference between a toddler and a small animal.
- 1:18:27Speaker 5: Because there's children involved.
- 1:18:29Speaker 7: You don't think this coyote's working for Balenciaga.
- 1:18:34Speaker 5: Sorry, everybody. Absolutely.
- 1:18:36Speaker 6: Sorry.
- 1:18:36Speaker 5: I know you guys get bent out of shape on
- 1:18:38Speaker 5: that one. Anyway.
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: I will say I did notice that I follow Kim
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: Kardashian on my old Facebook on the stories.
- 1:18:45Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: And they have this Kardashian closet. And they've always had it.
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: And it's... it's items. Some are like barely worn, brand new,
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: and they sell it on the closet. And there's Kourtney's closet.
- 1:18:56Speaker 2: There's Kim's closet. And she was selling a lot of
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: Balenciaga on her closet this weekend. Brand new, never worn boots.
- 1:19:04Speaker 5: I feel like you're going to see like Ross Dress
- 1:19:06Speaker 5: for Less is going to start having some Balenciaga showing up.
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: I went to Neiman's this weekend. I need to return
- 1:19:12Speaker 2: a dress and get something else.
- 1:19:14Speaker 3: Anyway.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: And I went over to Balenciaga. No one was in
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: that little section.
- 1:19:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: But 40% off, like big signs.
- 1:19:23Speaker 5: Oh, really? Yeah.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: And then same with the shoes. I saw the shoes,
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: a lot of shoes for sale.
- 1:19:28Speaker 5: Oh, I might as well go over and get myself some.
- 1:19:30Speaker 5: We had to tow Balenciaga on Christmas at my family's house.
- 1:19:33Speaker 5: They're like, why is he wearing that?
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: I just feel like the whole thing is if you
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: were someone that was into those items because you know,
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: most likely you're into it because there was a big
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: cape that said Balenciaga on it. And then the world
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: knew that you were rich enough to afford Balenciaga.
- 1:19:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: But now that it's not cool.
- 1:19:54Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: If you're someone who's still really into spending your hard
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: earned money on label-y stuff, then go over to Givenchy
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: or Gucci or like, and then people will say, well,
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: those are problematic too. Okay, fine. Find one that's not, but,
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: It's all the same shit. Like, if you want the
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: label-y shit, just go get some label-y shit.
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: I mean, at this point, the label-y shit is so pirated.
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:20:14Speaker 5: Like, I'm not kidding. This is not a joke. I
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: was recently on a Greyhound bus.
- 1:20:19Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:20:19Speaker 5: I took a Greyhound bus from New Orleans to Mobile, Alabama.
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: Everyone knows about this, Drew.
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: Okay. Well, anyway, I did it. And on that bus
- 1:20:26Speaker 5: was quite a... I saw a lot of Balenciaga getting
- 1:20:29Speaker 5: on the bus.
- 1:20:30Speaker 2: When I was in Vegas, when we were doing our show,
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: I saw a couple head-to-toe Gucci running to catch the bus. Yeah.
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: Head to Toguchi.
- 1:20:39Speaker 5: So, I mean. Right. You know?
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: I went into the stores and I'm like, is there
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: anything that I would want? And I have to say,
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: there are some nice, like, Louis Vuitton bags that I'm like,
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: this is a beautifully made bag at the store. But
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: I'm just like, I don't know.
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: This is over in the Topanga one.
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: At Topanga.
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: That's building a brand new Hermes over there. Oh, huge.
- 1:20:59Speaker 5: A big giant, like, three-story.
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:21:01Speaker 5: I mean, that's going to be a smash and grab
- 1:21:04Speaker 5: capital of the world over there. Yeah.
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: Yeah, so far, I feel like that's taken a slight dip.
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: It's gone slightly out of style. I don't know why,
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: but it hasn't happened. It just seems like it hasn't
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: happened as much. But anyway.
- 1:21:20Speaker 5: Anyway, they got the coyote. They got the coyote.
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: They got the coyote. We don't know if it's the
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: right coyote, but I'm glad it was caught on tape
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: because if you live around coyotes and you do have
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: small children, that's something you're going to have to be
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: concerned with, not just about your cats and small dogs. Yes.
- 1:21:35Speaker 7: I did think the father, if you have watched the video,
- 1:21:38Speaker 7: the father did react a little slowly, but as a
- 1:21:41Speaker 7: father of a three-year-old, I kind of almost got it
- 1:21:44Speaker 7: because he was on the other side of the car
- 1:21:45Speaker 7: and you do hear.
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: A scream and you're always like, what? You do take
- 1:21:49Speaker 5: that pause of, what's this? What am I walking? What
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: am I going to walk around to? Is it going
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: to be nothing? Right. Or is it going to be
- 1:21:55Speaker 5: a real problem?
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: And then I also wonder what, you know, the dad, yes,
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: was the dad a hero? Or to the mom's standard,
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: is she like, wait a minute, why would you even
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: be on the other side?
- 1:22:06Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: Why wouldn't you have waited, get the groceries, then come
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: around the door and get her out of her car seat?
- 1:22:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: Why did you let her get out of the car seat,
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: wander around the sidewalk while you get your stuff?
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: So like, yeah, he saved their child. Yeah, he was
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: kind of chilling out. But like, the mom might have
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: been like.
- 1:22:22Speaker 5: Yeah. We've got to work on that.
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: Before you get a medal.
- 1:22:24Speaker 5: Let's work on unloading the car a little better.
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: Anyway, also Chris brought in the hot news of the
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: Golden Globes.
- 1:22:33Speaker 5: Golden Globe nominations. Fred just came out. Hot.
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: What are the juicy ones to talk about? I mean,
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: there's so many. Okay, Avatar is getting a bunch of stuff,
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: I see.
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: Avatar, yeah.
- 1:22:43Speaker 7: Avatar 2, The Way of Water. It hasn't really come
- 1:22:46Speaker 7: out yet, so I don't know.
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: Uh, the whale for Brendan Frazier.
- 1:22:51Speaker 7: Brendan Frazier has been nominated for whale, which that's the
- 1:22:53Speaker 7: drama because he had said a few weeks ago that
- 1:22:56Speaker 7: if he's nominated, he won't be attending because this is
- 1:22:58Speaker 7: the guy, guy who runs the golden globes is the
- 1:23:01Speaker 7: guy who Brendan Frazier accused of groping him years ago.
- 1:23:05Speaker 5: And kind of one of the reasons why Brendan Frazier.
- 1:23:07Speaker 2: Was out of the business for a long time.
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:23:10Speaker 7: Uh, the guy of course says I was joking. I
- 1:23:12Speaker 7: don't believe he's still involved in golden globes. I think
- 1:23:14Speaker 7: he was fired or whatever, but, uh, Brendan Fraser said
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: he's not going. Now they're like, well, now you're nominated.
- 1:23:19Speaker 7: Are you going to stand by that or are you.
- 1:23:21Speaker 5: Not going to go? I have no desire to see
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: The Whale. I don't either.
- 1:23:26Speaker 6: No desire.
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: I don't either, but I mean, it's about a guy
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: who gets.
- 1:23:30Speaker 5: Just like a big, heavy guy.
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: Is a big, heavy guy and what his life is
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: like being a big, heavy guy. But then I think
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: I might watch it because it's just, they said it's
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: like just... Amazing. I kind of like slow, especially on
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: a rainy day, I could watch.
- 1:23:44Speaker 5: A movie like that.
- 1:23:45Speaker 7: I read the review, and I mean, it's just like
- 1:23:48Speaker 7: a big, heavy, sweaty guy, who I guess he's a teacher,
- 1:23:51Speaker 7: but he teaches via Zoom, so nobody knows really how
- 1:23:56Speaker 7: heavy he is.
- 1:23:57Speaker 5: And it's just like, you know, the characters in it
- 1:24:00Speaker 5: are just... I mean, first of all, how could Brendan
- 1:24:02Speaker 5: Fraser play a 400-pound guy? Is it just prostatic?
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: I thought he wasn't allowed. Yeah, it is.
- 1:24:06Speaker 5: Like I thought you weren't allowed to do those things anymore.
- 1:24:08Speaker 5: I thought the new world is a 400-pound man has
- 1:24:11Speaker 5: got to be played by a 400-pound man.
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: Right, right.
- 1:24:13Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: That's going to be– let's have people be angry.
- 1:24:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: Let's see. So, well, first of all, I love that
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: he came out and is telling that story. And whether
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: he goes or not, who cares? I don't think he's
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: missing that much. No. But you're kind of missing something
- 1:24:30Speaker 2: if you're– to like– actually just schmooze. Like, anybody goes to, like,
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: a work party. It's kind of like a work party
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: where someone might see you or someone might come up
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: to you and, you know, they are going to be like,
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: I want you in this new thing. Like, there's that.
- 1:24:46Speaker 7: The thing is, he's probably going to win, so that'll
- 1:24:48Speaker 7: be the other weird thing. He'll win and then he
- 1:24:50Speaker 7: won't be there. And it'll just be one of those
- 1:24:52Speaker 7: things where I'm accepting, I'll.
- 1:24:53Speaker 5: Accept for him.
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: I also feel like once you say, I won't go,
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: you gotta, like, stick to your guns.
- 1:24:57Speaker 5: Oh, he's gonna stick to his guns, probably.
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: And then, um, but I always remember when, um, Who
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: was the guy in White Chicks that was so funny?
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: The black guy that then said he was.
- 1:25:06Speaker 5: Terry Crews.
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: Terry Crews was groped sexually by an agent.
- 1:25:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: And felt like he came right out with it. I
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: think it's really important because I think it happens a lot.
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: And I think men are supposed to be told, like,
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: you shouldn't care because you're a man.
- 1:25:26Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: And it's like, just expose it all. I think that's
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: good that they told.
- 1:25:30Speaker 5: Okay, so.
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: um but these are.
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: All the other nominations elvis of course nominated best picture.
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: So many things i haven't seen.
- 1:25:38Speaker 7: Top gun maverick best and then of course in the
- 1:25:41Speaker 7: golden gloves they break up into categories of drama and and.
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: Comedy so el so elvis the movies are elvis top
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: gun so those are like ones that people yeah everyone
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: has seen avatar elvis top gun the.
- 1:25:54Speaker 7: Tar what is that about it's like a She's, who
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: is it?
- 1:26:00Speaker 5: Cate Blanchett plays like an orchestra leader. Supposed to be
- 1:26:03Speaker 5: pretty good. But dark, dark.
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: Does she murder someone?
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: I don't know if it's murder, but it's dark. Okay.
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: I need to know what's, who's murdered their husband in
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: like a very chic New York penthouse. Like this is
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: what I want to see on a rainy day.
- 1:26:19Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: I want to see an Oscar worthy movie that is
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: about extremely wealthy people in New York. Right. With twists
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: and turns that involve infidelity, murder, a lot of money,
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: really great clothes.
- 1:26:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: Like just wraps and like long coats in the winter and,
- 1:26:44Speaker 2: you know, and then like one weird character that's like
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: the doorman.
- 1:26:48Speaker 5: Played by like.
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:26:50Speaker 5: Steve Buscemi. Yes, yes.
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: That's what I want. I miss those type of movies.
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: Well, didn't you kind of get that?
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: Now it seems like that one with Hugh Grant and
- 1:26:59Speaker 7: Nicole Kidman a couple of years ago.
- 1:27:01Speaker 5: Yeah, that gave me that vibe.
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: Wait, maybe I haven't seen it.
- 1:27:05Speaker 5: That was a New York City murder.
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: Undoing.
- 1:27:08Speaker 5: Oh, you didn't see The Undoing? Yeah, HBO.
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: I think it's a short series. I've got to collect my.
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: Oh, The Undoing.
- 1:27:16Speaker 5: I saw that.
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: That's a series.
- 1:27:18Speaker 5: I know it's a series.
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: I'm saying I want a two-hour movie.
- 1:27:21Speaker 5: Gotcha. In and out. Two hours.
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: For the cold days.
- 1:27:24Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: To watch on your day off.
- 1:27:27Speaker 5: I love it.
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: Around the holidays.
- 1:27:29Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: So that's the kind of movie I want to see
- 1:27:32Speaker 2: at like three in the afternoon. Yeah.
- 1:27:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: As it's starting to get dark and it's cold.
- 1:27:37Speaker 5: Perfect.
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: If you could think of one, I would love to.
- 1:27:40Speaker 2: Can someone write one?
- 1:27:42Speaker 5: Can you go to a classic?
- 1:27:43Speaker 7: Can you go to a fatal attraction and get, well,
- 1:27:46Speaker 7: is that going to?
- 1:27:47Speaker 2: I want something new.
- 1:27:48Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: I will repeat movies all the time, but I want
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: a new New York billionaire, penthouse, rich person, affair, divorce thing.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: Other Woman, Mystery, all of it. And at the end,
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: you're like, whoa, I did not see that coming. If
- 1:28:07Speaker 2: someone could do that for me, I would really appreciate it.
- 1:28:09Speaker 5: Okay, we got to do it quickly.
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: What else is happening here? It's not going to happen
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: this year. Musical, Selena Gomez, Only Murders in the Book.
- 1:28:17Speaker 2: Because this is TV.
- 1:28:18Speaker 5: TV, they do TV.
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: This is the combo.
- 1:28:21Speaker 5: Yeah, they do both.
- 1:28:22Speaker 2: Do we know who's hosting or no one's hosting now?
- 1:28:25Speaker 5: Gerard Carmichael.
- 1:28:28Speaker 2: And he was the guy who won best special for
- 1:28:31Speaker 2: being a comedian.
- 1:28:33Speaker 5: Yeah, he came out in the special. He came out
- 1:28:35Speaker 5: as gay.
- 1:28:36Speaker 2: And then when he won his last award, he wore
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: no shirt and a long wig.
- 1:28:40Speaker 5: Fur. Yeah.
- 1:28:41Speaker 2: But nobody threw blood on him.
- 1:28:43Speaker 5: Well, I didn't think it was fake fur.
- 1:28:44Speaker 2: No one threw their period blood on him.
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: Although I'm glad you brought that up because there is
- 1:28:47Speaker 7: a fur controversy right now with one of the Kardashians.
- 1:28:50Speaker 7: They're saying she was wearing some sort of wrap and
- 1:28:53Speaker 7: they believe it was real fur.
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: I just read it as we just came to air.
- 1:28:58Speaker 5: I think it was a coyote. That dead coyote. But yeah, no,
- 1:29:02Speaker 5: I heard that she was wearing a real fur.
- 1:29:04Speaker 2: What if you wear old fur, like your mother's fur
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: or your grandmother's fur? Like, it's not, no new animals
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: are being killed, but you have it. It's beautiful. You
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: want to wear it. That's a good, I don't know
- 1:29:17Speaker 2: the- I want to ask the Juicy Scoopers how you
- 1:29:18Speaker 2: feel about that.
- 1:29:19Speaker 5: I don't know the answer to that one.
- 1:29:20Speaker 2: I do. I have my mother's sable.
- 1:29:22Speaker 5: A lot of people do. A lot of people have
- 1:29:23Speaker 5: like old furs.
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: My sister has- This one from my grandmother that says
- 1:29:27Speaker 2: Muskegon Fur Company inside, which is where she's from. And
- 1:29:32Speaker 2: I kind of feel like there's so many fake ones.
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: Can you wear a real one and just say it's fake?
- 1:29:39Speaker 2: Because both my mother and grandmother are dead. So you
- 1:29:43Speaker 2: can get mad at them.
- 1:29:43Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:29:44Speaker 2: What are you going to do about it? But can
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: I still enjoy... this or not.
- 1:29:49Speaker 5: I'm going to say it's probably you're going to get
- 1:29:53Speaker 5: a 50-50 on that one. People 50 paying yes, people
- 1:29:56Speaker 5: saying no. But why bother?
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: I don't even know if I really like the look
- 1:30:00Speaker 2: of it that much. But if you've ever tried on
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: a real fur coat, which I don't have one of those,
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: it keeps you really warm.
- 1:30:10Speaker 5: Is all I'm saying.
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: But don't do it, everybody.
- 1:30:14Speaker 5: Don't do it. No, I can't do that anymore.
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: Okay, so moving on.
- 1:30:18Speaker 5: Oh, wait.
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: Oh, the Hannah girl from Hacks got it.
- 1:30:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:30:21Speaker 5: There's so many. We can go through it. And the
- 1:30:24Speaker 5: other one is.
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: Niecy Nash for the Jeffrey Dahmer story.
- 1:30:27Speaker 5: Love her.
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: Aubrey Plaza for White Lotus. Jennifer Coolidge for White Lotus.
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: Maybe that's why she's not texting me back.
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: Oh, it's her busy day today. Yeah. And I mean.
- 1:30:38Speaker 2: We'll get into White Lotus in a minute.
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: I think the fun thing about being nominated for any
- 1:30:42Speaker 5: of these, I think you... Are we at the point
- 1:30:44Speaker 5: in our.
- 1:30:44Speaker 2: Wait, what is Gaslit with Julia Roberts? What was that about?
- 1:30:47Speaker 5: That was.
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: That sounds kind of good.
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: Yeah, that was.
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: I'll write that down.
- 1:30:52Speaker 5: It was about something, a certain.
- 1:30:56Speaker 5: What was it?
- 1:30:57Speaker 2: Did anybody watch that other movie that she was in
- 1:30:59Speaker 2: with George Clooney?
- 1:31:01Speaker 5: No.
- 1:31:02Speaker 2: 1970s political Watergate schedule.
- 1:31:03Speaker 5: That's it. It was Watergate.
- 1:31:04Speaker 2: Oh, it was a Watergate schedule. Again.
- 1:31:06Speaker 5: It was Watergate.
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: I don't want to hear about Watergate.
- 1:31:08Speaker 5: Sean Penn, I think, is in it.
- 1:31:09Speaker 2: There's another Watergate movie coming out.
- 1:31:11Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:31:12Speaker 2: Called The Plumbers or something.
- 1:31:13Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: Like, does that even, like, So that they broke in
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: and recorded stuff. Even when I heard about it like
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: 30 years ago, I was like, is it that big
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: of a scandal?
- 1:31:26Speaker 5: It's a good scandal.
- 1:31:27Speaker 7: The Nixon scandal? It's also a good scandal on how
- 1:31:29Speaker 7: they found out about it. That's when you get into
- 1:31:32Speaker 7: all the President's Men and Deep Throat and that. That's interesting,
- 1:31:36Speaker 7: probably more so than the actual crime itself.
- 1:31:38Speaker 2: Really quick, do you think he landed on the moon
- 1:31:40Speaker 2: or not?
- 1:31:41Speaker 5: Oh, Jesus. Just real quick, yes or no? I think yes.
- 1:31:45Speaker 2: But do you think all the other stuff was fake
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: around it, like the phone call and the filming of
- 1:31:49Speaker 2: it and stuff then?
- 1:31:50Speaker 5: Why? Well, I mean, there's a phone call from Nixon.
- 1:31:52Speaker 5: You saw a TikTok.
- 1:31:53Speaker 2: No, there's a phone call, you know, from Nixon, like,
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: saying that he, like, talked to the astronauts.
- 1:31:59Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: How could you have done that, like, 50 years ago?
- 1:32:03Speaker 7: Oh, I think it was just sort of– there was
- 1:32:05Speaker 7: shortwave– I don't know.
- 1:32:08Speaker 5: I mean, they... I don't know. We managed to pull
- 1:32:11Speaker 5: off two world wars in that time.
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: I don't know. Who cares?
- 1:32:14Speaker 5: People communicating with each other.
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: Oh, Jessica Chastain for George and Tammy.
- 1:32:20Speaker 5: What was that?
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: Oh, is that coming out now?
- 1:32:22Speaker 5: This is the one interesting story about George and Tammy.
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:32:25Speaker 5: It's about Tammy Wynette and George Jones.
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: Oh, that's just coming out now.
- 1:32:29Speaker 7: And I guess they got busted for putting ads out
- 1:32:33Speaker 7: in like New York Times, these full-page ads with all these...
- 1:32:36Speaker 7: You know, greatest show ever, NBC News, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:32:41Speaker 7: And they're saying all that. They were all fake. They
- 1:32:43Speaker 7: were all fake critics.
- 1:32:45Speaker 2: Quotes.
- 1:32:46Speaker 5: Quotes. Yeah, critics quotes. So they got in trouble for that.
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: All right. Well, everyone. Okay. So over the weekend, Katie
- 1:32:54Speaker 2: Holmes went to the iHeartRadio Awards or whatever it was.
- 1:32:59Speaker 2: And people were up in arms about this horrific outfit
- 1:33:02Speaker 2: that she wore.
- 1:33:03Speaker 5: Yeah, what is that?
- 1:33:04Speaker 2: She wore baggy jeans. black tennis shoes, and like a
- 1:33:11Speaker 2: short mini satin navy dress.
- 1:33:14Speaker 7: But is she just, is that, that's not a real
- 1:33:17Speaker 7: like stylish thing. She's just getting, coming from something.
- 1:33:19Speaker 5: Else, right?
- 1:33:20Speaker 2: Well, you're on the red carpet. You know what you're coming,
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: you're not coming from the grocery store.
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: But it's the iHeartRadio, you know, like.
- 1:33:26Speaker 2: Anyway, I was upset because weirdly enough, just the day before,
- 1:33:33Speaker 2: I had worn the exact same thing.
- 1:33:35Speaker 5: I mean, you nailed it. I saw this picture.
- 1:33:38Speaker 2: And then I did a video about it. Okay, now, obviously, people,
- 1:33:42Speaker 2: I saw the ugly outfit. And I was like, zoomed
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: in on the ugly black shoes that are like my
- 1:33:47Speaker 2: everyday black shoes that I wear, tennis shoes. And I'm like, oh,
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: my God, I have jeans. I have a navy dress
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: like that. It's by Romy Brooke, that designer.
- 1:33:57Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: You don't know that designer anyway.
- 1:33:59Speaker 6: I have it.
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: It's cute. But it's like a summer top, a summer dress.
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: And I'm like, oh, my God. I had this exact
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: same outfit. So then I went out. I did my
- 1:34:08Speaker 2: TikTok acting like I was angry that, like, she had
- 1:34:11Speaker 2: worn the same thing. And people loved it. But, of course,
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: people were like, both outfits are ugly. She didn't copy you,
- 1:34:19Speaker 2: you weirdo. I'm like– I even hashtag comedy.
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: I love when you have to explain the joke.
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: I'm just like, why can't people just.
- 1:34:26Speaker 5: I know.
- 1:34:26Speaker 2: And then my juicy skippers have to yell at people, too. Like,
- 1:34:30Speaker 2: you idiot. Like, anyway, it was so ugly. I don't
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: know what the fuck she was thinking.
- 1:34:34Speaker 7: Can I ask you a question on how those pants
- 1:34:37Speaker 7: are still in your rotation?
- 1:34:39Speaker 5: I feel like those should have been goodwilled a couple
- 1:34:41Speaker 5: of years ago.
- 1:34:42Speaker 2: These pants without this outfit. are high-waisted, flared, and if
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: you wore it with a heel, they're Veronica Beard, and
- 1:34:50Speaker 2: they're super cute.
- 1:34:50Speaker 5: Oh, really? Okay.
- 1:34:51Speaker 2: But with this weird top over it and with tennis shoes,
- 1:34:56Speaker 2: they're awful.
- 1:34:57Speaker 5: It's awful. Okay. So they're not old pants. Her jeans
- 1:34:59Speaker 5: are awful. They're new pants.
- 1:35:00Speaker 2: They're not old. I mean, no. They're not super new,
- 1:35:04Speaker 2: but they're, like, still in.
- 1:35:06Speaker 5: Because they look like the pants you used to, your
- 1:35:07Speaker 5: Chelsea Lately days.
- 1:35:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:35:08Speaker 7: You used to wear this one pair a lot with
- 1:35:11Speaker 7: the British flag on the back or something.
- 1:35:13Speaker 5: What was it?
- 1:35:14Speaker 6: Hudson.
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: There were your go-to's.
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: Hudson.
- 1:35:16Speaker 5: Hudson. There were your go-to's.
- 1:35:18Speaker 2: Well, because I needed a jean that was long enough
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: that I could wear tennis shoes. Because if I wore shoes,
- 1:35:22Speaker 2: high heel, any kind of heel all day, there's no
- 1:35:24Speaker 2: way I could last. I'd get too tired. Yeah, those
- 1:35:28Speaker 2: are hard times. Anyway, Chris, do you have any dates
- 1:35:31Speaker 2: you want to tell anyone about or just to listen
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: to cover to cover?
- 1:35:34Speaker 7: Listen to cover to cover. I mean, and then I
- 1:35:35Speaker 7: start again next year. I got a ton of dates
- 1:35:36Speaker 7: coming up next year.
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: You got a nice little holiday break coming.
- 1:35:39Speaker 5: I got a little holiday break coming up. Good for you.
- 1:35:41Speaker 5: Thank you for a wonderful year.
- 1:35:44Speaker 7: Of of juicy scoop i really appreciate everything you've done
- 1:35:48Speaker 7: for me this year.
- 1:35:48Speaker 5: Thank you for taking me on.
- 1:35:50Speaker 7: The road i had a blast with you during our
- 1:35:53Speaker 7: live juicy.
- 1:35:54Speaker 2: Scoop really did have fun uh.
- 1:35:56Speaker 5: And thank you uh i heard you and fortune speaking
- 1:36:00Speaker 5: highly of me as a.
- 1:36:01Speaker 2: Road dad oh by the way fortune is did i
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: did i put this on here Anyway, she is going
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: to be on Wheel of Fortune.
- 1:36:10Speaker 5: Yes, I saw that.
- 1:36:11Speaker 2: And I wrote, Chris has been manifesting you doing something
- 1:36:15Speaker 2: with Wheel of Fortune or being the Wheel of Fortune.
- 1:36:18Speaker 5: No, that was, we were literally, Brad Wallach and I
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: wanted to put her on an actual board. And spin
- 1:36:25Speaker 5: her around on Chelsea Lately.
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: Like a big giant board.
- 1:36:28Speaker 5: Yeah. But we could never figure out how to adhere
- 1:36:31Speaker 5: her to the board.
- 1:36:32Speaker 2: But it was one of those pitches that literally, I
- 1:36:36Speaker 2: think you pitched it like 10 times over two years.
- 1:36:39Speaker 2: And you're like, I'm telling you, we have fortune.
- 1:36:43Speaker 5: We could spin her around. Wheel of fortune. Get it? Yeah,
- 1:36:46Speaker 5: but she's going to be on Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
- 1:36:48Speaker 5: But anyway, thank you for speaking highly of me as
- 1:36:50Speaker 5: Ro Dad.
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: Always. Always. I'd so appreciate it.
- 1:36:55Speaker 7: I don't like the fact that Fortune told the story
- 1:36:57Speaker 7: of us getting hit by a crackhead, like some crackhead
- 1:37:00Speaker 7: rear-ended the car.
- 1:37:02Speaker 2: What did happen?
- 1:37:03Speaker 5: She didn't... I mean, we were rear-ended, and I got
- 1:37:06Speaker 5: out of the car and ran down a busy street
- 1:37:09Speaker 5: to stop this crackhead, pull him over, and made sure
- 1:37:12Speaker 5: that he... There's nothing I could do about it.
- 1:37:14Speaker 2: What do you do? A citizen's arrest?
- 1:37:16Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:37:16Speaker 7: I felt like he hit us and took off, and
- 1:37:19Speaker 7: I don't... Fortune didn't tell that part of the story.
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: She was like, he's some weird road dad. But I
- 1:37:24Speaker 5: was also a hero.
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: You were like a Clint Eastwood character.
- 1:37:27Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly. Let's hear that part. That I was like
- 1:37:29Speaker 5: Clint Eastwood.
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: Magellanic.
- 1:37:30Speaker 5: Running down the freeway to stop this guy. And then
- 1:37:33Speaker 5: he got out of the car and I got a
- 1:37:34Speaker 5: little scared. I was like, oh no.
- 1:37:36Speaker 2: And when he got out, what did he say?
- 1:37:37Speaker 5: Well, he was all cracked out. It was obviously on something.
- 1:37:39Speaker 2: And then you just said, forget it.
- 1:37:40Speaker 5: Yeah, and I was like, there's no damage. I made
- 1:37:43Speaker 5: him come back and look at the damage. And we're like,
- 1:37:45Speaker 5: we're good. Take off. But it should have been known
- 1:37:48Speaker 5: that I did. Go beyond.
- 1:37:50Speaker 2: Amazing.
- 1:37:51Speaker 5: Yeah, okay.
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: Chris, thank you for being a hero.
- 1:37:54Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: A dad, a friend, a comedic life partner. We're so
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: excited for 2023.
- 1:38:00Speaker 5: Enjoy 2023. Big year's coming. Big thing's coming.
- 1:38:03Speaker 2: Love you.
- 1:38:04Speaker 5: Yeah, love you back.
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: The car is beautiful. Where did you end up going
- 1:38:09Speaker 2: for it?
- 1:38:10Speaker 1: This exclusive place that Dad has connections with. They have
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: more cars for more dealerships than like anywhere else.
- 1:38:15Speaker 2: You have to put me in touch. What's it called?
- 1:38:17Speaker 2: It's Dune ADL. Where? Dunaidial.
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: There's an accent on the E.
- 1:38:25Speaker 2: Do you mean... Yes, I got it on Dundale Cars.
- 1:38:27Speaker 6: Lift?
- 1:38:28Speaker 5: Please.
- 1:38:28Speaker 2: Are you going past Kimmage? Oh, Kimmage. No. Dundale Cars.
- 1:38:34Speaker 2: You couldn't possibly go anywhere else.
