Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #317: The Life Waiting Beyond Fear
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and BEV.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Good day, sister, good day. Things are good. Prior to
- 0:16Speaker 2: us hitting record, you said something I don't even know
- 0:19Speaker 2: what you said, something about playing small.
- 0:21Speaker 3: And I was like, well, that would be a good.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Topic and I support that, right, I.
- 0:27Speaker 4: Said, of course I don't recall these so and it
- 0:31Speaker 4: was like a blip.
- 0:35Speaker 1: So of course that resonated with me because I'm coming
- 0:41Speaker 1: I'm coming out that I have a coaching business and
- 0:50Speaker 1: teaching business, and for the past year of taking a
- 0:53Speaker 1: hiatus because of other commitments and things I needed to
- 0:56Speaker 1: take care of, and now I'm coming out back into
- 1:03Speaker 1: teaching and coaching on a regular and the energy which
- 1:09Speaker 1: I knew this was going to happen and I'm all,
- 1:13Speaker 1: I'm all for it. But the energy that I'm bringing
- 1:16Speaker 1: this time with me is different. So before, yes, I
- 1:20Speaker 1: was playing small.
- 1:21Speaker 3: I wasn't giving my all. I wasn't.
- 1:26Speaker 1: I was full of fear, and a fear of different reasons.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Fear of the imposter syndrome, who am I to do
- 1:36Speaker 1: this type of work?
- 1:37Speaker 3: Who's going to listen to me?
- 1:38Speaker 1: The fear of not having enough financial support and be
- 1:44Speaker 1: successful in that arena, the fear of well not having
- 1:52Speaker 1: really still not enough confidence to fully step into the
- 1:58Speaker 1: coaching and teach arena even though I was already doing it, and.
- 2:05Speaker 3: In my in my.
- 2:07Speaker 1: This past year, other things have happened. So if you've
- 2:10Speaker 1: watched the other videos, you know, but I took on
- 2:14Speaker 1: a full time job and it's full time plus hours.
- 2:17Speaker 1: There's a lot of commitment in this job and being
- 2:24Speaker 1: the club president of a nonprofit organization, all of that
- 2:30Speaker 1: putting me in different scenarios of leading leadership and being
- 2:38Speaker 1: in bigger groups of people of not only peers, but
- 2:42Speaker 1: people that I don't even know, dignitaries like city council,
- 2:49Speaker 1: the mayor, presidents of other organizations, you know, just putting
- 2:57Speaker 1: me in this space of building my building on my
- 3:01Speaker 1: confidence even more, which has been very helpful. And recently
- 3:06Speaker 1: I used AI to create some images of me. I
- 3:09Speaker 1: just uploaded some random selfies that I had in my
- 3:11Speaker 1: phone and it created these images that was just like
- 3:16Speaker 1: I just totally was like into those images that created
- 3:22Speaker 1: and they were so.
- 3:24Speaker 3: I don't like business professional soft.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Like just the energy of them was and so I've
- 3:31Speaker 1: been embracing that energy and the look that it gave
- 3:34Speaker 1: me and kind of rebranding what I already have out
- 3:41Speaker 1: there with this different look, and it's a you know,
- 3:47Speaker 1: I've already started scheduling classes and getting that momentum going again.
- 3:54Speaker 1: And so the energy of what it felt like before
- 3:59Speaker 1: when I was doing that, and how I'm feeling now
- 4:01Speaker 1: stepping back into it is it's like, oh, not quite
- 4:05Speaker 1: nine day, but it's close to it because the energy
- 4:11Speaker 1: of it is just very different.
- 4:16Speaker 3: It makes sense, and I feel like.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Many most of us, at some point or another have
- 4:24Speaker 4: played small, and I would I agree with you as
- 4:28Speaker 4: far as that goes, because I feel like I have
- 4:30Speaker 4: been playing small, keeping myself in this space, not letting
- 4:34Speaker 4: you know, just because it's kind of scary. You put
- 4:37Speaker 4: yourself out there and people get to know you and
- 4:38Speaker 4: then they like you or don't like you. But also
- 4:41Speaker 4: at the same time, I'm getting to know myself and
- 4:43Speaker 4: getting to know.
- 4:45Speaker 3: What is who is me?
- 4:47Speaker 4: What does that look like without everybody else's templates, without
- 4:50Speaker 4: everybody else's energy, Because it's so easy for us to
- 4:54Speaker 4: find commonalities amongst each other, but it's like it's okay
- 4:58Speaker 4: to have the differences between amongst us because it's that's
- 5:01Speaker 4: where growth comes from. That's where permission comes from for
- 5:04Speaker 4: us to be our own, true, authentic selves, whatever that
- 5:07Speaker 4: looks like. And I feel like for me, it was
- 5:10Speaker 4: learning how to even be in that space, because my
- 5:12Speaker 4: whole life, I think, I don't think I have been.
- 5:15Speaker 4: I don't know, you know, we're always trying to do
- 5:17Speaker 4: the right thing because so our parents don't get mad.
- 5:19Speaker 4: We're you know, all these things, but doing what they
- 5:22Speaker 4: consider the right thing doesn't always resonate with us, and
- 5:25Speaker 4: it's not always our path. Like some parents might raise
- 5:28Speaker 4: their kids and want them to go be a doctor
- 5:29Speaker 4: or a lawyer, and some kids want to be the
- 5:32Speaker 4: painter or the or the author or the poet or
- 5:35Speaker 4: the whatever, and it doesn't fit to someone else's ideals.
- 5:39Speaker 4: And that's the thing we've We've been putting ourselves in
- 5:42Speaker 4: places where everyone else thinks that's the ideal place for us,
- 5:46Speaker 4: like someone else knows what's better for us. But it's
- 5:49Speaker 4: and it's learning that that's not true. And I even
- 5:52Speaker 4: recognize it this week and I went to a graduation
- 5:55Speaker 4: party of one of my nephews and at first I noticed,
- 6:00Speaker 4: and it had nothing to do with the family or
- 6:01Speaker 4: anything like that, but I noticed. My common thoughts would
- 6:05Speaker 4: be like, I don't want to go anywhere. I just
- 6:07Speaker 4: want to stay home and relax. And it's like, but
- 6:09Speaker 4: this is relax. So something shifted within sight of me.
- 6:13Speaker 4: And then it's like and then as I'm driving there,
- 6:15Speaker 4: I'm like, I don't I get to be me? It
- 6:18Speaker 4: doesn't matter if anybody likes me or not. First of all,
- 6:20Speaker 4: you're around a lot of family and stuff like that too,
- 6:22Speaker 4: But it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if they like
- 6:25Speaker 4: me or they don't like me. What matters is do
- 6:28Speaker 4: I like me? And I like me being my trouthetic self.
- 6:30Speaker 4: So I just kind of kicked back. I noticed people,
- 6:33Speaker 4: and then I had this gal that came up to
- 6:34Speaker 4: me that I haven't seen her for quite some time,
- 6:37Speaker 4: and she's a Christian counselor. And it's like we just
- 6:40Speaker 4: sat there and talked and talked and talked for such
- 6:42Speaker 4: a longest time. If I didn't go, I had missed
- 6:44Speaker 4: that interaction that ebb and flow, that there was so
- 6:47Speaker 4: much valuable content, goosebumps, conversation that was deep that I
- 6:52Speaker 4: feel like this helps us let us know that we're connected,
- 6:56Speaker 4: we're centered with the creator of all that is God, Yes,
- 7:01Speaker 4: shall whatever, I mean, spirit whatever, with all that stuff,
- 7:05Speaker 4: and then having the conversation with her, realizing how if
- 7:09Speaker 4: we didn't have the conversation, I wouldn't recognize how different
- 7:11Speaker 4: our languages are. She might say the same thing and
- 7:14Speaker 4: I use different words. It's it has the same meaning though,
- 7:18Speaker 4: but it's totally different words. So we were learning each
- 7:20Speaker 4: other's language yesterday and it was it was fun, but
- 7:23Speaker 4: I would have missed out on that, just like today,
- 7:25Speaker 4: I'm going to be going to another function this afternoon.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Typically I wouldn't because it's like, oh, I've already done
- 7:30Speaker 4: something because.
- 7:31Speaker 3: It was too much.
- 7:32Speaker 4: It was, but my energy something is shifted. And so
- 7:35Speaker 4: when you're saying that you noticed that you played were
- 7:37Speaker 4: playing small and the more that you step out into
- 7:40Speaker 4: your power, this is such the proof of the ripple
- 7:43Speaker 4: because the more that you step out into your power,
- 7:45Speaker 4: I'm automatically stepping out into my power. Did you have
- 7:47Speaker 4: influence over it? Probably because I feel like the higher
- 7:50Speaker 4: vibrational frequency that we are, the more of a ripple
- 7:53Speaker 4: that we produce, the more people that we affect, they're
- 7:57Speaker 4: the less separation that there is. Because yes, there was
- 8:00Speaker 4: separation during that conversation. If I wanted to look at
- 8:03Speaker 4: it that way because she had a different perspective, then
- 8:05Speaker 4: I had a different perspective. But ultimately it was the
- 8:08Speaker 4: same perspective with just different terminologies, different words. I would
- 8:13Speaker 4: have missed out on that. So it's like, they're because
- 8:15Speaker 4: of your growth, because of my growth, because of everybody
- 8:18Speaker 4: that's doing their own personal work. It's not only affecting
- 8:21Speaker 4: your families, it's affecting the whole world. It's affecting the
- 8:24Speaker 4: whole all the energies, the collective consciousness, all of it's
- 8:29Speaker 4: being affected.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I've been reminded lately of the statement or the
- 8:37Speaker 1: question of who am I not to Who am I
- 8:40Speaker 1: not to do these things? Who am I not to
- 8:43Speaker 1: share my knowledge and wisdom? Who am I not to
- 8:46Speaker 1: be the person who is could be the guide for
- 8:49Speaker 1: somebody else that hasn't found somebody who who resonates with
- 8:53Speaker 1: them yet as a teacher or a speaker, or a
- 8:56Speaker 1: guide or coach. And it's just like your conversation with
- 9:03Speaker 1: your friend of learning each other's language. Not all teachers
- 9:08Speaker 1: and not all speakers do you resonate with because of
- 9:12Speaker 1: the way they talk, because of the way they present
- 9:14Speaker 1: themselves because of could be even their tone, could be
- 9:22Speaker 1: their body line, it could there could be a multiple
- 9:26Speaker 1: factors of why you're not attracted to a certain type
- 9:29Speaker 1: of person, and there's multiple factors of why you are
- 9:33Speaker 1: attracted to a certain type of person. And so maybe
- 9:36Speaker 1: I'm that person for a group of people who haven't
- 9:40Speaker 1: found their person yet to teach them, to guide them,
- 9:43Speaker 1: to coach them. And so that's what each of us do,
- 9:48Speaker 1: even in a one on one conversation at a barbecue
- 9:51Speaker 1: or an outing, you found somebody to connect with where
- 9:55Speaker 1: you chose to learn each other's language and still having
- 9:59Speaker 1: a have a beautiful conversation where I get to show
- 10:07Speaker 1: up in the way that I speak and teach and
- 10:10Speaker 1: if people are resonating with that, great. If they're not, great,
- 10:14Speaker 1: they will find their person or people and it's okay.
- 10:18Speaker 1: So but how am I going to know who that
- 10:22Speaker 1: is until I step out, until I take that opportunity
- 10:29Speaker 1: to be in front of people and teaching and speaking.
- 10:34Speaker 3: And so that's on me.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And I also heard years ago a teacher of mind
- 10:44Speaker 1: that said, what if you are the one who's going
- 10:53Speaker 1: to help somebody and if you don't use your voice,
- 10:57Speaker 1: they don't find their person and then they're lost. They're
- 11:03Speaker 1: like they're fumbling, they're getting no guidance because they're just
- 11:07Speaker 1: not connecting with others. So I was just like, when
- 11:10Speaker 1: you tell you it's it's it's almost sounds like it's
- 11:13Speaker 1: putting a huge responsibility on me, but it's really not.
- 11:15Speaker 3: It's a it's a.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Motivation of getting me to step into the arena to
- 11:23Speaker 1: be a voice of healing for others.
- 11:27Speaker 3: That is it. And I know what worked for me.
- 11:29Speaker 1: I know the I of course know my story, and
- 11:32Speaker 1: I know what I went through and all the components
- 11:36Speaker 1: of it, and every one of those components, every one
- 11:38Speaker 1: of those compartments of topics, somebody will resonate with it.
- 11:46Speaker 1: But we're not going to have that connection if I
- 11:49Speaker 1: don't step out, if I don't expose myself, if I
- 11:53Speaker 1: don't say, hey, these are the things I've been through.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Have you had similar experiences, Let's walk this journey together,
- 12:01Speaker 1: let's heal together. Let me let me show you what
- 12:05Speaker 1: you worked for me. And as similar to what we
- 12:08Speaker 1: do with these with this podcast every week is we
- 12:10Speaker 1: come we have conversations about the things we've been through,
- 12:14Speaker 1: what's worked for us, and somebody out there is getting
- 12:18Speaker 1: something from this because we're still doing it six years
- 12:21Speaker 1: later and it's been a good journey. So even when
- 12:29Speaker 1: I'm teaching, it's not only for those that are listening
- 12:32Speaker 1: on the other end, that are sitting in the chairs
- 12:34Speaker 1: or on the other end of a phone or.
- 12:35Speaker 3: The other end of a zoom.
- 12:37Speaker 1: It is for me also because when I am teaching,
- 12:40Speaker 1: it's a reminder for me as well as too. Oh
- 12:44Speaker 1: am I doing that, oh Am I showing up that way?
- 12:47Speaker 3: Oh do I have some.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Healing to do in this area. It's reminders and so
- 12:52Speaker 1: it's very beneficial on both ends for me as the presenter, speaker,
- 12:58Speaker 1: coach and for this student.
- 13:02Speaker 3: Or client.
- 13:04Speaker 1: So there's so much healing happening in a conversation, So
- 13:08Speaker 1: it just it's it's one of those things, like I've
- 13:15Speaker 1: said it several times before, it's time, it's fine and
- 13:18Speaker 1: time for me to do this, But the energy of
- 13:20Speaker 1: me has shifted so much in this past year that
- 13:23Speaker 1: it's like, okay, okay, it we gotta do this now.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Yeah it is. It is the way, Yeah, it is.
- 13:35Speaker 3: It is the way.
- 13:37Speaker 4: And I would say my last year goes along with
- 13:41Speaker 4: that too. If I didn't have all these experiences, I
- 13:44Speaker 4: wouldn't have had all the growth that I've had. I
- 13:46Speaker 4: wouldn't even be in this conversation. I wouldn't even be
- 13:49Speaker 4: having this conversation right now. It wouldn't happen because we
- 13:52Speaker 4: got to show up.
- 13:53Speaker 3: You said that a long time ago.
- 13:55Speaker 4: You would tell people when they showed up to the
- 13:56Speaker 4: group or to a class, thanks for showing up for yourself,
- 14:00Speaker 4: something along those lines, Because it's true. We have to
- 14:02Speaker 4: show up for ourselves, and when we do that, we're
- 14:04Speaker 4: showing up for others. Because I know there was also
- 14:07Speaker 4: a conversation or people that were overhearing our conversation, whether
- 14:10Speaker 4: they resonated with it or not, presents an opportunity if
- 14:14Speaker 4: they feel Typically in the past, if anyone said they
- 14:18Speaker 4: were a Christian councilor I probably would never have had
- 14:20Speaker 4: account a conversation with them because of my own beliefs
- 14:25Speaker 4: at the time. And now I don't have the beliefs
- 14:26Speaker 4: now I'm curious. I'm like listening to it because I
- 14:30Speaker 4: know that we all have a different way of communicating
- 14:32Speaker 4: and and it doesn't matter how we get there, We're
- 14:35Speaker 4: gonna get there.
- 14:38Speaker 3: No matter what.
- 14:39Speaker 4: And it's like you just said that in so many words,
- 14:42Speaker 4: you've gotten onto this path from the way that you
- 14:46Speaker 4: know how to manage it, the way that you know
- 14:48Speaker 4: how to motivate yourself. Those things work for you, and
- 14:51Speaker 4: it's like it's it's recognizing that, which is part of
- 14:54Speaker 4: the growth too, and then it's also something to look
- 14:56Speaker 4: at later on to see what other ways can I
- 14:59Speaker 4: grow from that? All these experiences that we're having, it's
- 15:02Speaker 4: giving people the opportunity. If it irritates you, what do
- 15:05Speaker 4: you want differently from that? What do you what trigger?
- 15:09Speaker 4: What's what's emotionally being affected inside of you? And why Like,
- 15:12Speaker 4: it's not it's not being like, oh, I'm going to
- 15:15Speaker 4: go figure this out and this is bullshit, and it's
- 15:18Speaker 4: it's not about any of that stuff.
- 15:19Speaker 3: It's about it.
- 15:20Speaker 4: It's a matter of looking at it and being like, well,
- 15:21Speaker 4: that's interesting that showed for my body.
- 15:23Speaker 3: Why do I even care? Because I could it doesn't
- 15:25Speaker 3: matter to me.
- 15:25Speaker 4: It's neutral. It's neutral. I don't care if what people's
- 15:29Speaker 4: preferences are. I don't care what their skin color is,
- 15:31Speaker 4: I don't care about any of that stuff. But I'm
- 15:33Speaker 4: neutral to all that stuff. It's there is no because
- 15:37Speaker 4: that's all separation. None of it matters. It's like, I
- 15:40Speaker 4: don't care if someone's gay or not gays. I'm neutral
- 15:42Speaker 4: to it. It's it's their life, it's not I'm not
- 15:45Speaker 4: making it my own. I'm not judging them for their decisions.
- 15:49Speaker 4: I'm neutral because I love everybody, because that's what we're
- 15:53Speaker 4: supposed to do, and then we gain so much knowledge
- 15:56Speaker 4: and information from that if we If I was to
- 15:58Speaker 4: put labels on everybody and then not allow myself to
- 16:02Speaker 4: have the experience with that person, with that soul, I'm
- 16:05Speaker 4: missing out.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I'm missing out on all the.
- 16:09Speaker 4: Possibilities, the friendship, the conversation, the goose bumps, the people
- 16:14Speaker 4: that are around, you know, missing out being us being
- 16:17Speaker 4: able to have eye contact with each other and celebrate that.
- 16:20Speaker 3: And that was another thing.
- 16:21Speaker 4: There was a time in my life I would never
- 16:23Speaker 4: have had eye contact.
- 16:25Speaker 3: It would have made me.
- 16:25Speaker 4: Nervous for me to have the conversation that I had yesterday,
- 16:28Speaker 4: I think. But it's like, I'm just going to go
- 16:31Speaker 4: there and I'm going to be myself and so whatever
- 16:33Speaker 4: happens happens, and that's how it happened.
- 16:37Speaker 3: I'm not playing small anymore.
- 16:41Speaker 1: And we are here to grow and learn and expand,
- 16:47Speaker 1: and when we step out of that, out of our armor,
- 16:56Speaker 1: because our armor is what keeps us small. To the
- 16:59Speaker 1: fear keeps me small, the judgments. So the fear judgment
- 17:07Speaker 1: and criticism keeps me small. There's a there was a
- 17:11Speaker 1: I've seen it a few other times. I've seen it
- 17:12Speaker 1: several times, but it was just a reminder I'm getting
- 17:15Speaker 1: a lot of reminders lately of all the things that
- 17:17Speaker 1: I already know. It was somebody having a fear of
- 17:23Speaker 1: the criticism and judgments through social media. And first of all,
- 17:28Speaker 1: we just we know there's keyboard warriors and they have nothing.
- 17:31Speaker 1: They're just out there trying to stir shit up about
- 17:34Speaker 1: anything that they can. But the other thing was if
- 17:39Speaker 1: you don't have haters, but when you get haters, you're
- 17:42Speaker 1: doing something right because you know you're pushing buttons, and
- 17:47Speaker 1: we're pushing their buttons. Then they have some healing to
- 17:49Speaker 1: do and you're speaking your truth.
- 17:52Speaker 3: And so it's like.
- 17:55Speaker 1: To release the fear of that again, judgment and criticism. Well,
- 17:59Speaker 1: how many times if I've been judged and criticized over
- 18:01Speaker 1: the years up to this point, me being my own
- 18:04Speaker 1: worst critic and judge nobody can top what I've done
- 18:09Speaker 1: already to myself. So anything that anybody else has to
- 18:12Speaker 1: say it's not about me. What's about me is how
- 18:16Speaker 1: am I going to handle it? Am I going to
- 18:19Speaker 1: take it and stew over it? Am I going to
- 18:21Speaker 1: take it and boot myself up? Because somebody else had
- 18:24Speaker 1: an opinion about something, whether whether it's the way my
- 18:28Speaker 1: hair is or they don't like my ear rings or
- 18:30Speaker 1: the shirt I'm wearing, or my background, I don't that's
- 18:34Speaker 1: all of that is irrelevant. And maybe it's they can't.
- 18:41Speaker 1: Maybe it's it would be something along the lines of
- 18:45Speaker 1: what you see represents a part of a prosperity and
- 18:52Speaker 1: maybe they don't have that in their lives, and so
- 18:56Speaker 1: seeing all this stuff around me and my and my
- 18:59Speaker 1: earrings and and all the things is maybe a trigger
- 19:02Speaker 1: for them that they don't have the prosperity or they
- 19:05Speaker 1: can't see the prosperity that they have, and so that
- 19:09Speaker 1: becomes a trigger for them, so they need to lash out. Well,
- 19:12Speaker 1: it only becomes my issue if I internalize it for me,
- 19:17Speaker 1: and so I embrace all the things that I have.
- 19:20Speaker 1: I embrace that I have the amount of am I
- 19:22Speaker 1: where I want to be financially no, But you know what,
- 19:25Speaker 1: it's okay because I'm working towards it and this is
- 19:28Speaker 1: part of the process for me. So when we get
- 19:33Speaker 1: hung up on that judgment and criticisms, if it's a
- 19:36Speaker 1: trigger for you, then that's you. That's your internal healing
- 19:40Speaker 1: to do, no different than it is my internal healing
- 19:43Speaker 1: to do. But if you get to a point where
- 19:47Speaker 1: you can read know a different than you know, it
- 19:50Speaker 1: doesn't matter if you're gay, straight, by whatever. You're neutral
- 19:54Speaker 1: to that and you love them that you can read
- 19:56Speaker 1: the comments and a neutral that okay, Well, some of
- 20:03Speaker 1: it could be relevant. Some of it could be that
- 20:06Speaker 1: I say I'm too much or so too much or whatever. Great,
- 20:10Speaker 1: that's good information because I can listen to myself and
- 20:14Speaker 1: recognize that I've already recognized that several videos ago. I
- 20:19Speaker 1: was like, you know, I say so a lot. But
- 20:24Speaker 1: what I get to do is take the information that
- 20:27Speaker 1: is being presented and decide for myself what is relevant,
- 20:31Speaker 1: what is irrelevant for me?
- 20:33Speaker 3: And how what.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Am I going to do with the information. And that's
- 20:37Speaker 1: all it is. It's information. It's words, it's words on
- 20:41Speaker 1: a screen, it's words on a piece of paper. They're
- 20:44Speaker 1: just words, and it's it comes down to how are
- 20:47Speaker 1: you internalizing those words and what is it? What buttons
- 20:51Speaker 1: are they pushing for you or for me?
- 20:55Speaker 4: Yeah, and then you think about these keyboard warriors and
- 20:58Speaker 4: it's like it takes a lot of courage to step
- 21:00Speaker 4: out and be seen for their reaction or their energy
- 21:04Speaker 4: that they're in right at that moment. But again, like
- 21:06Speaker 4: you said, it has nothing to do with us. It
- 21:09Speaker 4: has nothing to do with us. It's all it is
- 21:11Speaker 4: is an opportunity how you're going to process the information.
- 21:15Speaker 4: And sometimes you probably don't even see that stuff because
- 21:17Speaker 4: you were never meant to see you were never in
- 21:19Speaker 4: vibrational frequency residence with it.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Yeah, So some couple of ways to maybe move through
- 21:28Speaker 1: that energy if you're in those fears of judgment or criticism,
- 21:33Speaker 1: fear moving forward.
- 21:34Speaker 3: I know one thing for me was a fear of success.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Again because of three things. The fear of judgment, the
- 21:42Speaker 1: fear criticism, and the fear of being financially well off.
- 21:48Speaker 1: That's typically a huge one for many people who who
- 21:53Speaker 1: step into the arena of coaching or starting their own businesses,
- 21:56Speaker 1: that fear of success because they've majority of the people
- 22:02Speaker 1: who have been in this arena, have struggled with money,
- 22:06Speaker 1: and so they have to overcome their belief systems about money,
- 22:09Speaker 1: So that fear of having an excess amount of money
- 22:14Speaker 1: and not knowing how to internally deal with it because
- 22:18Speaker 1: it's on such a deep level of the subconscious. They
- 22:23Speaker 1: have to overcome those belief systems and that programming to
- 22:26Speaker 1: be able to receive the financial.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Abundance with ease.
- 22:33Speaker 1: And so those things have kept me in this smaller bubble.
- 22:37Speaker 1: And now it's like somebody said, I think it was
- 22:41Speaker 1: Ed Milette said, you know, it's more fun to be
- 22:44Speaker 1: wealthy and happy, or be happy and wealthy.
- 22:46Speaker 3: It's more fun to be that way.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Yes, there's happy people who are very poor and it's okay,
- 22:53Speaker 1: But it's more fun to be wealthy and happy. So
- 22:58Speaker 1: I'm going to embrace that. And I agree because I've
- 23:01Speaker 1: had glimpses of it. But a couple of ways to
- 23:06Speaker 1: move through these fears that you may have that's that
- 23:08Speaker 1: is keeping you small or keeping you from shining brighter,
- 23:11Speaker 1: is you know, do some journaling about it.
- 23:13Speaker 3: What belief systems do you have that need to be reprogrammed?
- 23:21Speaker 1: Right?
- 23:21Speaker 3: We need to change those up. And also like tapping
- 23:26Speaker 3: or e.
- 23:26Speaker 1: FT are a good go to tool that can help
- 23:31Speaker 1: you move through those belief systems and change that energy.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Do you have any other suggestions?
- 23:38Speaker 4: Oh, I was just thinking one of my biggest fear
- 23:41Speaker 4: that's kept me kind of in a box is doing
- 23:44Speaker 4: something wrong with everything because and that's just training, that's
- 23:48Speaker 4: just training. And I agree with you as far as
- 23:50Speaker 4: the tapping goes, because that has been so beneficial for me. Writing,
- 23:56Speaker 4: you know, journaling has been huge for me. Writing and burning,
- 23:59Speaker 4: you know, it as a ceremony, clearing my energy. You know,
- 24:03Speaker 4: there's there's so many things. It's it's just like these
- 24:06Speaker 4: little rituals that kind of make us feel better. And
- 24:10Speaker 4: it doesn't it doesn't mean that it's always going to
- 24:14Speaker 4: work for everybody because it really has a lot to
- 24:15Speaker 4: do with your mindset about doing it. So you've got
- 24:17Speaker 4: to find the things that work best for you, what
- 24:20Speaker 4: your flow is, and really it's it's shifting the energy
- 24:23Speaker 4: from the frequency that you're at to a higher frequency,
- 24:27Speaker 4: because if you're if you're at a lower place right now,
- 24:30Speaker 4: I would say, let's just say that you're at a
- 24:32Speaker 4: six instead of one hundred, and you want to beat
- 24:34Speaker 4: at one hundred. We have to kind of get ourselves
- 24:37Speaker 4: up into that space. And there's certain things that we
- 24:39Speaker 4: can do, watching things that make us laugh, sitting out
- 24:42Speaker 4: in the dirt, get closing our eyes in the sun,
- 24:45Speaker 4: taking some breath.
- 24:47Speaker 3: There's so many things that we can do. But it's
- 24:49Speaker 3: you've got to do it. That's it. You gotta do it.
- 24:53Speaker 3: You gotta show up for yourself.
- 24:56Speaker 4: Because nobody can do it for you. I can do
- 24:58Speaker 4: raiking on someone, I could hold their energy into me,
- 25:01Speaker 4: and I can get them into a soothing space. But
- 25:03Speaker 4: as soon as I'm as soon as I'm done now
- 25:06Speaker 4: it's an opportunity for them to stay in that high
- 25:08Speaker 4: vibrational frequency, or the opportunity to go back to the
- 25:11Speaker 4: same old thought patterns that get them into the same
- 25:13Speaker 4: old feelings. And so it's all it's where guides. It's
- 25:18Speaker 4: not our job to do to fix any of these things.
- 25:21Speaker 4: Each individual has to be able to have the courage
- 25:24Speaker 4: to take responsibility for themselves, to be aware of their
- 25:27Speaker 4: energy and find ways to elevate that.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, all right, friends, you got some tools, you
- 25:35Speaker 1: got some information, So what you do with it's your business.
- 25:40Speaker 1: We showed up, we presented and you get to take
- 25:43Speaker 1: it and run. So hope everything, hope your journey starts
- 25:49Speaker 1: to shift in a way that feels better to you.
- 25:52Speaker 1: And there are other people out there who are looking
- 25:55Speaker 1: for the same or just seeking some guidance, seeking some
- 25:59Speaker 1: answers to their question and maybe they haven't said them
- 26:02Speaker 1: out loud, but you know, when we ask those questions internally,
- 26:05Speaker 1: it creates the opportunity for the information to appear, and
- 26:09Speaker 1: it could be through you. So whether you share a podcast,
- 26:14Speaker 1: a video, you've watched, a book, you've read, a speaker,

- 26:22Speaker 1: share the information with them, or just sometimes these things
