- 0:06Speaker 1: and sure they definitely can be, but understanding a professionals
- 0:10Speaker 1: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
- 0:14Speaker 1: day after day. It's like banking with P and C Bank.
- 0:18Speaker 1: It might seem boring to save, plan and make calculated
- 0:21Speaker 1: decisions with your bank, but keeping your money boring is
- 0:24Speaker 1: what helps you live a more happily fulfilled life. P
- 0:27Speaker 1: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly
- 0:32Speaker 1: Boring since eighteen sixty five is a service mark of

- 0:43Speaker 2: Five daily habits to practice in twenty twenty six.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Well, I mean, you killed it with the top ten
- 0:49Speaker 3: list viral God, so you might as well kick it
- 0:53Speaker 3: off and tell us the five hapbits we need for
- 0:56Speaker 3: twenty six.
- 0:58Speaker 4: It's gonna be a jampane. Let's do it.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Oh man, Well, I think maybe we all can chime in,
- 1:04Speaker 2: but uh, you know, as far as like like you said,
- 1:06Speaker 2: a lot of it was already on my on my
- 1:07Speaker 2: list previously. But definitely need to work out at least
- 1:10Speaker 2: the hour day. That's vitally important.
- 1:13Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:13Speaker 2: I'm a big fan of meditation. I think that in
- 1:15Speaker 2: the world of social media and so much stuff going
- 1:18Speaker 2: on that sometimes we kind of get lost in that
- 1:21Speaker 2: as far as really taking time to do some inner reflection.
- 1:25Speaker 2: So I've been doing that for years as far as
- 1:28Speaker 2: you know, morning, my morning ritual if I'm not doing
- 1:32Speaker 2: anything first thing in the morning, to just take a
- 1:34Speaker 2: moment and just you know, do the meditation. So I
- 1:36Speaker 2: definitely think that. I think that, you know, you gotta
- 1:40Speaker 2: be grateful. That's a major thing. So I'm a big
- 1:43Speaker 2: proponent and prayer. I think that everybody should pray.
- 1:49Speaker 4: That right, Yeah, got that right? In these do it.
- 1:55Speaker 4: That's a major key. Absolutely.
- 1:57Speaker 2: I also think that you should take a nutrition very
- 2:01Speaker 2: serious because that does play a major part in your
- 2:04Speaker 2: your ability to function at a very high level. So
- 2:08Speaker 2: me personally, I've heard this before and it's something I've
- 2:11Speaker 2: been pricing for a long time. No, only fruit before
- 2:15Speaker 2: twelve I don't eat eat solid food. Same before twelve o'clock,
- 2:21Speaker 2: I only eat fruit or juice, like you know, like
- 2:26Speaker 2: one of the juices from US twenty six. I've been
- 2:29Speaker 2: doing that for a while when I can for the moment.
- 2:32Speaker 2: I've never been a big breakfast person, you know, I'm
- 2:35Speaker 2: not really a breakfast person.
- 2:36Speaker 4: Like so they're going to see you eating at acting selfish.
- 2:38Speaker 4: They be like, y, shy.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Fruit fruit only before twelve. Try not to eat after
- 2:47Speaker 2: eight o'clock. Try to drink a gallon of water a day.
- 2:50Speaker 2: So take a nutrition very serious, education and vitally important.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Try to, you know, consume some informative content for at
- 3:01Speaker 2: least an hour day, whether that's once again watching the documentary,
- 3:04Speaker 2: reading a book, or listening to an audio book, or
- 3:07Speaker 2: listening to an educational podcast, YouTube, different things in that
- 3:09Speaker 2: nature market, mondays or your leisure. So much stuff that
- 3:13Speaker 2: you can actually educate yourself on.
- 3:14Speaker 4: So thank you. I think that that's five. That's five.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I'm gonna try to do some of the ones you
- 3:20Speaker 1: had with repetitive. I have pray on my list as well.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I think that's really important. That's how we start our
- 3:24Speaker 1: day every day. I think reading is very important. It's
- 3:28Speaker 1: something that I'm doing. I do absolutely every day. There's
- 3:30Speaker 1: not a day that I don't do that, and that
- 3:33Speaker 1: probably comes right after I pray. Like it's not TV
- 3:35Speaker 1: first it's like what can I read first? And then
- 3:38Speaker 1: I had three that I had to reflect. And I
- 3:41Speaker 1: think that's part of one of my five things, is
- 3:44Speaker 1: when having self reflection or having reflection in general, Like
- 3:48Speaker 1: I do this with my wife almost every Sunday. We
- 3:51Speaker 1: talk about what's happening for the week, or like what's
- 3:53Speaker 1: happened Monday, Like tonight we'll talk about, Yo, what you
- 3:56Speaker 1: got on the agenda for tomorrow?
- 3:57Speaker 4: How can we fit in time here?
- 3:58Speaker 1: Like having that reflect I read this quote that reflection
- 4:01Speaker 1: turns experience into wisdom.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Reflection experience into wisdom.
- 4:07Speaker 1: And so that's something that I've been doing for the
- 4:09Speaker 1: past two years, is just having that reflection. Obviously, because
- 4:12Speaker 1: we had a lot going on with the house and
- 4:14Speaker 1: then with the kids and the move. It was like,
- 4:17Speaker 1: let's take time, let's figure out what we're doing here
- 4:20Speaker 1: and how we can make sure that we stay in
- 4:23Speaker 1: each other's hypes in a whole way, right, like not
- 4:25Speaker 1: just showing up, actually being president and being very communitive
- 4:29Speaker 1: with each other.
- 4:30Speaker 4: So that was one.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Treat your body like an infrastructure, so you're carrying about
- 4:36Speaker 1: the workout thing. I've started in twenty twenty six, obviously
- 4:40Speaker 1: doing the forty ministers exercise.
- 4:41Speaker 4: But I've also done the sauna.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Just if you are you know, if you understand the
- 4:47Speaker 1: health benefits of having a sauna and doing that on
- 4:49Speaker 1: a daily basis and putting that into your routine, I mean,
- 4:53Speaker 1: it's tremendous. I'm actually trying to get my parents to
- 4:55Speaker 1: get in there. So I'm gonna try to get my
- 4:57Speaker 1: dad in the sauna in the next couple of week.
- 5:00Speaker 1: It's gonna be his first time, so y'all pray for him.
- 5:03Speaker 1: But that that's something that I've started in twenty twenty six.
- 5:07Speaker 1: And this is something I've always done and I've never
- 5:09Speaker 1: really shared it. But taking daily interactions with your assets,
- 5:15Speaker 1: I know, and we were like three years ago we
- 5:17Speaker 1: joked about this paperwork party. But like every day I
- 5:22Speaker 1: checked the money.
- 5:23Speaker 4: You have to look over that money, man, every day
- 5:26Speaker 4: I checked.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Got to check on it every account, personal account and
- 5:30Speaker 1: business credit every every day, just to make sure things
- 5:34Speaker 1: are where theyre.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Supposed tone because if not, the companies are taken from you,
- 5:38Speaker 3: or the lawyers or you got to watch over the trust.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm watching over every single dollar that comes into
- 5:45Speaker 1: the business. I'm watching from a personal side. It's it's
- 5:49Speaker 1: like just taking the inventory. And then I watched a
- 5:51Speaker 1: brokerage account too, not because I'm trying to make trades,
- 5:54Speaker 1: but I just wanted to say, all right, all right,
- 5:56Speaker 1: we're good here, we're good here, how can we really
- 5:59Speaker 1: reevaluate for the first quarter? Even like one of my
- 6:02Speaker 1: ETFs today SOXL, I looked at my percentage.
- 6:06Speaker 4: It had changed, and so I had to go research
- 6:07Speaker 4: why did it change? Right?
- 6:08Speaker 1: I know I was up to nearly a thousand percent
- 6:10Speaker 1: and now I'm down like twenty So like just checking
- 6:13Speaker 1: these things right, So like tomorrow, I gotta take inventory again,
- 6:16Speaker 1: Like taking inventory on your assets is important, brokerage accounts,
- 6:20Speaker 1: real estate, having inventory daily on where your money's going
- 6:25Speaker 1: vially important.
- 6:25Speaker 4: Make sure you do it.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Yeah for me, Rashada, you brought up meditation. That's one
- 6:30Speaker 3: thing that I didn't do enough of last year. So
- 6:34Speaker 3: meditation and prayer first.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Second.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Often we always say that we miss people or if
- 6:42Speaker 3: Lord forbid, if someone passes, we feel like we miss moments.
- 6:45Speaker 3: But we put the business before the personal. So for
- 6:48Speaker 3: twenty six, like I'm starting off my day talking to
- 6:51Speaker 3: those I love before I get to any business first
- 6:54Speaker 3: and foremost, because that's most important and being fully present. Third,
- 7:01Speaker 3: write down three things that you're grateful for, like you
- 7:04Speaker 3: said Rachelle. Giving all the noise and social media, sometimes
- 7:07Speaker 3: we can forget how blessed that we truly are. Like
- 7:09Speaker 3: I was talking to one of my friends over the
- 7:12Speaker 3: holidays and he was like, you guys don't realize like
- 7:14Speaker 3: you changed the course of black history forever, and coming
- 7:18Speaker 3: from where we come from, I don't think we were
- 7:19Speaker 3: the most likely to have done that, but like, what
- 7:22Speaker 3: an amazing feat that has been to do.
- 7:25Speaker 4: Together.
- 7:26Speaker 3: So writing down those things that we're grateful for. And
- 7:29Speaker 3: then my new thing is to learn and do one
- 7:31Speaker 3: new thing a day. Like I was talking about this
- 7:33Speaker 3: a lot over the holidays. We can get so inundated
- 7:36Speaker 3: within our routine that we almost forget to have that
- 7:40Speaker 3: creative spirit and continue to.
- 7:42Speaker 4: Learn new things.
- 7:43Speaker 3: So learning one new thing and doing one new thing
- 7:46Speaker 3: a day is really vitally important to me. And you
- 7:49Speaker 3: got to study some markets you don't know.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Ernest, what's up.
- 7:52Speaker 1: You ever walk into a small business and everything just works,
