- 0:21Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take a deep
- 0:27breath in through your nose and slowly let the breath
- 0:34out through your mouth. Again, take another deep breath in
- 0:43through your nose and slowly and gently let the breath
- 0:50out once again. Deep breath in and slowly breathe out. Now,
- 1:09imagine yourself standing on a beautiful beach, glorious white sand,
- 1:18and you can hear the calming sounds of the ocean.
- 1:22You can hear the waves as they gently come into
- 1:26the shore. As you listen to the waves, breathe in
- 1:32deeply and slowly breathe out, breathing in cool, refretching air.
- 1:45And every time you hear the waves breaking on the shore,
- 1:50you become more and more relaxed, more and more calm,
- 1:56and more and more peaceful. And you look out over
- 2:03the ocean and see the amazing blue water. It's so
- 2:10calm and peaceful as the waves gently come up onto
- 2:13the sand and then slowly slide back down again back
- 2:20into the beautiful blue ocean. And the day is warm
- 2:27and fresh, and the sun is shining high up in
- 2:32the sky, with only a few fluffy white clouds drifting
- 2:36on by. Now further up on the beach, there's a cave,
- 2:44and you get interested, so you go and take a
- 2:47look at it. The cave is warm and the air
- 2:52is moist, and it's actually very light inside it, so
- 2:56you can see where you're going. You walk through to
- 3:02the other end of the cave and you see that
- 3:05it comes out into a lovely tropical forest, and you
- 3:10can hear the sounds of the forest birds singing. You
- 3:14can even feel a gentle breeze on your face and
- 3:17it feels ever so nice. You can hear the sounds
- 3:23of small animals scurrying through the undergrowth as they go
- 3:27about their daily business. As you walk further in, you
- 3:33see a large rock room in this enchanting and amazing forest,
- 3:39and it has a very large tree standing next to it,
- 3:44and some of its branches are hanging low over the water,
- 3:49and it's then thinking, notice it's actually a banaca tree.
- 3:53And you can see lots of bananas hanging now, and
- 3:57they look very tasty too, and you are a bit
- 4:00hungry now, so you decide to pull a few bananas
- 4:05off the tree for your lunch. When suddenly, a small
- 4:10fish leaps out of the water and pulls a banana
- 4:13off the tree and it disappears back into the water. Wow,
- 4:18a banana eating fish. You didn't think fish ate bananas,
- 4:23Well apparently this one does. You pull off a couple
- 4:28for yourself and sit down to enjoy the tasty bananas.
- 4:35And as you sit there, the little fish again leaps
- 4:38out of the water, grabs a banana, and goes back
- 4:42under the wash again. Oh my, do you wonder what
- 4:46kind of fish it is? Clearly it likes bananas. How strange.
- 4:55As you sit there eating your bananas, a little head
- 5:00hops up out of the water and stares at you.
- 5:04It's the little fish again. He smiles at you and says, alone,
- 5:10a talking fish that eats bananas. What next, you think
- 5:15to yourself. The little fish tells you his name is Pete,
- 5:22and he tells you that he is a piranha. Oh no,
- 5:27you think to yourself, a piranha. You are very sure
- 5:31that they eat people. The little fish see's your look
- 5:36of alarm and tells you that he doesn't eat people.
- 5:38Nobody he knows eats people. Besides, he says, he don't
- 5:44taste very nice. He only eats bananas. They are his
- 5:50favorite food. Well, the only food they would eat, really,
- 5:57He tells you that his family and friends or meat fish,
- 6:02and they think he's very strange because he eats bananas,
- 6:07so strange in fact, that they don't talk to him anymore,
- 6:11and this makes him very sad. Indeed, Pete asks you
- 6:18if you would like to come for a swim with him,
- 6:21and you say yes, of course, as long as you
- 6:25don't eat me, and you both give a little laugh.
- 6:30So with a big leap, you jump into the rock
- 6:33pool with an enormous splash, and you swim around for
- 6:37a little while, and then Pete asks you if you
- 6:40would like to meet his friends who live deep within
- 6:43the ocean. Well, you say yes, but you don't think
- 6:47you can hold your breath that long. But Pete says
- 6:51not to worry. He has a magic sweet you can
- 6:54eat and it will let you breathe underwater. So you
- 7:00pop the sweet in your mouth and dive deep under
- 7:03the water. Wow, you can still breathe. It's just like
- 7:09breathing air, only it's all watery up, and you can
- 7:12also talk too. Pete takes you to the deep ocean
- 7:19floor and to a little cave. Here is where his
- 7:24friends live, And just then a big squiggly tentacle slowly
- 7:31slides out of the cave, followed by a rather big octopus,
- 7:38who is then followed by many, many smaller octopus. You
- 7:43try to count them, but there are just too many
- 7:45of them. Pete gives a little laugh and tells you
- 7:50that his friend, Olivia the big octopus, has two hundred children. Wow,
- 7:58that's a lot of children. Olivia smiles, and she says
- 8:04she would like to show you around the cave where
- 8:06they all live. And then she suggests she takes you
- 8:11on a tour of the ocean floor. How fantastic is that?
- 8:18So just for a little while, go with Olivia and
- 8:22Pete and all the little octopus and see where they live,
- 8:28see how they live. Then you can have a wonderful
- 8:33tour of the ocean floor. Go and see what else
- 8:38lives at the boss of the ocean. See how many
- 8:40different creatures you can find, and have fun. Now you
- 11:01all return to the cave. How wonderful that was to
- 11:07see all the other creatures that live in the ocean.
- 11:13What kind of creatures did you see? Where did they live?
- 11:20How many did you see? Pete the banana eating banana
- 11:30tells Olivia the octopus about the banana's heats, and he
- 11:36tells her how tasty they are, and he teaches them
- 11:42how good bananas are for them, very good for the bones,
- 11:47Pete says. So Olivia decides that the next time she
- 11:52surfaces above the water, she will give these tasty bananas
- 11:57a try. Pete is extata because he knows that they
- 12:02will love them just as much as he does. But
- 12:08now it's time for you to return home. So you
- 12:12say goodbye to Olivia and her children, and Pete guides
- 12:17you back to the rock pool. You climb out of
- 12:22the water and turn and say goodbye to Pete, and
- 12:25you really hope you can see him again soon. Pete
- 12:30tells you that you can come and visit him and
- 12:33his friends anytime you want, so you wave goodbye to
- 12:40Pete and begin your journey back home. As you walk,
- 12:47breathe in deeply, filling your lungs with the wonderful, fresh,
- 12:52clean air, and your mind gently begins to drift into
- 12:59a lovely comfortable silence, just letting all the thoughts pass
- 13:06on by and watching any of those sorts just drift away.
- 13:14Breathe deeply as you allow the sounds of the magnificent
- 13:18ocean to wash over you, and you hear the gentle
- 13:24sounds of the waves. They're still there. Breathe in deeply
- 13:33and slowly and gently breathe out, and you are very
- 13:39sleepy now, so tired, so sleepy. You've had a long day.
- 13:49And then you realize that you are back in your
- 13:52very own bed now, and you wonder how that happened.
- 13:59It's a kind of magic. You snuggle down and get
- 14:05very comforty, and you feel yourself going deeper and deeper
- 14:13into beautiful, blissful sleep, feeling so peaceful, so calm, so relaxed,
- 14:26and you can still hear the waves. With each passing wave,
- 14:32your body becomes lighter and lighter, and you have become
- 14:39like the waves, one with the ocean. So just listen
- 14:47to the sounds of the beautiful deep eocean and just rest,
- 14:54just sleep. Now, imagine the beautiful special rainbow floating just
- 15:04above your head, and you can see the purples and
- 15:07the blues. You can see the greens and the yellows,
- 15:12the oranges and the reds, and maybe you can even
- 15:16see some gold and silver too. See how it shines
- 15:21so brightly, See the beautiful colors, and it's like the
- 15:28colors are alive. That's because they are can you see them?
- 15:40Each time you breathe out, this beautiful rainbow grows larger
- 15:45and larger, and it starts to gently wash over you,
- 15:51help you to relax, and you can actually feel the
- 15:56colors washing over your body. Can you feel it? Can
- 16:02you feel how warm it is? How it makes your
- 16:05skin tingle just a little bit everywhere the colors touched you.
- 16:12You feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper, and you feel
- 16:18so peaceful, so calm, and so very relaxed. As you
- 16:27breathe in this beautiful rainbow. Light makes you feel so
- 16:32safe and protected, and you feel so loved. That's because
- 16:38you are safe, You are loved, and you are protected.
- 16:45Always in front of you is a flower bed filled
- 16:54with daffodils, all different shades of yellow and all shimmering
- 17:00in the sunlight. And you watch as they raise their
- 17:04heads up to the sunlight, drawing all that they need,
- 17:11all of it from the sun, the warmth to grow
- 17:15and to stretch themselves, the light to raise themselves higher still,
- 17:21and they are surrounded by the light, just as you are.
- 17:28The yellow white rays of the sun lifts you up too,
- 17:33and you can feel your spirits rising, You can feel
- 17:38the inspiring rays of the sun shining down on your body,
- 17:43and you can feel the joy beginning to enter your heart,
- 17:48and you feel ever so happy. You see many other
- 17:54different types of flowers, all swaying gently in the cool, calm,
- 18:01all lifting their heads towards the sunlight, just like you,
- 18:08And you realize you can hear running water, so you
- 18:14stand off to see where it's coming from, and you
- 18:18walk along the gravel pathway towards the sound, and as
- 18:24you draw closer to it, you see before you a wonderful,
- 18:28shallow stream, and the water was so clear and so inviting.
- 18:35You could even see tiny colorful fish as they swim
- 18:39on by. And there are rocks in the stream of yours,
- 18:46and the sound you heard is the water flowing around
- 18:51and over them. The sun is shining on the water,
- 18:56and it looks like a thousand stars of bouncing all
- 19:00over it, and it's so beautiful, and you decide to
- 19:07sit down on the bank by the stream for just
- 19:10a while, just to relax and just drift with your thoughts.
- 19:16And you gaze into the water, feeling so peaceful, so calm,
- 19:22so relaxed, it's lovely As you sit there each thought
- 19:33that you have, just let it go, place it into
- 19:38the water and watch it as it washes away. And
- 19:43you watch as the thought just gently sails off into
- 19:47the distance, bouncing along the ripples of the water until
- 19:53it's out of sight. It's quite funny to watch. Really.
- 19:58When you have another thought, just do the same thing
- 20:01again and watch it as it sails off into the distance.
- 20:08And why you've been sitting here just thinking your little thoughts?
- 20:14You suddenly notice sitting beside you is a little brown dug.
- 20:20He has his eyes closed, and you notice his lovely
- 20:25shiny brown feathers. You can even see some water drops
- 20:31on his folded wings, and you wonder what he's doing.
- 20:38He opens his little brown eyes and looks at you,
- 20:42and he tells you that his name is Marvin, and
- 20:45that he comes here every day at this same time
- 20:50just to meditate by the stream. He says he likes
- 20:54to think of all the things he is grateful for
- 20:56in his life, and he likes to say thanks, thank
- 21:00you out loud because it makes him feel really, really good.
- 21:07He asks you what you would like to join him
- 21:09and be grateful with him. Well, you say, yes, but
- 21:15you're not really sure what you have to do, so
- 21:19Marvin explains. Marvin tells you that all you have to
- 21:25do is think of all the things you are grateful for.
- 21:30Things like your parents, your friends, your pets, the ice
- 21:35cream that you ate last week, your lovely soft bed,
- 21:40your new school bag to carry your books, anything at
- 21:44all that you love and you are grateful for. You
- 21:47get the idea. So you sit with Marvin and close
- 21:53your eyes and in your mind spend a few moments
- 21:59thinking of all the things you're grateful for, all of
- 22:03the good things in your life, all of the things
- 22:08that make you happy. So just sit there with Marvin
- 22:12for just a moment. Marfa opened his eyes and he
- 24:00you do too. Marvin says, now it's time to say
- 24:05thank you for all the good things in your life.
- 24:10So the two of you say as loud as you can,
- 24:14thank you, thank you, thank you. Doesn't that feel good,
- 24:19especially when you say it really loudly? How do you
- 24:23feel right now? Can you feel the big smile on
- 24:28your face? Can you feel your heart all filled up
- 24:32with love and gratitude? Marvin smiles at you and tells
- 24:41you that you did very well for your first time.
- 24:44He's an expert sy he does it all the time.
- 24:49But it's now time for Marvin to go, so he
- 24:53says his goodbyes and waddles off into the stream. You
- 24:58ask him where he's going. He says he's going home now,
- 25:02but first he wants to have a little swim, so
- 25:06he says good bye again and swims off into the distance,
- 25:11quacking away happily as he goes. You think he's very mysterious,
- 25:16this Marvin, very very nice, but very mysterious. You don't
- 25:21know anything about him at all, but you do like him.
- 25:26What a lovely little mystic ducky is. You won't ever
- 25:30forget Marvin.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Hell you.
- 25:36Speaker 1: He now. Put your feet into the water and feel
- 25:40the cool, refreshing flow of it running gently over them,
- 25:44and it feels so wonderful, so refreshing and revitalizing. And
- 25:50you look around you. You feel so free here, so relaxed,
- 25:56and it feels so wonderful just to sit with your
- 26:00beat in the cool, calm water, listening to the sounds
- 26:05of nature, just you, the water and nature, and you
- 26:12feel so very grateful just to be here. So sit
- 26:19for just a moment, just listen, listen to the sounds
- 26:26of the crystal clear calming water as it soothes your
- 26:31very soul. Listen to the sounds of crystal clear calming
- 26:37water as it makes your soul sing with happiness. Now
- 26:53you realize how you are back in your very own bed,
- 27:00being all warm and snuggling, and it's time for you
- 27:06to sleep now, as your eyes are becoming very heavy
- 27:11and your body is beginning to go all soft with sleepiness.
- 27:18So you settle down and pull the quilt or blanket
- 27:21up over your shoulders and take a big deep breath
- 27:26in through your nose and then slowly and gently breathe
- 27:33out through your mouth, and you feel so happy you
- 27:38met Marvin today, so blessed, so grateful, as you take
- 27:45another deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out
- 27:56one last time, deep breath in, and slowly and gently
- 28:03breathe out, And just as the wave of sleepiness is
- 28:12coming all over your body, you see once again Marvin's
- 28:16happy little face, lovely Marvin, Marvin, the Mystic dug and
- 28:26you give a great, big soft sigh as you smile
- 28:31and drift gently into the best night's sleep ever. Now
- 28:41imagine that you're standing in a beautiful lush green field
- 28:47and it's raining very lightly. You look down at your
- 28:52feet and you notice you don't have any shoes on.
- 28:56You wriggle your toes in the soft, cool and damp grass,
- 28:59and it feels so good. You feel so good to
- 29:03connect to mother Earth yourself, and your feet start to
- 29:06tingle just a little bit. You can smell the beautiful
- 29:13aroma of the wet grass, and it smells so pure,
- 29:19and tiny rain drops glisten on the lush green leaves.
- 29:26You close your eyes and feel the warm sun on
- 29:30your face. The rain has stopped now and there is
- 29:34a gentle breeze blowing, and you stretch your arms out
- 29:38either side of you feel the breeze sweep over your
- 29:42entire body. You feel great, so much better, more calm
- 29:49and peaceful. You look down and you see a path,
- 29:55really see all the details of the path, what it
- 29:59may from. Is it narrow or is it wide? Is
- 30:05the path winding or is it straight? You decide it's
- 30:10your path. You begin to walk and see the path
- 30:17that's leading you into a beautiful and majestic forest, and
- 30:22you can enter that forest. What can you see? What
- 30:29can you hear? You look over towards the trees and
- 30:34decide to take a look because it kind of looks
- 30:37like a mini forest. And as you get nearer, you
- 30:42see some very big, beautiful, weeping willow trees and their
- 30:47branches are so long they're almost touching the ground. The
- 30:52leaves glisten in the sunlight and they shimmer and shine
- 30:56with a beautiful, silvery green color. You walk amongst them,
- 31:01touching their leaves with your fingers and they feel smooth
- 31:05and silky to the touch. And as you look up,
- 31:10you can see the sun is shining through the branches,
- 31:13almost making it look as if the tree itself is
- 31:16moving and swaying in the cool breeze. As you walk
- 31:23deeper into the forest, it feels very magical, and you
- 31:28notice that all of your senses seem to sharpen as
- 31:31you walk deeper and deeper into it. It feels so
- 31:35lovely and peaceful. Here up ahead, you notice that the
- 31:41forest starts to thin as it opens into a clearing.
- 31:46And as you approach the clearing, you notice it's lighter
- 31:50and brighter than the forest, and it has a calm
- 31:54and peaceful energy it standing, you see a very large
- 31:59tree and you are magnetically drawn towards the tree. As
- 32:04you get closer, you just know and feel that this
- 32:08tree is a very ancient and very wise old tree.
- 32:14It has very large roots all around it, and they're
- 32:18growing deep, deep down into the earth, and the trunk
- 32:21is wide and majestic looking. As you stand there looking
- 32:28at this ancient and wise old tree, you've become aware
- 32:32of a chattering sound and you wonder what it is.
- 32:37You look up, you see something move very quickly. Then
- 32:40you see another movement, and another one, and you wonder
- 32:43what on earth could it be. Then suddenly everything goes quiet.
- 32:50You keep looking now, and it's then that you see
- 32:54a little head pop out from between the leaves. It's
- 32:58a squirrel, a beautiful red squirrel with little tofty ears.
- 33:05He grins at you and says hello. He tells you
- 33:08his name is Joseph. Then other little heads pop out too,
- 33:14more little red squirrels, and they are all smiling at
- 33:18you and looking at you with great, big, beautiful brown eyes.
- 33:23You say hello to them, and you ask them what
- 33:25they're doing here. Joseph tells you that this is their home,
- 33:31it's where they live. They ask you if you would
- 33:34like to join them and see exactly where they live. Well,
- 33:39of course you would have loved to, but you're a
- 33:42lot bigger than they are, and you wonder if you
- 33:45can fit in the tree with them. You don't think
- 33:48you can. Joseph says you can do magic and asks
- 33:53you if you would like to be a squirrel for
- 33:56the day, then that way you can definitely fit in
- 33:59the tree. You think this is a wonderful idea, so
- 34:04Joseph pulls out a little silk bag. He reaches inside
- 34:09with his tiny paw and pulls out very sparkly magic dust.
- 34:15It shimmers and it shines very brightly. He then throws
- 34:18it down on top of your head, well a face.
- 34:22Nothing seems to be happening. But then you find yourself
- 34:27getting smaller and smaller. You find that you are shrinking,
- 34:35and at the same time, you feel like you are
- 34:39growing a tail, a very big fluffy tail. Your hands
- 34:47and your feet have tained it to little paws, and
- 34:50your whole body has fair growing on your skin. You
- 34:55even have a little twitchy squirrel nose too, and toughty
- 34:59ears just like Joseph. You think this is fantastic, How
- 35:05exciting you have become a squirrel. Joseph says, not to worry, though,
- 35:11you won't stay like that. It's just for today, or
- 35:15if you want to, you can have a sleepover with them,
- 35:18and it can be for tomorrow too. You can have
- 35:22your very own house in the tree, and you can
- 35:26be a squirrel with them overnight as well, and you say,
- 35:31oh yes please. You suddenly realize that you can do
- 35:37exactly what squirrels can do, so you scamper the trunk
- 35:42of the tree and you are moving very fast. Indeed,
- 35:46then almost immediately you're standing right next to Joseph and
- 35:49his friends. Joseph asks you if you would like to
- 35:53explore their home now, well, obviously say yes. They all
- 35:58turn and leap for forward onto another branch, and it
- 36:01kind of looks like they are flying. You're not really
- 36:07sure if you can do this, but Joseph shouts to you,
- 36:11just believe you can do it, and you will. So
- 36:15you leap forward and realize that you are doing it too,
- 36:19and it does feel like flying. You all jump from
- 36:23branch to branch at lightning speed, and it feels wonderful.
- 36:29You believed you could do it, and you did. Joseph
- 36:36leads the way to his home. He has a lovely
- 36:39little white house tucked away amongst the branches and the leaves.
- 36:44His friend's houses are dotted all over the tree somehow,
- 36:48some loud, and they look really lovely. Little lights are
- 36:54shining inside them, and they look ever supposing. On the outside,
- 37:00there are hundreds of tiny fireflies, all shining the light
- 37:03for you. There is a rainbow of color everywhere, and
- 37:10each tiny firefly is a different one, each having its
- 37:16own unique color, so many different variations of colors, and
- 37:21you look at them in complete or it looks amazing.
- 37:28Then Joseph leads you to another little house. He tells
- 37:32you that this is your house. Oh wow, you have
- 37:36your own, very very very own house. That's fantastic. Joseph
- 37:44opens the door for you, and inside the warm light
- 37:48from the little lamps or making your house like Eversirkosian friendly.
- 37:54Joseph tells you that you can decorate your house anywhere
- 37:56you would like and they will help you. So go
- 38:02ahead and design the inside of your house. Now, make
- 38:05it look just how you would want it to be.
- 38:08Anything that makes you feel happy when you think about it,
- 38:11you can have inside your house. Think about all the
- 38:16things that make you feel good. All the things that
- 38:19make you smile. Maybe you would like your favorite toy here.
- 38:24Maybe you would like great, big, soft and plump cushions everywhere,
- 38:29or a sofa and chairs, or maybe we would just
- 38:33like it as a bedroom. You decide, see it all
- 38:38in your mind's eye, can you see it? So, just
- 38:44for a little while, create your house with the help
- 38:48of Joseph and his friends. Look, Oh, what a beautiful
- 40:58home you have created. This is a place to let
- 41:03go of all your thoughts, all of your worries. This
- 41:08is a place to let go of anything that may
- 41:11make you feel sad. It's very safe here, and you
- 41:17will only ever feel happy whilst you are here. You
- 41:22have created your very own stash of nuts to nibelong.
- 41:27You didn't notice before, but there they are by the fireplace.
- 41:31Oh goody. You're feeling a bit sleepy now though, and
- 41:38would really like to go to bed, so you thank
- 41:42Joseph and his friends for helping you create the most
- 41:44perfect home. Joseph tells you that they too are feeling sleepy,
- 41:51and he tells you they can all play again tomorrow,
- 41:56So you all say good night to each other, close
- 42:00your front door, and head off to your bedroom. The
- 42:04one you created just for you. Now that you have
- 42:09the most perfect bedroom, you climb up on the most
- 42:13perfect bed and you lay your head on the soft
- 42:17and fluffy pillows and give a big sigh of happiness.
- 42:23You look over to a large window with beautiful curtains
- 42:26hanging either side of it, and through this window you
- 42:30can see the night sky and the beautiful stars shining
- 42:35just like diamonds, twinkling away. You stare at them for
- 42:41a few minutes and think how lucky you are to
- 42:44have met Joseph and his friends. They are so kind.
- 42:49You really are looking forward to playing with them tomorrow.
- 42:54But your eyes are feeling really heavy now, and your
- 42:58body is feeling ever satire. So you take a deep
- 43:04breath into your nose and gently blow it out from
- 43:10your mouth. Take another deep breath and gently blow it
- 43:19out from your mouth. You feel very sleepy now, so tired,
- 43:26so it lacks and peaceful, and you feel a gentle
- 43:32wave of sleepiness starting at your feet. And it's a
- 43:37warm and gentle feeling, kind of like how a feather
- 43:41feels when you brush it against your skin. So soft
- 43:45and gentle, but a little bit tickling, and you can
- 43:49feel your toes going to sleep. It feels all warm
- 43:53and tingling, ever so soft. You feel a soothing, gentle
- 44:00wave of sleepiness coming up your calves and your shins,
- 44:06and you feel it going up your thighs. You think
- 44:10your legs have already gone to sleep. You feel so tired,
- 44:16so sleepy, so very happy. The beautiful wave of sleepiness
- 44:31travels all the way up your body, down your arms,
- 44:34and into your hands, making your body feel very very heavy,
- 44:41very very tired, very very sleepy. And this gentle, warm
- 44:49wave of sleepiness travels up your face and over the
- 44:53top of your head and down the back of your neck.
- 44:59So tired, now, so sleepy. You feel nice and warm
- 45:06and snuggly under your soft quilt and very fluffy pillow.
- 45:13So just have a little sleep now, night night. Now,
- 45:19Imagine that you are in the most beautiful and amazing garden,
- 45:25and you can feel the soft grasp beneath your feet.
- 45:29You can hear the fluttering of birds. You can hear
- 45:31the wings as they fly around you looking for insects
- 45:35to eat. You can even hear them singing in the trees.
- 45:42And your beautiful garden is surrounded by bright green bushes
- 45:48and they become brighter and sharper as you look around,
- 45:52and there are beautiful statues dotted all over the place,
- 45:57and the plants that you see are so vibrant, and
- 46:00the flowers smell wonderful, and it tickles your nose just
- 46:04a little bit. Breathe in the fresh crisp air. It
- 46:10feels so good to be here. Now. This garden is very,
- 46:18very big, and you notice some movement further into the garden.
- 46:22You wonder what it is. It's then you can see
- 46:26ladies in long flowing dresses and men carrying swords on
- 46:30their hips, and you wonder who they are. Can you
- 46:34see them? They're all laughing and having fun. In fact,
- 46:39they all seem to be having a purely good time.
- 46:42It's like they're having their own garden party. You can
- 46:46hear medieval music in the background, and it has a
- 46:50very friendly atmosphere, and you feel so peaceful and calm.
- 46:55It's so relaxing here. As you look around, you see
- 47:01horses too, and you wonder how on earth they got here.
- 47:05You can even smell the horses a bit, withy some
- 47:08on them. As you continue to walk forward, you notice
- 47:13a path before you, and its stones are smooth, and
- 47:17they glisten in the sunlight. So you step onto this
- 47:21path and continue to walk forward, and you wonder where
- 47:26does it go? Where will it lead you? With each
- 47:31step you take, you can feel yourself becoming more and
- 47:35more relaxed, and you feel so peaceful following this gently
- 47:39winding path, and the music you were hearing is slowly fading.
- 47:45As you walk further away from it, you notice two
- 47:49butterflies floating past you. It's like they were dancing on
- 47:54the gentle breeze just for you. You watch them as
- 47:58they land and settle a beautiful, bright yellow flower, and
- 48:03they just sit there with their wings gently opening and closing,
- 48:08cooling off a thing. In the distance, you hear the
- 48:12trickling sounds of water, so you move towards the sound
- 48:17to see where it's coming from, and you find yourself
- 48:21standing before a great stone fountain. What does your fountain
- 48:26look like? Is it made of stone or is it
- 48:30made of marble? Notice the details? Are there any curves
- 48:36on your fountain? Is it all straight lines? You can
- 48:42see and hear the splashing of the water as it
- 48:45runs down the fountain, and you know that the water
- 48:49in this fountain is here to refresh you, and it
- 48:53feels very special to be here. It feels like a
- 48:57very special place. You see a cup on the edge
- 49:03of the fountain and you pick it up. It's not
- 49:06really a cup, it's a chalice. But you feel very
- 49:10thirsty now, so you eagerly dip your chalice into the water,
- 49:15and you're bringing up to your lips and you sip
- 49:17the water, drinking every last drop. You feel overwhelmingly grateful
- 49:24for this water because it makes you feel so alive
- 49:26and so refreshed, and you're so thankful for this healing
- 49:31and rejuvenation. It makes you feel as if everything has
- 49:36been healed in your body, and it makes you feel
- 49:39that your mind is now very clear and that nothing
- 49:42can ever bother you again. This fountain inspires you to
- 49:47appreciate the gifts in your life. It makes you so
- 49:51very grateful for all of the people that love you
- 49:54and who are a part of your life, your family,
- 49:58your friends, well for every everyone. Really. Suddenly you hear
- 50:04a rustling in the bushes nearby, and you wonder what
- 50:07it is, so you walk over and take a look.
- 50:13As you part the bushes, you see a tiny little
- 50:16white rabbit. He is very small and has very long,
- 50:20droopy years and the saddest brown eyes you have ever seen.
- 50:26You slowly and gently reach out your hand to him
- 50:30to show him that he has nothing to be afraid of.
- 50:33He looks back at you and gives your hand a
- 50:35little sniff, And as he does this, something very special happens.
- 50:42You can hear his thoughts in your mind. Well, rabbits
- 50:47can't talk, so it's only natural that he can speak
- 50:49to you with his mind, isn't it. And you hear
- 50:53him saying in your mind, please help me. I am
- 50:57so thirsty, but because I am so small, I cannot
- 51:01reach the fountain to have a drink. Please will you
- 51:04help me? Well, of course you will, you say. You
- 51:08take the chalice and fill it with water, and then
- 51:11gently place it on the ground in front of the
- 51:13tiny rabbit, and you watch as he drinks and drinks
- 51:17and drinks. Wow, you think yourself, he really is thirsty.
- 51:23When the little white rabbit has finished all of the
- 51:25water in the cup, he says, thank you, but he
- 51:29still looks so sad, So you ask him why is
- 51:33he still so sad, And in your mind you hear
- 51:38him reply that he doesn't know what to do when
- 51:41you are gone, because he still can't reach the fountain
- 51:45and he still won't be able to drink the water.
- 51:48So you look around you to find something you can
- 51:51build some steps with. If you do that, then the
- 51:55little rabbit will never have to worry again. So you
- 52:00find some very large stones, and you gather them all
- 52:04up and begin to make steps with the little white rabbit.
- 52:08The little white rabbit sits and watches you. Eventually you
- 52:14make enough steps and ask the little white rabbit to
- 52:17try and climb up them. He's a little bit afraid
- 52:20at first, but with you cheering them on, he bravely
- 52:23climbs up all of the steps. He reaches the top
- 52:27and he looks at you with amazement and such happiness
- 52:31on his little face. He stands on the rim of
- 52:35the fountain and begins to drink the water. When he's finished,
- 52:41he looks at you with the biggest grin, and his
- 52:44big brown eyes are shining with happiness. He can't thank
- 52:48you enough. He tells you now that he will never
- 52:52have to worry about how he can get to the water.
- 52:55He tells you that he's going to tell all of
- 52:57his friends so that they too can The little white
- 53:03rabbit suddenly gives a little laugh, and he says, because
- 53:07he was so thirsty, he forgot to tell you his name.
- 53:11So he tells you his name is Sebastian. So you
- 53:14tell him your name. You even shake hands, well hand
- 53:19in a paw. So for a few moments, spend some
- 53:23time talking to Sebastian and get to know him a
- 53:26little bit. Maybe he will introduce you to his friends.
- 53:32Look around you some more. Maybe you and Sebastian can
- 53:36visit the ladies in the long dresses and the gentleman
- 53:39who carries swords on the hips. Maybe the two of
- 53:43you can join in the garden party. So have a look,
- 53:47have fun, see when else is out there.
- 54:01Speaker 2: St the speech.
- 56:35Speaker 1: Now it's time for you to leave the garden and
- 56:38say goodbye to Sebastian. He thanks you once more for
- 56:43all of your kindness to him. He tells you that
- 56:48he hopes that you will soon come back to visit him,
- 56:52and he says that next time he'll take you to
- 56:54the underground village. Maybe you can even have a sleep
- 56:58over there. You wave goodbye and begin to walk back
- 57:03along the path. The trees above you are very strong,
- 57:08the leaves are glistening in the sunlight. Without the water
- 57:13from this fountain, it would not stand so tall and
- 57:16so strong. The flowers, maybe they would not smile as much,
- 57:22the animals would grow tasty. But they are happy because
- 57:28of you. They are happy because you are so grateful
- 57:33for everything in your life. It's like a ripple effect.
- 57:37When you are happy, it shocks. It can be seen
- 57:41in your eyes and in your smile, and the world
- 57:45can feel your happiness. So the world will smile too,
- 57:50because the world will feel happy just like you. And
- 57:55you feel ever so happy now, full of joy and peace,
- 58:00and always remember that you can return to this garden
- 58:04whenever you would like, and you can fill your cup
- 58:08with gratitude, and of course to see Sebasty again. But
- 58:14you feel very sleepy now, so tired and relaxed, and
- 58:21you feel a gentle wave of sleepiness starting at your feet.
- 58:26You can feel your toes going to sleep, and it
- 58:29feels all warm and tingling and ever so soft. You
- 58:34can feel the soothing, gentle wave of sleepiness coming up
- 58:39your calves and your shins. You can feel it going
- 58:44up into your thighs, and you think your legs have
- 58:47already gone to sleep. You feel very tired, now, so sleepy,
- 58:54so happy, and it feels hard to open your eyes
- 58:58because they feel so heady. And this beautiful wave of
- 59:03sleepiness travels all the way up your body, down your arms,
- 59:09and into your hands, making your body feel very very heavy,
- 59:16very very tired, and very very sleepy. And this gentle,
- 59:24warm wave of sleepiness travels up your face, over the
- 59:30top of your head, and down the back of your neck. Oh,
- 59:34you feel so tired, now so sleepy. You feel nice
- 59:42and warm and snugly. So just have a little sleep now.
- 59:50Night night, sleep tight.
