- 1:39Speaker 4: You're all good?
- 1:40Speaker 10: I'm good.
- 1:40Speaker 3: I randomly got breath tested on the way to work
- 1:43Speaker 3: this morning. I was I don't know what it is
- 1:47Speaker 3: about cops and seeing the breath testing situation set up.
- 1:51Speaker 3: I know. I wasn't like drunk or intoxicated. I didn't
- 1:54Speaker 3: have a wine last night, but I still got nervous.
- 1:57Speaker 3: I was like, I tryed to I was racking my brain,
- 1:59Speaker 3: like is my car regio done? Is there any you know,
- 2:03Speaker 3: drugs in the car. It was all good, but I
- 2:06Speaker 3: did get nervous, and I did think it was weird.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Four No, it was about five am on a Friday morning.
- 2:13Speaker 4: You know why they do a lot of earlies because
- 2:16Speaker 4: people like Thursday night, knock off work, go for drinks.
- 2:20Speaker 4: I've had so many mates done do uy like a
- 2:23Speaker 4: Saturday morning They've gone surfing or something. They've had a
- 2:26Speaker 4: big night before. And even just because you put your
- 2:30Speaker 4: head on a pillow for a few hours. Doesn't mean
- 2:32Speaker 4: the alcohol's out of your system. Yes, but like even
- 2:34Speaker 4: if you had let's say you knocked over a bottle
- 2:37Speaker 4: of wine last night and went to better like ten
- 2:40Speaker 4: or eleven, there would be a chance at four am
- 2:43Speaker 4: that would still be in your system.
- 2:45Speaker 9: Yes, obviously different for women as well.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Yeah, it all depends on how your body metabolizes alcohol.
- 2:51Speaker 11: Right.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Yeah, we haven't actually, like we've had a lunch or whatever. Boy,
- 2:54Speaker 4: we haven't got.
- 2:55Speaker 3: I was driving, I was very well behaved.
- 2:57Speaker 4: We haven't got on the piss. I want to know
- 2:59Speaker 4: what you're.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Like, a lunatic, not hand or your grog. Oh no,
- 3:03Speaker 3: I can handle it like you reckon.
- 3:05Speaker 4: You can drink me under the table.
- 3:07Speaker 7: I mean I reckon.
- 3:09Speaker 4: There's a challenge, Yeah, oh you think you can?
- 3:11Speaker 3: Can we do it on air break? We're not allowed
- 3:16Speaker 3: to broadcast under the influence. That would make for a
- 3:19Speaker 3: good show, though it's hilarious.
- 3:21Speaker 4: If it was pissed every morning, it'd be much better radio.
- 3:24Speaker 3: Maybe it can be a podcast exclusive.
- 3:27Speaker 4: You could do it on a pod. But you're right, like,
- 3:28Speaker 4: if if she was over the limit, we have to
- 3:31Speaker 4: take her off air.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Right, technically.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, So we need to breath test you every morning.
- 3:35Speaker 3: I've been breath tested this morning and I'm all clear.
- 3:38Speaker 4: You're clear. I haven't been. Who do you think would
- 3:41Speaker 4: be be able to drink each other here?
- 3:44Speaker 1: Amy, you've turned into a bit of a fairy with
- 3:47Speaker 1: old age.
- 3:48Speaker 3: But I reckon back in the day, you probably can.
- 3:51Speaker 4: Yeah, you reckon?
- 3:52Speaker 3: She could do it now she could well, Amy's yeah,
- 3:57Speaker 3: this piss fit.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Yeah, so am I?
- 4:00Speaker 3: But what do you drink?
- 4:02Speaker 4: Beer and wine and spirits and methanol?
- 4:06Speaker 3: Why is this the most competitive you've ever right? Like,
- 4:09Speaker 3: this is not something to be proud of.
- 4:12Speaker 10: I think this is a flex you think are doing it?
- 4:15Speaker 9: All right?
- 4:15Speaker 10: Challenge accepted after I'm back.
- 4:17Speaker 4: Full blown turpentine absence. All right, Oh that's stuffs brutal,
- 4:24Speaker 4: it really is. Yeah. How many wines do you reckon?
- 4:26Speaker 4: You can have in one night and be okay?
- 4:30Speaker 3: Rose, Rose, I could do ten red wine? Not not
- 4:36Speaker 3: so much. I just go to sleep.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I fall asleep.
- 4:40Speaker 3: I can do a lot of champagnes and then I
- 4:42Speaker 3: will be in a world of pain the next day.
- 4:46Speaker 3: Champagne the worst headache.
- 4:48Speaker 4: Who goes out drinking red wine? All the night, all night.
- 4:50Speaker 4: By the way, there used to be this dude at
- 4:52Speaker 4: this club I always went to, and he'd order like
- 4:55Speaker 4: most people at the club would order like I don't know,
- 4:58Speaker 4: mixes or like urbans or something. He used to go
- 5:01Speaker 4: up there, just grab a bottle of wide sit they're drinking.
- 5:04Speaker 3: It dancing, and your teeth go purple as well, Oh
- 5:08Speaker 3: yeah they don't they You could do that now.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Yeah, it's cheaper, so I'll just get a bottle and
- 5:14Speaker 1: also guaranteed you'll like you'll be drunk. And sometimes I
- 5:18Speaker 1: swear they're watering down spirits.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll have like ten vodkas and yeah.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah. I knew someone who worked at like one
- 5:25Speaker 4: of those really over the top nightclubs where they do
- 5:27Speaker 4: the bottle servers. Yeah, and you're buying like a really
- 5:30Speaker 4: expensive bottle of vodka or champagne. And she told me
- 5:33Speaker 4: they did. They used to like take the top off,
- 5:35Speaker 4: put the cheap crap in there, put the thing back
- 5:38Speaker 4: on because the bar girls bring it out of them. Yeah,
- 5:41Speaker 4: the dudes don't know whether the top's on price.
- 5:43Speaker 3: I remember I went to a bottomless brunch for a
- 5:46Speaker 3: girlfriend's fortieth and it was bottomless margaritas, and when I
- 5:49Speaker 3: tell you, I had about eighteen and I went up
- 5:51Speaker 3: to the bar staff and I was like, hey, I've
- 5:53Speaker 3: had dead set almost twenty margaritas and I feel completely fine.
- 5:57Speaker 3: And she goes, well, I think you have a problem.
- 6:00Speaker 3: And I said, tell me the truth. Is there even
- 6:02Speaker 3: any tequila in them? And she was like, you have
- 6:05Speaker 3: a drinking problem? You Maybe no, you're lying.
- 6:07Speaker 4: Maybe they were a pure strength, but you have a
- 6:09Speaker 4: drinking problem, all right. On the show, thousands of bucks

- 7:37Speaker 3: Fun fact, I actually worked in advertising for a whole
- 7:40Speaker 3: decade and then I randomly did a maternity cover as
- 7:44Speaker 3: a paralegal. Why well, that's a really long story. I
- 7:48Speaker 3: quit my advertising job to move to New Zealand to
- 7:50Speaker 3: be with my long distance boyfriend, and then six weeks
- 7:53Speaker 3: later I was like, oh no, we're not that compatible.
- 7:57Speaker 12: You want today I'm actually I'm actually scheduled to go
- 8:00Speaker 12: on a flight to New Zealand. So very coincidental, I.

- 8:07Speaker 3: Right, so you drive an autu Q five.
- 8:11Speaker 10: Yeah, three kids are also same.
- 8:13Speaker 3: And tell us a bit about what happened at your
- 8:17Speaker 3: year ten formal, Joe, did you have embarrassed? Yeah? It was.
- 8:23Speaker 12: It was fun, quite embarrassing actually. So I was dating
- 8:27Speaker 12: a guy for a good.
- 8:28Speaker 14: Solid two years.
- 8:30Speaker 12: It was our year ten formal. You know, we got
- 8:32Speaker 12: a little bit intoxicated so to speed. We ended up
- 8:36Speaker 12: as we do, yes, and then we went to the
- 8:38Speaker 12: after party. And at the after party, you know, we're
- 8:42Speaker 12: fooling around a little bit on the on the trampoline
- 8:45Speaker 12: out in the backyard, and I had turned because I
- 8:50Speaker 12: heard all this commotion in the background as audience, and
- 8:53Speaker 12: they were clapping and they were like, go Jacob, go Jacob.
- 8:57Speaker 11: And we just turned and we were being looked.
- 9:00Speaker 12: At by about one hundred.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Watch you exhibition as you.
- 9:08Speaker 12: Yeah, I know, I was a borned performer.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Some people are.
- 9:13Speaker 4: Really into that kind of stuff, they are, and sometimes
- 9:15Speaker 4: people just get caught. I remember we're at the back
- 9:18Speaker 4: of the shops or whatever, and I made had taken
- 9:21Speaker 4: a girl that we knew and they were doing it,
- 9:22Speaker 4: and we all saw.
- 9:24Speaker 3: You'll just stood there and watched.
- 9:25Speaker 4: We did. Yeah, I mean, and you like you feel bad,
- 9:30Speaker 4: but they're doing it in public.
- 9:33Speaker 3: I mean you could offer them some privacy and look away. Yeah,
- 9:38Speaker 3: but you didn't.
- 9:38Speaker 4: No, neither did one hundred of those kids that were
- 9:42Speaker 4: watching it.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Joanne's entire year. All right, waghing in at sixty five
- 9:47Speaker 3: kg's it's a trampoline tramp Joanna.

- 10:28Speaker 3: or anything like that. You're definitely. Oh that's cute.
- 10:32Speaker 6: No, stopped doing that.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Wait, have you taken her home to your parents?
- 10:36Speaker 4: Yes?
- 10:37Speaker 6: Oh, yes, she's met a lot of my family.
- 10:40Speaker 4: It's definitely. Okay, now, mate, tell us about getting your
- 10:43Speaker 4: balls twisted? What happened?
- 10:45Speaker 6: Oh yeah, no, I get a PTSD talking about it now.
- 10:49Speaker 6: But I woke up one day, I remember, for school
- 10:54Speaker 6: in year nine.
- 10:55Speaker 18: I think I was.
- 10:56Speaker 6: Fifteen at the time, and I was just in excruciating
- 10:59Speaker 6: pain and I couldn't even walk. I went to hospital
- 11:04Speaker 6: that morning and yeah, I got diagnosed with twisted balls.

- 11:20Speaker 4: Oh wow.
- 11:21Speaker 3: So does that like you can still have babies? Right?
- 11:25Speaker 19: Yeah?
- 11:26Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 11:26Speaker 9: Yah?
- 11:26Speaker 3: Yeah? Do you only need one?

- 11:36Speaker 4: You wouldn't understand the pot. I wouldn't know of having balls,
- 11:39Speaker 4: you know. Yeah, it is probably the most painful thing
- 11:42Speaker 4: in the world to be kicked in the ball.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Is it as painful as childbirth?
- 11:45Speaker 4: I believe more pain yeah? Scientifically? Yeah, all right, I
- 11:49Speaker 4: waited at ninety kilos, niece, it's tyrone armstrong like right

- 12:42Speaker 4: the call color ladies.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Look, technically it's getting dirt off, but really the exfoliation
- 12:50Speaker 1: part is removing dead skins.
- 12:52Speaker 3: I'm going to go no, lensa just removed. Yeah, sorry,
- 12:56Speaker 3: I would have given it to your tyrone. Question number two,

- 13:56Speaker 4: hook up and goes.
- 13:57Speaker 17: Yeah that yes, that's like a little potentially several times
- 14:01Speaker 17: in a row if.
- 14:01Speaker 4: You're a home with your husband, right and the phone's
- 14:05Speaker 4: doing on grinder? Yeah all right, man, you got none,

- 15:13Speaker 4: be polite but they're actually being really rude and annoying.
- 15:16Speaker 4: What are those three words. We're about to find out,
- 15:20Speaker 4: me thinking find out in two minutes after Alex warren't
- 15:24Speaker 4: here on kids.
- 15:28Speaker 3: They were.
- 15:32Speaker 4: All right. Three words that people they think they're being polite,
- 15:36Speaker 4: but they're actually being quite rude. There are three words
- 15:41Speaker 4: that people that acting like they're being polite, but they're
- 15:44Speaker 4: actually being incredibly rude. What are these three words? Well,
- 15:48Speaker 4: according to Amy Lawong on subway takes, the three words
- 15:52Speaker 4: are Amy, I don't mind. Have a listen to her
- 15:59Speaker 4: explain it. Here we go.
- 16:00Speaker 20: When someone asks you to make a decision and you go,
- 16:02Speaker 20: I don't mind, it's the opposite of being easygoing. So
- 16:05Speaker 20: I think the easiest going person would just make a
- 16:08Speaker 20: decision so I can go, Kareem, would you like Italian
- 16:11Speaker 20: or Chinese for dinner?
- 16:12Speaker 3: And you go either.
- 16:14Speaker 20: I think the easiest going person would go, oh, let's
- 16:17Speaker 20: go for Chinese. Because at the end of the day,
- 16:19Speaker 20: the person who's not decisive, the main fear that they
- 16:22Speaker 20: have basically is the minor inconvenience that is disappointing someone.
- 16:26Speaker 3: I a little convoluted there, but I cannot hate subway takes.
- 16:29Speaker 3: That was so noisy.
- 16:30Speaker 10: All I could hear was the train in the background.
- 16:32Speaker 4: Whether on a subway. That's the point.
- 16:34Speaker 3: I get it.
- 16:34Speaker 4: I geah. I think what she's saying is people that
- 16:36Speaker 4: can't make a freaking decision a very.
- 16:40Speaker 3: Very annoying Yeah, to be honest, that's.
- 16:42Speaker 4: Me right, so fast, let's do breakfast yeah during the show. Yeah,
- 16:46Speaker 4: NAT's going to go and buy it. Yeah, using your
- 16:49Speaker 4: own personal credit card. What would you like?
- 16:51Speaker 11: Well?
- 16:51Speaker 3: Very different because right now I'm like hawked tunnel vision
- 16:56Speaker 3: on the Cali Press spicy avocado toast. You do know, however,
- 17:01Speaker 3: if you said, oh, we're going to go for a
- 17:03Speaker 3: team lunch or something, where do you want to go? Say?
- 17:06Speaker 3: I don't mind. Ah, but that's just because I'm actually
- 17:09Speaker 3: quite lazy when it comes to that stuff. My husband
- 17:12Speaker 3: would absolutely agree with that. Yeah, I hate making decisions.
- 17:17Speaker 4: Yeah, what is it with that?
- 17:18Speaker 21: Right?
- 17:18Speaker 12: Like?
- 17:18Speaker 4: Because women are very emotional about food. Food is very
- 17:22Speaker 4: important to you. Yes, But if I said, let's go
- 17:25Speaker 4: out for dinner tonight. If I said that to my girlfriend,
- 17:28Speaker 4: where would you like to go? You might copper? I
- 17:30Speaker 4: don't mind.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Well, that's because they want Most women want the man
- 17:34Speaker 3: to take charge and book it.
- 17:36Speaker 4: Right, But you don't want to say and what we're
- 17:38Speaker 4: going to wait.
- 17:39Speaker 3: No, we want you to organize it.
- 17:41Speaker 4: Okay, cool, every woman wants that, right. You want the
- 17:44Speaker 4: dude to make the decision. So if I go, all right,
- 17:46Speaker 4: we're having beef jerky and four X beer for dinner
- 17:50Speaker 4: because I'd love to have that. How good is beef jerky?
- 17:53Speaker 21: No?
- 17:53Speaker 3: Yeah, no, we're not having that anything but that.
- 17:56Speaker 4: So we're going to make a decision, but the right decision.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Yeah, just whether you have to make make a decision
- 18:00Speaker 3: with us in mind, right, yeah.
- 18:02Speaker 4: Because you won't pick you ever picked where you going
- 18:05Speaker 4: for dinner?
- 18:05Speaker 1: I will.
- 18:06Speaker 3: It's funny. I will always speak up when it comes
- 18:09Speaker 3: to my girlfriends. But it's like when it's to do
- 18:12Speaker 3: with Ryan, and I like to take a back seat
- 18:14Speaker 3: and I let him to take I like him to
- 18:15Speaker 3: take charge.
- 18:16Speaker 4: So it's literally a man's job to decide where we're
- 18:19Speaker 4: going for.
- 18:19Speaker 3: Dinner, if you're going, if you're taking us out on
- 18:22Speaker 3: a date. Yes, I think it's nice.
- 18:23Speaker 4: It's hard being a man, isn't it so tough? Do
- 18:25Speaker 4: you cop that? Shaun's you now to make a decision
- 18:27Speaker 4: about where you're going for dinner.
- 18:28Speaker 19: I'm alright, Like, I'll make a decision I'll go, Okay,
- 18:30Speaker 19: we'll go to this pub for dinner tonight, and then
- 18:32Speaker 19: like you know, last minute, we'll be like, oh no,
- 18:34Speaker 19: not that one.
- 18:35Speaker 9: That's not me, you know, my partners. Maybe maybe another one.
- 18:39Speaker 12: Pick.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Yeah, if you give me two options, I can absolutely
- 18:43Speaker 3: pick out of them if you Yeah.
- 18:44Speaker 4: Right, So if I go beef Jerky four X beer
- 18:47Speaker 4: yea or chicken wings and VB.
- 18:52Speaker 3: I mean chicken wings, Yeah, both great choices. Right, I'll
- 18:58Speaker 3: do the chicken wings.

- 20:30Speaker 4: Yeah. Great, weird, doesn't it?

- 21:41Speaker 22: Newport for a bottomless lant.
- 21:43Speaker 10: Oh, Bron, that sounds like heaven? Are you doing that today?

- 24:32Speaker 4: right now, Friday morning.
- 24:34Speaker 13: That now that Hello?
- 24:40Speaker 4: All right, first calls? Now, what do you want to
- 24:41Speaker 4: talk about? Thirteen one oh six five? Hello Luke morning, Luke?
- 24:46Speaker 9: Hey, you going go?
- 24:48Speaker 4: I don't know why I said it that way. What's
- 24:50Speaker 4: up mate?
- 24:52Speaker 20: Much?
- 24:52Speaker 11: I just wanted to circle back to the going out
- 24:54Speaker 11: for dinner with the missus thing?
- 24:56Speaker 4: Yeah, like apparently where we've learned something. Men have to pick.
- 25:00Speaker 4: I'm taking you out to dinner, I have to. I
- 25:02Speaker 4: have to decide where, don't I ask?
- 25:04Speaker 3: You don't have to, but it's a nice gesture. Yeah,
- 25:06Speaker 3: wouldn't like it.
- 25:07Speaker 4: And if I ask quite often, you'll be like, I
- 25:09Speaker 4: don't know.
- 25:11Speaker 10: That's probably the reply you'll get from me.
- 25:13Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, go for a man? Well what about that?
- 25:16Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 25:16Speaker 11: Well I pick all the time. I love a fussy
- 25:19Speaker 11: I just want to have his nice chicken snitty.
- 25:21Speaker 4: Ah, you're a fussy eater? Okay, what won't you eat louke?
- 25:25Speaker 3: As in like will you do you not like fancy food? Yeah?
- 25:29Speaker 11: No, I'm not like a type of guy that'll go
- 25:32Speaker 11: for a bowl of ship that's all mixed together, just
- 25:35Speaker 11: like plain big plain, no no gravy, just a bit
- 25:39Speaker 11: of lemon, Oh.
- 25:40Speaker 4: No gravy, grazy. Is it a big turn off a
- 25:44Speaker 4: dude that is a fussy eater? Because I find that
- 25:47Speaker 4: a turnoff in a woman. But I bet women find
- 25:49Speaker 4: that a turnoff. Like a dude like he won't need
- 25:52Speaker 4: a pastor of what was it a bottle?
- 25:54Speaker 3: Bowl of shit mixed together?
- 25:56Speaker 4: I mean yeah, but like I don't need these, Yeah,
- 25:59Speaker 4: it's I don't.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Like a fussy eater, dude. Yeah, like having Yeah, I
- 26:05Speaker 3: don't know. As long as you can go to a
- 26:08Speaker 3: few different restaurants and stuff like that, there's always something
- 26:10Speaker 3: on the menu. Personally, I couldn't get a guy who
- 26:13Speaker 3: was like vegan or something.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Oh god no. But even like, do you know you
- 26:16Speaker 4: have any girlfriends or anything?
- 26:17Speaker 10: Yes, my best friend she's very fussy, like.
- 26:19Speaker 4: Only chicken nuggets.
- 26:20Speaker 3: Yes, she just likes chicken, pasta and a salad. That's
- 26:24Speaker 3: about it. Yeah, so she would never come to like
- 26:26Speaker 3: a French restaurant with me or anything.
- 26:28Speaker 4: I couldn't do it. Like a steak, yeah, that is
- 26:30Speaker 4: on Like that was on my list when I was dating.
- 26:33Speaker 4: I got to be into good food. Yeah, I can do.
- 26:36Speaker 4: I can do pescatarian, you know the ones that only
- 26:38Speaker 4: eat fitch. I can handle that. Yeah. But like if
- 26:41Speaker 4: you don't eat seafood or you don't like yeah, Chloe, hello,
- 26:46Speaker 4: good morning, Hey.
- 26:47Speaker 8: Chloe, Hello, good morning.
- 26:50Speaker 4: How are you good? What's going on? What do you
- 26:52Speaker 4: want to say?
- 26:54Speaker 14: I am agreeing with Amy. I will not go on
- 26:57Speaker 14: the date unless they choose where to go.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Yeah, one hundred percent, especially if like early days and
- 27:04Speaker 3: you're being courted by a male one hundred percent.
- 27:07Speaker 14: I feel like I'm taking them out on the date
- 27:09Speaker 14: if I choose.
- 27:10Speaker 3: But yeah, exactly right, And that's a bit of an
- 27:12Speaker 3: ick early on.
- 27:13Speaker 4: Oh yeah, does it happen a bit, Chloe, Like a
- 27:15Speaker 4: guy asks you out and then he goes you pick?
- 27:19Speaker 14: Yeah, if they say you pick, or where do you
- 27:21Speaker 14: want to go? I just I will stop responding and
- 27:23Speaker 14: I will I think it will set the base of
- 27:26Speaker 14: the relationship with them not putting an effort as well.
- 27:28Speaker 4: Yeah that's true. But also like you want a man
- 27:31Speaker 4: that makes a decision.
- 27:31Speaker 3: One hundred percent.
- 27:33Speaker 4: Absolutely, yeah, charge, I got that back in the dating time.
- 27:37Speaker 4: You are right, Yeah, where to go?
- 27:40Speaker 3: It's not it's really not rocket science, guys.
- 27:43Speaker 4: But some dudes just no idea.
- 27:45Speaker 10: Well maybe yeah, they're not that into you.
- 27:48Speaker 3: If that's do you think guys are just that stupid?
- 27:52Speaker 4: I reckon.
- 27:52Speaker 19: Maybe they're just worry that, like the spot won't be
- 27:55Speaker 19: good enough for the person.
- 27:57Speaker 3: So I'm ever thinking it.
- 27:58Speaker 9: They might be like, oh.
- 27:59Speaker 19: Yeah, I only know two pubs in the area or something,
- 28:02Speaker 19: and they're both died by.
- 28:04Speaker 3: Only Domino's Highway.
- 28:06Speaker 4: But that shows a lack of confidence, not being able
- 28:08Speaker 4: to find something and pick it and just to own
- 28:10Speaker 4: it right. Good on your Chloe, thanks for calling in. Okay,
- 28:13Speaker 4: we got to hit a celebrity gossip coming up with
- 28:15Speaker 4: that in just a moment. What are we looking at today? Yeah?
- 28:19Speaker 4: Your button's on now, Sorry, that's all right?
- 28:21Speaker 1: Which Ossie celebrity says that they actually lived in a
- 28:23Speaker 1: basement for a while because they were so broke.
- 28:26Speaker 3: I'll tell you next.
- 28:27Speaker 4: Okay, that's coming up. You're on kiss. Good morning, Okay,
- 28:31Speaker 4: celebrity news.
- 28:32Speaker 23: You like that.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Guard Natalie Imbruglia has revealed that she was forced to
- 28:36Speaker 1: live in a friend's basement because she ran out of
- 28:39Speaker 1: money because she struggled to find work after Neighbors. So
- 28:42Speaker 1: she actually wasn't on Neighbors for too long back in
- 28:44Speaker 1: the early nineties ninety two. She had a role on
- 28:47Speaker 1: it for two years and then she kind of thought,
- 28:49Speaker 1: I'm going to do the Kylie minogue here. I'm going
- 28:50Speaker 1: to get up and go to the UK and try
- 28:52Speaker 1: and crack the UK market. But apparently UK casting directors
- 28:56Speaker 1: didn't like casting Ozsi's from Neighbors anymore and she struggle
- 29:00Speaker 1: to get another job. So obviously, after Kylie coming over
- 29:02Speaker 1: and everything. They're like, Nat, We're done with all youuzzy
- 29:04Speaker 1: neighbors people. So she says, I went to England and
- 29:08Speaker 1: they were really cracking down on the neighbors stars. So
- 29:10Speaker 1: I was for a few years very famous, and I
- 29:12Speaker 1: was just doing appearances and going to clubs and signing
- 29:15Speaker 1: autographs and getting cash in envelopes. But that's the only
- 29:19Speaker 1: I'm sorry, money she could get from her fame. And
- 29:21Speaker 1: then she said, it was the first time in my
- 29:24Speaker 1: life where everything didn't just fall on my lap. So
- 29:26Speaker 1: she just started partying and spending all the money she
- 29:28Speaker 1: had until it ran out, and she got to a
- 29:31Speaker 1: point where she had to go to a friend's house
- 29:33Speaker 1: in Chelsea in the UK and just live in their
- 29:36Speaker 1: basement until you got home.
- 29:38Speaker 3: You know, nah, you'd want to kind of prove yourself
- 29:41Speaker 3: over there, but living in a basement in the UK,
- 29:44Speaker 3: like it's already cold, I can imagine how cold.
- 29:47Speaker 4: It would have been.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Down to mere admitting defeat would suck too.
- 29:50Speaker 1: After you had all this success from neighbors and everyone's
- 29:52Speaker 1: thinking you're going to keep going on that trajectory, and
- 29:55Speaker 1: then you'd just fail.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Well, I feel like she did. She rose from the
- 29:58Speaker 3: ashes because she oh, this is the floors.
- 30:05Speaker 4: This didn't write it. No, it's a cover which throws.
- 30:10Speaker 3: Naked on the floor.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Sean Fraser from the newsroom as a guy in a
- 30:16Speaker 1: rock band rock on the Ritzy Kids ding the bell
- 30:19Speaker 1: because that was a plug.
- 30:19Speaker 3: Do you do you like this kind of music? Yeah?
- 30:23Speaker 7: Absolutely?
- 30:23Speaker 10: Would you do like a rock cover of this?
- 30:25Speaker 3: Yeah, that's so cool.
- 30:27Speaker 4: Do you do a lot of cover sho.
- 30:28Speaker 9: We do one cover? We do a post Malone song chemical?
- 30:32Speaker 9: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 30:34Speaker 4: Just kind of rocky anyway.
- 30:35Speaker 3: Yeah, form it like pubs and I've gone to a
- 30:38Speaker 3: giga Seawan's before and that's it.
- 30:40Speaker 10: Yeah, he's very good. He's the last singer.
- 30:43Speaker 4: Were starting next week. Every caller on air for You
- 30:46Speaker 4: Get O gets tickets to go and see kids that
- 30:50Speaker 4: they're pretty cheap. No one calls you're a dog, I.
- 30:55Speaker 3: Got I'll come.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Also Callum Turner. We're talking a lot about him at
- 30:59Speaker 1: the moment moment because he is, as well as being
- 31:01Speaker 1: do Aleeper's husband, he's in a brand new movie called
- 31:04Speaker 1: One Night Only. He was just in Sydney for the
- 31:07Speaker 1: premiere of that movie here and he caught up with
- 31:10Speaker 1: our very own smallsy He told a story about this
- 31:13Speaker 1: time that he was actually kicked out and banned from
- 31:15Speaker 1: a pub, which is surprising because Callum Turner seems like
- 31:17Speaker 1: quite a tame and like not naughty person. However, I
- 31:21Speaker 1: did see photos of him and do aleaper after their
- 31:24Speaker 1: wedding and they were still bendering at like seven as
- 31:26Speaker 1: so he's got some mongrel in him. But otherwise, yeah,
- 31:30Speaker 1: he actually got banned from this pub for a very
- 31:33Speaker 1: innocent reason.
- 31:33Speaker 3: Take a listen. I'm banned from a pub in Switzerland, okay,
- 31:40Speaker 3: called O'Reilly's.
- 31:41Speaker 8: Or something, and.
- 31:44Speaker 4: My best man lived in. I didn't do anything wrong.
- 31:47Speaker 16: I wanted to get my charger back, and the guy
- 31:49Speaker 16: I was like, you know what, I'm sick of coming
- 31:51Speaker 16: to Patti O'Reillys.
- 31:52Speaker 4: So he's banned. No, we were talking. Why did he
- 31:55Speaker 4: get banned asking for the charger too much?
- 31:58Speaker 21: No?
- 31:58Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 31:59Speaker 1: It didn't really make sense in all honesty, I think
- 32:01Speaker 1: you know what, I think he probably asked for the
- 32:03Speaker 1: charger and the guy realized he was drunk due to
- 32:04Speaker 1: them to.
- 32:05Speaker 3: Interaction, and then he just kicked him out. I get
- 32:08Speaker 3: they're kicking out, but like I always thought, you had
- 32:10Speaker 3: to do something quite bad to get banned like you.
- 32:13Speaker 3: I've never been banned from I have many.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Bands band, but mine's like and I'm not a brawler.
- 32:23Speaker 3: It's not like I'm having fights and glass and people.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Mine's literally being drawn and annoying, drunk and annoying loud,
- 32:30Speaker 1: and then they probably try and kick me out and
- 32:31Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm.
- 32:32Speaker 3: Fine, you know that, trying to get back in.
- 32:35Speaker 10: Yeah, of course, different doors.
- 32:37Speaker 1: But not for many, many years. This was like in
- 32:40Speaker 1: my twenties, of course. So I don't know if any
- 32:42Speaker 1: of those bands still hold up.
- 32:43Speaker 3: I'll try. Have you been banned from anywhere?
- 32:45Speaker 4: Back in the day, there was a nightclub when they
- 32:47Speaker 4: banned smoking. Yeah, I was like, well, no, I'm still
- 32:50Speaker 4: smoking in here. That's mental.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Who do you think you are?
- 32:53Speaker 4: I just thought we should still be able to smoke
- 32:55Speaker 4: at a nightclub, and they kicked me out. Yeah, but
- 32:57Speaker 4: I had already started in radio. I feel like such
- 32:59Speaker 4: a Oh no, what did you do?
- 33:03Speaker 3: Do you know who I am?
- 33:04Speaker 4: I pulled out a business card and said I'd get
- 33:06Speaker 4: them free ads.
- 33:08Speaker 3: You're also illegal? What a stretchers? Did they click your
- 33:13Speaker 3: business card?
- 33:14Speaker 4: You spoke? If you want, no, it wasn't you can't smoke,
- 33:19Speaker 4: but I could come.
- 33:19Speaker 10: Back if you went up now, like I feel like
- 33:21Speaker 10: no one would.
- 33:22Speaker 3: It wouldn't matter.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Wait, did you like you can't drop a business card?
- 33:25Speaker 3: Firstly? So what are you going to do? Google yourself?
- 33:27Speaker 3: And you know what I mean. The business card back
- 33:30Speaker 3: in the day was such a flex. Oh yeah, it's
- 33:32Speaker 3: not a thing anymore.
- 33:32Speaker 4: I've still got like three hundred of themselves order somewhere.
- 33:35Speaker 3: Did you just buy yourself business cards?
- 33:38Speaker 4: No?
- 33:38Speaker 10: No, they used to do them. I had business card.
- 33:40Speaker 10: Oh I never gave him to anyone, but it was
- 33:43Speaker 10: just a thing you got, I.
- 33:44Speaker 4: Want fake mate, Like.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Actually, maybe you went and made them yourself. I wonder
- 33:49Speaker 3: if people still doing something you would doing.
- 33:50Speaker 10: I wonder if people were still doing his business cards.
- 33:52Speaker 3: Yeah, like entertainers and stuff. I went to a PR
- 33:56Speaker 3: event recently and like the magician guy, he had a
- 33:59Speaker 3: business card of course. Yeah.
- 34:00Speaker 4: So I think they're huge in different cultures. To Korea,
- 34:03Speaker 4: I believe like it's a huge thing they still and Japan.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Yeah, it's all that kind of stuff.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just an annoyance to receive because where am
- 34:11Speaker 1: I going to put it?
- 34:12Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 34:12Speaker 3: And I don't even carry a wallet anymore like I
- 34:14Speaker 3: don't have I just my entire life is on my phone,
- 34:17Speaker 3: So a phone wallet, you know, the big no thanks
- 34:21Speaker 3: a little flappy one boom boomer.

- 36:01Speaker 16: Uh oh path?

- 36:16Speaker 3: in a scandal with the White House intern Monica Lewinsky.
- 36:20Speaker 16: Uh oh pa?
- 36:24Speaker 3: What Leonardo DiCaprio movie was the highest grossing film of
- 36:27Speaker 3: nineteen ninety seven. Eldrick Woods is the real name of
- 36:32Speaker 3: which now legendary golfer that turned pro in the mid nineties.
- 36:37Speaker 3: Oh Perth, which Australian soap launched the career of Chris Hemsworth.
- 36:44Speaker 3: Uh thought, eat my shorts is a famous catphrase from
- 36:49Speaker 3: which cartoon character.
- 36:51Speaker 16: Short Oh oh Path.
- 36:55Speaker 3: Which rapper released an album titled All Eyes on Me
- 36:58Speaker 3: in nineteen ninety six.
- 37:01Speaker 16: I'll follow out.
- 37:03Speaker 3: That was too Pa.
- 37:05Speaker 4: You're like a sure eighties baby, so you shouldn't know
- 37:09Speaker 4: your nineties stuff, but we are. We only got too
- 37:11Speaker 4: out of seven.
- 37:12Speaker 3: Yeah, we only got two. Okay, So Dolly was a sheep.
- 37:15Speaker 3: The most famous cloned animal. Will Smith's character in The
- 37:18Speaker 3: Fresh Princeter of Bellair was actually Will smith trick.
- 37:21Speaker 4: Question.
- 37:21Speaker 3: Yeah. The Sony gaming console that came out in nineteen
- 37:25Speaker 3: ninety four was a PlayStation. Bill Clinton was the person
- 37:30Speaker 3: who was involved with Monica Lewinsky, remember.
- 37:33Speaker 4: Yeah, famous, Look that up if you don't know what
- 37:36Speaker 4: that is.
- 37:36Speaker 7: Yep.
- 37:37Speaker 3: Tiger Woods is the legendary golfer. His real name is
- 37:42Speaker 3: Eldrick Woods. Home and Away launched the career of Chris
- 37:46Speaker 3: Hemsworth and Eat My Shorts is a famous cut trace
- 37:49Speaker 3: from Bart Simpson.
- 37:50Speaker 4: Now, maybe like you Amy, she wasn't allowed to watch
- 37:53Speaker 4: on him maybe yeah, yeah, like no Simpsons at all.
- 38:01Speaker 10: I wasn't allowed to do a lot of things, my key.
- 38:03Speaker 10: That's why I rebelled and.
- 38:04Speaker 3: Did it all and did it all anyway.
- 38:06Speaker 4: Yeah, Liz, thanks for playing anyway. We've got another chance
- 38:09Speaker 4: before eight o'clock, all right, so keep it right here.
- 38:12Speaker 4: On kiss and remember from nine nothing but nineties all day.
- 38:16Speaker 4: I love that.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Yeah, And my friend did something last weekend, and personally,
- 38:21Speaker 3: I think it's a bit of a no no in relationships.
- 38:24Speaker 3: I'll tell you about that next.
- 38:25Speaker 4: Are we going to judge her?
- 38:28Speaker 10: I maybe a little, but also you do you?
- 38:32Speaker 3: I guess?
- 38:33Speaker 4: Sabrina Carpenter right now, quarter past seven on kids, I'm
- 38:42Speaker 4: trying to pick that song friends.
- 38:45Speaker 3: Oh yes, talking about yeah, oh oh, I got it.
- 38:48Speaker 3: So I was having a conversation with a girlfriend of
- 38:50Speaker 3: mine a couple of days ago.
- 39:18Speaker 4: All right, Amy, we are live. So none of that
- 39:22Speaker 4: language just like whispered.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Out of me as well, I don't reckon anyone would
- 39:27Speaker 3: have even heard it. So told the story about my
- 39:31Speaker 3: girlfriend going out for lunch with her ex partner, and
- 39:36Speaker 3: I thought that was quite strange. Now I happen to
- 39:39Speaker 3: know that she's really good friends with him still. And
- 39:41Speaker 3: I remember at the start of the week I interviewed
- 39:43Speaker 3: Harry Jowsey and he was on that show Mary Harry,
- 39:47Speaker 3: and he was trying to find a wife, and I
- 39:49Speaker 3: think he's found one. But he brought his friends in
- 39:52Speaker 3: on the show, and one of the friends was also
- 39:55Speaker 3: his ex girlfriend.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Georgia, so they're hanging out there.
- 39:58Speaker 10: So he's maintained a really good friendship with his girlfriend.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Now, I I want to know, do you have any
- 40:04Speaker 3: relationship ongoing with any of your exes? But I personally
- 40:08Speaker 3: find it a little bit weird. I know people do
- 40:12Speaker 3: stay in touch with their exes, but I don't understand why,
- 40:16Speaker 3: and I certainly don't understand why you'd be having lunch
- 40:21Speaker 3: with them.
- 40:21Speaker 4: No. I mean, look, maybe if your early twenties, like
- 40:24Speaker 4: you're saying, and you're no, I'm trying to like, why
- 40:29Speaker 4: you have a lunch with an ex.
- 40:31Speaker 10: And obviously her partner is okay with that, which.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Is also weird.
- 40:35Speaker 4: It's cool, so it wasn't a dirty secret or anything
- 40:38Speaker 4: as well.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Yeah, no, No, Like I've got male friends and I
- 40:41Speaker 3: will go and catch up with them, and I think
- 40:44Speaker 3: that is fine. I think it's absolutely fine being friends
- 40:47Speaker 3: with the opposite sex.
- 40:48Speaker 4: No, she's there with them.
- 40:49Speaker 3: No, No, But I think the minute there was past feelings, intimacy,
- 40:55Speaker 3: you know, shared living arrangements and stuff. I don't understand
- 40:59Speaker 3: why the need to.
- 41:02Speaker 4: I know it's friendly with your ex. Yeah, yeah, third
- 41:04Speaker 4: en one oh six five, are you friends with an ex? Like,
- 41:08Speaker 4: is there a reason. I'm sure there are people. What
- 41:10Speaker 4: about okay, like a friendship groups. You know when you
- 41:13Speaker 4: were younger and you dated, yes, and then you broke up,
- 41:16Speaker 4: but that person is still in the group. Maybe again, Okay, No.
- 41:22Speaker 3: I'm fine with that. It's the going out for lunch
- 41:24Speaker 3: together that I found really weird.
- 41:26Speaker 4: It's like, you would think that husband would have a
- 41:29Speaker 4: huge problem, and.
- 41:29Speaker 3: You know what, the fact that I'm sitting here talking
- 41:31Speaker 3: about on radio when the husband doesn't even have a
- 41:33Speaker 3: problem with it.
- 41:34Speaker 4: Yeah, who are you to judge?
- 41:36Speaker 3: I'm not judging. I just I remember when I first
- 41:38Speaker 3: met Ryan. I I was only twenty nine, so probably
- 41:42Speaker 3: a little bit immature, but I was like, delete your
- 41:44Speaker 3: ex made him remove his ex girlfriend of all social media, which,
- 41:49Speaker 3: now that I look.
- 41:50Speaker 4: Backwards, that's a little crazy.
- 41:51Speaker 3: Maybe he's slightly immature, but also why do you need
- 41:54Speaker 3: to look at her stuff?
- 41:56Speaker 9: You know?
- 41:56Speaker 4: Was he looking?
- 41:58Speaker 3: Probably not, but like it would pop up up, right,
- 42:01Speaker 3: So he has probably an insecurity on my part.
- 42:04Speaker 4: Move or block? No?
- 42:05Speaker 3: Never block?
- 42:06Speaker 4: Okay, search up?
- 42:08Speaker 3: Yeah, well she's on private.
- 42:11Speaker 4: He could set up a ghost account.
- 42:13Speaker 10: No, he doesn't care that much.
- 42:16Speaker 4: All right, let's take your calls thirteen one oh six five.
- 42:19Speaker 4: Can you be friends with an ex? Are you have
- 42:21Speaker 4: you got something going on where you still have lunches
- 42:24Speaker 4: or coffees or something with an ex? Call us up
- 42:27Speaker 4: thirteen one oh six five. We'll talk to you up next.
- 42:32Speaker 3: I have the gift to restore life.
- 42:35Speaker 9: I have the power to help people with cancer.
- 42:38Speaker 3: I can heal third degree burns.
- 42:41Speaker 8: I can give real hope to people with heart disease.
- 42:45Speaker 3: I have the power to help unborn babies.
- 42:48Speaker 24: Every time you donate blood, you can help save three lives.
- 42:52Speaker 24: Do something special. Call thirteen fourteen ninety five. That's thirteen
- 42:57Speaker 24: fourteen ninety five, or visit donate blood dot com a
- 43:00Speaker 24: you you have so much to give.
- 43:03Speaker 4: Your friend thinks she can be friends with her ex.
- 43:09Speaker 3: Well she no, she doesn't think she is friends with
- 43:11Speaker 3: her mental They've been friends for like thirteen years since
- 43:14Speaker 3: they broke up.
- 43:15Speaker 4: Yeah, and they did. You were saying they had a lunch.
- 43:17Speaker 4: Did they do that?
- 43:18Speaker 3: Yeah? I don't know how often, but they. I mean,
- 43:21Speaker 3: I'm trying to work out why they would have had
- 43:24Speaker 3: a lunch, the reason to get a promotion? I don't know. Yeah,
- 43:29Speaker 3: Like I would say that if I saw an ex
- 43:32Speaker 3: of mine out in public, Like I would say hi,
- 43:34Speaker 3: and I'd be civil. But that's about the extent of where. Like,
- 43:38Speaker 3: my exes are exes for reasons.
- 43:39Speaker 4: So awkward when you run into them. I usually date
- 43:43Speaker 4: out of area, so I've avoided it well played. I
- 43:46Speaker 4: can't think of running into an ex at all. It's like,
- 43:49Speaker 4: just never see him again. What about NAT friends with
- 43:51Speaker 4: an ex? I'd love to know your opinion.
- 43:54Speaker 11: Die.
- 43:55Speaker 4: Oh I hope they all die.
- 43:56Speaker 10: I don't wish them any sort of happiness.
- 44:00Speaker 4: All right, his is coming your friends with an ex?
- 44:04Speaker 23: Hey Megan, Hi, guys, No, it's not me, it's my partner.
- 44:08Speaker 23: But firstly, I don't agree. I don't think that you
- 44:12Speaker 23: should be friends with your ex. But my partner he's
- 44:15Speaker 23: a still a very good friend with his ex and
- 44:18Speaker 23: they're kind of best friends.
- 44:19Speaker 3: Oh what are you?
- 44:22Speaker 23: Oh no, I don't understand this, So let.
- 44:24Speaker 3: Me ask you a question, Megan, is the partner friendly
- 44:28Speaker 3: with you? Like? I actually think if in this kind
- 44:31Speaker 3: of situation, if his ex made a really big effort
- 44:35Speaker 3: with you and kind of befriended the two of you
- 44:38Speaker 3: as a couple, I would maybe kind of come around
- 44:40Speaker 3: to the idea but are they kind of keeping their
- 44:43Speaker 3: friendship separate to you?
- 44:45Speaker 25: I mean, it's through awkward. I can't be friend with it,
- 44:48Speaker 25: and I made it from day one, like I can't
- 44:50Speaker 25: take an image out of my head. So I said, no,
- 44:53Speaker 25: I'm not I'll be out of this picture. I don't
- 44:55Speaker 25: want to be involved on that. So yeah, So, but
- 45:00Speaker 25: she's kind of weird.
- 45:02Speaker 23: I think she doesn't leave them alone or there because
- 45:06Speaker 23: she's still in content.
- 45:07Speaker 24: So I don't know, i'd have.
- 45:08Speaker 4: A big problem with that, that she's still in love
- 45:11Speaker 4: with him, right, Well, sort of looks like, yeah, you
- 45:14Speaker 4: shouldn't be all right with that, Sean. You're on Hi, Sean,
- 45:16Speaker 4: what are you say?
- 45:18Speaker 18: Yeah, I think you can be friends of an. Next,
- 45:20Speaker 18: I live with my ex and I have for about
- 45:22Speaker 18: five and a half years since we've broke since we
- 45:24Speaker 18: broke up, No.
- 45:25Speaker 4: Way, you live right now? You live with your ex?
- 45:29Speaker 23: Correct?
- 45:29Speaker 2: Yes?
- 45:30Speaker 3: Why?
- 45:31Speaker 18: Well, at the time I was helping him out because
- 45:34Speaker 18: he had nowhere to go and injured his leg and
- 45:37Speaker 18: we've just become also friends since.
- 45:40Speaker 3: So do you are you allowed to see other people?
- 45:44Speaker 3: Is there a little So you're both like you both
- 45:47Speaker 3: back on the dating scene and there's no so there's
- 45:50Speaker 3: no feeling whatsoever.
- 45:52Speaker 18: No, I've just just pure mates now and like he'll
- 45:55Speaker 18: have his new partner over and that's fine.
- 45:58Speaker 4: Maybe it's different in the Gates community. The thing you're
- 46:01Speaker 4: gay is it? Is it like you friends with xes?
- 46:03Speaker 9: Is it?
- 46:05Speaker 17: Personally? I'm not really into it. There is one friend,
- 46:09Speaker 17: but he's an ex from a long, long time ago.
- 46:11Speaker 4: I go bull.
- 46:13Speaker 17: Cold, no contact. But if enough time passes and they're around.
- 46:16Speaker 4: So it's not common for like gay guys to still
- 46:19Speaker 4: be friends after they break up.
- 46:21Speaker 17: Gay people have no rules.
- 46:22Speaker 4: Everyone's different.
- 46:23Speaker 3: Well I was gonna say that actually makes a bit
- 46:25Speaker 3: more sense because I would say that they could. I
- 46:28Speaker 3: don't know. I think men are better at compartmentalizing, so
- 46:31Speaker 3: it would make more sense why they're just like, yeah,
- 46:32Speaker 3: we just get on with it.
- 46:33Speaker 4: What about two lesbians?
- 46:35Speaker 10: I don't I can't speak on behalf of them, but
- 46:37Speaker 10: what I'm not one?
- 46:39Speaker 4: But you were with a woman one?
- 46:40Speaker 3: Oh my god, So don't make me a lesbian. Yep, Amanda,
- 46:46Speaker 3: go for it.
- 46:49Speaker 16: I wouldn't tolerate my husband talking to an ex an ex.
- 46:54Speaker 17: He's just.
- 46:56Speaker 14: It's wrong.
- 46:57Speaker 3: No, sorry, this is an ex for a reason, right,
- 46:59Speaker 3: Like you.
- 47:01Speaker 14: Do not talk to your ex. That's it.
- 47:04Speaker 4: Yeah, problem solved. Yeah, just no contact.
- 47:06Speaker 3: I kind of agree. Un obviously, if there's kids involved,
- 47:10Speaker 3: and then of course you want it to be amicable
- 47:12Speaker 3: and you want to be able to get along. But
- 47:13Speaker 3: if there's if you don't know, if you don't have
- 47:16Speaker 3: kids or anything linking you together and keeping you in
- 47:20Speaker 3: that kind of friendship, then I don't understand why.
- 47:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I still have no idea why your friend is
- 47:26Speaker 4: definitely having lunch with an ex. I don't get it,
- 47:28Speaker 4: Sean Fraser.
- 47:29Speaker 19: You think in one of those situations, one of the
- 47:31Speaker 19: people wants more.
- 47:33Speaker 9: I don't do, Like, surely, yes.
- 47:35Speaker 3: And you know what, when I think about my girlfriend,
- 47:37Speaker 3: she's happily married, so she's moved on, happily married with kids.
- 47:41Speaker 10: He is still single now.
- 47:44Speaker 3: Right, So and her argument is like, I'm married and
- 47:47Speaker 3: I've got three kids, Like, he's not chasing after me.
- 47:50Speaker 3: We've just shared a life together and we know each
- 47:52Speaker 3: other really well. So it's a comfortable lunch to listen.
- 47:56Speaker 3: I'm with you, but I'm just saying.
- 47:57Speaker 4: Well, I should put your friend in jail, all right,
- 48:01Speaker 4: it's wrong.
- 48:01Speaker 3: No, she's lovely twenty five three beautiful kids, to look
- 48:05Speaker 3: after it's.
- 48:05Speaker 4: Twenty five to eight still to come. You can win
- 48:07Speaker 4: thousands with our pop quiz. We've got another chance before
- 48:10Speaker 4: eight and are they're all in town right now. Real
- 48:13Speaker 4: Housewives Direnda Medley and Cynthia Bailey are going to be
- 48:17Speaker 4: joining us. That is coming up right here. You're on
- 48:20Speaker 4: Kiss Mikey, Amy Gerard, Good morning Celebrity News. You like
- 48:24Speaker 4: that guard And now we're going to hit a celeb
- 48:26Speaker 4: news with Nat. What do you got?
- 48:27Speaker 1: So it's the logis this Sunday Night TV's Night of Nights.
- 48:30Speaker 3: And for the first time.
- 48:32Speaker 1: Since Sam Patso, so for the first time in three years,
- 48:35Speaker 1: we have a new host because Sampaign had been hosting
- 48:38Speaker 1: and Robert Irwin is going to be taking over this year.
- 48:40Speaker 3: Now.
- 48:40Speaker 1: When it comes to the hosting style of Sampaign, it
- 48:43Speaker 1: was very Ricky Gervats. It was very roasting celebrities and
- 48:46Speaker 1: he did a really good job of.
- 48:47Speaker 10: It in all honesty, very funny.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Yeah, he was very funny because he's like that low effort,
- 48:51Speaker 1: doesn't try too hard humor.
- 48:52Speaker 3: Yes, So obviously we're talking about Robert Irwin.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Now, he's not a comedian, so it's going to be
- 48:58Speaker 1: a very different style. So he spoke to our very
- 49:02Speaker 1: own Willem Woody about how he's going to approach that
- 49:05Speaker 1: hosting style.
- 49:05Speaker 13: Okay, who am I taking aim at?
- 49:08Speaker 7: Oh?
- 49:09Speaker 3: Where do I begin that champaign?
- 49:11Speaker 13: No? No, no retribution, Sam, I'm coming for you. No, no,
- 49:19Speaker 13: not at all. Honestly, like I wanted to preserve that
- 49:22Speaker 13: kind of keep that and do something new, different, completely different.
- 49:25Speaker 9: So it's going to be a lot more sort of like.
- 49:28Speaker 13: Big and bowl and theatrical, and there's going to be
- 49:31Speaker 13: some Australia Zoo kind of wildlife moments in there as well.
- 49:35Speaker 13: It's getting cool, but there is also room for the roast.
- 49:39Speaker 13: But you will see we've we've incorporated that in a
- 49:43Speaker 13: very surprising way.
- 49:45Speaker 10: Now, what I predict is he's going to dance.
- 49:48Speaker 1: His opening number is going to be a dance because
- 49:49Speaker 1: he's just went dancing with the stars in the US.
- 49:51Speaker 3: Yes, phenomenal dancer.
- 49:53Speaker 15: Wow.
- 49:54Speaker 10: I just have a feeling he's going to add because
- 49:55Speaker 10: he said it's.
- 49:56Speaker 3: Going to be a lot more theatrical. Yeah, big and bold.
- 49:58Speaker 3: I reckon it will start with a dance, and then
- 50:00Speaker 3: I reckon half the zoo is going to come out.
- 50:01Speaker 3: He should do a remake of Toxic by Britney Spears
- 50:04Speaker 3: with a snake. Yes, that would be cool.
- 50:08Speaker 4: We'll find out on Sunday night. But yeah, he's just
- 50:09Speaker 4: got to own it. You can't try bare comedian when no.
- 50:13Speaker 1: And also you both know because you've done it before
- 50:15Speaker 1: me you do a lot of it still. But hosting
- 50:17Speaker 1: jobs a hard man. Yes, if you get a tough crowd. Yeah,
- 50:22Speaker 1: last year I was actually at the Logis and I
- 50:23Speaker 1: remember sitting around and thinking, Jesus is a tough crowd.
- 50:26Speaker 3: Which is on.
- 50:27Speaker 1: TV, I reckon they add canned laughter as well, But
- 50:30Speaker 1: in the room it feels completely.
- 50:31Speaker 3: It feel and there is nothing worse. When you drop
- 50:34Speaker 3: a joke or like you're trying to be funny and
- 50:36Speaker 3: it's crickets, don't you just die Internally.
- 50:42Speaker 4: I don't know if you're like me, like right now
- 50:44Speaker 4: we're speaking to hundreds of thousands.
- 50:46Speaker 3: Of people, but we can't see them.
- 50:48Speaker 4: It's not up on stage like people. Yeah, I actually.
- 50:52Speaker 3: Think the smaller the crowd the worst.
- 50:55Speaker 10: Yes, More intimately it becomes a big bunch of people.
- 50:58Speaker 3: At least you're going to get some like giggle out
- 51:00Speaker 3: of a few. Yeah.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Yeah, this is by the way you can listen to
- 51:03Speaker 1: Robert Erwin's full chat with Wilmoody this afternoon from four
- 51:05Speaker 1: right here on Kiss Now.
- 51:07Speaker 10: Ann Hathaway. God, it's a big year for Anne.
- 51:10Speaker 1: So she's everywhere, so many movies, Herons and Data Zendea everywhere.
- 51:15Speaker 3: So Anne Hathaway Devil is prior to two.
- 51:16Speaker 1: Of course, Odyssey the End of Oak Street is the
- 51:20Speaker 1: latest one and also the first trailer for Verity.
- 51:23Speaker 3: I cannot wait to watch that. Very loved the book. Yeah,
- 51:25Speaker 3: love the book.
- 51:26Speaker 4: Do you read?
- 51:27Speaker 3: Yes? I do? I read? Why are you shocked? Do
- 51:30Speaker 3: you think she's done? Can you read?
- 51:31Speaker 4: You're busy?
- 51:32Speaker 7: Oh?
- 51:32Speaker 4: I can read?
- 51:33Speaker 3: No, it's oh, I can read. Yeah. Yeah, he reads
- 51:36Speaker 3: the game on repeat? You read?
- 51:37Speaker 10: You read the newspaper, Mikey, Yeah, I can see it.
- 51:41Speaker 3: Yeah, because you're seventy.
- 51:44Speaker 4: You're still caught up because I called you fifty before
- 51:47Speaker 4: in here.
- 51:49Speaker 3: Guy should hug.
- 51:50Speaker 1: But also, not only has she in every single movie
- 51:53Speaker 1: in the world, she's also pregnant with her third child
- 51:55Speaker 1: right now, A weapon, I know.
- 51:56Speaker 10: So she was doing this new interview and she was.
- 51:59Speaker 1: Talking about all her film and she actually came out
- 52:01Speaker 1: with this little controversial take.
- 52:02Speaker 3: Some people would say, but I wholeheartedly agree.
- 52:04Speaker 1: She said any movie that includes this one thing should
- 52:07Speaker 1: be immediately rated.
- 52:08Speaker 10: Ah, take a listen.
- 52:10Speaker 3: I feel like movies that kill dogs should automatically re
- 52:13Speaker 3: read it are It doesn't matter if anybody curises, it
- 52:15Speaker 3: doesn't matter if there's violence, if the dog dies are
- 52:18Speaker 3: redd Yeah, I agree.
- 52:19Speaker 4: Oh man, Well, like, what's that famous one? I never
- 52:22Speaker 4: watched it on Yeah, anything with an animal dying.
- 52:26Speaker 3: I don't even think just dogs, Like I don't even
- 52:28Speaker 3: like seeing horses die, like any kind of animal death.
- 52:32Speaker 4: It's not real. They're not really killing that horse maybe
- 52:36Speaker 4: back in the day, but.
- 52:37Speaker 3: You really intensely, they're like family members.
- 52:42Speaker 1: Another dog one Dennis Quaid's in it. I'm pretty sure
- 52:44Speaker 1: it's called a Dog's Purpose. Very sad as well, but
- 52:46Speaker 1: you know what it is. It's all about because the
- 52:48Speaker 1: dog is just there through your life and they kind
- 52:50Speaker 1: of get brushed to the side, even if you're a
- 52:52Speaker 1: good pet owner.
- 52:53Speaker 10: They're still just sitting there waiting for you to play
- 52:55Speaker 10: with them, waiting.
- 52:56Speaker 3: For you to come home.
- 52:56Speaker 10: I can't no, I can't do this music video.
- 53:00Speaker 3: Mikey.
- 53:00Speaker 1: We watched it when we used to work together years ago,
- 53:03Speaker 1: and we all cried because it came out around that
- 53:05Speaker 1: time happier.
- 53:06Speaker 4: Yes, yes, yeah, marshmallow. I literally I don't cry because
- 53:10Speaker 4: real men don't cry, right, Oh, don't say that, but
- 53:14Speaker 4: when there was something in my eyes. So it starts
- 53:20Speaker 4: with the girl getting a puppy day and now guys
- 53:25Speaker 4: just flick flick through to the end.
- 53:27Speaker 10: She's older and then she has to go to the
- 53:30Speaker 10: vet and do that.
- 53:32Speaker 3: Isn't awful.
- 53:35Speaker 19: Too much.
- 53:36Speaker 4: I can't watch that a little poor.
- 53:40Speaker 3: Okay, Oh wow, I'm hormone instantly.
- 53:47Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't like that. Still to come. You can
- 53:51Speaker 4: win thousands of dollars with our pop quiz. We've got
- 53:53Speaker 4: another chance before eight, and real housewives are into Medley
- 53:56Speaker 4: and the Bailey are going to be joining us live
- 53:59Speaker 4: in the studio. Let's do Ariana Grande's something different. The
- 54:03Speaker 4: dog's dead in this storm. You're on kiss for dying.
- 54:08Speaker 4: Good morning, It's Friday. Why are used to that?
- 54:16Speaker 3: I had fomo out there.
- 54:18Speaker 1: No, I've actually stayed in here for a reason because
- 54:20Speaker 1: I want to hijack the air waves for a second.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Out a staff member who had a fart attack. No, seriously,
- 54:26Speaker 1: remember how we were talking last week about a cinema
- 54:29Speaker 1: that got evacuated because they had a fart attack, and
- 54:32Speaker 1: god it through.
- 54:33Speaker 3: Spider Man, but.
- 54:35Speaker 10: It absolutely is Amy Gerard.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Yesterday after the show, you left because you had somewhere
- 54:41Speaker 1: to be, and Amy and I were just talking about
- 54:43Speaker 1: her day and things like that, boring chick stuff, boring
- 54:46Speaker 1: chicks stuff. It was mostly work chat.
- 54:47Speaker 3: It was boring. And then she paused to what I think?
- 54:51Speaker 1: What I thought she was thinking about a question, and
- 54:54Speaker 1: just she must be really comfortable hearing around me, because
- 54:57Speaker 1: she too come to the ice.
- 54:58Speaker 10: She was about a meter from me and just farted.
- 55:00Speaker 10: Wait wait, how do you like?
- 55:03Speaker 1: You know that when you're in this studio the microphones
- 55:06Speaker 1: record everything, even when we're.
- 55:07Speaker 3: On the show is finished. Yeah, mate, so the rules
- 55:10Speaker 3: just having private phone this ship. Yeah, this is good intel.
- 55:14Speaker 4: Ruling radio and you get taught when you start. The
- 55:17Speaker 4: mics are always on, like even if they're.
- 55:19Speaker 10: Off unless they're plugged. Consider them all to be hot mic.
- 55:22Speaker 4: Yeah, I call them hot mics.
- 55:23Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 55:23Speaker 4: So we got her.
- 55:24Speaker 3: Fart, Yeah we do. So I thought we could play it.
- 55:27Speaker 4: Are we going to hear it?
- 55:29Speaker 3: Looks you have. It was a tiny little it was
- 55:32Speaker 3: just air escaping. You do hear it with no smell.
- 55:35Speaker 4: That's what a fart is. They're escaping. Okay, here we go.
- 55:40Speaker 26: Enough time to get home, dude, it's eleven thirty right, yeah, sorry,
- 55:55Speaker 26: I thought you would funny.
- 56:01Speaker 3: Okay, Oh my god, does it smell? No?
- 56:04Speaker 10: Okay, I'm happy for the noise.
- 56:05Speaker 3: I think this smells. So starting at work is okay
- 56:09Speaker 3: in your books? You know what. I it's so weird
- 56:12Speaker 3: because like I would never fart in front of like majority,
- 56:15Speaker 3: like nobody else in the office. Right, But I just
- 56:19Speaker 3: I feel like you should take it as a compliment, right,
- 56:21Speaker 3: because it's hilarious.
- 56:23Speaker 4: But we've got sorry, sorry, we've got it, like isolated,
- 56:26Speaker 4: just the far one more time.
- 56:32Speaker 3: That is not That was not it. That was not
- 56:36Speaker 3: my far is that's it. That's it.
- 56:39Speaker 4: Here and again when you're talking. Enough time to get home.
- 56:43Speaker 10: It's eleven thirty right, yeah, it's coming now, guys.
- 56:50Speaker 3: This is so horrendous. Oh my god.
- 56:53Speaker 9: It sounds like a snare drop.
- 56:55Speaker 3: Yes, you know what it is. But you know what
- 56:58Speaker 3: it is.
- 56:58Speaker 10: It's because I come.
- 56:59Speaker 3: In here and I have my morning coffee and then
- 57:02Speaker 3: I don't get to go to the toilet, so for
- 57:03Speaker 3: three hours I'm just starting. I don't mind.
- 57:07Speaker 1: I think if you farted in front of Mikey, though,
- 57:08Speaker 1: he'd be disgusted. I know Mikey, and he doesn't like
- 57:11Speaker 1: women who fart.
- 57:12Speaker 4: I'm actually I'm concerned you might be a man. I've
- 57:15Speaker 4: never heard a woman.
- 57:18Speaker 3: Wait, your lovely girlfriend. She farts. All human beings.
- 57:23Speaker 10: Every every female farts. Oh, I forgot, she's here. Get
- 57:27Speaker 10: her on the phone, on the phone. She's there.
- 57:29Speaker 3: Get her on microphone, on the phone.
- 57:32Speaker 10: Come in here, Come in.
- 57:35Speaker 3: Here, come in here, come in here.
- 57:39Speaker 4: A funeral to go to today. That's why she's here.
- 57:41Speaker 10: We can ask her about what kind of boyfriend you are.
- 57:44Speaker 10: This is the first time we're hearing Elana on air.
- 57:46Speaker 3: Can you stop playing my fart.
- 57:48Speaker 4: If I don't like what you're asking, or I play
- 57:50Speaker 4: the part.
- 57:51Speaker 3: I'm welcome to the studio a lot. Thank you.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Now, First things first, what's Mikey like as a boyfriend?
- 57:58Speaker 9: Oh?
- 57:58Speaker 3: Sorry, we're talking about farts.
- 58:00Speaker 10: The first things first, can you confirm as a human
- 58:02Speaker 10: being you do far?
- 58:03Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 58:03Speaker 10: Obviously, thank you.
- 58:05Speaker 3: Have you ever accidentally let one slip in front of
- 58:08Speaker 3: Mikey yet?
- 58:09Speaker 10: Probably?
- 58:09Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 58:10Speaker 10: While I'm sleeping, so I haven't heard it.
- 58:12Speaker 4: I haven't heard it.
- 58:13Speaker 3: I've got a tip. If you need to far around
- 58:15Speaker 3: you my mind, don't.
- 58:16Speaker 14: What are you going to say?
- 58:17Speaker 3: You spread the asses?
- 58:19Speaker 10: Yeah, and then it doesn't make a sound.
- 58:23Speaker 3: Women know this if you're allowed. She just reached down
- 58:25Speaker 3: and cool one cheap.
- 58:28Speaker 4: Think something else was about to happen.
- 58:33Speaker 10: I feel like we didn't need to tell him that. Yeah,
- 58:37Speaker 10: and we've just outed ourselves.
- 58:39Speaker 3: I hadn't waite. Has Mikey ever farted in front of you?
- 58:42Speaker 3: I don't think so.
- 58:44Speaker 4: Back going to the because I've given her the on
- 58:48Speaker 4: sweet and I go to the main bathroom. Yeah, so
- 58:51Speaker 4: it'd be like, as you're flushing the toilet, you just
- 58:53Speaker 4: do this giant.
- 58:57Speaker 3: Oh my god that.
- 59:00Speaker 10: When we ask you more questions, why are you here?
- 59:01Speaker 3: I don't want to, but you're in here. I'm not
- 59:03Speaker 3: going to be mean. I respect her. Yeah.
- 59:07Speaker 1: So my key is a boyfriend because he likes to
- 59:10Speaker 1: come on the radio sometimes and.
- 59:11Speaker 3: Be like, oh, I'm the tough guy. He's actually quite.
- 59:14Speaker 10: Sensitive behind the scenes in real life. Ooh, I feel
- 59:19Speaker 10: like he can be.
- 59:20Speaker 3: Yeah, you can say that about him. He did. Do
- 59:23Speaker 3: you think he's got some sort of like o c
- 59:26Speaker 3: D disorder? Though, He was telling me this story how
- 59:29Speaker 3: you had cooked him a lovely dinner, but you you
- 59:33Speaker 3: served it to him, because I was like, what were
- 59:35Speaker 3: you doing? He was just watching the news and he
- 59:37Speaker 3: said that you served it to him at six forty
- 59:39Speaker 3: five and he couldn't wrap his head around it because
- 59:42Speaker 3: he eats at six.
- 59:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I was a moment that you get him out
- 59:45Speaker 1: of his routine meltdowns.
- 59:47Speaker 3: Oh, he's like, you are like a seven year old man, Like,
- 59:50Speaker 3: that's just.
- 59:51Speaker 4: What my pop was like that dinner should be at six.
- 59:55Speaker 3: So there's no.
- 59:58Speaker 10: Sorry, whose rule is that?
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: It's my rule?
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: I ate at six, but your my girlfriend is cooking
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: you dinner, you eat it whenever she's ready. It's also
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: four minute meal that he's used to pay. It's not
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: a microwave meal.
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: Just to look. It was lovely and I appreciate.
- 1:00:15Speaker 10: That, but it was too late.
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: Well it was forty five minutes too late.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: You know what you say, Well, if he wants to
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: eat at six, he can just cook for you at six, right,
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: that's true, But then again, you just be served microwave
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: four minutes. Then I got out of the microwaves, and
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: you are staying with him at the moment because you're
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: lending him your car as well I am.
- 1:00:39Speaker 10: And you're kicking all the you are and.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: Ticking you really are.
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: She tore a part of my room yesterday.
- 1:00:46Speaker 10: Oh no, I saw, and I was like, I will
- 1:00:48Speaker 10: marry Alana.
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: If you don't going to marry Alana. Well she wouldn't
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: because you sound like this.
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:00:54Speaker 10: I'll move in with Amy, yes.
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: And I'll watch.
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: Oh God, an our fects a lot.
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: Thank you, Bye bye.
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: She can sit here, and she can.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: I was just going to an ad break anyway. There
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: you go. All right, Hey, what happened? What happened when
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: we sent Amy to a private PT? Says?
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: It?
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: Like the brunt of all the jokes this week, an't I.
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: What happened when we said Amy to a private PT
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: session and you had to do exactly what I said
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: in your ear? We have that coming up next right
- 1:01:29Speaker 4: here on kids.
- 1:01:35Speaker 15: In ear Challenge.
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: Oh time for an in ear challenge. Amy. We sent
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: you on a mission. You went to Gold's gym, Miranda
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: to do a PT session. Yeah you don't really, you
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: don't go to the gym, do you. You're a netball player.
- 1:01:50Speaker 10: I'm more of a netballer and a Walker.
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, this was going to be hard.
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: So this ruined my life. Just FYI. I was sore
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: for like three days afterwards.
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: So I'm in your ear and I'm telling you to
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: say stupid things basically, and that PT he was really serious.
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: He was really serious and really like respectful, and you
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: were asking. You were in my ear telling me to
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: say stuff, and I was like, I just I couldn't
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: do half of it.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: But I got your moan, and I got your screaming,
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: asking awkward questions, singing awkward songs. Let's have a listen
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: to how it went down. Yeah, here's the first part
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: of you doing what I'm telling you in your ear,
- 1:02:33Speaker 4: and the PT has no idea.
- 1:02:35Speaker 27: Let's have a listen, all right, So he's just going
- 1:02:36Speaker 27: to do a box squad okay, so just I can
- 1:02:39Speaker 27: kind of see if there's any issues with you, Okay.
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: So to ask him what happens if you're fast.
- 1:02:47Speaker 7: From what happens if.
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: I squatt and pass winds?
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: It's happened to me in pol make a really weird
- 1:02:58Speaker 4: moan when you go down? Oh okay, weirder more sexual?
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, yeah, really mod like it's hurt now.
- 1:03:20Speaker 7: Good body weight felt.
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: Hey, before the next exercise, do like a giant scream,
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: like you're psyching yourself up, like an unhinged.
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: One down glue bridge.
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: Right, Hey, slap yourself in the face and go crazy
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: as you're about to do this.
- 1:03:38Speaker 21: Okay, you can do this, amy, Okay.
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: Sell yourself up.
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, excellent, Let's do this Okay.
- 1:03:47Speaker 27: The main thing with this one is I want to
- 1:03:49Speaker 27: give a back, nice and flat.
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: Okay, while you're pushing the sled, laugh uncontrollably like a freak.
- 1:03:54Speaker 9: I was on front.
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: Crh.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: Good, oh god, how is that?
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: Next time?
- 1:04:10Speaker 18: Sing?
- 1:04:10Speaker 4: Man? I feel like a woman as you're doing it.
- 1:04:13Speaker 21: Okay, going out to that, do you and all good
- 1:04:28Speaker 21: sing the words man, happy black woman singing at the
- 1:04:40Speaker 21: same time?
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: Probably, No, that's fine.
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: The last one. Let's go all start singing Eastern Rosella's.
- 1:04:46Speaker 21: Eastern Rosella, Eastern We get there, pretty colors, Eastern Rosella.
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: Okay, how was he like when you're doing all that stuff? Man?
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: I have secondhand embarrassment listening to that back because it
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: was so awkward. We were in the private space, just
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: me and him. I've gone from moaning to grunting to
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: slapping myself in the face. You also told me to
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: pour water all over my face and then dry my crutch.
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: Yeah, well so I'm dry.
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: You can't obviously hear that. But like the book, I
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: just took it all in his stride. He handled it
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: really well. He didn't even flinch.
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: She didn't react, did he didn't? It gets worse. Okay,
- 1:05:33Speaker 4: so you're really exhausted at this point, and you tried
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: to get your breath. You're on a one of those
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: big giant medicine balls, the big flood. You want to
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: let's go back to it and have a loose sign
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: there's more good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, so you're on that
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: big ball.
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, there's a ball. He's for labor. You're birth
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: put you on one of these.
- 1:05:54Speaker 27: Actually, one of our members of water Break, which was
- 1:05:59Speaker 27: when she.
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: Was here and her water's broke.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: Jesus I was her fourth kid, probably just walked out basically.
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: Okay, now, fall off the ball, Jesus Christ. Sorry, Sorry, sorry, Okay,
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: next time, Amy, next time you get the water, squirt
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: the water all over your face.
- 1:06:20Speaker 27: Okay, So with this as well, if we need to
- 1:06:21Speaker 27: change the weight to make a little bit by water,
- 1:06:28Speaker 27: you're good.
- 1:06:28Speaker 15: Sorry, I'm just really hot overheating.
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: You're good, yep, okay, start counting in Japanese.
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: It me okay, son, you go to ten. That's all
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: I can do.
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: Come on, pretend to be a bird and make seagull noises.
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: Why you're doing that there? If I'm a bird delirious,
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: the pain seagull noises weirder?
- 1:07:23Speaker 7: Ah, you're still it on the bird, Kay, You're a
- 1:07:36Speaker 7: good sport.
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: Didn't react at all.
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: Jeez, absolutely mortifying. I never like being rude or disrespectful
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: to people, especially in their own profession, and I'm there
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: making seagull noises and moan. I hated myself, I hated you.
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: I hated everything about it.
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: Well, you're a good sport. You can watch the whole
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: thing on our Kiss Socials pens to God's Ginger Maranda.
- 1:08:05Speaker 3: Can I also just say it was so hard And
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: the guy has since found me on Instagram and to say, like,
- 1:08:12Speaker 3: I obviously wanted to know when this segment was dropping, So.
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: He found out later that you did have Yeah.
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: We told him afterwards. Yeah, as soon as we left,
- 1:08:19Speaker 3: we were like, hey, we're filming blah blah blah, and
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: he was like, oh, you actually did really well. I
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: loaded that sledge up. When I was pushing that sledge
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: and you trying to make me sing man, I feel
- 1:08:29Speaker 3: like woman. It was like fifty kilos on it. I
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: couldn't even breathe.
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: Probably it was a good workout for you.
- 1:08:34Speaker 10: Yeah, Like I said, couldn't move probably for three days afterwards.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: Go and watch it on our Kiss Socials. It's up, hey,

- 1:10:53Speaker 3: Princess Diana passed away after a high speed car crash
- 1:10:56Speaker 3: in which European country, Paris? All right, what was the
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: name of the Purple Telly Tubby?
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: Oh?
- 1:11:04Speaker 16: I don't know, b I don't know.
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: Oh me, I was rooting for you there. We got
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: seven out of ten. We've got a little bit of
- 1:11:13Speaker 4: a debate here about question number two. So Robbie Williams
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: was the answer.
- 1:11:18Speaker 10: No debate, She's also correct.
- 1:11:20Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:11:20Speaker 10: Gary Barlow also pursued a solo career.
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: I don't know if he left. Yeah, okay, yeah, yeah
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: that we'll give you that.
- 1:11:27Speaker 3: So the problem is you got the Google one wrong.
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: It was founded in nineteen ninety eight.
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: Yeah, not ninety three.
- 1:11:34Speaker 21: I know.
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: Otherwise you did so good and the Purple Telly Tubby
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: was called Tinky Winky Man.
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: Seven out of ten We almost got all ten. Our
- 1:11:44Speaker 4: pop quiz returns Monday morning. Yeah, all right, seven am,
- 1:11:49Speaker 4: eight am. We do it twice, and remember all nineties
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: from nine today here on kiss coming up real Housewives

- 1:12:17Speaker 4: We're in Cynthia. Thank you for joining us to Australia.
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: Believe Australia. And now tell me one of you have
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: been here before.
- 1:12:26Speaker 8: And you've been here.
- 1:12:28Speaker 15: Before long decades ago.
- 1:12:31Speaker 3: Okay, how long are we talking ago? I came off.
- 1:12:34Speaker 15: I came here for about four months in nineteen eighty nine.
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: Oh, that is it's very different, man.
- 1:12:40Speaker 15: I stayed in Double Bay. Okay, very nice there, and
- 1:12:44Speaker 15: it was summer.
- 1:12:44Speaker 3: I always say when people come to Australia, you really
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: want to come in summer and get the real Australian experience.
- 1:12:50Speaker 15: And it's pretty amazing. It's pretty much the winter right.
- 1:12:53Speaker 15: We were got to shoot in front of the Opera
- 1:12:56Speaker 15: House yesterday anymore and it was like unbelievable.
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: Is there anything you don't like about Australia? Everyone's always
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: very complimentary or something you find a little bit weird here.
- 1:13:08Speaker 8: I think it's kind of I'm so like curious as
- 1:13:12Speaker 8: to why, Like all the Australians that I meet are
- 1:13:14Speaker 8: so like happy, Like you guys are like generally and
- 1:13:17Speaker 8: a really good move.
- 1:13:18Speaker 4: Yeah, what are we having?
- 1:13:19Speaker 9: Super friendly?
- 1:13:20Speaker 8: Like why are you guys so happy? I love it,
- 1:13:22Speaker 8: Like we need to take.
- 1:13:23Speaker 15: Some of that back.
- 1:13:25Speaker 3: The weather plays a big part in Australia. I feel
- 1:13:28Speaker 3: like the way the sun is out. I lived in
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: the UK for a couple of years there and I
- 1:13:32Speaker 3: remember everyone looking quite depressed and like yeah solid. I
- 1:13:37Speaker 3: think it has something to do with the dark gray clouds.
- 1:13:40Speaker 15: But you do feel like in Australia it's a little
- 1:13:43Speaker 15: bit like old school, like you're still stuck in another time.
- 1:13:46Speaker 4: So what year would you if you just landed here?
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: What year would you say? Australia the eighties?
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: Oh wow, when we were if I saw someone doing aerobics,
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: like we saw someone in a band like Dracula, someone
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: and they had on an out and I think I
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: wore it Halloween whenever.
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: Okay, but that's what you find me at.
- 1:14:06Speaker 15: Your animals seem to appear to be more like stuffed animals.
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: Everything's cute, they're only cute and and they have cute ears,
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: and yes, they're all huggable.
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: Let's talk about the Housewives stuff. Do you think it's
- 1:14:19Speaker 4: hard to be married on the show, there's always a
- 1:14:21Speaker 4: lot of separations.
- 1:14:22Speaker 8: I think it's hard to be married.
- 1:14:24Speaker 9: Yeah, in general.
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: Yeah, to be honest, I've.
- 1:14:27Speaker 8: Been through two marriages, two divorces on the show, and
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: I don't think the show was the issue in either
- 1:14:34Speaker 8: of those marriages. I just think the show just brings
- 1:14:37Speaker 8: it to.
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: Maybe highlighted some of the issues and.
- 1:14:40Speaker 8: We ended up having conversations maybe we would not have
- 1:14:43Speaker 8: had had we not been on the show. So I
- 1:14:45Speaker 8: will say that marriage is not easy.
- 1:14:47Speaker 3: But I love love, and yeah, I love the idea
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: of almost being able to go back and watch some
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: certain episodes and like do some reflecting with said partner
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: and be like, see, see, look at your behavior here.
- 1:14:59Speaker 15: But I think we do that generally.
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: I think I think that that's the beautiful thing about
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: the show. You can watch yourself and you can actually
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: learn a lot about yourself.
- 1:15:07Speaker 15: You don't know, and grow from it.
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: And you see you see that over time with Housewives,
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: I've been on you know, four or five, six, seven years,
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: how they have you know, they transition a little bit
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: and tweak it or or growing confidence or you know.
- 1:15:20Speaker 15: It really is sort of like a weird uh social experiment.
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:15:24Speaker 8: I never like the way I sound, like the sound
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: of my voice, Like if I'm somewhere. If I'm somewhere
- 1:15:29Speaker 8: and I hear myself on TV, I'm like, is that
- 1:15:32Speaker 8: me talking? Like what in the world.
- 1:15:33Speaker 15: I couldn't believe how much I use my hands?
- 1:15:35Speaker 8: Oh on a hand user.
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: I know you're doing much better now.
- 1:15:40Speaker 15: But in the beginning, I mean I talk more with
- 1:15:42Speaker 15: my I can't talk without my hands.
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: It's not funny because you know, doing so many easy
- 1:15:46Speaker 4: writinggo you get used to your own voice. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: but I didn't really think of that.
- 1:15:49Speaker 8: You would have.
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: Watched yourself heard yourself for the first time. What do
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: you both watch old episodes or just know?
- 1:15:55Speaker 8: Yes, I actually just started watching the super old ones
- 1:15:58Speaker 8: like to life name old ones, but they have to
- 1:16:02Speaker 8: be like three or four years old. I don't watch
- 1:16:05Speaker 8: them like right away. I watched we get screeners for
- 1:16:07Speaker 8: the for our episode, so I watch it like one
- 1:16:10Speaker 8: time to see like I was like, well, I just
- 1:16:12Speaker 8: watched my parts mostly say like what I said and
- 1:16:14Speaker 8: what I did, and after that I pack it away
- 1:16:17Speaker 8: for like two or three years and then I watch it.
- 1:16:19Speaker 8: But I really love I started Real Housewives of Atlanta
- 1:16:21Speaker 8: season three. I love going all the way back to
- 1:16:23Speaker 8: season three because that's scary to go back and look
- 1:16:25Speaker 8: that far. I'm like, what in the world was I wearing?
- 1:16:29Speaker 12: What was? Well?
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: You guys are both kind of housewives royalty. If you've
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: had your time again, would you say yes to going
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: on the show?
- 1:16:39Speaker 8: Oh?
- 1:16:39Speaker 15: Absolutely, Yeah, you've loved Cysia. Cynthia is still on.
- 1:16:43Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm actually a friend on Atlanta, a friend of
- 1:16:46Speaker 8: the inventor of the friend contract. So yeah, I kind
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: of manifested that whole thing. Yeah, I was like, let
- 1:16:53Speaker 8: me make sure I have this in the world in
- 1:16:55Speaker 8: case I need to go back, as you know, in
- 1:16:57Speaker 8: a different capacity. But I love it here.
- 1:17:00Speaker 3: Basically being able to just live your life and getting
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: essentially paid for being a reality stuff.
- 1:17:06Speaker 15: It can't be stressful.
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: There's a lot of self exploration you do, and you know,
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: a lot of difference therapy.
- 1:17:14Speaker 3: Yeah, well I need therapy.
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: I always said that, you know, because I went on
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: right after my husband passed, and I think I worked
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: out a lot of my grief on the show and
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: being able to talk about it, and then it kind
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: of became a teaching tool for other people.
- 1:17:31Speaker 15: I would agree with that.
- 1:17:33Speaker 8: I think that when we're going through you know, we
- 1:17:35Speaker 8: show like our real lives, the ups announce the dark,
- 1:17:38Speaker 8: the lows and all the things, and I feel like
- 1:17:40Speaker 8: when you're going through real stuff, the show is a
- 1:17:43Speaker 8: really great distraction to kind of just because you've still
- 1:17:46Speaker 8: got to get up and get it together row Biss
- 1:17:50Speaker 8: have conversation. Whereas if you're not on a platform like this,
- 1:17:53Speaker 8: if you're not on TV, you can just kind of
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: sit in it where we're not really allowed to sit
- 1:17:57Speaker 8: in our.
- 1:17:57Speaker 15: And not only that, you realize very quickly that you're
- 1:18:00Speaker 15: not the only one.
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: People are like, oh my god, I'm so happy you
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: spoke about that, because I too blah blah blah blah
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: through it. And it just opens up a conversation that
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: maybe some people feel isolated or uncomfortable.
- 1:18:13Speaker 3: I will say, I've got a girlfriend of mine, Derinda,
- 1:18:16Speaker 3: who is obsessed with you so much so she actually
- 1:18:20Speaker 3: named her business after a line that you say, make
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: it nice, made it nice, made it nice. So she
- 1:18:28Speaker 3: makes these incredible change the world and her entire business online.
- 1:18:33Speaker 3: Everything is called Made It Nice Creations here in Sydney.
- 1:18:37Speaker 15: She's here in Sydney, Paris, send a cake.
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: Over all, I shouldn't run Saturday.
- 1:18:41Speaker 8: We're gonna you know, the beginning thing is on Saturday.
- 1:18:44Speaker 15: Yeah, yeah, take a picture with it.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:18:48Speaker 15: I'm on a radio show for It Radio.
- 1:18:52Speaker 4: And what kind of show is it.
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: It's called Reality Checked with my partner Kim Monique, and
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: it's on radio and serious exam and I have to
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: I love radio.
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: Well, we are glad that you hear in the country
- 1:19:05Speaker 4: and we look forward to your big event on the weekend.
- 1:19:08Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: Thanks you so much for sitting down with us.
- 1:19:12Speaker 3: You so nice to meet you as well too.
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: There we go Real Housewives during the medley Cynthia Bayley,
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: You're on Kiss Breakfast Mikey Amy Gerrard, and we've got
- 1:19:20Speaker 4: to hit the Celebrity News with Nat coming up.
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: Yeah, Nicole Kidman has made a rare comment about a
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: split from Keith Urban.
- 1:19:26Speaker 10: I'll tell you what she said next Kiss Celebrity News.
- 1:19:31Speaker 18: You like that guard.
- 1:19:32Speaker 4: Yeah, you're on Kiss Breakfast, Mikey Amy Gerrard. Thanks Sean.
- 1:19:36Speaker 4: Let's go to Nat and get the later celebrity news.
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: What's going on?
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: So, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban split after twenty years
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: together last year, and divorce proceedings had been filed since September,
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: so you know, they haven't really said too much out
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: of respect for each other and obviously their children about
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: this separation. But now Nicole Kidman has done this new
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: interview with British Vogue and she made like a convoluted
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: comment her life and her dating life.
- 1:20:01Speaker 4: Have you deciphered it? I'm just going to read it
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: to you.
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: So she said, my desire is not to be ruled
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: by my head, trying things, making mistakes, failing, getting back up,
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: moving on, embracing love, staying open, keeping the heart open,
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: and the possibilities. So she's kind of to me suggesting
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: that despite a twenty year marriage ending and the person
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: she thought was going to be a forever no longer
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: being in her life in that way anymore, she's still
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: open to finding love.
- 1:20:27Speaker 3: That's how I take that.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: Yeah, And she said she's not going to be led
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: by her head and she's still going to follow her heart.
- 1:20:32Speaker 4: Follow your head, man, don't fire your heart. How many
- 1:20:35Speaker 4: mistakes have you made by following your heart. You've got
- 1:20:38Speaker 4: a bit of both of yourself.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: But also people confuse their hearts for other feelings too,
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: so they go But my gut's telling me, it's like, no,
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: that's either you're you know, sexually attracted to that person.
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: You know, there's lust. I am a big heart follower,
- 1:20:52Speaker 3: but eventually my head will kick in, Like I really
- 1:20:56Speaker 3: have had relationships where it's just all been like I've
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: led with my heart head like waup Amy Legger. Yeah,
- 1:21:05Speaker 3: it always comes out in the end.
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: Nichole's obviously always followed her heart as well, because elsewhere
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: in the interview she was talking about her marriage to
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: Tom Cruise. She was only twenty three at the time
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: he was twenty eight, and apparently she was warned not.
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: To marry Tom.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: So people were cautioning her that she would be defined
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: by his massive following because he was much bigger than
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: her back then, and that she just live in his shadow.
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: But she ignored the advice because she was deeply in love. Yea,
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: and they got married for they were together for just
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: over ten years.
- 1:21:33Speaker 4: As well, ten years and then twenty with that, that's
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: pretty good.
- 1:21:37Speaker 3: Innings in Hollywood, real, right, Yeah, it Jesus impressive.
- 1:21:40Speaker 9: Hey.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: Robbie Williams has revealed that he's been diagnosed with quote
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: a little bit of autism, just a little bit. Yeah,
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: and he also admitted he still struggles with intrusive thoughts,
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: but says that he's using it to his advantage. But
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: he also said that sometimes he just does weird things
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: and then blames it on his autism.
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: Listen, yeah, I.
- 1:22:02Speaker 4: Just got a bit as well. We haven't. We all
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: got a bit of something, like you guys for giving
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: me stick before because my girlfriend made me dinner and
- 1:22:22Speaker 4: I didn't arrive in all six fifty when it really
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: should be on the table. Let's see, we've all got
- 1:22:25Speaker 4: a quirk. Yeah.
- 1:22:27Speaker 10: I don't think we're all on the autism spectrum.
- 1:22:29Speaker 3: I don't think so.
- 1:22:29Speaker 10: They say we're all on their homosexual spectrum.
- 1:22:33Speaker 4: No, I don't agree with that one.
- 1:22:34Speaker 3: Oh they say everyone's got an l like some degree.
- 1:22:37Speaker 4: Yeah, I agree with that one hundred percent straight. But
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: I reckon there might be a little bit of all
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: and like the real.
- 1:22:42Speaker 3: Staunch deflecting Yeah, yeah, yeah, Asklana that when she now
- 1:22:48Speaker 3: I can't get her.
- 1:22:49Speaker 4: Let's go kick the footyball around.
- 1:22:52Speaker 10: Phone book footyball, let's drinks have followers.
- 1:22:57Speaker 4: Hey, last call's coming up soon. Anything you want shout
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: about thirteen one oh six fives our number, Give us
- 1:23:05Speaker 4: a call. Hey, we've heard of the sleep divorce. You
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: know where you're sleeping separate rooms. There's another one now,
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: another type of divorce, and it's testing relationships.
- 1:23:16Speaker 3: What is it?
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: You'll find out in exactly two minutes here on ticks.
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: All right, we've heard about the sleep divorce. I bet
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: with these hours you've considered going to another room or
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: pissed your parker off to another room.
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: I haven't. I'm sure Ryan he has a bit of
- 1:23:37Speaker 3: a be in his bonnet that my alarm goes off
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: at four am and wakes him up.
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: I would.
- 1:23:41Speaker 3: Yeah. He asked me to turn the volume down. I said,
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: but hey, we've got a spare room. Feel free.
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I told you the other day hawd an X
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: who made me get a fit bit and I had
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: to strap it onto my undia so it vibrated me awake.
- 1:23:53Speaker 3: So I did that would wake me up? Hey, yeah,
- 1:23:55Speaker 3: I need to be like jolted away.
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: It works. Actually was a nice way of waking up
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: instead of that horrible alarm. You're kind a bit of
- 1:24:02Speaker 4: vibration down there.
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: God.
- 1:24:04Speaker 4: Anyway, there's a new divorce. Yeah, not sleep divorce. They're
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: calling it food divorce.
- 1:24:11Speaker 3: Divorce.
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: Yeah. So apparently with the complex diets that everyone has,
- 1:24:15Speaker 4: you know, vegan, silly chi protein, low carb cutting, bulking,
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: a zen pick, all of.
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: That Zempig diet.
- 1:24:21Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:24:22Speaker 4: Well, instead of having meals together, we're increasingly having meals separately.
- 1:24:27Speaker 4: So partners aren't arguing over what to have for dinner.
- 1:24:30Speaker 4: So yeah, just cooking and eating separately. There's been a
- 1:24:33Speaker 4: rise of people having dinner separately by fifty three percent
- 1:24:38Speaker 4: since two thousand and three.
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: That is quite interesting because when I a lot of
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: the time, when Ryan works late and doesn't get home
- 1:24:46Speaker 3: till seven, I will I'll cook for my kids and
- 1:24:49Speaker 3: I'll ser have them dinner at five thirty six, and
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: I actually eat with them.
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: Yeah, you don't eat with him, but you don't eat
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: separate things, right, No, God, No, I find that really annoying.
- 1:24:58Speaker 4: And we always had a rule when we growing up,
- 1:25:00Speaker 4: we haven't dinner together. You know, you're trying to do
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: that rule.
- 1:25:03Speaker 3: I'm trying to do it, and I think we'll get
- 1:25:05Speaker 3: there once. You know, Ryan We always used to sit
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: down at the table at seven o'clock and eat dinner.
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: You're going so my dad was ready to watch the
- 1:25:13Speaker 3: ABC news at seven thirty.
- 1:25:15Speaker 4: Literally the dad got quiet.
- 1:25:17Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, Whereas now I'm I'm trying to get myself
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: in bed by seven thirty and Ryan doesn't get home
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: till seven sometimes, and my kids need to be fed
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: at five point thirty. So yeah, I don't know when
- 1:25:28Speaker 3: it's going to happen, but it's not happening at the moment.
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: But can you imagine that, like you're on some cutting,
- 1:25:33Speaker 4: weird diet, You're going to going to have oh yeah,
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: protein or whatever. He's only eating this, yeah, And then
- 1:25:38Speaker 4: you get it where the kids won't eat that, yeah,
- 1:25:40Speaker 4: and one kid won't eat this.
- 1:25:42Speaker 3: Well, I do get that. Yeah, what do you do
- 1:25:44Speaker 3: with that with a kid? I say that's for dinner.
- 1:25:46Speaker 3: If you don't like it, you can go to bed hungry.
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: I love that. And they just stands up eating it,
- 1:25:49Speaker 4: don't they No, they.
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: Cry themselves to sleep.
- 1:25:52Speaker 4: Oh so it doesn't work well.
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: Sometimes, Like Bobby I makes bag bowl and he normally
- 1:25:57Speaker 3: likes bag bowl, and then every now and again he goes,
- 1:25:59Speaker 3: I don't want it, and I said, okay, well I'll
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: glad wrap it and if you get hungry in thirty
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: minutes you can you can come downstairs and heat it up.
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: Does he usually No, No, he's very stubborn. Yeah, but
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: what you're not doing is what I rating. A lot
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: of parents would then go and cook him a different meal.
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: Yeah, and look, I get it. Some kicks the kids
- 1:26:16Speaker 3: have lots of like some parents struggle with eating and
- 1:26:20Speaker 3: you know, picky eaters and stuff, and some parents just
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: want anything into their kid.
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, give them some suck.
- 1:26:26Speaker 3: I'm a little bit more staunch.
- 1:26:27Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:26:28Speaker 4: Well, if you're having an eat or a food divorce,
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: you can call us up.
- 1:26:32Speaker 3: Is it meant to be a bad thing?
- 1:26:33Speaker 4: I think it's bad, don't you? Like he's sure of
- 1:26:36Speaker 4: eating together and sharing the one meal a good thing.
- 1:26:39Speaker 4: Like if I'm having beef jerky and four x she's
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: having I don't know whatever, chicks eat salmon.
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: And nice salad. Yeah, lentils.
- 1:26:50Speaker 4: We'll take your last calls. You can chat about that
- 1:26:52Speaker 4: or anything. Thirteen one oh six five, ten to nine
- 1:26:56Speaker 4: right now here on kids, who's an shit?
- 1:27:00Speaker 3: Who's gone?
- 1:27:02Speaker 4: Last calls now? Thirty one oh sixty five let's have
- 1:27:04Speaker 4: a chat.
- 1:27:05Speaker 22: Hello Kate, Hey, kay, top of the morning, Happy Friday.
- 1:27:12Speaker 22: I just wanted to have a little ramp because I
- 1:27:14Speaker 22: feel validated by the eating alone in there.
- 1:27:17Speaker 3: It's been a big road in food divorce.
- 1:27:19Speaker 4: Food divorce.
- 1:27:20Speaker 3: Yeah, like eating separately at separate times and separate meals.
- 1:27:23Speaker 22: Right yeah with podcast an now at lunch to eat
- 1:27:26Speaker 22: at school, I've got a shovel wolfer down. It's not attractive.
- 1:27:30Speaker 22: I don't need people seeing me in that scene.
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: Also, how do you eat alone? Like, not just at home,
- 1:27:37Speaker 4: you're saying in public?
- 1:27:39Speaker 22: Oh, at school at lunch. I'll walk away and I
- 1:27:42Speaker 22: think some people think she's a dinner ma.
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: You're I just came. Do you work at a school?
- 1:27:48Speaker 14: Okay, yeah, I'm a teacher.
- 1:27:50Speaker 3: I would you know what I'm with you here? I
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: if I've only got a thirty minute lunch break, no
- 1:27:56Speaker 3: offense to colleagues, but I probably would rather just go
- 1:27:59Speaker 3: and sit on my own as well. I get that
- 1:28:02Speaker 3: and like speak to my friends or like do my
- 1:28:04Speaker 3: own online shopping or something, just a little thirty minutes
- 1:28:07Speaker 3: power time.
- 1:28:10Speaker 4: Yeah, although you know, having lunch with everyone from work
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: can be all right. Yeah, you wouldn't want to do
- 1:28:14Speaker 4: it every day? Have you noticed everyone just watches watches
- 1:28:17Speaker 4: their phone while they're eating. Now, Like it's impossible for
- 1:28:19Speaker 4: people to actually just eat. You've got to have your
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: like your phone sat there. No, well you don't do that. No,
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: I don't know many people do. Have a look around.
- 1:28:29Speaker 4: Look at like a food court today, You'll see everyone's
- 1:28:31Speaker 4: just on their phone while they're shoveling food in their mouth.
- 1:28:34Speaker 4: They're not even like looking around or anything. Yeah, Victoria, Hello, Hey, Victoria, Hello,
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: how are you? What do you want to say?
- 1:28:43Speaker 6: Good?
- 1:28:44Speaker 16: So, basically I'm very old school. I was brought up
- 1:28:47Speaker 16: obviously in an old school house yep, where we had
- 1:28:51Speaker 16: dinner every night at a certain time with my partner there. Therefore,
- 1:28:58Speaker 16: I was on a Street Hope protein diet obviously, going
- 1:29:01Speaker 16: back to what you guys said, and we would always
- 1:29:05Speaker 16: make conscious decisions to eat together, but he would eat
- 1:29:08Speaker 16: what he wanted.
- 1:29:09Speaker 4: Yeah, fair enough. But you're still eating together right, yeah?
- 1:29:13Speaker 14: Perfect?
- 1:29:13Speaker 16: And also with the phone thing when we do go out,
- 1:29:16Speaker 16: I actually make the like when I say, why is
- 1:29:21Speaker 16: everyone always on their phones? Because I don't get it.
- 1:29:23Speaker 16: When you're eating together, you know you're trying to. It's like,
- 1:29:27Speaker 16: you know, you're trying to be together and you know,
- 1:29:29Speaker 16: because you don't spend much time together these days. Yeah,
- 1:29:32Speaker 16: and he's the same, and he's like, I don't understand
- 1:29:34Speaker 16: it either.
- 1:29:35Speaker 4: Yeah, you have a look around. I was at a
- 1:29:36Speaker 4: restaurant last night. There was a table behind us, a family.
- 1:29:40Speaker 4: They were all at a restaurant, all the phone.
- 1:29:43Speaker 3: The whole family was on their phone.
- 1:29:45Speaker 4: Why even't go out together?
- 1:29:46Speaker 3: I can maybe understand, you know, if you're eating a
- 1:29:48Speaker 3: loan somewhere and you're fiddling on your phone at the
- 1:29:51Speaker 3: same time, But.
- 1:29:52Speaker 10: If you're with a friend or a partner or family members.
- 1:29:55Speaker 3: My phone's in my bag.
- 1:29:56Speaker 4: I know people do it though.
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: Man, No, it's really sad.
- 1:29:58Speaker 4: It is sad. Yeah, good on your Victoria. All right,
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: here's our last call, Alisha.
- 1:30:03Speaker 3: Good morning, good morning, How are you going good?
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: What's up?
- 1:30:08Speaker 23: I just wanted to ask if I am started packing
- 1:30:11Speaker 23: for a holiday yet, when.
- 1:30:12Speaker 4: Do you leave? Amy?
- 1:30:14Speaker 10: I leave Tuesday, And of course I have, Alisha, I
- 1:30:17Speaker 10: have actually laid.
- 1:30:18Speaker 3: Out all of my outfits and there are corresponding shoes
- 1:30:23Speaker 3: and bags. I did like a dry run early this week,
- 1:30:27Speaker 3: and my husband has just been looking at me being like,
- 1:30:29Speaker 3: you know, I'm just packing like shorts and a T shirt.
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: Sure you need and I've got.
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: And even my daughter came up and he has Mum,
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: all your stuff is so dressy. Dad's going to look
- 1:30:38Speaker 3: like an idiot.
- 1:30:39Speaker 10: And I was like, well, I don't care as long
- 1:30:41Speaker 10: as I look good.
- 1:30:42Speaker 3: How many suitcass No, just one suitcase. I'm not that
- 1:30:45Speaker 3: much of a diva, right, but packed full? Well, the
- 1:30:49Speaker 3: only thing I haven't packed yet and you would understand
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: is I haven't packed like toilet trees and makeup and
- 1:30:53Speaker 3: stuff that'll be the morning of absolutely.
- 1:30:56Speaker 4: Yeah, well, enjoy your in fact you are. You're off
- 1:30:59Speaker 4: to Italy, yes, and you'll be back here in a

- 1:31:04Speaker 4: So if people want to follow your journey, are you
- 1:31:06Speaker 4: going to be posting a lot.
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: Of social absolutely spamming everyone with content?
- 1:31:10Speaker 4: What's your Instagram handle, Amydrard? Are you really you're just
- 1:31:15Speaker 4: going to be NonStop putting stories up and making people jealous?
- 1:31:18Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: I love taking photos and videos, Like even before I
- 1:31:21Speaker 3: got this whole following, that was my stick. I love
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: taking photos and videos And yeah, do you remember back
- 1:31:28Speaker 3: on Facebook, and you'd go out for a night and
- 1:31:30Speaker 3: you'd be out for six hours, and I'd upload an
- 1:31:32Speaker 3: entire camera photo apps. Yeah of just the same night
- 1:31:36Speaker 3: from your digital camera.
