- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast. This week on Yo
- 0:13Speaker 1: Gabble Gabble, if you sue your wife because she made
- 0:16Speaker 1: a baby with you that's ugly... Are you the worst
- 0:19Speaker 1: human being? Judge Lauren Lake tells us.
- 0:23Speaker 2: And if you catch your boyfriend with another girl on
- 0:28Speaker 2: his lap at the club, can you accidentally spill wine
- 0:33Speaker 2: on them?
- 0:34Speaker 1: Judge Dad tells us. Real people. Real cases. Fake justice.
- 0:38Speaker 1: This is Yo Gabbo Gabbo. Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh. Yes. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Oh my goodness. It's great to be here today. Another day,
- 0:52Speaker 1: another dollar. You know what I'm saying?
- 0:54Speaker 3: That's right.
- 0:54Speaker 1: That's right.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Hi.
- 0:56Speaker 3: If it's your first time joining us, welcome. If it's
- 0:58Speaker 3: your second time joining us, welcome.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Welcome back.
- 1:00Speaker 3: If it's anything more than that, hello. It's great to
- 1:03Speaker 3: see you again.
- 1:05Speaker 1: One hop this time. Very simple show. Dan has watched
- 1:08Speaker 1: a TV courtroom case.
- 1:09Speaker 3: He's going to tell me all about it, and I'm
- 1:10Speaker 3: going to try to guess the verdict, and then I'm
- 1:11Speaker 3: going to do the exact same thing for Dan. He's
- 1:13Speaker 3: going to try to guess the verdict, and then at
- 1:15Speaker 3: the end of the day, we'll say goodbye.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Okay. That's a great plan. That is my plan for
- 1:20Speaker 1: the day. You want to hear about this nonsense? Lauren Lake.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Lauren Lake. These are real cases, real people. There is
- 1:26Speaker 1: no actors in this courtroom. I thought Lauren Lake, does
- 1:29Speaker 1: she do the paternity? No, I think she used to.
- 1:31Speaker 1: This is justice for all. And I love this program
- 1:34Speaker 1: and I love this judge. Love this program. Love this judge.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:37Speaker 1: I heard ugly baby. I'm in. Tell me about it.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Jeffrey Lennox is suing Tanya Pointer for $ 9, 800.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:46Speaker 1: For IVF treatments that he paid for. Ah, okay. Great.
- 1:54Speaker 1: I need to describe these two people to you because
- 1:56Speaker 1: it does factor into this case. Jeffrey is a white
- 2:01Speaker 1: man in a suit with a square jawline and a beard.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Tanya is a very attractive African-American woman. All right. Two
- 2:11Speaker 1: very attractive people in the courtroom. Right on. We got it?
- 2:14Speaker 3: Great.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Here we go. Jeffrey says, Your Honor, I imagine back
- 2:18Speaker 1: to when I was a child. Okay. I'd see photos
- 2:24Speaker 1: of my family, me when I was a kid, my
- 2:26Speaker 1: parents when they were children. And I imagine one day
- 2:29Speaker 1: having photos just like that on my counter with my family,
- 2:32Speaker 1: my wife, and hopefully my kids. Yes. Yeah.
- 2:36Speaker 3: I mean, I think we all, in a way, we
- 2:38Speaker 3: all think about this.
- 2:39Speaker 1: And then he says, like, every man dreams when they dream.
- 2:42Speaker 1: They dream what their spouse is going to look like.
- 2:46Speaker 1: And I imagine someone tall, fit and capable mentally and attractive.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Heck yeah, brother. I feel, I feel that I have
- 2:53Speaker 1: certain opportunities. I've gained certain opportunities and I've gained a
- 2:58Speaker 1: lot through my looks. Okay. Wow. This is a good
- 3:01Speaker 1: looking guy. And I have to say he's fine. Okay.
- 3:05Speaker 1: I have to say, and I wanted my child to
- 3:06Speaker 1: be raised in a similar fashion.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Okay.
- 3:10Speaker 1: So he wants his.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Child to also gain some benefits from being attractive.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Got it.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Great.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I mean, at least he's honest about it. Judge Lauren
- 3:19Speaker 1: Lake is saying, you just took 10 minutes to say
- 3:21Speaker 1: you wanted to have a child you thought was pretty.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Why are you here? And he's like, I did. I
- 3:27Speaker 1: wanted the child to have the life I thought of. Yes,
- 3:29Speaker 1: Your Honor. And the life you thought of was the
- 3:31Speaker 1: life of what? A child that looked like you? And
- 3:34Speaker 1: he said, yes, Your Honor. I found Tanya at the
- 3:37Speaker 1: gym after spin class. Whatever boxes I needed her to check,
- 3:40Speaker 1: she checked all of them. I mean, look at her.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Heck yeah. Right? Love it. Lauren Lake's like, you met Mr.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Lennox at the gym. Tanya says, yes, your honor. Spin class.
- 3:49Speaker 1: You liked him. He liked you. You started a relationship. Yes,
- 3:52Speaker 1: your honor. Were you forthcoming about your life, your background,
- 3:55Speaker 1: anything that you would think he'd need to know to
- 3:57Speaker 1: be in a very serious relationship? She says, I was
- 4:00Speaker 1: as forthcoming as I needed to be and let him
- 4:02Speaker 1: know what I thought he needed to know. I did
- 4:04Speaker 1: let him know that my parents were killed in a
- 4:05Speaker 1: plane crash, leaving my brother and I all alone. Are
- 4:09Speaker 1: you okay? Yeah. I just like, That, like, yeah, that's
- 4:13Speaker 1: a lot. It's a lot. Like, what does she keep
- 4:16Speaker 1: from him? Jeffrey, oh, buckle up. Okay. Because, I mean,
- 4:19Speaker 1: that's pretty big. That's big. That's pretty big. Jeffrey was like,
- 4:21Speaker 1: Your Honor, it was months before I found out the
- 4:23Speaker 1: information she just told you. I didn't get her to
- 4:25Speaker 1: tell me until most of the relationship. Okay, well, that's
- 4:27Speaker 1: her freaking journey, brother. Exactly. Exactly. Back off. Tanya says,
- 4:31Speaker 1: he was so focused on my facial features, but the
- 4:35Speaker 1: issue at hand, Your Honor, is his problem with my
- 4:38Speaker 1: cosmetic procedures. After what happened to my parents, I didn't
- 4:44Speaker 1: want to be reminded of my mother because my resemblance
- 4:46Speaker 1: to her was so strong that I had numerous cosmetic
- 4:52Speaker 1: surgeries to change my appearance. Wow, wow, wow. Jeffrey looks pissed.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Like so angry. Okay. Like somebody sick sensed him. Yeah.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Right?
- 5:07Speaker 1: Yeah. Tony's like, I wanted to do away with my
- 5:10Speaker 1: past entirely. He feels that since I didn't disclose that information,
- 5:14Speaker 1: I lied to him. And we just had a child together,
- 5:16Speaker 1: Your Honor, and he calls my baby ugly. Okay, really quickly.
- 5:20Speaker 1: So I.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Am assuming here, based off of what I've heard thus far,
- 5:25Speaker 3: that she has had a lot of work done on
- 5:28Speaker 3: her face.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Yes. He, looking at her, was unaware of that. Yes.
- 5:35Speaker 1: So had some really good work done. The fact that
- 5:40Speaker 1: she has had work done on her face is unbelievable.
- 5:43Speaker 1: She looks great. Okay, so when you look at her,
- 5:45Speaker 1: you're like, this is not. I was, when this court
- 5:48Speaker 1: case started and it said ugly baby, I was like,
- 5:51Speaker 1: must have been made by two other people. Okay. That, okay. So,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and he did not know that. He didn't get it.
- 5:56Speaker 1: He didn't know that at all.
- 5:58Speaker 3: No.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Okay. She never told him. Right on. All right. Okay. Yeah. Okay.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Yes.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Jeffrey says it's not true. Your honor. I'm not saying
- 6:06Speaker 1: that her baby's ugly. Tanya's like, he's only one year old.
- 6:10Speaker 1: He's a handsome baby, but since he doesn't look like,
- 6:12Speaker 1: does he not say his baby? Jeffrey is her baby.
- 6:15Speaker 1: He didn't say her baby. She said, okay. Okay. Uh,
- 6:18Speaker 1: because she doesn't look like Jeffrey's family lineage. He's ugly.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Mr. Lennox.
- 6:22Speaker 1: This is now judge. Like Mr. Lennox, you're upset about
- 6:26Speaker 1: what a new baby looks like. How can you be
- 6:29Speaker 1: upset about that? Jeffrey says, it's not my child's looks
- 6:35Speaker 1: that upset me. It was seeing my child for the
- 6:37Speaker 1: first time and how it was looking like a complete stranger.
- 6:42Speaker 1: It put a lot of thoughts in my head and
- 6:46Speaker 1: started confirming some things I'd been thinking, like she must
- 6:49Speaker 1: be cheating on me or other things she hadn't really
- 6:52Speaker 1: been telling me. I thought she was cheating on me.
- 6:55Speaker 1: And then Judge Lauren Lake says, because it didn't look
- 6:58Speaker 1: like you or her. He says exactly right. He doesn't
- 7:01Speaker 1: see any of himself in this baby? That's what he says. Okay.
- 7:06Speaker 1: We do see a picture of the baby. Okay. Baby's adorable.
- 7:10Speaker 1: And you know that I don't say every baby is adorable.
- 7:15Speaker 1: I hold a firm line of there are ugly babies.
- 7:17Speaker 1: This is not one of them.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Okay.
- 7:20Speaker 1: That's later spring in one. We'll bring in one ugly one. We'll, we'll,
- 7:25Speaker 1: and we'll put that on the screen now. We'll listen
- 7:29Speaker 1: that we don't see the baby till the end. I
- 7:31Speaker 1: need to make that clear.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Um, Lauren likes like, so what's the deal? So did you,
- 7:36Speaker 1: so I understand you being concerned. It doesn't look like
- 7:38Speaker 1: either one of you, but like, did, do you think
- 7:41Speaker 1: she cheated on you? He's like, no, but she knows
- 7:44Speaker 1: my position on plastic surgery. That's what he says.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Okay.
- 7:48Speaker 1: She's like, Lauren Lake says, what do you mean? Jeffrey says,
- 7:52Speaker 1: I think it's disingenuous and shows a lack of integrity.
- 7:54Speaker 1: And I wouldn't have paid for IVF treatments had I
- 7:57Speaker 1: known this information about her and that she had an addiction,
- 8:00Speaker 1: an addiction to plastic surgery.
- 8:02Speaker 3: Okay. So again, really quickly, just to make sure that
- 8:07Speaker 3: I have all the information here. So he told her that,
- 8:13Speaker 3: that he is very much against plastic surgery.
- 8:17Speaker 1: And this was before baby? Before baby. And she just said,
- 8:23Speaker 1: same goes for me, double? Do we know what that conversation? No.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Lauren Lake says, I need to clarify, Mr. Lennox. Did
- 8:29Speaker 1: you say all of this before you had a sexual relationship?
- 8:32Speaker 1: Did you say, I want to be married to you,
- 8:35Speaker 1: have a child with you, I'll pay for IVF, but
- 8:37Speaker 1: only if you haven't had plastic surgery. Did you say that? Yeah.
- 8:40Speaker 1: He says, no, I did not say that. I didn't
- 8:43Speaker 1: feel like I needed to ask that specific question. Did
- 8:45Speaker 1: you have plastic surgery? Because look at her. The work
- 8:49Speaker 1: is clearly very good. I would have never been able
- 8:51Speaker 1: to tell. She looks amazing.
- 8:56Speaker 3: We get to see some pictures of her before plastic surgery?
- 8:59Speaker 3: Heck yeah.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Great. And then he says, it's clearly well done. Lauren's like,
- 9:05Speaker 1: well done? Somebody didn't bake her in the oven, Mr. Lennox.
- 9:10Speaker 1: He says, well, with all the surgeries she's had done,
- 9:13Speaker 1: that's worth way more than the $ 9, 800 I'm asking for.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Someone went to work on her. Yeah. Lauren Lake says,
- 9:28Speaker 1: went to work? What does this mean? I'm not liking
- 9:30Speaker 1: the way you're objectifying her. Yeah. And Jeffrey says, I'd
- 9:34Speaker 1: like to offer into evidence a photo I found. Oh.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Bring it in. Does this look like the same person?
- 9:43Speaker 1: It does not look like the same person. Now I
- 9:47Speaker 1: need to say this. It does not look like a
- 9:49Speaker 1: completely different person. Sure. And Lauren Lake points out the
- 9:52Speaker 1: shape of her eyes, the shape of her face, her eyebrows,
- 9:55Speaker 1: all of that looks the same. Great. So she's like, yes,
- 10:03Speaker 1: she's had work done, but there are clear similarities between
- 10:08Speaker 1: the two people. At this point, Tanya says, Your Honor,
- 10:11Speaker 1: I'm not ashamed of those photos. I didn't get these
- 10:13Speaker 1: procedures because I thought I was ugly. I got the
- 10:15Speaker 1: procedures because it was traumatizing to look in the mirror
- 10:18Speaker 1: and be reminded of my mother's face. It was very
- 10:20Speaker 1: devastating to me to find out he thought that our
- 10:24Speaker 1: child was ugly because it didn't look like one of
- 10:26Speaker 1: the two of us. But to be clear, she never
- 10:31Speaker 1: shared that with him before. She did not.
- 10:34Speaker 3: That's... she has had these feelings about whenever she sees
- 10:38Speaker 3: pictures of her mom, it's led her to plight.
- 10:40Speaker 1: She never confided in that. And he also says, specifically,
- 10:43Speaker 1: he reminds the court of that, and then he says,
- 10:45Speaker 1: Tanya would always say, the old Tanya is dead, don't
- 10:48Speaker 1: talk about her. To me. All the time. That's what
- 10:51Speaker 1: she would say. Tanya's like, that's because my parents are
- 10:53Speaker 1: a real touchy subject. Yep. Judge Lauren Lake says, I
- 10:57Speaker 1: just want to be clear. Your testimony is that you
- 10:59Speaker 1: don't know her, but also paid for IVF treatments to
- 11:03Speaker 1: have with her. She was secretive about her past. Wouldn't
- 11:06Speaker 1: answer your questions, but yes, let's have a baby. Right.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Make that make sense to me. Yeah. Once again, Lauren
- 11:13Speaker 1: Lake crushing it. Yeah. Jeffrey says she assured me she'd
- 11:17Speaker 1: be honest with me and that I could trust her.
- 11:19Speaker 1: That was a cover story to prevent me from understanding
- 11:21Speaker 1: that she hacked her body to upgrade her life.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Buddy, just like try with different words. Try with different words.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Lauren Lake says, why are you being so melodramatic about
- 11:36Speaker 1: plastic surgery? You are saying that you're suing her for
- 11:40Speaker 1: basically breach of some sort of unwritten contract. Prove that
- 11:44Speaker 1: to me. He says, it's a marriage contract, your honor.
- 11:49Speaker 1: I've been used. The damage is plain. I was lied
- 11:52Speaker 1: to and I can't have that lack of trust back.
- 11:55Speaker 1: or in a relationship. I can't have it. And she says,
- 11:58Speaker 1: so get a divorce. He said, we did. He, she said,
- 12:01Speaker 1: what's your issue now? Well, we didn't have a prenup
- 12:03Speaker 1: and I want some measure of honesty that she understands.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And I think that's the $ 9, 800. We then see a
- 12:11Speaker 1: picture of the baby. The baby is unequivocally adorable. Judge
- 12:15Speaker 1: Lauren Lake is speechless. Jeffrey says, your honor, if I may,
- 12:21Speaker 1: I had a dream when I was young. Come on, dude.
- 12:26Speaker 1: This guy, and I want to be very clear, this
- 12:29Speaker 1: guy to black judge and black defendant goes, I have
- 12:33Speaker 1: a dream.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:36Speaker 1: This guy, black judge, black defendant. He goes, I have
- 12:39Speaker 1: a dream. He thought that was the move. I had
- 12:41Speaker 1: a dream. Your honor, if I may, I had a
- 12:44Speaker 1: dream when I was young and it was to not
- 12:46Speaker 1: have a dishonest, disingenuous wife. Wow. Judge Lauren Lake is
- 12:51Speaker 1: ready to rule. Okay. One of the wilder cases I've
- 12:57Speaker 1: ever experienced. Ever. Yeah.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Like, I don't know if there's any world where he
- 13:05Speaker 3: gets money, right? I know he doesn't get money with
- 13:09Speaker 3: the way that he went about it in this case.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Like... You.
- 13:18Speaker 3: I just, I don't, I'm, I'm at a loss because
- 13:21Speaker 3: it's like.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Is there a case to.
- 13:26Speaker 3: Be made where you think that you got.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Married to someone?
- 13:31Speaker 3: That's him.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Kevin Love. Go ahead.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Sorry.
- 13:33Speaker 1: That is Kevin Love. Holy cow. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
- 13:38Speaker 1: This is important stuff.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:42Speaker 1: There she is. Yep. Would you think that was plastic surgery?
- 13:46Speaker 3: No.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Okay, great. You can keep going. If you can show me...
- 13:49Speaker 1: I'm going to show you everything. Okay, so I do... Like,
- 13:52Speaker 1: there is.
- 13:52Speaker 3: I don't know if there is a legal case to
- 13:55Speaker 3: be made, Dan, for somebody to be like, hey, I
- 13:59Speaker 3: thought I married somebody. Clearly, I married someone else, or
- 14:03Speaker 3: whatever the argument is that he wants to make about this, right?
- 14:06Speaker 1: Like, he.
- 14:09Speaker 3: is clearly very against plastic surgery. She knew that she
- 14:13Speaker 3: didn't feel like she could trust him with that information.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Still decided to go through with the marriage. I felt
- 14:19Speaker 3: like I was duped and lied to. Maybe, maybe there's
- 14:23Speaker 3: some sort of weird case there. But not when you
- 14:26Speaker 3: go in with my baby's ugly. Like... Dude, that's a
- 14:32Speaker 3: crazy thing to say. He's not getting any money. He's
- 14:34Speaker 3: definitely not getting any money. I'm trying to find this
- 14:36Speaker 3: baby for you so you can see that the baby
- 14:39Speaker 3: is so adorable. Yeah, he doesn't get any money. I mean,
- 14:44Speaker 3: he clearly doesn't get any money. I haven't watched a
- 14:47Speaker 3: lot of divorce court, right? But maybe in a divorce
- 14:51Speaker 3: court setting, if you can prove... That, Hey, I had
- 14:54Speaker 3: these conversations with her about my views on plastic surgery.
- 14:58Speaker 3: She held that from me.
- 14:59Speaker 1: I'm now. You have to have a prenup. Yeah. Yeah.
- 15:02Speaker 1: You can't just like out of nowhere, but man, what
- 15:06Speaker 1: a way to try to. Yeah. It's tough. She does
- 15:10Speaker 1: read in the right act and say he should be
- 15:11Speaker 1: ashamed of himself, which he 100% should be ashamed of himself.
- 15:15Speaker 1: All right.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Well, I stumbled upon a new judge that I was
- 15:20Speaker 3: not familiar with. A new judge started in 2021. has
- 15:24Speaker 3: three seasons out, and it is Judge Dad.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Judge Dad. Judge Dad. Who's Dad?
- 15:31Speaker 3: Sean McMillan brings a father's tough love and common sense
- 15:37Speaker 3: to resolving real-world disputes, cheating spouses, sneaky roommates, creepy landlord,
- 15:45Speaker 3: disappointing friends, greedy siblings, and scheming coworkers. So basically at
- 15:50Speaker 3: some point in this, Judge Dad... We'll give some fatherly advice.
- 15:56Speaker 3: And then also, I love this idea. Rule on your case.
- 16:00Speaker 3: So Tiffany Hall is suing Kendra Collins for $ 900. Okay.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Are you for a, for a dress? Okay. Yeah. That's
- 16:13Speaker 1: the same person.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Easily. That's the same person. Yeah. Okay.
- 16:18Speaker 3: So Tiffany is suing $ 900 for the cost of a
- 16:23Speaker 3: dress that she says was ruined by Miss Collins.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Okay, you ready?
- 16:28Speaker 3: So Tiffany comes out swinging right away. She says, Kendra
- 16:31Speaker 3: owes me $ 900 for assaulting me at the club and
- 16:36Speaker 3: spilling red wine all over my Prada dress.
- 16:41Speaker 1: So Tiffany.
- 16:42Speaker 3: had been talking to a guy on Tinder named Trent.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Trent.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Okay. Trent and her had been talking for, I guess,
- 16:51Speaker 3: a couple of weeks, really hitting it off. And crazily enough, would.
- 16:55Speaker 1: You say that? Crazily enough. Yeah, absolutely. They end up
- 16:58Speaker 1: at the same club on the same night. Tiffany and Trent.
- 17:01Speaker 1: She says it was so cute. So cute. In that
- 17:05Speaker 1: life sometimes.
- 17:06Speaker 3: So she goes to talk to him, and that's when
- 17:09Speaker 3: Kendra comes up, starts swinging at me, and pours her
- 17:13Speaker 3: entire red wine drink on my dress. Kendra says that
- 17:20Speaker 3: this Tiffany girl is clearly delusional. I don't know where
- 17:24Speaker 3: this first story is coming from. First, me and Tinder
- 17:27Speaker 3: are very happy together. I don't know what Tinder has
- 17:30Speaker 3: to do with anything, but we're happy together. We go
- 17:33Speaker 3: to the club, we go to club fusion.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Okay.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Club fusion and her and Trent spends the money that
- 17:40Speaker 3: you need to spend in order to get your very
- 17:41Speaker 3: own VIP section. Ooh, bottle service.
- 17:45Speaker 1: $ 800. I guess is what that costs. Okay. Big money.
- 17:48Speaker 3: And, um, so Kendra goes to the restroom and comes
- 17:52Speaker 3: back and sees this random girl in their VIP section
- 17:56Speaker 3: on Trent's lap.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Okay.
- 17:59Speaker 3: And she says, well, I don't recall this girl paying
- 18:01Speaker 3: any money to help with the cost of the bottles that.
- 18:04Speaker 1: We purchased for this VIP section.
- 18:06Speaker 3: So I go over, hurry over to try to figure
- 18:08Speaker 3: out what's going on. And as I'm walking back, I trip.
- 18:13Speaker 3: And the wine goes on to Tiffany's dress. It was
- 18:16Speaker 3: an accident. 100% accident. But if that's what God intended,
- 18:20Speaker 3: that's what God intended.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Okay. Weird thing to say in court, Kendra.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Judge Dad says, oh, it just got real good. Are
- 18:27Speaker 3: you denying the assault? Did you swing at her? And
- 18:31Speaker 3: Kendra says, no, I'm not one of the real housewives.
- 18:34Speaker 3: There was no fighting in the VIP section. I don't
- 18:37Speaker 3: know what she's talking about. Maybe she thought that as
- 18:41Speaker 3: I was falling and I'm trying to catch myself, maybe
- 18:44Speaker 3: she thought that I was swinging at her, you know,
- 18:47Speaker 3: one of these numbers, you know, as you're falling.
- 18:50Speaker 1: But no, I did not swing at her. I'm a VIP.
- 18:54Speaker 1: She's a peasant who's never been on VIP before.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Pfft. So judge dad says no name calling unless it's,
- 19:00Speaker 3: unless I'm the one doing it, which was just a really,
- 19:03Speaker 3: really interesting thing to say.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Okay.
- 19:05Speaker 3: So he asks if they were friends, like, did they
- 19:08Speaker 3: know each other at some point? And Tiffany says, I
- 19:10Speaker 3: have never seen this woman before in my life. Um,
- 19:15Speaker 3: I was called over to the VIP section by her boyfriend.
- 19:18Speaker 3: I had to go through security to get there. So,
- 19:22Speaker 3: you know, I clearly was invited into the VIP section
- 19:25Speaker 3: and I have proof that we were talking on Tinder.
- 19:28Speaker 3: Judge Dad says, did you know this guy had a girlfriend?
- 19:32Speaker 3: And she says, I had no idea. And I did
- 19:34Speaker 3: not see her there. And I swear on a stack
- 19:38Speaker 3: of Bibles, didn't. Kendra says, my boyfriend wouldn't just call
- 19:44Speaker 3: some girl over. She clearly saw him snuck into the
- 19:48Speaker 3: VIP section.
- 19:49Speaker 1: He wouldn't do that. man really standing up for your
- 19:51Speaker 1: boyfriend yeah So.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Judge Dad says, and yet he would talk to another
- 19:57Speaker 3: girl on Tinder. Why are you not more upset about
- 19:59Speaker 3: the fact that he was talking to another girl on Tinder?
- 20:01Speaker 3: And he and she says, well, she messaged him on Tinder.
- 20:05Speaker 3: He had Tinder before we started dating, never deleted the app.
- 20:08Speaker 3: I did the same thing. I still had the app
- 20:10Speaker 3: on my phone. even though we were dating and just
- 20:12Speaker 3: never opened it. But if someone messages you on, on Tinder,
- 20:15Speaker 3: you would get that notification. And so it makes sense
- 20:18Speaker 3: that he would maybe see that someone messaged him on
- 20:21Speaker 3: Twitter and look at it.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Okay.
- 20:22Speaker 3: But, um, he says, Kendra, do you consider what your
- 20:27Speaker 3: boyfriend did on Tinder to be cheating? And she says, yes.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Although I haven't had that entire conversation with him yet. Um,
- 20:37Speaker 3: But I also don't think it's relevant to why we're
- 20:38Speaker 3: here today.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Interesting.
- 20:40Speaker 3: And he says, well, it's relevant because if you knew that,
- 20:47Speaker 3: it would show motive to maybe you're suspecting that he's
- 20:51Speaker 3: talking to someone and then you see a woman on
- 20:52Speaker 3: the lap and maybe you get a little upset about
- 20:55Speaker 3: it and then you accidentally spill the wine. He asks Tiffany,
- 21:02Speaker 3: is there any way that she... uh, wasn't swinging at
- 21:07Speaker 3: her was like, is it, is it possible that what
- 21:10Speaker 3: she says that she was just trying to catch herself?
- 21:11Speaker 1: Is it possible that that was true? And she says
- 21:14Speaker 1: it's possible, but not.
- 21:15Speaker 3: With the words that were coming out of her mouth
- 21:17Speaker 3: at the same time as when she was falling. She's
- 21:20Speaker 3: calling me a word that rhymes with which, um, she
- 21:24Speaker 3: shouldn't be mad at me. She should be mad at
- 21:26Speaker 3: her boyfriend. Kendra says, well, my boyfriend isn't suing me. Plus,
- 21:31Speaker 3: the dress is clearly a knockoff. I paid for the bottles,
- 21:35Speaker 3: and I wouldn't waste that money. I wouldn't waste the
- 21:38Speaker 3: money that I spent on this wine. VIP sections are tight,
- 21:44Speaker 3: and I was trying to figure out who this person was.
- 21:47Speaker 1: I was walking quickly. I tripped.
- 21:49Speaker 3: That's all there is to it. Judge Dad asks how
- 21:54Speaker 3: she feels, how she really feels about her boyfriend talking
- 21:58Speaker 3: to another girl. Let's get to it.
- 21:59Speaker 1: How do you really feel?
- 21:59Speaker 3: Come on. Come on.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Let's be honest. Let's rap.
- 22:01Speaker 3: She says, it definitely made me sad. But again, it's
- 22:06Speaker 3: not a conversation that I've had with him yet. Judge
- 22:08Speaker 3: Dad says, you haven't been able to have the conversation
- 22:12Speaker 3: with him since the incident?
- 22:13Speaker 1: She says, no, I just haven't done it. And he says,
- 22:16Speaker 1: I'm going to talk to you like your dad right now.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Okay. All right.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Okay. Okay. You're smart. You're witty. Any guy would be
- 22:26Speaker 1: lucky to be in your presence. What is going on?
- 22:29Speaker 1: This guy was tinkering. He was tinkering. He was tinkering around.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:34Speaker 3: You deserve better. Kendra brings a witness. Who is Kendra's witness?
- 22:40Speaker 1: Her boyfriend. Trent the boyfriend.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Trent. He shares his side of the story. His girlfriend
- 22:47Speaker 3: goes to the restroom. He hears another girl hollering his
- 22:51Speaker 3: name from across the club. Can't understand what she's saying, though.
- 22:56Speaker 1: No. Bring her in closer. He's like, come on, get
- 22:58Speaker 1: in here. Next thing you know, she's on my lap.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Next thing you know.
- 23:02Speaker 3: And then Kendra comes over, and that's when it happened.
- 23:06Speaker 1: But total accident. Yeah, it just was when you fell
- 23:09Speaker 1: on my lap. There's nothing I'm going to do.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Uh, how did she end up on your lap? He says,
- 23:15Speaker 3: she sat on my lap. I didn't ask her to
- 23:17Speaker 3: sit on my lap. Judge dad says, uh, you knew
- 23:20Speaker 3: her ahead of time though. And he says, I guess
- 23:23Speaker 3: I talked to her on Tinder at some point, but
- 23:26Speaker 3: I couldn't place her. Yeah.
- 23:27Speaker 1: You know, sounds like a good shaggy.
- 23:30Speaker 3: Uh, do you, uh, do you not find it inappropriate
- 23:35Speaker 3: for you to invite another girl into the VIP area
- 23:37Speaker 3: that you're sharing with your girlfriend while she's in the bathroom?
- 23:41Speaker 3: And Trent says, it's not ideal. But I'm a friendly guy.
- 23:46Speaker 3: If someone wants to talk to me, I want to
- 23:48Speaker 3: talk to them.
- 23:49Speaker 1: You know? On my lap or otherwise. I added that
- 23:51Speaker 1: last part.
- 23:53Speaker 3: Tiffany says, he wasn't talking to me like someone who
- 23:57Speaker 3: has a girlfriend.
- 23:59Speaker 1: All right. Okay.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Judge Daz says, well, just like, this is a weird
- 24:05Speaker 3: thing for him to say. I just remembered he said
- 24:08Speaker 3: it and I wrote it down. This is Judge Dad's.
- 24:12Speaker 3: This is Judge Dad. He says, well, just like a
- 24:16Speaker 3: woman can apparently fake an orgasm, a man can fake
- 24:21Speaker 3: not being in a relationship for a few minutes.
- 24:25Speaker 1: All right, Judge Dad. Judge Dad's take right there. Judge
- 24:29Speaker 1: Dad has a perhaps unresolved issue. I don't know. There's
- 24:32Speaker 1: a lot going on there, Judge Dad. I don't know
- 24:35Speaker 1: what that is.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Anyway. Uh, so Trent says he doesn't talk to girls
- 24:39Speaker 3: on Tinder. He's been in a happy relationship for three years.
- 24:42Speaker 3: He's definitely going to delete Tinder. It's not a problem. No, no, no.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I can quit anytime.
- 24:47Speaker 3: Uh, judge dad says, it sounds like you're going to
- 24:49Speaker 3: delete the app because you got caught. So I think
- 24:51Speaker 3: you have to have a hard, long conversation with your
- 24:54Speaker 3: girlfriend because I don't think.
- 24:57Speaker 1: You're happy for some reason. Trent, um, I don't think
- 25:01Speaker 1: this is a one-time thing.
- 25:03Speaker 3: I think that this is a problem and you need
- 25:04Speaker 3: to talk to her. And then he says, Kendra, my
- 25:08Speaker 3: dear daughter.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Oh my God. It isn't, it wasn't a mistake. It's
- 25:14Speaker 1: a pattern.
- 25:15Speaker 3: Stand up for yourself. He's not as good as it gets.
- 25:20Speaker 3: This whole moment is beneath you. Judge dad is ready
- 25:23Speaker 3: to rule. I don't, after all of this dad nonsense,
- 25:26Speaker 3: I don't know how he's going to rule. My guess is,
- 25:29Speaker 3: is that he's not going to give her any money
- 25:31Speaker 3: because it's really Trent's fault.
- 25:33Speaker 1: And you didn't sue Trent. You sued the girl that
- 25:37Speaker 1: says it was an accident. She said it was an accident.
- 25:40Speaker 1: How can we possibly sue somebody who won't say that
- 25:44Speaker 1: she did the thing? It's she said, she said, there's
- 25:46Speaker 1: no proof. That's where I'm at.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Yep.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Well, He says, uh, Tiff, it was her name, Tiffany,
- 25:55Speaker 1: Tiffany and Kendra, Tiffany. Yeah. I've got good news. And
- 25:57Speaker 1: now I got bad news. You want the good news
- 25:59Speaker 1: or the bad news? Oh my God. And she says, uh,
- 26:01Speaker 1: the bad news.
- 26:03Speaker 3: And, and he says, you're not going to get any
- 26:06Speaker 3: money from the defendant today.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Yeah. Um, the good news is, is you are going
- 26:13Speaker 1: to get money from Trent. I don't think he knows
- 26:17Speaker 1: how this works.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Trent's like, wait, how did I get pulled into this?
- 26:21Speaker 3: He says, you created the problem. She didn't sue Trent.
- 26:25Speaker 3: Stop messing around with people's lives. Be a man and
- 26:27Speaker 3: pay her.
- 26:29Speaker 1: But Trent wasn't on trial. I don't know if it matters.
- 26:32Speaker 1: I don't think it does. I don't think it matters
- 26:34Speaker 1: in judge, in judge dad's court. Judge dad's just dad's
- 26:37Speaker 1: it up out there. This is dad. This is dad.
- 26:38Speaker 1: It's just dad doing dad stuff. I gotta be honest.
- 26:40Speaker 1: I didn't know that was an option. You didn't either.
- 26:43Speaker 1: And when it, it's not, when it happened. I couldn't
- 26:47Speaker 1: believe it. Judge Dad. Judge Dad. Would you watch again? Yeah.
- 26:51Speaker 1: You like Judge Dad? Love Judge Dad. There you have it.
- 26:53Speaker 3: This case, you know, it started in 2021 and all
- 26:56Speaker 3: of it was virtual. And I don't know if that's
- 26:58Speaker 3: the entire show. I don't know if everything is virtually.
- 27:01Speaker 3: So it's all virtual. The one you watched.
- 27:03Speaker 1: The one I watched was all virtual. Fascinating.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Which is a little bit weird, but it did make
- 27:08Speaker 3: for a great moment where he was like.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Bring Trent back in. You're going to pay all the money.
- 27:12Speaker 1: And Trent's like, whoa.
- 27:13Speaker 3: Whoa.
- 27:13Speaker 1: This was pretty fun. All right. We did it, everybody.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Congratulations to us. Let's come back next. We can do
- 27:17Speaker 1: two more. I love it. You're going to do Judge Rinder.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Judge Rinder next week. That's right. Rinder. Until then, we're
- 27:24Speaker 1: the first to tell you to all rise. Yo, Gabble
