- 4:44Unknown: That being said, let's get on with the archive on the radio ranch. We're gonna connect, I think. Yep. We're connected. We're gonna do a little music.
- 4:53Little lullaby.
- 4:54Little Lorraine McKinnon.
- 4:58And you get the show on the road.
- 5:12Unknown: When
- 5:15the senses are shaken and the soul is driven to madness,
- 5:19who can stand?
- 5:22When the souls of the oppressed fight in the troubled air that rages,
- 5:27who can stand?
- 5:29When the whirlwind of fury comes from the throne of God and the frowns of his continents drive the nations together,
- 5:36who can stand?
- 5:38When sin claps his broad wings over the battle and sails rejoicing in a flood of death, when souls are torn to everlasting
- 5:47fire and fiends of hell rejoice upon the strain.
- 5:52Oh, who can stand?
- 5:56Oh, who have caused this?
- 6:00Oh, who can answer at the throne of God?
- 6:04Kings and the nobles of the land have done it.
- 6:08Hear it not heaven,
- 6:09thy ministers
- 6:11Unknown: have done it. Yes. They have.
- 6:13All the above.
- 6:15Okay. As Lorana tails out, I'll say good morning. And
- 6:19Roger Sales, the absence yesterday,
- 6:22but present today
- 6:25and accounted for, I guess, I used to say that. Present, accounted for.
- 6:29Had a little snafu in the electrical deal. It wasn't snafu.
- 6:34I think it was planned. They must have needed to do something as a substation or something like that, maybe new construction.
- 6:40Heck, who knows? Anyway,
- 6:42the end of the story was I had no juice
- 6:46until after twelve. I hung around till twelve thinking it might come back on early, you know, and after
- 6:52that, I took off for lunch and by the time I got back later in the afternoon, it was back on. So here we are,
- 6:58No harm, no foul, and I knew when it happened that a bunch of you guys, you know, always
- 7:05think the worst that the Mossad has come and visited me or something.
- 7:09But no, No. No. No such thing. Just a little common electrical outage.
- 7:14Of course, we coulda had a
- 7:16tornado you know, not a tornado, a volcano or earthquake
- 7:20or
- 7:21any of the things that, you know, potentially could happen down here.
- 7:25But it was not the case. There you go. Give us a whole bunch of other stuff. Yeah. Well well, next time you'll have some options, you know.
- 7:32So
- 7:34anyway
- 7:35Yeah. I was Roger. I was listening. Of course, we're on the radio ranch. It is July 4 and
- 7:41we're
- 7:42on who knows where all this morning. Paul can probably tell us.
- 7:46I was supposed to have Glenn with us. I don't know if he showed up yet or not. Is he? Alright. Well, Big Glenn's here. Well, that's good. Always always a real pleasure. You know, I was you guys send me, you know, so much stuff. Most of it I can't get to quite frankly
- 8:02but one of you sent me a
- 8:04a YouTube video on
- 8:07Mark Twain's sayings.
- 8:10And I was listening to that here this morning and I thought one of them was particularly good. He said, eat a raw frog first thing in the morning
- 8:19and then nothing else worse can happen to you all day.
- 8:27Which has a ring to it. Yesterday,
- 8:31I was real PO'd. Hey, Glenn. Welcome aboard, buddy. I was real PO'd yesterday because there's a whole bunch of stuff I wanted to talk about. Of course, you got John
- 8:41with the one testimonials
- 8:42and all that stuff on Monday and but
- 8:45I was really want to talk about some of these things that happened last week with the Supreme Court and Robert Barnes and
- 8:54some of you had seen the Clarence Thomas
- 9:00autobiographical
- 9:01documentary,
- 9:02I guess is how you label
- 9:04that,
- 9:06and all those things. We can talk about it later as we get on the week. Today,
- 9:10being July 4, I've got my old friend, dear friend, Glenn Amort with us, and happy to
- 9:17get him on the show. We don't have that opportunity very often and we wanted to kinda do a bit of a commemoration here on top of letting you guys get to meet Glenn.
- 9:28A commemoration because today was the
- 9:32what do you say you commemorate as an anniversary? It's a remembrance, I think, maybe better word of
- 9:39the guy that
- 9:41without him, none of us would be here. Okay?
- 9:44And that was John W. Benson, both Glenn and my teacher who had such a dramatic impact on, well, I guess both of us. I'm sure Glenn say the same thing. Glenn, welcome aboard, my friend. To hit your mute off and
- 9:58let me say hello to you here publicly if you could.
- 10:01There's
- 10:02a little mute. There you are. Hey man.
- 10:07Unknown: Okay, can you hear me? Loud and clear.
- 10:10Loud and clear. Okay,
- 10:12this is the ninth
- 10:14memorial
- 10:16for John passing
- 10:18on July 4, the same day or date
- 10:21on which
- 10:23Thomas Jefferson and John Adams,
- 10:26the two early presidents of our nation,
- 10:29died on the same day. So it's
- 10:32fitting that John would choose to, or the Lord would choose to take John on the same day as those two great patriots.
- 10:40Unknown: Glenn and I have talked about it over the years, and I think both of us feel that he willed himself to die on that day.
- 10:47He was obviously
- 10:48very aware of Thomas Jefferson and John Adams in that situation, and
- 10:55what a
- 10:57very meek and mild mannered man
- 11:00that
- 11:02has,
- 11:03you know, potentially such a huge impact because of his dedication through his life. You know, Glenn, I've thought about this a number of times,
- 11:12as the
- 11:13chance that we're here. Okay?
- 11:16And a lot of people, on our conversations here, we've talked about the spiritual
- 11:22mileposts
- 11:23along this entire
- 11:25journey, starting all the way back to when John was a young man and his patriarchal blessing.
- 11:31But
- 11:32as I thought about it one day, I was thinking, you know, back in 1992,
- 11:36there's probably about 300,000,000
- 11:37people in the country. Does that sound right?
- 11:41Yeah, it sounds right to me. Okay, well, in the six months you were teaching, you had 1,200 students, I believe you told me.
- 11:50Unknown: Something like that of 1,000 to 1,200, I'm not sure exactly the number, but the IRS kept a good number.
- 11:59Unknown: Out of those 1,200 in that six months, I was the only one that took this further.
- 12:04And I'm not patting myself on the back, I don't really know how this has all happened, quite frankly.
- 12:10But if it wouldn't have been for that, this message wouldn't be out there, folks.
- 12:16Unknown: That's true. Okay.
- 12:18That's true.
- 12:20Unknown: So there's your
- 12:21percentages.
- 12:23I'm not the mathematician type, but if you wanna go back and
- 12:27apply those numbers and come up with some sort of a chance or whatever, it's pretty darn slim.
- 12:33Okay?
- 12:34And,
- 12:35so I'm very grateful.
- 12:37I feel like I've been guided along that and, you know, really, of course, John being the progenitor, both the teacher of Glenn and myself,
- 12:47and but without Glenn,
- 12:51John's information would have ended up thrown into the trash out of a closet when he passed away.
- 12:57Okay? Because he was not the promoter and he wasn't the get out and he was great at what he did, but those weren't some of his strong points.
- 13:07And it's just all of these little factors
- 13:11that work into and play into the very slim chance that we know this information. I'm much less to have a platform
- 13:20to teach it from. And Glenn, one of my goals here is to make sure this information is never lost and to get it,
- 13:28as,
- 13:29indelibly in in people's minds all over the world as, the numbers will allow.
- 13:34And, for this information to continue to be exposed and understood
- 13:40so that we too you know, this whole thing's based on dialectics.
- 13:44So,
- 13:45you
- 13:46can get like a jujitsu
- 13:48master with them, you know, really.
- 13:50And the one that always comes to mind for me is never again.
- 13:58Never again.
- 14:01Okay.
- 14:03So,
- 14:04audience, I wanted you to meet Glenn. We don't he doesn't he comes on the air occasionally, not too often. It's kind of gone off in other directions and whatnot, but today's,
- 14:14special significance,
- 14:15I was able to leverage him onto the show here,
- 14:19and I'm always pleased to do a show with you, my old friend.
- 14:24Unknown: Well, it's a pleasure, my pleasure to be here.
- 14:27Unknown: So what would you like to talk about this morning?
- 14:30Unknown: Well,
- 14:32I
- 14:33suppose that it's repeating
- 14:37the same old
- 14:40song,
- 14:40but
- 14:42how I came to meet John was very significant for me because
- 14:47I wasn't looking to
- 14:50learn anything about
- 14:52taxes or
- 14:54freedom or anything like that. I was a Mormon at the time, that was in 1991.
- 15:01I was living in Bullhead City, Arizona, which is a
- 15:07very, very hot place. When I say hot, I'm talking about temperature wise.
- 15:13I remember one summer I was there,
- 15:16there were over a hundred days in a row where the lowest temperature day or night was above a 100. So
- 15:25we were baking it. And that July 4,
- 15:28I was on
- 15:30the Nevada side of the Colorado
- 15:33River
- 15:34because Bullhead City is right on the cusp of
- 15:38Arizona
- 15:39and Nevada.
- 15:41And, we were over, a bunch of us were over,
- 15:45on the
- 15:46river, you know, trying to keep cool and
- 15:50it was 124
- 15:51degrees in the shade that day.
- 15:56So when I say it was a hot old time with John,
- 16:01I mean that in
- 16:03The the literal
- 16:05Unknown: purest of senses. Yeah,
- 16:09Unknown: so I was down in Bullhead City and I
- 16:12had become
- 16:14a Mormon.
- 16:16I don't know that I was ever a very good Mormon, but I was such as I was, I was a Mormon at the time,
- 16:22and, I wanted to go to the temple.
- 16:25In fact, I had gone to the temple,
- 16:30and,
- 16:32the Mormons are a temple going kind of people.
- 16:36And I went to the temple, and one of the things you have to do when you when you want to go to the temple and if you're a Mormon,
- 16:45is you have to go through,
- 16:48or get what they call a temple recommend. It's a little card about the size of a credit card or debit card.
- 16:56And, you have to be interviewed by your bishop,
- 17:00which is like your local priest in your local congregation.
- 17:03He's your bishop there.
- 17:05And he asked you a number of questions. And one of the questions he asked, are you current with all your
- 17:12legal obligations to the taxing authorities? Have you paid all your taxes? And
- 17:19that was a tough one for me.
- 17:22Thought I was
- 17:23because
- 17:28but I wanted to make sure because,
- 17:31so when when John when I had occasion to meet John,
- 17:37I asked John, which was
- 17:40in about September
- 17:421991,
- 17:44I said, John, do you know anything about taxes, income taxes?
- 17:48He says, oh, a little. He says,
- 17:51I'll send you A a 30 page
- 17:53Unknown: little, which I'm gonna get you a copy of, okay?
- 17:57Unknown: Well,
- 17:57by the way,
- 17:59as Yahweh,
- 18:03my term for God the Father, Yahweh,
- 18:06would have,
- 18:08I obtained a copy of our first
- 18:11workbook. You remember our workbook with the tabs running? Yeah, I
- 18:16Unknown: didn't know if Daryl found one or not. I thought I had sent him one and a couple in those boxes of books I sent him and then he couldn't find it, so maybe he did find it,
- 18:26Unknown: No,
- 18:26Darrell didn't find it, but I was
- 18:30sitting in my La
- 18:32Z Boy chair where I do my scripture reading. I read the
- 18:37Bible in a digital form, I don't have an actual paper Bible.
- 18:44And the thought came to me to call one of my friends down in Arizona you
- 18:50know, when they
- 18:51get to be almost 84,
- 18:53they mix up the states, so I mixed up Florida and Arizona, but my
- 18:58friend lives in
- 18:59Florida.
- 19:00So I called up my friend in Florida and says, you know, I got the impression,
- 19:04did John or I or Roger or anybody ever send you a copy of our workbook?
- 19:09He says, yeah, I've got it scanned into my computer. Oh my lord.
- 19:16So he sent me the scan for You
- 19:20Unknown: to get that to me because you know who wants that is Josh Wallbuilder to put on SEDM.
- 19:27Unknown: Okay,
- 19:28I'll do that. And I know that
- 19:30boy,
- 19:31really will mix up this name all the time,
- 19:34but
- 19:36I hope she'll forgive me. Nastasia.
- 19:39Yes,
- 19:40say it again, honey. It's Nastasia,
- 19:43Unknown: she's here right Hi
- 19:45Glenn, good morning.
- 19:47Unknown: Okay,
- 19:48I got interrupted. So everybody stay off the line for a second while you pronounce that name so I can get it.
- 19:54Unknown: It's Nastasha.
- 19:55Nastasha.
- 19:56Unknown: Nastasha.
- 19:57Is that is that that's
- 19:59a Slavic name, like like a Russian or something like that?
- 20:03It is. Yeah. It's a beautiful name and I and I and and just so I put my biases on this,
- 20:10happen to favor Russia in this Ukraine war. So if you're Russian, you're you're I do the same. You know, Glenn, I heard a real big,
- 20:18Unknown: oh, ex NSA commentator
- 20:20on AJ
- 20:22a couple of weeks ago. Very skilled guy, very knowledgeable, and he made the statement in his talk. He said,
- 20:28I think Putin is the finest statesman and world politician in the last one hundred years,
- 20:34and I totally agree with him.
- 20:36Unknown: Well, you know, war is not fun, and we know even
- 20:40you know, I'm I'm old enough to be in of the Vietnam era, and we had our the, you know, the My Lai massacre where Right.
- 20:49We hid all those stories, and I I I don't wanna go into that. But the the the point I'm trying to make is war is not fun. And when you get into
- 20:59a situation where men or women
- 21:02are given free rein to take their guns out and shoot
- 21:06murder and well, in war, they don't call it murder, but it seems like it's
- 21:11a legal distinction that's missed on me.
- 21:17When you let men and women loose like that and their emotions
- 21:21get
- 21:23to the surface,
- 21:24many or oftentimes,
- 21:26will do,
- 21:28you know, terrible, terrible things on all sides.
- 21:31So I'm sure that the Russians have done some things in this war that
- 21:36that Putin would not like them to have done, and and the Ukraines have done the same thing, and and we have done it in all war. War is a nasty business.
- 21:46And so I don't wish anything I don't wish that war to go on, but
- 21:52and I don't want to get
- 21:54sidetracked into that, but it's
- 21:57a beautiful name, Nastasha, and if I can remember to pronounce it right, I hope you'll forgive me if I mess up sometimes. We've
- 22:05Unknown: turned Nastasha into law library rat.
- 22:09Unknown: Well, she
- 22:11would be a law library rat in any law school, I can tell you that.
- 22:18I absolutely loved my first entry into the
- 22:21law library at UCLA Law School where I went to school for a year.
- 22:27And
- 22:29I'm kidding you.
- 22:32But the law library is
- 22:34a beautiful thing if used properly and a dreadful thing if it's used improperly. Yes, sir.
- 22:40It's what is going on today. So
- 22:43the point is that when
- 22:46John sent me
- 22:47a 30 page brief, which we labeled later the Thomas Jefferson brief because
- 22:54he he had written it for a guy who had been convicted of,
- 22:58or plead guilty, I'm not sure which, to a
- 23:02failure to file his tax returns up up in Connecticut, as I recall.
- 23:07And
- 23:10he got in touch with John. John lived in Aurora,
- 23:15Colorado.
- 23:16I was gonna say Aurora, Illinois. There I go with my states again.
- 23:21Aurora, Colorado in a very inexpensive
- 23:26apartment
- 23:28in the
- 23:30what you would call the ghetto part of town because he couldn't afford much of a rent because he lived
- 23:36on donations only because he had quit. He used to be an accountant
- 23:41at
- 23:43the,
- 23:45Air Force Base in,
- 23:47in,
- 23:48Provo
- 23:49was it Provo or
- 23:51Ogden, Utah? Whatever that Air
- 23:54Force Base is up there. I forgot the name of it now. I think it's Hill Air Air Force Base, is that right? Some of you who know those things. And
- 24:02he
- 24:05ended up being hired by one of the
- 24:09army's suppliers because
- 24:11he was saving so much money for the army that the that the supplier said, it's cheaper for me to hire you than
- 24:19than to leave you with the army because it's costing me so much in your audits.
- 24:24So I ended up working for him. And then when he got involved in this,
- 24:29trying to find out the truth about income taxes,
- 24:33he
- 24:34needed so much time to do his study that he ended up quitting his job living
- 24:39in a warehouse,
- 24:41a carpet warehouse and sleeping on a
- 24:44roll of or not a roll, but a
- 24:47bunch of carpets put together and
- 24:51working in the
- 24:52researching in the Denver
- 24:55Law School Law Library.
- 24:56Unknown: You know, Glenn,
- 24:58tell that story to try and get across to people the sacrifices
- 25:03that have been made along the path here.
- 25:06And
- 25:06John, if I remember right, lived in that warehouse. One of his buddies had a carpet company at a warehouse there in the Denver area.
- 25:15And what, sixteen months? I think he said he
- 25:18lived in that sixteen months and
- 25:20for twelve,
- 25:22fourteen hours a day would read court cases
- 25:25when his eyesight was so bad that he had to use a magnifying glass as thick as the bottom of a Coke bottle.
- 25:31Unknown: Absolutely.
- 25:33That is that is absolutely true.
- 25:37So anyway, he sent me that 30 page,
- 25:41Thomas Jefferson brief,
- 25:43and I,
- 25:44read it and was astounded
- 25:46at at the information in it. And like you said, we need to make that available now that I've got ahold of it.
- 25:53And
- 25:55the other thing I was gonna make available somehow,
- 25:58as you know, each year
- 26:01I
- 26:02file
- 26:04request for determination
- 26:05of taxes with the general
- 26:07counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC.
- 26:13And of course, as you would probably guess, it's a little bit unusual.
- 26:21It's not your standard run of the mill ten forty, I can assure you.
- 26:26And
- 26:29I've been hesitant to
- 26:32publicize that or make it available to people,
- 26:37because
- 26:38as sure as you use that to file,
- 26:42some
- 26:43adventuresome
- 26:44IRS agent is going to challenge you. If you don't know how to defend against, you know, defend the
- 26:52thing that I filed,
- 26:54I do thanks
- 26:56to John,
- 26:58a little bit of study on my own. A little bit.
- 27:04And the good Lord.
- 27:07And I want to get into that a little bit. I don't want this to be a Bible thumping
- 27:11session and so forth, but I can tell you
- 27:14that
- 27:16the stuff that
- 27:18has been delivered to me
- 27:20into my brain or my mind or whatever it is that's left up there,
- 27:27comes from
- 27:30the spirit of
- 27:32Yahweh and His Son Yeshua.
- 27:34So, I can't tell you how many dramatic things, really miracles, you know, people say
- 27:42sometimes the day miracles is gone.
- 27:45I used to think so too. I don't think that anymore, Roger. I don't either, Glenn.
- 27:49The miracles come but they come individually.
- 27:52They don't come,
- 27:54you know, we don't have a
- 27:56Yeshua walking around healing people here in the public,
- 28:01but it does come personally. Anyway,
- 28:03I got that
- 28:07material and
- 28:09so I wanted to be able to go to my bishop
- 28:11and the stake president as a stake president is the president over maybe four or five bishops.
- 28:17So, you kinda have a little bit of a hierarchy there. You have to get them to sign off and each one of them, you have to say
- 28:24sort of under the penalty of perjury before God
- 28:27that you're up to date on your taxes.
- 28:31And so I was able to say that after I'd studied with John
- 28:35with much more conviction than I was before, before I thought I was.
- 28:40But the truth of the matter is I hadn't filed returns,
- 28:43the IRS said in my court case, since 1975.
- 28:47And
- 28:50this was 1991,
- 28:52so I was a little bit out of date.
- 28:56But
- 28:57I never let it bother me too much.
- 29:01So that's how I came to know John.
- 29:06Unknown: The first time Have you told that story about how I called him up? Well, I I I don't know that I have. I probably have, but I'd I'm sure they'd rather hear it from you.
- 29:16Unknown: Well, I was helping this guy out. I was I was the
- 29:21second
- 29:22assistant or the assistant in what they call the elders quorum, is a group of men in the Mormon church in that little
- 29:32parish there, if you will. They don't call it a parish, they call it a
- 29:37I forget even what they call it, the ward.
- 29:41I'm getting to be 84, so I can remember what happened fifty
- 29:46years ago, but I don't know what I had for breakfast sometimes.
- 29:51Unknown: A
- 29:52live frog.
- 29:55Unknown: I may have had and and it wouldn't have been made my my day bad because I would have forgotten I had it.
- 30:05But anyway
- 30:06anyway, getting down to the nub here,
- 30:11I was able to tell the the the
- 30:13stake president and the bishop
- 30:16that I that I was current with my tax obligations.
- 30:19I didn't say I was current with my tax returns because they would expect, well, show me your current returns, and I didn't have returns to give them because the tax code
- 30:31is a marvelous piece
- 30:34of absolute
- 30:35fraud from beginning to end.
- 30:39There's
- 30:43so much truth hidden in it that
- 30:45you'd never find it if you didn't know what you were looking for. Very true. It
- 30:49took a guy like John to be able to
- 30:52help me to sort all that out. Now John was the legal researcher who would research
- 30:59all the
- 31:00substantive
- 31:01law. By substantive
- 31:03law, I mean this. There's two kinds of laws in the courts.
- 31:07One is substantive law. That's the real law. What the law is requires you to do and and not do and so forth and so on. And then there's procedural law. Procedural law is how you litigate
- 31:19the substantive law in the courts. And today,
- 31:23it's all about procedural
- 31:25law. The substantive law has gone by the boards.
- 31:29We don't have any substantive law anymore. I mean, we have a substantive law which says you can't come into the country
- 31:37unless you come in a certain
- 31:39way.
- 31:40But does anybody
- 31:42who's in full possession of all their mental faculties believe that people
- 31:47obey those laws anymore?
- 31:49No one does. So the substantive law for people coming into the country is absolutely ignored.
- 31:56And we have these little procedures. Well, when they come in, you have to do this and this and this.
- 32:02And then I was watching a
- 32:05commentary the other day by Tucker Carlson, who's absolutely great. Oh, fabulous.
- 32:11About the
- 32:1250 people that
- 32:14governor DeSantis sent from
- 32:17aliens,
- 32:19undocumented aliens, up from Florida to Martha's Vineyard.
- 32:23And there were 50 people. He chartered
- 32:26or some people chartered a plane and sent it up there,
- 32:30and that landed at Martha's Vineyard, and I guess within
- 32:35forty eight hours they had been relocated to a military base into the brig,
- 32:40what we call the prison, but it's a brig.
- 32:44And so this is
- 32:46probably the liberalest, whitest, richest
- 32:50area in in in The United States, Martha's Vineyard.
- 32:54And, you know, they have all these signs, you know, all people all, you know, black lives matter and this, that, and and and and there's absolutely black lives do matter as do white white white lives and red red lives and yellow lives and everybody else's lives.
- 33:10But,
- 33:12they have all these welcoming signs and all that sort of thing, but within forty eight hours, those those 50 people, you know, they had because it was off season, they had over a thousand beds available,
- 33:22and they said we don't have room to house these people. They had a they had over a thousand vacant beds.
- 33:28You you gotta listen to Tucker Carlson. It's just he's just fabulous, his presentation.
- 33:33And within forty eight hours, they were in a military
- 33:36base on Cape Cod
- 33:38in the brig in in in the
- 33:41well, I don't know if they were in the brig, but they were in confinement.
- 33:45And so so it's it's an absolute lie. We
- 33:48Biden allows them in,
- 33:50and then you you bring them to somewhere like this,
- 33:54and you find out that they don't want them there. They want them in the poor section, the poor states
- 33:59where where they where they won't where they won't, you know, make a fuss about them. And wasn't Martha's Vineyard a sanctuary city?
- 34:07Well, don't. You you you probably know more about that than I do, and I may have I may have forgotten that along with my my frog breakfast.
- 34:15It seems like it was that I heard that in that commentary. Well, it may well have been. It may well have been the Pope's residence for all I know. You
- 34:25Unknown: gotta tip your hat to DeSantos,
- 34:27that was a brilliant political stroke.
- 34:29Unknown: It was. Anyway,
- 34:31I think I've got
- 34:33drifted
- 34:34a little bit away from my topic.
- 34:37Unknown: No, not you. You'd never do that.
- 34:42There's so many
- 34:43there's so many little side roads here when you talk about this. When they're 83,
- 34:49Unknown: they have so many
- 34:50alleys and back alleys and paths and streams and so forth that they've gone down that they can't there isn't enough time left in their life to tell all the stories they've got piled up in their brain. That's why I get the radio show, Glenn.
- 35:05I guess.
- 35:06I guess. But anyway, that
- 35:09Thomas Jefferson brief caused me,
- 35:12you know, on occasion, I'll drift back to the topic,
- 35:17caused me to go to the law library for the county of San Luis Obispo, California where I was raised as a kid.
- 35:25And I spent, Christmas of nineteen ninety one
- 35:29every day of the week. I think they're only open five days a week. Every day of the week,
- 35:35eight or ten hours, what however many hours it was
- 35:38researching all that John had given me, you know, in that 30 page brief.
- 35:42And at the end of that
- 35:45that,
- 35:46vacation, I called up John. I said, John, why aren't you teaching this to all the world?
- 35:52He says, well, I don't know how to promote it. He he had been helping people for fifteen years and he'd help, you know, eight or 10 or 15 people a year who would come to him and so forth and I said, you ought to teach this
- 36:04And he says,
- 36:06do you know how to promote it? I said, I don't know how to promote it, but I know a buddy of mine who is.
- 36:11And that was Dominic Nodder up in
- 36:13you
- 36:14heard of Dominic, didn't you, Roger? You know, Glenn, I don't know that I've heard that name before. Well, Dominic Knodder, if it weren't for Dominic Knodder, should have him on show
- 36:24sometime. I'll give you his emails if you'll remind me.
- 36:30Notice I don't say I'll do it, I just say remind me. Don't remind me.
- 36:35If I say I'll do it, it'll go along with the frog.
- 36:41Dominic Nodder lives up in Oregon. He's a wonderful, wonderful young well, he was a young man there, I guess. Let's see how old is Dominic now. I guess he's in his 50s.
- 36:51But Dominic,
- 36:54do
- 36:55you remember,
- 36:57Roger,
- 36:58these
- 37:00I don't know whether they're called bag phones or something like that. Oh yeah, oh yeah, no, I remember those, yeah.
- 37:06You're
- 37:07this little
- 37:08machine and you talk and you could talk all over the world without paying the
- 37:15telephone company? Yeah,
- 37:18he had one of those and that's how I'd met him. I'd met him at a convention,
- 37:23of some kind
- 37:25and,
- 37:26and he was he is a master
- 37:29promoter.
- 37:31So I said I'll get a hold of him and so I got a hold of him. Anyway, the three of us made kind of a union and Dominic started promoting that John
- 37:41seminar.
- 37:42We scheduled a seminar for February
- 37:441992
- 37:46in Dallas, Texas.
- 37:49And we had 50 people at that seminar.
- 37:51Unknown: John gave the seminar there. Do you know, Glenn? I've
- 37:55had people that were at that seminar that have come on the show.
- 37:59Unknown: Oh, have you? Yes.
- 38:01Is that right? Well, I gave an introductory
- 38:06meeting the night before at the hotel,
- 38:09a free seminar, know, and invited every IRS agent there or anybody knew an IRS agent to come to our seminars.
- 38:16And so we did it quite openly.
- 38:18Anyway, from that,
- 38:20that spread across the country. We gave for six months, we gave seminars.
- 38:25When I say we gave, we charged
- 38:28$1,500
- 38:29at the time,
- 38:31so we didn't give.
- 38:33Unknown: You paid the $1,500 I assume, Roger. I did. You know, I got a story about that too, but I'll let you finish on.
- 38:41No time like the president to give it. Well, I I was, you know, strange for me because I'm just in the sixties and you're talking about Vietnam when when we were young, and I
- 38:51just always knew something was wrong. See? And I never knew what it was. I'd yell at the television, at the news guys, and all that, and that went on through the seventies and through the eighties
- 39:03until I crossed paths with you guys indirectly
- 39:07at a network marketing meeting. Fun and and somebody,
- 39:12one of these three brothers I worked with, came up to me and said, income tax is illegal.
- 39:18And I went, oh, yeah. Sure. And they said, no. We got a tape. We got a tape. And I said, well, I'm open minded. I'll certainly watch it. And it took them it was in Virginia,
- 39:28and it took them about two weeks to get that tape down there. I remember the night I watched it, July 16 in 1992.
- 39:36Okay? That's how I met you guys.
- 39:38And that was a tape by an old guy. You'll remember Al Carter.
- 39:42Oh, yeah? Who had, sponged off of Phil Marsh's information. He was a PAY triad.
- 39:48But he had, as Glenn is fond of saying, everybody's got some pieces of the puzzle.
- 39:53And,
- 39:55so it was,
- 39:5707/16/1992,
- 39:59a Thursday night when I watched that. I watched half of it because that was the night of Bill Clinton's
- 40:06first inaugural
- 40:07acceptance
- 40:08speech.
- 40:10I wanted to watch that, and I figured it'd be twenty or thirty minutes,
- 40:15and I'd go back and watch the tape. Well, if you'll remember, that's the longest acceptance speech
- 40:20by anybody in the history of American politics. You got up there and played a sax ophone and all that crap for two hours.
- 40:26And I must not have been able I must have had something going on Friday night. This is a Thursday night because I didn't get a chance to watch that until Saturday morning. And it's one of those mornings when, you know, you wake up, you don't need coffee, you bound out of bed. Right? And I jumped down the stairs and I threw that tape in and watched the second half.
- 40:46And at the end of it, I said, if they can screw us this bad without us knowing it, what else is going on? And that's where I started.
- 40:54And it was about two or three weeks. I saw Phil Marsh. He just happened to be in Atlanta, very close to my house,
- 41:02and I went and saw Phil Marsh,
- 41:04got some of his information, started following into it, and it was about two weeks later. So it must have been in August,
- 41:12early August to middle August that my
- 41:15deceased
- 41:16Jewish Russian
- 41:17psychiatrist
- 41:19friend who was well aware of all this stuff and was trying to guide us through it, you know?
- 41:25And Stan Brovi was his name, and he had that Russian accent. He kinda says, Roger, Roger, there's a tax meeting in town. I said, who is it? Who is it? And he said, I don't know. It's this guy named Benson.
- 41:37And I thought it was Bill Benson.
- 41:40And I came over there that night, Glenn got up and did the Friday night presentation and anybody that wanted to go through the seminar. And I remember you said, you said, okay, is this seminar and it's $1,500
- 41:53with a money back guarantee, no questions asked.
- 41:56And I gotta tell you, my intent was because I didn't have a bunch of money, but I had $1,500.
- 42:01And my intent was to go in there and listen and request my money back. And at the end of that Sunday night,
- 42:08there was no way in hell that I could request that money back.
- 42:14Well, you remember? It was in it was in an insurance, a Mormon guy's insurance company's
- 42:21office right out there by what's affectionately
- 42:24known in Atlanta.
- 42:26Many of you that have been through there have experienced this called Spaghetti Junction,
- 42:31where two eighty five the perimeter meets 85
- 42:34that goes on up the East Coast and
- 42:37that office is called the Koger Center and it was right next to that intersection.
- 42:43Unknown: I know exactly where that Koger Center was because I used to teach Silva Mine Control across the street, the side of that highway. Highway. Glen lived in Atlanta for a little while.
- 42:53Unknown: Yeah, for about ten years. So that's how our paths crossed, man.
- 42:57Unknown: Yeah,
- 42:59anyway,
- 43:02that's what started our teaching.
- 43:05And
- 43:07we taught for six months and then they shut us down, raided us and with guns That was about in October, wasn't it? October that year?
- 43:15They raided us in November. November, okay. Yeah, yeah, they raided us in November
- 43:21and they said that we had taught
- 43:24a thousand or 1,200 people.
- 43:28Think 1,200.
- 43:30Okay,
- 43:32you know, that
- 43:33may again be a case of the frog.
- 43:39Anyway,
- 43:41we
- 43:45taught them and we taught people how to file the taxes that they were required to file by the IRS.
- 43:51So in other words, no funny business.
- 43:53Just file your your good old ten forty.
- 43:56And,
- 43:58then if you genuinely
- 44:00had a beef, you you complained about something that you didn't like or you thought it was wrong or whatever your
- 44:07thinking might be,
- 44:09you had a right to,
- 44:12do an administrative claim for refund,
- 44:15which is required.
- 44:16You know, whenever you deal with government
- 44:19agencies and you want to sue them, which is quite often these days,
- 44:25you have to do an administrative
- 44:27claim
- 44:28first,
- 44:29what they call exhaust your administrative remedies.
- 44:32And the reason for that is to give that administrative
- 44:35agency the opportunity to correct their error if they made an error. Now, 99%
- 44:42of the time they won't admit to an error, you have to go through that process anyway.
- 44:47So the IRS, you do administrative claim by filing a refund claim, telling them how much you want back, why, and what the reasons are and so forth and so on. And then if they don't give it back or they don't answer your your your, your administrative
- 45:03claim for refund,
- 45:05within six months, it's considered to have been denied and you have the right then to go into the
- 45:12United States district court and litigate your issue with the
- 45:16the
- 45:17courts.
- 45:18That's exactly what we taught.
- 45:21But they said, well, that's a that's a crime to teach people to challenge the taxes after they paid them.
- 45:28Unknown: Yeah.
- 45:30Well, you know, the label that's missing here is revocation of election, but go ahead.
- 45:35Unknown: They
- 45:37you know, it's like, why why bother to have the administrative claim for refund if you're if if it's a claim if it's a crime to use it?
- 45:46You know?
- 45:47But
- 45:49we we did that and
- 45:53they then said we were filing false and fraudulent claims. We said, was false and fraudulent? Well, I won't go into all the the the mishmash back and forth about false and fraudulent,
- 46:04but I was convicted of of
- 46:07aiding and assisting people,
- 46:10for filing false tax returns for for for doing that, doing the very thing that we were teaching them.
- 46:17And
- 46:19when I was sentenced, when you're sentenced,
- 46:22they they have what they call a,
- 46:26judgment judgment
- 46:27and commitment order.
- 46:29That is the court, the judge, gives gives you a judgment that you're guilty.
- 46:34Okay?
- 46:35And a commitment order is a commitment committing you to the Bureau of Prisons,
- 46:40United States Bureau of Prisons.
- 46:42So that's why it's called a judgment and commitment order.
- 46:45So,
- 46:48when you look at the judgment and commitment order,
- 46:51if
- 46:52the the person has defrauded
- 46:55the government of a bunch of money,
- 46:56guess what?
- 46:58They're gonna have something on there called restitution.
- 47:01Uh-oh.
- 47:02And restitution is a is a biggie.
- 47:06And, in my case, you know, and and the restitution is the amount of taxes that the government
- 47:11lost or would have lost if you would have been successful in your venture.
- 47:17Well, if we were successful in our venture, they would have lost millions of dollars.
- 47:21Unknown: You know what the restitution was for me? No. I've never heard you tell this before.
- 47:26Unknown: The restitution for me was zero.
- 47:29You know why? They didn't lose any money because everybody paid the taxes.
- 47:35It wasn't about
- 47:37defrauding the government of taxes.
- 47:39Unknown: Was to
- 47:42get you boys off the street.
- 47:45Unknown: Well,
- 47:47I don't know that somebody said that exactly the
- 47:50way you just mentioned, but we
- 47:55figured that if they didn't get us off the streets,
- 47:58we would have shut
- 48:00the IRS down with so much paperwork, they would have now that wasn't our intention. Our intention was to get the real
- 48:07message about the taxes out to the public.
- 48:10The income tax is perfectly legitimate on on on people who make
- 48:16income and profits.
- 48:17Now income is defined as profits and gains.
- 48:20Gains like you
- 48:22buy a stock at 20 and you sell it at a 100 and you made $80 profit. That is taxable. That's gains.
- 48:32When a woman
- 48:33knits
- 48:35bedspreads and sells them for $20 to the neighborhood,
- 48:39Unknown: you can't do that anymore, but they used to be able to do that. Glenn, let me ask you a question. I wanna interrupt you for a second because you left out a real important part. One of the reasons that I think they came after you guys is after the raid,
- 48:50you moved from Las Vegas back to Salt Lake
- 48:54and got out and John started running against Orrin Hatch and you started running against whoever the House of Representatives is
- 49:02in that area, and you guys were out on the campaign trail talking this tax stuff.
- 49:09Unknown: Well, we were we were we were out on the campaign trail. That that is that is certainly true.
- 49:15I I did leave that out. I didn't,
- 49:18you know There's
- 49:20Unknown: some of this come up around here because it's a
- 49:22we discuss it because it's a way we can take an offense.
- 49:26You know, I figured filing the affidavit levels
- 49:30the playing field.
- 49:31Okay?
- 49:32But then you can take offensive measures. Alright? Like pulling yourself out of the tax system.
- 49:39But
- 49:40you guys went in before you did that. I remember you telling me years ago,
- 49:45you went into the supervisor of elections office and changed your voting status to electors. Do you remember that?
- 49:54Unknown: I remember going into the to that office
- 49:57because there was there was such a it's it's like going into a chicken coop where there were just feathers flying all over the place.
- 50:06Murr? Murr? Murr?
- 50:09We did we did we did do something in there and I don't remember exactly what it was now. Well, see, I'm trying to get our people to press the envelope on that.
- 50:18Well, what you the point you bring up is is is
- 50:22is very valid.
- 50:24John and I were not were not
- 50:27wallflowers.
- 50:28We didn't we didn't just
- 50:30we didn't go quietly into the night.
- 50:34We said, hey. We didn't do anything wrong. Let's take it to him. So we did.
- 50:39And and and
- 50:41as you say, John is a meek and mild person.
- 50:44I I have a, you know, I graduated from Annapolis in military,
- 50:48and I have a little bit more at that point, more than I do now. But
- 50:52this military thing, let's let's go after him, John.
- 50:57So so
- 50:59I was I was just when when we came to sentencing on our taxes,
- 51:03I was sentenced as a ringleader because they all figured
- 51:06if John was left alone, he'd he'd still be, you know,
- 51:10out there in Aurora doing nothing.
- 51:13But you you bring Glenn along and
- 51:15look what happened. Things happen.
- 51:19Well,
- 51:20you know, if I were
- 51:22and I'm not saying this to
- 51:25be
- 51:26argumentative or anything like that, but if I were involved in the
- 51:30stuff that you're doing today, and I'm not, as
- 51:34you said earlier in
- 51:35the introduction,
- 51:38God has kind of taken me in a different direction.
- 51:41In fact, the whole purpose of getting me into that tax movement
- 51:44from spiritual
- 51:46point of view had nothing to do with taxes and everything to do with getting me in prison to where God could talk some sense into me.
- 51:54And it took prison to do it
- 51:57because,
- 51:58you know,
- 51:59I guess I'm not an
- 52:02well,
- 52:04I'm half Cherokee and half Swiss.
- 52:08Unknown: Tremendous combination.
- 52:09Didn't they have you 90 charges up against you?
- 52:13Unknown: I was sentenced for 69
- 52:19felonies for aiding and assisting in one felony of conspiracy.
- 52:23So I've got 70 felony charges on my record.
- 52:27Badge of honor.
- 52:29So I'm
- 52:30a very bad person.
- 52:34At least that's the way the IRS I hope the Lord doesn't see it that way. Sounds like they might've been scared the hell of you.
- 52:41Well,
- 52:43could be. They never
- 52:45bothered to tell me. Of course not.
- 52:50Unknown: You know what I've come to understand, Glenn, and I've really come to a lot of understandings teaching this stuff, really, you know, for so long.
- 52:59This
- 52:59income tax thing, it's the absolute
- 53:02total
- 53:04Achilles heel of these guys.
- 53:08Unknown: Well, it may be.
- 53:13John used to say, and I agreed with him, he says, I don't give a flip.
- 53:19He didn't use the
- 53:21words that we usually associate with that phrase.
- 53:25He says, I don't give a flip whether anybody
- 53:29saves
- 53:30$1 in income taxes. And that's not why I went into this. I went into this to find out what the truth was about the income taxes. And if it so happens that you're entitled to refunds, that's
- 53:43all the better.
- 53:44But that's not what
- 53:46my purpose was. My purpose was to reveal the truth to people.
- 53:52Unknown: To say
- 53:53deal his deal, Glenn, I'm gonna interrupt you again. I'm sorry. His deal was
- 53:58to expose people to the tax system so they could see the bigger picture of liberty.
- 54:04Remember him saying that. Okay.
- 54:06Unknown: Absolutely.
- 54:07And that and and that's and that's my goal. My goal, you know, and I'm I'm trying to carry on John's goal because John passed, and I I believe, as you said earlier in the
- 54:17in
- 54:20the
- 54:21meeting
- 54:22that
- 54:23John had
- 54:26ulterior motives
- 54:29at work here.
- 54:30He really wanted to do
- 54:33the work that
- 54:34God sent him to do. Was a very, very
- 54:38devout spiritual man. He was. Much more than I am.
- 54:43Unknown: So humble and meek and mild.
- 54:46Unknown: Yeah. Really.
- 54:49Not much like you and me. No,
- 54:52Unknown: no.
- 54:56Unknown: But anyway,
- 54:58they said we taught 1,200
- 55:00people
- 55:01in six months
- 55:03and we taught them how they could
- 55:05amend their returns for three years and go back and make their claims
- 55:09and
- 55:10use the
- 55:12information that they had learned
- 55:15as the basis for
- 55:18their claim for refund.
- 55:20And so they did that
- 55:24and they sent in a thousand of those
- 55:29our students or 1,200.
- 55:31But the IRS said at trial that they had over 100,000
- 55:35Unknown: of those. That's right. Let
- 55:37me tell the audience what they're talking about. The affidavit.
- 55:41They had received over 100,000
- 55:45of them
- 55:47when John and Glenn taught 1,200.
- 55:49There's your patriot community right there.
- 55:53Ron, hold on. The Mirka?
- 55:56Unknown: Yeah. Didn't you say that you had some IRS agents in there too
- 56:00learning with you guys?
- 56:02Unknown: No. No. They gave it well, I'll let Glenn We
- 56:06Unknown: we offered them to come in. I'm not sure if any of them ever came in, my dear. To be honest with you, I do I just don't know the answer to that. I cannot believe
- 56:15that they didn't have some people filtered
- 56:18in there, but we offered
- 56:21all of our materials to them free of charge.
- 56:24And I had my office manager,
- 56:27Todd Grannis up in
- 56:29Grants Pass, Oregon,
- 56:31the IRS office.
- 56:33And I myself called the IRS office
- 56:36and spoke with the, one of the,
- 56:39assistants in
- 56:40the commissioner of internal revenue services office
- 56:43and offered to have them come out to our seminars and where we taught our teachers and all that sort of thing. And,
- 56:50they,
- 56:52said, well, we'll refer this to our education department. Boy, did they I
- 56:57never got a visit from the education department of the IRS. Oh, no. You did. Oh, you did. Unless
- 57:03they raided my offices and my home for eight hours of guns drawn and all that sort of thing. That was meant to give me an education.
- 57:11Did.
- 57:13Unknown: Exactly.
- 57:16Unknown: So so so the so as
- 57:19as Roger just said,
- 57:21the whole system
- 57:24is corrupt.
- 57:25It's not because we have a corrupt system. We have
- 57:29as wonderful a system as mankind could have
- 57:33for government, civil government
- 57:35in our country if it would be put into practice.
- 57:39But men are such that they
- 57:42when I say men, I'm using that in the Hebrew sense where men included men and women, but when you said women, it only included women. So I'm speaking as a Hebrew here.
- 57:54That when men get a hold of things and
- 57:57they they can see a way to profit from it personally,
- 58:01guess what?
- 58:02Many of them will be honest and won't do it, but it only takes one to start doing it and others will see him do it. They'll fall in line. And what do we have in congress today?
- 58:13If you've if you've read anything
- 58:15about BlackRock,
- 58:17you know that they're the I think the wealthiest,
- 58:19corporation in the world.
- 58:22There's there's a whistleblower from inside BlackRock said, we can we can buy and sell senators and congressmen all day. Yep. The secret is to buy them without them know you know, without them specifically knowing they're being bought
- 58:37so that they'll do what you want them to do. So what do we have at the congress today?
- 58:42You know, we we have a congress that
- 58:46that allows
- 58:47look, congress could stop this this border thing if they wanted to,
- 58:52but there are too many people being being rewarded.
- 58:57Right. Paid. Paid or whatever it is that that is going on there that our congress you know, you you got Trump and Trump has a lot of baggage. Don't get me wrong. We we don't have any saints running for office that I can see. And certainly,
- 59:14brother Trump is not a saint,
- 59:16but he's
- 59:19the least of the devils that we've got to choose from. At least there's no slave owners in this background.
- 59:25Well, yeah, not that we found yet anyway.
- 59:29Who knows?
- 59:30Who knows?
- 59:31And and he and he brought this this this dreadful
- 59:35vaccine
- 59:37on us, you know, the warp speed and all that sort thing. Yes. So he made some choices. You know, now I heard Barnes, and Barnes litigated the case of the Pfizer whistleblower
- 59:46Unknown: down in Texas,
- 59:48and he saw the contract,
- 59:50and it was Pfizer
- 59:52that reneged on the contract. The contract he signed
- 59:56had all this will to be safe, it'll be delivered, it'd be all these stipulations,
- 1:00:00and they didn't adhere to any of them. And that information
- 1:00:03outside of hearing Robert Barnes who saw the contract say it, I haven't heard anybody else mention.
- 1:00:10Unknown: Oh, no. They won't mention it, Roger,
- 1:00:13because
- 1:00:14as you know, the whole point of this program is that it isn't about
- 1:00:19it's
- 1:00:21about it's about finding the truth today,
- 1:00:24and the truth is a is a very, very rare commodity. It's elusive. That's why I love John so much because
- 1:00:31John was a man who stood for truth. Whatever it cost, if we had to go he said, if we have to go to prison for for for exposing the truth,
- 1:00:41then I'm willing to go. I never thought that would happen because
- 1:00:45I believed at that time I was
- 1:00:47what how old was I? In 1992.
- 1:00:50Let's see. I was In your fifties?
- 1:00:55I was born in '40 and it was 1992.
- 1:00:57So what was I? 50 somebody do the math. '52.
- 1:01:02Unknown: That's
- 1:01:04it for one hundred six point nine WBOU
- 1:01:06FM Chicago. Thank you for joining us for this archive. Go to thematrixdogs.com
- 1:01:12for more information on how to follow us into the second hour.
- 1:01:15Unknown: So I was,
- 1:01:17you know, I still believe even at that age,
- 1:01:22I still believe that if a man was innocent or a woman, a man or woman was innocent, that they would never go to prison in our nation for for for something. Right. But that's not true today.
- 1:01:33That's not true today. Look at look at these these j these January 6 people, j six people that are in prison and so forth. Many of them, they were just peacefully marching there, but but what have they done? They've turned that into a a a grand conspiracy that they that Trump was trying to take over the the capital and do away with the election and so on. You know what they really did here? You know what they really did there? They used that as a pivot point
- 1:01:59Unknown: to pivot all of the after nine eleven stuff for foreign terrorists
- 1:02:04to pivot that domestically.
- 1:02:06That was the purpose of that. That's why they're adhering to it so tenaciously.
- 1:02:12Unknown: Well, you probably know a great deal more about that than I because you keep up on those things and I accept that what you say is correct.
- 1:02:19But I know that it's that the country like
- 1:02:24I said, I'm 83
- 1:02:27years old.
- 1:02:28I never would have in my wildest dreams ever believed
- 1:02:32that the country would come to what it is today. No. This was not the country that I grew up in. Nope. And and I I'm not
- 1:02:40I wanna live till the savior comes back again, okay? So I'm not eager to die,
- 1:02:45but
- 1:02:48I gotta tell you that the
- 1:02:51country that we live in today,
- 1:02:53people, is not even close close to what
- 1:02:57I grew up in. No. It was a beautiful country. It's a wonderful country. Maybe it was wonderful because we didn't see all
- 1:03:04the things that were going on and maybe there was a lot more going on than we know.
- 1:03:09But I know that I loved my country at the time.
- 1:03:13The country that I see today,
- 1:03:16I love it because I love the people in it. I'm an American and I'm in love with Americans.
- 1:03:21But I know that it's a sad day. That's why I could not celebrate
- 1:03:25Unknown: the July 4. You know what, the way I look at it, Glenn, and I agree with you 100%,
- 1:03:32is I fall back on the principles upon which it was founded upon,
- 1:03:37and I can always adhere and live up to those.
- 1:03:41Unknown: Oh, yeah. I love I love that the principles that our that our country was founded upon, if only we would live by them. Yes.
- 1:03:49But
- 1:03:50it's it's not but but I'm not here to bemoan everything in the world, and there are lots of good things about about our country. There are good people everywhere. There are good Russians. There are good Ukrainians. There are good Afghanistans,
- 1:04:03there's there's good everywhere.
- 1:04:06But
- 1:04:08Unknown: And consequently,
- 1:04:09the dialectic applies.
- 1:04:12Unknown: Well, yeah, you you that's something you know a great deal about and I don't. But I do know this,
- 1:04:19that we're
- 1:04:23shown a way
- 1:04:25like I said, the first reason that John and I the first reason that I got involved in this was to make sure that I was doing right by
- 1:04:35my,
- 1:04:38temple recommend. I wanted to make sure that I was not lying
- 1:04:42when I said that I'm in compliance
- 1:04:45with
- 1:04:48Unknown: Your tax obligations.
- 1:04:50Unknown: Yeah,
- 1:04:51that I was indeed in compliance and so forth. But I wanted to know for sure. And if I wasn't, I was willing to go back and file every single document that I ever was ever required to do that I didn't do,
- 1:05:06at the time because to me,
- 1:05:08the truth was more important than
- 1:05:11than saving a couple dollars on taxes.
- 1:05:14And
- 1:05:16I and and John felt that too. And I and I I love that about John. John was a saintly man. He was not a tax dodger
- 1:05:24or anything like that. He was a man who was seeking the truth and
- 1:05:28and truth today,
- 1:05:31we didn't John and I didn't had no idea how difficult it was to find. But truth today,
- 1:05:38Unknown: it's more more precious than pearls. Well, you know what I tell the listeners is there's no pure
- 1:05:46stream of truth in this program right here on the face of the planet.
- 1:05:52Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:05:54Yep.
- 1:05:56And and and that's what we that's what we were all about. And and so I've I've I've thought I I mentioned earlier and like I said, I weave back into some of the streams that I started.
- 1:06:09I
- 1:06:10thought about, you know, the fact that I have not
- 1:06:14shared what file
- 1:06:16because
- 1:06:18people,
- 1:06:19Unknown: you know, might run amok. We got a lot simpler way
- 1:06:24to do it these days.
- 1:06:26Unknown: Well,
- 1:06:27and so maybe you don't need my stuff and maybe mine is no good. No, no, no. Yours
- 1:06:34Unknown: is very
- 1:06:36good. I don't have any qualms with that, it's just this
- 1:06:40yours is not for the masses, put it that way. Ours can be applied to the masses.
- 1:06:47Unknown: Well,
- 1:06:49leaving that aside, I
- 1:06:53thought as I was coming onto this program that
- 1:06:56what I'm probably
- 1:06:59open to doing and probably will do if it's something that you guys want to do
- 1:07:04is,
- 1:07:06you know that book
- 1:07:10I saw somebody purchase it the other day
- 1:07:13or two ago,
- 1:07:14Taxation by Misrepresentation.
- 1:07:16Oh, Right.
- 1:07:18I thought about taking that book and adding
- 1:07:22my
- 1:07:25tax thing to the back end of it as an, you know, just an appendix,
- 1:07:30know, add an appendix and so forth. And that way, anybody who who saw it would see what happened, would be forced to
- 1:07:39well, you you never would be forced to read, but at least you'll have the opportunity to read
- 1:07:44what it was based upon by reading the taxation by misrepresentation.
- 1:07:49And then you'll have a basis for for fighting that if you do come across the
- 1:07:55the Nazis,
- 1:07:56the the FBI and and all that sort of thing. So I think that I'm gonna do that. I'm gonna I'm gonna make that available.
- 1:08:05I don't care whether people buy it. I don't care whether it's $15
- 1:08:08or $2 or 0, you know, whatever you decide. I leave that up to the group because
- 1:08:14I don't want to do something that
- 1:08:17hurts
- 1:08:20your business. Anyway,
- 1:08:22so I'm giving some thought to that because that would be a way
- 1:08:28that you could have it
- 1:08:31if you wanted to if you wanted to use it, you could.
- 1:08:34If you don't wanna use it, that's fine too, but but I think I need to get that information out. I think John would want it out, so I'm gonna do what would please John. Listen, we don't have our business is helping people understand how to get free,
- 1:08:49Unknown: and I don't charge anybody for this. I've never thought I should charge anybody for freedom. Okay?
- 1:08:56And
- 1:08:57I didn't want anybody coming back and using that as some sort of a, Oh, and he's charging for that, you know, the PAY Trio deal.
- 1:09:06I took that
- 1:09:08objection right out from under him, okay?
- 1:09:12Unknown: So whatever,
- 1:09:14I'm that gonna available in a format that, is you know, works for you guys.
- 1:09:21And,
- 1:09:22then if people read that,
- 1:09:25ahead of time, pardon me, if people read that ahead of time and then they choose to do it, then at least they will have a basis upon which to do it.
- 1:09:36Unknown: Glenn, you know what really has driven me, and I've thought about it many times over all these years,
- 1:09:42and what drove me from the very start
- 1:09:46was 26 CFR 1.1
- 1:09:49dash one a.
- 1:09:51Mhmm. And non resident alien,
- 1:09:53and to the lengths they went through to put that in there.
- 1:09:57And that hooked me from that first weekend
- 1:10:01and it drove me to where we are today.
- 1:10:05Unknown: Well, that's great.
- 1:10:07So
- 1:10:08anyway,
- 1:10:09those are some
- 1:10:10of my thoughts along that line.
- 1:10:13Unknown: Raj, if I may? Yeah, Paul. This is Paul, Glenn. He's one of You know, it's funny, the worst interview I've ever done got the most response.
- 1:10:21Okay. How's that? And Paul came from that, and we're damn glad to have him. Paul, what do you got?
- 1:10:28Unknown: And I only saw part three of the worst. I didn't even see parts one and two. Well, you might not have been here if you've seen one and two.
- 1:10:36I have no idea.
- 1:10:38Well, Natasha
- 1:10:40wanted to wanted Glenn to talk about something. She wanted him to clarify something. I think she wants him to go over her
- 1:10:48Unknown: procedure on what he does with the general counsel of the IRS. Is that right, Nastasha?
- 1:10:55Unknown: Yes. Because I really value,
- 1:11:00what
- 1:11:01I mean, I've read and I'm in this process of rereading
- 1:11:05the United Slaves of America. I'm going through it bit by bit. And while I'm at the law library, I'm researching,
- 1:11:12and I have some of the books that are referenced in there, but I'm researching everything as I go along, including the case law that John brings up.
- 1:11:21And then also the taxation by misrepresentation.
- 1:11:24I've read that thoroughly.
- 1:11:26And I and I love the,
- 1:11:29Glenn, what you wrote in the beginning,
- 1:11:31the Sun Tzu letter. Uh-huh. And
- 1:11:34I would, I mean, I would absolutely value
- 1:11:39to
- 1:11:41to have that information,
- 1:11:43to learn that information that you're seeking to make available,
- 1:11:48I think it's vital.
- 1:11:49And so,
- 1:11:51I would appreciate that. Well, is it And then if you could go back to also,
- 1:11:55you were
- 1:11:57you were explaining,
- 1:11:59I'm looking for my notes,
- 1:12:01but you were going back into talking about the difference between,
- 1:12:06you know, the woman knitting the blanket,
- 1:12:09in regards to
- 1:12:12profit versus
- 1:12:14Unknown: Let
- 1:12:14me add something before you launch off into that, Glenn. The Supreme Court has accepted certiorari on the sixteenth amendment case. They'll hear it the next term.
- 1:12:25Okay.
- 1:12:27On exactly what Nastasha just said on defining
- 1:12:31income. I heard Barnes talking about it at the end of this show Sunday.
- 1:12:36Okay
- 1:12:40Unknown: I'm just looking through my
- 1:12:43files here. Okay,
- 1:12:442021.
- 1:12:46Unknown: I think she's referring to the difference between profit
- 1:12:50versus equal exchange for labor.
- 1:12:53Unknown: Right.
- 1:12:54Well, to
- 1:12:57understand our tax laws today,
- 1:12:59you can't go to American law because that's not what our tax law is based upon.
- 1:13:05Our tax laws are based upon the,
- 1:13:09the procedures used by the
- 1:13:12crown or the king of England, queen of England,
- 1:13:16from time immemorial to gather their taxes. And that was that was based upon the old
- 1:13:24Jewish Shittar,
- 1:13:25which is a Roger, you probably talked about that. Oh, we talked about it a bunch.
- 1:13:30Yeah, so that came
- 1:13:35way back in the day, the the Jewish people were not allowed into England.
- 1:13:41And then but after a while, the king realized that he had a a need for them because you couldn't charge interest in England,
- 1:13:49but the Jewish,
- 1:13:51merchants could charge interest. So the the king imported them in there,
- 1:13:56and they set up a separate
- 1:13:58court. They called it it was the Jewish,
- 1:14:01court of the exchequer. They then had a had an English court of the exchequer too. And the exchequer
- 1:14:08name came from
- 1:14:09a
- 1:14:11basically a tablecloth that, you know, they didn't have cars and all that sort of thing way back in the day. They had rode horses.
- 1:14:19So the
- 1:14:22the
- 1:14:23officials of the exchequer,
- 1:14:24the king's accounting
- 1:14:26house,
- 1:14:27would
- 1:14:28ride out horses and pack mules and so forth, pack their books and records and see how much land you owed. Because the taxes were based a lot on land at that one point.
- 1:14:40And they would hold they would hold court out in the open
- 1:14:43or in halls or something like that. And they'd set up their tables and they put a tablecloth over them, you know, and it was it had checkered spots. I think it was red, black and white, but, you know,
- 1:14:57so that's where it was called that's why that's why people called it the court of the exchequer because the common people didn't know all the fancy names, but they could see that there was a court being held out here and they had this tablecloth that
- 1:15:11was checkered.
- 1:15:13And that's how it's got its name. Court of the exchequer.
- 1:15:16You think the court the Exchequer means something very high and fanciful. It doesn't mean anything. It just means
- 1:15:22the tablecloth
- 1:15:23you were identifying.
- 1:15:26So that in
- 1:15:291856,
- 1:15:31there was a supreme court case called
- 1:15:33Murray's lessee versus Hoboken Land and Improvement Company.
- 1:15:37And without going into all the details,
- 1:15:39this was a guy
- 1:15:41who was a
- 1:15:43tax collector
- 1:15:45And
- 1:15:46by the way, some of you followed
- 1:15:48that
- 1:15:49series on TV called The Chosen about the life of Christ way back when? I haven't.
- 1:15:55Oh,
- 1:15:57know, it's greatest TV
- 1:16:00show I've ever seen in my life. It's about the life of Christ and it's not preachy or anything like that. It's so wonderful. But anyway, the tax collector in there is Matthew. Of course, Matthew was the tax collector in Jesus' time,
- 1:16:13Good old Matthew, he's a tax collector.
- 1:16:17But
- 1:16:18this
- 1:16:21exchequer guy
- 1:16:23was tax
- 1:16:24collector in the Port Of New York,
- 1:16:27and
- 1:16:28he would collect the taxes coming in
- 1:16:31to the
- 1:16:33Unknown: country. The excise.
- 1:16:37Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:16:38And they used to do what they call farm the taxes.
- 1:16:41The the
- 1:16:43the the predecessor of the IRS would would estimate how many taxes were gonna come into the Port Of New York over the next year,
- 1:16:51and you would bid on that. Maybe they were gonna have a $100,000,000.
- 1:16:54So you'd bid
- 1:16:56you'd bid,
- 1:16:59just like you would auctions land, you know, you'd bid on some land. So you'd bid $90,000,000.
- 1:17:04So you'd you'd you'd agree to pay $90,000,000
- 1:17:07of that $100,000,000,
- 1:17:09and then anything you collected above that $90,000,000 was yours. So they called that farming the tax. Yep.
- 1:17:16Just like they would farm a field or something like that, you'd bid on it. Now, don't know that the numbers are accurate, but that's how they did that. They called them that in Egypt too.
- 1:17:25Oh, yeah. They did that all
- 1:17:27over the Middle East. So anyway,
- 1:17:30this guy had gotten behind.
- 1:17:32He gypped company out
- 1:17:35of the country out of $3,000,000
- 1:17:37in taxes. Now remember, this is in
- 1:17:40I think it started in 1820.
- 1:17:43So they they it got up to the supreme court in 1856,
- 1:17:45so that's thirty years later. So imagine what $3,000,000 in 1820 was worth compared to today. What would that be? 300,000,000?
- 1:17:54It'd be a lot of money. Probably more than that.
- 1:17:57Maybe more than that.
- 1:17:58So
- 1:18:01they said, you know, they were litigating this case and I'm not going to go into the whole case, you can read it yourself, it's available to anybody on the internet.
- 1:18:11But what they said was, we went back, we looked at the constitution and so forth, there's nothing in there about, you know, how these laws are to be these tax laws are being The due process
- 1:18:22Unknown: of tax collection. Collection.
- 1:18:24Unknown: Yeah. We don't know. You know, certainly,
- 1:18:27any any collection
- 1:18:29of taxes has to be done,
- 1:18:31due pro under due process of law, but what laws are they following? Well, there's nothing in the constitution.
- 1:18:37So we looked at due process. And what does due process mean? Due process means
- 1:18:43the process that was due at the time
- 1:18:46the,
- 1:18:48the constitution was ratified
- 1:18:50in 1789,
- 1:18:52and then 1791,
- 1:18:54the bill of rights and so forth.
- 1:18:56So they said, so the process is due in taxes
- 1:19:00when the government chooses to collect taxes by non judicial remedies, in other words, they're not gonna go into court to collect it, they're gonna do it administratively,
- 1:19:11has to be the process that was due in 1789.
- 1:19:14Well, what was due in 1789?
- 1:19:16Well,
- 1:19:17we have to go back and look, look, look, look, and they
- 1:19:21cite a number of treatises, which I have read because John had me read them.
- 1:19:28And what those treatises say
- 1:19:31on taxes,
- 1:19:32those treatises were were written, some of them before before the founding of the constitution,
- 1:19:38and they described the English process used by the court of the executor to collect their taxes. Well,
- 1:19:44getting back to the
- 1:19:46the woman knitting the
- 1:19:49scarf or the bedspread or whatever she was knitting,
- 1:19:54the the king never collected taxes from people making
- 1:19:58their livings.
- 1:19:59In other words,
- 1:20:01a servant or something like that who made so much wages
- 1:20:05or whatever from, his master and he got little silver or gold or whatever he got paid in, the the king never taxed those.
- 1:20:13The only thing he taxed was profits
- 1:20:16or imposts,
- 1:20:18you know, imports
- 1:20:20coming in and do that sort of thing or businesses. He would tax them and so forth. So
- 1:20:25the the point
- 1:20:27if you go back to the to
- 1:20:29the
- 1:20:31our own tax laws,
- 1:20:33now now I'm segueing into what
- 1:20:39I file.
- 1:20:40I file
- 1:20:41what I call request for determination of twenty twenty two income tax liability
- 1:20:46and for redress of grievance. That's what I title it. And I say, dear chief counsel.
- 1:20:52And I have my,
- 1:20:53certified number there where I send it to him. I send it to the office of chief counsel. 1111
- 1:20:59Constitution Avenue Northwest,
- 1:21:01Washington DC 20224.
- 1:21:04And and here let me read the first couple of sentences first couple sentences because you'll you'll see how I approach it.
- 1:21:11As I understand the requirements for filing a tax return for tax year 2022,
- 1:21:16IRC sixty twelve
- 1:21:18six zero one two requires a person to file a return if that person has received,
- 1:21:23quote, gross income, unquote, equal to or in excess of the exemption amount.
- 1:21:27Treasury regulation 1.61
- 1:21:29dash one states gross income means all income from whatever source derived.
- 1:21:35And listen to these next four words,
- 1:21:37unless excluded by law.
- 1:21:40Just
- 1:21:43so you you you know how my mind works, what's left of it,
- 1:21:47Unknown: I would I'd certainly want to know what unless excluded by law meant. They still use that. They still use that. We get it in bluff letters from the Secretary of State occasionally.
- 1:22:00Unknown: Okay. So then I go to treasury regulation
- 1:22:03section 1.312
- 1:22:05dash six b
- 1:22:07notes that there exist at least some items of, quote, income not taxable by the federal government under the constitution.
- 1:22:15Are
- 1:22:17your ears perked up yet, ladies and gentlemen?
- 1:22:20You mean the constitution prevents the government from taxing certain kinds of income?
- 1:22:26Wow.
- 1:22:27I don't think they taught you that in your your tax law at
- 1:22:31Harvard.
- 1:22:32Unknown: Civics class
- 1:22:34when they used to have it. Treasury
- 1:22:37Unknown: regulation
- 1:22:38one point two six five one
- 1:22:40point two six five dash one d provides,
- 1:22:44and I'm not gonna read it because it's a long sentence, but basically what it says, if you've got some of this kind of income that's not taxable and you've got some income that is taxable,
- 1:22:53you gotta separate your ex you gotta separate that out and tell us which is aren't taxable and which are taxable.
- 1:23:00And then you've gotta allocate your expenses
- 1:23:03to
- 1:23:06the class of income that is taxable and the class of income that's not taxable.
- 1:23:11You've gotta do that.
- 1:23:13So when you file a tax return, if you think some of your income is not taxable,
- 1:23:18and I think that I think your living wage income is not taxable, you've gotta separate that out from income that is taxable. Maybe you made some profits in the stock, the stock market that is taxable
- 1:23:29but your your $20,000
- 1:23:31or 50,000 or 150,000 that you made as an employee is not taxable.
- 1:23:37Okay? They won't tell you that.
- 1:23:39So I go on and say,
- 1:23:42you've got to separate that out. So I said, during tax year 2022,
- 1:23:45I received the following receipts.
- 1:23:48I don't say income
- 1:23:50because what would that say? Oh, if it's income, he ought to know what he's got. He's got income and that's taxable.
- 1:23:56I said, received the following receipts and it's so much
- 1:24:00from social security, so much from book sales. That's all the income I had. By the way, the income I have is under the poverty level enemy.
- 1:24:08So then I say,
- 1:24:09it appears that IRC 6065
- 1:24:13may require that any return required to be made must be executed under penalties of perjury.
- 1:24:19I can find no reference in this provision of the Internal Revenue Service within 26 CFR part one. Now I go into 2026
- 1:24:27code of federal regulations part one.
- 1:24:31Congress passes all kinds of tax laws.
- 1:24:34Okay?
- 1:24:36But they don't put them into effect. Guess who puts them into effect?
- 1:24:40The treasury department.
- 1:24:43And they put it into effect by the treasury department can't pass laws, but it passes regulations.
- 1:24:49And those are contained
- 1:24:51in
- 1:24:52a body of books called the code of federal regulations,
- 1:24:56CFR,
- 1:24:57code of federal regulations.
- 1:24:5826 is titled 26. That's the income tax code. So, 26
- 1:25:03CFR
- 1:25:04is the income tax regulations.
- 1:25:07Part one
- 1:25:08are the regulations that pertain to income taxes because they got a whole bunch of parts. One, two, three, four, five, three zero one, on and on and on and on. Six zero one, etcetera.
- 1:25:19Yeah. So you gotta know all these things to to do this. And that's why I say I've I've hesitated to put this out there because how many people know even what I'm talking about so far? They don't even know what the code of federal regulations is and how it operates.
- 1:25:35Yeah, so some of your people may because they're
- 1:25:38very intelligent, they're educated by your training and some of them do it on their own also.
- 1:25:44And so
- 1:25:45I continue with my sentence.
- 1:25:48So I do not know for certain whether or not this requirement applies
- 1:25:52to income a person receives from a class of income exempt
- 1:25:56under the constitution from a part one tax.
- 1:25:59And then parentheses, by part one tax, I always mean the graduated income tax imposed at IRC section one.
- 1:26:07So
- 1:26:08I'm packing a lot of information in that
- 1:26:11that that the
- 1:26:13general counsel, remember I addressed this to the general counsel, the general counsel will understand perfectly what I'm talking about.
- 1:26:22And he will also know that I'm I'm a person who
- 1:26:25who's read more than the first couple pages of
- 1:26:28the income tax code.
- 1:26:30So I'm telegraphing to him, look,
- 1:26:33I know what you guys are doing.
- 1:26:36I've telegraphed that to him without saying a word about it. I didn't say, oh, I'm so bright, I'm so bright, I know everything.
- 1:26:43Didn't say that.
- 1:26:45But what I did is I conveyed that by using terminology
- 1:26:50that they would know very
- 1:26:51few
- 1:26:52civilians would know. Okay?
- 1:26:55So the next sentence
- 1:26:57is
- 1:26:58taking this the information above into consideration, together with my understanding of the laws and regulations cited,
- 1:27:04I firmly believe that I'm not able to file a true, complete, and accurate tax return for the tax year 2022
- 1:27:12unless I can include a statement in detail
- 1:27:15as to any of the receipts listed above that may not be taxable by the federal government under the constitution.
- 1:27:22So you see the problem I've got? And and and that that was my that last part was my my my my my commentary. That was not in the letter.
- 1:27:31After investing
- 1:27:33a substantial amount of time in trying to come to a correct understanding of the tax laws,
- 1:27:38remember, I'm not telling this guy I don't owe taxes.
- 1:27:41I'm
- 1:27:42not confronting him,
- 1:27:44but
- 1:27:45I'm leading him
- 1:27:47into
- 1:27:48Unknown: a blind alley. You're being wise as a serpent and meek as a dove is what you're doing.
- 1:27:54Unknown: After investing a substantial amount of time and trying to come to a correct understanding of the tax laws, I have no idea
- 1:28:00whether any of the receipts listed above are or are not taxable by the federal government under the constitution.
- 1:28:07Because part one of 26 CFR,
- 1:28:10that's the income tax part
- 1:28:12of the code of federal regulation,
- 1:28:15does not have any reference to 26 USC
- 1:28:186,201.
- 1:28:20That's the assessment authority.
- 1:28:22It appears to me that it does not apply to any 26 CFR part one kind of tax. Let me unpack that.
- 1:28:29The assessment authority for the income taxes is at 6,201
- 1:28:34of the Internal Revenue Service of the Internal Revenue Code. It says something to the effect
- 1:28:41the secretary, meaning the secretary of the treasury,
- 1:28:43is hereby
- 1:28:44authorized and required to make all inquiries,
- 1:28:50determinations,
- 1:28:51and assessment
- 1:28:52of taxes imposed by this title.
- 1:28:54Okay?
- 1:28:55That's the authority. Now remember, he's got the assessment authority, but he's also got the
- 1:29:01authority
- 1:29:04and required to
- 1:29:05do all
- 1:29:07inquiries
- 1:29:08uh-uh
- 1:29:10and determinations.
- 1:29:12So, if you want to know what what something in the Internal Revenue Code means or you gotta get a determination of what it means, who should you go to to find out? Well, the secretary of the treasury.
- 1:29:24Okay.
- 1:29:24But interestingly enough,
- 1:29:27the regulations that would be put out under sixty two zero one would be
- 1:29:3326 CFR
- 1:29:351.6201
- 1:29:37dash one.
- 1:29:38What that would mean is 26
- 1:29:40codefed regulations
- 1:29:42for income taxes. And we know it's income
- 1:29:45taxes because the one, one point six two zero one,
- 1:29:4926
- 1:29:51CFR
- 1:29:511.6201.
- 1:29:54One says income taxes, sixty two zero one says
- 1:29:58assessment authority dash one would be the first regulation.
- 1:30:03Well, guess what folks?
- 1:30:05There is not a single regulation
- 1:30:10in 26 CFR
- 1:30:121.6201.
- 1:30:14There is no regulation.
- 1:30:16Now, why do you think they don't have regulation for the assessment authority
- 1:30:20of income taxes in
- 1:30:24the code of federal regulations?
- 1:30:26Could it be that there is no authority to assess
- 1:30:30income taxes on people as we understand it, 26
- 1:30:35CFR?
- 1:30:37It appears to me that does not apply to 26 CFR part one kind of tax.
- 1:30:42However, 26 USC 6,201
- 1:30:46however, under 6,201,
- 1:30:48it may be that the secretary or or his delegate
- 1:30:51is the only person authorized and required to make determinations
- 1:30:56as to whether or not the items above
- 1:30:59are or are not taxable by the federal government under the constitution. So what I just told the guy is, look. I don't know whether my income is taxable or nontaxable, but I gotta file a return
- 1:31:10that separates out the two,
- 1:31:12and I gotta do that in fentanyl perjury. Well, I'm not gonna do that unless I know for sure.
- 1:31:17So I'm coming to the guy who has the authority to do that.
- 1:31:20So what have I what have I done? I've let him into the just like leaving a cow into a, you know, into the one of those things where you put them on load them onto the truck to take them to the slaughterhouse.
- 1:31:31That's what I'm doing. I'm loading them into the truck.
- 1:31:38Therefore, this is so
- 1:31:40disingenuous of me, let me read it to you. Therefore, because I do not wish to make any mistakes,
- 1:31:48poor old innocent me,
- 1:31:50therefore,
- 1:31:51because I do not wish to make any mistakes with regard to these important matters, I request that the secretary or his authorized delegate make and send to me a determination in writing setting forth what part, if any of the receipts cited above
- 1:32:06is taxable
- 1:32:08by the federal government and what part, if any, is not taxable by the federal government under the constitution.
- 1:32:15I am aware that the government has stated clearly unequivocally
- 1:32:20before the US Supreme Court in GM Leasing Corporation versus United States.
- 1:32:26I'm gonna give this citation four twenty nine US three thirty eight nineteen seventy seven that all quote standard service procedures unquote are based upon the standards set forth by the Supreme Court in Murray's lessee versus Hoboken Land and Improvement Company, blah blah blah.
- 1:32:42Okay? And then I sort of marched them down. I marched them through the course.
- 1:32:50I think I think my my my thing my my my
- 1:32:54doodad is
- 1:32:56Unknown: well, it says ten ten pages. I'll bet you know more than the general counsel knows.
- 1:33:01Unknown: Well,
- 1:33:02I
- 1:33:03know what John taught me and
- 1:33:05some,
- 1:33:06so let me see what page 10 is.
- 1:33:08Oh, no, I didn't think it was 10, but I have the
- 1:33:13tracking numbers and where I tracked it because I never get a I used to send them certified mails
- 1:33:21with a green card. Yeah.
- 1:33:24I don't bother anymore.
- 1:33:25Many years you've been doing this?
- 1:33:28Since 2012.
- 1:33:30Unknown: And how many responses have you gotten back?
- 1:33:33Unknown: Zero.
- 1:33:34I didn't file for all years, you know. I'm a non filer, Roger.
- 1:33:39Unknown: Yeah, me too. Join the crowd.
- 1:33:43We got a bunch of them around here.
- 1:33:45Unknown: But
- 1:33:48so anyway,
- 1:33:50what I do is I think I think my my thing is about
- 1:33:53five page let me see five let me go to page five and see what's yeah, page five. Sincerely, blah blah blah dated 04/18/2023,
- 1:34:02and it puts in parentheses tax day 2023,
- 1:34:05close parentheses,
- 1:34:07sincerely blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah in my social security numeral. So I I I
- 1:34:13marched him through the course
- 1:34:15and then asked him, tell me what is not taxable by the federal government and what is taxable by the federal government. Well, you know,
- 1:34:22you now get them
- 1:34:23to,
- 1:34:24put in writing
- 1:34:26what is taxable and what is not taxable.
- 1:34:29They don't want They're not. Do
- 1:34:31Nope.
- 1:34:33They're not gonna do that.
- 1:34:34Now, if I made $3,000,000
- 1:34:37and 2 and a half million of it was from stock
- 1:34:41manipulation and this, that, and the other thing, and 500,000
- 1:34:45was my salary and so forth, that might be a different story.
- 1:34:48But so I don't know how useful this will be to people. Glenn, when you were when you were gambling, would that
- 1:34:55Unknown: have been taxable?
- 1:34:57Or is that
- 1:34:58speculative
- 1:34:59gain or what? Do you ever think about that?
- 1:35:05Unknown: I think the,
- 1:35:07when,
- 1:35:08when you when you
- 1:35:10make a bunch of money at the casinos, as I recall, and I was going back sometime,
- 1:35:14I think they have you file they have They to sign a
- 1:35:18Unknown: make you pay the tax when you get your receipts, I believe.
- 1:35:23Well, whatever it is, yeah. For those of you that don't know,
- 1:35:27I know you wouldn't bring this out, but I will.
- 1:35:30Glenn
- 1:35:31studied game theory for a year and a half and went out professional
- 1:35:36gambling for two years.
- 1:35:38And in two years, he was barred from over 40 casinos
- 1:35:42from New Jersey throughout The Caribbean.
- 1:35:47Unknown: Yeah. I was I was barred from the casinos. I hadn't gambled for ten years
- 1:35:53and, because I'd become a Mormon, you know, was trying to be a good person.
- 1:35:57And,
- 1:36:00I was with a friend of mine,
- 1:36:04ten years later up in Carson City,
- 1:36:08Nevada,
- 1:36:10yeah, Carson City, Nevada. And we went down to a casino to have breakfast because they, you know, they have good food at some of those breakfasts.
- 1:36:17Unknown: Sure do.
- 1:36:19Unknown: And
- 1:36:20then they went up to a table
- 1:36:22and I'm not sure whether it's blackjack or crafts table, but anyway, but I didn't
- 1:36:29go, but I was watching what they were doing.
- 1:36:33I had a red jacket on
- 1:36:35and that becomes important
- 1:36:38at some point because
- 1:36:39I wasn't gambling out because, you know, like I said, was a good Mormon.
- 1:36:47But my buddies were gambling.
- 1:36:49But one of my friends, the friend who lived in Carson City was sitting back at an empty table because it was morning and Sunday morning and nobody was in there. I don't know if was Sunday morning, maybe it was Saturday morning.
- 1:37:01But
- 1:37:02he,
- 1:37:04one of the the senior officials picked up a phone and obviously
- 1:37:09dialed to the the pit that these these people were gambling in.
- 1:37:14And they said,
- 1:37:15whatever you do, don't let the guy in red in the red jacket put a dollar on the table.
- 1:37:26That's after ten years
- 1:37:27because you were facial recognition and all that here in the computer.
- 1:37:33And my crime damn, I'm not welcome at the IRS and I'm not welcome at the casino.
- 1:37:40I don't know. Maybe there's a connection there somewhere, I don't know.
- 1:37:44Unknown: But anyway, I think I'm gonna make this available somehow, Roger, and I'll work with you on that. Okay, we can get Paul to put it on the website if you want. And one of the things I've been negligent about, I I just don't wanna put it on the website.
- 1:37:56Unknown: I only wanna put it on where people are almost
- 1:38:01forced to read the material before they use it because what I'm afraid of is to put it out there, everybody uses more criminal things and then they convict people, then people say, oh, don't use that right,
- 1:38:14Unknown: ruined.
- 1:38:15Yeah, I understand that.
- 1:38:17I'm
- 1:38:18very cautious of that here too, by the way.
- 1:38:22That's why I preach to these guys: learn the information,
- 1:38:26get command of the information.
- 1:38:29Your freedom
- 1:38:30is in your command of the information and your ability to be a belligerent claimant.
- 1:38:35Unknown: Now, let me I can see the time is
- 1:38:39whipping on and I want to get this message out to you.
- 1:38:43Said that I started out meeting John
- 1:38:46because I wanted to be right by
- 1:38:49my Mormon faith to be
- 1:38:52truthful to
- 1:38:54my bishop and my stake president so that I could go into the temple, which, you know, good Mormons want to do.
- 1:39:04I
- 1:39:05alluded to the fact that I thought that
- 1:39:10I hope you'll understand my use of the term Yahweh and Yeshua
- 1:39:14led me
- 1:39:15into this not for taxes.
- 1:39:18It was a means to get me inside the prison
- 1:39:22to slow me down.
- 1:39:24And John and I
- 1:39:25were
- 1:39:27in prison together in Petersburg, Virginia for
- 1:39:30about a year and a half, and then John
- 1:39:33was sent home. He got
- 1:39:35six years, I got nine years.
- 1:39:37I was the ring I was the baddie.
- 1:39:40Unknown: The little spark plug.
- 1:39:42Unknown: Well,
- 1:39:44anyway,
- 1:39:46while I was there, we
- 1:39:48would go on Wednesdays,
- 1:39:50we'd have a
- 1:39:52special time to
- 1:39:55go
- 1:39:56we had a Mormon
- 1:39:58minister come in and talk to us or a Mormon person. I don't know if he's a minister or what he would come in and talk to us and so forth and we would see a movie or a video or we talk or do read
- 1:40:08the
- 1:40:09book of Mormon or something like that.
- 1:40:12We wouldn't read the Bible
- 1:40:14because that isn't what
- 1:40:16I don't want to say that isn't what Mormons
- 1:40:18do because I'm sure they do, but as
- 1:40:21a Mormon, I never much read the Bible, but read the Book of Mormon.
- 1:40:25So
- 1:40:26one of the,
- 1:40:28they have magazines there and this is in the chapel inside
- 1:40:32the prison. And so I picked up a magazine with something through it and I saw an advertisement for a free book that, you know,
- 1:40:41explaining the bible to you.
- 1:40:44And
- 1:40:45I'm a reader, as you probably know.
- 1:40:48And
- 1:40:49the amount of reading, good reading material you got inside the prisons, let's say,
- 1:40:54is less than adequate.
- 1:40:58It's
- 1:40:59just terrible.
- 1:41:00You you you know, you have all kinds of, you know,
- 1:41:04pulp
- 1:41:05back paperbacks and stuff like that, but no real good reading material. So I sent away for it. It was called Mystery of the Ages,
- 1:41:12a great book.
- 1:41:13And I read it and it took about six months to come in. I was actually at another institution
- 1:41:19when it finally came in. Was in Duluth, Minnesota, and I read it and it was very, very, very fascinating.
- 1:41:26Well, maybe fascinating isn't the right word, it's very illuminating
- 1:41:30about
- 1:41:32the Bible and made
- 1:41:34me more interested in the Bible than I had ever been.
- 1:41:36But as
- 1:41:38things would go, I put it aside and I got out. I got out in the beginning of twenty eleven
- 1:41:45and
- 1:41:49didn't think anything about that book.
- 1:41:52But in 2019,
- 1:41:55I came across it on the internet and I read a lot on
- 1:42:00Kindle, your Kindle books, know.
- 1:42:03You can get them cheaper and quicker and all that sort of thing. And you can make notes and copy
- 1:42:08and paste and do all kinds of things you can't do with a paperback book. But a lot of people like reading paper, you know, having paper in their hands. I'm
- 1:42:19on Google. Well,
- 1:42:20I read Google too, but
- 1:42:23I like the Kindle.
- 1:42:24So I saw it on Kindle, I got it. I think it was 99¢. I think there was a way if I had to search down further, got it for free.
- 1:42:33But like 99¢ was worth it to have it in that Kindle format so I could copy and make notes
- 1:42:38and all that sort of thing. So I read it again,
- 1:42:41and it made a profound impact on me. One of the things now I'll try to bring this down to Ned real quick.
- 1:42:48One of the things that he said in there is that, you know,
- 1:42:53the 10 commandments, there's only one of them that says remember,
- 1:42:56and it's the one we always forget. And that's the fourth how does it say the fourth amendment? The fourth commandment
- 1:43:04says remember to keep holy the Sabbath day.
- 1:43:07And, you know, as as God meant it the seventh day, in other words, Saturday, from sundown on Friday to sundown on Sunday.
- 1:43:15He says, that's that's a test commandment. He says, if you don't believe anything about the Bible,
- 1:43:21just start
- 1:43:23keeping the Sabbath day
- 1:43:25holy as god asked you to do in the Bible and
- 1:43:29test god out to see if he'll do it. If he'll if he'll honor his agreements.
- 1:43:34So,
- 1:43:35I remember I said I use Kindle. So I went through the Bible and I put in the word Sabbath
- 1:43:41to search it out everywhere it appeared in the in the,
- 1:43:46Bible in my my my edition of it. And I don't remember exactly how many
- 1:43:51times it appears. You can find it out yourself.
- 1:43:55But probably a couple 100 or whatever it was.
- 1:43:58And I went through and I read every every scripture before and after, you know, the surrounding context
- 1:44:04of the word Sabbath
- 1:44:06through everywhere it appeared in the Bible so that I could get a feel for
- 1:44:11I was doing my legal research, if you will. I wanted to know what did the Sabbath mean? Because
- 1:44:20Roger,
- 1:44:21I gotta tell you,
- 1:44:22I don't trust anybody anymore because there's so much
- 1:44:27fraud,
- 1:44:28absolute fraud everywhere.
- 1:44:31Now, there are some people that I've come to trust as I come to trust you and so forth, but in general, I don't trust anybody
- 1:44:37right off the head. I'll be courteous to them, listen,
- 1:44:40and absorb
- 1:44:42what they have to say and do that.
- 1:44:45So I wanted to know for myself what the Sabbath meant,
- 1:44:50and I prayed to God that he would tell me.
- 1:44:52And what I came to the conclusion was that
- 1:44:57this was like a commercial contract.
- 1:44:59And I hate to use those words commercial when talking about God, but remember,
- 1:45:04God meets people where they are and then leads them to where he wants them to be.
- 1:45:08Like, you know, leading me into the prison.
- 1:45:11Unknown: Leading me here out of the dregs of the music business. Yep, yep.
- 1:45:17Unknown: So
- 1:45:18the
- 1:45:19commercial contract says, Glenn, you keep the Sabbath for me
- 1:45:23and this is what I'll do for you. I thought, well, that's a contract.
- 1:45:30So I started keeping it,
- 1:45:34and I started praying,
- 1:45:35you know, I mean, not like a monk in a monastery, praying twenty four hours a day or something like that, but I would say my morning and evening prayers and
- 1:45:43sometimes at noon and that sort of thing.
- 1:45:49And trying to
- 1:45:52keep it in the spirit with which it was meant. And Roger
- 1:45:57what is your middle name, Roger?
- 1:45:59Unknown: Stokes.
- 1:46:00Unknown: Roger Stokes Sales. I've got to say this in a formal manner.
- 1:46:05I have prayed in my life before, not a whole lot, not as much as I should, but I'd prayed.
- 1:46:12But I never got answers like I got after I started keeping the Sabbath.
- 1:46:16Roger Stokes sails,
- 1:46:19as I live and breathe and as I declare with all my soul,
- 1:46:24miracles happen in my life. I'll give you one example because it's one that impresses people. It's not necessarily the
- 1:46:32most important one, but
- 1:46:33we were having a pretty dry weather up here. And
- 1:46:38I have hard
- 1:46:41doings with a farming operation with about 4,400
- 1:46:45acres and so forth. I don't own the 4,400
- 1:46:48acres, but
- 1:46:54I tried to help him out,
- 1:46:57but we were dry and so I prayed about it. I said, Lord,
- 1:47:00I said, I'm keeping the Sabbath. You say that you'll keep
- 1:47:04you'll reward your people who follow you. I would like you to
- 1:47:09do something
- 1:47:11to bring rain to this farm
- 1:47:13to show people
- 1:47:15that
- 1:47:16those who keep the Sabbath you reward and you honor and so forth. Because everybody knows that I keep the Sabbath because
- 1:47:23they all try to get me to do things on Saturday and say, it's the Sabbath, I'm not doing it. So I don't go out preaching it, but they know.
- 1:47:32A few days later,
- 1:47:34we had
- 1:47:35storm come through and I have one of these apps that I can look on the phone and the computer and so forth. I looked at the app and so forth and those storm clouds were directly over that farm.
- 1:47:48Not anywhere else, just that farm.
- 1:47:51Wow. And it was stunning to me.
- 1:47:55But there are all kinds of other things. I do a lot of legal work in the courts and so forth and a lot of times I'm stumped on things and I will go to my and I will pray and I say, Lord, if it's your will and you want me to
- 1:48:07solve this thing, please. And Roger, I go back to the
- 1:48:11I forgot to say Stokes.
- 1:48:13Roger,
- 1:48:14I go back to the computer
- 1:48:16and
- 1:48:17two or three cases, boom, the case right there on top of it. Well, I don't want to go on I just sound like I'm bragging and so I'm not. I'm trying to give credit to Yahweh and Yeshua.
- 1:48:29The whole purpose
- 1:48:30that I was led into it was to try to find
- 1:48:34truth and that sort of thing.
- 1:48:37And
- 1:48:38bringing it full circle around,
- 1:48:40it's led me to realize that if you want to know the truth about taxes, you want to know the truth about immigration,
- 1:48:47want to know the truth about it, you need to know the truth about everything because there's so much fraud.
- 1:48:53There's so much fraud.
- 1:48:55And
- 1:48:56I can tell you,
- 1:48:57even the biblical scriptures that you read,
- 1:49:01many times
- 1:49:02I've come to realize that the the Greek translation for me
- 1:49:07of the New Testament, of the gospels,
- 1:49:10has a whole bunch of very
- 1:49:12subtle fraud in it. To get the truth, I had to go to a website called hebrewgospels.com,
- 1:49:20which you can go to hebrewgospels,1word,.com
- 1:49:24and get the Hebrew translation
- 1:49:27and compare it with the
- 1:49:30Greek translation
- 1:49:31into English.
- 1:49:33I hesitate to even say that, but even our scriptures mislead us if you wanna get back to truth. When
- 1:49:41I read the Old Testament, for example,
- 1:49:43I read a version called LSB
- 1:49:46Legacy Standard Bible. You can get it on the
- 1:49:50I use the Blue
- 1:49:53Letter Bible app on the app because I read that in Legacy because they use the word Yahweh
- 1:50:00instead of Lord, they use the real name of God in that
- 1:50:03scriptures. And what's more important or as important,
- 1:50:09they have a thing where you can click on the side and you can then see the Hebrew and it'll translate the Hebrew word for word and you can go in there and do that. So I do that so I can find out what God meant and so forth. I feel like I'm going too far too
- 1:50:25long on this, so I won't go any further on that. Let me just say, let me add something, Glenn, because this has happened. I've read you the scriptures.
- 1:50:32Unknown: Okay. Well, in my experience here, and it's happened more than once,
- 1:50:37I particularly think of is our good student Gary, whose work situation changed, he can't join us anymore.
- 1:50:44But
- 1:50:45they say, I got on my knees and I asked God for truth
- 1:50:51and I stumbled on a link of yours.
- 1:50:54I've
- 1:50:55heard that more than once.
- 1:50:57Yeah. Now the other thing that's interesting here that you'll really appreciate,
- 1:51:02again, I've heard more than once,
- 1:51:04one guy down here particularly
- 1:51:06that I get to see occasionally, and he said, you know, Roger, I never opened the cover of a Bible my whole life until I got into this information.
- 1:51:15And he said, now I'm a devout Christian.
- 1:51:18I read the Bible every day,
- 1:51:21and I'm teaching my adult children who I neglected to teach this to when they were growing up, I'm teaching them this.
- 1:51:29And that's very moving to me.
- 1:51:31Unknown: I should say so.
- 1:51:34I should say so. Hey, Roger? Yes.
- 1:51:37Unknown: Devin from Michigan. Hey Devin, one of our good students here, Glenn. Yeah, Devin.
- 1:51:42Unknown: Hi Devin.
- 1:51:43Unknown: I actually
- 1:51:45want to second that.
- 1:51:47I went to a Catholic school when I was a kid, Didn't really touch it a whole lot after a whole bunch of crap as a teenager.
- 1:51:54But
- 1:51:55all your studies here, Roger, brought me back. I just wanted to say that real quick.
- 1:52:00I'm another
- 1:52:02of what you're describing.
- 1:52:04Yep. Anyways, I I I received
- 1:52:07Unknown: Well, you know, we had a guy and I that's I don't get on here and preach. I teach you politic politics and law and the system, and I guide you to that because that's your decision, not mine.
- 1:52:20Same as your freedom, your spiritual connections, your decision.
- 1:52:24But everything we study always goes back there. Always.
- 1:52:30Unknown: Yep.
- 1:52:33So that's my
- 1:52:35Unknown: I think I've dropped more than a load of hay today, so I'll back off now. Well, me see if anybody's got any questions for you or would like to say something, because there's a lot of people here
- 1:52:44that are very beholden to you, Glenn Amort.
- 1:52:47Without you, I wouldn't be here.
- 1:52:51Unknown: Well, that's Yahweh and Yeshua.
- 1:52:54I'm
- 1:52:55I'm I'm nothing.
- 1:52:59Unknown: Hey, Roger.
- 1:53:00Hey, Dave.
- 1:53:02Hey. Good morning, everybody. I've got a new student on with me, Rod from,
- 1:53:08Oregon,
- 1:53:10and he's got some questions.
- 1:53:12Unknown: Rod, are you there? Yeah. I'm here. Can you can you hear me? Yep. Yep. Alright.
- 1:53:19What's come to my mind,
- 1:53:21that I've I've I don't know where I heard this or I've heard it a couple of times or read it a couple of times, but what do you know
- 1:53:29about something about, like, there's over 400,000
- 1:53:33Unknown: sealed indictments that are soon gonna be, and mean, I don't I don't believe I don't believe a word of it.
- 1:53:40Okay. Alright. Now you've been watch you've been watching listen. Don't bite on this Q thing, folks.
- 1:53:47That is a psyop, pure and simple, plain as a nose on your face,
- 1:53:52if you know the enemy.
- 1:53:57So, Rod, as a new person, state of things you know and you can prove. Okay? And you can't do any of that with Q stuff. Yes, was that Mirka?
- 1:54:07Unknown: Yeah. I just wanted to say thank you Glenn for jumping on.
- 1:54:13I've been looking forward to meeting
- 1:54:15you
- 1:54:16on here and I'm so glad that you're here with us because you brought Roger to us too.
- 1:54:21Unknown: Well,
- 1:54:22Unknown: my my great pleasure. Thank you so much for being here. I appreciate everything you guys went through and the studies that you went through. It's very inspiring.
- 1:54:34Unknown: As many of you have learned at some point, if you get into this, you gotta put your whole life on the back burner.
- 1:54:41And that's the beauty of what we do, is you still do that to some extent, but we've got it
- 1:54:47whittled down into concepts
- 1:54:50that are easily explainable and easily understandable that you can piece together.
- 1:54:57Unknown: Yeah, I'd say the tax code
- 1:54:59is
- 1:55:00a beginning
- 1:55:02process and then you expand from there and Roger is a great Roger covers an area
- 1:55:08that John and I didn't cover and he does
- 1:55:11it brilliantly. I get a lot of people who come to me and tell me that
- 1:55:16they're very glad that
- 1:55:17he does it. And I
- 1:55:19don't take any credit for it because we didn't
- 1:55:22He
- 1:55:23did this on his own after
- 1:55:25the nudge from John.
- 1:55:28Unknown: Well, you know, Glenn, I often think, and I've mentioned it on the program here before,
- 1:55:34you and John were so focused on the tax issue,
- 1:55:38and as I look back,
- 1:55:40John, if he wouldn't have been so focused, could have figured the Secretary of State thing out. He's the one that understood the feudal system, okay? Oh yeah. If we would have known
- 1:55:49to send those affidavits to the Secretary of State first,
- 1:55:55thirty years ago, we may live in a different country today. That's how powerful that is.
- 1:56:00Unknown: It could be.
- 1:56:03Unknown: But we just didn't know it. Right. You know? Yes. Who who's trying to say something? Samuel?
- 1:56:09Unknown: It's it's Samuel.
- 1:56:11Yeah. Glenn, I'd I'd like to thank you for coming on, and I hope you grace us with your presence more often.
- 1:56:17I wanted to see if you've ever considered
- 1:56:21the symbolism of that ex checker
- 1:56:25table cover.
- 1:56:26You know, one of the most prominent symbols
- 1:56:29in the Masonic temples is the checkered floor.
- 1:56:33I wonder if if
- 1:56:35you and John ever came across any ties in the I've
- 1:56:40Unknown: put that together before you just said it, Samuel.
- 1:56:43Unknown: No. I know. We we John and I didn't. No. We didn't.
- 1:56:49He may have mentioned
- 1:56:50the Masons once or twice, but I don't recall him ever delving into it,
- 1:56:55to be honest with you.
- 1:56:57Unknown: Got a couple of minutes left here, not many. Anybody got anything for Glenn?
- 1:57:02Got one. Hello, Glenn.
- 1:57:05Unknown: Glenn. So nice to hear from you today.
- 1:57:08I wanted to ask, how did you, I know you turned to
- 1:57:13John when you were first
- 1:57:15to find out the tax information, but how did you know that John
- 1:57:20knew about taxes to even ask him about it? I didn't. And I
- 1:57:27Unknown: asked him, he came down to a seminar that we were holding on traffic seminars.
- 1:57:32I was the,
- 1:57:33one of the leaders of the Mormon
- 1:57:37men's group in Bullhead City and one of our members was driving
- 1:57:42without a driver's license
- 1:57:45and getting in trouble with the courts and all that sort of thing. So they said, Glenn, they knew I knew I'd gone to law school. They said, Glenn, would you go over and straighten out so and so? And so I said, sure. So I went over there and he says,
- 1:57:59well, I'm not doing traffic and dah dah dah dah dah. So I said, oh, you gotta straighten out and you gotta do this, that, you know, and I gave him the pitch.
- 1:58:07And
- 1:58:08he says, by the way, do you know anything about taxes?
- 1:58:12So
- 1:58:15when I said earlier that the Lord led me into this,
- 1:58:20I never asked for any of this. I was just doing my duty to
- 1:58:25go over them doing. So you can see the hand of the Lord
- 1:58:29on heavy on me saying, hey, I want you to go over and help this guy with the traffic laws
- 1:58:35and so forth and really then I'm gonna get you in trouble with taxes.
- 1:58:39Thank you. Thank you Lord. I
- 1:58:41Unknown: gotta remember remember, I never had a tax problem till I met this guy
- 1:58:47And then I had one real quick.
- 1:58:51Unknown: So that that's that's how I came to know. That's how I came to to
- 1:58:56and then then
- 1:58:57and then I then I searched around and I and I asked people, I said, you know anybody that knows anything about taxes?
- 1:59:04And they said,
- 1:59:06no. Do you know anything about traffic law? Because remember it was traffic law that I was doing in the beginning. So
- 1:59:13they said, yeah, this guy, John Benson in Aurora
- 1:59:18not Illinois, which state is it? Colorado.
