- 10:33and did not observe any child pornography within the home,
- 10:36including on Epstein's desk in his office. Fifty Plaintiff intentionally
- 10:40destroyed her journal and dream journal regarding her memories of
- 10:43this case. In twenty thirteen, while represented by counsel, Plaintiff
- 10:48drafted a journal describing individuals to whom she claims she
- 10:52was sexually trafficked, as well as her memories and thoughts
- 10:55about her experiences with Epstein. In twenty thirteen, she and
- 10:59her husband created did a bonfire in her backyard in
- 11:01Florida and burned the journal, together with the other documents
- 11:05in her possession. Plaintiff also kept a dream journal regarding
- 11:09her thoughts and memories that she possessed in January twenty sixteen.
- 11:14To date, plaintiff cannot locate the dream journal. Fifty one,
- 11:18Plaintiff publicly peddled her story beginning in twenty eleven. Plaintiff
- 11:22granted journalist Sharon Churcher extensive interviews that resulted in seven
- 11:26widely distributed articles from March twenty eleven through January twenty fifteen.
- 11:33Churcher regularly communicated with plaintiff and her attorneys or other agents.
- 11:37From early twenty eleven to the present day. Plaintiff received
- 11:41approximately one hundred and sixty thousand dollars for her stories
- 11:44and pictures that were published by many news organizations. Fifty two.
- 11:50Plaintiff drafted a one hundred and forty four page purportedly
- 11:53autobiographical book manuscript in twenty eleven, which he actively saw
- 11:57to publish in twenty eleven Contemporaneus. With her Churcher interviews,
- 12:01Plaintiff drafted a book manuscript which purported to document plaintiff's
- 12:06experiences as a teenager in Florida, including her interactions with
- 12:10Epstein and Maxwell. Plaintiff communicated with literary agents, ghostwriters, and
- 12:16potential independent publishers. In an effort to get her book published,
- 12:21she generated marketing materials and circulated those, along with book chapters,
- 12:25to numerous individuals associated with publishing and the media. Fifty
- 12:30three Plaintiff's publicly filed lurid CVRA pleadings initiated a media
- 12:35frenzy and generated highly publicized litigation between her lawyers and
- 12:39Alan Dershowitz. On December thirtieth, twenty fourteen, plaintiff, through Council,
- 12:45publicly filed a joint heer motion that contained her lurid
- 12:48allegations about Miss Maxwell and many others, including Alan Dershowitz,
- 12:52Prince Andrew Jean lu Burnel. The joint Heer motion was
- 12:56followed by a corrected motion and two further declarations in
- 12:59January and five February twenty fifteen, which repeated many of
- 13:02Plaintiff's claims. These CVRA pleadings generated a media malstrom and
- 13:07spawned highly publicized litigation between plaintiff's lawyers, Edwards Kassel and
- 13:12Alan Dershowitz. After plaintiff publicly alleged mister Dershowitz of sexual misconduct,
- 13:18mister Dershowitz vigorously defended himself in the media. He called
- 13:22plaintiff a liar and accused her lawyer of unethical conduct.
- 13:26In response, attorney's Edwards en Cassel sued Dershowitz, who counterclaimed.
- 13:30This litigation in turn caused additional media attention by national
- 13:34and international media organizations. Fifty four, plaintiff formed a nonprofit
- 13:40Victims Refused Silence to attract publicity and speak out on
- 13:43public controversy. In twenty fourteen, plaintiff, with the assistance of
- 13:48the same council, formed a nonprofit organization Victims Refused Silence.
- 13:52According to plaintiff, the purpose of the organizations to promote
- 13:55Plaintiff's profess cause against sex slavery. The stated goal of
- 13:59her orga organization is to help survivors surmount the shame, silence,
- 14:03and intimidation typically experienced by victims and sexual abuse. Plaintiff
- 14:07attempts to promote Victims Refuse Silence at every opportunity. For example,
- 14:12plaintiff participated in an interview in New York with ABC
- 14:16to promote charity and to get our mission out of
- 14:18the public, dated January sixth, twenty seventeen, and this was
- 14:22signed by Laura Meninger. All Right, Folks, that's going to
