- 0:15Speaker 1: It is time to leave your warriors outside and laugh
- 0:19Speaker 1: with us inside the Treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with
- 0:23Speaker 1: Trey Trenholm and Raj Sharma. Today is Wednesday, June eighteenth,
- 0:29Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, which means yesterday was Tuesday yesterday. On
- 0:37Speaker 1: Tuesdays inside the Treehouse, we have a little feature we
- 0:41Speaker 1: called Treehouse Talkback, and we ended yesterday's Treehouse Talkback with
- 0:48Speaker 1: dear listener jac who informed us about a new species
- 0:53Speaker 1: of spider. Let's let's go back in time, shall we
- 0:57Speaker 1: to yesterday?
- 1:01Speaker 2: Hey guys, it's jc uh.
- 1:05Speaker 3: So.
- 1:05Speaker 4: I was looking online and apparently brown recluse spiders are
- 1:08Speaker 4: now meeting with black widows because yeah, we needed nightmare
- 1:14Speaker 4: fuel with better genetics.
- 1:17Speaker 2: That's scary, dude. They I've heard they call them like
- 1:20Speaker 2: fiddle widows or black backs, which I don't know how
- 1:23Speaker 2: long black backs is going to stay around, but I mean,
- 1:26Speaker 2: I guess if you're starting a Norwegian death metal folk band,
- 1:30Speaker 2: I mean it's great for you because you can call
- 1:32Speaker 2: it fiddle widow. In the black Backs, it's like their
- 1:35Speaker 2: debut album drops in a week. It's just a trax
- 1:38Speaker 2: of screaming and sadness. Anyway, I had to know it.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Now you know it.
- 1:45Speaker 5: I'll catch you guys later.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 1:51Speaker 5: JC.
- 1:55Speaker 1: So after hearing that yesterday, I did a little research
- 1:59Speaker 1: into fiddle and black backs, and after some very questionable
- 2:04Speaker 1: Google results, I've I've got some information for us. There
- 2:11Speaker 1: is nothing to fear. Okay, okay. Black widows and brown
- 2:20Speaker 1: recluses cannot produce offspring. They are genetically not good. That's
- 2:31Speaker 1: my scientific tape. According to the Google AI overview result,
- 2:37Speaker 1: brown recluse and black widow spiders cannot mate with each other.
- 2:41Speaker 1: They are different species from separate genera, and therefore are
- 2:46Speaker 1: genetically incapable of interbreeding. While they might be found in
- 2:50Speaker 1: the same general area, their mating behaviors and reproductive organs
- 2:54Speaker 1: are incompatible. That's what I said the first time I
- 2:58Speaker 1: saw black dot com. But after one watching a little
- 3:00Speaker 1: bit more of it, anything's possible if you just put
- 3:03Speaker 1: your mind to it.
- 3:05Speaker 6: So it's not just society keeping him apart. No, a
- 3:08Speaker 6: bunch of aunties going no, no, no, I don't know how.
- 3:16Speaker 7: They would mate.
- 3:16Speaker 8: I've met many a black widow and that they spent
- 3:19Speaker 8: a lot of time in church. They're busy getting right
- 3:24Speaker 8: by the Lord.
- 3:29Speaker 1: And I really don't see how a brown recluse is
- 3:32Speaker 1: ever going to, you know, be in the same room
- 3:35Speaker 1: a black widow.
- 3:38Speaker 8: That's a very specific search. And I understand my dating,
- 3:44Speaker 8: and I understand the genetic and compatibility. Like, it's just,
- 3:48Speaker 8: you know, the brown recluse isn't going to lip up
- 3:50Speaker 8: to what the black widow's used to.
- 3:52Speaker 1: That's just.
- 3:56Speaker 7: But he'll know the Wi Fi password, and that's the
- 3:59Speaker 7: good thing. Like were able to solve.
- 4:02Speaker 8: A lot of other problems and that offspring, it's just
- 4:11Speaker 8: it's better. It's better that they can't.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I will say though, that fiddle widows would make for
- 4:18Speaker 1: an interesting country music act.
- 4:22Speaker 8: It's an all female band husbands of dead fiddle players.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Yeah, songs are sad. The songs are sad, but the
- 4:33Speaker 1: lyrics are golden.
- 4:38Speaker 7: I would go. I would go see them at the sphere.
- 4:41Speaker 7: I would.
- 4:47Speaker 1: But where are the black back is going to play?
- 4:55Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 4:56Speaker 1: Someone actually asked this question online before, on the asking
- 5:02Speaker 1: answer website Cora. They asked, is if it was possible
- 5:06Speaker 1: to crossbreed a black widow spider with a brown recluse,
- 5:09Speaker 1: how would its offspring's venom be like? And everyone got
- 5:12Speaker 1: back to them and said, it doesn't matter because it's
- 5:14Speaker 1: not possible. They're never going to do it. So there
- 5:17Speaker 1: you go.
- 5:21Speaker 6: Love will find a way.
- 5:26Speaker 7: I think it'd be like a little smoky spicy. I
- 5:28Speaker 7: don't know.
- 5:29Speaker 8: Uh.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Look, if you're in a secluded area long enough and
- 5:38Speaker 1: it's just the two of you, Like Trey said, love
- 5:43Speaker 1: will find.
- 5:44Speaker 8: A way, you forget that we're still talking about I
- 5:48Speaker 8: still forget that we're talking about spiders.
- 5:53Speaker 7: I want these two to get together.
- 5:55Speaker 1: I'm really pulling for this twenty first century woke stuff.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Isn't all bad. I mean, I really care about this
- 6:07Speaker 1: black widow and this brown recluse. I just want to
- 6:09Speaker 1: see a think or make it work new from home Mark.
- 6:17Speaker 6: That's gonna say the same thing, or it's going to
- 6:25Speaker 6: be one hell of an episode of Maury.
- 6:30Speaker 1: For years, you've heard me talk about how terrible my
- 6:33Speaker 1: memory is. You've even heard me during the show get
- 6:36Speaker 1: lost in the middle of a thought and begged Trey
- 6:38Speaker 1: and Raj to guide me back. I've mentioned how I
- 6:41Speaker 1: try to write everything down to help keep me on track.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I have my routine set so I don't lose focus
- 6:47Speaker 1: and wander off like a dementia patient. But I can
- 6:49Speaker 1: only do so much. So when Magic Mind reached out
- 6:52Speaker 1: a couple of weeks ago saying they think their products
- 6:54Speaker 1: could help me, I was all for it and they
- 6:57Speaker 1: were really cool about it too. They insisted I try
- 6:59Speaker 1: the product first and believe in it before accepting the sponsorship.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And you know, we don't put our names behind anything
- 7:05Speaker 1: we haven't used or don't believe in, so this just
- 7:08Speaker 1: might be a match made in heaven. Plus, when my
- 7:10Speaker 1: wife heard that magic Mind products might make your brain
- 7:14Speaker 1: work better, she was just as excited as I was.
- 7:16Speaker 1: So what is it? Magic Mind is a mental performance shot,
- 7:21Speaker 1: a shot, a drink shot, no jabs, but one of
- 7:23Speaker 1: these per day can help your mind, your energy, and
- 7:26Speaker 1: your stress. They have three different formulas depending on your needs.
- 7:30Speaker 1: All three magic Mind formulations share a twelve ingredient stack
- 7:34Speaker 1: of neotropics, adaptogens, vitamins, and antioxidants. The difference between the
- 7:39Speaker 1: three is the dosage, and I wasn't exactly sure which
- 7:41Speaker 1: one was going to be right for me, so Magic
- 7:44Speaker 1: Mind sent me all three to try for six days,
- 7:46Speaker 1: two days for each formula, and then tell you how
- 7:49Speaker 1: they did. I started with the original formula last Sunday,
- 7:53Speaker 1: and I absolutely loved it. It was actually the most
- 7:55Speaker 1: productive I've ever been on a Sunday. I took the
- 7:58Speaker 1: original again on Monday, which was a great start to
- 8:00Speaker 1: the week, and I noticed an energy boost without my
- 8:02Speaker 1: normal midday coffee and I actually felt laser focused on
- 8:06Speaker 1: finding great stories to share with you here inside the Treehouse.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Then I tried Magic Mind Max to help push me
- 8:13Speaker 1: through the middle of the week. It was really nice
- 8:14Speaker 1: to feel a push of energy throughout the day without
- 8:17Speaker 1: getting jittery and without the wandering mind I typically get
- 8:21Speaker 1: around three o'clock. Then I ended the week with Magic
- 8:24Speaker 1: Mind Free, which is the caffeine free formula, and you know,
- 8:27Speaker 1: for just one week, I feel like I found a
- 8:29Speaker 1: really nice balance and because of that, I think the
- 8:31Speaker 1: original formula is perfect for me to continue with long
- 8:35Speaker 1: term on the show. Though I think for Trey the
- 8:39Speaker 1: Max would be great because it can give him an
- 8:41Speaker 1: extra busa caffeine throughout the day, Whereas Raj I think
- 8:44Speaker 1: is better fitted for the Free because he doesn't really
- 8:47Speaker 1: drink any caffeine at all, so the Magic Mind Free
- 8:50Speaker 1: is perfect for him. Now, I want you to experience
- 8:54Speaker 1: Magic Mind just like I did, and Magic Mind said,
- 8:57Speaker 1: I can give you a special offer to get started.
- 9:00Speaker 1: All you gotta do go to Magicmind dot com slash
- 9:02Speaker 1: t T s m F and grab sixty percent off.
- 9:06Speaker 1: That's Magicmind dot com slash t T s m F
- 9:11Speaker 1: for sixty percent off. Or use code Treehouse sixty at checkout.
- 9:16Speaker 1: That's Treehouse six zero at checkout to get sixty percent off.
- 9:20Speaker 1: And there is one more important detail I want to
- 9:22Speaker 1: point out. They have a one hundred percent money back guarantee.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Not a lot of companies offer that anymore, but Magicmind does.
- 9:29Speaker 1: If you don't like what Magicmind can do for you,
- 9:32Speaker 1: they'll refund one hundred percent, no questions asked. Now that

- 11:31Speaker 1: Today is Wednesday, June eighteenth, two thousand twenty five, a
- 11:37Speaker 1: new day inside the Treehouse that will live in infamy
- 11:40Speaker 1: because this is the day that Raj tells us about
- 11:45Speaker 1: his first run in with All Dogs Go to Heaven.
- 11:49Speaker 1: What happened, Raj? Where were you? What was happening when
- 11:53Speaker 1: when you saw all Dogs go to Heaven for the
- 11:55Speaker 1: first time.
- 11:56Speaker 7: I didn't see.
- 11:57Speaker 8: I didn't see the whole, the whole thing. I just
- 12:01Speaker 8: saw the end, and uh yeah, uh. And it's because
- 12:05Speaker 8: we've been talking about, you know, our phones and listening
- 12:09Speaker 8: on everything you say and recommend things. And we were
- 12:14Speaker 8: talking about Burt Reynolds the other day and I don't
- 12:16Speaker 8: know if that triggered something in my feed, but it
- 12:19Speaker 8: also coincided with I had my dogs for the Father's
- 12:22Speaker 8: Day weekend and I dropped them back off and I
- 12:26Speaker 8: was just by myself and I was just watching a
- 12:28Speaker 8: little tube, a little news and I was going through
- 12:32Speaker 8: my phone, you know, checking my feed and all that stuff,
- 12:34Speaker 8: and it popped up and it said, you know, there
- 12:37Speaker 8: was this thing about Burt Reynolds. Is the voice of
- 12:40Speaker 8: I don't, Charlie, I think.
- 12:41Speaker 6: Is the dog.
- 12:43Speaker 8: I think that is his name in the movie, it's
- 12:46Speaker 8: the voice of Charlie and All Dogs Go to Heaven.
- 12:49Speaker 8: And the thing was like it I just saw the
- 12:52Speaker 8: headline said it took sixty three takes for him to
- 12:56Speaker 8: get through this, and I was like, well, let me
- 12:58Speaker 8: let me see what that was about. What was the
- 13:00Speaker 8: difficulty in getting through this cartoon voiceover? And it's and
- 13:05Speaker 8: I watched and this is why I don't watch this stuff.
- 13:09Speaker 8: This is why I don't watch the Disney This is
- 13:11Speaker 8: why I don't watch the cartoon stuff that you guys watch.
- 13:14Speaker 8: Because I bawled like a baby, like it was the sweetest, saddest,
- 13:22Speaker 8: most beautiful, sad again thing I'd ever seen ever. And
- 13:30Speaker 8: I must have watched it like three maybe four times
- 13:33Speaker 8: it was, and it was just as good every single time.
- 13:35Speaker 8: And I'm like, I don't want to see this whole
- 13:37Speaker 8: movie because I will cry like a bitch the whole time.
- 13:43Speaker 8: But yeah, sixty three takes for him to do that.
- 13:46Speaker 8: Because the girl who's the voice, and I think he
- 13:49Speaker 8: liked his nickname, and it's the cutest nickname in the world,
- 13:52Speaker 8: by the way, I think he calls her. Squeaker is
- 13:55Speaker 8: what he calls her. The act The voice actress was
- 13:59Speaker 8: ten years old when she he was murdered by her father.
- 14:02Speaker 7: Oh god, and she.
- 14:03Speaker 8: Had recorded her part before he had finished the end
- 14:06Speaker 8: of his So he was going based off of what
- 14:09Speaker 8: he knew about the kid and how and how she was.
- 14:12Speaker 7: And so if you listen to that now.
- 14:14Speaker 8: Knowing that, you can hear him like, there's a lot
- 14:17Speaker 8: of hesitation in choking up from the dog to the
- 14:20Speaker 8: in the cartoon, and it's because he was trying to
- 14:23Speaker 8: get through it as quick as possible. But sixty three
- 14:25Speaker 8: takes for Burt Reynolds to get through it. And yeah,
- 14:29Speaker 8: and I was like after that, I was like, I
- 14:30Speaker 8: will never watch I'm not watching any more of this.
- 14:32Speaker 8: I don't want to know what happens in all the
- 14:34Speaker 8: other movies. I'm good, Charlie's good.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Yeah, But I honestly had forgotten the ending to All
- 14:42Speaker 1: Dogs Go to Heaven because it's been so long since
- 14:45Speaker 1: I've seen that movie. I just remember watching it. I
- 14:49Speaker 1: watched it a bunch as a kid, and it made
- 14:51Speaker 1: me so sad that the older I got, the less
- 14:55Speaker 1: I wanted to watch it because it's so freaking sad.
- 14:58Speaker 8: Yeah, now try watching it all fifty that's I'm good.
- 15:04Speaker 6: I can't. I can't believe that because that that will
- 15:08Speaker 6: that pops pops up on a feed of mine at
- 15:10Speaker 6: least twice a year, and I cry every time it is.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I don't know how my algorithm has avoided showing it
- 15:17Speaker 1: to me. Maybe it knows that I just like noop noop, noopopop.
- 15:21Speaker 8: Yeah, it is the sweetest, saddest thing. It's just beautiful.
- 15:26Speaker 8: And I'm like, if all these movies are like this,
- 15:29Speaker 8: I don't want to watch them.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Well, here's the thing, all those movies are not like that. Uh,
- 15:35Speaker 1: And I don't even think All Dogs Go to Heaven.
- 15:37Speaker 1: I'm not even sure if that was Disney. That might
- 15:39Speaker 1: have been one of those other studios. Let me see
- 15:44Speaker 1: it was. It's a it was a Don Bluth film,
- 15:47Speaker 1: which I believe. I believe he's the same one that
- 15:49Speaker 1: did an American Tale. That's the one about five old
- 15:55Speaker 1: the little mouse that comes that immigrates to America. Well,
- 15:58Speaker 1: that one seems to hold up.
- 16:02Speaker 7: They need to remake that one today.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Yeah, forts movie ever, So, Yeah, I don't even think
- 16:09Speaker 1: that was I don't think All Dogs Go to Heaven
- 16:11Speaker 1: was Disney, but I think it was a different studio.
- 16:14Speaker 8: Yeah, and I know that he was really he really,
- 16:16Speaker 8: Don Bluth really enjoyed working with this actress and was
- 16:20Speaker 8: going to use her in many upcoming films because he
- 16:24Speaker 8: said it was hard to find a voice talent as
- 16:26Speaker 8: good as her. She was in I just read the
- 16:29Speaker 8: Wikipedia of her. She was in Jaws Revenge, So Dan,
- 16:32Speaker 8: I don't know if you saw that.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Of course, Jaw's four.
- 16:35Speaker 7: She's the little blonde hair girl.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Oh gotcha. Yeah, So here it is. I just pulled
- 16:39Speaker 1: it up on IMDb. All Dogs Go to Heaven nineteen
- 16:41Speaker 1: eighty nine, from the director of an American Tale and
- 16:45Speaker 1: The Land Before Time. I love Lay Before Time. That's
- 16:49Speaker 1: where the little dinosaurs and you know, running around the
- 16:51Speaker 1: little Yeah. Yeah, God, it's been so long as I've
- 16:56Speaker 1: seen this movie, I forgot so much of it. A
- 16:58Speaker 1: canine angel, Charlie sneaks back to Earth from Heaven, but
- 17:01Speaker 1: ends up befriending an orphan girl who can speak to animals.
- 17:04Speaker 1: In the process, Charlie learns that friendship is the most
- 17:08Speaker 1: heavenly gift of all.
- 17:10Speaker 8: Oh okay, so the context I got is I thought
- 17:13Speaker 8: this was like her dog and he had died and
- 17:15Speaker 8: like visiting her one last time.
- 17:17Speaker 7: But even this is great as well.
- 17:20Speaker 8: But yeah, that's uh, I've never seen the movie, so
- 17:22Speaker 8: that was kind of the context I got.
- 17:24Speaker 6: I mean that that that is ultimately kind of the context.
- 17:30Speaker 6: I mean, it's still about your you know, you lose
- 17:34Speaker 6: your pet, but the friendship lives on.
- 17:35Speaker 1: And it's about dogs dying, which is why I didn't
- 17:37Speaker 1: want to see it as an adult because it makes
- 17:39Speaker 1: me sad.
- 17:40Speaker 6: Yeah did you did you ever see The Never Ending Story?
- 17:43Speaker 5: Yes?
- 17:44Speaker 7: I saw that in elementary school.
- 17:47Speaker 1: That movie scarred me. Can't do it. I can't watch
- 17:50Speaker 1: that movie because of the horse and it when it
- 17:52Speaker 1: when it drowns, and that the tar pit. Same reason
- 17:54Speaker 1: why I've only seen I Am Legend with Will Smith once.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I saw it in the theater with my old buddy Tasso,
- 18:00Speaker 1: and here are two grown men in the theater crying
- 18:02Speaker 1: our eyes out when Will Smith's character has to kill
- 18:05Speaker 1: his own damn dog. I can't see that movie again.
- 18:08Speaker 7: Yeah, how was Old Yeller for you?
- 18:12Speaker 6: Scarring?
- 18:12Speaker 7: Also? Yeah, because they would show that in elementary school.
- 18:15Speaker 7: Mm hmm, like that.
- 18:17Speaker 8: Was like the I just don't remember, like that was
- 18:19Speaker 8: when you knew it was like school was about to end,
- 18:22Speaker 8: because it was always like movie and they would end
- 18:24Speaker 8: with old Yeller, like who's sending kids home to this?
- 18:28Speaker 1: That's kind of an odd metaphor.
- 18:30Speaker 7: It's like, don't have any fun this summer? Here's a movie.
- 18:33Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, so that's why I don't. I just saw
- 18:38Speaker 8: the Burt Reynolds thing. I saw the sixty three takes,
- 18:40Speaker 8: and I'm like, you know, he wasn't a phenomenal actor,
- 18:43Speaker 8: but he was. I mean, I'm guessing he was pretty decent.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Well, let's let's see if let's see, if let's have
- 18:49Speaker 1: our memories refreshed here momentary.
- 18:51Speaker 7: Oh, this is sad, Yes, there it is.
- 18:57Speaker 1: This is Charlie the dog on the bed of the
- 18:58Speaker 1: little girl.
- 19:02Speaker 7: Yeah, I see that.
- 19:03Speaker 9: Yeah, Oh.
- 19:12Speaker 7: Charlie, it's me.
- 19:16Speaker 6: How you feeling, kid?
- 19:18Speaker 3: Okay?
- 19:19Speaker 13: How are you?
- 19:22Speaker 7: I come to say goodbye?
- 19:24Speaker 3: Where are you going?
- 19:26Speaker 5: Sound a little trip? That wasn't the squeaker?
- 19:29Speaker 7: I want you to do something for me, all right.
- 19:32Speaker 6: I want you to take care of it.
- 19:33Speaker 5: You, you know, just while I'm calling.
- 19:36Speaker 7: You got a home now and he doesn't have anybody.
- 19:40Speaker 5: Don't worry, Charlie, I.
- 19:41Speaker 7: Will well.
- 19:46Speaker 10: Goodbye, no, buddy, Oh Charlie, I'll miss you.
- 19:53Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll miss you too, Squeaker.
- 19:59Speaker 5: Now you go to.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I feel like this is too sad for us.
- 20:04Speaker 8: No, but you can hear it, like that's just the
- 20:06Speaker 8: most beautiful part is like you can hear that, you
- 20:10Speaker 8: can hear him like commoting to her because she's not
- 20:12Speaker 8: obviously not there anymore because she died while this was
- 20:15Speaker 8: being made.
- 20:17Speaker 1: All I know is Trey is tearing up, and when
- 20:19Speaker 1: Trey cries, we all cry, and I can't handle it.
- 20:24Speaker 6: The only funny thing, the only funny thing about it
- 20:27Speaker 6: is is that it really because Itchy was voiced by
- 20:30Speaker 6: Don Delawise, and that seemed to be Burt Reynold's job
- 20:32Speaker 6: is to take care of Itchy.
- 20:42Speaker 12: You're in the Treehouse Listens online at Treehouse on Air

- 21:04Speaker 1: of fallen DFW police officers and firefighters killed in the
- 21:08Speaker 1: line of duty, and we've been very fortunate over the
- 21:11Speaker 1: years to partner with some outstanding companies wanting to help,
- 21:14Speaker 1: and today we get to add cook DFW's name to
- 21:18Speaker 1: that list of excellent sponsors to the foundation because Daniel,
- 21:21Speaker 1: you and your wife Carrie have said, you know what,
- 21:23Speaker 1: we love our community and we want to do something
- 21:25Speaker 1: to give back to our first responders in DFW.
- 21:28Speaker 14: Right, Dan, that's absolutely correct, and you know, truth be known,
- 21:32Speaker 14: Carrie has given to the foundation for quite so many years.
- 21:36Speaker 14: But now at a company level, I think we are
- 21:39Speaker 14: wanting to definitely you know, beefed up and start giving
- 21:43Speaker 14: back to the foundation. And it's unfortunately, this is a
- 21:46Speaker 14: foundation nobody wants to have to donate to, but it's
- 21:50Speaker 14: the real world is that these things do happen, and
- 21:53Speaker 14: it's it's the type of foundation that you don't want around,
- 21:56Speaker 14: but you definitely want it to be, you know, available
- 21:59Speaker 14: to the family is that need it. And so over
- 22:01Speaker 14: the next couple of months, you know, a portion of
- 22:04Speaker 14: all the proceeds from the work done from Treehouse listeners
- 22:07Speaker 14: that call in and let us know that they heard
- 22:09Speaker 14: about you on the show, we're going to be donating
- 22:12Speaker 14: to the RMS three House Listeners Foundation and making sure
- 22:15Speaker 14: that we can keep that very stable in the accounting
- 22:19Speaker 14: side and have funds available that when the families need it,
- 22:23Speaker 14: it's going to be there.
- 22:24Speaker 6: So we're very.
- 22:25Speaker 14: Fortunate to be a part of the organization and we
- 22:29Speaker 14: look forward to trying to assist and help it as much.
- 22:31Speaker 7: As we can.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Not only a company that cares about you as a client,
- 22:34Speaker 1: but Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration also cares about its

- 23:24Speaker 1: the Treehouse Show. I'm Dan, He's trade that's rash. It's
- 23:27Speaker 1: already been an action packed show. Not only have we
- 23:29Speaker 1: learned about round recluses and black widows, uh coming together
- 23:35Speaker 1: or not, but we also got to go down memory
- 23:38Speaker 1: lane and tear up a little bit with all Dogs
- 23:41Speaker 1: go to Heaven. So now let's do something interesting, and
- 23:47Speaker 1: that is go back in time again, but the not
- 23:50Speaker 1: so distant past. This time, let's go back to this
- 23:53Speaker 1: past Saturday Flag Day, President Trump's birthday, the birthday of
- 23:59Speaker 1: the United States Army turning two hundred and fifty years old.
- 24:04Speaker 1: So much exciting things going on Saturday, but none of it,
- 24:09Speaker 1: none of it was as fun or as good as
- 24:12Speaker 1: this drunk guest on Fox News talking about the parade
- 24:16Speaker 1: on Saturday.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Oh.
- 24:18Speaker 15: It's former Defense Intel Agency officer Rebecca Koffler. Rebecca, what
- 24:22Speaker 15: are your thoughts tonight on the incredible symbolism and the
- 24:25Speaker 15: messaging that we saw here tonight from the commander in
- 24:27Speaker 15: chief on the Army's two hundred and fiftieth birthday.
- 24:31Speaker 3: I am so excited.
- 24:33Speaker 5: Every and.
- 24:37Speaker 13: Lucas, Tomlinson, Oh, everybody like this is incredible.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Finally the United States is back.
- 24:49Speaker 13: I want to really thank all of our Army, Navy,
- 24:55Speaker 13: and Air Force officers who have been sacrificing there lives literally,
- 25:04Speaker 13: their families have been contributed to the mission.
- 25:08Speaker 7: Yeah, that's when you get to those hard words.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Oh man, there was one point in here where it
- 25:14Speaker 1: So let me tell you a little bit about this guest.
- 25:16Speaker 1: This is Rebecca Coffler. Rebecca Coffler is a where to
- 25:21Speaker 1: put that there's like called bio on her. She is
- 25:25Speaker 1: Rebecca Coffler is a Russian born US intelligence expert working
- 25:29Speaker 1: with the Defense Intelligence Agency and the CIA's National Clandestine Service. Okay,
- 25:37Speaker 1: she posted earlier before doing this hit on Fox News
- 25:42Speaker 1: that the President's remarks ran into her initial scheduled hit
- 25:46Speaker 1: on Fox News, so it gave her time to pour
- 25:49Speaker 1: another mimosa yes, and then and then she went on
- 25:53Speaker 1: TV and in this little section here, I think it
- 25:57Speaker 1: kind of sounds like like like she doesn't sound Russian,
- 26:00Speaker 1: she sounds Asian.
- 26:02Speaker 13: Everybody like, this is incredible. Finally the United States is
- 26:09Speaker 13: uh is back. I want to really thank all of
- 26:14Speaker 13: our army maybe and EMPs.
- 26:20Speaker 7: She had so drunk.
- 26:21Speaker 8: She Chinese is that. I know Russia and China are
- 26:26Speaker 8: very close to each other, but she just said two
- 26:29Speaker 8: mimosas and she's right there.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I'll say this though, and I don't this isn't okay
- 26:36Speaker 1: that this isn't poor taste, but I got it. It has
- 26:38Speaker 1: something has to be said with teeth like that. You
- 26:43Speaker 1: know how they'll take swords to pop the top of
- 26:45Speaker 1: a champagne bottle. She's she's got a room.
- 26:50Speaker 8: That's that's that's the girl that you want with you,
- 26:52Speaker 8: like when the apocalypse happens, because if you can't find
- 26:54Speaker 8: a can opener, she's got to row.
- 26:58Speaker 1: A teeth, like Pennywise saying.
- 27:00Speaker 8: She could just buy down on the top and be like,
- 27:02Speaker 8: oh Ravioli for everybody.
- 27:06Speaker 6: And I swear it's like she has a matching front
- 27:10Speaker 6: and front and lower gap.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Look at it literally their families.
- 27:19Speaker 7: That is true.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Yeah, that's freaky. That's amazing. Let's hear more.
- 27:27Speaker 7: They think they cut away from her at one point.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Yeah, they stop here short here.
- 27:31Speaker 13: And contributing to the mission for his our new and chief,
- 27:38Speaker 13: Donald Jane Trump.
- 27:40Speaker 1: They are prodizing is it just met or did she
- 27:44Speaker 1: did she change Trump's middle name?
- 27:47Speaker 3: They're protising America first?
- 27:51Speaker 13: And I want to thank these offices for all Jean
- 27:54Speaker 13: Trump they are.
- 27:55Speaker 1: You're saying Donald Jane Trump, isn't it John it.
- 28:02Speaker 7: Is John, but I like, Jene, that's.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Donald Jean Trump. Is there is there another one running
- 28:06Speaker 1: around that we're not aware of that? She is like
- 28:09Speaker 1: like somehow there's there's a Trump twin that runs around
- 28:12Speaker 1: her house. After the second mimosa Donald Jean Trump.
- 28:19Speaker 7: That's when you cut away. She just called them, Gene,
- 28:21Speaker 7: can we go?
- 28:24Speaker 13: They're prochising America first, and I want to thank these
- 28:29Speaker 13: officers for all of these sacrifices.
- 28:32Speaker 6: You know what it is.
- 28:33Speaker 1: It's not that she sounds Asian. It's that she sounds
- 28:36Speaker 1: like a three year old who doesn't say her rs. Yes,
- 28:41Speaker 1: listen to.
- 28:41Speaker 13: This again first, and I want to thank these officers
- 28:46Speaker 13: for all of these sacrifices and uh, all.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Of the hardships that their families come and doing. Laurence Jones,
- 28:54Speaker 3: you are doing, You're you're laughing man like you.
- 29:00Speaker 6: Sure, thank you.
- 29:02Speaker 3: I want to thank.
- 29:04Speaker 6: Thank you so.
- 29:05Speaker 15: Much, Rebecca, thank you and thank you for your service too.
- 29:10Speaker 7: Look at his face? Were you positive? That's the face
- 29:12Speaker 7: that says it all, like, look at his faces like this?
- 29:18Speaker 6: It starts out she calls him lucless Tomlinson, which is
- 29:21Speaker 6: a white guy.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Damn, Rebecca, how many mimosas.
- 29:28Speaker 7: Did you have.
- 29:34Speaker 8: I've never had one, but I'm starting today.
- 29:40Speaker 10: You're listening to the Treehouse visits online at Treehouse on
- 29:44Speaker 10: Air dot com.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Did you have something else?
- 29:48Speaker 6: Trey and she got bitten by a black back?
- 29:56Speaker 1: I see white people.
- 30:09Speaker 5: You're in the Treehouse.

- 30:25Speaker 1: That's at Treehouse on Air. Give us a follow on
- 30:28Speaker 1: social media. Today. This is the Treehouse Show. I'm Daniel
- 30:32Speaker 1: Malley along with Trey Trenholm and Raj Sharma. We were
- 30:36Speaker 1: just enjoying the Fox News hit on Saturday done by
- 30:42Speaker 1: intelligence expert CIA former CIA employee expert Rebecca Coffler, where
- 30:50Speaker 1: she was slurring a bit she had posted on Elon's
- 30:56Speaker 1: Twitter x thing before doing her television appearance that the
- 31:00Speaker 1: President's remarks ran a little long, so they gave her
- 31:02Speaker 1: time to have another champagne, and Roger said she posted
- 31:07Speaker 1: a photo of it right she did, so.
- 31:09Speaker 8: Her caption was, I have time to refresh this and
- 31:13Speaker 8: it's an empty glass. And then a half empty bottle
- 31:16Speaker 8: of champagne, which they took down after this beautiful, beautiful interview,
- 31:22Speaker 8: and then she released a statement saying it's not true.
- 31:26Speaker 8: She was not intoxicated.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Really, so you want people thinking this is you sober.
- 31:34Speaker 3: Tizing America first?
- 31:36Speaker 13: And I want to thank these offices for all of
- 31:39Speaker 13: these sacrifices.
- 31:41Speaker 1: And yeah, man, she really does sound like like a
- 31:44Speaker 1: three or four year old that's just learning to speak
- 31:46Speaker 1: and doesn't say her rs.
- 31:51Speaker 7: How do you say yellow? Yellow?
- 31:52Speaker 5: No?
- 31:53Speaker 7: Stop?
- 31:54Speaker 6: Sounds like every white lady in Uptown after a bottomless
- 31:57Speaker 6: mimosas on Saturday and Sunday.
- 32:02Speaker 9: I was.
- 32:04Speaker 7: I was going to say it, but then I'd get
- 32:05Speaker 7: in trouble.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, you get in trouble for white bashing. So
- 32:09Speaker 1: let trace and he ain't wrong. And by the way,
- 32:13Speaker 1: I've been white girl drunk on mimosas before.
- 32:17Speaker 8: I've never Is it just because of this, I'm guessing
- 32:19Speaker 8: it's the sugar content between the orange juice and the champagne.
- 32:22Speaker 6: No, it's the two bottles of champagne.
- 32:24Speaker 8: It's the alcohol, but isn't isn't a champagne because of
- 32:29Speaker 8: the bubbles, like it opens your your cells, So they
- 32:33Speaker 8: can like more oxygen.
- 32:35Speaker 6: Anything carbonated gets in your system faster just because it
- 32:38Speaker 6: absorbs in the stomach.
- 32:39Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 32:40Speaker 8: Well, she she proved it. She proved that theory. So
- 32:44Speaker 8: I will I've never ma'am.
- 32:46Speaker 7: What would you like?
- 32:47Speaker 1: What juice would you like with your mimosa today? Orange?
- 32:54Speaker 1: She's cut off. We can't even give you any How
- 32:57Speaker 1: many did you have at the last place?
- 32:59Speaker 8: Now we don't care if they were free?
- 33:04Speaker 3: Man?
- 33:05Speaker 7: How many did you have? We I understand, we get it,
- 33:12Speaker 7: all right?
- 33:13Speaker 1: All right, all right, let's let's enough making fun of
- 33:16Speaker 1: the uh Rebecca Coffler. Let's do something. Let's switch gears
- 33:20Speaker 1: here and let's jump into a brand new thing that
- 33:22Speaker 1: we discovered last week. Let's jump into Trey's twats. I
- 33:29Speaker 1: think that needs to be the intro for it every
- 33:30Speaker 1: time time now to jump into Trey's twats. The only
- 33:35Speaker 1: thing that's missing is some sort of a musical intro.
- 33:37Speaker 1: So if you have a song in mind, Trey, let
- 33:39Speaker 1: me know and we can we can insert that. All right,
- 33:44Speaker 1: So for Trey's twats, what what has peaked your curiosity
- 33:49Speaker 1: to such a degree that you feel like you have
- 33:51Speaker 1: found your inaugural inductees into trace.
- 33:54Speaker 6: Twats Well, you know there's a lot of protests over
- 33:57Speaker 6: the weekend. Uh oh yeah, and you know it's you're
- 34:01Speaker 6: right to protest, go for it. But you know, we're
- 34:04Speaker 6: living in a time because it's also Pride month, and
- 34:09Speaker 6: living in a time where things seem to be really
- 34:10Speaker 6: getting very confused, commingled whatever. And so my thwoughts of
- 34:16Speaker 6: the week are Queers for Palestine. I'm sorry say that again,
- 34:21Speaker 6: Queers for Palestine.
- 34:23Speaker 7: Mm hmm. It's a thing, yep.
- 34:26Speaker 6: And as I watched them and their Rainbow cafeas chanting,
- 34:33Speaker 6: you know, from the river to the sea, you are,
- 34:37Speaker 6: you are calling for the destruction of the only nation
- 34:41Speaker 6: in the Middle East that recognizes gay rights. Otherwise, you know,
- 34:46Speaker 6: I live, I understand. We've lived in a society, especially
- 34:49Speaker 6: the last twenty years, where people, you know, instead of
- 34:51Speaker 6: going no, you can't do that, everyone's just capitulated and
- 34:53Speaker 6: go sure you want to be a cat, Yeah you
- 34:55Speaker 6: can do that. The one thing that doesn't capitulate and
- 34:58Speaker 6: has not bent isl and especially their stance on homosexuality.
- 35:03Speaker 1: You're right, there are pretty consistent.
- 35:04Speaker 6: Yeah, if you really are that committed to the cause
- 35:08Speaker 6: mm hm. Get an apple costume, an old old English
- 35:13Speaker 6: powdered wig. M go to Palestine, recreate Newton discovering gat gravity,
- 35:18Speaker 6: because that is what will happen. Put your apple suit
- 35:20Speaker 6: on and go to the rooftop because they're gonna chunk
- 35:22Speaker 6: you off and demonstrate the effects of gravity. Yes, that's
- 35:26Speaker 6: what happened.
- 35:27Speaker 1: They may or may not say thank you for the support.
- 35:31Speaker 8: No, no, they'll they'll definitely say, uh, farewell on the
- 35:35Speaker 8: on the way down.
- 35:37Speaker 7: And I'm as trust me, I'm as liberal as they come.
- 35:39Speaker 8: But uh, when I when I saw that, my my
- 35:43Speaker 8: favorite moment was gol Mar addressing it. Uh, and he's like,
- 35:47Speaker 8: here's the deal. I understand you have every right to
- 35:50Speaker 8: take a stance. Uh, let's do this, take a gap
- 35:54Speaker 8: year and go over there and and start the movement
- 35:59Speaker 8: Queer's for Palestine.
- 36:01Speaker 7: And uh, here's the thing. If you if you.
- 36:03Speaker 8: Haven't taken physics yet, uh, they'll they'll demonstrate how it works.
- 36:07Speaker 8: Uh they're they're not. Yeah, they're not very tolerant of that.
- 36:12Speaker 8: And although you think you're doing something great on this
- 36:15Speaker 8: side of the pond, take it over there and see.
- 36:17Speaker 7: How that works.
- 36:18Speaker 8: That's why there's the the gay community is underground and
- 36:22Speaker 8: super oppressed, and and and and and to do that,
- 36:25Speaker 8: like you're it's almost mocking it.
- 36:27Speaker 7: So let's just not let's just not do that.
- 36:29Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Like like Trey, when you said queers for Palestine, I
- 36:32Speaker 1: thought that was sort of some sort of oxymoronic phrase,
- 36:37Speaker 1: not an actual group of people. No, no, do not
- 36:39Speaker 1: go together.
- 36:40Speaker 6: And you know they're it's just where things have gotten
- 36:44Speaker 6: so conflated that, uh and confused. I understand that the
- 36:50Speaker 6: gay community, the LGBT community, and it's all over the world,
- 36:54Speaker 6: especially the United States, been repressed, not treated right everything else.
- 36:59Speaker 6: And I understand, and you know, we can debate whether
- 37:02Speaker 6: right or wrong, but you feel like the Palestinian people,
- 37:05Speaker 6: you know, are oppressed and mistreated and all these other things,
- 37:08Speaker 6: and you identify with that, but but make no mistake
- 37:10Speaker 6: about it, they'll kill you. And actually the chances are,
- 37:14Speaker 6: because you generally have to go through Egypt to get
- 37:16Speaker 6: to Palestine, you wouldn't even make it to Palestine.
- 37:20Speaker 7: And it's here's the thing.
- 37:22Speaker 8: And it's I understand, like coming out in support of
- 37:26Speaker 8: who you are as a person, like I'm queer and
- 37:29Speaker 8: supporting uh, you know, if you chuse support Palestine is
- 37:32Speaker 8: whatever it is supporting Palestine.
- 37:35Speaker 7: I get, I get the two of those.
- 37:37Speaker 8: When you combine them, you're kind of making a fool
- 37:40Speaker 8: out of yourself because you're trying to say that the
- 37:43Speaker 8: people there are tolerant of you as well, and that's
- 37:46Speaker 8: not correct. So as as tolerant as it is here
- 37:51Speaker 8: for you to be able to demonstrate that, that's amazing
- 37:53Speaker 8: and that speaks volumes. But it's also like there's a
- 37:56Speaker 8: lot of people over there that have to stay underground,
- 37:58Speaker 8: that have to stay hidden because of what would happen.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like there there are certain there are certain
- 38:04Speaker 1: oxy there are certain oxymorons that are just going to
- 38:08Speaker 1: raise eyebrows. Yeah, Queers for Palestine is probably the biggest one.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Capitalists for China. Yeah, black privilege. These are all things
- 38:18Speaker 1: that you're like, I don't think these two things typically
- 38:20Speaker 1: go together. So why are you forcing these things onto
- 38:22Speaker 1: one another when it doesn't seem like it's dealing with reality.
- 38:26Speaker 8: And I'm still trying to figure out Jews for Jesus
- 38:28Speaker 8: as that one is still thank you, I can't figure that.
- 38:32Speaker 8: I see that that van driving around, and again as
- 38:35Speaker 8: a Hindu, I'm like, I don't I don't know. I
- 38:38Speaker 8: don't know what y'all are doing. I don't know if
- 38:42Speaker 8: this is supposed to be hilarious, because it is to me.
- 38:44Speaker 6: At a certain point. You're a character in a mel
- 38:46Speaker 6: Brooks movie.
- 38:49Speaker 1: Oh my god, you're right. Queers for Palestine will fit
- 38:51Speaker 1: in great in Spaceball's too.
- 38:58Speaker 9: You're listening to the two.

- 39:50Speaker 1: this is The Treehouse Show. I'm Dan, He's trade. That's RAJ.
- 39:53Speaker 1: Today is Wednesday, June eighteenth, twenty twenty five. Let's celebrate
- 39:59Speaker 1: today birthdays turning. It's kind of a weird birthday day.
- 40:06Speaker 1: It's kind of light on the front but heaving on
- 40:08Speaker 1: the on the backside, so it's sort of like a
- 40:10Speaker 1: mullet birthday day. Willa Holland is thirty four today. She
- 40:15Speaker 1: plays Oliver Queen's sister Thea on Arrow. I liked that
- 40:19Speaker 1: show for quite a while. Jacob Anderson is thirty five.
- 40:22Speaker 1: He played Gray Worm on Game of Thrones. Richard Madden
- 40:26Speaker 1: is thirty nine to day. He played Rob Stark on
- 40:29Speaker 1: Game of Thrones. A great lesson in there is that
- 40:33Speaker 1: if you ever watched Game of Thrones, you know that
- 40:35Speaker 1: for the most part, no character was safe because they
- 40:38Speaker 1: killed people left and right on that show, including what
- 40:40Speaker 1: you thought were going to be the stars of the show.
- 40:42Speaker 1: In season one, Richard Madden was one of them at
- 40:45Speaker 1: an episode called The Red Wedding. Here's this central family
- 40:48Speaker 1: you think are going to be the heroes of this
- 40:50Speaker 1: entire show, and then almost all of them get murdered
- 40:54Speaker 1: inside of five minutes.
- 40:56Speaker 8: Yeah, And as an actor like I, that's when I
- 40:59Speaker 8: feel for their actors. As you know, they got the
- 41:01Speaker 8: gig and they you know, they went through the audition process,
- 41:03Speaker 8: they did everything right, and they got it. They got
- 41:06Speaker 8: the look that everything, and they're going to their family.
- 41:08Speaker 8: They're like, I'm in the next big thing. Yeah, Game
- 41:11Speaker 8: of Thrones. They're gonna I mean, it's gonna be everywhere,
- 41:13Speaker 8: it's gonna be the new sensation. And then you get
- 41:15Speaker 8: that that script like the week before, and you're like, oh.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Man, And that has to be how Richard Madden felt,
- 41:23Speaker 1: because not only did he get the role of Rob
- 41:25Speaker 1: Stark and got killed in season one, thinking he just
- 41:28Speaker 1: landed a huge television series. After that, he went and
- 41:33Speaker 1: did the Marvel movie Eternals thinking the same thing, and
- 41:37Speaker 1: once again.
- 41:38Speaker 7: Me send the car back. We can't afford it.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Somehow I got cast in the worst Marvel movie. But
- 41:48Speaker 1: at least he wasn't in the Marvels.
- 41:50Speaker 6: Yeah, that's kill off the main characters. It's like, generally
- 41:57Speaker 6: it doesn't play out that well. I mean, look at
- 42:00Speaker 6: I don't know, Dan, did you watch The Last of
- 42:02Speaker 6: Us YEP season two? Pascal.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Well, here's the thing, here's here's the reason why some
- 42:11Speaker 1: movies stray away from the source material. Okay, if there's
- 42:17Speaker 1: a really good book and Hollywood decides to make a
- 42:20Speaker 1: movie out of it, sometimes they are going to make
- 42:22Speaker 1: some changes to that story. Because they know that it's
- 42:24Speaker 1: going to be a better movie. If they do, it'll
- 42:27Speaker 1: make the diehard fans of the book really really mad,
- 42:30Speaker 1: but they don't care because they're going to get your
- 42:32Speaker 1: money anyway, because you're going to go see it once.
- 42:34Speaker 1: What they want to do is get movie fans. So
- 42:37Speaker 1: what the Last of Us TV show did is followed
- 42:40Speaker 1: the game extremely closely, and they killed the main character
- 42:47Speaker 1: in that show in episode two of season two and
- 42:53Speaker 1: didn't really bring them back until like the last episode,
- 42:55Speaker 1: like a couple of flashbacks here and there, like, and
- 42:58Speaker 1: then things changed. Even though the TV show followed the game,
- 43:03Speaker 1: and it made fans of the TV show mad. But
- 43:07Speaker 1: and this is where it's interesting, people that played the
- 43:10Speaker 1: game already knew what was going to happen because it
- 43:13Speaker 1: follows it so closely. Gotcha, by the way, the game
- 43:18Speaker 1: was controversial as well, So now you've got a whole
- 43:20Speaker 1: new rung of people mad at the television show for
- 43:23Speaker 1: various reasons, not the least of which is being too
- 43:26Speaker 1: woke for its own good. But that was one of
- 43:29Speaker 1: the complaints of a lot of the video gamers is
- 43:30Speaker 1: they thought the same thing about the game. So the
- 43:32Speaker 1: TV show followed the game, Surprise surprise. It made a
- 43:35Speaker 1: whole new section of people angry.
- 43:38Speaker 6: Or people like me who've never played the game. But
- 43:42Speaker 6: you just you made the show less interesting when you
- 43:45Speaker 6: killed off Pedro Pascal.
- 43:46Speaker 8: And that's what I was going to say, How like,
- 43:49Speaker 8: how do you keep I don't know the show or
- 43:51Speaker 8: the game, but I've seen that happen before in other shows.
- 43:55Speaker 7: But how do you keep watching? Well, like the guy
- 43:57Speaker 7: you're invested in, like I would stop right there.
- 44:00Speaker 6: That's I got I I he got killed into say
- 44:03Speaker 6: episode two. I made it through season or episode three,
- 44:06Speaker 6: and then I was like, I'm done.
- 44:08Speaker 1: And that's how I saw that story, because, like you said, Raj,
- 44:11Speaker 1: if they killed off your favorite character, how do you
- 44:13Speaker 1: keep watching? Most people didn't. That show lost like sixty
- 44:18Speaker 1: percent of its audience from episode two to the final one.
- 44:22Speaker 7: Yeah, and so did the Writer's Room.
- 44:25Speaker 6: And they came out and the director of it was like, yeah,
- 44:30Speaker 6: we completely screwed the pooch on this one, because.
- 44:34Speaker 8: There are I mean, that's like, that's like having twenty
- 44:36Speaker 8: four and killing Jack Bauer.
- 44:37Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, Like what would I still watch this show?
- 44:42Speaker 7: I don't.
- 44:43Speaker 8: Yeah, that's so that's one of those things where it's
- 44:46Speaker 8: like the audience will follow us, trust me, And then
- 44:48Speaker 8: as you're carrying your box to your car being let
- 44:50Speaker 8: out by security, that's what the security guys.
- 44:54Speaker 7: Like, I believed in you. Man. You're like, thanks, man,
- 44:56Speaker 7: I appreciate it. Do I still get my parking space?
- 45:08Speaker 1: No, you're lucky. We're letting you leave here alive.

- 46:12Speaker 1: here inside the Treehouse and maybe even share it during
- 46:15Speaker 1: Treehouse Talkback on Tuesdays. It's Treehouse on Air dot com.
- 46:19Speaker 1: This is the Treehouse Show. I'm Daniel Malley along with
- 46:21Speaker 1: Trey Turnholm and Raj Sharma. I do have some sad
- 46:26Speaker 1: news I got to share with you guys. It's a
- 46:27Speaker 1: bit of an announcement, but there's no easy way to
- 46:31Speaker 1: say it. I just I don't know how much longer
- 46:34Speaker 1: I'll be able to do the show, because I got
- 46:38Speaker 1: a text message just yesterday that says the North Texas
- 46:42Speaker 1: Turnpike Administration is coming to get me. It's it's their
- 46:47Speaker 1: final notice, and I just I don't know what I'm
- 46:51Speaker 1: gonna do. I may have to go underground, maybe maybe
- 46:53Speaker 1: go into hiding, because I will say, I'm grateful that
- 47:00Speaker 1: while the North Texas Turnpike Administration is coming after me
- 47:04Speaker 1: for some type of fines and penalties, I'm grateful it's
- 47:08Speaker 1: not the North Texas Tollway Authority because then I'd be
- 47:11Speaker 1: really really scared.
- 47:13Speaker 8: Well, since we're making announcements, i'm you can go underground
- 47:17Speaker 8: with me, because I got a text about two hours
- 47:21Speaker 8: ago that the DMV is coming after me and I
- 47:26Speaker 8: need to pay an exorbitant fine and apologize otherwise I
- 47:30Speaker 8: will be immediately arrested.
- 47:32Speaker 7: So yeah, I think I'm going to go.
- 47:36Speaker 1: That's some troubling rows here inside the treehouse.
- 47:39Speaker 6: I'm double screwed because I have gotten both of those.
- 47:41Speaker 6: I am wanted by the Turnpike Authority and the DMV.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Holy me, wow, wow, look at us. It's just a
- 47:49Speaker 1: bunch of we're a triumvit of scoff Laws.
- 47:53Speaker 7: You sound like the Koffler lady.
- 47:56Speaker 1: I can say my hours. This is actually like the
- 48:01Speaker 1: third one of these I've received, But this is the
- 48:03Speaker 1: first time. The first two texts that I got it
- 48:06Speaker 1: just said in t t A. This is the first
- 48:09Speaker 1: text where they tried to where they tried to assign
- 48:14Speaker 1: words to the initials. We all know, being from North
- 48:19Speaker 1: Texas and driving the toll ways that n TTA stands
- 48:22Speaker 1: for North Texas Tollway Authority. The people behind this texting
- 48:27Speaker 1: scam seem to think n TTA stands for North Texas
- 48:30Speaker 1: Turnpike Administration. It doesn't.
- 48:34Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 48:34Speaker 1: Also, I know their number doesn't start with area code
- 48:37Speaker 1: six to.
- 48:37Speaker 7: Three plus plus sixty three Yeah.
- 48:40Speaker 1: Plus six three that's the area code.
- 48:42Speaker 7: Yep, I think I think this is the same number.
- 48:46Speaker 6: The giveaway for mine was one of them. The email
- 48:49Speaker 6: address was from a me dot com email address.
- 48:53Speaker 7: Times are tough, trick, you know what.
- 48:56Speaker 1: Me dot com has more credibility than hotmail.
- 49:01Speaker 8: If it comes from a Yahoo account, run.
- 49:07Speaker 6: If it's an AOL just throw yourself the building.
- 49:11Speaker 1: I am, I am, yeah, but listen, listen, how ridiculous
- 49:16Speaker 1: this is and it makes me sad because I know
- 49:18Speaker 1: some people fall for this. This is the text message
- 49:20Speaker 1: North Texas Turnpike Administration Final Notice. Enforcement penalties begin on
- 49:25Speaker 1: June eighteenth. Hey, that's today. Our records show that as
- 49:29Speaker 1: of today, you still have an outstanding traffic ticket in

- 49:55Speaker 1: your vehicle registration starting June eighteenth. Number three suspend driving
- 49:58Speaker 1: privileges for thirty days. Good luck catching me. Number four

- 50:23Speaker 1: enforcement to avoid license suspension and further legal disputes. Reply
- 50:27Speaker 1: why and reopen this message to click the link or
- 50:30Speaker 1: copy to your browser.
- 50:33Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm not gonna and you know I get called
- 50:36Speaker 8: out for the white bashing, but this is when I
- 50:39Speaker 8: apologize for my people because this is them.
- 50:44Speaker 7: This is coming from India.
- 50:46Speaker 8: So if you want to know what truly a brown
- 50:48Speaker 8: recluse looks like, that's that's it. That's a guy in
- 50:53Speaker 8: his basement that doesn't know. We don't have toll boots.
- 50:57Speaker 1: We don't call it the DMV.
- 51:01Speaker 7: For the Turnback Administration. Don't make it more official than
- 51:06Speaker 7: it needs to be.
- 51:10Speaker 1: Like how many wrong things can you put in a
- 51:12Speaker 1: single text message?
- 51:15Speaker 7: That's just a guy and you're like, what do they
- 51:16Speaker 7: call it? Do booth?
- 51:18Speaker 16: Put booth in that's all. I will definitely scare them
- 51:22Speaker 16: put administration. They're very scared of that. Who are you
- 51:27Speaker 16: hearing this from a black widow?
- 51:28Speaker 7: Told me?
- 51:32Speaker 1: And they don't lie, very very trustworthy for all things
