  great

• 1:31
  here
• 1:31
  in
• 1:31
  the
• 1:31
  studio.
• 1:32
  And
• 1:32
  what
• 1:33
  I
• 1:33
  love,
• 1:33
  it's
• 1:33
  Women
• 1:34
  in

  Construction
• 1:34
  Week
• 1:35
  this
• 1:35
  weekend
• 1:35
  as
• 1:36
  well.
• 1:36
  So
• 1:36
  we've
• 1:37
  got
• 1:37
  Lisa
• 1:38
  Nelson
• 1:38
  from
• 1:38
  Hydro
• 1:39
  Block,
• 1:39
  who
• 1:39
  I
• 1:39
  just
• 1:40
  met
• 1:40
  down
• 1:40
  at
• 1:40
  Design
• 1:41
  and
• 1:41
  Construction
• 1:41
  Week.
• 1:42
  Lisa,
• 1:43
  welcome
• 1:43
  to
• 1:43
  around
• 1:43
  the
• 1:43
  House
• 1:43
  Show.
• 1:44
  Thank
• 1:45
  you
• 1:45
  so
• 1:45
  much
• 1:45
  for
• 1:45
  having
• 1:45
  me.
• 1:47
  This
• 1:47
  is
• 1:47
  going
• 1:47
  to
• 1:47
  be
• 1:47
  a
• 1:47
  lot
• 1:47
  of
• 1:47
  fun
• 1:48
  because
• 1:48
  what
• 1:48
  we're
• 1:49
  going
• 1:49
  to
• 1:49
  talk
• 1:49
  about
• 1:49
  with
• 1:49
  you
• 1:50
  today
• 1:50
  is
• 1:50
  something
• 1:51
  I
• 1:51
  think
• 1:52
  so
• 1:52
  many
• 1:53
  contractors
• 1:53
  and
• 1:54
  homeowners
• 1:55
  lack.
• 1:55
  An
• 1:56
  education
• 1:56
  from
• 1:57
  everything
• 1:57
  to
• 1:58
  inside,
• 1:58
  maybe
• 1:59
  a
• 1:59
  shower
• 1:59
  to
• 1:59
  the
• 2:00
  exterior
• 2:00
  house.
• 2:00
  And
• 2:01
  you
• 2:01
  guys
• 2:01
  are
• 2:01
  really
• 2:02
  doing
• 2:02
  so
• 2:03
  much
• 2:03
  innovation
• 2:03
  out
• 2:04
  there,
• 2:05
  and
• 2:05
  it's
• 2:05
  a
• 2:05
  lot
• 2:05
  of
• 2:06
  fun.
• 2:06
  What
• 2:06
  got
• 2:07
  you
• 2:07
  started
• 2:07
  with
• 2:07
  Hydro
• 2:08
  Block?
• 2:09
  Well,
• 2:09
  it's
• 2:10
  kind
• 2:10
  of,
• 2:10
  it
• 2:10
  was
• 2:10
  an
• 2:10
  interesting
• 2:11
  journey
• 2:11
  to
• 2:12
  get
• 2:12
  to
• 2:12
  Hydro
• 2:12
  Block.
• 2:12
  So
• 2:13
  I've
• 2:13
  been
• 2:13
  in
• 2:13
  sales.
• 2:14
  Oh,
• 2:14
  gosh,
• 2:15
  it's
• 2:15
  embarrassing
• 2:16
  to
• 2:16
  admit
• 2:16
  how
• 2:16
  long.
• 2:17
  So
• 2:17
  decades
• 2:17
  has
• 2:17
  been
• 2:18
  my
• 2:18
  experience
• 2:19
  and
• 2:20
  in
• 2:20
  the
• 2:20
  building
• 2:20
  material
• 2:21
  space,
• 2:21
  probably
• 2:22
  a
• 2:22
  little
• 2:22
  over
• 2:22
  a
• 2:22
  decade.
• 2:23
  So
• 2:23
  I
• 2:23
  was
• 2:23
  in
• 2:24
  interior,
• 2:25
  so
• 2:25
  cabinets,
• 2:26
  countertops,
• 2:26
  flooring,
• 2:27
  learned
• 2:27
  how
• 2:27
  to
• 2:28
  design.
• 2:29
  Yeah,
• 2:29
  it
• 2:29
  was
• 2:29
  awesome.
• 2:30
  I
• 2:30
  really
• 2:30
  loved
• 2:30
  it.
• 2:30
  It
• 2:30
  was
• 2:31
  a
• 2:31
  great
• 2:31
  space.
• 2:31
  And
• 2:32
  because
• 2:32
  of
• 2:32
  that
• 2:33
  experience,
• 2:33
  we
• 2:33
  got
• 2:34
  connected
• 2:34
  through
• 2:35
  some
• 2:35
  travel
• 2:35
  back
• 2:36
  overseas,
• 2:36
  just
• 2:36
  looking
• 2:37
  at
• 2:37
  different
• 2:37
  manufacturing
• 2:38
  facilities.
• 2:39
  Happened
• 2:39
  to
• 2:39
  meet
• 2:40
  one
• 2:40
  of
• 2:40
  the
• 2:40
  owners
• 2:40
  of
• 2:41
  Hydro
• 2:41
  Block
• 2:41
  and
• 2:42
  got
• 2:42
  to
• 2:42
  know
• 2:43
  what
• 2:43
  he
• 2:43
  was
• 2:43
  doing
• 2:43
  in
• 2:43
  terms
• 2:44
  of
• 2:44
  distribution
• 2:44
  for
• 2:45
  the
• 2:45
  backer
• 2:46
  board
• 2:46
  in
• 2:46
  the
• 2:46
  shower
• 2:46
  space.
• 2:47
  And
• 2:47
  it's
• 2:47
  actually,
• 2:47
  it's
• 2:48
  really
• 2:48
  impressive
• 2:49
  what
• 2:49
  that
• 2:49
  team
• 2:49
  has
• 2:49
  done
• 2:49
  over
• 2:50
  the
• 2:50
  last
• 2:50
  10,
• 2:51
  11
• 2:51
  years.
• 2:51
  So
• 2:52
  they
• 2:52
  have
• 2:52
  installed
• 2:53
  over
• 2:53
  200,000
• 2:54
  shower
• 2:54
  installations
• 2:55
  with
• 2:55
  our
• 2:56
  tile
• 2:56
  backer
• 2:56
  board
• 2:57
  without
• 2:57
  a
• 2:57
  single
• 2:58
  warranty
• 2:58
  claim.
• 2:58
  And
• 2:59
  so
• 2:59
  when
• 2:59
  we
• 2:59
  met
• 2:59
  this
• 3:00
  partner,
• 3:01
  he
• 3:01
  said,
• 3:01
  you
• 3:01
  know,
• 3:01
  I
• 3:02
  really
• 3:02
  would
• 3:02
  like
• 3:02
  to
• 3:02
  scale
• 3:03
  this
• 3:03
  in
• 3:03
  the
• 3:03
  US
• 3:04
  Is
• 3:04
  that
• 3:04
  something
• 3:04
  that
• 3:04
  you
• 3:05
  could
• 3:05
  potentially
• 3:05
  help
• 3:05
  with?
• 3:06
  So
• 3:06
  we
• 3:07
  started
• 3:07
  looking
• 3:07
  at
• 3:07
  just
• 3:08
  where
• 3:08
  it
• 3:08
  was
• 3:08
  offered.
• 3:09
  Did
• 3:09
  contractors
• 3:10
  know
• 3:10
  about
• 3:10
  it?
• 3:10
  What
• 3:10
  was
• 3:10
  the
• 3:11
  opportunity
• 3:12
  and
• 3:12
  what
• 3:12
  we
• 3:13
  found
• 3:13
  every
• 3:13
  single
• 3:13
  time
• 3:14
  we
• 3:14
  talked
• 3:15
  to
• 3:15
  a
• 3:15
  contractor
• 3:15
  just
• 3:16
  to
• 3:16
  get
• 3:16
  some
• 3:16
  feedback
• 3:17
  and
• 3:17
  kind
• 3:17
  of
• 3:17
  feel
• 3:18
  it
• 3:18
  out
• 3:18
  what
• 3:18
  that
• 3:18
  opportunity
• 3:19
  would
• 3:19
  look
• 3:19
  like.
• 3:20
  Every
• 3:20
  single
• 3:21
  one
• 3:21
  of
• 3:21
  them,
• 3:21
  they
• 3:22
  appreciated
• 3:22
  how
• 3:23
  we
• 3:23
  protected
• 3:23
  that
• 3:24
  interior
• 3:24
  wet
• 3:24
  wall.
• 3:25
  Space.
• 3:25
  But
• 3:26
  they
• 3:26
  said,
• 3:27
  there's
• 3:27
  a
• 3:27
  bigger
• 3:28
  problem
• 3:28
  that
• 3:28
  we
• 3:28
  face,
• 3:29
  and
• 3:29
  that's
• 3:29
  on
• 3:30
  the
• 3:30
  exterior
• 3:30
  wall,
• 3:31
  so
• 3:31
  can
• 3:31
  it.
• 3:31
  It
• 3:32
  was
• 3:32
  conversation
• 3:33
  after
• 3:33
  conversation
• 3:33
  where
• 3:34
  they
• 3:34
  wanted
• 3:34
  to
• 3:34
  know,
• 3:34
  where
• 3:34
  else
• 3:35
  can
• 3:35
  we
• 3:35
  use
• 3:35
  it?
• 3:36
  So
• 3:37
  from
• 3:37
  the
• 3:37
  very
• 3:37
  beginning,
• 3:38
  from
• 3:38
  those
• 3:38
  introductions
• 3:39
  is
• 3:39
  kind
• 3:39
  of
• 3:40
  how
• 3:40
  we
• 3:40
  have
• 3:41
  built
• 3:41
  to
• 3:41
  where
• 3:41
  we
• 3:42
  are
• 3:42
  today.
• 3:42
  Was
• 3:42
  just
• 3:42
  basically
• 3:43
  listening
• 3:44
  to
• 3:44
  what
• 3:44
  the
• 3:45
  contractor
• 3:45
  needed.
• 3:46
  That
• 3:46
  is
• 3:46
  awesome.
• 3:47
  And
• 3:47
  I
• 3:47
  tell
• 3:47
  you
• 3:47
  what,
• 3:47
  with
• 3:47
  shower
• 3:48
  systems,
• 3:49
  it
• 3:49
  is
• 3:49
  a
• 3:49
  game
• 3:50
  changer,
• 3:50
  and
• 3:50
  I
• 3:51
  can't
• 3:51
  believe
• 3:51
  how
• 3:52
  many
• 3:52
  times.
• 3:52
  And
• 3:53
  I'm
• 3:53
  on
• 3:53
  so
• 3:53
  many
• 3:54
  different.
• 3:55
  Like,
• 3:55
  I'm
• 3:55
  an
• 3:56
  expert
• 3:56
  in
• 3:56
  so
• 3:56
  many
• 3:56
  different
• 3:57
  Facebook
• 3:57
  groups
• 3:58
  for
• 3:58
  homeowners
• 3:59
  out
• 3:59
  there.
• 4:00
  You
• 4:00
  know,
• 4:00
  I
• 4:00
  come
• 4:00
  in
• 4:01
  and
• 4:01
  check
• 4:01
  it
• 4:01
  out,
• 4:02
  and
• 4:02
  the
• 4:02
  people,
• 4:02
  the
• 4:03
  administrators
• 4:03
  are
• 4:03
  like,
• 4:03
  oh,
• 4:04
  you
• 4:04
  want
• 4:04
  to
• 4:04
  be
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  expert?
• 4:04
  I'm
• 4:05
  like,
• 4:05
  I
• 4:05
  don't
• 4:05
  know
• 4:06
  if
• 4:06
  I
• 4:06
  want
• 4:06
  to
• 4:06
  be,
• 4:06
  but
• 4:06
  I'll
• 4:06
  jump
• 4:07
  in
• 4:07
  when
• 4:07
  I
• 4:07
  can,
• 4:07
  you
• 4:08
  know?
• 4:08
  And,
• 4:08
  oh,
• 4:09
  my
• 4:09
  gosh,
• 4:09
  how
• 4:09
  many
• 4:10
  people
• 4:10
  out
• 4:10
  there
• 4:10
  are
• 4:11
  building
• 4:11
  showers?
• 4:11
  Like
• 4:11
  it's
• 4:12
  1972
• 4:13
  with
• 4:13
  green
• 4:14
  board
• 4:14
  drywall
• 4:15
  in
• 4:15
  there,
• 4:15
  and
• 4:15
  they're
• 4:15
  throwing
• 4:16
  up.
• 4:16
  Hardy
• 4:17
  backers.
• 4:17
  Sorry,
• 4:17
  Hardy
• 4:18
  backer,
• 4:18
  but
• 4:18
  you're
• 4:18
  throwing
• 4:19
  it
• 4:19
  up
• 4:19
  in
• 4:19
  there.
• 4:19
  And
• 4:19
  I'm
• 4:19
  just
• 4:19
  like,
• 4:20
  well,
• 4:20
  yeah,
• 4:21
  you're
• 4:21
  gonna
• 4:21
  be
• 4:21
  doing
• 4:21
  that
• 4:22
  in
• 4:22
  three
• 4:22
  years,
• 4:22
  whether
• 4:22
  you
• 4:22
  want
• 4:23
  to
• 4:23
  or
• 4:23
  not.
• 4:23
  Yeah,
• 4:23
  well,
• 4:23
  I
• 4:24
  mean,
• 4:24
  this
• 4:24
  is
• 4:24
  a
• 4:24
  couple
• 4:24
  years
• 4:25
  ago.
• 4:25
  I
• 4:25
  knew
• 4:25
  nothing
• 4:25
  about
• 4:26
  waterproofing
• 4:27
  a
• 4:27
  shower.
• 4:28
  Literally
• 4:28
  nothing.
• 4:28
  And
• 4:29
  so
• 4:29
  we
• 4:30
  just
• 4:30
  kind
• 4:30
  of
• 4:30
  dove
• 4:30
  in,
• 4:31
  and
• 4:31
  I
• 4:31
  talked
• 4:32
  to
• 4:32
  anybody
• 4:32
  that
• 4:32
  I
• 4:32
  could,
• 4:32
  and
• 4:33
  I
• 4:33
  still,
• 4:33
  admittedly,
• 4:34
  I
• 4:34
  know
• 4:34
  very
• 4:35
  little
• 4:35
  about
• 4:35
  how
• 4:35
  to
• 4:35
  waterproof
• 4:36
  a
• 4:36
  shower,
• 4:36
  because
• 4:36
  we've
• 4:37
  got
• 4:37
  a
• 4:37
  great
• 4:37
  team
• 4:38
  that
• 4:38
  does
• 4:38
  a
• 4:38
  phenomenal
• 4:39
  job
• 4:39
  and
• 4:39
  provides
• 4:40
  phenomenal
• 4:40
  service.
• 4:41
  But
• 4:41
  finding
• 4:42
  out
• 4:42
  that
• 4:42
  they're
• 4:42
  still
• 4:43
  hot
• 4:43
  mopping
• 4:44
  in
• 4:44
  California,
• 4:44
  I
• 4:44
  mean,
• 4:44
  at
• 4:45
  the.
• 4:45
  I
• 4:45
  didn't
• 4:45
  even
• 4:45
  know
• 4:45
  what
• 4:46
  hot
• 4:46
  mopping
• 4:46
  was.
• 4:46
  Now
• 4:46
  that
• 4:47
  I
• 4:47
  know
• 4:47
  what
• 4:47
  it
• 4:47
  is,
• 4:47
  it's
• 4:47
  insanity.
• 4:48
  You
• 4:48
  know,
• 4:48
  it's
• 4:48
  so
• 4:49
  dangerous.
• 4:49
  Such
• 4:50
  a
• 4:50
  terrible
• 4:50
  way
• 4:50
  to
• 4:51
  do.
• 4:51
  To
• 4:51
  do
• 4:51
  a
• 4:51
  shower.
• 4:52
  But,
• 4:52
  you
• 4:52
  know,
• 4:53
  our
• 4:53
  team
• 4:53
  found
• 4:54
  a
• 4:54
  really
• 4:54
  great
• 4:54
  way
• 4:55
  to
• 4:55
  get
• 4:56
  it,
• 4:56
  gain
• 4:56
  a
• 4:56
  good
• 4:57
  reputation
• 4:57
  in
• 4:57
  the
• 4:57
  space,
• 4:58
  which
• 4:58
  was
• 4:58
  helpful
• 4:58
  for
• 4:58
  us
• 4:59
  to
• 4:59
  be
• 4:59
  able
• 4:59
  to
• 4:59
  obviously,
• 5:00
  launch
• 5:00
  into
• 5:00
  different
• 5:00
  applications.
• 5:01
  And
• 5:01
  how
• 5:02
  they
• 5:02
  did
• 5:02
  that
• 5:02
  was
• 5:02
  in
• 5:03
  the
• 5:03
  hospital
• 5:03
  hospitality
• 5:04
  space,
• 5:04
  like
• 5:05
  I
• 5:05
  mentioned,
• 5:05
  all
• 5:05
  of
• 5:05
  the
• 5:06
  installs.
• 5:06
  So
• 5:06
  we
• 5:07
  have
• 5:07
  several
• 5:07
  hundred
• 5:08
  rooms
• 5:08
  in
• 5:09
  Vegas
• 5:10
  as
• 5:10
  an
• 5:10
  example.
• 5:11
  So
• 5:11
  you
• 5:11
  think
• 5:11
  about
• 5:12
  7,
• 5:12
  800
• 5:12
  pounds
• 5:13
  of,
• 5:13
  like,
• 5:13
  a
• 5:13
  traditional
• 5:14
  mortar
• 5:14
  bed
• 5:14
  system
• 5:14
  for
• 5:15
  a
• 5:15
  shower,
• 5:15
  right?
• 5:15
  Yep.
• 5:16
  You
• 5:16
  have
• 5:16
  to
• 5:16
  remod
• 5:17
  that
• 5:17
  entire
• 5:18
  hotel.
• 5:18
  Think
• 5:19
  about
• 5:19
  that
• 5:19
  service
• 5:19
  elevator.
• 5:20
  Like,
• 5:20
  how
• 5:21
  do
• 5:21
  you
• 5:21
  even
• 5:21
  line
• 5:21
  up
• 5:22
  and
• 5:22
  stack
• 5:23
  people
• 5:23
  up
• 5:23
  to
• 5:23
  be
• 5:24
  able
• 5:24
  to
• 5:24
  use
• 5:24
  the
• 5:24
  elevator
• 5:25
  to
• 5:25
  get
• 5:25
  that
• 5:25
  amount
• 5:26
  of
• 5:26
  material
• 5:26
  up
• 5:27
  to
• 5:27
  renovate
• 5:27
  those
• 5:28
  rooms?
• 5:28
  And
• 5:28
  so
• 5:29
  that
• 5:29
  is
• 5:30
  really
• 5:30
  where
• 5:30
  we
• 5:31
  gained
• 5:31
  a
• 5:32
  foothold
• 5:32
  and
• 5:33
  really
• 5:33
  established
• 5:33
  that
• 5:34
  reputation
• 5:34
  that
• 5:34
  we
• 5:34
  could
• 5:35
  mobilize
• 5:35
  super
• 5:36
  quick,
• 5:36
  we
• 5:36
  could
• 5:36
  get
• 5:36
  the
• 5:36
  jobs
• 5:37
  done
• 5:37
  super
• 5:38
  fast
• 5:38
  with
• 5:39
  better
• 5:39
  material,
• 5:40
  with
• 5:40
  better
• 5:41
  warranty,
• 5:42
  better
• 5:42
  warranty
• 5:43
  services
• 5:43
  as
• 5:43
  well.
• 5:44
  And,
• 5:44
  you
• 5:45
  know,
• 5:45
  not
• 5:45
  a
• 5:45
  single
• 5:45
  warranty
• 5:46
  claim
• 5:46
  in
• 5:46
  all
• 5:46
  of
• 5:46
  that
• 5:46
  time
• 5:47
  kind
• 5:47
  of
• 5:47
  proves
• 5:47
  itself
• 5:47
  out.
• 5:48
  It
• 5:48
  does.
• 5:49
  And
• 5:49
  you
• 5:49
  think
• 5:49
  about
• 5:49
  it,
• 5:49
  that's
• 5:50
  the
• 5:50
  ultimate
• 5:50
  test.
• 5:50
  Because
• 5:51
  one,
• 5:51
  you
• 5:52
  have
• 5:52
  to
• 5:52
  work
• 5:52
  clean.
• 5:53
  It's
• 5:53
  Vegas.
• 5:54
  You're
• 5:54
  in
• 5:55
  there,
• 5:55
  you
• 5:56
  know,
• 5:56
  some
• 5:56
  of
• 5:56
  those
• 5:56
  hotel
• 5:56
  rooms,
• 5:57
  it
• 5:57
  costs
• 5:57
  them
• 5:57
  a
• 5:57
  million
• 5:58
  dollars
• 5:58
  per
• 5:58
  room
• 5:58
  to
• 5:59
  build
• 5:59
  those
• 5:59
  places
• 5:59
  out.
• 6:00
  Yeah.
• 6:00
  So
• 6:01
  they
• 6:01
  got
• 6:01
  to
• 6:01
  have
• 6:01
  rent
• 6:01
  in
• 6:02
  that
• 6:02
  thing
• 6:02
  fast.
• 6:02
  They
• 6:02
  got
• 6:03
  to
• 6:03
  have
• 6:03
  that
• 6:03
  booked.
• 6:04
  Yeah,
• 6:05
  you're
• 6:05
  not
• 6:05
  gonna.
• 6:05
  You're
• 6:06
  exactly
• 6:06
  right.
• 6:06
  I'm
• 6:06
  gonna
• 6:07
  do
• 6:07
  a
• 6:07
  liner
• 6:08
  and.
• 6:08
  No,
• 6:09
  you're
• 6:09
  not.
• 6:09
  You
• 6:09
  need
• 6:09
  to
• 6:09
  get
• 6:09
  in
• 6:10
  there
• 6:10
  with
• 6:11
  your
• 6:11
  system.
• 6:12
  Get
• 6:12
  in
• 6:12
  there,
• 6:12
  get
• 6:13
  out.
• 6:13
  And
• 6:13
  it's
• 6:14
  so
• 6:14
  efficient
• 6:15
  and
• 6:16
  quite
• 6:16
  frankly,
• 6:16
  just
• 6:16
  a
• 6:17
  way
• 6:17
  better
• 6:17
  sealed
• 6:17
  system
• 6:18
  when
• 6:18
  it
• 6:18
  comes
• 6:18
  down
• 6:18
  to
• 6:18
  it.
• 6:19
  Yep.
• 6:19
  You
• 6:20
  are
• 6:20
  100%
• 6:20
  right.
• 6:21
  And
• 6:21
  you
• 6:22
  got
• 6:22
  a
• 6:22
  high
• 6:22
  rise
• 6:22
  that's
• 6:22
  always
• 6:23
  moving.
• 6:23
  Yes,
• 6:24
  high
• 6:24
  rises
• 6:24
  move.
• 6:25
  If
• 6:25
  you've
• 6:25
  ever
• 6:25
  worked
• 6:26
  in
• 6:26
  high
• 6:26
  rises,
• 6:27
  they
• 6:27
  move.
• 6:28
  You've
• 6:28
  got
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  have
• 6:29
  something
• 6:29
  in
• 6:29
  there
• 6:29
  that's
• 6:30
  going
• 6:30
  to
• 6:30
  have
• 6:30
  a
• 6:30
  little
• 6:30
  bit
• 6:31
  of
• 6:31
  give
• 6:31
  to
• 6:31
  it.
• 6:32
  Because
• 6:32
  windstorms,
• 6:33
  earthquakes,
• 6:34
  all
• 6:34
  those
• 6:34
  kind
• 6:34
  of
• 6:35
  things,
• 6:35
  those
• 6:35
  buildings
• 6:36
  move
• 6:36
  around
• 6:36
  a
• 6:36
  little
• 6:36
  bit.
• 6:36
  I've
• 6:37
  done
• 6:37
  some
• 6:37
  high
• 6:37
  rise
• 6:37
  projects
• 6:38
  before,
• 6:38
  and
• 6:38
  it's
• 6:38
  like
• 6:39
  that
• 6:39
  building
• 6:40
  moves
• 6:40
  more
• 6:40
  than
• 6:41
  you
• 6:41
  think
• 6:41
  it
• 6:41
  does.
• 6:42
  You
• 6:42
  are
• 6:42
  exactly
• 6:43
  right
• 6:43
  about
• 6:43
  that.
• 6:44
  Yeah.
• 6:44
  So
• 6:44
  we.
• 6:45
  Yeah,
• 6:46
  they've
• 6:46
  done
• 6:46
  a
• 6:46
  really
• 6:46
  phenomenal
• 6:47
  job.
• 6:47
  So,
• 6:48
  you
• 6:48
  know
• 6:48
  what
• 6:48
  was
• 6:49
  interesting
• 6:49
  and
• 6:49
  what
• 6:50
  has
• 6:50
  been
• 6:50
  so
• 6:50
  fun
• 6:51
  for
• 6:51
  us
• 6:51
  over
• 6:51
  the
• 6:51
  last.
• 6:52
  The
• 6:52
  last
• 6:52
  couple
• 6:53
  of
• 6:53
  years
• 6:53
  is
• 6:54
  finding
• 6:54
  people
• 6:55
  that
• 6:56
  look
• 6:56
  at
• 6:56
  building
• 6:56
  materials
• 6:57
  in
• 6:57
  a
• 6:57
  different
• 6:57
  way.
• 6:58
  Because
• 6:58
  like
• 6:58
  you
• 6:58
  said,
• 6:58
  you
• 6:58
  know,
• 6:58
  we
• 6:59
  started
• 6:59
  looking
• 6:59
  into
• 7:00
  this
• 7:00
  business
• 7:00
  as
• 7:00
  a
• 7:00
  potential
• 7:01
  to
• 7:01
  scale
• 7:02
  the
• 7:02
  shower
• 7:02
  systems.
• 7:03
  Sure.
• 7:03
  Well,
• 7:03
  we
• 7:04
  had
• 7:04
  someone
• 7:05
  on
• 7:05
  the
• 7:05
  shower
• 7:06
  team
• 7:06
  who
• 7:07
  literally
• 7:07
  was
• 7:07
  sitting
• 7:07
  in
• 7:08
  his
• 7:08
  house,
• 7:08
  I
• 7:08
  think
• 7:08
  in,
• 7:09
  you
• 7:09
  know,
• 7:09
  his
• 7:09
  home
• 7:09
  office
• 7:10
  was
• 7:10
  watching
• 7:11
  out
• 7:11
  the
• 7:11
  window
• 7:11
  and
• 7:12
  saw
• 7:12
  his
• 7:13
  neighbor
• 7:14
  house
• 7:14
  getting
• 7:14
  the
• 7:14
  stucco
• 7:15
  redone.
• 7:15
  And
• 7:16
  it
• 7:16
  was
• 7:16
  like
• 7:16
  a
• 7:16
  light
• 7:16
  bulb
• 7:17
  moment
• 7:17
  for
• 7:17
  him
• 7:18
  because
• 7:19
  our
• 7:19
  tile
• 7:20
  backer
• 7:20
  board
• 7:21
  is.
• 7:21
  It
• 7:22
  can
• 7:22
  be
• 7:22
  100%
• 7:23
  waterproof
• 7:24
  and
• 7:24
  it
• 7:24
  is
• 7:25
  direct
• 7:25
  bond
• 7:26
  application.
• 7:27
  So
• 7:27
  he,
• 7:27
  you
• 7:27
  know,
• 7:28
  looked
• 7:28
  at
• 7:28
  the
• 7:28
  traditional
• 7:29
  way
• 7:29
  that
• 7:29
  they
• 7:29
  were
• 7:29
  doing
• 7:29
  it,
• 7:30
  all
• 7:30
  of
• 7:30
  the
• 7:30
  layers
• 7:30
  that
• 7:30
  they
• 7:30
  were
• 7:31
  doing.
• 7:31
  And
• 7:32
  he
• 7:32
  started
• 7:32
  kind
• 7:33
  of
• 7:33
  like
• 7:33
  looking
• 7:33
  into
• 7:33
  that
• 7:34
  as
• 7:34
  a
• 7:34
  potential.
• 7:35
  So
• 7:35
  what
• 7:35
  we
• 7:35
  were
• 7:35
  able
• 7:36
  to
• 7:36
  do,
• 7:36
  my
• 7:36
  business
• 7:36
  partner
• 7:37
  and
• 7:37
  I,
• 7:37
  when
• 7:37
  we
• 7:37
  came
• 7:38
  in,
• 7:38
  was
• 7:38
  to
• 7:38
  give
• 7:39
  him,
• 7:39
  you
• 7:39
  know,
• 7:39
  the
• 7:39
  resources
• 7:40
  to
• 7:40
  kind
• 7:40
  of
• 7:40
  build
• 7:40
  that
• 7:40
  out.
• 7:41
  Meanwhile,
• 7:42
  we
• 7:42
  were
• 7:42
  getting
• 7:42
  all
• 7:42
  of
• 7:43
  this
• 7:43
  validation
• 7:43
  from
• 7:44
  contractors
• 7:44
  that
• 7:44
  said
• 7:45
  there's
• 7:45
  a
• 7:45
  better,
• 7:46
  bigger
• 7:46
  place
• 7:46
  for
• 7:46
  this
• 7:47
  product
• 7:47
  to
• 7:47
  be
• 7:47
  used.
• 7:48
  Well,
• 7:48
  in
• 7:49
  building
• 7:49
  code
• 7:49
  for
• 7:49
  all
• 7:49
  the
• 7:49
  people
• 7:50
  out
• 7:50
  there
• 7:50
  that
• 7:50
  don't
• 7:50
  really
• 7:50
  know
• 7:50
  what
• 7:51
  we're
• 7:51
  talking
• 7:51
  about.
• 7:52
  Building
• 7:52
  code
• 7:53
  now
• 7:53
  is,
• 7:53
  is
• 7:54
  requiring
• 7:54
  or
• 7:54
  going
• 7:55
  to
• 7:55
  require,
• 7:55
  depending
• 7:55
  where
• 7:56
  you're
• 7:56
  at
• 7:56
  and
• 7:56
  who's
• 7:57
  taking
• 7:57
  what
• 7:58
  end.
• 7:58
  But
• 7:59
  building
• 7:59
  code
• 7:59
  is
• 8:00
  now
• 8:00
  going
• 8:00
  to
• 8:00
  require
• 8:00
  an
• 8:01
  insulation
• 8:01
  product
• 8:02
  on
• 8:02
  the
• 8:03
  outside
• 8:03
  of
• 8:04
  the
• 8:04
  structure.
• 8:05
  So
• 8:05
  if
• 8:05
  you're
• 8:06
  putting
• 8:06
  down,
• 8:06
  for
• 8:06
  instance,
• 8:07
  you
• 8:08
  know,
• 8:08
  you've
• 8:08
  got
• 8:08
  your.
• 8:08
  Your
• 8:09
  framing,
• 8:09
  you've
• 8:09
  got
• 8:09
  your
• 8:10
  sheathing
• 8:10
  on
• 8:10
  the
• 8:10
  outside,
• 8:11
  they
• 8:11
  want
• 8:11
  to
• 8:12
  have
• 8:12
  another
• 8:13
  insulation
• 8:14
  barrier
• 8:15
  on
• 8:15
  the
• 8:15
  outside
• 8:16
  of
• 8:16
  that,
• 8:16
  because
• 8:17
  unfortunately,
• 8:17
  studs
• 8:18
  are
• 8:18
  not
• 8:18
  insulation.
• 8:18
  They
• 8:19
  take
• 8:19
  up
• 8:19
  spot,
• 8:19
  and
• 8:19
  that's
• 8:20
  where
• 8:20
  the
• 8:20
  weak
• 8:20
  point
• 8:20
  is.
• 8:20
  So
• 8:21
  they
• 8:21
  want
• 8:21
  to
• 8:21
  put
• 8:21
  some
• 8:21
  insulation
• 8:22
  on
• 8:22
  the
• 8:22
  outside
• 8:22
  of
• 8:22
  that.
• 8:23
  So
• 8:23
  building
• 8:23
  code
• 8:24
  is
• 8:24
  now
• 8:24
  requiring
• 8:24
  that
• 8:24
  in
• 8:24
  a
• 8:25
  lot
• 8:25
  of
• 8:25
  places
• 8:25
  in
• 8:25
  the
• 8:25
  country.
• 8:26
  This
• 8:26
  is
• 8:27
  the
• 8:27
  perfect
• 8:28
  application
• 8:28
  for
• 8:29
  that,
• 8:29
  because
• 8:30
  one,
• 8:30
  you've
• 8:30
  got
• 8:30
  an
• 8:30
  insulating
• 8:31
  value.
• 8:32
  Two,
• 8:32
  you've
• 8:32
  got
• 8:32
  waterproofing.
• 8:33
  Yep.
• 8:34
  Yeah,
• 8:34
  you're
• 8:35
  exactly
• 8:35
  right.
• 8:35
  So
• 8:36
  our
• 8:36
  backer
• 8:36
  board
• 8:37
  for
• 8:37
  the
• 8:37
  exterior,
• 8:37
  it's
• 8:38
  actually,
• 8:38
  it's
• 8:38
  a
• 8:38
  four
• 8:38
  in
• 8:39
  one
• 8:39
  product.
• 8:39
  And
• 8:40
  all
• 8:40
  of
• 8:40
  our
• 8:41
  technology
• 8:41
  that
• 8:41
  we
• 8:42
  innovate
• 8:42
  at
• 8:42
  Hydro
• 8:43
  Block
• 8:43
  is
• 8:43
  all
• 8:44
  based
• 8:44
  on
• 8:44
  HB1,
• 8:45
  as,
• 8:46
  you
• 8:46
  know,
• 8:46
  the
• 8:46
  threshold.
• 8:47
  So
• 8:47
  we
• 8:47
  believe
• 8:47
  that
• 8:48
  you
• 8:48
  can
• 8:48
  combine
• 8:49
  multiple
• 8:49
  layers,
• 8:50
  put
• 8:50
  them
• 8:50
  into
• 8:50
  one
• 8:51
  product,
• 8:51
  so
• 8:51
  that
• 8:51
  you're
• 8:52
  simplifying
• 8:52
  your
• 8:52
  labor,
• 8:53
  you're
• 8:53
  simplifying
• 8:53
  materials,
• 8:54
  you're
• 8:55
  getting
• 8:55
  your
• 8:55
  jobs
• 8:55
  done
• 8:55
  faster,
• 8:56
  you're
• 8:57
  taking
• 8:57
  out
• 8:57
  complexity,
• 8:58
  you
• 8:58
  know,
• 8:58
  for
• 8:59
  crews
• 8:59
  on
• 8:59
  the
• 8:59
  job
• 8:59
  site.
• 9:00
  So
• 9:00
  with
• 9:00
  our
• 9:01
  exterior
• 9:02
  backer
• 9:02
  board,
• 9:03
  to
• 9:03
  your
• 9:03
  point,
• 9:04
  it
• 9:04
  is
• 9:04
  a
• 9:04
  continuous
• 9:05
  insulation
• 9:05
  board,
• 9:06
  but
• 9:06
  it
• 9:06
  also
• 9:07
  replaces
• 9:07
  your
• 9:08
  last
• 9:08
  coat,
• 9:09
  your
• 9:09
  lath,
• 9:10
  your
• 9:10
  scratch
• 9:11
  coat,
• 9:11
  and
• 9:12
  it
• 9:12
  gives
• 9:12
  you
• 9:12
  also
• 9:12
  that
• 9:13
  second
• 9:14
  WRB
• 9:14
  as
• 9:15
  well.
• 9:15
  So
• 9:15
  we're
• 9:15
  four
• 9:16
  products
• 9:16
  in
• 9:16
  one
• 9:17
  solution.
• 9:18
  That
• 9:18
  is
• 9:18
  great,
• 9:19
  because
• 9:19
  that
• 9:19
  you
• 9:20
  just
• 9:20
  took
• 9:20
  like,
• 9:20
  four
• 9:21
  days
• 9:21
  of
• 9:21
  work
• 9:21
  off
• 9:21
  the
• 9:22
  list.
• 9:22
  Yeah.
• 9:22
  Because,
• 9:23
  yeah,
• 9:23
  all
• 9:24
  that
• 9:24
  stuff
• 9:24
  takes
• 9:24
  time,
• 9:25
  and
• 9:25
  it's
• 9:25
  thick,
• 9:26
  too.
• 9:26
  So
• 9:26
  that's
• 9:27
  the
• 9:27
  other
• 9:27
  part
• 9:27
  is
• 9:27
  it
• 9:27
  changes
• 9:28
  how
• 9:29
  things
• 9:29
  go,
• 9:29
  because
• 9:29
  if
• 9:30
  you
• 9:30
  have
• 9:30
  to
• 9:30
  put
• 9:30
  on
• 9:31
  that
• 9:31
  exterior
• 9:32
  insulation,
• 9:33
  maybe
• 9:33
  you're
• 9:33
  putting
• 9:33
  in,
• 9:34
  sorry,
• 9:34
  Rockwell,
• 9:34
  I'm
• 9:34
  going
• 9:34
  to
• 9:35
  mention
• 9:35
  you
• 9:35
  guys,
• 9:35
  you
• 9:35
  got
• 9:35
  to
• 9:35
  put
• 9:36
  in
• 9:36
  2
• 9:36
  inches
• 9:37
  of
• 9:37
  rockwool
• 9:37
  on
• 9:37
  there.
• 9:38
  Now,
• 9:38
  how
• 9:38
  is
• 9:38
  your
• 9:38
  windows
• 9:39
  going
• 9:39
  to
• 9:39
  look?
• 9:40
  How
• 9:40
  is
• 9:40
  all
• 9:41
  this
• 9:41
  stuff
• 9:41
  going
• 9:41
  to
• 9:41
  play
• 9:41
  together?
• 9:42
  And
• 9:42
  when
• 9:42
  you
• 9:42
  can
• 9:43
  take
• 9:44
  half
• 9:44
  or
• 9:44
  three
• 9:44
  quarters
• 9:45
  of
• 9:45
  an
• 9:45
  inch
• 9:45
  out
• 9:45
  of
• 9:45
  this
• 9:46
  mixture
• 9:46
  or
• 9:47
  more,
• 9:47
  it
• 9:48
  really
• 9:48
  changes
• 9:48
  the
• 9:48
  overall
• 9:49
  look
• 9:49
  and
• 9:50
  the
• 9:50
  architectural
• 9:50
  look
• 9:51
  of
• 9:51
  the
• 9:51
  house,
• 9:51
  especially
• 9:51
  if
• 9:51
  you're
• 9:51
  doing
• 9:52
  a
• 9:52
  remodel
• 9:52
  on
• 9:52
  something
• 9:52
  older.
• 9:53
  Yep,
• 9:54
  yep,
• 9:54
  you're
• 9:54
  absolutely
• 9:55
  right.
• 9:55
  So,
• 9:55
  I
• 9:55
  mean,
• 9:55
  it's.
• 9:56
  What's
• 9:56
  also
• 9:56
  really
• 9:57
  great
• 9:57
  about
• 9:57
  it
• 9:57
  is
• 9:57
  that
• 9:57
  there's
• 9:58
  not
• 9:58
  a
• 9:58
  big
• 9:58
  learning
• 9:58
  curve
• 9:58
  for
• 9:59
  this.
• 9:59
  You
• 9:59
  know,
• 9:59
  it's
• 9:59
  a
• 10:00
  tried
• 10:00
  and
• 10:00
  true
• 10:01
  product
• 10:01
  in
• 10:01
  the
• 10:01
  Industry.
• 10:02
  So
• 10:02
  we
• 10:02
  already
• 10:02
  know
• 10:02
  that
• 10:03
  it
• 10:03
  performs
• 10:03
  phenomenally
• 10:04
  well.
• 10:04
  But
• 10:05
  it
• 10:05
  also,
• 10:05
  there's
• 10:05
  not
• 10:06
  a
• 10:06
  learning
• 10:06
  curve
• 10:06
  for
• 10:07
  the
• 10:07
  installation
• 10:07
  of
• 10:08
  it.
• 10:08
  So
• 10:08
  people
• 10:08
  are
• 10:09
  already
• 10:09
  accustomed
• 10:09
  to
• 10:09
  using
• 10:10
  continuous
• 10:10
  insulation
• 10:11
  boards
• 10:11
  for
• 10:12
  all
• 10:12
  of
• 10:12
  the
• 10:12
  points
• 10:12
  that
• 10:12
  you
• 10:13
  just
• 10:13
  made.
• 10:13
  But
• 10:13
  we're
• 10:14
  just
• 10:14
  adding
• 10:14
  in
• 10:14
  some
• 10:14
  additional
• 10:15
  layers
• 10:15
  on
• 10:16
  top
• 10:16
  of
• 10:16
  that,
• 10:16
  that
• 10:17
  R5XPS
• 10:18
  foam
• 10:19
  so
• 10:19
  that
• 10:19
  it
• 10:19
  cuts
• 10:20
  down
• 10:20
  on
• 10:20
  all
• 10:20
  of
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  finishing
• 10:21
  processes
• 10:21
  that
• 10:22
  come
• 10:22
  after
• 10:22
  that.
• 10:22
  Well,
• 10:23
  you
• 10:23
  think
• 10:23
  with
• 10:23
  stucco,
• 10:24
  so
• 10:24
  many
• 10:24
  years
• 10:24
  you've
• 10:24
  seen
• 10:25
  that,
• 10:25
  you
• 10:25
  know,
• 10:25
  the,
• 10:26
  the
• 10:26
  non
• 10:27
  durable
• 10:27
  white
• 10:28
  foam
• 10:29
  board
• 10:29
  go
• 10:29
  up
• 10:29
  that,
• 10:30
  touch
• 10:30
  it
• 10:31
  and
• 10:31
  it
• 10:31
  falls
• 10:31
  apart.
• 10:31
  We
• 10:32
  will
• 10:32
  see
• 10:32
  if
• 10:32
  Eric's
• 10:33
  voice
• 10:33
  will
• 10:33
  hold
• 10:33
  up
• 10:33
  and
• 10:34
  make
• 10:34
  it
• 10:34
  through
• 10:34
  this
• 10:34
  episode.
• 10:35
  Around
• 10:36
  the
• 10:36
  House.
• 10:36
  We'll
• 10:36
  be
• 10:36
  right
• 10:37
  back
• 10:37
  with
• 10:37
  Lisa
• 10:38
  Nelson
• 10:38
  from
• 10:38
  Hydro
• 10:39
  Block.
• 10:40
  Around
• 10:40
  the
• 10:40
  House.
• 10:40
  We'll
• 10:41
  be
• 10:41
  right
• 10:41
  back.
• 12:19
  The
• 12:19
  kids
• 12:20
  these
• 12:20
  days
• 12:20
  will
• 12:21
  never
• 12:21
  understand
• 12:25
  what
• 12:25
  it's
• 12:25
  like
• 12:26
  to
• 12:26
  play
• 12:26
  an
• 12:27
  instrument,
• 12:28
  to
• 12:28
  be
• 12:29
  in
• 12:29
  a
• 12:29
  band.
• 12:31
  What's
• 12:31
  up?
• 12:31
  This
• 12:31
  is
• 12:31
  Sticks
• 12:32
  it
• 12:32
  in
• 12:32
  you
• 12:32
  and
• 12:33
  Satchel
• 12:33

• 12:51
  a

  cold,
• 12:52
  so
• 12:52
  he
• 12:52
  is

  attempting
• 12:53
  to
• 12:53
  power

• 12:57
  I
• 12:58
  told
• 12:58
  Eric
• 12:58
  six
• 12:58
  and
• 12:59
  a
• 12:59
  half
• 12:59
  hours
• 12:59
  on
• 12:59
  a
• 13:00
  plane
• 13:00
  was
• 13:00
  going
• 13:00
  to
• 13:00
  make
• 13:01
  him
• 13:01
  sick
• 13:01
  and
• 13:01
  it
• 13:02
  happened
• 13:02
  right
• 13:03
  on
• 13:03
  schedule.
• 13:04
  Let's
• 13:04
  get
• 13:04
  back
• 13:04
  to
• 13:05
  the
• 13:05
  conversation.
• 13:06
  Well,
• 13:06
  you
• 13:06
  think
• 13:06
  with
• 13:06
  stucco,
• 13:07
  so
• 13:07
  many
• 13:07
  years
• 13:07
  you've
• 13:07
  seen
• 13:08
  that,
• 13:08
  you
• 13:08
  know,
• 13:08
  the,
• 13:09
  the
• 13:09
  non
• 13:10
  durable
• 13:10
  white
• 13:11
  foam
• 13:12
  board
• 13:12
  go
• 13:12
  up
• 13:12
  that.
• 13:13
  Yeah.
• 13:13
  Touch
• 13:13
  it
• 13:14
  and
• 13:14
  it
• 13:14
  falls
• 13:14
  apart.
• 13:15
  Yeah.
• 13:15
  And
• 13:15
  now
• 13:16
  you're
• 13:16
  putting
• 13:16
  up
• 13:16
  something
• 13:16
  that
• 13:17
  is
• 13:17
  gonna,
• 13:17
  and
• 13:17
  it's
• 13:17
  not
• 13:18
  waterproof.
• 13:18
  It's
• 13:18
  just
• 13:19
  kind
• 13:19
  of
• 13:19
  there
• 13:19
  as
• 13:19
  a,
• 13:20
  as
• 13:20
  a
• 13:20
  filler
• 13:21
  basically.
• 13:22
  And
• 13:23
  wow,
• 13:23
  that's
• 13:23
  a
• 13:23
  game
• 13:24
  changer
• 13:24
  because
• 13:24
  now
• 13:25
  you're
• 13:25
  putting
• 13:25
  up
• 13:25
  something
• 13:25
  that's
• 13:26
  way
• 13:26
  more
• 13:26
  durable
• 13:27
  underneath.
• 13:28
  Yeah.
• 13:28
  And
• 13:28
  with
• 13:28
  that
• 13:29
  extra
• 13:30
  wrb.
• 13:31
  So
• 13:31
  which
• 13:31
  is
• 13:32
  for
• 13:32
  you
• 13:32
  guys
• 13:32
  out
• 13:32
  there
• 13:32
  that
• 13:33
  don't
• 13:33
  know
• 13:33
  what
• 13:33
  we're
• 13:33
  talking
• 13:33
  about,
• 13:34
  that's
• 13:34
  our
• 13:34
  weather
• 13:34
  resistant
• 13:35
  barrier.
• 13:35
  That
• 13:35
  is
• 13:36
  what's
• 13:36
  going
• 13:36
  to
• 13:37
  keep
• 13:37
  that
• 13:37
  water
• 13:37
  from
• 13:37
  going
• 13:37
  inside
• 13:38
  the
• 13:38
  house.
• 13:39
  It
• 13:39
  makes
• 13:40
  a
• 13:40
  lot
• 13:40
  of
• 13:40
  sense,
• 13:40
  especially
• 13:41
  when
• 13:41
  you're
• 13:41
  talking
• 13:42
  like
• 13:42
  I'm
• 13:43
  in
• 13:43
  the
• 13:43
  Pacific
• 13:43
  Northwest.
• 13:44
  So
• 13:44
  wind
• 13:44
  driven
• 13:44
  rain
• 13:44
  is
• 13:45
  huge.
• 13:45
  If
• 13:45
  you're
• 13:45
  on
• 13:45
  the,
• 13:46
  in
• 13:46
  the
• 13:47
  Gulf
• 13:47
  coast
• 13:47
  states
• 13:47
  where
• 13:48
  you're
• 13:48
  getting
• 13:48
  hurricanes,
• 13:49
  that's
• 13:50
  a
• 13:50
  big
• 13:50
  deal.
• 13:51
  Yeah.
• 13:52
  Yep,
• 13:52
  it
• 13:52
  absolutely
• 13:53
  is.
• 13:53
  So,
• 13:53
  yeah,
• 13:54
  with
• 13:54
  we've
• 13:54
  traveled
• 13:55
  the
• 13:55
  country
• 13:55
  finding
• 13:56
  out,
• 13:56
  you
• 13:56
  know,
• 13:56
  how
• 13:57
  every
• 13:57
  different
• 13:57
  stucco
• 13:58
  system
• 13:58
  is
• 13:58
  done
• 13:59
  and
• 13:59
  so
• 13:59
  it's
• 13:59
  different
• 13:59
  in
• 14:00
  every
• 14:00
  corner
• 14:00
  of
• 14:01
  the
• 14:01
  country.
• 14:01
  So
• 14:02
  we're
• 14:03
  located
• 14:03
  in
• 14:03
  Salt
• 14:03
  Lake.
• 14:04
  That's
• 14:04
  where
• 14:04
  Our
• 14:04
  headquarters
• 14:04
  are.
• 14:05
  So
• 14:05
  we
• 14:05
  do
• 14:05
  a
• 14:06
  lot
• 14:06
  of
• 14:06
  traditional
• 14:06
  three
• 14:06
  coat
• 14:07
  systems.
• 14:07
  So
• 14:07
  it's
• 14:08
  a
• 14:08
  massive
• 14:09
  ordeal
• 14:09
  to
• 14:09
  put
• 14:09
  that
• 14:10
  stucco
• 14:10
  on
• 14:10
  a
• 14:10
  home.
• 14:11
  So
• 14:11
  you've
• 14:11
  got
• 14:11
  between
• 14:11
  seven
• 14:12
  and
• 14:12
  eight
• 14:12
  different
• 14:12
  layers.
• 14:13
  This
• 14:14
  winter
• 14:14
  has
• 14:15
  been
• 14:15
  a
• 14:15
  little
• 14:15
  bit
• 14:15
  of
• 14:15
  an
• 14:16
  anomaly.
• 14:16
  We're
• 14:16
  not
• 14:16
  very
• 14:17
  cold
• 14:17
  and
• 14:17
  we're
• 14:17
  not
• 14:17
  very
• 14:17
  snowy
• 14:18
  this
• 14:18
  year.
• 14:18
  But
• 14:19
  most
• 14:19
  of
• 14:19
  the
• 14:19
  time,
• 14:20
  yeah,
• 14:20
  most
• 14:21
  of
• 14:21
  the
• 14:21
  time,
• 14:21
  you
• 14:21
  know,
• 14:21
  we've
• 14:22
  got
• 14:22
  those
• 14:22
  houses
• 14:23
  in
• 14:23
  those
• 14:23
  buildings
• 14:24
  tented
• 14:25
  and
• 14:25
  heated
• 14:26
  and
• 14:26
  now
• 14:26
  there's
• 14:27
  a
• 14:27
  fight
• 14:27
  between
• 14:28
  the
• 14:28
  installer
• 14:29
  and
• 14:29
  the
• 14:29
  building
• 14:30
  owner
• 14:30
  who's
• 14:30
  going
• 14:30
  to
• 14:30
  pay
• 14:31
  for
• 14:31
  the
• 14:31
  tenting,
• 14:31
  who's
• 14:32
  going
• 14:32
  to
• 14:32
  take
• 14:32
  the
• 14:32
  liability.
• 14:33
  It
• 14:33
  just
• 14:33
  is
• 14:34
  not,
• 14:34
  it's
• 14:34
  not
• 14:35
  a
• 14:35
  sustainable
• 14:35
  solution.
• 14:36
  So
• 14:36
  this
• 14:37
  speeds
• 14:37
  the
• 14:37
  process
• 14:38
  up
• 14:38
  tremendously
• 14:38
  because
• 14:39
  you
• 14:39
  don't
• 14:39
  have
• 14:39
  as
• 14:39
  much
• 14:40
  product
• 14:40
  that
• 14:40
  has
• 14:40
  to
• 14:41
  cure
• 14:41
  on
• 14:41
  top
• 14:41
  of
• 14:41
  our
• 14:42
  board.
• 14:42
  It's
• 14:42
  already
• 14:42
  pre
• 14:43
  cured
• 14:43
  with
• 14:43
  that
• 14:43
  scratch
• 14:44
  coat
• 14:44
  on
• 14:44
  it.
• 14:44
  So
• 14:45
  helps
• 14:45
  simplify
• 14:46
  that
• 14:46
  wall
• 14:46
  a
• 14:46
  whole
• 14:46
  lot.
• 14:47
  Well,
• 14:47
  and
• 14:47
  then
• 14:48
  of
• 14:48
  course
• 14:48
  it's
• 14:48
  designed
• 14:49
  as
• 14:49
  a
• 14:49
  shower
• 14:49
  system.
• 14:50
  So
• 14:50
  when
• 14:50
  you
• 14:51
  think
• 14:51
  about
• 14:51
  it,
• 14:51
  every
• 14:51
  fastener
• 14:52
  that
• 14:52
  goes
• 14:52
  through
• 14:52
  there,
• 14:52
  you're
• 14:53
  dealing
• 14:53
  with
• 14:53
  it
• 14:53
  correctly.
• 14:54
  Yeah.
• 14:54
  Yep.
• 14:55
  Well,
• 14:56
  we've
• 14:56
  been
• 14:56
  in
• 14:56
  the
• 14:56
  place
• 14:57
  where
• 14:57
  it
• 14:57
  rains
• 14:57
  and
• 14:57
  floods
• 14:58
  every
• 14:58
  day
• 14:58
  for
• 14:58
  a
• 14:58
  decade.
• 14:59
  So
• 14:59
  we
• 15:00
  kind
• 15:00
  of
• 15:00
  know
• 15:00
  what
• 15:00
  we're
• 15:00
  talking
• 15:00
  about.
• 15:01
  That's
• 15:01
  the
• 15:01
  key
• 15:02
  right
• 15:02
  there.
• 15:02
  So
• 15:03
  I
• 15:03
  think
• 15:03
  it's
• 15:03
  super
• 15:03
  smart.
• 15:04
  And
• 15:04
  now
• 15:04
  you
• 15:05
  guys
• 15:05
  are
• 15:05
  building
• 15:05
  or
• 15:06
  wrapping
• 15:06
  up
• 15:06
  your
• 15:07
  building
• 15:07
  in
• 15:07
  Utah
• 15:08
  so
• 15:08
  you
• 15:08
  can
• 15:08
  produce
• 15:09
  stuff
• 15:09
  locally.
• 15:09
  I
• 15:10
  love
• 15:10
  that.
• 15:11
  Well,
• 15:11
  thank
• 15:11
  you.
• 15:11
  I
• 15:12
  mean,
• 15:12
  this
• 15:12
  is
• 15:12
  where
• 15:12
  I
• 15:12
  get
• 15:12
  to
• 15:12
  brag
• 15:13
  on
• 15:13
  our
• 15:13
  team
• 15:13
  a
• 15:13
  little
• 15:13
  bit.
• 15:14
  So
• 15:14
  we
• 15:14
  have,
• 15:15
  we've
• 15:16
  produced
• 15:16
  our
• 15:16
  product,
• 15:17
  like
• 15:17
  I
• 15:17
  mentioned,
• 15:17
  for
• 15:18
  over
• 15:18
  a
• 15:18
  decade
• 15:18
  and
• 15:18
  it's
• 15:19
  been
• 15:19
  produced
• 15:19
  in
• 15:19
  Asia
• 15:20
  and
• 15:20
  they
• 15:20
  have
• 15:21
  produced
• 15:21
  a
• 15:21
  phenomenal
• 15:22
  product.
• 15:22
  Obviously,
• 15:23
  you
• 15:23
  know,
• 15:23
  we've
• 15:24
  got
• 15:24
  the
• 15:24
  history
• 15:24
  to
• 15:24
  prove
• 15:25
  that.
• 15:25
  But
• 15:26
  what
• 15:26
  we
• 15:27
  obviously
• 15:27
  were
• 15:27
  dealing
• 15:28
  with,
• 15:28
  this
• 15:28
  is
• 15:28
  no
• 15:28
  different
• 15:28
  than
• 15:29
  anyone
• 15:29
  else
• 15:29
  is
• 15:29
  the
• 15:30
  fluctuation
• 15:30
  in
• 15:31
  freight.
• 15:31
  You
• 15:32
  know,
• 15:32
  we
• 15:32
  had,
• 15:32
  gosh,
• 15:33
  anywhere
• 15:33
  from
• 15:33
  $3,000
• 15:34
  a
• 15:34
  container
• 15:35
  up
• 15:35
  to
• 15:35
  $20,000
• 15:36
  a
• 15:36
  container
• 15:36
  during
• 15:37
  COVID
• 15:38
  And
• 15:38
  sometimes
• 15:38
  we
• 15:38
  were
• 15:39
  paying
• 15:39
  more
• 15:39
  for
• 15:39
  the
• 15:40
  freight,
• 15:40
  you
• 15:40
  know,
• 15:40
  than
• 15:40
  we
• 15:41
  would
• 15:41
  get
• 15:41
  the
• 15:41
  landed
• 15:42
  cost
• 15:42
  of
• 15:42
  our
• 15:42
  product.
• 15:43
  So
• 15:43
  we
• 15:44
  started
• 15:44
  looking
• 15:44
  at
• 15:44
  that
• 15:45
  actually.
• 15:45
  Goodness,
• 15:45
  let
• 15:46
  me
• 15:46
  look
• 15:46
  back
• 15:46
  on
• 15:46
  my
• 15:46
  timeline.
• 15:47
  Probably
• 15:47
  a
• 15:48
  year
• 15:48
  and
• 15:48
  a.
• 15:49
  Just
• 15:49
  how
• 15:49
  do
• 15:49
  we
• 15:49
  onshore
• 15:50
  that,
• 15:50
  how
• 15:50
  do
• 15:50
  we
• 15:50
  bring
• 15:51
  that
• 15:51
  all
• 15:51
  to
• 15:51
  the
• 15:51
  US
• 15:52
  so
• 15:52
  that
• 15:52
  we
• 15:52
  have
• 15:52
  better
• 15:52
  controls
• 15:53
  over
• 15:54
  the
• 15:54
  product
• 15:54
  itself?
• 15:55
  And
• 15:55
  we're,
• 15:56
  yeah,
• 15:56
  we're
• 15:56
  holding
• 15:56
  our
• 15:57
  grand
• 15:57
  opening
• 15:57
  here
• 15:57
  in
• 15:57
  the
• 15:58
  next
• 15:58
  few
• 15:58
  weeks.
• 15:58
  So
• 15:58
  that's
• 15:59
  been,
• 15:59
  it's
• 15:59
  been
• 16:00
  a
• 16:00
  very
• 16:00
  big
• 16:00
  lift
• 16:01
  for
• 16:01
  our
• 16:01
  team.
• 16:01
  We've
• 16:01
  had
• 16:01
  some
• 16:02
  huge
• 16:02
  challenges
• 16:02
  to
• 16:03
  overcome.
• 16:03
  It's
• 16:03
  not
• 16:03
  an
• 16:04
  easy
• 16:04
  thing
• 16:04
  to
• 16:04
  do,
• 16:04
  but
• 16:04
  we're
• 16:05
  really
• 16:05
  proud
• 16:05
  of
• 16:05
  it.
• 16:06
  Well,
• 16:06
  that's
• 16:06
  awesome.
• 16:07
  And,
• 16:07
  you
• 16:07
  know,
• 16:07
  with.
• 16:07
  With
• 16:08
  everything
• 16:08
  from,
• 16:09
  you
• 16:09
  know,
• 16:09
  and
• 16:10
  did
• 16:10
  tariffs
• 16:10
  play
• 16:10
  any
• 16:11
  part
• 16:11
  in
• 16:11
  that?
• 16:11
  I
• 16:11
  mean,
• 16:11
  of
• 16:12
  course,
• 16:12
  it's
• 16:12
  got
• 16:12
  to
• 16:12
  be
• 16:13
  interesting
• 16:13
  coming
• 16:13
  spring
• 16:14
  and
• 16:14
  stuff
• 16:14
  over
• 16:14
  there.
• 16:14
  And
• 16:15
  you
• 16:15
  guys
• 16:15
  probably.
• 16:16
  You
• 16:16
  don't
• 16:16
  just
• 16:16
  go,
• 16:16
  hey,
• 16:17
  tomorrow
• 16:17
  we're
• 16:17
  building
• 16:17
  a
• 16:18
  factory.
• 16:18
  So
• 16:18
  you've
• 16:18
  had
• 16:18
  to
• 16:18
  probably
• 16:19
  have
• 16:19
  that
• 16:19
  plan
• 16:20
  in
• 16:20
  for
• 16:21
  years.
• 16:22
  Yeah.
• 16:22
  I'm
• 16:22
  sure
• 16:23
  the
• 16:23
  whole
• 16:23
  tariff
• 16:23
  situation,
• 16:24
  whether.
• 16:24
  I'm
• 16:25
  sure
• 16:25
  that
• 16:25
  made
• 16:25
  it
• 16:25
  an
• 16:26
  easier,
• 16:27
  you
• 16:27
  know,
• 16:27
  easier
• 16:27
  time.
• 16:28
  Yeah.
• 16:28
  Okay.
• 16:28
  We
• 16:28
  have.
• 16:29
  We
• 16:29
  need
• 16:29
  to
• 16:29
  have
• 16:29
  more
• 16:29
  control.
• 16:30
  We
• 16:31
  were
• 16:31
  already
• 16:31
  well
• 16:32
  down
• 16:32
  the
• 16:32
  path,
• 16:32
  so
• 16:33
  what
• 16:33
  it
• 16:33
  did
• 16:33
  for
• 16:33
  us
• 16:33
  was
• 16:34
  just
• 16:34
  validate
• 16:34
  that
• 16:34
  we
• 16:34
  had
• 16:35
  made
• 16:35
  the
• 16:35
  right
• 16:35
  choice.
• 16:35
  So
• 16:36
  tariffs
• 16:36
  actually
• 16:36
  didn't
• 16:36
  play
• 16:36
  a
• 16:37
  part
• 16:37
  in
• 16:37
  us
• 16:37
  making
• 16:37
  that
• 16:38
  initial
• 16:38
  decision.
• 16:38
  Just
• 16:39
  helped
• 16:40
  us
• 16:40
  hurry
• 16:40
  it
• 16:40
  along
• 16:40
  a
• 16:41
  little
• 16:41
  bit
• 16:41
  quicker.
• 16:41
  But
• 16:42
  we
• 16:42
  had
• 16:42
  some
• 16:42
  really
• 16:43
  interesting
• 16:44
  challenges.
• 16:44
  It
• 16:45
  took
• 16:45
  a
• 16:45
  lot
• 16:45
  longer
• 16:46
  than
• 16:46
  we
• 16:46
  anticipated,
• 16:47
  because
• 16:48
  all
• 16:48
  of
• 16:48
  the.
• 16:49
  All
• 16:50
  of
• 16:50
  the
• 16:50
  equipment
• 16:50
  that
• 16:50
  we
• 16:51
  ordered
• 16:51
  was
• 16:51
  to
• 16:52
  replicate
• 16:52
  the
• 16:53
  process
• 16:53
  that
• 16:53
  we
• 16:54
  were
• 16:54
  doing
• 16:54
  overseas.
• 16:55
  Sure.
• 16:56
  Well,
• 16:56
  we
• 16:56
  got
• 16:57
  17
• 16:57
  containers
• 16:58
  worth
• 16:58
  of
• 16:58
  equipment.
• 16:59
  Wow.
• 17:00
  Not
• 17:00
  one
• 17:01
  single
• 17:01
  piece
• 17:01
  of
• 17:01
  it
• 17:01
  was
• 17:02
  UL
• 17:02
  certified
• 17:02
  for
• 17:03
  the
• 17:03
  United
• 17:03
  States,
• 17:03
  of
• 17:04
  course.
• 17:04
  Yeah.
• 17:05
  So.
• 17:06
  Oh,
• 17:06
  my
• 17:06
  gosh.
• 17:07
  Y.
• 17:07
  That
• 17:07
  makes
• 17:08
  sense.
• 17:08
  Yeah.
• 17:08
  You
• 17:08
  order
• 17:09
  it,
• 17:09
  it's
• 17:09
  like,
• 17:09
  let's
• 17:09
  go.
• 17:10
  Yeah.
• 17:11
  Oh,
• 17:11
  I
• 17:11
  can't
• 17:11
  plug
• 17:11
  into
• 17:12
  this
• 17:12
  anything
• 17:12
  in
• 17:12
  the
• 17:12
  electrical
• 17:13
  Systems.
• 17:14
  You
• 17:14
  are
• 17:14
  100%
• 17:15
  right.
• 17:15
  So
• 17:15
  we
• 17:16
  had.
• 17:16
  I
• 17:16
  think
• 17:16
  it
• 17:17
  was
• 17:17
  110
• 17:18
  motors
• 17:19
  on
• 17:20
  our
• 17:20
  first
• 17:21
  line
• 17:21
  that
• 17:21
  had
• 17:21
  to
• 17:21
  be
• 17:22
  replaced.
• 17:22
  We
• 17:23
  had
• 17:23
  to
• 17:23
  completely
• 17:24
  redo
• 17:25
  every
• 17:25
  single
• 17:26
  electrical
• 17:27
  wire
• 17:27
  in
• 17:28
  all
• 17:28
  of
• 17:28
  that
• 17:28
  machinery
• 17:29
  to
• 17:29
  make
• 17:29
  it
• 17:29
  work.
• 17:30
  So
• 17:30
  we.
• 17:31
  We
• 17:32
  have
• 17:32
  a.
• 17:33
  We
• 17:33
  have
• 17:33
  a
• 17:33
  team
• 17:34
  that
• 17:34
  is
• 17:34
  just
• 17:34
  committed
• 17:35
  like
• 17:35
  no
• 17:35
  other.
• 17:35
  It
• 17:35
  was
• 17:36
  daunting,
• 17:37
  but
• 17:37
  they
• 17:37
  have
• 17:37
  done
• 17:37
  a
• 17:37
  phenomenal
• 17:38
  job.
• 17:38
  And
• 17:39
  what
• 17:39
  they
• 17:39
  did
• 17:39
  was
• 17:40
  actually
• 17:40
  really
• 17:40
  cool,
• 17:41
  because,
• 17:41
  you
• 17:41
  know,
• 17:42
  our
• 17:42
  team,
• 17:42
  we
• 17:43
  just.
• 17:43
  We
• 17:43
  always
• 17:43
  have
• 17:43
  innovation
• 17:44
  at
• 17:44
  heart.
• 17:44
  And
• 17:45
  this
• 17:45
  was
• 17:45
  the
• 17:45
  perfect
• 17:46
  challenge.
• 17:46
  Instead
• 17:46
  of
• 17:47
  saying,
• 17:47
  you
• 17:47
  know,
• 17:47
  throwing
• 17:47
  our
• 17:48
  hands
• 17:48
  up
• 17:48
  in
• 17:48
  the
• 17:48
  air
• 17:48
  and,
• 17:48
  you
• 17:48
  know,
• 17:49
  what
• 17:49
  do
• 17:49
  we
• 17:49
  do?
• 17:49
  They
• 17:49
  said,
• 17:49
  okay,
• 17:50
  well,
• 17:50
  this
• 17:50
  gives
• 17:50
  us
• 17:50
  an
• 17:51
  opportunity
• 17:51
  to
• 17:52
  actually
• 17:52
  change
• 17:53
  our
• 17:53
  product
• 17:53
  and
• 17:53
  make
• 17:53
  it
• 17:54
  better.
• 17:54
  And
• 17:54
  the
• 17:54
  way
• 17:54
  that
• 17:54
  they
• 17:55
  did
• 17:55
  that
• 17:55
  was
• 17:56
  originally.
• 17:56
  Our
• 17:57
  line,
• 17:57
  I
• 17:57
  think,
• 17:57
  was
• 17:57
  about
• 17:58
  600ft
• 17:59
  long.
• 17:59
  It
• 17:59
  took
• 17:59
  up
• 17:59
  a
• 18:00
  pretty
• 18:00
  big
• 18:00
  footprint.
• 18:01
  Yeah.
• 18:01
  So
• 18:01
  on
• 18:01
  top
• 18:02
  of
• 18:02
  the
• 18:02
  challenges
• 18:02
  of
• 18:02
  not
• 18:03
  having
• 18:03
  everything
• 18:03
  UL
• 18:04
  certified,
• 18:04
  we
• 18:05
  also
• 18:06
  got
• 18:06
  a
• 18:06
  really
• 18:06
  nice
• 18:07
  surprise
• 18:07
  with
• 18:07
  our
• 18:07
  first
• 18:08
  lease
• 18:08
  agreement
• 18:08
  that
• 18:09
  that
• 18:09
  building
• 18:10
  could
• 18:10
  not
• 18:10
  provide
• 18:10
  the
• 18:11
  power
• 18:11
  for
• 18:11
  us,
• 18:11
  so
• 18:12
  they
• 18:12
  canceled
• 18:12
  our
• 18:12
  lease.
• 18:15
  We
• 18:15
  had
• 18:15
  to
• 18:15
  go
• 18:15
  look
• 18:15
  for
• 18:15
  another
• 18:16
  location.
• 18:16
  Crazy.
• 18:17
  Yes.
• 18:18
  Meanwhile,
• 18:19
  you
• 18:19
  know,
• 18:19
  finding
• 18:19
  out
• 18:19
  exactly
• 18:20
  what
• 18:20
  power
• 18:21
  was
• 18:21
  going
• 18:21
  to
• 18:21
  be
• 18:21
  required
• 18:22
  to
• 18:22
  run
• 18:22
  the
• 18:22
  line
• 18:23
  here
• 18:23
  in
• 18:23
  the
• 18:23
  US
• 18:24
  Versus,
• 18:24
  you
• 18:24
  know,
• 18:24
  in
• 18:25
  Asia,
• 18:25
  where
• 18:25
  it's
• 18:26
  not
• 18:26
  a
• 18:26
  problem
• 18:26
  to
• 18:26
  get
• 18:27
  utility.
• 18:27
  Yeah.
• 18:28
  We
• 18:28
  had
• 18:28
  to
• 18:29
  reformulate
• 18:30
  the
• 18:30
  Cementitious
• 18:31
  coating
• 18:31
  that's
• 18:32
  on
• 18:32
  our
• 18:32
  board
• 18:33
  so
• 18:33
  that
• 18:33
  it
• 18:33
  would
• 18:33
  take
• 18:33
  less
• 18:34
  power.
• 18:34
  So
• 18:34
  we
• 18:34
  actually
• 18:35
  could
• 18:35
  operate
• 18:36
  here
• 18:36
  in
• 18:36
  the
• 18:36
  state
• 18:36
  of
• 18:37
  Utah
• 18:37
  with
• 18:37
  the
• 18:37
  power,
• 18:38
  you
• 18:38
  know,
• 18:38
  the
• 18:38
  power
• 18:39
  amount
• 18:39
  that
• 18:39
  we
• 18:39
  could
• 18:39
  get.
• 18:40
  We,
• 18:40
  we
• 18:41
  engaged
• 18:42
  with
• 18:42
  one
• 18:42
  of
• 18:42
  the
• 18:43
  top
• 18:43
  cement
• 18:44
  scientists.
• 18:44
  He's
• 18:45
  got,
• 18:45
  he's
• 18:45
  like
• 18:45
  a
• 18:46
  double
• 18:46
  PhD.
• 18:46
  He
• 18:47
  works
• 18:47
  on,
• 18:47
  you
• 18:47
  know,
• 18:47
  when
• 18:47
  a
• 18:48
  bridge
• 18:48
  gets
• 18:48
  damaged
• 18:49
  or
• 18:49
  something,
• 18:49
  you
• 18:49
  know,
• 18:50
  he's
• 18:50
  the
• 18:50
  guy
• 18:50
  that
• 18:50
  goes
• 18:50
  in
• 18:51
  and
• 18:51
  knows
• 18:51
  the,
• 18:51
  the
• 18:52
  formulation
• 18:52
  to
• 18:52
  get
• 18:53
  it
• 18:53
  repaired
• 18:53
  quickly.
• 18:54
  So
• 18:54
  we
• 18:54
  started
• 18:55
  working
• 18:55
  with
• 18:55
  him
• 18:55
  on
• 18:56
  how
• 18:56
  do
• 18:56
  we
• 18:57
  cure
• 18:58
  our
• 18:58
  cement
• 18:59
  coating
• 18:59
  on
• 19:00
  our
• 19:00
  board,
• 19:00
  how
• 19:00
  do
• 19:00
  we
• 19:00
  cure
• 19:01
  that
• 19:01
  faster
• 19:01
  so
• 19:01
  that
• 19:01
  we
• 19:01
  don't
• 19:02
  have
• 19:02
  to
• 19:02
  have
• 19:02
  as
• 19:02
  long
• 19:02
  of
• 19:03
  a
• 19:03
  line
• 19:03
  and
• 19:03
  draw
• 19:03
  so
• 19:04
  much
• 19:04
  power.
• 19:04
  So
• 19:05
  I
• 19:05
  think
• 19:05
  we
• 19:05
  shortened
• 19:06
  it
• 19:06
  by,
• 19:07
  I
• 19:07
  think
• 19:07
  we're
• 19:08
  only
• 19:08
  about
• 19:08
  a
• 19:08
  fifth
• 19:09
  of
• 19:09
  the
• 19:09
  length
• 19:09
  of
• 19:09
  the
• 19:10
  line
• 19:10
  that
• 19:10
  it
• 19:10
  originally
• 19:11
  was
• 19:11
  going
• 19:11
  to
• 19:11
  be,
• 19:11
  which
• 19:12
  is
• 19:12
  pretty
• 19:12
  phenomenal.
• 19:13
  And
• 19:13
  not
• 19:14
  only
• 19:14
  that
• 19:14
  we,
• 19:15
  we
• 19:15
  have
• 19:15
  a
• 19:16
  stronger
• 19:16
  compressive
• 19:17
  strength.
• 19:17
  Our
• 19:17
  board
• 19:18
  is
• 19:18
  already
• 19:18
  really
• 19:18
  strong.
• 19:19
  But
• 19:19
  now
• 19:19
  being
• 19:19
  here
• 19:19
  in
• 19:20
  the,
• 19:20
  what
• 19:20
  we're
• 19:20
  doing
• 19:21
  here
• 19:21
  in
• 19:21
  the
• 19:21
  US
• 19:21
  with
• 19:21
  that
• 19:21
  new
• 19:22
  formulation,
• 19:22
  we've
• 19:23
  got
• 19:23
  a
• 19:23
  higher
• 19:23
  compressive
• 19:24
  strength
• 19:24
  as
• 19:24
  well.
• 19:25
  And
• 19:25
  the
• 19:25
  other
• 19:25
  thing
• 19:25
  that
• 19:25
  we're
• 19:26
  really
• 19:26
  proud
• 19:26
  of
• 19:26
  is
• 19:26
  that
• 19:27
  we
• 19:27
  are
• 19:27
  sourcing
• 19:28
  all
• 19:28
  of
• 19:28
  our
• 19:28
  raw
• 19:29
  materials
• 19:29
  for
• 19:29
  our
• 19:29
  board
• 19:30
  from
• 19:30
  the
• 19:31
  US
• 19:31
  and
• 19:31
  actually
• 19:31
  a
• 19:31
  lot
• 19:32
  of
• 19:32
  them
• 19:32
  come
• 19:33
  from
• 19:33
  Utah
• 19:34
  as
• 19:34
  well,
• 19:34
  which
• 19:34
  is
• 19:34
  pretty
• 19:34
  cool.
• 19:35
  Well,
• 19:35
  that's
• 19:35
  awesome.
• 19:35
  Yeah,
• 19:36
  yeah.
• 19:36
  So
• 19:36
  it's
• 19:37
  a
• 19:37
  good
• 19:37
  story.
• 19:38
  You
• 19:38
  guys
• 19:38
  had
• 19:38
  just
• 19:39
  everything
• 19:39
  thrown
• 19:40
  at
• 19:40
  you.
• 19:40
  And
• 19:41
  I
• 19:41
  don't
• 19:41
  think
• 19:41
  people
• 19:42
  realize
• 19:42
  out
• 19:42
  there
• 19:42
  if
• 19:43
  you
• 19:43
  don't
• 19:43
  have
• 19:43
  those
• 19:43
  UL
• 19:44
  listings,
• 19:45
  a
• 19:45
  building
• 19:45
  inspector
• 19:46
  just
• 19:46
  walks
• 19:46
  in
• 19:47
  and
• 19:47
  goes,
• 19:48
  no.
• 19:48
  Walks
• 19:48
  right
• 19:49
  back
• 19:49
  out.
• 19:49
  Hey,
• 19:50
  let's
• 19:50
  figure
• 19:50
  it
• 19:50
  out.
• 19:50
  It's
• 19:50
  a
• 19:51
  no.
• 19:51
  And
• 19:51
  then
• 19:51
  you're
• 19:52
  standing
• 19:52
  there
• 19:52
  with
• 19:52
  manuals
• 19:53
  going,
• 19:54
  oh
• 19:54
  gosh,
• 19:54
  what
• 19:55
  do
• 19:55
  we
• 19:55
  have
• 19:55
  to
• 19:55
  do?
• 19:56
  And
• 19:56
  you
• 19:56
  have
• 19:56
  to
• 19:57
  figure
• 19:57
  it
• 19:57
  out.
• 19:58
  Yeah.
• 19:59
  Manufacturers
• 19:59
  going,
• 20:00
  hey,
• 20:01
  we
• 20:01
  sold
• 20:01
  you
• 20:01
  the
• 20:01
  equipment
• 20:02
  and
• 20:02
  you're
• 20:03
  in
• 20:03
  the
• 20:03
  middle.
• 20:03
  So
• 20:04
  yeah,
• 20:04
  I
• 20:04
  mean,
• 20:04
  the
• 20:05
  money's
• 20:05
  already
• 20:05
  been
• 20:05
  spent
• 20:06
  so
• 20:06
  we
• 20:06
  had
• 20:06
  to
• 20:06
  figure
• 20:07
  it
• 20:07
  out.
• 20:07
  And
• 20:07
  it
• 20:07
  was
• 20:07
  like,
• 20:08
  it
• 20:08
  was
• 20:09
  like
• 20:09
  getting
• 20:09
  the
• 20:09
  most
• 20:09
  complicated
• 20:10
  piece
• 20:11
  of
• 20:11
  furniture
• 20:11
  at
• 20:11
  Ikea
• 20:12
  with
• 20:12
  no
• 20:12
  instructions.
• 20:13
  It
• 20:13
  was.
• 20:14
  So
• 20:14
  it
• 20:15
  was
• 20:15
  a
• 20:15
  really,
• 20:15
  really
• 20:16
  big
• 20:16
  challenge.
• 20:17
  But
• 20:17
  we
• 20:17
  had
• 20:17
  the
• 20:17
  right
• 20:18
  team
• 20:18
  to
• 20:18
  figure
• 20:18
  it
• 20:18
  out.
• 20:19
  And
• 20:19
  the
• 20:20
  cement
• 20:20
  part
• 20:20
  two
• 20:20
  is
• 20:20
  big
• 20:21
  because
• 20:21
  you
• 20:22
  gotta
• 20:22
  have
• 20:22
  a,
• 20:22
  you
• 20:22
  gotta
• 20:23
  find
• 20:23
  that
• 20:23
  really
• 20:23
  thin
• 20:24
  fine
• 20:25
  line
• 20:25
  of
• 20:26
  workability
• 20:27
  and
• 20:27
  curate.
• 20:28
  So
• 20:28
  it's
• 20:28
  not,
• 20:29
  you
• 20:29
  know,
• 20:29
  setting
• 20:29
  up
• 20:29
  in
• 20:30
  the
• 20:30
  machine,
• 20:30
  right?
• 20:31
  Oh,
• 20:31
  gosh.
• 20:31
  Oh.
• 20:32
  We
• 20:32
  went
• 20:32
  through
• 20:33
  a
• 20:33
  lot
• 20:33
  of
• 20:33
  iterations,
• 20:34
  like,
• 20:34
  you
• 20:35
  know,
• 20:35
  full
• 20:35
  scale
• 20:36
  panic
• 20:36
  on
• 20:36
  the
• 20:36
  line
• 20:36
  when
• 20:37
  it
• 20:37
  set
• 20:37
  too
• 20:37
  fast.
• 20:38
  And
• 20:38
  we
• 20:38
  had
• 20:38
  to
• 20:38
  hurry
• 20:38
  up
• 20:38
  and
• 20:38
  get,
• 20:39
  get
• 20:39
  everything
• 20:39
  cleane
• 20:40
  out
• 20:40
  and
• 20:41
  save
• 20:41
  the
• 20:41
  pipes
• 20:42
  and
• 20:42
  save
• 20:42
  the
• 20:42
  machines.
• 20:42
  And
• 20:43
  so
• 20:43
  it
• 20:44
  was
• 20:44
  a
• 20:44
  madhouse
• 20:45
  for
• 20:45
  a
• 20:45
  minute.
• 20:45
  I
• 20:46
  can
• 20:46
  only
• 20:46
  imagine.
• 20:48
  So
• 20:48
  that's,
• 20:48
  that's
• 20:49
  super
• 20:49
  cool,
• 20:49
  but
• 20:49
  that's
• 20:49
  really
• 20:50
  going
• 20:50
  to
• 20:50
  give
• 20:50
  you
• 20:50
  guys
• 20:50
  that
• 20:50
  flexibility.
• 20:51
  And
• 20:51
  the
• 20:51
  cool
• 20:52
  thing
• 20:52
  too
• 20:52
  is
• 20:52
  as
• 20:53
  you
• 20:53
  guys
• 20:53
  innovate,
• 20:53
  because
• 20:54
  you
• 20:54
  guys
• 20:54
  never
• 20:55
  stand
• 20:55
  still.
• 20:55
  So
• 20:55
  as
• 20:56
  you
• 20:56
  innovate,
• 20:56
  it's
• 20:56
  so
• 20:56
  much
• 20:57
  easier
• 20:57
  having
• 20:57
  the
• 20:57
  building
• 20:57
  in.
• 20:58
  It's
• 20:59
  in
• 20:59
  your
• 20:59
  backyard
• 20:59
  right
• 21:00
  there.
• 21:00
  So
• 21:00
  you
• 21:00
  can
• 21:00
  walk
• 21:00
  down
• 21:00
  and
• 21:01
  change
• 21:01
  those.
• 21:01
  Yeah.
• 21:02
  It's
• 21:02
  like
• 21:02
  10
• 21:02
  minutes
• 21:03
  from
• 21:03
  the
• 21:03
  Salt
• 21:03
  Lake
• 21:04
  airport.
• 21:04
  So
• 21:04
  we're,
• 21:05
  we
• 21:05
  are
• 21:05
  just
• 21:06
  right
• 21:06
  around
• 21:06
  the
• 21:06
  corner.
• 21:06
  And
• 21:07
  we
• 21:07
  will
• 21:07
  be
• 21:07
  right
• 21:08
  back
• 21:08
  with
• 21:08
  more
• 21:08
  from
• 21:09
  Lisa
• 21:09
  Nelson
• 21:09
  and
• 21:10
  Hydro
• 21:10
  Block
• 21:11
  after
• 21:11
  Around
• 21:12
  the
• 21:12
  House
• 21:12
  returns.
• 21:13
  Don't
• 21:14
  change
• 21:14
  that
• 21:14
  dial.
• 23:04
  Welcome
• 23:04
  back
• 23:04
  to
• 23:05
  the
• 23:05
  around
• 23:05
  the
• 23:05
  House
• 23:05
  show
• 23:06
  with
• 23:06
  Eric
• 23:06
  G.
• 23:07
  Eric
• 23:08
  is
• 23:08
  fighting
• 23:08
  a
• 23:08
  cold,
• 23:09
  so
• 23:09
  he
• 23:09
  is
• 23:09
  attempting
• 23:10
  to
• 23:10
  power
• 23:10
  through
• 23:10
  this
• 23:10
  great
• 23:11
  discussion
• 23:11
  with
• 23:12
  Lisa
• 23:12
  Nelson
• 23:13
  from
• 23:13
  Hydro
• 23:13
  Block.
• 23:14
  So
• 23:14
  far,
• 23:15
  so
• 23:15
  good.
• 23:16
  A
• 23:16
  special
• 23:16
  thanks
• 23:17
  to
• 23:17
  Eric's
• 23:17
  Hot
• 23:18
  Toddy
• 23:18
  for
• 23:18
  doing
• 23:18
  the
• 23:19
  brunt
• 23:19
  of
• 23:19
  the
• 23:19
  work
• 23:19
  in
• 23:20
  this
• 23:20
  episode.
• 23:21
  Hmm.
• 23:22
  We
• 23:22
  might
• 23:22
  need
• 23:22
  a
• 23:22
  sponsor
• 23:23
  for
• 23:23
  that.
• 23:23
  Let's
• 23:24
  get
• 23:24
  back
• 23:24
  to
• 23:24
  the
• 23:25
  conversation.
• 23:25
  You
• 23:26
  know,
• 23:26
  we'll
• 23:26
  go
• 23:26
  down,
• 23:27
  we'll
• 23:27
  go
• 23:27
  down
• 23:28
  every
• 23:28
  lane.
• 23:28
  That
• 23:29
  is
• 23:29
  a
• 23:29
  viable,
• 23:29
  you
• 23:30
  know,
• 23:30
  solution
• 23:30
  to
• 23:30
  help
• 23:30
  the
• 23:30
  contractor
• 23:31
  out.
• 23:31
  But
• 23:32
  it
• 23:32
  takes
• 23:32
  a
• 23:32
  lot
• 23:32
  of
• 23:33
  testing.
• 23:33
  It
• 23:33
  takes
• 23:33
  a
• 23:33
  lot
• 23:33
  of
• 23:34
  time,
• 23:34
  takes
• 23:34
  a
• 23:34
  lot
• 23:34
  of,
• 23:35
  a
• 23:35
  lot
• 23:36
  of
• 23:36
  cash
• 23:36
  for
• 23:36
  all
• 23:36
  of
• 23:37
  those
• 23:37
  testing
• 23:37
  facilities,
• 23:37
  you
• 23:38
  know,
• 23:38
  to
• 23:38
  get
• 23:38
  certified
• 23:38
  for
• 23:39
  other
• 23:39
  applications.
• 23:40
  So
• 23:40
  we're
• 23:40
  really
• 23:41
  excited
• 23:41
  that
• 23:41
  we
• 23:41
  are,
• 23:42
  we're,
• 23:42
  you
• 23:42
  know,
• 23:43
  our
• 23:43
  facility
• 23:43
  here
• 23:44
  is
• 23:44
  ICC
• 23:44
  certified.
• 23:45
  We've
• 23:45
  got
• 23:45
  that
• 23:46
  all
• 23:46
  off,
• 23:46
  off
• 23:46
  our
• 23:46
  plate
• 23:47
  now,
• 23:47
  where
• 23:48
  you
• 23:48
  have
• 23:48
  our
• 23:48
  ICC
• 23:49
  certification
• 23:49
  for
• 23:50
  the
• 23:50
  exterior
• 23:50
  backer
• 23:51
  board.
• 23:51
  And
• 23:51
  then
• 23:51
  we've
• 23:51
  got
• 23:52
  some
• 23:52
  other
• 23:52
  things
• 23:52
  up
• 23:53
  our
• 23:53
  sleeves
• 23:53
  that
• 23:53
  are
• 23:53
  going
• 23:54
  to
• 23:54
  be
• 23:54
  pretty
• 23:54
  exciting
• 23:55
  innovations
• 23:55
  that
• 23:55
  will
• 23:56
  come
• 23:56
  in
• 23:57
  the
• 23:57
  next
• 23:57
  coming
• 23:57
  months.
• 23:58
  That's
• 23:59
  cool.
• 23:59
  And
• 23:59
  it's
• 24:00
  got
• 24:00
  to
• 24:00
  be
• 24:00
  interesting
• 24:00
  from
• 24:01
  taking
• 24:01
  that
• 24:01
  interior
• 24:02
  product
• 24:02
  to
• 24:02
  the
• 24:02
  outside
• 24:03
  because
• 24:03
  all
• 24:03
  of
• 24:03
  a
• 24:03
  sudden
• 24:03
  people
• 24:04
  are
• 24:04
  like,
• 24:04
  okay,
• 24:05
  worked
• 24:05
  great
• 24:05
  inside.
• 24:06
  How's
• 24:06
  it
• 24:06
  outside
• 24:07
  with
• 24:07
  the
• 24:07
  weather,
• 24:07
  uv,
• 24:08
  all
• 24:08
  those
• 24:08
  different
• 24:08
  things.
• 24:09
  Yeah.
• 24:10
  And
• 24:10
  trying
• 24:10
  to
• 24:10
  navigate
• 24:10
  that.
• 24:11
  Yeah.
• 24:11
  And
• 24:11
  we
• 24:11
  had
• 24:12
  most
• 24:12
  of
• 24:12
  that
• 24:12
  testing
• 24:13
  was
• 24:13
  already
• 24:13
  done
• 24:13
  for
• 24:13
  our
• 24:13
  ICC
• 24:14
  listing
• 24:14
  for
• 24:15
  the
• 24:15
  interior.
• 24:15
  We
• 24:16
  just
• 24:16
  had
• 24:16
  to
• 24:16
  add
• 24:16
  in
• 24:16
  a
• 24:16
  few
• 24:17
  extra
• 24:17
  to
• 24:17
  your
• 24:17
  point
• 24:18
  for
• 24:18
  the
• 24:18
  exterior
• 24:19
  for
• 24:19
  exposure
• 24:19
  rating.
• 24:20
  So
• 24:20
  we
• 24:20
  got
• 24:20
  all
• 24:20
  of
• 24:21
  that
• 24:21
  done.
• 24:21
  And
• 24:22
  yeah,
• 24:22
  we're
• 24:22
  just,
• 24:22
  we're
• 24:22
  excited
• 24:23
  to
• 24:23
  be,
• 24:24
  to
• 24:24
  be
• 24:24
  on
• 24:24
  houses
• 24:25
  all
• 24:25
  across
• 24:25
  the
• 24:25
  country.
• 24:25
  We've
• 24:26
  spent,
• 24:27
  you
• 24:27
  know,
• 24:27
  the
• 24:28
  better
• 24:28
  part
• 24:28
  of
• 24:28
  the
• 24:28
  last
• 24:28
  two
• 24:29
  years
• 24:29
  doing
• 24:29
  pilot
• 24:30
  projects
• 24:30
  to
• 24:30
  test
• 24:30
  that
• 24:31
  out.
• 24:31
  So
• 24:31
  we've
• 24:32
  done
• 24:32
  projects
• 24:33
  in
• 24:33
  northern
• 24:34
  Canada
• 24:34
  where,
• 24:35
  you
• 24:35
  know,
• 24:35
  I
• 24:35
  don't
• 24:35
  even
• 24:35
  know
• 24:36
  how
• 24:36
  many
• 24:36
  freeze
• 24:36
  thaw
• 24:37
  cycles
• 24:37
  they
• 24:38
  have,
• 24:38
  but
• 24:38
  it's,
• 24:39
  it's
• 24:39
  a
• 24:39
  lot
• 24:39
  so
• 24:40
  we
• 24:40
  tested
• 24:40
  in
• 24:40
  northern
• 24:41
  Canada
• 24:41
  with
• 24:42
  some
• 24:42
  stucco
• 24:43
  systems.
• 24:43
  We've
• 24:43
  done
• 24:43
  some
• 24:44
  in
• 24:45
  Arizona
• 24:46
  and
• 24:46
  southern
• 24:46
  Utah
• 24:46
  with
• 24:47
  the
• 24:47
  really
• 24:47
  hot
• 24:47
  desert
• 24:47
  climates.
• 24:48
  We've
• 24:49
  got
• 24:49
  some
• 24:49
  on
• 24:49
  the
• 24:49
  coasts
• 24:50
  that
• 24:50
  are
• 24:50
  starting
• 24:51
  soon.
• 24:51
  So
• 24:52
  we've
• 24:52
  had
• 24:52
  really,
• 24:53
  really
• 24:53
  great
• 24:53
  feedback.
• 24:54
  And
• 24:54
  the
• 24:54
  thing
• 24:54
  for
• 24:55
  me,
• 24:55
  you
• 24:55
  know,
• 24:55
  that's
• 24:55
  most
• 24:55
  important
• 24:56
  for
• 24:56
  me
• 24:56
  because
• 24:56
  I
• 24:56
  run
• 24:56
  all
• 24:57
  of
• 24:57
  our
• 24:57
  strategic
• 24:58
  relationships,
• 24:58
  is
• 24:59
  it's
• 24:59
  important
• 24:59
  to
• 24:59
  me
• 25:00
  that
• 25:00
  if
• 25:00
  a
• 25:00
  contractor
• 25:00
  tries
• 25:01
  it
• 25:01
  out,
• 25:01
  they
• 25:01
  come
• 25:01
  back
• 25:02
  and
• 25:02
  they
• 25:02
  ask
• 25:02
  for
• 25:02
  it
• 25:03
  again.
• 25:03
  So
• 25:03
  that's
• 25:03
  the
• 25:04
  biggest
• 25:04
  piece
• 25:04
  of
• 25:04
  validation.
• 25:05
  And
• 25:05
  that's
• 25:05
  what
• 25:05
  we're
• 25:05
  always
• 25:05
  working
• 25:06
  for.
• 25:07
  Of
• 25:07
  course.
• 25:07
  Yeah.
• 25:08
  I
• 25:08
  mean,
• 25:08
  and
• 25:08
  it's
• 25:08
  so
• 25:08
  interesting.
• 25:09
  Like
• 25:09
  you,
• 25:09
  like
• 25:09
  you
• 25:10
  just
• 25:10
  brought
• 25:10
  up,
• 25:10
  I
• 25:10
  mean,
• 25:11
  there's
• 25:11
  so
• 25:11
  many
• 25:11
  different
• 25:12
  climates,
• 25:13
  climate
• 25:14
  zones
• 25:14
  in
• 25:15
  the
• 25:15
  US
• 25:15
  of
• 25:15
  how
• 25:16
  things
• 25:16
  react
• 25:16
  from
• 25:17
  where
• 25:17
  we
• 25:17
  were,
• 25:18
  you
• 25:18
  know,
• 25:18
  just
• 25:18
  a
• 25:19
  few
• 25:19
  weeks
• 25:19
  ago
• 25:19
  and
• 25:19
  in
• 25:20
  Florida
• 25:21
  to
• 25:21
  getting
• 25:21
  up
• 25:22
  into
• 25:22
  the
• 25:23
  corners
• 25:23
  of
• 25:23
  the,
• 25:24
  of
• 25:24
  the
• 25:24
  US
• 25:26
  just
• 25:26
  here.
• 25:26
  And
• 25:26
  even
• 25:27
  in
• 25:27
  my
• 25:27
  area
• 25:27
  where
• 25:27
  we've
• 25:28
  got,
• 25:28
  you
• 25:28
  know,
• 25:28
  the
• 25:28
  Oregon
• 25:29
  coast,
• 25:29
  for
• 25:29
  instance,
• 25:30
  beach
• 25:31
  house
• 25:31
  out
• 25:31
  there,
• 25:31
  that
• 25:32
  takes
• 25:32
  a
• 25:33
  beating
• 25:34
  out
• 25:34
  there.
• 25:34
  Yeah.
• 25:35
  And
• 25:35
  everything
• 25:36
  you
• 25:36
  do
• 25:36
  out
• 25:37
  there
• 25:37
  has
• 25:37
  to
• 25:37
  be
• 25:37
  so
• 25:37
  well
• 25:38
  thought
• 25:38
  out.
• 25:39
  Yeah.
• 25:39
  But
• 25:39
  I
• 25:39
  love
• 25:39
  this
• 25:40
  for
• 25:40
  that
• 25:40
  because,
• 25:41
  you
• 25:41
  know,
• 25:41
  it's
• 25:42
  just
• 25:42
  one
• 25:42
  of
• 25:42
  those
• 25:42
  things
• 25:42
  that
• 25:43
  we've
• 25:43
  really,
• 25:44
  finally,
• 25:45
  I
• 25:45
  think
• 25:45
  we're
• 25:45
  getting
• 25:45
  into
• 25:46
  where
• 25:46
  science
• 25:46
  is
• 25:47
  getting
• 25:47
  into
• 25:47
  the
• 25:48
  exterior
• 25:48
  of
• 25:48
  the
• 25:48
  house.
• 25:49
  It's
• 25:49
  been
• 25:49
  a
• 25:49
  battle
• 25:50
  here,
• 25:50
  you
• 25:50
  know,
• 25:51
  across
• 25:51
  the
• 25:51
  country.
• 25:51
  And
• 25:52
  with
• 25:52
  building
• 25:52
  code
• 25:53
  changing,
• 25:53
  I'm
• 25:54
  so
• 25:54
  happy
• 25:54
  to
• 25:54
  start
• 25:54
  seeing
• 25:55
  these
• 25:55
  things
• 25:55
  working
• 25:55
  together.
• 25:56
  And
• 25:57
  I
• 25:57
  think
• 25:57
  we're
• 25:57
  finally
• 25:58
  getting
• 25:58
  to
• 25:58
  a
• 25:58
  point.
• 25:58
  You
• 25:58
  know,
• 25:59
  in
• 25:59
  the
• 25:59
  80s,
• 25:59
  we
• 25:59
  built
• 25:59
  houses
• 26:00
  that
• 26:00
  were,
• 26:01
  that
• 26:01
  were
• 26:01
  just
• 26:01
  rotting
• 26:02
  from
• 26:02
  the
• 26:02
  inside
• 26:02
  out.
• 26:03
  Now
• 26:03
  finally
• 26:04
  in
• 26:04
  2026,
• 26:05
  I
• 26:05
  think
• 26:05
  we're
• 26:06
  getting
• 26:06
  to
• 26:06
  a
• 26:06
  point
• 26:06
  now
• 26:06
  that
• 26:06
  we're
• 26:07
  actually
• 26:08
  building
• 26:08
  smarter
• 26:09
  and
• 26:09
  healthier
• 26:09
  buildings.
• 26:09
  So
• 26:10
  I
• 26:10
  think
• 26:10
  this
• 26:10
  is
• 26:10
  going
• 26:10
  to
• 26:10
  be
• 26:10
  a
• 26:10
  great
• 26:11
  part
• 26:11
  of
• 26:11
  that.
• 26:11
  Yeah,
• 26:12
  we're
• 26:12
  getting
• 26:12
  a
• 26:12
  little,
• 26:12
  we're
• 26:13
  getting
• 26:13
  closer
• 26:13
  day
• 26:14
  by
• 26:14
  day.
• 26:14
  I
• 26:14
  think,
• 26:15
  you
• 26:15
  know,
• 26:15
  looking
• 26:15
  at
• 26:16
  the
• 26:16
  history
• 26:17
  of
• 26:17
  the
• 26:18
  exterior
• 26:18
  wall
• 26:18
  and
• 26:19
  why
• 26:19
  this
• 26:19
  is
• 26:19
  such
• 26:19
  a
• 26:20
  great
• 26:20
  solution.
• 26:21
  You
• 26:22
  know,
• 26:23
  you're
• 26:23
  talking
• 26:23
  about
• 26:23
  building
• 26:24
  codes.
• 26:24
  We
• 26:24
  had
• 26:25
  the
• 26:25
  EFS
• 26:26
  or
• 26:26
  EFIs.
• 26:27
  Who
• 26:27
  knows
• 26:27
  how
• 26:28
  you
• 26:28
  say
• 26:28
  it?
• 26:28
  We
• 26:29
  had
• 26:29
  that
• 26:29
  system
• 26:29
  that
• 26:30
  had
• 26:30
  so
• 26:30
  many
• 26:30
  failures
• 26:31
  because
• 26:31
  it
• 26:31
  was
• 26:31
  so
• 26:31
  complex
• 26:32
  installation.
• 26:33
  So
• 26:33
  there
• 26:33
  was
• 26:34
  water
• 26:34
  intrusion
• 26:35
  and,
• 26:35
  you
• 26:35
  know,
• 26:35
  litigation
• 26:36
  that
• 26:36
  happened
• 26:36
  for
• 26:36
  years
• 26:36
  and
• 26:37
  years
• 26:37
  and
• 26:37
  years.
• 26:37
  And
• 26:37
  that's
• 26:38
  still
• 26:38
  a
• 26:38
  four
• 26:38
  letter
• 26:39
  word
• 26:39
  in
• 26:39
  the
• 26:39
  industry
• 26:39
  to
• 26:39
  even
• 26:39
  bring
• 26:40
  that
• 26:40
  up.
• 26:40
  It's
• 26:41
  gotten
• 26:41
  better
• 26:42
  for
• 26:42
  sure.
• 26:42
  And
• 26:42
  there's
• 26:43
  a
• 26:43
  lot
• 26:43
  of
• 26:43
  commercial
• 26:43
  projects
• 26:44
  that
• 26:44
  are
• 26:44
  using
• 26:44
  it
• 26:44
  again.
• 26:44
  But
• 26:45
  that
• 26:45
  was
• 26:46
  born
• 26:46
  out
• 26:46
  of
• 26:47
  the
• 26:47
  necessity
• 26:47
  to
• 26:48
  help
• 26:48
  with
• 26:48
  energy
• 26:49
  demands.
• 26:49
  So
• 26:50
  that
• 26:50
  was
• 26:51
  one
• 26:51
  thing.
• 26:51
  And
• 26:51
  then
• 26:51
  we
• 26:52
  saw
• 26:52
  the
• 26:53
  influx
• 26:53
  of
• 26:54
  cement
• 26:54
  Board.
• 26:55
  So
• 26:55
  trying
• 26:55
  to
• 26:55
  get
• 26:56
  a
• 26:56
  direct
• 26:56
  to
• 26:56
  board
• 26:56
  finished
• 26:57
  so
• 26:57
  that
• 26:57
  you
• 26:57
  could
• 26:57
  solve
• 26:58
  for
• 26:58
  labor
• 26:58
  problems,
• 26:58
  well,
• 26:59
  that
• 27:00
  was
• 27:00
  great,
• 27:00
  but
• 27:01
  it
• 27:01
  is
• 27:01
  really,
• 27:01
  really,
• 27:02
  really
• 27:02
  heavy
• 27:02
  and
• 27:03
  it's
• 27:03
  really
• 27:03
  brittle,
• 27:04
  and
• 27:04
  a
• 27:04
  lot
• 27:04
  of
• 27:04
  it
• 27:05
  is
• 27:05
  lost
• 27:05
  in
• 27:05
  transport
• 27:06
  because
• 27:06
  of
• 27:06
  breakage.
• 27:07
  So
• 27:07
  it.
• 27:08
  Both
• 27:08
  of
• 27:08
  those
• 27:09
  work
• 27:09
  to
• 27:09
  solve
• 27:09
  a
• 27:10
  problem
• 27:10
  that
• 27:10
  we
• 27:10
  get
• 27:10
  to
• 27:10
  kind
• 27:11
  of
• 27:11
  come
• 27:11
  in
• 27:11
  and
• 27:11
  deliver
• 27:12
  on
• 27:12
  the
• 27:12
  promises
• 27:12
  of
• 27:13
  both.
• 27:13
  So
• 27:14
  we
• 27:14
  provide
• 27:14
  that
• 27:14
  continuous
• 27:15
  insulation,
• 27:15
  but
• 27:16
  we
• 27:16
  also
• 27:16
  help
• 27:16
  with
• 27:16
  the
• 27:17
  labor
• 27:17
  because
• 27:17
  we're
• 27:18
  a
• 27:18
  direct
• 27:18
  to
• 27:18
  board
• 27:18
  finish.
• 27:19
  And
• 27:19
  we
• 27:19
  do
• 27:20
  it
• 27:20
  at
• 27:20
  about
• 27:20
  60
• 27:21
  to
• 27:21
  70%
• 27:22
  of
• 27:23
  the
• 27:23
  weight.
• 27:24
  So
• 27:24
  we're
• 27:25
  our
• 27:25
  4
• 27:25
  by
• 27:25
  8
• 27:26
  half
• 27:26
  inch
• 27:26
  board,
• 27:26
  it's
• 27:27
  23
• 27:27
  pounds.
• 27:28
  So
• 27:29
  crews
• 27:29
  love
• 27:29
  it
• 27:29
  because
• 27:30
  they
• 27:30
  can
• 27:30
  carry
• 27:30
  it
• 27:30
  around
• 27:30
  no
• 27:31
  problem.
• 27:31
  They
• 27:31
  can
• 27:31
  carry
• 27:31
  multiple
• 27:32
  of.
• 27:32
  Multiple
• 27:32
  of
• 27:33
  them
• 27:33
  around.
• 27:34
  And
• 27:34
  we
• 27:34
  find
• 27:34
  more
• 27:35
  and
• 27:35
  more
• 27:35
  with
• 27:35
  builders
• 27:36
  that
• 27:36
  we
• 27:36
  meet
• 27:37
  how
• 27:38
  much
• 27:38
  more
• 27:38
  committed
• 27:39
  they're
• 27:39
  becoming
• 27:39
  to
• 27:40
  taking
• 27:40
  care
• 27:40
  of
• 27:41
  their
• 27:41
  crews
• 27:41
  and
• 27:41
  making
• 27:42
  sure
• 27:42
  that
• 27:42
  their
• 27:42
  crews
• 27:43
  are
• 27:43
  not
• 27:43
  breaking
• 27:44
  their
• 27:44
  bodies
• 27:44
  to
• 27:45
  go
• 27:45
  to
• 27:45
  work
• 27:45
  every
• 27:45
  day.
• 27:46
  So
• 27:46
  we're.
• 27:46
  We're
• 27:46
  happy
• 27:47
  to
• 27:47
  play
• 27:47
  a
• 27:47
  little
• 27:47
  part
• 27:47
  of
• 27:48
  that
• 27:48
  as
• 27:48
  well.
• 27:49
  That
• 27:49
  is
• 27:49
  so
• 27:49
  smart
• 27:49
  because,
• 27:50
  yeah,
• 27:50
  I
• 27:50
  mean,
• 27:50
  as
• 27:51
  I'm
• 27:51
  sitting
• 27:51
  here
• 27:51
  with
• 27:51
  a
• 27:51
  cold
• 27:52
  and
• 27:52
  my.
• 27:52
  My
• 27:53
  arm
• 27:53
  and
• 27:53
  a
• 27:53
  sling,
• 27:53
  I
• 27:53
  get
• 27:54
  that.
• 27:54
  Taking
• 27:54
  care
• 27:54
  of
• 27:54
  yourself,
• 27:56
  it's
• 27:56
  been
• 27:56
  a
• 27:56
  battle
• 27:57
  out
• 27:57
  there
• 27:57
  for
• 27:57
  people.
• 27:57
  And
• 27:58
  with.
• 27:59
  Especially
• 27:59
  with
• 28:00
  people
• 28:00
  in
• 28:01
  construction
• 28:01
  out
• 28:01
  there
• 28:01
  that
• 28:02
  are
• 28:02
  working,
• 28:02
  it's
• 28:02
  one
• 28:03
  of
• 28:03
  those
• 28:03
  things
• 28:03
  that,
• 28:04
  you
• 28:04
  know,
• 28:04
  we've
• 28:04
  got
• 28:04
  a
• 28:04
  whole
• 28:05
  other
• 28:05
  generation
• 28:05
  getting
• 28:06
  ready
• 28:06
  to,
• 28:07
  you
• 28:07
  know,
• 28:07
  getting
• 28:07
  ready
• 28:08
  to
• 28:08
  retire.
• 28:09
  And
• 28:10
  when
• 28:10
  you've
• 28:10
  got
• 28:10
  people
• 28:11
  out
• 28:11
  there
• 28:11
  that
• 28:11
  have
• 28:11
  been
• 28:11
  doing
• 28:12
  it
• 28:12
  for
• 28:12
  30,
• 28:13
  35,
• 28:14
  40
• 28:14
  years,
• 28:15
  safety
• 28:16
  40
• 28:16
  years
• 28:16
  ago
• 28:17
  wasn't
• 28:17
  what
• 28:17
  it
• 28:17
  is
• 28:18
  now.
• 28:18
  And
• 28:19
  even
• 28:19
  then,
• 28:20
  we've
• 28:20
  got
• 28:20
  people
• 28:20
  at
• 28:20
  that
• 28:21
  point
• 28:21
  that
• 28:21
  are
• 28:21
  hitting
• 28:21
  their
• 28:21
  40s
• 28:22
  and
• 28:22
  stuff
• 28:22
  are
• 28:22
  going,
• 28:23
  I
• 28:23
  want
• 28:23
  to
• 28:23
  go
• 28:23
  in
• 28:23
  the
• 28:23
  office
• 28:24
  because
• 28:24
  I
• 28:24
  can't
• 28:24
  do
• 28:25
  stuff
• 28:26
  that
• 28:26
  I
• 28:26
  could
• 28:26
  do
• 28:26
  back
• 28:27
  then.
• 28:27
  And
• 28:27
  I
• 28:27
  think
• 28:27
  it's
• 28:28
  really
• 28:28
  smart,
• 28:28
  you
• 28:29
  know,
• 28:29
  with
• 28:29
  women
• 28:30
  in
• 28:30
  construct
• 28:30
  week.
• 28:31
  I
• 28:31
  love
• 28:32
  seeing
• 28:32
  women
• 28:32
  coming
• 28:32
  into
• 28:33
  the
• 28:33
  trades
• 28:34
  as,
• 28:34
  you
• 28:34
  know,
• 28:35
  as
• 28:35
  much
• 28:35
  as
• 28:35
  we're
• 28:35
  seeing,
• 28:36
  you
• 28:36
  know,
• 28:36
  when
• 28:36
  we
• 28:36
  were
• 28:37
  sitting
• 28:37
  there
• 28:38
  by
• 28:38
  your
• 28:38
  booth
• 28:39
  and
• 28:39
  I
• 28:39
  got
• 28:39
  to
• 28:39
  see
• 28:39
  my
• 28:40
  really
• 28:40
  great
• 28:40
  friend
• 28:40
  Kayleen
• 28:41
  McCabe.
• 28:42
  Yeah.
• 28:42
  You
• 28:42
  know,
• 28:42
  come
• 28:43
  in.
• 28:43
  That
• 28:43
  was
• 28:43
  awesome.
• 28:44
  Her
• 28:44
  and
• 28:44
  I
• 28:44
  go
• 28:44
  way
• 28:44
  back,
• 28:45
  and
• 28:45
  that's
• 28:45
  one
• 28:45
  of
• 28:45
  the
• 28:45
  fun
• 28:46
  things
• 28:46
  about
• 28:46
  that
• 28:46
  show
• 28:46
  is
• 28:47
  it's
• 28:47
  just,
• 28:48
  you
• 28:48
  know,
• 28:48
  you
• 28:48
  get
• 28:48
  to
• 28:48
  see
• 28:49
  all
• 28:49
  your
• 28:49
  friends
• 28:49
  that
• 28:50
  you
• 28:50
  don't
• 28:50
  get
• 28:50
  to
• 28:50
  see
• 28:50
  all
• 28:50
  year
• 28:51
  round.
• 28:51
  Yeah.
• 28:51
  And,
• 28:52
  yeah,
• 28:52
  it's
• 28:52
  so
• 28:52
  fun,
• 28:53
  you
• 28:53
  know,
• 28:53
  and
• 28:53
  I
• 28:53
  love
• 28:54
  what
• 28:54
  she
• 28:54
  does
• 28:54
  of
• 28:55
  just
• 28:55
  getting
• 28:55
  people
• 28:55
  into
• 28:55
  the
• 28:56
  trades
• 28:56
  and
• 28:57
  getting
• 28:57
  that
• 28:58
  younger
• 28:59
  generation
• 28:59
  going.
• 28:59
  And
• 29:00
  so
• 29:00
  anytime
• 29:01
  I
• 29:01
  can
• 29:01
  help
• 29:01
  her,
• 29:02
  lift
• 29:02
  her
• 29:02
  up
• 29:02
  and
• 29:02
  go,
• 29:03
  hey,
• 29:03
  let's
• 29:03
  let's
• 29:03
  do
• 29:04
  something
• 29:04
  together.
• 29:04
  It's
• 29:04
  great.
• 29:05
  Yeah.
• 29:05
  She's
• 29:05
  a
• 29:05
  rock
• 29:06
  star
• 29:06
  out
• 29:06
  there
• 29:06
  with
• 29:06
  the
• 29:06
  kids
• 29:07
  in
• 29:07
  high
• 29:07
  schools
• 29:07
  that
• 29:07
  are
• 29:08
  going
• 29:08
  to
• 29:08
  trade.
• 29:09
  I
• 29:09
  love
• 29:09
  to
• 29:09
  see
• 29:10
  her
• 29:10
  working
• 29:10
  with
• 29:10
  stuff,
• 29:11
  but
• 29:11
  this
• 29:11
  is
• 29:11
  one
• 29:11
  of
• 29:11
  those
• 29:12
  things
• 29:12
  that
• 29:12
  it's
• 29:12
  just
• 29:12
  working
• 29:13
  smarter.
• 29:14
  Yeah.
• 29:14
  Well,
• 29:15
  and
• 29:15
  I
• 29:15
  think,
• 29:15
  you
• 29:15
  know,
• 29:15
  we
• 29:15
  know
• 29:16
  that
• 29:16
  kids
• 29:16
  are
• 29:16
  not,
• 29:16
  that
• 29:17
  they're
• 29:17
  not
• 29:17
  leaving
• 29:17
  high
• 29:18
  school
• 29:18
  looking
• 29:19
  to
• 29:19
  work
• 29:19
  harder.
• 29:20
  We
• 29:20
  know
• 29:20
  that.
• 29:20
  Yeah.
• 29:21
  And
• 29:21
  I
• 29:21
  can
• 29:21
  say
• 29:21
  that
• 29:21
  because
• 29:21
  I've
• 29:22
  got,
• 29:22
  I
• 29:22
  have
• 29:23
  four
• 29:23
  kids
• 29:23
  of
• 29:23
  my
• 29:24
  own,
• 29:24
  but
• 29:24
  three
• 29:25
  of
• 29:25
  them
• 29:25
  are
• 29:25
  out
• 29:26
  of
• 29:26
  the
• 29:26
  house
• 29:26
  and
• 29:26
  figuring
• 29:27
  out
• 29:27
  adulthood
• 29:28
  and
• 29:29
  you.
• 29:29
  They're
• 29:29
  faced
• 29:30
  with
• 29:30
  so
• 29:30
  many
• 29:30
  challenges
• 29:31
  right
• 29:31
  now.
• 29:31
  Number
• 29:31
  one
• 29:32
  is
• 29:32
  AI
• 29:32
  going
• 29:33
  to
• 29:33
  take
• 29:33
  my
• 29:33
  job.
• 29:33
  So
• 29:33
  that's
• 29:34
  why
• 29:34
  I
• 29:34
  love
• 29:35
  people
• 29:35
  that
• 29:35
  are
• 29:35
  working
• 29:36
  to
• 29:36
  help
• 29:36
  kids,
• 29:37
  show
• 29:37
  them
• 29:37
  how,
• 29:38
  how
• 29:38
  successful
• 29:39
  they
• 29:39
  can
• 29:39
  be
• 29:39
  in
• 29:39
  the
• 29:39
  trades.
• 29:40
  Number
• 29:41
  two
• 29:41
  is
• 29:42
  how
• 29:43
  can
• 29:43
  they
• 29:43
  ever
• 29:43
  afford
• 29:44
  a
• 29:44
  house?
• 29:45
  So
• 29:45
  that
• 29:46
  is
• 29:46
  a
• 29:46
  consistent
• 29:46
  message
• 29:47
  that
• 29:47
  we
• 29:47
  hear.
• 29:47
  And
• 29:47
  I'm
• 29:48
  feeling
• 29:48
  it
• 29:48
  in
• 29:48
  my
• 29:48
  own
• 29:48
  home
• 29:49
  right
• 29:49
  now
• 29:49
  as
• 29:49
  well
• 29:49
  too.
• 29:50
  You
• 29:50
  know,
• 29:50
  how
• 29:50
  are
• 29:50
  we
• 29:50
  ever
• 29:51
  going
• 29:51
  to
• 29:51
  be
• 29:51
  able
• 29:51
  to
• 29:51
  launch
• 29:51
  on
• 29:52
  our
• 29:52
  own
• 29:52
  and
• 29:52
  be
• 29:52
  able
• 29:52
  to
• 29:53
  provide
• 29:53
  for
• 29:53
  ourselves?
• 29:54
  So
• 29:54
  we've
• 29:54
  worked
• 29:55
  with
• 29:56
  a
• 29:56
  lot
• 29:56
  of
• 29:56
  people,
• 29:56
  we
• 29:56
  met
• 29:57
  with
• 29:57
  a
• 29:57
  lot
• 29:57
  of
• 29:57
  people
• 29:57
  at
• 29:57
  the
• 29:57
  show,
• 29:58
  we've
• 29:58
  met
• 29:58
  with
• 29:58
  a
• 29:58
  lot
• 29:58
  of
• 29:59
  contractors
• 29:59
  that
• 29:59
  are
• 30:00
  working
• 30:00
  in
• 30:01
  Utah
• 30:01
  with
• 30:01
  our
• 30:01
  governor's
• 30:02
  initiative
• 30:03
  to
• 30:03
  be
• 30:03
  able
• 30:03
  to
• 30:04
  help
• 30:04
  builders
• 30:05
  find
• 30:05
  a
• 30:05
  way
• 30:06
  to
• 30:06
  build
• 30:07
  more
• 30:07
  affordable
• 30:08
  homes.
• 30:08
  I
• 30:08
  think
• 30:09
  everybody
• 30:09
  agrees
• 30:09
  that
• 30:09
  it
• 30:10
  shouldn't
• 30:10
  be
• 30:10
  the
• 30:10
  burden
• 30:11
  only
• 30:11
  of
• 30:11
  the
• 30:11
  builder
• 30:12
  to
• 30:12
  do
• 30:12
  it,
• 30:12
  but
• 30:13
  in
• 30:13
  whatever
• 30:14
  ways
• 30:14
  we
• 30:14
  can
• 30:14
  find
• 30:14
  to
• 30:15
  help
• 30:15
  the
• 30:15
  builder,
• 30:16
  you
• 30:16
  know,
• 30:17
  provide
• 30:17
  number
• 30:18
  one,
• 30:18
  better
• 30:18
  performing
• 30:19
  products
• 30:19
  for
• 30:19
  their,
• 30:20
  for
• 30:20
  their
• 30:20
  homes
• 30:20
  that
• 30:21
  they
• 30:21
  build.
• 30:21
  But
• 30:22
  also
• 30:22
  if
• 30:22
  there's
• 30:22
  a
• 30:23
  way
• 30:23
  that
• 30:23
  they
• 30:23
  can
• 30:23
  save
• 30:23
  on
• 30:24
  their,
• 30:24
  on
• 30:24
  their
• 30:25
  labor
• 30:25
  and
• 30:25
  materials
• 30:26
  to
• 30:26
  help
• 30:26
  bring
• 30:26
  the
• 30:26
  cost
• 30:26
  of
• 30:27
  those,
• 30:27
  the
• 30:27
  housing
• 30:27
  down,
• 30:28
  maybe
• 30:28
  we
• 30:28
  make
• 30:28
  some
• 30:28
  kind
• 30:29
  of
• 30:29
  an
• 30:29
  impact
• 30:29
  for
• 30:29
  these
• 30:29
  kids.
• 30:30
  We'll
• 30:30
  see.
• 30:30
  Yeah.
• 30:31
  I
• 30:31
  mean,
• 30:31
  and
• 30:31
  it's
• 30:32
  smart
• 30:32
  because,
• 30:32
  you
• 30:32
  know,
• 30:32
  every
• 30:33
  time
• 30:33
  that
• 30:33
  somebody
• 30:33
  gets
• 30:33
  hurt
• 30:34
  on
• 30:34
  a
• 30:34
  job
• 30:34
  site
• 30:34
  that
• 30:34
  costs
• 30:35
  that
• 30:35
  builder
• 30:35
  a
• 30:35
  lot
• 30:35
  of
• 30:35
  money.
• 30:36
  It's
• 30:36
  just
• 30:36
  a
• 30:36
  lot.
• 30:37
  Yeah.
• 30:37
  And
• 30:37
  if
• 30:37
  you
• 30:38
  can
• 30:38
  give
• 30:38
  them
• 30:38
  a
• 30:38
  lighter,
• 30:39
  more
• 30:39
  durable
• 30:40
  product,
• 30:41
  that's
• 30:41
  a
• 30:41
  win
• 30:41
  all
• 30:42
  around.
• 30:42
  Yeah.
• 30:43
  There's
• 30:43
  a
• 30:43
  lot
• 30:43
  to
• 30:43
  tackle.
• 30:44
  But
• 30:44
  I'm
• 30:44
  so
• 30:44
  appreciative
• 30:45
  of
• 30:45
  everybody
• 30:46
  in
• 30:46
  our,
• 30:47
  in
• 30:47
  our
• 30:47
  industry
• 30:47
  that
• 30:48
  is
• 30:48
  trying
• 30:48
  to
• 30:48
  find
• 30:48
  ways
• 30:49
  to
• 30:49
  make
• 30:49
  an
• 30:49
  impact.
• 30:49
  So
• 30:50
  we
• 30:50
  had
• 30:50
  several
• 30:50
  conversations
• 30:51
  at
• 30:51
  the
• 30:51
  show
• 30:52
  about
• 30:53
  different
• 30:53
  creative
• 30:53
  mortgage
• 30:54
  lending.
• 30:54
  Right.
• 30:54
  If
• 30:55
  you're
• 30:55
  using
• 30:55
  greener
• 30:56
  materials
• 30:56
  and
• 30:56
  if
• 30:56
  you're,
• 30:57
  you
• 30:57
  know,
• 30:57
  building
• 30:57
  a
• 30:58
  home
• 30:58
  that's
• 30:58
  going
• 30:58
  to
• 30:58
  be
• 30:58
  more
• 30:59
  energy
• 30:59
  efficient,
• 30:59
  how
• 31:00
  you
• 31:00
  can
• 31:00
  maybe
• 31:00
  get
• 31:00
  lower
• 31:01
  mortgage
• 31:01
  rates,
• 31:01
  I
• 31:01
  think
• 31:01
  you,
• 31:01
  if
• 31:02
  it's
• 31:02
  a
• 31:02
  collective
• 31:03
  conversation
• 31:03
  that
• 31:04
  we
• 31:05
  can,
• 31:05
  we
• 31:05
  can
• 31:05
  find
• 31:05
  some
• 31:05
  Solutions,
• 31:06
  if
• 31:06
  everybody's
• 31:06
  willing
• 31:07
  to
• 31:07
  work
• 31:07
  on
• 31:07
  it.
• 31:08
  Yeah.
• 31:08
  Here
• 31:08
  in
• 31:08
  our
• 31:09
  area,
• 31:09
  I've
• 31:09
  been
• 31:09
  really
• 31:10
  fighting
• 31:10
  to
• 31:10
  get,
• 31:11
  to
• 31:11
  get
• 31:12
  kind
• 31:12
  of
• 31:12
  government
• 31:12
  out
• 31:12
  of
• 31:12
  the
• 31:13
  way
• 31:13
  because
• 31:13
  we
• 31:13
  had
• 31:13
  a
• 31:13
  problem
• 31:14
  here.
• 31:14
  They
• 31:14
  finally
• 31:14
  have
• 31:15
  done
• 31:15
  something
• 31:15
  this
• 31:15
  last,
• 31:16
  I
• 31:16
  think
• 31:16
  it
• 31:17
  was
• 31:17
  in
• 31:17
  August,
• 31:17
  like
• 31:18
  City
• 31:18
  of
• 31:18
  Portland,
• 31:18
  for
• 31:18
  instance.
• 31:19
  And
• 31:19
  I've
• 31:19
  railed
• 31:19
  on
• 31:19
  them
• 31:19
  a
• 31:20
  lot
• 31:20
  on
• 31:20
  this
• 31:20
  show
• 31:20
  because
• 31:21
  they
• 31:21
  were
• 31:22
  adding
• 31:22
  $100,000
• 31:23
  in
• 31:23
  fees
• 31:24
  to
• 31:25
  a
• 31:25
  house
• 31:25
  construction.
• 31:26
  And
• 31:26
  I'm
• 31:26
  like,
• 31:27
  for
• 31:27
  what?
• 31:28
  So
• 31:28
  what
• 31:28
  they
• 31:28
  would
• 31:29
  do
• 31:29
  is.
• 31:29
  So
• 31:30
  let's
• 31:30
  say
• 31:30
  we
• 31:30
  had
• 31:30
  a
• 31:31
  great
• 31:31
  example.
• 31:32
  If
• 31:32
  you
• 31:32
  had
• 31:32
  a
• 31:32
  1939
• 31:34
  house
• 31:35
  that
• 31:35
  was
• 31:36
  half
• 31:36
  burned
• 31:36
  down
• 31:37
  or
• 31:37
  was
• 31:37
  sitting
• 31:37
  there
• 31:37
  and
• 31:38
  you
• 31:38
  were
• 31:38
  going
• 31:38
  to
• 31:38
  put
• 31:38
  a
• 31:38
  nice,
• 31:39
  you
• 31:39
  know,
• 31:40
  single
• 31:40
  or
• 31:40
  a
• 31:40
  double,
• 31:41
  you
• 31:41
  know,
• 31:41
  residence
• 31:42
  on
• 31:42
  this
• 31:42
  piece
• 31:42
  of
• 31:42
  property
• 31:43
  since
• 31:44
  it
• 31:44
  was
• 31:44
  built
• 31:44
  before
• 31:44
  1940,
• 31:45
  you
• 31:45
  would
• 31:45
  have
• 31:45
  to
• 31:46
  hand
• 31:46
  disassemble
• 31:47
  the
• 31:47
  house
• 31:47
  and
• 31:47
  try
• 31:47
  to
• 31:48
  use
• 31:48
  it.
• 31:48
  So
• 31:49
  now
• 31:49
  you've
• 31:49
  got
• 31:49
  an
• 31:49
  extra
• 31:50
  30,000,
• 31:51
  $40,000
• 31:51
  to
• 31:52
  have
• 31:52
  people
• 31:52
  come
• 31:52
  in
• 31:52
  with
• 31:53
  hammers
• 31:53
  and
• 31:53
  saws
• 31:54
  and
• 31:54
  literally
• 31:54
  take
• 31:55
  this
• 31:55
  thing
• 31:55
  down.
• 31:55
  But
• 31:56
  then
• 31:56
  you
• 31:56
  had
• 31:56
  to
• 31:56
  have
• 31:56
  the
• 31:57
  lead
• 31:57
  pain
• 31:58
  abated,
• 31:58
  the
• 31:58
  asbestos
• 31:59
  taken
• 31:59
  out.
• 32:00
  So
• 32:00
  all
• 32:00
  of
• 32:01
  a
• 32:01
  sudden
• 32:01
  you
• 32:01
  could
• 32:01
  have
• 32:01
  a
• 32:01
  bunch
• 32:02
  of
• 32:02
  money
• 32:02
  in
• 32:02
  that.
• 32:03
  Then
• 32:03
  they
• 32:03
  had
• 32:04
  all
• 32:04
  these
• 32:04
  development
• 32:04
  fees.
• 32:05
  It
• 32:05
  would
• 32:05
  be
• 32:06
  $18,000
• 32:07
  to
• 32:07
  the
• 32:07
  urban
• 32:08
  forestry,
• 32:09
  $12,000
• 32:10
  to
• 32:10
  transit,
• 32:10
  this
• 32:11
  much
• 32:11
  to
• 32:11
  the
• 32:11
  zoo
• 32:12
  and
• 32:12
  the

  parks
• 32:12
  department.
• 32:13
  And
• 32:13
  it
• 32:13
  was
• 32:13
  just,
• 32:13
  yeah,
• 32:14
  there
• 32:14
  was
• 32:14
  a
• 32:15
  house
• 32:15
  there.
• 32:15
  The
• 32:15
  utilities
• 32:16
  were
• 32:16
  already
• 32:16
  there.
• 32:16
  And
• 32:17
  it
• 32:17
  was
• 32:17
  like,
• 32:17
  guys,
• 32:18
  for
• 32:18
  somebody
• 32:18
  to
• 32:19
  come
• 32:19
  in
• 32:19
  there
• 32:19
  and
• 32:19
  build
• 32:19
  a
• 32:19
  2200
• 32:20
  square
• 32:20
  foot
• 32:20
  house,
• 32:21
  you
• 32:22
  could
• 32:22
  easily
• 32:22
  be
• 32:23
  over
• 32:23
  to
• 32:23
  the
• 32:23
  six
• 32:23
  figures.
• 32:24
  And
• 32:24
  yeah,
• 32:25
  it
• 32:25
  was
• 32:25
  like,
• 32:26
  that's
• 32:26
  not
• 32:26
  how
• 32:26
  we're
• 32:27
  going
• 32:27
  to
• 32:27
  get
• 32:27
  affordable
• 32:27
  housing
• 32:28
  if
• 32:28
  we
• 32:28
  have
• 32:28
  to
• 32:29
  throw
• 32:29
  an
• 32:29
  extra
• 32:29
  hundred
• 32:30
  thousand
• 32:30
  dollars
• 32:30
  on
• 32:31
  it.
• 32:31
  We
• 32:31
  will
• 32:31
  be
• 32:31
  right
• 32:32
  back
• 32:32
  with
• 32:32
  more
• 32:32
  from
• 32:33
  Lisa
• 32:33
  Nelson
• 32:33
  and
• 32:34
  Hydro
• 32:34
  Block
• 32:35
  after
• 32:35
  Around
• 32:36
  the
• 32:36
  House
• 32:36
  returns.
• 32:37
  Don't
• 32:38
  change
• 32:38
  that
• 32:38
  dial.
• 34:43
  Welcome
• 34:43
  back
• 34:43
  to
• 34:44
  the
• 34:44
  around
• 34:44
  the
• 34:44
  House
• 34:45
  show.
• 34:45
  It
• 34:46
  looks
• 34:46
  like
• 34:46
  Eric
• 34:46
  G.
• 34:47
  Is
• 34:47
  going
• 34:47
  to
• 34:47
  make
• 34:47
  it
• 34:47
  though,
• 34:48
  with
• 34:48
  this
• 34:48
  cold
• 34:49
  he
• 34:49
  is
• 34:49
  fighting.
• 34:50
  Let's
• 34:50
  get
• 34:50
  back
• 34:51
  and
• 34:51
  wrap
• 34:51
  up
• 34:51
  the
• 34:51
  discussion
• 34:52
  with
• 34:52
  Lisa
• 34:53
  Nelson
• 34:53
  from
• 34:54
  Hydro
• 34:54
  Block.
• 34:54
  It
• 34:55
  has
• 34:55
  been
• 34:55
  as
• 34:55
  archaic
• 34:56
  as
• 34:56
  it
• 34:56
  gets
• 34:56
  forever.
• 34:58
  Well,
• 34:58
  and
• 34:58
  you
• 34:58
  know,
• 34:59
  somebody
• 34:59
  come
• 34:59
  up
• 34:59
  with
• 34:59
  the
• 34:59
  new
• 35:00
  next
• 35:00
  level
• 35:00
  of
• 35:00
  drywall
• 35:01
  because
• 35:01
  I'm
• 35:01
  sick
• 35:01
  of
• 35:01
  the
• 35:02
  stuff
• 35:02
  we
• 35:02
  have
• 35:03
  so
• 35:03
  messy.
• 35:03
  It's
• 35:04
  so
• 35:04
  time
• 35:04
  consuming.
• 35:04
  And
• 35:05
  I'm
• 35:05
  like,
• 35:05
  okay,
• 35:05
  that's
• 35:05
  a
• 35:05
  step.
• 35:06
  It's
• 35:06
  true.
• 35:07
  No,
• 35:07
  we
• 35:07
  get
• 35:07
  asked
• 35:08
  that
• 35:08
  all
• 35:08
  the
• 35:08
  time.
• 35:08
  I'll
• 35:08
  tell
• 35:08
  you,
• 35:09
  we've
• 35:09
  had
• 35:09
  some,
• 35:09
  we've
• 35:09
  had
• 35:10
  some
• 35:10
  real
• 35:10
  interesting
• 35:11
  requests
• 35:11
  for
• 35:11
  our
• 35:12
  board.
• 35:12
  So
• 35:12
  one
• 35:12
  of
• 35:12
  them
• 35:13
  has
• 35:13
  been,
• 35:13
  you
• 35:13
  know,
• 35:13
  a
• 35:13
  drywall
• 35:14
  replacement.
• 35:15
  The
• 35:15
  challenge
• 35:15
  is
• 35:15
  that
• 35:16
  drywall
• 35:16
  is
• 35:17
  so,
• 35:17
  so
• 35:17
  cheap.
• 35:17
  And
• 35:18
  as
• 35:18
  long
• 35:18
  as
• 35:18
  that
• 35:19
  cheap.
• 35:19
  It's
• 35:19
  going
• 35:19
  to
• 35:19
  be
• 35:20
  really
• 35:20
  hard
• 35:20
  to
• 35:20
  disrupt
• 35:21
  that
• 35:21
  one.
• 35:21
  But
• 35:21
  it
• 35:22
  is.
• 35:22
  You
• 35:22
  know,
• 35:23
  we
• 35:23
  have
• 35:23
  some
• 35:23
  ideas
• 35:24
  we've
• 35:24
  had.
• 35:25
  People
• 35:25
  want
• 35:26
  to
• 35:26
  use
• 35:26
  it
• 35:26
  for
• 35:27
  pools,
• 35:27
  for
• 35:27
  hot
• 35:28
  tubs,
• 35:28
  for,
• 35:29
  you
• 35:29
  know,
• 35:30
  koi
• 35:30
  ponds
• 35:31
  outside.
• 35:31
  We've
• 35:32
  had
• 35:32
  someone
• 35:32
  say
• 35:33
  that
• 35:33
  it's
• 35:33
  a
• 35:33
  phenomenal
• 35:34
  board
• 35:35
  for.
• 35:35
  I'll
• 35:36
  get
• 35:36
  this
• 35:36
  one,
• 35:36
  Eric.
• 35:36
  For
• 35:37
  making
• 35:37
  caskets.
• 35:38
  Oh,
• 35:40
  we've
• 35:41
  had
• 35:41
  to
• 35:41
  tell
• 35:41
  them.
• 35:41
  I
• 35:41
  know,
• 35:42
  exactly.
• 35:42
  Yeah.
• 35:43
  So
• 35:43
  we've
• 35:44
  had
• 35:44
  to.
• 35:44
  We've
• 35:44
  had
• 35:44
  to
• 35:44
  tell
• 35:44
  them.
• 35:44
  We
• 35:45
  don't
• 35:45
  have
• 35:45
  a
• 35:45
  listing
• 35:45
  for
• 35:46
  that
• 35:46
  for
• 35:46
  our
• 35:46
  board.
• 35:48
  That's
• 35:48
  an
• 35:48
  interesting
• 35:49
  test.
• 35:50
  I
• 35:50
  don't
• 35:50
  know
• 35:50
  how
• 35:51
  we
• 35:51
  would
• 35:51
  do
• 35:51
  that
• 35:51
  one,
• 35:51
  but.
• 35:52
  Yeah,
• 35:52
  so
• 35:53
  it's.
• 35:53
  Yeah,
• 35:53
  it
• 35:54
  is
• 35:54
  pretty
• 35:54
  funny.
• 35:54
  There's
• 35:55
  a
• 35:55
  lot
• 35:55
  of
• 35:55
  people
• 35:55
  that
• 35:55
  want
• 35:55
  to
• 35:56
  find
• 35:57
  better
• 35:57
  ways
• 35:57
  to
• 35:57
  do
• 35:57
  things,
• 35:58
  so
• 35:58
  we're
• 35:58
  happy
• 35:58
  and
• 35:59
  proud
• 35:59
  to
• 35:59
  be
• 35:59
  part
• 35:59
  of
• 35:59
  that
• 35:59
  group.
• 36:00
  Yeah,
• 36:00
  that
• 36:00
  is
• 36:01
  awesome.
• 36:01
  But,
• 36:01
  yeah,
• 36:01
  it's
• 36:02
  one
• 36:02
  of
• 36:02
  those
• 36:02
  things,
• 36:02
  and
• 36:02
  I'm
• 36:03
  happy
• 36:03
  to
• 36:03
  see
• 36:03
  products
• 36:04
  coming
• 36:04
  out.
• 36:04
  And
• 36:04
  again,
• 36:05
  this
• 36:05
  show
• 36:05
  this
• 36:05
  year
• 36:05
  was
• 36:06
  so
• 36:06
  great
• 36:06
  for
• 36:06
  that
• 36:06
  to
• 36:07
  go
• 36:07
  through
• 36:07
  and
• 36:07
  see.
• 36:08
  All
• 36:08
  right,
• 36:09
  you
• 36:09
  guys
• 36:09
  were
• 36:09
  what?
• 36:09
  Again,
• 36:10
  one
• 36:10
  of
• 36:10
  the
• 36:10
  bright
• 36:10
  spots,
• 36:11
  I
• 36:11
  thought,
• 36:11
  okay,
• 36:11
  there
• 36:11
  is
• 36:12
  an
• 36:12
  innovative
• 36:12
  product
• 36:12
  that
• 36:13
  is
• 36:13
  filling
• 36:13
  a
• 36:13
  needle
• 36:14
  that
• 36:14
  literally
• 36:15
  no
• 36:15
  one
• 36:15
  else
• 36:16
  is
• 36:16
  tackling.
• 36:17
  Yeah.
• 36:17
  No,
• 36:17
  you're
• 36:18
  100%
• 36:18
  right.
• 36:19
  Every
• 36:19
  show
• 36:19
  that
• 36:19
  we
• 36:20
  attend,
• 36:20
  we
• 36:21
  always
• 36:21
  come
• 36:21
  away
• 36:21
  with
• 36:22
  just
• 36:22
  more
• 36:23
  and
• 36:23
  more
• 36:23
  people
• 36:23
  that
• 36:23
  come
• 36:23
  out
• 36:24
  of
• 36:24
  the
• 36:24
  woodworks
• 36:24
  that
• 36:24
  are
• 36:24
  interested
• 36:25
  in
• 36:25
  what
• 36:25
  we're
• 36:25
  doing,
• 36:25
  and
• 36:26
  we
• 36:27
  feel
• 36:27
  very
• 36:28
  confident
• 36:28
  in
• 36:28
  the
• 36:28
  direction
• 36:29
  that
• 36:29
  we're
• 36:29
  going
• 36:29
  and
• 36:30
  the
• 36:30
  impact
• 36:30
  that
• 36:30
  we're
• 36:30
  going
• 36:31
  to
• 36:31
  make.
• 36:31
  And
• 36:31
  we've
• 36:32
  had
• 36:32
  some
• 36:33
  really,
• 36:33
  really
• 36:33
  great
• 36:34
  partners
• 36:34
  along
• 36:35
  the
• 36:35
  way
• 36:35
  that
• 36:35
  have
• 36:36
  wanted
• 36:36
  to
• 36:37
  move
• 36:37
  the
• 36:37
  industry
• 36:37
  forward
• 36:38
  as
• 36:38
  well.
• 36:38
  So
• 36:40
  we're
• 36:41
  happy
• 36:41
  to
• 36:41
  partner
• 36:41
  with
• 36:41
  the
• 36:41
  people
• 36:42
  that
• 36:42
  we
• 36:42
  have
• 36:42
  that'll
• 36:42
  help
• 36:43
  with
• 36:43
  both
• 36:43
  in
• 36:44
  our
• 36:44
  product
• 36:44
  development
• 36:45
  and
• 36:45
  in
• 36:46
  distribution.
• 36:46
  And
• 36:47
  it's
• 36:47
  been.
• 36:47
  We've
• 36:48
  collected
• 36:48
  a
• 36:48
  really
• 36:48
  great
• 36:48
  group
• 36:49
  around
• 36:49
  us.
• 36:50
  That
• 36:50
  is
• 36:50
  awesome,
• 36:50
  because.
• 36:51
  Yeah.
• 36:51
  And
• 36:52
  the
• 36:52
  other
• 36:52
  thing
• 36:52
  is
• 36:52
  that
• 36:52
  you
• 36:53
  guys
• 36:53
  have
• 36:53
  to
• 36:53
  battle
• 36:53
  as
• 36:53
  well
• 36:54
  is
• 36:54
  on
• 36:55
  the
• 36:55
  construction
• 36:56
  side
• 36:56
  of
• 36:56
  things.
• 36:57
  People
• 36:58
  get
• 36:58
  so
• 36:59
  Brandy.
• 37:00
  It's
• 37:00
  like
• 37:00
  the
• 37:01
  Ford
• 37:01
  and
• 37:01
  the
• 37:01
  Chevy
• 37:02
  and
• 37:02
  the
• 37:02
  Dodge
• 37:03
  truck
• 37:03
  guys
• 37:03
  standing
• 37:04
  around
• 37:04
  of
• 37:04
  who's
• 37:05
  better.
• 37:06
  Oh,
• 37:06
  they
• 37:06
  do.
• 37:07
  Yeah,
• 37:07
  they
• 37:07
  really
• 37:07
  do.
• 37:08
  Wild.
• 37:08
  We're
• 37:09
  in
• 37:09
  a
• 37:09
  really
• 37:09
  unique
• 37:10
  place
• 37:10
  right
• 37:10
  now
• 37:11
  because
• 37:11
  we
• 37:11
  are
• 37:11
  the
• 37:12
  only
• 37:12
  product
• 37:12
  right
• 37:12
  now
• 37:13
  that
• 37:13
  has
• 37:13
  a
• 37:14
  listing
• 37:14
  for
• 37:14
  that
• 37:14
  use
• 37:15
  case
• 37:15
  with
• 37:15
  a
• 37:16
  composite
• 37:16
  board
• 37:16
  like
• 37:16
  ours.
• 37:17
  So
• 37:18
  we've
• 37:18
  got
• 37:18
  some
• 37:18
  good
• 37:18
  Runway,
• 37:19
  but
• 37:19
  we,
• 37:19
  you
• 37:19
  know,
• 37:20
  we
• 37:20
  really
• 37:20
  do
• 37:20
  believe
• 37:21
  that
• 37:21
  a
• 37:21
  rising
• 37:22
  tide
• 37:22
  lists
• 37:22
  all
• 37:22
  shifts.
• 37:23
  We
• 37:23
  know
• 37:23
  that
• 37:23
  ships.
• 37:24
  We
• 37:24
  know
• 37:24
  that
• 37:24
  we
• 37:24
  can't.
• 37:25
  We
• 37:25
  can't
• 37:26
  cover
• 37:26
  every
• 37:26
  home
• 37:27
  and
• 37:27
  every
• 37:27
  building
• 37:27
  across
• 37:28
  the
• 37:28
  country.
• 37:28
  And
• 37:28
  then,
• 37:29
  you
• 37:29
  know,
• 37:29
  especially
• 37:30
  when
• 37:30
  we
• 37:31
  have
• 37:31
  these
• 37:31
  Big
• 37:31
  trade
• 37:31
  shows.
• 37:32
  We
• 37:32
  have
• 37:32
  people
• 37:32
  from
• 37:33
  all
• 37:34
  corners
• 37:34
  of
• 37:34
  the
• 37:34
  world
• 37:35
  that
• 37:35
  want
• 37:35
  access
• 37:35
  to
• 37:36
  the
• 37:36
  product
• 37:36
  as
• 37:36
  well.
• 37:36
  So
• 37:37
  it's
• 37:37
  always,
• 37:38
  never
• 37:38
  fails.
• 37:38
  We've
• 37:39
  got
• 37:39
  Central
• 37:39
  South
• 37:40
  America,
• 37:40
  the
• 37:40
  Caribbean,
• 37:41
  you
• 37:41
  know,
• 37:41
  because
• 37:41
  of
• 37:42
  all
• 37:42
  the
• 37:42
  mold
• 37:42
  and
• 37:42
  water
• 37:42
  issues
• 37:43
  in
• 37:43
  those
• 37:43
  areas.
• 37:44
  So
• 37:44
  they
• 37:44
  want
• 37:44
  access
• 37:44
  to
• 37:45
  the
• 37:45
  product.
• 37:46
  We
• 37:46
  get
• 37:46
  it
• 37:46
  from
• 37:47
  a
• 37:47
  lot
• 37:47
  of
• 37:47
  Canadians.
• 37:48
  I
• 37:48
  don't
• 37:48
  know
• 37:48
  if
• 37:48
  you
• 37:48
  ran
• 37:49
  into
• 37:49
  a
• 37:49
  lot
• 37:49
  of
• 37:49
  Canadians
• 37:50
  at
• 37:50
  the
• 37:50
  show
• 37:50
  there
• 37:51
  as
• 37:51
  well.
• 37:52
  Yeah,
• 37:52
  they
• 37:52
  need
• 37:52
  a
• 37:52
  lot
• 37:53
  of
• 37:53
  insulation
• 37:53
  in
• 37:54
  their
• 37:54
  areas,
• 37:54
  so
• 37:54
  we're
• 37:54
  a
• 37:54
  great
• 37:55
  fit
• 37:55
  for
• 37:55
  that
• 37:55
  as
• 37:55
  well.
• 37:56
  So
• 37:56
  we've
• 37:57
  got
• 37:57
  plenty
• 37:57
  of
• 37:57
  reach,
• 37:58
  and
• 37:58
  it'll
• 37:58
  be,
• 37:58
  you
• 37:58
  know,
• 37:59
  we'll.
• 37:59
  We'll
• 37:59
  take
• 38:00
  help
• 38:00
  along
• 38:01
  the
• 38:01
  way
• 38:01
  to
• 38:01
  be
• 38:01
  able
• 38:01
  to
• 38:01
  meet
• 38:02
  demand.
• 38:02
  Yeah.
• 38:03
  And
• 38:03
  it
• 38:03
  gets
• 38:03
  interesting,
• 38:03
  Lisa,
• 38:04
  when
• 38:04
  you
• 38:04
  get
• 38:04
  into
• 38:04
  these
• 38:04
  kind
• 38:04
  of
• 38:05
  things
• 38:05
  with.
• 38:05
  When
• 38:06
  you
• 38:06
  get
• 38:06
  overseas,
• 38:06
  even
• 38:06
  into
• 38:07
  Canada,
• 38:07
  where
• 38:07
  certifications,
• 38:08
  it's
• 38:08
  like,
• 38:08
  okay,
• 38:09
  what's
• 38:09
  your
• 38:09
  certification
• 38:10
  need?
• 38:10
  And,
• 38:11
  yeah,
• 38:11
  Caribbean,
• 38:12
  like
• 38:12
  Columbia,
• 38:12
  and
• 38:13
  some
• 38:13
  of
• 38:13
  those
• 38:13
  places
• 38:13
  down
• 38:13
  there
• 38:14
  where
• 38:14
  they're
• 38:14
  like.
• 38:14
  Like
• 38:14
  you
• 38:15
  don't
• 38:15
  need
• 38:15
  any.
• 38:15
  Get
• 38:15
  it
• 38:15
  here.
• 38:16
  You
• 38:16
  can
• 38:16
  use
• 38:16
  it,
• 38:16
  you
• 38:17
  know.
• 38:18
  Yep.
• 38:19
  You're
• 38:19
  100%
• 38:20
  right.
• 38:20
  But
• 38:20
  we
• 38:20
  have
• 38:21
  so
• 38:21
  much
• 38:21
  demand.
• 38:21
  You
• 38:21
  know,
• 38:22
  we're
• 38:22
  really
• 38:22
  excited.
• 38:22
  We.
• 38:23
  We
• 38:24
  provide
• 38:24
  the
• 38:24
  most
• 38:25
  labor
• 38:25
  and
• 38:25
  material
• 38:26
  savings
• 38:26
  in
• 38:27
  stucco
• 38:27
  and
• 38:28
  stone
• 38:28
  applications.
• 38:28
  And
• 38:29
  so
• 38:29
  we've
• 38:29
  got
• 38:30
  a
• 38:30
  lot
• 38:30
  of
• 38:30
  demand
• 38:30
  in
• 38:31
  the
• 38:31
  Southwest
• 38:31
  that
• 38:31
  we're.
• 38:32
  That
• 38:32
  we'll
• 38:32
  be
• 38:32
  meeting.
• 38:33
  Your
• 38:33
  area
• 38:34
  is
• 38:34
  really
• 38:34
  great
• 38:34
  for
• 38:35
  direct
• 38:35
  applied
• 38:35
  stone.
• 38:36
  Obviously,
• 38:36
  you
• 38:36
  know,
• 38:37
  we've
• 38:37
  got
• 38:37
  a
• 38:37
  lot
• 38:37
  of
• 38:37
  opportunity
• 38:38
  up
• 38:38
  there
• 38:38
  in
• 38:38
  your
• 38:39
  area,
• 38:39
  and
• 38:39
  we've
• 38:39
  got
• 38:39
  a
• 38:39
  great
• 38:40
  team
• 38:41
  forming
• 38:41
  for
• 38:41
  Pacific
• 38:41
  Northwest
• 38:42
  to
• 38:42
  help
• 38:42
  out
• 38:42
  with
• 38:42
  those
• 38:43
  efforts.
• 38:43
  So
• 38:44
  we'll.
• 38:44
  We'll
• 38:45
  do
• 38:45
  the
• 38:45
  best
• 38:45
  we
• 38:45
  can
• 38:46
  to
• 38:46
  provide
• 38:46
  as
• 38:46
  much
• 38:47
  product
• 38:47
  wherever
• 38:47
  it's
• 38:47
  wanted.
• 38:48
  Yeah.
• 38:48
  And
• 38:49
  it's
• 38:49
  so
• 38:49
  cool
• 38:49
  because
• 38:49
  you
• 38:49
  can
• 38:50
  really
• 38:50
  start
• 38:50
  to
• 38:50
  use
• 38:51
  some
• 38:51
  of
• 38:51
  these
• 38:51
  newer
• 38:51
  materials
• 38:52
  out
• 38:52
  here
• 38:52
  for
• 38:52
  the
• 38:52
  exterior.
• 38:53
  Like,
• 38:53
  if
• 38:53
  you
• 38:53
  had
• 38:53
  this
• 38:54
  amazing
• 38:55
  facade
• 38:55
  coming
• 38:55
  up
• 38:55
  to
• 38:55
  the
• 38:56
  front
• 38:56
  door,
• 38:56
  and
• 38:56
  you
• 38:56
  wanted
• 38:56
  to
• 38:57
  wrap.
• 38:57
  Let's
• 38:57
  say
• 38:58
  you
• 38:58
  wanted
• 38:58
  to
• 38:58
  wrap
• 38:58
  columns
• 38:59
  with.
• 38:59
  With
• 39:00
  slab
• 39:00
  porcelain,
• 39:01
  for
• 39:01
  instance.
• 39:01
  Right.
• 39:02
  It's
• 39:03
  perfect
• 39:03
  for
• 39:03
  that.
• 39:03
  It's
• 39:04
  meant
• 39:04
  for
• 39:04
  that.
• 39:05
  You
• 39:05
  know,
• 39:05
  you
• 39:06
  are
• 39:06
  exactly
• 39:06
  right.
• 39:06
  Goes
• 39:07
  up
• 39:07
  there.
• 39:07
  It's
• 39:07
  not
• 39:08
  coming
• 39:08
  off
• 39:08
  there.
• 39:09
  Yeah,
• 39:09
  it's.
• 39:10
  Yeah,
• 39:10
  it's
• 39:10
  done.
• 39:11
  Yeah.
• 39:11
  I
• 39:11
  mean,
• 39:12
  this
• 39:12
  is
• 39:13
  10
• 39:13
  years
• 39:13
  in
• 39:13
  the
• 39:13
  shower
• 39:13
  space
• 39:14
  where
• 39:14
  you're
• 39:14
  tile
• 39:15
  ready
• 39:15
  in
• 39:15
  a
• 39:15
  couple
• 39:15
  of
• 39:15
  hours.
• 39:16
  There's
• 39:16
  no
• 39:16
  additional
• 39:16
  waterproofing
• 39:17
  that
• 39:17
  needs
• 39:17
  to
• 39:18
  be
• 39:18
  done
• 39:18
  on
• 39:18
  top
• 39:18
  of
• 39:18
  it.
• 39:19
  So
• 39:19
  you
• 39:19
  just
• 39:20
  get
• 39:20
  your
• 39:20
  mortar
• 39:20
  ready
• 39:20
  and
• 39:21
  pick
• 39:21
  out
• 39:21
  your
• 39:21
  fancy
• 39:22
  tiles.
• 39:22
  You're
• 39:22
  ready
• 39:22
  to
• 39:22
  go.
• 39:23
  Ready
• 39:23
  to
• 39:23
  go.
• 39:24
  Yeah.
• 39:24
  And.
• 39:24
  And
• 39:24
  that's
• 39:25
  the
• 39:25
  fun
• 39:25
  part,
• 39:25
  too,
• 39:25
  is
• 39:26
  we're
• 39:26
  seeing
• 39:26
  so
• 39:26
  many,
• 39:27
  you
• 39:27
  know,
• 39:28
  technology
• 39:28
  and
• 39:28
  tile
• 39:29
  didn't
• 39:29
  change
• 39:30
  Forever.
• 39:30
  And
• 39:30
  over
• 39:31
  the
• 39:31
  last,
• 39:31
  like,
• 39:31
  10
• 39:31
  years,
• 39:32
  we've
• 39:32
  really
• 39:32
  seen,
• 39:33
  you
• 39:34
  know,
• 39:34
  this
• 39:34
  technology
• 39:34
  gets
• 39:35
  so
• 39:35
  much
• 39:35
  better
• 39:36
  as
• 39:36
  far
• 39:36
  as
• 39:36
  what,
• 39:37
  you
• 39:37
  know,
• 39:37
  some
• 39:37
  of
• 39:37
  the
• 39:37
  stuff
• 39:38
  that
• 39:38
  they're
• 39:38
  making
• 39:38
  look
• 39:38
  like
• 39:38
  wood.
• 39:39
  For
• 39:39
  instance,
• 39:39
  on
• 39:39
  the
• 39:39
  outside,
• 39:40
  isn't
• 39:40
  that
• 39:40
  cool?
• 39:40
  It
• 39:41
  looks
• 39:41
  like
• 39:41
  wood
• 39:41
  until
• 39:42
  you
• 39:42
  touch
• 39:42
  it
• 39:42
  and
• 39:42
  go,
• 39:43
  oh,
• 39:43
  wow,
• 39:43
  wow.
• 39:43
  But
• 39:44
  now
• 39:44
  you
• 39:44
  put
• 39:44
  something
• 39:44
  out
• 39:45
  there
• 39:45
  that's
• 39:45
  fireproof,
• 39:46
  because
• 39:47
  I
• 39:47
  tell
• 39:47
  you
• 39:47
  what,
• 39:48
  you're
• 39:48
  not
• 39:48
  hurting
• 39:48
  that
• 39:49
  porcelain
• 39:49
  when
• 39:50
  you
• 39:50
  put
• 39:50
  flame
• 39:50
  to
• 39:51
  it.
• 39:51
  Nope,
• 39:52
  nope,
• 39:52
  not
• 39:52
  at
• 39:52
  all.
• 39:53
  And
• 39:53
  we
• 39:53
  love
• 39:53
  being
• 39:53
  a
• 39:54
  part
• 39:54
  of
• 39:54
  those
• 39:54
  kind
• 39:54
  of
• 39:55
  stories
• 39:55
  where
• 39:55
  we're
• 39:56
  environmentally
• 39:57
  friendly.
• 39:57
  For
• 39:57
  that
• 39:57
  reason,
• 39:58
  we're
• 39:58
  not
• 39:58
  chopping
• 39:58
  down
• 39:58
  trees,
• 39:59
  and
• 39:59
  we're
• 39:59
  doing
• 40:00
  something
• 40:00
  that
• 40:00
  is
• 40:00
  higher,
• 40:01
  better
• 40:01
  performing
• 40:02
  and
• 40:02
  is
• 40:02
  going
• 40:02
  to
• 40:03
  protect
• 40:03
  your
• 40:04
  home.
• 40:04
  I
• 40:04
  mean,
• 40:04
  that's
• 40:04
  what
• 40:04
  everybody.
• 40:05
  They
• 40:05
  work
• 40:06
  their
• 40:06
  whole
• 40:06
  lives
• 40:06
  to
• 40:06
  be
• 40:07
  able
• 40:07
  to
• 40:07
  have
• 40:07
  a
• 40:08
  home
• 40:08
  of
• 40:08
  their
• 40:08
  own.
• 40:08
  And
• 40:09
  so
• 40:09
  you
• 40:10
  might
• 40:10
  as
• 40:10
  well
• 40:10
  use
• 40:10
  the
• 40:10
  right
• 40:10
  products
• 40:11
  that
• 40:11
  are
• 40:11
  going
• 40:11
  to
• 40:11
  take
• 40:11
  care
• 40:11
  of
• 40:12
  it.
• 40:12
  Amen.
• 40:13
  So,
• 40:13
  Lisa,
• 40:14
  how
• 40:14
  do
• 40:14
  people
• 40:14
  find
• 40:14
  your
• 40:15
  product
• 40:15
  out
• 40:15
  there?
• 40:15
  So
• 40:16
  if
• 40:16
  there's
• 40:16
  contractors,
• 40:17
  whether
• 40:17
  they're
• 40:17
  interior,
• 40:18
  exterior,
• 40:18
  whatever
• 40:19
  they're
• 40:19
  working
• 40:19
  on,
• 40:19
  how
• 40:20
  do
• 40:20
  people
• 40:20
  find
• 40:21
  your
• 40:21
  stuff?
• 40:22
  Well,
• 40:22
  a
• 40:22
  couple
• 40:23
  different
• 40:23
  ways.
• 40:23
  You
• 40:23
  can
• 40:23
  go
• 40:23
  to
• 40:24
  our
• 40:24
  website.
• 40:24
  You
• 40:24
  can
• 40:24
  submit
• 40:25
  a
• 40:25
  form.
• 40:25
  If
• 40:25
  we
• 40:25
  don't
• 40:25
  have
• 40:25
  product
• 40:26
  right
• 40:26
  in
• 40:26
  your
• 40:26
  area,
• 40:26
  we're
• 40:27
  setting
• 40:27
  up
• 40:27
  new
• 40:27
  distributors
• 40:28
  every
• 40:28
  single
• 40:28
  day,
• 40:28
  so
• 40:29
  we
• 40:29
  would
• 40:29
  love
• 40:30
  to
• 40:30
  put
• 40:30
  them
• 40:30
  in
• 40:30
  the
• 40:30
  place
• 40:30
  that
• 40:31
  you
• 40:31
  love
• 40:31
  to
• 40:31
  buy
• 40:31
  from.
• 40:32
  So
• 40:32
  we'll
• 40:32
  start
• 40:32
  those
• 40:32
  relationships
• 40:33
  as
• 40:34
  soon
• 40:34
  as
• 40:34
  possible.
• 40:35
  You
• 40:35
  can
• 40:35
  get
• 40:36
  them
• 40:36
  readily
• 40:37
  available
• 40:37
  through
• 40:37
  a
• 40:37
  lot
• 40:37
  of
• 40:37
  tile
• 40:38
  shops.
• 40:38
  Delta
• 40:39
  is
• 40:39
  one
• 40:39
  of
• 40:39
  our
• 40:39
  biggest
• 40:39
  carriers.
• 40:40
  We've
• 40:40
  got
• 40:40
  tile
• 40:41
  shop
• 40:41
  as
• 40:41
  well,
• 40:42
  a
• 40:42
  lot
• 40:42
  of
• 40:42
  independent
• 40:43
  dealers
• 40:43
  as
• 40:43
  well
• 40:44
  that
• 40:44
  carry
• 40:44
  our
• 40:44
  shower
• 40:45
  products
• 40:45
  for
• 40:46
  the
• 40:46
  exterior.
• 40:47
  We
• 40:47
  are
• 40:47
  finalizing
• 40:48
  those
• 40:48
  distribution
• 40:48
  agreements
• 40:49
  right
• 40:49
  now,
• 40:49
  but
• 40:50
  will
• 40:50
  be
• 40:50
  available
• 40:50
  nationwide.
• 40:52
  You
• 40:52
  can
• 40:52
  just
• 40:52
  submit
• 40:52
  a
• 40:53
  form,
• 40:53
  and
• 40:53
  we'll
• 40:53
  make
• 40:53
  sure
• 40:54
  that
• 40:54
  it
• 40:54
  gets
• 40:54
  to
• 40:54
  the
• 40:54
  closest
• 40:55
  location
• 40:55
  to
• 40:55
  you.
• 40:56
  Nice.
• 40:56
  Yeah,
• 40:56
  it's
• 40:56
  got
• 40:57
  to
• 40:57
  be
• 40:57
  different
• 40:57
  going
• 40:57
  from
• 40:57
  the
• 40:57
  dowel
• 40:58
  tile
• 40:58
  to,
• 40:58
  oh,
• 40:59
  we
• 40:59
  got
• 40:59
  to
• 40:59
  be
• 40:59
  in
• 40:59
  a
• 40:59
  lumberyard
• 41:00
  now.
• 41:00
  It's
• 41:01
  different
• 41:01
  conversations
• 41:02
  for
• 41:02
  sure.
• 41:02
  And
• 41:02
  we.
• 41:03
  We
• 41:03
  spent
• 41:04
  a
• 41:04
  lot
• 41:04
  of
• 41:04
  time
• 41:04
  making
• 41:04
  sure
• 41:05
  that
• 41:05
  we
• 41:05
  picked
• 41:05
  the
• 41:06
  right.
• 41:06
  The
• 41:06
  right
• 41:07
  partners
• 41:07
  in
• 41:07
  the.
• 41:08
  The
• 41:08
  right
• 41:08
  channels
• 41:08
  to
• 41:09
  get
• 41:09
  the
• 41:09
  product
• 41:09
  to
• 41:09
  downstream
• 41:10
  to
• 41:10
  the
• 41:10
  contractor.
• 41:11
  That's
• 41:11
  like
• 41:12
  speaking
• 41:12
  English
• 41:13
  in
• 41:13
  the
• 41:13
  tile
• 41:13
  stores
• 41:14
  and.
• 41:14
  Okay,
• 41:14
  going
• 41:14
  to
• 41:15
  the
• 41:15
  lumberyards
• 41:15
  now.
• 41:15
  We're
• 41:15
  going
• 41:15
  to
• 41:16
  speak
• 41:16
  French
• 41:16
  today.
• 41:18
  Yep,
• 41:18
  you're
• 41:19
  100%
• 41:19
  right.
• 41:20
  And
• 41:20
  the
• 41:20
  person
• 41:20
  at
• 41:20
  the
• 41:20
  lumber
• 41:21
  counter
• 41:21
  is
• 41:21
  going,
• 41:22
  tell
• 41:22
  me
• 41:22
  why
• 41:23
  I
• 41:23
  need
• 41:23
  this.
• 41:23
  You
• 41:24
  know?
• 41:24
  Yep,
• 41:25
  there's
• 41:25
  a
• 41:25
  lot
• 41:25
  of
• 41:25
  that.
• 41:26
  There's
• 41:26
  a
• 41:26
  lot
• 41:26
  of
• 41:26
  that.
• 41:27
  But
• 41:27
  that's
• 41:27
  awesome.
• 41:27
  And
• 41:27
  you
• 41:28
  know,
• 41:28
  that
• 41:28
  distribution,
• 41:28
  Dow
• 41:29
  Tile,
• 41:29
  we
• 41:29
  just
• 41:29
  had
• 41:29
  them
• 41:29
  on
• 41:29
  the
• 41:30
  show
• 41:30
  last
• 41:30
  week.
• 41:31
  You
• 41:31
  know,
• 41:31
  I
• 41:31
  broadcast
• 41:32
  from
• 41:32
  their
• 41:32
  booth
• 41:33
  every
• 41:33
  year
• 41:33
  at
• 41:34
  Design
• 41:34
  and
• 41:34
  Construction
• 41:35
  Week.
• 41:35
  I
• 41:35
  work
• 41:35
  a
• 41:35
  lot
• 41:35
  with
• 41:35
  them,
• 41:36
  which
• 41:36
  is
• 41:36
  fun.
• 41:37
  And
• 41:37
  talk
• 41:37
  about
• 41:38
  a
• 41:39
  one
• 41:39
  stop
• 41:39
  shop
• 41:39
  for
• 41:40
  people
• 41:40
  out
• 41:40
  there
• 41:40
  that
• 41:40
  can
• 41:40
  jump
• 41:41
  in
• 41:41
  there
• 41:41
  and
• 41:41
  go,
• 41:41
  hey,
• 41:42
  yeah,
• 41:42
  I
• 41:42
  wanna,
• 41:43
  I
• 41:43
  need
• 41:43
  two
• 41:43
  slabs
• 41:44
  of
• 41:44
  this.
• 41:44
  I
• 41:44
  need
• 41:45
  this.
• 41:45
  And
• 41:45
  then
• 41:46
  they
• 41:46
  can
• 41:46
  get
• 41:46
  your
• 41:46
  product
• 41:47
  as
• 41:47
  well,
• 41:47
  which
• 41:47
  is
• 41:47
  very
• 41:47
  cool.
• 41:48
  Everything.
• 41:48
  Once
• 41:48
  they've
• 41:49
  been
• 41:49
  a
• 41:49
  phenomenal
• 41:49
  partner.
• 41:50
  We
• 41:50
  love
• 41:50
  working
• 41:50
  with
• 41:50
  them.
• 41:51
  Yeah.
• 41:51
  And
• 41:51
  they've
• 41:51
  got
• 41:52
  all
• 41:52
  those
• 41:52
  distribution
• 41:53
  kind
• 41:53
  of
• 41:53
  warehouses.
• 41:53
  They've
• 41:54
  got
• 41:54
  that
• 41:54
  dialed
• 41:54
  in
• 41:54
  where
• 41:55
  they've
• 41:55
  got
• 41:55
  good
• 41:55
  warehouses
• 41:56
  around
• 41:56
  in
• 41:56
  most
• 41:56
  major
• 41:56
  markets.
• 41:57
  So
• 41:57
  it's
• 41:57
  nice.
• 41:57
  Yeah,
• 41:58
  we
• 41:58
  agree.
• 41:58
  Well,
• 41:58
  we
• 41:59
  don't
• 41:59
  think
• 41:59
  it's
• 41:59
  necessary
• 42:00
  to
• 42:00
  reinvent
• 42:00
  the
• 42:00
  wheel.
• 42:01
  So
• 42:01
  we
• 42:01
  love
• 42:01
  those
• 42:01
  kind
• 42:01
  of
• 42:02
  partners
• 42:02
  that
• 42:02
  can
• 42:02
  provide
• 42:03
  that
• 42:03
  kind
• 42:03
  of
• 42:03
  service
• 42:03
  for,
• 42:04
  for
• 42:04
  the
• 42:04
  contractor.
• 42:05
  That
• 42:06
  is
• 42:06
  awesome,
• 42:06
  Lisa.
• 42:07
  So
• 42:07
  one
• 42:07
  more
• 42:07
  question
• 42:08
  before
• 42:08
  we
• 42:08
  go
• 42:08
  because
• 42:08
  we
• 42:08
  are
• 42:09
  running
• 42:09
  out
• 42:09
  of
• 42:09
  time,
• 42:09
  but
• 42:09
  I
• 42:09
  wanted
• 42:10
  to
• 42:10
  make
• 42:10
  sure
• 42:10
  we
• 42:10
  hit
• 42:10
  on
• 42:11
  this
• 42:11
  since
• 42:11
  it
• 42:11
  is,
• 42:12
  you
• 42:12
  know,
• 42:12
  women
• 42:12
  in
• 42:13
  Construction
• 42:13
  Week.
• 42:14
  What
• 42:15
  advice
• 42:15
  could
• 42:15
  you
• 42:16
  give
• 42:16
  people,
• 42:16
  you
• 42:17
  know,
• 42:17
  women
• 42:17
  that
• 42:17
  are
• 42:17
  coming
• 42:18
  up,
• 42:19
  whether
• 42:19
  it's
• 42:19
  in
• 42:20
  construction,
• 42:20
  whether
• 42:20
  it's
• 42:21
  in
• 42:21
  business,
• 42:22
  what
• 42:22
  insight?
• 42:23
  What
• 42:23
  have
• 42:23
  you
• 42:23
  learned
• 42:23
  over
• 42:24
  the
• 42:24
  years
• 42:24
  of
• 42:25
  the
• 42:25
  path
• 42:26
  that
• 42:26
  you've
• 42:26
  gone
• 42:26
  to
• 42:27
  get
• 42:27
  there?
• 42:27
  Oh,
• 42:28
  gosh,
• 42:28
  that
• 42:28
  is
• 42:29
  a,
• 42:29
  that's
• 42:29
  a
• 42:29
  great
• 42:29
  question.
• 42:30
  A
• 42:31
  couple
• 42:31
  of
• 42:31
  things
• 42:31
  that
• 42:31
  I
• 42:31
  would
• 42:32
  say.
• 42:32
  Don't
• 42:33
  be
• 42:33
  afraid
• 42:33
  to
• 42:34
  work
• 42:34
  really
• 42:34
  hard
• 42:35
  and
• 42:35
  show
• 42:35
  your
• 42:36
  value
• 42:36
  because
• 42:36
  I
• 42:37
  think,
• 42:37
  you
• 42:37
  know,
• 42:38
  I've
• 42:39
  been
• 42:39
  really
• 42:39
  lucky
• 42:39
  to
• 42:40
  be
• 42:40
  on
• 42:40
  the
• 42:40
  team
• 42:40
  where
• 42:41
  I
• 42:41
  am,
• 42:41
  where
• 42:42
  my
• 42:42
  voice
• 42:42
  as
• 42:43
  a
• 42:43
  woman
• 42:43
  is
• 42:43
  respected.
• 42:44
  They
• 42:45
  want
• 42:45
  to
• 42:45
  hear
• 42:45
  what
• 42:45
  I
• 42:45
  have
• 42:45
  to
• 42:45
  say.
• 42:46
  They
• 42:46
  want
• 42:46
  to
• 42:46
  hear
• 42:46
  my
• 42:46
  point
• 42:47
  of
• 42:47
  view.
• 42:47
  And
• 42:47
  we
• 42:47
  all
• 42:47
  get
• 42:47
  better
• 42:48
  when
• 42:48
  we
• 42:48
  are
• 42:49
  willing
• 42:49
  to
• 42:49
  listen
• 42:49
  to
• 42:49
  some
• 42:50
  outside
• 42:51
  feedback.
• 42:52
  I've
• 42:52
  never
• 42:53
  wanted
• 42:53
  anyone
• 42:53
  to
• 42:54
  outwork
• 42:54
  me.
• 42:55
  You
• 42:55
  know,
• 42:55
  being
• 42:55
  a
• 42:56
  mom
• 42:56
  of
• 42:56
  four
• 42:56
  kids,
• 42:56
  you
• 42:57
  know,
• 42:57
  my
• 42:57
  time
• 42:57
  has
• 42:58
  always
• 42:58
  been
• 42:58
  limited.
• 42:58
  There
• 42:59
  were
• 42:59
  a
• 42:59
  lot
• 42:59
  of
• 42:59
  my
• 42:59
  years
• 43:00
  in
• 43:00
  sales
• 43:00
  where
• 43:01
  it
• 43:01
  was
• 43:01
  commission
• 43:01
  based
• 43:02
  only.
• 43:02
  So
• 43:02
  I
• 43:02
  had
• 43:02
  to
• 43:03
  work
• 43:03
  my
• 43:03
  tail
• 43:03
  off
• 43:04
  to
• 43:04
  make
• 43:04
  the
• 43:04
  money
• 43:04
  that
• 43:05
  I
• 43:05
  needed
• 43:05
  to
• 43:05
  make.
• 43:05
  And
• 43:06
  that's
• 43:06
  what
• 43:06
  helped
• 43:06
  me,
• 43:07
  help
• 43:07
  me
• 43:07
  move
• 43:07
  forward
• 43:08
  in
• 43:08
  my
• 43:08
  career.
• 43:09
  So
• 43:09
  don't
• 43:09
  be
• 43:09
  afraid
• 43:10
  to
• 43:10
  work
• 43:10
  really
• 43:10
  hard.
• 43:10
  Don't
• 43:11
  be
• 43:11
  afraid
• 43:11
  to
• 43:11
  ask
• 43:12
  questions.
• 43:13
  I'm
• 43:13
  in
• 43:13
  an
• 43:13
  industry
• 43:13
  that,
• 43:14
  you
• 43:14
  know,
• 43:14
  I've
• 43:15
  had
• 43:15
  to
• 43:15
  learn
• 43:15
  everything
• 43:16
  from
• 43:16
  scratch.
• 43:16
  But
• 43:16
  I
• 43:17
  just
• 43:17
  asked
• 43:17
  all
• 43:18
  of
• 43:18
  the
• 43:18
  questions.
• 43:19
  I
• 43:19
  had
• 43:19
  to
• 43:19
  get
• 43:19
  uncomfortable
• 43:20
  being
• 43:20
  in
• 43:21
  rooms
• 43:22
  where
• 43:22
  I
• 43:22
  was
• 43:22
  the
• 43:22
  only
• 43:23
  woman.
• 43:23
  And
• 43:23
  that's
• 43:23
  not
• 43:23
  uncomfortable
• 43:24
  anymore.
• 43:24
  But
• 43:25
  it
• 43:25
  sure
• 43:25
  started
• 43:25
  out
• 43:25
  that
• 43:26
  way.
• 43:26
  Just
• 43:26
  don't
• 43:27
  be
• 43:27
  afraid
• 43:27
  to
• 43:27
  speak
• 43:27
  up.
• 43:27
  Just
• 43:28
  show
• 43:28
  up.
• 43:28
  It's
• 43:28
  needed.
• 43:30
  Amen.
• 43:30
  And
• 43:30
  I
• 43:30
  think
• 43:30
  the
• 43:30
  other
• 43:31
  thing
• 43:31
  is,
• 43:31
  is
• 43:31
  something
• 43:32
  I
• 43:32
  learned
• 43:32
  in
• 43:32
  my
• 43:33
  design
• 43:33
  skills
• 43:33
  when
• 43:34
  I
• 43:34
  was
• 43:34
  younger.
• 43:35
  When
• 43:35
  you
• 43:35
  don't
• 43:36
  know,
• 43:36
  say
• 43:36
  you
• 43:36
  don't
• 43:37
  know
• 43:37
  and
• 43:37
  go
• 43:37
  find
• 43:37
  out.
• 43:38
  Yep,
• 43:39
  yep.
• 43:39
  I
• 43:40
  100%
• 43:40
  agree
• 43:40
  with
• 43:41
  that.
• 43:41
  That's
• 43:41
  one
• 43:41
  of
• 43:41
  those
• 43:42
  things.
• 43:42
  Nobody
• 43:42
  knows
• 43:43
  everything.
• 43:43
  So
• 43:43
  if
• 43:44
  you're
• 43:44
  new
• 43:44
  to
• 43:44
  the
• 43:44
  job
• 43:45
  site,
• 43:45
  if
• 43:45
  you're
• 43:45
  new
• 43:45
  getting
• 43:45
  into
• 43:46
  this
• 43:46
  industry,
• 43:46
  I
• 43:46
  tell
• 43:47
  you
• 43:47
  what.
• 43:47
  Just
• 43:47
  that,
• 43:47
  yeah,
• 43:48
  you
• 43:48
  know,
• 43:48
  I
• 43:48
  don't
• 43:48
  know,
• 43:49
  but
• 43:49
  let's
• 43:49
  find
• 43:49
  out
• 43:50
  together
• 43:51
  and
• 43:51
  go
• 43:51
  find
• 43:51
  it
• 43:52
  in
• 43:52
  today's
• 43:52
  age,
• 43:52
  it's
• 43:53
  so
• 43:53
  much
• 43:53
  easier
• 43:53
  than
• 43:53
  it
• 43:53
  was
• 43:54
  30
• 43:54
  years
• 43:54
  ago.
• 43:55
  That's
• 43:55
  great
• 43:56
  advice.
• 43:56
  You
• 43:56
  know,
• 43:56
  the
• 43:56
  other
• 43:56
  thing
• 43:57
  I
• 43:57
  think
• 43:57
  I
• 43:57
  will
• 43:57
  say
• 43:57
  is
• 43:58
  that
• 43:58
  oftentimes
• 43:59
  the
• 44:00
  things
• 44:00
  that
• 44:00
  you've
• 44:00
  had
• 44:01
  to
• 44:01
  deal
• 44:01
  with
• 44:01
  in
• 44:01
  your
• 44:01
  life
• 44:02
  and,
• 44:02
  you
• 44:02
  know,
• 44:02
  day
• 44:03
  to
• 44:03
  day
• 44:03
  or
• 44:03
  big
• 44:03
  challenges,
• 44:04
  they're
• 44:04
  all
• 44:05
  a
• 44:05
  great
• 44:05
  contribution
• 44:06
  for
• 44:06
  how
• 44:06
  you
• 44:06
  can
• 44:07
  benefit
• 44:07
  this
• 44:07
  industry.
• 44:08
  So,
• 44:08
  I
• 44:08
  mean,
• 44:08
  you
• 44:09
  could
• 44:09
  be
• 44:09
  great
• 44:09
  at
• 44:09
  project
• 44:10
  management
• 44:10
  because
• 44:10
  you're.
• 44:11
  You've
• 44:11
  been
• 44:11
  used
• 44:11
  to
• 44:12
  dealing
• 44:12
  with
• 44:12
  a
• 44:12
  household
• 44:13
  full
• 44:13
  of
• 44:13
  kids
• 44:13
  and
• 44:14
  managing
• 44:14
  schedules
• 44:15
  and
• 44:15
  messes
• 44:16
  and,
• 44:16
  you
• 44:16
  know,
• 44:16
  surprises.
• 44:17
  Don't
• 44:18
  shortcut
• 44:18
  all
• 44:19
  of
• 44:19
  the
• 44:19
  things
• 44:19
  that
• 44:19
  you
• 44:19
  have
• 44:20
  done
• 44:20
  in
• 44:20
  your
• 44:21
  life
• 44:21
  that
• 44:21
  can
• 44:21
  be
• 44:22
  beneficiary
• 44:22
  towards
• 44:23
  this
• 44:24
  industry
• 44:24
  and
• 44:24
  help
• 44:24
  lift
• 44:25
  it
• 44:25
  up,
• 44:25
  up.
• 44:25
  You
• 44:25
  know,
• 44:26
  that
• 44:26
  is
• 44:26
  a
• 44:26
  great
• 44:26
  one
• 44:27
  because
• 44:28
  some
• 44:28
  people
• 44:28
  have
• 44:28
  had
• 44:29
  really
• 44:29
  hard
• 44:29
  roads
• 44:30
  to
• 44:30
  get
• 44:30
  to
• 44:30
  where
• 44:30
  they
• 44:30
  are
• 44:31
  today.
• 44:31
  Yeah,
• 44:32
  some
• 44:32
  people
• 44:32
  have
• 44:32
  had
• 44:32
  it
• 44:33
  a
• 44:33
  lot
• 44:33
  easier.
• 44:33
  Everybody
• 44:34
  has
• 44:34
  their
• 44:34
  own
• 44:34
  challenges.
• 44:35
  But
• 44:35
  the
• 44:35
  ones
• 44:36
  that
• 44:36
  have
• 44:36
  had
• 44:36
  more
• 44:36
  challenges,
• 44:37
  if
• 44:37
  you
• 44:37
  can
• 44:38
  sit
• 44:38
  there
• 44:38
  and
• 44:38
  twist
• 44:38
  that
• 44:39
  into
• 44:39
  going,
• 44:39
  all
• 44:39
  right,
• 44:39
  I've
• 44:40
  had
• 44:40
  the
• 44:40
  hard
• 44:40
  road,
• 44:40
  but
• 44:41
  I
• 44:41
  know
• 44:41
  how
• 44:41
  to
• 44:41
  deal
• 44:41
  with
• 44:41
  it.
• 44:42
  I
• 44:42
  figured
• 44:42
  it
• 44:42
  out.
• 44:43
  Yep.
• 44:43
  That's
• 44:44
  where
• 44:44
  you
• 44:44
  get
• 44:45
  really
• 44:45
  get
• 44:45
  to
• 44:46
  shine
• 44:46
  because
• 44:46
  you've
• 44:46
  already
• 44:47
  learned
• 44:47
  those
• 44:47
  hard
• 44:47
  skills
• 44:48
  and
• 44:48
  you're
• 44:48
  already
• 44:48
  10
• 44:48
  steps
• 44:49
  ahead
• 44:49
  of
• 44:49
  somebody
• 44:49
  else.
• 44:50
  You
• 44:50
  are
• 44:50
  absolutely
• 44:51
  right,
• 44:52
  Lisa.
• 44:52
  This
• 44:53
  is
• 44:53
  great.
• 44:53
  How
• 44:53
  do
• 44:53
  people
• 44:53
  find
• 44:54
  you
• 44:54
  guys?
• 44:54
  What's
• 44:54
  the
• 44:54
  best
• 44:55
  website
• 44:55
  to
• 44:55
  go?
• 44:56
  Www.hydroblock.com?
• 44:58
  that's
• 44:59
  H
• 44:59
  Y-R-O
• 45:00
  B
• 45:01
  L
• 45:01
  O
• 45:01
  K.com.
• 45:03
  there
• 45:03
  we
• 45:04
  go.
• 45:04
  Lisa,
• 45:04
  thanks
• 45:05
  for
• 45:05
  coming
• 45:05
  on
• 45:05
  today.
• 45:05
  This
• 45:06
  has
• 45:06
  been
• 45:06
  great.
• 45:06
  It
• 45:07
  was
• 45:07
  great
• 45:07
  seeing
• 45:08
  you
• 45:08
  at
• 45:08
  the
• 45:08
  show
• 45:08
  and
• 45:08
  seeing
• 45:09
  what
• 45:09
  you
• 45:09
  guys
• 45:09
  had
• 45:09
  in
• 45:09
  there.
• 45:10
  And
• 45:11
  I
• 45:11
  know
• 45:11
  it
• 45:11
  had
• 45:11
  to
• 45:12
  have
• 45:12
  been
• 45:12
  a
• 45:12
  lot
• 45:12
  of
• 45:12
  people
• 45:12
  walking
• 45:13
  by
• 45:13
  and
• 45:13
  go,
• 45:13
  whoa,
• 45:13
  wait
• 45:14
  a
• 45:14
  minute.
• 45:14
  What
• 45:14
  is
• 45:14
  this?
• 45:15
  We
• 45:15
  get
• 45:15
  that
• 45:16
  all
• 45:16
  the
• 45:16
  time.
• 45:16
  Well,
• 45:16
  thank
• 45:16
  you
• 45:17
  so
• 45:17
  much
• 45:17
  for
• 45:17
  your
• 45:17
  time.
• 45:17
  It
• 45:18
  was
• 45:18
  really
• 45:18
  fun
• 45:18
  to
• 45:18
  visit
• 45:18
  with
• 45:18
  you.
• 45:19
  You.
• 45:19
  Oh,
• 45:19
  it
• 45:19
  was
• 45:20
  great.
• 45:20
  Thanks
• 45:20
  for
• 45:20
  the
• 45:20
  time.
• 45:21
  I'm
• 45:21
  Eric
• 45:21
  G,
• 45:21
  guys,
• 45:22
  and
• 45:22
  you've
• 45:22
  been
• 45:22
  listening
• 45:23
  to
• 45:23
  around
• 45:24
  the
• 45:24
  House.
