- 0:00Are we rolling? We are rolling. Yeah. We're ready to go. Is this finally happening? I guess it is.
- 0:07All right, Shafelaz. This has been a long time in the making. Welcome to call her Tati.
- 0:16This has been an idea that Zoli and I have had for quite some time. And I don't know who would be
- 0:25a better first guest. None other than my husband, Zoli. Zoli, thank you for arranging this. Thank you
- 0:32for forcing me to finally get the wheels rolling because ripped the band-aid off. I felt like I
- 0:38have to do it. I just didn't know when. I didn't know how and obviously you're the social media guy
- 0:43here. So I kind of had to like make you force me to get to this point. I think we just had to wait
- 0:51for me to come up with a perfect name. And once we did, which was like a week ago, when I got to
- 0:56call her Tati, we're just like, all right, we're doing it. I think that was the last thing. Yeah,
- 1:00I think that there's a lot, there's a lot to the name, not just because of obvious reasons,
- 1:07but there's a gap in the market for a podcast like this. And there's so many great Jewish podcasts,
- 1:15but I needed something that will just make me laugh and kind of explore. And you laugh at yourself
- 1:23the most. So you're just going to watch this over and over again. No, but like I think that there's
- 1:28something about podcasts where people come on and they see stories, but they don't talk about
- 1:35themselves in a funny way or share fun experiences and have let the world know who they are,
- 1:42not for what they do for work, not for different things other than who they are inside.
- 1:49I'm in real estate. I'm a real estate agent. I work in fashion also, but am I only about those
- 1:55things? No, I think there's so much more to me that a lot of people just don't know yet. So we're
- 2:00going to get in there. Well, most people don't know about my wife is she is probably the funniest
- 2:04human being that I know. I most people only see like 15% of that that funniness, but I am rolling
- 2:13on the floor in stitches at least once a day from just literally from the moment I met you. It's been
- 2:19like that. So I hope I hope the audience gets a nice sense of that. Yeah. Yeah. I hope they do too.
- 2:26So let's go. All right. So even though you're on social media and a lot of people know you from
- 2:33Shark Tank and your startups, I think you need to reintroduce yourself on my podcast.
- 2:41Okay. And for the people who don't know who you are, kind of just reintroduce yourself,
- 2:46because I'm not going to assume everybody knows who you are. I think you think everybody in the
- 2:50floor. No, I don't think anybody knows who I am. But I think for the people who don't know who
- 2:56you are, who is Zoli Honeg in 30 seconds? Zoli Honeg is just a New Yorker living in Miami.
- 3:06That's all. That's it. That's it. That's it. Okay. Besides for that, what's your focus?
- 3:11What's in your career? So I've always been a nerd despite what I look like. I throw a lot of
- 3:18people off to realize I still think you're a little bit of a nerd. I get because you know me for
- 3:24three years. I'm sorry, we're married for three years. Okay. Anyways, always been a lot,
- 3:33a big nerd. Always loved technology. Just had a real affinity towards it since I was a kid.
- 3:39You know, I used to break all the things and then I learned how to fix them. I turned that into a
- 3:43career. I started making money from fixing computers, got into startups before it was cool. Back
- 3:50in 2009 was my first startup. This is literally before Instagram existed. Since then, I've done
- 3:55three startups and sold them. And the last one was Wavecar, which some people know me as a
- 4:02blah, blah, blah. The guy that was on Shark Tank. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's all right.
- 4:07Well, I think people of our generation who understand tech AI, everything, like we get it.
- 4:15But how would you describe what you currently do now to somebody's grandmother?
- 4:20Make it very easy to understand. So I started my company two years ago. It's called short form
- 4:27media. And short form media helps put executives on social media and get millions of views.
- 4:36So here's another executive right here. Yeah, you have to marry the manager, huh?
- 4:40I had to marry the manager because I'm never going to pay someone to manage me.
- 4:44I'm too cheap for that. It happens to be, it happens to be. So I've been in social media for a while.
- 4:49I have a knack for going viral. I only got into it because, you know, TikTok was just a fun hobby
- 4:56for me. And in fact, the only reason I started this damn company was to spite you because what
- 5:01did you tell me all the time when I was on TikTok? You're never going to make money. What are you doing
- 5:05wasting your time on TikTok? You're a loser. Now I make all my money from TikTok. Thank you for
- 5:11all the views. Yes. So I do want to say as viral as like my stuff has gone. For some reason,
- 5:19whenever I put you in a video, it goes mega viral. Like we have so many videos where like it's just
- 5:25the dumbest video. It's just a 10 second snapshot of the comedic genius that is Hava and the world
- 5:34loves it. I don't know what it is about me, honestly. Like I just don't get it. Anyways. Look up
- 5:41for your tea. For my tea, my white cloth tea. Anyways, I put that back. Okay. We know you. We know
- 5:47what you do. And what's like something people just get wrong about you. Like people just assume
- 5:54that you're one way. Like people assume I'm a little stuck up. I don't know why, but people do.
- 6:00And then once they shut up and then once they get to know me, they're like, oh, like she's actually
- 6:07and like I don't want to sound like I'm like totally bragging right now. But like once you get to know
- 6:12me, like I'm actually a decent human being. You are. So what do people get wrong about you?
- 6:18You've got a you've got a rough exterior. I think you just have to have thick skin in the game.
- 6:24What people probably get wrong about me is they look at me. I'm a very avid. I used to be a runner
- 6:30until I messed up my ankle. I'm very active. I lift weights and and I have zero athletic ability.
- 6:36I know. Zero hand eye coordination. Like people say to me all the time, they're like, oh,
- 6:40would you play in high school? I'm like Mario Kart? Yeah. No sports were not my thing. My dad didn't
- 6:47even like watching it. So like it was just never a thing. Right. It's kind of ironic that like all
- 6:52the athletes from like my high school are now, you know, like fascial ups and and like I'm
- 6:58and you're some hotty patotty. I'm living in Miami. Yeah, I do think people who are into sports.
- 7:05The only reason why they're into it is because their dad wasn't to it. I find it very
- 7:09error to find guys who are into sports on their own. Right. Either their dad was really even like
- 7:15really eschievous kids. Like their dad was always into baseball. So like they got into baseball
- 7:20or they weren't a basketball. And I think it's like more of like a it's something like your
- 7:25father, mother, both of them passed down to their kids. Like it became a culture in the household.
- 7:30100%. Definitely not my household either. Yeah. Okay. So this is like an interesting question,
- 7:36but I thought it was very cute. If you had to give yourself one emoji as like your description
- 7:42of who you are, what would it be? Like an emoji. This one. Why? Because I'm always looking
- 7:49at the world. Why is that like that? You know, I'm so annoying with that. I question everything.
- 7:56I'm always why are they doing it like this? They could do it better. I'm always like looking at
- 8:01the world like with one eyebrow wrist. No, it was funny. I was talking to Esther about this last
- 8:06night. And Esther's like, who's Esther? Esther is my older sister. She's wonderful. She's
- 8:12going to want to shout out amazing Esther who lives in Dallas. So we were talking about this and
- 8:18Esther's like, you know what emoji you would be? I was like, what? And she's like this one.
- 8:25Like the one with the no top lip. And I was like, wow, that is me. That is me. That is definitely me.
- 8:33Okay. So we're going to like dive into this. But before we dive into it, what version are we
- 8:39getting of Zoli today? Are we getting the entrepreneur? Are we getting the taxi? Are we getting the
- 8:45husband? The husband. Okay. That's what you're getting. I'm going to take another drink for that.
- 8:51Okay. We'll try it. Okay. So we're going to dive into this and we're going to start with our
- 8:57little love story because it is absolutely fascinating. Yes. Yes. And tell everyone how we met.
- 9:07Because you are a better at storytelling than I am. Aside from everyone suggesting that we
- 9:12start a podcast together and we're going to give you the podcast. The number one thing is like,
- 9:17how did you guys meet? And we have a very interesting meeting story. Kavanaugh are both on our
- 9:24second marriage, right? This is our second marriage, both divorced. And we have a very interesting
- 9:34way that we met each other. So I have a friend. His name is Rafi. We're not going to, we're not going
- 9:41to, we're not going to, we're not going to, we're not going to like that. We're not going to name the
- 9:43last name, but just Rafi. Good friend named Rafi and Rafi introduced me to my ex-wife. He made
- 9:52that shit up. That was his first shit off. Yep. The second shit off that Rafi made was Hava to her
- 9:59ex-husband. He also made one more. Spoiler alert, they also got divorced. Anyways, Hava has
- 10:05been divorced for a couple years at this point. I call Rafi to tell him I'm separating from my
- 10:10wife and his first call is to Hava. Hava I'm freaking out. My first shit off is getting divorced.
- 10:16And would you say to him? So I was actually right about to walk into an appointment in the Upper
- 10:22West Side because I was living in New York at the time. And I remember exactly three o'clock on the
- 10:27dot. I get a phone call from Rafi. He's freaking out. He's like, I can't believe it. The first guy I
- 10:33I ever set up and he got married to her. They're getting divorced. And I'm like,
- 10:38bro, who is it? Because I've been living here for like four years. No luck. Still no ring on my
- 10:45finger. Who's the guy? It's like, oh, I don't know if you know I'm Zoli Honeg. I'm like, that sounds
- 10:50really familiar. And I go on Facebook. And I'm like, cute. Not on the market yet, which by the
- 11:00way, that's like my favorite thing in the world is when something's not on the market off market deal.
- 11:04Yeah. And then continue the story. Yeah. She goes, Zoli, oh, he's cute. She's like, should I
- 11:10set it up? And she's like, no, I do not can involve this time around. No, I want to refund from
- 11:15the first set up. Anyways, she friends me on Facebook. And my first DM to her is, I just open
- 11:22with, we got to find the third couple and get them into counseling ASAP. I think they got to
- 11:27for shortly after actually. We didn't get them into therapy. Anyways, we just we just hit it off
- 11:32since then. We dated for quite a while. And and I have to say that at the time we met, it was
- 11:42one of the lowest points in my life. You were rough. Well, I look good. You look the best you've
- 11:49ever looked. I love you, but you were like, you, but I think everybody who gets divorced gets to
- 11:54that point where like they just look their best because at this point, it's a revenge body. Yeah.
- 11:59It's like I'm the hottest I've ever been. And I think that like level of energy you get from
- 12:07going on from one chapter of your life to the next. There's this energy of like, it's going to be
- 12:12better. And like, I think that only happens. Like once you have mourned your first marriage and then
- 12:18you're actually ready to move on forward. Yeah. Anyways, at that point in my life, it was right
- 12:25right around the time of COVID. I had gotten divorced. My company tanked in COVID because we were
- 12:34based in LA and LA shut down. I had had a bunch like basically everything went wrong. I had to
- 12:42essentially move into my parents house. Oh, you do. Yeah. I was living in my parents house.
- 12:47My company fell apart. I got divorced. And I had every reason to be like the just very miserable.
- 12:56But honestly, and I say this to everyone, God through me, the best gift in the world. And he
- 13:01introduced you into my life. And I have been forever grateful ever since. You know, you love me a
- 13:10lot. I do. You really do. A lot more than you love me. No, I just I express my love differently.
- 13:19I say I love you. How many times do you say I love you? Like a hundred times a day. I get I get
- 13:23I get a link if I'm lucky. Yeah. But I think it's I'm just the type of person where I say I love
- 13:29you when I'm in that moment of like I just need to express myself. And you're just like I love you.
- 13:34I love you. I love you. And I'm like, I don't know what I'm going to get hit by a truck. So if I'm
- 13:37going out for a bike ride and I'm going to get hit by a truck, I would like that. I have said I love
- 13:42you. I am the last thing we spoke about. Not did you get the milk? I've got for bed. I get hit by a
- 13:48truck. I get creamer for the quark. Did you get creamer? That's going to be the last line. Probably
- 13:55or what do you want for dinner? What do you want for dinner? Which is the first thought when you
- 13:59crack your eyes open in the morning because it's something's in the freezer and I got to get it
- 14:02defrosted and then I got to stick it in the fridge. I will get a text message at 630 in the morning.
- 14:07What do you want for dinner? I think that's great. I think it's excellent. Honestly, you are amazing.
- 14:14There is always dinner cooked. It's just awesome. But you make sure the house is stock. You cook
- 14:19amazing dinner. Honestly, I prefer your steak to restaurants. Really? Yes. It's much better.
- 14:23They're like a quarter of the price. I know. That's why we eat home most of the time.
- 14:28We need to get that guy who cooked that steak on that show. Chef Daniel? I don't know.
- 14:33Could you be whatever that was? Yeah. It looked so good. Anyways, I really want to know the
- 14:40honest truth on this question because I don't feel like I believe you when you told me your
- 14:45first answer to this question. But what was your real first impression of me like in person?
- 14:53In person? Yeah. Like what went through your head? Well, it was a little different because
- 14:58we were chatting for like a week and a half. I know, but when you meet someone in person,
- 15:01you get a totally different impression. I was definitely intimidated. I was intimidated because
- 15:07I don't know why I'm proud of that. Honestly, because you were just like so beautiful. I was not
- 15:15used to like that level, honestly. Wow. Yeah. Thank you. I think, yeah, when I saw you, it was like
- 15:22thing. He's hot. I was touched. I was trying to be classy about it, but okay, okay. But you,
- 15:29whatever it is, what it is. But I think it's surprised you. You are a very short-sleeved t-shirt to
- 15:33show your muskies. Yes. Until recently, I had been rocking the baby gap t-shirts until you have
- 15:40welcomed me into the world of oversized t-shirts. Yeah. Yeah. No, that definitely had to stop because I
- 15:45couldn't take it. I need to give you, I had to give you like a little bit of a glow up. Like we
- 15:49had to change the hair. We had to change the clothes. Not a lot of get the Nazi haircut anymore.
- 15:55Like the tight fade. She's like, you cannot get it anymore. You got to grow it out. I just don't
- 16:00think it suits you. And it also gives me a lot of gay attention. That's fine. That's fine. I don't
- 16:05care. You let him look. I don't care. Love it. I do love it. I don't know. Was there ever a point
- 16:12where you might have felt like, she the right one? Honestly, Hava was the second girl I seriously
- 16:22dated. The first girl I seriously dated, I also married. And we started dating like maybe two
- 16:28months after I gave the get. So I was just skeptical. I was skeptical of myself because you know,
- 16:34when you get divorced, you you're like, I made the wrong decision for whatever reason.
- 16:39Well, everything happens for a reason that thank God I have two beautiful kids. I love very much
- 16:44and they were meant to be here. But I didn't really date a lot. I didn't really explore my options.
- 16:50Right. And you know, like a down ladies. And so while we were dating, I literally thought to myself
- 16:55like, this is too good to be true. Like maybe it is. I would just so skeptical. I'm like,
- 17:02is it really possible that like the first one at the first one out the gate is the perfect girl
- 17:07for me? Like it's the the likelihood is so low. You hear people like dating forever. And that's
- 17:12why I struggled with it for so long. I was just like, I don't believe it. It's not possible. It's
- 17:17so funny because I had the complete opposite experience of like, I got to do this again. And then
- 17:24after the next guy I dated and then I got to do it again, like, cut me a break with you. You're
- 17:29like, that's it. There's no break. It's just like one to the next. Basically. And so,
- 17:35so I mean, I think we broke up maybe like twice for like a day. You want to talk about that?
- 17:40Not really. No, you know, when I talk about it, we could talk about it another time. No,
- 17:44well, we could say we could say it. No, so he was unsure if I was the one. I just find
- 17:48you can see the story. But just say it. Okay. So I was kind of, you know, like, I'm skeptical.
- 17:56So I'm just like, listen, I need to just like, I need to just go on a few dates. I don't want
- 18:00to like date other people. I just need to go on a few dates with like other girls that people
- 18:05suggest to me that like are, you know, so one girl, my mother suggested she was crazy about
- 18:11her. She's like, you have. And so I'm just like, all right, fine. Right? I do it. You were. I was
- 18:17pissed. I was like, excuse me. After a year of dating, you're going to go on a date with some
- 18:23brand. We were old because your mother said she liked her like, I'm like, okay, and I got mad.
- 18:28I must have called your phone 30 times on that date. Oh, you did. Did my name pop up? Did she see it?
- 18:33I hope she saw it. Hold on. At this point, we have to set the context. You were like ready to go.
- 18:38You were like ready to getting. I was divorced for four years. I did it in every Jewish guy in
- 18:42New York. I was done. So I wasn't ready. I wasn't ready. And so I, and so you said, okay, fine.
- 18:50Like, you were like, we're not dating. You're like, no, if you were going to go out with another
- 18:54girl, I said for that. You anyway, no, when you went out, I was mad because I'm like, what is
- 19:01this? I know we also spoke all day long every day, whether we were like dating or not. So
- 19:06never Corona crushed. That was fun. Oh, okay, wait. Let's finish the story. Okay. So my mother
- 19:11wants me to go out with this girl. I go out with her. And, you know, Hava goes, oh, that's not
- 19:16a problem because that's the after the second girl you were. Oh, that's the second girl.
- 19:20Yeah. So we went out with two girls in between the time we were dating and then to the time he
- 19:26like grew up here and said, we're dating for reals now. Oh, these girls. I hope they don't see
- 19:31this. No, I don't care. See it. Anyway, I went out with this one girl and my phone was like
- 19:36ringing the entire time. But the second girl, which was the funniest thing and probably like the
- 19:41phone. But this is where I got smarter. This was the most diabolical thing she has ever done.
- 19:46Okay. So I had this other date. I had a good friend was like, I think you guys are really going
- 19:50to hit it off. I think you should know I said, okay, fine. I'll try it out. This was one of those
- 19:55days where like like five minutes and I'm like, oh, this is going to be a waste of a night. Like
- 19:59it was just it was so not a match. And honestly, I'm so grateful that I did go out on those two
- 20:03dates because it made me appreciate you so much more. And ladies, you did me a favor. And and
- 20:08it literally whatever. You know what? You're listening. This is what you're going to listen to. Okay.
- 20:13Anyways, I so I so I I'm telling you around going on this date and you go, oh, that's fine.
- 20:21I'm I have a date of my own. And I'm like, oh, really? Who are you going out with? And she's like,
- 20:25I'm not telling you. No, but I'm like, he's a good looking guy. He's successful. He's rich.
- 20:31Has a yacht. You didn't say the yacht part. I did tell you that. I did I told you as a boat.
- 20:36All right. Fine. Anyways, whatever. Hold on. Okay. So what does she do? Oh my god. So she just
- 20:44goes meet the whole night. Like I get home from the date. I text her. I'm like, oh, man,
- 20:48that what a waste of time. Terrible date. Like it's touch the dud. No response. You know, like,
- 20:54and I want to respect her. I don't want to like blow her up. And that's the first time I've ever
- 20:57ghosted you in my life. Yeah. In my life. We usually are like like every 10 minutes we're talking
- 21:03and and I don't want to disturb. I'm like, hey, you still out? Question mark. No response.
- 21:09And then it's like, it's getting later. It's like 11 o'clock. I was like, I'm going to go to
- 21:14sleep soon. Hope you're okay. And I'm like freaking out inside. No response. I wake up in the
- 21:22middle of the night and check my phone. No response. Finally in the morning, I think I think I got
- 21:27we were out of FaceTime or something. No, I did not FaceTime you. It wasn't FaceTime. We text
- 21:32it. And then and I'm like, you okay? And she's like, yes, I'm like, how is your date? And she
- 21:40what did I say? There was no date. She just stayed on. I literally binge Netflix. Oh my god.
- 21:47And it snacks the entire night. That's that's probably and I put my phone away and I said to hell
- 21:52with the sky, I'm going to enjoy myself with my Netflix and my snacks. The pain you put me
- 21:59on. You got me like that was that was like fine payback. Like it was such a good strategic move.
- 22:06Oh, can I tell you the other strategic move that you did which made me realize what a freaking genius
- 22:11you are? Okay. So so back in New York for a certain point, you were working at a custom
- 22:17suit place called Fino. And you got 50% off of suits. So we made a couple of suits there. Great
- 22:24suits. And so when you get a custom suit, you can get them embroidered. And so we put my name on
- 22:30the jacket, whatever. And she goes, what do you want embroidered in your pants? You can you can do
- 22:34on the waistband. You can embroider something. I said, I don't know, surprise me this girl. Oh my
- 22:40god. You know, she did. You know, she put it in her in my pants. Her phone number. She embroidered
- 22:46her cell phone number in my pants. Well, let's say it was like lose my number. You lose your
- 22:51phone. Oh my god. She was setting up. Oh my god. An insurance policy. I just didn't want you
- 22:57to forget about me. And you wanted if there was anyone else interacting with those trousers.
- 23:05Okay. You wanted them to see that number. Maybe when you get lost in the dry cleaners, they'll
- 23:13call me. Yes, exactly. Yes, exactly. Okay. So that's like enough about our dating life.
- 23:19Can you think like that? Yeah. That's basically history. Yeah. And then we just kept dating.
- 23:23Then we got married. We're basically, yeah, we're basically inseparable since we've been married
- 23:28for three years. I, I basically sold my company to a company down here in Miami. I moved down.
- 23:35You moved a month later. No. I think we both, we came here for a simple stora one year.
- 23:42Was it simple stora? I don't remember something like that. We went, we came down here and I think
- 23:46we both sort of like looked at each other and we were just like, oh, we totally manifest and moving
- 23:50here. We're just like, I think we can move here. Well, I manifested a lot in my brain, which I
- 23:54did not verbally say in the car, which, which actually blew my mind when the time came for me to
- 24:04sell a specific property here, because I remember being there's on Collins. Okay. And I'm looking
- 24:10across the canal and I see this house. And I'm like, dang, that's a nice house. Long story short,
- 24:17I sold that house a few years later. So I was like, not too shabby. And I think, um, you know,
- 24:24I think that like obviously we live here in Miami. And it's just, it's from LA. I'm from LA
- 24:30originally. So Lee's from New York. I lived in New York for a few years. Obviously you mentioned
- 24:35that we both moved here, but I moved to a place called Brickle. Brickle. And a lot of people don't
- 24:42know what Brickle is, which I personally like. Is that in South Beach? Where is Brickle? Basically,
- 24:50like the Jews know Miami Beach, Zach, the Baker, Aventura, and Bell Harbor. And then once you go
- 24:58to Broward, you know, Boca, but like nobody really knows even what Brickle is. Broward County.
- 25:03Yeah, they don't know. That's where like Hollywood is. I know, but most people don't know that.
- 25:06Oh, anyways, yeah, but we live in Brickle. We love it. The community there is just wonderful.
- 25:13We're big, uh, big robots. We're big, school people. Yeah. We love school. We're literally
- 25:17in school every week. I'm in school seven days a week, which most people are surprised to learn. Yes.
- 25:23But I do have a key to the place. I know. They don't do presidents at
- 25:26Khabads, because like they don't have that whole, but it's just like what the rabbi say goes. But
- 25:31yeah, um, suffice to say when the rabbis are out of town, um, I'm running the place. Yeah.
- 25:36Yeah, we also got married in the shoe on the rooftop, despite us not wanting a wedding. Whatever.
- 25:40It is what it is. We did it. We never made an album. I do want to redo our pictures, though. I
- 25:45don't like our pictures. Okay. Only because I just didn't like my whole look. I like the dress I bought,
- 25:50but like I just, um, we were also sweating bullets. Oh, yeah, it was very hot. It's so hot. Don't
- 25:55get married here in the summertime outside. Don't just don't do it. Okay. Okay. So now we're going to
- 26:00go back in time to your upbringing, your childhood. Okay. Just to like give the viewers a little
- 26:07backstory. Sure. What did you want to be when you were growing up? I think it's very funny, but, uh,
- 26:14I want to be a singer. Do you want to sing something for us? No, I don't want to sing something for
- 26:18us. That because, uh, I think I was just pre-pubescent. I don't think I actually had a good voice, but, uh,
- 26:24was that like your secret talent or was that like unknown talent? I just was in like all the
- 26:30choirs like every school had a choir and like in camp or whatever you're always like doing the
- 26:35singing thing. I'm like, I'm pretty good at this. Like maybe I maybe I can do this. Actually went
- 26:40to my dad when I was a little older and I'm like, Hey, I think I'll go into real estate and he's like,
- 26:44No, you do your own thing. You do what you dad's like staying your lane. Basically. No, he basically said
- 26:49he's like, I forged my path. You'll forge your own. So what is something like a hobby that you have
- 26:55that were or a talent, actually? Like a talent that you have that really nobody really knows about?
- 27:00I think it's singing. Unless you come to school, you don't know that I can I can I have like a pretty
- 27:06powerful voice. You do. Should I do a little you can you can hear? Oh man, this is a. Okay. What are we doing?
- 27:13You always miss my chakras. I'm usually a chakras guy. That's the first prayer in the morning.
- 27:25You don't let me practice at home though. When I'm not there, you can. Yeah, but then we name whatever.
- 27:30Okay. We got neighbors. Okay, so when we were kids and getting a computer was like the most
- 27:37exciting thing in the world and everyone had like one computer at home. There's one computer and
- 27:41like, yeah, I have a password and it was just always like the family computer family. What was your
- 27:47screen name? My first AOL instant messenger screen name was Z. Zoltan 1025 full version of Zoli
- 27:56is Zoltan, like dude, where's my car? Zoltan. But that was my grandfather's name, which is a very
- 28:02common name in Hungary. And then I changed it to Zman 11559. And everyone thought it was
- 28:07Zman 11559. And for some reason, I picked my zip code. So it would make sense that it would be Zman.
- 28:12It's chakras. Yes, exactly. All right, so now we're going to like kind of skip over to your high
- 28:18school days. Okay. Describe yourself in three words. Do you want to know where I went to high school?
- 28:24Do we? Do we care? I guess so, just that. I went to South Shore for elementary school, which was a
- 28:29Yishivish, you know, black hat place. I went, I went, I went, I went to Rambaum, which is a more
- 28:36modern orthodox. My parents did not let me go to South Shore High School. It was not a great school.
- 28:42Not in the card. It was not in the cards. And I actually carried the black hat into Rambaum,
- 28:48and it lasted two years or a year and a half, I should say. And then it came off.
- 28:52Wow, it looks so Yishivish. It came off hard. Camp Roma Moo will do that to you.
- 28:57Yeah. Well, I had a very, very, very from upbringing. Tarts tights like the whole bit. But I skipped
- 29:0412th grade, did not go to seminary. I went straight from 11th grade to college, and I went to
- 29:10fiddle, which is the fashion institute of design, merchandising, and downtown L.A. So going from
- 29:15an environment like the Siaco to one of the most liberal colleges ever was a real culture shock.
- 29:23But I actually enjoyed that like shock of like you're thrown into it. Like how do you handle
- 29:29yourself? How do you handle like issues around you? And also like we had a lot of group projects.
- 29:34And it's like how do you handle things with other people and different personalities and different
- 29:39backgrounds? And I think it was such a good experience for me in that way. And that kind of like
- 29:43threw me into like the real world. But I'm so happy. I skipped 12th grade and I did not go to
- 29:50Israel. I'm so happy. I'm so happy. Only because like I was never the girl who was going to go to
- 29:55the seminary and like stark out like that was never going to happen. I think we know that.
- 30:01But that's for sure. I mean like I did do it here in Israel. I I went to Hakotel, which was great.
- 30:07It's in the old city of Jerusalem. Very nice. Yes. I feel like I'm hearing about this for the
- 30:12first time. I don't know any of the Ashivas or seminaries in Israel. All you all you have to know is like
- 30:17the first time he told me I'm like I don't even know what that means. All you have to know is like
- 30:21you know the Kotel like little further back. That's where I like it was weird. Like you slept
- 30:27in the old city. It was just really weird. Okay. So now we're going to get back to my original
- 30:30question. Okay. Your original question. Which is describe yourself in three words who you were
- 30:34in high school. Got it. Chubby. Okay. I'm saying nerdy. Okay. nerdy. Chubby. Chubby nerd is basically
- 30:42the two. I think chubby nerd is good enough. Just two. Just two. Just two. What were mine?
- 30:48I don't know. What were yours? I don't know. I'm blanking. You're blanking on your three.
- 30:51You're three. Okay. Spoiled. Right. Trouble maker. Yeah. Funny because that was a goody tushus.
- 30:57Right. You were a goody tushus. And what was the last one? Hot. Hot.
- 31:05I'm usually more humble, but I'll take it. Those were the good old days. Yeah. Those were the
- 31:10good old days. Um, so was that the days where you ate like a muffin and diet coke? You know what?
- 31:16In high school, if you ate an apple for lunch, that was like not considered like normal, but
- 31:20everyone did it. That's LA. No, I think it's high school. Girls in high school are first all,
- 31:25they're terrible. They're terrible people. Everyone's like so judgmental of each other. Yeah.
- 31:31And especially if you're a girl in an environment where you're going to get married so young,
- 31:35so you have to look good. You know what I said? People start looking at you when you're 17 years old.
- 31:40So it's like for marriage. Well, they're getting married at 18. So it's like, oh, who's next year?
- 31:45Who's the seminary class, whatever? What are your thoughts on getting married young as someone
- 31:49who got married the first time at hell? I got married at 20. I got married at 21. I think I'm
- 31:55not going to say it doesn't work for anybody because it has successfully worked for some people.
- 32:00But that person who's going to decide to get married at a young age to somebody who is also in
- 32:08the same community and they share the same values and ignorance is bliss. They don't know any
- 32:15better and like, that's just how it works and it's like, that's just what you do. That's fine.
- 32:21But I think for people who do it and there's no real drive to do it other than judgment from
- 32:29a community or like, what are you doing? You've been dating for so long. You're just going to want
- 32:33you to just date. Well, I think people need to pump the brakes a little bit because the
- 32:40divorce rate has skyrocketed in the past 10 years. And if that is not the biggest indicator to like,
- 32:47maybe like fix something or wait a little bit so people can get married when they're actually ready
- 32:54versus like, this is what you do. I'm like, whatever. I'll put it like this. The human brain
- 32:59isn't fully developed until you're 25 years old. Don't make decisions for the rest of your life
- 33:04when you don't have full brain capacity. Just wait a few years. Okay. Like, advice from books.
- 33:11Just chill out. You're fine. You're fine. Yeah. I do think that there is this stigma of if you don't
- 33:17get married by a certain age or either something wrong with you. What's like the age world?
- 33:22There's something wrong with you. And the issue of this world, like if you're a girl and you're
- 33:2624, 25, like you're getting old, which is like 25 is old. Oh, yeah. Okay. What's the average age
- 33:33of like marriage in the US? I have no idea. I would say it's probably closer to 30. I mean,
- 33:38it's definitely getting older. Yeah. And I think it's getting older. And in the religious world,
- 33:42and not everyone's having babies later. It's also we're living in a totally different
- 33:47world than what the world was 15, 20 years ago. Yeah. Can't just buy a house as easily as you could.
- 33:53I mean, interest rates are ridiculous. If you need one color,
- 33:58coming. I think I think just everything in life is so much more expensive. And with AI and
- 34:06technology on the rise, everything is just going to get even harder to attain, like making money
- 34:11unless you're in the AI space. Like it's just going to get harder. But I do think that we have to
- 34:18as a community, stopping so judgmental to people who aren't necessarily going on the
- 34:26derach that everybody wants to go on. Some people like myself and like you, we we pave our own
- 34:30derach. We're not going off. You're paving your own. You're making your own life. And that's what
- 34:35you're supposed to do. We're not supposed to be the same. We all have different meanings in life.
- 34:40We all have different half kids. We have different things that we need to get done in this world.
- 34:45And for some people, it's getting married at 19 and having 10 kids and having your husband
- 34:51as a rabbi. And sometimes it's, no, you have a few and you go make money and then you give
- 34:56Sadaqa and you do other things. You know, like everyone has a different purpose in this world.
- 35:01Yeah. What's my purpose? Color tati. Probably. But I will, anyways, let's continue.
- 35:12I think, I think we've had enough on that. Yeah.
- 35:16If you weren't doing what you do now, what would you be doing?
- 35:20If I wasn't in this social media space, I'd probably be running like an AI consulting firm
- 35:26or something like that. Besides for the short form video stuff, I'm being a complete social media
- 35:31nerd like AI has, you can't talk to me for five minutes without me mentioning AI. I know it's
- 35:38kind of annoying. I'm sorry. It's okay. Let me ask you this question. I just know it's going to,
- 35:43it's going to take over the entire earth and everyone's going to lose their jobs unless you
- 35:48have an army of AI robots. It literally keeps you up at night. I know. Yeah. You are literally
- 35:53shifting the moment. I can't sleep. AI is coming. Literally. I really feel like I am, I am Noah
- 36:00and the floods coming and I know it's coming and I warn everyone. And everyone's like,
- 36:06crazy, Zoli. Now I'm going to ask you this question. And I don't even know if you're prepared
- 36:10to answer. But if money was no object, what would be your dream job if you made the same amount of
- 36:15money in any job you had? So very good question. Honestly, I love what I do right now. So that's
- 36:21like, that's it. I would still be dabbling in technology. Like, I love to build. When I feel the
- 36:30most like anxiety or unfulfilled is when I'm not building, like when I'm not doing something
- 36:37productive. That's why when I was like working in like a corporate sort of job when I sold my
- 36:42companies, like I was miserable. I have to be building it. Since I was a kid, I was building
- 36:47Legos and I'm building my company now. So if money was no object, I'd still be building stuff to
- 36:53like make the world a better place or or do something cool. I just love building. And so right
- 36:59now it's in social media and AI and I'm building a company. And it is the most stressful thing of
- 37:05my life. I've gotten getting a lot of grace. I have gone so grace since I started this company.
- 37:10At least you have hair. Oh my god. I got my chin's here. Oh my god. It's crazy. But yeah,
- 37:15funny because would I be doing real estate if money was no object? Probably not. No, you'd be
- 37:20doing fashion. Yeah. And like, I didn't buy that. Tell us what you do in fashion. So what do I do
- 37:26in fashion? I'm a ghost stylist. And if you don't know what that is, if you've ever walked around
- 37:31the adventurimal, I used to work closely with Kimi Susman, who is a celebrity stylist, who happens
- 37:40to be the head stylist of the adventurimal. And we still do some projects together. And I work with
- 37:46the marketing team at Turnberry. And anytime there's like a holiday gift guide, graduation gift
- 37:53guide, mother's day, father's day, summer trends, all of that, I am kind of the ghost stylist
- 37:59behind it. Oh, it doesn't like to talk about this. But there's two things you need to know about
- 38:02her. Number one, she can literally so address from scratch. And she goes, what? This whole thing,
- 38:07nobody's deal. She literally can take like the fabric from this couch and turn it into like a
- 38:13gorgeous dress. That's number one. Number two, she was like a major celebrity stylist. Like,
- 38:18she literally styled Chris Jenner. Okay. Who else did you style? What are the celebrities?
- 38:22The NFL players. I mean, this was back in 2013 when I was still living in L.A. And I worked with
- 38:30Icon House, but we had Jane Fonda, Hillary Swank. I don't know. We have like a bunch of celebrities.
- 38:37Olivia Munn. And like, I would do the polls for them. And I would get them dressed like right before
- 38:41an event and tell a story about when you were styling Chris Jenner. No, I'm not going into that.
- 38:46Oh, you can't do that one. I probably cook as that NDA is expired. But I don't think Kim is
- 38:51watching the podcast. Kim. And if she is, I mean, Kim, I listen to your advice on something,
- 38:58but I'm not going to say what it was, but it was good piece of advice. I was sitting on the floor
- 39:03of Chris's bathroom and Kim looks at me and she was like super pregnant with North. And she's like,
- 39:10wait till you have kids. Just wait as long as you can. It's it's and then like the next minute,
- 39:15she's like being photographed by pop Rossi and she like looks amazing. And she's like,
- 39:19I feel so good. I'm like, girl, you feel like how? But whatever it was definitely an experience.
- 39:27And I love those experiences. But yeah, but I think I'm done with like the personal shopping
- 39:33and styling thing because it just sucks the life out of me. And I already deal with people
- 39:37on an emotional level when it comes to residential real estate. And I'm like, I cannot deal with
- 39:41somebody making me crazy over a pair of shoes. I can make someone like, I'll allow someone to go
- 39:46crazy over me and like a property. Should I buy it? Should I not? Should I like, I could deal with
- 39:51that. It's worth it. I'm not going to deal with clothing like that anymore. Nope. What is one thing?
- 39:56A physical thing, a thought, a thought you would just give it away. But what is a physical thing
- 40:01or something that like yourself is about and you would never share with me? You know what mine is?
- 40:06Water bottles. I don't share water bottles with anybody. I don't care. I'll pour it. It's just the
- 40:10thought of it just grosses me out. What about you? You own me. There's literally nothing I wouldn't
- 40:18share with you. Literally. What am I going to, what am I going to, what? I don't know. I
- 40:24sure I know you really would. I literally would share anything with you. It's so nice. Yeah. I think
- 40:29we've like crossed all the boundaries that have been crossed. Yep. 100%. There is nothing that we don't
- 40:36know. Nothing. No, we're going to play a little game of this or that early riser or night owl.
- 40:44I am up at 5 a.m. every day. I know. You make it known. Do you know what I, okay, so harvest the
- 40:50lightest sleeper in the world and I have to be the cool. I have learned to be a ninja because if
- 40:57I, if God forbid, I wake her up at 5.15 a.m. because I use the coffee machine. I am dead. Okay. I know,
- 41:05I know that. If you don't have your sleep, you're cranky. It's just, it's not a good day.
- 41:10So actually this morning, I should, we'll pull up the picture. Did you do it again this morning?
- 41:15No, no, because I had the hot water. But I needed to make coffee and I usually have a hot water
- 41:19urn that's like silent. But I didn't have that. So I need to keep it on from shadows. So I needed to
- 41:24use the Nespresso maker. And if you know Nespresso, it's, you know, first the pod falls out and then it
- 41:31clicks and I knew that would wake her up. So I literally took a blanket. I put it over the thing
- 41:36and then when I opened it, I like caught the pod so it wouldn't even drop. And then when I closed
- 41:41it, I like hugged it tight so that it wouldn't hear the click. This is how afraid I am of waking you
- 41:46up in the morning. That is the wrath I will face. I guess so bad. Do you, are you so miserable?
- 41:53I can't have ice coffee in the morning because no, because you make a ruckus with the ice.
- 41:58Everyone makes it. It's fine. War card or play hard?
- 42:01War card. We don't really do much. You don't. We don't even like, we don't even go out really. We're
- 42:07like old people. We're in bed by 9.30. Yeah. Most of us. We're out by like 10.30. 11. Yeah.
- 42:13Yeah. Would you prefer a fancy dinner out or a cozy night in?
- 42:17A cozy night in Chinese food on the floor. It doesn't have to be on the floor. But that's just
- 42:21there's something about something reminiscent about either Chinese food on the floor. When we moved
- 42:25here to Miami, we, I don't know why. It's like one of like our core memories that like locked us
- 42:31in. Because you got your apartment in Brickle and you had no furniture and you had to wait for
- 42:36the delivery and you kept raining and they pushed it off. And all you had was a bed. I don't
- 42:44even think you had your couch. No, I just had a mattress. Yeah, you're nothing in there. And we
- 42:49got take out from where? We got to take out from somewhere. I don't remember.
- 42:53Was a bamboo? No. It was I maybe walk on the beach or whatever. And we just ate it on the floor.
- 42:59We just ate on the floor. We had a TV. Yeah, the mattress and a TV. That's it.
- 43:03Real guys apartment. And I like, I started, I remember I started laughing
- 43:08hysterically because it was just like the funniest thing to me. I'm like, this is my life.
- 43:13This is my life. I'm eating Chinese food on the floor with only a mattress on a TV. This is so
- 43:18sad. But it was really fun because it was just like a funny experience. And it was whatever.
- 43:24At the time, like, it was just like, wow, like, this is what we've come to. Yes.
- 43:29Yes. Yeah. No, all right. We've grown up since then. Yes, we have. We have a table and chairs.
- 43:34Yes. Yes. Save the best bite for last or eat it first. Save the best for last.
- 43:42Text message or voice. No. Do not voice. Don't send me a voice. No, please. I will block you.
- 43:47Voice note. Stop it. Sending voice notes is one of the most inconsiderate thing. Well, I mean,
- 43:52they they've introduced the transcription feature. No, but why don't people? Why don't people
- 43:56talk into that? Let's just let's put like it. If I'm on a call, I can't listen to your voice note.
- 44:02If I'm doing something else with someone else, I can't, if I, if you send, if you take the extra
- 44:07seconds to just type the message, I can glance at it. I could be, but you can't do that if it's a
- 44:12voice note. I mean, they're super inconsiderate. Please stop sending voice notes. I agree. Don't
- 44:18do it anymore. Please thank you. Plan ahead or wing it. Wing it. I'm ADHD. I know. It drives me crazy.
- 44:24You are a plane 18 years ahead. So far ahead, but I think it always works out. That's my problem.
- 44:30Like for you, it works. I procrastinate with like most things in my life, but ultimately,
- 44:37like just it's that it's this thing with ADHD people, which I have a crazy case of, which like,
- 44:44I don't think you really don't get it. I tried on. You really don't get it, but there's this thing
- 44:48where we procrastinate to the last second, and then like, we're like, oh, shit, we got to get this
- 44:53done. And and you just go into like overdrive and like, you just pull it off. And then you just,
- 44:59you do that once, you do that twice. And then you're just like, oh, you know, I hate that. I hate
- 45:04that so much. I know. I would love to be like you and prepare a year ahead, but that's just,
- 45:09this is not. It's not going to sleep better. Okay. Adventurous vacation or beach bum trip.
- 45:15Beach bum trip. Yeah, but sometimes I like a little adventure. Milkshakes or Flashegs.
- 45:21You know, I used to be more in Milkshakes. Gamma. Because you never want it to be Flashegs. But now,
- 45:25I, you know what? You're an adult. I love Flashegs. Steak and eggs. You're an adult. Oh my god.
- 45:31Like, steak and eggs is incredible. I know you don't like it, but it's so good. No, I like salami
- 45:36and eggs. Salami. Salami isn't salami like terrible for you. It is. But everything on this
- 45:42planet's back for you. I like quantities. Water. Shabbosnap or Shabboswalk. Oh, this is the,
- 45:51this is the bane of our relationship. I come home from shul. Khabaz bin put in who knows how much
- 45:58that gallon of tequila. And I was like, all right, let's go for a walk. I'm like, no, I want
- 46:03a nap. Yeah. So I want the nap. You want the walk. And then we end up going for the walk. Because,
- 46:08yes, because the two most important words in any relationship is, yes, dear. Okay. I'll take it.
- 46:14Khala puppet. Our middle slice. You have to explain what a puppet is because I don't know why my
- 46:19mom and I came up with this. But you did. I don't know who came up with it. But it's funny.
- 46:24The collar roll. No. It's the end of the collar. It just, you know, we're like the end of like
- 46:29the braid is sticking out. Whatever. I'm a, I'm a, I'm a puppet guy. Okay. Okay. Plastic
- 46:36over the tablecloth. Don't even start. No. Or just tablecloth. No. I had a, I have a solution.
- 46:41What's that? Don't put a tablecloth at all. And there's no problem for some reason. For some
- 46:46reason, most Jewish mothers are like, like God forbid, you could ever read on a table without a
- 46:52tablecloth. I never noticed that. I know. Like a placemat's not good enough. Why is that? It
- 46:57must be like an alt-a-heim thing where it's just like that's what that's all about. Because it's a
- 47:00shulkhun and it has to be covered. Is that like a, is that a lot of thing? I don't know.
- 47:06Haring or sushi at the kids. If you eat sushi on chabas, I have a problem with that thing. The,
- 47:11okay. It's the same. That's a personal thing. It depends on the quality of both. Like,
- 47:15did you bring a sushi guy in and it's fresh or it's like from yesterday? I, I like hearing a lot
- 47:21actually. You love herring. I like whitefish. You love whitefish. You are an old Jewish man. We,
- 47:26like, last week. Like, by the way, for the record, if I ever wanted a sponsor, my number one sponsor,
- 47:30my request would be Flom's. Hit a girl up. Or Tov Tom. Tov Tom. Maneshavis. Maneshavis. I mean,
- 47:36but Maneshavis. It's not even high-mish. Maneshavis is really good. It's not high-mish. I mean,
- 47:40it's good. It's a little, it's a little Shabbat Shalom-y. Yeah. Yeah, but I like that. Like,
- 47:45spice it up. New brand's fantastic. I will give them that. Cholent with or without beans.
- 47:51Cholent without beans. I like Cholent and sweet potato. Yeah. Yeah. No beans for your sake.
- 47:57For you or for me? For you. Oh, okay. The shules Cholent has beans. Shabbat tissue squares
- 48:03or toilet paper. Do you even know what I'm referring to? I think I do. It's like pre-cut
- 48:10one-ply toilet paper that they sell with the kosher markers. It feels like sand paper. It is so
- 48:17rough. Oh my god. Yeah. I only know about that because like my dad got it for in the
- 48:22shule bathroom because the plumbing was sensitive. Oh, yeah. It's a great. Oh my god. Yeah,
- 48:28no toilet paper. Thank you. So, are we going to do Friday night smurros or deep conversations?
- 48:37It's pens who's at the table. It really makes a difference. Yeah. And like your audience really.
- 48:45Shut up resume or meet them in real life. I honestly think I'm going to answer this. I honestly
- 48:52think it depends on who you are and what stage in life you're in. Because if I had a child and
- 48:58they were dating at 18 years old, I would kind of want to know at least some basic information.
- 49:02So, I think there's a resume. You don't need a resume for that. You can just get on a phone call.
- 49:07I know. What? Why? It resume to me is the dumbest thing. You're going to let some like
- 49:12Shodson lady define your life on an 8 1 1 1 half by 11 piece of paper and one picture. That's the
- 49:18dumbest thing I ever heard. How can you capture a person's essence on a bio? You can't. Like, just
- 49:25meet the person. There's no other way. Do a FaceTime call. Like what? Why are we treating this?
- 49:31Like it's 1876. We have the technology. It's this or that, but there's three options.
- 49:36Fast day. Nap through it. Power through it. Or binge, Huffitz Chaim, Heritage Foundation,
- 49:43video. I power through the first half and then I pass out for the second half. Okay. Paisach program
- 49:51or get a villa and hire a chef and have your own Paisach. Taka, good child. I think it depends
- 49:58on the situation. I'm going for the villa. Me too. But if I was a kid, I'd want to be at a program.
- 50:03As an adult, I want to have my own villa. Yeah. That's true. Yeah. I guess you'd be bored as a kid.
- 50:08So we're going to stop at those questions. And now we're going to do a little bit more of like
- 50:14deeper thought provoking questions. Wow. What's one thing that you have changed your mind about
- 50:21in the past couple of years? I think you changed my mind about this. I think I
- 50:29limited myself a lot in what I could achieve. And I really thought that you only had to get to
- 50:37like a certain level to make it. But you spent, you basically told me to your blue in the face,
- 50:43like no, actually you're capable of like this. And I definitely saw way more potential in you
- 50:49than you saw on yourself. And that's what they say. You should always marry the person that
- 50:52that believes more in your dreams. And I think it's the same thing with you and me where you
- 50:56totally were like, no, you could do it. And I'm like, no, we can't do it. You literally wanted
- 51:00to quit real estate before you got like the biggest listing of your career, like a week before.
- 51:04And I said, you are not. I'm about to throw in that damn town. You were so ready to quit. And I
- 51:09said, you are not quitting. You are amazing. Honestly, if you were the CEO of my company, my company
- 51:14would be worth a lot more than this right now, just very much. But I don't, one day we're going to,
- 51:20we're going to have a business together. One day, one day, we're going to have a business together.
- 51:24We are. Yeah. I saw it in a vision. Yeah. I have the visions, bro, not you. That's true. She does.
- 51:31She can tell the code. There's sometimes she can tell the future. I could, but it's sometimes I
- 51:36just keep it to myself because like too much, too much. Okay. What's one hill you're willing to
- 51:42die on, whether people are on board with you or not, like you have this, have this in your mind,
- 51:48and you're like, I don't care if people agree with me. AI is going to take away your job. Whoever's
- 51:52listening, AI will take away your job in some capacity. I actually think that unless you have an
- 51:58army of robots or AI agents working for you, you will be replaced. There's no, like, I don't see
- 52:04any other version of it. They're going to have like one lawyer because it's going to be able to
- 52:08do the work of a thousand lawyers. And if you don't think that's coming, that I'll die on that hill.
- 52:15We're going to end off this podcast. That was kind of depressing. What? I just told everyone,
- 52:20like, you're all screwed. Is it going to replace everybody for everything? No, I mean, we'll have
- 52:23like new jobs and stuff. But if you want to really like have your mind blown, read the book.
- 52:28The singularity is nearer by Ray Kurzweil. It's freaking wild. I told you about it, but you tuned
- 52:36out. I always turn out. If your life were a movie, what movie title would it be?
- 52:42Movie title. That Titanic. Why is your life just such a sinking ship?
- 52:50Can Chris Hemsworth play me? Absolutely. Okay. What's mine? Mean girls. I'm kidding. That's
- 52:57actually not bad. Really? You were so mean to me. You were the meanest to me. But do you love me?
- 53:03Oh, more than anything. I honestly think like that's why I actually think that's why I was
- 53:08bullied so much in school. So I could grow a thick skin and whenever you you roast me, I just
- 53:13laugh. I think that you have to grow a thick skin regardless of who you married because you're in a
- 53:19world and in a business where you have to have thick skin and you have to, I mean, I'm also in
- 53:26a business where you have to have thick skin. Like, man, I learned how to deal with uncomfortable
- 53:34situations and people and I think as we're getting older and more experienced in our careers,
- 53:41like we're just always growing like thicker skin. Oh, yeah. We stop caring. And I think it's such
- 53:47a good quality and it's kind of refreshing to know that as you're getting older, you're just
- 53:52starting to care less and less and less about what people think about you, how they perceive you
- 53:58and it's just like let them read that book, let them. One of the great, I think, synergies in between
- 54:05us is we both like really don't care what other people think. Which is kind of like why we're
- 54:10putting this out. Like I feel it was crazy me like most people wouldn't do a podcast for the number
- 54:16one reason what will people think. Right. And can you imagine being bound by that in your life?
- 54:22I was definitely in a place at one point where I did care about what other people thought about me.
- 54:28Like I think that was back in the day when I had chicken soup chick. Oh, that was your old
- 54:32Instagram. That was my old Instagram and I don't know what happened to it, but I had a lot of
- 54:35followers on it back in the day. Chicken soup chick. And I was just always trying so hard to like just
- 54:41always look my best and be this image that deep down I'm not. And now I'm at the point where I'm
- 54:47just like whatever bro. There's something funny. My friend told me the other day. He's like you
- 54:52know a few people came over to me and they think you're a total douche. To you? No, like they went
- 54:58to my friend. Like they don't know me. They just see me on social media and they just think like
- 55:03I'm a complete D bag. No, you're a nerd. No, I'm like he's like he told them he's like what are you
- 55:08talking about? He's like the nicest guy in the world. What are you talking about? Yeah, but
- 55:12that's so funny to me that really people perceive not that I care at all. I found it hilarious.
- 55:17I think I just could you clearly don't see on Instagram. Obviously that's not real life.
- 55:22Oh, some people think Instagram is real life. Yes, anyways. Anyways, it's been a pleasure.
- 55:29Oh, this was a great thank you for having me. I wish you much success. Well, don't worry. I'll see you
- 55:33at home soon. So it's been a pleasure. I wish you a lot of success in this podcast. Thank you. So
- 55:39this is just our little intro and I just wanted to give everybody a little time. Why don't you give
- 55:44some people a little preview of what maybe they would have to look forward to in future episodes?
- 55:50I think future episodes we're going to have people from the community from different career paths
- 55:57whether they're a comedian, an influencer, a lawyer, maybe a doctor. How about a mommy?
- 56:04A mommy? Is that I guess it's a career? Yeah. Who's going to be who's going to be on the sets of
- 56:10mommy? Your sister. My sister. Okay. She's a mommy. She is a mommy. But I want to dive into people's
- 56:18personalities not for what they do, but for who they actually are. And there's so many podcasts
- 56:25where people just talk about real estate, talk about law. And at one, I don't want that. I want
- 56:30who they are as a person at home and just want to learn about other people and myself and
- 56:36have some fun. And that's it. And yeah, that's a wrap. Great job. So I guess I will
- 56:43be a great host. Am I? You're born for this. Was I? I'm a star. Yes, you are.
