**Alarming** SILVER Price: Reason Why Silver Price FALLING and RISING (GOLD Too) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:01
Silver and gold will not be defeated.
0:04
Silver and gold will be victorious.
0:07
We're going to talk about all the reasons why in this.
0:09
What will be the best biggest live stream ever in the history
0:13
of YouTube and precious metals. Thank you for being here.
0:16
I got to warn you upstairs, Susie is gone.
0:19
She actually locked me in the basement with a cat, Pippi, the
0:22
silver cat, for those of you who've been around for years.
0:25
So if you see a cat running around behind me, that explains
0:28
it. But guys, we have been through
0:30
some incredible volatility. Let's go out.
0:34
This is crazy what is happening in the silver market right now.
0:38
Let's go out and check on the spot price of silver first, OK?
0:43
And as you see on your screen, this is the Kitco spot price of
0:49
silver. Wow, we're up $0.37.
0:52
Now let's go out and look at the futures because we're going to
0:54
look at a chart when I woke up this morning.
0:57
Hold on here, get that one on the screen.
1:00
This is the the silver on the COMEX, our favorite place in the
1:05
whole wide world. This is the May futures price.
1:08
But look at the insanity that is unfolded today.
1:12
Volatility in the silver market alarming.
1:16
That's about when I woke up and you know, I don't I don't know
1:19
about you, but I don't usually wake up in the best mood I have.
1:23
I think they call it morning mind.
1:25
And I checked and I was like, Oh my gosh, I mean, silver was like
1:28
$77 per oz. And look at what has happened
1:32
since then. Now there's an interesting, oh,
1:36
shoot, where is it? Hold on a minute here.
1:38
Well, it was up earlier. There was a crazy period where
1:42
like silver like went shot up and down, up and down in massive
1:46
amounts of volume as well. While we're out here, I want to
1:49
show you this same chart, the silver price on a six month
1:53
basis. I was looking at this earlier
1:56
this morning and when I look at the six months, right, it just
1:59
feels like we still have a good steady.
2:04
Why the screen move? Sorry, guys.
2:07
A good steady upward trajectory, easy for me to say in place.
2:14
And you know, we talked about this is so critical, the wedge
2:19
pattern that's look at that, wow, look at that.
2:23
I mean, we've got a wedge pattern in silver, OK, remember
2:29
and it looks like we're back in it.
2:30
We popped down below, but I think it's safe to say that the
2:33
wedge is old Rashad that we are still in place.
2:37
And don't forget guys, two other positive factors about this
2:41
wedge pattern because we will break out either to the upside,
2:46
which is what we're we're all rooting for, right, or to the
2:49
downside. But we're going to remove the
2:51
downside just so we know that is the potential.
2:54
We went into this on an upward trend.
2:57
And usually when you go into like we did here, a wedge
3:02
pattern on an upward trend that dictates where the breakout is.
3:07
Not always, but it certainly is a helpful, helpful situation.
3:11
The other the key thing to remember is that the 200 day
3:14
moving average is still providing support.
3:18
Now let's see if I can pull up for you the well, we'll do that
3:24
next time I can get the 200 day. I thought, yeah, I can get the
3:28
200 day moving average on here. Hold on a second, Let's look,
3:33
bear with me. Moving average, Here we go.
3:37
OK, so that is the 50. We'll make this the 200 day.
3:42
We're below the 50 just a little bit, but let's look at the 200
3:47
day moving average. There it is right there.
3:49
That's the red line. That's the average of the silver
3:53
price for the last 200 days. The reason they call it a moving
3:57
average is because tomorrow they'll add today's price and
4:00
we'll get rid of the one that was from 200 days ago.
4:03
OK, so that also provides big, big support for the silver
4:07
price. But I'm going to tell you
4:09
something else. Silver and gold will be
4:11
victorious. Silver and gold are the original
4:15
reserve currencies of the planet.
4:17
Some people call them God's money, but there's other reasons
4:21
why. OK, And I got a whole list right
4:24
here. All right, They cannot be
4:26
defeated at this point over the medium or the long term.
4:30
This morning when there was all this, it's crazy volatility
4:33
going on, right? I was writing this like, yeah,
4:35
in the short term, we're going to have noise, no doubt about
4:39
it. We are going to have red days.
4:41
I mean, heck, even today, I don't want to be Debbie Downer
4:44
for you, but even today could be a down day for silver.
4:48
And we know gold struggling a little bit today, but we are
4:51
sitting pretty right now. All the smartest minds.
4:55
I was listening to Vince Lancey before I came on talking about
4:58
his thoughts on gold and silver. And he's was generally very
5:02
positive. We are sitting, we're talking
5:04
about $80 silver. Even if we start talking about
5:07
$70 silver, we are still sitting pretty.
5:12
OK. The other thing to remember, OK,
5:16
is we have hold on. I'm going to show you a Pippy of
5:18
the Silver Cat. Come here.
5:22
Oh, I know this cat. This goes back a long time.
5:26
We're going to get back to it, but this is Pippi the silver
5:30
cat. Guys, this cat was famous early
5:33
on in my live streaming career. She is literally a silver cat
5:37
now. I got to tell you, when we got
5:39
her as a kitten, she was like dark brown.
5:42
And over the time from us talking about silver so much,
5:45
she turned silver. We've got a little bit of a cat
5:48
psychiatric problem in our house right now upstairs.
5:52
Susie, who's not here, I can talk behind her back, has three
5:54
cats and this one is now living with me in the basement.
5:58
So anyway, enough of the cats. Let's talk about your ancient
6:02
ancestors. The reason why, the reason why I
6:05
made the thumbnail that I did for this video today.
6:08
Silver and gold have always been victorious.
6:12
We have 5000 year old people that are on our side.
6:17
OK, think about the time of Jesus.
6:19
What, 2, 1026 years ago? Silver and gold were valuable.
6:24
People back then that made investments into silver and gold
6:28
made a very good investment. And we had relatives.
6:31
You and I had relatives living during that point.
6:34
OK, enough about history. Let's dig into some fun details
6:37
about what's happening right now in the market.
6:40
Let's go out to some news about the silver ETF and the fact that
6:45
you can't stop silver and gold. This came comes to us from our
6:50
friend Carl Merx. Hold on, make sure we got the
6:54
right screen up, which we do, OK?
6:57
Carl says this is crazy guys. Bad news.
7:01
ETF investors sold 58,000,000 ounces of silver in the past 2
7:07
1/2 months. The physical silver suddenly had
7:10
no destination anymore. It should have ended up in
7:14
London's free float or backing for the Comex Shanghai silver
7:20
futures. OK, if I'd known beforehand, I
7:23
would have said the silver market would move back into
7:25
balance because 58,000,000 ounces is a huge amount of
7:30
metal. Why that is so important is like
7:33
he said almost 60 million oz have been have left the silver
7:38
ETFs. That should be, we should be
7:40
seeing registered inventory levels at the COMEX.
7:44
We should be seeing inventory levels at the Shanghai Gold
7:49
Exchange, in the Shanghai Futures Exchange going up and
7:54
up. We're going to look at some data
7:55
a little bit. That's not necessarily
7:57
happening. That's actually not happening.
7:59
We still have precariously low. That is a big signal that the
8:04
silver market is still out of balance.
8:07
Remember the yesterday we talked about the silver forward lease
8:10
rates, which are crazy out of balance.
8:13
I mean, the chart looks absolutely insane.
8:16
We are in, especially for silver, a period of massive,
8:21
massive turmoil right now. We are living through the silver
8:27
age historic. We aren't going to recognize it.
8:31
You mark my words, OK, You mark my words.
8:33
What was what did I say last night?
8:35
Oh, in the next three months, the Fed will do an emergency
8:38
rate cut. The feds going to come out this
8:40
week. I don't want to go.
8:41
I got off track, OK? But you mark my words.
8:44
The other thing I'll say in three years, right?
8:47
We're going to look back and we're going to be down here in
8:49
the basement together as basement dwellers.
8:51
And I know you're going to be here because you're going to
8:53
subscribe to the channel right now.
8:55
So you make sure you come back and give this video a thumbs up
8:59
and most important, leave a comment in the comment section.
9:02
You can RIP me all you want, trust me.
9:05
I've been on YouTube for five years.
9:07
Everything under the sun has been said about me, including
9:10
the people thought I was a robot for a while because I didn't
9:13
blink. Anyway, we're going to come back
9:15
in three years together as basement dwellers and we are
9:19
going to say in no uncertain terms, we're going to look back
9:22
at 2025 and 2026 and say we lived through silver history,
9:30
part of the 5000 year. We've got ancient ancestors who
9:35
are on our side, OK, The guys 4003 thousand years ago and
9:40
women, right, who hoarded silver and gold, They made a good
9:44
investment. Think about it, OK, Silver and
9:47
gold have always been and will always be the world's reserve
9:52
currency. That's my truth.
9:53
Don't make any financial decisions based on what I'm
9:56
saying. I'm just a guy in his basement
9:58
that now has a crazy cat living with him sharing his views and
10:02
thoughts on silver and gold. The same basement your part of
10:06
where we talked about $85 silver.
10:09
Remember Smitty the silver bear was blindfolded with $85 and
10:14
people said that we were we were silver pumpers and that we are
10:17
being paid to say that about silver and what happened there.
10:21
OK, let's move on. Let's go check out what's going
10:24
on at the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
10:27
We are going to check in with, right, a guy that we all love,
10:31
right, the Oriental ghost who gives us this great report.
10:36
Hold on a second here, but we have all heck breaking loose.
10:39
Make sure we got the right screen up, which we do.
10:42
And the latest, OK, once a week we got to go through this for
10:47
everybody. This is the Shanghai Gold
10:49
Exchange, which is the physical gold and silver market in China,
10:54
OK, And the Shanghai Futures Exchange, that's their version
10:57
of the COMEX. That's their version of Chinese
11:01
Fantasy Island, however you want to say it, OK.
11:04
This here is silver AG on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, which
11:09
was $90.00. All right, Well, still $10 high
11:12
than where we were on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
11:16
They are in a state of contango, 91 dollars.
11:19
What we really want to look at is down here when we look at the
11:26
vaults, the Shanghai Futures Exchange silver vault, how much
11:31
silver do they have in their vault?
11:34
And it is alarmingly low. You multiply that number, I
11:39
won't bore you with my calculator, 330,000kg * 32 Troy
11:45
oz. And pretty much for sure you're
11:47
going to come up with a number below 10 million oz.
11:53
The entire Shanghai Futures Exchange has less, oops, excuse
11:58
me, less than 10 million oz. That's like, you know, that's
12:05
like that's probably smaller than your than your stack of
12:08
silver you have in your basement.
12:10
But wait, there's more. I forgot to tease you with this
12:14
75,000 right now should the price of gold be $75,000?
12:19
We're going to get to that next. First, I want to say thank you
12:22
to channel sponsor First Mining Gold.
12:25
They've got millions of Oz of that gold we just referred to in
12:30
the ground in Canada. They're develop development
12:32
stage gold company with two huge multi million ounce projects in
12:37
Canada, Spring Pole in Ontario and Du Parque located in Quebec,
12:43
each of which and independently have multi million ounce gold
12:47
deposits in the ground. These projects have been worked
12:50
out, worked on for more than a decade, millions and millions of
12:54
dollars spent drilling and scientifically determining that
12:58
that gold is there. And that is a rarity to have
13:02
just one. But they have two big multi
13:04
million ounce projects in a safe jurisdiction like Canada.
13:09
OK. Because as you know, there's an
13:11
outbreak of uncertainty and distrust in the world.
13:15
So where mines are located do make a difference.
13:18
Let's talk about $75,000 gold, and this comes from the one and
13:24
only one of the brightest minds in the precious metal sector,
13:29
and that would be Mr. Tavi Costa, who shares this with us.
13:33
This is chock full of good information and, and well,
13:39
that's Tavi's chart and a chart that we're going to look at.
13:42
United States gold reserves have never been this small relative
13:47
to government debt. Gold reserves now reflect just
13:51
3% of the US federal debt. That means of that 39 trillion
13:56
in debt, we only have 3% of it backed by gold, one of the
14:00
lowest readings on record in orange.
14:02
This comes despite the US holding 8000 metric tons of
14:07
gold, the largest stockpile in the world, but even more
14:12
importantly, in blue. That also accounts for the price
14:16
of gold surging to record highs. So despite the fact that gold is
14:21
at $5000 an ounce right, the United States still only backs
14:26
3% of its debt with gold by comparison.
14:29
This is where it gets interesting.
14:31
The ratio was 18% in 1980, right when we also had record gold, 6
14:38
times higher than where we are today.
14:41
But wait, there's more, because at the same level of reserves,
14:44
the gold price would have to raise 400% to $26,000 per oz to
14:51
match the 1980s peak. But I thought we said $75,000
14:57
gold. Well, meanwhile in the 1940s,
15:00
gold reserves, and we had massive debt in the 1940s, that
15:04
was just after World War 2, gold reserves backed over 50% of
15:09
federal debt. To match the 1940s ratio, gold
15:15
would need to surge 13, 13140 percent. 13 X to $75,000 per oz.
15:27
Gold reserves are highlighting just how astronomical U.S. debt
15:32
has become. And there it is, right?
15:34
And graphic form for you to look at, right, there we are.
15:39
Here's 1940. OK, right.
15:42
Gold would have to go to $75,000 per oz to match that level.
15:48
Here is 1980. OK, gold price would have to go
15:53
to $26,000 per oz. But it the blue bars show the
15:57
percentage of U.S. debt that are backed by gold.
16:01
As you can see, it has become absolutely minusculely low.
16:07
And what about the paper? The paper markets for gold and
16:13
silver are a bunch of bunk. We know that, OK, but listen to
16:17
what make gold Great has to say because this this guy says some
16:21
powerful things and he says them in very few words.
16:25
He said they didn't build the largest paper gold or silver
16:31
market in history because they had a lot of gold and silver.
16:36
No, they built it. Oh, shoot, I forgot to share
16:39
that with you because hold on a minute.
16:43
Uh oh. Oh, I screwed up.
16:45
Hold on, guys, I'm back. We're going to go back to that
16:47
one. Hold on.
16:49
See upstairs. Susie's gone and I am just oh,
16:51
shoot. Hopefully you can still see me
16:54
and hear me. Oh my gosh.
16:55
We're having major tech issues. Hello.
16:58
Can you see me? Leave a please Hold on here.
17:02
Oh, here we go. All right, now I believe we are
17:07
up on the screen again. There we go.
17:09
Hey, I'm over here. I believe.
17:11
Look over there. Make gold great again.
17:13
We love this guy. He is hilarious and he always
17:16
hits the nail on the head. I'll read it quickly again.
17:19
They didn't build the largest paper gold or silver market in
17:23
history because they had a lot of gold and silver.
17:26
Think about it. They built it because they
17:28
didn't. What else do we know, huh?
17:31
Right. The COMEX in the LBMA, the
17:33
manipulators, whatever. When they built the, the, the
17:36
future market back in I think 1974, part of the WikiLeaks
17:42
stock were some communications between the United States and
17:46
London, where they basically said we're going to create a
17:49
futures market for the precious metals to essentially 2 things,
17:54
induce volatility. Didn't we talk about that
17:57
earlier #1 and #2 to dissuade people from holding?
18:03
And I believe they specifically said gold in that memo, but also
18:07
silver that's like was uncovered and his public domain
18:12
information. Now at this point, it's
18:14
absolutely, absolutely crazy. OK, let's check.
18:18
Now let's talk about, let's go to the charts.
18:20
We're going to look at the smartest guy in the world of
18:23
charts. OK, Michael Oliver is the king
18:26
SWAT Tommy, this guy Jordan Roy Byrne is another one that knows
18:30
charting like nobody else. I've got a ton of respect for
18:33
him. We're going to listen to what he
18:34
has to say about silver. You may not like what he said,
18:38
what he says initially, but I think you'll like the big
18:41
picture as it unfolds. But before that, if you want to
18:44
get your hands on some real physical silver.
18:47
Thank you. Channel sponsor first meant on
18:51
all seriousness, you guys have been overwhelmingly positive and
18:56
sent so many nice emails about your experience with First Men
18:59
and I agree, it's a premium retail experience.
19:02
Here's their latest You're the Horse coin that you can check
19:07
out here. Absolutely beautiful.
19:10
OK, They're owned by First Majestic Silver, who mines the
19:13
silver, sends it to 1st Mint in Las Vegas, NV, and then it goes
19:18
directly to you. Those paper markets we just
19:21
talked about, they don't ever get to touch the silver that you
19:24
get from First Mint. This silver is, you know, they
19:28
spoof the price. I like to say this silver from
19:31
First Mint, that's spoof proof and it's the freshest silver you
19:36
can get literally, right. Was probably mine sometime in
19:40
the last year or so, maybe even more recently.
19:43
So go check out First Met. Let me show you their website
19:46
here is first Met and they've got a discount code that you can
19:50
use VIPRB. Make sure we got that up, which
19:56
we do. VIP like very important person.
19:59
RB like Ron's basement. And they have free shipping
20:03
going right now on orders over $299.
20:07
Now, let's go see what Jordan Roy Byrne had to say.
20:12
Yes, here we go about what's happening in the silver market.
20:17
His channel is the Daily Gold. I believe it is.
20:20
It should say that during this. I'd highly recommend you follow
20:23
this guy. He is super smart.
20:25
This is one minute long, but it is full of great silver
20:29
information. This price action tells us that
20:32
the probability is we're going to see silver test this low
20:35
around here at $70 where it had a bit of an oversold bounce
20:40
there, another rebound, but another rebound where it didn't
20:43
close below 70 and then another rebound here.
20:46
So I'd like to think that you could see another rebound in
20:51
silver from $70.00. But if we don't get that rebound
20:55
and silver gets oversold, maybe get a break of 70, but it's a
21:00
false breakdown and you got to move below 70 some more selling,
21:04
but you start you get a bottom in this area at some point break
21:09
below 70 and test 64 again or maybe a test of 200 day moving
21:14
average down here, which is starting to come up.
21:17
So there's clear relative weakness in silver compared to
21:20
gold. And this is typical of
21:22
Corrections and intermediate term corrections and precious
21:24
metals. The stocks get hit hard.
21:26
Silver gets hit hard. OK, there we have it from Jordan
21:32
Roy Byrne, right? We need to be realistic.
21:34
Look, if we're still talking about consolidating in the
21:37
silver price at $70 per oz, let's go on a little time
21:41
machine trip together, guys. One year ago right now, we were
21:45
looking at silver in the $30 range.
21:48
It's OK, We're going to be fine. Remember, silver and gold are
21:53
always victorious and they will be victorious especially in any
21:58
type of time frame. At this point, beyond the next
22:03
three weeks, maybe 3 months worst case scenario, I believe
22:07
we're in great shape. Again, I'm not a financial
22:08
advisor. Stocks, bonds, mutual funds,
22:11
real estate, silver, gold, cryptocurrency, any of that.
22:14
Don't ever make any decisions based on what I'm saying, but I
22:19
am correct about 64.3% of the time.
22:22
We've got major doom, major trouble heading our way in the
22:28
United States economy and the United States economy is the
22:31
biggest in the world. It will result in money
22:34
printing, easing, devaluation of the dollar, whatever you want to
22:38
call it. And that will be a big medium to
22:41
long term force that will provide major support for the
22:45
price of gold and silver. But let's talk about housing,
22:48
employment. We got a banking everywhere we
22:51
look. We got big scary things coming,
22:54
coming our way in the US economy.
22:56
We'll start here. And this one right sums it up.
23:01
I thought this was the best summation of what's happening
23:04
right now in the private credit sector, which is huge and which
23:08
will potentially have a 2008 great financial crisis type
23:14
ramifications for the United States economy.
23:17
Lark Davis who's got like over 1,000,000 followers on X massive
23:21
accounts as BlackRock, Blackstone, JP Morgan, Morgan
23:24
Stanley all blocked or capped withdrawals from their private
23:29
credit funds in Q1 of 2026. This is not a rumor, it's in the
23:36
filings. In 2007 the same thing happened
23:41
with mortgage funds. Remember what was the catalyst
23:45
that started the great financial crisis of 2007, 2008?
23:49
Were mortgage-backed security funds going belly up when people
23:53
realized that the mortgages in those funds weren't worth
23:58
anything? I got to watch my language, OK,
24:01
And now it appears people are in a rush for liquidity and maybe
24:06
starting to question the quality of the assets held by these
24:09
private credit funds. We know how that ended.
24:12
And look at this, OK, Look at it.
24:15
Blue Owl halted quarterly withdrawals.
24:17
BlackRock capped withdrawals for the first time ever.
24:21
That's BlackRock. OK, Blackstone, who's the parent
24:25
or the the the Black Rock was formed out of Blackstone record
24:30
withdrawal request. OK.
24:32
In Q1, Morgan Stanley capped withdrawals at 5%.
24:35
Cliff water withdrawals at 7% total requested 14%.
24:41
That means like one out of every six point $3 that they had.
24:45
It's a $33 billion fund. That means that if that's, if my
24:50
mathematics are correct, 14% of 33 billion, you're talking at
24:54
least five billion, 6 billion was requested to be returned.
24:59
Yeah, about 5 billion. Anyway, JP Morgan de risking
25:03
exposure, right? Jamie Dimon and JP Morgan came
25:07
out and said we are basically reducing, reducing our exposure
25:10
to private credit. Private credit guys is huge, OK?
25:16
It really is like the mortgage-backed security
25:19
equivalent today of what we had in 2007, 2008.
25:23
And it's not just showing cracks, it's showing what a lot
25:26
of people are saying could be reason for alarm, right?
25:30
People are speculating that this could be the new mortgage-backed
25:34
securities of what like we experienced in 2007, 2008.
25:39
Now let's go go to housing. Housing is a critical the United
25:42
States is a consumer based economy, but housing is a one of
25:46
the one of the foundational pillars that our economy stands
25:50
on. And this is shocking to hear
25:52
what's going on in the housing market in the United States
25:56
right now. OK, look at this.
25:59
No limit says U.S. housing market is broken.
26:02
There's more sellers than buyers by 600,000.
26:07
This gap has never existed before.
26:10
The white line would be sellers of houses.
26:14
The blue line would be buyers of houses.
26:17
Look at that gap. That is incredible what is
26:21
happening right now in housing. But wait, there's more because
26:24
Alex Mason says this should not be happening.
26:28
Uh oh. Did I share the wrong screen?
26:29
Hold on here, there's that. Yep, I forgot to share that.
26:33
I apologize. That's the one with their
26:36
600,000 more sellers than buyers and now we're going to go see
26:41
it. But Alex Mason has to say about
26:43
this not happening. Google searches for can't sell a
26:47
house just hit all time highs, higher than the great financial
26:53
crisis, which was a housing, a mortgage-backed security crisis,
26:57
higher than the C-19 crisis, higher than any point since
27:02
Google started tracking the data.
27:05
I would not want to be a person. We're going to skip through
27:08
that. He wrote a small book and we're
27:10
going to look at this chart. OK, The blue line are people
27:14
searching on Google for can't buy a house.
27:17
And as he has circled in red, that is record, record levels.
27:23
You know, the house that I'm living in here, the basement
27:25
that I'm in right now, I think, you know, Zillow or whoever says
27:30
it's worth, they say, I don't know, $450,000.
27:34
I'm like, what? And when I hear sometimes like
27:36
what houses sold far in our neighborhood.
27:38
I live in Saint Louis. Housing prices are generally
27:41
more affordable than a lot of the other parts, especially the
27:44
East and West Coast. But like, these houses were
27:48
worth half that much, I don't know, seven years ago.
27:52
So this housing situation is truly getting out of control.
27:56
And what about employment? Do you work?
27:59
Does anybody work anymore? If you're one of the people not
28:02
working, congratulations. I'm happy for you.
28:05
OK. I have a job that I do in the
28:07
evening and I do this people, you know, a lot of people are
28:10
working a ton. But we've got this is this is
28:13
alarming, fascinating data about what is going on with employment
28:18
right now. And again, record levels from
28:21
Kobasi breaking a record, a record 104.3 million Americans
28:30
are now quote UN quote outside of the labor force, 104 million.
28:35
These are individuals who are either employed are are neither
28:40
employed nor actively looking for work, including retiree
28:44
students, stay at home parents, and discouraged workers.
28:48
This exceeds the 2020 pandemic peak by 600,000 when when nearly
28:56
the entire economy was shut down.
29:00
There's less people working now in the United States than when
29:05
the economy was shut down. Let that sink in.
29:09
Since the 2008 financial crisis, the number of people not in the
29:15
labor force has surged by almost 26,000,035 million since the
29:23
year 2000. OK, as a percentage of the labor
29:27
force, this metric stands blah blah blah.
29:29
Anyway, this comes from, I was almost going to say a reliable
29:35
source, but for lack of a better word, I'll say they're reliable.
29:38
The Federal Reserve, I believe this actually comes from the
29:42
Federal Reserve Bank of Saint Louis.
29:45
Look at these numbers just going up and up and up and up, guys.
29:51
Silver and gold will be victorious, there is no doubt
29:56
about it. OK, no matter what happens on
29:59
the short term, my opinion is that we are sitting in a very,
30:04
very strong position right now. When we look at silver, when we
30:08
look at the fundamental factors supporting the silver market
30:13
right now, the amount of silver being being produced by the
30:17
world silver miners is going down.
30:21
It's not collapsing, but it's been trending down.
30:24
And according to Phillips Baker, the ex CEO of Hecla Mining, the
30:27
world's are the America's oldest and largest silver mining
30:32
company, right? We're not going to see any more
30:35
silver being produced until the year 2030.
30:39
All the while, demand for silver from all areas of industry
30:45
continues to be robust. And think about this in the
30:51
United States. I want you to think about
30:53
everybody that you interact with.
30:55
If you're living in the United States and if you're somewhere
30:57
else in the world, send us a message, leave a comment.
31:00
We'd like to hear what your thoughts are on this.
31:02
But in the United States, we're maybe talking people say 2%.
31:08
I think it's less than that. I don't know really know any
31:12
other silver enthusiast like relatives or friends or
31:16
neighbors or anything like that. These people have not woken up
31:22
yet. Now, the big important thing to
31:24
realize about that is if we're talking, if we're talking 1 1/2%
31:30
of people, 1.5 persons, one person with one slice down the
31:35
middle are the people that stacks over in the United
31:38
States. If that just goes to 4 1/2%,
31:42
guys, that is three times the amount of money.
31:46
But what's even more interesting about that is to realize that if
31:50
it does go to 4 1/2, that's new money, right?
31:53
The people that have stacks over, right, or have already
31:56
done it, they're not really necessarily buying as much right
32:00
now. We are, we're buying, you know,
32:01
but you know what I'm saying? Like if that percentage of
32:05
people that wake up, that's all new money, that's like a rush of
32:10
people, people trying to get their hands on a pile of, of
32:13
investable silver that isn't getting any bigger.
32:18
Okay, We're talking about going to the local coin shop, hopping
32:23
in the the minivan and going to the local coin shop and walking
32:26
in there and seeing that the that the cases are absolutely
32:31
empty. Now, is that over dramatization?
32:33
Is that like dreaming? No, that's happened several
32:37
times in the last 10 years. Twice I remember going to a big
32:42
local coin shop that I have here in Saint Louis that always has
32:47
cases and cases full of silver. And then this, the shelf in the
32:51
back where you can see all these tubes of different silver
32:54
walking in there and being like, where's all the silver guys?
32:59
And you know what they said? They said, well, you can pay us.
33:02
You can buy it right now. Give us the money in the silver.
33:06
Should be here in six weeks. This is not fantasy, and even
33:10
more important is that now, as time goes by, on and on.
33:16
Look, the reality is I love local coin shops.
33:20
Excuse me, they're great. Nothing wrong with them, I love
33:22
them. But the reality is more and more
33:26
people are buying their silver and gold online in the online
33:32
dealers coincidentally right now are telling me that their sales
33:36
are still robust, still almost at record levels, OK, especially
33:40
with the much higher metals prices.
33:43
And on top of that, guys, those other people that are going to
33:49
wake up sometimes sheep noise warning, we like to refer to
33:52
those people as the, the sheep all they're going to wake up a
34:00
lot faster now than in the past. Because think about with
34:03
technology, think about with these things, right?
34:06
That's a Samsung Galaxy something Anyway, information is
34:11
being spread so much faster. That's why like when C 19 broke
34:16
out, I remember that Saturday, I actually bought a little bit of
34:19
silver. Like it was sold out instantly.
34:23
The information, it's traded quickly, right?
34:26
You're not talking about people picking up their phone and call
34:28
it. No, it happens.
34:30
The information gets spread at 100 times faster now than it did
34:35
20 years ago. But on top of that, silver can
34:39
be sold out in an instant because people can buy.
34:43
We could buy a monster box of American Silver Eagles right
34:48
there on that phone I just showed you in the next 3
34:51
minutes. Okay, we aren't going to do
34:53
that. I wish I could.
34:55
I wish we could, right? It'd be awesome, but think about
34:58
how fast now with people being able to buy online things.
35:03
We even saw that what, 345 weeks ago all the online bullion
35:08
dealers had the same thing on their banner on their site,
35:12
right? Like oh, shipping times have
35:14
been delayed by 6 weeks, 5 weeks minimum orders.
35:18
You got to buy $500 or I think one of them even said $5000.
35:23
It can happen so quickly, OK? Things are happening faster now
35:29
than any other time in history as we enjoy what will be a
35:34
victorious journey with silver and gold.
35:38
I want to be on that journey with you.
35:40
You're important, You're special.
35:42
Thank you for joining me down here in the basement, please.
35:45
So make sure you come back the way you can do that.
35:48
Press the subscribe button. Don't forget, now's your last
35:50
chance. Thumbs up.
35:52
OK. And oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, hold
35:55
on here. OK.
35:56
I think we're good upstairs. Susie's not here.
35:59
I don't see any super chats. If I messed up on that, I
36:03
apologize. Super chats are never expected.
36:05
Always appreciated. Have a great day.
36:07
And on behalf of Pippi, the. There she goes.
36:11
She just ran by. Yeah, We're going to have a cat
36:13
down here with us. Pippi the silver cat.
36:15
But she's on our team. I'll see you next time.
36:18
Take care. Have a great day.
36:20
All right. Bye.
36:21
Bye.
