- 0:01Silver and gold will not be defeated.
- 0:04Silver and gold will be victorious.
- 0:07We're going to talk about all the reasons why in this.
- 0:09What will be the best biggest live stream ever in the history
- 0:13of YouTube and precious metals. Thank you for being here.
- 0:16I got to warn you upstairs, Susie is gone.
- 0:19She actually locked me in the basement with a cat, Pippi, the
- 0:22silver cat, for those of you who've been around for years.
- 0:25So if you see a cat running around behind me, that explains
- 0:28it. But guys, we have been through
- 0:30some incredible volatility. Let's go out.
- 0:34This is crazy what is happening in the silver market right now.
- 0:38Let's go out and check on the spot price of silver first, OK?
- 0:43And as you see on your screen, this is the Kitco spot price of
- 0:49silver. Wow, we're up $0.37.
- 0:52Now let's go out and look at the futures because we're going to
- 0:54look at a chart when I woke up this morning.
- 0:57Hold on here, get that one on the screen.
- 1:00This is the the silver on the COMEX, our favorite place in the
- 1:05whole wide world. This is the May futures price.
- 1:08But look at the insanity that is unfolded today.
- 1:12Volatility in the silver market alarming.
- 1:16That's about when I woke up and you know, I don't I don't know
- 1:19about you, but I don't usually wake up in the best mood I have.
- 1:23I think they call it morning mind.
- 1:25And I checked and I was like, Oh my gosh, I mean, silver was like
- 1:28$77 per oz. And look at what has happened
- 1:32since then. Now there's an interesting, oh,
- 1:36shoot, where is it? Hold on a minute here.
- 1:38Well, it was up earlier. There was a crazy period where
- 1:42like silver like went shot up and down, up and down in massive
- 1:46amounts of volume as well. While we're out here, I want to
- 1:49show you this same chart, the silver price on a six month
- 1:53basis. I was looking at this earlier
- 1:56this morning and when I look at the six months, right, it just
- 1:59feels like we still have a good steady.
- 2:04Why the screen move? Sorry, guys.
- 2:07A good steady upward trajectory, easy for me to say in place.
- 2:14And you know, we talked about this is so critical, the wedge
- 2:19pattern that's look at that, wow, look at that.
- 2:23I mean, we've got a wedge pattern in silver, OK, remember
- 2:29and it looks like we're back in it.
- 2:30We popped down below, but I think it's safe to say that the
- 2:33wedge is old Rashad that we are still in place.
- 2:37And don't forget guys, two other positive factors about this
- 2:41wedge pattern because we will break out either to the upside,
- 2:46which is what we're we're all rooting for, right, or to the
- 2:49downside. But we're going to remove the
- 2:51downside just so we know that is the potential.
- 2:54We went into this on an upward trend.
- 2:57And usually when you go into like we did here, a wedge
- 3:02pattern on an upward trend that dictates where the breakout is.
- 3:07Not always, but it certainly is a helpful, helpful situation.
- 3:11The other the key thing to remember is that the 200 day
- 3:14moving average is still providing support.
- 3:18Now let's see if I can pull up for you the well, we'll do that
- 3:24next time I can get the 200 day. I thought, yeah, I can get the
- 3:28200 day moving average on here. Hold on a second, Let's look,
- 3:33bear with me. Moving average, Here we go.
- 3:37OK, so that is the 50. We'll make this the 200 day.
- 3:42We're below the 50 just a little bit, but let's look at the 200
- 3:47day moving average. There it is right there.
- 3:49That's the red line. That's the average of the silver
- 3:53price for the last 200 days. The reason they call it a moving
- 3:57average is because tomorrow they'll add today's price and
- 4:00we'll get rid of the one that was from 200 days ago.
- 4:03OK, so that also provides big, big support for the silver
- 4:07price. But I'm going to tell you
- 4:09something else. Silver and gold will be
- 4:11victorious. Silver and gold are the original
- 4:15reserve currencies of the planet.
- 4:17Some people call them God's money, but there's other reasons
- 4:21why. OK, And I got a whole list right
- 4:24here. All right, They cannot be
- 4:26defeated at this point over the medium or the long term.
- 4:30This morning when there was all this, it's crazy volatility
- 4:33going on, right? I was writing this like, yeah,
- 4:35in the short term, we're going to have noise, no doubt about
- 4:39it. We are going to have red days.
- 4:41I mean, heck, even today, I don't want to be Debbie Downer
- 4:44for you, but even today could be a down day for silver.
- 4:48And we know gold struggling a little bit today, but we are
- 4:51sitting pretty right now. All the smartest minds.
- 4:55I was listening to Vince Lancey before I came on talking about
- 4:58his thoughts on gold and silver. And he's was generally very
- 5:02positive. We are sitting, we're talking
- 5:04about $80 silver. Even if we start talking about
- 5:07$70 silver, we are still sitting pretty.
- 5:12OK. The other thing to remember, OK,
- 5:16is we have hold on. I'm going to show you a Pippy of
- 5:18the Silver Cat. Come here.
- 5:22Oh, I know this cat. This goes back a long time.
- 5:26We're going to get back to it, but this is Pippi the silver
- 5:30cat. Guys, this cat was famous early
- 5:33on in my live streaming career. She is literally a silver cat
- 5:37now. I got to tell you, when we got
- 5:39her as a kitten, she was like dark brown.
- 5:42And over the time from us talking about silver so much,
- 5:45she turned silver. We've got a little bit of a cat
- 5:48psychiatric problem in our house right now upstairs.
- 5:52Susie, who's not here, I can talk behind her back, has three
- 5:54cats and this one is now living with me in the basement.
- 5:58So anyway, enough of the cats. Let's talk about your ancient
- 6:02ancestors. The reason why, the reason why I
- 6:05made the thumbnail that I did for this video today.
- 6:08Silver and gold have always been victorious.
- 6:12We have 5000 year old people that are on our side.
- 6:17OK, think about the time of Jesus.
- 6:19What, 2, 1026 years ago? Silver and gold were valuable.
- 6:24People back then that made investments into silver and gold
- 6:28made a very good investment. And we had relatives.
- 6:31You and I had relatives living during that point.
- 6:34OK, enough about history. Let's dig into some fun details
- 6:37about what's happening right now in the market.
- 6:40Let's go out to some news about the silver ETF and the fact that
- 6:45you can't stop silver and gold. This came comes to us from our
- 6:50friend Carl Merx. Hold on, make sure we got the
- 6:54right screen up, which we do, OK?
- 6:57Carl says this is crazy guys. Bad news.
- 7:01ETF investors sold 58,000,000 ounces of silver in the past 2
- 7:071/2 months. The physical silver suddenly had
- 7:10no destination anymore. It should have ended up in
- 7:14London's free float or backing for the Comex Shanghai silver
- 7:20futures. OK, if I'd known beforehand, I
- 7:23would have said the silver market would move back into
- 7:25balance because 58,000,000 ounces is a huge amount of
- 7:30metal. Why that is so important is like
- 7:33he said almost 60 million oz have been have left the silver
- 7:38ETFs. That should be, we should be
- 7:40seeing registered inventory levels at the COMEX.
- 7:44We should be seeing inventory levels at the Shanghai Gold
- 7:49Exchange, in the Shanghai Futures Exchange going up and
- 7:54up. We're going to look at some data
- 7:55a little bit. That's not necessarily
- 7:57happening. That's actually not happening.
- 7:59We still have precariously low. That is a big signal that the
- 8:04silver market is still out of balance.
- 8:07Remember the yesterday we talked about the silver forward lease
- 8:10rates, which are crazy out of balance.
- 8:13I mean, the chart looks absolutely insane.
- 8:16We are in, especially for silver, a period of massive,
- 8:21massive turmoil right now. We are living through the silver
- 8:27age historic. We aren't going to recognize it.
- 8:31You mark my words, OK, You mark my words.
- 8:33What was what did I say last night?
- 8:35Oh, in the next three months, the Fed will do an emergency
- 8:38rate cut. The feds going to come out this
- 8:40week. I don't want to go.
- 8:41I got off track, OK? But you mark my words.
- 8:44The other thing I'll say in three years, right?
- 8:47We're going to look back and we're going to be down here in
- 8:49the basement together as basement dwellers.
- 8:51And I know you're going to be here because you're going to
- 8:53subscribe to the channel right now.
- 8:55So you make sure you come back and give this video a thumbs up
- 8:59and most important, leave a comment in the comment section.
- 9:02You can RIP me all you want, trust me.
- 9:05I've been on YouTube for five years.
- 9:07Everything under the sun has been said about me, including
- 9:10the people thought I was a robot for a while because I didn't
- 9:13blink. Anyway, we're going to come back
- 9:15in three years together as basement dwellers and we are
- 9:19going to say in no uncertain terms, we're going to look back
- 9:22at 2025 and 2026 and say we lived through silver history,
- 9:30part of the 5000 year. We've got ancient ancestors who
- 9:35are on our side, OK, The guys 4003 thousand years ago and
- 9:40women, right, who hoarded silver and gold, They made a good
- 9:44investment. Think about it, OK, Silver and
- 9:47gold have always been and will always be the world's reserve
- 9:52currency. That's my truth.
- 9:53Don't make any financial decisions based on what I'm
- 9:56saying. I'm just a guy in his basement
- 9:58that now has a crazy cat living with him sharing his views and
- 10:02thoughts on silver and gold. The same basement your part of
- 10:06where we talked about $85 silver.
- 10:09Remember Smitty the silver bear was blindfolded with $85 and
- 10:14people said that we were we were silver pumpers and that we are
- 10:17being paid to say that about silver and what happened there.
- 10:21OK, let's move on. Let's go check out what's going
- 10:24on at the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
- 10:27We are going to check in with, right, a guy that we all love,
- 10:31right, the Oriental ghost who gives us this great report.
- 10:36Hold on a second here, but we have all heck breaking loose.
- 10:39Make sure we got the right screen up, which we do.
- 10:42And the latest, OK, once a week we got to go through this for
- 10:47everybody. This is the Shanghai Gold
- 10:49Exchange, which is the physical gold and silver market in China,
- 10:54OK, And the Shanghai Futures Exchange, that's their version
- 10:57of the COMEX. That's their version of Chinese
- 11:01Fantasy Island, however you want to say it, OK.
- 11:04This here is silver AG on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, which
- 11:09was $90.00. All right, Well, still $10 high
- 11:12than where we were on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
- 11:16They are in a state of contango, 91 dollars.
- 11:19What we really want to look at is down here when we look at the
- 11:26vaults, the Shanghai Futures Exchange silver vault, how much
- 11:31silver do they have in their vault?
- 11:34And it is alarmingly low. You multiply that number, I
- 11:39won't bore you with my calculator, 330,000kg * 32 Troy
- 11:45oz. And pretty much for sure you're
- 11:47going to come up with a number below 10 million oz.
- 11:53The entire Shanghai Futures Exchange has less, oops, excuse
- 11:58me, less than 10 million oz. That's like, you know, that's
- 12:05like that's probably smaller than your than your stack of
- 12:08silver you have in your basement.
- 12:10But wait, there's more. I forgot to tease you with this
- 12:1475,000 right now should the price of gold be $75,000?
- 12:19We're going to get to that next. First, I want to say thank you
- 12:22to channel sponsor First Mining Gold.
- 12:25They've got millions of Oz of that gold we just referred to in
- 12:30the ground in Canada. They're develop development
- 12:32stage gold company with two huge multi million ounce projects in
- 12:37Canada, Spring Pole in Ontario and Du Parque located in Quebec,
- 12:43each of which and independently have multi million ounce gold
- 12:47deposits in the ground. These projects have been worked
- 12:50out, worked on for more than a decade, millions and millions of
- 12:54dollars spent drilling and scientifically determining that
- 12:58that gold is there. And that is a rarity to have
- 13:02just one. But they have two big multi
- 13:04million ounce projects in a safe jurisdiction like Canada.
- 13:09OK. Because as you know, there's an
- 13:11outbreak of uncertainty and distrust in the world.
- 13:15So where mines are located do make a difference.
- 13:18Let's talk about $75,000 gold, and this comes from the one and
- 13:24only one of the brightest minds in the precious metal sector,
- 13:29and that would be Mr. Tavi Costa, who shares this with us.
- 13:33This is chock full of good information and, and well,
- 13:39that's Tavi's chart and a chart that we're going to look at.
- 13:42United States gold reserves have never been this small relative
- 13:47to government debt. Gold reserves now reflect just
- 13:513% of the US federal debt. That means of that 39 trillion
- 13:56in debt, we only have 3% of it backed by gold, one of the
- 14:00lowest readings on record in orange.
- 14:02This comes despite the US holding 8000 metric tons of
- 14:07gold, the largest stockpile in the world, but even more
- 14:12importantly, in blue. That also accounts for the price
- 14:16of gold surging to record highs. So despite the fact that gold is
- 14:21at $5000 an ounce right, the United States still only backs
- 14:263% of its debt with gold by comparison.
- 14:29This is where it gets interesting.
- 14:31The ratio was 18% in 1980, right when we also had record gold, 6
- 14:38times higher than where we are today.
- 14:41But wait, there's more, because at the same level of reserves,
- 14:44the gold price would have to raise 400% to $26,000 per oz to
- 14:51match the 1980s peak. But I thought we said $75,000
- 14:57gold. Well, meanwhile in the 1940s,
- 15:00gold reserves, and we had massive debt in the 1940s, that
- 15:04was just after World War 2, gold reserves backed over 50% of
- 15:09federal debt. To match the 1940s ratio, gold
- 15:15would need to surge 13, 13140 percent. 13 X to $75,000 per oz.
- 15:27Gold reserves are highlighting just how astronomical U.S. debt
- 15:32has become. And there it is, right?
- 15:34And graphic form for you to look at, right, there we are.
- 15:39Here's 1940. OK, right.
- 15:42Gold would have to go to $75,000 per oz to match that level.
- 15:48Here is 1980. OK, gold price would have to go
- 15:53to $26,000 per oz. But it the blue bars show the
- 15:57percentage of U.S. debt that are backed by gold.
- 16:01As you can see, it has become absolutely minusculely low.
- 16:07And what about the paper? The paper markets for gold and
- 16:13silver are a bunch of bunk. We know that, OK, but listen to
- 16:17what make gold Great has to say because this this guy says some
- 16:21powerful things and he says them in very few words.
- 16:25He said they didn't build the largest paper gold or silver
- 16:31market in history because they had a lot of gold and silver.
- 16:36No, they built it. Oh, shoot, I forgot to share
- 16:39that with you because hold on a minute.
- 16:43Uh oh. Oh, I screwed up.
- 16:45Hold on, guys, I'm back. We're going to go back to that
- 16:47one. Hold on.
- 16:49See upstairs. Susie's gone and I am just oh,
- 16:51shoot. Hopefully you can still see me
- 16:54and hear me. Oh my gosh.
- 16:55We're having major tech issues. Hello.
- 16:58Can you see me? Leave a please Hold on here.
- 17:02Oh, here we go. All right, now I believe we are
- 17:07up on the screen again. There we go.
- 17:09Hey, I'm over here. I believe.
- 17:11Look over there. Make gold great again.
- 17:13We love this guy. He is hilarious and he always
- 17:16hits the nail on the head. I'll read it quickly again.
- 17:19They didn't build the largest paper gold or silver market in
- 17:23history because they had a lot of gold and silver.
- 17:26Think about it. They built it because they
- 17:28didn't. What else do we know, huh?
- 17:31Right. The COMEX in the LBMA, the
- 17:33manipulators, whatever. When they built the, the, the
- 17:36future market back in I think 1974, part of the WikiLeaks
- 17:42stock were some communications between the United States and
- 17:46London, where they basically said we're going to create a
- 17:49futures market for the precious metals to essentially 2 things,
- 17:54induce volatility. Didn't we talk about that
- 17:57earlier #1 and #2 to dissuade people from holding?
- 18:03And I believe they specifically said gold in that memo, but also
- 18:07silver that's like was uncovered and his public domain
- 18:12information. Now at this point, it's
- 18:14absolutely, absolutely crazy. OK, let's check.
- 18:18Now let's talk about, let's go to the charts.
- 18:20We're going to look at the smartest guy in the world of
- 18:23charts. OK, Michael Oliver is the king
- 18:26SWAT Tommy, this guy Jordan Roy Byrne is another one that knows
- 18:30charting like nobody else. I've got a ton of respect for
- 18:33him. We're going to listen to what he
- 18:34has to say about silver. You may not like what he said,
- 18:38what he says initially, but I think you'll like the big
- 18:41picture as it unfolds. But before that, if you want to
- 18:44get your hands on some real physical silver.
- 18:47Thank you. Channel sponsor first meant on
- 18:51all seriousness, you guys have been overwhelmingly positive and
- 18:56sent so many nice emails about your experience with First Men
- 18:59and I agree, it's a premium retail experience.
- 19:02Here's their latest You're the Horse coin that you can check
- 19:07out here. Absolutely beautiful.
- 19:10OK, They're owned by First Majestic Silver, who mines the
- 19:13silver, sends it to 1st Mint in Las Vegas, NV, and then it goes
- 19:18directly to you. Those paper markets we just
- 19:21talked about, they don't ever get to touch the silver that you
- 19:24get from First Mint. This silver is, you know, they
- 19:28spoof the price. I like to say this silver from
- 19:31First Mint, that's spoof proof and it's the freshest silver you
- 19:36can get literally, right. Was probably mine sometime in
- 19:40the last year or so, maybe even more recently.
- 19:43So go check out First Met. Let me show you their website
- 19:46here is first Met and they've got a discount code that you can
- 19:50use VIPRB. Make sure we got that up, which
- 19:56we do. VIP like very important person.
- 19:59RB like Ron's basement. And they have free shipping
- 20:03going right now on orders over $299.
- 20:07Now, let's go see what Jordan Roy Byrne had to say.
- 20:12Yes, here we go about what's happening in the silver market.
- 20:17His channel is the Daily Gold. I believe it is.
- 20:20It should say that during this. I'd highly recommend you follow
- 20:23this guy. He is super smart.
- 20:25This is one minute long, but it is full of great silver
- 20:29information. This price action tells us that
- 20:32the probability is we're going to see silver test this low
- 20:35around here at $70 where it had a bit of an oversold bounce
- 20:40there, another rebound, but another rebound where it didn't
- 20:43close below 70 and then another rebound here.
- 20:46So I'd like to think that you could see another rebound in
- 20:51silver from $70.00. But if we don't get that rebound
- 20:55and silver gets oversold, maybe get a break of 70, but it's a
- 21:00false breakdown and you got to move below 70 some more selling,
- 21:04but you start you get a bottom in this area at some point break
- 21:09below 70 and test 64 again or maybe a test of 200 day moving
- 21:14average down here, which is starting to come up.
- 21:17So there's clear relative weakness in silver compared to
- 21:20gold. And this is typical of
- 21:22Corrections and intermediate term corrections and precious
- 21:24metals. The stocks get hit hard.
- 21:26Silver gets hit hard. OK, there we have it from Jordan
- 21:32Roy Byrne, right? We need to be realistic.
- 21:34Look, if we're still talking about consolidating in the
- 21:37silver price at $70 per oz, let's go on a little time
- 21:41machine trip together, guys. One year ago right now, we were
- 21:45looking at silver in the $30 range.
- 21:48It's OK, We're going to be fine. Remember, silver and gold are
- 21:53always victorious and they will be victorious especially in any
- 21:58type of time frame. At this point, beyond the next
- 22:03three weeks, maybe 3 months worst case scenario, I believe
- 22:07we're in great shape. Again, I'm not a financial
- 22:08advisor. Stocks, bonds, mutual funds,
- 22:11real estate, silver, gold, cryptocurrency, any of that.
- 22:14Don't ever make any decisions based on what I'm saying, but I
- 22:19am correct about 64.3% of the time.
- 22:22We've got major doom, major trouble heading our way in the
- 22:28United States economy and the United States economy is the
- 22:31biggest in the world. It will result in money
- 22:34printing, easing, devaluation of the dollar, whatever you want to
- 22:38call it. And that will be a big medium to
- 22:41long term force that will provide major support for the
- 22:45price of gold and silver. But let's talk about housing,
- 22:48employment. We got a banking everywhere we
- 22:51look. We got big scary things coming,
- 22:54coming our way in the US economy.
- 22:56We'll start here. And this one right sums it up.
- 23:01I thought this was the best summation of what's happening
- 23:04right now in the private credit sector, which is huge and which
- 23:08will potentially have a 2008 great financial crisis type
- 23:14ramifications for the United States economy.
- 23:17Lark Davis who's got like over 1,000,000 followers on X massive
- 23:21accounts as BlackRock, Blackstone, JP Morgan, Morgan
- 23:24Stanley all blocked or capped withdrawals from their private
- 23:29credit funds in Q1 of 2026. This is not a rumor, it's in the
- 23:36filings. In 2007 the same thing happened
- 23:41with mortgage funds. Remember what was the catalyst
- 23:45that started the great financial crisis of 2007, 2008?
- 23:49Were mortgage-backed security funds going belly up when people
- 23:53realized that the mortgages in those funds weren't worth
- 23:58anything? I got to watch my language, OK,
- 24:01And now it appears people are in a rush for liquidity and maybe
- 24:06starting to question the quality of the assets held by these
- 24:09private credit funds. We know how that ended.
- 24:12And look at this, OK, Look at it.
- 24:15Blue Owl halted quarterly withdrawals.
- 24:17BlackRock capped withdrawals for the first time ever.
- 24:21That's BlackRock. OK, Blackstone, who's the parent
- 24:25or the the the Black Rock was formed out of Blackstone record
- 24:30withdrawal request. OK.
- 24:32In Q1, Morgan Stanley capped withdrawals at 5%.
- 24:35Cliff water withdrawals at 7% total requested 14%.
- 24:41That means like one out of every six point $3 that they had.
- 24:45It's a $33 billion fund. That means that if that's, if my
- 24:50mathematics are correct, 14% of 33 billion, you're talking at
- 24:54least five billion, 6 billion was requested to be returned.
- 24:59Yeah, about 5 billion. Anyway, JP Morgan de risking
- 25:03exposure, right? Jamie Dimon and JP Morgan came
- 25:07out and said we are basically reducing, reducing our exposure
- 25:10to private credit. Private credit guys is huge, OK?
- 25:16It really is like the mortgage-backed security
- 25:19equivalent today of what we had in 2007, 2008.
- 25:23And it's not just showing cracks, it's showing what a lot
- 25:26of people are saying could be reason for alarm, right?
- 25:30People are speculating that this could be the new mortgage-backed
- 25:34securities of what like we experienced in 2007, 2008.
- 25:39Now let's go go to housing. Housing is a critical the United
- 25:42States is a consumer based economy, but housing is a one of
- 25:46the one of the foundational pillars that our economy stands
- 25:50on. And this is shocking to hear
- 25:52what's going on in the housing market in the United States
- 25:56right now. OK, look at this.
- 25:59No limit says U.S. housing market is broken.
- 26:02There's more sellers than buyers by 600,000.
- 26:07This gap has never existed before.
- 26:10The white line would be sellers of houses.
- 26:14The blue line would be buyers of houses.
- 26:17Look at that gap. That is incredible what is
- 26:21happening right now in housing. But wait, there's more because
- 26:24Alex Mason says this should not be happening.
- 26:28Uh oh. Did I share the wrong screen?
- 26:29Hold on here, there's that. Yep, I forgot to share that.
- 26:33I apologize. That's the one with their
- 26:36600,000 more sellers than buyers and now we're going to go see
- 26:41it. But Alex Mason has to say about
- 26:43this not happening. Google searches for can't sell a
- 26:47house just hit all time highs, higher than the great financial
- 26:53crisis, which was a housing, a mortgage-backed security crisis,
- 26:57higher than the C-19 crisis, higher than any point since
- 27:02Google started tracking the data.
- 27:05I would not want to be a person. We're going to skip through
- 27:08that. He wrote a small book and we're
- 27:10going to look at this chart. OK, The blue line are people
- 27:14searching on Google for can't buy a house.
- 27:17And as he has circled in red, that is record, record levels.
- 27:23You know, the house that I'm living in here, the basement
- 27:25that I'm in right now, I think, you know, Zillow or whoever says
- 27:30it's worth, they say, I don't know, $450,000.
- 27:34I'm like, what? And when I hear sometimes like
- 27:36what houses sold far in our neighborhood.
- 27:38I live in Saint Louis. Housing prices are generally
- 27:41more affordable than a lot of the other parts, especially the
- 27:44East and West Coast. But like, these houses were
- 27:48worth half that much, I don't know, seven years ago.
- 27:52So this housing situation is truly getting out of control.
- 27:56And what about employment? Do you work?
- 27:59Does anybody work anymore? If you're one of the people not
- 28:02working, congratulations. I'm happy for you.
- 28:05OK. I have a job that I do in the
- 28:07evening and I do this people, you know, a lot of people are
- 28:10working a ton. But we've got this is this is
- 28:13alarming, fascinating data about what is going on with employment
- 28:18right now. And again, record levels from
- 28:21Kobasi breaking a record, a record 104.3 million Americans
- 28:30are now quote UN quote outside of the labor force, 104 million.
- 28:35These are individuals who are either employed are are neither
- 28:40employed nor actively looking for work, including retiree
- 28:44students, stay at home parents, and discouraged workers.
- 28:48This exceeds the 2020 pandemic peak by 600,000 when when nearly
- 28:56the entire economy was shut down.
- 29:00There's less people working now in the United States than when
- 29:05the economy was shut down. Let that sink in.
- 29:09Since the 2008 financial crisis, the number of people not in the
- 29:15labor force has surged by almost 26,000,035 million since the
- 29:23year 2000. OK, as a percentage of the labor
- 29:27force, this metric stands blah blah blah.
- 29:29Anyway, this comes from, I was almost going to say a reliable
- 29:35source, but for lack of a better word, I'll say they're reliable.
- 29:38The Federal Reserve, I believe this actually comes from the
- 29:42Federal Reserve Bank of Saint Louis.
- 29:45Look at these numbers just going up and up and up and up, guys.
- 29:51Silver and gold will be victorious, there is no doubt
- 29:56about it. OK, no matter what happens on
- 29:59the short term, my opinion is that we are sitting in a very,
- 30:04very strong position right now. When we look at silver, when we
- 30:08look at the fundamental factors supporting the silver market
- 30:13right now, the amount of silver being being produced by the
- 30:17world silver miners is going down.
- 30:21It's not collapsing, but it's been trending down.
- 30:24And according to Phillips Baker, the ex CEO of Hecla Mining, the
- 30:27world's are the America's oldest and largest silver mining
- 30:32company, right? We're not going to see any more
- 30:35silver being produced until the year 2030.
- 30:39All the while, demand for silver from all areas of industry
- 30:45continues to be robust. And think about this in the
- 30:51United States. I want you to think about
- 30:53everybody that you interact with.
- 30:55If you're living in the United States and if you're somewhere
- 30:57else in the world, send us a message, leave a comment.
- 31:00We'd like to hear what your thoughts are on this.
- 31:02But in the United States, we're maybe talking people say 2%.
- 31:08I think it's less than that. I don't know really know any
- 31:12other silver enthusiast like relatives or friends or
- 31:16neighbors or anything like that. These people have not woken up
- 31:22yet. Now, the big important thing to
- 31:24realize about that is if we're talking, if we're talking 1 1/2%
- 31:30of people, 1.5 persons, one person with one slice down the
- 31:35middle are the people that stacks over in the United
- 31:38States. If that just goes to 4 1/2%,
- 31:42guys, that is three times the amount of money.
- 31:46But what's even more interesting about that is to realize that if
- 31:50it does go to 4 1/2, that's new money, right?
- 31:53The people that have stacks over, right, or have already
- 31:56done it, they're not really necessarily buying as much right
- 32:00now. We are, we're buying, you know,
- 32:01but you know what I'm saying? Like if that percentage of
- 32:05people that wake up, that's all new money, that's like a rush of
- 32:10people, people trying to get their hands on a pile of, of
- 32:13investable silver that isn't getting any bigger.
- 32:18Okay, We're talking about going to the local coin shop, hopping
- 32:23in the the minivan and going to the local coin shop and walking
- 32:26in there and seeing that the that the cases are absolutely
- 32:31empty. Now, is that over dramatization?
- 32:33Is that like dreaming? No, that's happened several
- 32:37times in the last 10 years. Twice I remember going to a big
- 32:42local coin shop that I have here in Saint Louis that always has
- 32:47cases and cases full of silver. And then this, the shelf in the
- 32:51back where you can see all these tubes of different silver
- 32:54walking in there and being like, where's all the silver guys?
- 32:59And you know what they said? They said, well, you can pay us.
- 33:02You can buy it right now. Give us the money in the silver.
- 33:06Should be here in six weeks. This is not fantasy, and even
- 33:10more important is that now, as time goes by, on and on.
- 33:16Look, the reality is I love local coin shops.
- 33:20Excuse me, they're great. Nothing wrong with them, I love
- 33:22them. But the reality is more and more
- 33:26people are buying their silver and gold online in the online
- 33:32dealers coincidentally right now are telling me that their sales
- 33:36are still robust, still almost at record levels, OK, especially
- 33:40with the much higher metals prices.
- 33:43And on top of that, guys, those other people that are going to
- 33:49wake up sometimes sheep noise warning, we like to refer to
- 33:52those people as the, the sheep all they're going to wake up a
- 34:00lot faster now than in the past. Because think about with
- 34:03technology, think about with these things, right?
- 34:06That's a Samsung Galaxy something Anyway, information is
- 34:11being spread so much faster. That's why like when C 19 broke
- 34:16out, I remember that Saturday, I actually bought a little bit of
- 34:19silver. Like it was sold out instantly.
- 34:23The information, it's traded quickly, right?
- 34:26You're not talking about people picking up their phone and call
- 34:28it. No, it happens.
- 34:30The information gets spread at 100 times faster now than it did
- 34:3520 years ago. But on top of that, silver can
- 34:39be sold out in an instant because people can buy.
- 34:43We could buy a monster box of American Silver Eagles right
- 34:48there on that phone I just showed you in the next 3
- 34:51minutes. Okay, we aren't going to do
- 34:53that. I wish I could.
- 34:55I wish we could, right? It'd be awesome, but think about
- 34:58how fast now with people being able to buy online things.
- 35:03We even saw that what, 345 weeks ago all the online bullion
- 35:08dealers had the same thing on their banner on their site,
- 35:12right? Like oh, shipping times have
- 35:14been delayed by 6 weeks, 5 weeks minimum orders.
- 35:18You got to buy $500 or I think one of them even said $5000.
- 35:23It can happen so quickly, OK? Things are happening faster now
- 35:29than any other time in history as we enjoy what will be a
- 35:34victorious journey with silver and gold.
- 35:38I want to be on that journey with you.
- 35:40You're important, You're special.
- 35:42Thank you for joining me down here in the basement, please.
- 35:45So make sure you come back the way you can do that.
- 35:48Press the subscribe button. Don't forget, now's your last
- 35:50chance. Thumbs up.
- 35:52OK. And oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, hold
- 35:55on here. OK.
- 35:56I think we're good upstairs. Susie's not here.
- 35:59I don't see any super chats. If I messed up on that, I
- 36:03apologize. Super chats are never expected.
- 36:05Always appreciated. Have a great day.
- 36:07And on behalf of Pippi, the. There she goes.
- 36:11She just ran by. Yeah, We're going to have a cat
- 36:13down here with us. Pippi the silver cat.
- 36:15But she's on our team. I'll see you next time.
- 36:18Take care. Have a great day.
- 36:20All right. Bye.
- 36:21Bye.
