S4 E57: Louisiana's Senate Endorses Price Controls
The official podcast for the Joe Cunningham Show on News/Talk 96.5 KPEL. HB 148 passes the Senate, and with it Louisiana comes one step closer to endorsing price controls. The bill tells the Commissioner of Insurance to set insurance rates, which is about as anti-free market as it gets.
