- 4:50Speaker 1: Hit the little bell that way you get notified when
- 4:54Speaker 1: there's a new show about ready to drop, because like tonight,
- 4:57Speaker 1: I had to move the time back a little bit,
- 4:59Speaker 1: and I said, you know, I saw a bunch of
- 5:01Speaker 1: people try to show up early. And although I put
- 5:03Speaker 1: it in a description, you know, some people don't open
- 5:08Speaker 1: it up and read. But if you hit that bell
- 5:12Speaker 1: to get notified, it will remind you what time we
- 5:17Speaker 1: go live or we're going live. Welcome in Jolene. Better
- 5:26Speaker 1: late than never. We haven't started yet, so you haven't
- 5:29Speaker 1: missed anything. Matt is currently downloading Chrome, so he should
- 5:35Speaker 1: be in here shortly. Again, we'll be talking tip it.
- 5:41Speaker 1: He's been looking at tip it for a very long time.
- 5:46Speaker 1: And I actually met Matt in Dallas seven years ago,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and I think I was at his actually his first
- 5:57Speaker 1: ever tip it meet up at Tinton Patton. We actually
- 6:03Speaker 1: uh met at the conference and oh it's been so long.
- 6:11Speaker 1: I do remember having a beer with Matt and Tink
- 6:14Speaker 1: Thompson at a table and talking from JFK, which was
- 6:19Speaker 1: cool as hell. Oh I think Matt is here. Hang
- 6:24Speaker 1: on one second, I got you there, you are, buddy.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Oh hey, hey, Welcome in Matt. I was just telling
- 6:35Speaker 1: everybody about when I first met you almost seven years
- 6:38Speaker 1: ago in Dallas and we were having a beer with
- 6:42Speaker 1: Tink Thompson.
- 6:44Speaker 2: That's right, that is right, That is right. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 6:48Speaker 2: Rob was at my first ever Jeddy Tippett gathering, which
- 6:53Speaker 2: is every year on the anniversary at the murder site.
- 6:56Speaker 1: So yep, that was awesome, awesome, and you did a
- 7:00Speaker 1: hell of a job. And like I said, we've been
- 7:02Speaker 1: talking tip it here on the show lately. You know
- 7:05Speaker 1: about some things, and you know there's not many tipp
- 7:10Speaker 1: it experts out there, if you will, and I think
- 7:12Speaker 1: you're one of the best today.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Oh, for those listening, I paid I paid Rob one
- 7:19Speaker 2: hundred bucks just to say that.
- 7:20Speaker 1: So yeah, that's money well spent, Matt, money well spent.
- 7:28Speaker 1: So I put a link to your YouTube channel down
- 7:31Speaker 1: in the description for people to check it out. But
- 7:34Speaker 1: not only are you a tippet researcher, but you have
- 7:39Speaker 1: a debate video series over there on your channel.
- 7:42Speaker 2: That's right, I do. Yeah, that's right, Yeah, you're right.
- 7:47Speaker 2: For yeah, I do.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Now people people bust my balls all the time for
- 7:51Speaker 1: having loan numbers here on the show. Yeah, having a
- 7:54Speaker 1: conversation with them, and they think I'm selling out or
- 8:00Speaker 1: I'm given a maritime they shouldn't have and all of
- 8:03Speaker 1: that nonsense. But and I don't mind talking to the
- 8:07Speaker 1: ones that you can actually have a conversation with, you know,
- 8:10Speaker 1: they're just way out of left field. Like I've had
- 8:13Speaker 1: Scott Mauldsley on the on the show, I've had UH,
- 8:17Speaker 1: I've had Fred Litwin. I mean, the list goes on
- 8:21Speaker 1: and on. But how what made you want to do that?
- 8:28Speaker 2: Well, the past couple of years, UH debates have been
- 8:34Speaker 2: really big on YouTube and online and on TikTok and
- 8:39Speaker 2: all that. I really for about like five years or
- 8:42Speaker 2: something like that. It's just gotten more and more popular
- 8:44Speaker 2: since everyone has access to do a show like this
- 8:48Speaker 2: or just have a platform in general. And I always
- 8:51Speaker 2: thought that that would be interesting to have something called
- 8:55Speaker 2: maybe call it the JFK Debates Project or something like that,
- 8:58Speaker 2: and that and that's what it's called. So yeah, yeah,
- 9:00Speaker 2: I give people a platform. I say, hey, if you
- 9:04Speaker 2: honestly believe that that Kenny was killed by a lone assassin,
- 9:08Speaker 2: come come on, I'll give you a platform. Give me
- 9:10Speaker 2: your best shot, you know what I mean. Yeah, and
- 9:13Speaker 2: just and yeah, it's called JFK debates, but really it's
- 9:18Speaker 2: it's it's a conversation. The word debate sounds, you know,
- 9:24Speaker 2: fancier in the title.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Heat that way.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:29Speaker 1: So but everybody's like, you need to have a debate
- 9:32Speaker 1: on your channel, you need to get Gerald positor on
- 9:34Speaker 1: there and have a debate and all this and that,
- 9:36Speaker 1: and I'm like, you know, I just it's just not
- 9:42Speaker 1: in my wheelhouse. Like I don't want to argue with
- 9:43Speaker 1: somebody about something that they're You're never going to change
- 9:47Speaker 1: their mind about whatever their their mind, you know, unless
- 9:51Speaker 1: they come to that conclusion themselves. Which, funny enough, I
- 9:55Speaker 1: think you told me that when you first got interested
- 9:58Speaker 1: in all this stuff, you were actually a loan nutter
- 10:01Speaker 1: and then you converted.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Yes, I converted in twenty fifteen, twenty twenty fifteen. Yeah,
- 10:08Speaker 2: so before I was a low nutter. And yes, there
- 10:12Speaker 2: is probably one Facebook group out there that you could
- 10:15Speaker 2: probably look back on and get some black mail material
- 10:18Speaker 2: on me and be like, oh yeah, dude, like fourteen
- 10:23Speaker 2: years ago, That's what I'm talking about, long day, long
- 10:26Speaker 2: time ago, long time ago.
- 10:28Speaker 1: I was deeply entrenched in some of the Facebook groups
- 10:32Speaker 1: and I remember those days. I remember there's days, and
- 10:36Speaker 1: I'm not. I'm not in there very much anymore. They
- 10:38Speaker 1: drive me freaking crazy nowadays, these Facebook groups. I can't.
- 10:42Speaker 1: I can't, dude, it's just yeah. Yeah, they're so cyclic,
- 10:46Speaker 1: and you know they keep bringing the same ship up
- 10:48Speaker 1: over and over and over again.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Yard work. Yeah, it's yeah. And I'm I'm the moderator.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I'm the creator and moderator of one.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I won't We'll see.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I just people mess be like, did you see what
- 11:07Speaker 2: this person? Can I'm like, no, I give up reading
- 11:09Speaker 2: the comments. If someone if someone's beat, you know, if
- 11:13Speaker 2: someone has a complaint, just hit report to admin and
- 11:17Speaker 2: I'll take care of it. You know, all complaints must
- 11:21Speaker 2: be submitted in writing, you know, something.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Like that, right like that? Yeah, but I do, man,
- 11:28Speaker 1: I saw you in a documentary, if I'm not mistaken.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Documentary which one?
- 11:38Speaker 1: Oh? What is the dude's name? Was it? All? Oh?
- 11:43Speaker 2: WILLI allarn? Yes? Yes, yes, we have a we have
- 11:46Speaker 2: a documentary on YouTube. Yes to our video. It's called
- 11:51Speaker 2: Solving the JFK Medical Evidence or or or rather our
- 11:55Speaker 2: attempt to solve it in in the year twenty twenty three, So.
- 12:01Speaker 1: That's another quagmire altogether, right, Yeah.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I first got into this with the medical evidence
- 12:07Speaker 2: and then it's over, and then got into it to
- 12:10Speaker 2: the Jenny Tippet murder. So yeah, medical evidence and Jenny Tippa.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Those are my my two wheelhouses. So okay, ask me
- 12:21Speaker 2: some questions. I'm more of a questions person. I'm more
- 12:24Speaker 2: of a questance person. Yeah, mhm.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Like I said, we recently did a show and I
- 12:34Speaker 1: was we were talking about the Glacos Station incident. We
- 12:36Speaker 1: were talking about Glacko Yeah, the Gloco station instance. Sorry,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and uh the uh Andrews pull over and the Top
- 12:46Speaker 1: ten record store? Yes, what if they never happened? Are
- 12:51Speaker 1: you do you believe that they happened? Let me ask
- 12:53Speaker 1: you that first, do you believe that all three incidents
- 12:55Speaker 1: happened and are truthful?
- 12:58Speaker 2: Well, all we can say is this person said this,
- 13:01Speaker 2: and this person said this. I mean, how are we
- 13:04Speaker 2: going to measure the objective truth based on some based
- 13:09Speaker 2: on someone's story that came out in nineteen eighty one,
- 13:12Speaker 2: in nineteen ninety I mean, but that goes for any
- 13:16Speaker 2: anything that doesn't come out in sixty four, in sixty three,
- 13:20Speaker 2: sixty four, So all I say is literally all I
- 13:23Speaker 2: say is this person says this, and this person says this.
- 13:27Speaker 2: So when people try to like battle with me, be like, well,
- 13:29Speaker 2: how could you believe And I'm saying I'm not saying
- 13:31Speaker 2: I believe it. I'm just saying this is what they reported.
- 13:33Speaker 2: And they're like, oh, oh yeah, I'm not taking a position.
- 13:36Speaker 2: I'm just saying, hey, this is what this person said,
- 13:40Speaker 2: and this is what this person said. I mean, that's all.
- 13:44Speaker 2: That's all anyone can do, really, I mean.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Yeah, true. Because I think it was the next week
- 13:52Speaker 1: on the members Only show, which you probably didn't see.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I actually came across a document from nineteen sixty four,
- 14:03Speaker 1: February sixty four, and it was the FBI interviewing JB.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Shorty Lewis, who worked at the Glocos station. Okay, and
- 14:14Speaker 1: that's the only document that I've ever found concerning this.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Yes, but what it.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Said was absolutely nothing about Tippet nothing. Yeah. All he
- 14:28Speaker 1: had to tell him was, hey, Jack Ruby used to
- 14:31Speaker 1: stop here and get gassed every once in a while,
- 14:33Speaker 1: and George Senator still does from time to time. And
- 14:37Speaker 1: we get a lot of tourists here wanting to know where.
- 14:38Speaker 1: That's cool. Book depository is and you can see it
- 14:41Speaker 1: right across the river there, but he never mentions Tippitt
- 14:46Speaker 1: being at its station.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, but it's him plus four other people,
- 14:53Speaker 2: so you know, and this also goes to the whole
- 14:57Speaker 2: problem with officials not asking the right questions or you know,
- 15:02Speaker 2: you have to you see, that's the whole thing you
- 15:06Speaker 2: have to say, you know, when you when you interview
- 15:10Speaker 2: these witnesses. A lot of these a lot of information
- 15:13Speaker 2: was not extracted in sixty three sixty four, and then
- 15:15Speaker 2: when their interviewed later is like is there anything else?
- 15:17Speaker 2: Sort of like with the Butch Burrows, It's like they
- 15:21Speaker 2: asked him, did you see Oswald come in the text
- 15:25Speaker 2: come in the texts theater? And he said and he
- 15:27Speaker 2: said no, and that is true. But had they followed
- 15:30Speaker 2: up did you ever see him that day? He would
- 15:32Speaker 2: have said, oh, yeah, I saw him a little later
- 15:34Speaker 2: and I sold him popcorn and everything. So it's very
- 15:38Speaker 2: important that the right questions are asked and that we
- 15:44Speaker 2: double and triple check everything. So well.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I can understand the Vulcalans because they're just driving by
- 15:51Speaker 1: when they happen to see who they say, is Tippett
- 15:55Speaker 1: sitting in a police car right now. How they know
- 15:58Speaker 1: it's tipp It in the police car as they're driving by,
- 16:02Speaker 1: I don't know. Maybe because I don't know the distance
- 16:06Speaker 1: from where they where they were at to the Gloco station.
- 16:10Speaker 1: It seemed to me like they were on an expressway
- 16:13Speaker 1: or freeway maybe something.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so so long story short for those who
- 16:21Speaker 2: don't who didn't watch last who didn't watch last week's
- 16:27Speaker 2: Shortly after the assassination, Officer Tippet was sitting in his
- 16:32Speaker 2: patrol car at the end of the Houston Street viaduct
- 16:34Speaker 2: at the Gloco gas station, and five witnesses who knew
- 16:38Speaker 2: him saw him as and as if he was just
- 16:40Speaker 2: sitting there watching the cars go by, and then he
- 16:43Speaker 2: took off at a high rate of speed. And based
- 16:45Speaker 2: on just that people have taken the leap to well,
- 16:49Speaker 2: maybe he was trying, he was looking, he was waiting
- 16:52Speaker 2: for Oswald to come on the bus or the cab.
- 16:56Speaker 2: And you know, I can't say whether that's true. I
- 16:59Speaker 2: don't think anyone can, but that just goes to show
- 17:03Speaker 2: how people take these leaps into things. It's sort of
- 17:07Speaker 2: like the bus that Oswald got off on a few
- 17:11Speaker 2: minutes later, it was held up. It was held up
- 17:14Speaker 2: by police for like an hour, and people say, oh,
- 17:17Speaker 2: that's the police trying swarming the bus. They were trying
- 17:22Speaker 2: to look for Oswald. Sylvia Marr in nineteen sixty six,
- 17:26Speaker 2: she just threw out the question, well, maybe they were
- 17:29Speaker 2: looking for Oswald. And then John Armstrong in two thousand
- 17:32Speaker 2: and three he says they maybe they were out to
- 17:34Speaker 2: kill Oswald. So you see how over time these things
- 17:39Speaker 2: tend to get a little stretched. So all we can
- 17:42Speaker 2: say is this happened, and this happened. I don't think
- 17:47Speaker 2: we can never know if this happened because they were
- 17:51Speaker 2: looking for him. Because of this all again, as I
- 17:53Speaker 2: keep saying, all we have to do, all we can
- 17:55Speaker 2: say is this person saw this, and this people saw that.
- 17:58Speaker 1: So yes, like I said in the show, I don't
- 18:01Speaker 1: know if if it even means anything. Even if we
- 18:05Speaker 1: can just take those three incidences and throw them to
- 18:08Speaker 1: the side as not, you know, just take them out
- 18:12Speaker 1: of the equation altogether, does it even matter if we
- 18:17Speaker 1: really knew what tip It was doing anyway in that
- 18:20Speaker 1: time span? You know, Yeah, because actually he was well,
- 18:28Speaker 1: describe that area where he was killed on was it
- 18:34Speaker 1: tenth Street? Because there was a lot of like oaks
- 18:41Speaker 1: or oh yeah, help thugs that lived around there, including
- 18:45Speaker 1: markham Son and.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Yeah, so Officer tip It was assigned to District seventy
- 18:49Speaker 2: eight that morning. That morning he was in District seventy nine.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Then that that afternoon he was in District eighty seven,
- 18:57Speaker 2: eighty seven and eighty eight. And during the during the assassination,
- 19:00Speaker 2: he was on the edge of District seventy eight, And
- 19:03Speaker 2: then after the assassination he was racing around districts. Forgot
- 19:08Speaker 2: the two districts, But I will have to defer to
- 19:11Speaker 2: researcher Failed Drenas because he knows those districts off the
- 19:16Speaker 2: back of off the back of his hand. And but
- 19:19Speaker 2: Officer Tippett was murdered in district number ninety one. So
- 19:27Speaker 2: there's a lot of stuff. There's a lot of stuff
- 19:29Speaker 2: here to remember, lots of names and numbers and three man,
- 19:33Speaker 2: this just goes on forever. I mean, so, no, but no,
- 19:38Speaker 2: but right out of the gate, no, I don't think
- 19:40Speaker 2: he was involved in the plot. But I do have
- 19:42Speaker 2: to say, no, what the hell was he doing that day?
- 19:44Speaker 2: Because you know, what was your question? Again? He says
- 19:52Speaker 2: it were to describe.
- 19:54Speaker 1: The area where he was at. I know, I think
- 19:56Speaker 1: it was one of the dates. It might have not
- 19:58Speaker 1: been one of the Davis sisters, but it might have been.
- 20:00Speaker 1: And thought that that's thought that he lived next door
- 20:05Speaker 1: or a couple of doors down, because she had seen
- 20:07Speaker 1: his car there so often.
- 20:09Speaker 2: No, that's kind of been hyperlaid a little bit of
- 20:13Speaker 2: one of the eyewitnesses to the aftermath of the shooting,
- 20:17Speaker 2: Virginia Davis. She said, I just used to see him
- 20:20Speaker 2: there every day, and that's see him who every day,
- 20:25Speaker 2: see Tippett, See David Bellin who was taking her deposition,
- 20:28Speaker 2: never asked the question, and this again goes to them
- 20:31Speaker 2: not asking the right question. It could people think that
- 20:35Speaker 2: she was talking about Jendy Tippett. Dale Myers in nineteen
- 20:39Speaker 2: ninety six or ninety seven asked her and asked her
- 20:43Speaker 2: about that we're police already there or were police already there?
- 20:48Speaker 2: And it seems like what she was talking about with
- 20:51Speaker 2: police were already at the where had already been there
- 20:54Speaker 2: that morning, because that morning there had been a car
- 20:58Speaker 2: accident at tenthon Patten. If you know the crime scene photos,
- 21:02Speaker 2: the stop sign is knocked down, that's because there was
- 21:04Speaker 2: a Yeah, that's because there was an accident that morning.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Died right a dog?
- 21:09Speaker 2: Yeah, dog, dad? And even and this was mentioned way
- 21:12Speaker 2: back in nineteen sixty four and Missus Clemens's interview with
- 21:16Speaker 2: Shirley Martin. She said, Yeah, there was a crash here
- 21:19Speaker 2: that morning and they just pulled the the the car
- 21:24Speaker 2: away and a dog had died. So this goes so,
- 21:27Speaker 2: so that's not some new thing. This is a Missus
- 21:30Speaker 2: Clemons mentioned that story, you know, sixty two years ago.
- 21:34Speaker 2: So yeah, so but basically tenth and tenth and Patton
- 21:40Speaker 2: Tippet is do it delay it?
- 21:45Speaker 1: Did he have like a because I know the HCA
- 21:50Speaker 1: interviewed Johnny Maxie Witherspoon, Right.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's the other thing I hear all the time. Well,
- 21:54Speaker 2: didn't you have a girlfriend right in that house that
- 21:56Speaker 2: he parked right in front of that he was killed? No,
- 21:59Speaker 2: she actually lived like thirty but I put the exact
- 22:03Speaker 2: number on the live stream for the show last week.
- 22:07Speaker 2: But she lived like thirty blocks away or something like that,
- 22:11Speaker 2: so she live.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Close by or something. Did who her mother was a relative?
- 22:17Speaker 2: Yeah? Her mother also knew JD. Tippett. As a matter
- 22:21Speaker 2: of fact, I don't recall off the top of the
- 22:25Speaker 2: him my head where her mother lived. But I can eat,
- 22:28Speaker 2: I can find that out.
- 22:29Speaker 1: I went for some reason, it was up in my
- 22:31Speaker 1: brain that she was it was either her or mother
- 22:33Speaker 1: were living right there on tenth Street somewhere. But I
- 22:36Speaker 1: could be wrong. I got so much jumbled information in
- 22:39Speaker 1: my head. You know, you know how it is?
- 22:40Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Do you think it's true that she had had JD.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Tippett's child in nineteen sixty two?
- 22:51Speaker 2: Well, that's that's that's the rumor. That could be a
- 22:56Speaker 2: red herring, that could just be well, according to J. D.
- 23:02Speaker 2: Tippett's family, and according uh, he had had a vasectomy,
- 23:05Speaker 2: so apparently he was so apparently he was shooting blanks. Yes,
- 23:10Speaker 2: so but uh but but initially Johnny, uh, the mistress
- 23:17Speaker 2: thought that it was his kid. So if and she
- 23:23Speaker 2: also said later in life, oh, it can't be his
- 23:25Speaker 2: kid because he had had a vasectomy. But I'm if
- 23:30Speaker 2: she knew he had had a vasectomy, then why would
- 23:32Speaker 2: she assume that it was his kid? So was there
- 23:34Speaker 2: kind of a bit of a cover story later to
- 23:38Speaker 2: cover that up. I have no idea. But her ex
- 23:41Speaker 2: her her jealous ex husband, who has has also been
- 23:47Speaker 2: thought of as a possible suspect and all this. He
- 23:51Speaker 2: who's still alive. By the way, he's still alive. He's
- 23:55Speaker 2: ninety six years old. Wow, a guy named Thompson. And
- 23:59Speaker 2: he was very adamant. He told researcher Larry Harrison kin
- 24:02Speaker 2: Holmes Junior. He said, yeah, yeah, that that she the daughter,
- 24:09Speaker 2: Susan was Jade Tippett's daughter. I mean he was just
- 24:14Speaker 2: he openly admitted. He never denied it.
- 24:17Speaker 1: So yeah, because there was like two separate things with her.
- 24:22Speaker 1: It was like, I know she was pregnant in nineteen
- 24:26Speaker 1: sixty three, but she said that they had broken up
- 24:28Speaker 1: in like June of sixty three.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing. The act. The husband, the jealous husband,
- 24:34Speaker 2: told a completely different story to Larry Harrison Knholmes Junior.
- 24:39Speaker 2: They were and by the way, Larry Harris was the
- 24:42Speaker 2: world's leading authority on the Tippet expert. He died the
- 24:45Speaker 2: year I was born. Actually, he and Kinholmes Junior they
- 24:48Speaker 2: went to interview the husband in nineteen seventies and they
- 24:54Speaker 2: approached him and they said, and he was like, so
- 24:57Speaker 2: you think I did it? Wait and they were like,
- 25:00Speaker 2: well did you? And he said, Okay, sit down, I'll
- 25:03Speaker 2: tell you what happened, and he just and he just
- 25:05Speaker 2: told them for like two hours. He just enthralled them
- 25:08Speaker 2: with this I'm sorry, but bizarre, bizarre left triangle that
- 25:13Speaker 2: that actually he and his wife, Tippet's mistress, did not
- 25:18Speaker 2: get back together until the next day after the assassination.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Not that they had gotten back together in the summer
- 25:27Speaker 2: of sixty three, but after the assassination, she came to
- 25:30Speaker 2: him like that evening, you know, upset and everything, and said,
- 25:33Speaker 2: you know, crying, and said she was pregnant by Tippet,
- 25:38Speaker 2: and then they raised the child as if it were
- 25:40Speaker 2: their own. So that's his story, But her story is no,
- 25:45Speaker 2: he had had a vasectomy, even though she said she
- 25:50Speaker 2: kind of slipped and initially and said initially said I
- 25:55Speaker 2: thought that it was Tippets when I first learned that
- 25:58Speaker 2: she that I was pregnant. So and then she and
- 26:01Speaker 2: then she really downplayed her relationship with Jade Tippett. So
- 26:06Speaker 2: Harry Livingstone asked her later on in the nineteen ninety
- 26:09Speaker 2: so you knew he was interviewing her for something else, well,
- 26:12Speaker 2: he was investigating oak Cliff. But he said, so you
- 26:14Speaker 2: knew Officer tipp It right, she said, oh, for a
- 26:16Speaker 2: little while, knew him for a little while. It's like
- 26:20Speaker 2: they had a sexual relationship for two like two years,
- 26:24Speaker 2: for years, That's what it says in the Interesting Reporter. Oh,
- 26:27Speaker 2: I know him a little bit, and people say, well
- 26:30Speaker 2: and people other people have tried to downplay it. Well,
- 26:33Speaker 2: he was more like a big brother to her. It's like, yeah,
- 26:36Speaker 2: big brother, who's having who you're having sex with? So
- 26:40Speaker 2: it's like it's but it's a very it's a very
- 26:44Speaker 2: sticky situation some people. Some people think it it is
- 26:49Speaker 2: it's a red herring. Some people think, hey, maybe we're
- 26:52Speaker 2: onto something here.
- 26:53Speaker 1: But I know, because the get crazy with Tippet from
- 26:59Speaker 1: he was he was on the Grassy No shooting. I
- 27:03Speaker 1: think he was supposed to get Oswalt to the Redbird
- 27:06Speaker 1: Airport and or he was supposed to kill Ozwalt or
- 27:11Speaker 1: you know, it's one of those things I don't think
- 27:12Speaker 1: we'll ever know the actual truth of. But let's talk
- 27:16Speaker 1: a little bit about the witnesses, because there's a lot
- 27:20Speaker 1: of them. Yeah, and it seems that they all saw
- 27:25Speaker 1: something completely different than the other person.
- 27:29Speaker 2: No that you see that's what I That's what everyone said. Yeah,
- 27:33Speaker 2: that's what everyone says. That's what I used to think.
- 27:35Speaker 2: But about a year ago I realized, you know what,
- 27:37Speaker 2: all these witnesses are telling us the same story, except
- 27:39Speaker 2: for except for like three missus Clemens, Frank Wright, and
- 27:44Speaker 2: Jack Tatum. They're the they're what I call the other.
- 27:49Speaker 2: The other three witnesses, we're not sure what to do
- 27:52Speaker 2: with them, But all the other witnesses pretty much tell
- 27:54Speaker 2: us the same story. A man on the sidewalk shot
- 27:56Speaker 2: a police officer, Jenny Tibbett by his patrol car. Uh
- 28:01Speaker 2: ran away around the corner and.
- 28:05Speaker 1: And fled. So some identify him as Oswald.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Some didn't, right, But depends on what you mean by identifying, Like.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Well they make a lineup rigged.
- 28:15Speaker 2: And take them out of a lineup. Well, yeah, I
- 28:17Speaker 2: can con see that. There there's only four witnesses who
- 28:21Speaker 2: can seemingly be used as credible to identifying Lee Oswald
- 28:27Speaker 2: as as the supposed to kill, as allegedly the killer.
- 28:33Speaker 1: So yeah, being so close and going to tenth and
- 28:37Speaker 1: patent so often, I'm sure in your brain when you
- 28:41Speaker 1: go there, you you know you can figure. Okay, Hella
- 28:45Speaker 1: Marku was standing here, Scott sitting here, Benaviti's was over there.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Who was the closest one actually, who probably had the
- 28:53Speaker 1: best vantage point for this thing if they were paying attention,
- 28:58Speaker 1: you know, I mean it's Goggins was eating his lunch.
- 29:00Speaker 1: We know Markan was trying to cross the street to
- 29:03Speaker 1: get to the bus stop. I don't know what the
- 29:05Speaker 1: hell Benavides was doing.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Ben, Yeah, it would be Domingo Benavides, who would be
- 29:09Speaker 2: the closest one. He was, He was only fifteen feety
- 29:12Speaker 2: feet away in his pickup truck, almost parallel with Tippet's car.
- 29:17Speaker 2: He got right here and the shots ran off, and
- 29:19Speaker 2: he pulled his truck into his pickup truck into the curb,
- 29:24Speaker 2: and he dove to the floor of his truck and
- 29:28Speaker 2: head and then and then, so he was only fifteen
- 29:31Speaker 2: feet away from the actual murder when it happened. And
- 29:35Speaker 2: then he peeped up over the steering wheel and saw
- 29:38Speaker 2: and got a good look at the killer as he
- 29:41Speaker 2: fled the scene. And he gave the He gave the
- 29:44Speaker 2: most detailed and most exquisite detail description of the typic killer,
- 29:52Speaker 2: which does not match Oswald in any way.
- 29:56Speaker 1: And that's a problem.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I can give you the scripture.
- 30:01Speaker 1: I can give you the description. Yeah, so he described the.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Killer this way in his testimony about five to eleven.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Had a complexion, a little bit darker than average, a
- 30:15Speaker 2: little bit ruddier than mine. Now he's Mexican American, so
- 30:17Speaker 2: he said ruddier than mine, so that's.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:22Speaker 2: Yeah, he had had dark hair that was a little
- 30:25Speaker 2: bit curly. Uh, and he looked like he needed a
- 30:28Speaker 2: haircut for about two weeks, but the hairline that sort
- 30:31Speaker 2: of went square instead of tapered off in the bag.
- 30:34Speaker 2: And that's key because uh, Domingo Benavide's was a barber,
- 30:40Speaker 2: and and we have photos of alls of that night
- 30:43Speaker 2: and his hair he doesn't have that kind of a hairline.
- 30:47Speaker 2: So yeah, everything in this everything in this description that
- 30:51Speaker 2: he gave does not match Oswald. So I mean, I
- 30:58Speaker 2: mean that's the closest and and uh, by the way,
- 31:02Speaker 2: that was volume six pages of four fifty four fifty
- 31:05Speaker 2: one of his Warren commissioned testimony. And uh, he could
- 31:09Speaker 2: not identify Oswald as the killer, as everyone knows, he
- 31:15Speaker 2: could not.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Another guy shot in the head, right, No, No, that's
- 31:21Speaker 1: a that's.
- 31:22Speaker 2: What a lot of people think. So what happened was
- 31:26Speaker 2: November twenty second, happens his brother's killed, and then he
- 31:35Speaker 2: and then he testifies that he can't identify Oswald, and
- 31:41Speaker 2: then later on he changes his story in nineteen sixty
- 31:47Speaker 2: seven after some Schnennigen's happens gotcha a lot. So so
- 31:53Speaker 2: that's actually a misnomer that his brother was killed, that
- 31:59Speaker 2: he changed his story after his brother was killed, But
- 32:03Speaker 2: actually he gave his testimony after his brother was killed.
- 32:09Speaker 2: So that's yeah, it's a lot of yeah, a lot
- 32:13Speaker 2: of misnumbers about that.
- 32:15Speaker 1: So have you looked at all very much into the
- 32:21Speaker 1: the oak Cliff gang or whatever Markham's son, Jimmy burt
- 32:25Speaker 1: uh and these and these other young young kids that
- 32:28Speaker 1: they were around, you know, freaking Havoc and Oakcliffe back then,
- 32:32Speaker 1: because I think Markham's son didn't she say, oh I
- 32:34Speaker 1: knew Oswald. We called him Ozzy and this and that.
- 32:38Speaker 2: No, that was actually her son. Yeah, a lot of
- 32:42Speaker 2: people don't know about this, which is very striking. Earlier
- 32:46Speaker 2: that month, Helen Markham, who became the star tippet witness
- 32:52Speaker 2: for the Warm Commission, her son was approached by Oswald
- 32:57Speaker 2: or a guy impersonating Oswald. He called himself Ozzy and
- 32:59Speaker 2: he asked him if you wanted to help him kill
- 33:02Speaker 2: the president, and that was yeah. So we're not sure
- 33:07Speaker 2: what to do with that information, but that is documented
- 33:10Speaker 2: as one of the many Oswald sightings of all the
- 33:13Speaker 2: suspicious things that Oswald was supposedly or Oswald double was
- 33:16Speaker 2: supposedly doing that month. I mean that, I mean, that's
- 33:20Speaker 2: just one of many things that's in the Warren Commission
- 33:22Speaker 2: documents files that was known to them, But it's not
- 33:27Speaker 2: in the twenty six volumes or in the Warner poor
- 33:29Speaker 2: or anything like that. It never gets mentioned never.
- 33:34Speaker 1: So, yeah, I see these things all over the place,
- 33:38Speaker 1: and I'm just wondering, you know, if it was like
- 33:41Speaker 1: a because he was in trouble with the law a lot,
- 33:44Speaker 1: and I'm just wondering if he's said, well, I'm gonna
- 33:47Speaker 1: make some shit up and see if I can get
- 33:48Speaker 1: see if they'll let me off of this charge or whatever,
- 33:51Speaker 1: you know, tell him, tell him this fantastical story and
- 33:55Speaker 1: see what happens. But who knows.
- 33:58Speaker 2: And the source for that is uh c D. That's
- 34:01Speaker 2: a Warren Commission document. Look how far they buried this
- 34:05Speaker 2: deep Warn Commission Document one thousand five and eighteen, pages
- 34:10Speaker 2: seventy three through seventy eight. So if someone in nineteen
- 34:16Speaker 2: sixty four sixty five wanted to figure this out, they
- 34:19Speaker 2: would have to go to the National Archives, open up
- 34:22Speaker 2: Warren Commission File one thousand, five hundred and eighteen and
- 34:25Speaker 2: eventually on pages seventy seventy three. Then then they might
- 34:30Speaker 2: find this thing. But now it's easier. It's online. We
- 34:33Speaker 2: have the great Mary Faroh website and you can search
- 34:36Speaker 2: for stuff. But yeah, he was, he was. He was
- 34:39Speaker 2: asked by Ozzy if you would like to help him
- 34:42Speaker 2: kill JFK during his upcoming visit to Dallas, and that
- 34:46Speaker 2: was November seventh.
- 34:53Speaker 1: Let me ask you about the shots on tipp It. Okay,
- 34:57Speaker 1: I haven't just from looking, and I was barely looking,
- 35:03Speaker 1: but I was paying attention while I'm looking. I don't
- 35:07Speaker 1: think I remember one witness who said that there was
- 35:11Speaker 1: four shots.
- 35:13Speaker 2: One did only one did only one out of all? Yeah, yeah,
- 35:16Speaker 2: out of one. This is the you know, I'm just
- 35:19Speaker 2: gonna say it up front. I don't think. I don't
- 35:21Speaker 2: consider eye witnessed testimony to be reliable in this in
- 35:26Speaker 2: this case because in this case it's just really really bad.
- 35:30Speaker 2: They tell the same story, but I'll just hear so
- 35:35Speaker 2: I'm gonna try to say all this in one breath.
- 35:36Speaker 2: Three people heard two shots, two people heard two or
- 35:39Speaker 2: three shots, five people heard three shots, two people heard
- 35:43Speaker 2: three or four shots, one person heard four shots, one
- 35:46Speaker 2: person heard four or five shots, one person heard five shots,
- 35:50Speaker 2: one person heard six shots, three people didn't specify, and
- 35:54Speaker 2: two people couldn't tell. So only one out of the
- 35:57Speaker 2: four bullets and show that are in evidence right now,
- 36:01Speaker 2: only one out of what twenty twenty one over twenty witnesses,
- 36:04Speaker 2: only one person got the number of shots right.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Yeah. For some reason, when I'm reading through everything, that
- 36:10Speaker 1: stuck out to me, I'm like, why isn't anybody getting
- 36:12Speaker 1: the shots? Right?
- 36:13Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 36:13Speaker 1: I really.
- 36:14Speaker 2: That's the thing with the JD. Tippitt murder is it's
- 36:18Speaker 2: so different from the Candy assassination. There's no subpruder film,
- 36:22Speaker 2: there's no two hundred witnesses, there's no you know, hundreds
- 36:28Speaker 2: of photos take in, there's no multiple films. I mean,
- 36:32Speaker 2: it's it's just we don't have any of that. We
- 36:36Speaker 2: just have an eyewitness testimony. And it's I don't consider
- 36:40Speaker 2: the testimony in the tip tip it case to be
- 36:44Speaker 2: strong or reliable.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Yeah. I was thought maybe maybe it was because it
- 36:47Speaker 1: was from a pistol. You know, there's no like reloading
- 36:50Speaker 1: sequence you have to go through. You could just pretty
- 36:52Speaker 1: much ban bang ba bang, you know, and it could
- 36:54Speaker 1: sound like three, you know, because you can shoot a
- 36:57Speaker 1: lot closer together with a revolver than you a rifle.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:03Speaker 1: I don't know. That's just my personal theory. But who
- 37:05Speaker 1: they will know? So let me ask you this about
- 37:12Speaker 1: Warren Reynolds shooting mm hmm. Do you think it's connected
- 37:16Speaker 1: at all with with what happened to Tippett? Because I mean,
- 37:19Speaker 1: it's right around the corner.
- 37:20Speaker 2: I've never you know what a lot of That's the
- 37:22Speaker 2: one thing I hear about Warren Reynolds. But you know,
- 37:25Speaker 2: he couldn't identify Oswald and then he was shot and
- 37:29Speaker 2: he survived and he changed the story. You know. To me,
- 37:33Speaker 2: the Warren Reynolds story has never really been an issue
- 37:37Speaker 2: because the the full context is that Warren Reynolds gave
- 37:44Speaker 2: a police SEFFI David to the Dallas Police, which is
- 37:48Speaker 2: not not in the twenty six volumes as a matter
- 37:50Speaker 2: of fact, maybe because it was taken in January. In January,
- 37:55Speaker 2: I believe, But anyway, he was interviewed by the FBI,
- 37:58Speaker 2: and he said that in the FBI interviewed quotes it claimed.
- 38:04Speaker 2: It claims the FBI interview claims, because we don't have
- 38:07Speaker 2: his actual words here, we just have what they wrote up.
- 38:10Speaker 2: The FBI wrote up that Warren Reynolds is of the
- 38:13Speaker 2: opinion that that's Oswald, but he can't I didn't, but
- 38:15Speaker 2: he can't positively identify him. And then like literally forty
- 38:19Speaker 2: eight hours later, he's closing up the shop and someone
- 38:24Speaker 2: jumps up out of the shadows with a rifle and
- 38:26Speaker 2: shoots him in the head. It hit him in the
- 38:28Speaker 2: glasses that exited like back here, and he miraculously survived.
- 38:32Speaker 2: And then he changed his story. And then later on
- 38:38Speaker 2: a couple of researchers tracked him down and asked him,
- 38:41Speaker 2: you know, hey, you know, just tell us what really happened,
- 38:45Speaker 2: no bullshit, just you know, it's many years later, just
- 38:47Speaker 2: tell us what really happened. And he said, the honest
- 38:51Speaker 2: truth is that I was too far away to identify
- 38:54Speaker 2: the guy. But because I was shot, I changed my story.
- 38:58Speaker 2: So as soon as I learned that, I was thinking, Okay,
- 39:01Speaker 2: this whole Warren Reynolds shooting is not really suspicious anymore,
- 39:05Speaker 2: is not a as as is not as mysterious as
- 39:11Speaker 2: it sounds. It's mysterious as to who shot him into why,
- 39:14Speaker 2: But in regards to you know him, Oh, they shot
- 39:17Speaker 2: him because they wanted him to change his story. It's like, well,
- 39:20Speaker 2: why would they want him to change his story when
- 39:22Speaker 2: they already have other witnesses who you know, picked him
- 39:25Speaker 2: out of a lineup and you know, identified a photo
- 39:28Speaker 2: of him months of Oswald months later. So it's like,
- 39:31Speaker 2: you don't have to rely on a single witness when
- 39:35Speaker 2: they already have already had other witnesses. Does that make sense?
- 39:39Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Yeah, it's the whole warn The whole Warren
- 39:43Speaker 1: Reynolds thing always threw me off, especially you know when
- 39:46Speaker 1: you find out that he's he's talking to General Walker
- 39:51Speaker 1: as well. He's obviously he.
- 39:53Speaker 2: Has a strange relationship with General Walker that's never really
- 39:57Speaker 2: been you know, or oved it too much or you know.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Yeah, it hadn't been sucked out very much.
- 40:05Speaker 2: And this Warren Reunds is still light by the way,
- 40:08Speaker 2: is he Yeah, he's still life. He doesn't talk about
- 40:10Speaker 2: it with anyone though.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Wow, there's some.
- 40:15Speaker 2: There's some crazy jackass on YouTube who was who went
- 40:18Speaker 2: to his shop and was like, I'm gonna go interview
- 40:21Speaker 2: Warren Reelds And I'm like, who is this guy? This
- 40:23Speaker 2: guy sounds like he's nuts. He's like, yeah, he's Warren here,
- 40:26Speaker 2: but no he's not here today. Oh okay. I mean
- 40:28Speaker 2: some people are just crazy. I mean the amount of
- 40:32Speaker 2: I mean the amount of craziness that we see just
- 40:35Speaker 2: because everyone can be platformed these days, you know, so
- 40:38Speaker 2: someone with I'm gonna go knock, I'm gonna go see
- 40:42Speaker 2: Warren Reynolds didn't work though, and he wouldn't have talked
- 40:46Speaker 2: to him anyway.
- 40:46Speaker 1: So, yeah, I heard that video from uh what was
- 40:49Speaker 1: that guy's name, Grandpaul Hickory you had on your channel.
- 40:54Speaker 2: That's what I sent you, remember that?
- 40:55Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, And because he was talking about the
- 40:59Speaker 1: top ten records and I was like, what is this
- 41:03Speaker 1: guy talking about?
- 41:04Speaker 2: He was like I saw JD. Tipp It in Yeah,
- 41:09Speaker 2: in the top ten record store. I'm like, maybe all
- 41:13Speaker 2: I can say again, like I said before, all I
- 41:15Speaker 2: can say is this is what he claims. Do we
- 41:18Speaker 2: know for a fact that you know sixty what are
- 41:21Speaker 2: we three sixty three years later that that's true?
- 41:25Speaker 1: That he I don't know, well he never said he
- 41:27Speaker 1: saw on the twenty second.
- 41:29Speaker 2: Well yeah, but he said he saw him frequently use
- 41:33Speaker 2: that telephone.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Who knows. And then I click channel and what's the
- 41:37Speaker 1: first thing that pops up? He's a UFO buff.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Well it could go he could go either way. So yeah,
- 41:43Speaker 2: all I can say is Grandpa Hickory sixty over sixty
- 41:47Speaker 2: years later, claims that he saw JD. Tippett use the
- 41:50Speaker 2: phone in the Top ten record store frequently back in
- 41:53Speaker 2: the sixth that that's all we can say. You can
- 41:58Speaker 2: take it, do whatever you want with it.
- 42:01Speaker 1: Yep, I was I saw that, you know, the timing
- 42:06Speaker 1: of that, and that record store was struggling in the
- 42:08Speaker 1: eighties because you know, because it's has just come out.
- 42:14Speaker 2: It was well, it was published, and yeah, I remember
- 42:18Speaker 2: you said that on last week's show. You said that
- 42:21Speaker 2: maybe that they made it up or something like that. Okay,
- 42:25Speaker 2: And for those who are listening, just before Jeddie Tippett
- 42:29Speaker 2: was killed, he ran into the Top ten record store,
- 42:33Speaker 2: went behind the counter, picked up the phone, was very impatient,
- 42:36Speaker 2: apparently did not reach anyone, slam the phone down, went
- 42:40Speaker 2: back in his car and sped away and he was
- 42:43Speaker 2: killed like literally minutes later. I'm just laying out for
- 42:45Speaker 2: the audience who's listening right now and no one. That's
- 42:49Speaker 2: a little mystery that popped up, and that was first
- 42:52Speaker 2: came about in Penn Jones's newsletter The Continuing Inquiry in
- 42:59Speaker 2: nineteen eighty one, and Gary Mack broke that story so
- 43:03Speaker 2: so he could the owners have just made that up for,
- 43:05Speaker 2: you know, to save their their dying record store. I mean,
- 43:09Speaker 2: it's not like they went to you know, USA Today
- 43:12Speaker 2: or to Dallas Morne news or. I mean it's just
- 43:16Speaker 2: a little little, uh newsletter de todad. So I think
- 43:24Speaker 2: that show's honesty. I think that shows honesty. I don't
- 43:28Speaker 2: that leans towards honesty. You know, they're just you know, Yeah.
- 43:33Speaker 1: The one document from this guy, it was like an
- 43:36Speaker 1: FBI tip, like a week after the assassination. He said
- 43:40Speaker 1: that there was a rumor that Oswald had been in
- 43:44Speaker 1: the top ten and bought a ticket to the Dick
- 43:46Speaker 1: Clark show at seventh am and then came back in
- 43:52Speaker 1: the afternoon to try to buy another one or something
- 43:55Speaker 1: when JD. Tippa was in the store. Yeah, that was
- 43:58Speaker 1: the extent of it, and the FBI was like, you know,
- 44:02Speaker 1: do not pursue lead Oswald. It couldn't have been Oswald.
- 44:06Speaker 1: He was on his way to work or whatever. Yep,
- 44:09Speaker 1: he kind of dismissed it. But it didn't come from
- 44:11Speaker 1: anybody at the Top ten. It just came from somebody
- 44:14Speaker 1: who didn't want to be identified, William Johnston or somebody
- 44:18Speaker 1: I don't even know who he is. But and he
- 44:21Speaker 1: said in the things, just a rumor. But that's the
- 44:24Speaker 1: only thing that I could find, you know, early, early, early.
- 44:27Speaker 2: You know, yeah, that's yeah. So and that was at
- 44:30Speaker 2: seven supposedly at seven thirty am that morning, Oswald and
- 44:34Speaker 2: Bill Wesley Fraser were on their way to work at
- 44:37Speaker 2: the depository. And yet again we have Oswald or someone
- 44:41Speaker 2: looking like him bought show tickets at as you said,
- 44:44Speaker 2: at the Top ten Record store in Irving, and he
- 44:46Speaker 2: returned later and bought another ticket. And supposedly Jennie Tippett
- 44:50Speaker 2: was also in that store. So if that's true, and
- 44:53Speaker 2: if the other story is true, then there's a lot
- 44:55Speaker 2: going on at Top ten Records. If all this is.
- 44:58Speaker 1: True, the only thing that to me that would support
- 45:03Speaker 1: that theory.
- 45:05Speaker 2: By the way, the citation for this, for what I
- 45:08Speaker 2: just said was FBI riff one two four dash one
- 45:13Speaker 2: o eight seven dash one oh one nine seven. Just
- 45:17Speaker 2: for those who think that I'm making stuff up every day,
- 45:21Speaker 2: everything I'd say has citations. I'm not just I'm not
- 45:24Speaker 2: trying to sell something. I'm not some.
- 45:27Speaker 1: I know every time. I hear all kinds of shit
- 45:29Speaker 1: all the time. Well not so much anymore, but used to,
- 45:31Speaker 1: because get on here and talk about documents and everything.
- 45:35Speaker 1: I wouldn't tell the riff number or anything like that,
- 45:37Speaker 1: and Joseph backs, he would always message me, what's the
- 45:40Speaker 1: striff number on that document? I'm like, I don't know, dude,
- 45:42Speaker 1: already threw in the trash.
- 45:44Speaker 2: You know, are we supposed to be add answering questions
- 45:49Speaker 2: here in the chat?
- 45:49Speaker 1: I see?
- 45:50Speaker 2: Is that for later? Is that later we can?
- 45:53Speaker 1: I just uh, it's hard for uh me when I'm
- 45:58Speaker 1: here by myself to kind of pay attention to the
- 46:00Speaker 1: chat and the guests, so I'm just ignoring them.
- 46:03Speaker 2: But uh someone asked, how you pronounced my last name
- 46:06Speaker 2: dow Fit dowe Fit. It's true, Yeah, okay, next question.
- 46:13Speaker 2: Thanks question.
- 46:17Speaker 1: So, as long as you've been looking at this deal,
- 46:22Speaker 1: mm hmm, and I'm sure your opinions have changed over time,
- 46:26Speaker 1: the more you learn, the more you find out, maybe
- 46:30Speaker 1: it changes. But like I said at the beginning, to
- 46:34Speaker 1: show you're one of the most knowledgeable people about the
- 46:36Speaker 1: Tippet shooting, what is your theory about what the hell
- 46:41Speaker 1: happened there?
- 46:43Speaker 2: Well, I'm not convinced that it was Oswald. I would
- 46:48Speaker 2: never I have not said, and I won't say Oswald
- 46:52Speaker 2: did not do it because that puts a burden, a
- 46:54Speaker 2: burden of proof on me that I can't possibly meet.
- 46:58Speaker 2: All I say is I don't think the official story
- 47:00Speaker 2: has met it has met it's burden of proof, and
- 47:04Speaker 2: I condemn it and I can demonstrate that, and I
- 47:06Speaker 2: feel I haven't.
- 47:08Speaker 1: You know, Yeah, I mean, let's talk about timing. I know,
- 47:12Speaker 1: I know what last summer you made the trek from
- 47:15Speaker 1: the rooming house to the site, right, and you timed yourself.
- 47:20Speaker 1: So what what did the warrant commissions say about the timing?
- 47:24Speaker 1: And what did you find out independently trying to do
- 47:27Speaker 1: it on your own?
- 47:28Speaker 2: How much time you got? I'm just kidding. I have
- 47:34Speaker 2: I have multi I have multiple time tests all on
- 47:37Speaker 2: my phone. Which one do you which one do you want?
- 47:40Speaker 2: Let me see? Uh, let's see. Let's see I can
- 47:45Speaker 2: pull this.
- 47:46Speaker 1: U did you do from where the cab supposedly dropped
- 47:49Speaker 1: Oswald off?
- 47:50Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah.
- 47:52Speaker 1: So well curious how long how long did that take you?
- 47:54Speaker 1: Just just from where the cab dropped him off to
- 47:56Speaker 1: the rooming house cab.
- 47:58Speaker 2: Dropping off to the seven minutes fourteen seconds. But if
- 48:01Speaker 2: the absolutely powerwauk it, you can get there in like,
- 48:05Speaker 2: you know, five minutes and fifty five seconds or something
- 48:07Speaker 2: like that. It all depends. Are we walking like normal
- 48:12Speaker 2: or are we running or are we jogging? Or are
- 48:16Speaker 2: we walking with the purpose? Really it really you change.
- 48:22Speaker 2: But ultimately every time I do it, it doesn't work.
- 48:25Speaker 1: So yeah, see, I would say we're walking with a purpose.
- 48:30Speaker 1: But something funny struck out to me, and I believe
- 48:37Speaker 1: we talked about it on Kids with Me and Doug
- 48:39Speaker 1: this past weekend. But we're talking about early and Roberts
- 48:43Speaker 1: and you know all that stuff, and came across. Oh,
- 48:50Speaker 1: I know I know what it was. I have Darwin
- 48:52Speaker 1: Payne's book Behind the Scenes, right. Have you ever read
- 48:57Speaker 1: that book?
- 48:59Speaker 3: No?
- 48:59Speaker 2: I have I of tons and tons of book on
- 49:02Speaker 2: Mike to do lists.
- 49:03Speaker 1: So I think Dallas Morning, Harold Reporter and Anyway, he
- 49:09Speaker 1: went to the rooming house that afternoon, like fifteen minutes
- 49:12Speaker 1: after the police had left, yep, and A. C. Johnson
- 49:18Speaker 1: was there, his wife was there, and of course Earleen
- 49:23Speaker 1: Roberts was there and several other several of the rumors, right, yes,
- 49:27Speaker 1: And he goes in detail in the book about how,
- 49:30Speaker 1: you know, how he was talking to him and there
- 49:32Speaker 1: were other reporters there and they were kind of bouncing
- 49:34Speaker 1: around between people trying to get different stories from different people.
- 49:38Speaker 1: And I think he said at one point that, you know,
- 49:41Speaker 1: he had been talking to Earlene and he said, I
- 49:43Speaker 1: think she's starting to like me because I'm asking her
- 49:46Speaker 1: interesting questions, right, And she volunteered to him this story
- 49:52Speaker 1: that I haven't seen anywhere else. And she said, I've
- 49:59Speaker 1: got a secret. And Darwin's like, yeah, what's that. She's like,
- 50:04Speaker 1: what's about When whenever he would get up and go
- 50:07Speaker 1: walk to the bathroom, his butt kind of twisted, so
- 50:12Speaker 1: we called him the butt twister behind his back, like
- 50:15Speaker 1: there goes the butt twister. And you know, like like
- 50:21Speaker 1: Dean Andrews said, he had a little swish when he walked, right, Yeah,
- 50:26Speaker 1: so walking with a purpose about that speed, you know
- 50:30Speaker 1: what I mean like.
- 50:31Speaker 2: Just yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so yeah, I I give
- 50:36Speaker 2: tours and uh we start from the depository and we
- 50:40Speaker 2: end all the way at the arrest at the Texas Theater,
- 50:44Speaker 2: and we time it every every single time, and to
- 50:47Speaker 2: this day there's not been a single time that I've
- 50:52Speaker 2: done it, and I've done it dozens of times now
- 50:54Speaker 2: where it works in favor of what the Warrning Commission claimed,
- 50:58Speaker 2: because the Warning Commission timetable has is very strict on
- 51:03Speaker 2: you know, he left it this time and walked for
- 51:06Speaker 2: this amount of time and got on this bus at
- 51:08Speaker 2: this time, in this cab at this time, and it
- 51:10Speaker 2: has to work up. But once you actually do it,
- 51:14Speaker 2: even if you walk a purpose, it's still it's still
- 51:17Speaker 2: uh does not work.
- 51:20Speaker 1: Still, it would be hard to get from the sixth floor,
- 51:27Speaker 1: uh where he's seen again on the second floor, then
- 51:30Speaker 1: to a bus, then do a cab then dropped off
- 51:33Speaker 1: you know, five blocks down the road, then to walk
- 51:36Speaker 1: back to the rooming house. So from the sixth floor
- 51:38Speaker 1: window to the rooming house in a half an hour?
- 51:42Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 51:44Speaker 1: What time did it take you to get from the
- 51:46Speaker 1: sixth floor to the rooming house?
- 51:48Speaker 2: My absolutely, my absolute fastest. Yeah, I'll pull it up
- 51:54Speaker 2: right here, pull up right here, my absolute fastest, like
- 51:58Speaker 2: cutting corners in it, like I mean, shaving up some time.
- 52:03Speaker 2: Arrive at the room. Arrive at the room. He has
- 52:06Speaker 2: a twelve fifty eight to fifty three. But that's if
- 52:09Speaker 2: we you know, cut you know, if we try to
- 52:15Speaker 2: make it work, if if we do it honestly, it
- 52:19Speaker 2: would be around like one o'clock on the dot. But
- 52:23Speaker 2: again that's walking very fast. But on average when I
- 52:27Speaker 2: do my tours, we arrived betwe like one o three
- 52:31Speaker 2: or one oh four. So again, it really depends on
- 52:34Speaker 2: how much how fast you're walking it, how fast or
- 52:38Speaker 2: how slow you're walking it. But people are like, oh,
- 52:42Speaker 2: you can arrive at twelve fifty eight. No, yes, but no,
- 52:49Speaker 2: because that's assuming that everything after that is correct. Like oh,
- 52:56Speaker 2: he's in his room for you know, a minute or two. No,
- 52:59Speaker 2: he's not his room for like a minute or two minutes,
- 53:01Speaker 2: or or he stands outside for like oh maybe sand No. No,
- 53:06Speaker 2: once you analyze it and put in honestly what early
- 53:10Speaker 2: Roberts said, then it just does not work. Plus the
- 53:16Speaker 2: direction he would have had to have been taken, plus
- 53:20Speaker 2: everything else, it just does not work. And that's why
- 53:24Speaker 2: I implore people to come do it. Come do the
- 53:28Speaker 2: Come do the route with me, and you'll see for
- 53:31Speaker 2: yourself it doesn't work. I did it with my counterpart, uh,
- 53:36Speaker 2: mister Bill Brown, you know him, and he he had
- 53:41Speaker 2: never done from the depository to the neighborhood before. He'd
- 53:50Speaker 2: only done from the rooming house to the crime scene.
- 53:56Speaker 2: So I was like, let's do this together, and and
- 54:00Speaker 2: we have Oswald.
- 54:05Speaker 1: I mean.
- 54:07Speaker 2: Killing, killing, killing Tippet at like like one eighteen, and
- 54:13Speaker 2: that's way too late to commit the murder because Dale
- 54:16Speaker 2: Myers fixed at the time of the shooting at one fourteen.
- 54:19Speaker 2: I think it was like around like one eleven or
- 54:22Speaker 2: one twelve. Vincent Biliosi thought that the shooting was at
- 54:26Speaker 2: one twelve. But you know, cutting as many corner corners
- 54:30Speaker 2: as we can and going as fast as we can
- 54:34Speaker 2: and even cheating a little bit, stopping at red lights
- 54:37Speaker 2: and everything, which you know, and U shortening stuff from
- 54:41Speaker 2: you know, early Roberts said, you know, four or five minutes, three,
- 54:44Speaker 2: you know, cutting that down to one minute, and missus
- 54:46Speaker 2: early and then she said several minutes cutting that down
- 54:49Speaker 2: to one minute. So when we cheat, when we cheat,
- 54:53Speaker 2: we get there at one eighteen, right, and that's and
- 54:57Speaker 2: that's still way too late. So it still does not work.
- 55:00Speaker 2: No matter how you slice or dice this, this whole timeline,
- 55:02Speaker 2: it does not work. So and I would implore people
- 55:06Speaker 2: to go watch uh just just Canal's channel where I
- 55:12Speaker 2: demonstrate that in a couple of videos. So so so
- 55:19Speaker 2: so it's one eighteen if you're hauling ass and cheat,
- 55:22Speaker 2: but if you're if you're honest, if you're honest and
- 55:27Speaker 2: do it honestly, the average time that uh we have
- 55:33Speaker 2: Tippet killing Oswald, that we have Oswald killing tipp it
- 55:37Speaker 2: is like one or like.
- 55:42Speaker 1: It.
- 55:42Speaker 2: It really does not work. And I spent really a
- 55:47Speaker 2: full year, I uh, you know, investigating you how did
- 55:51Speaker 2: the Warren commission Jerry rig this to make it work?
- 55:55Speaker 2: How did deal Meyer's Jerry rigg it to make it work?
- 55:57Speaker 2: And I figured it out, second by second exactly how
- 56:02Speaker 2: they made it work. And they really did Jerry Riggott.
- 56:06Speaker 2: And I've proven that.
- 56:07Speaker 1: I feel yeah, because you know, when you're talking about
- 56:10Speaker 1: like William Waally the cab driver, he never said I
- 56:14Speaker 1: seemed in a hurry. He never said I was on
- 56:16Speaker 1: a step on it, man, hurry up, let's go, you know,
- 56:18Speaker 1: can you get me there any faster? Nothing like that.
- 56:20Speaker 2: It was.
- 56:22Speaker 1: You know, the guy didn't talk, you know.
- 56:25Speaker 2: And uh. And when I did my time with the
- 56:30Speaker 2: the time test on the Wayley cab drive, Bill Brown
- 56:37Speaker 2: insisted that I stopped the okay, he was trying to cheat.
- 56:40Speaker 2: He you know, stopped the clocks every red light and
- 56:43Speaker 2: every stop sign, and we got and we you know,
- 56:46Speaker 2: again cheating. The cab drive was like just under five minutes,
- 56:53Speaker 2: like four minutes and fifty, you know, something like that.
- 56:56Speaker 2: And I knew that that wasn't right because William, because
- 56:59Speaker 2: my average driver is like, you know, seven and a
- 57:01Speaker 2: half minutes for and what did Whaley himself say? It
- 57:08Speaker 2: was between six and a half and eight minutes.
- 57:14Speaker 1: There you go, there you go. You know.
- 57:17Speaker 2: You see, if you just listen to the actual witness
- 57:20Speaker 2: and drive it as it is, you'll do what the
- 57:25Speaker 2: witnesses did, what he did that day, and it all
- 57:29Speaker 2: adds up. So yeah, I'm sure there was like you
- 57:33Speaker 2: can cheat, you can cheat to try and make it
- 57:35Speaker 2: work at least be honest about it.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Yeah, because I can see the problem with the Warren
- 57:41Speaker 1: Commission when all this was coming up, and they're trying
- 57:44Speaker 1: to figure out if Oswald could have done all this
- 57:46Speaker 1: stuff based on every incident that he os was supposedly
- 57:52Speaker 1: involved in, getting stuck on the bus, taking a cab,
- 57:55Speaker 1: getting dropped off over here, walking here, getting stopped on
- 58:00Speaker 1: second floor, running across the sixth floor, and you know,
- 58:04Speaker 1: they have to take into consideration all the different testimony
- 58:07Speaker 1: of these witnesses and what they think the timing was.
- 58:11Speaker 1: And then, like you said, they kind of reverse engineered
- 58:13Speaker 1: it to make it work.
- 58:15Speaker 2: Yes, and I and I can demonstrate, like minute by
- 58:20Speaker 2: minute exactly how the Warner Port and Myers rigged it,
- 58:26Speaker 2: shortened it to make it work. I've documented that by minute. Yeah,
- 58:34Speaker 2: I mean, if you want to look that up, if
- 58:37Speaker 2: you want to, if I can send that, if you
- 58:39Speaker 2: want me to send that to you, I can. Sure.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Now, if if Oswald would have been going to the
- 58:46Speaker 1: Texas Theater all along, like that was the plan, what
- 58:50Speaker 1: do you have taken the route that he took, or
- 58:53Speaker 1: what do you have just walked down Zangzer Beckley.
- 58:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I think yeah, I think the simple inflations that
- 59:00Speaker 2: Oswald simply walked to the Texas Theater and that would
- 59:04Speaker 2: be and adding that time up to when he's last
- 59:08Speaker 2: seen outside in front of the house at the curb,
- 59:13Speaker 2: that would place him at the Texas Theater exactly when
- 59:17Speaker 2: Johnny Breuer saw him at like twelve forty, you know.
- 59:25Speaker 1: And we were talking like a get on quick hits,
- 59:28Speaker 1: and I brought up Earling Roberts again and can we
- 59:32Speaker 1: trust what she says because she says some crazy shit
- 59:36Speaker 1: in her Secret Service interview from December fifth, I think
- 59:42Speaker 1: it was, she said that the DPD showed up at
- 59:45Speaker 1: her house at one thirty. Yeah, which is a problem
- 59:50Speaker 1: because Oswald's not even arrested yet. The DPD had no
- 59:53Speaker 1: idea where he was staying at that point.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Some people try to use that as a wedge to
- 59:58Speaker 2: try and discredit her, And that's not a good argument
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: to try and to try and make that ooh, maybe
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: she's wrong about That's what people try to do, is
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: that they try to make excuses. Well, they got it's
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: they got this wrong. Maybe they're wrong on everything else. No,
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: that's not how this works.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: And she's blind in one eye and can't see out
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: of the other ear right, and yeah, she saw I
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: was cop car that couldn't have been there, right, two
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: o seven. It was supposed to be in the depository, right.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Well, she gave like four different numbers for the car.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: Four different numbers, three or four. Yeah, Oh, all I've
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: seen is two o seven.
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: No, she gave like, no, she gave like three or
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: four different numbers for the car. You know, one of
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: them was not in service anymore. So some people think
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: that the conspirators were using a a cop car that
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: was not in service anymore. That's that's a theory.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: Yeah, Or if it was two or seven Westbrook hijacked
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: from the school with depository him and Croy.
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: Yeah, because wasn't.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: There wasn't there a second police car seen near the
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: Tippet murder scene in like an alley or something.
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a whole other Yeah, that's a whole other thing.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: So it turns out so Doris Holand her story was
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: first published in two thousand and four, two thousand and
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: two thousand and four and Harry Livingstone's book The Radical Right,
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: And supposedly she was living across the street from from
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: where Tippett was killed, and she heard the shots. She
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: looked out, she saw the Tippet aftermath and saw another
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: police car in between in the driveway in between the
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: two houses. But it turns out that that can't be
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: true because she did not live there at that time.
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: She lived there earlier than year. I interviewed her son,
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: A lad Holen, and he he said that actually it
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: was he who came upon the murder scene a few
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: minutes afterwards, and he found saw Tippet dead in the street,
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: in the crowd of people around him and everything, and
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: then he and the and then he said that he
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: went and put his books away on Patten where they
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: were living at that time. So they were living around
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: the corner on Patent, very close, not across the street,
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: as they had been earlier that year. And I and
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: he said he put his books away, and he watched
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: from afar, you know, for a couple hours, watching the
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: action happen, you know, cup cars swarming, an investigation. So
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: he was just sitting there, you know, watching the action.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: And I realized, wait a minute, if that proves that
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: he was living on pat that they were living on
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: Patton at that time, not across the street, because if
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: he had lived across the street, he would be ten
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: feet away, not watching from a not watching from his
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: front yard around the corner from afar, you know, under
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: something hungs them feet away. They would be like right
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: across the street, like.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: Ten feet in front of him, you know, we're around
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: the corner.
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: Yeah, So I realized that they were living on patent
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: at that time, which means that if she was home
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: at the time, Doris hol End she was a waitress
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: uh at And if she was living at Patton Street,
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: if at bet she could not have seen Tippet's patrol car,
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: she could not have seen Tippet's body. At best, she
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: could have seen the killer run around the corner, or
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: at best she should she could have seen the killer
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: run around the corner and and run past her. So
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: that's at best, that's if this story is true, that's
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: what she could have seen. But there are tons of
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: details that she says or that, or that she claims
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: to have said before she died in the year two
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: thousand that don't match. That can't be true if she
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: was living at Patton Street, And as for this the
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: and she could not have seen the a second alleged
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: cup car in the driveway, and there were also structures
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: in between those two houses as you can see from
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: aerial photographs. At best, she hears the shot, she looks out.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: She sees the killer run around the corner, run down patent,
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: and in the alley, not in the driveway in between
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: the two houses. She could see into the alleyway, not
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: in between the houses. At best, if there was a
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: cop car a cup car there, she could have seen
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: it pull out and drive away or whatever. So there
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: are elements of the story that could be true if
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: it were true, But there's a of other stuff that
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: she's reported to have said that can't possibly be true
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: because she she couldn't have seen the patrol cards. I said,
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: she couldn't have seen Tippet's body. She couldn't have seen
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: the second guy, who she's quoted as saying walking up
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: to Tippet's body, inspecting his head and waving to some
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: other guy. So all that stuff can't be true. She
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: would have to be in the house across the street,
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: which which she wasn't living at that time. So I asked, lad,
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: is there her son, I says, there any way that
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: she could that she could have seen all that, And
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: he said, the only thing I could conceive of is
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: that she still had friends in the in that house,
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: in the old house that she would go and visit.
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: So if she was over there visiting them and then
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: she heard the shots and looked out the window, then
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: she could have seen what she what was written up
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: about her in Livingstone's book, but in Livings But according
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: to the people who interviewed her, she was, you know,
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: at home, taking a nap, been, you know, smoking a
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: cigarette and everything, and she was in her bed and
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: pat Jama bought him so not over not visiting people.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: So at best, as I said, all we could say
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: is that she might have seen the killer running away.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: And if there is another cup car in the alley,
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: she might have seen it pull out and pull away.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: But it's impossible to know what the truth is in
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: this situation. Sorry, that was a long winded answer, but
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: it's a long winded story.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, I got a question for you.
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I see questions here as a Dallas site.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Well this is from me, it's not from the chat. Oh.
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: I thought it's first.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: But my question isn't I think this is the right map?
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: H Let me pull up this map here, Matt and
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: have you take a look at it. Can you see
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: it on the screen?
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: Yes, so that that's a modern map though.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: That is a modern map. Yes, and uh, let's see
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: where are we at here? Okay, where Beckley is.
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: Oh, it's hard to see what it's it's small, it's
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: a small map. Let's see.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: I'm sorry, North Zangs. If we're following North Zangs, it's
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: like right up the middle of the map, it's the road.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: It's kind of like right zoom man, Okay, back, okay, yeah.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: So we'll get down by the rooming house where and
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: it's kind of at the intersection of Zang's back.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I assumed, and I can see it more.
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: Yeah, Okay. Across the way there is El Dorado Avenue okay, yes,
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: and then off of El Dorado it'll take you down,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: uh to Elsbis Street on the on the right there
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: where Oswald once lived. How do you pronounce that street?
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: N E C h E s. You talking about Nietches
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: nietches or natches nietches.
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: That's how I've always heard it.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: That's how you've always heard nietches. Yeah, okay, I was
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: just wondering what people called it then, because I was
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: I had a crazy theory right about this. Yes, you
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: know how Oswald was a horrible speller, and yeah, if
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: he's phonetically spelling something that he heard, right, could this
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: be six o one West Niches Street.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: Hm. I that's the paperback thing, right, Yeah, some people
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: think some people think that's how they got his fingerprints. Yeah,
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: you have to go a long way to make that argument.
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: But hey, if you want to stretch, believe me.
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: If you want a male something, just to have them
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: open and be like, what.
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: The hell is this? Well, here's what's interest.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: To get their fingerprints taking a risk.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Well, I went on Google Maps and I looked up
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: six to oh one West Nietzsche Street, right m h.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: And it took me here to Woodlawn Avenue, which is
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: on the curve of Woodlawn and Niches which is running
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: to the side of it here, right, Yeah, shit is
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: on the curb over there, yeah yeah, yeah, all right.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: So I drove around the corner virtually in my Google
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: car and got to the other side, right h. And
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: this is what I see on the other side of
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: the green house. Yep, it looks to me like this
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: little porch. There used to be a door here at
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: one time, and it was you know, closed in. So
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: this this little side entrance to this house would have
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: been six oh one West Niches Street, because you know,
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: back six these they used to divvy these houses up
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: into like, you know, four or five different residences and
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: they'd have all these different entrances on them.
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: Yep.
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: And I was like, hmmm, you know, would.
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: That be.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: A good spot, you know, for Oswald to live or
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: somebody else who was you know, off the grid or whatever. Again,
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: it's addressed to him in Dallas at this address. Yeah,
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: I trust me. It's a stretch.
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it is.
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: I'm thinking out of the box, madam, trying to get it's.
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: Hard to it's hard to come to conclusions based on, uh,
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: only the things that we know. But the but one
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: of the people don't realize is that you don't have
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: to reach a conclusion for everything, for anything. You just don't.
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: People try to force a conclusion well, just going based
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: off of what we do have, most likely this happened.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: It's like, no, no, people don't get that you don't
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: have to reach a conclusion. Sometimes there's insufficient evidence to
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: draw a conclusion for such and for such and such
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: and such.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's fun to try, right, It's.
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: Fun to try. But you know, I try to stick
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: I try to stick with it. I said, I try
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: to stick with what the evidence tells me. So and
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: it's hard, it's really really hard.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: So anybody in Dallas try to run this lead down,
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: go to the the city hall or whatever and pull
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: up the records for this property and see if it
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: was ever a six oh one West Nietzsch Street and
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: who was living there, who owned it type of thing,
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: you know, it's it's a rabbit.
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: Hole, it's a bunny trail, it's a bunny trail.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, David says, Markham saw the second police
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: car also, and so one of the Davis sisters.
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: Parents citation for Hella Markham citation needed.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: Yeah, David, come correct.
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: As the David's sisters, he's he's probably thinking about He's
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: probably thinking about what I said earlier, how she said
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: that the cops had already been there because there was
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: an accident that morning. That's probably what. As far as
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: Helen Markham seeing another cup car, he's probably thinking of
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: Gavin McMahon's research or something like that. But none of
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: that can be verified. Yeah, but David, if you're if
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: you're still in the chat, if you could give me
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: the exact citation, not something sixty something years later that
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: someone claimed that the family member told them who married
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: into the family, and you know.
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: South Twest says the mysterious package was addressed to Nash's Street. Right, No,
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: I get that, but there is no street in Dallas,
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: os we was dyslexic. In fact, there's no Nasha Street
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: in America. The only one I found South Africa.
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, So David just answered, he said, I believe
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: it is a tribute to a family member of Markham. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: that's what I'm talking about. That's one of the problems
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: of can't trust the young thugs, David. Yeah, right there, Yeah,
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: you can't trust some former family member like sixty something
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: years later. I mean, now we're just getting into hearsay
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: and stories and things like that.
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: I'm I mean, yeah, I believe it would have been
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: her grandson at this point, right if I'm remembering my
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: interview with Gavin McMahon.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: And someone who married into the family wasn't really a
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: family member. So I'm not you know, I'm not really
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: interested in all that.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: Yes, definitely.
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: And there's also so oh something like she saw this
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: Italian man or something. I'm like, that's nice, okay, And
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: I can't confirm that I can't confirm that.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: No war with Tyn says who done it? Suspects lineup,
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: vote or writing your favorite for who actually shot Tip
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: It A Ruby, he, Craford, C. White or D somebody else.
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: Or D I guess the D is I don't know,
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: or something like that.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: Well, it can't be Ruby because the suspect was described
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: as between eighteen and twenty five years old the killer
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: of Tip and Ruby was in his fifties, and he
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: was and the killer was said to have had curly
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: or bushy hair and a papa doing the front end.
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: Ruby was bald. So I have no idea why people
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: think that it could have even been Ruby who shot Tippit.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: And I don't think Ruby would have ever killed a cop.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: I mean, he loved cops too much. I don't think
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: he evert himself to shoot a cop. That could be wrong.
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: Yeah. So Larry Harris, who I mentioned earlier, who was
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: the world's leading expert on the Tip murder, he he
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: thought it was Roscoe White. So, and he's actually the
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: person who got me into this case. Even though he
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: died when I was like eight months old or something
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: like that. He died to here I was born, as
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: I said, but I learned like last year that he
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: privately admitted, he privately acknowledged that he thought Roscoe White
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: killed tipp It, and that he's the reason, you know,
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: Larry's the reason why I'm got in this case, and
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: he's who I look up to. And if if that's
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: who he thinks did it, I mean I can accept it.
- 1:15:38Speaker 2: Can I prove it? Nope?
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: Yeah. I started off the show back when I started
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: doing it, you know, twelve years ago or whatever, utterly
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: convinced or at least very open to the possibility that
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: the person that shot tipp It was Larry Crayford impersonating.
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: Oswalt with Larry Craiford.
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: There's just not much to go on, right, I mean,
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: I'm thinking, Okay, you know, he's got the jacket right
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: that we can't prove with Oswald's it's supposedly found. We
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: don't even know if it was the shooting suspects jacket.
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: They just found his jacket right under the car.
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: Jacket, the gray jacket that's now in evidence, is what
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: you're talking about, right, Yeah, Yeah, yeah, I can concede
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: that that's Oswald's jacket, but it's not the white jacket
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: that was found and that was ditched by the Tipic
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: killer and found up and held up and photographed by
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: the police that day and announced over the over the
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: police radio as white. So I think they probably just
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: switched out the Tipic killer's white jacket for Oswald's gray jacket. Maybe,
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: But can that jacket other than Marina can't be linked
- 1:16:57Speaker 2: to him.
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: Did Marine ever say that jacket was him?
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: So, uh, yes, in her in her testimony, yes, something
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: like that. Yeah, she was like, oh, that's Lee's. I
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: think she said it was like Lee's old shirt. But
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: you know, and people like, well, she spoke Russian, so
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: maybe she meant she said shirt instead of jacket. And
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: she also said, yeah, I think he had it on
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: him the night before. It's like, well, that's not possible
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: because they would be supposedly be at the rooming house.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: So because one thing old, the theory that it was
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: that Oswald was being impersonated that day is of course
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: the top ten rumor. But and if that was just
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: itself by itself, that would be phenomenally But we also
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: have from that same day and Oswald citing at the Jiffy,
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: the Jeffy mart Or whatever work.
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: Right, the Jeffy story.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, we bought peanut bread on your beer or something.
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: Yeah, let me read that, Yello. Yeah, let me read
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: that to you. So this is one of the Again,
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: one of the other weird things is that at eight
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: thirty am that morning, Oswald, of course was at work,
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: yet Oswald or when Oswald look alike, bought beer at
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: the Jiffy store in downtown Dallas. He showed the store
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: clerk his driver's license and said it said Lee Oswald
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: or h Lee Oswald according to the guy who checked
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: his ID, and he remembers the birth years being nineteen
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: thirty nine, and he said that the Oswald returned later
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: and bought beer and Pinco brittle, and he seemed nervous
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: as he paced the aisles as he ate the candy.
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: So that shows that either Oswald or Oswald impostor knows
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: that something's about to happen. He knows that the prep
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: probably that something's gonna go down, and he's Indian's nervous.
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: He's eating the candy and he's paced the aisles. So
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: does he something's about to happen? Yeah, the president, the
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: President's gonna get killed. So is that Oswald. Is that
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: the real Oswald doing that because he's involved in something?
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: Or is that another Oswald impersonating him because he's also
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: involved in something. And the citation for that is Warran
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: commissioned document seven pages seven thirty eight to seven forty
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: that was not published in the twenty six volumes.
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: For a good reason.
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: Yep, yeah, oh uh. Someone wrote beer and peanut burrow.
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: It's actually piico brittle, peco pico brittle.
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: What is pico brittle? Is that different? Peanut coconut ah
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: or peanut and cocoa nut?
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: Yes?
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: Pi coo.
- 1:19:46Speaker 3: Uh?
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: Interesting?
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, any other comments?
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: See like that claimed to me because I think he
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: did say later in the document he remembered the well name.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: He said, well, that sounds like a nice Jewish name
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: or something, right, And that's why it's stuck in his head.
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: I'd have to you know. In fact, the the citation
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: for that on the Mary Ferrol website is actually very blurred.
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: It's suspiciously blur for some reason, suspiciously blurred. But John
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: Armstrong on he he printed a good copy of that.
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: He published a good copy of that on his CD
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: wrong and I think it's on his website too, so
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: it's a little but it's a little blurred out, as
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: is the jet tip of autopsy, which is in the
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: Warrant Commission files. That's blurred out too. It's I can't
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: read shit. What is this talking about? What are they?
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: What are they doing? What are they doing? Now everything's
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: online and it's gorgeous, but you know, back in nineteen
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: sixty five of someone's researching is it's like they're not
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: giving us an inch. Only what's in the twenty six volames.
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: Well, they had really crappy printers back then. Apparently, yeah,
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: all right, got the second wallet? Then do you think
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: that a wallet was found at the Tippic crime scene
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: or no.
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: There was a wallet that turned up, But the tip
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: of crime scene, it's on film. It's on film next
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: to Jdie Tippet's pistol. It's there was a local news
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: crew and they filmed a cop and they filmed a
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: bunch of the cops on the scene. One of the
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: cops has Jeddi Tippets pistol in one hand and a
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: wallet in the other and they're looking at the wallet.
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: They're like thumbing through it, you know.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Like this. Yeah, so.
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: There are three witnesses there who FBI agent and two
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: cop two cops who said it who later said it
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: was and Oswald wallet. That's a tough one. That's a
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: real tough one. Rob, that's a real tough one. The
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: other option is that it could have been Ted Callaway's wallet.
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: It's Ted Callaway picked up Tippet's revolvers, let's go chase
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: it and said, let's go chase the son of a bitch.
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: And then Callaway was disarmed. You know, give me that,
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: and you know, give me that, you know what I mean,
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: And they disarmed him and that they really embarrassed him.
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: So is it possible that they took his wallet Friday?
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: You know?
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: And that that's why in the officer's hand he has
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: Tippets pistol which he got from Callaway. And is that
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: possibly Callaway's wallet. It's just an idea. It's just a working,
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: working theory. And Kenneth Kroy said that the piss that
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: he was that when he was given the pistol and
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: the wallet, he said that they came together.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: So Froy also said it was an Oswald wallet.
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: He he he said that, he said that, and then
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: in another interview he said, well, I just assumed it
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: wasn't Oswald's wallet, and I never saw Oswald's name inside
- 1:22:54Speaker 2: of there, so he was kind of contradictory on that.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: So yes, is it is it possible that a conspirator,
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: seeing an opportunity, went to the Tipic crime scene, turned
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: in the wallet and said to Croy, because all Croy
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: remembered was that some white male, some identified white male,
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: went to the approached him and said, here you go.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: The killer threw it down, which we know did not
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: happen because the Tipic killer did not throw any wallet down.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: So why is so why is this unidentified man turning
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: in this turning in a Oswald wallet to Kenneth Kroy saying, hey,
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: the killer threw it down, Here you go. I hope
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: this helps. And then the batman disappeared. So if that
- 1:23:39Speaker 2: could that have been a a conspirator going to the
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: crime scene and turning in a wallet to frame Oswald?
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: It could be Could it be Ted Kellaway's wallet, as
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: I just mentioned, which came with the which supposedly was
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: with maybe maybe we have a split. It could literally
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: go either way.
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: Or could it have been Larry Crayford with in his pocket.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: Supposedly in the wallet. Kenth Cray said there were seven
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: seven different identifications in the wallet and that none of
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: them were Oswald. And then he said and and but
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: then Agent Robert Barrett, No west Captain Westbrook was thumbing
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: through it, and he was He looked over at FBI
- 1:24:30Speaker 2: Agent Barrett and he said, do you know what Oswald? Nope?
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: Do you know what Hydel?
- 1:24:35Speaker 3: No?
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: Do you know what o h Lee No. He's like, huh.
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: So it's obvious that that that at least three Oswald
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: i ds are in the wallet, But it's just a
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: real hodgepodge. To try it's to try and make sense
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: of it. It could be it could be an Oswald
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: wallet that was turned into the scene by a conspirator,
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: or it could have been Ted Calloways would because Ted
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: Callaway was really embarrassed that he was disarmed, because Callaway
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: was a World War Two veteran. He was at Jimma
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: I think he was, and he was really embarrassed they disarmed,
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: they you know, give me that. So did he begrudgingly
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: give his wallet over because supposedly the Tippett's gun and
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: the wallet were came together. Could it I don't know.
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: In Callaway as I said, he was embarrassed, and he
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: never mentioned that and so and they were like, yeah,
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: we disarmed that guy. It's like Calloway never mentioned that
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: in any because he was embarrassed that he was disarmed
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: this tough guy. Tough guy got disarmed, so he never
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: mentioned it. And Myers del Myers asked him, was that
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: your wallet? Could it? Could this be your wallet? He
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: was like, no, no, nope, it wasn't my wallet. He said, nope,
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: it wasn't my wallet. And he said, well, when the
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: you turned in tippets revolver to the police, didn't you
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: did they ask you for ida? And he said nope,
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: I just said here you go, thank you very much,
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: which is bullshit because, as I said, they converged on
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: him and they disarmed him and they embarrassed him. So
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: could they have taken his wallet from him too? They
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: came together and that's why they're on film right next
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: to each other. Maybe maybe maybe, But then why would
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: three people, three two officers? An FBI agent say later
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: in life say, hey, there were there were always one
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: id's in there. You'll get that by it. Oopsie, oops, No,
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: maybe one person, but three people? Come on, come on,
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: I hope that I hope the.
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: And we got one here. This is Garrison. Garrison said
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: the tip of killing was part of the conspiracy, but
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: he didn't say, to my knowledge that Tippets assassin killed
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: him to frame l E h O.
- 1:26:59Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, that's one of the problems I really want
- 1:27:02Speaker 2: to know. It's like, who did Mark Lane think shot tip?
- 1:27:05Speaker 2: But who did Garrison think shot tip? But who did
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: Sylvia mar think shot tip? But I don't you know,
- 1:27:10Speaker 2: people didn't ask these questions, like all these top research
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: you know, who was Penn Jones's favorite suspect? Who was
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: Harold Weisberg's favorite. I mean, it's like, we don't know.
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: Well, the DPD didn't give a shit either, because they
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: stopped in uh, you know, investigating it after.
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: I remembered that they had district Henry Waite said, well,
- 1:27:32Speaker 2: we we didn't investigate his case at all. And Jim
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: Novel I mean and said, you know, we dropped the
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: case after two days, and Bill Alexander and all that
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: stud I mean, they're all admitting that they didn't investigate
- 1:27:54Speaker 2: the murder of a brother officer. And they're like in
- 1:27:57Speaker 2: Lavelle was like, yeah, we should have I should have
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: done what we did in normal cases, you know, gone
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: door knocking, gotten more witnesses, and it's like they do
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: that with a regular person, but not with brother officer.
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: Did you ever get a chance to meet Leville when
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: he was still alive.
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: Yes, but I was not interested in the Typic case
- 1:28:21Speaker 2: at that time. But he gave thousands of interviews over
- 1:28:25Speaker 2: the years, so he's he said everything he needed to say.
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: Yeah, and he stayed pretty consistent from what I've seen. Yeah,
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: although I wish he would have wrote a book or
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: we could see his files, and I'm sure he had.
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: Well you can, I mean you can. There's so there's
- 1:28:48Speaker 2: so many books that have that have his story in it,
- 1:28:52Speaker 2: like full chapter, you know, aunt you know, go to
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: read them, you know, Larry Sneed's book, his or his.
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: More Silence No More Silence.
- 1:29:03Speaker 2: So there's a big, lengthy chapter of his interview with Level,
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: so I would go there. You can watch his he
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: gave multiple interviews with the Six Form Museum. You can
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: watch that on their website. So yeah, I don't I
- 1:29:19Speaker 2: don't regret uh not asking uh Lavelle questions because he
- 1:29:27Speaker 2: he he would talk with anybody and he answered almost
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: every question there was, so anyway, what.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: What uh what did you think about? Is Mark Oak
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: still around?
- 1:29:39Speaker 2: He's still around. Yeah, yeah, he's still around.
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: He's still looking into the case in it or anything?
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: Yes and no, yes and no. He but he did
- 1:29:52Speaker 2: an he did a filmed interview with Jim Ovell. It's
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: on YouTube. Have you seen it?
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: Probably?
- 1:29:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: Yeah, he's got a couple I like watching. Did some
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: good work him and Brown Yeah he uh.
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: Yeah, Mark Oaks he he interviewed a lot of witnesses
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: on videotape in the nineties and he and uh, and
- 1:30:14Speaker 2: you can buy those from him.
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: So oh he's still peddling, Mark Oaks.
- 1:30:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: Nice.
- 1:30:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that's We're gonna read some more comments. Let's see.
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: Like I said, then, more question that it.
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: Might have been a witness's wallet that fell out while
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: tending the tippet. I don't was anybody, I.
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: Never heard huh anybody him? Like, uh, witness.
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: T. F.
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: Ballely when he came upon the scene, he rolled him
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: over and inspected him for life, inspected him for signs
- 1:30:55Speaker 2: of life. But again, we have three witnesses. They're saying
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: that three different forms of Oswald's i D were in
- 1:31:02Speaker 2: the wallet, so there was a question on that and
- 1:31:06Speaker 2: someone turned and someone turned in the wallet. As I said, so, no,
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: I don't think it could have been a witness's wallet
- 1:31:12Speaker 2: that fell out, because the wallet was delivered to the scene.
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: It was turned into the scene too to Officer croy
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: and and the killer. The person who turned it in said,
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: here you go. The killer threw it in the bushes.
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: So I was thinking, well, wait a minute, the typic
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: killer jumped the bushes when he ran the corner on
- 1:31:38Speaker 2: when he turned the corner onto on the patent. That's
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: what Ted Callaway saw. Ted Callorway looked down, he saw
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: the killer jump, jump the bushes and then run down
- 1:31:51Speaker 2: patent suits. I was like, is that possible? Could it?
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: You know, could alswall really have.
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: Could bushes it?
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: All? Well, I mean could the jump down? But but no,
- 1:32:04Speaker 2: that can't be because yeah, just for many different reasons, we.
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: Got our deep state specialist here, a tiny dancer says
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: the FBI and the DPD were the only investigative agency
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: with jurisdiction in both these killings. And that's all I
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: am able to say. Yep, this is true, and it
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: pretty much stopped with the tip of thing. I mean,
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: there were interviews after the fact that the FBI did
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: with some some really witnesses, but again not much. The
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: Warrant Commission talked to some of them as well, but
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: it never really went anywhere.
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: Like nobody, Oh, Robbie cut out? Still there, I lost
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: your robin. Can you guys hear me? You froze up?
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: It says, no connection? Oh am I the only one online.
- 1:33:19Speaker 2: Someone make a comment, did you guys lose the whole show?
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: Or can you only see me? You're the host? Now okay,
- 1:33:29Speaker 2: apparently I'm the host? Now okay, all right, I'll do
- 1:33:32Speaker 2: my best while we get robbed to come back on. Okay, comments,
- 1:33:38Speaker 2: Let's see. Sally writes, why would the killer throw their
- 1:33:46Speaker 2: wallet into the bushes? The killer did not throw the
- 1:33:48Speaker 2: wallet in the bushes.
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: The uh the.
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: That's the thing. The wallet was turned in and claimed
- 1:33:57Speaker 2: to have been thrown in the bushes, But we know
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: that didn't happen because who leaves their who leaves their
- 1:34:07Speaker 2: wallet behind after committing a murder, So we know that's
- 1:34:10Speaker 2: not true. So if that was a conspirator turning Oswald's
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: well into frame him, he did a really bad job
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: at saying, oh, he just threw it away as he fled. Okay,
- 1:34:24Speaker 2: and you guys can still hear me, Is that correct?
- 1:34:26Speaker 2: You guys can still see me and hear me. There
- 1:34:28Speaker 2: you go.
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: Hey, I'm back my internet.
- 1:34:31Speaker 2: I was the host for about three minutes, so I
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: trust you.
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: It's all good.
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: Could you hear me? Though?
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: I could not?
- 1:34:39Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: And then I realized, oh shit, no, I'm the one.
- 1:34:43Speaker 2: That let's see, let me see. I'm just looking at
- 1:34:50Speaker 2: some of the other.
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: Questions.
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: Well there may have been some way back we missed.
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: Who knows.
- 1:35:05Speaker 2: So anyway, Yeah, Jenny Tippet's murder was completely cast aside.
- 1:35:10Speaker 2: And in fact, when he was there wasn't even a
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: twenty one gun salute at his funeral. Did you know that? No,
- 1:35:18Speaker 2: it was not a twenty one gun salute, And there
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: wasn't even a flag given to his widow, even though
- 1:35:22Speaker 2: he was a veteran. There was no flag given to
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: his widow on his funeral line wonder, and that shocks
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: a lot of people. When I tell him that, and
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: they finally gave her one, like eight years ago or
- 1:35:36Speaker 2: something like that, they're like, oh, here you get better
- 1:35:38Speaker 2: late than never. Here you go, and they get.
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: And they have that monument up for a while, did they.
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: There at Yeah, so they have a historical plaque at
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: the tippets scene, and you know there's you know, forty
- 1:35:56Speaker 2: six things wrong with it, so not that much, but
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: there's a lot of stuff.
- 1:36:01Speaker 3: But uh.
- 1:36:03Speaker 2: But uh, someone wrote, I know Myers isn't your favorite source,
- 1:36:10Speaker 2: but do you place any I want to pull it
- 1:36:12Speaker 2: up on the screen.
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, let me scroll down here, there we go.
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: This is our buddy, will CPI deal.
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: All right, says I know Myers isn't your favorite source,
- 1:36:32Speaker 2: but do you place any mirror in his claim the
- 1:36:34Speaker 2: old boys told him what officer was visiting his side
- 1:36:39Speaker 2: piece and a house. Okay, so yeah, so very very
- 1:36:45Speaker 2: obscure detail, right, they're very obscure detail. Okay. So in
- 1:36:48Speaker 2: Gerald Posner's book Case Closed in nineteen ninety three, and
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: in Deal Myers's book in twenty eight in nineteen ninety
- 1:36:57Speaker 2: eight slash twenty thirteen, supposedly there was an officer in
- 1:37:02Speaker 2: one of those houses close to tenth and Patton having
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: an affair with a lady in the neighborhood, and supposedly
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: he saw Oswald or the killer flee and who knows,
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: maybe that could have been the second cop car that
- 1:37:21Speaker 2: was getting the hell out of there out of the
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: driveway that Doris Holland saw. Maybe maybe that was Maybe
- 1:37:29Speaker 2: that was maybe.
- 1:37:31Speaker 1: Because they would have had to back up the driveway
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: back to the alley and then leave because Tippa was
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: kind of blocking the driveway a little bit there where
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: he was there.
- 1:37:39Speaker 2: They couldn't have been in between the houses in the
- 1:37:42Speaker 2: driveway because they're structures there, but they could have been
- 1:37:45Speaker 2: in the alley, like like here's the driveway, oh way
- 1:37:50Speaker 2: back in the alley. Yeah. Yeah, so maybe that's but
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: we can't prove that. And uh uh Gerald Posner and
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: Dale Marks have the name of the officer, but they
- 1:38:02Speaker 2: did not release it for some reason. If they do,
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: maybe that'll clear some things up. Yeah you see structures, Yeah,
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: there's no huh in the back Yeah, in the back
- 1:38:16Speaker 2: you were looking Yeah yeah, yeah, so there's.
- 1:38:19Speaker 1: Not like a driveway going down in between.
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: Yeah. So her so her house is to the to
- 1:38:23Speaker 2: the right around the corner on Patent And I showed
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: this in my video with jess uh Canal on her channel.
- 1:38:31Speaker 2: We go to this, uh to these locations and I
- 1:38:36Speaker 2: point out where the houses were and everything. So, yeah,
- 1:38:41Speaker 2: she could not Doris Holen could not have seen the
- 1:38:45Speaker 2: draw in between the houses and the driveway, but she
- 1:38:47Speaker 2: could have seen the alley. So if her if her
- 1:38:53Speaker 2: story is credible, if her story is credible.
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: Yeah, a lot of those houses have changed since then.
- 1:38:58Speaker 2: Yeah, there are only two houses in the in that
- 1:39:03Speaker 2: on tenth Street, in that area that are the exact same.
- 1:39:07Speaker 1: Yeah, it was no, I remember, it was not a
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: good part of town.
- 1:39:10Speaker 2: It's just the it's just the and it's just in
- 1:39:13Speaker 2: those two houses they've they've gutted, they've gutted the inside
- 1:39:20Speaker 2: of it, inside of them. Obviously, it's only the outside
- 1:39:24Speaker 2: of the house that's the same, So it's not really
- 1:39:26Speaker 2: the same house.
- 1:39:27Speaker 1: Well, I know nobody said anything to us the first
- 1:39:30Speaker 1: year we were there, but in the ensuing years has
- 1:39:33Speaker 1: anybody that lives there come out and said anything to you.
- 1:39:39Speaker 2: I did find a witness who was the son of
- 1:39:43Speaker 2: the the Duch Motors come of the of the Duch
- 1:39:48Speaker 2: Motors company or the Harris Brothers company. That was the
- 1:39:52Speaker 2: lot that Ted Callaway worked at, Ted Callaway and Sam Ginyard.
- 1:39:57Speaker 2: The owner mister Harris. His I was thirteen years old
- 1:40:03Speaker 2: at the time and he was there with them and
- 1:40:05Speaker 2: they heard the shots, and he was behind Ted Callaway,
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: thirteen year old kid there, so he saw Oswalt or
- 1:40:11Speaker 2: the killer whoever, the killer whoever. So he's so he
- 1:40:16Speaker 2: had the same experience that Callaway had, only he was
- 1:40:19Speaker 2: just behind Callaway and his name, and he and his
- 1:40:24Speaker 2: dad got him the hell hell out of there because
- 1:40:27Speaker 2: he didn't want this thirteen year old kid to be
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: questioned by cops and all that stuff.
- 1:40:32Speaker 1: So I.
- 1:40:34Speaker 2: I interviewed him and on the scene, and he came
- 1:40:37Speaker 2: to one of my Tipic gatherings on one of the anniversaries.
- 1:40:41Speaker 2: He was my our keynote speaker, which is weird because
- 1:40:47Speaker 2: it's just a gathering. Yeah, he's our kidnotes Baker. So yeah,
- 1:40:52Speaker 2: but you do you do?
- 1:40:55Speaker 1: You do?
- 1:40:55Speaker 2: Hear a lot of little side stories in town, like oh, yeah,
- 1:40:59Speaker 2: I remember JD. He worked at Austin's Barbecue and he
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: he's just helped sliced lemons there and uh uh. There's
- 1:41:10Speaker 2: a woman who said he yeah, I was a kid,
- 1:41:12Speaker 2: and he was. He didn't give he saw that we
- 1:41:16Speaker 2: were poored. He didn't right give us a he didn't
- 1:41:21Speaker 2: give us a tick yet, he just he just gave
- 1:41:24Speaker 2: us a warning, and we thought that was very friendly
- 1:41:26Speaker 2: of him. And that was Officer Tippet's nickname in the area,
- 1:41:31Speaker 2: officer friendly, officer friendly.
- 1:41:33Speaker 1: So yeah, David says, I think the Oswald person got
- 1:41:36Speaker 1: out of the second cop car and killed Tippet and
- 1:41:39Speaker 1: Tippett was lured there and that's why the second cop
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: car fled.
- 1:41:44Speaker 2: What do you mean by the Oswald person? What does
- 1:41:46Speaker 2: that mean?
- 1:41:46Speaker 1: Whoever shot Tippet got out of the second cop car
- 1:41:51Speaker 1: and then the cop car took off and do that
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: to flee on foot?
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: She couldn't She couldn't have seen any cop car in
- 1:42:00Speaker 2: between those two houses, as I said, At best she
- 1:42:04Speaker 2: could have seen the leaving leaving the crime scene through
- 1:42:11Speaker 2: the back alley, but she couldn't seem between the houses.
- 1:42:13Speaker 2: She was on Patent Street, she wasn't on tenth Street.
- 1:42:16Speaker 1: Yeah, but that's a possible scenario there.
- 1:42:19Speaker 2: Well, that's sort of what the Roscale White story is.
- 1:42:22Speaker 2: And real quickly, the Roscale White story is that Roscoe
- 1:42:25Speaker 2: White was working for the CIA. He was the grassy
- 1:42:27Speaker 2: old gunman. He he ah rendezvous with Jeddie Tippett and
- 1:42:35Speaker 2: they picked up Oswald from the roomhouse, which would explain
- 1:42:39Speaker 2: Early and Roberts seeing the cop car drive by the
- 1:42:44Speaker 2: house with the two cops in it, and they said
- 1:42:46Speaker 2: they Roscoe said that they picked Oswald up, and uh,
- 1:42:50Speaker 2: something went wrong and Oswald left the car and fled
- 1:42:59Speaker 2: the car, and Jeddi Tippett said to Roscoe, rock, I'm
- 1:43:05Speaker 2: gonna have to turn you in. We're gonna have to
- 1:43:06Speaker 2: go downtown to figure this out. And uh, Roscoe did
- 1:43:11Speaker 2: not have that happened, so he so that's why he
- 1:43:15Speaker 2: killed Jenny Tippett. And it's possible that Oswald left the
- 1:43:20Speaker 2: car and that they were looking for Oswald. That's why
- 1:43:22Speaker 2: Tippett supposedly stopped. Could that could be the reason why
- 1:43:26Speaker 2: Tippet stopped James Andrews and looked in his back seat
- 1:43:30Speaker 2: or something like that. It's just a possibility, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly,
- 1:43:35Speaker 2: And so you know, Tippet's driving around looking for Oswald possibly,
- 1:43:40Speaker 2: and then Roscoe is like walking up and down the
- 1:43:42Speaker 2: alleys or walking down the streets and that's why he
- 1:43:44Speaker 2: was walking. And then they met and then Tippet says,
- 1:43:47Speaker 2: I'm gonna take you in. He gets out and then
- 1:43:49Speaker 2: Roscoe shoots him and then run and then runs away.
- 1:43:53Speaker 2: Maybe we don't know, we don't know.
- 1:43:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it's all over the place, as with anything else
- 1:43:58Speaker 1: in this case, right, I.
- 1:43:59Speaker 2: Mean, yeah, all, yeah, this is what This is what
- 1:44:04Speaker 2: Roscoe White wrote in his diary which was found by
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: his son in nineteen eighty two.
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: Okay, before it was stolen by the FBI.
- 1:44:18Speaker 2: Yeah, so Roscoe wrote in his diary quote, and this
- 1:44:23Speaker 2: is Lebanon, which is a co He says, Lebanon, sixth floor.
- 1:44:31Speaker 2: So the shoot in the sixth floor saw records buildings.
- 1:44:34Speaker 2: So the shot in the records building Mandarin, which is
- 1:44:37Speaker 2: Roscoe White's code name. Stockage fence. This is shots fired
- 1:44:43Speaker 2: from upper buildings for diversion. Shots fired looks as if
- 1:44:48Speaker 2: target was hit. And this is in Dealey Plaza for
- 1:44:51Speaker 2: those who are listening. Shots fired, looks as if target
- 1:44:54Speaker 2: was hit. Shot from fence, definite hit man on other
- 1:44:58Speaker 2: side of man on the other side of the fence
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: in the way that would be Gordon Ronald. Shots again
- 1:45:05Speaker 2: from upper buildings, no hit target, open fired, definite hit.
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: Gun retrieved by man to the side, took to railroad area.
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: So that's the second man on the grassy mill that
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: Lee Bowers and supposedly saw hand the rifle to the
- 1:45:23Speaker 2: other person, supposedly throw it in the trunk of the car,
- 1:45:25Speaker 2: you know, and the Roscoe White rights. He continues on
- 1:45:32Speaker 2: and says he quote world over the fence, took man
- 1:45:37Speaker 2: down to protect myself, like that Gordonald when he kicks
- 1:45:40Speaker 2: him and takes his film away. Maybe I don't know.
- 1:45:43Speaker 2: Drove to oak Cliff, met officer told officer not to
- 1:45:47Speaker 2: drive by house. Something was at this point wrong. Forced
- 1:45:51Speaker 2: to take out officer at tenth and patent not going
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: as planned. Backtrack to car, Drove back to the area
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: of takeout to locate other passes that would be Oswald.
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: Failed to transport subject to Redbird Airfield that would be Oswald.
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: Realize what a mistake I had made. Hope it is
- 1:46:08Speaker 2: all over. Back to DPD awaiting information. So if we're
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: to believe Ricky why and uh Roscolle his father Roscolle
- 1:46:18Speaker 2: why he's the only one who wrote who confessed to
- 1:46:23Speaker 2: killing Kennedy and Jeddie Tippett in his diary right here.
- 1:46:29Speaker 2: So it's pretty heavy step. And as I say, Larry Harris,
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: he believed this, and I mean there's not a lot
- 1:46:35Speaker 2: just like I mean Larry. Just like with Larry Crafford,
- 1:46:39Speaker 2: there's not a lot of information to go on there.
- 1:46:40Speaker 2: I mean, I can accept it, but can I prove it?
- 1:46:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean the only thing with Crayford is, you know,
- 1:46:48Speaker 1: he's I think he's responsible for a lot of these
- 1:46:51Speaker 1: Oswald sightings with Ruby for sure.
- 1:46:54Speaker 2: Who oh, I don't know.
- 1:46:59Speaker 1: I'm sure this call Ruby with Oswald. I'm you know,
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: like in Lucas, Lucas BnB restaurant. I mean we know
- 1:47:07Speaker 1: from what Jack Ruby said and Craper that they were
- 1:47:10Speaker 1: he was at the restaurant, but the ways swore uping down.
- 1:47:12Speaker 1: Ruby was there eating with Oswald. Yep, but again who knows.
- 1:47:21Speaker 1: You know, Oswald's being impersonated all over the place from
- 1:47:25Speaker 1: you know, even in Mexico to Dallas, and.
- 1:47:29Speaker 2: Uh it's pretty yeah, it's pretty hard, especially these days,
- 1:47:34Speaker 2: to say that was not. But you know, author Rest
- 1:47:39Speaker 2: in Peace researcher David Lifton, who was one of my mentors.
- 1:47:44Speaker 2: He believed that there were no os were no Oswald
- 1:47:49Speaker 2: doubles or lookalikes. He thinks Oswald actually did all those things.
- 1:47:54Speaker 2: Test of the car. He thinks Oswald bought the Pico Britto.
- 1:47:57Speaker 2: He thinks Oswald went and got a gun. Part was
- 1:48:00Speaker 2: at the rifle range saying, you know, saying I'm gonna
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: kill Kennedy. Yeah, so I was like, that's interesting. So
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: he thinks Oswald actually really, actually really did do all
- 1:48:13Speaker 2: those things, but that he was being he was putting
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: on a he was being a fake, he was being
- 1:48:19Speaker 2: a provocateur. He was he he was what's the word
- 1:48:23Speaker 2: I'm looking for, he was double agent? Double agent.
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: Does he think that Oswell was doing this all on
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: his own or was he being told to do this stuff?
- 1:48:33Speaker 2: Well, Uh, that's kind of a tricky one because he
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: died before is his his Oswald book came out, But
- 1:48:41Speaker 2: hopefully that will be released.
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: The Final Charade.
- 1:48:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I know a couple I know someone or one
- 1:48:49Speaker 2: or two people who have the manuscript. And there's a
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: good book by some guy who got to know him
- 1:48:57Speaker 2: the last five years of his life, and he apparently
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: required a bunch of their conversations and transcribed them and
- 1:49:05Speaker 2: put them into a book that you can buy on Amazon.
- 1:49:08Speaker 2: It's called Conversations with David Lifted. You can buy that.
- 1:49:12Speaker 2: So if Final, if Final Charade, the book never comes out,
- 1:49:15Speaker 2: then at least we have that book because it's like,
- 1:49:18Speaker 2: you know, condensed version of it. Yeah, so uh, let's see, Roscoe,
- 1:49:28Speaker 2: what's for I'm just looking at the questions, right, Is
- 1:49:33Speaker 2: there is there independent evidence that White and Tippett knew
- 1:49:36Speaker 2: each other?
- 1:49:37Speaker 1: No?
- 1:49:38Speaker 2: No, no, there's not. Roscoe. White did not join the
- 1:49:45Speaker 2: academy until December. He was what you call a apprentice
- 1:49:49Speaker 2: police police officer.
- 1:49:53Speaker 1: Yeah, in the photography, like Sally says here allegedly.
- 1:50:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:50:00Speaker 1: Yeah, And I know Armstrong has some wild ass theories
- 1:50:06Speaker 1: about everything, frankly, but you know, he's done a lot
- 1:50:11Speaker 1: of good research. He's accumulated a lot of good documents, and.
- 1:50:16Speaker 2: I'm really sure about all the stuff he's written in
- 1:50:18Speaker 2: the past couple of years. But his book, Carvey and
- 1:50:21Speaker 2: Lee is pretty solid. Is solid.
- 1:50:23Speaker 1: Yeah, the research is solid. I'm just not convinced of
- 1:50:27Speaker 1: the premise, if you know what I'm saying.
- 1:50:30Speaker 2: Oh yeah, he thinks like that that they were to Oswald's,
- 1:50:36Speaker 2: like raced from birth by the CIA and all that stuff.
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: So yeah, I mean, but everyone agreed. Yeah, and he
- 1:50:41Speaker 2: thinks that in Oswald. Look at one of the that
- 1:50:45Speaker 2: the Oswald look alike shot Jeddy Tippitt. I I do
- 1:50:49Speaker 2: not think that it was an Oswald look alike who
- 1:50:51Speaker 2: shot Tipp based on the eyewitness descriptions of the killer
- 1:50:55Speaker 2: they don't match.
- 1:50:56Speaker 1: And he's got tipp it Harvey took the fall.
- 1:51:00Speaker 2: Yeah. I wonder how that feels, because it's like no
- 1:51:06Speaker 2: one on either side but wholeheardly buys John Armstrong's theories.
- 1:51:11Speaker 2: They just picked believe some of his stuff. I believe this.
- 1:51:13Speaker 2: I don't believe that, you know.
- 1:51:15Speaker 1: So one thing that I did see I came across
- 1:51:18Speaker 1: and that.
- 1:51:18Speaker 2: Must be hard for no one to fully buy your conclusion.
- 1:51:24Speaker 1: David brings it up. Did Roscoe White work at Jagger's
- 1:51:27Speaker 1: child stove?
- 1:51:28Speaker 3: All?
- 1:51:30Speaker 1: I think? Greg Lowry said that.
- 1:51:32Speaker 2: I believe so, Yeah, I believe so. Yeah. They both
- 1:51:37Speaker 2: rex Marines, both are with the same Japanese air base. Yeah,
- 1:51:41Speaker 2: there's even a supposed photo of them together. But and
- 1:51:44Speaker 2: they're like, well that's Ross, that's Roscoe behind Oswald, and
- 1:51:49Speaker 2: it's like it's we can't tell who that is, you know,
- 1:51:54Speaker 2: we can't tell who that is.
- 1:51:58Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a lot of smoke there, you know, with
- 1:52:00Speaker 1: the plump on his arm and the way he's standing
- 1:52:02Speaker 1: in some photo. Yeahtography.
- 1:52:04Speaker 2: Yeah, Uh, it is true that Roscoe White took home,
- 1:52:08Speaker 2: as did a bunch of the other cops. They took
- 1:52:13Speaker 2: home souvenirs, pieces of evidence. And what Roscoe White and
- 1:52:18Speaker 2: another cop had was the third backyard photo of Oswald.
- 1:52:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:52:23Speaker 2: Yeah, so people are saying, and when Ricky found, when
- 1:52:30Speaker 2: his son Ricky found opened up his foot locker and
- 1:52:33Speaker 2: found the diary and all of his dad's possessions, you know,
- 1:52:36Speaker 2: all that stuff he had, you know, photos of Tippett
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: and Oswald, And people are like, oh, that proves that
- 1:52:41Speaker 2: he knew them. It's like, no, it proves that he
- 1:52:44Speaker 2: was interested in the case, and he took he took
- 1:52:47Speaker 2: he had copies, you know, copies of Tippet. He worked
- 1:52:51Speaker 2: on the force, so he had access to make two Yeah,
- 1:52:55Speaker 2: to take souvenirs home. I mean, and even and even
- 1:52:58Speaker 2: if he didn't do that, those very common photos that
- 1:53:01Speaker 2: he had in his possession. The only one that wasn't
- 1:53:04Speaker 2: common was the third backyard photo that his widow gave
- 1:53:08Speaker 2: to the Palace Assassinations Committee in the seventies and which
- 1:53:11Speaker 2: is online now.
- 1:53:14Speaker 1: The Dallas Police did not turn over all their evidence
- 1:53:17Speaker 1: to the FBI, and they held some ship back, you know.
- 1:53:20Speaker 2: And they took some stuff home a souvenirs. Yeah, pull,
- 1:53:25Speaker 2: that's comment about.
- 1:53:26Speaker 1: His sure, since the original diary was either stolen or lost,
- 1:53:33Speaker 1: the diary we have we have is from his son's
- 1:53:36Speaker 1: memory or Geneva's. His wife, Geneva faked a copy of
- 1:53:39Speaker 1: Roscoe's diary as well.
- 1:53:41Speaker 2: Okay, so here's what happened there. Ricky White and his
- 1:53:46Speaker 2: wife Tricia have memorized the diary entry, which a lot
- 1:53:51Speaker 2: of people don't realize. I bring that up and people
- 1:53:54Speaker 2: are like, what we have? We know exactly what Roscoe
- 1:53:59Speaker 2: wrote in his in his diary because his son Ricky
- 1:54:04Speaker 2: and his wife memorized it. They read it over and
- 1:54:06Speaker 2: over and over from nineteen eighty two to nineteen eighty
- 1:54:10Speaker 2: eight or something like that, and they both independently were
- 1:54:14Speaker 2: called from memory exactly what it says.
- 1:54:16Speaker 1: So we do have.
- 1:54:17Speaker 2: So we don't have the diary because it was still
- 1:54:19Speaker 2: by the FBI, but we have the memorization. But the
- 1:54:22Speaker 2: reason why the Roscoe White story crashed and burned in
- 1:54:27Speaker 2: nineteen ninety one or something like that, was because Geneva,
- 1:54:33Speaker 2: Roscoe's widow, said oh, I have this other diary right here,
- 1:54:38Speaker 2: and she faked it, and the news and the news
- 1:54:43Speaker 2: news news media thought.
- 1:54:46Speaker 1: She thought she was thought, huh they ate or alive
- 1:54:49Speaker 1: over it.
- 1:54:49Speaker 2: Yeah, they thought she was talking. They thought she was
- 1:54:53Speaker 2: admitting to faking the original diary. No, no, no, no,
- 1:54:56Speaker 2: no no, it's like no, no no. That original diary
- 1:54:59Speaker 2: was Roscoe. It was stolen. And then later Geneva said, oh,
- 1:55:03Speaker 2: I have another one. So the media didn't understand. And
- 1:55:06Speaker 2: that's why this whole thing is crashed and burned. That's
- 1:55:08Speaker 2: why there was never.
- 1:55:12Speaker 1: Some crazy stuff coming out.
- 1:55:13Speaker 2: Confused. Even researcher Dave Perry confused that whenever I interviewed
- 1:55:19Speaker 2: him on Roscoe why he said, oh, she was caught
- 1:55:22Speaker 2: faking the faking diary entries. And I said, no, Dave,
- 1:55:26Speaker 2: he's she created another diary the original. It's totally separate
- 1:55:31Speaker 2: from and he was just like silence. I don't think
- 1:55:35Speaker 2: he even realized that he's the big expert on Roscoe White.
- 1:55:39Speaker 2: So so yeah, and Ricky White says, you know, my
- 1:55:47Speaker 2: mother faked that diary. I don't know why she did that,
- 1:55:49Speaker 2: but you know, she shot us all on the foot.
- 1:55:51Speaker 2: She shot shot our credibility. But he says, but the
- 1:55:55Speaker 2: truth is is that is that I'm telling the truth.
- 1:55:58Speaker 2: My dad left this diary behind where he says that
- 1:56:01Speaker 2: he killed.
- 1:56:02Speaker 1: Kennedy and.
- 1:56:04Speaker 2: Yeah, and I memorized it and it was stolen by
- 1:56:07Speaker 2: the FBI.
- 1:56:09Speaker 1: Wow, all right, man, I think we're coming up here
- 1:56:13Speaker 1: on almost two hours, dude.
- 1:56:16Speaker 2: I joined about ten minutes in.
- 1:56:19Speaker 1: All good. Well, look, man, I appreciate you coming on
- 1:56:23Speaker 1: and hanging out with us and talking some tipp it.
- 1:56:25Speaker 1: You know, I've been wanting to get you on here
- 1:56:27Speaker 1: for a while and I'm glad to finally get you
- 1:56:28Speaker 1: on here and.
- 1:56:30Speaker 2: Again because there's just so much to talk about. I mean,
- 1:56:34Speaker 2: I could literally go on for two hours without repeating myself.
- 1:56:37Speaker 2: It's just there's just so much. Never just I realized

- 1:56:44Speaker 2: just like with the kassassination, this tip of thing, it
- 1:56:46Speaker 2: never ends either, even though it was a smaller crime
- 1:56:49Speaker 2: in a smaller area with lesser witnesses, just like with
- 1:56:52Speaker 2: the kaossassination. For some reason, it never ends. There's always

- 1:56:57Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I have to get you back on and
- 1:56:59Speaker 1: maybe getting into some of the medical stuff as well,
- 1:57:01Speaker 1: because I'm not too hip on a lot of it,
- 1:57:04Speaker 1: and I get confused with a lot of it as well,
- 1:57:09Speaker 1: so we can definitely do that in the future. But man,
