- 0:00You know what, I'm starting to feel it and I'm not even in school.
- 0:02I'm not even a teacher, but I know last days of school are
- 0:06coming up here, and the vibes are just through the roof, right.
- 0:09Oh, I will never forget the last day of school vibes like track and
- 0:12field day that you guys say that too, Are you kidding me? Yes
- 0:16see, I have a lot of trauma with track and field day. Oh
- 0:19well, because growing up, you know, it was always like the goal
- 0:22of the guys anyway to be on the relay team, right, the fastest
- 0:26relay team, all the cool guys. Yeah, and so I got the
- 0:29invite, you know, thankfully not the fastest guy, but I wasn't slow
- 0:33by any means. And so the first year I was on, like the
- 0:35team with the cool guys, I dropped the baton, yeah, on the
- 0:40exchange. That's traumatizing, cost the team the race. Well, next year,
- 0:44I started campaigning early because I knew it was gonna be out built bad.
- 0:46I'll get back on the team so reluctantly. What campaign consists of walking
- 0:52around with the baton, you know, just fluffing up the cool guys,
- 0:56telling them how cool they are, with their jailed hair and they're fluffing them
- 0:59up. Yeah, well there were kids, Amanda, relax, and so
- 1:03they let me on the team and I was running what's the last person called
- 1:07the anchor or something. So I'm the last guy in the race and I'm
- 1:11winning, you know, supposed to be the fastest. Well not necessarily,
- 1:15but for whatever reason, I'm I got a good ten yards on the dude
- 1:18behind me, Like we are just free reign to the finish line, and
- 1:23I to this day don't know what happened, but I tripped, absolutely,
- 1:29that's tripped on the ground. Trip Oh none, the finish line, tripped
- 1:34before the finish line. So we end up finishing second. I mean,
- 1:38and your senior year non do track and field in high school? This is
- 1:42elementary school. Oh we didn't like there was a track team in high school?
- 1:47Like time is weird for me. Imagine making a bunch of seventeen year
- 1:49olds about to go off to college race each other entertainment senior skip day.
- 1:55Oh Yeah, anyway, long story short, I was a big loser and
- 1:57never got to run on a relay again. That's a bummer, but still
- 2:00like, yeah, you're right, the like outdoor stuff, you know,
- 2:02occasionally the teachers will let you do class outside. Oh yeah, chalk.
- 2:07I think they do like a chalk party now for a lot of elementary schools,
- 2:12and they bring out music and do that. Don't you remember just counting
- 2:15down the days till summer? I still think years later, I don't know
- 2:19if anything could replicate the feeling of getting out of school for the summer.
- 2:22Yeah, cleaning out your locker and making plans, signing year books. That's
- 2:28still a thing, right, signing your books. I think that I was
- 2:31just say I hope that doesn't go away, because there is something about that.
- 2:36And then going back, I mean, we've done it a few times
- 2:37where you go back and read it, you're like, stay cool this summer.
- 2:43Hey, you'll have to hit me up. And then they put the
- 2:45phone numbers in there. It's like, you know you, why would I
- 2:46call you? Were? But then all summer long calling your friends their parents
- 2:52answering yes, and to me, like the best memory of summer baseball in
- 2:58the summer growing up, you know, it was just the something about summer
- 3:01mornings with your buddies throwing the ball around. Oh man, the best times
- 3:06I've ever had. Like we grew up in a generation where we would just
- 3:07like we'd go to summer wreck in the morning and then I mean we had
- 3:12a town. Gosh, I sound old, but it still does. In
- 3:15Deer Creek has the town bell or like the thing goes off and that's when
- 3:19you just knew you had to go. Yeah, you're just like be gone
- 3:23all day on your bike. Oh yeah, going up to wherever get like
- 3:25the huge we used to get the huge icis running up to the gas station
- 3:30in town or whatever. Oh and Glenn and we were all up in that
- 3:32tasty freeze. Oh yeah, it's not that tasty freeze, don't was the
- 3:39one in Glen Separate entities. Everybody just went what I would never know.
- 3:47I used to tip them like crazy. Also, speaking of what happened to
- 3:53that, I don't know. That was a one day excitement drama and now
- 3:55it's over. But I don't know. I think it's still operating. So
- 3:58there's that I used to have. We lived like three and a half miles
- 4:01out of Glendon on the high on Highway nine. Did you ride your bike
- 4:04in every day every day? Had to parents made me I'm like I was.
- 4:09I remember being so mad about it and it did suck. It was
- 4:12driving down a gravel road which is like really gravelly and my mountain bike.
- 4:16It was like very windy and it seemed like the wind was always blowing in
- 4:19my face. It was you think you could do that bike right now?
- 4:23I mean, honestly thinking about it. I was just think it'd be quite
- 4:25easy. Where was I just at? Oh? We read a hotel pool
- 4:29over the weekend and the kids wanted me to go in and there, and
- 4:30Michellan said, like swim laps. She had her life jacket and stuff on,
- 4:33but she's wanting to do this, and I'm going you forget how exhausting
- 4:38it is. We'd swim from sun up to sundown. But swimming in a
- 4:42couple of laps these days not as easy as it used to be. It's
- 4:45a full body workout, that's for sure. Even staying underwater that long,
- 4:48these lungs can't handle it. I was trying to go across the pool like
- 4:54under the water. Oh, really, isn't that the best for you?
- 4:57Got your eyes close, You're just feeling and you're like, I gotta be
- 5:00close. I gotta be so close to this wall. Then you come up,
- 5:02don't or you come up and you're like halfway across the pool, like
- 5:06it a minute in the morning, big Nutty eight point seven. The buzz
- 5:10is just building that in Sync is getting back together, and the reason being
- 5:15Chris Kirkpatrick, who I'm told can get is bleep kicked. According to Eminem,
- 5:18he did an interview yesterday with TMZ and he said this about in Sync.
- 5:21Yeah, no, I can. I can honestly tell you there there's
- 5:24been a lot of discussion and when it comes to labels, you know there's
- 5:28still certain things that were owed, so you know that stuff Saul will fall
- 5:32into place, but you know there has been discussion with the five of us
- 5:35about you know, possibilities of future endeavors together as the band, bringing the
- 5:41band back. So basically it's just kind of crossing the t's and dott in
- 5:45the eyes about getting something in writing. Okay, So to me, that
- 5:48doesn't sound like it's a maybe. It sounds like it's happening, just a
- 5:51matter of when and what I mean, That's what it feels like until Justin
- 5:56Timberlake dishes like, yes, it's happening. Because when they all got back
- 6:00together last November and recorded a couple of songs together, for Justin Timberlake.
- 6:05I thought Justin Timberlake made a statement. It was just kind of like,
- 6:09yeah, we got together for a couple of songs and just helping him that's
- 6:12bad stuff. I think he's realizing. I don't know. I feel like
- 6:15him as a solo artist, it's been an incredible run. Don't go right,
- 6:17But don't you feel like in this age of nostalgia where so many other
- 6:20bands and groups are getting back together and making a ton of money touring,
- 6:25Like, you can't tell me his tour right now? An INSYNCT tour.
- 6:29Yeah, there's five of them, so they got split in a bunch of
- 6:30ways, but I feel like they would do well. I think financially it
- 6:33would make sense. Now he's got kids at home and you know, Amanda,
- 6:35it's not cheap, it is not. But I think he would be
- 6:39just fine. My girlfriends and I, so first concert ever went to was
- 6:43in Sync at the Fargodome Black opened up for him. It was incredible.
- 6:47Everything about it was amazing. And so a couple of my girlfriends that I
- 6:50went with they are turning forty in September, so last November that was kind
- 6:55of the conversation if they reuniting go out on tour. This would be like
- 6:59the best, Like let's get together, fly somewhere and go do it.
- 7:01It'd it'd be perfect, perfect. We'll see if it happens. I know
- 7:04a lot of people saying that, like they've already started selling all of their
- 7:08personal belongings in preparation for what these ticket prices would likely be. We actually
- 7:12have a message here from Samantha. She says the rumor started towrillly in last
- 7:15November, and I started saving money just in case it's a win win though,
- 7:18because otherwise I'll still have the money in case they don't go back out
- 7:23on tour. It's true, it's a good saving strategy, not bad at
- 7:25all. We're wondering, though, who other than in Sync needs to reunite.
- 7:29What reunion do you want to see? It doesn't have to be music,
- 7:31doesn't have to be a band. It could be it could be a
- 7:33TV show, it could be yeah, anything really seven oh one two eight
- 7:36h one ninety eight seven. I do have to add. Eric made a
- 7:41comment under Big ninety eight point seven facebook page. Obviously a big in Sync
- 7:44fan, He said, quote, they're old is dirt. Plus I never
- 7:47see Big boys dance like that or move they almost need their walkers and they
- 7:53are not all that great. That's from Eric big out. I mean they
- 7:57could just like stand there and I'd still be good. Just a big boys.
- 8:01I mean Joey's you know, I think he's still looking. He's husky,
- 8:05but he's sent me the biggest he can no strings attach it anymore.
- 8:09I mean they could spin around, get them on a treadmill. Leading up
- 8:11to the tour, they'll be oh gosh, you know one that well.
- 8:15Of course we've been talking kind of the Spice Girl situation. Uh, there's
- 8:18always one that makes it not happen. We've got Victoria, We've got justin
- 8:22Timberlake. And then the other one for me would be Destiny's Child. Absolutely,
- 8:26but trend here where there's the one that's just obviously doing better than the
- 8:30others and they're like, hey, let's do it. Not really, that
- 8:33would be great. I don't know why Victoria is held out so long.
- 8:37Just do it, and it's like, was she really sing it anyway?
- 8:39Spin around a little bit, yeah, I mean we saw the moves.
- 8:41The girl still got it from her? What was there her fiftieth birthday party?
- 8:46I would love to see you like a full on Seinfeld reunion, as
- 8:48weird as it is because you know they're just older now. But I'm all
- 8:50about I love a little nostalge, you know, no, I hear you
- 8:52know. Another good TV show i'd like to see come back would be Scrubs.
- 8:58You know, I never really Superman, never really got into that.
- 9:01I had a lot of friends that loved that. Though. What were you
- 9:03doing? You're the weirdest upbringing the solding girls, designing women? What else
- 9:09did I watch? Are you afraid of the dark? So you grew up
- 9:11as a retired woman? Take a man in the morning ninety seven? Now,
- 9:16without further ado, presenting this next story is our own, Amandali.
- 9:20Oh stop it all right? How many relationships do you think it takes to
- 9:22find the one? You can either go back with your past or just give
- 9:28me a guess. How many? Just the one people I know, including
- 9:33myself, how many it takes? Usually probably three. I feel like it's
- 9:37the third one. Is the charm? Is the charm? Yeah? Why
- 9:41would you have some sort of study or something? I do. I have
- 9:43some research here that says you have to date an average of three point seventy
- 9:48five partners. According to new research, before you find the one three point
- 9:52seventy five, just three points seven be hard. I'm like to be hard
- 9:56to find that three quarter person. I was worried about that point up and
- 10:00five with those like one night, which is like physically like I missing some
- 10:05no idea, they say it find some people it takes on average about eight
- 10:11relationships to find the one. Well, what qualifies as a relationship, Like
- 10:15how long do you have to have to bend together? You know, you
- 10:16have to like get to the point of getting serious or it is one They
- 10:22don't discuss exactly what a relationship is. I don't know. I feel like
- 10:26you got to burn one at least, you know. And I know people
- 10:28who are still together with the first person they've ever been with. Yeah,
- 10:31high school sweethearts, and like, it's not to say it can't work,
- 10:35but I think we can all agree there's a lot of changing and growing up
- 10:39that goes on between you know, when you're a teenager literal child, and
- 10:45a thirty year old and forty year old, you know, and you can
- 10:46either choose to grow together or you're unfortunately maybe gonna grow apart. And some
- 10:50people get lucky I don't even I don't know if it's luck or like you
- 10:54said, you choose to grow together, but it's you know, some people
- 10:58do and some people don't. And that's just how That's why I feel like,
- 11:01you know, you're best suited to make that decision as an adult.
- 11:03Yeah, and that I was like an old old man I am now,
- 11:07of course, But you know, I think we were. I think I
- 11:09was twenty two when my wife and I started hanging out. Were you guys
- 11:13really that young? And she may have been twenty one because you're younger.
- 11:16Yeah. Interesting. Yeah, my first marriageke I married at twenty five,
- 11:20and whence you start dating? We were together for a total of ten years
- 11:24I want to say seven eight. Oh I think ten years before then,
- 11:28No, like nineteen or something like that. You're on probably at least three
- 11:31point seven five, right, yeah, yeah, three point seven I yeah,
- 11:35yeah, And now it's it totally. I read the servant. I'm
- 11:41like, wow, all right, got myself the one, and I was
- 11:43like, just confirmed it. You were like up until now, up until
- 11:48seven fifty one this morning, it was still I needed the research to really
- 11:52back it up. But yeah, I'm glad science is here to help you
- 11:56feel good about your marriage. You at least had just the one really,
- 11:58yeah, not a big marriage. It's just the one marriage for sure at
- 12:03this point. But yeah, no, I feel pretty good about it,
- 12:05feel pretty good, fun where we're at, where we're going at this point.
- 12:09That was a weird thing to say. Why it was weird what you
- 12:11had said. I thought you were talking about just relationships, and then you
- 12:13said marriages. I'm like, oh, yeah, just definitely the one marriage
- 12:16at this point. I don't like, I'm just in case anybody else heard
- 12:22it the way I did. I just want people to know you guys are
- 12:26solid, rock solid. Yeah, solid. In fact, we plan to
- 12:31spend the summer together. Trending. Now here's what you need to know.
- 12:35Absolutely heartbreaking news yesterday. Of course, last Friday, we told you about
- 12:39Nate Strand, who was recently diagnosed with liver cancer. He has made a
- 12:43huge impact in the Barnesville community. Teacher, friend, coach. He ended
- 12:48up passing away yesterday. He leaves behind his wife, nine year old daughter,
- 12:52twelve year old son. It's just gut wrenching. We did do that
- 12:54Christmas wish on Friday. We do still have the information posted along with the
- 12:58benefit that's coming up here in about a week or so, and if you
- 13:01want to make donations to try to support the family, because this is again
- 13:03one of those situations everybody wants to help and unfortunately there's nothing you can do.
- 13:07But if you feel in your heart to help the family, we have
- 13:11that. Yeah, that's yes, sad, that's something at least. I
- 13:13mean just I never got to meet Nate, but just seeing all the posts
- 13:16of people who were affected by him, whether they be like students or players
- 13:18or just friends, I mean, seemed like a great guy and just sucks
- 13:22for the family, sucks the people for people to knew him. I know
- 13:26Anthony Edwards said bring you Booty, yeah to Charles Berkley and his postgame interview
- 13:33on Sunday. And now it is a new slogan for Minnesota tourism. I
- 13:37love real slam dunk as they would say in basketball, that they're just taken
- 13:43with it and run. I mean you, because this is a it's a
- 13:45very I don't know, it's fine. I was shocked that they did.
- 13:50Honestly, yes, curse word, yes, which is just potty stuff.
- 13:56But that said, it was fun, it was charming, and he he's
- 14:00a great guy. Like if you're not familiar with Anthony Edwards, I mean
- 14:01he's just a superstar personality player. I mean we're lucky to have him.
- 14:07Twenty two years old. And the Wolves tonight game one of the Western Conference
- 14:09Finals. Yeah, taking on the Mavericks seven thirty and Wolves are favored to
- 14:15win the series. Pike on behalf of everybody who's been listening to this program
- 14:18through the playoffs. But Leeze, do not place a bet, do not.
- 14:22I will not for the people because the three games I bet on this
- 14:26entire playoff run that the Wolves, they've lost three games total. You know,
- 14:30guess which three games I bet on? Yeah? Again, on behalf
- 14:33of everybody. Pike, please delete that app on your phone. I will
- 14:35refrain from betting. However, I would like have some donations. If people
- 14:39could just send me some money if they win, just pay you, just
- 14:43in general, like just under the table. I'm blackmailing the whole fan base.
- 14:46Otherwise I'll bet. I'll do it. I'll do it, guys,
- 14:48all right. There is a park in North Dakota's called Fort Stevenson State Park.
- 14:52They celebrated their fiftieth anniversary and they thought they were going to do it
- 14:54first, that you know, I'm I'm sure Fort Stevenson probably they want to
- 14:58do a this world record. And there was already eight hundred and ninety one
- 15:03people who had gotten together for making s'mores at a single location, and they
- 15:07brought more people, eleven hundred and fifty. I love a good world record,
- 15:11especially one so dumb. But hey, we're talking about it, and
- 15:16you know what, a bunch of people got to make smores, which are
- 15:18one of nature's delights. And I don't know if they just made like the
- 15:20normal smore. We did get some messages. We were talking about them earlier,
- 15:24like the Best Way to Eat us more. Got a message here from
- 15:28my friend Tanya and she said she makes them with fridge fudge, striped cookies
- 15:33and marshmallow between them. It's okay, not a good one. Like I
- 15:35said last hour, the brownie, the soft brownie right from the Betty Crocker
- 15:39box. I mean that's instead of the Hershey in the lieu of the Hershey
- 15:43bar. I mean you could probably put them both on there if you really
- 15:43mark that's a little too chocolatey. Yeah, but you keep the Graham Cracker
- 15:46marshmallow medium medium well, you know, you gotta get it's definitely got to
- 15:52be gooey. I don't like the char see, I like the char and
- 15:56I like a baby ruth on them. It was like when I was pregnant
- 15:58with Briggs. It was a long summer of baby ruths moores. Really,
- 16:03Oh they are so good. I don't like it, but hey, congrats
- 16:07with them. And speaking of state parks, you see that the one Buffalo
- 16:10River State Park is closed still will are they gonna be closed for the summer?
- 16:14I missed all the slower reason, something to do with a filtration system.
- 16:18But yeah, it's too bad because man grew up there, that was
- 16:21the place to be. Wow, I had not heard that. Yeah,
- 16:25it was all over the news. So that's gonna be shut down. And
- 16:27then also Island Park, Whi's been shut down for years. I know we're
- 16:30running out of swimming holes. Somebody get a shovel pool sales going up?
- 16:37All right? Okay, sunny today, Hi a seventy in a minute in
- 16:45the morning on Big Hoddy. This just goes to show somebody who just seems
- 16:49like they've got it together. You think, oh, this person they got
- 16:52everything figured out. You never really know what they're going through. That's so
- 16:56true. Well, this New York University a Dela codejab you would think go
- 17:03into law school. I mean that person, come on now, I mean
- 17:06that's got it together. Everybody's got demon spike. Well, meanwhile, when
- 17:10people didn't realize that Adela, since twenty eighteen, had been battling a severe
- 17:15addiction to cheese. Okay, what's a severe addiction to cheese? Because I
- 17:22eat cheese every day. She likes it so much she can't stop eating it.
- 17:26Really, yeah, that's what it is. Like how much I mean
- 17:30well so much so that she had to go to a rehab center, costing
- 17:34her over five thousand dollars a week. You can imagine what that does to
- 17:37your diet, I mean to your health, your digestive system. Dear god,
- 17:41what was to say cheese? They say, like kind of clogs yet
- 17:44plugs up a little bit. Yeah, my wife talks all the time about
- 17:47how cheese does not sit well with her stomach. Funny enough, I've never
- 17:51seen somebody eat so much cheese than my wife. Case Adia's Maazi sticks.
- 17:56Oh they're so good. My little boy wakes up every morning and asks Nick
- 18:00for a cheese sandwich in YouTube kids. Please, it's so that's his new
- 18:07thing, a cheese sandwich, you guys. He's really got you guys wrapped
- 18:10around his face. Does like a cheese sandwich. Please and YouTube kids on
- 18:15the TV, thank you? Yeah, I are you worried about her?
- 18:19You're I'm actually more worried. Well, turn this on me, but I'm
- 18:22worried about what kind of addiction I would have. Then. Well, her
- 18:26cheese of choice is white cheddar and parmesan, not the cheese as I would
- 18:30have gone with. Wait, like, are we talking like parmesan you put
- 18:33on spaghetti ramazan. Well that's I'm wondering. If it's a grated where she's
- 18:38shaking it in her mouth, you can't get like the the less graded oh
- 18:41tarbisan, which just like there's so many different parmesan. God, I love
- 18:45cheese. I know. This is what I'm saying. What's the most addicted
- 18:49you've ever been to, like a food item or a drink food item or
- 18:53a drink no non alcoholic. Yeah, I mean I would say cheese is
- 18:57definitely up there. Cheese huh yeah. I honestly put it on almost everything,
- 19:03or I'll have like a cheese stick. It's kind of my go to
- 19:06snack. It's a it's a good it's undeniably a good snack. Now do
- 19:08you peel it off in little strings or do you just eat it like a
- 19:11I eat it like a Yeah, yikes, I know. Go I mean
- 19:18you can get addicted to just about anything. You know, like people drink
- 19:21and diet cokes left and you've seen people like that, right, oh gozz
- 19:25on like twelve a day. We've got a couple of people in the opposite.
- 19:27I mean they continuously drink it NonStop. Yeah. I got a bit
- 19:30of a nut problem. Oh really, Oh nuts, Oh my god.
- 19:34I can't. I can't be around I can't be around nuts, especially during
- 19:38the holidays, like a mixed container of them, mixed nuts, cash shoes,
- 19:42peanuts, almonds, man hazel nuts. Some people do say that those
- 19:49are those are Yeah, they are all good. I mean they're healthy to
- 19:55a point. But I mean, I mean everything was healthy within moderation.
- 20:00That's that's the whole thing. I remember when you and I hate to bring
- 20:03it up again, when you had an addiction to McDonald's. Yeah, it's
- 20:07I mean, listen, we've all been bit by that bug. I feel
- 20:10like there's something new. Get into eating out or fast food or anything like
- 20:15that. There is there is crack or something in it. Because your body
- 20:18genuinely is like it feeds. That's all you can think about is go into
- 20:22a drive through, So you got to get It's hard to get out of
- 20:26it. But once you do. I mean it's crazy to say, but
- 20:27it's true. Once you start eating healthy, eventually, although it's hard to
- 20:32imagine right away, eventually you will crave healthy foods totally. You'll crave like
- 20:37a healthy meal. It's just getting there. So it's now not the time
- 20:40to tell you that McDonald's has six free chicken nuggets. No matter what today,
- 20:44I know sweet and sour sauce? Are you getting me? I know
- 20:48how many? How many Freeman nuggets? Six? And all you need to
- 20:51do is have the app. But you deleted the app, so you have
- 20:52no problem, did you? No, don't do it. It's like a
- 20:56minute in the morning to loll get up on Big seven. I mean,
- 21:02I had an interesting stories you wanted to share. Oh, I just came
- 21:04across a survey. Did you know workers are afraid to ask for time off?
- 21:08This is mind blowing to me. You're not a little afraid or at
- 21:14least guilty about it. No, So like I have days that I can
- 21:18take off, and if I want to take those days, when I want
- 21:21to take those days, I'm taking the days. So now that we're on
- 21:23the other side of Memorial Day almost and you'll be taking pretty much every Monday
- 21:27and Friday off until Labor Day. Oh, I choose to not take Fridays
- 21:30off, but Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays. Yeah, huge fans.
- 21:33It's nice to know that you can just enjoy your time and not think
- 21:36about the guy that you leave behind all on his own. You're the one
- 21:40taking time off here in a couple of weeks. Yeah, but I feel
- 21:42bad about it, do you really? No? I mean there's there's definitely
- 21:47some guilt, and I know there shouldn't be, like with this whole work
- 21:49life balance, we should be able to take our time off. But even
- 21:53like, have you ever heard of I suppose you've had this job for quite
- 21:56some time, But the last job I had was unlimited PTA or flex time
- 22:00flexible vacation they call it. And it's a real common thing with new with
- 22:04with companies now. So you basically you have an unlimited amount of PTO.
- 22:07Now it's like, well, that's too good to be true. Yeah,
- 22:11then I would probably be anxious. I'm like, did I take too much
- 22:14time off? Or that would And that's what wrap my head around that.
- 22:18So they're basically banking on you feeling that way and not You're basically you're not
- 22:22using as much as you would have if you had an allotted amount. Got
- 22:26it? Because it's definitely not a thing where it's like, oh, I
- 22:27can just willingly take a week off here, a week off there, end
- 22:30up with seven weeks off in the air. Yeah, And I'm kind of
- 22:32like, if you're doing your work, getting it done, enjoy your time
- 22:34that you deserve off because you're gonna be a better employee. That's kind of
- 22:38how I look at life. Yeah, I mean I'm not running a business
- 22:42here, but that's just in general, depending on what kind of job you
- 22:45have, like for example, like a salesperson, like, yeah, you
- 22:48can take the time off, you're just gonna have less money. Well,
- 22:51and you write your paychecks. In those industries and businesses where you have to
- 22:55work in order to make money, yeah, you do you because that's totally
- 23:00on you as long as it's not affecting the company, right, It's easier
- 23:03said than done. Like, if you go on vacation, well just unplug.
- 23:06You don't need to answer those emails. Well, if those emails are
- 23:08going to, you know, pay our mortgage next month. See, And
- 23:11that is my problem, I think, just with vacation in general and all
- 23:14of that, because when is the last time you went on vacation and genuinely
- 23:17did not work. It doesn't happen. I don't think you're always working.
- 23:22I well, don't you agree? Do you not respond an email? Do
- 23:29you really engage? Really? Well? Thankfully I have I have this coworker
- 23:33who responds to an email before you can even open it. Also, so
- 23:37she kind of represents the both of us. I never knew it was such
- 23:41a good secretary for you. You really do have multiple hats, and that
- 23:45is one of them. Not bro, I would never like, I'll get
- 23:48to the email eventually, but I don't need to because you've already you know,
- 23:52I'll open it up and there's like so many back and forths already it
- 23:55was appreciated, it is. But you're telling me that you go on vacation
- 23:57and you're working. I just I know he shut it down and where it
- 24:02is? What is it? What is it that you do? What do
- 24:07we what do we do here? So I know, because I know you're
- 24:11not doing a radio show when you're on vacation, So what what is it?
- 24:15Just kidding, I'm on my phone just cutting ads. It considers scrolling
- 24:19Instagram. That's work for her because it's part of our job, getting content,
- 24:26learning about the world. It's all content, taking it all in all,
- 24:30it depends. Every day is a little different, and that's why we
- 24:33love our job. We do a lot of things people don't know, and
- 24:36I want to keep that a mystery. You guys probably think here in one
- 24:41hour, I'm just gonna unplug this microphone exactly. It'll be more like an
- 24:45hour and a half. But it's a mystery what goes on here? Anyway,
- 24:53If you're somebody who's nervous taking time off, don't be it. You
- 24:56earned it. You can't take it with you literally like when you leave your
- 25:00job and also when you leave the earth. You know what I'm saying.
- 25:04Yeah, so now that's real, and right down on a sticky note,
- 25:07stick it on your laptop today. That'll that'll get you like it Amanda in
- 25:11the morning. So now Amanda stills, the sea looks Sea Bronti, my
- 25:15valley service mechanical. Not happening yet, Folks. Everybody has pushing Travis Kelcey
- 25:22to get down on one knee and propose to Taylor Swift, and by everybody
- 25:25the Swifty as they think all these little romantic getaways are going on that it's
- 25:29just a matter of time. Those close to travs say, no, not
- 25:33ready for it. He has no plans to propose. It's not even on
- 25:36his radar. Marriage is something he takes very seriously. It's not something he's
- 25:38just gonna jump into. He obviously has only been with her ten months at
- 25:45tops. And you gotta remember they haven't really even spent They probably spent how
- 25:49many days do you think they've actually spent together where one of them doesn't have
- 25:53another commitment, Not a lot, you know, where it's not in season
- 25:56and there's not other people around. I mean, how much down time have
- 26:00they really had in like a normal setting. Yeah, I feel like they're
- 26:03just still in that honeymoon phase. Definitely, like don't know everything about each
- 26:07other. You gotta give it time. He's probably scheming up his proposal.
- 26:10Do you think he's gonna quote her song love story? Because he strikes me
- 26:14as a guy that's gonna quote her song love story. That would be really
- 26:15interesting. I'm sure she's already got a fairytale wedding from her, you know,
- 26:21younger years that she wants to have, and I don't know. I
- 26:25think once they do, it'll just go really fast. But it'll be a
- 26:26big celebrity wedding, do you low key? I feel like they're both very
- 26:32family oriented and they have a lot of really really close people next to him.
- 26:36I think it will have to be but I'm guessing it'll be out of
- 26:38the States. Yeah, that's kind of my guest. I don't know.
- 26:42It'll be interesting. It'll be a real to do though, that's for absolutely.
- 26:45I can't wait. I think you're getting an invite. I did meet
- 26:51her at one time, Amanda, and I felt like we hit it off
- 26:53or was that we fast? What two thousand and eight? Correct to that
- 26:57nine? Maybe she said it's great to meet you, and I couldn't even
- 27:02muster up any words. I was so nervous, and then she hugged me
- 27:06and then she asked me to marry her. Oh, gosh, is that
- 27:07home in town? Yeah, kind of reminds me of my first concert ever
- 27:11in Sync. I mean I went there thinking that the boys were just like
- 27:15gonna start talking to us. It was amazing at the Fargo Dome and talking
- 27:18to you, are we gonna be able to see this again? In Sync's
- 27:22Chris Kirkpatrick really stirring the pod and getting all of us instinc fans excited once
- 27:26again. Yeah, no, I can honestly tell you there there's been a
- 27:30lot of discussion and when it comes to labels, you know there's still certain
- 27:34things that were owed, so you know that stuff Saul will fall into place,
- 27:38but you know there has been discussion with the five of us about,
- 27:42you know, possibilities of future endeavors together as the band, bringing the band
- 27:48back. So basically it's just kind of crossing the te's and dot in the
- 27:51eyes about getting something. In writing, it sounds like it's a lock.
- 27:55It's happening. It does, but until it comes out of justin Timberlake's mouth,
- 27:57I'm kind of feeling like, are these guys just getting people excited just
- 28:03so he because Chris is coming to town, is he trying to sell tickets
- 28:06for the Fargo Show. Well, that's probably part of it for sure,
- 28:08because it feels like, why would they Why would they be letting Chris if
- 28:11they were like holding onto this information that they're actually having discussions, Why would
- 28:15he just get to loose lips it up in a TMZ interview. Yeah,
- 28:18justin Timberlake is out on tour through the end of the year, so if
- 28:21there were to be anything, it'd probably be next year. I don't know,
- 28:26guys, I feel like they're just dangling a little a little piece of
- 28:29fruit in front of me, just keysing me. Yeah, we're just all
- 28:33puppets. Uh, that's right, all right, Fitty sent He has been
- 28:40trying to get this Diddy documentary that his company has put together. Marionnette,
- 28:45that's what I'm looking for, Marionette, that's what the puppets are. Oh
- 28:48got you got, you got Pristine. He has got some sort of Diddy
- 28:52documentary that he's been hocking, and Netflix picks it up. They're not dumb.
- 28:56They know people are gonna want to get in on this, and so
- 28:59obviously it's very timely. Don't know what information is going to be a part
- 29:03of it, if it's actually going to be the women who he's sexually assaulted
- 29:07or claimed to have. I have no idea, so it'll be interesting,
- 29:10but Netflix has picked this up. We are finding out now that there was
- 29:14another civil lawsuit just yesterday, model Crystal McKinney, accusing him of sexually assaulting
- 29:18her in two thousand and three. The details just awful. This is a
- 29:21seventh lawsuit against him. I don't know, there's there's been a lot of
- 29:25time. We know the Feds are involved in this situation. I'm just waiting
- 29:27for him to get locked up. At this point. It's got to be
- 29:30just a tip of the icebreak the behavior he is we've now seen on video.
- 29:33It's like, that's got it. That's been going on for decades and
- 29:37so and everybody else, even his first ex and I don't know if they
- 29:41were married, but his first kid. That mom on social media yesterday was
- 29:45saying she feels for Cassie and she knows how she feels. So she's basically
- 29:49saying she's been in that same situation, but she's just kept silent because she's
- 29:53supporting the kids. Is kind of what it feels like. I don't know,
- 29:56it's not surprising. I guess hopefully we'll find out more or in the
- 30:00didymentry or the document or are you trying to a Diddy entry? Did he?
- 30:10You don't get to play? No, if you can't play right,
- 30:12let me try one more time. What do they call him it? Did
- 30:17he doc? Ooh? I like that did he documentary? Did he?
- 30:19That's exactly what it's called. Yeah, that is what I like? Did
- 30:22he doc? Okay, you don't like Diddy mendory, but isn't it's a
- 30:27little cheeky for the subject matter. Yeah, very heavy stuff, so we
- 30:32shouldn't be silly about it. No, okay, we'll just pretend that didn't
- 30:34happen in the morning. I got a little warning. Okay. You know,
- 30:41when you listen to the show, you think, oh, this guy
- 30:42is mature and responsible. Do you think that's what people think? I think
- 30:48it is what they think. And listen to this. I want to warn
- 30:51you that people you know in love might be participating in what now has its
- 30:56own poison controlled designation, something called a borg. You heard about. We've
- 31:03talked about this a few times. It's insane. We have not talked about
- 31:04a one time. Yes we have, No, we haven't. It might
- 31:11have been with your last boyfriend, but not with me. It was you
- 31:15and I and it was a TikTok challenge. Don't make me go to the
- 31:19files and type in Pike and Amanda in the morning Borg challenge, you go
- 31:23to the archives. I'll do this one. So look, and I'm literally
- 31:27trying to warn parents at college students gen zers doing something called a blackout rage
- 31:33gallon. That's what it stands for, Amanda, and I just found that
- 31:36out because it is the first time I'm discussing this. You don't believe me,
- 31:41No, And it's awful, it's so scary. Well, it's an
- 31:45individual gallon sized mix of vodka, or it can be used with a different
- 31:48type of alcohol. You prefer water and a flavored electrolyte powder. Oh gosh,
- 31:55just stop mixing up a giant jug of vodka and just chugging out of
- 31:59it and tell you blackout. That's what they're doing these college kids. Now,
- 32:02before we judge too quickly, I think you might think back to your
- 32:06college days and oh, I don't remember parties, a little something called jungle
- 32:12juice. Well, and that's I think that's basically what it was as we
- 32:15were growing up. But the thing is is when we were growing up,
- 32:17there weren't challenges. There weren't things like that. It was like my friend
- 32:22Edward forty's hands would disagree. Come on, you can't say, gosh,
- 32:29I forgot where you'd tape your tape five. Okay, then this is bad
- 32:32too. Throw this under the list of Borg and other bad things. But
- 32:36people I had heard of would tape forties of alcohol a forty ounce bottle of
- 32:40malt liquor to their hands and have to drink them before before you can you
- 32:45know, you can go to the back have be released or whatever. Yeah,
- 32:47horrible stuff. So going back to how mature we were growing up,
- 32:52it's just different now, like people and people are doing it for social media
- 32:57to get the likes and all the clout and all that stuff and not realizing
- 33:00how reckless it is. Absolutely, it's just the worst decisions you'll ever make
- 33:06in your life. If you made a list of the worst decisions you've made,
- 33:08good chance the top whatever of them were under the influence of that.
- 33:13Absolutely, and not just like I'm not talking a couple of beers. I'm
- 33:15talking Borg challenge kind of nights. We've all had him, unless you haven't,
- 33:22but most of us have had him, you've had moments. It's it's
- 33:25not good things to look out for. It. If your college aged child
- 33:30is referring to parties such as our Borg and Savior, oh boy, justin
- 33:37b Borg or other plays on the word borg, you might want to ask
- 33:43some questions. Or if they just come through your recycling and they're looking for
- 33:45a big milk jug or they're like, hey, mom, can I do
- 33:49the recycling today, they're probably looking for the milk jog. If you if
- 33:55your college student is rummaging through the trash for a milk jog, red flag,
- 34:02time to sit down with them. And that has been our little PSA
- 34:06for this. I'm so glad we had never talked about this before. No
- 34:08first time, Amanda in the morning on I had an idea And this is
- 34:15a legit easy way for you to make extra money. Oh now, if
- 34:19you want, let's say, I don't know, an extra six k a
- 34:22month. And this is not some I'm not telling you to sign up for
- 34:24some you know class or sell some weight loss product. No, this is
- 34:29a legit easy six k that you could make tomorrow. Well, this here
- 34:34for it. This woman's doing it. Her name is Chloe Welsh. She
- 34:37used to have various jobs that weren't going all that well, and she thought,
- 34:40I think it's time for a career change. And you know what prompted
- 34:44the career change is she fell out of a cab. I don't know how
- 34:49it happened, but she fell out of a cab intoxicated or just clumsy.
- 34:54I just said, I don't know how it happened. I know, but
- 34:57I so then you asked to fall well up anyway, maybe in that two
- 35:00seconds I found the information, is what you're thinking, or maybe you knew
- 35:04if she was clumsy or oh yeah, it says here she was clumsy,
- 35:08which she broke both he ankles. So then it was at that point,
- 35:13this was during you know, the lockdown era a few years back, that
- 35:16she decided to create an account on OnlyFans dot com. Oh here we go,
- 35:22everybody with their only fans, right, but you know, dime a
- 35:25dozen bunch of people on there. So you got to find your niche,
- 35:28right or your niche. So she decided that with her broken feet, that
- 35:32would be her thing. She'd have casts on. She had, you know,
- 35:37crutches, and people started to go wild. So she's now making ghosts
- 35:43have you ever smelled a cast? You know how disgusting that is? Okay,
- 35:49yeah, but there's other things that somehow find their way getting involved in
- 35:52intimate in the bedroom. Not a scratch and sniff only last eight checked is
- 36:00not scratching stamp. However, this Chloe Wels is making six k a month
- 36:04doing what she calls cast stuff. People will request her to wear neck braces,
- 36:10leg cast on her legs. See, now, this is just creepy
- 36:14and weird. She said she even got a request to put on a full
- 36:16body cast. She said she would charge extra for that because I'm gonna say
- 36:21she's healed. I would assume at this point, does she have somebody coming
- 36:25over casting her. No, that's where it's interesting. She says she does
- 36:29it all herself, simply uses plaster of Paris and creates her own cast.
- 36:35She said talent however, though it is quite the mess, hard to get
- 36:37off the cast. Well, it sounds like is she gonna need to take
- 36:44it off? I mean six k a month, she's probably fully cast all
- 36:47the time. Well, you gotta customize it to whoever's paying. You know,
- 36:51if I'm paying six grand, I'm gonna want whatever cast stuff that I
- 36:54prefer whatever my cast would get. Is there a cast a woman wearing a
- 37:00full body cast? No? I mean that's like a mummy at that point.
- 37:04Right, This is where I'm saying, like this is so bizarre and
- 37:08so like what are what this? These this group of people would be into.
- 37:15It's not it's not shame Okay everybody else, I'm sorry, Yeah,
- 37:20it's totally normal. Well what's normal? Man? I have an open mind,
- 37:24she said she does. She's been asked a lot of weird things,
- 37:27such as being chained down and tickled. She'll do whatever. Now, yeah,
- 37:30this is now that's creepy. You know why is chained down? And
- 37:36what? This is? Like a horror film? You're in a cast and
- 37:39you're chained down and tickled like trying to itch and Okay, so to be
- 37:47fair, I've never had a cast. It's just people around me so like
- 37:51how gross it is and you get the little scratcher so you have to like
- 37:53itch those places. Yeah, but I'm just saying people are into it.
- 37:58So she's earn an extra six km month. If you don't want to do
- 38:00that, then don't do the cast stuff. That's fine. It's a bit
- 38:04more for her, like the market has already taken for that well, I
- 38:07mean nothing wrong with a little healthy competition.
