- 0:06Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous. It is Lala Kent. Welcome to the Give
- 0:09Speaker 1: Them Lala Podcast. We're fresh off of We've had Halloween
- 0:13Speaker 1: Happen booky season. Janet showed up to trigger treat well. Hi,
- 0:19Speaker 1: Janet Caperna.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Hey, I'm so excited to be here.
- 0:23Speaker 3: More excited.
- 0:24Speaker 2: I love it.
- 0:25Speaker 1: We're very excited because you kill it on Sheena's podcast.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Thank you, you're like seasoned in the podcast world.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Thanks, don't you think? Yeah, it felt like the right
- 0:33Speaker 2: thing to do. Jared, Jason and I have our own
- 0:35Speaker 2: now too, and it Yeah, if I love podcasting.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Let's talk about that first. What made you go, you
- 0:44Speaker 1: know what, we need to start a podcast? Because not
- 0:47Speaker 1: to throw shade at anybody, even I sit here and
- 0:48Speaker 1: I'm like, there are a million in one podcast that
- 0:52Speaker 1: trio though with you, your husband Jason and then your
- 0:56Speaker 1: gusband Jared yep, what is the dynamic like and what
- 0:59Speaker 1: would you say your podcast is? Like? Like, what do
- 1:02Speaker 1: you guys talk about?
- 1:02Speaker 2: I love it, so I love to chat and I
- 1:05Speaker 2: feel like that's all I do. So it felt right
- 1:07Speaker 2: for me to have one. And I felt like she
- 1:09Speaker 2: and I kind of gave me training wheels with hers,
- 1:11Speaker 2: like I got to co host and it wasn't you know,
- 1:14Speaker 2: my podcast, but I got to be around regularly and
- 1:16Speaker 2: I was like, I really like this, So I wanted
- 1:18Speaker 2: to do my own, but I wanted it to be
- 1:20Speaker 2: a little bit different than everybody else, and I didn't
- 1:23Speaker 2: want it to just be me. So I was like, Okay, well,
- 1:25Speaker 2: I definitely I would love Jared on And then I
- 1:27Speaker 2: was like, but Jared and Jason have such a great
- 1:30Speaker 2: dynamic where that you don't see that often, and so
- 1:32Speaker 2: I was like, it'll be fun if the three of
- 1:34Speaker 2: us do it. And now we also called Jason like
- 1:36Speaker 2: our legal expert, so Jared and I will be in there.
- 1:39Speaker 2: We'll be like, Jared'll be like, she literally did this,
- 1:42Speaker 2: and Jason was like, but wait, did she actually do that?
- 1:45Speaker 2: And he's like, well no, and he's like, well, then
- 1:47Speaker 2: you need to say allegedly.
- 1:49Speaker 4: We live and die by allegedly yes.
- 1:51Speaker 2: And so it's like a fun, interesting, you know, dynamic
- 1:54Speaker 2: the three of us that I don't think you see
- 1:56Speaker 2: very often, and we just talk shit on there.
- 1:59Speaker 1: I love that. Now you're on a show called The Valley.
- 2:03Speaker 3: I've never heard of it.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Oh my god, it's crazy.
- 2:06Speaker 1: You just finished season two, and I am well aware
- 2:10Speaker 1: that Bravo will have my head and your head on
- 2:14Speaker 1: a platter if we deep dive into it, So I'm
- 2:16Speaker 1: going to stay away from it. But I do want
- 2:21Speaker 1: to know. Was it weird when you first started filming
- 2:25Speaker 1: and you're like, they're like, just live your life. When
- 2:28Speaker 1: someone tells me to do something that I do pretty
- 2:31Speaker 1: much every day, I suddenly forget how to do it.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Yes.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Yeah, it's an awkward thing. Like they'll be like, you know,
- 2:37Speaker 2: You'll like, we'll be over this morning just whatever your
- 2:40Speaker 2: morning routine is. And I'm like, so you want to
- 2:42Speaker 2: watch me? Like scroll on TikTok, I like.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Take a shit.
- 2:46Speaker 4: Yeah, Like my morning routine is not beautiful. I'll tell
- 2:49Speaker 4: you what.
- 2:50Speaker 2: I'm like, what am I supposed to I don't know
- 2:52Speaker 2: it is. It's like suddenly you like realize you have
- 2:55Speaker 2: hands and you're like, what am I?
- 2:56Speaker 1: What am I supposed to do with these? What do
- 2:58Speaker 1: you change? Right?
- 2:59Speaker 2: Yeah, it's weird. And the whole process it really does,
- 3:02Speaker 2: I think take a year to get used to because
- 3:04Speaker 2: when you film, you get close to the crew and
- 3:07Speaker 2: the people who are around all the time, so it
- 3:09Speaker 2: feels you kind of in a weird way. Do you
- 3:11Speaker 2: forget that cameras are there, or it feels comfortable that
- 3:14Speaker 2: cameras are there. Then time passes before it airs, and
- 3:18Speaker 2: that's a whole other beast and situation Gary, And you
- 3:22Speaker 2: watch it all back and then you see everybody's perception
- 3:25Speaker 2: of it, and so it really is like a full
- 3:27Speaker 2: year of like getting in it before you really realize
- 3:31Speaker 2: what it is.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I feel like Jason the first season was very much like, oh,
- 3:40Speaker 1: this is strange. And then I feel like not only Jason,
- 3:42Speaker 1: but most people and just what I've seen when I
- 3:47Speaker 1: see a new season of Housewives where it's like a
- 3:50Speaker 1: brand new city, brand new people that are just like
- 3:53Speaker 1: bride eyed and bushy tailed, And then come the second season,
- 3:57Speaker 1: they know the drill and you never know is that
- 3:59Speaker 1: you're right? Isn't my turn? I don't know right? And
- 4:04Speaker 1: if you go past a few seasons, you're gonna have
- 4:07Speaker 1: more than.
- 4:07Speaker 4: One bad run.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Yeah, and it can sometimes take you out. Do you
- 4:12Speaker 1: feel like season two you kind of have been able
- 4:15Speaker 1: to adjust to, like, Okay, I know when to quiet
- 4:18Speaker 1: the noise, I know when to not look. We talk
- 4:21Speaker 1: about this all the time.
- 4:22Speaker 2: I don't know if I learned my lesson season one
- 4:25Speaker 2: per se it's interesting and it's you know, I actually
- 4:29Speaker 2: used to like make fun of she next you'd be like, well,
- 4:31Speaker 2: season four, and I'm like, well, what year are you
- 4:32Speaker 2: talking about? Like she lives her life and seasons, But
- 4:35Speaker 2: it really is like that now, and it's crazy because
- 4:39Speaker 2: it is a different chapter. So season one, I was pregnant.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Season two, I had just stopped breastfeeding right before we
- 4:45Speaker 2: started filming so that I could really like have a drink,
- 4:48Speaker 2: get in the mix right, And that was a totally
- 4:51Speaker 2: different thing for me, like being able. I had never
- 4:53Speaker 2: had a drink on camera before. I don't know if
- 4:55Speaker 2: it was a great idea.
- 4:57Speaker 1: You know, there there are seas, and this is what
- 5:01Speaker 1: this is what I try to tell, Like when people
- 5:03Speaker 1: are now in this environment, you know, the cringe moments
- 5:08Speaker 1: that you sometimes have where you look back or like
- 5:12Speaker 1: you watch it and go, oh my gosh, I never
- 5:15Speaker 1: should have acted that way will one day become iconic
- 5:19Speaker 1: and funny and funny and you'll be able to laugh
- 5:21Speaker 1: about it. And I try. When I'm having all the
- 5:24Speaker 1: anxiety in the world about a season or a moment,
- 5:28Speaker 1: I'm like, there's going to be a day where we're
- 5:30Speaker 1: all like super old and we're going to look back
- 5:33Speaker 1: and we're going to forget all of those like little
- 5:35Speaker 1: nuances and just remember that we were on a really
- 5:39Speaker 1: cool show.
- 5:40Speaker 2: I had the core experience with this group of people, right,
- 5:44Speaker 2: and you're bonded and a really maybe even like trauma
- 5:47Speaker 2: bonded and the trauma bonded.
- 5:49Speaker 4: I have a question, what is the worst part of filming?
- 5:52Speaker 4: The filming, mentally waiting for it to release or when
- 5:57Speaker 4: it releases. And I feel like that's a thing for
- 5:59Speaker 4: both of you, Like, what.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Is the worst part of like in all three stages?
- 6:03Speaker 4: Yes, is it filming what you filmed and waiting for
- 6:07Speaker 4: it to release and thinking what is everybody gonna fucking
- 6:10Speaker 4: think of me?
- 6:11Speaker 3: Or having people watch you through it.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I think there's pros and cons to each. During filming,
- 6:16Speaker 2: it's just a it's a busy time because you're doing
- 6:20Speaker 2: so much and it all happens so fast, and you're
- 6:23Speaker 2: just kind of like you kind of almost have to
- 6:25Speaker 2: like pause, like doing laundry or like anything that like
- 6:28Speaker 2: you're like everyday life kind of has to pause because
- 6:31Speaker 2: you're just like busy. Right afterwards, once I'm done, I
- 6:35Speaker 2: don't have anxiety about it. I feel maybe I should.
- 6:39Speaker 2: But right now that we're in that in between the
- 6:41Speaker 2: quiet time, I like this time a lot.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Well.
- 6:43Speaker 4: I feel like, because you're real and honest, the people
- 6:45Speaker 4: who weren't, who were like, oh god, I feel like
- 6:47Speaker 4: that's their shittiest time.
- 6:49Speaker 2: I have moments I'm looking I'm like that, I'm like, oh,
- 6:52Speaker 2: that's going to be bad, or like okay, like my
- 6:56Speaker 2: mom might be like what the hell were you thinking?
- 6:59Speaker 2: I love you know, during the whatever, So I know
- 7:01Speaker 2: I'm going to have moments that I'm not super proud
- 7:03Speaker 2: of or that I'm not looking forward to rewatching. But
- 7:06Speaker 2: right now, what can I do about it? It's going
- 7:08Speaker 2: to be months and months, So I try to enjoy
- 7:10Speaker 2: the quiet, get back into like laundry and organizing my
- 7:13Speaker 2: house and doing all the boring shit that like you
- 7:15Speaker 2: don't necessarily have time to.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Go back to being a normal human yes.
- 7:18Speaker 2: And just enjoy the basic everyday life when it's airing,
- 7:22Speaker 2: I will say, I think for me, that's the most
- 7:26Speaker 2: anxiety I have, Oh my god, because sometimes you even
- 7:29Speaker 2: you know, when I'll see an episode and I'm like okay, yeah,
- 7:32Speaker 2: all right, I you know, I said what I said.
- 7:35Speaker 2: I think that they summed up how I felt really well,
- 7:39Speaker 2: that was fair and I think people are gonna understand.
- 7:41Speaker 2: And then the audience sees it. There you go twenty
- 7:44Speaker 2: four hours later and they're like, fuck her, and I'm like, what.
- 7:48Speaker 1: You're like, I came across so great in that episode.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I was logical, right saw both sides or those times.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Where I'm like, I'm like, oh man, that I shouldn't
- 7:58Speaker 2: have said that one thing, and it's in and everybody's
- 8:01Speaker 2: going to drag me for it, and people breeze right
- 8:03Speaker 2: past it. So I would say, like, the hardest part
- 8:05Speaker 2: is you can't ever feel like you can watch something
- 8:09Speaker 2: and feel like, oh it's super great or it's horrible,
- 8:11Speaker 2: and it might not be what everybody else thinks.
- 8:14Speaker 1: And you know what we're gonna say.
- 8:17Speaker 4: I was just going to say, from first season to second,
- 8:20Speaker 4: what did you find out you enjoyed more or less?
- 8:23Speaker 2: You know, I think second season I just was like
- 8:26Speaker 2: I realized I just need to stop and enjoy the process.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, when first season it was like, oh
- 8:31Speaker 2: my god, when is this going to be over? And
- 8:34Speaker 2: it's just it was you know, I was pregnant, so
- 8:35Speaker 2: I was also just.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Like very hormonial.
- 8:37Speaker 2: I couldn't wait for everything to be done and to
- 8:39Speaker 2: get back to just like being a homebody right and
- 8:42Speaker 2: now second season, I was like, it's as soon as
- 8:45Speaker 2: you start saying like, oh I need a break, it's
- 8:48Speaker 2: over in a heartbeat and it flies by. So I
- 8:50Speaker 2: could kind of reassure myself season two, Okay, enjoy the time,
- 8:54Speaker 2: and you know, know that you get to see your
- 8:57Speaker 2: friends like every day, you know, when we're not filming
- 8:59Speaker 2: with each other frequently, but during filming, it's like you
- 9:02Speaker 2: get to see everybody every day. Like try to actually
- 9:04Speaker 2: enjoy and then wait for it to be over, because
- 9:08Speaker 2: it'll be over. It flies by.
- 9:10Speaker 1: I know. It's really sad. Don't even get me started
- 9:12Speaker 1: on time because I have a very I don't know
- 9:15Speaker 1: if it would be called an unhealthy relationship with time,
- 9:19Speaker 1: but it brings me to my fucking need when I
- 9:21Speaker 1: think of time passing and things being over and done,
- 9:25Speaker 1: and I feel like when you film a show like
- 9:27Speaker 1: back in the day, like you never know where you're
- 9:30Speaker 1: gonna end up, right totally, and you always end up
- 9:32Speaker 1: in a place where you're like wow, and as time
- 9:35Speaker 1: goes by, You're like, I wish that I would have.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I get asked this all the time too, by the way,
- 9:40Speaker 1: like what would you tell your younger self? Or what
- 9:43Speaker 1: would you tell season four you? And it reminded me
- 9:48Speaker 1: of there's this new movie that has come out, so
- 9:52Speaker 1: I want to talk about the movie trailer. And this
- 9:53Speaker 1: is what prompted me, because I also want to know
- 9:55Speaker 1: what you think, Janet. So there's this movie that I
- 10:00Speaker 1: I saw this weekend and it's called My Old Ass
- 10:03Speaker 1: and it's gonna be on Amazon Prime. But basically, the
- 10:05Speaker 1: movie is about an eighteen year old girl who takes
- 10:08Speaker 1: mushrooms and the trip she goes on brings her face
- 10:11Speaker 1: to face with her older self, and of course her
- 10:14Speaker 1: older self is telling her all the things that she
- 10:17Speaker 1: should and shouldn't do in her life. And it made
- 10:20Speaker 1: me start thinking what I would tell my younger self
- 10:23Speaker 1: if I had the chance. So Easton and Janet, I'm
- 10:26Speaker 1: sure you guys have some things that you would like
- 10:29Speaker 1: to warn your younger self about, and I want to
- 10:33Speaker 1: know what those things would be. If you could go
- 10:36Speaker 1: back in time, whether it's yay hi last season, what
- 10:42Speaker 1: would you tell your younger.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Selff you know. I think I would actually tell myself, like,
- 10:47Speaker 2: it's all gonna be okay, just do it and let
- 10:50Speaker 2: myself actually make the same mistakes because now you know,
- 10:55Speaker 2: everything leads you to where you are now, and I'm
- 10:57Speaker 2: happy where I am now, so I wouldn't. I'm also
- 11:00Speaker 2: afraid of like butterfly effects, stuff like if you change
- 11:02Speaker 2: one thing, then the smallest thing like that could disrupt
- 11:06Speaker 2: the whole big picture in the future. So it's like
- 11:09Speaker 2: I would tell myself, like, it's all everything's going to
- 11:11Speaker 2: be okay. You're going to go through some shit, but
- 11:13Speaker 2: it's all going to be okay.
- 11:14Speaker 1: I love that. I'm scared of things like that too,
- 11:17Speaker 1: though I'm like, one little change and the whole picture different.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Oh my god, I really know like him, what.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Would you tell your younger self teas to not be.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Afraid to put yourself out there, Like, don't worry about
- 11:30Speaker 4: other people's opinion of you. You know who you are
- 11:33Speaker 4: and then their success and failure, so always try and
- 11:38Speaker 4: you'll learn from it. So I would just say, put
- 11:40Speaker 4: yourself out there and don't be afraid to try.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Yeah and fail.
- 11:45Speaker 1: I love that ours are all very like cute and sentimental.
- 11:49Speaker 1: I think if I could go back and tell my
- 11:51Speaker 1: younger self something, I think I'd go back and be like,
- 11:54Speaker 1: I'm just here for the ride, like don't listen to me.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Like I may know what the future holds, but like
- 11:59Speaker 1: it looks pretty fucking awesome, So just like do the
- 12:01Speaker 1: damn thing. The one thing I'm gonna tell you, though, girl,
- 12:03Speaker 1: is like, you know how you are a drinker. You're
- 12:06Speaker 1: soon gonna be an AA and that's all good, like
- 12:09Speaker 1: you're gonna thrive in it. But like maybe don't like
- 12:12Speaker 1: say stupid things that you're gonna regret tomorrow, those things,
- 12:16Speaker 1: like just shut up. You know that's fair, because like
- 12:20Speaker 1: you said, one one thing that would be different, the
- 12:24Speaker 1: entire picture looks different. And I can go back in
- 12:27Speaker 1: time and say I wish I wouldn't have done X,
- 12:29Speaker 1: Y and Z. Well, then ocean wouldn't be here, you know,
- 12:32Speaker 1: so so wouldn't be here. So I love. I love
- 12:34Speaker 1: everyone's answers for sharing that I know.
- 12:39Speaker 2: I often think back to I when I first met Sena.
- 12:43Speaker 2: I was staying at an airbnb that was in Hollywood.
- 12:47Speaker 2: My friend and I went to a bar that was
- 12:48Speaker 2: walking distance from our airbnb. We asked the bartender, like
- 12:51Speaker 2: what's cool in La to do? Like what should we
- 12:54Speaker 2: do today? The bartender was like, you should go to
- 12:57Speaker 2: the Mandria and they have a pool party, and that's
- 12:58Speaker 2: where I met Sena and life all happened. Like I
- 13:04Speaker 2: always joke I'm gonna write a memoir one day that's
- 13:06Speaker 2: like I owe my life to Sheena. She that's amazing
- 13:09Speaker 2: because if I wouldn't have met her, I wouldn't be
- 13:11Speaker 2: doing the valley and wouldn't have this whole life now it's,
- 13:14Speaker 2: you know, become my career. I wouldn't have met Jason,
- 13:17Speaker 2: so I wouldn't have had my baby, my husband, Like
- 13:19Speaker 2: so much has come from my friendship with Shea A lot,
- 13:23Speaker 2: my friendship with you. Literally where I'm sitting here right
- 13:26Speaker 2: now is all because of that one day. And it's
- 13:28Speaker 2: because this one bartender told us to go to this
- 13:30Speaker 2: pool and I started a friendship that then started a relationship.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Like everything. So I often think back, like if I
- 13:39Speaker 2: would have gone somewhere else that day, my life would
- 13:42Speaker 2: be completely different.
- 13:44Speaker 4: Totalfe, Yeah, wows.
- 13:47Speaker 2: I think back to you, like if I wouldn't have
- 13:48Speaker 2: picked that airbnb that was near that bar, It's like
- 13:51Speaker 2: all these little choices that you don't think. You're like, oh,
- 13:54Speaker 2: which airbingb, I know this one or this one. I'll
- 13:55Speaker 2: just pick this one and it ends up like leading
- 13:58Speaker 2: you down this path. That's now you know my life
- 14:01Speaker 2: would literally be completely different.
- 14:03Speaker 4: Wow.
- 14:04Speaker 3: I'm very happy that you said that and this was
- 14:06Speaker 3: the topic.
- 14:07Speaker 1: You grow wild that the movie My Old Ass would
- 14:11Speaker 1: take us on such an incredible journey of being grateful
- 14:14Speaker 1: for the life choices that we've made. Ever wish you
- 14:18Speaker 1: could have a talk with your younger self in My
- 14:21Speaker 1: Old Ass starring Aubrey Plaza and Mazie Stella from Amazon,
- 14:26Speaker 1: MGM Studios, Elliot's wise cracking older self gets the chance.
- 14:31Speaker 1: My Old Ass rated R, coming soon to Prime Video.
- 14:36Speaker 1: So Jannet and I we've been friends for a really
- 14:39Speaker 1: long time. It's so interesting because when people see me
- 14:42Speaker 1: post with you, they're like, she's trying to get on
- 14:44Speaker 1: the valley. I'm like, honey, I'm a fucking star.
- 14:48Speaker 2: More like I've tried to drag La La onto the valley.
- 14:51Speaker 1: No, we've been friends for a really long time before
- 14:54Speaker 1: the Valley even existed, and you and I took our families.
- 14:59Speaker 1: You were kind enough to invite us to go trigger
- 15:02Speaker 1: treating with you. It's so much fun. It was so
- 15:04Speaker 1: much fun. What were you?
- 15:06Speaker 4: Oh?
- 15:07Speaker 1: So we were food.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Cameron was a hot dog, yes, son, he was so
- 15:12Speaker 2: cute as a hot dog.
- 15:13Speaker 1: He was adorable.
- 15:14Speaker 2: And then I was a hamburger and Jasma's French fries.
- 15:17Speaker 2: And then Jared was a donut.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Yes, and it was Oh, I'm gonna tell the story.
- 15:23Speaker 1: I'm just gonna round this back one time. So we
- 15:26Speaker 1: were I left so Sa at home with the night nurse.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Ocean decided to be a skeleton that night. I wanted
- 15:32Speaker 1: to dress her as Cinderella, but there's no telling her
- 15:35Speaker 1: what she's doing. When she has her mind made up,
- 15:37Speaker 1: you can fuck right off.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I was gonna ask, what's the process for asking her?
- 15:42Speaker 2: Do you just say, hey, you have to dress up?
- 15:43Speaker 2: Like I feel like this is the first year that
- 15:45Speaker 2: she could be like picky about.
- 15:47Speaker 3: What she dresses up.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Every day she dresses up as a princess everything. But yeah,
- 15:51Speaker 1: I asked her. I gave her options because she is
- 15:55Speaker 1: all over the place, so I kind of have to
- 15:57Speaker 1: bring her back down to like giving her a cup
- 16:00Speaker 1: full of options, and then she picks. So she went
- 16:03Speaker 1: to a party the day before Halloween as a princess
- 16:06Speaker 1: and then to trick her treat as a skeleton, and
- 16:09Speaker 1: she loved her face paint, right. The plan was Cinderella
- 16:12Speaker 1: for her, and so so was going as Gus Gus.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Sosa didn't even dress up because she was adamant that
- 16:20Speaker 1: she was going to be a skeleton. I'm like, well,
- 16:22Speaker 1: now Sosa is just gonna look like all right, which
- 16:24Speaker 1: is still cute but also sounds very hard for me
- 16:27Speaker 1: to have to deal with pushing her around. And the
- 16:30Speaker 1: reason I say I'm weird with time is I looked
- 16:32Speaker 1: at ocean and was like, next year, she's going to
- 16:35Speaker 1: be a fully different human being, you know. Like she
- 16:40Speaker 1: went with her dad on a vacation. It was one week.
- 16:44Speaker 1: She came back saying her ours. So what was once
- 16:48Speaker 1: summer moon is now summer moon. Oh no, I hate
- 16:52Speaker 1: it too.
- 16:54Speaker 4: No, it was off growing up.
- 16:56Speaker 1: So time brings me to my niece. But I had
- 16:59Speaker 1: the best time with you guys, because it's always just
- 17:02Speaker 1: lighthearted and fun. And Jared, who's who I call your
- 17:06Speaker 1: guys band? Yes, I walk up because Cam can't walk yet. No,
- 17:11Speaker 1: he's a stroller trigger treater.
- 17:14Speaker 4: Oh the best, the best, guy.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Yeah, And I walk up to this house and I
- 17:19Speaker 1: have pretty cool shoes on, right, and I'm with Ocean
- 17:22Speaker 1: and we're like trigger treat and the woman says, wow,
- 17:26Speaker 1: your dad has such cool shoes on. And I look down.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I'm like, they are cool shoes, but like, on what
- 17:31Speaker 1: planet do I.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Look like a dad?
- 17:33Speaker 1: And I was like whatever, you know, four California. You're right,
- 17:37Speaker 1: I'm wearing both hats. And then I look behind me
- 17:40Speaker 1: and Jared got these chrome shoes on that light up.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Who could not look any ganger?
- 17:45Speaker 2: Right, I mean in full glam. Also he had full glamy.
- 17:48Speaker 2: He had sprinkles drawn on his cheeks, like and full glam.
- 17:54Speaker 1: So he did. He certainly did.
- 17:56Speaker 2: But you know what, he could be a dad with
- 17:58Speaker 2: full glam, with a.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Like he goes the amount of times a day that
- 18:04Speaker 1: I get you know, your husband is this, that and
- 18:07Speaker 1: the other when he's with Jamy. Yeah, they just constantly
- 18:11Speaker 1: think that that's your baby daddy.
- 18:12Speaker 2: I've had people Jared and I were at the grocery
- 18:15Speaker 2: store once and he was pushing Cameron. I was pushing
- 18:18Speaker 2: the cart and it's always old people. It's like seventy
- 18:21Speaker 2: five plus. They stop, they're like, I don't have anywhere
- 18:24Speaker 2: to be, so you don't have anywhere to be. I
- 18:26Speaker 2: need to stop and like just tell you how cute
- 18:27Speaker 2: your baby is. For like twenty minutes, this old couple
- 18:30Speaker 2: stopped us and was like, I see both of you
- 18:32Speaker 2: in him, and I was like, wait, looking at Jared,
- 18:38Speaker 2: my husband, but father of my child, I'm like, I
- 18:42Speaker 2: get it because we're together, like chat and pushing him
- 18:45Speaker 2: around the grocery store. I'm sure we looked like a
- 18:47Speaker 2: really adorable couple. But I was like, oh my god, well.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Poor Jared.
- 18:50Speaker 4: I's over here trying to be as gay as he can.
- 18:52Speaker 3: And he's like, I'm still well.
- 18:55Speaker 1: It's like ever love for Jared.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Next, Jason always says, like the best compliment is if
- 19:00Speaker 2: somebody thinks he's gay. He's like, wow, I must be
- 19:01Speaker 2: dressed really well today. My arms must be like ripped.
- 19:05Speaker 2: I must look so good if, like, if they think
- 19:07Speaker 2: I'm gay, I'm doing it all right. Jared's like, you
- 19:10Speaker 2: think I'm a straight man, don't offend me like that. Yeah,
- 19:16Speaker 2: He's like what if if I not? Don't like, I'm
- 19:18Speaker 2: putting all this effort into looking stunning, gorgeous, perfect, I know,
- 19:22Speaker 2: and you think I'm a straight man.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Yeah, No, it's beyond rude. You should have seen his face.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Rude.
- 19:27Speaker 1: He's like, I got dressed up like this just for
- 19:30Speaker 1: people to think them I'm the baby daddy. Absolutely not.
- 19:34Speaker 1: I have to say though, Jared, So I took Ocean
- 19:36Speaker 1: to a drag show when she was young and obviously
- 19:39Speaker 1: doesn't remember. And she loved it, right because she's always
- 19:41Speaker 1: loved the music, you know, singing stand too. She certainly
- 19:45Speaker 1: is right now she's on TLC's No Scrubs.
- 19:48Speaker 4: I love that.
- 19:48Speaker 1: That is her whole vibe. We listened to it all
- 19:50Speaker 1: the week to school today. I love it. But she
- 19:53Speaker 1: we went to the Paris Hilton Suite, which was so fabulous.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Ocean had the best time. But Jared arrives at my
- 20:00Speaker 1: house before we go and full full glam, gorgeous as
- 20:05Speaker 1: ever an Ocean comes up and goes mom. Jared has
- 20:10Speaker 1: makeup on, and she was a little nervous, and we
- 20:15Speaker 1: learned something Jared taught my daughter. I thought I had
- 20:17Speaker 1: taught her by taking her to a drag show at
- 20:19Speaker 1: the age of one and a half, but she clearly
- 20:21Speaker 1: didn't remember. But Jared is just teaching Ocean all kinds
- 20:24Speaker 1: of things to like Lonna del Rey that boys can
- 20:27Speaker 1: wear makeup too, and now she's telling us that she
- 20:31Speaker 1: wants to put makeup on Easton because boys can wear
- 20:34Speaker 1: makeup too.
- 20:34Speaker 2: You have to let her.
- 20:36Speaker 4: You don't think it's like a massage on the face.
- 20:38Speaker 4: I'm looking forward to it.
- 20:39Speaker 2: I'm like, you guys, need you need to do a
- 20:42Speaker 2: like a TikToker or whatever the kids are doing these
- 20:44Speaker 2: days of the process of my make up. Yeah, and
- 20:47Speaker 2: then you need to have her do a voice over
- 20:49Speaker 2: of like and this is me putting on eyeshadow.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Jannet, You're a fucking genie. And I'm I was like,
- 20:57Speaker 1: thank you, no, absolutely doing that. And while we were
- 21:00Speaker 1: trick or treating you guys. So I don't know if
- 21:03Speaker 1: any of you guys have been living under a rock,
- 21:05Speaker 1: but the La Dodgers took the motherfucking World Series. You guys,
- 21:10Speaker 1: when I get a whoop whoop in it?
- 21:12Speaker 2: Amen, you're such a sports girl.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Now, well, I live with like dudes who constantly.
- 21:17Speaker 4: Like we'll be over at the other house'll walk in
- 21:20Speaker 4: and go, why aren't you at our house watching it?
- 21:22Speaker 4: So we'll stumble on over to her house and then
- 21:24Speaker 4: she'll watch it with us.
- 21:25Speaker 1: The house just feels alive. And I got dinner with
- 21:28Speaker 1: Stossy the other night and we were talking about sports
- 21:30Speaker 1: sports because Game four was on and we didn't take
- 21:34Speaker 1: it until Game five in New York. But she was like,
- 21:38Speaker 1: we had a phone now, and she was like, I
- 21:40Speaker 1: just don't you know, Like I'm not into it, she said,
- 21:43Speaker 1: but I do love when Bo has football on on
- 21:46Speaker 1: Sundays because she goes. Even when it's just myself, Bo
- 21:50Speaker 1: and the kids, it feels like the house is alive
- 21:52Speaker 1: between like the game and cheering and then Bo's reaction.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I feel like that's why I'm into the sports.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I like that. I actually I have never really
- 21:59Speaker 2: thought about like that because I'm not a sports girl.
- 22:01Speaker 2: But there is something that's like active and alive, and
- 22:04Speaker 2: there's always like it makes you feel like cooking something good.
- 22:07Speaker 4: I was just about to say, I know a lot
- 22:08Speaker 4: of like people, even dudes that just like taking care
- 22:12Speaker 4: of the people.
- 22:12Speaker 3: So they're making the.
- 22:13Speaker 4: Food while we're all watching football.
- 22:15Speaker 3: But they just love to do that. It's like taking care.
- 22:17Speaker 3: They like to host.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Yes, there's something about it where you just feel like there's.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Something about friends.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Yes, Yes, I don't like being that person though I do. Okay,
- 22:28Speaker 1: so you can be you can be the host. You
- 22:31Speaker 1: hosted the Utah youth football game a few years ago.
- 22:33Speaker 1: I remember, yeah, it was amazing. But while we were
- 22:37Speaker 1: trigger treating, we saw already a legend Freddy.
- 22:45Speaker 4: I didn't know.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I was just like, there's a tall guy and everybody
- 22:48Speaker 2: as he's walking by, everybody is turning around like oh
- 22:53Speaker 2: my god. And I'm like, the fuck is this guy?
- 22:57Speaker 2: And I think Cass and Jade, who were with, they
- 22:59Speaker 2: were like, oh my they Cass is like a heart doctor,
- 23:03Speaker 2: Jade's a school teacher. Like they don't no offense, care
- 23:07Speaker 2: about like this stuff.
- 23:08Speaker 1: No, not at all, Like they're like, oh, it's so funny.
- 23:10Speaker 2: You guys are on TV.
- 23:11Speaker 1: They don't care about it's so cute.
- 23:13Speaker 2: So when I saw them fan like both of them
- 23:15Speaker 2: they're huge Dodgers fans, they were like, oh, oh my god,
- 23:17Speaker 2: oh we love you.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 23:19Speaker 4: And I was a kid so much.
- 23:21Speaker 2: I was like, is that one of cass his friends?
- 23:22Speaker 2: Does he know this guy?
- 23:24Speaker 1: Like? And why is he acting so weird around him? Foster?
- 23:27Speaker 2: I was like, what's going on? And I think your
- 23:29Speaker 2: mom was like, you don't know who that is.
- 23:30Speaker 4: And I was like, no, Lisa, she wouldn't have known
- 23:33Speaker 4: who that was.
- 23:33Speaker 1: She definitely did.
- 23:35Speaker 4: She does now.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Well, he was the MVP of the entire series. I
- 23:39Speaker 1: mean he was hitting home runs each game.
- 23:40Speaker 4: He's hitting home runs on and off that field.
- 23:42Speaker 3: I saw his wife.
- 23:46Speaker 2: I think he has like three kids.
- 23:47Speaker 4: He does just as cute.
- 23:48Speaker 2: He was declining photos, which I told I felt bad.
- 23:51Speaker 2: Somebody ran up and was like can I love you?
- 23:53Speaker 2: Can we take and he was like, I'm just trying
- 23:55Speaker 2: to have a night with my kids. And I'm like
- 23:56Speaker 2: he would have to do that because if you said
- 23:58Speaker 2: yes to one, he was so packed it would have
- 24:01Speaker 2: been his whole night would have just been that.
- 24:03Speaker 1: And he was one day coming off one day of
- 24:07Speaker 1: winning the so they won the World Series, trigger treating.
- 24:10Speaker 1: The next day was the parade.
- 24:12Speaker 4: Yeah, he had to go home and go to bed
- 24:14Speaker 4: and wake up bright.
- 24:14Speaker 1: And early, and I'm sure that he had a drink.
- 24:18Speaker 1: But he was like with his family as they all
- 24:20Speaker 1: are on the bus during the parade, and he had
- 24:23Speaker 1: a yourbamate in his hand like he's like, full on.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Dad, is that how you say that?
- 24:28Speaker 3: What is it?
- 24:29Speaker 1: How do you say it? Your mate? You are from Ohio.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Also say Reese's peanut butter cups.
- 24:36Speaker 4: No, I don't like that from you.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Wait, how do you say Reese's and you want your
- 24:44Speaker 1: mate your maamte? Isn't that right? Producer John's it's your mate?
- 24:50Speaker 3: I have no idea.
- 24:51Speaker 4: He's over there shaking.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Hear somebody say a word for the first time, and
- 24:55Speaker 2: you're like, oh fuck, I've been saying, yeah, you.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Don't they have giant yellow vans.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a kombucha or whatever.
- 25:05Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, I've.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Interesting only you though, Like you say, we're going to
- 25:09Speaker 1: Las Vegas.
- 25:10Speaker 4: And then when I asked you how Vegas?
- 25:12Speaker 2: Las Vegas?
- 25:13Speaker 1: Is that not? How you know?
- 25:14Speaker 2: I don't hear it? And then begel?
- 25:16Speaker 4: Everybody says, I say that weird, No, we'd we're having
- 25:18Speaker 4: words after.
- 25:19Speaker 1: This, how Jason, how Jason proposed? And she was like
- 25:25Speaker 1: he brought in a bunch of begels. I was like,
- 25:27Speaker 1: I have to stop. I will punch you in the
- 25:29Speaker 1: throat if you ever tell this story again and call
- 25:32Speaker 1: it a begel.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Let me tell you it is the it is ruined
- 25:35Speaker 2: by proposal story. Now when I try to tell people,
- 25:39Speaker 2: like what happened when Jason proposed, I say, in reality,
- 25:43Speaker 2: he went and got Hank's bagels, which our favorite?
- 25:45Speaker 1: Are you stually got Hanks? It's hangls?
- 25:48Speaker 4: Anyway, Hank's bagel.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Now, when I tell the story, I go, he went
- 25:52Speaker 2: and got breakfast, because every time I say it, people like, wait, wait,
- 25:57Speaker 2: he got what? And I'm like, fuck it, never mind,
- 26:00Speaker 2: I'm not gonna tell anybody.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Never mind bagelsaels, yeah, a little Ohio.
- 26:11Speaker 3: Maybe all start saying it that way.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I mean, I am.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Avoid the word now.
- 26:16Speaker 1: I'm glad because that's the whole reason why I wanted
- 26:18Speaker 1: you to say it properly, Because I'm like, no one's
- 26:20Speaker 1: gonna care about your gorgeous ring and the fact that
- 26:22Speaker 1: you're marrying that amazing man. Not only is your husband hot,
- 26:31Speaker 1: he's like the sweetest human on the planet.
- 26:34Speaker 2: It really is. I don't deserve him. People on mine
- 26:37Speaker 2: often are like, why is he with her? And I'm like,
- 26:39Speaker 2: I don't know, bitches either, Okay.
- 26:41Speaker 4: He must be done.
- 26:45Speaker 1: He's book smart, and.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Don't bring this up with him because I don't want
- 26:49Speaker 2: him to realize that he should be with someone better.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Right, maybe if they wrote a book about you, then
- 26:55Speaker 1: he would read it and be like, this seems like
- 26:56Speaker 1: a bad one.
- 26:58Speaker 2: You know what, it is the only reason he's with
- 27:00Speaker 2: the android.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Oh that's his one flo.
- 27:04Speaker 2: I'm like, you could have had like a brain surgeon
- 27:07Speaker 2: rich lady who was also a supermodel, but you texted
- 27:11Speaker 2: her and it was green and she ghosted you.
- 27:13Speaker 1: That's one hundred percent. We've actually spoken about that on
- 27:15Speaker 1: the podcast. I was like, Janet, divorce him the green messages.
- 27:20Speaker 1: He sucks up the whole group chat.
- 27:22Speaker 2: I know, but he's perfect in every other aspect of
- 27:24Speaker 2: life other than the green texting.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Well, by the way, I fully agree with you dismissal.
- 27:30Speaker 1: It's like he's a real freaking gem, and I'm so
- 27:33Speaker 1: happy for you guys. I want to know who wears
- 27:35Speaker 1: the pants in your guys' relationship.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Would you say on the surface me like on every day,
- 27:41Speaker 2: I'm like okay on the foundation Jason one thousand percent.
- 27:46Speaker 2: But a lot of people don't see that. I feel like,
- 27:48Speaker 2: and I feel like, especially when you watch us on
- 27:50Speaker 2: the Valley, you would probably be like, oh, Janet's run nightmare. Yeah,
- 27:54Speaker 2: the nightmare running stuff, bitchy like all of those things.
- 27:58Speaker 2: But like Jason lets me get away with a lot
- 28:00Speaker 2: of little things I will say, like I'll be like,
- 28:02Speaker 2: will you do this? And I am annoying in that sense.
- 28:05Speaker 2: When he comes to me and says like, hey, this
- 28:08Speaker 2: is how we're going to do things, I'm like one
- 28:10Speaker 2: hundred percent and I fully trust him and I let
- 28:13Speaker 2: him take the lead in that sense. So a lot
- 28:14Speaker 2: of the big decisions we make in life, a lot
- 28:17Speaker 2: of the everyday stuff I'm calling the shots on right,
- 28:19Speaker 2: big stuff. Jason calls the shots.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Okay, I think that's healthy. Yeah, very How do you feel,
- 28:27Speaker 1: like what's the game plan? I always wonder when people
- 28:29Speaker 1: are in partnerships, like how does the going out work?
- 28:33Speaker 1: Like how does it work where it's like I want
- 28:34Speaker 1: to have girls' night or he wants to have guy's night.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Is that like a big discussion. Is it a planned
- 28:39Speaker 1: thing where he's like, hey, in two weeks, i'm gonna
- 28:41Speaker 1: do this, put it on the calendar. What is it like?
- 28:44Speaker 2: I mean, we love our friends, we're both also such
- 28:47Speaker 2: homebodies now that it's we don't go out nearly as often.
- 28:51Speaker 2: So when one of us wants to do something, it's
- 28:53Speaker 2: normally like somebody's birthday or something that's you know, more fun,
- 28:57Speaker 2: or you know more important, and it's yeah, normally, hey,
- 29:00Speaker 2: we have a shared calendar, and it's like, hey, in
- 29:03Speaker 2: you know, next Thursday, do you have anything? I want
- 29:05Speaker 2: to do this with my friends. And I'm like next
- 29:07Speaker 2: Thursday and free, you go do that and I'll make
- 29:09Speaker 2: sure i'm home with the baby, especially if my mom's
- 29:11Speaker 2: not here. But yeah, as long as as long as
- 29:15Speaker 2: it works on the calendar, we both just yeah, let
- 29:18Speaker 2: each other do our thing. Because it's not like either
- 29:20Speaker 2: one of us are like going out, you know, even
- 29:23Speaker 2: like twice or three times a week unless there's no
- 29:26Speaker 2: a very good, strange reason, right, like you're filming a show, yeah,
- 29:30Speaker 2: or there's like three birthdays that week and it's all
- 29:33Speaker 2: you know, something like that. But like for the most part,
- 29:35Speaker 2: it's like, yeah, once a week probably he goes out
- 29:38Speaker 2: with his friends, once a week. I go out with mine.
- 29:40Speaker 2: We also love doing stuff together, so when my mom's here,
- 29:43Speaker 2: were like, ditch that baby, let's go do something.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Yeah, Like your foundation is you guys are obviously intimate
- 29:50Speaker 1: with each other, but I think the foundation has to
- 29:52Speaker 1: be you guys have to be best friends, because that's
- 29:55Speaker 1: what's going to keep I mean, listen to me I'm
- 29:57Speaker 1: talking like, I know relationships when I haven't had a
- 30:00Speaker 1: functioning one since I was like twelve seventeen. Really, but
- 30:05Speaker 1: when you guys are parenting because you're relatively new at motherhood, right.
- 30:11Speaker 2: Almost eleven months in so yeah, the.
- 30:13Speaker 1: First year, I still feel like I'm a new parent.
- 30:16Speaker 1: With Ocean, I'm like, what are we doing?
- 30:18Speaker 2: It's new every single day they start learning to do
- 30:21Speaker 2: stuff and you have to parent those things right.
- 30:24Speaker 1: And by the way, it doesn't get easier with a
- 30:26Speaker 1: second kid because it's like, well, you're not giving me
- 30:28Speaker 1: the same kid where I know what to expect, Like
- 30:30Speaker 1: I don't. It's a whole new the whole walks.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:34Speaker 2: I had never thought actually going to fucking pop.
- 30:37Speaker 4: Huh.
- 30:38Speaker 2: I'd have never I'm like, okay, I know how to
- 30:40Speaker 2: do this phase.
- 30:41Speaker 1: You're right, what if the kids do?
- 30:42Speaker 3: Is there a different kid?
- 30:44Speaker 1: No, you feel hurt me. You feel more comfortable in
- 30:47Speaker 1: motherhood with the second, but it's still like, oh, this
- 30:50Speaker 1: is new. I don't really know what to do about
- 30:53Speaker 1: this type of stuff. Huh. You know I thought that,
- 30:56Speaker 1: so what would you say? The most challenging part of
- 31:01Speaker 1: becoming a mom has been.
- 31:04Speaker 2: Not letting guilt get to you. Okay, you have to
- 31:06Speaker 2: have balance, like going out once a week with your friends.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Do it if you have, you know, this time in
- 31:11Speaker 2: your schedule and it works with leaving your kids somewhere safe,
- 31:15Speaker 2: just go out. And then I would say like dividing
- 31:19Speaker 2: and conquering all the new to do list things, right,
- 31:22Speaker 2: Like there's all this new stuff that you have to do,
- 31:24Speaker 2: so like how to manage that effectively, like you know,
- 31:29Speaker 2: cleaning the bottles, Like who's going to do that?
- 31:31Speaker 1: Who?
- 31:31Speaker 2: And how are we managing? How are we doing all
- 31:34Speaker 2: this and getting it used to a whole new routine.
- 31:38Speaker 2: But I would say, like not letting the mom guilt
- 31:41Speaker 2: get to you is tough and it's a constant. Like
- 31:45Speaker 2: sometimes I'll be like I need an hour. He's napping.
- 31:47Speaker 2: I'm just gonna sit and like do something, and then
- 31:50Speaker 2: forty five minutes in, I'm like, why am I doing this?
- 31:52Speaker 2: I should be doing all this other stuff? So you
- 31:54Speaker 2: have to like find the balance of like give yourself
- 31:57Speaker 2: the hour and then get your shit done.
- 32:00Speaker 1: I feel bad for it, right. I always wonder if
- 32:03Speaker 1: that is something that women feel all over the world
- 32:07Speaker 1: or if it's an American thing where we have been
- 32:12Speaker 1: like shoved into these positions of like you can sleep
- 32:16Speaker 1: when you're dead. You know, I don't like you're you're
- 32:21Speaker 1: never doing enough.
- 32:22Speaker 3: You should be doing something.
- 32:23Speaker 1: If you have time to chill, then you have time
- 32:25Speaker 1: to do this.
- 32:26Speaker 4: And it's like, well, I kind of just want to chill,
- 32:28Speaker 4: though I lie to myself and just say it's my
- 32:29Speaker 4: launch break.
- 32:31Speaker 3: I like that, I'm on launch break whatever.
- 32:33Speaker 1: I like that.
- 32:33Speaker 2: It's also we're also seeing every other mom's highlight reel
- 32:37Speaker 2: on social media, so you look at everybody else's thing
- 32:40Speaker 2: and you're like, wow, she got so much shit done
- 32:42Speaker 2: in the day, and you have to remind yourself like
- 32:45Speaker 2: you're not seeing all the in between, you're not seeing
- 32:46Speaker 2: the downtime, You're not seeing all of that. But it's
- 32:49Speaker 2: really easy to compare, I feel like to other people.
- 32:52Speaker 2: My favorite mom content is when people are like, my
- 32:55Speaker 2: kid is fucking stupid and here's why yes today, yes, yes,
- 32:59Speaker 2: like or like admitting failure like I'm drowning today, what
- 33:03Speaker 2: do I do? And I'm like, thank.
- 33:04Speaker 4: God with me.
- 33:07Speaker 1: As much as I hate the term relatable queen, it's
- 33:09Speaker 1: like I really do love it and feel seen.
- 33:12Speaker 4: What do you do when you find an hour, Like,
- 33:15Speaker 4: what do you do for downtime?
- 33:16Speaker 3: For you?
- 33:17Speaker 4: Even at night? When something a bubble bath? What do
- 33:20Speaker 4: you do for you? Which?
- 33:21Speaker 2: I love a bath.
- 33:22Speaker 4: I love a bath. I love that you're busy as hell.
- 33:24Speaker 2: You deserve yes, And now half the time i'm when
- 33:27Speaker 2: I have a bath, it's with Cameron. So it's like
- 33:31Speaker 2: to be by myself in the bath.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Isn't it nice?
- 33:33Speaker 2: Nice? Honestly? Just sometimes I just like to mindlessly scroll
- 33:38Speaker 2: and like binge, watch Housewives, just kind of do something.
- 33:41Speaker 2: It just takes me out of life for a second
- 33:44Speaker 2: and I can just look at dumb shit.
- 33:46Speaker 1: I love that too. Yeah, like getting a good book.
- 33:50Speaker 1: But I will say I always go to Housewives. And
- 33:52Speaker 1: if I don't have a new one to watch, my
- 33:54Speaker 1: go to is watching og Roney because there's nothing better
- 33:59Speaker 1: an og Are you caught up?
- 34:02Speaker 2: I'm caught up on Orange County, love it, Salt Lake. Okay,
- 34:05Speaker 2: I need to binge Potomac, but I'm not.
- 34:07Speaker 3: There Yet's pretty good, Okay.
- 34:09Speaker 4: I love doing all of them.
- 34:10Speaker 1: And I just met Karen Huger the Grand Dam for
- 34:12Speaker 1: the first time. Where did you meet her?
- 34:14Speaker 2: She was at the direct TV party. Okay, let me
- 34:18Speaker 2: tell you I be lined to that woman and I
- 34:20Speaker 2: was like, I love you, I love you. She was
- 34:23Speaker 2: so fabulous. She was super sweet. She actually stoodn't talk
- 34:25Speaker 2: to me for like fifteen minutes. She was super nice.
- 34:28Speaker 2: She's like, oh, I have heard of your show. I'm like,
- 34:30Speaker 2: there's no way she's heard of our show, like mad
- 34:33Speaker 2: for sure, yeah, yeah, yeah, The Valley or whatever. But
- 34:36Speaker 2: she was like, she was so nice. I just it's
- 34:38Speaker 2: that's like, probably for me, one of the like the
- 34:40Speaker 2: most fun things is I've been a Bravo fan for
- 34:43Speaker 2: so long. Yeah, being a part of it and seeing
- 34:46Speaker 2: these people in the flesh and then being able to talk.
- 34:49Speaker 4: To them and just I don't know, on the same level.
- 34:51Speaker 2: It's yeah, I just party with them and chit chat.
- 34:54Speaker 2: It's just so fun to be able to be like,
- 34:56Speaker 2: I love you, girl, No, truly.
- 34:59Speaker 1: Like That's what's made it hard though, is especially doing
- 35:02Speaker 1: this podcast, because we do recaps and just like how
- 35:05Speaker 1: we feel, and I always feel like I have to
- 35:08Speaker 1: first state like I love all of them because I
- 35:10Speaker 1: know how the sausage is made totally, and just because
- 35:13Speaker 1: someone has like a bad a bad season or they
- 35:17Speaker 1: say something that maybe I'm like, er, it's like, that
- 35:20Speaker 1: doesn't really just embody who that person is, So let's
- 35:23Speaker 1: just stick to what was on TV. Yes, you know,
- 35:26Speaker 1: it's hard because I'm like, I know how the fans work,
- 35:30Speaker 1: and I'm like, someone's gonna listen to this, someone's gonna
- 35:31Speaker 1: cut it, someone's gonna send it. And I'm not in
- 35:34Speaker 1: the DM, so I don't know what anyone says about
- 35:35Speaker 1: me because I'm terrified of the DM. It's a scary,
- 35:40Speaker 1: hairy place.
- 35:40Speaker 4: Halloween every year round in.
- 35:42Speaker 1: There, year round it. No, that's what it's called.
- 35:46Speaker 2: I watched differently now too, when it's after you're on it,
- 35:50Speaker 2: You're like, that could be their the worst one thing
- 35:52Speaker 2: they said, you know, and for months and it's the
- 35:56Speaker 2: thing that people are gonna see the most. So I
- 35:59Speaker 2: give everybody a much bigger grain of salt after experiencing
- 36:03Speaker 2: it myself. Yes, I'd yell out my mom, I'm the
- 36:05Speaker 2: way over here. I was on the phone with my
- 36:06Speaker 2: mom and I was like, I'm going to law this podcast.
- 36:08Speaker 2: She's like, Oh, what do you guys have talk about.
- 36:09Speaker 2: I'm like, we're recapping stuff. My mom watches Orange County too,
- 36:12Speaker 2: and I was like, so I'll probably talk you know
- 36:14Speaker 2: some of the Housewives, some of this stuff because you
- 36:16Speaker 2: tell her that Alexis Blina needs to go. I do
- 36:19Speaker 2: not like her. That woman is just running her mouth everywhere.
- 36:21Speaker 2: And I go, mom, that's what people say about.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Me, because it's crazy when you can be like.
- 36:28Speaker 2: Running her mouth everywhere. I like, I run my mouth everywhere.
- 36:31Speaker 2: I'm like, Alexis Blino probably is a mom somewhere too.
- 36:33Speaker 2: That's like, my daughter is actually a very lovely, kind person,
- 36:36Speaker 2: just like you say.
- 36:37Speaker 1: You know what, though, I actually believe Alexis probably is
- 36:41Speaker 1: a very kind and lovely person. Let's jump into OC
- 36:43Speaker 1: because it was the finale. Yeah, let's jump right in,
- 36:47Speaker 1: bend right over. Tomorrow is the well, the first reunion.
- 36:52Speaker 1: I'm so feting excited. But Alexis, I think could be
- 36:57Speaker 1: a gem. But she's attached herself to this John Jay,
- 37:00Speaker 1: I am not a I only go off of my experiences, right,
- 37:04Speaker 1: so I can only look at someone and go, huh,
- 37:07Speaker 1: this reminds me of ABC and D. And because I'm
- 37:11Speaker 1: not an idiot, I know how the alphabet works. I
- 37:13Speaker 1: know that two plus two equals four. This guy's probably
- 37:16Speaker 1: a narcissist. I'm just gonna go with that. I'm really
- 37:20Speaker 1: worried about her, and the flashback scene of her talking
- 37:24Speaker 1: to Tamra being like, he's the one, He's so great,
- 37:27Speaker 1: and he like goes to the confessional and is like,
- 37:30Speaker 1: she's the one. I'm gonna there's no doubt in my mind.
- 37:33Speaker 1: I'm gonna be with her forever, and they like flash
- 37:35Speaker 1: back to him saying the same thing to Shannon.
- 37:38Speaker 2: It's a yike se.
- 37:39Speaker 4: It's a yike Well, Shannon. Her kind of remind me
- 37:43Speaker 4: of the same person, what Shannon if Shannon was younger.
- 37:47Speaker 4: I feel like that's just a Lexis, like he's attracted
- 37:50Speaker 4: to the same person. Looks wise, like they look similar
- 37:55Speaker 4: to me. I don't know if that's just me, but
- 37:57Speaker 4: like when I look at.
- 37:58Speaker 1: The man's perspective and he just looks nothing. Easan's like
- 38:01Speaker 1: she's blonde, the other one's blonde. Good bodies. They wear dresses.
- 38:07Speaker 2: Like Alexis Bilino. And I've gotten comments on my Instagram
- 38:10Speaker 2: being like you and Johnny j Are never going to work,
- 38:13Speaker 2: and I want to reply and be like.
- 38:14Speaker 3: Well, yeah, I want on the wrong page.
- 38:17Speaker 2: Hopefully it doesn't work with him because I'm married to
- 38:21Speaker 2: someone else.
- 38:22Speaker 1: You're like, oh no, do you think it won't work
- 38:24Speaker 1: out because I had a baby with another man and
- 38:26Speaker 1: marrying him behind Johnny Jay's back.
- 38:28Speaker 2: I have seen I did see Alexis and Johnny Jay
- 38:31Speaker 2: at the Direct TV and the US Weekly party together,
- 38:34Speaker 2: So they're making I've seen them make their rounds on
- 38:36Speaker 2: the red carpet too.
- 38:38Speaker 1: I didn't say hi to them.
- 38:43Speaker 2: Comes with a harder hit, keep going they I was.
- 38:47Speaker 2: I wasn't caught up yet when I ran into them,
- 38:49Speaker 2: so I was like, oh, I don't I don't know
- 38:51Speaker 2: what to say.
- 38:51Speaker 1: But what were they like? Were they camera hungry?
- 38:53Speaker 2: They were walking the carpet and doing everything. So but
- 38:58Speaker 2: there's there's shows airing right now, so it's that's what
- 39:00Speaker 2: they're supposed to do. But they for somebody who said
- 39:03Speaker 2: that he wasn't interested in that, let me tell you. You
- 39:06Speaker 2: can tell when people aren't interested and don't want to
- 39:09Speaker 2: do the things because they don't do the things. He
- 39:13Speaker 2: was definitely getting in the mix. It seems like he is.
- 39:16Speaker 1: He's got confessionals with Alexis. It's like beyond and he's
- 39:20Speaker 1: trying I'm really trying to clear my name. I'm like,
- 39:22Speaker 1: clear your name by going away, right. People continue to
- 39:25Speaker 1: talk about you because you keep appearing on our television
- 39:28Speaker 1: front body. Yeah, yes, and like it's very annoying that
- 39:33Speaker 1: you see Shannon who's obviously upset and she wants to
- 39:37Speaker 1: be done with you, right, but you continue to take
- 39:39Speaker 1: her into like this legal pit of hell and then
- 39:43Speaker 1: also show up in her place of work. You're a dog,
- 39:46Speaker 1: I agree, dog. I love when they flash to Ryan
- 39:51Speaker 1: and he's in that like pretty horrific suit ye, but
- 39:55Speaker 1: actually was tailored really well, so you weren't sure. You're like,
- 39:58Speaker 1: is it super bad or is it really fucking good?
- 40:03Speaker 1: I can't tell? But he got it on Amazon and
- 40:06Speaker 1: the theme was like tacky bridesmaids and another reason to
- 40:09Speaker 1: like really be annoyed at Alexa Alexis what's her name again,
- 40:14Speaker 1: Alexis Alexis Billino. She wasn't even in a tacky wedding dress.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Her hair was tacky as fuck.
- 40:20Speaker 2: You don't tell everybody to dress up taki or in
- 40:23Speaker 2: something bad, or it's like when you tell everybody like
- 40:25Speaker 2: come over, I'll be in sweats, and then you come
- 40:27Speaker 2: over in sweats and that person's all dressed up, You're like,
- 40:29Speaker 2: fuck you, fuck.
- 40:30Speaker 1: You, fuck you. Your karma is that you're uncomfortable and
- 40:34Speaker 1: I'm not right. So you may look good, but I'm
- 40:36Speaker 1: sure you feel good, but I feel good. And when
- 40:39Speaker 1: you get to your thirties, you just want to feel good.
- 40:42Speaker 1: When you feel good, you look good exactly. I'm worried
- 40:45Speaker 1: for jen because she's very sweet, and at the very
- 40:48Speaker 1: end of the episode, everything comes out that he's like
- 40:51Speaker 1: laundering money, right allegedly allegedly.
- 40:55Speaker 3: Do we think he's that dumb?
- 40:57Speaker 1: What do you mean? I think a lot of people
- 40:58Speaker 1: are that dumb.
- 40:59Speaker 4: I mean, are dumb and laundering money? Are you that
- 41:01Speaker 4: stupid to see what happened to Jenshaw and all of
- 41:05Speaker 4: that and then bring it to television?
- 41:09Speaker 2: Oh it's saying like, are you that dumb to go
- 41:10Speaker 2: on TV knowing you're doing something legal?
- 41:12Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 41:13Speaker 3: Like and then just saying yeah, I think could pick
- 41:14Speaker 3: me up.
- 41:15Speaker 2: Narcissists never think they're gonna get caught.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Thank you. I was sitting here and I'm like, I'm.
- 41:19Speaker 4: Not well, you hand to get caught when you blab
- 41:22Speaker 4: about it on a housewives, Like, if he wasn't under pressure,
- 41:25Speaker 4: you just did it to yourself.
- 41:27Speaker 1: But I think most narcissists feel like they're invincible.
- 41:30Speaker 2: They've gotten away with it for so long that it's
- 41:32Speaker 2: just like, yeah, you know what, I haven't had consequences
- 41:35Speaker 2: for my actions for the last twenty five years, and
- 41:38Speaker 2: I've been doing all this stuff to make all this
- 41:40Speaker 2: money or whatever. It is, like, why would you think
- 41:42Speaker 2: you're gonna get caught? You've gotten away with it for
- 41:44Speaker 2: so long.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Right, No, it's pretty wild. And what was the most
- 41:48Speaker 1: heartbreaking is Jen who's like older, older than us, asking
- 41:54Speaker 1: Gina after she's like, Gina says you, this is like
- 41:59Speaker 1: not good for you. You cannot marry him, Like he's not
- 42:02Speaker 1: good for you? And she goes, but what about him
- 42:04Speaker 1: isn't good for me?
- 42:05Speaker 3: Everything?
- 42:05Speaker 2: Oh god, it's really I mean, it's hard. It's honestly,
- 42:10Speaker 2: it's hard being in his relationship with a giant red flag.
- 42:13Speaker 2: It's also so hard watching your friends do that, especially
- 42:17Speaker 2: if they aren't seeing it.
- 42:18Speaker 1: Well because their hearts aren't involved and hers is. It
- 42:21Speaker 1: would be like the way, take the way you feel
- 42:25Speaker 1: about Jason and then take everything about Jason and what
- 42:29Speaker 1: he does for a living out of it. Just take
- 42:31Speaker 1: how you feel about him and add all the red flags.
- 42:34Speaker 1: Do you think you could see past them?
- 42:36Speaker 2: That would be tough. I mean now, like if I
- 42:38Speaker 2: was that, if we were engaged and I found out
- 42:40Speaker 2: that he was in some sort of shady business practice,
- 42:43Speaker 2: I would call it off.
- 42:44Speaker 1: You would have to. I don't know what she's doing.
- 42:46Speaker 4: Yeah, Like now I'm like, so now you get your
- 42:49Speaker 4: ducks in her own name and get the hell out.
- 42:52Speaker 2: But honestly, if he was doing something illegal now too,
- 42:54Speaker 2: or like allegedly whatever.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Word I have to say, this is all alleged allegedly, you.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Know, that would also be it's a betrayal of like
- 43:03Speaker 2: you were doing all of this, It's almost like cheating.
- 43:06Speaker 2: If he was running illegal or shady business practice behind
- 43:10Speaker 2: the scenes and was keeping that all secret from me, Like,
- 43:14Speaker 2: that's almost like an affair in my mind.
- 43:16Speaker 4: Well, how I feel like if he's gonna do all
- 43:19Speaker 4: that shady business, his whole life has become shad.
- 43:21Speaker 1: One hundred percent. I think so too. And I always
- 43:25Speaker 1: tell people like if, well, actually I learned this from someone.
- 43:29Speaker 1: There was like this guy and I cannot remember, but
- 43:32Speaker 1: he was a really good dude, and I believe he
- 43:34Speaker 1: was a lawyer. And he said not Jason, don't but
- 43:39Speaker 1: he said to me, I don't do deals. I've gone
- 43:44Speaker 1: out with men on business trips and they met and
- 43:48Speaker 1: they're messing around on their wives. He said, I immediately
- 43:52Speaker 1: put my guard up and do not work with them,
- 43:54Speaker 1: because if you could do that to your wife, what
- 43:55Speaker 1: the fuck could you do to me.
- 43:56Speaker 2: I've seen this clip before, and I toally agree. The
- 43:59Speaker 2: person you're sleeping every night, you're gonna lie to and
- 44:01Speaker 2: go to bed dirty and all that. Of course you're
- 44:04Speaker 2: gonna scam me for some cash. One hundred less to
- 44:07Speaker 2: lose there than there is in a marriage, So I
- 44:10Speaker 2: completely agree. I mean, I think the same thing when
- 44:12Speaker 2: I see people messing around and doing things.
- 44:14Speaker 1: I'm seeing parallel. So you're caught up on Salt Lake.
- 44:18Speaker 1: There's this new girl, Brittany, and she's kind of like
- 44:21Speaker 1: stolen the show with her relationship, and it's so strange
- 44:24Speaker 1: to me. I think it's because she's like technically dating
- 44:27Speaker 1: in Osmond, but it's so crazy to see these women
- 44:31Speaker 1: ignore all the red flags there. They're much not much,
- 44:35Speaker 1: but they're like in their late forties early fifties, much
- 44:39Speaker 1: older than the two of us, and I just can't
- 44:41Speaker 1: even imagine letting this shit fly, especially now that I
- 44:45Speaker 1: have two children. These women like this, Brittany is completely
- 44:50Speaker 1: up in the night.
- 44:52Speaker 2: It's wild. I mean, the guy is literally like, well,
- 44:54Speaker 2: I guess we just can't be together. Carry on, and
- 44:56Speaker 2: she's like like it's like he's literally telling you to
- 44:59Speaker 2: your face, I'm not promising you anything. I don't want anything.
- 45:03Speaker 2: We're friends, and she's like not moving on. I'm like,
- 45:07Speaker 2: get out of there.
- 45:08Speaker 1: She obviously I don't know if she practice Mormonism practices
- 45:14Speaker 1: Mormonism because Angie rolls up to her house this like
- 45:16Speaker 1: Mormon campfire is something that the Mormons do, and Angie
- 45:21Speaker 1: brings her wine. Oh yeah, and Brittany's like it is
- 45:23Speaker 1: so inappropriate and Angie's like, I've seen you drink wine
- 45:26Speaker 1: on multiple occasions. Like what's so inappropriate about it? So
- 45:29Speaker 1: I'm assuming that she.
- 45:33Speaker 3: Two fair has.
- 45:34Speaker 1: Sex, right, Yeah, she's not a true I think that's
- 45:37Speaker 1: what's fucking her up.
- 45:38Speaker 4: She's trying to be Mormon but not living a Mormon life.
- 45:41Speaker 1: Well, I think the guilt weighs heavy on her. But
- 45:43Speaker 1: I also think what's messing with her mind when this
- 45:46Speaker 1: guy who's like very handsome is telling her I cannot
- 45:51Speaker 1: be with you and give you what you want, but
- 45:53Speaker 1: he'll certainly throw the dick. She's confusing his words and
- 45:57Speaker 1: intimacy and Easton and I talked about this on a
- 45:59Speaker 1: Podcas asked a while ago that she because she was
- 46:01Speaker 1: in the Mormon Chirts church for so long, she doesn't
- 46:04Speaker 1: understand what a friend with benefits is. She's letting the
- 46:07Speaker 1: dick cloud her where she thinks intimacy is love Yep.
- 46:11Speaker 2: In Mormonism, you're supposed to wait till marriage.
- 46:14Speaker 1: Yeah, and she won.
- 46:15Speaker 4: And you're only supposed to make the man happy.
- 46:17Speaker 2: Doesn't butt stuff not count?
- 46:19Speaker 4: And you can marinate so shoving it in there and
- 46:21Speaker 4: just flirt away.
- 46:22Speaker 2: Was it you that just told me about marinating recently?
- 46:24Speaker 2: Because I had never heard this term. I think it
- 46:26Speaker 2: was at your house, so I was like, what what is.
- 46:29Speaker 3: This braggot soak?
- 46:31Speaker 1: Yeah? Oh. In her confessional, she talks about her mom's
- 46:38Speaker 1: relationship with her dad and it was a fairytale romance
- 46:41Speaker 1: they met and how long six.
- 46:44Speaker 4: Days they dated, got engaged, got married within what like
- 46:48Speaker 4: a couple of months I think, and then have been
- 46:50Speaker 4: married yeah.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Something fifty three years. And I'm like, Chase that my
- 46:55Speaker 1: love that's called Papa wanted to put his dick in
- 46:58Speaker 1: your mom.
- 46:59Speaker 2: Okay, except not the rule of like relationships. Most people
- 47:03Speaker 2: who probably get engaged after six days probably doesn't last.
- 47:08Speaker 1: I've only seen two other that I can recall, two
- 47:12Speaker 1: other cities where the men the husbands of the Housewives
- 47:16Speaker 1: have had scenes together. How do we feel like you're
- 47:21Speaker 1: on a show with dudes husbands? That's what the show
- 47:23Speaker 1: is based on, right, Housewives is about the chicks.
- 47:26Speaker 4: Right.
- 47:27Speaker 1: I have seen the men have their their little scenes
- 47:31Speaker 1: on og Beverly Hills, and I've seen it heavy on Jersey. Yeah, Jersey.
- 47:35Speaker 2: I was going to say that Jersey is heavy.
- 47:38Speaker 4: The dudes could have their own show on Jersey.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Right, So how do we feel about do you like
- 47:44Speaker 1: seeing husbands scenes? My favorite line was Justin, which is
- 47:48Speaker 1: Whitney Rose's husband, where Lisa Barlow's husband John reaches out
- 47:53Speaker 1: to Justin and says, you know, we should get together
- 47:56Speaker 1: and talk about what happened in Justin's I'm just going
- 47:59Speaker 1: to be straightforward and telling you know sounds good.
- 48:01Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, be any more straightforward. Yeah.
- 48:06Speaker 3: They never talk to him again.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Do you like watching the husband scene?
- 48:10Speaker 2: I love it. I actually think it makes for some
- 48:15Speaker 2: of the best TV. I think some of my favorite
- 48:17Speaker 2: seasons are when the husbands get involved, and I do
- 48:20Speaker 2: think it's part of the reason that The Valley and
- 48:22Speaker 2: vander Pump are both heavily watched and very successful because
- 48:27Speaker 2: it adds a dynamic that you don't see. And there's
- 48:29Speaker 2: something about when something happens with Jason, I'm right there
- 48:33Speaker 2: with it, you know what I mean, And then it
- 48:35Speaker 2: kind of crosses over and you see this. It's just
- 48:37Speaker 2: a different dynamic. I think on Orange County, you know,
- 48:40Speaker 2: with Ryan jumping in and there's you know, and Tarma's
- 48:43Speaker 2: husband and him getting into it, it adds a whole
- 48:46Speaker 2: other level where I'm like, oh, this is good.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Like you feel like the stakes are higher, stakes.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Are higher, and you see a different you see that
- 48:53Speaker 2: person with their like mama bear energy. You know, it's like,
- 48:57Speaker 2: don't come after my husband or you know, don't come after.
- 49:02Speaker 4: I was just about to say half the fighting between
- 49:04Speaker 4: the dudes is because of the wives.
- 49:07Speaker 3: It's all because of the wives.
- 49:08Speaker 4: And they're like standing how I look did the Justin
- 49:11Speaker 4: fight with what John John? Yeah, is both of them
- 49:14Speaker 4: were just trying to stand up for their wives, not
- 49:17Speaker 4: knowing like take that out. They would have been just
- 49:20Speaker 4: standing having a drink together, not doing anything.
- 49:23Speaker 3: It's the wives.
- 49:23Speaker 4: They got them into it, and I like it because
- 49:26Speaker 4: it does make the stakes higher. And I love to
- 49:28Speaker 4: see these men acting cool and chill and all that,
- 49:31Speaker 4: and then when.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Shit hits the fan, you see that real person come out.
- 49:35Speaker 3: You're like, never seen that guy?
- 49:36Speaker 1: Yeah, and then you're about to squash.
- 49:40Speaker 4: Oh, shut because you're chilling. Now, I really get to
- 49:43Speaker 4: see you. Like, No, if the guys go like I've
- 49:46Speaker 4: seen and I was just about to see, I've seen
- 49:49Speaker 4: the producers and the cameraman and I really hit the van.
- 49:52Speaker 3: They're not keeping them back.
- 49:54Speaker 2: No, It's very like.
- 49:58Speaker 3: That's it.
- 49:58Speaker 4: They need those type of curity cards on your guys's shows.
- 50:01Speaker 1: No the men for real though, Yeah.
- 50:04Speaker 3: Because men that's the other thing.
- 50:05Speaker 4: Women will fight and baker and all that, but they'll
- 50:08Speaker 4: leave it.
- 50:09Speaker 3: Men.
- 50:10Speaker 4: You saw it with Justin kind of like, I don't
- 50:12Speaker 4: think he was angrily stepping at no.
- 50:15Speaker 1: No, No, What's John would have gone his ass beat?
- 50:18Speaker 3: Oh John?
- 50:19Speaker 1: John stepped in aggressively.
- 50:21Speaker 3: I would have been pissed off.
- 50:23Speaker 4: And I like Justin when he was like, I don't
- 50:25Speaker 4: think I owe them an apology right now. It's like
- 50:27Speaker 4: you owe justin one John, you just come in and
- 50:30Speaker 4: shove them, stay out of it. It's like, well, you're
- 50:32Speaker 4: kind of putting yourself into it. So instead of doing that,
- 50:35Speaker 4: how about you just grab me, like tap me and
- 50:37Speaker 4: just be like, come and talk to me.
- 50:38Speaker 3: Let's stay out of it.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Well and even say the fuck word he just said,
- 50:44Speaker 1: don't call my wife a fucking fucking don't see the
- 50:46Speaker 1: fuck word to my wife.
- 50:48Speaker 2: Oh, she came over your wife's fucking liar, wife's fucking liars.
- 50:50Speaker 2: I don't say my wife's a fucking liar. And then
- 50:52Speaker 2: she's like, you said the EF word.
- 50:53Speaker 4: I'm like, wait a second, don't come at me accusing
- 50:56Speaker 4: my wife of something, and I'm just a I'm that's.
- 50:59Speaker 1: What I So they had replay because there are times
- 51:01Speaker 1: where I go toes and I'm like you did this
- 51:03Speaker 1: and they're like, no, you did this, and I'm like,
- 51:05Speaker 1: I think that might be true.
- 51:06Speaker 2: That's one of the hardest things I think about being
- 51:08Speaker 2: on these shows, and maybe something that the audience doesn't realize.
- 51:11Speaker 2: It's like when something a heated moment happened, somebody says something,
- 51:14Speaker 2: then it sets and it sets everything off. You don't
- 51:17Speaker 2: you don't call producers the next day and say, hey,
- 51:20Speaker 2: go ahead and send me over that. I wish they
- 51:21Speaker 2: would send over the fodge, but like, you don't. You
- 51:23Speaker 2: can't watch it immediately, so then you're like, okay, this
- 51:26Speaker 2: is how I remember this, and you maybe sometimes go
- 51:28Speaker 2: too hard and like I'm right, you're wrong, and then
- 51:32Speaker 2: it airs six months, a year, whatever it is later
- 51:35Speaker 2: and you're like, oh shit, you I did start this
- 51:39Speaker 2: right whatever.
- 51:39Speaker 4: You blackout sometimes when you're like not drinking, but just
- 51:43Speaker 4: like the filming blackout, it's all black out here.
- 51:45Speaker 3: Sometimes my god, I.
- 51:47Speaker 1: Leave here and go what did we even talk about?
- 51:49Speaker 2: I normally remember roughly what I said season one because
- 51:53Speaker 2: I was pregnant and completely sober. Everybody called me the
- 51:56Speaker 2: next day and they're like, how did this happen? I'm like, well,
- 51:59Speaker 2: first you said this, then this person said this, then
- 52:01Speaker 2: this person stood up. Like the episode where we were
- 52:04Speaker 2: all at the Madre on having dinner and everyone got
- 52:07Speaker 2: into it in the hallway. It was like Jesse, Luke, Michelle, Okay,
- 52:10Speaker 2: everybody's yeah, screaming at each other that night, Everybody's like
- 52:14Speaker 2: how did we because it happened so fast? How did
- 52:16Speaker 2: we get here? And that was another one where like
- 52:18Speaker 2: producers ripping people apart and getting in the middle, and
- 52:20Speaker 2: you know it's not good when you see.
- 52:22Speaker 4: All the producers jumping in.
- 52:24Speaker 2: Yeah, it's also an interesting position being when you're filming
- 52:28Speaker 2: with a partner, you want that partner to stick up
- 52:31Speaker 2: for you in certain stuff, but you also don't want
- 52:33Speaker 2: them to jump in too much.
- 52:34Speaker 4: It's like and become part of It's a tough thing. Yeah.
- 52:37Speaker 2: When Jason's you know, in something and something's going on
- 52:40Speaker 2: and he's you know, having heavy talk with somebody or
- 52:42Speaker 2: somebody says something to him, it is like a moment
- 52:44Speaker 2: where you really have to take a look at it
- 52:46Speaker 2: and say, do I jump in and defend him or
- 52:50Speaker 2: do I want him to jump in and defend me
- 52:52Speaker 2: right now? Or can I handle my own and do
- 52:54Speaker 2: I got this? And would I be like mad at
- 52:56Speaker 2: him if he jumps in, because you experience both. I've
- 52:58Speaker 2: had times where I'm like, where were you on that one? Jason? Yeah,
- 53:02Speaker 2: I'm like didn't you hear it? He's like huh what,
- 53:04Speaker 2: Like I'm like never mind. Or there's times where it's
- 53:07Speaker 2: like he jumps in and I'm like I'm like, I
- 53:09Speaker 2: got this you stay back there.
- 53:11Speaker 1: Yes, it's hard to.
- 53:12Speaker 4: Being a guy because if I was Jason and You're
- 53:14Speaker 4: gonna fight, I'm like, do I need to tap on?
- 53:16Speaker 1: Right? Walk a fine line?
- 53:18Speaker 2: I think as a duke, it's and it's a case
- 53:19Speaker 2: by case scenario of like, you.
- 53:21Speaker 1: Know, they also walk the line of if I jump in,
- 53:24Speaker 1: am I going to be looked at as someone who's aggressive?
- 53:28Speaker 4: Right?
- 53:29Speaker 1: I think it would be really hard to be a dude.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Like as a chick, we can kind of go toes
- 53:33Speaker 1: and do the whole damn thing. Whereas a dude, if
- 53:35Speaker 1: he inserts himself to protect his wife when it's girl
- 53:39Speaker 1: on girl crime, the other chick could easily say like, whoa,
- 53:44Speaker 1: you got a little aggressive, and immediately that label is
- 53:48Speaker 1: not great. It's a it's a very it's a trigger word.
- 53:52Speaker 4: Yeah, and once you're kind of labeled at that, you're
- 53:54Speaker 4: kind of stuck there.
- 53:55Speaker 1: Yeah, Oh my god, I know you wear it forever.
- 53:58Speaker 1: I mean, these Bravo fans, they do not let you
- 54:00Speaker 1: forget your past. No speaking of past.
- 54:03Speaker 2: It's almost like they have it on video.
- 54:05Speaker 1: It's almost like they could watch it anywhere. I was
- 54:09Speaker 1: watching Potomac and I've always told people do not sleep
- 54:12Speaker 1: on Potomac. Since season one, I was like, this is gold.
- 54:16Speaker 1: This season they have a not an entirely new cast,
- 54:19Speaker 1: but they let go of Robin Dixon and Candice Dillard.
- 54:22Speaker 1: I got nervous because I thought both of those women
- 54:25Speaker 1: were extremely like they needed them. They were heavy hitters
- 54:30Speaker 1: in the game. I was sad to see them go.
- 54:32Speaker 1: But they've replaced them with some even heavier hitters.
- 54:37Speaker 2: I'm excited.
- 54:38Speaker 3: No, it's good.
- 54:39Speaker 1: It's really good.
- 54:40Speaker 2: Okay, all right, you would tell me.
- 54:43Speaker 1: So rather than breaking it down, I'm going to ask
- 54:47Speaker 1: you guys how you feel about certain things. The first
- 54:49Speaker 1: one is they're they're celebrating Wendy's birthday and suddenly it
- 54:56Speaker 1: becomes like this whole conversation of people throwing shade. And
- 55:02Speaker 1: then it's immediately bringing up everyone's past and it's like, well,
- 55:07Speaker 1: you dated a drug dealer and she's like when, and
- 55:10Speaker 1: they're like the boyfriend before this, and it's like okay,
- 55:13Speaker 1: well you used to be a stripper, and I'm like okay.
- 55:18Speaker 1: This is where filming a show gets really, really sticky,
- 55:21Speaker 1: because it is all about bringing in new blood because
- 55:25Speaker 1: we number one, just need new faces, but we also
- 55:29Speaker 1: need other people to kind of take the punches. When
- 55:33Speaker 1: you signed on for The Valley, were you at all
- 55:37Speaker 1: nervous about things that you have done in your past
- 55:40Speaker 1: may come up or were you like, I'm not worried
- 55:42Speaker 1: about that. I'll talk about it if it's brought up.
- 55:46Speaker 1: And is it fair for people to hold you to
- 55:49Speaker 1: your past? Like this entire dinner was everyone holding each
- 55:53Speaker 1: other to their past?
- 55:54Speaker 2: I think it's one of those things. Kay, there's always
- 55:57Speaker 2: I feel like a thread in every cast or every
- 56:00Speaker 2: show where if you pull that thread, everything's gonna unwrap.
- 56:04Speaker 2: I actually feel like you saw it on Orange County recently,
- 56:06Speaker 2: between especially when you have close friends that are now
- 56:09Speaker 2: on the outs, when all when one secret comes out,
- 56:12Speaker 2: it's like, oh, you want to tell them that secret.
- 56:14Speaker 2: I feel like it happened on Orange County with Tamra
- 56:16Speaker 2: and Shannon. They both you know, or had each other's
- 56:19Speaker 2: backs for so long, so as soon as one of
- 56:21Speaker 2: them said, oh, well you did this, it was like
- 56:24Speaker 2: gloves off, gloves off. We're going back and forth, and
- 56:26Speaker 2: you have a lot of AMMO when you've been friends
- 56:28Speaker 2: with somebody for fifteen years like they have been.
- 56:31Speaker 1: Yeah, but what's wild is the receiving person is like,
- 56:34Speaker 1: can the both of you just shut the fuck up,
- 56:35Speaker 1: like the only person affected, you're trying to prove that
- 56:37Speaker 1: the other person shitty. You're both shitty breads, be quiet, right?
- 56:40Speaker 2: I totally agree. And on a personal level, you know,
- 56:43Speaker 2: when Jason and I before we agreed to have cameras
- 56:46Speaker 2: in our lives, we sat down and we went through
- 56:49Speaker 2: and we were like, what's the worst is what's the
- 56:51Speaker 2: worst stuff from our past that we think could come up?
- 56:54Speaker 2: Is there enemies or people we don't talk to, or
- 56:57Speaker 2: ex'es or anything that were afraid of and if there are,
- 57:00Speaker 2: let's talk it out now and then decide if we
- 57:03Speaker 2: want to be more public people or not. And I
- 57:06Speaker 2: think everything that we kind of discussed it was like, yep,
- 57:09Speaker 2: you know this might come up, like I've been married
- 57:12Speaker 2: and divorced, Like there could you know there could be
- 57:14Speaker 2: stuff there or you know, in past relationships. Sure nothing
- 57:19Speaker 2: though that I was like, we can't do this. I
- 57:21Speaker 2: think anything that you bring up from my past now
- 57:24Speaker 2: I could answer to and say like maybe not, you
- 57:27Speaker 2: know proudly. I wouldn't be like, yeah, I'm happy I
- 57:30Speaker 2: did this, but I don't. I'd be like yeah, I
- 57:32Speaker 2: fucked up back then. I shouldn't have done this thing,
- 57:35Speaker 2: and I've grown from it and here's how I've learned
- 57:37Speaker 2: or whatever. So I think you do before you, you know,
- 57:40Speaker 2: agree to be a public person, you do have to
- 57:43Speaker 2: backtrack and think, like, what's the worst thing I've ever
- 57:46Speaker 2: said or done that could be thrown in my face?
- 57:49Speaker 2: And how would I answer to it now? And I
- 57:51Speaker 2: just think as long as you're authentic and you are
- 57:54Speaker 2: okay with like, I think hiding thing is the worst
- 57:57Speaker 2: thing you can do.
- 57:58Speaker 1: Well it is, you know, from personal experience, Season five
- 58:02Speaker 1: was a nightmare and me hiding my relationship. Cut to
- 58:05Speaker 1: season seven where it comes out that I ate Ariana
- 58:08Speaker 1: out in the back of Sandoval's car, and it would
- 58:10Speaker 1: have been a huge thing, but because we just kind
- 58:13Speaker 1: of talked about it, it like lived for five seconds
- 58:16Speaker 1: and died. Like there's something And I think mia on
- 58:19Speaker 1: Potomac has conquered the art of like I was a stripper,
- 58:22Speaker 1: I fucked around on my husband while I you know,
- 58:27Speaker 1: during the time that my child was conceived and my
- 58:30Speaker 1: new boyfriend who I've been with on the side since
- 58:34Speaker 1: high school it may be his child, and everyone you
- 58:36Speaker 1: know is sitting there going like Wow, this is pretty wild.
- 58:39Speaker 1: But no one's sitting there being like yeah, talking about
- 58:42Speaker 1: it because she just lays it all out there, let's discuss.
- 58:46Speaker 2: But if it was somebody else uncovering it, like in
- 58:49Speaker 2: a scene without oh, then it's a big one person
- 58:51Speaker 2: spreads it, then it's a whole episode and potentially a
- 58:54Speaker 2: whole season talking about.
- 58:56Speaker 1: That, right. We also have on Potomac the Grand Dam
- 58:59Speaker 1: who was allegedly gotten a dui and not know that
- 59:05Speaker 1: she's got.
- 59:05Speaker 2: Okay, so she's got until after I posted with her and.
- 59:09Speaker 4: They did a whole list of her ticketing.
- 59:12Speaker 1: They did, and it was long.
- 59:14Speaker 3: It was a laundry list.
- 59:15Speaker 1: But I love The Grand Dom too, And in her interview,
- 59:19Speaker 1: please don't drink and dry, I do love the Granddam,
- 59:22Speaker 1: and it's we're now kind of seeing two shows run
- 59:25Speaker 1: parallel when it comes to like The Granddam Karen and
- 59:30Speaker 1: Shannon on oc and I think when you're a part
- 59:34Speaker 1: of a show where like you're able to drink and
- 59:37Speaker 1: many women do it and they're totally fine. Right, I'm
- 59:41Speaker 1: not naming any of these women alcoholics, but their cast
- 59:45Speaker 1: members are raising red flags about their drinking, and I
- 59:49Speaker 1: want to know, Janet, because I think about this all
- 59:51Speaker 1: the time. We're a part of shows where you're supposed
- 59:54Speaker 1: to live your authentic life and everything is out there
- 59:58Speaker 1: and let's mention it all. Well, do you think that
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: something like this someone's drinking problem or lack of should
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: be spoken about on camera or do you think that
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: conversations like that should take place on the off season
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: and then just spoken about, like what happened during that
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: time on camera.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: It depends. I would say, if the person while they're
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: filming is getting trashed or like, it's very obvious while
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: you're filming that this is a problem, and maybe even
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: it's if it built up from time you weren't filming,
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: but while you're filming you're noticing red flags with drinking,
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: then I think it's okay to say, hey, you did
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: this thing on camera? Hm, how can I not mention
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: that it's been an ongoing problem?
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: Okay? Well what about these women who they got into
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: accidents allegedly they got into accidents and then it's posted
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: about and it's all when cameras are down off season
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: and they're having to attend court at some point. Is
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: that fair game to talk about on camera? And say,
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: I think you have a drinking problem.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: I think it's fair to talk about it on camera
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: because it happened and it's news. So it's like, you know,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: the audience that puts you on this show, they're seeing
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: these articles they wanted to drew about it. Yeah, so
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: I think it's it's also just totally how you address it.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: If if you take full accountability and you lay out
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: a plan of how you plan on changing, and your
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: behavior is aligned with that plan, then I think people
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: should give you a little bit of a break. But
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: if you're coming in and nothing seems to have changed,
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: you don't seem to have learned your lesson at all,
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: and you're still heavily drinking, then I think your friends
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: should be able to say, hey, this is worrisome. I
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: think camera went hard, like I think.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: She always goes hard though. That's who she is. She's
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: she's got grit, and yeah, I relate to her because
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I deliver you a package covered in shit. But if
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: you can dig real nice and deep, you'll find that
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: my heart's in the right place.
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: I think she's calling, you know out what she's seeing,
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: and I think that that's also what you have to
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: do when you're on a show, you can't just sit
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: there and ignore everything. Otherwise it'd be the most boring
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: thing ever.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: As a viewer, you signed up for what you're doing.
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: I want to see it all same I do tell you.
- 1:02:26Speaker 4: You guys are on this TV show to show it all,
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: show me at all. You signed your life to it.
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: You could have said no, show me everything, okay.
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: I I think if you want to hide something from
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: the cameras, if you're having an affair, if you have
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: a drinking problem, if you have a skeleton in your
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: closet and you don't want it to come out during filming,
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: protect it, hide it, but don't do the thing like
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: if you like, you know, if I was having an
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: affair and I keep it completely quiet whatever and it
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: doesn't come out, fine, But if I'm telling my castmates
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: and friends about it off camera and saying like.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: Hey, I'm then it's fair game. Then of course.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: They're going to bring it up. So that's one of
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: those things. If you want to hide something, keep it
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: like you hide it, but you can't expect your castmates
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: to hide stuff. If you're doing things off camera that
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: are sneaky.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: Right, and like, don't hide skeletons in your closet, like
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: maybe sparing them in the backyard and then like dig
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: where you're going to have the foundation for a.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: Pool, or open your closet, show everybody the skeleton, and
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: they will forget about it five minutes later.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: If you're just like, yep, here it is right, Like,
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: did I really see that? I'm not quite sure. Would
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: she have put it on full display if it was
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: a big deal? Yeah? God, I love that you have
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: a soothing voice. Thank you. I love listening to you.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: Thank you. At the end of each episode of the
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: Give Them Lalla podcast, we do an ache and relief
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: of the week Easton, would you like to start us off?
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: Oh? Fuck, my ache of the week?
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: Let's try to come up with one.
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: Huh.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: Okay, do you want me to go first?
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: Go first?
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: Okay. My ache and relief are one in the same.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: We'll start off with my ache. My ache is that
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: my ride or die Jessica is no longer going to
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: be working for me and she will no longer be
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: on the podcast. My relief is that she is going
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: to go spread her wings. I fly and fly and
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: we wish her all the best. I love her more
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: than anything. And I'm so excited to see what she's
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: going to do in her future.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Me too.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: It's bright, it's very bright future ahead of her.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Yes, what's yours?
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: T T?
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: I mean I think that's my ache.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Is it?
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just losing her. It was family.
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: But I want her to go and be successful in
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: all the things that she's wanting in life. And I'm
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: excited to see her shine and do all the things
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: that she's wanting to do.
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: Aimen to that.
- 1:04:46Speaker 4: So that is my ache is just restructuring the the life.
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: The life it so well. But yeah, that's the ache,
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: is just losing her. And then the relief is just
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: it's been life. Yeah, did you feel really good?
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: Yeah? I feel good. I've been.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: Are we allowed to say it? What you're ninety days?
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: I mean that's the thing because they say they don't
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: want to bring it to television.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: And shit, well I broke that a long time.
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: Well yeah, I'm ninety days sober to anyone who gives
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: a shit we a s Yeah. Yeah, it's like a
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: little pink cloud back.
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: I got a little chip. So it's like I got
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: my reward.
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, So now I feel good, Like my relief
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: is just I feel very good.
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: Good, no weed, He's just wow.
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: I'm sleeping amazing now, like I'm tired.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: I would say it takes.
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: I was a huge stoner then quitting. I quit for
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: a while, and then I obviously had to quit when
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: I was pregnant breastfeeding all that. I feel like, ninety
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: days is the mark where it's out of your body.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: That's how I feel, like, did you get the sweats
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: at first and stuff?
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: Yeah, like I was shaking, like at night, I was
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: like restless legs, Like I would just get up and
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: like walk around.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: And ninety days, I feel like is when your system
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: like fully clears something. Yeah, shit, and you can feel
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: like like I normal again.
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: Yeah, Like I'm my body and mental is all one again.
- 1:06:05Speaker 4: Yeah like nothing, Yeah, like all my chakras are aligned.
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: Right, totally feel Yeah. Well, we're very proud of you, teach.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: You're welcome, Janet. Do you have an ache and relief?
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: I will say, Okay, this weekend I had my Jason
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: was out of town, so my ache was like missing
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: him and like our chill weekend vibes. But my relief
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: was realizing that I can take care of my own
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: baby for seventy two hours without my mom, without Jason,
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: without Jared. It was just the two of us this weekend.
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: Jared's a big help in our.
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: Favorite even when he comes over, I'm like, yess.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: Yeah, he's so good with all the kids. Cameron. Jared's
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: number one favorite for Cameron. Right now, if I'm holding
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: Cameron and Jared walks in, he lunges out of my
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: arms into Jared's arms. So Jared's currently number one. Jared
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: I could tell. He's like, I'm sorry, and I'm like,
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: enjoy this. You're the chosen one.
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: I know, right, I'm not bothered by it.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: You'd be number one. Yeah, fine, but yeah. We had
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: a whole weekend where I had nothing except for Cameron
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: and I and we stayed home all weekend and we
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: did a couple of things, but we, like, for the
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: most part, just chilled and I was like, Okay, I
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: was worried that this was gonna I was gonna be
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: exhausted and this was gonna be really hard, and I
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: did it.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: You did it.
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: Yes, that's the hardest job.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: It was tough, but I now know that you survived.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: We're so happy for it. It is intimidating sometimes I
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: look at my kids, and I'm like, it's just you
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: and me.
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: What's it called.
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: They left and we had a night nurse coming.
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: Thank god. I had to stay with the baby.
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: For twenty minutes and it took fucking it felt like
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: four hours. Was staring at talk about you guys.
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: If this thing dies, I'm gonna die.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: Oh my god. Lets on that note Easton. We'll have
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: you at it twenty minutes. Thank you guys so much
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: for listening to the Give Them La La podcast. Janet
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: having me, You're so welcome. We can't wait to have
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: you back on again.
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: Yeah wait, I would love to.
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: You're amazing and you guys are amazing. Remember that the
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: bonus episodes come out on Mondays. That video dropped same day,
