- 3:08of Texas have failed their citizens. They have failed those that are incarcerated,
- 3:14and I am honored to be able to be a voice for those that may
- 3:19not have a voice on the outside. So tonight we're gonna get an opportunity
- 3:25to meet two individuals that are a part of the Free Texas campaign. They
- 3:30are incarcerated in the State of Texas and they're gonna be sharing their stories,
- 3:35their perspectives, whatever it is that is laid on their heart tonight to share.
- 3:39I'm just being an outlet for them to be able to share on tonight.
- 3:44So tonight we have if you would please state your name and tell the
- 3:52listeners just a little bit about you. Order were current and concerated in the
- 4:01state of Texas, Richard from San Antonio, Texas, and I just had
- 4:09to be able to give a voice to change different develop on the State of
- 4:15Texas prison system and get a different perspective to society of about how they feel
- 4:21and think about us. Right, So if you would, if you would,
- 4:30a lot of people like to know, if you would tell us a
- 4:34little bit about your journey and how did you end up incarcerated, What was
- 4:40your childhood like, and how did you end up in the space that you're
- 4:46in. Well, I had a very good child, loving mother. M
- 5:00get me be phrased that my child was good as far as what my mother
- 5:04provided me. My mother, she basically was my father and my mother.
- 5:10My father was an abusive man to abused my mother and that kind of had
- 5:17an effect on my life in a sense of not having a father figure in
- 5:23my life and society where I grew up in the projects in Santatonio and the
- 5:29East Terrace. I was. I was a part of what the influences that
- 5:34I was raised a while, so in turn, that gave me a negative.
- 5:41I would live on house. Not having a father was in my life
- 5:45and looking to the individuals that's trying to feel that boy that was missing out
- 5:48of my life. And it was a journey. It was a journey the
- 5:56individuals that I hugged around it influenced me to point where I was angry,
- 6:01I was bad, I was missing something in my life. I didn't want
- 6:11the same thing that other people had for as uh how you see individuals with
- 6:18the money and all that. All I was looking for as love. I
- 6:23was missing to love aspect in my life and I wanted to be trying to
- 6:26fulfill it. But it didn't happen the way that I wanted, and I
- 6:30got caught up. I caught up into the negativity of the life. Wow,
- 6:38and that that that's usually what happened to a lot of us that get
- 6:42off track. We're looking for something that we feel like we're missing in our
- 6:46lives. And I definitely can relate to some of your situation, me being
- 6:50a domestic violence survivor and you know, just just going through a lot of
- 6:57things. So you end it up incarcerated. Now that you are incarcerated,
- 7:09what is your message for people those that are tuning in? What is your
- 7:15message and what would you like for for people to know a BIB situation right
- 7:24now? Whatever you need to share there, I'm gonna be honest and I'm
- 7:30gonna be brought about it because I'm not ashamed of what happened to me.
- 7:33I'm a three time loose, That's what they said. I'm a habitual offender
- 7:39and did not try to come back this third time it happened, and being
- 7:44a three time offender, my past paid a big point on me getting the
- 7:49sentence that I got first time, that I got in trouble behind love the
- 8:00girl that I was stating at this time, she had an abortion and I
- 8:05didn't take it with him. I didn't take it will at all. And
- 8:09what her mother told me during that instant instant of my first time, she
- 8:13called me to come to her house and she said, I'm not ready to
- 8:16be a grandmother and my daughter's not going to be a mother. I made
- 8:20her get rid of it. And when she said that I made her get
- 8:24rid of it, it's it did something to me mentally because I wanted to
- 8:31be a better father than what my father was to me. I wanted to
- 8:35have a family. I had already taken military tests, I was getting ready
- 8:39to going to the military. I wanted to take care of the girl and
- 8:43my soon to bed time. It was snatched. That whole experience was snatched
- 8:48away from me, and I didn't know how to deal with that loss.
- 8:52I did something stupid, and I was said ofcommability and the blame for what
- 8:58I done. I unto her house, picked the door in, my father
- 9:03came in there, ran into her and I told her, you did this
- 9:07to me, you made me do this, And I'm not the same with
- 9:11what I've done because I did it at that particular time because I was hurt.
- 9:16I was hurt put I feel like she stole my futu away and I
- 9:18didn't know how to deal with that, and mostly being a young team,
- 9:24it's it hurt me. Second time I went to prison. Behind the florences
- 9:28that I've been with, I was hanging with a guy invent things and the
- 9:33days they was into it caused me to come to prison. They wanted me
- 9:37to snitch on'em. I wouldn't tell, and just because I wasn't tell,
- 9:41I took I took my fault for my part that I had with the
- 9:43individual that I was associated with, because I feel like that I had I'm
- 9:50not been with him. I wanted been put in that situation. However,
- 9:54you know the lords here of what they said, when you're in the game,
- 9:56you don't do no snitch. So I sept the part and I took
- 9:58it. He for would happened every time I come in prison. I was
- 10:07I was working at the sanatory International Airport. I successfully completed to roll.
- 10:15I got a good job at the Sanatoria International Airport and got married. The
- 10:20woman that I married, she was someone from my past. Found out that
- 10:26she was cheating on me. The guys that she was cheated on me with
- 10:30called me at my job, told me he was cheating on me with my
- 10:33wife. Put sugar intok g ass take on my truck, and I did
- 10:37not know how to deal with that. I confronted the guy he called me
- 10:43and talked to me about how he was not gonna stop messing with her,
- 10:48how they've been, how he was messing with her with her first husband,
- 10:54and he's not gonna stop stop messing with him. So when I cooped up
- 10:58my wife about it, her daughter called her brother. Her brother was affiliated
- 11:03in the crypt game. He'd come over there with two of his friends.
- 11:07He pulled a gun on me and we got into an incident and I shot
- 11:11him in his room. And during the incident, I didn't know how to
- 11:15I lost emotionally psychologically. I try to everything suicide by company, and I
- 11:24ended up with fifty years. Wow, That's why I'm at right now.
- 11:33So what is your message? So what is your message for those that are
- 11:37listening to this this evening? What what would you if you could do it
- 11:43over again? What would be your message to the people on today? I
- 11:48had a choice in decision on to walk away. However, I got conversation
- 11:54with the incident, and sometimes you just gotta follow you the first that they
- 12:00But if they tell you to leave, leave, it's start coming to your
- 12:03mind because you know the right from wrong. But at the time, my
- 12:07emotions got into it, and I feel I feel victim to the to to
- 12:15my own self. I love my most to the big pick my answers,
- 12:20and I chose, and I'm accountable for that right now. And I set
- 12:24possibility because I couldn't. I couldn't. I couldn't walked away, but I
- 12:28didn't. But like I say, that's a choice and decision that you make
- 12:33when you're doing the things that you do. You're to get the trouble.
- 12:37Now, it's the other side of the missage. It was the court system
- 12:41fair to me, and going through that system, know they wouldn't. That's
- 12:46a whole different role right there, because I can set accountability to my faults.
- 12:52But when you come to try to take me to trial. Y'all did
- 12:56everything that y'all could to get the conviction in y'll cheat. They cheated me
- 13:01out out of getting a fair representation in the court row. And that's the
- 13:03other side of the story when it comes to this free Texas campaign. Because
- 13:07you don't know when you when you, you don't know how the DAI,
- 13:13the judge, the court of party of attorney and the processes that they do
- 13:18and their aligns altogether for one agenda, and that's to convict you, and
- 13:22they'll do whatever they can to cheat in those matters. But in the same
- 13:28token, I'm not saying that I'm innocent. I know my part, I
- 13:31know my part in the matter, and I take accountability. But the court
- 13:35system is not fair. They corrupt the San Antonio UH court system in their
- 13:41county, their county Texas that they're not They're not fair. They're not fair
- 13:45with the individual, especially men of color. They're not. And I can
- 13:50hear the remorse in in your voice, and I can tell that you you
- 13:56you you feel bad for what you've done and and you're sorry for what you're
- 14:01done. But we we can't take that back, nor are we trying to
- 14:05take it back. But what would you like for people too to know about
- 14:13this court system and how they can help assist Because the Free Texas campaign,
- 14:20we're trying to bring awareness to what is going on in the state of Texas
- 14:24as far as the bias when it comes to the jury selection. I've been
- 14:33told that there have been so many cases where there have been all white juries
- 14:39or all Hispanic juries, and that's not fair because in the I think,
- 14:48I forget, I forget the ruling, but it came out of Kentucky that
- 14:54there's not supposed to be a all one way jury and that is a a
- 15:03a law, at least it is in Kentucky. So I I I want
- 15:09you, I want you to tell you. But that's how can we help
- 15:15with your situation? Well, when it comes to Texas and the musicial system,
- 15:24I have to give you an example. What happened with me that I
- 15:28had an attorney that was assigned to me off of the Wheel and what they
- 15:31do is they have so many lawyers that they use and that there are are
- 15:37five to certain cases that they have in the court system. Now they're find
- 15:39me this lawyer named amberto Gutiers. It was my attorney. I signed a
- 15:46contract with him. However, this under lawyer named Charles J. Baker came
- 15:52and took over my case. He told me that this lawyer that it's the
- 15:56lawyer told me he could give me twenty five years. I'm sitting with fifty
- 16:00years right now, but this other lawyer said, I can get you twenty
- 16:03five years if you come out to him. Well, I never had a
- 16:07chance to talk to this lawyer again. This other lawyer came to my came
- 16:11to me to see me in the county jail, told me that he can't
- 16:15get me that. He told me that he was friends with the judge,
- 16:19that he was friends with the das. He taught the das their job.
- 16:22That used to he used speaking assistant. I mean that he used to speak
- 16:26head DA in the board ball and that other lawyers that I had. I'm
- 16:30not gonna never see him again. In that he was one hundred thousand dollars
- 16:34lawyer that I was getting for free. Come to say, I never seen
- 16:38my attorney again, but I didn't talk an them before going on. As
- 16:48they bought pet King's das. He said, I'll fight my case. When
- 16:52I went into the courtman to ask them to have a public just kinder to
- 16:56represent me. And I didn't change his name until a part in my trial
- 17:02and he had this jacket on and then he the DA said, hey,
- 17:07Charles, come here. When she said that, I remember her saying this
- 17:11to a guy that was in the cool Hey Charles, come here. I'm
- 17:14gonna show you what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna start up with mister warrior
- 17:17for forty years and uh, I follow her bitch on him. But because
- 17:21other DA told her you can't do that, his case is too old.
- 17:25They was the twenty four years old. You can't use those cases anymore.
- 17:27I'm gonna do it again. And she called his lawyer overs to get the
- 17:32advice. Come to find out this was the same layer that they'll signed to
- 17:36me during this court on and doing my investigation and doing find the paperwork on
- 17:41my my in my case, I found out that Charles jay Buck was not
- 17:45even anna sign off of the will to represent me. So how old?
- 17:49How is this lawyer came over to take over my case. There's the other
- 17:55lawyer that I had. He didn't find uh emotions to withdraw to get off
- 18:00of my case. And if he found a mostly withdrawal, which is according
- 18:03to the ten article ten twenty twenty four. I think it's ten twenty four,
- 18:10ten twenty six that he would have to go before the judge. They
- 18:15would have to tell him, uh, why he's getting off my case if
- 18:18I wanted him to get off my case. But none of this was apported
- 18:22to me. So between the judge and this digit attorney groom, all the
- 18:26friends and and and my attorney that they're all friends together, somewhere in there,
- 18:33something got got got confused, or they they it was like a railroad
- 18:40was getting laid during the instance of my trial. And I had no sale
- 18:45to put a gag order in my trial, put a gag order on the
- 18:48court bowl from the media, because nobody from the perfect comings and sit in
- 18:52and watch this trial. This employize that they'll find to me, didn't have
- 19:00one witness to come testify my behalf doing my dinner jus an innocent stage,
- 19:06so there was nothing fair about it. One of the police officers in the
- 19:10incident, he was he was injured, so they let him be signed as
- 19:15an expert witness against me without having a real expert to to say anything about
- 19:22the matter. He told me that he asked me. I asked him,
- 19:29well, what about getting me an expert witness. He said, no,
- 19:32they don't have money for an expert witness. I said, now, I
- 19:34don't have my money. He said, the state don't doesn't either, So
- 19:40there's nothing fairer about the the court system. And then they used they used
- 19:45a conviction that I never committed. They used a conviction as an enhancement allegation
- 19:51on my trial that I never felt. I was never convicted of the offense
- 19:55that they're leged in indictment. And then and they said, I have nothing
- 19:59to say about it because the number of the conviction was right, but the
- 20:03actual title of what they used against me and how they stated it wasn't right.
- 20:08So that boyd to my indictment. But they still went on and convicted
- 20:12me on the legal enhance in an allegation. So I'm sitting here under the
- 20:17legal enhance in an allegation that was supposed to been bored. And they never
- 20:21they never used, they never done anything. They're cold spare on my behalf.
- 20:23And they still was going that I'm still fighting my case. I'm still
- 20:27fighting everything about it. Wow, how long have you been incarcerated now?
- 20:33How long have you been incarcerated now, I've been incarcerated for thirteen years now,
- 20:38and you were given a fifty year sentence. I'm given fifty year sentence
- 20:44and I will have to half of it, which is twenty five years to
- 20:48be considered a parole. But had they not used any legal enhanced in allegation
- 20:52that they used, I would I would have twenty five years. I've been
- 20:56up for parole already. Wow, have been up parole and all that.
- 21:00All that, all that part of the the the justice system, or Meat
- 21:04being able to police bargain for that the twenty five years or snatched away from
- 21:07me when it's other layer. They came and took over my case. And
- 21:11according to the bomb UH the BOMB Association, he was not supposed to even
- 21:15interfere with meat Uh from the other attorneys that they had. He shouldn't even
- 21:21been able to talk to me, But he did it anyway. So I'm
- 21:25wondering, how is it that they allowing something you really would happen then when
- 21:27you make a complaint about it. It seemed like the court system adel aligned
- 21:32to allow them to continue the wrong doings that they do in the courtorate without
- 21:34really uh giving any kind of person at him. It's like they all they
- 21:41all went to the same schools, they all go to the same clubs,
- 21:45they all reported the same operation, but they steady doing the same things.
- 21:48And and if you don't know anything about the legal system and you're not even
- 21:55uh aware of how the protests to go, they said, ignorant. It's
- 21:59not just the So if I'm if I don't even understand how the legal process
- 22:03go, and I'm post to trust this attorney was making They're making that ground
- 22:10deals with this with the prosecutor in order to make sure that I'm convicted,
- 22:15because at that particular time, I'm I'm facing seventh I'm facing seven convictions.
- 22:21I'm facing seven convictions. So and you didn't they didn't use what they call
- 22:26it is the this violation of the car red doctor. Now what they're supposed
- 22:30to be doing. They posted to elect what they wanna de trive me on.
- 22:33But they took that process away from you. They did what you call
- 22:37a scatterguard effect or assault all shock effect. They they put all those convictions
- 22:42on me and then just made it to where the just the jury would have
- 22:48to decide what you want. And that it's not fair to the jury.
- 22:52Wasn't fair to me. You took something away from me and then allow me
- 22:56to proper compromis to defend myself. How I'm going to defend myself If I
- 23:00got a lawyer who hired investigators who through the job, who was compatible anything
- 23:07that I try to do help the jury, I mean, help you to
- 23:15uh do the jury charges, to help them to do everything against me.
- 23:18And then when I pushed him a body detail, the bailers and a bailer
- 23:22take me out of and the fact while they're doing their little operation to try
- 23:26to to to make sure that I get convicted. And this was a was
- 23:30this a paid lawyer, this was a paid lawyer or this was a public
- 23:34defender defender? Yeah, I always say that the public defenders they they they
- 23:41supposed to be for the public. But I always say they worked for they.
- 23:45They worked for the prosecutor too. That's what I always say. I
- 23:48always have said that. They never I don't they their job is to get
- 23:53the conviction too, I believe, and it's to help them to get a
- 23:57conviction. I I truly have leave that in every case that I've seen,
- 24:03you know, and I've always told people, if you can afford a lawyer,
- 24:06do not get a public defender. But now that you're in this situation,
- 24:11now that you're in this situation, is there I know, I hear
- 24:14you say you've been fighting for your case, You've been fighting since you've been
- 24:17behind bars for these last twelve years. Is there anything that people on the
- 24:22outside can do to try to help? Because I know that there's been a
- 24:26lot of people that I've come across in the state of Texas that's incarcerated that
- 24:33just don't have They just don't have a voice on the outside. So when
- 24:37when anytime you're incarcerated and they feel like you don't have a voice on the
- 24:42outside, they truly try to take advantage and they will try to deny you
- 24:47of this and deny you of that. But how can people that may hear
- 24:52this, that that are tuned in now and may hear this? Because this
- 24:56will be shared across all of our social media platform all of our platforms that
- 25:00we are connected to, We're gonna be sharing this. So what would be
- 25:04your message to people that are free and can help and insist. What would
- 25:10you like to tell that person today that may hear this? We are we
- 25:15need help. I need help. But I've looked at everyone that then they
- 25:19put in these type of situations. The public should not be eggle to be
- 25:26about side out of out of the venue ofup to sin. What's justice system
- 25:30is about this stable to be able to be a part of that. They
- 25:33should able to see that and what they did to me. They puke about
- 25:38sens because they knew they was about to do me wrong. Now what I
- 25:45need now, I need supports. I need somebody to call the accomplishments,
- 25:48to call the court system to let them know that these things are happening,
- 25:53because right now I don't understand how I can file. You can file,
- 26:00rich can fight these cases, but you're rich and not being heard properly because
- 26:03you're don't have a lawyer to represent you. It's like, appreciate litigants don't
- 26:07have any type of right, they will have any type of fight for themselves,
- 26:12and I just appreciate anyone that can that they were looking to my fast.
- 26:21My name is Casey rooted U. My TDC number is one six,
- 26:23eight, three, four or five line, and I'm not ashamed about anybody
- 26:26looking up my case or see anything about me. Can you repeat that again
- 26:33for can you repeat that again for those that are tuned in or those that
- 26:36were here then so they can have it clearly. It's Casey with Cake as
- 26:41My TDC number is one, six, eight, three, four or five
- 26:45line. And I appreciate the opportunity that you have given me on your platform
- 26:48then to speak with every want well. I thank you for your willingness to
- 26:52share your story. I tell you this is truly sad, and I think
- 26:57those that are commenting, thank you, Latanya. And I always say,
- 27:03hold on, hold on, God will make away. He will He will
- 27:07make away no matter what it looked like in the natural to us. We
- 27:11have to understand that God is always working in behind the scene. And then
- 27:18sometimes sometime we go through things because we have to be that voice so that
- 27:22we can expose what's going on. No, sometimes we don't want to be
- 27:26that one that go through it, but sometime we have to be that one
- 27:30and they go through it and then do it so that we can we can
- 27:36help somebody else, because this is not just happening toil one, two,
- 27:41three people. I listened to these young men y'all, and they talk about
- 27:45twenty five thirty forty people on their unit that is experiencing the same thing.
- 27:52So I am so so I like this thing just just just got me.
- 27:59So I am in the process along with these individuals, and y'all are going
- 28:07to hear them come on. They'll be coming on often. And some of
- 28:11you that follow me on my Monday Morning Motivational show, they have been coming
- 28:18on. Some of them have been coming on My Monday Morning Motivational Show and
- 28:21sharing their their stories and their journeys. You you have individuals that have been
- 28:26incarcerated twenty two years. You have individuals that's been incarcerated over thirty years.
- 28:30You have individuals that are are jukes. They are juveniles when they go in
- 28:37and you talking about stacking, they they they stacked at their charges. And
- 28:48you talk to jewels that have a hundred and fifty years sentences and ninety nine
- 28:55years sentences and in sixty years sentences corruption in the State of Texas, and
- 29:02you be amazed at what comes up when you google corruption in the State of
- 29:07Texas. And I tell you, it breaks my heart, but I'm glad
- 29:14that God allowed me the opportunity to be in the right place at the right
- 29:21time, you know, being that on social media someone reached out to me,
- 29:26connected with me, and I was able to connect with this particular prison
- 29:33and being able to connect with these individuals inside this prison system. I tell
- 29:41you it definitely changed some things that I'm doing on my platforms and what I
- 29:48want to see. You know, when God dropped in my spirit that we
- 29:52have to be the change that we desire to see in this world. Yeah,
- 29:56we have to be the change. We can't sit buy and see something
- 30:02going on and don't do nothing about it, you know. We we we
- 30:07can't just be quiet no more that that that season is over with we we
- 30:11we can't do that, you know. We we have to learn that if
- 30:17if God is giving you a gift in a talent, he giving you a
- 30:22gift in a talent, to use it for the building of the kingdom.
- 30:26Y'all we all have a purpose in this kingdom. And I tell you I
- 30:30can't. I can't let Jeremiah twenty nine and eleven gold because he said in
- 30:36his word he said, he declared that he had. He said, I
- 30:40know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord plans to prosper
- 30:45you, not to harm you, plans to give you hope in a future,
- 30:52y'all. I have another. I have a y'all, another gentleman that's
- 30:56gonna be sharing your those that follow me, that following me hard and support
- 31:02those various platforms that I am a part of. Y'all probably have heard his
- 31:07voice, y'all probably have seen his picture float around. But his name is
- 31:14mister Cornell drummer. Mister Cornell. Are you there, sir? It's round,
- 31:19It's round. How you're doing round? I'm doing great. How are
- 31:22you? I'm doing great, ma'am. I'm doing great. Well. I
- 31:27want you to briefly because we normally try to keep the show about thirty to
- 31:32forty five minutes, so we are at the thirty minute mark. But this
- 31:37is very important. This is very important to me. This is one of
- 31:41the things that I have now become passionate about outside of the Crew podcast.
- 31:45This is one of the other things that I am very passionate about, and
- 31:48that is being a voice for those that are currently incarcerated in the state of
- 31:53Texas, because Texas has truly failed their citizens when it come down to those
- 31:57that are incarcerated, and on a day to day basis, I deal with
- 32:02some of these people that have the power to change a lot of the stuff.
- 32:08But yet they they keep their hands closed and their mouths closed and won't
- 32:13move. They loss that are in place. It's like they're not acting upon
- 32:19the laws that are in place. We're not trying to enact new laws,
- 32:22even though there's some new laws that need to be in place. We just
- 32:27want them to act on the laws that they already have in place. That's
- 32:30what some of us are wanting them to act on what they already have in
- 32:35place. But missus drummer, if you would please share who you are and
- 32:40I want you to share your part in the Free Texas campaign, if you
- 32:45would, thank you, thank you, thank you very much, thank you
- 32:49for having me. Okay, my name is Corny Drama years okay, and
- 32:55how they come get all part of an operation color Free TECHU Account Texas campaign
- 33:01and operations. Mama is organized, ma'am to be able to bring awareness and
- 33:06you know, attention to the corruption and the and the and the undercover of
- 33:09magness that's going on here in a state of Texas. And I would like
- 33:14to say that the Free Texas campaign is getting some results and as the right
- 33:17now, you know, we're trying to organize people to get involved, family
- 33:21members and you know, outside agencies and representatives of Congress members and stuff like
- 33:27that, because the magness are going on here and take the members very bad
- 33:30man and it's causing people to do long time on sentences that they shouldn't have
- 33:34to do for wrong for competions and stuff like that. But yes, Nowam,
- 33:37Texas is very much out of control and thanks to the Free Texas campaign
- 33:40operations, man, Texas is getting their attention that it deserves get from this
- 33:47operation. Wow. So what is your role in the Free Texas campaign as
- 33:57of right now, ma'am? I'm trying to organize, going to be doing
- 34:00made institutional alive, I mean institutionally now, to be able to come to
- 34:02be a part of this platform now that we can all be up under one
- 34:06of court fun overrella that to be able to actress the issues about Texas itself,
- 34:10you know, about mental health, about drugs, awall, it's about
- 34:14you know, depression of reabilization, reintegration, and to bring petitions belong make
- 34:19us to be able to you know, an act laws, not only to
- 34:22an act laws, but to be able to rebuild the laws that are already
- 34:24passed in the state. That can help other people to know know bechis a
- 34:29shorter sentences like the juvenile, build a second, this build the jun The
- 34:34juveniles are doing too much time on a sentence when they were to juvenile.
- 34:37They have no room for rehabilization because our systems don't recognize rehabilitation. That these
- 34:43kids came in at age twelve years old and have to do twenty thirty pointy
- 34:47years or the aligned without have any opportunity for freedom, and our state of
- 34:52takings is not recognizing that. Okay, you got guys and he got twenty
- 34:54five thirty five years and they having to do eighteen to twenty years on the
- 34:59twenty five in your feelings, listen, unheard of I tax the broad apart
- 35:02of p role. This is very sad because they deny people per role up
- 35:06to fifteen to twenty times. But just a reason they can't change the nature
- 35:10of your home pins. So with that, NCAID Free Taxer campaign is an
- 35:14operation right now, ma'am that we're trying to bring awareness to the public about
- 35:17these type of bitches that needs to be addressed by our lawmakers. Man.
- 35:22So for those that are tuned in and those that are listening, what would
- 35:25be your message to them and how they could assist you guys. But ma'n.
- 35:31First of all, man, what we're trying to do, manders to
- 35:34get somebody's attention from the outside man to support us and to be able to
- 35:37address our lawmakers. I stay representatives, and I tax the semmesters. We've
- 35:40got Free Texas campaign and tmail. Okay, if anybody wants support us,
- 35:45they can go to the Free Texer campaign and email and you know, they
- 35:49can long on and they can read a few of our stories or whatever.
- 35:51That way they can get the believable when we're trying to address in a state
- 35:53of Texas and you know, the possible you know, to get in touch
- 35:58with you know, uh good podcast. Not because she's been basically one of
- 36:02the ones we've been actually giving us a platform that we need out of the
- 36:06Free tex account of things to address the additions. But we appreciate you very
- 36:09much man for what you have done with us, because we need that.
- 36:13We don't have these type of platforms down here to address the additions. So,
- 36:16you know, with that being said, Man, we hope to the
- 36:19you know, get up, get up, get involved in what we're trying
- 36:22to do. And to address our law maker. Then you know, see
- 36:23if they would be with us to you know, uh change loans or to
- 36:28enact a law that they already have been placed a bus to give us some
- 36:30type of relief. Man, well, I definitely thank you for stopping by
- 36:38and sharing with us. How can individuals support what you're doing? Mister KC.
- 36:47He gave us his td TDC number. Would you like to share your
- 36:52TDC number in case anyone would like to address the courts, address anybody,
- 36:58write letters or do anything on your behalf. Would you like to give out
- 37:01your information as well? Well? Yes, Ma'm my TDC number is six
- 37:07one nine three sixteen six one nine three one six. My name is Cornell
- 37:13Jacke Drummer. I've been encorcerated to thirty three years for a murder case and
- 37:19a drug and they ran a consecutive So with that, this is where I
- 37:22get one hundred and fifty four years that because they ran up consecutive. Okay,
- 37:25I've been up a parole three times already, have been denied for role
- 37:30three times after doing twenty eight years. I'm under what we called our low
- 37:34risk factor, but still to provole order denying us parole even under a low
- 37:38risk factor. So with that being said, you know, all we have
- 37:40to do down here depend on the parole for a law enforcement gas and judge.
- 37:45So with that being said, man, you know, all I can
- 37:47do is hope to make parole. I hope to get some type of a
- 37:51support from the outside to bring awareness to our cases. But my my GDC
- 37:55number maners six one nine three sixteen. My name is Cornell Jackie drum Well.

- 38:28about it, and they're just sitting with their mouth clothes and their hands folded
- 38:32and acting like it's okay. But I am here to tell you and to
- 38:37serve the State of Texas notice to be on the lookout because we are the
- 38:40change that we desire to see in this world and we won't be quiet.
