  Speaker 1: Rhoads and Randy Orton. What more, d in need, right,

  Speaker 1: You've got Cody and Randy. Two are the biggest stars

  Speaker 1: on the brand. You've got Cody and Randy, two guys

  Speaker 1: that have a lot of history that goes back many
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: many years to when Cody first started his career in WWE.

  Speaker 1: You've got Randy Orton, a man. Fifteen world championships is

  Speaker 1: what he's looking for. He hasn't been a world champion

  Speaker 1: in six years. Everything you need, the building blocks for

  Speaker 1: a great WrestleMania main event were there just with those

  Speaker 1: two guys. That's really all you needed, Like, you don't

  Speaker 1: have to reinvent the wheel with this stuff. So it

  Speaker 1: these two men. Finally, for the first time since Cody

  Speaker 1: came back to the company in twenty twenty two, I'm

  Speaker 1: sold Roman Reigns and c im Punk that first Raw

  Speaker 1: after the Royal Rumble, that first face to face between

  Speaker 1: them on Raw, I'm sold. And all of a sudden,

  Speaker 1: I was feeling pretty good about where this company was

  Speaker 1: in terms of the main events going into their biggest

  Speaker 1: show of the year. I was feeling pretty good. And

  Speaker 1: then last week we had whatever the fuck that was

  Speaker 1: at the end of the show with the big pull

  Speaker 1: apart brawl that would never end. That was the first

  Speaker 1: real misstep when it came to Cody and Randy on

  Speaker 1: this road to WrestleMania. Boy, did they hit a fucking
• 3:03
  Speaker 1: speed bump on the roads to WrestleMania last week. But

  Speaker 1: I said, you know what, they still have time. They've

  Speaker 1: got a couple of weeks to course correct here. We'll

  Speaker 1: forget about that segment. We'll see how they follow it up,

  Speaker 1: and then what do we end up with. We end

  Speaker 1: up with the phone call. Randy Orton has been talking

  Speaker 1: to somebody on the phone now for the last couple

  Speaker 1: of weeks, So we don't know who this person is, right,

  Speaker 1: another mystery angle. Wwe loves doing mystery angles. Here at

  Speaker 1: least we didn't have anybody dressed up in all black

  Speaker 1: from head to toe as a ninja. Randy Orton's on

  Speaker 1: the phone. Who's Randy Orton on the phone with? Is

  Speaker 1: on his arm? Is he on the phone with Kevin Owens?

  Speaker 1: at WrestleMania we had Feen Fien Feen, and Travis Scott

  Speaker 1: comes out and factors into the finish of the WrestleMania

  Speaker 1: main event. That is what we were left with a

  Speaker 1: year ago. And do you remember the whole John Cena

  Speaker 1: thing where he went heel and the whole story was

  Speaker 1: I'm gonna ruin wrestling. He turned heel, he said he

  Speaker 1: wanted to ruin wrestling. He had his celebrity sidekick, and

  Speaker 1: the championship. And now here we are, one fucking year later,

  Speaker 1: shitty the product is and how they can't sell out

  Speaker 1: their biggest show of the year because they're shooting. It's

  Speaker 1: a worked shoot. They're taking the Russeau crash TV approach

  Speaker 1: here in this angle because they're trying to be like

  Speaker 1: the Attitude era, except they will never ever be like

  Speaker 1: the Attitude era, and everybody knows the product will never

  Speaker 1: go back to that because it can't go back to that,

  Speaker 1: and in many ways it shouldn't go back to it.

  Speaker 1: The reason they're doing this, at least in part, is

  Speaker 1: because what they are trying to do, they are trying

  Speaker 1: they did this in Saint Louis, which is Randy Orton's hometown.

  Speaker 1: So it was never gonna work tonight, and it's not
