- Nick Prososki: Hey ⁓ everybody, it's Nick here with Roofing and Siding. Today I'm here with Justin standing in front of his beautiful home that just received a James Hardy transformation. You guys chose to put on James Hardy on the house, the fiber cement in the iron gray color. So I gotta ask you, what do you think of the transformation? I think it's great. I think the color's great and the whole project went smooth. Yeah. What was the main reason you guys chose to go with James Hardy fiber cement? Cause you could have put on a less expensive product like the vinyl or stuck with the wood, but you chose fiber cement. Why did you do that? It just feels more like it's more solid. It definitely does that. You know, more more more secure, more secure, more durable. You guys also, from what I was understanding, had some big problems with the woodpeckers, packing holes into the siding, the wood siding. It would have just got bigger and bigger. Right. And eventually they would have been flying around the house and we don't want that. The good news, you're not going to have to worry about that with the cement. It's woodpecker proof. Yeah, unless it's one big tough woodpecker, you know. Ultimately, why did you guys decide to go with royalty in terms of the project management? Well, we were at the home show and it was explained to us well, how the whole project would be and they answer all of our questions really good. They even showed us different colors and we chose this color, obviously. Yeah, the iron gray. Iron gray. What's your favorite part about the transformation? ⁓ Just the... Just knowing the security of it, knowing that it's strong and it's going to withstand bad, you know, the Nebraska weather. heat, cold. You're not ever going to have to replace it again. The warranty helps. Yeah, of course. Warranty, And I'm sure that, you know, from talking to them that they'd be right out here. Right. anything ever happened. But I doubt it with this solid, the solid, you know, stuff. It's the best quality product on the market. Tell us a little bit about the process in terms of the project management, how'd it go for you guys? ⁓ good. You know, the guys were great. ⁓ So a few of the days there were more guys than others, but the consistent three guys that were out here, they did a really good job. They answered all our questions and ⁓ if they had a question about something, they weren't afraid to come to us. Yep. And why would you recommend royalty roofing and siding to transform something, maybe your neighbors or your friends siding when they have a project? ⁓ You know, I'd love to refer. It's just the whole process went good. All the questions are answered and they actually care. And made sure they did everything right. Every day those workers were letting us know that they wanted it ⁓ so, you know, another thing is it was raining out early on the first couple of days and they didn't do it because they were worried about our house. So they could have easily started it and there might have been moisture in there. They waited until ⁓ you know, the weather was good. Right. Well, congratulations. Your house turned out fantastic.
