Andorra la Vella just handed out keys to 26 of 44 new affordable housing units in Borda Nova I after a lottery on August 20th — but the results are surprising: all 15 one-bedrooms and 6 three-bedrooms were snatched up, while only 5 of the 23 two-bedrooms got claimed. Rents range from €425 to €1,000 monthly, with a one-month deadline to sign contracts or lose your spot.
