- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, I know I haven't been on this for a while,
- 0:03Speaker 1: and today's August tenth. I've missed about a week. I
- 0:07Speaker 1: was dealing with swama cel carconom on my right leg.
- 0:10Speaker 1: I had it operated on this morning, five stitches and
- 0:14Speaker 1: I'm home and feeling better.
- 0:16Speaker 2: I am now cancer free. Hella Lujah, Praise God.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Today we're going to talk about dandy lion and I'm
- 0:23Speaker 1: going to tell you a story about dandy lyons and
- 0:26Speaker 1: how it shows promise against cancer. Really, you need to
- 0:30Speaker 1: go out in your yard start pulling these up and
- 0:32Speaker 1: eating them.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Maybe that's the answer. Stay tuned, we'll get into this.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Hi, and welcome to Health Talk with Doctor Lynn. Your
- 0:39Speaker 1: daily dose. The information you hear on the show is informational.
- 0:43Speaker 1: It's not meant to diagnose or treat any disease. Any
- 0:47Speaker 1: kind of complete health conditions must be checked out and
- 0:51Speaker 1: discussed with your primary care physician. Get ready for the
- 0:55Speaker 1: good news of the day. God bless you, folks, and
- 0:58Speaker 1: here is dot Or. Our daily devotional today comes through
- 1:03Speaker 1: the Book of Phesians, Chapter five. Relax in my healing
- 1:06Speaker 1: Holy presence. Oh, I needed that today. Allow me to
- 1:10Speaker 1: transform you through this time alone with me as your
- 1:13Speaker 1: thoughts center more and more in me. Trust dis places
- 1:16Speaker 1: fear and worry. Your mind is somewhat like a seesaw.
- 1:20Speaker 1: As your trust in me goes up, fear and worry
- 1:23Speaker 1: automatically go down. Time's bet with me not only increases
- 1:27Speaker 1: your trust, but also helps you to discern what's.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Important and what is not. Energy and time are.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Precious, limited entities. Therefore you need to use them wisely,
- 1:38Speaker 1: focusing on what is truly important. As you walk close
- 1:41Speaker 1: to me, saturating your mind with scripture, I will show
- 1:45Speaker 1: you how to spend your time and energy. My word
- 1:48Speaker 1: is a lamp to your feet. My presence has a
- 1:51Speaker 1: light for your path. Stay tuned, and we're going to
- 1:56Speaker 1: get involved in some good stuff.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Joint seven nine one six four two one five the
- 3:17Speaker 3: number to get me off air.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Any questions, comments, anything that might be on your mind.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Hopefully I'm back in the saddle and I'll be able
- 3:25Speaker 1: to answer those quickly. Lab studies show dandelion extract trigger
- 3:32Speaker 1: death in various cancer cells while leaving highly healthy cells unharmed.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Wow, should just be under FDA scrutiny.
- 3:43Speaker 1: But an older woman with terminal leukemia asked to be
- 3:46Speaker 1: discharged from the hospital or doctor's.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Assumed they'd never see her again. Two weeks later, she
- 3:51Speaker 2: walked in.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Blood tests revealed that her cancer markers had dropped by
- 3:54Speaker 1: fifty percent. The only thing she had done differently was
- 3:58Speaker 1: drink tea made from a common back weed. Her hospital roommate,
- 4:03Speaker 1: hearing the story, began drinking the tea herself. Blood tests
- 4:07Speaker 1: showed her cancer markers dropped twenty five percent. One person
- 4:10Speaker 1: having that experience might be a coincidence two people getting
- 4:13Speaker 1: the same results with something else. Doctor Caroline Ham, and
- 4:17Speaker 1: oncologist who had been treating both patients, picked up the
- 4:20Speaker 1: phone and called a biochemist she'd been working with on
- 4:23Speaker 1: other cancer research. Researchers found that dandelion root extract can
- 4:28Speaker 1: selectively destroy multiple cancer cell types while sparing healthy cells
- 4:32Speaker 1: and laboratory and animal studies concurrently, a number of terminal
- 4:36Speaker 1: cancer patients, people who had run out of options had
- 4:39Speaker 1: nothing else to lose, began taking dandeline.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Root on their own.
- 4:44Speaker 1: In several documented cases underlined documented cases, their cancer became
- 4:49Speaker 1: undetectable within.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Weeks or months. Years later, many remained cancer free. Then
- 4:57Speaker 2: here there's some news that.
- 5:00Speaker 1: The science on danielion has yet to be tested and
- 5:03Speaker 1: complex human clinical trials.
- 5:06Speaker 2: However, there is a lot of evidence.
- 5:08Speaker 1: In twenty eleven, doctor Pandypandy, a researcher and professor of
- 5:14Speaker 1: biochemistry at the University of Windsor and Ontario, launched a
- 5:17Speaker 1: formal investigation into the dandilion route as possible non toxic
- 5:21Speaker 1: treatment for cancer. Project was seated with a significant donation
- 5:25Speaker 1: from the parents of Kevin Kuvulian, who lost his battle
- 5:29Speaker 1: with leukemia in twenty ten at the age of twenty six.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Kavilion's immune system have been severely compromised by chemotherapy, and
- 5:36Speaker 1: he died as a result of multiple infections. His parents,
- 5:41Speaker 1: having witnessed this devastating toll of the treatment firsthand, wanted
- 5:44Speaker 1: to fund research into non toxic alternatives. Andy was initially
- 5:49Speaker 1: skeptical his previous research focused on purified plant compounds with
- 5:54Speaker 1: known anti cancer properties.
- 5:56Speaker 2: When Ham contacted him about.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Dandylion route, he had reservations about how to test it effectively,
- 6:01Speaker 1: especially since he didn't know how the patient's tea had
- 6:04Speaker 1: been grown, picked or processed.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Like it mattered, The solution was to make his own.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Extract controlled, reproducible, testable. He did not expect much from
- 6:16Speaker 1: his first experiment. However, it was just killing those leukemia
- 6:20Speaker 1: cells left and right was unbelievable, he told the news
- 6:26Speaker 1: Students kept repeating it. We don't celebrate anything unless we
- 6:30Speaker 1: see that it's safe for healthy cells. We had normal
- 6:33Speaker 1: cells and cancer cells. The enderline root extract was absolutely selective,
- 6:37Speaker 1: and that was the moment for me to change my
- 6:39Speaker 1: thoughts about herbal or plant extracts one hundred and eighty degrees.
- 6:44Speaker 1: The inder line appears to kill cancer cells to multiple
- 6:47Speaker 1: mechanisms at once, inducing apoptosis or cells suicide, disrupting mitochondria
- 6:53Speaker 1: the energy to producing structures inside of cells, and increasing
- 6:56Speaker 1: oxidative stress, and switching on a process that causes cancer
- 7:00Speaker 1: cells to self digest beyond recovery. It's also found to
- 7:06Speaker 1: be non toxic to healthy cells. Doctor pandin his team
- 7:09Speaker 1: have spent years trying to understand why. He believes the
- 7:12Speaker 1: answer may lie in the mitochondria, which appeared to differ
- 7:15Speaker 1: between healthy and cancrous cells, a difference to help explain
- 7:19Speaker 1: dandelion's selective extract. This selectivity is what sent dandelion root
- 7:24Speaker 1: apart from traditional chemotherapy, which targets all cells that divide quickly.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Dandelane root extract contains multiple compounds that hit pathways that
- 7:35Speaker 1: at once could kill cancer's cells, making it harder for
- 7:38Speaker 1: them to adopt and survive. Over the past two decades,
- 7:42Speaker 1: Pandy and his colleagues have published a series of peer
- 7:45Speaker 1: reviewed studies testing Dandiliane root and various cancer cells. Twenty
- 7:49Speaker 1: ten lab studies found that dandeliane roots selectly be killed
- 7:52Speaker 1: human melanoma cells. In leukemia cells, dandelion root triggered cells suicide,
- 7:59Speaker 1: and in time dependent manner. The higher the concentration, the
- 8:03Speaker 1: longer the exposure, the more effective it was in cholorectal
- 8:07Speaker 1: cancer cells that eliminated ninety five percent of the colon
- 8:10Speaker 1: cancer cells within forty eight hours in mice. In prostate cancer,
- 8:16Speaker 1: dandeline root enhanced the effectiveness of chemotherapy and slowed tumor
- 8:19Speaker 1: growth when it was administered orally. Multiple studies from other
- 8:24Speaker 1: researchers have found similar effects in breast cancer cells, showing
- 8:27Speaker 1: that dandieline root extracts slowed to spread in induced apoptosis.
- 8:33Speaker 1: One study found dandeline extract inhibited the spread of triple
- 8:36Speaker 1: negative breast cancer cells in the lab. One of the
- 8:39Speaker 1: most aggressive breast cancers. Doctor pandrith Reddy, a medical oncologists, said,
- 8:45Speaker 1: as preclinical findings appear credible and are biologically plausible. However,
- 8:50Speaker 1: lab results in real world results on two different things.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Many compounds, including natural products and synthetic drugs, demonstrate impressive
- 8:57Speaker 1: anti cancer activity in vitro, ultimately failed to show many
- 9:01Speaker 1: full benefit in human clinical trials. How about an oncologist's perspective.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Doctor Ready offered his view on how patients doctors should
- 9:12Speaker 1: weigh promising lab results against the reality of limited clinical evidence.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Complementary approaches are often considered once a patient has exhausted
- 9:22Speaker 1: standard treatment, but in his view, they should start much earlier,
- 9:29Speaker 1: for example, when standard cancer treatments are no longer expected
- 9:33Speaker 1: to provide benefit. After all, Many patients with advanced or
- 9:37Speaker 1: treatment resistant cancers done uner the luxury of waiting for
- 9:40Speaker 1: a well designed clinical trial. However, patients considering botanical products
- 9:45Speaker 1: should tell their oncology team since some can interfere with
- 9:48Speaker 1: cancer treatments.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Real word cases.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Over the course of his research, Pandy had collected one
- 9:54Speaker 1: hundred and sixty two case reports of patients with end
- 9:57Speaker 1: state cancer who took dandilion roote on their own, recovered
- 10:01Speaker 1: and survived.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Take a deep breath and listen to that again.
- 10:07Speaker 1: One hundred and sixty two case study reports of patients
- 10:09Speaker 1: with ND stage cancers who took dandelion route on their
- 10:12Speaker 1: own recovered and survived. John Di Carlo was the seventy
- 10:18Speaker 1: year old man diagnosed with the digressive leukemia with a
- 10:20Speaker 1: poor prognosis. After several reigns of conventional treatment failed. As
- 10:24Speaker 1: leukemia was deemed treatment resistant, he was placed on palliative care.
- 10:29Speaker 1: That's when Ham, who had already seen improvement in other
- 10:32Speaker 1: patients by drinking dandelion tea, mentioned it to Di Carlo.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Conventional medicine had nothing more to offer him, so he
- 10:38Speaker 1: decided to try it. He began making dandelion roote tea
- 10:42Speaker 1: at home. The results were almost immediate. He started taking it,
- 10:46Speaker 1: and he started responding to it so fast when two
- 10:48Speaker 1: weeks he went into remission. In March of twenty eleven,
- 10:55Speaker 1: Paula Drew, had no family history of cancer, found a
- 10:57Speaker 1: lump in her breast. The diagnosis was invasive dctyl carcinoma, the.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Type is likely to spread quickly.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Surgery removed two tumors that were larger than anticipated, and
- 11:09Speaker 1: multiple lift nodes showed the cancer had already spread. Drew's
- 11:14Speaker 1: surgeon placed her on the strongest chemo available. Two months
- 11:17Speaker 1: into treatment, she began to have problems breathing. She was hospitalized,
- 11:20Speaker 1: her chemo sessions stopped. Scans had revealed the cancer and
- 11:26Speaker 1: metastasized to both lungs. My cancer was so aggressive that
- 11:30Speaker 1: I went from stage two to stage four terminal cancer
- 11:33Speaker 1: in three months or in collegist told her it was
- 11:35Speaker 1: no other chemo she could receive. She had already been
- 11:37Speaker 1: on the strongest protocol. She suggested if there.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Was anything Drew wanted to do, now was the time
- 11:43Speaker 2: Ryan Dinner.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Her Father's Nights of Columbus chapter happened to be raising
- 11:47Speaker 1: fund to support pandies dandelion.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Root extras research.
- 11:51Speaker 1: As a result, she began taking it several teaspoons of
- 11:54Speaker 1: powdered root to four cups of boiled distilled water multiple
- 11:57Speaker 1: times a day. She began taking immune boosting STE compliments.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Just before Christmas, she received her new CT scans. Or
- 12:03Speaker 1: in colleges seeing the scans, thought they'd been a mix up,
- 12:07Speaker 1: that there were somebody else's. The combined team of eight
- 12:09Speaker 1: check the results multiple times. The scans are correct, the
- 12:13Speaker 1: cancer was gone. Fifteen years later, Drew remains cancer free.
- 12:18Speaker 1: She still drinks Dandy Line tea, only less often when.
- 12:21Speaker 2: She was sick.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I have it in the raw root form, but I
- 12:27Speaker 1: just take it like regular tea, like anyone would. Ready
- 12:33Speaker 1: sees an opportunity to strengthen oncology training by expanding education
- 12:36Speaker 1: into integrated medicine. A survey conducted in twenty twenty three
- 12:41Speaker 1: found it sixty percent of cancer patients strongly believe in
- 12:43Speaker 1: complementary therapy. Patty's currently working with his colleagues in the
- 12:48Speaker 1: United States secure funding for supplementary trials. She also knows
- 12:57Speaker 1: what keeps them going. From me, my Nobell lauriate a
- 12:59Speaker 1: war is the personally mister di Carlo feeling better. I
- 13:03Speaker 1: didn't see any awards matching that. I'm astounded by this. Now,
- 13:12Speaker 1: as far as Nutritional Frontiers goes, I found dandelion root
- 13:16Speaker 1: in their liver gallbladder prep. It's already purified, It's already
- 13:21Speaker 1: in a form that could be utilized again. I gotta
- 13:25Speaker 1: be careful how I say this, but you can look
- 13:28Speaker 1: it up on their website at Nutritional Frontiers dot com
- 13:31Speaker 1: and look at their liver gallbladder tincture.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Look at the ingredients and there you'll see dandelione. I
- 13:39Speaker 2: throw it out there.
- 13:41Speaker 1: You want to share this with somebody, I think it's
- 13:43Speaker 1: well worth doing it. This is one of those groundbreaking
- 13:46Speaker 1: studies that I'm afraid.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Should have been on the news and it's not. Here's
- 13:51Speaker 2: a little piece of Nutritional Frontiers.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Hey everybody, once again, thanks so much for tuning in
- 13:55Speaker 4: today and listening. I just want to let you know
- 13:57Speaker 4: that Nutritional Frontiers, you hear me talk a lot about
- 14:00Speaker 4: their products and the quality and the distribution of those,
- 14:04Speaker 4: have now come up with a new website, nutritionalfrontiers dot
- 14:08Speaker 4: com and they're now allowing my clients.
- 14:11Speaker 2: My patients to have direct access to order their own products.
- 14:14Speaker 4: All you have to do is go to nutritional frontiers
- 14:17Speaker 4: dot com, enter the access code you're ready two to
- 14:21Speaker 4: zero seven seven two to zero seven seven, finish your order,
- 14:26Speaker 4: set up your new account, and you'll be all.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Set to go to have this great product ship directly
- 14:30Speaker 2: to you at your home. All right, good.
- 14:33Speaker 5: Information, nutritionalfrontiers dot com and don't forget the numbers to
- 14:37Speaker 5: reach me directly seven two seven nine one six four
- 14:41Speaker 5: two one, five, God bless you, folks, talk to you soon.
- 14:44Speaker 2: That's what we got for you.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Let me finish up by saying, when I was a
- 14:47Speaker 1: child being raised by my Italian grandparents, every spring, it
- 14:52Speaker 1: was tradition to go up and climb up this hill
- 14:57Speaker 1: behind our house to this massive field of wild flowers.
- 15:03Speaker 1: And my grandfather would know, before a dandelion goes to
- 15:07Speaker 1: that little yellow flower.
- 15:10Speaker 2: If you pick the dandelion, it's amazingly good.
- 15:15Speaker 1: So we'd go up there with our little pitchforks and
- 15:18Speaker 1: bags and we'd take enough dandelion that would last us months.
- 15:24Speaker 2: And we all took it. We made salads out of it.
- 15:28Speaker 2: It was fabulous.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Now, at this point in August, the dandelion's already shot,
- 15:33Speaker 1: so it's a spring thing. So companies that use this
- 15:37Speaker 1: dandylion extract have to do it early on in the
- 15:39Speaker 1: year to get the fresh stuff. Questions about that, give
- 15:43Speaker 1: me a call. Seven, God bless you,
