If Not You, Then Who? My Journey from Academia to Academic Entrepreneur
I’ve reached a point where academia no longer fascinates me as it once did. Now, I feel ready to step back and focus more on becoming an academic entrepreneur. The fear of stepping away to fully commit to the R3ciprocity Project has faded, and I no longer feel the need to play the academic game to impress others. My true calling lies in making the Reciprocity Project a meaningful tool for those struggling in PhD life. Research is tough, and without a platform like this, many will continue to struggle without real support.
