  San Diego Padres now going into this one, the Padres are 68 and

  But they have won their first two games in this three-game

  series. Took the opener 2 to one as a -,

  210 home favorite. They won again yesterday, 3

  nothing as a -, 250 home favorite.

  Obviously those are wins, but pretty expensive prices.

  Today's price is much lower on the fathers.

  So I'm I'm going to target the fathers here.

  Guys, give me the Padres. I got the pods at -135 Let's set

  the stage though. Pitching matchup is interesting

  because the Pirates, who are now 56 and 63, they're going to go

  The Padres are going to go with Martine Perez, two and five,

  this one is that Martine Perez recently was acquired from

  Pittsburgh in a trade. And I'm going to give you some

  more stats on Perez. He's actually been really good

  in the two starts since joining the Padres.

  But let's start with the line movement here, which is anytime

  I cap a game as a marketdriven data-driven better, what's the

  first thing to look at? Let's look at, hey, where's the

  line moving? Because that's going to tell you

  a lot of where the smart money is going.

  O this line's moving toward San Diego.

  San Diego oened this one as well as a -, 120 -, 125 home

  favorite. We've now seen the Padres get

  bet up to -135 some shops even inching up toward -140 So you

  have a nice, you know, 1015 almost $0.20 steam move in favor

  of San Diego, telling us the bigger, sharper wagers are on

  the pods to complete the sweep here today.

  Now, aside from this good steam move, you're getting around 75%

  of bets in dollars on San Diego. So both the pro and Joe bet

  split. But to me, it's really about

  that line move. Also, big edge here offensively

  for the Padres. Padres on the year are hitting

  265. They've had 137 homers, 574 runs

  scored. Pittsburgh's only hitting 235

  Also, I just saw the starting lineup come out for this game.

  Machado. Pittsburgh is sitting O'Neil

  Cruz and Andrew McCutchen, so two of their better players to

  their better offensive players are sitting today benefit here

  towards San Diego. Now Padres would have that

  So lack of familiarity benefiting quote UN quote the

  better team. We've also seen some of these

  shops fall from a total of 8 1/2 down to 8 or somewhere 8 up to 8

  So if we stay at 8:00, that'll be that correlative betting

  favorite low total system match with the Padres with a few

  amount of expected runs scored more likely to come from quote

  UN quote that better team. Look at the last 10.

  I mean this is about as lopsided as it gets.

  San Diego is 9 and one their last ten games.

  They're hitting 286 as a team. They have a 2.84 team ERA.

  Pittsburgh's one and nine. Their last ten complete

  opposite, only hitting 252 with a 5 point O 6 ERA.

  Now, if we dig into these pictures a little bit more,

  Keller has a 7.88 ERA in two August starts.

  He's giving up seven runs and eight innings pitched.

  versus 2.58 at home. And Perez, who was just acquired

  I see one shop maybe closer to like -145 S pretty consistent

  movement toward Cleveland. And that's the kind of steam

  that I like when you have consistent movement toward one

  There's no buyback. It tells me that, hey, even

  though you're paying a little bit more juice, which is, you

  know, never the goal, at least you're on the sharp side and

  there's no conflicting smart money going the other way.

  Now, the Guardian, similar to the Padres getting around 70% of

  bets in dollars, but they have that big steam move in their

  favor, which I love. Cleveland also has the better
