got worse and that's when he slapped her across the face. Monica then took

up. When she didn't, he grabbed the phone and then she locked herself

of the room once the cops arrived. Monica told the cops what had happened

and then they were arguing about her friends, without going into detail. She

claimed for the report that she was afraid of Michael and what he would do

if she disobeyed him. Three of their four children were home at the time

a fifteen year old, five year old, and three year old. While

the youngest two were sleeping, the eldest was awake and heard the assault and

arguing between Monica and Michael. After hearing both sides of the story, cops

arrested Mike for the following charges domestic violence, assault, domestic violence, and

presence of child interruption of a communication device. Monica but her oldest is eighteen

the county jail and a few days later appeared in court, where he pled
