- 0:00I was humiliated last night. I felt so dumb. We were sitting at
- 0:04the big happy hour every Thursday, were at the local seven to one.
- 0:07Yeah, and so I'm sitting there handing out a free beer ticket to everybody
- 0:10who walks in the door. Always fun to chat with everybody. Yeah.
- 0:13And so a lot of women were walking in and collecting themselves in the back
- 0:17of the bar for a birthday party. And I kept hearing about this birthday
- 0:20party. So they're coming up to me and telling me about their friend,
- 0:22Robin. Robin's turning sixty. So was it a surprise party or she knew
- 0:27she was showing up? It was a surprise party, Amandon. Now here's
- 0:31where, No, here's where I want to defend myself a little bit,
- 0:33because there was not only Robin's sixtieth surprise party. There happened to be another
- 0:38birthday party going on. So at my tiny little brain, it's just like
- 0:43all birthday party, a lot of birthdays. And so people are coming in
- 0:46and I'm distracted. I'm handing beer out, I'm drinking my own beer,
- 0:49I'm talking to people. My wife's there. Two women walk in, Okay,
- 0:52they come up, they're chatty, we're having a good time, And
- 0:54I say, oh, are you guys here for the birthday party? And
- 0:58the woman looks me in the eye like she just ghost and she says no,
- 1:02and her eyes were talking for her, and I immediately knew, my
- 1:07god, this is Robin. No. No, before I could catch myself,
- 1:11I said, again, whoa you? You're the birthday party. There's
- 1:15a big birthday party. You did you made it even worse. And she
- 1:19said, I have no idea what you're talking about. And she turned around
- 1:22and she basically grabbed Rob and the other woman and like turned her around physically,
- 1:26and as they walked away, her hand behind her back goes up with
- 1:30a middle finger. I'm sure to God, And I immediately knew, dear
- 1:34God, I just ruined Robin's sixtieth birthday. It was spoiled. There was
- 1:38no big surprise. There wasn't yes, they literally just said, oh,
- 1:41hey, Robin's here, Happy birthday. So Robin, if you're listening,
- 1:45I'm so sorry they had a big surprise. Go back over there and apologize
- 1:48and try to make it good. No, I avoided them at all costs.
- 1:52No, Hi, what am I supposed to do in that situation?
- 1:56Hey, listen, you shouldn't have told me. If you didn't want me
- 1:59to have that information, will you at least go? I am so sorry?
- 2:01Can I get you? Guys? I already handed them a free beer?
- 2:06And what more do you want me to do? Have you ever had
- 2:07a surprise for you? I'm really bad with surprises. For instance, this
- 2:13weekend, we're supposed to be surprising one of our cousins in Iowa. Oh
- 2:15yeah, what's their number? Let me call him and give him a head
- 2:17phone. No, no, don't worry, PIAU. So I Sunday,
- 2:21I'm like, you know what, let's just do it. Let's go to
- 2:23let's go surprise everybody. So we get it all figured out Nick and I.
- 2:27And then I tell one person because I wanted them to know as another
- 2:30woman like, hey, just so you know, we're coming to town,
- 2:32just so we can like make plans see people. That's just it. It's
- 2:36a fine line to walk of like preparing people because logistics, But then exactly
- 2:39we want to go and see people that be like surprise and they're like,
- 2:43cool, we're not here, we're going here. We've got this, that
- 2:46and the other. Right. Well, then I told one person who told
- 2:47everybody else, and now it's no one. It's all surprised, yeah,
- 2:51which is a stinker. Ultimately, it's fine because Nick wasn't thrilled about the
- 2:54surprise either, because he's like, let's just tell people who cares. And
- 2:58then when he told people, they're like, cool, Oh, it would
- 3:01have been a kind of surprise. I guess we're not a surprised worthy of
- 3:06We were like, hey, oh wait, you guys were the surprise.
- 3:08Oh yeah, that's awkward. You thought it was gonna be this big deal.
- 3:13They turned up. They don't care where. I mean, like it
- 3:16in the morning. No, Amanda fills the sea looks see Brownsie by Park
- 3:21Company, Reil Tours. All right, guys. There was a lot of
- 3:24buzz yesterday that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are already over. One source is
- 3:30now coming forward saying this is not the case, even though the headlines are
- 3:32saying Ben and Jen are having issues in their marriage they started a few months
- 3:36ago. Some reports are saying that Ben has been living in a different house
- 3:39for about a month, never a good sign. No, she has been
- 3:44My wife moved out a month ago. If start, I'm starting to think
- 3:46I'm just kidding she's been working on her tour, very focused on work.
- 3:51They're just on two completely different pages, believe what she wants. I was
- 3:54actually pretty shocked by this. I know a lot of people are like,
- 3:57oh, another one bites the dust or weird has happened, But honestly,
- 4:01it felt like, hey, they had it together. Coming back around second
- 4:04time is going to be a charm, they know. I think the biggest
- 4:06thing was the media of the scrutiny, all that you knew that was coming
- 4:10this go around. They were very open about that and now what you know?
- 4:15Yeah, well, I mean they broke up the first time for a
- 4:16reason, so it was unlikely they were going to last forever. But what
- 4:21I helpe, So, how many is that for her? Now? I
- 4:24want to say six? No, come on, six marriages? I think
- 4:28so? Yeah, I want to say four. Four it's four total,
- 4:30so Ben Affleck Mark, Anthony, Chris Judd and o Jeanny Noah of course
- 4:36Ojeanny. Yeah. I mean, which is fine, is not illegal?
- 4:40And she's a self proclaimed what did she call herself? Love? It's sort
- 4:43of a hopeless romantic yeah, you know, which She's had a lot of
- 4:46love stories that could have been great, but what just I don't know what's
- 4:50going on. You think it's her, Well, maybe it's maybe she's choosing
- 4:55her career, or maybe she's not finding the right guy. I mean,
- 4:59who knows, Guys, I don't know. I just think at some point
- 5:01along the way, she no longer became Jenny from the Block. She was
- 5:06sort of just being fooled by the rocks that she got, and I think
- 5:11that affected the relationships. I don't know. I just speculation she'll always be
- 5:15Jenny from the Block. Well that's what I was thinking, But yeah,
- 5:16I don't know. I can't say for sure. Hailey Bieber, I like
- 5:21what you did there. You went a long route to get there, but
- 5:27I appreciated it. I appreciated it, all right. Hailey Bieber expecting her
- 5:30first baby, and she is dishing about her pregnancy cravings. Actually sounds amazing.
- 5:34Pickles top with egg, salad and hot sauce, come on with nothing
- 5:39weird about that. It's actually sounds like something I'm going to try on the
- 5:42way home. Doesn't that sound so good? Cash Wise reservation for noon?
- 5:45Please see you? Then, Oh gosh, weird pregnancy cravings. I feel
- 5:50like always to have something to do with pickles. Mine was not mine was
- 5:54uh for some reason, was sid the amount of milk. I didn't drink
- 5:57milk for like ten fifteen years, and I got pregnant and I was drinking
- 6:00a gallon of milk a day with Well, that's nice. You don't have
- 6:02to go too far to get it. I don't get it. Aren't you
- 6:08full of it for a drink? No? Gross? Got gross with you?
- 6:17No one, you don't drink your own milk? Tell me, tell
- 6:24me that it would be possible at least no. I mean, well,
- 6:27yeah, if you were to take it out, but no, you're not.
- 6:30No, got no. And there was a conspiracy theory that the NFL
- 6:34took Taylor's tour schedule into account for the season's games. The Chiefs are going
- 6:39to be visiting the Bills, and that is I guess, really close to
- 6:43Toronto where Taylor is going to be playing, So make the game. But
- 6:48I guess the NFL VP of broadcast planning. His name is Mike North.
- 6:53He admitted, yeah, actually, we did have to take Taylors, who
- 6:56were in schedule into a play here because she plays it a lot of the
- 7:00stadiums, So there is that, you know. But he said, the
- 7:02other situation with the Chiefs bill game that is purely coincidental. At first,
- 7:08I was like, yeah, right, okay, but then again it's like,
- 7:10first of all, the NFL on its own massive doesn't really need help.
- 7:13And if there's any game they really don't need Taylor Swift to show up
- 7:15to, it's the Chiefs playing Buffalo in Buffalo. I mean, that's like
- 7:18one of the biggest games of the year. Well, and she's gonna be
- 7:20at so many games. Her tour wraps up in August, and she's gonna
- 7:25be taking a break until November, so she's gonna be season opener on if
- 7:29she chooses to. And then in November she won't be there for a few
- 7:31games. But then she wraps it up December eighth, just in time for
- 7:34the last few games holidays. And well, if they're lucky with the Chiefs,
- 7:41maybe the player just relax. I mean, this season, you got
- 7:44to think it's gonna be a little bit settled down, like they'll show her
- 7:46of course, but that'll be it feel like it'll just be another wag wag.
- 7:54Tell me more about that word. Aren't those like football wives? I
- 7:58swear they call football wives wags. Does that mean? What's that mean?
- 8:01Wives and girlfriends? Yeah, just in general, So anybody could be a
- 8:05wag. Yeah, they just you're a wag. I'm a wag everywhere,
- 8:09a wag wag. No, I'm not a wag. Take me off,
- 8:13Take me off the list. You know what I'm bummed by As a Green
- 8:16Bay Packer fan. For one year, we had Simone Biles on the sideline
- 8:20because her husband played for the package. But he no longer does so where
- 8:22did he go? I don't know. He's not that good, but it
- 8:26was just kind of fun to have her around. What what nothing. I'm
- 8:30just waiting for you to give me more information. That's all I got.
- 8:35Was just so nice. She was doing like car wheels on the sideline.
- 8:37It was sick. Yeah, she was. She was a halftime show every
- 8:41game. You just didn't get much as much coverage as Taylor, but she
- 8:43was around all of that, the gymnastics, all up on the face.
- 8:48That was cool even And would she do it in the stands through the concourse?
- 8:52Yeah, throughout the whole game. Amazing. Take a man in the
- 8:56morning. Seven. It is time for a little thing we do called what
- 9:05do you do? That's I'd say them later peace. What do you do?
- 9:09One job? Pike? Pathetic, absolutely hideous. It's time for a
- 9:13hypothetical situation game where we give each other these brutal scenarios and we find out
- 9:18what we're made of. And Amanda, it's famously called what do you do?
- 9:22I'd like you to start, so please, So Biden and Trump are
- 9:24set to have their first debate at the end of June, and they ask
- 9:30you to moderate. Oh, you get to pick one question for the boys
- 9:35that are vying to run our entire country, only one question for the American
- 9:41people to hear. So Pike, oh boy, there's a big question.
- 9:50What do you do? I think? I uh, Here's what I would
- 9:58say. I'd look them in the eyes. I'd say, you're chosen to
- 10:01moderate a presidential debate, and you're allowed to ask one question of the candidates.
- 10:05So Joe and Donald really turned the tables on them. Yeah, and
- 10:13then I'd hit them with a what do you do see? That would be
- 10:18that would be entertaining, And then I would take whatever questions they ask,
- 10:20and then I would ask that Amanda, Yep, you're up. You're on
- 10:24the Oregon Trail traveling alongside Lewis and Clark. Suddenly you start to feel ill
- 10:33and you realize you've come down with a horrible case of dysentery. Not good.
- 10:37No, that's that gets you. It gets you generally during this day
- 10:41and age. I feel like we could probably figure it out now, God,
- 10:45but at this given time it is a likely fatal diagnosis. Okay.
- 10:50Well, you come to find out from the doctor that's traveling with your group
- 10:54that the only cure is to eat an entire human leg. Oh god.
- 11:00So you start to ask around, like, hey, you know anybody disgusting,
- 11:05Well, Clark is kind enough to offer his or hers. I don't
- 11:11know too much about Clark other than he's offering or she's offering their legs.
- 11:15So, Amanda, it's a bad one. Is a really gross it is?
- 11:24What do you do? I'm about to make it worse? Do I
- 11:26get to like these are questions? No, this is good? Cook it?
- 11:28Like? Do I get to put it over a bond like roasted?
- 11:31Can I add like a one sauce or something? Well, a man considering
- 11:35it is the eighteen hundred. Oh that's right, there's no a one sauce.
- 11:39However, there are fires. So yeah, I suppose I think at
- 11:43this point, I'm probably just gonna want to be out. I think I'm
- 11:45good. Really, yeah, I don't think I'm going to want to pursue
- 11:48my life. I think because realistically, how much longer do you have?
- 11:50Ye? Honestly, I think I'm gonna have to tap out. I don't
- 11:54think I can do the leg I know it's an unfortunate situation, but I'm
- 12:00good. Hey, listen, Clark ain't mad about it? Yeah? No,
- 12:03I think Clark is gonna those legs all right? Is Clark a woman?
- 12:09Why do I think it's a woman? Is it? Because it's just
- 12:11two names? I'm pretty sure Lewis and Clark. I think Clark is a
- 12:15woman. Why don't you Why don't you pay? I'm gonna look it up,
- 12:16okay, but I need your full attention. You and Lauren have been
- 12:20married for almost five years, which in my opinion, is a nice run.
- 12:24So tonight you're sitting at home. You get a bizarre text from a
- 12:31number, and it seems to be in California. It simply says, my
- 12:35marriage is in trouble. Do you do you have any advice? You obviously
- 12:43text back, who dis because you don't know the number instant reply j lo
- 12:50j Loo's asking you for marriage advice. So Bike, by the way,
- 12:58I have an update and Clark the gender of Clark, what do you do?
- 13:05It would be uh second Lieutenant William Clark. Oh, definitely a mail.
- 13:09We were way off Lewis for the airport. First name Merryweather. Isn't
- 13:15that in? Well? Now back to marriage advice for Jennifer Lopez. Oh
- 13:18yeah, stop getting married, that's all you're going to write. Yeah,
- 13:24just stop getting all caps. Amanda. You're standing on the corner of forty
- 13:30fifth and thirty second, got it? One of the busiest it is.
- 13:33Yeah, that's a good one. And it suddenly a genie appears. I
- 13:37was hoping we'd get a genie. Yeah, there's always a genie, big
- 13:39bad genie, he says Amanda. Here's the bad news. I'll start with
- 13:43the bad news. I'm repossessing your house. Your family is no longer allowed
- 13:48to live in your house. However, I will allow you to choose one
- 13:52business in Fargo to live in. Is your new home now. The only
- 13:58catch is that you and your entire family have to take on full time jobs
- 14:03at the business, but you don't pay to live there, and you have
- 14:07unlimited access to whatever product or resources the business offers. So Amanda, oh
- 14:16gosh, this would be a good question for Clark, what do you do?
- 14:22Instantly, my head went to Sweet Shots because that's where we've been frequently
- 14:26frequenting a lot lately, because it's like it's fun, the kids are having
- 14:30a good time. But then I thought about like winter and stuff like that.
- 14:33I know you can still go out there in the heaters, but I
- 14:35think I'm gonna have to go Shields. We got the Ferris Will for the
- 14:37kids. There's a lot to do. We've got plenty of clothes, but
- 14:41you have to read here. That's a great work environment. You and I
- 14:45could live there and there's plenty of the blow up mattresses everything. You have
- 14:48access to all the products. Yeah, so you could. Yeah, you'd
- 14:52be like stacked with everything. That is as far as the stores go.
- 14:56You go in Chiels, I'm like, this is like this is perfect.
- 14:58Yeah, that is like just for me. Maybe Minards, Okay, both
- 15:01of those those would be my top two, but I think I'm gonna have
- 15:03to lean towards Shields. Minards. You could build like a pretty cool little
- 15:07well shed house for the kids. You could each have your own little I
- 15:13just feel like there's more activities to do for the kids at shiels. My
- 15:18husband would just be really happy. We'd probably, I was gonna say,
- 15:20we'd probably live in different areas. He'd probably be more in the hunting department.
- 15:24I'd be you think he'd be a golf expert or what would his job
- 15:28be. He'd pretend to be a golf expert. It would just be really
- 15:31embarrassing. Yeah, and you'd be the person trying to sell the credit cards,
- 15:35and the kids would be in the fudge shop. I imagine, Oh
- 15:39my gosh, I forgot about the food area. Yeah. Now, well
- 15:41that's the other thing too. I mean, you definitely want somewhere with food.
- 15:43I think i'd be the ferris wheel attendant. That just seems the most
- 15:46fun. Yeah, it's a little competitive, don't you think. Make sure
- 15:50not to take a picture on that ferris wheel. Is that the rule?
- 15:52I think pretty sure you can't. What pretty sure You're not supposed to have
- 15:56your phone on the ferris wheel. And I've seen a lot a lot of
- 16:00pictures of people in the first whel, so I'd have to really crack down
- 16:02on that. I'm rethinking everything. I had no idea that was a policy.
- 16:06And Amanda in the morning on SIG seven last night, you know,
- 16:10the wolves kept me up again. I can't keep doing this, but god,
- 16:12I hope I keep doing it because man, what a game. But
- 16:15I don't feel great today. And Amanda, I think I know why alcohol.
- 16:22I think I have what you call a good old fashioned hangover. But
- 16:26said Amanda, that said, I didn't do what. Benny Blanco, who
- 16:30of course famous producer dating Selena Gomez currently, he said that he has a
- 16:33hangover cure that makes it impossible to get hungover. I love when people make
- 16:38that blanket statement because isn't it per person like to each their own. Well,
- 16:44of course, everybody's body is different, and you know, I'm the
- 16:47one that says, basically, there's nothing you can do. I mean,
- 16:51there are ways to maybe help a little bit, but at the end of
- 16:53the day, if you're drinking a bunch of alcohol, you're just gonna feel
- 16:56bad. But he said made this claim on the Jimmy Fallon Tonight show,
- 17:00said that he had a couple, in his words, old guys from Italy
- 17:04come up to him and told him that Hey, before you drink, take
- 17:07a shot of this, and you can't get hungover. It's impossible. And
- 17:11what they were talking about was a shot of olive oil. Really, what
- 17:17does a boogies literally slide through your system or what's the what's the purpose?
- 17:22Yeah, they said it. I don't know, kind of think of what
- 17:25it could be or why. Heck of a theory, but something to do
- 17:33with it, just coding your stomach and just said you don't get hungover.
- 17:37Now, medical experts have weighed in saying that olive oil actually may not be
- 17:42the best solution for preventing hangovers. Why because only twenty percent of alcohol is
- 17:48absorbed through the stomach. You knew that, she explains. The rest is
- 17:52absorbed through the small intestine, so from there it undergoes metabolism by the liver.
- 17:57You knew that, and will still lead to hangover symptoms such as this
- 18:02was a science class. I'm just kidding. It's all good info. You
- 18:06know it is. Didn't know me, I proceed, you may. She
- 18:10said that you're still going to get the effects such as dehydration and headaches.
- 18:15So from what I've read too, hangovers basically it's dehydration for the most part,
- 18:21Yeah, that's why they always say, like, if you have a
- 18:22beer, have a glass of water. If you have a drink, have
- 18:25a glass water, Like you're supposed to continuously drink water while you're drinking,
- 18:27but you know, then you're not getting a buzz. Easy to get away
- 18:30from that fall. Sure, it's easy to start like, oh, I've
- 18:34got this, and then sometimes it just gets it just goes sideways, you
- 18:38know, real quiet. And it wasn't until recently. I wondered because you
- 18:41may maybe have had this thought too, because when you're drinking, you're going
- 18:45to the bathroom a lot, and that boy is crystal clear. So you're
- 18:48thinking, I seem very hydrated, But it's because alcohol works as a diuretic,
- 18:53and so basically it makes you go to the bathroom without replenishing your body,
- 18:56and so you're basically peeing out all of the high from what I understand,
- 19:02my goodness. So the olive oil kind of has a little maybe something
- 19:04that could help, but yes, you still need to be hydrated and you
- 19:07need to take migraine meds. Oh. They say the best way to prevent
- 19:10a hangover is to simply not drink. Thanks for that, Thank you for
- 19:14that. Yeah, I appreciate it. It works for you, what works
- 19:18for me, And man, well, I add a bunch of food which
- 19:21helps a lot. Don't forget to eat pretty much before bed. If you
- 19:23can, like eat something greasy or something that really just fills you up,
- 19:26and then like chug some water and just making sure to take like some ibuprofen
- 19:30before bed. That works out. That's pretty clutch. That's about the best
- 19:33you can do. Yeah. I always find like in the morning, waking
- 19:37up, just drinking a ton of water, having some ibuprofen, and as
- 19:40odd as it is, working out some way shape or form or like moving
- 19:44your body that you just kind of get you out of it, getting up
- 19:47and doing anything really, because if you just lay there all day. I
- 19:49kind of also subscribe to the belief that a hangover is a choice, you
- 19:52know what I mean, Because think about if you get up and like,
- 19:56let's say you just have to go to work or you have nothing going on,
- 19:57You're just gonna lay around. You're gonna feel terrible. But think about
- 20:00like a vacation where you let it rip the night before, but you are
- 20:03up and at them you go outside, you smell the birds and see the
- 20:07sun, like then you're ready to go. Imagine when you have kids,
- 20:10Pike, you just roll. You just gotta go. There's no stopping you.
- 20:14It's it's not an option. I can tell you one thing. They're
- 20:17not hungover, They're ready to play. They just want you to do whatever
- 20:22it is that you need. God, that sounds fun. It is it
- 20:25is. You won't have a hangover again. Bike, You'll just kind of
- 20:29probably stop. You'll be like, oh yeah, God, kid, now,
- 20:32I think I'm gonna try the olive oil thing for like in a minute
- 20:37in the morning on a big nuddy. Please talk about Scotti Scheffler, because
- 20:41every minute that goes by, it gets crazier. What's going on now,
- 20:45Amanda. If you're not familiar, Scotty Cheffer the number one golfer in the
- 20:48world. Okay, Like people are now making Tiger Woods Comparison's crazy what he's
- 20:52been doing over the last year. But the one complaint I've personally had in
- 20:56a lot of people, it's like, well, for him being that good,
- 21:00you'd like to see some personality. If you're gonna be like the superstar,
- 21:03give me a little something to work with. But overall he's just like
- 21:07a really nice guy. Family oriented, just had a baby. Yeah,
- 21:10he made a lot of headlines, not only I mean, I'm just trying
- 21:12to talk as a woman, like would I have known him if my husband
- 21:15wasn't a huge golfer? Yeah, because the whole headline about three weeks ago
- 21:19when he was playing his round was he said, I don't care if I'm
- 21:23about to win this if my wife mess in a labor, I am just
- 21:27I'm down and out. And so many people were like, that's amazing,
- 21:30good for you. Well, now we've got something. We got something to
- 21:33work with personality wise, controversy wise, because Scottie Scheffer this morning has been
- 21:38arrested Tiger Woods. We're gonna need you to step back for a second because
- 21:42outside of the PGA Championship, the big tournament happening this weekend. So it's
- 21:47just crazy because now we've got mugshots. He's supposed to tee off in like
- 21:51what an hour, and it's do we know is he going to be able
- 21:53to So this is the latest information I have. He is now facing charges
- 21:57of second degree assault of a police officer, third degree criminal mischief, reckless
- 22:03driving, and disregarding traffic signals from an officer. Directing traffic. Now.
- 22:07This is according to ESPN. Of course, are trying to keep up to
- 22:10date with everything. But in case you missed it, around five o'clock this
- 22:11morning, there was a man who was fatally struck by a shuttle bus crossing
- 22:17the road near where the entrance was to get into the golf club yep.
- 22:21And so then Scotty, I mean I think he was probably I'm not saying
- 22:25half asleep, but just like rolling in like hey, I'm going to get
- 22:26to where I'm going, not having a clue what was really going on.
- 22:30Yeah, those guys TF early and they get there when it's dark out still
- 22:33to get ready, and I guess I don't know where the miscommunication was because
- 22:37he went around this median to get away from everything, and we're being told
- 22:41he didn't stop. The police officer attached himself to the vehicle. Scheffler then
- 22:45went like another ten yards before stopping. Police officer then grabbed his arm attempted
- 22:51to pull him out of the car. Eventually he opened his door, at
- 22:53which point the officer pulled him out, pushed him up against the car,
- 22:56placed him in handcuffs, and that's the video. Everybody is scene right now,
- 23:00and then some people are saying that the police officer didn't know he was
- 23:03like a golfer. Well, and I don't think a cop would care.
- 23:08You know, there's literally a death at this scene, and so nobody should
- 23:12be driving around it, you know. And it doesn't seem like you really
- 23:15hit him with the you know who I am, because you feel like that
- 23:18would be important information to have, Like this is why I'm going here.
- 23:22I'm like one track mind. I'm about to try to go win the PGA
- 23:26Tour. I really am not paying attention to what's going on over here.
- 23:29Yeah, but going back to what I said about him being what seems to
- 23:32be a really stand up guy, you gotta think just a miscommunication here.
- 23:34I don't think he was purposely ignoring police officer's requests. So the assault of
- 23:40a police officer, that's a very obviously dramatic charge. And we think it's
- 23:44because he was driving away as the police officer was kind of like reaching in
- 23:47the window it got to be and so like essentially dragging him a police officer
- 23:52allegedly, Yeah, dragging seems a bit dramatic, but pulling, I guess
- 23:56would be better. And if he can't imagine he was going that fast.
- 23:59He's got to tee off at ten to eight this morning, and uh,
- 24:03it's unclear if he's going to be able to make it to the second round.
- 24:07I mean, do they can he show up late? Are they gonna
- 24:10allow that? There's gotta be PGA rules. I can only imagine that people
- 24:14scurrying right now to figure out how this is gonna go down because the reality
- 24:18is there's also a lot of money on this. Yeah, the buzz even
- 24:22in our office this morning, people are like, oh Bullie, Yeah,
- 24:23well we'll see if they let him t off late. I mean, I
- 24:26know personally when I'm running late for a tea time. Let's put you in
- 24:30a position it's Rose Creek League, Nick in your late. The key is
- 24:33you gotta at least have somebody from your group there to check in and they
- 24:36say, I'm sorry our buddy, and you gotta make him seem like a
- 24:38goofball. Yeah, he's always running late. You know, there's always that
- 24:41one guy. So maybe whoever he's supposed to play with this morning can like
- 24:47let them know. And then I'm going your wife, she has like a
- 24:49two week old baby, and then she's finding out your yours waking up to
- 24:53this mugshot. What, Yeah, that's brutal. What life are we in?
- 24:57I know? Well, first of all we heard was he was arrested,
- 25:00like for what what? This is insane because he's such a straight up
- 25:04guy. Or another option would be maybe join him on like the second or
- 25:08third hole or the back nine, and then they're gonna have just like everybody's
- 25:11gonna rally tonight as he's coming in by himself. Yeah, and hey,
- 25:15I mean your score is gonna be a lot better if you skip the first
- 25:17two holes, like it a minute in the morning. Come on, get
- 25:21up on Big seven. Well, this is just an assault like none other.
- 25:26There's no good assaults. This one though. Florida man had police called
- 25:30after a domestic incident where he got into it with someone at his home eighteen
- 25:37years old. Is all just a popy? You hate to see it?
- 25:40Okay, Well, here's what he did. He threw a diaper at the
- 25:45victim, striking him in the center of his Torso do we know was it
- 25:51a full diaper? We do know? Okay, the details go as such,
- 25:56the diaper contained urine and other feces. What do you mean other feces?
- 26:02And this is an actual quote from the police. So that makes me
- 26:04think there was feces elsewhere, you know what I mean, Like the whole
- 26:08scene was just covered in it. That's disgusting. So dist your mom,
- 26:14you handle diapers all the time. I'm the one that you be being like
- 26:15gross, but even just in general, like when you have like the jell
- 26:21beads that come with it, Like if you have a really full diaper,
- 26:25how disgusting that is. But then if you throw feces on top of it,
- 26:27just no, thanks, No gel beads, what are you talking about?
- 26:33Like the absorbed me Like, no idea, the gel that absorbs the
- 26:37urine when they go to the bathroom. If it's so full, sometimes those
- 26:41beads will like explode. It's it is so disgusting. If I have a
- 26:45kid they're not wearing diapers, even better, it'll be great. Yeah,
- 26:49maybe one of those cloth diapers. That's that's the thing. Is that the
- 26:53thing. Yeah, it's not like a hot trend by any means. Well,
- 26:59some people's with inflation and stuff like that, that's their go to because
- 27:03it's way cheaper. Yeah yeah, box of diapers ain't cheap. Yeah,
- 27:07I'm all about saving a buck or two. This guy, though, will
- 27:10need a buck or two to get out of jail because he's currently behind bars.
- 27:14What I don't get it. What he threw a diaper? You threw
- 27:18a typer? Yeah, I mean listen, it was not just a light
- 27:19throw. They found remnants of the diaper on the front porch and on the
- 27:23stomach of the victim, so really pelted him. Good aim, Yeah,
- 27:30well exactly. Imagine if you throw in you miss. Yeah, I mean
- 27:34think about that. Now here's what you need to know. Now for a
- 27:41breaking update on the golf world, we go to our golf senior correspondent Amanda
- 27:47Go ahead, well, Scotti Scheffler, believe it or not, after being
- 27:51detained by police this morning, now facing charges of second degree assault of a
- 27:56police officer, a third degree criminal mischief, reckless driving. Just that's regarding
- 28:00traffic signals from another police officer directing traffic. He is currently warming up for
- 28:06his tea time at ten oh eight, folks, He's gonna make it.
- 28:10He walked in, they escorted him up. I just saw the video.
- 28:14Cannot believe this second round is about to start and he walks out as though
- 28:18he was not just in an orange jumpsuit in a mug shot. I'm only
- 28:22mad though. I was kind of hoping he'd wear the orange jumpsuit looking like
- 28:26the caddy to play the second gud Right. You gotta think they take that
- 28:29back. They won't let you out. But think about it. Three point
- 28:30one five million dollars on the line right now if he wins the championship and
- 28:34you're you're being arrested. This has just been a wild morning. It's been
- 28:38a wild morning. I think it's gonna blow over. I don't know if
- 28:41he's gonna do any prison time, no, but it's just a crazy series
- 28:45of events, for sure, a fine. I don't know if he'll have
- 28:48to appear in court for four it it's probably at some point, but that
- 28:52that post round press conference is gonna be must watch. I know, well,
- 28:56I just you know, I wasn't Tom Hogy. I saw he's already
- 29:00up on the leaderboard. I would love to see him pull through. But
- 29:03there's something about this story line right now with Scottie Shuffler. I think Tom
- 29:07would agree for him to just it. You're detained by police and then all
- 29:11of a sudden, it's like, yeah, now I'm winning Super cool,
- 29:15move on. Bizarre, Well, where's the end on the leaderard? He's
- 29:18not leading, but no, I think he was in the top ten.
- 29:19It'll be interesting to see how this effects his round. You know, Oh,
- 29:23they like Tiger. He'll win because Tiger is really you'd think all the
- 29:29distractions he's had sometimes that makes him a better golfer. It's bizarre. He
- 29:33did seem to be playing his best when he was sleeping with hundreds of women.
- 29:37This is what I'm saying. All right, last night, another late
- 29:40one, but whoa turn of events? T Wolves beat the Nuggets. Who
- 29:44knew? We're like ESPN over here. Yeah, it's all sports all the
- 29:47time, not trying to but these are hot topics. Hey listen, when
- 29:49the Timberwolves have won their first series in twenty years. I was a child
- 29:53last time I watched him get this far, and now they come back from
- 29:56the dead. I thought it was over. I got called it. I
- 29:59said, the Nuggets are a better team, the series is done. Then
- 30:02they do this, and you probably need to keep this energy going into Game
- 30:04seven, which is Sunday back in Denver. Sorry, Pike, you're gonna
- 30:07have to have another late one Sunday night. We were watching the game,
- 30:11and maybe it was the maybe it was the curs lights talking. But I
- 30:15googled flights to Denver. I'm like, let's go Frontier Airlines. Flights are
- 30:21it's reasonable? Well, I know, but then the time off being a
- 30:25Sunday, you know, I'd have to take the next day off, and
- 30:26I'm just so committed. Pike drive Pike live from It could be the victory
- 30:33and Denver can get a little dicey. Those fans might get a little wild.
- 30:37He actually might not be safe for you. I take it back.
- 30:40Who would push the buttons? Who would turn the microphones on? Not this
- 30:44girl. That's the only thing giving me any job security is that I'm the
- 30:48only one in here that knows how to push the buttons. Otherwise I'd have
- 30:52been gone along. Takee Pike, I know to push your buttons? Though,
- 30:57what's the next story? Move on? Oh gosh, all right,
- 31:03the latest Apple update iOS seventeen point five might have automatically happened. And if
- 31:10you haven't gone to your camera role. There is one person tweeting and saying
- 31:14this new update brought back a lot of deleted photos that she got rid of
- 31:18about three years ago. Some news so dudes, of course, the only
- 31:22photos who would delete. And then also one person said they had like twenty
- 31:26five voicemails they deleted. Now they're back. So if you're trying to hide
- 31:29anything from your past, maybe go through your phone if you had that iOS
- 31:32seventeen point five update. I did peruse my photos after running the update,
- 31:36and yeah, I don't see anything anything alarming. Oh, I don't do
- 31:41a lot of personal photography. I get a manna in the morning stage ninety
- 31:45point seven. So you know, over the years we've been able to give
- 31:49back to quite a few families in the community through our big Christmas Witsch program.
- 31:52Of course all year we're rating money through the help of you, the
- 31:56great people of the Fargamore community, and we're able to give back people in
- 32:00difficult situations. And we have one a really an unfortunate one on our hands
- 32:04currently. You may have heard about Nate Strand in Barnesville, not a good
- 32:07situation. We actually have Heidi who's the one sort of organizing the events with
- 32:13the fundraising, and we have on the phone right now to learn a little
- 32:15more. Good morning, Heidi. Can you tell us about Nate. He
- 32:17is a science teacher at Barnsville High School and he's also the assistant football coach
- 32:24and baseball coach. Wow. So this is a guy in a community like
- 32:29Barnesville that has touched a lot of people's lives. I'm sure right, yes,
- 32:31yes, absolutely, yep, he's kind of a pillar in our community.
- 32:37He's thirty nine years old, he is married, and he has a
- 32:42nine year old daughter and a twelve year old son. Obviously, the reason
- 32:45we're talking to you today, Heidi, is because you know, we got
- 32:47some really really unfortunate news here with Nate. Yes, he has had some
- 32:52issues with some colitis and he was recently diagnosed with liver cancer about two months
- 32:59ago, and so he'd been doing some chemo treatments and was trying to work,
- 33:04you know and coach, you know, whenever he could. So just
- 33:07recently he has not been able to work, and so we are going to
- 33:12be hosting a benefit for him in Barnesville at the Pitchfork on Friday, June
- 33:17seventh. We've also partnered with his families with the Lend a hand Up in
- 33:22Fargo, and so you can also give online for the Nate Strand benefit on
- 33:29Lend a hand Up if people want to attend what you know, what do
- 33:30they need to know? Like? How just show up? Yeah? So
- 33:34actually yep. So there is a golf tournament that we still have availability for
- 33:39if you'd like to have a team. There's tea times that morning of Friday,
- 33:44June seventh at eleven o'clock and two o'clock. Wow. And then we're
- 33:49going to be having a free will donation meal and we're going to have sil
- 33:53An auction raffle item. We're going to have bouncy houses for the kids,
- 33:58and it's out at the pitch. Well, Heidi, We're going to make
- 34:00this easy. Everything you just told us about we're going to put on our
- 34:04Facebook page. But also on our Facebook page, there's going to be a
- 34:07link there for the Big ninety eight point seven Christmas Wish, because we want
- 34:09you to give the Strand family our love and tell them that on behalf of
- 34:14Gateway Chevrolet and Heartland Chevy Dealers, Chevy Dealers and also Big ninety eight point
- 34:20seven's Christmas Wish. We want to start your guys' donations off with one thousand
- 34:23dollars. Oh, thank you so much. That's so great, thank you,
- 34:30You're so welcome. And I know a lot of people. If they
- 34:31aren't able to make it, people want to be able to give back any
- 34:34way they can, So this link on our Facebook page. One hundred percent
- 34:37of that money will go to the benefit you were talking about with lend a
- 34:40Hand. Oh, thank you so much. We really appreciate you, guys.
- 34:44I mean, it's really the least we can do. And we're just
- 34:45thinking of the Strand family and I know Amanda, it's Nate is currently in
- 34:50hospice care. Yeah. I just got a message here from one of the
- 34:52organizers saying that they're doing a silent candlelight visual tonight outside of their home,
- 34:57and our thoughts and purges continue, especially with their kids and their family.
- 35:00At this time, we've all been in these situations and it's just not easy.
- 35:04So if you feel like you want to help, any little bit helps,
- 35:06the link is right now on a big ninety eight point seven Facebook page.
