- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, welcome, I'm Teresa Croft, so glad you're listening.
- 0:03Speaker 1: So this is it the new name, unleashing Kingdom voices, or is it Kingdom?
- 0:09Speaker 1: It's really hard to make this change because the Kingdom Inter podcast was so highly listed, but I really felt like I needed to make the change.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Unleashing Kingdom voices, because unleashing voices of AI, unleashing voices of challenges, of that, are sacred and leashing voices of speakers.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So I think you get the hint.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Hey, lots of lots of pivots coming on here behind the scenes.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Check out Teresa Croftcom, you'll find some of them.
- 0:37Speaker 1: One of them I'm really excited about, that's podcasting made easy with AI.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Be checking out for that.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Meanwhile, let me introduce my guests.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I am so excited to have this young lady, so Virginia Hatfield.
- 0:50Speaker 1: She's a certified speaker who shares how she went from skunk thoughts to transformational herself, to thinking God thoughts.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Believe me, that is a powerful thought just in itself.
- 1:03Speaker 1: She helps women work, work through their limiting beliefs, the skunk thoughts, into a life that is transformed, by teaching them how to hear God's voice, god's thoughts.
- 1:13Speaker 1: And I gotta tell you, virginia is a farm daughter, a farm wife, a dairy farmer's wife for the past 35 years, so she gets up way earlier than me.
- 1:22Speaker 1: So please, please, help me welcome.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Well, there she is, my friend, virginia Hatfield.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Hey, virginia, we're gonna get up close and personal.
- 1:30Speaker 1: So what did you tell me before we went on?
- 1:34Speaker 2: Oh well, I'm excited that I'm here, that you invited me into your podcast and into your audience audience and I'm just super excited.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Well, what I told Teresa before we got on is hey, I put makeup on for you For you podcast.
- 1:52Speaker 2: People can see this flow that I actually created.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Those of you on the video look how beautiful she is.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Those who are listening just imagine Virginia Hatfield with makeup on Go to her.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Like I told Teresa, I said I only put makeup on for the people I love.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I love it, so I know lots on your heart, but just why don't you just tell our audience briefly, in your own words, kind of, what you're up to right now and what you're about?
- 2:19Speaker 2: Well, what I'm about is I am about transforming women's lives and getting them equipped so that they can unleash their voice and they can start telling their transformational journey because that's our testimony so that others can see our transformation and and through us, they want to know.
- 2:40Speaker 2: How can I get that?
- 2:41Speaker 2: How do I get to know Jesus like you have?
- 2:44Speaker 2: And that's very important for me, because I spent a lot of years as a farm daughter, as a dairy farmer's wife, being just sick, with the limiting beliefs in my head that I couldn't do it, that I wasn't good enough, that I wasn't smart enough.
- 3:03Speaker 2: And, and I tell you, once you've been transformed, you can't shut up about Jesus and how he's transformed you.
- 3:09Speaker 2: And that's what I just want other women to be transformed and have this joy in their heart.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Tell us about that journey, that one day, when this revelation came to you, I think you were out with your dog.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Tell us about that walk.
- 3:22Speaker 1: You went where God just kind of like hits you with this.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Yes, well, you see, my dog, summer, loves to go on walks and but, and she also loves to chase cats, cats of any sizes, any color.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Well, she is a little confused about a skunk.
- 3:40Speaker 2: She thinks this skunk is just a black and white striped cat and so every time she sees this gun, she kicks off and she starts on chasing it.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Of course you know she doesn't hear me yelling get back, get back, summer, come back, come back to mama, so you don't get sprayed.
- 3:58Speaker 2: And that.
- 3:59Speaker 2: But one day, one day she just happened to hear me yelling at her and calling for her for obedience and saying Summer, come back, come back, come back.
- 4:11Speaker 2: And she pivoted and she came running back to me.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Therefore, she did not get sprayed and spent, you know, and have to spend a week trying to get the smell off her.
- 4:22Speaker 2: You know, she didn't have to get the bath that night with with everything I have, yeah, and, and that's when you know I said I heard God say hey, daughter, that's just like you, because you're the same way.
- 4:37Speaker 2: You go running and chasing, and chasing after this shiny obstacle and this shiny obstacle to make money and to make money.
- 4:44Speaker 2: And what you don't realize is, you know, if you just hear my voice and see my plan.
- 4:50Speaker 2: You want to get sprayed, you want to smell like a skunk and end up being skunked.
- 4:56Speaker 2: So that's good.
- 4:58Speaker 1: That's the lesson I learned that day.
- 4:59Speaker 1: That's and that's a powerful thought.
- 5:01Speaker 1: And you are now a certified radiant speaker and that was your talk.
- 5:06Speaker 1: That was your Kim 10 talk and it was so awesome.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Virginia and I let me just share this.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Well, I didn't know a soul before going into this conference.
- 5:16Speaker 1: It's Girl Power Alliance is what we're talking about, and there was a speaker academy before the actual conference and I had just two prayers.
- 5:24Speaker 1: I knew I was going to be rooming with Ginny and bunch of other girls, but I didn't know them, and I remember my prayer was like God, just let me find one friend that I can connect with.
- 5:33Speaker 1: God was quick.
- 5:35Speaker 1: It was the very first night we went out to dinner and I'm like God, you are so good Because Virginia knew everyone, but all I had to do is look at her and she'd save me a seat you know, front row, of course.
- 5:47Speaker 1: You know just all those kind of things.
- 5:49Speaker 1: So that's the kind of person Virginia is as real as they get, but a heartfelt transformation of Jesus.
- 5:58Speaker 1: So why don't you tell us a little bit?
- 5:59Speaker 1: You know what, what, what, what helps you move in that area of eliminating, eliminating beliefs, really knowing your identity?
- 6:08Speaker 1: What was the vehicle that God used to help you with that?
- 6:13Speaker 2: Well, one of the vehicles was the Radiant Leadership Academy that Girl Power Alliance has.
- 6:19Speaker 2: That's one of their other main programs that they have.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Yeah, that's one of their flag programs, and this is 16-week biblical leadership program.
- 6:36Speaker 2: You take 16 weeks and you dive deep into different pillars of your life, and the first time I went through it I just because I almost quit GPA in the first round of RLA, because I mean, here I am it was an early morning class and so I had to milk cows in the morning, and so usually when I get in from milking cows, it's usually somewhere between 8.30 a quarter to 9 central time in the morning, and the classes were always like 9 o'clock in the morning, so I literally usually only had like 15 minutes to like dash in, get a shower and get up here to my office, and so it was one of those mornings.
- 7:23Speaker 2: You know, I don't even think I probably had 15 minutes.
- 7:25Speaker 2: And so I came in and I was just dripping with wet hair and it was just kind of plastered and I just had a wholly.
- 7:31Speaker 2: You know, I didn't have this nice you know sweatshirt on, I just had a regular farm sweatshirt on.
- 7:40Speaker 2: And then, you know, I seen all these beautiful women in the, you know, in the Zoom room, and I'm like I'm thinking, what have I got myself into?
- 7:52Speaker 2: Because I knew that I was never going to be, you know, good enough in this group.
- 7:57Speaker 2: And so I listened, you know, through it.
- 8:01Speaker 2: And then I sent Michelle a message.
- 8:04Speaker 2: I said I think I'm in the wrong place.
- 8:05Speaker 2: I said I am just not pretty enough, I am not smart enough, I am not equipped to do this.
- 8:13Speaker 2: And that's when Michelle Schaefer she's the CEO of Girl Pond Alliance sent me back a message and said oh no, daughter, oh no, you are supposed to be here.
- 8:26Speaker 2: That's exactly why you're supposed to be here, because you need to change your mindset.
- 8:31Speaker 2: You need to get it quit, and so I went through that first 16 weeks turned around, went to a second 16 weeks turned around, went to another third turned around, went to a fourth one, and I'm now on my fifth one.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Wow so good.
- 8:47Speaker 2: And and it.
- 8:47Speaker 2: But part of that, too, was also the Radiant Speaker Academy.
- 8:52Speaker 2: That's where Austin, I learned that, okay, you know, I have all the.
- 8:56Speaker 2: You know I have all these thoughts and I've changed so much.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Yeah, how do I like put it together and share it with other people?
- 9:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:05Speaker 2: And that's what the Radiant Speaker Academy, the RSA, helped me do.
- 9:09Speaker 2: It made me release my voice and it made me step up to leadership.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Wow, so good, because I knew.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I'm equipped now.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what you just said.
- 9:22Speaker 1: So many people could relate to, and I could relate to some of those things you said too, like when I was going to the conference.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I'm like, hey, I don't, I'm not, I'm going to be me.
- 9:31Speaker 1: I'm going to wear my tennis shoes up on the stage.
- 9:34Speaker 1: I may be around a bunch of freely girls, but I'm just going to be.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I mean, I had to have therapy to get there.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Let me tell you, I had to go through that with my friend Alana, who was coaching me with neuropsycho at that time.
- 9:45Speaker 1: So, and then this is the key I'm not good enough.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Those feelings of I, I, that's like, I think, a battle for so many women.
- 9:55Speaker 1: That's why, when you step up to the plate like this and share your transformation, share that you know.
- 10:01Speaker 1: You know you know you know your word, that you know your call, do you know you got a voice and I really think you know I'm passionate because my podcast, everything I do, is centered around your voice.
- 10:11Speaker 1: So you just gave an example of working through, getting hooked with something.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Radiant Leadership Academy is powerful.
- 10:21Speaker 1: I mean they go through every facet you can imagine, but you just didn't go through it.
- 10:26Speaker 1: You took action.
- 10:27Speaker 1: That's because I think you know I'll be honest, one of the first 60 days that I worked on was that feeling of I'm not good enough In my I'm not good enough showed up and having to over study everything I did Okay, imposter syndrome, and I'm really able to do this, and I'm sure you can relate and tell us your thoughts as you were preparing for stepping out on stage.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Here you go from I'm not good enough, I don't belong into this group.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Hold on, wow, could you have heard me through all that?
- 11:00Speaker 1: God.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I don't know if it was recorded.
- 11:02Speaker 1: My little button was off, so we'll just pick it up where we left off.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Could you hear me, though, when I was talking?
- 11:08Speaker 1: Yep, I could hear you.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Okay, this is live, so take us through.
- 11:14Speaker 1: I'll have to see what happens on the record.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Take us through that thought of going from this place, of, oh, I'm not good enough to, I'm not pretty enough to, then putting yourself out there going through the program Radiant Speaker Academy.
- 11:27Speaker 1: It's like what is it?
- 11:28Speaker 1: Nine weeks online, then you have to make a decision Am I going to go on stage with this?
- 11:34Speaker 1: Tell us the journey and your thoughts as you got into that place.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Well, as I started into the RSA, the Radiant Speaker Academy, that first nine weeks because I actually took it twice I was able to take it twice the actual course end of it, and the first time through it it was about the third week in and that was about the time for my birthday, and I always give myself a personal development course or coaching for my birthday every year.
- 12:10Speaker 2: And so when they said that you know that you could get certified and go on stage and you could get the training from like four you know coaches that do this for a living, and I'm like, oh, that sounds kind of neat.
- 12:25Speaker 2: And then, but at the same time I'm thinking, can I do it?
- 12:29Speaker 2: And then I heard God say, yeah, that's why you're doing this, you are going to do that, you're going to get up on stage and you're going to do this.
- 12:38Speaker 2: You're going to learn how to be exactly equipped and this is exactly the course I want you to go through and do.
- 12:44Speaker 2: And so you know, so just get busy and just you know, do it.
- 12:49Speaker 2: And so I'm like, okay.
- 12:50Speaker 2: So I signed up, sent the money and I did it.
- 12:54Speaker 2: And then I got like, oh my God.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Then I got panicky because then I'm like, how did I do?
- 12:59Speaker 2: I just I can't believe I did this.
- 13:03Speaker 2: You know, like, because we had like all summer, you know, until like October to get it, and so you know.
- 13:10Speaker 2: So I got there, you know, to the conference, you know where we were going to have the certification and I had it.
- 13:19Speaker 2: But and I'd worked with another accountability partner through it to get it, that part, you know, because after every section there's a homework that you put together.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Yeah, but when I got there, teresa was my roommate and we had the room to ourselves for like a night or so yeah.
- 13:39Speaker 2: And that, or at least for a while, we did.
- 13:41Speaker 2: So we worked on our, on our, on our talks, our Kim 10 talks, and and she was really awesome, I mean, she helped me like take it down, pair it down to where it was a little more simpler, a little more fluent, and so I was able to like get it really down to under 10 minutes and and it sound good.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Yeah, so that helped a lot.
- 14:02Speaker 2: I'm very appreciative of that.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Yeah, we had fun, though we were just and it was funny.
- 14:07Speaker 1: I didn't even know you and here I am.
- 14:09Speaker 1: No, you need to get that section out.
- 14:11Speaker 1: This is awesome and she needed you know.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I thought well, so hard, I know.
- 14:15Speaker 1: It was like you know your version of dealing with me, my first.
- 14:20Speaker 1: They give you a practice run and I practically threw up on the stage, meaning I had 23 years of stuff, and they they must have worked with me for 20 minutes afterwards, not critiquing, honestly, just encouraging me to pair it down and how to go from there.
- 14:37Speaker 1: So it was like that was what's was safe place.
- 14:41Speaker 1: You're going to be around safe people.
- 14:44Speaker 1: I'm just really excited about this Academy because I think anyone can go through it.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Do you have to be through gear of power lines?
- 14:50Speaker 1: No, they do offer a retail, you know, talk to Jenny or myself about that.
- 14:55Speaker 1: But yeah, it's a really amazing part of girl power lines.
- 14:59Speaker 1: There's so many people Jenny, I'm in this other mastermind so many people are like how do I get the stage, how do I practice?
- 15:07Speaker 1: Where do I go?
- 15:07Speaker 1: And I.
- 15:08Speaker 1: One thing I think about girl power alliance is that is a stage and I don't know about you, but I'm going going to go through it again to learn some more and I believe you always.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Sometimes you have to pay to get on a stage, but it's a chance once again to get all these, this video of you on stage, to be able to say, okay, she was on stage somewhere.
- 15:29Speaker 1: If you really want to be a speaker, sometimes you have to pay a few places before you get paid.
- 15:36Speaker 1: I'm just something I'm learning and then you make a little speaker reel four minute reel of all the different places you've spoke at to build credibility and I think I think, if I know right, I think most of us wouldn't mind speaking.
- 15:50Speaker 1: I know when we were talking I wasn't the first day, but you were sharing some of your stories and I just looked at you and I said I see you speaking in front of women conferences, sharing your stories but still sharing your truths of transfer.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Remember that night you were just sitting there.
- 16:07Speaker 1: If I had put I didn't have popcorn, I just eat my popcorn listening to you, like you know.
- 16:12Speaker 1: So I mean you got so great farm stories and stuff.
- 16:15Speaker 1: So I hope this is encouraging someone that you know.
- 16:18Speaker 1: It's really easy to think you're not good enough.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Let's speak to that.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Well, how did you really go through?
- 16:23Speaker 1: I know it's radiant Leadership Academy, but we're some nuggets that helped you through the way of realizing hey, wait a minute, I am good enough, anything that comes to mind.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I think you know a lot of times, you know is stepping up and especially this is for stage two is changing the atmosphere.
- 16:46Speaker 2: You know, because you're the one, that when you walk into a room or you walk up on that stage, it's up to you to change the atmosphere.
- 16:54Speaker 2: You have to bring up that power on that because that's Jesus inside you and you have to activate Jesus and and let the world know that, that you are activated in Jesus.
- 17:05Speaker 2: And when you do that all of a sudden when I do that all of a sudden, my fears just go away and and I can just feel the crowd just like coming in to me and like they're wanting to know what I have to say because they want to know what is this light, you know what is this excitement she has to share.
- 17:29Speaker 2: And that was one thing when I walked on stage.
- 17:31Speaker 2: And another thing to was know my identity.
- 17:36Speaker 2: When you go through Radiant Leadership Academy and that first, the first pillar, it really tears you down to what you really believe.
- 17:47Speaker 2: You know who are you and God and who is God to you.
- 17:51Speaker 2: And when you truly take time and answer those questions to yourself and that and you realize that God is not this great, big, scary guy up in the sky that's going to, you know, condemn you and and it's going to be mean to you, that he is a loving father and that he only wants the best for you and he's going to give you the best.
- 18:14Speaker 2: But you first have to seek him out.
- 18:16Speaker 2: He's a gentleman, so he is not going to, you know, rudely yank you into his area.
- 18:23Speaker 2: He's going to be very patient and have you ask him.
- 18:26Speaker 2: You know, god, come into my life, search my heart, you know, show me what I need to change.
- 18:32Speaker 2: And when you do that, things start changing in your life, you know, and when you kind of go astray and you, you know, because things are good, and you kind of get into this habit, like, okay, I can do everything on my own again, because you know it's kind of our default.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Yeah, we like to try to do everything on your own and, being a dairy farmer's wife, I'm used to being in charge.
- 18:55Speaker 2: That is one of the things that the Lord is talking to me about, that no, he's in charge, not you.
- 19:03Speaker 2: And so a lot of times you know he has to like come here.
- 19:07Speaker 2: You know, remember, skunks are out there, listen to me, so you won't get skunk.
- 19:14Speaker 2: You know you can't have skunk thoughts and God thoughts at the same time.
- 19:17Speaker 2: You've got to change.
- 19:19Speaker 1: You have to choose so good.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I love it.
- 19:22Speaker 1: And Virginia definitely captured.
- 19:25Speaker 1: And we went into our conference and everyone in Virginia captured the hearts and I wish I had the picture.
- 19:33Speaker 1: At the end of the conference they were awarding out awards.
- 19:36Speaker 1: What award did you get, girl?
- 19:39Speaker 2: Radiant Leadership of the Year, along with my first accountability partner, farrah Thlow, who's from Dublin Ireland.
- 19:46Speaker 2: So awesome.
- 19:49Speaker 1: My computer crashed at the beginning.
- 19:51Speaker 1: So if you're just watching and just catching this in, this is Virginia Hatfield, and let me tell you this is a lady that understands what you are going through.
- 20:01Speaker 1: If you're feeling like you don't feel like you're enough, you don't realize that you are called worthy and more than enough.
- 20:08Speaker 1: I hope this is encouraging you.
- 20:10Speaker 1: So we're talking about it.
- 20:12Speaker 1: I'm not afraid to talk about it, but let's tell me more.
- 20:15Speaker 1: We're both in Girl Power Alliance on the side of our other jobs that we have.
- 20:20Speaker 1: But let's say and then we'll talk about the Sacred Sixty Challenge, but tell us a little more about someone who maybe isn't familiar.
- 20:27Speaker 1: You're saying Girl Power Alliance.
- 20:28Speaker 1: What is that?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Why don't you explain a little bit more about it?
- 20:32Speaker 2: Well, Girl Power Alliance is a community of women that you can come into, and what this community has is that not only has Christian women in there that are entrepreneurs, that are leaders, and you can be a leader in your own family.
- 20:51Speaker 2: So if you're just a, you know, if you're a mom that you know maybe doesn't have a business right now but she wants to have more, you know, a closer walk with God, this is a great way for you to get that.
- 21:06Speaker 2: And also, Girl Power Alliance is a personal, professional, spiritual development and leadership development company, and with Christ Resources.
- 21:18Speaker 2: And so they they have these Christ resources because in the personal and professional development world out there, there's a lot of new age out there.
- 21:27Speaker 2: There's a lot of coaches out there that are not teaching from the bit from the Bible.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and this and I actually paid, you know, for like a seven thousand dollar course, and I realized that the mindset was all based on new age and so and it was like set up for a year, so I didn't get any use out of that.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Wow.
- 21:49Speaker 2: No, I am not going back in this and that.
- 21:52Speaker 2: And you know, and when you have like a Hindu coach, that's me up, you know, because I was supposed to get a coach for a year.
- 22:00Speaker 2: We're supposed to have the weekly check-ins and I just couldn't do it.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Sure, now I know why, because at the time I was so frustrated because, you know, I couldn't figure out why I Wasn't getting it.
- 22:12Speaker 2: And now I know why because God's like you're too precious dear.
- 22:15Speaker 2: I know you get messed up with that thinking good.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Yeah, and so you know it's.
- 22:21Speaker 2: And then you know, gpa girls power alliance Actually has a very nice Income yeah resource attached to it, and we have several Resources attached now to it.
- 22:36Speaker 2: I mean, I'm wearing one of the clothes, yeah, and that's so, and so that's a way that we can pay for our membership.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Yeah you start inviting other friends to To check out the membership and they see the value in it.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I am already in.
- 22:57Speaker 2: You know I've been in already in profit mode because I have, yeah, referrals underneath me that are sharing it out too.
- 23:06Speaker 1: It's a great way to leverage.
- 23:08Speaker 1: It's not like you're 40 hours a week, but you're sharing about something that's changing you and transforming you, so there's no other greater way than to find something like this now, girl power alliance.
- 23:20Speaker 1: If you want a taste of it, I think you can help me with this, virginia, but they're having the sacred 60 challenge starting in January.
- 23:29Speaker 1: These are not goals, okay, I just wanted to tell you that these are just a like those things that to me, they're non-negotiable.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Time win the word Thanksgiving, daily walks, daily talks.
- 23:41Speaker 1: So I would invite you to join us and Taste it.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Get a taste of just living with community.
- 23:48Speaker 1: I think I know that's not the big thing that I was looking for.
- 23:51Speaker 1: I don't want to.
- 23:53Speaker 1: You know, I was just lost, my husband and I remember moving into this place by myself and I saw a Molly Trotter on the yes Lord, collective that Jessica shaker had and I was in and it was just like Whoa there.
- 24:06Speaker 1: You know there are people out there.
- 24:08Speaker 1: And one thing can I touch on this Virginia, a lot of times we feel like, well, that says find my people, but that's a myth.
- 24:16Speaker 1: This is me, you know.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Community, once again, I had some and counseling through this.
- 24:22Speaker 1: But she's my friends and what about this?
- 24:26Speaker 1: This is a new way you're doing community right now.
- 24:29Speaker 1: I'd love to see Virginia every day.
- 24:32Speaker 1: I'd love to see her more than once a year.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Maybe they'll do two conferences.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:37Speaker 1: I see, I see Virginia every Tuesday at 3 pm my time.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Yeah, she's on the screen but we're sharing in on the same thing.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Mm-hmm is community because I get a lot of texts and emails, people just struggling in my DMs and they're just sharing their hearts and I don't immediately jump on them and say you're good girl power lines, just to love them and to share.
- 25:00Speaker 1: And then some do go and look out to your girl power lines.
- 25:04Speaker 1: But I think the sacred 60 challenge is a great way To join together with other women and one thing I'm gonna do is I'm gonna have a weekly Check-in, weekly community.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Let's have coffee and, as we're going through the 60-day challenge, mm-hmm something that I'm gonna do with the people who maybe sign up under that link down below what's your slash, virginia?
- 25:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just really excited about it because, going into the new year, what a great way to start on.
- 25:43Speaker 1: One of them gratitude, my goodness.
- 25:45Speaker 1: That alters.
- 25:47Speaker 1: The science proves that it alters the structure of your brain.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Just by being grateful that you add.
- 25:53Speaker 1: All the others go ahead.
- 25:54Speaker 1: I, what were you gonna say?
- 25:55Speaker 2: Oh, it does.
- 25:57Speaker 2: You know, because one of the other things that we learned in in RLA is, you know, our mind is like, you know, like a beach, okay, and and if you've ever like drawn a line in the sand and that it kind of yeah, it's a little Indutation, but if you keep doing that, pretty soon You're gonna have a trench, and that's our negative thoughts, you know.
- 26:20Speaker 2: So when you keep telling yourself I'm not enough, you know I can't do it.
- 26:25Speaker 2: You know, oh, I'm, I'm not pretty enough, and you keep telling yourself that you keep drinking that, that Trench in your mind.
- 26:32Speaker 2: You know that's when you get ugly.
- 26:36Speaker 2: You know People don't want to be around a person, that's negative and that.
- 26:39Speaker 2: But when you start telling yourself you know what, I think, I think I can do, that I'm just gonna take one step of faith.
- 26:45Speaker 2: I'm just gonna do this one action.
- 26:46Speaker 2: I am gonna jump on Teresa's sacred challenge link and I am going to just, I'm just gonna go with it too, especially when she says she's got a little coffee chat every week.
- 26:57Speaker 2: You know I want to come be.
- 27:00Speaker 2: You're going through this.
- 27:06Speaker 1: You know cuz it's going my cat to, yeah, listening, can't see the cat.
- 27:11Speaker 1: They just jumped in my lap, don't you think?
- 27:16Speaker 1: Don't you think this will give them a taste of girl power?
- 27:20Speaker 2: Alliance?
- 27:20Speaker 2: Oh, I think it will, because you know what?
- 27:24Speaker 2: Why people, people might come in for the courses and the Certifications, but what they stay for is the community.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and the money's not bad either.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Right and it's awesome.
- 27:34Speaker 1: It's almost like I think some of the glue that holds it together is almost every day there's some sort of call, a prayer call, any call, a Wednesday night leadership call, I think that just you know.
- 27:47Speaker 1: And then, of course, if you're in, like radiant leadership Academy, you're seeing people.
- 27:52Speaker 1: I'm sorry but it's real.
- 27:54Speaker 1: They may be little squares, but I'm on in another mastermind and I went to the mastermind.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I couldn't believe people who said, oh, I know you, but they only knew me from that little square.
- 28:05Speaker 1: So I'm thinking, oh, they sound okay.
- 28:10Speaker 1: They said they see me on the conference calls, okay, okay.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Yeah, cat, he really wants to eat.
- 28:15Speaker 1: You know what it is?
- 28:17Speaker 1: My cat is attracted to people I love.
- 28:20Speaker 1: If I'm talking on a zoom with Alana my, if I'm talking on the zoom with someone, okay, there we go.
- 28:28Speaker 1: He didn't bother me yesterday and I had sorry, he's really good and I had someone on, but he didn't bother me, okay.
- 28:36Speaker 2: He probably just like oh, I heard she was a farm, yeah, you can't hear my, my tooth.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Probably four and five dogs out there.
- 28:49Speaker 1: I mean, you're listening.
- 28:50Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but this cat is non-stop jumping on my lap.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Okay, go on, go on, go on.
- 28:55Speaker 1: That's the main cat.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Let's just be real life in a podcast with Teresa.
- 29:00Speaker 1: So, oh, let's talk about this.
- 29:02Speaker 1: I love your podcast title, to do tell when, when it's gonna be released and the title of it.
- 29:08Speaker 1: I am so excited for this.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Well, the the podcast title that I think I'm gonna go with is Harvesting without the hustle.
- 29:16Speaker 2: Oh, talk to me girl and that, and I think we're going to release it on New Year's Eve if I can get everything done, you know, in order to release it.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Otherwise it'll be shortly thereafter, after the beginning of the year.
- 29:32Speaker 1: Great.
- 29:48Speaker 2: But the reason why I kind of Because the other one was faith fueled and that and I kind of took it to, you know, like the outside world, you know that kind of didn't understand about, about rest.
- 30:09Speaker 2: And then I took it to both of them and it was kind of funny because the women that aren't really like Christian and that they like the faith, fueled one more and that.
- 30:20Speaker 2: But the ones that were Christian which is my Christian entrepreneur on networking, mom woman is kind of my target in market and they really reacted more to the harvesting without the hustle, because that is one thing as network marketers and that we were so like gotta do this, gotta do this, gotta get this DMO done, daily method of operation.
- 30:47Speaker 2: But we have to have this many appointments every day and I just got so burnout in 28 years doing that with my other two businesses that I'm like no.
- 30:58Speaker 2: So when I decided to do Girls Power Alliance as a business, I'm like, okay, I have to learn how to do business God's way so that I am not like always on the phone, always on the computer, do, do, do.
- 31:14Speaker 2: And that I wanna work this the way God wants me to and what I learned.
- 31:18Speaker 2: You wanna know the secret to it all how to do it in rest?
- 31:22Speaker 2: Yeah, he just asked God in the morning.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Okay, can you please show me the women that you want me to talk to today?
- 31:31Speaker 2: Nice, Would you please show me the women that I'm talking to, who I should share about GPA?
- 31:38Speaker 2: Oh, I know that and I'm just like, after 28 years, that's all I had to do to operate in rest and that's how you can harvest, because harvesting you can't have harvest without planting.
- 31:55Speaker 2: I know there's a lot of people out there that think, okay, when they join a network marketing company, oh, I wanna make 5,000 a month, but they still spend 30 hours a week sitting in front of scrolling on social media for no good reason.
- 32:08Speaker 2: And they're sitting there watching Netflix shows.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Because if you ever wanna test somebody, if you have a network marketing gal that you've enrolled and she's whining that she's not making any money, get, not getting any leads, here's a couple of questions you can ask her.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Wanna know them?
- 32:27Speaker 2: Sure, talk to me, girl.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Okay, well, share with me.
- 32:31Speaker 2: What TV shows have you watched this past week?
- 32:34Speaker 2: What Netflix are you watching right now?
- 32:40Speaker 2: Shows.
- 32:41Speaker 2: And they will just go off and tell you, and when they get all done with that, I tell them well, that's probably why you're not getting any leads or getting any sales, because you're kind of putting all your time into that.
- 32:54Speaker 2: And so that was one thing that I have learned you know to, and it's a leadership thing, because you can only teach them.
- 33:03Speaker 2: You can teach them what the tools are.
- 33:06Speaker 2: You can teach them you know kind of how to get the words out right, you know how to send messages correctly without spamming and irritating people, but what you can't do is do the work for them, and that was one thing that I had to learn, because I would get so frustrated because people would not be successful underneath me.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Well, it's because they didn't have the same work ethic that I did, because in the morning, you know, right after my scripture time, that's when I go and I do my daily method of operation.
- 33:38Speaker 2: You know that's when I have okay this is what I do every day, and that's why I'm starting to get people underneath me.
- 33:46Speaker 2: And then I'm like, okay, and then another thing too you should ask them about that.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Okay, show me your numbers, yeah, and when you start teaching people that way that they know they are not gonna be able to whine to you without numbers, yeah, and that they will get busy because and that.
- 34:05Speaker 2: But at the same time, you know, even if they get like, you know, maybe they're supposed to be doing like five, you know approaches every day, but if they only get two, then you take time and you celebrate that with them.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Yeah, because that's a big thing for them.
- 34:20Speaker 1: The bottom line, though, as you said it, it comes from that I always think, out of the overflow of your time with God.
- 34:28Speaker 1: You know, you know what the rest to run, you know what the best verse for rest to run is.
- 34:36Speaker 1: It's Hebrews 11, verse 11 in the Passion translation, and it goes like this it's talking about Sarah, and Sarah's faith embraced God's miracle working power, even though she had some slack going on, even though she was past the age of childbirth, and she knew the promise even though she was too old to conceive.
- 34:56Speaker 1: But what does she do?
- 34:57Speaker 1: The authority of her faith rested in the one who promised, rested in the authority of the one who promised.
- 35:05Speaker 1: So that's a lot of rest.
- 35:06Speaker 1: So when she work, then it says and she tapped into his faithfulness.
- 35:12Speaker 1: So, as Virginia goes each day, she asks God who do I need to talk to?
- 35:16Speaker 1: How do I need to take up?
- 35:17Speaker 1: She is tapping into her faithfulness, that God's building inside of her as a leader, and she's resting, but she's running.
- 35:26Speaker 1: It's like that's the way I wanna live.
- 35:28Speaker 1: You know, I'll sit there and I'm in the midst of something really productive.
- 35:34Speaker 1: So I know what I need to do, but I'll sit there and think, okay, god, what, okay, this is what I wanna do.
- 35:40Speaker 1: But really, what do I need to do for you?
- 35:42Speaker 1: Or what do I need to do?
- 35:43Speaker 1: That's a part.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Yeah, we wanna be successful or business, or wealth advocates for the kingdom of God, come on, that makes an action.
- 35:52Speaker 1: So I hope this blesses someone that they're like wow, I like that.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Or you maybe you're thinking, hey, I wanna be under Virginia's leadership.
- 36:00Speaker 1: Go to girl power alliance forward, slash Virginia.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Girl power alliance forward, slash Virginia.
- 36:06Speaker 1: I'm the same thing, but I'm just simple T, t-e-e.
- 36:09Speaker 1: That's a starting point.
- 36:12Speaker 1: But if all else listen, if all else take us up on the 60 sacred 60 challenge, that will be full blown of what's really the power behind a group called girl power alliance, a business, and I think it will give you a real lives that yeah, I may be creating wealth and you know, in a business, but at the same time so many other good things are coming and I believe you'll be like Virginia, where you start to find your voice.
- 36:41Speaker 1: I think first you find your voice in your family.
- 36:43Speaker 1: That can be the most difficult audience, but then, as you grow, you say, hey, wait a minute, I don't feel like I can speak, but I'm gonna take that radiant speaker Academy or I'm gonna get myself, like Virginia did, into that radiant leadership Academy and really work on some personal and professional development.
- 37:00Speaker 1: I think that is the start.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Personal development, knowing who you are, finding your place, finding your identity I think that's the start to your dreams of where you wanna be.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's never too late, like we're, I mean, I hate to say it, I don't like my age, but you're, how old are you now?
- 37:20Speaker 1: You're a young pup.
- 37:21Speaker 1: I know 54.
- 37:22Speaker 1: 54, she's young.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Look at what we're doing.
- 37:25Speaker 1: I'm 60, I hate saying that.
- 37:26Speaker 1: So this is something for someone.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Someone's listening and they think they're past the age of prime.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Can I say this to you your best years are ahead of you.
- 37:37Speaker 2: Yeah, your best years are ahead of you.
- 37:38Speaker 2: I know, like there, another girl that we met at the conference.
- 37:42Speaker 2: She's 70, Mona's 70.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Jeez that's so awesome.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Yeah, how old's Lynn in Canada.
- 37:49Speaker 2: I'm not sure she's never shared.
- 37:51Speaker 2: It's like she's looks like she's 50.
- 37:54Speaker 2: I know she's got kids in her 30s and 40s.
- 37:58Speaker 1: These are like legends we call.
- 37:59Speaker 1: I call them legends, the ones that are in the Paralympic Lynn's a prayer warrior, lap of prayer or slap a prophetic word on you.
- 38:07Speaker 1: This has been so fun.
- 38:09Speaker 1: I may need to go longer because I'm afraid the beginning of this.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Let's just be all real.
- 38:13Speaker 1: I may be edit this out, but when my computer crashed I didn't push this very important button, so Virginia may have been talking.
- 38:19Speaker 1: This is gonna be fun editing you.
- 38:22Speaker 1: I'll tell you what I enjoy technology.
- 38:25Speaker 1: I have never had that happen.
- 38:27Speaker 1: I can't.
- 38:28Speaker 1: You know what.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Last night I did a be the change event with Fairlith and I never have problems on Zoom.
- 38:37Speaker 2: I mean putting in the videos, switching screens and that getting the other co-hosts on.
- 38:46Speaker 2: The devil was working extra hard yesterday so that we would not get the message out because there were some girls there that were going to join and he just did not want to share the message.
- 38:59Speaker 2: I have never had so many technical issues in my life and then I thought I lost the recording.
- 39:04Speaker 2: Thank God for Zoom support and Fairlith.
- 39:07Speaker 2: They panicked me down and I would say we'll get it that is the world we live in, where we do rely on.
- 39:13Speaker 1: But isn't it great, though I mean I'm sorry about that, but I mean I still think it's been great that we can have Zoom, and I use what's called StreamYard what you're watching now if you're watching on live, but I just love it.
- 39:27Speaker 1: I think it's just.
- 39:28Speaker 1: I always said a long time ago this is even before the pandemic I used to say speak the world's listening online, online, right, oh, that's it.
- 39:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna ask a little personal question.
- 39:44Speaker 1: So are you gonna go through the speaker academy again or are you too busy?
- 39:52Speaker 2: online.
- 39:52Speaker 2: I'm going to, I'm going to go through that again because I think it even the girls that didn't go through the certification to the stage part and that I seen the girls that went through that they got better with their lives, they got better with communication online.
- 40:06Speaker 2: So, even if you're not going to do the whole certification, go and take that course, because it is so important to release your voice and to make sure that you get equipped so that you know how to talk on that, because you can try and wing it on your own and eventually you will get pretty good at it.
- 40:22Speaker 2: But hey, if you can shave off years of frustration and years of, you know, maybe messing it up and doing it wrong, if you can, you know, do that and come and quit, because they not only did that, but they taught us how to sit during an interview.
- 40:38Speaker 2: They taught us how to stand in an interview.
- 40:40Speaker 2: And let me tell you, when we walked out onto stage up there and that there was no podium, I was expecting a podium.
- 40:47Speaker 2: I know you are.
- 40:48Speaker 2: I mean, I came with my little black book.
- 40:50Speaker 2: You know I had my little speech on.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I see no, because I had given a couple sermons before that during the, during the summer, kind of to practice, and that of course I had my little podium and I was just able to flip through it and and I was very confident.
- 41:05Speaker 1: There's no podium in a TED talk.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Yeah and that, and I was just like what the heck?
- 41:12Speaker 2: There's no podium and and that was the one thing, because you were live and you had to and they taught us how to, you know, use the stage and and because that was one of the things that I kind of got, you know, feedback on, you know, because I just locked eyes with the one judge yeah, that's who I looked at.
- 41:32Speaker 2: She loved it.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Yes, we always side noted this because we live in such a age of you know the internet.
- 41:42Speaker 1: If you have a business, I think it's good for you or a service to learn how to speak on camera, learning how to be comfortable on an Instagram live, because the world's just will stop for a video.
- 41:55Speaker 1: Maybe then they'll stop just for your post.
- 41:57Speaker 1: So just an encouragement there to consider that.
- 42:01Speaker 1: And that's one reason why I did a podcast course, because every place conference I went I kept hearing huh, I want to know how to do a podcast.
- 42:10Speaker 1: I'm thinking I know how to do a podcast better, yet I know how to be it quicker and easier with artificial intelligence, with AI.
- 42:18Speaker 1: So you kind of got to go.
- 42:20Speaker 1: What is people talking around you?
- 42:23Speaker 1: You be the answer for that, and so, and a lot of times, if you want to be the answer, you've got to be seen.
- 42:31Speaker 1: As Jen Gottlieb says, one of my coaches, you have to be seen.
- 42:35Speaker 1: You got to get over the imposter syndrome.
- 42:37Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm preaching.
- 42:38Speaker 1: So this has been so much fun.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Any concluding thoughts that you want to leave with our audience, jenny?
- 42:45Speaker 2: Well, I would just say you know, just get into action.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Because here's another thing too, and the Bible tells when the Israelites finally got to a chance to cross over the Jordan and take their promised land, god gave them one action to do.
- 43:04Speaker 2: He's like first put your foot in the water, and that was the Jordan River.
- 43:08Speaker 2: So you know the priests, they're carrying this big, heavy arc and they said what we got to step our foot in this water and, and at the time, you know, the Jordan River was a mile wide.
- 43:21Speaker 2: If you do some research on it, the Jordan River was like a mile wide, like the Mississippi.
- 43:26Speaker 2: So you have to have enough faith that God is going to clear the pathway for you and that and so.
- 43:35Speaker 2: But it takes faith, it takes that first step of utter faith.
- 43:39Speaker 2: Get that utter faith.
- 43:41Speaker 1: I like that utter faith.
- 43:42Speaker 1: You're a farmer.
- 43:46Speaker 1: If you're just coming in late, then some cows if you just came in late.
- 43:51Speaker 2: Yeah so yeah, you have to have that utter faith and just take that step.
- 43:57Speaker 1: And you can be a believer and still have fun.
- 44:00Speaker 1: And you just go around, jenny, and you'll know that you can be a believer and have fun, and sometimes words spit out that you don't mean for him to spit out, but you know that this lady is real deal to the core.
- 44:12Speaker 1: So now, what a fun thing, what a great way to unleash a new podcast with unleashing Kingdom voices, and you truly represent that, virginia, and I just I believe God's going to open more doors for you to walk in and release your voice.
- 44:28Speaker 1: I believe your podcast is going to be a beacon of light on a hill.
- 44:32Speaker 1: I believe that you're going to be able to retire that farming at the right time and God is just.
- 44:39Speaker 1: You know what God's like.
- 44:40Speaker 1: That's my girl.
- 44:41Speaker 1: Your papa loves you.
- 44:43Speaker 1: So, jenny, thank you so much.
- 44:45Speaker 1: And if you're listening, this is the Kingdom voices.
- 44:49Speaker 1: I can't even see the voices podcast.
- 44:53Speaker 1: I changed it from the Kingdom Mentor podcast.
- 44:55Speaker 1: So if we give that little spill but we really appreciate you Once again you can go to girlpoweralliancecom forward slash T or Virginia and do do.
- 45:05Speaker 1: This is something you could do sacred60challengecom.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Forward slash T or forward slash Virginia and just kind of figure out some of the things that we believe are non-negotiables, and from the source of those non-negotiables reading the Bible, taking walks, drinking lots of water, having a gratitude journal, connecting with people We've those are non-negotiable, but those are the foundation of where we go forward and we'd love to join you, to join with us.
- 45:35Speaker 1: So, virginia, thank you so much.
- 45:39Speaker 1: You gotta do it.
- 45:41Speaker 1: You're welcome.
- 45:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't wait for your podcast to come out.
- 45:44Speaker 1: Once again, thank you again for joining us.
- 45:47Speaker 1: I'm Teresa Croft.
- 45:48Speaker 1: I'll talk to you in the next episode, the Kingdom voices unleashed by guest.
