  It is easy to believe the lie that more will finally make you
• 0:15
  happy. More money, more attention, more
• 0:18
  beauty, more success, more followers, more control.
• 0:22
  But what if more without peace only gives you a louder kind of
• 0:25
  emptiness? Proverbs chapter 15 verses 16 to
• 0:30
  17 says, better is a little with the fear of the Lord than great
• 0:34
  treasure and trouble with it. Better is a meal of vegetables
• 0:38
  where love is than a fattened ox and hatred with it.
• 0:41
  First Corinthians chapter 6, verse 19 asks, Do you not know
• 0:46
  that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you,
• 0:50
  whom you have received from God? And in that same chapter, Paul
• 0:54
  calls believers to flee sexual immorality and honor God with
• 0:58
  their bodies. These verses remind us that life
• 1:01
  is not measured by how much you have, how much people admire
• 1:05
  you, or how much pleasure you can chase.
• 1:08
  A simple life with God's peace is better than a full life
• 1:11
  filled with trouble. A small table with love is
• 1:15
  better than abundance surrounded by hatred.
• 1:18
  A body surrendered to God is better than a life controlled by
• 1:22
  pressure, appetite or insecurity.
• 1:25
  This speaks directly to the world many of us live in.
• 1:29
  You are constantly told to compare yourself, expose
• 1:31
  yourself, upgrade yourself, and satisfy yourself.
• 1:35
  But God calls you something holy.
• 1:37
  Your body is not worthless. Your choices are not
• 1:40
  meaningless. Your relationships are not
• 1:43
  casual to Him. You belong to Christ.
• 1:46
  Contentment does not mean you stop dreaming.
• 1:48
  It means you stop letting temporary things define your
• 1:51
  worth. You can enjoy what God gives
• 1:54
  without worshipping it. You can desire good things
• 1:57
  without being controlled by them.
• 1:59
  You can choose purity, love, and peace even when the world around
• 2:03
  you chooses compromise. Let's pray, Heavenly Father,
• 2:07
  free my heart from chasing things that cannot satisfy me.
• 2:11
  Teach me to value peace, love, purity, and Your presence more
• 2:15
  than popularity, possessions, or pleasure.
• 2:18
  Help me honor You with my body, my relationships, and my
• 2:21
  choices. Give me contentment that is
• 2:24
  rooted in You and make my life simple, strong and full of Your
• 2:27
  peace in Jesus name, Amen. What if the battles hitting your
• 2:31
  family are not random and your home can become a place where
• 2:35
  darkness loses every right to stay?

  How much more things that pertain to this life?

  If then you have to judge things pertaining to this life, do you

  set them to judge who are of no account in the assembly?

  I say this to move you to shame. Isn't there even one wise man

  among you who would be able to decide between his brothers?

  But brother goes to law with brother, and that before
• 6:25
  unbelievers. Therefore it is already

  altogether a defect in you that you have lawsuits one with
• 6:31
  another. Why not rather be wronged?

  Why not rather be defrauded? No, but you yourselves do wrong
• 6:38
  and defraud, and that against your brothers.

  Or don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit
• 6:43
  God's Kingdom? Don't be deceived.

  Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers,
• 6:50
  nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor
• 6:54
  covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists,
• 6:59
  We'll inherit God's Kingdom. Some of you were such, but you
• 7:03
  were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified
• 7:06
  in the name of the Lord Jesus and in the Spirit of our God.

  All things are lawful for me, but not all things are
• 7:13
  expedient. All things are lawful for me,
• 7:16
  but I will not be brought under the power of anything.

  Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods, but God will

  bring to nothing both it and them.

  But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord,

  and the Lord for the body. Now God raised up the Lord, and

  will also raise us up by His power.

  Don't you know that your bodies are members of Christ?

  Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of

  a prostitute? May it never be.

  Or don't you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is 1

  body? For the two he says will become
• 7:51
  one flesh, but he who is joined to the Lord is 1 Spirit Flee

  sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is
• 7:59
  outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins

  against his own body. Or don't you know that your body
• 8:07
  is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have
• 8:10
  from God? You are not your own, for you
• 8:13
  were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your
• 8:16
  body and in your spirit, which are gods.
