It is a reminder of what happens when people are kept bound by evil intentions, lack of knowledge, and systems that benefit from them not knowing they are already free. But that kind of bondage did not stop in the past. A lot of us are still mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and even religiously enslaved to things that no longer serve who we are becoming.
