- 0:09Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome into another episode of the Checko Deily
- 0:13Speaker 1: Andrew de Checko Eagles beat reporter for insidethebirds dot com
- 0:16Speaker 1: and today was day one of joint practices between the
- 0:21Speaker 1: Eagles and Patriots. It took place at ten point fifteen
- 0:24Speaker 1: this morning. Couldn't ask for better weather. Practice ran a
- 0:28Speaker 1: tickover two hours, maybe two oh five two ten, but
- 0:32Speaker 1: it was a very active session. It was fast paced
- 0:35Speaker 1: and a lot to break down. But Adam Kaplan and
- 0:38Speaker 1: myself did a podcast already right after practice, so be
- 0:42Speaker 1: sure to check that out. I'm going to delve a
- 0:44Speaker 1: little bit deeper into some of the other things that
- 0:46Speaker 1: are in my notebook to maybe help give you a
- 0:48Speaker 1: clearer picture as to what transpired on this particular day.
- 0:53Speaker 1: And I thought that it was one of those days
- 0:57Speaker 1: where the Eagles past defense didn't as well as it
- 1:01Speaker 1: normally does.
- 1:02Speaker 2: And I want to make sure that.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I highlight I didn't view it as it being on
- 1:09Speaker 1: the defensive line, because I thought that Jay Looks Hunt
- 1:12Speaker 1: was a standout performer. He had a lot of juice
- 1:15Speaker 1: off the edge, worked a lot against Will Campbell, their
- 1:17Speaker 1: offensive tackle, and he's just been a disruptive force. Whether
- 1:21Speaker 1: it's in South Philadelphia or in Foxboro, Massachusetts. Moro Jomo,
- 1:27Speaker 1: I'll highlight him as well. I've done so all summer,
- 1:29Speaker 1: and I've done so last summer as well.
- 1:32Speaker 2: But there's reasons for that.
- 1:33Speaker 1: He is someone who brings a lot of Jews from
- 1:35Speaker 1: the interior, and there's other there are other players as well.
- 1:38Speaker 2: But I just wanted to make note of both of
- 1:40Speaker 2: those guys.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I had a chance to talk to Milton Williams's former
- 1:43Speaker 1: Eagles defensive tackle about Moro Jomo, and I see a
- 1:48Speaker 1: lot of similarities in both players. They were both cast
- 1:51Speaker 1: in a very deep defensive line room, Milton with Javon
- 1:54Speaker 1: Hargrave and Fletcher Cox and then of course right now
- 1:58Speaker 1: Noah Morrow with with Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis. But
- 2:02Speaker 1: when they're called upon, they make a lot of plays.
- 2:05Speaker 1: And in Milton's final season, he racked up five sacks.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Moro Jomo, who I would probably argue is a better
- 2:11Speaker 1: pass rusher Milton, might be the more complete player. Moro
- 2:15Speaker 1: had six sacks last year and led the Eagles defensive tackles.
- 2:18Speaker 1: In both sacks and tackles, he had thirty eight And
- 2:21Speaker 1: if he's able.
- 2:21Speaker 2: To do that.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Like Milton Williams, he should be able to cash in
- 2:25Speaker 1: with a big payday next offseason. But I thought both
- 2:28Speaker 1: players did well there. Zach Bonn had a strong practice.
- 2:33Speaker 1: There was one play where running back from Andre Stevenson
- 2:36Speaker 1: was running a wheel route up the left sideline, I believe,
- 2:40Speaker 1: and it looked like he had a step on Zach
- 2:43Speaker 1: Bond closed the gap and I couldn't tell from my
- 2:47Speaker 1: vantage point whether or not he got a hand in
- 2:49Speaker 1: there or it hit him in the back, but it
- 2:51Speaker 1: was an incompletion. And he also had some good plays
- 2:55Speaker 1: and coverage as well, showcasing his range. Had some really
- 2:58Speaker 1: solid run fits. Zach's a player that kind of gets
- 3:02Speaker 1: lost in the mix a little bit because he's such
- 3:04Speaker 1: a steady performer. But let's not lose sight of how
- 3:07Speaker 1: great of a player he is. This is an All
- 3:09Speaker 1: Pro linebacker and he made a lot of plays that
- 3:12Speaker 1: caught my attention on Wednesday's practice. The secondary, however, was
- 3:18Speaker 1: a different story, and particularly Raek Wollen, and Riek Wollen.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Is someone who had a banner spring.
- 3:26Speaker 1: But this is why I've mentioned this during the spring,
- 3:29Speaker 1: and I do so every year. OTAs don't really mean
- 3:33Speaker 1: a ton because it's a glorified passing camp and it's
- 3:39Speaker 1: a setting where you know, maybe as a as a
- 3:42Speaker 1: defensive back like that, you're able to make more plays.
- 3:44Speaker 1: And that's not to take anything away from Rak Woan.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I've been bullish on Reek Woan, but training camp is
- 3:49Speaker 1: a different situation, and this was a chance to see
- 3:53Speaker 1: him against another team. Reek has had a relatively quiet summer,
- 3:56Speaker 1: but in this one he saw a lot of a
- 4:00Speaker 1: Brown and AJ Brown more often than not, got the
- 4:04Speaker 1: best of them. And there was a play where it
- 4:07Speaker 1: was a crossing route to start practice. AJ created separation,
- 4:10Speaker 1: caught one on him. Then he caught another pass where
- 4:13Speaker 1: Drake may fit one in along the far sideline relative
- 4:16Speaker 1: to where I was standing, and he was able to
- 4:19Speaker 1: reel that one in. You can make a case that
- 4:21Speaker 1: he didn't get both.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Feet in where I was standing.
- 4:24Speaker 1: I have no way of knowing, but it looked like
- 4:26Speaker 1: it was a little bit questionable, but they gave him
- 4:28Speaker 1: the catch and Riek Woman also gave up a completion
- 4:32Speaker 1: to mac Collins. AJ was really active in this practice.
- 4:35Speaker 1: So if you're wondering whether or not he lost a step,
- 4:38Speaker 1: I can tell you no, he hasn't and he was
- 4:40Speaker 1: targeted early and often, and really what set things off
- 4:44Speaker 1: in practice was the first play, or one of the
- 4:46Speaker 1: early plays, and it was one on ones and it
- 4:48Speaker 1: was Aj Brown versus Quinyon Mitchell. Drake May delivers a
- 4:53Speaker 1: deep shot down the right sideline and Aj looks to
- 5:00Speaker 1: have a step as if it's gonna be a touchdown.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Quinnyon is able to gain some ground, maybe with the
- 5:07Speaker 1: assistance of a little bit of a jersey pull, but
- 5:09Speaker 1: nevertheless he gets a hand in there or break up
- 5:11Speaker 1: the pass short of the end zone, and that kind
- 5:14Speaker 1: of got things started. And then earlier, or I should
- 5:18Speaker 1: say later in the one on ones, Rik Wohen did
- 5:21Speaker 1: a nice job of sort of forcing Romeo Dobbs along
- 5:25Speaker 1: the sideline, forced him outside, carried him up the field,
- 5:29Speaker 1: and at the last moment he was there to bat
- 5:31Speaker 1: away a pass.
- 5:32Speaker 2: And we'll just get.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Into some of the one on ones while we're at it.
- 5:35Speaker 1: But Cooper Dejen versus Mario Douglas was one of my
- 5:39Speaker 1: favorite matchups to watch on this day because Cooper Degene
- 5:43Speaker 1: is such an impactful nickelback and can really match up
- 5:48Speaker 1: with all body types, but in this particular one, I
- 5:52Speaker 1: thought Douglas got the best of them on this one
- 5:55Speaker 1: on one route where he lost Cooper dejene at the
- 5:57Speaker 1: top of the route to bring in the short completion.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Maximus Poe, the Eagles rookie defensive back undrafted free agent,
- 6:05Speaker 1: with a nice pass break up over the middle on
- 6:07Speaker 1: Reggie Gilliam their full back. Tight End Hunter Henry for
- 6:11Speaker 1: the Patriots, created some separation from Marcus Apps had a
- 6:14Speaker 1: step on him, the ball was too far in front
- 6:16Speaker 1: of him it was rendered incomplete. Cornerback Ambry Thomas had
- 6:20Speaker 1: a tough go of it for a couple of these reps.
- 6:22Speaker 1: He was beat by Mac Collins on a go ball.
- 6:24Speaker 1: He tried to get handsy with Mac, but that wasn't
- 6:27Speaker 1: even enough to slow him down. Mac Collins pulled away
- 6:29Speaker 1: from him and reeled in what was a touchdown. Really
- 6:34Speaker 1: strong rep from Michael Carter the second who was matched
- 6:37Speaker 1: up with a wide receiver by the name of Kobe
- 6:40Speaker 1: Prentiss out of Minote State. AM not exactly sure where
- 6:45Speaker 1: that is, but Michael Carter got really physical with him,
- 6:48Speaker 1: smothered him and didn't give him any room to operate.
- 6:51Speaker 2: I like that rep from him, That's what you want
- 6:53Speaker 2: to see.
- 6:54Speaker 1: And then Ambry Thomas was again beat down the sideline.
- 6:57Speaker 2: This time it was by a wide receiver by the
- 7:01Speaker 2: name of Nick Degenero.
- 7:04Speaker 1: From James Madison, and he beat him cleanly down the
- 7:10Speaker 1: sideline there. So that was that. But I also want
- 7:13Speaker 1: to touch on some of the one on ones by
- 7:17Speaker 1: the Eagles offensive line versus the Patriots defensive line. And
- 7:23Speaker 1: in this instance, I thought that by and large the
- 7:26Speaker 1: Eagle starters, maybe with the exception of one REP, really
- 7:30Speaker 1: just dominated their respective assignments there, namely Lane Johnson going
- 7:37Speaker 1: against linebacker Elijah Ponder, he man handled him. Tyler Stein
- 7:41Speaker 1: with a really strong rep an impressive one against Christian Barrymore,
- 7:45Speaker 1: who's the sixty year defensive lineman out of Alabama.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Good player.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Tyler Stein, by the way, does an exceptional job, has
- 7:52Speaker 1: done an exceptional job in one on one opportunities, and
- 7:55Speaker 1: I think that stems from increased confidence, play, strength, technicality,
- 8:01Speaker 1: just the technical prowess, and I think that that sort
- 8:03Speaker 1: of served him well as he continues.
- 8:06Speaker 2: To grow through the NFL.
- 8:08Speaker 1: A tough rep there with Landon Dickerson and Milton Williams there,
- 8:12Speaker 1: I think I'm going to give that one to Milton.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Strong rep. From Jordan Malatta, who didn't give up any ground.
- 8:18Speaker 1: You can see his strength on full display there working
- 8:20Speaker 1: against Draymont Jones. Draymont tried to get an initial push,
- 8:25Speaker 1: but my Lotta was too strong and was able to
- 8:27Speaker 1: anchor there. Markel Bell the Eagles rookie tackle, he took
- 8:33Speaker 1: Jesse Lucetta to the ground. A linebacker, but a player
- 8:37Speaker 1: who really impressed me with Drew Kendall in these reps.
- 8:39Speaker 1: He had a rep against Joshua Farmer, their defensive tackle
- 8:43Speaker 1: that was probably a stalemate, probably a drawl there. But
- 8:47Speaker 1: there was another one that he had against Isaiah Eiten,
- 8:50Speaker 1: a defensive tackle out of Rutgers, where it really showcased
- 8:54Speaker 1: Drew Kendall's increased play strength and ability to anchor. That
- 8:58Speaker 1: was a strong re up from Kendall, who continues to
- 9:03Speaker 1: catch my eye in some form or fashion every practice, seemingly.
- 9:08Speaker 2: On the other side of things, I did not think. Oh.
- 9:10Speaker 2: I should also mention that I thought Willy.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Lampkin had a really strong set of one on one reps,
- 9:18Speaker 1: particularly on one where it was essentially teach tape, where
- 9:23Speaker 1: he controlled his lineman the entire way and was able
- 9:27Speaker 1: to kind of steer him around, and that player was
- 9:31Speaker 1: looking at my notes here, Isaiah Eighten, No, it was
- 9:35Speaker 1: I'm sorry. It was Casey Rodgers on defensive tackle and
- 9:40Speaker 1: really strong rep there from Willie Lampkin, and he continues
- 9:43Speaker 1: to really showcase his ability to be just a technically
- 9:48Speaker 1: savvy player, strong bass, strong hands, good fundamentals, and that
- 9:53Speaker 1: was no exception. Now on the other side of things,
- 9:56Speaker 1: I did not think that the Eagles reserve offensive lineman
- 9:59Speaker 1: named Miles Hinton, who really was probably the poorest performer
- 10:04Speaker 1: of this group, Cameron Williams, Michael Jordan, the veteran Jake Majors,
- 10:10Speaker 1: none of those players really answered the bell here.
- 10:13Speaker 2: There was a play where.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Number forty three, it was Brayden Swinston, a linebacker from
- 10:22Speaker 1: Louisiana State, from LSU, and he, I'm just sorry, I'm
- 10:26Speaker 1: looking at my roster here, and he completely beat Miles Hinton.
- 10:31Speaker 1: It wasn't even he just beat him cleanly. And then
- 10:34Speaker 1: he plants Cameron Williams. I thought both players in particular
- 10:37Speaker 1: struggled in that rep.
- 10:39Speaker 2: But it's one on ones.
- 10:40Speaker 1: It's not necessarily a true indication of performance. Necessarily, it's
- 10:46Speaker 1: a collective effort in a game situation, of course, but
- 10:49Speaker 1: it is something that I just wanted to add to
- 10:51Speaker 1: provide some more coor to the analysis here.
- 10:54Speaker 3: I know how I feel when I wake up in
- 10:56Speaker 3: the morning. I have so many things on my mind.
- 10:59Speaker 3: I can't get any of this done until I have
- 11:01Speaker 3: my first cup of coffee. I know a lot of
- 11:03Speaker 3: you feel the same way. You either need that coffee,
- 11:07Speaker 3: that nicotine pouch, maybe even energy drink to get yourself
- 11:11Speaker 3: through the day. We go to these great lengths to
- 11:13Speaker 3: stay healthy, whether it's going to the gym or trying
- 11:16Speaker 3: to get the right amount of sleep, eating better. Then
- 11:18Speaker 3: we'll put these chemicals in our body just to make
- 11:21Speaker 3: it through the day. But I've been using Ultra pouches

- 14:18Speaker 1: Andy Dalton was the was first up with the second
- 14:21Speaker 1: team at quarterback and he and of course, like every
- 14:27Speaker 1: other time, whether it's Andy Dalton or Tanner McKee, Tanner
- 14:31Speaker 1: McKee worked in Cole Payton even worked in Now. I
- 14:34Speaker 1: thought Andy Dalton had a couple of nice throws to
- 14:37Speaker 1: Ques Watkins where he fit the ball in where Quz
- 14:39Speaker 1: can get it. They were identical throws on consecutive plays
- 14:42Speaker 1: on opposite sides of the field.
- 14:44Speaker 2: And then Dalton, for my money.
- 14:46Speaker 1: I thought it was the best throw that he made
- 14:48Speaker 1: that on that morning, and that was to Eric Azukama
- 14:52Speaker 1: along the sideline. Tanner McKee threw a deep shot to
- 14:56Speaker 1: rookie tight end Eli Hours. So you can make an
- 14:58Speaker 1: argument that was the the most eye opening play that
- 15:01Speaker 1: Stours has made this camp. He had another big play
- 15:03Speaker 1: maybe a week or ten days ago, but that was notable,
- 15:07Speaker 1: you know, given the setting and the magnitude of the practices.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Tanner McKee fared decently well in this practice. There's some
- 15:15Speaker 1: throws that he'd like to have back, I'm sure, but
- 15:20Speaker 1: I wanted to note that Jalen Hurts got things started
- 15:23Speaker 1: early in practice where there was a couple of nice
- 15:27Speaker 1: runs from Saquon Barkley, who just looked really sharp. Good
- 15:30Speaker 1: bursts from Saquon had a couple of nice runs to
- 15:32Speaker 1: start the day off. And then shortly thereafter Jalen Hurts
- 15:36Speaker 1: he faces pressure tight end.
- 15:40Speaker 2: E j.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Jenkins does a nice job of staving off a surging
- 15:44Speaker 1: Marcus Jones coming around the edge, and he tosses a
- 15:47Speaker 1: deep shot a deep corner route to Elijah Moore with
- 15:51Speaker 1: former Eagle safety Kevin Bayard Kevin Byron in coverage and
- 15:56Speaker 1: he comes up with it. Tracked the ball really well
- 15:58Speaker 1: on that play, and then in cell Elijah Moore threw
- 16:01Speaker 1: the ball over the fence. Jaywen had a couple of
- 16:05Speaker 1: nice throws as well. There was a play where there
- 16:07Speaker 1: was pressure bearing down up the middle. He stood tall
- 16:10Speaker 1: in the pocket. He fired one in to Hollywood Brown.
- 16:13Speaker 1: It was an intermediary throw in front of cornerback Carlton
- 16:17Speaker 1: Davis the third. Jalen also had a nice timing throw,
- 16:22Speaker 1: good anticipatory throw late in practice along the sideline to
- 16:26Speaker 1: wide receiver Darius Cooper and another one around over the
- 16:29Speaker 1: middle of the field to wide receiver Dontavian Wicks. I
- 16:33Speaker 1: talked about Hollywood Brown. He was a player who I
- 16:36Speaker 1: wrote down his name a few times. He caught my eye.
- 16:40Speaker 1: He had another one where he got in front of
- 16:44Speaker 1: number twenty eight Kendall Wildor, former Eagles cornerback, and that
- 16:50Speaker 1: was where that was on a play where Tyler Steen
- 16:52Speaker 1: was beat by Christian Barrymore. Good job by jaywen Hurst
- 16:56Speaker 1: to hang in there. I thought early on the Eagles
- 16:58Speaker 1: were able to generate some things in terms of rhythm
- 17:00Speaker 1: with the passing game, but the Patriots were able to
- 17:04Speaker 1: sort of a round into form and take some of
- 17:08Speaker 1: those things away, providing some pressure and things of that nature.
- 17:12Speaker 2: But I thought Jalen took what was available.
- 17:16Speaker 1: I didn't see, you know, all all of the interceptions
- 17:19Speaker 1: that he threw, because you have to understand.
- 17:21Speaker 2: That we're standing there's.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Two practice fields, and so if you want to watch
- 17:25Speaker 1: the Eagles first team offense versus the Patriots first team defense,
- 17:30Speaker 1: well then that's happening on one field.
- 17:32Speaker 2: On the other field is where you're going.
- 17:34Speaker 1: To see the Eagles first team defense versus the Patriots
- 17:37Speaker 1: first team offense. So you kind of have to pick
- 17:39Speaker 1: your poison. You have to go into it with a
- 17:41Speaker 1: plan now full transparency. Today I kind of pivoted between both.
- 17:46Speaker 1: My eyes were darting between both fields because I wanted
- 17:49Speaker 1: to get a good sample of both. On Thursday, I'll
- 17:53Speaker 1: probably focus on the other field. I'll probably venture over there.
- 17:56Speaker 1: But I thought that New England did a nice job
- 18:00Speaker 1: of generating a pretty good rhythmic passing offense. And it's
- 18:04Speaker 1: not often that you see the Eagles pass defense, especially
- 18:07Speaker 1: having seen them in many practices this summer.
- 18:10Speaker 2: In every practice this summer.
- 18:11Speaker 1: They've just been a very stingy group of back end players.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Another player who caught my eye today and I thought
- 18:18Speaker 1: he had a really strong practice, was running back Will Shipley,
- 18:23Speaker 1: who caught a long wheel route from Jalen Hurts and
- 18:29Speaker 1: it was a pretty considerable gain. Had a nice outside
- 18:31Speaker 1: run where he showcased some good straight line speed, did
- 18:34Speaker 1: some tough running inside. Now context is important because running
- 18:38Speaker 1: back Tank Bigsby was I mean, he didn't practice on
- 18:43Speaker 1: Monday because he had a toe injury, and so maybe
- 18:46Speaker 1: the Eagles were trying to preserve him a little bit there.
- 18:49Speaker 1: But I thought that that was notable that Will was
- 18:52Speaker 1: able to take advantage of his opportunities in a big spot.
- 18:54Speaker 1: When they called on him, he answered it, and that
- 18:57Speaker 1: was something that caught my attention. On another play with
- 19:03Speaker 1: Rik one eighty seven, Romeo Dobbs, he separated from him.
- 19:08Speaker 1: It was a bad throw. He maybe would have scored
- 19:11Speaker 1: on that crosser. Damio Douglas caught another underneath route on
- 19:16Speaker 1: Cooper Degene.
- 19:18Speaker 3: As I've gotten older, I've really tried to concentrate on
- 19:21Speaker 3: my physical health, my body, making sure I'm putting the
- 19:24Speaker 3: right things in and the healthiest things in. I've always
- 19:27Speaker 3: heard about creatine, but I wasn't really sure about using
- 19:30Speaker 3: creatine supplements until I did the research to find out
- 19:33Speaker 3: what it was really all about. That's when I found Momentous,
- 19:37Speaker 3: which created Signature spec Creatine, their most advanced creatine ever,
- 19:42Speaker 3: setting a new standard for creatine quality. It's one of
- 19:46Speaker 3: the only creatines to be manufactured in a pharmaceutical facility
- 19:50Speaker 3: using reverse osmosis water purification and verified through an expanded
- 19:54Speaker 3: six stage testing process with four independent agencies. They've improved
- 19:59Speaker 3: the product experience with ultrafinepowder that mixes effortlessly with no
- 20:05Speaker 3: grit or clumping. Hey, look, I like a good creating
- 20:08Speaker 3: shake in the afternoon, and it's got to taste good
- 20:11Speaker 3: and be smooth. The benefits of creating are very real.
- 20:14Speaker 3: It supports strength, power, lean muscle growth, recovery, and even
- 20:18Speaker 3: improve cognitive performance. And as I get older, all of
- 20:21Speaker 3: those things are so much more important to me than
- 20:24Speaker 3: they used to be. If you want to try Momentous

- 21:44Speaker 3: one and.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Up, but buying law and I should also mention this
- 21:50Speaker 1: and one of the plays that I saw on the
- 21:51Speaker 1: other field. Third year safety Andre Sam is there on
- 21:57Speaker 1: a tip drill. There is a pass where Tommy DeVito,
- 22:00Speaker 1: Patriots quarterback, tries to fit one into Kaishan Butte, the
- 22:03Speaker 1: wide receiver. The bal ricochet's off his hands. Andre Sam's
- 22:07Speaker 1: there for the interception. Andre deserves a mention here because
- 22:11Speaker 1: he works exceptionally hard. Every player works hard, but he's
- 22:15Speaker 1: been here now for three years. He's done pretty much
- 22:18Speaker 1: everything that they've asked of him. He doesn't appear and
- 22:21Speaker 1: I say a peer because I'm not in the meeting room,
- 22:24Speaker 1: doesn't appear.
- 22:24Speaker 2: To make a lot of mistakes.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I understand that he's an older player, so maybe the
- 22:28Speaker 1: upside's a little bit limited and that hurts him a
- 22:30Speaker 1: little bit.
- 22:31Speaker 2: But he gets a ton of reps.
- 22:32Speaker 1: He's been a mainstay on the second team. You could
- 22:34Speaker 1: see him growing within the defense and in a big spot,
- 22:38Speaker 1: he's able to come up with an interception. By the way,
- 22:40Speaker 1: the atmosphere was electric at during these joint practices. It
- 22:45Speaker 1: felt like a game and the crowd's right on top
- 22:48Speaker 1: of you. So I imagine as a player, you get
- 22:50Speaker 1: the juices flowing, the competitive juices, and I thought that
- 22:53Speaker 1: it was a really productive practice.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Across the board.
- 23:00Speaker 1: The standout performer for New England was probably aj Brown.
- 23:03Speaker 1: I just thought that he was really in sync with
- 23:06Speaker 1: quarterback Drake May. But I just wanted to add some
- 23:08Speaker 1: you know, add some things, some some context to some
- 23:12Speaker 1: of the things that maybe I've talked about with Adam,
- 23:14Speaker 1: expand on some of the things that are on my
- 23:16Speaker 1: practice observations on Inside the Birds dot com and hopefully
- 23:20Speaker 1: that that gives you some some more, you know, a
- 23:23Speaker 1: clearer picture as to what.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Happened in practice.
- 23:27Speaker 1: But yeah, a lot to break down, and there's probably
- 23:32Speaker 1: other notes here that I have that I'm I'm sort
- 23:34Speaker 1: of just parsing through. There's just so much stuff that
- 23:36Speaker 1: I have written down that I wanted to bring you
- 23:39Speaker 1: the most notable things. But for now, until tomorrow, anyway,
- 23:43Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this episode of to
- 23:44Speaker 1: check O Daly. I'm Andrew de Checko, and I'll catch
- 23:47Speaker 1: you all on the next one.
