Missing FBI 302 Raises New Questions About Epstein’s Wall Street Ties (10/2/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the years, we have seen many investigations
• 0:08
Speaker 1: into Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal enterprise. What we have
• 0:12
Speaker 1: not seen is a real look at the money trail.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: And there's a reason for that. And that reason is
• 0:20
Speaker 1: those same people fund all the politicians that say they
• 0:24
Speaker 1: care about this issue. Every single one of these politicians
• 0:29
Speaker 1: has their hand in some banker's back pocket. Every single
• 0:32
Speaker 1: one of these new administrations, whether it's Trump or Obama
• 0:36
Speaker 1: or anybody else, is just filled with people from the
• 0:40
Speaker 1: financial sector. And these are the same people that are
• 0:44
Speaker 1: now in control of what we know and what we
• 0:46
Speaker 1: don't know about Jeffrey Epstein. And if anybody thinks that
• 0:50
Speaker 1: they're going to release the money trail and give the
• 0:54
Speaker 1: American people a real look at what was going on
• 0:57
Speaker 1: and who was involved, you're crazy. They're going to fight
• 0:59
Speaker 1: this tooth and nail. And when you're wondering what Donald
• 1:02
Speaker 1: Trump and his administration's hiding, this is it. This is
• 1:05
Speaker 1: what they're hiding. They know that the ties that bind
• 1:09
Speaker 1: these bankers and the financial institutions are indefensible. And they
• 1:13
Speaker 1: know that the American public will not accept it. And
• 1:16
Speaker 1: the fact that plenty of people in his own administration
• 1:19
Speaker 1: had business dealings with Epstein, were friendly with Epstein, including
• 1:23
Speaker 1: Donald Trump's own relationship with the guy, it becomes pretty
• 1:26
Speaker 1: clear what they're trying to hide. And that's those threads
• 1:30
Speaker 1: that connect all these people together financially. And that's why
• 1:33
Speaker 1: there was never a RICO investigation either. Because they didn't
• 1:37
Speaker 1: want to tie all these people in the financial sector
• 1:40
Speaker 1: and all these powerful politicians to Jeffrey Epstein. And that's
• 1:45
Speaker 1: really what it comes down to. It's not about cannibalism
• 1:48
Speaker 1: or any of the other bullshit you've heard about. Oh,
• 1:50
Speaker 1: they're eating human beef jerky. No, they're not. And the
• 1:53
Speaker 1: only reason that they release that salacious type of bullshit
• 1:56
Speaker 1: is to make the rest of this look crazy. And
• 1:59
Speaker 1: that was all part of the PSYOP. Because if there's
• 2:01
Speaker 1: enough crazy in there, they can point to that and
• 2:05
Speaker 1: avoid all the real damning information that's been released. Or
• 2:08
Speaker 1: like in this article, why that information has been hidden.
• 2:13
Speaker 1: So today, we have an article from the International Business
• 2:16
Speaker 1: Times and the headline, Trump DOJ accused of hiding FBI
• 2:20
Speaker 1: interview with Epstein-Link banker as senator demands release of records.
• 2:25
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Marty Virgil Baez. Senator Ron
• 2:30
Speaker 1: Wyden is accusing the U.S. Department of Justice and FBI
• 2:34
Speaker 1: of withholding an FBI interview report involving a banker connected
• 2:38
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein, raising fresh questions over whether the government
• 2:42
Speaker 1: is fully complied with the law, requiring the release of
• 2:45
Speaker 1: Epstein-related records. Wyden says his investigators recently learned that the
• 2:50
Speaker 1: FBI has an FD-302 documenting the interview, yet DOJ... did
• 2:55
Speaker 1: not include it in the files released to the public.
• 2:58
Speaker 1: And obviously that's not in compliance with what the law says.
• 3:01
Speaker 1: They can't hide 302s. Of some banker? Why are you
• 3:05
Speaker 1: doing that? I mean, there's only one logical reason, and
• 3:09
  Speaker 1: that's because it's part of the cover-up. In a letter
• 3:13
Speaker 1: dated September 30th to Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and
• 3:17
Speaker 1: FBI Director Kash Patel, Wyden demanded the immediate release of
• 3:20
Speaker 1: the banker interview and all other FBI 302 reports connected
• 3:25
Speaker 1: to investigations into Epstein and his associates. The Oregon Democrat
• 3:30
Speaker 1: said the existence of the unreleased document suggests other related
• 3:34
Speaker 1: interview records could also remain outside the public release. Oh,
• 3:38
Speaker 1: there's no doubt. Look, there is no doubt. Does anybody
• 3:42
Speaker 1: for a minute that we can trust Todd Blanche? That
• 3:45
Speaker 1: we can trust Kash Patel? That we can trust Donald Trump?
• 3:49
Speaker 1: All these people are in on it. And the whole
• 3:52
Speaker 1: lot of them are part of this cover-up. And I
• 3:55
Speaker 1: know everybody wants it to be for other reasons. But
• 3:58
Speaker 1: the main reason that they're covering this up is because
• 4:02
Speaker 1: the people that really pull the strings, the financial giants,
• 4:07
Speaker 1: they'll be embarrassed. And if they're embarrassed, then the money stops.
• 4:11
Speaker 1: And how do you think a guy like Donald Trump
• 4:13
Speaker 1: keeps it going? Do you think he just pulls money
• 4:15
Speaker 1: from the money tree? Or do you think he's going
• 4:17
Speaker 1: to banks to get that money? And if he burns
• 4:20
Speaker 1: these banks... and has them all part of this Epstein fiasco,
• 4:25
Speaker 1: how do you think that's going to work out for
• 4:26
Speaker 1: him later on down the road? Not very well, huh?
• 4:29
Speaker 1: So ask yourself a question. Who's really in charge? The
• 4:33
Speaker 1: dude sitting in the Oval Office? Or the people paying
• 4:36
Speaker 1: the bills? According to a report by Aaron Parnas, Wyden
• 4:41
Speaker 1: says the FBI possesses an FD-302 recording, an interview with
• 4:46
Speaker 1: a banker who had ties to Epstein. The senator said
• 4:50
Speaker 1: the interview formed part of a criminal investigation into Epstein
• 4:54
Speaker 1: and his associates. Wait, I thought there was nobody else
• 4:56
Speaker 1: to investigate. Isn't that what crash-out Kash Patel told us? Mr.
• 5:01
Speaker 1: Valhalla himself? There's nothing to investigate. Nobody's committed any crimes here. Meanwhile,
• 5:08
Speaker 1: we have Indyke and Kahn, who have now been referred,
• 5:11
Speaker 1: and they're being investigated, according to reports. We have Frederick Fakai,
• 5:15
Speaker 1: who allegedly is under investigation. And we also have Philip Levine.
• 5:21
Speaker 1: So if there was nothing to investigate then, what happened now?
• 5:25
Speaker 1: All of a sudden, miraculously, there's new information? The truth is,
• 5:29
Speaker 1: this information has always been available. And there has never
• 5:32
Speaker 1: been an issue with a lack of evidence. What there
• 5:36
Speaker 1: has been an issue with is a lack of willpower.
• 5:39
Speaker 1: The FBI uses an FD-302 to memorialize information obtained during
• 5:44
Speaker 1: an interview. The DOJ's own review protocol specifically instructs reviewers
• 5:49
Speaker 1: to identify FBI 302s among records covered by the Epstein
• 5:54
Speaker 1: Files Transparency Act. And these are some of the most
• 5:57
Speaker 1: important documents of the whole bunch. The 302s tell you
• 6:01
Speaker 1: exactly what was going on at the time as far
• 6:03
Speaker 1: as who they were talking to and what they were
• 6:05
Speaker 1: talking to them about. And of course, when it comes
• 6:09
Speaker 1: to the banks, that's the last thing they want to
• 6:11
Speaker 1: be released. And look at how hard they're fighting. to
• 6:15
Speaker 1: try and protect these bankers and the financial sector. Wyden
• 6:21
Speaker 1: said the discovery is heightened as a concern that the
• 6:24
Speaker 1: DOJ and the FBI may still be holding responsive material.
• 6:28
Speaker 1: He's seeking all FBI 302 reports connected to investigations of
• 6:33
Speaker 1: Epstein and his associates, including interviews with employees of JPMorgan Chase,
• 6:38
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank, and Bank of America. Especially JPMorgan. What those
• 6:45
Speaker 1: people were talking about in those emails is just beyond
• 6:48
Speaker 1: the pale. They all knew what Jeffrey Epstein was doing.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: And we're talking about after 2008, by the way. So
• 6:56
Speaker 1: there's no excuse. They continued to bank him. They continued
• 7:00
Speaker 1: to platform him. And now they're all making pretend that
• 7:03
Speaker 1: they had nothing to do with it or they had
• 7:05
Speaker 1: no idea and they were all bamboozled by the world's
• 7:08
Speaker 1: greatest con man. The senator's allegation does not establish that
• 7:12
Speaker 1: the government intentionally concealed the interview or that the document
• 7:16
Speaker 1: contains evidence of criminal conduct by the banker. Those questions
• 7:21
Speaker 1: can only be assessed after the report itself is released
• 7:24
Speaker 1: and examined. Yeah, that's exactly what the act called for.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: And the fact that we're still discussing this, all these
• 7:31
Speaker 1: months later, is fucking absurd. Okay? I dare you to
• 7:37
Speaker 1: try to pull this same stunt. Get in trouble with
• 7:40
Speaker 1: the government, and just delay, delay, delay, and delay, and
• 7:44
Speaker 1: see how it works out. But when it comes to
• 7:46
Speaker 1: the government itself, the DOJ, and especially this lame-ass administration,
• 7:52
Speaker 1: they're going to do everything they can to run the
• 7:53
Speaker 1: clock out. But I think that's a big mistake. Because
• 7:58
Speaker 1: if they run the clock too long, they're going to
• 8:00
Speaker 1: lose possession of the ball. And then once that happens,
• 8:04
Speaker 1: they're not in control. That means that the other side,
• 8:09
Speaker 1: which is the Democrats here, they're going to get the
• 8:11
Speaker 1: ball back with about two minutes and they're going to
• 8:13
Speaker 1: have a chance to have their own drive down the field. Now,
• 8:16
Speaker 1: is that drive going to be successful? We'll have to see.
• 8:20
Speaker 1: But it can't be any worse than what we're seeing
• 8:22
Speaker 1: from this administration, right? When it comes to Epstein, this
• 8:25
Speaker 1: is literally one of the worst displays of transparency, maybe
• 8:29
Speaker 1: in history. Imagine being forced by the whole ass Congress
• 8:34
Speaker 1: in a unanimous vote that you have to release these
• 8:37
Speaker 1: files and you still go on to call it a hoax.
• 8:39
Speaker 1: You still carry on like a juvenile about it. I mean,
• 8:43
Speaker 1: that shit might play out on the internet with some
• 8:46
Speaker 1: of these dorks on Twitter or whatever, but in real life,
• 8:50
Speaker 1: it's not going to work out for you. And when
• 8:52
Speaker 1: people go to the ballot box next month, it's going
• 8:56
Speaker 1: to get rough. And if the GOP can't get that
• 8:59
Speaker 1: first down on election day, meaning, you know, retaining control
• 9:03
Speaker 1: of the ball, if you will, and if they lose
• 9:05
Speaker 1: the House or the Senate or both, obstructing all of
• 9:09
Speaker 1: this is not going to be as easy. So it's
• 9:12
Speaker 1: going to be very interesting to see what happens after
• 9:15
Speaker 1: the midterms. But I think that this topic, this issue,
• 9:19
Speaker 1: is going to be an albatross around the neck of
• 9:22
Speaker 1: the GOP. And in some more hotly contested districts, I
• 9:25
Speaker 1: think it's going to end up costing them the race.
• 9:32
Speaker 1: The newly identified FBI report fits into Wyden's broader investigation
• 9:36
Speaker 1: into the financial network surrounding Epstein. In August, the Senate
• 9:40
Speaker 1: Finance Committee's ranking Democrat released a report examining suspicious transactions
• 9:44
Speaker 1: involving Epstein and major banks. The investigation reviewed suspicious activity reports,
• 9:50
Speaker 1: court records, and information obtained from financial institutions and the
• 9:54
Speaker 1: Treasury Department. And that was the report we went through,
• 9:57
Speaker 1: the financial report. And it was... pretty enlightening, right? And
• 10:02
Speaker 1: it also paints a very grim picture. Because all of
• 10:06
Speaker 1: these institutions, they all knew. And they just didn't care.
• 10:14
Speaker 1: Wyden's report focused on JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and Bank
• 10:18
Speaker 1: of America and examined how suspicious financial activity connected to
• 10:21
Speaker 1: Epstein was handled. It said Epstein was involved in hundreds
• 10:26
Speaker 1: of millions of dollars in transactions, and alleged that banks
• 10:29
Speaker 1: failed to report suspicious activity promptly. Oh, they most certainly did.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: They waited until this dude was dead, and then they
• 10:37
Speaker 1: were like, you know what, we better file these SARs.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: You have up until 30 days after the event to
• 10:43
Speaker 1: file that SAR. And if you don't file it, then
• 10:46
Speaker 1: you can be held accountable. How do I know? Well,
• 10:50
Speaker 1: I took a bunch of classes about Title 31. When
• 10:54
Speaker 1: I was managing a sportsbook, this is the kind of
• 10:56
Speaker 1: shit that I had to look out for on a
• 10:58
Speaker 1: daily basis. I mean, I couldn't just let anybody come
• 11:02
Speaker 1: in and deposit money in their account. You had to
• 11:05
Speaker 1: know your customer. You had to get paperwork filled out.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: If anything was goofy, you'd send a SAR over. You know,
• 11:11
Speaker 1: there's a whole process. And I was just in some sportsbook,
• 11:15
Speaker 1: never mind being in a fucking bank. Wyden's investigators are
• 11:21
Speaker 1: examining whether the newly identified banker interview expands that financial trail. However,
• 11:27
Speaker 1: its contents remain unknown. And there is currently no public
• 11:30
Speaker 1: evidence establishing what the banker told the FBI. Well, I
• 11:34
Speaker 1: think there's plenty out there that we can put together.
• 11:38
Speaker 1: And my guess is they're talking about Jess Staley. Do
• 11:41
Speaker 1: I know that for sure? I don't. But that's my guess.
• 11:45
Speaker 1: The DOJ says it has made a substantial release under
• 11:48
Speaker 1: the Epstein Files Transparency Act On the 30th of January,
• 11:52
Speaker 1: the department announced the publication of more than 3 million
• 11:56
Speaker 1: additional pages, bringing the total release material to nearly 3.5
• 12:00
Speaker 1: million pages. The department said the records came from several sources,
• 12:05
Speaker 1: including multiple FBI investigations. The department's current Epstein Library says
• 12:11
Speaker 1: releasable documents in its possession have been released, while victim
• 12:15
Speaker 1: names and identifying information have been redacted. In some cases...
• 12:21
Speaker 1: In others, well, not so much. It also warns that
• 12:25
Speaker 1: technical limitations can make some documents difficult to search electronically,
• 12:30
Speaker 1: but Wyden has previously challenged the completeness of the releases.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: In March, he said records connected to FBI interviews concerning
• 12:38
Speaker 1: sexual assault allegations had initially been omitted and dozens of
• 12:42
Speaker 1: pages appear to remain unpublished. Wyden is now seeking the
• 12:46
Speaker 1: documents so Congress can determine what they contain and and
• 12:49
Speaker 1: whether additional Epstein-related investigative records remain undisclosed. Well, I don't
• 12:55
Speaker 1: think there's any doubt about that. And when it comes
• 12:57
Speaker 1: to them protecting bankers, this is exactly what I've been
• 13:00
Speaker 1: talking about now for years. And thankfully, people are starting
• 13:04
Speaker 1: to catch on. Because if you're looking to find out
• 13:07
Speaker 1: what Jeffrey Epstein was up to, then it's simple. Follow
• 13:11
Speaker 1: the money. All the information that goes with this episode
• 13:15
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box.
