- 0:35All right, well, welcome to the next episode of the Forge Fire Protocol Podcast.
- 0:39I'm Don LaPlume.
- 0:40We've got Mike Sullivan here and Stephen Moynihan, your hosts.
- 0:44And today we're going to have a great conversation about, well, here's the title.
- 0:51And this is the title that you saw on the podcast anyways before you opened it.
- 0:54But five apps, $800 a month wasted.
- 0:58We built one to replace them all.
- 1:02And...
- 1:03And it's phenomenal.
- 1:04We're going to share that, share what we really mean by that here.
- 1:08I'm going to kick it off with what we call Coatline.
- 1:12And by the way, you can go to Coatline.tech and check it out.
- 1:15If you're a painting company in particular, you're going to want to go to Coatline.tech and check it out.
- 1:21That's T-E-C-H, by the way.
- 1:23um and and and you're gonna also have to do our demo our our ai demo because i'll tell you what we we built some hot stuff here guys uh so so uh steven mike you know we we uh um had a conversation i had a conversation with a good friend of mine who owns a painting company right just to set the stage for this and he's got he's got a team of 20 great great painting company by the way highly highly recommend them
- 1:48It's a Coughlin painting out of New Hampshire.
- 1:51So if you're ever in the New Hampshire area, especially in the upper valley of New Hampshire and you need painting, I could not recommend somebody more, not just because he's a friend, but the work that they do.
- 2:02So, but here's the thing, right?
- 2:04I was chatting with them and just asking, so tell me a little bit about your operations, what you run, the apps that you use, because we're, I ask these questions because we're building out tools
- 2:16And we're helping businesses to scale, right?
- 2:21We're helping taking businesses right from the start all the way to exit and scaling is part of it, right?
- 2:26We're doing it ourselves too.
- 2:28We are.
- 2:29That's right.
- 2:31In multiple ways.
- 2:33So it was interesting because we found a pain that I didn't realize existed.
- 2:40And I know Pete's...
- 2:42um company is not the only person in fact my thought is after Pete's been on our system for a month or two I'm going to see if I can get him onto this podcast I'd love to interview him after he's used it and we get some good feedback um but uh so so in speaking with Pete um he was telling me that he's using a whole bunch of different apps and we went through what the costs of those things were and I'm not going to mention the app companies but if you're in the painting world
- 3:08and you're buying apps or you're in the trades, you probably have several of these apps, okay?
- 3:13And so what we looked at was, well, tell me more about it, right?
- 3:19And as he was telling me, it's like one of the biggest challenges is not even just the cost, right?
- 3:25Cost is one thing, but it's integrations.
- 3:28They don't all talk to each other.
- 3:29They take forever to set up.
- 3:31They tried something a while back
- 3:34And one of his scheduler took over a month to try and get it set up.
- 3:41And it worked so poorly that they jettisoned the project.
- 3:44But he wasted a month and it wasn't him.
- 3:47Right.
- 3:47But I think that's something that you see across the board with a lot of people in the different trades and in a lot of these spaces.
- 3:55Some of these apps are incredible, by the way, that we're talking about.
- 3:58I have so much respect for these incredible applications.
- 4:02but how does it work in your environment the question is the orchestration all right I can't tell you how many times in order to go up to this to the feature that I need this one feature I have to escalate up to this plan well it has 35 other features and I really don't need 30 of them with that being said
- 4:26A couple other ones would be great if they were integrated, but it took so long to get feature A working or get feature A doing what I want and used by my entire team.
- 4:32Because not only does it have to get implemented, it has to get taught.
- 4:36Now we have to change existing habits and behaviors, which takes at a bare minimum for in the field especially, I mean, bare minimum of 30 days.
- 4:45Oh, yeah.
- 4:45Just to get that habit formed.
- 4:48And then it's still going to be some back and forth.
- 4:50But the bottom line is an orchestra has a conductor.
- 4:55And that's how I feel that we're coming in here with the app.
- 4:58We are taking all these different apps that people have.
- 5:01And this is something that we, again, when we built Crusher, we talked about it, it came out of a place where we had a known issue.
- 5:09So we built it rather than subscribe to all these different things that were out there who didn't quite have things that we needed.
- 5:15We built the exact package that we want.
- 5:17That's what we're able to do nowadays is we're able to take all these different apps, orchestrate them into one cohesive unit, but rather than having all these different subscriptions, let's extract the features you need.
- 5:29So we need to identify those features, extract those features, and then we're gonna build them into one platform that simplifies and standardizes this.
- 5:37So not only is it easy for you or a few people on your team to manage, but it's easy for your team in the field to use.
- 5:45And not only that,
- 5:48one of the things that i think a lot of companies fail at is trying to make sure there is that consistent customer update and that consistent customer progress report they're trying to do their best it's the best of intentions some are better than others but it's a very low number that are really good at it very low probably single digits in terms of percentages it's all built in
- 6:08So we identified a problem that Don saw, and then really through the lens of the ForgeFire protocol, we came up and we detailed how CoatLine can automate like really five essential tasks for painting contractors, slash their management overhead, and really drive profitability.
- 6:26And so we actually used ForgeFire to create CoatLine.tech, and that's what we want to show you today.
- 6:35Yeah, exactly, Stephen.
- 6:37And we're going to get into that.
- 6:38Something that Mike said to me, said a minute ago, though, it just, it struck me because, you know, we're looking at, and it's even more than five.
- 6:46Because they were using five apps, and each one did multiple things.
- 6:51And so there's a whole bunch of different features and tools that they needed.
- 6:55But in every one of them, and by the way, this is not that particular painting company, because I'll tell you what, they're on their game.
- 7:04They know their stuff.
- 7:05Okay.
- 7:05And they do a phenomenal job, but they're not techies, right?
- 7:11How many trades people do you know that are really into all the tech?
- 7:14Not many, right?
- 7:15Because they're interested.
- 7:17They want to be able to work with their hands.
- 7:18They want to build.
- 7:18They want all the different things that they create their own stuff.
- 7:22They build stuff out of nothing just about.
- 7:24And so it's amazing what trades people can do, but that's where their mind is.
- 7:29Right.
- 7:29That's where their talents are.
- 7:30So in Pete's case,
- 7:35I know that out of all of the different features from each of those particular apps, what happened?
- 7:41Only some of those features were used from each one and they were not integrated.
- 7:45All right.
- 7:46Because that's that is not an easy thing in some cases.
- 7:49They try and make it sound like it's super easy, easy set up all this other stuff.
- 7:53So so we talked about it and we said between the three of us, let's let's create something that will replace all of that, replace all of those other apps.
- 8:05put it into one that's fully integrated, covers everything that they truly need, but not all the fluff that they don't need.
- 8:12And because it's integrated and everything works together, what happens is they save a lot in soft costs.
- 8:21I can guarantee you that they're gonna save thousands of dollars a month just in soft costs, the time it takes to move a picture from this app over to this app.
- 8:31All right, and that doesn't always happen very easily.
- 8:35Right?
- 8:36So time is a big factor for them.
- 8:39That's big.
- 8:41Potential lost customers.
- 8:42This is any painting company, any trading, and actually quite frankly, any company, right?
- 8:49So all of those things come into play.
- 8:50So we'll show you what was built, but you guys were sort of there, you guys were asking me some different questions.
- 8:58What were some of the things that you guys both brought up in regards to this particular scenario before we actually built it?
- 9:05Well, I mean, we've been doing this for a while, by the way.
- 9:07We've been just finding issues that we run into along the way and fixing it.
- 9:12We've been finding, I guess someone see a post online, friend of ours, a friend of mine has a, like a green juice company, saw their website, saw an issue that he had, built a site to fix it.
- 9:23So this is the type, this is how our mind is working now.
- 9:25This is why I bring that up is we're able to look at it.
- 9:28We're able to look at it.
- 9:30We build the minimal viable product.
- 9:35So what we mean by that, we're not focused on it being the minimal anything, but we understand that version 1.0 is never the version that we're going to use ever, but it needs to start somewhere.
- 9:47And version, the difference, what's changed for us is that version 1.0 now is probably the equivalent of version 10 five years ago.
- 9:55So version 1.0 has bridged that gap.
- 9:57We've gone from linear to exponential progression.
- 9:59And by the way, 90% of what we're doing
- 10:02correct me if I'm wrong, is we're speaking to the computer.
- 10:05We're not even typing code.
- 10:07We're speaking to it and telling it what we want it to create.
- 10:09So as we're going through these things, we just found issues that we were talking about and then taking a look at it from a user experience side and saying, you know what?
- 10:18What about if we did this?
- 10:19Because this would be easier for them to do this.
- 10:21What if we did that?
- 10:22We were able to talk through it, take the good, implement the good, take the other ideas and say, no, you know what?
- 10:28I don't think that's a good fit here.
- 10:29That's fine.
- 10:30Let's not do that.
- 10:31But we had that mastermind session where we all talked about what needed to get done.
- 10:36And we were able to implement those changes on the fly.
- 10:38So that rapid iteration that we've talked about in the past, that gets us to this incredible deliverable in a very short time period.
- 10:48So Pete was blown away.
- 10:50And I could tell just by the look on his face when he really realized what we built in one week.
- 10:56One week, not months or years, one week.
- 10:59And so right now we're in the refining period on this, by the way.
- 11:03So, but it was interesting because when we first started this, I had that conversation with him.
- 11:07We talked about it.
- 11:09And then what I was able to do is I scheduled a time with Pete and one of his team members and we strategized on, okay, what do you really want?
- 11:20How do you want things to work?
- 11:21If you could have anything out there and you could have it work any way you wanted, how would that be?
- 11:28What would it be?
- 11:29And it took them a little while to think about that one because they're so used to, you know, everybody and most people, almost all of us like this, right?
- 11:36Like we see things a certain way because that's the way it's always been.
- 11:41I did a huge training on this yesterday.
- 11:42It's about activating the particular activating system.
- 11:47And using the example for everyone out here to understand what we're talking about, the new car.
- 11:52Let's say you buy a, like I'd say I bought, for example, a brand new white GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate years ago, 2015.
- 12:00I love this car.
- 12:03I acquired a new client.
- 12:04It was going to cover the cost for the next three years.
- 12:05I'm like, bang.
- 12:07There we go.
- 12:07That's an expense.
- 12:08This covers everything.
- 12:08It's good to go.
- 12:10I buy the car.
- 12:11I had seen one of them.
- 12:14Within a week, I used to see three to five a day at bare minimums driving by me on the highway because now my mind is focused and what I was completely blind to, I'm now focused in on.
- 12:25Yeah.
- 12:26So now I'm seeing it everywhere.
- 12:28And I think that's exactly what we're talking about from a mental perspective here.
- 12:33Yeah, you see things a certain way.
- 12:35Yep.
- 12:36And when something else comes into your orbit that is
- 12:39intriguing or important, your brain looks at differently.
- 12:42Everything it's almost like everything around us is blurred.
- 12:45Yeah.
- 12:45Right.
- 12:46But the things that matter are clear.
- 12:49And that's that's how our brains work.
- 12:51It's in their own.
- 12:52All of our brains work that way.
- 12:53So either way, had that had that mastermind session with Pete and his his scheduler and really great guy, Bob, that works with him.
- 13:03And so we put together a map of what they really needed, what they really wanted.
- 13:09and within a week it was completely done then it was a matter of okay let's refine this because and you said this earlier um Mike in regards to how they use things right so so they can log in they can have it all of their painters will have their own app the company of course admin has it managers have it schedule has all the different people have their own version
- 13:32and they see just what they need to see.
- 13:34But we want to make sure that two things happen.
- 13:36One is they all had the features that were required or needed for their job without extras.
- 13:42And we wanted to make sure that they were intuitive and simple for them to use.
- 13:46So they're not going through 30 days of trying to learn how to do something new.
- 13:51Right, because if they start off, this is with any, if you're coming into a company and you're in the new company, or if you're implementing a new solution, you're in charge of a new product, the gut reaction can't be negative.
- 14:04I can't, it's not even an option.
- 14:06It's if that happens, you're done.
- 14:08Even if it's great.
- 14:10Yeah.
- 14:10People are gonna be like, oh, did you finally get through the issue?
- 14:13Like, are you kidding me?
- 14:14I just saved you 20 hours a week.
- 14:15What are you talking about?
- 14:16Did I get through the issue?
- 14:18You know what I mean?
- 14:19I can't tell you how many times, just that's the default response because you need to be cognizant of that.
- 14:24So that's where, when you're building it out too, one of the things I know we do is say, you know, simplify.
- 14:29Let's knock this down to fourth, fifth grade logic to make sure that it's nice and easy.
- 14:34It's easy for everyone to pick up on it.
- 14:35It's easy for everyone to progress their way through.
- 14:38They can do it quick.
- 14:39Again, it's so important that you build out that usability to make it so globally available to everybody without having to be retaught to specific people inside specific realms.
- 14:50Yes.
- 14:54I know you're about to say something there, Stephen.
- 14:55I could see it.
- 14:55It was coming out of your eyes, man.
- 14:59Going over, looking at what came out of...
- 15:03Coatline and really what it does, if we want to delve into that.
- 15:07You've got automated estimating, big generation, smart scheduling, crew dispatching, centralized client communication in the CRM, real-time inventory, material tracking, field reporting, job cost analytics.
- 15:21This is all in one place and it all came through Forgefire protocol and what we had developed there.
- 15:28And it allowed us to do it in a very short period of time.
- 15:33And yes, it took a week, but that was because there was consultation back with the painting contractor to streamline it, more to really find out what they needed and what their needs are.
- 15:44So, otherwise it could have been done in a lot shorter time, but we needed that information and the interaction with them.
- 15:52And it came out with really an outstanding product.
- 15:56Yeah.
- 15:57I was just going to say any first integration that we're doing to, we're integrating multiple suites that we're developing on the fly.
- 16:04Any first time we do that, it's going to be longer.
- 16:08Yeah.
- 16:08It's just, it's just what happened.
- 16:10And I love the fact that longer was a week.
- 16:14That's the thing.
- 16:15I mean, it's that, that is, I can't wait till it's ours, but, but even so, I mean, there's no way somebody would have created this as quickly as, you know, just a few years ago.
- 16:26wasn't even possible unless you had a thousand programmers all coming together um but it's interesting because i'm gonna i'm gonna share this i'm gonna pull up coat lines like we can show some of this stuff uh and again if you're if you're a painting contractor you want to check this out if you're a regular contractor well you might just have the next version uh if you're a roofer if you're an hvac if you're in um pest control those are some of the ones who have already been requested of us and so
- 16:55we're we're working out the bugs here which there aren't many left uh and we'll we'll go to that next piece but not only do we build something that's really cool and fast uh how fast we did it but i want to also i also want to make sure we share what we built to promote this because we didn't just build this for one painting company right we built this to um as a as a as a revenue stream as a business this is the industry business yeah
- 17:24I mean, because we created something that matters.
- 17:28So this is CoatLine.
- 17:29This is a demo and you can see it's demo, right?
- 17:31Demo version of CoatLine.
- 17:33When a painting company comes in, they're going to see, all right, what am I doing today?
- 17:37What do I have live today?
- 17:39Where are my teams?
- 17:40Right?
- 17:40This is an interior.
- 17:41This is an interior.
- 17:43And this is a 48 hour project.
- 17:45This is a 56 hour project.
- 17:46Depends on, you know, how many hours they have assigned.
- 17:48We've got metrics.
- 17:49So they can see jobs.
- 17:51Uh, any bottlenecks that they have right average ratings when it comes to their, um, customer ratings, uh, customer satisfaction trends.
- 18:00Right.
- 18:00So these are all different things that we built in revenue by town.
- 18:04If they want to pull up towns revenue by crew, um, again, you know, what are the bottlenecks?
- 18:10Are there any bottlenecks there?
- 18:12Right.
- 18:13Fleet maintenance.
- 18:14This is big.
- 18:15When companies start to get I know of a an HVAC company that I've talked to the friends of mine, and they said, you know, we just put on our second vehicle in a row.
- 18:24Now we're going to be thinking about how we maintain these how we track downtime and all this other stuff.
- 18:30And they didn't realize how much was involved.
- 18:33And it's just and that's two vehicles.
- 18:35I think Coughlin's got like 16.
- 18:37Right.
- 18:37So they had to have this.
- 18:42So fleet downtime, right?
- 18:43Downtime days, everything, any problem assets, what are their vehicles?
- 18:49You know, upcoming maintenance, right?
- 18:52Whatever it is, cost per asset.
- 18:54This doesn't include, this just doesn't include the fleet itself.
- 18:58By the way, this is just the metrics page.
- 19:00This is a one page look, right?
- 19:03Now in some places, and I'm gonna go to the board here, right, this is their scheduler.
- 19:09Literally when,
- 19:11a sale happens somebody signs on the contract the system automatically puts that customer into the painting pool and so at a glance the owner of the company these are all this is all demo data this is not real data guys um but uh these are not even real painters although there could be somebody with the same name as a picture who knows but um what's really happening here is uh we've got a
- 19:38The way that a lot of schedulers do it, they'll use an Excel sheet or something like that.
- 19:44And they've got to key enter a whole bunch of information.
- 19:48Well, look, the salesperson, when they first did the quote, when they first actually started that process of quoting, all of this information was gathered.
- 20:00The only thing that wasn't really there was the hours and some of the details about the job, right?
- 20:05So that stuff is collected day one.
- 20:08it flows through in the entire system.
- 20:10So by the time it hits the painting pool as a closed job, now the schedule just looks, okay, great, this particular team, Ray Fournier's team, because he raised the lead on this one, they've got some time available starting on the 5th.
- 20:25Let's see, Dupuis next, let's put Dupuis here.
- 20:28And boom.
- 20:30And what it's doing is it's looking at how many painters on the team, how many hours will the job take, and it assigns those days, right?
- 20:38So it stops where it needs to.
- 20:41Now, after that, we could bring in Stanton.
- 20:42That's a 128-hour job.
- 20:44Okay, let's bring that one.
- 20:45They can do Stanton next.
- 20:47Boom.
- 20:48And so you see it was three days.
- 20:50This is four days.
- 20:53And that's how it works.
- 20:54I mean, scheduling doesn't get much easier than that.
- 20:58Right?
- 20:59It really is a simple thing.
- 21:01When we look at what's in the painting pool, we can look at a particular job.
- 21:05What's the address?
- 21:06And, you know,
- 21:09All right, we can go to schedule them.
- 21:10We can look at the open card.
- 21:12What's the details on that job?
- 21:15Their fleet.
- 21:16This is pretty cool.
- 21:18So we built in tools for lifts for everything in the fleet.
- 21:22They want to add an asset to the fleet.
- 21:24They literally, and again, this is all fake data.
- 21:26This is all just stuff that we put in.
- 21:28But they simply add an asset.
- 21:30Okay, this is a cargo van, a pickup truck, scissor lift.
- 21:32What is it?
- 21:33They put the details in.
- 21:34All right.
- 21:36Is it owned?
- 21:37Is it rented?
- 21:38Is it, you know, whichever.
- 21:39What's the odometer reading?
- 21:40Registration, insurance expires.
- 21:43Everything is tracked that's necessary.
- 21:46All right?
- 21:47And from there, once a vehicle's in the fleet, they're able to do inspections, check status.
- 21:54What is this available?
- 21:55Is it on a job?
- 21:55Is it in the shop?
- 21:56Is it out of service?
- 21:57What is it?
- 21:58All right?
- 21:59And lifts.
- 22:01You know, a lot of painting companies that are doing exterior, especially will have lifts.
- 22:05if they're a decent sized company.
- 22:07And with vehicles, it's tracking miles.
- 22:11How many miles have been driven on that vehicle, right?
- 22:15But in Lyfts, it's tracking hours of usage.
- 22:18All right, so that's how refined this is.
- 22:21And these are some of the things we got when we had a chance to talk with Cough and Pain because these are the things that are important to them.
- 22:26They need to make sure everything works, right?
- 22:29anything you guys want to comment on this i mean i can keep going on this stuff because i can't wait to get to the coaching part but uh no i was just i was just going to say with regards to when you were showing the dashboard i mean what people need to understand too is like one of my biggest parts of my background came from the in the technology space and even taking dashboards and systems like that and simplifying it yeah and that's exactly what we've done and that's exactly but now like let's say you're looking at that when don't keep up the dashboard for once but second just to give an example
- 22:56So let's talk about the scheduling dashboard.
- 22:58I believe so.
- 22:59Next one above, the auto metrics.
- 23:01Oh, metrics.
- 23:02Sorry.
- 23:02Yep.
- 23:03So that dashboard up top.
- 23:04So that's great.
- 23:05So now I want to look at this information.
- 23:07I want to see this.
- 23:08Now, here's how this system works, right?
- 23:10Now, right up top, you have there this month, quarter, year.
- 23:14So that's all ties in, right?
- 23:15So you can pull up that data for all that time periods.
- 23:19but that starts from a general dashboard.
- 23:20And let's say you were to come to us and say, you know what?
- 23:22I really want to be able to do on a, like, see what's going on this month only.
- 23:26Okay.
- 23:26We got that right here.
- 23:28Great.
- 23:28Well, I also want to see for just this year, how we do.
- 23:30And I wanted to compare that to how we did last year, anything like that.
- 23:34That's already built in.
- 23:36But if you see things like this along the way, because this is so simple, the way we've built it out, we have the ability to also customize things very quickly for you.
- 23:47That's one of the big, big changes.
- 23:49This used to require hours, days, weeks, months of meetings with developers and the customer and the company that's hosting it and the company that's the development team making sure it all gets done right.
- 24:03You tell us what we want.
- 24:04We'll test it out.
- 24:05Build out a demo version or build out a version that we can implement it.
- 24:08And sometimes we can have it done in minutes.
- 24:12That's what's changed.
- 24:13This is what happens.
- 24:14I saw this dashboard and this is what triggered it for me.
- 24:17It's like average rating.
- 24:17Okay, yeah, that's great.
- 24:18So if I see, for example, from my tech background, if my team was performing and they're getting five stars across the board, well, that can be misleading if that's over the course of a year.
- 24:28Show me what we're doing last month.
- 24:30Last month, it was at four and a half.
- 24:32Show me what we're doing this week.
- 24:33This week's at three.
- 24:34Whoa, what's going on this week?
- 24:37Three's not cutting it.
- 24:38So what's going on?
- 24:38And then you can drill into it.
- 24:40But having the customization and the ability to gather the information that people need, this is just one example.
- 24:46but we can do this to the entire app.
- 24:48And this is one of the biggest differentiators out there on the market.
- 24:51Even if you're dealing with those major apps that are out there, have you ever tried this?
- 24:54Cause I've tried it.
- 24:55You ever said to them like, oh yeah, please suggest a change and we'll see how soon we can do it.
- 25:01I've tried that.
- 25:01Yeah.
- 25:02See, but Mike, Mike, Mike, you're a tech guy.
- 25:04For most people, they don't need to change.
- 25:06This is good.
- 25:06And this takes care of everything.
- 25:08And not that, not that someone's brain is going to hurt now for all the technical changes we can do, but we've kept it real simple.
- 25:15You don't need to know AI to run this program.
- 25:18No.
- 25:18All you need to be able to type and put in your basic information and then everything's in there and is done for you.
- 25:24That's the beauty of it.
- 25:25You can stay at being a painting expert.
- 25:28You don't have to become an AI tech.
- 25:30That's the beauty of it.
- 25:32Yeah.
- 25:32And if you wanted a report that we don't have you to say, I want that report, we generate it.
- 25:38It's that simple.
- 25:40You don't even, you don't need to know anything.
- 25:42This little button here last week, that wasn't there.
- 25:45Right.
- 25:45When I met with Pete and his team, he's like, you know, this is great.
- 25:49Can we look at, I like to look at last week too, because I want to compare.
- 25:53Can we put a last week button?
- 25:54Yeah, I took minutes.
- 25:55That's exactly what we were just saying.
- 25:56It's like, you can take what you have.
- 25:58If there's something that you want for your environment, because that's something that you currently look at in one of your tools, just tell us.
- 26:03We can add it in.
- 26:04Yeah.
- 26:05You don't even know how to do it.
- 26:06Or we can remove something too.
- 26:07Exactly.
- 26:08It doesn't matter.
- 26:09Exactly.
- 26:09Right?
- 26:10So there's so much here.
- 26:13And by the way, folks, this is not what everybody in the company sees.
- 26:16This is like the admin side.
- 26:19for the painting company because we with this is a demo for us we need to be able to show all the different pieces but you know we talked about fleet we've got a dispatch map that literally if these people were were signed in in other words they punched in they they punch in right from their phones on site when they get to a job to take a picture of the job which other apps do but do they integrate everything like this no so and and once somebody's punched in it will show where they are in the map
- 26:44So I know if I've got a job over here in Charlestown, New Hampshire, for this painting company, Hasbro, and this team is on the job, they'll be there.
- 26:52It'll show them there.
- 26:53Right.
- 26:54Of course, we've got alerts that go out.
- 26:57We've got messaging.
- 26:58This is this is key, by the way, for for a lot of different companies, especially trades, where safety is is very important.
- 27:09And look, safety is important in every business and everything that we do.
- 27:14But from a trade's perspective, you know, they could be on roofs, they could be all over the place.
- 27:18So the workers' comp insurance rates are higher, right?
- 27:22And so they're often required or they're benefited by, if not required, to do extra safety trainings for their team.
- 27:31So what did we do?
- 27:32We built in a safety message because every member of the team gets this app.
- 27:37And not only does it send a message, but it timestamps when they read it.
- 27:41So they know and they can prove that, oh, yeah, this person read it.
- 27:44So not only did we send out these messages, but we know the team got it.
- 27:48So little things like that that matter that, you know, you wouldn't even think of.
- 27:54But it does matter.
- 27:55I'm going to I got to share this because I think this is pretty cool.
- 27:57So the customers.
- 27:59Right.
- 27:59Again, this is all fake data, so don't worry about it.
- 28:02But like, let's let's look at Bill Norton.
- 28:04All right.
- 28:05So let's look at we could we could look at his job, but let's look at the portal.
- 28:11So every customer has a portal.
- 28:14And so they get, and they have their own separate login.
- 28:17And actually it's, they don't even need a login.
- 28:20All they need is their email address that they gave us when they first signed with us.
- 28:25Or we could of course change it.
- 28:28But they can track their project.
- 28:29When did it start?
- 28:30If project's completed, you know, where everything is for staff.
- 28:35I mean, for the project itself, the timeline.
- 28:39Their painting colors.
- 28:41Not just what the color looks like.
- 28:43By the way, that's never gonna be exact on a computer screen because everybody's computer screens look a little different, but the codes.
- 28:49What it is, this is the Benjamin Moore, Hail Navy HC-154 eggshell, and here's the formula base.
- 28:55Customers keep this data afterwards.
- 28:59All right, so five years from now,
- 29:01customers like you know what I don't remember exactly what those colors were um Pete can you come back in and and repaint Pete's gonna have it there and the customer's gonna have it there hey we really liked the uh uh the pale navy for the master bedroom but um can we can we change it to a satin instead of an angel I don't know but they'll know because they've got it here
- 29:22they see do you know how much do you know how much better that is than retaining 10 cans of paint in your house unnecessarily for a decade oh my gosh I've got a shot full of paint behind um it's insane um but yes I do know and uh and then they get the photos we do photos and videos in here they can see the full gallery you know here's just these are all samples they can refer and share photos
- 29:51All right, so if they want to refer something to our favorite painter here or whatever painter's utilizing this, they've got it.
- 29:59And after the job's done, all right, they get this beautiful box, hey, leave a Google review.
- 30:05And it's tied right to that company's Google listing.
- 30:09So as long as it's still the customer that has to sign in, it has to be real, it's got to come through Google, but this just gets them to the right place and makes it super simple for them.
- 30:20uh and they of course got uh the painting company's information so uh all kinds of good stuff there uh when we and i could keep going you know from our sales dashboard but here's here's the fun one from a painter i got to share this one and then you guys can give me your thoughts but let's say we have so they had a brand new customer that they wanted to key enter great most of the time the sales person on site isn't getting to this
- 30:46because it's already in the system because somebody came in from a call to the office so it's already been key entered by the person at the office it came in from a lead on a website all the information from that website lead gets put right into the system right through our right into the CRM that's built into this okay so you don't even see a separate CRM button because you don't need it they're not running a they don't have to run a separate CRM with us it's all in one everything's integrated
- 31:13So by the time the salesperson gets the lead to go out and do the quote, and we can actually make the quotes almost automated, but a lot of companies, they like to be in person, right?
- 31:24Like Coughlin, they want to go out to the house.
- 31:26They want to meet the people or the business.
- 31:28They do a lot of commercial work too, but here's an example, right?
- 31:32Let's look at a Renee Kutcher.
- 31:35And so let's say the salesperson is going to go out to see Renee.
- 31:40When they first get there, you know, they,
- 31:42They'll get to know Renee, talk with Renee, and then they'll find out, okay, what room are we gonna do?
- 31:49Okay, so we're gonna do the, let's say it's a dining room, right?
- 31:54So they click on that, okay, great dining room.
- 31:56And which colors were you thinking about?
- 31:58So it asks, right?
- 32:00Because whatever they are, and then, by the way, do you have a schedule for when you're looking to have the project done?
- 32:06And, well, yeah, I want it by Christmas, right?
- 32:10not sure on the colors yet but I want it by Christmas oh actually I'll put that in the wrong place boom simple all right and then here's what happens so they go into the dining room they measure it well it's uh 18 by uh 20. it's almost almost square and the ceiling is a minute how are they I'm gonna interrupt you how are they measuring it so in in this particular case they're measuring it by tape they're doing it in front of the customer however we could have in here
- 32:39And we're probably building it in anyways for other companies that want to do it just just by photos, because it will literally measure by photos.
- 32:48OK, but and even video walkthroughs, both both are doable.
- 32:54I like that you name the room too, because what I've seen for a lot of places, I worked with a contractor for a while, and even my parents had some funny names for rooms, but we have a living room in our house that my mother called the porch, because it used to be a porch before it was converted.
- 33:06But when you speak the customer's language, they just feel like he gets us.
- 33:10Yes.
- 33:10And it's not even that a thought process.
- 33:13It's just an assumption.
- 33:14So by calling the room the proper room, or some older people might have had a rumpus room or something like that, but calling it the room that the homeowner calls it is, I think, fantastic.
- 33:22Yeah.
- 33:23And that's how we do it.
- 33:25Yep.
- 33:26And this was another thing that came in our refining meeting, one of our refining meetings with Coughlin, with Pete.
- 33:34But we didn't have the name for the room here.
- 33:37We had it on the initial screen.
- 33:40So now every place you see the information on this room, it's literally giving us the name.
- 33:45So he knows, okay, yeah, that's their dining room.
- 33:47Great.
- 33:48And you can see 760 square feet of wall space.
- 33:52Plus it's got the, so we've got the ceiling height.
- 33:56Next is, are we painting the ceiling?
- 33:58Well, yeah, we're gonna do the ceiling.
- 34:00Okay, great.
- 34:01I'd already figured out the dimensions for the ceiling.
- 34:04What kind of ceiling is it?
- 34:05There's a flat ceiling, popcorn, textured, vaulted, V-groove, other, right?
- 34:09It's 360 square feet of ceiling.
- 34:11Let's say it's textured, right?
- 34:14Now they know, because that factors into their pricing, right?
- 34:18So I can keep going in, but you know, wall prep,
- 34:21Let's say that's medium, ceiling prep light, trim prep light.
- 34:26They're going to use standard paint.
- 34:27They didn't want to go premium.
- 34:30But all of those, you know, we've got, let's say two doors and eight windows, right?
- 34:39And door trim style.
- 34:41Let's say it's fluted or other.
- 34:44Right.
- 34:44So it's it's there's more work, especially in prep.
- 34:48What kind of molding is there?
- 34:49We'll say there's a chair rail.
- 34:50This is a
- 34:52um dining room so this chair realism wainscoting in there there's a baseboard and um and there's some crown molding let's say and it's factoring all the measurements right there okay and then it's taking photos of each of the walls the ceiling the door trim the window trim the room trim and any other standouts and when people take pictures uh the the painting salesperson there on site takes the pictures
- 35:19it will uh they can mark up the pictures put text on them put marks so that way the team knows john if they're estimating from their phone right they're entering the information in live on their phone can they just clap to take a wall picture and it brings them right to their camera on their phone and it just gets automatically out of it yep so that's easy uh super easy phone or tablet tablets if tablet takes uh pictures you know an ipad or something you're all set so they add those in and everything every picture is labeled
- 35:49dining room, wall, dining room, et cetera.
- 35:51Wall one, wall two, wall three.
- 35:53So, and then anything else that stands out, you know, hole and side wall, whatever, right?
- 36:03And they save the room.
- 36:04So the room's saved.
- 36:06Now this is another neat feature that we did with Coughlin.
- 36:09All right.
- 36:10But this works for any painting company.
- 36:13If they're larger, a lot of times, what they wanna do is they wanna be able to provide a quote on site.
- 36:19But if they've got a new salesperson that maybe this is a really complicated scenario, they don't know how to do it.
- 36:25Well, guess what they can do?
- 36:27They can collect all of the information.
- 36:30And hey, this is a rush on site to close.
- 36:34And I'm finished collecting information.
- 36:36Let me notify the quoter.
- 36:38Right?
- 36:39So they have an in-house person that can quote those extensive jobs.
- 36:44And they've got all the data that they need because of what we just collected right there.
- 36:48And that person has a different screen, but they see everything in high-def pictures.
- 36:55Right?
- 36:56So now they can quote it while that painting salesperson is still on site, talking with the customer, asking some general questions.
- 37:04That quote is done for them.
- 37:06And boom.
- 37:08Now they're good.
- 37:09And by the way, this system is designed.
- 37:11There's only two more things I've got to show.
- 37:13There's a lot more I could show.
- 37:15But that is...
- 37:18quote is designed uh the system's designed to quote automatically so if i go into settings when we look at the painting company whatever painting company it shows the length of their work you know work days how they do the deposits exterior weather uh so if they're doing exterior this is important um if the odds of precipitation is 75 or greater you know they might say well if it's 65 i want to be notified so i can um
- 37:47check and see when it's going to start raining if it's supposed to.
- 37:50And what's the low temp threshold?
- 37:52If I'm going to do exterior painting, it can't be below, say, 50 degrees.
- 37:56They might say, I don't want it to be below 65.
- 37:59Whatever they want.
- 38:00Of course, we do integrate with systems that they already have.
- 38:04But we've got our coaching platform, which is the last thing I'll cover.
- 38:08Our call now notifications.
- 38:10With this system, we literally include a website for the company.
- 38:17And on that website, they get our call.
- 38:21We call it our call now notification system.
- 38:24So when a painter, I'm sorry, when a prospect, a customer, potential customers on site, on their website, filling out some information, one of the things that they're going to get, they're going to be asked early is their phone number.
- 38:37Well, while they're still filling that information out, maybe adding a couple of photos, somebody from the painting company is automatically notified while they're still on the site and they're calling them.
- 38:46Hey, we noticed that you're on that.
- 38:47on our site working up a book, can we answer anything for you directly?
- 38:52What Michael, I know, you know, these stats, when you can call a person within the first minute of them inquiring, what does that do for a prospective sales close?
- 39:04Increases your likely conversion by 391%.
- 39:06391%.
- 39:06That's huge, right?
- 39:09This is just built in.
- 39:12This is not getting five, six, seven, eight, 10 different apps.
- 39:16This is one system that is significantly less in cost than those other apps all combined.
- 39:24And it's all integrated.
- 39:26Right.
- 39:28And before you even get into the scheduling, I know that's where we're going to close it out here.
- 39:31I just want you guys to listen to this.
- 39:32If you listen to this and you're not a painter, or you started listening to it and you weren't a painter,
- 39:38this can be done for you.
- 39:40You come back to us and you say, here are the features that I loved about that presentation.
- 39:44I don't care about this, this, this.
- 39:46That's fine.
- 39:47We can do that.
- 39:49This is your foundational.
- 39:52This was a foundational-based template that we had an issue working with the painting contractor that you've worked with and that you've known for years.
- 40:00You took that foundational element and then built out a customized painting solution.
- 40:04Now, based on this foundational element,
- 40:07If this looks a lot better than what you're using, rather than having five or six tools, and you want to have one integrated system, this is what we can do.
- 40:15We just customize it and iterate it to your environment.
- 40:18And because we have this foundation, we can do this rapid iteration and get it to you faster than probably anything else anyone else will be able to build up for you.
- 40:25It's just remarkable what you built.
- 40:27But I can't wait to show what you're going to be doing in a second.
- 40:30And to let you guys know, none of this uncertain comments Steve and I made, like show me this or show us that.
- 40:36we haven't seen the full version of this.
- 40:37We saw the 80% finished product, but we haven't seen what you've done in the last week.
- 40:41So some of this is new to us even on this call.
- 40:44But on the coaching piece, I mean, what you've done there is just remarkable.
- 40:47It's just, that's probably my favorite part, to be honest.
- 40:53Well, I wanna say one thing, cause there's a lot of stuff here, and this is in the settings, this is how this is set up.
- 40:59But remember, I told you that in the case of,
- 41:04painting company that we talked to the first time right when we were going through that one of the things they told me was they spent over 30 days trying to implement the system and it did not work the way they wanted to at the end of that time with this for the painting companies and any other trades that we build this for um build something different for all right because it would be a
- 41:29the what we're able to do with the way we built this is offer a white glove setup so those companies you're not spending all kinds of time implementing this it's implemented for you it's done all right all you have to do is just get us um access to your CRM get us access to a few different parts of your business that we can integrate all right uh we'll pull the data in
- 41:54We make it really, really simple.
- 41:57But it's our team that does it.
- 41:59You don't have to do it.
- 42:00You don't have to be techie.
- 42:00You don't have to figure it out.
- 42:01You don't have to, oh, I'll set up this feature and try and do the other features some other time that you never get to.
- 42:08Here, it's all set up, it's done.
- 42:11And it's in a way where your entire team can take it on easily.
- 42:16And they're gonna learn it fast because it's simple.
- 42:19All right?
- 42:20You're not gonna get into all of this stuff in the settings.
- 42:23But there is a lot of stuff in here.
- 42:25Okay, so let's go to that last piece on this one and we'll show how we built out a system to sell this.
- 42:33Because that's another whole factor.
- 42:34And by the way, that happens with every tool that we use now that we develop.
- 42:40So this is the coaching platform and this is what it would look like here in a phone.
- 42:46But here's the thing, you've got salespeople for your company that are going out on site.
- 42:52And when they go out on site, what are they doing?
- 42:55Right?
- 42:55They're going to be talking with the customer.
- 42:58Well, what if we had a way to help them get even sharper and better at being salespeople, right?
- 43:09So what we did was we created a coaching platform, which by the way is a separate company.
- 43:15It's a whole separate piece, but we were able to integrate it here.
- 43:19We're integrating it in our other systems because all of these things tied together, right?
- 43:24Um, so let's say you're going in and, and, uh, you're used to most of the customers being sort of medium tough, not super tough.
- 43:33Right.
- 43:34But you want to keep getting better so you can change it.
- 43:36But let's say, oh, I, I know I've, I've heard about this particular customer.
- 43:39They were really tough on the person when they were scheduling the call, uh, scheduling me to go out there.
- 43:45So I'm going to put in like, they're skeptical.
- 43:48Uh, they object often.
- 43:49I'm going to put that in and I'm going to, um, before I meet with them, I'm going to actually get coached on it.
- 43:55And literally, you guys can hear my audio, right?
- 43:59Let's see if this comes in.
- 44:03No.
- 44:05Oh, that's right.
- 44:06I forgot.
- 44:06So I'm already using my microphone for Zoom as we're recording this.
- 44:14So I can't use it for this one.
- 44:15So it would not connect with the microphone.
- 44:17But there's two key features here.
- 44:20So let me go back to that so you can see it.
- 44:22So two key features.
- 44:23One is that this is a coach.
- 44:26It's literally going to have a conversation with you.
- 44:27You can be driving down the street.
- 44:29I do this all the time, by the way.
- 44:30I'm driving down the street and I'm being coached.
- 44:32All right, it's an AI coach that's there.
- 44:34And it is remarkable.
- 44:36The role playing you can do, the prep that you can do.
- 44:40And it literally, you can make it as tough as you want on you.
- 44:45or is easy now obviously easy just makes it easy right but if you want to get better and better you keep making it tougher and tougher now you now you're prepped when you walk into somebody that you know they're a little tougher that's great all right you're prepared but not only does this coach you and help you role play and test what you're going to say and how you're going to say it but we have silence mode here all right and silence mode is really cool because when you press that and you walk into a house
- 45:14or you walk into a commercial property, and you're going to be doing a sales presentation.
- 45:18What happens is you go and you say, hey, I just want to let you know, I'm going to be recording this if you don't mind, just so I don't miss anything through this.
- 45:27I want to make sure I get all the right information.
- 45:29Is that okay?
- 45:30And they'll say, sure.
- 45:31Because you always have to let them know if you're recording.
- 45:33All right, let's be fair, right?
- 45:36But once you do that, and this actually will show that too, and it will actually ask for, now, see it.
- 45:44I shouldn't have clicked that, but that's okay.
- 45:46If I wasn't using my microphone, it'd be perfect.
- 45:49But silence mode, what it'll do is it will go, it won't say a word.
- 45:54All it's going to do is listen to your conversation with the customer.
- 45:58What the questions are that they ask, how you answer those.
- 46:01And at the end of that, when you leave the house, so you'll leave the commercial property, it's going to give you a report.
- 46:10All right.
- 46:10After that call, I'll give you a report and I'll show you the things you did really well.
- 46:14Some of the things you can work on.
- 46:15All right.
- 46:16And the things that you knocked out of the park.
- 46:18But it gives you that so you can sharpen your skills and get better and better and better all the time.
- 46:23Does that make sense, guys?
- 46:26Yes.
- 46:28It's very effective.
- 46:29I've seen in other programs.
- 46:31It's it's it's just an awesome system.
- 46:33But this comes in our CoatLine app.
- 46:36So not only do we have stuff for the, and we have a coach for the painting company owner too.
- 46:41That's a whole separate piece.
- 46:43Have you ever seen a painting app that comes with that?
- 46:46No, there isn't one.
- 46:47Now there's one that's coming out from a painting coach.
- 46:52I'm not going to mention the name of it, but I know what the pricing is on it.
- 46:58Is it a full operating system or is it just coaching?
- 47:00Oh, it's just coaching.
- 47:01Yeah.
- 47:02Yeah.
- 47:04So we're literally giving them, this is literally their business operating system.
- 47:07Everything that they need to run their painting company, right down to collecting payments, invoicing, quoting, everything, taking in clients, the whole bit.
- 47:17So it's all there.
- 47:20So Mike, do you want to, or Stephen, you guys want to go through the, not the demo, but actually Coatline itself, the site and our,
- 47:33method of sales because we don't look folks and this is why i asked this do we want to spend time selling 15 different products and services this this is for you guys no honestly no no no no no so we not only built a website for this yes all of this has happened now it's been two weeks since we started this project two weeks as of tomorrow
- 47:58No, wait, what's today?
- 47:59Today's Wednesday, the 26th, 28th.
- 48:03So two weeks as of this Friday, right?
- 48:06So that's how fast this is going.
- 48:08So we built a site for this.
- 48:12But, and of course, this is our phone line that is 24 seven.
- 48:17You can get all kinds of questions answered.
- 48:19Almost anything you want to know about this system, ask it.
- 48:23and it will book the appointments for you.
- 48:25But here's the cool piece.
- 48:27Who wants to cover this one?
- 48:28Because I've been... Well, there's a couple of different cool pieces.
- 48:31Are you talking about the demo version?
- 48:33Yeah.
- 48:34Yeah.
- 48:34So we're not going to be able to hear it, just to let everyone see, but you can go to it and check it out.
- 48:40So if you were to go to coatline.techforge.com
- 48:44you basically have an option you can book a demo with a live person which would be one of us or you can we can have our ai assisted that we have built to basically walk you through it on your time because that was our thinking is how do we stop taking iiii and double triple down on you you you you you that's all about you okay if i'm trying to get a meeting you're telling me i have to speak to a salesperson
- 49:10I might just want general information before I even, I'm not even at the decision phase.
- 49:14I'm at the exploratory phase.
- 49:15Exactly.
- 49:17So I don't even want to speak to anyone.
- 49:20It's literally that simple.
- 49:21So that's why, again, try to make it as simple as possible for the user to do it on their time.
- 49:26And this is what we built.
- 49:27So you do that, and then you click, what, talk to a live person?
- 49:31Or you click Start Demo unless you want to have it transferred.
- 49:33But let's just say you start the demo really quick.
- 49:36Let's say you can start the demo.
- 49:38You won't be able to hear it, but you'll be able to see it.
- 49:41Right.
- 49:41Well, I'm going to mute my microphone so they can at least see it.
- 49:43Okay.
- 49:44Okay.
- 49:57So therefore, Emma's talking right now, and she's asking you some general questions, which you could interact with verbally, which is the easiest way to do it.
- 50:05Now, one of the questions she asks is, would you like to speak to a live person?
- 50:10So let's just assume that that's a yes.
- 50:12Okay, one of the things you have the option to do at any point in time is click that talk to a live person button as well.
- 50:16But you could just tell her after answering a few questions, or you could just tell her at any point in time, I want to speak to a live person.
- 50:22When you do that, we can show you guys what happens.
- 50:31So, Don, why don't you do that?
- 50:32Why don't you just click on talk to a live person?
- 50:34Okay, great.
- 50:35Oh, there we go.
- 50:35Now I hear it.
- 50:36With a live representative.
- 50:38Let me see if I can find one for you right now that I can transfer you to.
- 50:41This might be a moment and I'll answer any questions you have in the meanwhile.
- 50:45Before you do, Emma, let me ask you this.
- 50:48Can you hear me while I'm also speaking to these guys here?
- 50:52Yes, I can hear you.
- 50:54Oh, perfect.
- 50:54What are the three most important things you're looking to cure or fix in your operations?
- 50:58Well, I want to be able to schedule jobs easier.
- 51:02I need to get more sales.
- 51:04And I need to know where my team is and making sure that customer satisfaction is taken care of.
- 51:10Okay.
- 51:11Those are all great goals.
- 51:13Which one is the most important to you?
- 51:15Let's start with that one.
- 51:17Well, let's start with sales then.
- 51:20Here's the sales screen.
- 51:22CodeLine helps with sales by giving you a clear pipeline of your quotes and their status from draft to approved.
- 51:29Does that hit the mark for what you're looking for in sales?
- 51:32Uh, no, actually what I'm looking to do is to generate more sales.
- 51:35So do you have a way to capture information from a site or do other things, um, to help me generate sales, uh, even referrals from my past clients?
- 51:46All of our reps are currently in live calls with other painting companies.
- 51:50A white glove rep will follow up by email to set a time.
- 51:54Yes.
- 51:54Coatline can help with that.
- 51:56We include a company website for you, optimized for local SEO, and it has a call me now feature to capture leads directly from your site.
- 52:04We also have a customer portal designed to drive referrals after a job is complete.
- 52:09Excellent.
- 52:10Excellent.
- 52:10And just to let you guys know what happens right there is a notification pops up on my screen or Don's screen or Steve's screen, letting us know there's a live call.
- 52:21And we click on it.
- 52:22and it seamlessly brings us right in.
- 52:24Now, right now she couldn't book a time because all three of us are scheduled to be on this one call.
- 52:28So because all three of us have a calendar entry that can't be on right now, that's what it's going to do.
- 52:33It just can't let one of us in right now.
- 52:35But what happens is it seamlessly transfers you in.
- 52:38So then you pop into a meeting with us immediately.
- 52:42That's what happens in that seamless transfer.
- 52:43And that's the way it was designed.
- 52:45Emma can answer the questions, walk you through it, do the demo,
- 52:48And then any additional questions, if you want to speak to that live person, like I want to do 90% of the time when I speak to AI, I can give it the general information and I can get 80% to the finish line.
- 52:57But I need to speak to a human to make sure that I have some back and forth and some questions that I might want answered or just something that AI can't provide yet.
- 53:05Or maybe can, but I want a human that I'm speaking to.
- 53:08click that button there's a seamless transfer it takes minutes and it does it while you're on the call you don't have to get them yeah sometimes it's going to find a person right but it it eliminates that vocal call yeah we're all we're all used to being online okay oh that information looks great i like information
- 53:27you don't get anything.
- 53:27They don't tell you anything.
- 53:29You have to book a call for tonight, tomorrow or next week at a certain time and book it in your calendar.
- 53:36Also make sure you're there on that time and then go through the salesperson that does the same thing every time.
- 53:41They go through 18 different questions on you all about you and just avoids that that skips that.
- 53:48It takes the person directly to getting their questions answered right then in a demo.
- 53:54right before them and they don't have to wait there's no delay again that's speed to lead that's the key part exactly and this is emma is designed to ask i mean i'm sorry answer pretty much every question that you might want to know if you're a painting company so literally emma is designed to be able to sell the entire system so you don't even need to speak with a human being okay now she'll go up to 20 minutes on this demo
- 54:21Yeah, and again, this whole thing is designed to make your experience easier.
- 54:25Right.
- 54:25That's the whole reason why it's there.
- 54:27Because we've all, as Steve has alluded to, we've all been there.
- 54:30We've all been so frustrated with existing systems.
- 54:32Yeah.
- 54:32And we're just like, it has to get better.
- 54:34So what can we do to fix that?
- 54:38I think to me, this was, and we wanted to share this.
- 54:41It's exciting.
- 54:42We've shared stuff on Crusher, on some of the other tools that we've built.
- 54:47But something like this, it's like we find a problem.
- 54:51Somebody that's part of ForgeFire protocol has a problem that they're looking to solve.
- 54:56All right.
- 54:56And they're using the protocol to do it.
- 55:01Well, great.
- 55:01We're giving them all the tools that they need to be able to do exactly what we just did.
- 55:07Exactly.
- 55:08You know, and they're not comfortable there.
- 55:10We do it.
- 55:10We have a team that'll do it for them.
- 55:12If we didn't have ForgeFire protocol, we wouldn't have come up in Crusher.
- 55:16We wouldn't have come up in Coaline.
- 55:18Right.
- 55:18That's right.
- 55:21or get hyper skills or any of the other stuff that we've got.
- 55:24Yep.
- 55:25Even some of the partnerships we've done.
- 55:26And some of the stuff, honestly, some of the partnerships we've acquired, some of the ones we moved on from, we wouldn't have any of this experience.
- 55:32That's right.
- 55:33Without just having that, the Fortifier protocol as the backend that we're building everything out for.
- 55:37So bottom line is,
- 55:42while forgefire protocol is helping your business and we can help build out the business systems and help you get up to your 10 million dollar exit in that three to five years that's that's what our goal is to help you build out a company that can get a valuation 10 million dollars in three to five years what's coming out of that is a lot of business issues are being uncovered and because of where we are and ai is a big part of this but also is the the mindset and the thinking that all three of us have from our entire collaborative experience
- 56:12over the last X amount of years.
- 56:14When you add it together, we're able to identify issues, make recommended solutions based on what we've seen, leverage contemporary technology, and have rapid turnaround to solve issues in hours to days that used to take months to years.
- 56:33That's what we're doing.
- 56:34So if you have an issue, also bring it to us.
- 56:37That's right.
- 56:39And if it has,
- 56:40So I'll tell you if it has commercial applications, which if you've got an issue, it probably does.
- 56:45All right.
- 56:46So the first one that we build out, we certainly discount what the pricing is for that person, because we're going to be working with you to build that out.
- 56:58So we're going to ask a lot of questions, right?
- 57:00It's going to be important, but your import helps us build this out.
- 57:03So your benefit is, hey, I get a much lower cost system and it takes care of all that I need.
- 57:09Our benefit is we're happy that you're happy, but now we get to market that system.
- 57:16So it works phenomenally well.
- 57:20Look at what you just saw.
- 57:22You just saw going onto a website, book a demo that went to a live, an AI avatar, but knows everything about...
- 57:32what we're talking about right here.
- 57:34And imagine having that in your business.
- 57:35Imagine that idea you have for a business or your business that you wanna scale and implementing that, what it can do for you, how it can accelerate your sales.
- 57:47Look at that.
- 57:48Think about what that can do for you right now.
- 57:51Yeah, and if you don't get enough people to your site, guess what?
- 57:55We actually built the systems that drive people to the site and drive people to your phone and drive people to your booking.
- 58:01your demo so yeah it's because again we don't our our focus is solving challenges making a difference our focus is not doing the day-to-day okay i want to sell this product i want to go into all of this stuff we built systems for it yep identify the issue build the resolution that's right hand it over there you go love it love it this this is an exciting life guys i just gotta say i'm enjoying doing this with you guys
