- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Cambra Judge.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas and
- 0:22Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp.
- 0:24Speaker 3: And tambrid Judge.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Today we are recapping Real Housewives of New York and
- 0:31Speaker 2: Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. What was that for about
- 0:36Speaker 2: New York?
- 0:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, did you tell us how you really feel? Teddy?
- 0:41Speaker 2: Let me sugarcoat it. It sucked And I don't know
- 0:45Speaker 2: if there were those were multiple pranks. Again, I don't
- 0:49Speaker 2: not interested, not interested in the pranks.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, it's uh.
- 0:56Speaker 2: At this point. At this point, I'm rage watching the show.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Well, I'm watching it on medication, so I don't even
- 1:03Speaker 3: know what I'm watching enough it's a medication or the show.
- 1:05Speaker 2: At this point, Taama is so sick.
- 1:09Speaker 3: Guys, so sick. I haven't been this sick in a
- 1:12Speaker 3: long time. But as sick as I am right now,
- 1:16Speaker 3: I was probably three times as sick when I did Traders.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. I thought you were going to say
- 1:23Speaker 2: when you saw me last week, and I was like,
- 1:24Speaker 2: well shit.
- 1:26Speaker 3: I didn't feel great when I saw you, and I
- 1:28Speaker 3: was so bombed. I got invited to Kathy Hilton's party
- 1:31Speaker 3: and I couldn't go.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Ah, did you get invited to Crystal second party too?
- 1:36Speaker 3: No, I haven't heard about that. But there is a
- 1:38Speaker 3: party on Friday with Justin Sylvester. But I don't know.
- 1:41Speaker 3: I think that I'm probably gonna have to sit this
- 1:43Speaker 3: one out. Oh I'm seeing him today, you are, Yeah, Well,
- 1:46Speaker 3: I don't think he'd appreciate me going with the COVID.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Yeah, I think he'd probably rather you skip that one.
- 1:51Speaker 3: So today's already went only Wednesday, and I think it's
- 1:55Speaker 3: not a good idea.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Pax Lovid tastes like shit. I can tell you that
- 1:59Speaker 2: because the last time I had COVID, I took that
- 2:01Speaker 2: and my mouth tasted like metal for days.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Well, that steroids i'm taking it. They taste so it's
- 2:09Speaker 3: so bitter, Like I'm like, oh my god, it's so
- 2:12Speaker 3: grossly to taste your mouth. But I have to say
- 2:14Speaker 3: two days on steroids to taste my second day, I
- 2:17Speaker 3: do feel a little bit better. Like yesterday morning, I
- 2:20Speaker 3: woke up.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Like death, like my I know your voice. Yesterday horrible.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Now it's just like Eddie's like, because they gave me
- 2:27Speaker 3: cough medicine nighttime one. So I felt like I slept
- 2:30Speaker 3: all night long. I mean, obviously I woke up a
- 2:32Speaker 3: few times. But Eddie's like, oh my god, you were
- 2:35Speaker 3: coughing all night. I thought you were dying. I go, no,
- 2:38Speaker 3: I was, and I slept. He goes, No, you were
- 2:39Speaker 3: coughing in your sleep. I'm like, well, sorry, enjoy, sorry,
- 2:45Speaker 3: well speak, you're not next. Speaking of bitter like your
- 2:48Speaker 3: speaking of COVID, let's talk about New York.
- 2:51Speaker 2: I was gonna say, like, bitter people, it's real hot
- 2:54Speaker 2: me after watching Real Housewives of New York. I don't
- 2:58Speaker 2: know if it's because I watched so many shows yesterday,
- 3:02Speaker 2: Like yesterday last night was the night that I didn't
- 3:05Speaker 2: have the kids. So I was like, okay, I'm gonna
- 3:07Speaker 2: watch all the shows that I could potentially watch that yeah,
- 3:11Speaker 2: I had time. I had time, but you watch so
- 3:15Speaker 2: I mean I watched Beverly Hills, I watched Southern Charm,
- 3:17Speaker 2: I watched New York. I watched the next flash.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Of the backs like Beverly Hills. Oh you watched the
- 3:23Speaker 3: next flash my, oh my god, you must been laying
- 3:25Speaker 3: in bed for hours.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I was on the couch. It was nice to get
- 3:28Speaker 2: it all done because then I don't have anxiety about it.
- 3:31Speaker 2: But it starts off where Aaron and Uba are a
- 3:34Speaker 2: little worried about tension heading into the trip. Rebecca says
- 3:38Speaker 2: Brinn will understand why Rebecca doesn't want to share a
- 3:42Speaker 2: room once Brenn has kids. Then Jessel's missing her suitcase
- 3:47Speaker 2: with her passport and Brin hid it as a prank.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Go on, make the make it stop, Make the prank stop.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Is this entire higher season going to be a prank?
- 4:01Speaker 3: This shows a prank?
- 4:03Speaker 2: Well, I mean the fact that three scenes were dedicated
- 4:05Speaker 2: to finding Jessel's freaking suitcase.
- 4:08Speaker 3: I don't know, but I do have a question. Do
- 4:10Speaker 3: you do self check in at the airport? Like? Do
- 4:13Speaker 3: you do curbside checking with your luggage?
- 4:16Speaker 2: Most of the time, I do carry on.
- 4:18Speaker 3: That's what I've been doing. I've been doing, Karen. I've
- 4:20Speaker 3: been so good about it, but I'm always afraid. I'm
- 4:24Speaker 3: afraid to do curbside like Jessel, like, I'm afraid it's
- 4:28Speaker 3: not going to get there.
- 4:29Speaker 2: But Jessel didn't lose her bag because of curbside. She
- 4:32Speaker 2: lost it because funny to put it next to the
- 4:34Speaker 2: funny I know.
- 4:37Speaker 3: But no more pranks.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Do you think that Rebecca's dig at.
- 4:44Speaker 3: First of all, I don't think it's a dig. I
- 4:46Speaker 3: don't think it. No, I don't think it was a
- 4:47Speaker 3: dig at all. I think she's basically saying, when you have,
- 4:49Speaker 3: like you know, when you have four fucking kids at home,
- 4:53Speaker 3: you just want some peace and quiet. And it's not
- 4:57Speaker 3: that I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but it's
- 5:00Speaker 3: not that Brynn can't have kids, right, it's just that
- 5:05Speaker 3: she hasn't settled down and gotten married and had had kids.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Well, I mean as somebody who has had fertility issues, and.
- 5:12Speaker 3: But she didn't say she had fertility, right.
- 5:15Speaker 2: But as someone that has I okay, from someone that
- 5:18Speaker 2: has had multiple miscarriages gone through IVF, I can say
- 5:22Speaker 2: that I one hundred percent agree that Rebecca's jab originally
- 5:28Speaker 2: had nothing to do with no fertility, like it was
- 5:32Speaker 2: just more like you don't get it, like I need
- 5:35Speaker 2: I want some peace. However, then later when they're in
- 5:39Speaker 2: the jacuzzi and Rebecca, I don't know if she's trying
- 5:42Speaker 2: to be funny, but she's like, maybe I did it
- 5:44Speaker 2: on purpose. I was like.
- 5:45Speaker 3: No, no, I no, no, no, no no no, that.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Because at first I was trying to give you the
- 5:51Speaker 2: benefit of the doubt, but now you're trying to be
- 5:52Speaker 2: all happen.
- 5:53Speaker 3: I mean, if this is the thing, if Brinn couldn't
- 5:56Speaker 3: have children and was having miscarriages and all that, and
- 6:00Speaker 3: was married and trying to have a family, like yeah
- 6:03Speaker 3: that even she was.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Married, but she was actually gonna be using Gideon, Yeah
- 6:08Speaker 2: whatever whatever.
- 6:10Speaker 3: If she was actively trying to get pregnant and couldn't
- 6:13Speaker 3: get pregnant, had fertility is she was said, yeah, Rebecca's
- 6:15Speaker 3: commet would have fallen really flat. Like it would have
- 6:18Speaker 3: been like a very nasty thing to say. Like if
- 6:21Speaker 3: she would have said that to Jessel, it would be
- 6:24Speaker 3: no big deal. No, it would be a big deal.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Jessel's had all these fertilities. She does have two kids.
- 6:29Speaker 2: She does, she's going through it.
- 6:32Speaker 3: She's not going but she's but her husband doesn't want
- 6:34Speaker 3: to have any more kids. It's not like she doesn't.
- 6:36Speaker 3: I don't know, I don't know.
- 6:38Speaker 2: We get it, we get it. But either way, I
- 6:40Speaker 2: think Rebecca was, I mean, you could kind of tell
- 6:43Speaker 2: she was. Now they're calling her Becky. Becky kind of
- 6:46Speaker 2: seemed like she was on the verge of tears, even
- 6:48Speaker 2: when she was trying to.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Fight back for herself. I don't think this show is
- 6:52Speaker 3: for Rebecca. She's too sweet, too kind, just too normal.
- 6:57Speaker 2: I also thought the entire room situation fucking bugged.
- 7:02Speaker 3: I mean, it's not a Housewive show for not fighting
- 7:04Speaker 3: over rooms every trip. On every Housewive show, it's always
- 7:08Speaker 3: the same struggle.
- 7:10Speaker 2: But it looked a little bit wild when Uba is
- 7:15Speaker 2: sitting down there, relaxing, pretending she doesn't care, and then
- 7:19Speaker 2: all of a sudden, you.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Know what, I suddenly she fucking cares.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Then suddenly she's in the shoe box and she fucking cares,
- 7:25Speaker 2: and she's wanting to walk fifteen minutes with her luggage
- 7:29Speaker 2: to the Saint Reeds to spend forty two hundred bucks.
- 7:32Speaker 3: With her long legs. It only take two minutes. But honestly, like,
- 7:36Speaker 3: was the room that bad? I mean, how much time
- 7:38Speaker 3: you spent in a room? It's like it was a bed.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I mean a bed is a bed. I mean, I.
- 7:45Speaker 2: I didn't really understand all. I don't I And also
- 7:48Speaker 2: I would have rather slept in the small like whatever
- 7:52Speaker 2: they're calling that room than the one with like the
- 7:55Speaker 2: house over it.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Or the kids room, Teddy Teddy question for you, Yes,
- 8:02Speaker 3: what kind of liquors in gin and tonic?
- 8:04Speaker 2: Jen?
- 8:05Speaker 3: Okay? Good because you know when Aaron didn't know what
- 8:07Speaker 3: was what alcohol was in rum and punch, I was
- 8:11Speaker 3: a little I'm like, really, what are we doing here?
- 8:14Speaker 2: I missed that part. But then Uba doesn't like that
- 8:19Speaker 2: Aaron told Bren and Jenna that Uba is coming for her.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Uba tells Aaron that she gaslights people. Uba asked Aaron
- 8:29Speaker 2: why she didn't come talk to her directly if she
- 8:30Speaker 2: had an issue. I feel like we're being gas lit
- 8:33Speaker 2: into watching this cast.
- 8:35Speaker 3: No doubt. And do you really think that Aaron is
- 8:38Speaker 3: a gaslighter?
- 8:40Speaker 2: Well, this is my question? Was this?
- 8:41Speaker 3: All gaslighters have manipulator, right?
- 8:44Speaker 2: But they're at lunch when Aaron gets up, Uba says
- 8:48Speaker 2: Aaron is a gas lighter. Then Bren goes upstairs tells Uba,
- 8:53Speaker 2: tells Aaron what Uba says and claims that the women
- 8:55Speaker 2: are talking abound her back, and then Rebecca says Bren
- 8:58Speaker 2: is putting words in UBA's mouth during the pot Then
- 9:01Speaker 2: Aaron leaves lunch, but then Uba goes after her to
- 9:05Speaker 2: explain that Brent is embellishing.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Okay and Bren's like, I didn't say talking shit, and
- 9:11Speaker 3: then's like production flashback, She's they're talking shit.
- 9:15Speaker 2: They're talking shit. But also in that same time, and
- 9:19Speaker 2: I hate to have Bren's back in any instance this season,
- 9:22Speaker 2: but like Uba was saying those things, mm hmm. But
- 9:28Speaker 2: do you what was that a prank? Because then she
- 9:30Speaker 2: ran out after and she's like I think sometimes.
- 9:32Speaker 3: She just they drink and they forget what they say.
- 9:34Speaker 3: But do you feel bad for Aaron? Do you think
- 9:35Speaker 3: she's a gaslighter? So a gaslighter is a manipulative tac
- 9:39Speaker 3: tactic that causes someone to question their own reality, right,
- 9:43Speaker 3: so it's no, what is it? Okay? But what I
- 9:47Speaker 3: don't even know that she's exactly a shitster. I mean
- 9:50Speaker 3: there's a a lot of people. I mean, if anyways
- 9:52Speaker 3: a gas lighter, I think it's Brent Relanta shitster.
- 9:57Speaker 2: I gotta say this goes back to the beginning of
- 10:00Speaker 2: the episode. It kind of bothered me how bren ran
- 10:07Speaker 2: into the room with Jenna and Raquel.
- 10:10Speaker 3: I think that Brenn is just doing all the things
- 10:14Speaker 3: get attention on the show this year.
- 10:16Speaker 2: But it bothered me, But also I was curious.
- 10:19Speaker 3: It bothered me too, it bothered. She does it every
- 10:21Speaker 3: single time.
- 10:23Speaker 2: She Do you think it bothers? Right?
- 10:25Speaker 3: But all she talks about is finding a husband. Yeah,
- 10:28Speaker 3: so she's not gay, but she's just doing it to
- 10:30Speaker 3: think that, like she's cute.
- 10:32Speaker 2: She's flirting with everybody. But I think at some point
- 10:35Speaker 2: it's like just enough already. Do you think it bothered
- 10:38Speaker 2: Cass and Raquel's fiance that Jenna and Raquel shared a
- 10:43Speaker 2: bed because imagine like if we went on a trip
- 10:47Speaker 2: with our like well, our husbands, and then I was like, well,
- 10:51Speaker 2: I'm going to share a room with Eddie.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Yeah that would be weird, right, Yeah. No, I never
- 10:56Speaker 3: really thought about it like that. Yeah, yeah, possible.
- 11:01Speaker 2: I mean last episode there was a little flirtation between
- 11:04Speaker 2: the two of them, remember, Okay, Then back to the
- 11:07Speaker 2: table in the fight and Bren wanting the bartender to
- 11:11Speaker 2: hurry up so she could get in on the drama.
- 11:13Speaker 3: I know, she's like, just that's fine, it's fine, I
- 11:15Speaker 3: don't care, no alcohol in it. That's fine, I'll take it.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Then Rebecca doubles down about the comment about Bren not
- 11:24Speaker 2: understanding motherhood in front of Jessel, Jenn and Aaron. This
- 11:28Speaker 2: scene was really awkward because like Aaron and Jenna and
- 11:31Speaker 2: Jessel were all kind of like, oh, the whole.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Show is awkward. It's like they're just a mixed match
- 11:39Speaker 3: of people and nothing is flowing. I watched this, and
- 11:42Speaker 3: I went on to watch Beverly Hills, and I'm just
- 11:44Speaker 3: sitting there. Just them sitting at dinner talking just seemed
- 11:48Speaker 3: more organic than this entire season of New York.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Yeah, or even when Jessel looks like when Brent's flirting
- 11:55Speaker 2: with the golf guys and then Jessel's like they're probably
- 11:57Speaker 2: like fifty four years old and Jenna's like one fifty six, yeah, bitch.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Then oh, Jenna shares that, Okay, this is This scene
- 12:12Speaker 2: had me a little confused too, because now they were
- 12:15Speaker 2: at another fucking prank or stunt, and this time it
- 12:20Speaker 2: came from Jenna. Fucking lions.
- 12:23Speaker 3: The Bentley is not heard Bentley, Well, I don't know
- 12:27Speaker 3: if you remember on art Well this is you probably
- 12:30Speaker 3: didn't watch it. Years ago when Grudging was on the show,
- 12:34Speaker 3: Slade surprised her with a Rolls Royce or something like that,
- 12:37Speaker 3: and then we found out it was borrowed from a
- 12:39Speaker 3: dealership and we heard firsthand from the dealership that wasn't
- 12:42Speaker 3: there if they didn't buy it, and then she acted
- 12:44Speaker 3: like she took it back because she, oh, it's too
- 12:46Speaker 3: much for me. This is the ship that gets you fired.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Well, this is the ship that doesn't make sense because
- 12:52Speaker 2: there was all this, you know, and Jenna just set
- 12:56Speaker 2: it so off the cuff at dinner like, oh, I mean,
- 12:58Speaker 2: well that Bentley wasn't my and I've been having to
- 13:01Speaker 2: spend a lot of money on my teeth and all
- 13:04Speaker 2: of that makes sense. I'm not I'm not shaming Jenna
- 13:07Speaker 2: much money.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Do you think her teeth costs?
- 13:09Speaker 2: Probably a ship ton? I mean, think about how much
- 13:11Speaker 2: just veneers cost.
- 13:12Speaker 3: And that's not like years are like fifty thousand dollars.
- 13:15Speaker 3: Do your full set of mouth? I know because me
- 13:18Speaker 3: and Eddie both got them, So I mean, how much
- 13:21Speaker 3: is it? I thought Jenna fucking lions was Sue Uber Rich? Well,
- 13:25Speaker 3: everybody's confessed you can't even afford to Uber.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Well that's why Aaron's Everybody's saying, oh was Aaron right?
- 13:32Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. Aaron clearly knows something that we
- 13:35Speaker 3: do not know.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Do you think that Jenna is being a try hard
- 13:39Speaker 2: by doing that? Like she was trying to create a
- 13:41Speaker 2: moment because then, but this is the part I did.
- 13:43Speaker 3: I have a hard time believing that Jenna fucking Lions
- 13:45Speaker 3: is broke. I need to tell her teeth.
- 13:48Speaker 2: I don't think that Jenna fucking Lions is broke. I'm
- 13:51Speaker 2: sure jennifucking Lions has a lot more money than I do.
- 13:55Speaker 2: What I am confused about is how all of the
- 13:57Speaker 2: women just brushed over the fact that she let them
- 14:01Speaker 2: all believe she had bought that Bentley and created a
- 14:04Speaker 2: stunt that wasn't true.
- 14:07Speaker 3: Right, So that's how soon all the women are ye,
- 14:11Speaker 3: it wasn't that. Maybe maybe, but it's at the It
- 14:14Speaker 3: was the end of the episode, so maybe we'll hear
- 14:16Speaker 3: about it later. I mean, I'd rather hear about her
- 14:18Speaker 3: fake and that she got a new Bentley. I mean,
- 14:20Speaker 3: I can't remember the scene, it was quite a few
- 14:22Speaker 3: episodes ago, but or how she played it. When the
- 14:25Speaker 3: car was delivered, she was with her son, right, She's like, oh,
- 14:28Speaker 3: my new car has been delivered.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Yeah. But then she's like, oh, and it was fine.
- 14:33Speaker 2: They didn't by the way I had it wasn't an
- 14:35Speaker 2: ad or anything. By the way.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Bentley lets you borrow cars all the time. Just so
- 14:40Speaker 3: you know, we mean Eddie, ten years ago, we're in
- 14:42Speaker 3: the Hamptons and they let us borrow a Bentley for
- 14:45Speaker 3: the weekend when we were in the Hamptons. So they
- 14:47Speaker 3: they're very generous that way.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Well that's fine, But then I'm fine with somebody borrowing
- 14:52Speaker 2: a Bentley. Bentley, if you want to loan me a car, great,
- 14:55Speaker 2: but say it in the moment, like or say it
- 14:57Speaker 2: right after it happened to be like I was fucking
- 14:59Speaker 2: with you, like I didn't even buy that Bentley.
- 15:02Speaker 3: I wonder why she did that, though. I wonder why she.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Because they were calling her broke.
- 15:07Speaker 3: No, I know that's why she got the Bentley. You think, yes,
- 15:11Speaker 3: she then she outed herself out. We would have never
- 15:13Speaker 3: known it was borrowed.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Well, probably it was going to come out that she
- 15:16Speaker 2: didn't have that Bentley. Bren brings up the Russian billionaires.
- 15:23Speaker 3: Which was she means she was dating them or doing
- 15:25Speaker 3: business with them.
- 15:26Speaker 2: She went there tracked.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Yeah, so she made it sound like, you know, she's
- 15:30Speaker 3: got all these billionaires after her and yeah, and then
- 15:35Speaker 3: she said something about work reasons.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Right, yeah, And then Bren brings up Rebecca's comment about
- 15:42Speaker 2: the kids calling it oh, stop calling it shop. Rebecca
- 15:46Speaker 2: says Bran has been saying nasty things to her since
- 15:49Speaker 2: they met. Rebecca accuses Brian of thriving off being a
- 15:52Speaker 2: bully and it needs to stop.
- 15:54Speaker 3: Well, I did like the Rebecca finally she's in her voice. No,
- 15:57Speaker 3: we had her on the podcast and we know that
- 15:59Speaker 3: she has a voice. Yeah, but according to her, a
- 16:02Speaker 3: lot of her voices have been cut out of the show.
- 16:07Speaker 3: So well, I like her being activated. But I am
- 16:11Speaker 3: with Rebecca. Bren Is reachine.
- 16:15Speaker 2: I do think that it didn't really bother bren I
- 16:19Speaker 2: don't think that Brenn realized, like because Brend's if. Brend's
- 16:24Speaker 2: immediate response when Rebecca said that was that's really hurtful
- 16:30Speaker 2: to me because I've been trying. I want kids so
- 16:33Speaker 2: badly and I can't because I haven't met the right person,
- 16:36Speaker 2: or I have this past trauma, or I'm getting older,
- 16:39Speaker 2: whatever it is. But she didn't. She said, I get
- 16:42Speaker 2: it because I'm fucking busy. I go out all the time.
- 16:44Speaker 2: I'm busy, So she didn't think about it hurting her
- 16:48Speaker 2: that way until after the fact. If somebody made a
- 16:50Speaker 2: dig at me years ago about fertility stuff. I would
- 16:54Speaker 2: have immediately responded with, like, I've been struggling with that,
- 16:58Speaker 2: that hurts me. I wouldn't be like, well it doesn't
- 17:00Speaker 2: matter that I don't have kids. I'm busy.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Yeah, well she's not trying. She's actively trying to get pregnant.
- 17:06Speaker 3: It's just it's just not her time yet.
- 17:08Speaker 2: I mean, she said, don't watch What Happens Live, that
- 17:09Speaker 2: it's not gonna have her and giddy and are not
- 17:11Speaker 2: going to do it.
- 17:13Speaker 3: But he said she wanted to get in to give
- 17:15Speaker 3: her the sperm previously.
- 17:17Speaker 2: But then she went on watch What Happens Live and
- 17:19Speaker 2: said that's fine.
- 17:20Speaker 3: Don't they have a thing called sperm banks. Yeah, can't
- 17:24Speaker 3: she get somebody's daddy sperm to help her out?
- 17:29Speaker 2: She I don't think I think that. I hate to
- 17:32Speaker 2: say this when I think that Brenn wanted a storyline
- 17:35Speaker 2: and that was the story.
- 17:36Speaker 3: That's what I think. It's what I'm gidding, That's what
- 17:37Speaker 3: I'm getting at.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I hate to say that because nobody
- 17:41Speaker 2: wants to say that. You know, they want kids as
- 17:43Speaker 2: part of a storyline, but like, you know, then put
- 17:47Speaker 2: it in motion. But either way this.
- 17:53Speaker 3: They have their reunion tomorrow. I believe, yeah, but.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Can you also please explain to me if Uba was
- 17:58Speaker 2: pranking Aaron. I still don't get it, or does she
- 18:01Speaker 2: think she's a gaslighter, because the remember she ran after
- 18:04Speaker 2: her at the beginning and said they were best friends,
- 18:06Speaker 2: and then Aaron was having a cry.
- 18:08Speaker 3: I don't and they gave her a stand innovation for
- 18:11Speaker 3: I don't know. I can't with the show anymore. All right, well,
- 18:13Speaker 3: let's do something.
- 18:15Speaker 2: Let's take a little break, and then we'll come back
- 18:16Speaker 2: and talk about Real Housewives of Beverly Hill. Season fourteen,
- 18:19Speaker 2: episode four. We get back and it starts with duri
- 18:36Speaker 2: and Kyle's conversation continues. Durite says if she makes a misstep,
- 18:40Speaker 2: Kyle punishes her by not speaking to her for six months.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Kyle says she was starting a business with her fashion
- 18:47Speaker 2: line and Durite was putting her down. Kyle says she
- 18:49Speaker 2: never made fun of Dured's business, and then Durite brings
- 18:52Speaker 2: up Buca to Beppo?
- 18:54Speaker 3: Are we really really bringing up stuff from season ten
- 18:57Speaker 3: when we're in season fourteen?
- 19:01Speaker 2: Are are we really bringing up Buca di Beppo?
- 19:04Speaker 3: When some season tells it's closed? Does Kyle ice people out.
- 19:10Speaker 2: I think if you do Kyle wrong, and I think
- 19:13Speaker 2: I'm similar, and I think you're similar. She pulls back.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Yeah, oh, I pulled back. Somebody does shit to me
- 19:19Speaker 3: like you saw it on this season. I pulled back.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Somebody did something nasty to me. I pulled back.
- 19:23Speaker 2: And then if they make and then but here's the difference.
- 19:26Speaker 2: If the person then makes an effort and apologizes, you're
- 19:31Speaker 2: going to forgive. And I think Kyle is similar. But
- 19:34Speaker 2: I don't think that there's been that.
- 19:38Speaker 3: I need Kyle to stop saying she's mad about that.
- 19:40Speaker 3: Watch what Happens Live incident with the water.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Yeah, they both laugh.
- 19:45Speaker 3: I don't think Kyle knew at the time she was
- 19:47Speaker 3: filming that the flashback was so like, eh, no big deal,
- 19:51Speaker 3: funny because she kept bringing it up and it's really
- 19:54Speaker 3: not landing well.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Sutton speaks up, saying she has experienced the punishment of
- 20:00Speaker 2: Kyle not speaking to her for months at a time.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Kyle apologizes for not handling it right and acknowledges what
- 20:07Speaker 2: she needs to work on. I also think there is
- 20:10Speaker 2: a point to be said. And this isn't me defending Kyle.
- 20:14Speaker 2: I'm even just talking personally when you're going through a
- 20:18Speaker 2: hard time in your marriage and your life. I also
- 20:22Speaker 2: pull back. I'm not like out and about doing one
- 20:25Speaker 2: million things with friends all the time. At this current moment,
- 20:28Speaker 2: I'm even more secluded than I was before.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean she was spending a lot of time
- 20:35Speaker 3: with a certain one person.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Oh my god. Then Dared apologizes to Kyle for the
- 20:41Speaker 2: text she read at the reunion. Erica tells Bose to
- 20:45Speaker 2: keep her text and never erase anything. Loved this part.
- 20:48Speaker 3: I love bos She is a no bullshit person. I
- 20:53Speaker 3: just love her. Everything she says. She's like, what the
- 20:55Speaker 3: fuck is wrong with these women?
- 20:57Speaker 2: I think she's I think she's very smart, very good.
- 21:01Speaker 3: I think she's here to stay.
- 21:02Speaker 2: I think I think Erica telling Bose giving her The
- 21:08Speaker 2: Housewives one oh one was gold.
- 21:10Speaker 3: We need we need to see more of her though.
- 21:12Speaker 3: We need to see more. Are we going to see
- 21:14Speaker 3: the boyfriend more home life?
- 21:16Speaker 2: She's going to need to be getting more involved.
- 21:19Speaker 3: Yeah, And I don't know why at this point, where
- 21:21Speaker 3: a four episodes in and we haven't really seen that
- 21:24Speaker 3: much of her. What we have seen, I love. I
- 21:27Speaker 3: just want to see more.
- 21:29Speaker 2: We're seeing a good amount of her confessionals. But we're
- 21:31Speaker 2: not saying very much of her interacting with the other women.
- 21:35Speaker 3: I mean, I mean, well she yeah, and all she
- 21:39Speaker 3: does is talk about him in their consions.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Yeah. Then Kyle feels Durit's apology is not genuine than
- 21:48Speaker 2: which I want to remark that. Garcel then says under
- 21:53Speaker 2: her breath, which Sutton gets upset about Erica for later,
- 21:58Speaker 2: Garcel says under her breath dark can't say sorry.
- 22:02Speaker 3: That's when Dury goes, what what did you say? Why
- 22:06Speaker 3: does Garcel dislike to eat and you so much? A
- 22:11Speaker 3: double question?
- 22:13Speaker 2: I think, uh d, there's a multitude of reasons you
- 22:18Speaker 2: can go back to every season.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Uh me.
- 22:21Speaker 2: I think you know, she pissed her off what happened
- 22:24Speaker 2: with Denise, and she's not ever gonna get over it.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Oh, so is that you think that's what it's about.
- 22:29Speaker 3: It's about the Denise situation.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Huh.
- 22:31Speaker 3: It's hard to maintain friends on the show because your
- 22:34Speaker 3: job is to, you know, really call people out, and
- 22:38Speaker 3: if you do, then certain people are like, I'm down
- 22:41Speaker 3: with you.
- 22:42Speaker 2: And I think Garcel also thinks like, oh, you know,
- 22:45Speaker 2: Teddy really wants to be back, and she wants this
- 22:47Speaker 2: and so the more that she panders to the audience
- 22:50Speaker 2: and is able to be like.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Oh, Teddy's fucking a loser.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Nobody wants to be friends with Teddy, you know, but
- 22:56Speaker 2: all those things, the more the audience is going to
- 22:59Speaker 2: pray her. And so she's just going to keep that stance.
- 23:03Speaker 2: But I mean every time, like nine times out of ten,
- 23:06Speaker 2: when I did see Garcel and we were filming together,
- 23:09Speaker 2: she was nice to me. I think she just knows
- 23:11Speaker 2: that it's popular to not like me, so.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Go for it. But I don't even know. We don't
- 23:16Speaker 3: even know.
- 23:17Speaker 2: We barely know each other.
- 23:20Speaker 3: I mean when you say popular or not, like you
- 23:22Speaker 3: are you talking about the like Twitter, like the small
- 23:25Speaker 3: percentage on Instagram, like it's crazy, Yeah, it's crazy.
- 23:29Speaker 2: You know.
- 23:30Speaker 3: I did a poll on my Instagram. Who started? Are
- 23:32Speaker 3: you on Drite's or everybody else's? And everybody else won
- 23:36Speaker 3: by fifty eight percent. I mean, it wasn't a landslide,
- 23:38Speaker 3: was you know, pretty down the middle. But if you
- 23:40Speaker 3: read the comments, it's like they're praising Drite. So what
- 23:45Speaker 3: I know is the meaner ones are the louder ones,
- 23:49Speaker 3: and the people like when you do a poll, nobody's
- 23:51Speaker 3: going to see your name. Yeah, so people are more
- 23:54Speaker 3: inclined to go ahead and vote, but if you people
- 23:57Speaker 3: to write comments, it's a conscious effort to go ahead
- 23:59Speaker 3: and write a comment, and they're usually the mean people.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Well, I think that it goes without saying that ninety
- 24:05Speaker 2: five percent of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast
- 24:08Speaker 2: can be hypocritical, and we see it a lot this episode. Yeah,
- 24:14Speaker 2: but it makes for good television. So I think that's
- 24:17Speaker 2: that's what's hard. I mean, I think that, yes, does
- 24:19Speaker 2: Duri make a lot of missteps this episode and show
- 24:22Speaker 2: that she's angry and going through things and she has
- 24:25Speaker 2: a hard time saying I'm sorry, Yes, but it's giving
- 24:28Speaker 2: good housewife viewing.
- 24:30Speaker 3: Yeah, but I do love how Jurid is owning that
- 24:32Speaker 3: Carcel can't stand her and she gives zero fox about it.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Wedn't care I think about much. Well know what she
- 24:39Speaker 2: does care about keeping that job. And that's what it
- 24:43Speaker 2: feels like to me. It feels like all of.
- 24:45Speaker 3: These Okay, I don't know her like you know her.
- 24:46Speaker 3: But I did see the Carlos I did watch Carlos
- 24:50Speaker 3: King interview. I saw clips of it. I didn't watch
- 24:53Speaker 3: the whole podcast, but he is calling out duri In
- 24:56Speaker 3: saying that this whole PK in hers a scam, her
- 25:01Speaker 3: calling him an alcoholic all the time. This is a
- 25:03Speaker 3: storyline because they need money to keep her job. And
- 25:10Speaker 3: I don't know if that's accurate. I'm just repeating what
- 25:12Speaker 3: he said. But it's very for Carlos to repeat something
- 25:16Speaker 3: like that because Carlos, if you guys don't know, was
- 25:18Speaker 3: a producer of many of the Housewife shows. Yeah, and
- 25:22Speaker 3: for him to say that, I want to believe what
- 25:25Speaker 3: he's saying because it's Carlos fucking king well.
- 25:27Speaker 2: I also, they keep we keep getting his opinion. Yeah,
- 25:32Speaker 2: I mean, it's just his opinion, and we keep getting
- 25:34Speaker 2: tagged and things saying dree seen leaving Mauriceo's condo building
- 25:40Speaker 2: and blah blah blah.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Oh, I haven't heard that that comes out that dating.
- 25:44Speaker 3: I a lose it.
- 25:45Speaker 2: But my point is I'm ninety nine percent sure that's
- 25:48Speaker 2: the same building PK lives in. Oh really so, and
- 25:54Speaker 2: who knows if she's even pulling out of any building.
- 25:57Speaker 2: I don't even know what building it is. I haven't
- 25:59Speaker 2: been to either, well of the husband's condos. I haven't
- 26:02Speaker 2: texted with either of the husbands. I don't know so controversial.
- 26:06Speaker 3: Jeff Lewis is saying the same thing about Duri.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I think this is the issue. I think
- 26:12Speaker 2: all of the women at that dinner, when Dured's kind
- 26:17Speaker 2: of going for it, I think all of the women
- 26:19Speaker 2: at this point assume Durit is on the outs. So
- 26:23Speaker 2: I think all of them are thinking, well, I'm she
- 26:27Speaker 2: has her four episodes to figure it out, or she's
- 26:29Speaker 2: going to get the boot.
- 26:32Speaker 3: But I'm gonna be honest. I really like this Doriat.
- 26:35Speaker 3: I don't know why I say I want to be honest.
- 26:36Speaker 3: I hate when people say that, or I don't want
- 26:38Speaker 3: to lie because it's like but to put it out there,
- 26:40Speaker 3: I like Durit like this. I like her activated. You
- 26:43Speaker 3: might want to call her a villain, you want to
- 26:45Speaker 3: call her outspoken. I don't know what these fans want
- 26:49Speaker 3: to call her, but I really like her like this.
- 26:52Speaker 3: I think the show needed that. Beverly Hills. To me,
- 26:55Speaker 3: nobody really wants to be that villain. They don't want
- 26:58Speaker 3: to do that. I don't want to take that role
- 26:59Speaker 3: because there's so worried about their image and all the
- 27:02Speaker 3: shit that surrounds out in Beverly Hills, and I really
- 27:04Speaker 3: like that she's doing this well.
- 27:06Speaker 2: I think that it's good television.
- 27:09Speaker 3: And it's not forget. Jurie was like this in the
- 27:11Speaker 3: beginning of her you know when she first started.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think she she held back because she
- 27:16Speaker 2: started doing what Sutton and Garcel do, which is pandering
- 27:19Speaker 2: to the audience.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Yeah, she got ship and you know that crossed my
- 27:22Speaker 3: mind as well, like I'm like, how can I go
- 27:24Speaker 3: back next season when I got so much shit for
- 27:27Speaker 3: just being open and honest with my feelings and truth.
- 27:30Speaker 3: And then I thought, fuck that, I am not going
- 27:33Speaker 3: to bow down to these haters on social media. Because
- 27:37Speaker 3: when I walk around and I go to places, people
- 27:40Speaker 3: tell me. I don't know if there's tell me what
- 27:42Speaker 3: I want to hear, probably, but people are like, give
- 27:44Speaker 3: them hell, that's why we like you, Like, I mean people,
- 27:47Speaker 3: if you get the people that need to be called out.
- 27:50Speaker 2: If you didn't, then I mean, but it kind of
- 27:54Speaker 2: reminded me a little bit of like the Shannon effect.
- 27:59Speaker 2: I think when all of you guys first started filming
- 28:01Speaker 2: O see, everybody thought it was going to go a
- 28:03Speaker 2: certain way for Shannon, and so all of you guys
- 28:06Speaker 2: are kind of acting a certain way, and then it.
- 28:08Speaker 3: I think there was people on our show that acted
- 28:10Speaker 3: a certain way because they were afraid that, Oh my god,
- 28:12Speaker 3: you know I'm gonna get shit because I'm not friends
- 28:14Speaker 3: with Shannon with the Alexis coming in last year was
- 28:18Speaker 3: I don't I don't even know how to explain it,
- 28:20Speaker 3: but if you know, like there was too many layers
- 28:23Speaker 3: to it. Yeah, and it was kind.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Of fucked well. Anyways, back to Beverly Hill, Sudden asked
- 28:30Speaker 2: Kyle and Durite how they're so we get through this
- 28:33Speaker 2: this argument. Then Sudden asked Kyle and Durite how they
- 28:38Speaker 2: are feeling, and Durite says she needed to get things
- 28:41Speaker 2: off her chest. She loves Kyle and doesn't hate her.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Kyle gets emotional about how they are both going through
- 28:49Speaker 2: so much. Durite says, the irony is that their husbands
- 28:52Speaker 2: are closer than ever and leaning on one another, and
- 28:56Speaker 2: they are as far apart as they've ever been.
- 28:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm ready to move on from this, Kyle. In
- 29:02Speaker 3: Jurat storyline, we need some of the other girls to
- 29:04Speaker 3: start working.
- 29:05Speaker 2: Yeah, get to work.
- 29:08Speaker 3: And Eric Erica, she's really playing the peacemaker this season.
- 29:15Speaker 3: Doesn't have a lot of opinions, strong opinions on either side.
- 29:18Speaker 3: Whoever walks out of the room, she goes after them,
- 29:22Speaker 3: and I'm missing a little of the old Erica.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Well, I think that's exactly what we just said. Happens
- 29:27Speaker 2: is after you get a couple of years of really shit,
- 29:30Speaker 2: then you go like ooh, you pull back a little.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Yeah, but it never really works out. I don't think so,
- 29:35Speaker 3: And then I know that feeling. Trust me, this is
- 29:38Speaker 3: you know, three months ago, you would have asked me,
- 29:39Speaker 3: I would have said, nope, I'm not coming back, or
- 29:41Speaker 3: I would have said I'm gonna go back and I'm
- 29:43Speaker 3: gonna do nothing. But that's not who I am. Jennifer
- 29:47Speaker 3: Tilley and Kathy Hilton, I just love their quirkiness. I
- 29:53Speaker 3: love the things that they do. Kathy just cracks me
- 29:56Speaker 3: up having Kyle put lip glass on her and what
- 30:00Speaker 3: color is that? What color is that? It's like, who cares?
- 30:02Speaker 3: Does it really matter?
- 30:03Speaker 2: Yeah? Like, what are you gonna do? You're gonna open
- 30:06Speaker 2: up your Amazon cart and purchase it?
- 30:08Speaker 3: Exactly. But I would say Sutton is definitely in her
- 30:11Speaker 3: shit stirring era.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Well, she just and it doesn't make any sense there, like,
- 30:16Speaker 2: Sutton tells Dreach.
- 30:17Speaker 3: I want everybody to be open and honest with her
- 30:20Speaker 3: Southern accent.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Well, Sutton tells she can lean on her since she's
- 30:24Speaker 2: been through our separation at a divorce and Deurit and
- 30:27Speaker 2: Sutton have never forged a close friendship, but Durite is
- 30:30Speaker 2: appreciative about getting support from someone she didn't expect. Sutton
- 30:34Speaker 2: is like, you can lean on me, but just for
- 30:37Speaker 2: a little bit until you piss me off again. And
- 30:40Speaker 2: I want to pander to right.
- 30:42Speaker 3: Well, they've come a long way since Let the Mouse
- 30:45Speaker 3: Go a long way.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Well not really, because we're about to be on that
- 30:50Speaker 2: sprinter van and they came a long way for a
- 30:53Speaker 2: short time.
- 30:54Speaker 3: Yeah yeah. Half an episode.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Then Garcel tells Kyle she's trying to figure out who
- 30:59Speaker 2: she is. She's having a hard time figuring out what's
- 31:02Speaker 2: next for her as a woman. Kyle says the idea
- 31:04Speaker 2: of being alone as an old person scares her. Garcel
- 31:07Speaker 2: brings up how PK and Moe are close, and then
- 31:11Speaker 2: Kyle brings up how p K reaches out to her.
- 31:15Speaker 3: Why do you think that she brought that up? Because
- 31:17Speaker 3: the way she brought it up, it made it sound
- 31:18Speaker 3: like it was a little bit scandalous. The way Kyle
- 31:21Speaker 3: brought it up, Yeah, like she was like, had to
- 31:24Speaker 3: take well, p K reaches out to me.
- 31:26Speaker 2: I think, I mean, I however, I took it more
- 31:30Speaker 2: as like, I mean, it's it's crazy that p K
- 31:33Speaker 2: reaches out to me and not dread Okay, but I
- 31:37Speaker 2: mean I don't.
- 31:38Speaker 3: But you know that Garcel is going to take that
- 31:40Speaker 3: every bit of that tea Kyle gave her, and she's
- 31:44Speaker 3: going to use it. She's gon to run with it, clearly.
- 31:47Speaker 2: But I don't think Kyle real realized that in the moment.
- 31:49Speaker 2: I think she just was like, it's crazy that Dari's
- 31:52Speaker 2: supposed to be my close friend.
- 31:53Speaker 3: The way it played it made it sound like Kyle
- 31:56Speaker 3: was trying to stare the pot a little bit, like
- 31:57Speaker 3: give her a little nugget. Well, p K reaches out
- 31:59Speaker 3: to me.
- 32:01Speaker 2: I don't know if that she wanted, I don't know.
- 32:03Speaker 3: I would. Would you like it if I told somebody
- 32:06Speaker 3: Edwin reaches out to me? I mean no, no, So
- 32:11Speaker 3: I'm just saying that whole statement is a little controversial,
- 32:14Speaker 3: and I just didn't understand why she said it. She
- 32:18Speaker 3: just doing her job.
- 32:19Speaker 2: I mean, but I also wouldn't be upset if Edwin
- 32:23Speaker 2: was reaching out to you and asking you for advice
- 32:25Speaker 2: or trying to like figure out you know, Like there's
- 32:29Speaker 2: a difference. There's a difference in the way of reaching out.
- 32:32Speaker 2: I think, I know I'm weird about that.
- 32:33Speaker 3: Like I've often like Edwin has posted things and I
- 32:36Speaker 3: wanted to just say, you know, I wish you well
- 32:38Speaker 3: or whatever, and I hold back. I don't out of
- 32:40Speaker 3: respect for.
- 32:41Speaker 2: You, But I would be fine if you did. Here's
- 32:43Speaker 2: I know that it's just my podcast. Like I don't.
- 32:47Speaker 2: I I want what's best for him, and like I don't.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Like my friend the other day sent me a message.
- 32:52Speaker 2: She's like, it's my son's bob Mitzvah coming up. Uh
- 32:56Speaker 2: should I invite Edwin? I'm like, of course, Like we're
- 32:59Speaker 2: all for Like, of course you should.
- 33:02Speaker 3: It's hard.
- 33:03Speaker 2: But then uh Bo's brings up her man she's dating.
- 33:09Speaker 2: She says it's not been easy since her husband passed.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Both says she dated a liar slash a con artist
- 33:14Speaker 2: before her man now and Jennifer says she also dated
- 33:18Speaker 2: a con artist. But Jennifer, you also dated the Simpsons
- 33:22Speaker 2: guy so and married him and now you're rich, honey.
- 33:26Speaker 2: So but she said she would have to hand the
- 33:29Speaker 2: credit card underneath the table so he could be the
- 33:33Speaker 2: one to pay for dinner.
- 33:35Speaker 3: You know what I think sometimes if you just is
- 33:37Speaker 3: just a rich bitch, I don't really but listen, if
- 33:40Speaker 3: you're just a rich bitch and you're like we're talking
- 33:43Speaker 3: setting money and uh, Jennifer Tilly money, do you really
- 33:48Speaker 3: give a shit if the guy you're with has money
- 33:52Speaker 3: or is it? Obviously it's a different situation because he
- 33:55Speaker 3: was a con man.
- 33:56Speaker 2: I think if you if you're being if you feel
- 33:58Speaker 2: like you're.
- 33:58Speaker 3: Being used to use.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Yeah, but this is what it bugs me.
- 34:03Speaker 3: Have you ever dated a con artist? No? Well I'm
- 34:06Speaker 3: surprised uh Bo's has because she's just such a smart woman.
- 34:11Speaker 2: Well, smart people can still fall for bad people.
- 34:14Speaker 3: But yeah, especially since thinking about it, like her husband
- 34:18Speaker 3: had passed away, she was in a very fragile state
- 34:20Speaker 3: and all that stuff.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and sometimes you just want to feel loved and
- 34:23Speaker 2: they could you know, you could be loved?
- 34:25Speaker 3: Oh my god, what if Eddie's a con artist and
- 34:26Speaker 3: I don't know it he actually he is? Could you imagine?
- 34:31Speaker 2: Could you imagine? But know what bugs me? Also about
- 34:36Speaker 2: what when Jennifer, Tilly and Bows are sharing these stories,
- 34:39Speaker 2: why nobody asks questions? Why are housewives so selfish that
- 34:44Speaker 2: nobody asks freaking questions like I want more details?
- 34:48Speaker 3: Because they're not doing their job. That's why we're all
- 34:51Speaker 3: so concentrated on this dereet versus Kyle, Like, let's move on,
- 34:55Speaker 3: Let's get into other stuff.
- 34:56Speaker 2: Let's get into the con artists. Let's figure out. I
- 34:58Speaker 2: want to know who they are.
- 35:00Speaker 3: Yeah, right?
- 35:02Speaker 2: Then Kyle asks Kathy if she sends nudes to Rick
- 35:07Speaker 2: when he is away, when she is away, and Kathy
- 35:09Speaker 2: says she has a couple safe in the bank, what year.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Do you think those nudes were taken? That's all I
- 35:15Speaker 3: can think about.
- 35:16Speaker 2: I just want to understand. Could you imagine if she
- 35:20Speaker 2: forgets about them and then leaves everything to her kids
- 35:23Speaker 2: in the will and then they go to collect it
- 35:25Speaker 2: and it's like nudes from nineteen eighty of their mom.
- 35:29Speaker 3: It's probably from the seventies, and who, like who keeps
- 35:34Speaker 3: them in a safe in a bank that's in Beverly Hills? Shit? Like,
- 35:38Speaker 3: why not?
- 35:39Speaker 2: Because she loses all her cell phones and she can't
- 35:42Speaker 2: she forgets how to text you?
- 35:43Speaker 3: They not have a safe in their house.
- 35:46Speaker 2: But also like, I don't know. I wish that my
- 35:50Speaker 2: nudes were so prized and.
- 35:53Speaker 3: I don't have any nudes.
- 35:55Speaker 2: You've never taken a nude photo in your life?
- 35:58Speaker 3: I probably have, but I don't.
- 35:59Speaker 2: I mean, you nude on television? Yeah, I can screen
- 36:02Speaker 2: grab that and put it in safe.
- 36:04Speaker 3: There you go, there you go. No I don't. I'm
- 36:06Speaker 3: not like, no, I don't do that. But hold on
- 36:10Speaker 3: one second. Can we just talk about Kathy. U'sing eye
- 36:13Speaker 3: shadow brush or eyelashbrush, whatever she's going to brush her teeth?
- 36:19Speaker 3: Is this Kathy? Is Kathy really like this?
- 36:22Speaker 2: I mean, I think she's quirky, you think, but I
- 36:25Speaker 2: think it's.
- 36:27Speaker 3: She comes out in her teeth through all brown saw.
- 36:30Speaker 2: I think it's played up a little bit, a little bit,
- 36:33Speaker 2: and I don't mind it. I think we need it.
- 36:36Speaker 2: But I think it's played up a little like it's
- 36:39Speaker 2: but it's a good break in television, like it's funny,
- 36:41Speaker 2: and then you see, no, it.
- 36:42Speaker 3: Is, it's so funny. I'm just like, is she really
- 36:45Speaker 3: like that? Like you can call down and get a toothbrush? Isn't?
- 36:48Speaker 3: Aren't they at a hotel?
- 36:50Speaker 2: But they're not at a Hilton, so maybe she doesn't
- 36:52Speaker 2: know that.
- 36:55Speaker 3: Well. Garcelle brings up to eate reposting Teddy's Instagram with
- 36:59Speaker 3: them on stage with your dad, John Mellencamp at concert.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Dre says Teddy tagged her on a post promoting her
- 37:05Speaker 3: dad's concert. Were you promoting the concert or.
- 37:07Speaker 2: You just was it just a My dad's concert was
- 37:10Speaker 2: that night at the Hollywood Bowl. So the night that
- 37:16Speaker 2: they were all gone, I was heading out to go
- 37:18Speaker 2: to that concert. So I was like, flashback to the
- 37:23Speaker 2: last time, blah.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Oh, okay, okay, because I was, I was like when
- 37:28Speaker 3: because her hair looked different color and all that stuff.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Yeah, No, that was from you know, probably a year
- 37:33Speaker 2: prior or whatever it was when we were in Vegas
- 37:35Speaker 2: going to the show. But I was like going through, like,
- 37:38Speaker 2: I mean, maybe I think I tagged my dad. So
- 37:41Speaker 2: I we.
- 37:42Speaker 3: All know why she reposted it. It wasn't to promote
- 37:46Speaker 3: John Mellencamp's concert to the Bravo fans. It was because
- 37:50Speaker 3: she was on stage with John Mellencamp. If John Mellencamp
- 37:54Speaker 3: was not in that picture, my question to you was
- 37:57Speaker 3: is would she have reposted it? Probably not? Are you
- 38:03Speaker 3: that kind of friend and can you clear this up?
- 38:05Speaker 3: She says, which I could see. I can understand her
- 38:08Speaker 3: side that she is friends with you, but you're not
- 38:10Speaker 3: that friendly. Like I have friends on the cast that
- 38:13Speaker 3: I'm friends with, But doesn't mean we talk on the
- 38:15Speaker 3: phone and we go, you know, go to lunch or
- 38:17Speaker 3: dinner and stuff like that.
- 38:19Speaker 2: I think it depends at this moment. No, but like,
- 38:24Speaker 2: let's go back in time to like I was no
- 38:26Speaker 2: longer on the show her you're on.
- 38:29Speaker 3: The show now, girl. No, but like every episode they're
- 38:32Speaker 3: talking about you, like to the point where what are
- 38:34Speaker 3: they doing?
- 38:35Speaker 2: Well, let's go back and think about and this was
- 38:39Speaker 2: off camera. I'm not filming the television show. I was
- 38:43Speaker 2: one of the first people that she called when her
- 38:45Speaker 2: house was broken into, and I was there within five
- 38:47Speaker 2: minutes the next day. Really, so see, you can say
- 38:52Speaker 2: we're not close now, we aren't.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Why do you think you're not close now?
- 38:57Speaker 2: Because I think when they started, you know, I think
- 39:01Speaker 2: there was a time in which we both made more
- 39:04Speaker 2: of an effort to see one another.
- 39:06Speaker 3: You would you say you made you guys were close
- 39:09Speaker 3: when you were filming together. Did she make an effort?
- 39:11Speaker 3: Did you make an effort to be like.
- 39:13Speaker 2: I we depend if we were fighting or not, truthfully,
- 39:16Speaker 2: but I mean, we have to think about there are
- 39:19Speaker 2: times that we were like Fox. I hate to say it,
- 39:22Speaker 2: but the Fox Force five we were very close and
- 39:25Speaker 2: she was part of that, yes, and we texted a
- 39:28Speaker 2: million times a day all of the time. Things started
- 39:31Speaker 2: to get a little askew. I think the year after
- 39:34Speaker 2: I was fired, she said something shitty about me at Bravocon,
- 39:39Speaker 2: something actually really shitty about me at Bravocon about how
- 39:44Speaker 2: who's the worst dressed dresser?
- 39:46Speaker 3: I was there, I remember, and I'm talking to you,
- 39:49Speaker 3: But I wrote on Fox Force five, Hey, Derey, you
- 39:53Speaker 3: don't need to hit me when I'm down, Like I
- 39:55Speaker 3: already it's hard enough for me to be here and
- 39:58Speaker 3: be working on the pod and doing the right car,
- 40:00Speaker 3: but like, why do you got to shit talk me
- 40:02Speaker 3: on my dress?
- 40:03Speaker 2: Like I was on the fashion panel with you, And
- 40:07Speaker 2: that same night, later in the night is when Erica
- 40:09Speaker 2: said the thing about p K. So it was like
- 40:12Speaker 2: our text like started to disassemble at that point. But
- 40:15Speaker 2: we have to remember I also had my fortieth birthday
- 40:17Speaker 2: in Vegas. I mean, I also had my fortieth birthday
- 40:20Speaker 2: in Mexico. With all my close friends. There, Duritte's wearing
- 40:23Speaker 2: a Teddy forty.
- 40:25Speaker 3: You know, wow, that was only a couple years ago.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:27Speaker 3: Well, Garcel calls her out since Durite said she wasn't
- 40:30Speaker 3: friends with Teddy. In a flashback, we see that Duritz
- 40:33Speaker 3: says she isn't close with Teddy but is friends with her.
- 40:37Speaker 3: I don't know what that means. Erica says to Kyle
- 40:39Speaker 3: under her breath, I don't think that is what she
- 40:41Speaker 3: said last night. Kyle jokes that John Mellencamp doesn't need
- 40:45Speaker 3: Darite's support on Instagram. Now when Durit reposted that and
- 40:50Speaker 3: said she was trying to promote him, did she link
- 40:53Speaker 3: the ticket sales? No? Okay, so I'm just gonna want
- 40:58Speaker 3: to point that out.
- 40:59Speaker 2: Yeah, did she talker, Yeah no, I think she was
- 41:04Speaker 2: just like, oh, you know, like it's it is what
- 41:07Speaker 2: I mean.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Plus it was sold out.
- 41:10Speaker 2: As Kyle said, he is a Grammy winning Rock and
- 41:13Speaker 2: Roll Hall of Famer looking for Drake Kimsley's tap to
- 41:18Speaker 2: shop ticket hand.
- 41:19Speaker 3: Out her, help her help, But no, it is what
- 41:25Speaker 3: it is.
- 41:25Speaker 2: Ardera and I close right now.
- 41:27Speaker 3: No, but moving why you're not very close to Kathy
- 41:31Speaker 3: because Kathy doesn't follow you.
- 41:32Speaker 2: No, I'm not close with because of one of was
- 41:35Speaker 2: recapping Beverly Hills like whatever it was last year or
- 41:39Speaker 2: the year before. She got annoyed at me. Oh she did,
- 41:45Speaker 2: but then we see each other, we're fine, Like I
- 41:48Speaker 2: worked her red carpet last year. That kind of stuff.
- 41:50Speaker 2: I wouldn't say we're I wouldn't say we're friends or close.
- 42:07Speaker 2: I did have to say kudos, Garcel, your talking head
- 42:13Speaker 2: made me laugh when she's like, it's not about Teddy,
- 42:19Speaker 2: although I'm sure she loves it.
- 42:22Speaker 3: You know, I actually thought that was kind of funny.
- 42:24Speaker 2: I did do it made me laugh, but once again
- 42:27Speaker 2: I was like I audibly laughed, and then we continue on.
- 42:32Speaker 2: And I didn't mind that comment at all. It's the
- 42:34Speaker 2: after show stuff that I didn't really like, Like I
- 42:37Speaker 2: love a shady comment in the confession.
- 42:40Speaker 3: Oh did she say something in the after show?
- 42:42Speaker 2: Oh? Yeah, I mean her, And especially after Sutton goes
- 42:45Speaker 2: into the whole thing about sisterhood and then brings up
- 42:48Speaker 2: all the shit on the sprinter van and then the
- 42:50Speaker 2: after show they're just like we all tolerated Teddy solely
- 42:54Speaker 2: because of Kyle and Sons, Like I hate talking about Teddy,
- 42:59Speaker 2: and I'm like.
- 43:00Speaker 3: You sat there and called I mean, you're a nice
- 43:05Speaker 3: person and you're fun to be around. So I don't
- 43:07Speaker 3: know why they're doing that.
- 43:08Speaker 2: But that's my point. Those two will always pander to
- 43:11Speaker 2: the audience, and they will pander to Twitter, and it's
- 43:14Speaker 2: starting to get old.
- 43:15Speaker 3: But it's mean.
- 43:17Speaker 2: I don't I don't even care if it's mean. I
- 43:20Speaker 2: have a pretty thick skit at this point. But don't
- 43:22Speaker 2: call other people mean, like Sutton's on the sprinter van
- 43:26Speaker 2: calling Erica a mean girl because she said something under
- 43:29Speaker 2: her breath about dreet and and Gersell had did done
- 43:35Speaker 2: the same thing at the dinner before. But yeah, I mean,
- 43:38Speaker 2: Sutton makes them all to go back. Sutton makes them
- 43:42Speaker 2: all stand up. At dinner, she reads what she wrote
- 43:44Speaker 2: about friendships. Erica jokes, are we in cheer camp or
- 43:48Speaker 2: girl scout camp? Sudden says she wants this year to
- 43:51Speaker 2: be the year they bond in friendship. They tie a ribbon.
- 43:57Speaker 3: That was weird.
- 43:59Speaker 2: It was weird, and then let's let's.
- 44:01Speaker 3: Not we should do that next time we have dinner.
- 44:04Speaker 2: I mean, let's do it now. Let's just do an
- 44:06Speaker 2: invisible string tying me to you.
- 44:11Speaker 3: For friends, but then the sprinter van.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Then so they have this whole kumbay a moment their
- 44:17Speaker 2: Troop Beverly Hills moment minus.
- 44:20Speaker 3: What's the redheaded's name?
- 44:22Speaker 2: Minus tory spelling and what was the camp counselor's name?
- 44:27Speaker 2: From Troop Beverly Hills too long ago?
- 44:28Speaker 3: Can't remember.
- 44:29Speaker 2: It's a good movie. You guys should watch it. But
- 44:33Speaker 2: then so after this moment, they're all, you know, having
- 44:35Speaker 2: this connection in the sprinter van. The next morning, Long oh, Shelley, long,
- 44:40Speaker 2: thank you. They go to get in the sprinter van.
- 44:44Speaker 2: I did, I mean, you guys should get might get
- 44:47Speaker 2: mad at me for shaying this, And I say it
- 44:50Speaker 2: as I have not a sip left of my champagne glass.
- 44:53Speaker 2: At the most, you and Kyle use that voice. I know,
- 44:56Speaker 2: we're sure. I can't help it. We've voyage done it.
- 44:59Speaker 3: But in who started it?
- 45:02Speaker 2: I don't know. So they're all getting on the sprinter van.
- 45:05Speaker 2: Everybody has their coffees or whatever. I don't want to
- 45:09Speaker 2: be the one to say it, but did you see
- 45:11Speaker 2: what Sutton was pouring?
- 45:13Speaker 3: Uhh, I didn't notice, but let me guess vodka.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Yeah, so I think she was you know, I didn't
- 45:22Speaker 2: notice anyone else pouring in vodka. Everybody else is like,
- 45:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna sip my.
- 45:26Speaker 3: Having herself a little screwdriver in the.
- 45:28Speaker 2: Morning, so then then she could bring up some unnecessary drama.
- 45:34Speaker 3: Oh what it was early in the morning, wasn't it early?
- 45:38Speaker 3: I couldn't do that. But I can't drink vodka period.
- 45:42Speaker 3: It just it doesn't do me. It doesn't do me.
- 45:45Speaker 2: Right, which I drink, but like, and.
- 45:50Speaker 3: I don't know, I could have like a mimosa in
- 45:53Speaker 3: the morning, or like a little champagne or something like that, but.
- 45:55Speaker 2: Like, drink whatever you want, but don't the night before
- 45:59Speaker 2: pretend that you're a sisterhood in Kumbaya, and then the
- 46:01Speaker 2: next day have to eight am, have to pour yourself
- 46:05Speaker 2: some vodka to go make stir up some ship that
- 46:08Speaker 2: isn't even making sense because your best friend Garcel did
- 46:11Speaker 2: the same ship the day before. But Sutton says, Erica
- 46:15Speaker 2: is talking behind Durite's back, and she feels awkward.
- 46:20Speaker 3: Wait, Sutton says, Erica's talking behind Reat's back.
- 46:22Speaker 2: What is she saying when Erica said to Darre, I
- 46:26Speaker 2: mean when Erica said to Kyle, uh, when Dari was
- 46:30Speaker 2: talking about me, and what she had said, and Erica goes,
- 46:34Speaker 2: she didn't really say that.
- 46:36Speaker 3: That's not talking behind someone's back. She was sitting at
- 46:38Speaker 3: the same fucking table. She just said on her breath,
- 46:41Speaker 3: heard Erica talk behind anybody's back. She's just playing peacekeeper.
- 46:45Speaker 2: She was sitting at the same table. And I'm like
- 46:47Speaker 2: Garcel did the same thing at the dinner before.
- 46:50Speaker 3: So she was just trying to get two people to
- 46:51Speaker 3: get out of each other.
- 46:53Speaker 2: Yeah, But then the problem was Durit didn't realize that
- 46:56Speaker 2: what Sutton was trying to do was get at Erica
- 46:59Speaker 2: and fight with Erica in this moment, and Durite makes
- 47:01Speaker 2: it about me and what she said about me, And then.
- 47:05Speaker 3: I'm really sick of talking about you too.
- 47:06Speaker 2: Me too. I'm fucking sick about it not getting paid.
- 47:10Speaker 3: I know, should get some kind of royalties or something.
- 47:14Speaker 2: I was on The Simpsons, I'd be getting royalty.
- 47:16Speaker 3: Checks right, not on the Housewives royalty checks. I'm going
- 47:19Speaker 3: to play that shit till we're a hundred and two.
- 47:22Speaker 2: But then Durit and Sutton really get into it. Sutton
- 47:25Speaker 2: says she wasn't the one backpedaling and creating this chaos,
- 47:29Speaker 2: and Durity tells Sutton she's acting like a child. Do
- 47:33Speaker 2: you feel like Sutton raised her voice first or Dreet
- 47:36Speaker 2: did first.
- 47:37Speaker 3: I don't know. I can't even really remember, to be
- 47:39Speaker 3: honest with you, you tell me, Pard, I don't remember.
- 47:44Speaker 2: I think Sutton. I mean, Sutton's got to be in
- 47:47Speaker 2: a desperate way to create television to say my name.
- 47:50Speaker 3: That's a good way of putting it.
- 47:52Speaker 2: Like, but I don't think her point made much sense,
- 47:55Speaker 2: and it just made her look hypocritical to Garcel. But
- 47:59Speaker 2: I do think you can.
- 48:00Speaker 3: Tell it well, it's yeah, but it sounds like Sting
- 48:03Speaker 3: is really reaching. Erica wasn't talking behind her back. It
- 48:06Speaker 3: was just I don't know. I was kind of confused
- 48:09Speaker 3: on all that.
- 48:09Speaker 2: But then we get to scenes for next week, and.
- 48:13Speaker 3: So I have a question for you, Garcel that said
- 48:15Speaker 3: that you would be thrilled. Are you thrilled?
- 48:18Speaker 2: Ecstatic?
- 48:20Speaker 3: Static?
- 48:21Speaker 2: You know what, here's the thing. If it gets us
- 48:23Speaker 2: more downloads on this pod right now, I am thank you.
- 48:28Speaker 3: Next week, it heats up because Derek calls Kimil she
- 48:33Speaker 3: is the gift that keeps on coming. Now, Camille's on
- 48:36Speaker 3: one episode and she's already been called.
- 48:39Speaker 2: Hence why I didn't go to that party. I was invited.
- 48:44Speaker 3: Oh, you were invited, used to go?
- 48:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I skipped that one.
- 48:49Speaker 3: Oh I guess you weren't so thrilled to go to
- 48:52Speaker 3: that party.
- 48:52Speaker 2: I wasn't so thrilled. Had I known, I could have
- 48:55Speaker 2: gotten in some fights, I would have been there.
- 48:58Speaker 3: I know you could have been called.
- 49:00Speaker 2: One can only hope. I'm sure somebody will after listen.
- 49:03Speaker 3: I can see them. I could see them asking you
- 49:06Speaker 3: to go to that party because you had been talked
- 49:08Speaker 3: about so much. It was like they should have paid
- 49:11Speaker 3: you to go to the party.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Yeah, but I didn't go.
- 49:18Speaker 3: I said no.
- 49:20Speaker 2: But AnyWho, we gotta wrap you, gotta get back, get to.
- 49:24Speaker 3: Go back to bed. Bye bye.
