  That constant buzzing and the endless ringing, the nonstop notifications that

  fill our day in our digital world.

  It sometimes feels impossible to find a moment of peace. But here's the truth.

  Even in the noise, God offers us stillness.

  That's why today we're diving into finding peace in a digital world how do we

  Today, we're talking about something I think we all wrestle with,

  how to find peace in a world that never stops.

  It's buzzing, it's pinging, and notifying us.

  I'll be the first to admit, sometimes I catch myself spending way too much time on the phone.

  There have even been nights where I picked up to check one thing,

  and the next thing, I know, the rabbit hole.

  Half an hour has gone by And honestly I didn't even feel better Afterward If.

  Anything I felt drained Because so much of what we see online Is people's best versions.

  Best versions of their lives, perfect pictures, perfect families, perfect vacations.

  And then I start thinking, am I doing enough? Am I measuring up?

  One day, I realized it wasn't just stealing my time. It was stealing my peace.

  And maybe you felt that too.

  Well, in Psalms chapter 46, verse 10, it says, be still and know that I am God.

  That's simple, but powerful.

  Powerful because in a digital world that screams more, more,

  more, God invites us into stillness.

  Think about it. When was the last time you just sat in quiet?
• 3:09
  When was the last time you sat in quiet without the TV on, without your phone
• 3:13
  in your hand and just breathed? It feels almost unnatural today, doesn't it?

  But peace isn't found in scrolling. It's found in stillness,
• 3:24
  in remembering that God is in control and he's right there with us, right?

  Now, I'm not here to tell you to throw away your phone or delete every app.

  What I'm saying, what I'm learning myself, is that small changes can bring peace.

  Small changes. Believe that. Here are the three practices that I've helped and
• 3:51
  I've written down just for you.

  Create screen-free moments. For me, it's dinner time with my family. At least I try.

  No phones, just us.

  Again, it's a work in progress. And those conversations, those laughs,
• 4:06
  bring me more peace than anything online.

  Replace scrolling with scripture. Even two minutes of reading,
• 4:14
  God's word can reset your whole outlook.

  So try opening up your Bible, maybe a Bible app before Instagram.

  And finally, talk to God.

  Talk to God in the pauses. Instead of filling every quiet moment with noise, I'll say a quick prayer.

  Lord, help me. Help me to be present.

  These aren't rules. They're just ways that I found peace in the middle of the noisy world.

  Friends, if you feel weighed down by the digital chaos, you're not alone.

  I feel it too. But peace is possible. not because the world will get quieter

  but because God meets us in the stillness.

  Let me remind you, you're not defined by likes. You're not defined by views or by followers.

  You're defined by the love of God and in him, you can find rest. Let's pray.

  Heavenly Father, in a world that never stops, teach us to pause,
