Judging whether to buy a stock (such as Tesla) after a significant drop, involves separating emotional reactions from figuring out what's going on. These are the five questions to answer: 1. Has it's growth story changed? 2. Is it actually cheaper? 3. Why did it fall? 4. What is it's support level? 5. What will make it go up? We use Tesla's recent fall to illustrate this process.
