- 0:13SPEAKER_02: His message was pretty straight up.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: Orlando Brown Jr.

- 0:35SPEAKER_01: Big League.
- 0:36SPEAKER_04: Yes, sir.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: You know what time it is.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: Dog, you know what time it is.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: You know what time it is.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Bury me a bangle.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Hold on.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: Amen.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: Hold on.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: Amen.
- 0:43SPEAKER_04: Man, Cincinnati Bengals 4 and 2.
- 0:46SPEAKER_04: It's a great feeling.
- 0:47SPEAKER_04: It is.
- 0:47SPEAKER_04: You went back home, right?
- 0:49SPEAKER_04: Talk to me about that, man.
- 0:50SPEAKER_04: How was the week, man?
- 0:51SPEAKER_04: You had a lot to happen this week we're gonna get into.
- 0:53SPEAKER_04: But how was it first and foremost with you going back home to Baltimore?
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, bro, it's it's really it really is extremely emotional for me playing in that stadium and being back home for so many reasons.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: You know, every time we stay pretty much downtown, the Marriott on the harbor, uh, you know, pretty pretty much is where I you know grew up.
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: Uh my parents were separated and divorced.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: And so my dad lived downtown Baltimore.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: My mom lived in the county.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: So I went to middle school and elementary school in Baltimore County.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: Uh, but for the time I was for the times that you know me and my brothers were with my dad, I was pretty much grew up downtown.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: So, you know, a lot of familiarity, smell, sights.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: Um, it's always really special and extremely cool to see the city and how much how much so much of it has grown.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: And then you get to the stadium, and there's just so many familiar faces of people that have been there from literally for birth from since birth for me.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I walk in the stadium, man, and I still you know see that suite that I was sitting in as a little kid, you know, when I first started learning and understanding the game of football and really fell in love with it.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: So it's honestly really emotional for me, man.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: And and just my ties to the city, my dad, and my time spent with that organization.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: Um, it it really is uh it's triggering in in so many ways, man.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: I don't think I've ever played in there and not cried, even as as a guy that was you know playing for the Ravens.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: So it's it's really, really is emotional and and super special to be able to do that.
- 2:21SPEAKER_04: Yeah, man, it was a full circle moment for you.
- 2:23SPEAKER_04: Yeah, big time.
- 2:24SPEAKER_04: You know, I I saw the emotion when you was coming off the field, right?
- 2:27SPEAKER_04: I love absolutely love that.
- 2:28SPEAKER_04: Um and uh yeah, I I think that I think that you showed out in a big way, which we're gonna get into.
- 2:33SPEAKER_04: We're gonna talk about that, man.
- 2:35SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 2:35SPEAKER_04: Um, but you know, we got to get into it.
- 2:37SPEAKER_04: This was a a crazy week for Cincinnati Bengals, right?
- 2:40SPEAKER_04: You had the vice president of the United States show up to practice.
- 2:43SPEAKER_04: Tell me a little about that.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, man, to be honest, I'm not like super into politics, so I can't sit here and and you know necessarily cover those things.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: But I think anytime that you do have someone in that position willing to take their time to come see us prepare, uh, it always is pretty cool, man.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: And and uh, you know, I I I think it's funny they said uh it wasn't necessarily gonna be a distraction, is what you know Zach kind of shared with us.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: But uh just the way that they rolled up was crazy, you know what I mean?
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: And and seeing everybody and all the security black trucks.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: I mean, uh it was it was Twitter Uber black trucks, bro, and you know, so many police officers, and uh, I think they even might have had a patrol plane at some point in time.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: Um, but it was it was cool, man, and and uh you know, thankful that that I got to experience that for sure.
- 3:35SPEAKER_04: Now I gotta ask you this because you obviously played in Baltimore, you played in Kansas City.
- 3:38SPEAKER_04: Outside of that, who would you say is like the the biggest celebrity you've seen come to a practice game or something like that?
- 3:47SPEAKER_04: That's a good question.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: Um wow, um, biggest celebrity to come like the Super Bowl, the Super Bowl was nuts.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: Like, I mean, I got to you you go out there pre-game, and I mean it's everybody from Jay-Z to Mark Wahlberg.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like I'm like, whoa! Not the black.
- 4:09SPEAKER_02: What's up, Orlando?
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: Yo, you know, you know the both.
- 4:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, bro.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't, I can't necessarily say um, you know, anybody outside of what I experienced uh last week at practice, man.
- 4:26SPEAKER_01: I don't think I've ever had anybody of that stature.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: But you know, Luke Bryan.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: Luke Bryan?
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, no, no, not Luke Combs.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: Luke has to be that's my dog.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: I like Luke Combs.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: I like the music.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I like Luke.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: He got good vibes.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: I remember he came.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: We've had the Reds at practice, uh, which is pretty cool.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, yeah.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: Other than that, though, man, I think I think that was uh that was probably the top experience that I've experienced for somebody coming to practice.
- 4:56SPEAKER_04: Man, that's cool.
- 4:57SPEAKER_04: That's dope.
- 4:57SPEAKER_04: That's dope.
- 4:58SPEAKER_04: So talk to me about the week, man.
- 4:59SPEAKER_04: Bengals go into Baltimore.
- 5:02SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you're down 13-0 at halftime, right?
- 5:07SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I mean, it you uh you don't see social media obviously during the game, but I'll tell you, it was it was rough out there in the sport where people were saying a lot.
- 5:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but what came out of the game was apparently Jamar gave a huge speech basically to the entire locker room.
- 5:23SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and I think what people want to know is what actually was said that allowed you boys to again right after halftime, you guys go on a 35 to nothing, you know, run.
- 5:35SPEAKER_04: Yeah, no, man.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: I mean, his his message was was pretty was pretty straight up.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, he he pretty much came in there, and it's funny because like the thing with Uno is he changed his cleats and his gloves at halftime.
- 5:47SPEAKER_01: So he, you know, he got the cleats off, and you know, he's uh he got the gloves off, and I mean he heated.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: And the thing about when Jamar speaks for us as a team, like he's not a huge vocal guy.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: So every time he speaks, like it means more, you know what I'm saying?
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: And um, yeah, no, I mean he just straight up was like nobody making plays.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: Like we gotta make somebody gotta make a play.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: And you know, he just he he tapped, he touched on that, and you know, he said it with his swagger and his energy, and and uh honestly it really hit home, man.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Cause like I said, he for for the times that he does speak up, it's always so meaningful.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: And uh uh it just it means a lot to our locker room, man, when when he does do that, and so that was one of those moments, like as a teammate, it's like I remember dabbing him up, like I'm I'm not gonna let this guy down.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: You know, and I think everybody felt that message.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, man.
- 6:38SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I'm sure he said a little more colorful than that of the yeah.
- 6:41SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 6:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he went, he went in.
- 6:43SPEAKER_04: He went in.
- 6:44SPEAKER_04: The Louisiana stuff.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, yeah, that the Louisiana came up out of him for sure.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 6:49SPEAKER_01: But like sometimes, sometimes I think as a football team, uh, those type of sparks and those from those type of people, uh, sometimes is needed, you know.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: And and uh, you know, I hate the way that we started the game, but but I love the way that we finished.
- 7:03SPEAKER_04: Yeah, man.
- 7:03SPEAKER_04: You know, I think economic goes back to life, right?
- 7:05SPEAKER_04: It's not about how you start, but it is about how you finish.
- 7:07SPEAKER_04: And it's so funny, and I've said it time and time again since when we first started the show, which was almost two months ago now, which is crazy.
- 7:14SPEAKER_04: Time is fine.
- 7:15SPEAKER_04: Man, it is flying.
- 7:15SPEAKER_04: Time fly when you're having fun, but I always say battle testing makes war ready.
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 7:20SPEAKER_04: And this is one of those things because and you know, I was talking about this just this morning on the sit-down.
- 7:24SPEAKER_04: I said, you know, when you kind of go through these tough moments, you're able to identify them later in the season.
- 7:30SPEAKER_04: Yep.
- 7:30SPEAKER_04: Could you imagine being a team that goes through you know your entire season easy, like with the cakewalk, and then you face a little bit of adversity in the playoffs?
- 7:38SPEAKER_04: Yeah, how do you respond, right?
- 7:40SPEAKER_04: You know what I'm saying?
- 7:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you don't want that.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: You don't want that.
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: You want to be able to know that the the group of men, coaches included, are fit for the battle.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: And um Sunday was a huge test for us, a huge test of the character of our team, uh, everyone being able and and willing to truly commit to the task at hand and buying in for one another, yeah, uh, to go out there and and be the divisional opponent on the road.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: Um it was it was important, man.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: And I'm I'm glad I'm glad we were able to finish it the way we did.
- 8:12SPEAKER_04: Bro, you know, but even sitting here talking with you, because you know me and you talk all the time.
- 8:15SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah.
- 8:16SPEAKER_04: But like even sitting here talking with you, like you're not moved.
- 8:19SPEAKER_04: Like, yeah, like this is what the expectation was expectation was in the standard is for sure, for sure.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: And I think when you look at you know the makeup of our team, um I I feel like that was like Sunday, what that that's how it was supposed to go.
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: You know, they they weren't they they didn't have their starting quarterback, you know what I'm saying?
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: And and uh that's always always tough for a team, especially in a divisional battle.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: Um, but man, for the times that we are locked in and we're playing with swag and guys are celebrating with one another and they talking shit.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: And you know, it's it's like when when we click like that, like we're a hard football team to beat, just because of the mental makeup of our locker room, you know what I'm saying?
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: And and uh for me, I think when I look at that game, you know, hanging our hat on it and saying, you know, oh man, it's so great.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: I I still feel like it's room for improvement.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: I still feel like there's areas uh like the way we started that game should have been a lot better, you know what I'm saying?
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: Like, like uh it's our standard the way we finished it, but we we gotta put we gotta put four quarters together so we can show ourselves who we really are, you know what I mean.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: Totality.
- 9:31SPEAKER_04: So you you know after the game, you had a tweet that went viral.
- 9:35SPEAKER_04: So, first of all, you'd have missed a viral man when it comes to these tweets, man.
- 9:38SPEAKER_04: I don't know how I just time and time again.
- 9:40SPEAKER_04: You said bury me a bangle.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: Bury me a bangle.
- 9:42SPEAKER_04: What what came to your mind when you said and what does that mean to you?
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, it's like man, and it's no dis disrespect to any other organization I played for.
- 9:53SPEAKER_01: Uh, but for me, where I'm at in my life and where I'm at in my career, the things that I talked about with my dad uh throughout my childhood and my family, like it means so much more to me to be a bangle.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: And and this is the longest place I've played in my football career.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: You know, I've been here for four seasons.
- 10:13SPEAKER_04: Don't keep it that way.
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: Like I spent I've been here for the last four seasons.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: I was two in Kansas City, I was three in Baltimore.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: And, you know, although my ties, I would tell you, probably are a little bit heavier in Baltimore just because of the relationships that I've I've built with the people in that building.
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: Um, it just means a lot more more to me um from a football standpoint to win here.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: Like it just it it means a lot to me.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: And and uh, you know, I would tell you that bury me a bangle, like, you know, it's just I don't know.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: It was just something that was on my hard mind.
- 10:47SPEAKER_04: Man, you know, it's it's so often you hear people talk about wanting to, you know, bring a city to a champ, bring a championship to a city, yeah, and be here the rest of their career.
- 10:56SPEAKER_04: But when I talk to OB, y'all, right?
- 10:58SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he really bout this shit.
- 11:00SPEAKER_04: Oh, you know, seriously.
- 11:01SPEAKER_04: Like 24-7.
- 11:02SPEAKER_04: As well, he is so serious about this man, and like, you know, I I I I'll put a tweet out after obviously, because I feel like offensive line is a tough place to play in the NFL, yeah, right.
- 11:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I feel like it's an unsung position, but I also think it's important for you to get your flowers.
- 11:17SPEAKER_04: I know you're never a person that's gonna say, give me my flowers ever, but I think it's important for you to get your flowers, brother.
- 11:24SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 11:24SPEAKER_04: So, which brings me to our next segment, right?
- 11:27SPEAKER_04: Uh, your unsung player of the week.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: Um gosh, I'm I'm not gonna say a player, I'm gonna say a coach.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go with Zach Taylor, man.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, yeah.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: For me, like, you know, I I think obviously he catches a lot of heat for whatever reason.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: Um, but he's been so monumental for me in my football career, uh, helping instill uh confidence, understanding consistency, practice habits, um, my attention to detail.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: You know, he's he's really helped me so much uh as a football player and as a man, like kind of take the next steps.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: And Sunday was a really big challenge, I think, for not just us as players, but him and his staff as well.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: You know, preparing for Jesse Miner and his new staff, um, all of the things that go into a week is Lamar playing, is Lamar not playing?
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, he had he had he had them ready to go.
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: And for on this level, it takes everybody on a Sunday to be able to go out there and score 35 points and and win a road divisional game the way, the way that we did, man.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I just I want to give a ton of credit to him and and his staff for you know the time spent uh this week in and preparing us.
- 12:41SPEAKER_04: For sure, man.
- 12:41SPEAKER_04: I I think I think first of all, I think that's so important that you said that too, because I think that sometimes that can get lost in everything, right?
- 12:46SPEAKER_04: Big time.
- 12:47SPEAKER_04: You know, it takes obviously the right play calls, right?
- 12:50SPEAKER_04: Situational coaching is something I'm huge on, which I always talk about.
- 12:53SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and it just felt like you guys had an answer coming out at halftime exactly what it was gonna look like, even right now to it.
- 12:59SPEAKER_04: It was almost like, in a way, maybe they anticipated a slow start, yeah, right?
- 13:03SPEAKER_04: Because you it as coaches, it's it's you're up to you to sort of feel the vibe of the team, yeah.
- 13:07SPEAKER_04: But even deferring, yeah, you know, to receive the ball at half, that that is something that was so important because suppose y'all did start sluggish how you did it, you did get the ball, right?
- 13:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and it's always that battle.
- 13:17SPEAKER_04: Would you rather be the team that gets the ball first, or would you rather defer?
- 13:20SPEAKER_04: You know, afterward, I might start deferring in Madden.
- 13:23SPEAKER_04: I might I'm I might start I might start deferring for the just in case factor.
- 13:30SPEAKER_04: But my unsung player of the week, guys, I promise there's no bias involved.
- 13:33SPEAKER_04: I swear to god, there's no bias.
- 13:37SPEAKER_04: I'm going with my guy, I'm going with my guy, Roland Brown Jr.
- 13:41SPEAKER_04: You want to know why?
- 13:41SPEAKER_04: Because I'm gonna say it.
- 13:42SPEAKER_04: Y'all, y'all ever seen the uh the pissed off uh Obama uh Obama like um narrator, if you will, for Kia Pilski?
- 13:49SPEAKER_02: Yes, yeah.
- 13:50SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna say this.
- 13:50SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we see everything.
- 13:52SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I see everything.
- 13:55SPEAKER_04: I see everything.
- 13:56SPEAKER_04: There's a lot of comments that get made out there, and I'm gonna talk to them real quick.
- 14:01SPEAKER_04: It's a lot of people out there with that that with a lot of narratives, and I feel like if we watch ball, right?
- 14:08SPEAKER_04: We say on this show, we're gonna give you perspective.
- 14:10SPEAKER_04: If we watch ball, we turn on the tape and we watch ball.
- 14:13SPEAKER_04: You can't tell me there's uh uh there's a tackle tandem in the league that is playing better than Orlando Brown Jr.
- 14:18SPEAKER_04: and Amarius Mems right now.
- 14:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah, all right.
- 14:21SPEAKER_04: And the old line, shout out to the entire bangles offensive line.
- 14:25SPEAKER_04: Saw today, Joe Burrow has a 4.2 percentage sack rate.
- 14:30SPEAKER_04: That means for every a hundred drop backs, he's getting sacked only four times.
- 14:35SPEAKER_04: Wow, that's not good.
- 14:38SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's not great.
- 14:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's elite.
- 14:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna say it.
- 14:44SPEAKER_04: That's elite.
- 14:45SPEAKER_04: And so again, it takes everybody up front, right?
- 14:50SPEAKER_04: From front, it takes the coaches, obviously, it takes the players executing, but it it takes the unsung positions too, right?
- 14:58SPEAKER_04: To to to get the credit that they deserve.
- 15:00SPEAKER_04: And I'll say it, brother.
- 15:02SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I watched every snap.
- 15:03SPEAKER_04: You a tone setter out there, bro.
- 15:05SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 15:05SPEAKER_04: You a tone setter out there, and so I'm giving you your flowers.
- 15:08SPEAKER_04: I know this is your show, and you know you you don't want the praise, but I'm gonna give you the praise, brother.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: I appreciate it.
- 15:13SPEAKER_04: I think I think I think it's time for people to start putting a little more respect on your name.
- 15:16SPEAKER_04: And uh, when it's all sent in, I think if you keep having the season you're gonna have, um, I think you I think you can see see yourself being a pro bowler uh this year, which you have you're which is no stranger to you.
- 15:26SPEAKER_04: So I'll leave it at that, brother.
- 15:28SPEAKER_04: Hats off to you, brother.
- 15:28SPEAKER_04: Seriously, man.
- 15:29SPEAKER_04: Seriously, thank you.
- 15:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah, hell of a game, bro.
- 15:31SPEAKER_04: I appreciate it.
- 15:31SPEAKER_04: Hell of a game for sure, my dog.
- 15:32SPEAKER_04: Um keeping the conversation rolling.
- 15:35SPEAKER_04: Week seven of the NFL.
- 15:37SPEAKER_04: Yeah, came and went basically.

- 16:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we saw a couple undefeated teams, yeah, turn to no longer undefeated teams, right?
- 16:26SPEAKER_04: Chiefs being one of them.
- 16:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we had the Niners, the Falcons, a big game.
- 16:29SPEAKER_04: Y'all got coming up in the in in in two weeks now.
- 16:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but uh the the the Falcons seem like they're finding their footing, man.
- 16:36SPEAKER_04: And it was a shocker.
- 16:37SPEAKER_04: Our guy, JJ McCarthy, yeah, right.
- 16:39SPEAKER_04: He uh he led the Giants to a huge win against the Houston Texans, yeah.
- 16:43SPEAKER_04: And um, there was another uh big one.
- 16:45SPEAKER_04: Marvin Harrison Jr.
- 16:46SPEAKER_04: caught his first touchdown as a Texan.
- 16:48SPEAKER_04: Oh, slick.
- 16:48SPEAKER_04: Man, this is that man, you know, this this this this is awesome to see, man.
- 16:52SPEAKER_04: It's all it's really, really awesome to see kind of how the league, first of all, how the how the season is just it's just chaos.
- 16:57SPEAKER_04: It's a lot of chaos right now.
- 16:59SPEAKER_04: CFL football.
- 17:00SPEAKER_04: Man, literally, man.
- 17:01SPEAKER_04: It's it's crazy how teams kind of go through just eps and flows, ups and downs, and it's it's a lot of people with these knee-jerk reactions right away on on certain teams, and it's like, yeah, man, I I gotta take, bro.
- 17:12SPEAKER_04: I gotta take.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: Oh snap.
- 17:13SPEAKER_04: I think the Giants gonna win a division, man.
- 17:15SPEAKER_04: I think the Giants gonna win the FC East, bro.
- 17:17SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I believe in JJ McCarthy, bro.
- 17:19SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's a big game tonight, obviously.
- 17:20SPEAKER_04: By the time this is out there, we'll know the result of it.
- 17:24SPEAKER_04: But is the obviously the uh the Eagles taking on the Cowboys tonight, but the way JJ McCarthy, first of all, shout out your old coach, man.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, man.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, it's kind of what we talked about a few weeks ago.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: Like when I when I see the Giants, like and JJ McCarthy made her the right shit too.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: Like, guys, guys want to play for this guy, and you could tell in that post-game speech that he had, like, just in terms of you know, that the energy that that that sparked, uh, and the message that he delivered and how he delivered it, it was really special.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: But coach Harbaugh staff, I mean, bro, like they got they got, you know, guys that have been head coaches on their staff, people that have been around football, NFL football for a long time.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: And when you when you've got that, it really, really helps.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: It really, really helps uh younger players, you know, develop and and get in get in better positions, man.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I like we spoke about, I'm not surprised with with what they're doing.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: Um, but I I do think it is really cool uh for for Coach Harbor and his staff and how they've how he kind of built in and and all of those familiar faces, some people that I know um are able to you know get the help get the most out of out of the roster.
- 18:35SPEAKER_04: Yeah, man.
- 18:36SPEAKER_04: It it's just it's insane to watch.
- 18:38SPEAKER_04: I'm like, bro, like he's so first of all, Jajan McCarthy is putting it together in such a big way.
- 18:42SPEAKER_04: Cam Scattaboo was playing his tail off the other day.
- 18:45SPEAKER_04: Man, I was just looking at this and I'm just like, bro, I consume so much football over the weekend, probably the most football I've consumed in quite some time because I just sat on the couch, bro.
- 18:54SPEAKER_04: I just sat on the couch and just watched oh you was vibing, bro.
- 18:56SPEAKER_04: I was vibing.
- 18:56SPEAKER_04: I was in a bro.
- 18:58SPEAKER_04: I wounded up watching.
- 18:59SPEAKER_04: I started my morning off by watching the Steelers uh take on the um yeah, who they play in periods?
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: Who they play the Saints, the Saints, yeah.
- 19:06SPEAKER_04: Bro, I I I shame on me for not mentioning this player as one of my unsung players.
- 19:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I watched Darnell Washington, bro.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: Dog, me and Bills, but we Bills were talking about it on the bus.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: I mean, bro, it's so impressive like what he can do.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: Because I'm like, damn, like, I mean, first off, uh me, we saw him when I played at Pittsburgh this year.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: You know, we he was walking in with us, and I'm like, damn, like, who is that one of their tackles?
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: Like, who the fuck is it?
- 19:37SPEAKER_01: I mean, cut the file, you know.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: I see him dabbo Mims.
- 19:40SPEAKER_01: I'm like, damn, that's that's Darnell.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: That's a big motherfucker.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: That's big, dog.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: Like, like he big as shit.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: And to think he can play the tight end position on this level, you know what I mean, it's fucking it's crazy.
- 19:53SPEAKER_01: And that play he made was bro, was insane.
- 19:55SPEAKER_04: So I'm gonna say this, and this might be a hot take, but just so y'all know, inside the pocket, we show love to the entire league.
- 20:02SPEAKER_04: We really, really do.
- 20:02SPEAKER_04: We talk about every team, the entire league.
- 20:05SPEAKER_04: So, Bengals fans, I'm sorry in advance.
- 20:07SPEAKER_04: Darnell Washington is the best player, bro, on on that Pittsburgh Steelers offense.
- 20:13SPEAKER_04: I'm sorry, bro.
- 20:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah, when I watch him, bro, and what he brings, yeah, he is invaluable.
- 20:18SPEAKER_04: I remember when he was coming out of the draft, people are like, Oh, is he really worth the first round pick?
- 20:22SPEAKER_04: No, no, no.
- 20:23SPEAKER_04: Y'all viewing him from a tight end perspective or just a receiving perspective, yeah.
- 20:26SPEAKER_04: Bro, if you turn on the tape and you watch him, he's like having another offensive lineman out there, but when he gets he does the dirty work, he I literally saw people avoiding him.
- 20:36SPEAKER_04: Yeah, like he's he's coming back in a on a motion, setting blocks, yeah, and it's like motherfuckers trying to get out the way.
- 20:42SPEAKER_04: They like, I don't want to be a part of that.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, he's he's really a guy, bro.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: He is, he is, and I he has a dope, he has a dope ass role too in Pittsburgh, where I feel like they utilize him so perfectly.
- 20:53SPEAKER_01: Yes, you know what I mean.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: Like they allow him to be one-on-one in pass pro.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: He's what he's on the front side of some of their runs.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: They also use him in the red zone or Shoryard is like, you know, on some of these fade routes.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: Like, I mean, bro, like the shit is the shit is really cool to see him being used that way.
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: You know, it reminds me a lot of uh, and I and and I could be wrong on this, but I think uh Mike McCarthy had Mercedes Lewis at one point in time in Green Bay.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: Um, and it reminds me so much of how they kind of used Mercedes at that point in time in his career, man.
- 21:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like it was is it's really, really special.
- 21:27SPEAKER_04: I also think it takes a special player, right?
- 21:29SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that can kind of do everything, right?
- 21:32SPEAKER_04: He is so impactful to that run game.
- 21:34SPEAKER_04: And I think for a Steelers team that had a lot of questions, uh you know, they got a lot of new front faces up, you know, on the offensive line.
- 21:42SPEAKER_04: I thought Darnell Washington did such a good job this year, help solidifying an offensive line.
- 21:47SPEAKER_03: Oh, for sure.
- 21:47SPEAKER_04: Um, being an extra blocker out there, getting to the second level, getting to the third level, yeah, and putting a hat on a hat, man.
- 21:53SPEAKER_04: So, like, shout out him, bro.
- 21:54SPEAKER_04: There's gonna there's some plays that I'm gonna I'm gonna have a show.
- 21:57SPEAKER_04: He he's a guy, bro.
- 21:59SPEAKER_04: He's a gamer, and it's Like you turn on the tape, it's it's not in the stat line, it's it's the impact though, and it's felt, bro.
- 22:04SPEAKER_04: Yeah, through and through.
- 22:05SPEAKER_04: But like, yeah, man, it was a lot of great football games that kind of took place uh this week that kind of caught my eye when I was just I was just kind of blown away a little bit, man.
- 22:13SPEAKER_04: But yeah, yeah, man.
- 22:14SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
- 22:14SPEAKER_04: Bengals foreign two.
- 22:15SPEAKER_04: Yeah, Bengals are foreign too.
- 22:17SPEAKER_04: Huge game next week going against the Tennessee Titans.
- 22:19SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 22:20SPEAKER_04: We already know what that's about.
- 22:21SPEAKER_04: So yeah, you know, we're gonna we're gonna kind of dive into it.
- 22:23SPEAKER_04: I do got a question for you though.
- 22:25SPEAKER_04: It's not and it just made me.
- 22:27SPEAKER_04: I was thinking about this just this week, man.
- 22:29SPEAKER_04: It was, you know, you played for the AFC West, obviously.
- 22:33SPEAKER_04: Yeah, right.
- 22:34SPEAKER_04: You played for the Kansas City Chiefs.
- 22:35SPEAKER_04: That division is tough.
- 22:37SPEAKER_04: You've played for the AFC North for the Ravens and the Bengals.
- 22:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah, in your honest, humble opinion, who what division do you think is tougher?
- 22:43SPEAKER_04: What do you think is the hardest division of football?
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, those two.
- 22:46SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm definitely gonna say the north.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:49SPEAKER_01: Um, definitely gonna say the north.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: When when I was in Kansas City, um, it wasn't necessarily as competitive as it is now.
- 22:57SPEAKER_01: Like we we kind of we ran that shit when I was there.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: Like um, literally back-to-back, you know, AFC West champs.
- 23:05SPEAKER_01: But the AFC North is it's competitive as ever, bro.
- 23:10SPEAKER_01: And with with what Coach Monk and the Browns are doing, like, I mean, it makes it even more like, damn, what in the hell is going on?
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I think our division has the AFC North for a while, has always been one of the top dogs.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, when the Arizona Cardinals are a good football team, the NFC West is another one that really strikes my mind.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: The NFC North is another one that really uh comes to mind.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: Um and I I'm gonna I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say, shit, man, the AFC South, I feel like it's every year is always extremely competitive.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 23:49SPEAKER_01: Like it's an interesting one in football when when when you kind of look at it.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: It's like the AFC South and FC South too are two competitive uh you know divisions where it's like damn, you kind of never really know who's gonna come up out of there.
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: Right, you know, right, right, right.
- 24:02SPEAKER_04: Like it is, it is it really is a toss up each and every single year.
- 24:05SPEAKER_04: Now, obviously, Jacksonville looks like an absolute juggernaut this year.
- 24:09SPEAKER_04: They like they're gonna be uh be a be a tough team down the stretch.
- 24:12SPEAKER_04: I always wondered that because I was looking at myself and I was like, what makes AFC North football so tough?
- 24:17SPEAKER_04: Like every team in the division plays tough, and every team in the division can beat any team in the league.
- 24:22SPEAKER_04: Like, you know, and you can say any team, right?
- 24:25SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, yeah like I'm like you can say about any team, but I'm like, nah, like even at like their worst, I feel like any team in the AFC North could beat the best of the best in the NFL.
- 24:33SPEAKER_04: Any given, and I don't know what it takes to be AFC North tough, yeah, but like Todd Munkin is in the conversation for coach of the year for what he's done, rightfully so.
- 24:43SPEAKER_04: And that's a guy, respectfully, should have been a head coach back when he was the Bucks offensive coordinator, and so you know, he didn't he he was so humble enough to go back to the college ranks, earn his stripes, come back to the league, earn his stripes.
- 24:54SPEAKER_04: And I think a lot of people looked at him as if he was probably, oh, he's just he's just a guy that was just gonna, you know, be a placeholder for the following year.
- 25:01SPEAKER_04: No, he's proven he could coach them boys, man.
- 25:04SPEAKER_04: Oh, for sure.
- 25:04SPEAKER_04: And he can he's putting together a hell of a football team.
- 25:06SPEAKER_04: And I think a lot of people probably wrote the Browns off, obviously, when they traded for when they traded Miles Garrett.
- 25:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah, now you look at them, it's like, yeah, look what they're doing.
- 25:14SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 25:15SPEAKER_04: That's that's a that's a team that's that's bought in.
- 25:17SPEAKER_04: That's a team that that that's really this is gonna be a tough team to be down the stretch.
- 25:20SPEAKER_01: It is, it is history lesson, yeah.
- 25:22SPEAKER_01: History, history lesson, as to why the AFC North is so good.
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love this.
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: This is my football history lesson for today.
- 25:28SPEAKER_01: You guys lock the fuck in.
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so no matter what level of football we're talking, from Pee-wee, high school, college, pros, arena, whatever it is, like the most physical and the most violent football team is almost always gonna come out as the winner.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: And when you look at the makeup of the AFC North, it is extremely physical.
- 25:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it starts with Cam Haywards, TJ Watts, Miles Garrett for a while, the Ravens 2000s defense, um, you know, the the Steelers and Palomalu and Lamar Willie and all those kind of guys.
- 26:10SPEAKER_01: Like, that's what this brand of football has always been.
- 26:14SPEAKER_01: It's always been about, you know, the running backs in the division as well.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: And then now as we transition into the 2020s, you know, we're looking at it, it's a little bit more, I guess, passive in a way.
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but you know, from Joe, Lamar, Aaron Rodgers, Deshaun Watson, like it's still a physical style of football that's being played with the schemes that a lot of these teams are running.
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: And so when I look at the Cleveland Browns, for example, um, they have a very physical football team.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know what I mean?
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and when you look at them in the trenches on both sides of the ball, it's extremely physical.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: You know what I'm saying?
- 26:50SPEAKER_01: When you look at the Bengals, their defensive line and their offensive line, although we do pass the ball a lot, it's extremely physical.
- 26:57SPEAKER_01: Bengals, by the way, lead the NFL in sacks.
- 27:00SPEAKER_02: Just want to put that out there.
- 27:01SPEAKER_01: Hello, hello, yeah.
- 27:02SPEAKER_02: My point, what other one about my points?
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, and so to me, like when you really breaking shit down and you really, you know, looking to have an eye on on what it what it is and what it takes and what's sustainable.
- 27:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
- 27:17SPEAKER_01: Like physicality and violence and football are two sustainable characteristics of a football team.
- 27:24SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 27:25SPEAKER_01: That you can maintain no matter who's in the game throughout the course of a season.
- 27:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, and uh the Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, the Ravens, the Steelers.
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: I feel like all four teams had that.
- 27:36SPEAKER_04: Yeah, bruh, beautiful.
- 27:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, history lesson.
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: History lesson.
- 27:40SPEAKER_04: Hello, yeah.
- 27:40SPEAKER_04: We here, yeah.
- 27:41SPEAKER_04: So, of course, uh, you know, like I said, I I appreciate that because that's that's some good perspective being given, right?
- 27:46SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 27:47SPEAKER_04: I always felt like the AFC North was the toughest division, yeah.
- 27:52SPEAKER_04: Hardest hitting division, yeah, right?
- 27:54SPEAKER_04: For sure.
- 27:54SPEAKER_04: Uh, especially even with it being 2026, man.
- 27:56SPEAKER_04: You know, they obviously the game is not what it used to be, but it's still very much a physical, physical, yeah.
- 28:02SPEAKER_04: Uh physical game, uh, physical division, and so on and so forth.
- 28:06SPEAKER_04: So, man, I appreciate that.
- 28:06SPEAKER_04: Appreciate that perspective.
- 28:07SPEAKER_04: Again, if you guys do us a huge favor, give this video a like, subscribe to the channel.

- 28:25SPEAKER_04: Daniel, I think we got a little bit of this or that.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: We got we got four questions for you guys.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: Fucking nervous four questions.
- 28:32SPEAKER_04: You think Daniel every time Dan grabs your mic, I get fucking nervous because you got that little evil look he gets too before he live like you don't know.
- 28:39SPEAKER_04: So, what do you have for me, bro?
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: So so we got one non-football, and it goes with evil.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: This is more of a fun one.
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: Okay, is it corny to dress up for Halloween as an adult?
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: I see a lot of people talking online about Halloween dressing up.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: Are you guys dressing up as an adult?
- 28:56SPEAKER_02: Are you trick-or-treating?
- 28:58SPEAKER_02: Like, what is what is are you you have on a costume and you're going trick-or-treating, or like are you with like your friends and you're going to a Halloween party?
- 29:08SPEAKER_02: Like, what's that's my follow-up?
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: Okay, so Halloween party, let's say, for example.
- 29:13SPEAKER_01: Okay, I think it's okay as an adult to dress up to a Halloween party.
- 29:17SPEAKER_01: I think it's uh festive, fun, creative.
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: Um, I think it's I think it's cool.
- 29:24SPEAKER_01: Um, as a grown ass man or woman, going fucking trick-or-treating is crazy.
- 29:30SPEAKER_01: Crazy.
- 29:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because I you know being a homeowner for let's just say eight years, nine years now, I've never had a grown-ass man or woman come knock on my door in a costume asking for candy.
- 29:43SPEAKER_01: So I think as a society, we are in a good spot with that where I haven't seen too many grown adults fucking trick-or-treating.
- 29:51SPEAKER_02: So um, but wearing a costume to a house party or a Halloween party completely acceptable.
- 29:58SPEAKER_02: It depends what you're dressing up as.
- 30:00SPEAKER_02: Oh shit.
- 30:02SPEAKER_04: Like, I'm being the honest, like, you know, bruh.
- 30:05SPEAKER_04: Like, if you come, if you like grown ass man, you're dressing up as Spider-Man, man, or like that shit too far for the Halloween.
- 30:12SPEAKER_02: It's a little too far for me.
- 30:13SPEAKER_04: You think so, bro?
- 30:14SPEAKER_04: Just a little bit, like, you know.
- 30:18SPEAKER_04: I don't know, man.
- 30:19SPEAKER_04: Like, if you want to dress up as like, I don't know, Bill not a science guy, or maybe you're trying to be like, I don't know, like a rapper or something like that's fine.
- 30:28SPEAKER_04: I I don't know, I don't know how I feel about this.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: Actually, this is you're funny as you said it's depends on what you're doing.
- 30:35SPEAKER_02: It depends what you're dressing up as, bro.
- 30:38SPEAKER_02: Like, honestly, so like what's considered like an unex unacceptable?
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: Like, if you've seen somebody like like what if they got like a fire ass Iron Man suit, you seen those Iron Man suits Drake had?
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, those are$150,000,000.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: It's Drake, though.
- 30:55SPEAKER_04: That's my guy.
- 30:56SPEAKER_04: That's it.
- 30:57SPEAKER_04: Hard yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 30:58SPEAKER_02: Like, can you wear that to a Halloween party as an adult?
- 31:00SPEAKER_02: No, that's a try hard.
- 31:02SPEAKER_04: You trying too hard, okay.
- 31:03SPEAKER_04: Low key, you kind of trying a little too hard, and it's Drake, of course.
- 31:06SPEAKER_04: You know, he gonna he gonna do what he's gonna do.
- 31:07SPEAKER_04: But like, I'm looking at it, I'm like, like, like if you let's say you go into a Halloween party and you dressed up as Michael Myers, I can get with that.
- 31:14SPEAKER_04: Like, you dressed up like it's yeah, overalls, yeah.
- 31:16SPEAKER_01: It's actually kind of scary too.
- 31:18SPEAKER_04: I mean, if you're dressing up as like, I don't know, Jason Voorhees, that's cool.
- 31:21SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but if you growing that man, you're dressing up as like Aquaman.
- 31:25SPEAKER_04: I'm looking at you like, what you doing?
- 31:26SPEAKER_04: Like, what you want?
- 31:27SPEAKER_04: Like, but no, like, no judgment.
- 31:29SPEAKER_04: Like, if you if you if you if Halloween is your thing and you like to dress up, do it, man.
- 31:33SPEAKER_04: If you want to dress up as Bigfoot, do it.
- 31:50SPEAKER_02: I'm Bigfoot for Halloween, as you guys did though.
- 31:55SPEAKER_02: Wait, what?
- 31:58SPEAKER_00: That's funny, bro.
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: All right, so so we got we got three football ones here.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, looking at coaches.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: Who is the NFL coach that's the most on field?
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: We're talking on field, most on field swag for an NFL coach.
- 32:19SPEAKER_04: Can I do retired or let's not retire, Bill Belichick.
- 32:25SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 32:28SPEAKER_04: Right, right, right, right with the I thought Bill, I thought Bill, because he he gave the look, I don't give a fuck.
- 32:33SPEAKER_04: That's how he looked.
- 32:34SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he's my favorite, but he cared, yeah.
- 32:36SPEAKER_04: He cared.
- 32:36SPEAKER_04: I but I would say current coat current coaches right now.
- 32:40SPEAKER_04: This is tough, man.
- 32:41SPEAKER_01: Uh, I'm putting Coach Reed in the conversation.
- 32:43SPEAKER_01: Coach Reed is wearing the ones.
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: I done seen him in the Supreme ones.
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: Okay, I mean, yeah, like he I like that.
- 32:51SPEAKER_01: I like that about him.
- 32:52SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: Very much himself.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: Shirts never too tight, yeah.
- 32:56SPEAKER_04: Big red right there.
- 32:56SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: Khaki pants always fitting just right, hat on just right.
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: His glasses never smugged up and shit.
- 33:03SPEAKER_01: Like, he he always he he be having that shit on.
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: But honestly, Jesse Mentor swag kind of crazy.
- 33:08SPEAKER_04: I was like, I was like, all right, Jesse Mentor, Mike Tomlin has some swag, but we don't current, right?
- 33:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I wouldn't.
- 33:15SPEAKER_04: It's not me personally, I would never do this.
- 33:16SPEAKER_04: I could see Daniel dressing up like this, but the way Sean McVay does his show with a little curled up, like you know, like pants or whatever.
- 33:22SPEAKER_04: I think Sean McShaw McVeigh.
- 33:24SPEAKER_04: Sean McVeigh, give me Sean McVeigh.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, um, I like that one.
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm gonna put Zach Taylor in there too.
- 33:30SPEAKER_01: Because yeah, Zach got kind of got that like uh it's developed, it's it's definitely developed.
- 33:34SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I remember before he was wearing the polo shirts, yeah, yeah, and all that.
- 33:37SPEAKER_04: I was like, not now, it's definitely not for sure.
- 33:40SPEAKER_04: For sure.
- 33:40SPEAKER_01: He's you know, for sure.
- 33:41SPEAKER_01: He might have the the the cutoff hoodie with the the undersleeve, long sleeve underneath with a hat on and shit.
- 33:47SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we gotta get Zach out there with a big old chain, iced out chain on.
- 33:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's what we get.
- 33:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, either that or if he just turned the hat backwards one time and just called a series with the hat backwards, that should be hard.
- 33:58SPEAKER_04: Yeah, they'd be like, oh snack, that's crazy.
- 33:59SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and you know, Cincinnati's a city, they get behind it, they get behind stuff, but they get behind stuff.
- 34:03SPEAKER_04: That'd be cool.
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: Kind of cool.
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: All right, keeping with the swag.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: We're talking NFL quarterbacks, could be past or active NFL quarterbacks with on field swag.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: Um instances, a few people come to mind for me, I guess.
- 34:22SPEAKER_01: Um I'm a big fan of when Lamar wore.
- 34:27SPEAKER_01: I don't know if he still do this, but when I was there, we had a cold game.
- 34:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he would wear like a pro club long sleeve tee underneath the sh underneath the shoulder pads.
- 34:37SPEAKER_01: That shit was that shit was fresh.
- 34:38SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 34:39SPEAKER_01: I always appreciated that.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: Um, another biased one here, Kyler.
- 34:44unknown: Okay.
- 34:45SPEAKER_01: Like yeah, K1.
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: You know, he he be having that shit on.
- 34:48SPEAKER_01: You know, I always make fun of him.
- 34:50SPEAKER_01: No, it's easy to dress when you 5'10.
- 34:52SPEAKER_01: Like, you know what I'm saying?
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, when you 5'10, you yeah, you better be fresh.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, I'm just talking shit.
- 34:57SPEAKER_02: But no, he no, Kyler, Kyler having that shit on.
- 35:00SPEAKER_02: Um, JJ McCarthy got good swag, but he does.
- 35:03SPEAKER_04: He has good swag.
- 35:04SPEAKER_04: Jackson Dark got good swag too.
- 35:06SPEAKER_04: Not to saying that because of both Giants quarterbacks, yeah.
- 35:08SPEAKER_04: Um Joe switches his swag up a lot, yeah.
- 35:13SPEAKER_04: But I remember there was one game he showed up, he had a long sleeve.
- 35:16SPEAKER_04: It was before he was wearing the quarterback band, uh, wristband.
- 35:19SPEAKER_04: Okay, he wore the long sleeve and he had the half, the half sleeve.
- 35:22SPEAKER_04: I thought that was the most fire fit ever, bro.
- 35:25SPEAKER_04: Has he been on that?
- 35:26SPEAKER_04: I feel like I feel like he ain't been on that.
- 35:29SPEAKER_04: He wears like a long sleeve, like then a half sleeve over the long sleeve with the quarterback wristband, with the wrist.
- 35:37SPEAKER_04: Then he has his his wristbands, he wears.
- 35:40SPEAKER_04: Then it's like, I don't know.
- 35:42SPEAKER_04: Risk, you can pull up his swag real quick.
- 35:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I gotta see this because I feel like on the way to practice, he's a big shooter sleeve guy.
- 35:49SPEAKER_01: Yes, he, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 35:52SPEAKER_04: See, see, see, see, yeah, yeah.
- 35:53SPEAKER_02: He's been on the yeah, he's been on the shooter sleeve on Wesley.
- 35:57SPEAKER_04: Uh it's fire, it's I could get with it.
- 35:59SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's it was weird because at first he wasn't wearing the quarterback for the longest time.
- 36:04SPEAKER_04: And then, but you know, I get I can get with it, I can get with it.
- 36:06SPEAKER_04: You know who weirdly has like underrated swag?
- 36:08SPEAKER_04: Matt Staffer.
- 36:09SPEAKER_04: Matt Stafford kind of got it's just basic.
- 36:11SPEAKER_04: It is basic.
- 36:12SPEAKER_04: It's basic.
- 36:12SPEAKER_04: I can I can get behind it though.
- 36:14SPEAKER_04: I'll I'll you know with that, you know.
- 36:16SPEAKER_04: So we'll we'll go with that.
- 36:17SPEAKER_04: We'll go with that.
- 36:18SPEAKER_04: We'll go with that.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: All right, then we got one football one.
- 36:20SPEAKER_00: This is we're talking quarterback sneaks here all time, right?
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: You need to pick up one yard from a quarterback.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: What quarterback are you taking?
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: This is great conversation, okay.
- 36:29SPEAKER_01: This is a great conversation.
- 36:30SPEAKER_04: It's good on you, DM.
- 36:32SPEAKER_01: Okay, because I could be wrong on this, could be wrong on this, but I believe Joe Flacco is the most efficient quarterback in NFL history for him quarterback sneaks.
- 36:43SPEAKER_04: We'll see.
- 36:43SPEAKER_04: We'll see.
- 36:44SPEAKER_01: I think he I like six foot six.
- 36:46SPEAKER_01: He's gotta be up there in terms of overall quarterback sneak efficiency.
- 36:51SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't know how you even search that or if that's a real statistic, but like let's see.
- 36:58SPEAKER_01: I mean, he's show more.
- 36:59SPEAKER_04: Let's see.
- 37:00SPEAKER_04: Show more here.
- 37:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Flack is Flack is is my choice.
- 37:04SPEAKER_04: So I was gonna go Tom Brady myself, actually.
- 37:07SPEAKER_04: Tom Brady.
- 37:07SPEAKER_04: I don't know if I've seen him stop too many times on a quarterback, but also him and Joe Flacco are taller stature quarterbacks, right?
- 37:13SPEAKER_04: So is he but Joe Flacco is great at quarterback sneaks.
- 37:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I would love to know, I would actually know what his efficiency is.
- 37:20SPEAKER_01: I'll only bring it up because during my time in Baltimore, they had did a study on Flacco and the quarterback sneaks.
- 37:28SPEAKER_01: This was like my rookie year, yeah.
- 37:30SPEAKER_01: And they said he was the most efficient at that time.
- 37:34SPEAKER_01: Wow, that's crazy.
- 37:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 37:36SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm talking like let's just say 58 of 59.
- 37:41SPEAKER_04: Oh my gosh.
- 37:41SPEAKER_01: On QB sneaks for a first now.
- 37:43SPEAKER_01: Damn.
- 37:44SPEAKER_04: So damn.
- 37:44SPEAKER_04: So if you need a quarterback sneak, put Flacco in there, man.
- 37:47SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he's gonna get you one.
- 37:48SPEAKER_04: He's gonna get you one for sure.
- 37:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, give me Flack, bro.
- 37:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, was that it?
- 37:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay, okay, yeah, okay.
- 37:53SPEAKER_04: Okay, okay, not too bad.
- 37:54SPEAKER_04: We we did all right this week.
- 37:55SPEAKER_04: We did all right.
- 37:56SPEAKER_04: He gotta start grading us on these, man.
- 37:58SPEAKER_04: You gotta start grading on grading us on these.
- 38:00SPEAKER_04: So, you know, I got a question for you.
- 38:02SPEAKER_04: You know, we always have like these social questions that we we like to ask at points in in the show, and it kind of brought me back to what Charles Barclay said, obviously, hall NBA Hall of Famer.
- 38:13SPEAKER_04: And so, first from us, the question is should athletes be considered role models?
- 38:18SPEAKER_04: The reason why I pose this question is because Charles Barclay said a long time ago, I don't want to be no role model.
- 38:23SPEAKER_04: Yeah, he said I didn't sign up to be a role model, I signed up to be a player.
- 38:27SPEAKER_04: He was like, you know, I make mistakes, I'm human just like the next person.
- 38:30SPEAKER_04: So I want to get your opinion on that.
- 38:31SPEAKER_04: Should athletes be considered role models?
- 38:33SPEAKER_04: For sure, for sure.
- 38:34SPEAKER_01: Into each his own, you know what I mean?
- 38:36SPEAKER_01: Like, but I I definitely think uh for those that are willing to embrace that side of things, for sure.
- 38:43SPEAKER_01: You know, I I I can't tell you how many young kids or even myself as a young kid, the football players and athletes that I looked up to that I had a chance and opportunity to speak to at that point in life, how much that motivated me.
- 38:58SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 38:58SPEAKER_01: And and uh shined a lot of positivity in my life.
- 39:01SPEAKER_01: For sure.
- 39:02SPEAKER_01: Um but you know, personally, I I definitely think you know we should we should be role models, man.
- 39:08SPEAKER_01: Like you gotta, as an athlete, you got a rare opportunity, especially in today's world where it's so many eyes on us, you know what I mean?
- 39:16SPEAKER_01: Like we've got the resources available to us as well to be able to, you know, to to be in those better and and more prime positions.
- 39:25SPEAKER_01: So yeah, man, I think I think you should you should definitely embrace embrace that opportunity, man, when it when it comes your way.
- 39:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I think I think honestly, uh anybody with a platform, honestly, yeah, uh to a degree, you have like a a moral obligation, I would say, to be a role model, even if you didn't necessarily ask for it, it comes with the territory because you got a lot of eyes on you.
- 39:44SPEAKER_04: And I think in a in a world today where we have like a lot of like, I don't know, man, like negativity at points in times, right?
- 39:50SPEAKER_04: It's it's easy to kind of for people to kind of get swept into the the bad stuff, if you will, or whatever.
- 39:56SPEAKER_04: But like if you have uh a positive role model, you know, saying giving you positive reinforcements of hey, you could be here, or even somebody like that that might look like you, somebody that might be where you're from, yeah, that can relate to you.
- 40:07SPEAKER_04: I think is so important.
- 40:08SPEAKER_04: You know, I think that was a big thing for me when I got into like the the media space.
- 40:12SPEAKER_04: Obviously, I'm not an NFL player or athlete or anything, but I was like, I wanted to show people that look like me that you could be so much more what you want to be in life.
- 40:21SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's about applying yourself.
- 40:23SPEAKER_04: And you know, I try to I try to be a positive example.
- 40:25SPEAKER_04: And I uh, you know, I think the one of the the best parts for me is when I get like DMs or text messages or random people just saying, hey man, love your content, look up to you.
- 40:33SPEAKER_04: And I'm like, dude, you look up to me.
- 40:34SPEAKER_04: I'm 31 years.
- 40:34SPEAKER_04: What do you mean look up to me?
- 40:35SPEAKER_04: And it's like, man, I like that's that that just to know you're just creating a positive impact or you're showing people that there's an avenue for them to make it here in this industry too, is for sure.
- 40:44SPEAKER_01: And you know what?
- 40:45SPEAKER_01: I I can relate in that area too, because uh for me, like the way that I grew up, I'm uh more fortunate where you know my dad played in the NFL and uh I've been I was exposed to it at a really early age.
- 40:58SPEAKER_01: But for those that you know, parents didn't play in the NFL that come from a less fortunate situation, you know, and I I I look I look at myself as somebody that they can look to, you know what I mean?
- 41:12SPEAKER_01: Like because you know, when you bring up the black community, like that's that's very important to me.
- 41:17SPEAKER_01: You know what I'm saying?
- 41:17SPEAKER_01: Like like to be able to light a little kid's candle um and let him know, like, you know, this is this can happen, you know, and and it's crazy, bro, because I've had teammates come over my house uh in the NFL and and you know they've spoken on uh like wow, like this is you know, like wow, bro, like this is not this is crazy.
- 41:40SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, because a lot of times I think in our community, like people don't really guys don't necessarily get to that point and they're able to maintain it throughout their career.
- 41:50SPEAKER_01: For sure, for sure.
- 41:51SPEAKER_01: Some people more often than not might get there and lose it.
- 41:54SPEAKER_01: You know, it's not a lot of guys, I think, uh, that are able to get there and uh and continue to maintain it, you know, in our community for whatever reason.
- 42:03SPEAKER_01: So um, you know, it's it's interesting you bring that up, bro.
- 42:06SPEAKER_01: Like that that is that is a big part too of of I think who I am and my motivation.
- 42:11SPEAKER_04: Absolutely, for sure, bro.
- 42:12SPEAKER_04: For sure, man.
- 42:13SPEAKER_04: I like you know, I I think I think it's so important.
- 42:15SPEAKER_04: I think it's so important to to because like we sometimes you don't even ask for, you know, obviously the the mantle, if you will, of you know, playing it forward or whatever the case may be.
- 42:24SPEAKER_04: And I think it's important too because you just never know who's watching you.
- 42:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I think that's the biggest thing I've learned in life.
- 42:30SPEAKER_04: You never know who's watching you, you never know the impact you have on someone.
- 42:34SPEAKER_04: Yep.
- 42:35SPEAKER_04: So like which is gonna be funny when we talk about like the peak or pit thing.
- 42:38SPEAKER_04: I'm but like you just never know the impact you're gonna have on somebody.
- 42:41SPEAKER_04: And so it's important to always be mindful of that because somebody's always watching at the end of the day, you know what I'm saying?
- 42:45SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but man, this is this is this is great, man.
- 42:47SPEAKER_04: This is great, you know.
- 42:48SPEAKER_04: So we're gonna end the show, yeah, with Peek and Pitt.
- 42:53SPEAKER_04: I need to hear what your what your peak of the week was, and what was your pitch?
- 42:56SPEAKER_01: Oh man, um gosh, you know, I every week I still don't think about these things, I just go through the whole week um without thinking about this.
- 43:06SPEAKER_01: So uh my peak.
- 43:08SPEAKER_01: Uh my peak.
- 43:10SPEAKER_01: My peak.
- 43:11SPEAKER_01: Uh you're funny today.
- 43:15SPEAKER_01: Outside of uh winning the game on Sunday, bro.
- 43:18SPEAKER_01: That was that was really cool.
- 43:20SPEAKER_01: Um, my my boys are in town, my two sons.
- 43:23SPEAKER_01: So uh it was really good to get them uh you know here at the crib and and be able to hang out with them.
- 43:30SPEAKER_01: Um so I'm about to have a lit week with them.
- 43:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 43:33SPEAKER_01: Uh my pit.
- 43:35SPEAKER_01: Um gosh, I I feel like I gotta tell the bathroom story.
- 43:41SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 43:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I feel like I gotta tell the bathroom story.
- 43:46SPEAKER_01: People gonna judge me for this shit, but fuck it.
- 43:48SPEAKER_04: Wait, wait, wait, Chris Brown.
- 43:50SPEAKER_04: Please don't judge.
- 43:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, please don't judge me.
- 43:53SPEAKER_01: Fuck it, judge me.
- 43:54SPEAKER_01: So won't say where.
- 43:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: There is a bathroom in the building.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: Let's just say the whole stadium.
- 44:02SPEAKER_01: Okay, we have the access to the whole stadium.
- 44:04SPEAKER_01: And I go to use our bathroom, and it was crowded.
- 44:09SPEAKER_01: So I couldn't use our bathroom.
- 44:11SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, I try to find the nearest bathroom, and so happened to be a woman's bathroom.
- 44:16SPEAKER_01: So I go in the woman's bathroom, doing the number two.
- 44:21SPEAKER_01: Janitor walks in, and I'm like thinking to myself, like, oh shit, like I've never been caught in this situation before.
- 44:28SPEAKER_01: For one, I'm like thinking this is an empty bathroom in this whole stadium.
- 44:32SPEAKER_01: Janitor walks in and she goes, I know that ain't no man in here.
- 44:37SPEAKER_01: Them big ass feet.
- 44:40SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh fuck.
- 44:44SPEAKER_01: So I wipe my ass.
- 44:45SPEAKER_01: I wipe my ass good.
- 44:46SPEAKER_01: Okay, I wipe my ass good.
- 44:48SPEAKER_01: And while I wipe my ass, I hear her go outside.
- 44:51SPEAKER_01: She goes, It's a man in there.
- 44:54SPEAKER_01: I go some big ass feet.
- 45:04SPEAKER_02: So I sprint out of the bathroom, bro.
- 45:07SPEAKER_02: The way the design is, is it's like you know, it's for whatever reason there's a door, it's a door that is connected to the man's bathroom, too.
- 45:14SPEAKER_01: So I sprint through that door, go through the man's bathroom.
- 45:17SPEAKER_01: I come out on the other side, and you know, as crazy as I'm walking, you know, I see Marissa, yeah, one of our producers.
- 45:25SPEAKER_02: I'm like, oh my gosh, I was so startled for what?
- 45:28SPEAKER_02: Because that just happened.
- 45:29SPEAKER_02: I was not expecting to see her.
- 45:31SPEAKER_02: I was not expecting to see Marissa either.
- 45:33SPEAKER_02: So I was just all scrambled, bro.
- 45:35SPEAKER_02: All scrambled.
- 45:36SPEAKER_02: He's like, Am I in a am I in a dream right now?
- 45:38SPEAKER_02: What the hell's going on?
- 45:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so that's that's my pit.
- 45:41SPEAKER_02: That's my pit of the week, bro.
- 45:42SPEAKER_02: Get caught in a girl's bathroom, man.
- 45:44SPEAKER_02: As a grown ass man, big ass, yeah.
- 45:47SPEAKER_02: Live your life, live your life better than me, man.
- 45:49SPEAKER_02: I'm taking shit to the girls' bathroom.
- 45:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's tripping.
- 45:52SPEAKER_02: I couldn't hold it.
- 45:53SPEAKER_02: I couldn't fucking hold it.
- 45:54SPEAKER_04: I don't know if I can top that.
- 45:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I could hold it, bruh.
- 45:58SPEAKER_04: I think the funniest part of the story is big ass feet.
- 46:02SPEAKER_02: I go fuck.
- 46:03SPEAKER_02: I'm like, damn, I can't even hide this shit either.
- 46:07SPEAKER_04: Yo, shout out to the janitor.
- 46:10SPEAKER_04: That's crazy.
- 46:11SPEAKER_02: Uh I was yeah, yeah, bro.
- 46:13SPEAKER_02: What you got, bro?
- 46:14SPEAKER_02: Where's your pick and your feet, bro?
- 46:16SPEAKER_02: Your peak and your feet.
- 46:18SPEAKER_04: Uh, my my peak, I would say, man, is I uh I got to just got a chance to chill out, man, this week, man.
- 46:23SPEAKER_04: I got a chance to really uh relax, uh, talk to the family a little bit, which was which was always nice to obviously do.
- 46:29SPEAKER_04: I got a really, really nice DM though, someone telling me how much I motivated them and how much they uh you know they were they wanted to get into sports media and stuff like that, and if they I had any advice for them, um, which is really really cool.
- 46:42SPEAKER_04: Uh also uh a good friend of mine surprised me, lives in Tennessee.
- 46:46SPEAKER_04: He made us a custom uh piece for the show.
- 46:49SPEAKER_04: Oh wow, yeah, and it's it's getting mailed out here.
- 46:52SPEAKER_04: It's uh it's a really really cool thing.
- 46:53SPEAKER_04: You're on it.
- 46:54SPEAKER_04: Dexter Lawrence is on it, Joe is on it.

- 47:14SPEAKER_04: I'll you guys will see when we see it.
- 47:16SPEAKER_04: I would say my my uh pit, listen, road rage is bad.
- 47:22SPEAKER_04: Road rage is bad.
- 47:23SPEAKER_04: I don't have road rage, however, I got somebody stuck their middle finger up at me and was following me in the whole nine yards, all because I guess I didn't see that they were trying to like pull out, like when I was like driving past and they followed me, honking their horn at me, drove up beside me, sticking a middle finger at me.
- 47:40SPEAKER_04: That was my pit of the week because it was like it was like a team, them teenage girls or whatever the case.
- 47:44SPEAKER_01: I'm like, what the hell did I do?
- 47:46SPEAKER_01: Like, what like why are you tweaking on me?
- 47:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you are from Jersey though, so I never see you drive, but you are from Jersey, so you might have done some slimy shit.
- 47:54SPEAKER_04: I ain't do no slimy, I promise.
- 47:56SPEAKER_04: I would tell you if I did something wrong, yeah.
- 47:58SPEAKER_04: Then I didn't do anything wrong.
- 48:00SPEAKER_04: Like, I maybe that was bad, like karma just for yeah, me being uh you know, uh a bad driver at points in the past, but I'm a pretty good driver, I would say.
- 48:08SPEAKER_04: But like now, this situation was just weird because I was like, I was having a good day, yeah, and you're not thinking anything of it, and it's somebody just blowing the horn at you, sticking their middle finger up at you.
- 48:20SPEAKER_04: Like, what the hell did I do?
- 48:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that would make me sad.
- 48:22SPEAKER_04: That was that was that made me sad.
- 48:23SPEAKER_04: Yeah, because I was actually angry for a good like 10 minutes afterwards, and I was like, damn, yeah, it wasn't necessary, it wasn't worth it.
- 48:30SPEAKER_04: But that was my pit of the week.
- 48:31SPEAKER_04: Outside of that, I had a pretty good week.
- 48:33SPEAKER_04: My week was good, my week was chill.
- 48:34SPEAKER_04: So, like, I got a lot to be grateful for, man.
