Tilted Shed Ciderworks is closing its doors in October after 15 years of crafting beloved hard ciders and co-fermented drinks from their Windsor tasting room. Founded by Scott Heath and Ellen Cavelli, who began experimenting with cider in New Mexico back in 2007, the duo planted over 100 apple varieties in Sonoma County.
