A Target in Milford turned into a crime scene Tuesday night when cops responded to a bizarre report of a naked, drunk woman inside — only to find blood, a suspicious Subaru, and three people with serious drug charges. Benjamin Mahler, Elizabeth McCusker, and Alisha Chmiel were arrested after police found crack cocaine and fentanyl in the car.
