- 2:00Speaker 5: Ah, yes, the cartoon version of myself. This is me
- 2:04Speaker 5: contemplating it was lester load. See if you notice you
- 2:10Speaker 5: a lot of little details in here. There's a pile
- 2:12Speaker 5: of cash on the table. Yes, there's a Johnson thirty
- 2:17Speaker 5: six rifle on the table. And there's a welcome to
- 2:21Speaker 5: Dallas or mister Kennedy poster on the wall. And there's
- 2:27Speaker 5: also a wanted for treason poster on the wall. Oh yeah,
- 2:31Speaker 5: as everyone knows, you know, Dallas wasn't very hospitable or
- 2:35Speaker 5: at least certain people when it comes to President Kennedy
- 2:40Speaker 5: visiting Dallas. And these would have been the extreme right
- 2:46Speaker 5: wingers if we have been on the trail love here
- 2:49Speaker 5: the past couple of shows we have. So it's only
- 2:53Speaker 5: fitting that we continue things a little bit. But before

- 4:19Speaker 4: Yeah, Sally evening all just made it on time. I
- 4:23Speaker 4: had to finish an episode of scandy drama. Cliffhanger, how
- 4:29Speaker 4: are we doing all tonight? What is scandy drama? Do
- 4:32Speaker 4: you know? I do not know. It must be an
- 4:36Speaker 4: Irish term play, some Irish.
- 4:41Speaker 5: Drama series.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Yeah, Real Housewives of Ireland type of thing.
- 4:47Speaker 5: The Real Horrors of Dublin.

- 5:16Speaker 4: Thank you for joining us? And mister Timothy Bryan. I
- 5:21Speaker 4: hope y'all doing well. We are. It is your boys
- 5:26Speaker 4: birthday tomorrow.
- 5:29Speaker 5: It's not mine, no me, your boys.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I'm your boy in theory.
- 5:36Speaker 5: Allegedly another year closer to forty.
- 5:40Speaker 4: I'm getting there. One more.
- 5:42Speaker 5: We wipe this tear out of my eye, just for you, Joe,
- 5:46Speaker 5: how old will the birthday boy be?
- 5:49Speaker 4: Bro? You nailed it. Thirty nine? Oh yeah, one year
- 5:54Speaker 4: closer to forty you nailed it.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah yeah.
- 5:57Speaker 4: And I don't think you knew that. So that was
- 5:59Speaker 4: a good guy. Paul Anichi, what's up, sir. I've been
- 6:06Speaker 4: messaging with him this week. Yes all JFK, no bullshit,
- 6:10Speaker 4: that's what we do here, sir, not.
- 6:12Speaker 5: A horseshit, no bullshit. Ye, great T shirt.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Yeah, we have some good T shirts in the works. Guys.
- 6:23Speaker 4: Let us let us tell you. Mister Craig and then Jerry,
- 6:29Speaker 4: I didn't read this before, don't read it, so it
- 6:32Speaker 4: might be a mistake. And then Jerry Heming farted while
- 6:36Speaker 4: stealthily running through the enemy and leading JFK researchers down
- 6:39Speaker 4: travel Holmes what he did as will someone we will
- 6:44Speaker 4: also talk about later in the show, which is mister
- 6:48Speaker 4: Frank Frilini Sturgis.
- 6:50Speaker 5: And as we will come to learn tonight as well,
- 6:52Speaker 5: maybe he had a good reason to. Okay, I'm just
- 6:57Speaker 5: saying all right.
- 7:00Speaker 4: And that is it. I think we said hello to everyone,
- 7:04Speaker 4: so Sally said, it's a Scandinavian drama. I didn't know
- 7:10Speaker 4: there were such things.
- 7:11Speaker 5: I think I saw one of those on Netflix. A
- 7:15Speaker 5: lot of snow, Like a murder happens in the snow
- 7:18Speaker 5: in the middle of nowhere, and the quirky cops have
- 7:22Speaker 5: to solve it. The quirky Scandinavian blonde, blue haired cops
- 7:25Speaker 5: have to solve it.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Blue eyed yah. Yes, they have good genes over there
- 7:33Speaker 4: in Scandinavia. Pun intended to the drama that's been going
- 7:37Speaker 4: on with Sydney Sweeney, who is gorgeous creature. And last

- 11:43Speaker 5: And if you look very closely at my left arm,
- 11:47Speaker 5: you'll see a very crude rebel flag tattoo. Can you
- 11:52Speaker 5: read what it says right above it?
- 11:53Speaker 4: Joe?
- 11:55Speaker 5: Can you get close enough to.
- 11:56Speaker 4: Yes, I'm going to spell it out though. It says
- 11:59Speaker 4: D A G O.
- 12:01Speaker 5: Yes it does.
- 12:06Speaker 4: So how many super chats would it take for you
- 12:09Speaker 4: to get a D A G O tattoo? Is what
- 12:12Speaker 4: me and the Double B and everyone else's.
- 12:14Speaker 5: Wondering, Oh, a thousand bucks and I will go under
- 12:24Speaker 5: the knife and I will get it right on my chest.
- 12:30Speaker 5: Stop it, I would.
- 12:34Speaker 4: Okay, that's that's that's a little cheap. I thought you
- 12:37Speaker 4: were a little more expensive, but.
- 12:39Speaker 5: I respect at this point in my life. A thousand
- 12:41Speaker 5: bucks A thousand bucks. Who gives a ship what my
- 12:45Speaker 5: chest says? The Who's that?
- 12:50Speaker 4: They wouldn't know?
- 12:52Speaker 5: Oh damn, I just said it. Oh well, oh well,
- 12:57Speaker 5: oh well it happens.
- 12:59Speaker 4: It Yes, Yes, trouser mouser. It's a funny inside joke
- 13:05Speaker 4: from was it last week and then the members only.
- 13:09Speaker 5: Yeah, and we have some fantastic merch coming up for

- 13:17Speaker 5: Lancer Conference. We're gonna have an awesome T shirt for
- 13:21Speaker 5: you guys to purchase and wear while you're there that
- 13:25Speaker 5: It definitely will garner some attention and people will be like,
- 13:30Speaker 5: oh my god, where did you get that shirt? Oh
- 13:32Speaker 5: my god, I love that shirt. Where'd you get that shirt?
- 13:35Speaker 2: You have to have one.
- 13:38Speaker 5: But we're not going to release probably for a couple
- 13:42Speaker 5: more months.
- 13:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:43Speaker 5: Yeah, things works definitely be out in enough time to
- 13:48Speaker 5: order and receive by November twenty seconds, so don't worry
- 13:53Speaker 5: about that. But it's effing hilarious.
- 13:57Speaker 4: It is. We have some fun things in the world,
- 14:00Speaker 4: for sure, we're working on for this fall. It won't
- 14:04Speaker 4: be your November nothing burger, that's for sure.
- 14:08Speaker 5: Yeah. All right, Joe, let's get into lester Log.
- 14:12Speaker 4: All right? Who is this?
- 14:13Speaker 5: Who's who is well? Leicester Logue. Let's see if I
- 14:20Speaker 5: can find this? All right, And of course it's the
- 14:23Speaker 5: smallest ship, but this is lester Log's birth certificate Joe. Okay,
- 14:28Speaker 5: all right, now, I believe he was born in nineteen
- 14:33Speaker 5: and thirty one.
- 14:37Speaker 4: And let me just verify that it seems young for him.
- 14:43Speaker 5: Nineteen thirteen. Sorry I had three to one transposed, it happens. Uh, yeah,
- 14:50Speaker 5: this is a birth certificate. He was born in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania,
- 14:54Speaker 5: which is, uh, the same county Pittsburgh is in. So yeah,
- 14:59Speaker 5: soun wasn't born actually in Pittsburgh of some little ship
- 15:02Speaker 5: town like outside of Pittsburgh. Sorry, audio is out there, okay,
- 15:12Speaker 5: but yeah, I did happen to find this on ancestry.
- 15:15Speaker 5: So his name full name is Lester Lloyd Logue. Okay,
- 15:19Speaker 5: the triple L. Okay, wow, the triple L.
- 15:24Speaker 4: I like it. I don't like that.
- 15:28Speaker 5: And I could not find a picture of this dude,
- 15:32Speaker 5: but I've never seen one of him. I found a
- 15:35Speaker 5: picture of his brother, okay, and this is what his
- 15:41Speaker 5: brother looks like, so you can imagine what Lester Logue
- 15:51Speaker 5: kind of look like. This is his brother. And why
- 15:56Speaker 5: is the audio going in and out? Do are you
- 15:58Speaker 5: hearing that?
- 15:59Speaker 4: No? Oh, I hear you perfectly, sir. Hold let us
- 16:04Speaker 4: let us know him the chat. If you hear anything.
- 16:06Speaker 5: No, it's my it's my earbud, I gotta put it
- 16:09Speaker 5: back in all do you not know how to use
- 16:13Speaker 5: your I did, Joe, it came disconnected. Okay, now we're
- 16:19Speaker 5: all is right with the world.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Yes, so he looks like a common Pennsylvania working folk.
- 16:27Speaker 5: Yeah, now I did. I did happen upon Lester Log's
- 16:31Speaker 5: draft card from the nineteen forties, and it gave a
- 16:37Speaker 5: general description of him six foot one, two hundred pounds,
- 16:43Speaker 5: black hair, blue eyes, right, m hm, so I'm sure
- 16:52Speaker 5: him and his brother kind of resembled each other. I
- 16:53Speaker 5: don't know if he had such a sweet stash as
- 16:56Speaker 5: his brother. So let's see what this is here, all right.
- 17:09Speaker 5: This is part of his draft card, and you can
- 17:14Speaker 5: see here that he was employed by the Standard Oil
- 17:21Speaker 5: Company of Avna Sola.
- 17:24Speaker 4: Okay, was he an oil geologist? Kind of like he was?
- 17:31Speaker 4: He was?
- 17:32Speaker 2: Uh?
- 17:33Speaker 5: So, he was working for Standard Oil, which is one
- 17:35Speaker 5: of the biggest oil companies around at the time, and
- 17:39Speaker 5: they had an office in the Republic Bank building. I believe,
- 17:45Speaker 5: all right, this is Lester Lloyd Log, right, And something
- 17:59Speaker 5: else that I found, of course, is his grave site.
- 18:02Speaker 5: H Lester Lloyd Log Triple L yes, triple l born
- 18:10Speaker 5: in nineteen thirteen, died in nineteen ninety one.
- 18:14Speaker 4: And you would have a hard time saying that name,
- 18:17Speaker 4: considering liberty lobbity uh five times fast.
- 18:22Speaker 5: I think with your ls Leicester Lloyd Log, Lester Lloyd Loan,
- 18:28Speaker 5: it's the bees to fuck me up, not the els.
- 18:30Speaker 4: Oh I didn't know that. Okay, Sorry, Now you.
- 18:37Speaker 5: Might be looking here and thinking to yourself. Okay, wow,
- 18:40Speaker 5: his wife Phyllis wasn't born nineteen forty four, making Lester
- 18:49Speaker 5: Lloyd Log. Let's see if we can do the math.
- 18:52Speaker 5: Forty what's forty four minus thirteen uh, thirty one thirty
- 18:58Speaker 5: one years older? Yeah, so Lester Logue was thirty one
- 19:02Speaker 5: years old when his wife was born.
- 19:05Speaker 4: God bosshom.
- 19:09Speaker 5: Well, now here's the rub Joe.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Okay.
- 19:12Speaker 5: He had a first wife who he actually married in
- 19:16Speaker 5: nineteen forty four, named Beth. Okay. Okay, so he married
- 19:24Speaker 5: his first wife the same year that his second wife
- 19:26Speaker 5: was born. Lester log and his first wife, Beth had
- 19:35Speaker 5: one daughter. And this is interesting. Now I came across
- 19:43Speaker 5: there marriage certificate Phyllis's and Lester's. Okay, they got married.
- 19:58Speaker 5: They did not get married until nineteen eighty seven. Okay.
- 20:04Speaker 5: Lester Logue divorced his first wife in nineteen eighty seven,
- 20:11Speaker 5: and he married his second wife, also in nineteen eighty seven. Whoa,
- 20:19Speaker 5: now do let's do some more math. What's eighty seven
- 20:23Speaker 5: minus thirteen, Joe.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Eighty seven minus thirteen, That would be.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Seventy four seventy four. So Leicester log was seventy four
- 20:38Speaker 5: years old when he married his second wife, Phyllis. Okay,
- 20:45Speaker 5: it's time. Phyllis would have been in her thirties. I
- 20:51Speaker 5: believe eighty seven. No, she would have been forty three.
- 21:01Speaker 5: So he's seventy four, she's forty three when they get married. Now,
- 21:06Speaker 5: the funny thing about this is they were living in Texas,
- 21:10Speaker 5: but for some reason they decided to drive to state Line, Nevada,
- 21:16Speaker 5: which is I'm guessing right over the border into Nevada
- 21:21Speaker 5: to get married because their their marriage certificate is issued
- 21:27Speaker 5: in the state of Nevada, in the town of state Line.
- 21:30Speaker 4: Okay, well, people do go to Vegas to get married.
- 21:36Speaker 4: I'm not sure if it was the thing back then,
- 21:38Speaker 4: but whatever.
- 21:39Speaker 5: You mean, you're seventy four, I mean, are you really
- 21:42Speaker 5: elopen to Vegas? The tithe that n I don't know
- 21:46Speaker 5: maybe you are, Maybe you aren't if you're marrying at
- 21:48Speaker 5: Gumar maybe maybe. But four years after they're married Lester's day,
- 22:02Speaker 5: So they were only married for three or four years
- 22:04Speaker 5: before Lester log passed away. And you see who he's
- 22:10Speaker 5: being very beside or yeah, ury beside, not his wife
- 22:15Speaker 5: of forty plus years, but his wife of four years.
- 22:25Speaker 5: To me, that's a little telling.
- 22:28Speaker 4: Of his character. You mean, yeah, yeah, I see what
- 22:31Speaker 4: you now.
- 22:33Speaker 5: Of course, we all know the stereotypes of rich, old
- 22:40Speaker 5: oil men in Texas marrying young, hot wives, right, I mean,
- 22:47Speaker 5: look no further than what's that chick's name, That crazy
- 22:51Speaker 5: chick that was in Playboy in the nineties. Oh, I
- 22:57Speaker 5: know what you mean, the one that married Smith.
- 23:00Speaker 4: Yeah, she married the guy that was like couldn't get
- 23:04Speaker 4: out of.
- 23:04Speaker 5: The bed, right, Yeah, he's in a wheelchair. Yeah yeah,
- 23:09Speaker 5: but he could get it up. He just couldn't get
- 23:10Speaker 5: it out of the wheelchair apparently. Oh man, following the
- 23:17Speaker 5: trends here, you see where I'm going. I mean, this
- 23:20Speaker 5: guy obviously had money, you know, lifelong in the oil business,
- 23:26Speaker 5: high up, big swinging dick, loaded. Does his wife dirty
- 23:32Speaker 5: when she gets to be an old model and trades
- 23:34Speaker 5: her in for a young model, right, basically cuts her
- 23:38Speaker 5: out of his life, cuts her out of his will,
- 23:41Speaker 5: cuts her out of his graveyard. Everything dirty, lester Log.
- 23:48Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, might be common of the night so far
- 23:52Speaker 4: off the West.
- 23:54Speaker 5: Yes. Now, the reason I named this show what I
- 23:59Speaker 5: did reports from No Name Key is because I came
- 24:04Speaker 5: across a report from No Name Key from Gerald Patrick
- 24:11Speaker 5: Hemming to lester Log. And the date of this Joe
- 24:18Speaker 5: is August thirteenth, nineteen sixty three.
- 24:23Speaker 4: Before the assassination. Hemming is writing to lester Log.
- 24:28Speaker 5: Right, And for those of you who don't know the backstory, okay,
- 24:34Speaker 5: and Joe will get into it a little bit more
- 24:36Speaker 5: when we get to the Lauren Hall part of this.
- 24:37Speaker 5: But Leicester Logue was originally one of Gerald Hemming's big
- 24:46Speaker 5: fat cats, right to the tune that Lester Logue was
- 24:53Speaker 5: giving Himming five or six hundred bucks five or six
- 24:59Speaker 5: times a year. So if you translate that math into
- 25:05Speaker 5: today's dollars, what are we looking at their fintech?
- 25:11Speaker 4: We're five six thousand dollars of a few times a year,
- 25:15Speaker 4: say five at least thirty grand in that area, thousands
- 25:20Speaker 4: of dollars, tens of thousands yeah, a lot of money,
- 25:24Speaker 4: a significant amount of money.
- 25:26Speaker 5: Yeah, and this was Hemming's guy, right, Yes, But as
- 25:33Speaker 5: the year nineteen sixty three progresses and we get closer
- 25:37Speaker 5: to the assassination, we have Lauren Hall kind of trying
- 25:46Speaker 5: to slide in because at one point Heming took Hall
- 25:51Speaker 5: with him to go to go meet with Lester Log right,
- 25:56Speaker 5: and then Lauren Hall started visiting Logue on his own.
- 26:02Speaker 4: Right, So you're stealing the connect right, right, which is yeah, not.
- 26:10Speaker 5: Going to go over. Hence why I said earlier that
- 26:13Speaker 5: Heming may have had a reason to be pissed and
- 26:18Speaker 5: throw Haul under the bus when it comes to what
- 26:21Speaker 5: happened in Dallas. So let me just give you a
- 26:26Speaker 5: slight overview here of what your money to the tune
- 26:29Speaker 5: of twenty five thirty thirty six thousand dollars a year
- 26:33Speaker 5: it's going to get you from Gerald Patrick Hemming. And
- 26:37Speaker 5: it is a very lengthy, detailed report of which I'm
- 26:42Speaker 5: not going to read all of it, but I will
- 26:45Speaker 5: give you a basic overview. I mean, there's nothing real
- 26:47Speaker 5: juicy here. It's just Heming trying to justify Lester Logs donations.
- 26:57Speaker 5: You see what I'm saying. So you want to keep
- 27:00Speaker 5: this guy. You want to feed him what he's believing right,
- 27:07Speaker 5: so he thinks his money is being used in a
- 27:12Speaker 5: rightly manner by Heimming and these other guys. So it
- 27:18Speaker 5: starts off here. Dear Lester, best wishes to you and
- 27:22Speaker 5: the family. This is the first time in the last
- 27:25Speaker 5: few weeks that I've had a chance to sit down
- 27:27Speaker 5: and write anything of interest to you. Davey sent a
- 27:31Speaker 5: letter off to you last week and I think it
- 27:33Speaker 5: covered most of what concerns the opportunities in the air
- 27:38Speaker 5: cargo business. Now, this mysterious Davy guy is mentioned quite
- 27:44Speaker 5: often in this letter from himing to Low obviously somebody
- 27:50Speaker 5: that Log knows as well as Hemming. I don't know
- 27:54Speaker 5: if this is a slang or a shortened term for
- 27:58Speaker 5: somebody named Davis, or if it's somebody with the first
- 28:02Speaker 5: name Davy, of which I don't know. And if it
- 28:07Speaker 5: refers to somebody who's the last name of Davis, well
- 28:11Speaker 5: take your pick, Joe, because there's a lot of them.
- 28:17Speaker 5: You're probably aware of the latest developments relating to the
- 28:19Speaker 5: Cuban Action groups and the offer of training camps and
- 28:24Speaker 5: raider based facilities by certain general or central American governments.
- 28:29Speaker 5: So far, the news media has contributed to the following
- 28:31Speaker 5: information to the public. The ex president of Nicaragua, Louis
- 28:36Speaker 5: Simosa visited Miami three weeks ago. Simosa opened conversations with
- 28:41Speaker 5: all of the nine action groups and their leaders, and
- 28:44Speaker 5: also held meetings with a limited number of exile political leaders.
- 28:48Speaker 5: Simosa offered the use of Nicaraqua as a sanctuary, a
- 28:52Speaker 5: site for training camps, and a jumping off point for
- 28:56Speaker 5: future raids into Cuba. Miami newspaper headlines announced that ex
- 29:03Speaker 5: Bay of Pigs Brigade leader Manual Ardmay has decided to
- 29:08Speaker 5: move his headquarters to Nicaragua. A few of the well
- 29:12Speaker 5: known exile politicians have recently traveled to Nicaragua to hold
- 29:16Speaker 5: interviews with Samosa. So basically, he's telling Low about Samosa's
- 29:25Speaker 5: visit and that it might be a good opportunity to
- 29:28Speaker 5: move the training camps and set up some kind of
- 29:31Speaker 5: deal in Nicaragua, and it would be a good jumping
- 29:35Speaker 5: off point for raids into Cuba rather than doing it
- 29:39Speaker 5: from US soil because they're you know, they're facing the
- 29:42Speaker 5: neutrality law bullshit. But of course, Joe, to do that,
- 29:46Speaker 5: it takes money. Son takes a lot of money. You
- 29:51Speaker 5: gotta have money for this kind of stuff.
- 29:52Speaker 4: Right, Yes, sir, that's why everyone was drifting to try
- 29:57Speaker 4: to get it.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Yes, he says. I'm inclined to believe that there is
- 30:03Speaker 5: basis to the reports that THEDA, that's the Defense Intelligence Agency,
- 30:09Speaker 5: is involved in the Nicaragua training based proposals. I would
- 30:14Speaker 5: assume the theoreticians in the CIA are not too pleased
- 30:20Speaker 5: with the idea that DIA operatives will continue trespassing on
- 30:24Speaker 5: their de facto properties and quotes. Some clues to things
- 30:31Speaker 5: to come can be found in an interesting article by
- 30:33Speaker 5: Stuart Alsop in the Saturday Evening Post from July twenty seventh.
- 30:40Speaker 5: You will see on page twenty one of this issue
- 30:42Speaker 5: that Allsops says that the DIA has closer connections with
- 30:45Speaker 5: the military man in the Guatemala in junta than the CIA.
- 30:50Speaker 5: This would indicate a new trend that the DIA has
- 30:53Speaker 5: closer connections with all of the CIA military leaders. Then
- 30:57Speaker 5: has the CIA, I'm sorry, Central American military leaders, then
- 31:00Speaker 5: has the CIA. Alsop goes on to say that the
- 31:04Speaker 5: DA has no choice but to concentrate on the political
- 31:07Speaker 5: strategic intelligence, which is the CIA's chief function. So as
- 31:12Speaker 5: you can tell here, Hemings not just having diarrhea of
- 31:19Speaker 5: the mouth.
- 31:21Speaker 4: He is.
- 31:23Speaker 5: Very careful and how he words things in this letter.
- 31:30Speaker 5: And if it hasn't come across to you yet, Hemings
- 31:33Speaker 5: a smart motherfucker. Yes, right, we all know that he
- 31:37Speaker 5: definitely is. Yes, and I mean sharp, smart, you know,
- 31:42Speaker 5: very intelligent.
- 31:43Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe why I was able to stay alive.
- 31:48Speaker 5: Yeah, he says. During March of this year, many of
- 31:52Speaker 5: the top Pentagon and State Department specialists on Cuban operations
- 31:55Speaker 5: traveled to Managua, Nicaragua, where they held a conference with
- 32:00Speaker 5: the top military men of the Central American republics. It
- 32:04Speaker 5: is possible that this meeting was a prey prime step
- 32:07Speaker 5: in the development of a joint Central American Cuban exile
- 32:11Speaker 5: US plan to overthrow the Castro communists. So basically, what
- 32:15Speaker 5: he's trying to say here or sell to lester Log
- 32:20Speaker 5: is the fact that the DA wants to work with
- 32:25Speaker 5: exiled Cubans and mercenaries in an attempt to try to
- 32:33Speaker 5: overthrow Castro by using and using Nicaragua as a base
- 32:38Speaker 5: and garnering support from the rest of the Central American
- 32:42Speaker 5: nations to do so. Because remember, on its face, on
- 32:48Speaker 5: its public face, the CIA at this point has kind
- 32:52Speaker 5: of said, we're hands off Cuba basically, you know, no more,
- 32:58Speaker 5: no more, you know, off the book's raids. We've got
- 33:01Speaker 5: nothing in the works. You know, Russia withdrew its missiles.
- 33:04Speaker 5: We're good. Castro is a nut job, but you know what,
- 33:07Speaker 5: fucking he can stay over there and be a nut
- 33:08Speaker 5: job in his own country. We're not that worried about
- 33:12Speaker 5: what's going on anymore. So things have shifted from the
- 33:16Speaker 5: CIA to now the d i A. At least, this
- 33:21Speaker 5: is what Heming is telling log And he goes on
- 33:27Speaker 5: to say, everybody learned a lot since the Bay of Pigs,
- 33:31Speaker 5: but have the right people learned the right things. I
- 33:34Speaker 5: hope that adherence to the principles established by the veterans
- 33:38Speaker 5: of the s OE, the os S, the AI B
- 33:42Speaker 5: Machis franch Kachina, Karen's and others will prevent a repetition
- 33:48Speaker 5: of DFA Gallia Poli dn ben few that was ingloriously
- 33:56Speaker 5: repeated at the Bay of Pigs. Now that's a lot
- 33:59Speaker 5: of mouthful horseshit to say, yeah, good job. Hopefully things
- 34:03Speaker 5: don't get fucked up again like they did at these
- 34:07Speaker 5: other various places before I read where many of the
- 34:12Speaker 5: top exchelon administration figures are boning up on guerrilla warfare.
- 34:20Speaker 5: I hope they see the similarity to present day Cuba
- 34:24Speaker 5: that existed during the anti Japanese operations in the Philippines
- 34:28Speaker 5: and Burma, Malaysia and elsewhere. Reading about free French activities
- 34:36Speaker 5: in London strikes a note of similarity to the Miami
- 34:39Speaker 5: of today. The frustrations, the grand blunders, the party bickering,
- 34:43Speaker 5: now let's wait and see attitude and all was rampant
- 34:46Speaker 5: inertness during the forties. So he basically is going on
- 34:54Speaker 5: and on, and he's trying to analyze different things in
- 35:01Speaker 5: the military campaigns of the past as to what will
- 35:05Speaker 5: possibly work with Cuba in the future, referencing pork chop,
- 35:10Speaker 5: hill man against fire, they have pigs, you know, questioning
- 35:18Speaker 5: that the training they received preparatory to the invasion give
- 35:21Speaker 5: them confidence.
- 35:23Speaker 4: Or not.
- 35:25Speaker 5: Was this training adequate from a professional standpoint? What percentage
- 35:29Speaker 5: of the brigade used their individual or crew served weapons.
- 35:33Speaker 5: Were the designated leaders really justified and later proved themselves
- 35:37Speaker 5: as capable leaders. I have conducted numerous interviews of the
- 35:41Speaker 5: Marshall type, not only with the Brigade veterans, but with
- 35:45Speaker 5: the gorilla veterans of the Sierra Madres, Cristal and Escambre.
- 35:50Speaker 5: The results have been extremely enlightening, not to mention the
- 35:54Speaker 5: educational aspects of all. I've been a military instructor for
- 35:58Speaker 5: more than eight years, the last five being devoted to
- 36:01Speaker 5: Cubans and Central South American nationals. I have a very
- 36:06Speaker 5: low regard for the Latin American soldier, but I have
- 36:10Speaker 5: found that Cubans can be the best Latin soldiers of
- 36:13Speaker 5: all if they're handled correctly, or the worst if incorrectly handled.
- 36:20Speaker 4: Hey, that's the truth.
- 36:21Speaker 5: So that's a backhanded compliment from Gerald Patrick Hemming to
- 36:26Speaker 5: the Latin soldier, Right, if you will.
- 36:29Speaker 4: Yeah, they could be extremely effective. But at the same
- 36:32Speaker 4: time they're out of control.
- 36:34Speaker 5: You got to you got to know how to handle
- 36:35Speaker 5: them correctly, Joe.
- 36:36Speaker 4: Yes, If you don't, then they're going to go.
- 36:38Speaker 5: You got to keep them bashards in line.
- 36:40Speaker 4: Yeah, if not, they can.
- 36:44Speaker 5: Then He tells the majority of the instructors I propose
- 36:49Speaker 5: should should be North Americans or Europeans i e. Whiteies,
- 36:54Speaker 5: most of whom will later accompany their students on combat
- 36:57Speaker 5: operations as their leaders or advisors, depending on the situation.
- 37:04Speaker 5: These students native to rural areas should be kept segregational
- 37:07Speaker 5: from the students that are still city dwellers. Both the
- 37:11Speaker 5: commanders and the instructors must resist the tendency to rely
- 37:14Speaker 5: more on the English speaking students and later delegate authority
- 37:18Speaker 5: to the English speakers without regard as to the individual's
- 37:23Speaker 5: proven capabilities. So only leaders speak English. If you know
- 37:30Speaker 5: what I'm saying. If you don't speak no English, you
- 37:33Speaker 5: can't be a good leader.
- 37:34Speaker 4: Joe, I'm sorry, somewhat true.
- 37:38Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, And he goes on and it's you know,
- 37:43Speaker 5: a lot of racial profile in here, if you will,
- 37:47Speaker 5: and how you know he can do it better? He says, Uh,
- 37:53Speaker 5: Davy and I have covered most of the angles on
- 37:56Speaker 5: this new situation with all of the key leaders. They
- 37:59Speaker 5: don't want to be by the hand again, especially by
- 38:02Speaker 5: men that are not planning to run the same risks
- 38:04Speaker 5: as they are to face. Most Covert Action Group members
- 38:09Speaker 5: are willing to serve in a force legion counterinsurgency that
- 38:14Speaker 5: would be used to combat communism uprising in Central and
- 38:18Speaker 5: South America. This would be a fine training vehicle in
- 38:23Speaker 5: that their time spent in training would cover the security
- 38:27Speaker 5: required in many areas of the host country. And this
- 38:31Speaker 5: goes on and on and on until we get to
- 38:34Speaker 5: the end, Joe, which is where you pull your hand
- 38:38Speaker 5: out of your pocket and extend it forward like so.
- 38:43Speaker 5: And you asked, very nicely, sir, can you spare a dime? Please?
- 38:50Speaker 3: Sir?
- 38:51Speaker 5: Please, sir? Can you spare a dime? Again? Let me
- 39:00Speaker 5: say we are really hurting for small finances, sir. We
- 39:05Speaker 5: need fuel for the vehicles and boats used in training.
- 39:11Speaker 5: We need food for the instructors, and fuck the students
- 39:15Speaker 5: right now and the volunteer students. We have been promised
- 39:21Speaker 5: relief from some of these hardships in the near future
- 39:23Speaker 5: from certain individuals native to New York and Chicago. I'm
- 39:27Speaker 5: assuming he's referencing the mafia there, you know. Yeah, give
- 39:36Speaker 5: my best to Patterson and to the men we met
- 39:39Speaker 5: with at the club. Say hello to your family for
- 39:43Speaker 5: me and Davy. Sincerely yours, Jerry Hemming, George Errold Patrick Hemming.
- 39:52Speaker 5: So very interesting.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, and you could see the type of thing
- 40:00Speaker 4: drama that would have could have unfolded if if if
- 40:04Speaker 4: Lauren Hall took some of Jerry Patrick Kemming's funding from
- 40:09Speaker 4: this well to do oil man. Right, you could see
- 40:13Speaker 4: where the drama.
- 40:14Speaker 5: Starts, yeah, you know, and these guys and then we
- 40:18Speaker 5: showed some of these pictures Wednesday night. Here we have
- 40:23Speaker 5: members of inter Pen. We have Gerald Patrick Hemming in
- 40:26Speaker 5: the very back middle. The tall guy to his right
- 40:32Speaker 5: a little shorter with the full on goatee in the hat,
- 40:35Speaker 5: that's Lawrence Howard right in the front here, the short
- 40:42Speaker 5: guy in the dark jacket is Roy Hargraves. He was
- 40:47Speaker 5: a stud.
- 40:48Speaker 4: Huh, it looks like one. It looks like a gangster.
- 40:54Speaker 5: And help fight communism by war on Cuba. You can
- 41:04Speaker 5: see written on the storefront behind him. The man to
- 41:07Speaker 5: the extreme right of the photo the tall gentleman that
- 41:09Speaker 5: would be Jerry Hemming. The man right in the middle
- 41:14Speaker 5: foreground is Roy Hargraves. And right behind Roy hargraves head
- 41:19Speaker 5: stands a familiar face you all might recognize as Frank
- 41:23Speaker 5: Fierimi or Frank Sturgis to Moses and a lot of
- 41:29Speaker 5: other skuffoozes that are scattered around, definitely from interer Pin. Now, Joe,
- 41:43Speaker 5: we talked about a little while ago on the show
- 41:46Speaker 5: and we were mentioning AJ Weberman's book The Oswald Code.
- 41:53Speaker 5: He also wrote this book called Jerry Did It? The
- 41:58Speaker 5: Life and Times of Gerald Heming. And you know, we
- 42:05Speaker 5: were looking at these photos that Weberman had developed and
- 42:10Speaker 5: you can see how he matches them up to be Heming,
- 42:14Speaker 5: is it or not? I don't know. We don't have
- 42:17Speaker 5: a real full on front facial shot. The hats don't
- 42:23Speaker 5: mean much. I mean, I think everybody in the service
- 42:24Speaker 5: had a hat like that, you know what I mean.
- 42:26Speaker 5: But you know, he did some extensive interviews with Hemming
- 42:36Speaker 5: in the seventies and came to the conclusion that Heming
- 42:44Speaker 5: was involved in the assassination. And of course Heming has
- 42:47Speaker 5: told a lot of tales over the years, and I
- 42:51Speaker 5: believe one of the tales that he told to A. J.
- 42:53Speaker 5: Weberman was that he was in Dallas in November eighteen
- 43:00Speaker 5: sixty three and he offered to buy Lee Oswald's mainlakuer
- 43:04Speaker 5: carcando from him and told him, we'll just bring it
- 43:06Speaker 5: to work tomorrow and I'll buy it from you. And
- 43:09Speaker 5: then he never showed up to buy it from him.
- 43:11Speaker 5: And you know what happened, right, of course, President gets shot.
- 43:14Speaker 5: Oh that they found the rifle. Oh oh shit. So
- 43:19Speaker 5: basically he was alluding that he helped set up Lee
- 43:24Speaker 5: Harvey Oswald to be the Patsy, right, because allegedly he
- 43:28Speaker 5: had some kind of knowledge of some kind of operation
- 43:31Speaker 5: that was taking place. Is this true or not? I
- 43:36Speaker 5: doubt it?
- 43:38Speaker 4: Yeah, But.
- 43:42Speaker 5: Is there a kernel of truth in some of the
- 43:44Speaker 5: things that Heming said?
- 43:45Speaker 4: Sure? Of course.
- 43:49Speaker 5: Let's see here, Joe. I got a bunch of pictures
- 43:53Speaker 5: here and I don't know what I'm looking at, and
- 43:55Speaker 5: it's okay.
- 43:56Speaker 4: And I have a picture of the US book from
- 44:02Speaker 4: the Oswalt Code later that I might talk about Frank
- 44:07Speaker 4: Sturt just being in there. We'll see.
- 44:11Speaker 5: Yeah. And I found this article from I believe it
- 44:15Speaker 5: was I can't remember the magazine it was from, but
- 44:21Speaker 5: Hall was taking over a lot of Hemming's old contacts,
- 44:28Speaker 5: including General Walker, including lester Log, right, yeah, and several others.
- 44:38Speaker 5: There was a I believe it was Wally Yates and
- 44:47Speaker 5: boats Welsh or a couple other local Dallas stream right
- 44:53Speaker 5: wingers not of the ilk of like General Walker and
- 44:56Speaker 5: lester Log When you're talking about big money funding, but
- 45:00Speaker 5: still connects, still connects.
- 45:04Speaker 4: Yes, And oh, mister William Seymour there right.
- 45:15Speaker 5: Oh yeah, enjoying a cigarette. Yes, another thing, member of
- 45:19Speaker 5: inter penn blame him, let's see. Yes.
- 45:29Speaker 4: And then in the past few weeks we've talked about
- 45:32Speaker 4: how the Cuban exiles, the extreme right, the soldiers of
- 45:37Speaker 4: Fortune there, they all kind of intertwined right in their circles.
- 45:43Speaker 4: And that's kind of what we're building upon here.
- 45:47Speaker 5: Yeah. And when Hall was questioned by the HSCA in
- 45:56Speaker 5: his testimony, he' said a lot of interesting things, and
- 46:03Speaker 5: one of them is that he testified that in nineteen
- 46:06Speaker 5: sixty three, every meeting he attended he heard somebody plotting
- 46:11Speaker 5: or talking about somebody should blow Kennedy's head off. Hall
- 46:18Speaker 5: defines himself as part of the radical right. Hall was
- 46:26Speaker 5: not aware of any one plot to kill Kennedy, but
- 46:30Speaker 5: several while in New Orleans, Hall puts himself in New Orleans,
- 46:42Speaker 5: he said he went to two locations and that he
- 46:46Speaker 5: was with Jerry Hemming on both these occasions. One location
- 46:52Speaker 5: was some laundrymat owned by Frank bartes Asset, former member
- 47:03Speaker 5: of the Cuban Revolutionary Council as well.
- 47:07Speaker 4: Present at Oswalt's court hearing. I believe it was on
- 47:11Speaker 4: August tenth, right.
- 47:12Speaker 5: Yeah, and another guy they visited in New Orleans was
- 47:17Speaker 5: named Larry la Board, but says he was out of
- 47:21Speaker 5: town and not at the house when we got back
- 47:23Speaker 5: in the car and went straight to Miami. But Larry
- 47:25Speaker 5: Leboard was a known CIA agent, so take that for
- 47:31Speaker 5: what you will. Hall testified he was in Dallas during
- 47:36Speaker 5: the last few days of September for four to five days.
- 47:40Speaker 5: He was on a route from Los Angeles to Miami
- 47:42Speaker 5: with a trailer load of equipment. Hall said the equipment
- 47:49Speaker 5: in the trailer that he drove to Dallas included machine guns,
- 47:53Speaker 5: a twenty millimeter cannon and ammunition, fifty pounds of C
- 47:58Speaker 5: four explosives, primer cord, several grand thirty odd six rifles,
- 48:05Speaker 5: and medical supplies. Hall testified he went to Dallas in
- 48:10Speaker 5: September sixty three to contact Lester log who Hall stated
- 48:13Speaker 5: supported US in various ways. Hall testified that he used
- 48:22Speaker 5: the alias Lorenzo Pascillo during the Dallas trip of September
- 48:27Speaker 5: sixty three. He testified most of us used aliases or
- 48:30Speaker 5: noms de gueer that means war names. Joe Okay in French.
- 48:36Speaker 4: Thank you for pointing that out. I would not have
- 48:38Speaker 4: gotten that.
- 48:42Speaker 5: So back to Leicester Log well, I'm sorry. Yeah. Hall
- 48:47Speaker 5: testified that he was waiting for Log in Dallas for
- 48:50Speaker 5: additional funding so to get a boat for the raids
- 48:54Speaker 5: on Cuba. So he went to Dallas to go see
- 48:58Speaker 5: Lester Logue to get money to buy a boat, which
- 49:03Speaker 5: I'm guessing is not cheap, because it ain't cheap today
- 49:05Speaker 5: to go buy a boat, you know, one that doesn't
- 49:08Speaker 5: require paddles, if you know what I'm saying. Hall testified
- 49:14Speaker 5: he visited a guy named Welch as well, that was
- 49:18Speaker 5: Boat's Welch. I actually stayed at his house for a
- 49:21Speaker 5: couple of days. Boats boats Welsh until you get this
- 49:27Speaker 5: motherfucker out of my house from boat White. He's with
- 49:32Speaker 5: skid marks and many stinks. At that time. Hall did
- 49:40Speaker 5: not stop to visit General Walker on that September sixty
- 49:44Speaker 5: three trip. Hall denied during testimony, telling an FBI agent
- 49:48Speaker 5: that he was in Dallas with Lawrence Howard and William
- 49:51Speaker 5: Seymour Uh never involved with Sylvia Odio to acquire military
- 49:55Speaker 5: equipment for anti castro raids. Lester log was a geologists
- 50:00Speaker 5: who owned an oil company, very wealthy. This is what
- 50:04Speaker 5: Halls seeing. Hall testified that he spent one and a
- 50:07Speaker 5: half hours with General Walker in Dallas, which is a
- 50:11Speaker 5: long time if you're not doing things. Hall testified that
- 50:21Speaker 5: the purpose of the Lester Log introduction was because quote
- 50:24Speaker 5: Log was in sympathy with our cause, the Cuban thing,
- 50:28Speaker 5: and had very deep pockets. Log was Jerry Hemmings contact.
- 50:36Speaker 5: Log also had a much bigger interest in preventing Kennedy
- 50:39Speaker 5: from deleting the twenty seven percent oil depletion allowance that
- 50:44Speaker 5: Texas oil men could use to legally pay no taxes
- 50:48Speaker 5: on their millions of dollars of earnings. So what he's
- 50:52Speaker 5: basically saying here is people like Lester Log and the
- 50:55Speaker 5: oil energy field geology had incentive to want Kennedy dead.
- 51:06Speaker 5: Hall testified that Log gave him five to six hundred
- 51:10Speaker 5: dollars five or six times all in nineteen sixty three
- 51:13Speaker 5: to purchase equipment, gas and so forth for boats. Hall
- 51:17Speaker 5: testified the first time when he was with him, Jerry
- 51:21Speaker 5: Hemming got money from Leicester Log. Hall testified Lawrence Howard
- 51:27Speaker 5: was with Hall when they brought the trailer to Log's
- 51:30Speaker 5: house in Dallas in September of sixty three and that
- 51:33Speaker 5: was the only time Log involved with storing weapons for Hall.
- 51:38Speaker 5: Hall testified that he attended several meetings at Leicester Log's office.
- 51:43Speaker 5: At one meeting at Log's office attended by Hall, there
- 51:46Speaker 5: were six people who also included the president of Texas Instruments,
- 51:51Speaker 5: who I'm guessing was a giant swinging Dick, and a
- 51:55Speaker 5: truck company owner named Jack, last name unknown. There was
- 52:01Speaker 5: also an unnamed representative of h L. Hunt at the meeting, Joe.
- 52:06Speaker 5: According to All the purpose of Log's meeting was to
- 52:09Speaker 5: organize all the Cuban groups under one leader because Hall
- 52:15Speaker 5: and his inter pen were unsuccessful with Cuban raids. They
- 52:21Speaker 5: had lost too much equipment to not just the Cubans
- 52:24Speaker 5: and Castro, but to the US Coast Guard, the i INS,
- 52:28Speaker 5: and the FBI. The attempt to form a Cuban government
- 52:32Speaker 5: in exile failed because the different anti Castro Cuban groups
- 52:37Speaker 5: could not agree or come together to work as one.
- 52:42Speaker 4: We know that to be true.
- 52:45Speaker 5: Hall testified that at this meeting, the truck company owner
- 52:48Speaker 5: Jack made a comment about killing JFK. Jack offered up
- 52:54Speaker 5: fifty grand large and wanted others to match it to
- 52:58Speaker 5: get JFK assassinated. Hall testified that he declined the offer polightly,
- 53:04Speaker 5: and Log forbid any further assassination talk in my office.
- 53:11Speaker 5: The other man at the meeting did nothing regarding the assassinations.
- 53:14Speaker 5: Assassinations suggestion by Jack. Hall testified that he talked to
- 53:20Speaker 5: Lester Log in nineteen sixty seven. When Hall was subpoenaed
- 53:27Speaker 5: by Garrison. Log told him, quote, go in there and
- 53:32Speaker 5: tell him the truth unquote. That was the last time
- 53:36Speaker 5: that he says he ever spoke to Leicester Log. Hall
- 53:41Speaker 5: testified that he talked to Log. I'm sorry, I've just
- 53:45Speaker 5: read that.
- 53:46Speaker 4: In September sixty three is the last time, No.
- 53:50Speaker 5: Sixty seven when he was pointed by Garrison okay. Hall
- 53:56Speaker 5: testified that he stayed at Log's house in Dallas for
- 54:00Speaker 5: three to five days. Hall left the trailer filled with
- 54:04Speaker 5: equipment there for two to three weeks in October sixty three,
- 54:09Speaker 5: different months different trip. Hall left Miami on November twelfth
- 54:14Speaker 5: of sixty three and said that he was going back
- 54:17Speaker 5: to la by Commercial Airline November twelfth, sixty three, leaving Miami.
- 54:24Speaker 5: Hall then they go into this thing about the halfcock
- 54:33Speaker 5: and pain HSCA Council triplet asked Hall, did you ever
- 54:39Speaker 5: tell Richard Hathcock or Roy Payne when you returned to
- 54:42Speaker 5: LA from Miami that you were leaving La on or
- 54:45Speaker 5: about November eighteenth of sixty three and returning to Dallas.
- 54:48Speaker 5: Hall said, absolutely, I did not, So he's denying it there.
- 54:57Speaker 5: I don't believe him for a second the way and
- 55:02Speaker 5: then the next question he asked him, is this Joe.
- 55:05Speaker 5: After the assassination, did you become owner or part owner
- 55:08Speaker 5: of a bar or motel? Hall answered yes. Hall testified,
- 55:15Speaker 5: and then July of sixty four he took ownership of
- 55:17Speaker 5: a motel which he owned with his wife. He said
- 55:20Speaker 5: he paid forty eight thousand dollars for the motelof it's
- 55:26Speaker 5: a lot of money. In July of sixty four, it's
- 55:31Speaker 5: almost half a mili. Hall testified that he made five
- 55:37Speaker 5: or six trips to Dallas in nineteen sixty three. Hall
- 55:43Speaker 5: testified at the time he was working with Jerry Hemming
- 55:45Speaker 5: before the JFK assassination. Hall did not think Hemming in
- 55:49Speaker 5: the CIA, but Hall got a copy of a court
- 55:52Speaker 5: order from a federal court in Miami, where he petitioned
- 55:55Speaker 5: the court to direct the CIA to give information concerning
- 55:58Speaker 5: him and Hemming having stated in this order that he
- 56:02Speaker 5: was CIA since nineteen sixty and heving went so far
- 56:06Speaker 5: as to put his CIA identification number on this court order.
- 56:13Speaker 5: Now that's interesting because the CIA disavows all knowledge and
- 56:18Speaker 5: association with Gerald Patrick Hemming over the years officially, officially.
- 56:29Speaker 4: So take that for what you will, Right, What did
- 56:33Speaker 4: you say, Rob, You said six times in Dallas in
- 56:38Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three.
- 56:39Speaker 5: That's what he admits to. Yes, okay, I think it
- 56:43Speaker 5: was a couple more than that, but that's what hes to.
- 56:47Speaker 4: Do You want me to bring up the DPD A
- 56:50Speaker 4: rest report for September of Lawren Hall. Sure, okay, because
- 56:57Speaker 4: I want to see if you can figure this out
- 57:02Speaker 4: with me here, right, So this is the RUSH report
- 57:05Speaker 4: on investigative prisoner Lauren Eugene Hall. The date is October seventeenth,
- 57:12Speaker 4: sixty three. Right, So you were talking about September, which
- 57:18Speaker 4: is when log bailed him out, right, I don't know
- 57:23Speaker 4: or did he bail him out on this thing in October?
- 57:26Speaker 4: I'm not one hundred percent sure, but you know it
- 57:31Speaker 4: has a bunch of numbers. Here it says officer heard
- 57:34Speaker 4: stop the above subject on Central Expressway because officer could
- 57:44Speaker 4: not read the license plate number. Subject's car was searched. Sorry,
- 57:51Speaker 4: I'm reading slow. It's hard to read. Was searched by
- 57:55Speaker 4: officer heard plus.
- 57:58Speaker 2: Four.
- 58:03Speaker 4: I don't know what that word is, d E y
- 58:06Speaker 4: E drino. I don't know what that means.
- 58:12Speaker 5: Dexa dream.
- 58:13Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, because he was arrested for prescription
- 58:16Speaker 4: pills in this Yeah, it says the later Dexa dream. Yes, tablets.
- 58:21Speaker 4: There we go, h plus twenty one spas. I can't
- 58:28Speaker 4: read that. And in amber bottle with the name of
- 58:42Speaker 4: a petros A Petra senior officer. Wagoner found a bottle
- 58:49Speaker 4: in something blue h blue. I'm sorry, this is really
- 58:59Speaker 4: hard to read it. It looks like a wall. I
- 59:02Speaker 4: think it says barbituates actually, officer official. Yeah, with tablet
- 59:16Speaker 4: banner dream.
- 59:17Speaker 5: Yes they had some pills.
- 59:20Speaker 4: Yes, they had some pills. And ironically rob So this
- 59:25Speaker 4: is October seventeenth and eighteenth, right. The next page of
- 59:31Speaker 4: the police report is unreadable and the DP Yes, you
- 59:39Speaker 4: cannot read what that says.
- 59:43Speaker 5: It's probably because it's the back of the paper.
- 59:44Speaker 4: Joe, no, no, I checked that.
- 59:47Speaker 5: You know how they do it, right?
- 59:48Speaker 4: I know, I know. I checked that I checked. I
- 59:52Speaker 4: am sure. I checked that. I double checked myself.
- 59:55Speaker 2: Looks like I know, I know and uh.
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: And then you have the Special Service Bureau releasing their
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: automobile a couple of days later, on October twenty first,
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: Yeah to Torn Hall, I guess see. I don't know
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: if Log bailed them out in the October or September incident,
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: but Lauren Hall was. It might have been October, but
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: Lauren Hall, well, I think it was the gun, the guns,
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: not the pills. But Lauren Hall was in trouble in
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: Dallas a couple of times in the fall of nineteen
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: sixty three.
- 1:00:33Speaker 5: And you left the trailer full of guns and Log's
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: house in September for a couple of weeks, right, for
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: some reason. Yeah, and it all works got him and
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: I guess took them to New Orleans or Miami or
- 1:00:47Speaker 5: wherever you took them to, and then on another jaunt
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: through Dallas, they get busted for the pills.
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: No luck on these guys.
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: Huh and NK had a good h forty eight thousand
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: and sixty four is equal to almost five hundred thousand
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: dollars half a million. His wife must have really hit
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: the church Bengo back to back. Yeah, and we posited too,
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: like Wednesday Night that say something like this happens the
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: scenario that Hall presents where he's in meetings with these
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: big wheel, big money people, big money players, offering money
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: to kill JFK. And then after the assassination, these guys
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: go back to said swinging dicks and say, hey, we
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: did it, We got away with it. JFK is dead,
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: pay me my money, right, or because now you have
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: he starts singing, right, you have leverage over them at
- 1:02:04Speaker 5: this point, right. Yeah, So that type of thing might
- 1:02:10Speaker 5: have been happening as well. Yeah, and you can see
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: that if you were Gerald Hemming and you have kafoozas
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: like Hall and Howard. See, Hall was never really in
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: with inter Pin and Jerry Hemming. Lawrence Howard was for sure, right.
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: The difference was Lawrence Howard was from California, same place
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: as Hall, and they had met out there and in there,
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: you know, in the same kind of ring of right
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: wing people, and they become friends. But Lauren Hall never
- 1:02:55Speaker 5: really becomes a part of inter Pin. Lawrence Howard kind
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: of gets pulled away from Hemming and enter pinn by Hall,
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: you know, to the tune of all right, you know, look,
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: Hemming's full of shit. He's a CIA guy. He's all talking,
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: no action, nothing ever happens.
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: These guys ain't going to do shit.
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: They ain't gonna do shit. I know a bunch of
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: his contacts. We can just go swoop underneath of him,
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: go and take him in. Take that money you you know,
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: get that grift money, yes, two ways, instead of you
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: just getting a breadcrumbs.
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: Good point, Yeah, we can grift better.
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: Right. So the worst thing that Lauren Hall ever did
- 1:03:46Speaker 5: was go into that pawn shop on November eighteenth, nineteen
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: sixty three, in LA and get Jerry Hemming's rifle out
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: of hock. That was the worst thing he could have done,
- 1:04:03Speaker 5: because now Hemming can say he's got my rifle. He
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: picked it up in La and then he went to
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: Dallas do the math people. And oh, by the way,
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: Vidalas Santiago was there too, and oh, by the way,
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: my buddy Roy Hargraves was there, or at least that
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: he admitted that he was there, and who knows, hemy
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: might have been there as well. But Heming had a
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: good reason not to be in Dallas because the dude
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: six foot fucking seven. He would stand out like a
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: sore fucking thumb. You can't have somebody like that in
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: the mix because they would be remembered right away. He
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: would know that he cannot be in the mix, especially
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: if they're trying to pull something like this off. Therefore,
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: he is behind the scenes somewhere, and if he's smart,
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: he's not even in fucking Dallas, right, but he might
- 1:05:12Speaker 5: be pulling some strings. And he might have even set
- 1:05:16Speaker 5: haul up by saying, hey, man, bring me my rifle
- 1:05:22Speaker 5: before you you know, and you know, if you're leaving
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: on the eighteenth, you can definitely make it to me
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: by then, bring me my rifle. Because he says he
- 1:05:37Speaker 5: never got the rifle. Hall says he returned it to
- 1:05:39Speaker 5: a dentist friend and then he gave it back to
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: hemming Heimy claims he never got the rifle back. And
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: we all know about the reports of the of the
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: FBI showing up at Hathcock and Pain pawnshop the next
- 1:05:53Speaker 5: morning after the assassination, inquiring about Roy Payne and Lauren
- 1:05:58Speaker 5: Hall right morning of the twenty third, And there's only
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: one reason that they would do this is they found
- 1:06:04Speaker 5: their fingerprints on this Johnson thirty O six rifle in Dallas.
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: That's the only explanation. So when you start to parse
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: all this shit out, it's like whoa. It's like whoa.
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: But anyway, take it from there, Joe, one of these
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: individuals scaffoos.
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: Great, so you want to go into uh, mister Frank
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: Fiorini Sturgis.
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: Oh, why not?
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: All right? Scaffo's a Sturgis for lack of a better term,
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: mm hmmm. I have some good pictures of him here
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: and and man, he has a fascinating life. He is, like,
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: I understand why people consider him a suspect in the assassination. Right,
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: A dude was fighting in the Sierra Mountains with Castro.
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: Here he is on the left. Here picture with Castro
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: on the right as his freedom like as a freedom
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: fighter thing image. So let me read you from Spartacus educational.
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: Frank Fiorini Sturgis was born in Norfolk, Virginia, December ninth,
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: nineteen twenty four. Six years later, he his family moved
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: to Philadelphia. In nineteen forty two, Sturgis joined the United
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: States Marine Corps and during the Second World War served
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: in the Pacific theater. After the war, Sturgis attended Virginia
- 1:07:51Speaker 4: Polytechnic Institute before joining the Norfolk Police Department. I did
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: not know he was a police officer before US or
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: before the JFK staff. In nineteen forty eight he became
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: manager of the White Horse Tavern. He also served in
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: the US Army fifty to fifty two, so I guess
- 1:08:10Speaker 4: he re upped there. There was followed by a spell
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: as an order manager of Top Hat nightclub in Virginia Beach.
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: In nineteen fifty six, Sturgis moved to Cuba. He also
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: spent time in Mexico, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Honduras,
- 1:08:30Speaker 4: a lot of those kind of Central American countries. Oh yeah, yeah.
- 1:08:36Speaker 4: And in nineteen fifty eight he made contact with the
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: Central Intelligence Agency as the US consulate in Santiago. Over
- 1:08:45Speaker 4: the next few years he worked as an undercover agent
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: for the agency. He's control officer was Sam Jennis, I'm
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: not familiar with. Sturgis also became involved in gun running
- 1:08:57Speaker 4: to Cuba. On thirtieth July nineteen fifty eight, Sturgis was
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: arrested for a legal possession of arms. However, he was
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: released without charge. Shocker not really. There are some evidence
- 1:09:09Speaker 4: that in nineteen fifty nine Sturgis had contact with Lewis McWillie,
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: the manager of the Tropicana Casino. M wondering that, and
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: we're going to get into that question in a second.
- 1:09:22Speaker 4: Once our boy Gildo Rivera asked him that exact question.
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: After Fidel Castro gain control of Cuba, Sturgis formed the
- 1:09:32Speaker 4: Anti Castro Brigade. Let me just go a little more.
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: This is him in a little later life. In this book,
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: counter Revolutionary agent Hands Tenor claims the organization was being
- 1:09:59Speaker 4: financed by I dispossessed hotel and gambling owners which operated
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: under full Jewel Full Julian Solar Battista butchered that first name.
- 1:10:11Speaker 4: According to the classified FBI documents, Sturgis participated in anti
- 1:10:16Speaker 4: Castro leaflet dropping raid over Cuba with Pedro diaz Lands,
- 1:10:21Speaker 4: former chief of the Cuban Air Force. In October fifty nine,
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: Sturgis became involved with Marita Lorenz. Actually you stopped there
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: and let me play you this clip from the nineteen seventies.
- 1:10:41Speaker 4: Nineteen seventy six.
- 1:10:43Speaker 5: No bottoms and killer collar alerts.
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: Yeah, oh.
- 1:10:52Speaker 5: Yes, Ellie, I don't know. I heard some crazy things
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: about Sturgis in Central America as well, Like I don't
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: know if it was he claimed that he was the
- 1:11:06Speaker 5: one that killed Shay Grivara and then cut his head
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: off and played soccer with it, or if somebody else
- 1:11:15Speaker 5: made that assertion. I don't know, but interesting, that's crazy.
- 1:11:26Speaker 6: So let me.
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: Play this here.
- 1:11:40Speaker 7: Most of you know Frank Sturgis is one of the
- 1:11:42Speaker 7: five men called burglarizing the Democrats in the Watergate building.
- 1:11:45Speaker 7: It's hard to believe, but that was almost four years ago.
- 1:11:49Speaker 7: In any case, mister Sturgis is now on parole after
- 1:11:51Speaker 7: serving over fourteen months in jail for his part in
- 1:11:55Speaker 7: that crime. And since nineteen seventy two we've learned something
- 1:11:58Speaker 7: about his extraordinary career. Prior to the Watergate break in
- 1:12:02Speaker 7: during the late fifties, he was one of Fidel Castro's
- 1:12:04Speaker 7: right hand men, first as an intelligence officer and later
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: as a minister in the Castro government. At about that
- 1:12:11Speaker 7: same time, mister Sturgis was recruited by the CIA and
- 1:12:15Speaker 7: became in effect a double agent working for Castro. That
- 1:12:19Speaker 7: was the ostensible job, working also for the CIA.
- 1:12:22Speaker 4: On the sly, mister Sturgis, welcome and man Giraldo goes
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: hard at Sturgis. Here, man, you're gonna love this.
- 1:12:31Speaker 7: Several weeks ago, you made some statements concerning Jack Ruby
- 1:12:36Speaker 7: that caused quite a stir. You said, in effect that
- 1:12:39Speaker 7: mister Ruby had visited Castro and.
- 1:12:43Speaker 4: Met with other kings and keep a good look on
- 1:12:45Speaker 4: his face. Here, guys, because we're going to go into
- 1:12:47Speaker 4: the whether Frank Sturgis was a Dealey Plaza.
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: After this video, yeah, look for tells yes.
- 1:12:56Speaker 7: Huban officials. The topic of their discussion was the elimination
- 1:12:59Speaker 7: of President Kennedy. I want you to tell me exactly
- 1:13:02Speaker 7: what you know about that alleged meeting.
- 1:13:05Speaker 6: The information that I have received over the past several
- 1:13:08Speaker 6: months containing two a meeting in Havana. And at this meeting,
- 1:13:17Speaker 6: Fidel Castro was present, his brother Rabel Castro chay Gevada
- 1:13:22Speaker 6: was present, An Argentine woman was present. Another officer by
- 1:13:28Speaker 6: the name of El Mexicano was present, who, by the way,
- 1:13:32Speaker 6: is an American citizen. Another Cuban officer was present, also
- 1:13:40Speaker 6: Jack Ruby. At this meeting there was a discussion about guns,
- 1:13:48Speaker 6: the sales of guns, possibly drugs, and it returned for
- 1:13:54Speaker 6: that the possible rather the elimination of the President of
- 1:13:57Speaker 6: the United States.
- 1:13:58Speaker 7: You don't have first hand knowledge, so you didn't see
- 1:14:00Speaker 7: Jack Ruby at that meeting?
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: True or false? I did not see Jack Ruby at
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: that meeting.
- 1:14:04Speaker 7: At any meeting that you were personally involved in. Now, Frank,
- 1:14:08Speaker 7: was there a discussion of the assassination or the elimination
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: or the attempted murder of the President.
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: Of the United States.
- 1:14:15Speaker 6: I was at several meetings with Castro, and at one
- 1:14:22Speaker 6: of the meetings with Castro, it was discussed that he,
- 1:14:27Speaker 6: as soon as his government was well established, that he
- 1:14:32Speaker 6: was going to run American businesses out of Qube, but
- 1:14:34Speaker 6: especially the game with casinos.
- 1:14:37Speaker 4: And.
- 1:14:39Speaker 6: We discussed counter revolutionaries that were in the United States.
- 1:14:47Speaker 7: Where did you interpret that to me?
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: A threat to do what against the officials of American government?
- 1:14:54Speaker 7: Say it, I just did to murder the President of
- 1:14:58Speaker 7: the United States.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: Well, I wouldn't exactly say, but basically that was the idea.
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: But was it or was it not? It was?
- 1:15:06Speaker 7: Are you saying that Castro could possibly have been the
- 1:15:11Speaker 7: catalyst behind the assassination of President Tennant?
- 1:15:14Speaker 6: I've made statements to the Rockefeller Commission, to the Swiper
- 1:15:21Speaker 6: Committee that I believed with what I knew, and I'm
- 1:15:25Speaker 6: sorry I couldn't actually tell you everything that I told
- 1:15:28Speaker 6: the committee that I believed that there was a conspiracy,
- 1:15:31Speaker 6: Americans involved in the conspiracy, plus several countries who were
- 1:15:38Speaker 6: aware and also involved in this conspiracy that killed the
- 1:15:42Speaker 6: President of.
- 1:15:42Speaker 2: The United States. Were you involved in that conspiracy? Franch myself?
- 1:15:46Speaker 4: Now? Do you know that.
- 1:15:48Speaker 7: There have been allegations that Castro was not involved and
- 1:15:52Speaker 7: that came from the intelligence community of the United States
- 1:15:55Speaker 7: frustrated and bitter because President Kennedy, after the Bay of Pigs,
- 1:15:59Speaker 7: the aborder a board of invasion that they have pigs.
- 1:16:02Speaker 7: That fiasco pulled back the CIA and pulled back people
- 1:16:05Speaker 7: like yourself and said no more can of revolutionary activities
- 1:16:08Speaker 7: in Cuba. That bitterness generated an assassination attempt on the
- 1:16:12Speaker 7: President's life? How do you respond to those charge?
- 1:16:14Speaker 6: There was bitterness, but I dealt very much whether a
- 1:16:19Speaker 6: federal intelligence organization in the United States would involve themselves
- 1:16:23Speaker 6: with killing the President of the United States.
- 1:16:25Speaker 7: Where were you on November twenty second, nineteen in Miami,
- 1:16:28Speaker 7: Florida at home?
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: And who will tell us that that fact is true?
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: Well, there's proved.
- 1:16:35Speaker 7: Did you know Lewis McWillie.
- 1:16:37Speaker 6: I believe I met Louis McWillie in Havana. There was
- 1:16:41Speaker 6: a time at the early part of nineteen fifty nine
- 1:16:44Speaker 6: where Castro when he came over to the Air Force
- 1:16:47Speaker 6: base where he needed but he asked me really to
- 1:16:53Speaker 6: take charge of the gambling casinos for the Cuban government.
- 1:16:56Speaker 7: So while you were a CIA agent, you're also a
- 1:16:58Speaker 7: minister of gambling for Castro.
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: That's right.
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: So you knew Lewis McWillie. I knew a number of
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: the people who were in control of.
- 1:17:06Speaker 7: Them specifically, Did you know him, Lewis mcwilly, Jack Ruby's friend.
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: I really couldn't swear to it, but I believe I
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: have met mister.
- 1:17:12Speaker 7: He was the manager of the Tropicana Club.
- 1:17:14Speaker 5: I met that.
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: Did you ever meet Jack Ruby? No, I don't believe
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: no one.
- 1:17:18Speaker 7: What do you think about We have stories now that
- 1:17:21Speaker 7: there were two men hired by CIA operatives, John Roselli
- 1:17:27Speaker 7: and Sam gen Kanna to mafia hoods. They were hired
- 1:17:30Speaker 7: by the US government to assassinate Fidel Castro. Did you
- 1:17:33Speaker 7: know anything about those two men, friend? Do you think
- 1:17:37Speaker 7: that their debts within a year of each other were related?
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: Well?
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: There's two possibilities.
- 1:17:45Speaker 6: One, the Cuban intelligence organization probably sent the agents to
- 1:17:51Speaker 6: kill him.
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: They have that they had that much power to prove.
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: So you notice he's kind of toding the the Cuban
- 1:18:03Speaker 4: exile line right that it was Castro who killed JFK.
- 1:18:08Speaker 4: It was Castro agents.
- 1:18:10Speaker 5: Castro agents killed Santo traffic Contee Andian kind of bullshit,
- 1:18:14Speaker 5: that's what I'm saying.
- 1:18:15Speaker 4: He's all over the place. And yeah, there's only like
- 1:18:19Speaker 4: a minimoir that it's.
- 1:18:22Speaker 6: On record in the United States government that Castro did
- 1:18:25Speaker 6: send Mexican agents to the United States to kill myself
- 1:18:30Speaker 6: and also the ex chief of the Cuban Air Force
- 1:18:32Speaker 6: who came into exile which I arranged.
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: As escaped, Frank Quileu.
- 1:18:36Speaker 6: So Castro is capable of killing people. He's done in
- 1:18:41Speaker 6: South America.
- 1:18:42Speaker 7: And your theory is that he was behind the assassination.
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: No, it's not my theory. I think the facts are there.
- 1:18:48Speaker 6: The evidence was there with testimony that I had given
- 1:18:52Speaker 6: in certain facts that Figuel Castro was behind involved in
- 1:18:58Speaker 6: the conspiracy the kill the President of the United States,
- 1:19:01Speaker 6: plus Russia's KGB was aware possibly involved in this conspiracy
- 1:19:10Speaker 6: for the President of the United States.
- 1:19:12Speaker 7: Okay, Frank, we have run out of time. Unfortunately, on
- 1:19:15Speaker 7: a program like this, everything gets compressed. I want to
- 1:19:18Speaker 7: thank you for joining us. I must add in all
- 1:19:22Speaker 7: frankness and honesty, that you are a convicted burglar, that
- 1:19:26Speaker 7: your credibility has to be impeached because of your own
- 1:19:28Speaker 7: prior activities involved in as.
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: A double agent.
- 1:19:31Speaker 7: We don't know if you're a triple agent or quadruple
- 1:19:33Speaker 7: agent or anything else. I want to still thank you
- 1:19:35Speaker 7: for coming on and for telling you that.
- 1:19:37Speaker 4: Is pretty good. He ripped him hard man, he did,
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: he did. I someone said earlier that Giraldo is I
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: don't know, crazy or something. I can't find the comment.
- 1:20:03Speaker 5: The will be City's a sellout that what were you
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: talking about?
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: Uh No, it was different, but it's okay. I mean,
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: I mean Geraldo was was you know, had this program
- 1:20:20Speaker 4: and we've played parts on the members only when I
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: think we talked about Marguerite, his interview with Marguerite on
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: the same interview and things like that. But let me
- 1:20:30Speaker 4: go back to the PowerPoint and I want to read
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: something that I thought summed up Frank Sturgis amazingly. And
- 1:20:40Speaker 4: this is from Gayton Fonsie on his book The Last
- 1:20:43Speaker 4: Investigation Offer from Spartacus. A character like Frank Sturgis illustrates
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: some of the dilemmas in investigating the Kennedy assassination. He
- 1:20:53Speaker 4: can't be ignored. He is, by his own admission, a
- 1:20:57Speaker 4: prime suspect. He had the ability and the motivation, and
- 1:21:01Speaker 4: was associated with individuals and groups who considered and even
- 1:21:05Speaker 4: employed assassination as a method to achieve their goals. Any
- 1:21:10Speaker 4: investigation would have to devote some time and researches to
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: Frank Sturgis. But there were other similar characters who injected
- 1:21:20Speaker 4: themselves into the investigation and drained time and resources far
- 1:21:25Speaker 4: beyond any valid justification. In some of those cases, I
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: thought I caught a glimpse of an intelligence connection, and
- 1:21:33Speaker 4: in one there was something more, a force deliberately manipulating
- 1:21:39Speaker 4: the investigation into turns so weird and wild. I sometimes
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: wondered if what I was doing was serious reality, or
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: if I had been lured into a carnival and thrown
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: onto the loop. The loop so here he's saying, like
- 1:21:58Speaker 4: Frank Sturgis, fascinating guy was involved in anti casher activities.
- 1:22:05Speaker 4: Was uh you know? Did know? Castro and then we
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: get into the Marita Lorenz stuff, which allegedly he recruited
- 1:22:15Speaker 4: her to kill Castro. Definitely someone you can't ignore, but
- 1:22:22Speaker 4: at the same time, it's more of a waste of
- 1:22:25Speaker 4: time to kind of put it into easier words to understand, like.
- 1:22:34Speaker 5: Many of these guys, you know, he's he's one of
- 1:22:36Speaker 5: these guys that could have definitely done it. Whether or
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: not he actually did or not, it's another thing. And
- 1:22:47Speaker 5: again I think that what you're seeing here and a
- 1:22:51Speaker 5: lot of this post assassination stuff, especially years down the road,
- 1:22:57Speaker 5: is a lot of these guys taking not necessarily coming
- 1:23:03Speaker 5: right out and taking credit for certain things, but vaguely
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: alluring that there's a possibility that they were involved in
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: some form or fashion. And you see this from Hall,
- 1:23:18Speaker 5: you see it from Howard, you see it from Sturgis,
- 1:23:21Speaker 5: you see it from e. Howard Hunt, you see it
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: from I mean you name it, yea, and of course
- 1:23:31Speaker 5: and Hemming too.
- 1:23:32Speaker 4: I mean, you know, and.
- 1:23:35Speaker 5: All of these guys could have definitely done it.
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: They had the right pedigrees, they had the right backgrounds, right,
- 1:23:44Speaker 5: they had the right motivations. The question is you know
- 1:23:49Speaker 5: after the fact that it's real easy to take credit
- 1:23:51Speaker 5: for something that nobody else seemingly is taken credit.
- 1:23:55Speaker 4: For, you know. Yeah, and Rob, I think there's even
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: more going on in terms of like, for example, like
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: Hemming and Hall and Sturgis, you know, other people are
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: reporting on other people and and they all have different
- 1:24:12Speaker 4: kind of goals, And I think if they had some
- 1:24:16Speaker 4: issue with each other, they just implicated the other in
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: ship later, right, which just confuses everything.
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: Yeah, but it's.
- 1:24:29Speaker 4: Because they have personal like dromas, right, yeah, personal beefs, right,
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: not not based in fact, but it's because they beefed
- 1:24:40Speaker 4: at some point. Maybe you know, Hall took Hemmings, you know,
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: connected with Low, or.
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: They vaguely take credit for something. And other times they
- 1:24:51Speaker 5: might vaguely throw one of these other guys under.
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: The bus, throw shade vaguely, you know, like when it was.
- 1:24:59Speaker 5: Convenient for them them to make it appear that you know,
- 1:25:03Speaker 5: they could possibly been involved. Then that's the way it went.
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: When there's times where maybe you should throw somebody under
- 1:25:11Speaker 5: the bus, like there's another investigation coming up, so maybe
- 1:25:13Speaker 5: she just change your narrative a little bit and shade
- 1:25:17Speaker 5: everyone this guy.
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, one hundred percent. Man, I literally think that's
- 1:25:24Speaker 4: how this.
- 1:25:27Speaker 5: Okay, the assassination goes down, right, three years later, the
- 1:25:32Speaker 5: Garrison investigation starts up, and guess who he wants to
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: talk to all these different guys, right, you name him.
- 1:25:40Speaker 5: He brings them in and talks to him, Haul Howard.
- 1:25:45Speaker 5: And like we talked Wednesday night about Gerald Hemming and
- 1:25:49Speaker 5: Roy Hargraves coming to New Orleans and offering up their
- 1:25:52Speaker 5: services to help the Garrison investigation unsolicited. Right, yeah, And
- 1:26:01Speaker 5: you know I'm still I'm still sitting on this list
- 1:26:03Speaker 5: of names that Heming gave the Garrison to investigate. And
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: it's four pages long. Jesus, okay, And we're not going
- 1:26:13Speaker 5: to get into tonight, but maybe next Wednesday. But it's
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: interesting the names that he names. But so you know,
- 1:26:22Speaker 5: you have.
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: You.
- 1:26:24Speaker 5: Seemingly the assassination goes down. Of course Oswald is picked
- 1:26:28Speaker 5: up for it, but nobody thinks that Oswald did it right.
- 1:26:34Speaker 5: So again, maybe if you were leveraging the assassination monetarily
- 1:26:42Speaker 5: to people that offered you money to make it happen before,
- 1:26:47Speaker 5: Like I said, you know, you go back to these
- 1:26:49Speaker 5: big wig trucker guys and oil geologists and bankers and
- 1:26:53Speaker 5: whoever You're like, well, hey, you guys offered fifty grand plus.
- 1:26:57Speaker 5: If it's got to be dead, we did it. Where's
- 1:26:59Speaker 5: our money? You know type of thing. But then you realize,
- 1:27:04Speaker 5: oh shit, Garrison's opening up in another investigation and he
- 1:27:07Speaker 5: wants to talk to us. What do we say now?
- 1:27:11Speaker 5: You know, you try to throw shade somewhere else and
- 1:27:13Speaker 5: then nothing happens, nothing comes out of that. So you
- 1:27:16Speaker 5: think I made it through another investigation for Golden You
- 1:27:20Speaker 5: know that wasn't that bad, right, And then wam bam,
- 1:27:25Speaker 5: thank you ma'am. The clay Shaw trial ends in nineteen
- 1:27:27Speaker 5: sixty nine.
- 1:27:28Speaker 4: Here comes to the Church committee, and the rock comes to.
- 1:27:30Speaker 5: The church community, the Swiker Committee right in seventy four,
- 1:27:34Speaker 5: seventy five, and then you have to go talk to
- 1:27:38Speaker 5: them and made it through their unscathed. It's not really nothing.
- 1:27:41Speaker 5: They just wanted to talk whatever. And then oh shit,
- 1:27:45Speaker 5: the House Select Committee on Investigations just started. It's another
- 1:27:47Speaker 5: investigation and they want to talk to me again.
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: Let's throw shade at somewhere else.
- 1:27:52Speaker 5: And now these guys seem serious. They're really investigating stuff,
- 1:27:55Speaker 5: they're really sitting us down, they're really making us talk.
- 1:27:59Speaker 5: They're giving me a mute unity to talk, which means
- 1:28:02Speaker 5: that they can't do nothing to me. They gave Lauren
- 1:28:04Speaker 5: Hall immune as testimony. They did because he took the
- 1:28:08Speaker 5: fifth on the first question they asked him, which was
- 1:28:11Speaker 5: where were you on November twenty second, nineteen sixty three,
- 1:28:14Speaker 5: and he took the fifth. Yeah, I respectfully declined to
- 1:28:18Speaker 5: answer that on the grounds that did may incriminate me.
- 1:28:21Speaker 5: Exactly what he said, sir.
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: You have immunity. Do you know what that means? Read
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: the fifth?
- 1:28:27Speaker 5: Yeah, they said, you remember what you read at the
- 1:28:29Speaker 5: beginning and signed and everybody signed. You have immunity. You
- 1:28:32Speaker 5: can't plead the fifth. You have to answer the question.
- 1:28:37Speaker 5: And oh, okay, well I was in California. Yeah, okay,
- 1:28:43Speaker 5: sure you were.
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: Yeah. Well before get the blowhorn ready, sir, because we
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: have to congratulate one of our super superspies, mister Jack Taylor.
- 1:28:56Speaker 4: It is a girl.
- 1:28:58Speaker 5: Oh shit, bravo, bravo. Congratulations sir. Yes, now you're gonna
- 1:29:13Speaker 5: have to worry about your four granddaughter for the rest
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: of your life. Protector against the scaffooss of the world.
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: A taller order, a taller order, but congratulations, sir.
- 1:29:26Speaker 5: Keep out of Connecticut. Everybody would be just fine. No, seriously. Congratulations. Yes,
- 1:29:34Speaker 5: that's awesome, awesome.
- 1:29:36Speaker 4: Yes, and even awesome that he's checking in with the
- 1:29:40Speaker 4: pod during the gender reveal to update us. Right.
- 1:29:46Speaker 5: Yes, I don't know how they were gender revealing it,
- 1:29:50Speaker 5: but you know, I guess, like, you know, just imagine
- 1:29:52Speaker 5: the giant They brought a giant elephant in it farted
- 1:29:55Speaker 5: a big cloud of pink dust, and that's how you
- 1:29:58Speaker 5: know it's a girl. And then you see immediately Jack
- 1:30:01Speaker 5: run behind a tree, get on his phone and start texting.
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: I feel like it might have been like maybe I'll
- 1:30:13Speaker 4: keep it brief or vague, football related. Maybe they threw
- 1:30:17Speaker 4: a football into a balloon and it even popped out
- 1:30:20Speaker 4: blue or pink.
- 1:30:24Speaker 5: You never know.
- 1:30:25Speaker 4: Congratulations, Sorry, yes, congratulations to Jack for sure. So let's
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: get back to my illustrious power points, shall we. Let's
- 1:30:35Speaker 4: go to FBI Document Commission Exhibit number fifty nine the
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: United States Department of Justice, a report titled Lee Harvey
- 1:30:46Speaker 4: Oswalt Internal Security. Right, so you're thinking December third, ten
- 1:30:54Speaker 4: days after the assassination, give her a take, and Frank
- 1:31:00Speaker 4: comes into this. An article appeared in the November twenty sixth,
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three issue of the pomp Pano Beach Florida
- 1:31:09Speaker 4: Some Sentinel, a daily newspaper.
- 1:31:11Speaker 5: Published in pomp Pano Pompenou.
- 1:31:16Speaker 4: Pompino, Thank you, Sir, Beach, Yes, Florida. The article stated
- 1:31:22Speaker 4: that Frank Fiorini, head the Anti cop anti Communist Brigade,
- 1:31:27Speaker 4: said that Lee Hervey Oswalt had telephone conversations with the
- 1:31:31Speaker 4: Cuban government GR two intelligence during November sixty two, interesting
- 1:31:39Speaker 4: sixty two. I wonder if that's the type of Fiorini
- 1:31:42Speaker 4: claimed that Oswalt contacted Miami based supporters of Fidel Castro,
- 1:31:48Speaker 4: Prime Minister of Cuba, and that Oswald had connections with
- 1:31:51Speaker 4: the Cuban government in Mexico and New Orleans, Louisiana. So
- 1:31:58Speaker 4: I'm just going to stop right here. We heard frank
- 1:32:02Speaker 4: Ster just talk about how you know Castro was behind
- 1:32:09Speaker 4: the assassination. And I have another video I'm not sure
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: if I'm gonna play it that talks about a KGB
- 1:32:15Speaker 4: agent was behind the Grassy Knoll, Right, so you could
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: see where his intentions of linking this too are right,
- 1:32:24Speaker 4: which is of course the dirty commis right Feury. He
- 1:32:29Speaker 4: claimed that Oswald handed out pro Castro literature in Miami
- 1:32:34Speaker 4: in November nineteen sixty two, try to infiltrate Cuban anti
- 1:32:39Speaker 4: Castro organizations in Miami, and is known to have a
- 1:32:43Speaker 4: bad temper.
- 1:32:46Speaker 5: Interesting, Yeah, because in November sixty two, Oswald is I
- 1:32:54Speaker 5: believe living in Fort Worth, or at least we know
- 1:32:59Speaker 5: he visited Fort Worth for Thanksgiving at his brother's house
- 1:33:06Speaker 5: in nineteen sixty two because they did that little home
- 1:33:10Speaker 5: movie there, right, But it could have been earlier in
- 1:33:14Speaker 5: the month.
- 1:33:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, we have no evidence that he was
- 1:33:18Speaker 4: really in Miami, apart from you know, a.
- 1:33:22Speaker 5: Lot of people over the years have said Oswald was
- 1:33:26Speaker 5: in Florida and Miami specifically. It's not just Fiorini that's
- 1:33:30Speaker 5: claimed this. It's a lot of different people claim.
- 1:33:34Speaker 4: This, right, And my question is, I wonder if Frank
- 1:33:41Speaker 4: Sturgis had any inside information in terms I'm sure he did,
- 1:33:46Speaker 4: but in terms of being in in Mexico and New
- 1:33:56Speaker 4: Orleans connections with the Cuban government, which would mean like
- 1:34:00Speaker 4: the embassy, you would think, right, Mexico City. So you
- 1:34:05Speaker 4: got to wonder where he's getting this information ten days
- 1:34:08Speaker 4: after the assassination.
- 1:34:10Speaker 5: Yeah, And it wasn't just in nineteen sixty two, that
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: you know, Oswald is alledged to be in Florida when
- 1:34:18Speaker 5: he was supposed to be in Russia. There's reports of
- 1:34:20Speaker 5: Oswald in Florida as well.
- 1:34:22Speaker 4: Yeah, that is true. Good point.
- 1:34:24Speaker 5: So somebody was impersonating him for some reason, which is possible,
- 1:34:37Speaker 5: so very interesting to think about.
- 1:34:39Speaker 4: Yeah, let's through the rest of this document. MMT one
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: who was personally associated with Buchanan and Fiorini. So this
- 1:34:50Speaker 4: dude that wrote I want to ask you about this
- 1:34:53Speaker 4: rob that wrote this article for the Florida Sun Sentinel.
- 1:34:58Speaker 4: His name was not Jerry Buchanan but James his brother, right,
- 1:35:04Speaker 4: who was a newspaper article or a newspaper writer, right, yeah, yeah,
- 1:35:10Speaker 4: So that and Jim of inter Pen, right, So yeah,
- 1:35:16Speaker 4: you gotta wonder.
- 1:35:18Speaker 5: One of them. I can't remember which one was alleged
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: to get in an actual fistfight with Lee Rvy.
- 1:35:23Speaker 4: Oswald in Miami. Yeah right, it was in Miami, right, yeah, right? Interesting.
- 1:35:31Speaker 4: I mean I've never really seen any definitive evidence that
- 1:35:37Speaker 4: he was handing out leafless in Miami, but it would
- 1:35:41Speaker 4: it would be part for the chorus for Oswald, right,
- 1:35:44Speaker 4: I mean, he did it in Dallas. We don't hear
- 1:35:46Speaker 4: about that very much. We mainly hear about the New
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: Orleans one incidents. MMT one was personally associated with Buchanan,
- 1:35:55Speaker 4: and Fiorini advised on November twenty second, seventh sixty three
- 1:36:00Speaker 4: that the author of the article is James Buchanan, who
- 1:36:03Speaker 4: was considered by persons active in Cuban revolutionary matters as
- 1:36:10Speaker 4: being unreliable. So interesting the FBI is seeing this. This
- 1:36:16Speaker 4: source also advised Frank Fierini, also known as Frank Anthony Sturgis,
- 1:36:21Speaker 4: is well known as a soldier of fortune, adventurer and
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: mercenary who has been involved in Cuban revolutionary activities for
- 1:36:30Speaker 4: the past six years. On November twenty seven, to sixty three,
- 1:36:36Speaker 4: Frank Fiorini advised he had not seen the above mentioned
- 1:36:41Speaker 4: newspaper article, but had made some offhand comments to be
- 1:36:45Speaker 4: Canan on the telephone the previous day. Yeah, I'm sure
- 1:36:51Speaker 4: they were offhand. I'm sure they didn't have like direct
- 1:36:56Speaker 4: hand in that article the day after right, uh Fiorini
- 1:37:02Speaker 4: said his comments were guesses, speculation and rumor based on
- 1:37:07Speaker 4: information about Oswalt carried in the press. Uh Fiorini claimed
- 1:37:17Speaker 4: Buchanan misquoted him, and he had no information that Oswalt
- 1:37:21Speaker 4: ever contacted the Cuban government. So now he's kind of
- 1:37:24Speaker 4: like caught it in the lie, right, and he's like, well,
- 1:37:27Speaker 4: how do you know about it? And he goes, well,
- 1:37:29Speaker 4: I was misquoted, right, just says was ever in Miami
- 1:37:35Speaker 4: or Mexico ever passed out pro Castro literature or tried
- 1:37:40Speaker 4: to infiltrate Cuban anti Castro organizations. Fiorini explained that there
- 1:37:46Speaker 4: is much rumor and speculation in Miami by Cuban exiles
- 1:37:50Speaker 4: concerning the possibility that Oswalt was connected with the Cuban government.
- 1:37:56Speaker 4: I don't doubt that in one bit. He was just
- 1:38:01Speaker 4: reporting this speculative material to Buchanan, who wrote it up
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: the next day and had no idea if it was
- 1:38:08Speaker 4: true or false. Sounds a lot like he was confronted
- 1:38:15Speaker 4: with this information he gave, and he kinda was like, oh, well,
- 1:38:19Speaker 4: I was excluded, right, I'm not supposed to know this.
- 1:38:24Speaker 4: So let's get to was Frank Sturgis in Daly Plaza
- 1:38:33Speaker 4: and Rob I had And this might be maybe the
- 1:38:38Speaker 4: best indicator is I had to like look up which
- 1:38:42Speaker 4: Tramp was alleged to be Sturgis, because none of them
- 1:38:47Speaker 4: looked like it, and in fact, the guy in the
- 1:38:49Speaker 4: front would have been my guess, but no, no, it
- 1:38:55Speaker 4: is the tall tramp in the middle. This is the Skufuza.
- 1:39:02Speaker 4: Who is Frank Sturgis allegedly.
- 1:39:05Speaker 5: Right, A j Weberman will say it is Frank Sturgis.
- 1:39:09Speaker 4: Yes, yes, yes, So we have Sturgis on the left
- 1:39:12Speaker 4: and right and the tramp in the middle, and I mean,
- 1:39:19Speaker 4: it's hard to tell from just like random side by sides,
- 1:39:22Speaker 4: but to me it does not line up. And again,
- 1:39:27Speaker 4: we can go back to this one, or let's go
- 1:39:32Speaker 4: back to these pictures. Right again, he's a few years
- 1:39:36Speaker 4: younger here, but Marita Lorenz is not the best picture.
- 1:39:42Speaker 4: I guess the picture in the left might be the clearest.
- 1:39:46Speaker 4: Right with this very well looking Gumar here right, and
- 1:39:52Speaker 4: you could see the likeness in the photo in the
- 1:39:54Speaker 4: middle right, like same guy right a few years older.
- 1:40:05Speaker 4: Doesn't line up for me. This is the other one.
- 1:40:08Speaker 4: This is Sturgis, maybe a few years after, maybe in
- 1:40:11Speaker 4: the seventies. This is Tramp B I guess as he
- 1:40:15Speaker 4: is called. And then on the right, this is something
- 1:40:20Speaker 4: that I think A J Weberman actually tweeted that that
- 1:40:24Speaker 4: I screenshoted. He's been going on a ramp page the
- 1:40:29Speaker 4: past few days with this stuff. Uh, it's a stretch.
- 1:40:34Speaker 4: I mean, look at the hairline in the right here
- 1:40:37Speaker 4: in the middle, right, you know it's it's different type
- 1:40:43Speaker 4: of hair too. One hair is.
- 1:40:49Speaker 5: I mean, I can see, I mean you could stretch
- 1:40:52Speaker 5: it and say, okay, go back to comparison that first
- 1:40:58Speaker 5: comparison picture you hadn't, yeah, that one. So the chin
- 1:41:04Speaker 5: I can see, Okay, the chin kind of looks similar.
- 1:41:08Speaker 5: Even the nose could look similar, even the ear could
- 1:41:12Speaker 5: look similar. Right, it's the eyes for me, and the forehead.
- 1:41:20Speaker 5: The dude in the middle has got a way higher
- 1:41:22Speaker 5: fucking forehead than than Sturges. Yeah, and a lot of
- 1:41:30Speaker 5: more a lot of more skin under his chin than Sturges.
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: Right, And we have Sturgis's hair being like a little
- 1:41:39Speaker 4: on the I don't want to say curly side, of course,
- 1:41:45Speaker 4: you know this is it's combed in some of these pictures.
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: But uh, it.
- 1:41:53Speaker 5: Facially he just doesn't look like the guy.
- 1:41:55Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:41:56Speaker 5: You could say some features appear similar, like the chin,
- 1:41:59Speaker 5: like the nose, like the ear, but facially they just
- 1:42:02Speaker 5: don't look even similar. To me, yeah.
- 1:42:07Speaker 4: Yeah, And of course we've heard, you know, the Tramps
- 1:42:14Speaker 4: being named as Charles Harrison, like Woody Harrelson's father, right,
- 1:42:20Speaker 4: the guy that he shot a federal judge, right, and
- 1:42:23Speaker 4: it was in Texas, Chauncey Holt, David christ that's another
- 1:42:29Speaker 4: one of Weberman's things. Yeah, right, and Charles Rogers. But
- 1:42:38Speaker 4: actually who found the DPD files? Rob? Where did we
- 1:42:47Speaker 4: marry La Fontaine? Where do we talk about her? What
- 1:42:51Speaker 4: book did we talk about her recently? In? Uh? I know,
- 1:42:58Speaker 4: I couldn't think of it either.
- 1:43:01Speaker 5: Something Oswald.
- 1:43:05Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe maybe someone in the check could let us know.
- 1:43:09Speaker 4: But we talked about her book on a certain subject
- 1:43:13Speaker 4: that I can't remember. Tramp Yeah, discovered November twenty second,
- 1:43:20Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three of RUSS records and the DPD had
- 1:43:24Speaker 4: released in nineteen eighty nine, which named three men as
- 1:43:30Speaker 4: Gus W. Abrams, Harold Doyle and John F. Gadney.
- 1:43:37Speaker 5: Jenny Gedney Yes, sorry, funt as small. Jedney is the
- 1:43:42Speaker 5: guy who is supposed to be Sturgis because Abrams the
- 1:43:45Speaker 5: old guy, and Harold Doyle is the front of the
- 1:43:48Speaker 5: guy in front.
- 1:43:49Speaker 4: Okay, okay. According to these arrest records, the three men
- 1:43:53Speaker 4: were taken off in a box car in the railroad
- 1:43:56Speaker 4: yards right after the president was shot, detained as investigative
- 1:44:01Speaker 4: prisoners described as unemployed in passing through Dallas, then released
- 1:44:06Speaker 4: four days later. In an immediate search for these three
- 1:44:12Speaker 4: men by the FBI and others, prompted an article by
- 1:44:17Speaker 4: Ray and Mary la Fontaine. God, it's bugging me.
- 1:44:20Speaker 5: What books talked?
- 1:44:23Speaker 2: Yes?
- 1:44:25Speaker 5: I think that was a yeah, got it? Just a
- 1:44:29Speaker 5: cunny hair before you and k for your comment popped up?
- 1:44:33Speaker 4: Good, good, thanks, thanks, okay, thank you page of the
- 1:44:38Speaker 4: nineteen ninety two February Houston Post. Less than a month later,
- 1:44:42Speaker 4: the FBI reported that Abrams was dead and that interviews
- 1:44:46Speaker 4: with Gedney and Doyle revealed no new information on the assassination.
- 1:44:51Speaker 4: So we all know that the tramp thing was kind
- 1:44:55Speaker 4: of debunked. I don't want to say very early, but
- 1:44:59Speaker 4: maybe in the late eighties, nineties, right in the Yeah,
- 1:45:04Speaker 4: for people that are paying attention.
- 1:45:07Speaker 5: So then we're gonna go to j Weberman still believes it.
- 1:45:11Speaker 4: Oh well, let's see what else he believes. This is
- 1:45:15Speaker 4: a screenshot from Oswalt's address book, and I have a
- 1:45:20Speaker 4: theory here, Rob. So you see on the top left,
- 1:45:24Speaker 4: it goes rush right, which I think is short for
- 1:45:28Speaker 4: Russia for f O r I N, which I think
- 1:45:36Speaker 4: a J. Weberman thinks is for for Leini, right Ferini Forerini. Sorry,
- 1:45:45Speaker 4: this is uh, this is messing me up. I think
- 1:45:49Speaker 4: it says foreign, not f O r e i g
- 1:45:54Speaker 4: N like it's supposed to be spelled. I think this
- 1:45:58Speaker 4: is Oswalt's dyslexic way of spelling for it. Yeah, how
- 1:46:04Speaker 4: what are your thoughts on it? Right?
- 1:46:06Speaker 5: I would agree? And he claims that he came.
- 1:46:10Speaker 4: Up twice and this is the other one. Let me
- 1:46:13Speaker 4: see if I could find it here. Oh, no, I
- 1:46:15Speaker 4: guess this is the same one. Yeah, it's still foreign, right.
- 1:46:22Speaker 4: He obviously doesn't know how to spell four. Oh, I
- 1:46:25Speaker 4: guess it's this one on the right here.
- 1:46:29Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:46:32Speaker 4: I don't know where he gets twice from, but I
- 1:46:35Speaker 4: think the first one this is.
- 1:46:37Speaker 5: Not This is not.
- 1:46:42Speaker 4: Frank Sturgis's name here. No, No, it's a huge stretch
- 1:46:49Speaker 4: to think. So, so, of course you have nineteen sixty
- 1:46:56Speaker 4: two FBI document. There's actually document, uh memorandum for the
- 1:47:02Speaker 4: FBI and subject Frank Fierini, and this is about him,
- 1:47:10Speaker 4: And I'm gonna brush through this to keep it quick.
- 1:47:16Speaker 4: Marco's Diaz lands dropping a pamphlets into Cuba. Right, So what,
- 1:47:28Speaker 4: like FONSI said, dude was involved in shit? But is
- 1:47:33Speaker 4: there any evidence to say he was in Delee Plaza
- 1:47:38Speaker 4: or involved in the assassination? Not that I've seen. Is
- 1:47:42Speaker 4: the HSCA final report. Press photographs of the three tramps
- 1:47:47Speaker 4: apprehended by Dallas police New Dale Plaza shortly after the
- 1:47:50Speaker 4: assassination were analyzed and compared with photographs of a number
- 1:47:54Speaker 4: of persons, including the Howard Humpt, which of course was
- 1:47:59Speaker 4: rumored to be the other tramp. Right, Frank Sturgis, Thomas
- 1:48:05Speaker 4: Arthur Valet, right, the SKUAFUSA in Chicago, Right, Yeah, Daniel Carswell,
- 1:48:11Speaker 4: which is the alias for David christ who was in
- 1:48:16Speaker 4: Cuba for about three years, and fred Lee Christman, each
- 1:48:20Speaker 4: of whom had been alleged by critics to be linked
- 1:48:23Speaker 4: to the assassination. All the subjects compared only Fred Lee
- 1:48:26Speaker 4: Christmins is interesting. A Conservative active in New Orleans at
- 1:48:30Speaker 4: the time of the assassination was found to have facial
- 1:48:33Speaker 4: measurements consistent with any of the tramps. I guess they
- 1:48:39Speaker 4: had facial recognition software back in seventy eight nine.
- 1:48:47Speaker 5: No, an anthropologist would have to be doing it. Do
- 1:48:50Speaker 5: it like by hand, like picture comparison.
- 1:48:52Speaker 4: Oh, I see it. That is what that means. The
- 1:48:57Speaker 4: anthropologists cannot make positive identification of Chris. However, the committee
- 1:49:01Speaker 4: could not establish any link between Christman and assassination. So
- 1:49:04Speaker 4: I found that interesting and then kind of weaving our
- 1:49:09Speaker 4: way back to the initial statements of Frank Sturgis in
- 1:49:19Speaker 4: the Rockefeller Commission. This is there the Rockefeller Commission's final report,
- 1:49:25Speaker 4: the allegation that Hunt and Sturgis, because of course they're
- 1:49:29Speaker 4: together as tramps and I think they might have had
- 1:49:31Speaker 4: a relationship, were together in Dallas on the day of
- 1:49:34Speaker 4: the assassination. Hunt and Sturgis testified under oath and members
- 1:49:37Speaker 4: of the commission staff. They both denied they were in
- 1:49:41Speaker 4: Dallas on the daily assassination. Hunt testified that he was
- 1:49:44Speaker 4: in Washington, d C. Metropolitan area throughout the day, and
- 1:49:47Speaker 4: his testimony was supported by two of his children and
- 1:49:51Speaker 4: a former domestic employee of the Hunt family. I'm guessing
- 1:49:55Speaker 4: like a maid, so again, not the best people to
- 1:50:01Speaker 4: confirm where you were, but it is what it is.
- 1:50:04Speaker 4: Sturgis testified that he was in Miami, Florida throughout the
- 1:50:08Speaker 4: day of the assassination, and his testimony was supported by
- 1:50:11Speaker 4: that of his wife and a nephew of his wife.
- 1:50:15Speaker 4: That nephew, who was then living in with the Sturgis family,
- 1:50:18Speaker 4: is now a practicing attorney in the Midwest, which I
- 1:50:22Speaker 4: think they might have added there to give him some
- 1:50:24Speaker 4: credence of how could this guy be wrong? He's an attorney.
- 1:50:29Speaker 4: With the exception of the domestic employee of the Hunt family.
- 1:50:32Speaker 4: All witnesses directly supporting the presence of Hunt and Sturgison Washington,
- 1:50:37Speaker 4: d C. And Miami, Florida and the daily assassination are
- 1:50:40Speaker 4: family members or relatives. Less weight can be assigned to
- 1:50:44Speaker 4: the testimony of such interested witnesses. I agree if there
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: is substantial evidence to the contrary. If there is the
- 1:50:53Speaker 4: absence of substantial conflicting evidence, however, the testimony many of
- 1:51:00Speaker 4: the family members cannot be discarded, as in, if there's
- 1:51:05Speaker 4: no other better evidence, then the family, the famili's you know,
- 1:51:12Speaker 4: testimonies have to be considered right, because there's no other
- 1:51:16Speaker 4: arguments to suggest otherwise.
- 1:51:19Speaker 5: Inter Marika Lorenz.
- 1:51:22Speaker 4: Yes, Hunt testified that he had never met Frank Sturgis
- 1:51:28Speaker 4: before they were introduced by Bernard Barker in Miami in
- 1:51:31Speaker 4: nineteen seventy two. Sturgis testified to the same effect. Sturgis
- 1:51:35Speaker 4: further testified that while he had often heard of quote Eduardo,
- 1:51:41Speaker 4: a CIA political officer who had been active in the
- 1:51:44Speaker 4: work of Cuban Revolutionary Council in Miami the CRC prior
- 1:51:49Speaker 4: to the Bay of Pigs operation in April sixty one,
- 1:51:52Speaker 4: had never met him and did not know until seventy
- 1:51:54Speaker 4: one or seventy two that Eduardo was E. Howard Hunt.
- 1:51:58Speaker 4: Sturgis had also been active and anticastro groups in the
- 1:52:01Speaker 4: Miami area before, during, and after Hunt's assignment on the
- 1:52:05Speaker 4: political aspects of the Bayapix project.
- 1:52:08Speaker 5: Oh, Bard Hunt was George Joes Before George Joes was
- 1:52:13Speaker 5: George Howard Gibler.
- 1:52:15Speaker 4: Yeah, it's kind yeah, it's not far off. Other testimony
- 1:52:23Speaker 4: leaning tunt to Sturgis at a date earlier than nineteen
- 1:52:26Speaker 4: seventy one, and I'm just kind of going through that.
- 1:52:30Speaker 4: Uh So there's all this talk. So Frank Sturgis, right,
- 1:52:36Speaker 4: Sturgis is not his real name, right, it's Frank Fierini.
- 1:52:41Speaker 4: So why did he choose the alias, if you will,
- 1:52:45Speaker 4: of Sturgis well. The Rockefeller Commissioner report attempts to explain
- 1:52:51Speaker 4: this he took the name Sturgis from a fictional are
- 1:52:55Speaker 4: people alleged that Frank's Fiorini took the name of Sturgis
- 1:53:01Speaker 4: from a fictional character Hank Sturgis in a novel written
- 1:53:05Speaker 4: by Hunt in nineteen forty nine. Benini Run or rum Run.
- 1:53:15Speaker 4: Sturgis testified that his name at.
- 1:53:18Speaker 5: Run, Benini Run, Bemini, ben and Memini Beimini, Yes, yes
- 1:53:26Speaker 5: three times.
- 1:53:27Speaker 4: Sturgis testified that his name at birth was Frank Angelo Fiorini,
- 1:53:32Speaker 4: that his mother's maiden name was Mary Vona, that his
- 1:53:35Speaker 4: father's name was Angelo Anthony Fiorini, that his parents were
- 1:53:40Speaker 4: divorced when he was a child, and that his mother
- 1:53:42Speaker 4: subsequently remarried a man named Ralph Sturgis, and that his
- 1:53:49Speaker 4: at his mother is urging. He legally changed his name
- 1:53:52Speaker 4: in Norfolk, Virginia, where he was from sometime in the
- 1:53:56Speaker 4: nineteen fifty where he was a cop sometime in the
- 1:53:58Speaker 4: nineteen fifties, to take the last name of his stepfather.
- 1:54:02Speaker 4: The search of the relevant court records disclosed that a
- 1:54:06Speaker 4: petition was filed on September twenty third, nineteen fifty two,
- 1:54:10Speaker 4: in the Circuit Court of the City of Norfolk, Virginia,
- 1:54:13Speaker 4: pursuant to which of Frank Angelo Furino they spelled that wrong,
- 1:54:19Speaker 4: petitioned to change his name to Frank Anthony Sturgis. The
- 1:54:24Speaker 4: petition recited that his mother had divorced his father about
- 1:54:27Speaker 4: fifteen years previously and had married one Ralph Sturgis, that
- 1:54:32Speaker 4: had he that he had been living with his horribly worded,
- 1:54:40Speaker 4: that he'd been living with his mother all his life,
- 1:54:44Speaker 4: that his mother was worried, was known as Mary Sturgis,
- 1:54:47Speaker 4: and that his stepfather also desired him to change his
- 1:54:50Speaker 4: name to Sturgis. So Frank Sturgis did not allegedly apparently
- 1:55:00Speaker 4: uses alias as Sturgis because of the fictional character.
- 1:55:04Speaker 5: And just a coincidence, yeah, and Hunts.
- 1:55:11Speaker 4: Novel. But instead was his stepfather's name, which I thought
- 1:55:17Speaker 4: was really interesting. And let's see if I have anything else.
- 1:55:21Speaker 4: The order appears in the records of the Circuit Court
- 1:55:24Speaker 4: and the light of this documentary, Ever, evidence no way
- 1:55:27Speaker 4: can be given to the claim that Sturgis took his
- 1:55:30Speaker 4: present name from a character in a Hunt novel, or
- 1:55:33Speaker 4: that the name change was associated anyway with Sturgis knowing
- 1:55:37Speaker 4: Hunt before seventy one or seventy two, and then goes
- 1:55:42Speaker 4: on to talk about Hunt and Sturgis and things like that.
- 1:55:45Speaker 4: But last thing I have here with the Rockefeller Commissioner
- 1:55:52Speaker 4: report with respect to Sturgis, even more distinguishing characteristics were observed.
- 1:55:58Speaker 4: Sturgis looked like a Latin, which which I've heard a
- 1:56:01Speaker 4: few times as I've been reading up on him this week,
- 1:56:04Speaker 4: whereas the Derelict had the general appearance of a Nordic.
- 1:56:10Speaker 4: Sturgis had very black, wavy hair, and the derelict I
- 1:56:15Speaker 4: think they mean the tramp right, and the tramp had
- 1:56:19Speaker 4: light or blonde and straighter hair, which is what I
- 1:56:23Speaker 4: had commented on. Sturgis had a rather round face with
- 1:56:26Speaker 4: square chin lines. The tramp had an oval face with
- 1:56:30Speaker 4: a mere rounded chin. Sturgis and the tramp had markedly
- 1:56:35Speaker 4: different ratios between the length of their noses and the
- 1:56:38Speaker 4: height of their foreheads. They also had different ear and
- 1:56:42Speaker 4: nose contours. So this is even before the HSCA rob
- 1:56:50Speaker 4: the Rockefeller commission is saying.
- 1:56:52Speaker 5: That obviously didn't read aj Weberman's book.
- 1:56:58Speaker 4: When it came out after the run of the commission.
- 1:57:02Speaker 5: Mm hmm.
- 1:57:05Speaker 4: Maybe maybe around the scene. So yeah, that's uh, that is.
- 1:57:15Speaker 2: All I have.
- 1:57:15Speaker 4: But I thought Gayton Phonsie really summarized it well when
- 1:57:20Speaker 4: he said, listen like Frank Sturgis, he's a fascinating fucking character, right, dude,
- 1:57:26Speaker 4: was uh involved with Castro anti Castro efforts? Uh cia
- 1:57:34Speaker 4: blah blah blah. But can you make any legitimate claims
- 1:57:40Speaker 4: to him being involved in the assassination? Mm hmm or
- 1:57:45Speaker 4: him and Dewey Plaza, I'm not so sure.
- 1:57:49Speaker 5: So yeah, they said, we didn't really get into the
- 1:57:53Speaker 5: Marita Lrenz allegations, and.
- 1:57:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I might have to save that from a different day.
- 1:58:00Speaker 5: Actually worth the swamp shit.
- 1:58:03Speaker 4: Yeah, we might have just saved that for a different episode.
- 1:58:05Speaker 5: Yeah, one more thing before you go, Joe, I found
- 1:58:10Speaker 5: some other stuff that I had not uploaded at the time,
- 1:58:14Speaker 5: just to show everybody real quick about Lester log. So
- 1:58:18Speaker 5: the circle chick is Beth Duff, his first wife. Okay,
- 1:58:26Speaker 5: this is nineteen thirty two.
- 1:58:29Speaker 4: She looks like a hobby for thirty two.
- 1:58:33Speaker 5: No, this is nineteen thirty two. She's in high school, Joe,
- 1:58:37Speaker 5: like fifteen or fourteen.
- 1:58:39Speaker 4: Sorry, that is inappropriate. She would grow up to be
- 1:58:42Speaker 4: a good looking woman.
- 1:58:44Speaker 5: I like you. I like your bangs.
- 1:58:48Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:58:49Speaker 4: My first girlfriend in elementary school or middle school had bangs.
- 1:58:55Speaker 5: Still bangs in the eighties, Brough.
- 1:58:58Speaker 4: I'm still not kind of over it, but that is
- 1:59:02Speaker 4: all right.
- 1:59:03Speaker 5: Here's Lester's marriage license to Beth duff.
- 1:59:09Speaker 4: So.
- 1:59:11Speaker 5: He married her in Oklahoma, Tassa, Oklahoma. He was thirty
- 1:59:17Speaker 5: one and she was twenty five at the time, and
- 1:59:21Speaker 5: they got married in nineteen forty seven or nineteen forty four.
- 1:59:27Speaker 5: I'm sorry, ah, I was hoping this for it. So no,
- 1:59:30Speaker 5: remember forty four the same same year that his second
- 1:59:32Speaker 5: wife was born.
- 1:59:34Speaker 4: So yeah, there's this.
- 1:59:38Speaker 5: And then one more thing is their divorce. Beth d
- 1:59:48Speaker 5: duff Loge age of their divorce was sixty seven, her
- 1:59:55Speaker 5: birth date was nineteen nineteen. They got married on June tenth, thinteen,
- 2:00:00Speaker 5: divorced December seventeenth, nineteen eighty six, from Lester log and
- 2:00:07Speaker 5: they had three children together, one daughter that I know of,
- 2:00:12Speaker 5: I'm not sure about the other two.
- 2:00:17Speaker 4: So I hope she inherited some of his monies.
- 2:00:22Speaker 5: I hope. So she got traded in for a new model.
- 2:00:25Speaker 5: I hope she got something. Poor Beth, give a man
- 2:00:32Speaker 5: your life and children and get tossed to the side
- 2:00:34Speaker 5: of the road for some new poon.
- 2:00:39Speaker 4: It's not.
- 2:00:40Speaker 5: Life's not fair, Joe.
- 2:00:41Speaker 4: It isn't. It isn't, especially when you're a rich oil man.
- 2:00:48Speaker 5: That's right, all right, folks, Just to sum it up
- 2:00:54Speaker 5: a little bit, we know what these guys were up to.
- 2:01:02Speaker 5: They were grifting, they were scheming, they were doing some
- 2:01:08Speaker 5: real things. I mean, when Lauren Hall pulls up to
- 2:01:11Speaker 5: your driveway with a trailer loaded guns and explosives and
- 2:01:16Speaker 5: wants its stored at your crib for a couple of days,
- 2:01:20Speaker 5: you know, obviously you can see that your money is
- 2:01:24Speaker 5: going for a good cause.
- 2:01:28Speaker 4: He's not completely full of it.
- 2:01:30Speaker 5: Well, and little does Lester Logue know that all that
- 2:01:35Speaker 5: stuff came from the California Grift, all those rich doctors
- 2:01:40Speaker 5: like Stanley Drennan, William Potter, Gale Lester or Leslie, Eugene
- 2:01:46Speaker 5: Bradley and all these West Coasts heavies. Because you remember
- 2:01:52Speaker 5: when Lauren Hall went to get Hemming's gun rifle out
- 2:01:56Speaker 5: of Hawk the pawnshop, he wrote him a check and
- 2:02:03Speaker 5: it was the check was something about the anti communey,
- 2:02:06Speaker 5: the Committee to Free Cuba, or something something like that,
- 2:02:12Speaker 5: and Not only did he get the rifle out of hock,
- 2:02:17Speaker 5: he also purchased a movie camera, right right, Yeah.
- 2:02:24Speaker 4: You showed the form. You showed the form at some
- 2:02:29Speaker 4: point like earlier this year of that transaction, I remember.
- 2:02:34Speaker 5: Yeah, it wasn't just some shitty like home zuppruiter camera either.
- 2:02:39Speaker 5: It was a legit movie film camera, like a better
- 2:02:47Speaker 5: quality than you know, your average home movie camera. I mean,
- 2:02:50Speaker 5: it wasn't some gigantic Hollywood thing, you know, with two
- 2:02:54Speaker 5: reels and all that shit. You know, he's put in
- 2:02:56Speaker 5: his shoulder, But it was still a very nice, nice camera,
- 2:03:00Speaker 5: right that they picked up. And when you put those
- 2:03:06Speaker 5: two things together, taking a rifle to Dallas and the
- 2:03:11Speaker 5: movie camera, Yeah, I don't know, Joe. Something is frotten
- 2:03:20Speaker 5: in Denmark or Dallas?
- 2:03:25Speaker 4: Yeah? Is it to bring it all back to Denmark? Yeah? Scandinavia.
- 2:03:32Speaker 5: Something is written in Scandinavia. Oh I love it.
- 2:03:41Speaker 4: Yeah, but yeah, a couple of comments I had Dave
- 2:03:46Speaker 4: Smart Chris was the wire guy. Yeah, he was kind
- 2:03:48Speaker 4: of like the the John Martino of the technical Service
- 2:03:55Speaker 4: services branch. And he was arrested in a van a
- 2:04:00Speaker 4: Cuba once he got caught trying to bug the Chinese
- 2:04:04Speaker 4: embassy and was held in jail for I tink almost
- 2:04:08Speaker 4: three years. So yeah, and where's the other one I
- 2:04:14Speaker 4: have to start here? Do we have any hockey outtakes?
- 2:04:22Speaker 4: Jobe tiny asks. We'll save that for Wednesday. We'll save
- 2:04:26Speaker 4: that for Wednesday. I don't have them ready, but we
- 2:04:29Speaker 4: do have some.
- 2:04:30Speaker 5: In the queue, all right, So they're coming. Just call
- 2:04:36Speaker 5: your teeths. They are coming, They're coming.
- 2:04:40Speaker 4: Your boy is still sore from Tuesday night's game. He
- 2:04:45Speaker 4: went back to his physical ways and hit a bunch
- 2:04:48Speaker 4: of people and now I can't move my knees.
- 2:04:51Speaker 5: For the past three Well pull the Janner muscle down there.
- 2:04:58Speaker 4: So yeah, I'm looking forward to them, and uh the
- 2:05:01Speaker 4: new merch and we have some even better merch coming
- 2:05:04Speaker 4: on the horizons. And uh, speaking of merch, get the
- 2:05:11Speaker 4: damn dog.
- 2:05:13Speaker 5: Ruby Ruby Ruby, Hi, there she is. That's gonna do
- 2:05:28Speaker 5: us here this evening. Thank you so much for hanging
- 2:05:32Speaker 5: out with us, and uh enjoyed the show. We will
- 2:05:37Speaker 5: be back next Wednesday, Remembers only where I have got
- 2:05:43Speaker 5: a four page list of people. Jerry Hemming just try
- 2:05:48Speaker 5: and hold out to Jim Garrison that's going to be interested.
- 2:05:55Speaker 5: So if you're not a channel member yet. The link
- 2:05:59Speaker 5: is in the discrete. I highly urge everyone to do it.
- 2:06:03Speaker 5: You're going to miss a hell of a show if
- 2:06:04Speaker 5: you don't. Also grab some hot sauce from the link
- 2:06:08Speaker 5: of the description if you're a fan of hot sauce,
- 2:06:11Speaker 5: and the merchant link is down there too. All that
- 2:06:14Speaker 5: being said, thank you, folks. It's been an awesome evening.
- 2:06:19Speaker 5: And uh, I hope you enjoyed it. And we'll see
- 2:06:21Speaker 5: you next Wednesday. Actually we'll see you before that for
- 2:06:26Speaker 5: the book review.
- 2:06:28Speaker 4: But ah, you're not giving me the weekend off for
- 2:06:30Speaker 4: my birthday. No, man, it was worth a shot. It
- 2:06:36Speaker 4: was worth a shot.
- 2:06:38Speaker 5: You get no breaks. You got a break coming up.
- 2:06:40Speaker 5: That's the only one you're getting this year. I already
- 2:06:42Speaker 5: gave me one. Now you want to now you're asking
- 2:06:47Speaker 5: for three. Thank you everyone.
- 2:06:53Speaker 4: It was worth the shot, sir, It was worth a shot.
- 2:06:57Speaker 5: I mean, look, even our boy Greg, he's probably like Prague,
- 2:07:02Speaker 5: Czechoslovakia right now, you know, vacation with his lovely bride,
- 2:07:06Speaker 5: and he still manages to watch the show. Then the
- 2:07:11Speaker 5: next week he's in New Zealand. He's globe trotting and
- 2:07:14Speaker 5: he you know, he pops in and hangs out with
- 2:07:16Speaker 5: us for the show, and.
- 2:07:18Speaker 4: Jack popping in during his first grandchild's gender reveal. I mean,
- 2:07:23Speaker 4: we have a lot of people that are very committed,
- 2:07:25Speaker 4: so we are just as committed we do.
- 2:07:29Speaker 5: You never know whose deathbed you're going to be on.
- 2:07:34Speaker 4: All right, guys, have a great night and we'll see
- 2:07:36Speaker 4: you later.

- 2:07:46Speaker 5: Fiorimi
