- Sue: As I'm recording this, this is the Sesqui Centennial, the United States. Saturday, July fourth. We're still in the middle of a extreme heat dome here in the northeast of the US, and I'm residing in the southeast portion of New York State. This morning is a little break in the weather. I believe that the storm front will pass through and clear out this extreme heat. It's also very dry. That said, it's just another day. And while I'm reminded of the importance of the two hundred and fiftieth birthday, one of my ancestors on my paternal side was a major general serving with Washington. I think my ancestor loved the French brandy that must have proliferated amongst the officers' ranks during that time. From the Sinclair biography it states that he had about a gout, and he had a couple of spectacular battles that were not won to Washington's favor, so my ancestor, although he lived to be eighty eight, which in those days was a very long j long life, he was destitute and starving towards the end of his life. Ironic given his important role in securing America's independence. I guess you could say he celebrated too early. But on the more mundane side of my life, which is what I prefer to blog about. Yesterday we had a temperature of a hundred eleven Fahrenheit and one of my lovely neighbors brought by two small bags of winter clothing for me to try on before taking them to a charity shop. I don't have air conditioning at my house, so you can imagine the sweaty mess that was me trying to pull on and pull off fleece in that heat and sweat. And I'm grateful that I found a couple items of clothing to Hang on to I appreciate the fact that my neighbors also don't want to overconsume and are keen to recycle or hand me down items. And I also have to be careful not to take on too much because after all, I've been purging my material belongings for the last four and a half years. But nonetheless, the gesture is genuine and appreciated. One of the things I talk about on occasion is the history of Washington being a Mason. And in the context of my ancestor and his subsequent years post war and the struggles that he had financially, I often wonder if there was a generational curse that he put on the family. It's fiction as far as I'm concerned. But it's intriguing given my recent receipt of spiritual attacks. Well, not just attacks, warfare, if you want to use those words, to describe a constant flow of projected energies that are meant to cause confusion and chaos and meant to keep my finances restricted. When I look at my other relatives, the female relatives, I wonder if in fact there is such a thing as a generational curse. When I look at my own life, I understand my destiny and what I know, the details, would certainly make me a target. What I understand now from all the warfare about energetic projections is that they are real and that the simplest explanation that I might provide is that we're not trained to anticipate or feel them. So when we're feeling off, edgy, little anxiety, little sadness, those kind of emotions that you may feel come over you without explanation, you're receiving projected energetics, negative energies. And that your best defense is just to do something positive. Acknowledge them, that you feel that they're not local to you, and if they're not local, they don't belong to you. They have no business being there. You may never have a reason. Why? The fact that I have sussed out is only a fictional story on my part, 'cause who would be able to prove it? You'd have to talk to a Mason in a lodge and find out who's the target of their rituals, and I don't imagine they'd be forthcoming with that. So you don't anticipate or expect it. You can defend against it, and I recommend that remaining positive in your life as best you're able. That's all you need to do. Don't lose sight of the things that give you joy. Be grateful and express that gratitude. In my case, the specific group of martini field kitchen witches are going through it right now. Because once you acknowledge that you're feeling those non-local energies and choose not to persist in that vibe, those energies are then seen. And when they're seen, you remove their impact. That's all you need to do is stay positive. It's not about retribution. It's not about responding with an angered reaction. It's about realizing that Just as you would if you cut yourself, you'd put a band-aid on it and let it heal. That's what seeing and acknowledging those energies does. Helps you heal spiritually. It's about being accountable with your awareness, recognizing the things that need to be there around you, and banishing that which doesn't. And in my case, I choose to make music as a way of helping to banish and transmute, as they say, those energies. I take the energy, I don't send it back, and I make it into something good. It's anybody's guess in terms of the quality of the music whether somebody would think it's good, but that's doesn't matter. It's about understanding that you're in control. You do control you. Don't let others control you. As subtle as it may seem that those energies that you're feeling may affect your life, they don't belong there. 'Cause these are the kind of projections that get sent out sort of on mass. They don't have in most cases a particular target. In fact they do it on mass so that it hides their particular target, in which case is mine. And that means that if by chance you're experiencing those energies and act on that energy towards me, they've succeeded. So your best defense towards you in the universe is to non react. after you see them and recognize them and disarm them. Confirmation with Lucius Bark. Because while it may feel very personal to you, it's not. You're just a conduit. You're just a vessel that's being used to transmit that energy projection further to its intended target. Why would you wanna be complicit? You wouldn't. Confirmation with a woodpecker. Yeah, tree frog. Don't aid in a bet. Spiritual attacks by just pretending that it doesn't relate to you. It does. It's just that you aren't the target. You're being used. You're not in control then. But you are in control. So act on it. And ⁓ and I see you and I feel you. And I'm grateful for that. Thanks for sharing your energy.
