Active-duty U.S. troops hit a new record in 2025 with 108,332 erectile dysfunction prescriptions—just barely topping last year’s total—marking a 16.5% jump since 2021. The trend spans the entire military family, including retirees and dependents, with over 639,000 prescriptions filled nationwide.
