  Speaker 1: to follow rules or laws, but about trusting in the

  Speaker 1: finished work of Christ Jesus, Amen all the time, trusting

  Speaker 1: his finished work. The path to righteousness not about what
• 1:18
  Speaker 1: we have to do. The path to righteousness is about
• 1:21
  Speaker 1: what Jesus has already done. Think about it. When you're
• 1:25
  Speaker 1: on the road and you go in somewhere, Amen, the
• 1:28
  Speaker 1: road is already paved, or at least it should be paved.

  Speaker 1: If you're on the road that ends and there's no
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: more roadway, guess what, you're not going any further. But

  Speaker 1: when you're following the Lord Jesus, the path that he

  Speaker 1: has us on, Amen, takes us from the beginning to

  Speaker 1: the very end, and we get to the finished line.

  Speaker 1: just holy, Oh Man, God, You're an amazing God. You

  Speaker 1: have us on this path for a reason, and that
• 2:47
  Speaker 1: reason is to follow after you. Thank you, Lord God,
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: that you didn't say follow a religion, follow a church,
• 2:53
  Speaker 1: follow an establishment, an organization, follow a ministry. You said
• 2:57
  Speaker 1: follow me, And on this path to righteousness, we will
• 3:01
  Speaker 1: continue to follow you, Lord God. Help us to keep focused,
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: help us to move forward, Help us to not get distracted,
• 3:09
  Speaker 1: Help us, Low God, to not fall back, Help us,
• 3:12
  Speaker 1: Low God, to not fall down. But when we do,

  Speaker 1: we get up. Our pray, Low God, for a hedge

  Speaker 1: of protection over every single person that's listening and watching

  Speaker 1: right now, that you will continue to renew our mind,

  Speaker 1: on the path, though, because it's going to seem like

  Speaker 1: it's narrow, because it is, and God is with you
• 7:40
  Speaker 1: on that path, right. So although it's narrow and it's straight,

  Speaker 1: don't worry, keep on going, move forward by faith because
• 7:49
  Speaker 1: the Lord is with us. Romans, chapter number three, Verses
• 7:52
  Speaker 1: twenty one and twenty two. The Bible says, but now
• 7:56
  Speaker 1: the righteousness of God has been clearly revealed independently and
• 8:02
  Speaker 1: completely independently, meaning that Jesus didn't need no outside help
• 8:07
  Speaker 1: a man. Jesus is God, so he revealed himself independently
• 8:12
  Speaker 1: and completely apart from the law. See that apart from
• 8:18
  Speaker 1: the law, though it is actually confirmed by the law
• 8:26
  Speaker 1: and the words and writings of the prophets. This righteousness
• 8:33
  Speaker 1: of God comes through what faith in Jesus Christ. For
• 8:39
  Speaker 1: how many people, for all those you are gentile who
• 8:43
  Speaker 1: believe and trust in Him and acknowledge him as God's Son.

  Speaker 1: So this is obviously talking about the Lord Jesus. There

  Speaker 1: is no distinction. You could also see these cross references.

  Speaker 1: First Corinthian Chapter twelve and thirteen and Galatians chapter three

  Speaker 1: named Jesus. He didn't raise from the dead as a spirit.

  Speaker 1: a man of resurrected body. That's the Lord Jesus Christ,

  Speaker 1: We are righteous, and we're on the righteous path because

  Speaker 1: God put us on this righteous path. You ever noticed

  Speaker 1: that there's nothing we could do to get on the
• 11:16
  Speaker 1: righteous path other than being put there by the God
• 11:20
  Speaker 1: of heaven and earth, the God who made the path

  Speaker 1: for us. He puts us there, and he doesn't leave

  Speaker 1: us alone, doesn't leave us stranded, He doesn't leave us
• 11:27
  Speaker 1: lost not knowing what to do. When we don't know
• 11:30
  Speaker 1: what to do, we go to the one who knows
• 11:33
  Speaker 1: everything to do. Amen. That's the goodness of God. That's
• 11:39
  Speaker 1: the peace of God that gives us. Amen. And he
• 11:42
  Speaker 1: gives us a way to navigate God's positioning system. So
• 11:46
  Speaker 1: righteousness in terms of the New Testament, in terms of
• 11:50
  Speaker 1: the scripture that we read, in terms of the New
• 11:53
  Speaker 1: Testament scriptures that are all up in there, that's all
• 11:55
  Speaker 1: about the righteousness. It's not about what we can achieve, right,

  Speaker 1: It's not about our own efforts. But it's about the
• 12:07
  Speaker 1: law in us that's written on our hearts, which is
• 12:11
  Speaker 1: Christ's not the law that was written on the tablets
• 12:15
  Speaker 1: of stone. The law of the Lord that's written on
• 12:18
  Speaker 1: our hearts. It's a difference. It's a gift from God
• 12:23
  Speaker 1: given to us through faith in Jesus. So again, there's
• 12:29
  Speaker 1: nothing we could do as born again believers apart from
• 12:32
  Speaker 1: the Lord. Actually, the Bible says with Christ we could
• 12:36
  Speaker 1: do all things. Without Christ, can't do nothing if we
• 12:40
  Speaker 1: think about it. When we believe in Jesus, we are
• 12:43
  Speaker 1: made righteous at the core of our being. Like this
• 12:49
  Speaker 1: is not just like, oh I'm righteous because I go
• 12:52
  Speaker 1: to church. No, you're righteous because the Lord has placed
• 12:55
  Speaker 1: righteousness inside of you. He accredits you, He accredited you righteousness.

  Speaker 1: He said you're a righteous Amen. So I'm just repeating

  Speaker 1: what the Lord says. I am. You could repeat what

  Speaker 1: the Lord says you are. You're righteous second Corinth thing

  Speaker 1: is five and twenty one. This righteousness is not just

  Speaker 1: a legal part of the deal, right, it's not just
• 13:16
  Speaker 1: a legal declaration, but it's an actual impartation, which means
• 13:22
  Speaker 1: God placed us, He poured it into us. It's God's righteousness. Right.

  Speaker 1: And we already know where new creations in Christ. We

  Speaker 1: know that we have a new nature. We know we
• 13:33
  Speaker 1: have a new heart because the Word of God says

  Speaker 1: ever lived, which is the Lord Jesus himself. Sister Joanne says,

  Speaker 1: yesterday that she passed on at twelve o'clock yesterday. Oh

  Speaker 1: I'm so sorry, so sorry to hear that. Pray the

  Speaker 1: comfort comfort of God over your life, Sister Joanne, So

  Speaker 1: sorry to hear of your loss. But you had a

  Speaker 1: tremendous amount of faith, trusting and believing in the Lord

  Speaker 1: to do a great work in your sister's life. And
• 14:34
  Speaker 1: I believe that He has done a great work in
• 14:36
  Speaker 1: sister's life. So the possibilities of you seeing her again
• 14:41
  Speaker 1: in glory is way, way, way huge, and so thank

  Speaker 1: God for her life. Celebrate her life, celebrate her memory.

  Speaker 1: for you and your family as well. Wow. The path

  Speaker 1: to righteousness it's not about striving to do anything that

  Speaker 1: we're trying to impress people about. That's not it. Actually,

  Speaker 1: that's not it at all. The path of righteousness is
• 15:13
  Speaker 1: about trusting in the finished work of the Lord Jesus,
• 15:19
  Speaker 1: through his death, through his resurrection. It's about his fulfillment
• 15:26
  Speaker 1: of the law. He fulfilled and completed the whole law
• 15:29
  Speaker 1: and the prophets. By faith we receive his righteousness. We
• 15:36
  Speaker 1: read it in Romans chapter three, twenty one and twenty two.

  Speaker 1: We just read it earlier. So this means that our

  Speaker 1: rights standing with God is based entirely, not just a
• 15:49
  Speaker 1: little bit, but it's based entirely on what Jesus has

  Speaker 1: already done, not what he's about to do, not what

  Speaker 1: he promised to do. He already did is a done,

  Speaker 1: finished work, not about our own performance. It's not about

  Speaker 1: our own efforts. It's not about hey, look at me,

  Speaker 1: look what I'm doing. It's about the finished work of
• 16:12
  Speaker 1: the Lord Jesus Christ. So religion says, do this, do that.
• 16:17
  Speaker 1: The gospel says, it's already done. Just come in, follow me.

  Speaker 1: It's a big difference between a religion and a relationship
• 16:25
  Speaker 1: with the Lord. That's why so many people don't buy incidents.

  Speaker 1: They don't believe it because they said, how could it be.
• 16:32
  Speaker 1: That's impossible. An almighty, all knowing, all trustworthy, right, all
• 16:38
  Speaker 1: loving God, we could have a personal relationship with him. Yes,

  Speaker 1: Other religions say, no, it's not possible. He's high above,
• 16:45
  Speaker 1: yes he is, he's exclusive, Yes he is. He's almighty,
• 16:51
  Speaker 1: Yes he is. He's all knowing, Yes he is. He's omnipresent,

  Speaker 1: Yes he is. But he made a way for us
• 16:57
  Speaker 1: to have a relationship with him, right, And he did
• 17:01
  Speaker 1: that through the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

  Speaker 1: Not only that we know the finished work because we
• 17:06
  Speaker 1: read about the finished work and the scriptures, but he
• 17:08
  Speaker 1: lives inside of us by way of his Holy Spirit.

  Speaker 1: So man really couldn't get to God. So God flipped
• 17:14
  Speaker 1: it God into man like he placed his spirit into
• 17:19
  Speaker 1: a human being, right amazing. So, as believers, this is
• 17:26
  Speaker 1: what we're called to do. We called to live in light,

  Speaker 1: to live to be the light and assault of this
• 17:33
  Speaker 1: earth and live this righteousness out so all this could
• 17:38
  Speaker 1: see that we're changed. Not that they're going to see

  Speaker 1: the perfection. The only perfection they're going to see is

  Speaker 1: when we're responding to the Lord's work in our hearts.

  Speaker 1: The only perfection theyre going to see in me and
• 17:50
  Speaker 1: in you is when God works through us his salvation.

  Speaker 1: So that way people can see this love, this mercy,

  Speaker 1: this grace that's coming through rule us by way of

  Speaker 1: his Holy Spirit. So allow the Holy Spirit to guide
• 18:05
  Speaker 1: you today a man. If you don't know what that means,
• 18:09
  Speaker 1: then just listen to his still small voice. There's a
• 18:12
  Speaker 1: lot of voices going on in this world every single day,
• 18:16
  Speaker 1: but allow him to guide you when you're making choices.

  Speaker 1: Make sure your choices are lining up with the Spirit
• 18:24
  Speaker 1: of God, lining up with the identity of who you
• 18:28
  Speaker 1: are as a child of God. They're lining up with
• 18:31
  Speaker 1: the prophetic word and the promises of God in your life.

  Speaker 1: I know it's a crazy temptation just to do whatever
• 18:37
  Speaker 1: you want to do. And that's the flesh. And we
• 18:40
  Speaker 1: all are fighting the flesh. Amen, pastors, apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers,
• 18:47
  Speaker 1: leaders in the church, they're all fighting the flesh, just
• 18:49
  Speaker 1: like we're fighting the flesh. Trust me, believe that the
• 18:53
  Speaker 1: flesh is a monster. I even wrote a book about it,
• 18:56
  Speaker 1: right because I know that the Spirit of God is
• 18:59
  Speaker 1: always willing, the Spirit of God is always good. But
• 19:03
  Speaker 1: the flesh, the old nature, and that God replaced us.
• 19:08
  Speaker 1: Like we don't even have that old nature controlling us
• 19:11
  Speaker 1: no more, but the old nature tries to come back
• 19:14
  Speaker 1: a man at any given moment. That's why it's important
• 19:17
  Speaker 1: to follow the guide and the path of righteousness and
• 19:22
  Speaker 1: the path to righteousness. Follow that path because we're being
• 19:27
  Speaker 1: led by Holy Spirit God on that path because he
• 19:30
  Speaker 1: knows that we need him. He knows that at any
• 19:33
  Speaker 1: given moment we could fall to the deceptions of the
• 19:37
  Speaker 1: enemy to our own evil desires. Amen. And that's not
• 19:41
  Speaker 1: gonna be good. But what it is good is that
• 19:43
  Speaker 1: he keeps us, holds us. We could trust him and
• 19:46
  Speaker 1: we could continue on the path to righteousness because we
• 19:51
  Speaker 1: are righteous. We are called according to his purpose, a
• 19:55
  Speaker 1: man and his plan which is actually perfect for our
• 20:02
  Speaker 1: of our life on this side of eternity. This joy says,

  Speaker 1: blessings to our group in Jesus name. Amen. Yes, blessings, purpose,

  Speaker 1: the plan of God, the mercy of God, the grace
• 20:15
  Speaker 1: of God, the love of God, the comfort of God
• 20:17
  Speaker 1: for sister Joanne and her family. Amen, all of it.

  Speaker 1: We have it all, and we could express it all

  Speaker 1: today moving forward. If you never experienced the power of

  Speaker 1: how a holy spirit wants to move in your life, Amen,

  Speaker 1: I suggest you pray, surround yourself with people who are

  Speaker 1: filled up with His spirit. Amen, and move forward in
• 20:38
  Speaker 1: victory and stay on the path to righteousness. The other path,
• 20:42
  Speaker 1: so many different paths in this were right. Bible says,
• 20:44
  Speaker 1: it's a big path. It's called the broadway, and the
• 20:48
  Speaker 1: broadway leads to destruction, but the narrow path leads to
• 20:51
  Speaker 1: life and abundance, health, strength, encouragement. Amen. If you're baling it.

  Speaker 1: If you're baling the pressure, Amen, the path to righteousness

  Speaker 1: helps you through that battle to victory. Amen. If you're
• 21:05
  Speaker 1: struggling with suicidal thoughts, again, the path to righteousness helps
• 21:09
  Speaker 1: you remove those thoughts. Amen. So we have a God
• 21:14
  Speaker 1: that we believe in, that we trust in, that leads us.

  Speaker 1: He says, follow me. And if you don't know what
• 21:22

  Speaker 1: we're holy, though holier. Nobody's gonna be holier than the Lord.

  Speaker 1: But we're holy because God says we're holy right, Just

  Speaker 1: because God says we're righteous right, and we're just following

  Speaker 1: what the Lord has told us to follow in his word.

  Speaker 1: a process going on in our lives. It's a renewing process.

  Speaker 1: We are being renewed daily. The Bible says we are

  Speaker 1: made new daily. God's doing a new thing daily in

  Speaker 1: our hearts and in our minds. We're seeing clearer, clearer.

  Speaker 1: are purposely moving forward. We are going forward. I'm stubborn

  Speaker 1: that what I'm believing is wrong. You can if you want,

  Speaker 1: but I'm gonna keep on believing regardless. Oh look at this,

  Speaker 1: Look at that. You can show me anything you want

  Speaker 1: to show me, but know, by way of Holy Spirit,

  Speaker 1: then on the path to righteousness. And you're on the

  Speaker 1: path to righteousness too. And you know what I mean.

  Speaker 1: When we were in the world, we were totally on

  Speaker 1: the path to destruction, and we were on it, and

  Speaker 1: we were on it good, and we were on it heavy,

  Speaker 1: and we were really stepping in that direction. But now

  Speaker 1: we have a better direction that we're in. That's a

  Speaker 1: lot of people that used to be or they're still

  Speaker 1: on that broadway to destruction. They don't like this path

  Speaker 1: because they don't know what it's about. It's a little

  Speaker 1: scary for them, I know, because it was scary for me.

  Speaker 1: I was like, man, if I get on that path

  Speaker 1: to righteousness, I'm gonna have to dress up with a

  Speaker 1: suit and tie every day. Right, I'm might have to

  Speaker 1: be in church every day. This is what I was

  Speaker 1: thinking before. I'm gonna have to sing Kumbaya. I'm gonna

  Speaker 1: have to give up music. I can't go to the movie.

  Speaker 1: I was thinking about religion. I was not thinking or
• 23:50
  Speaker 1: putting into my mind a relationship with a loving, holy,
• 23:54
  Speaker 1: righteous God. I was putting all my thoughts into this religion.

  Speaker 1: I said, oh, man, that's too strict. The other day,

  Speaker 1: my daughter, my ten year old, said, oh, mom, is
• 24:04
  Speaker 1: being strict. I said, don't even play yourself. You know

  Speaker 1: we're not strict, and then she just walked away. Said,

  Speaker 1: we're not being strict. We have rules in the house,
• 24:12
  Speaker 1: right house rules, and if you break them, its consequences.

  Speaker 1: The same in the Lord. We break his rules, this consequences.

  Speaker 1: But he's a God of grace, He's a god of mercy. Amen.

  Speaker 1: So when we're on the path to righteousness, you're gonna

  Speaker 1: notice more and more of His grace on the way

  Speaker 1: to the promised Land. Right, because we are headed in

  Speaker 1: We are not lost. We are not in a dark

  Speaker 1: place tomorrow. We're actually in the light of Christ. And

  Speaker 1: that light is a blazing light, and that light shines

  Speaker 1: through us. And because of what Jesus did and his

  Speaker 1: complete work, he is independent. He revealed himself, He revealed

  Speaker 1: his complete work through the law of the world God

  Speaker 1: and through the prophets all speaking of him, because he's

  Speaker 1: the completeness of Yahweh. So our journey is about maturing

  Speaker 1: in our understanding of who we are in Christ Jesus,

  Speaker 1: and we're walking in freedom and grace that the Lord provides.

  Speaker 1: So the path to righteousness is powerful. Get on it,
• 25:29
  Speaker 1: don't get off it. Amen. We need to help each other,

  Speaker 1: pray for one another, encourage one another, and keep on
• 25:35
  Speaker 1: keeping on. Man, we don't stop. And if we do stop,

  Speaker 1: we stop because we're trying to stop, because we're trying
• 25:41
  Speaker 1: to help somebody else get on the path as well.

  Speaker 1: And then we just continue to move forward. So we're

  Speaker 1: in victory. God says we're in victory. We're on the

  Speaker 1: right path. Being courage, stay encouraged, amen, and know that
