If you don't already have people like this in your life, it's up to YOU to find and build these kinds of relationships. I don't believe you need to cut people out of your life who may not understand your dreams or your vision but I believe you definitely need to set boundaries for yourself and take an honest look at where you can do inner work around your relationships.
