- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning!
- 0:10Speaker 2: The Root! The Root! The Root's on fire!
- 0:13Speaker 1: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 1: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 1: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:24Speaker 1: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:28Speaker 1: Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:40Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Alright, welcome back to Warzone. I'm Wayne Allyn Root. Great
- 0:57Speaker 2: to be with you. We got our guest, Lara Logan,
- 0:59Speaker 2: for a third segment. She's a triple returnee. We don't
- 1:03Speaker 2: have too many of those. I do that just, maybe
- 1:05Speaker 2: I've done that maybe five times in ten years I've
- 1:08Speaker 2: been on the air. So it's got to be someone
- 1:09Speaker 2: really good. Lara's really good. She's the host of Going
- 1:13Speaker 2: Rogue with Lara Logan. She has a website, laralogan.com, so
- 1:18Speaker 2: you can hear more and see more and read more.
- 1:20Speaker 2: And she is with us. Lara, welcome back to the show.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Thank you, Wayne.
- 1:24Speaker 4: What I wanted to say to you and to your
- 1:27Speaker 4: guests is that it's not just. The critical thing right
- 1:30Speaker 4: now is not just the lack of accountability, right?
- 1:34Speaker 3: The lack of indictments and so on.
- 1:36Speaker 4: What is really critical is that the Trump administration has
- 1:41Speaker 4: come out publicly. DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, Carolyn Leavitt, all these people,
- 1:45Speaker 4: they have said they have all the evidence that Obama
- 1:47Speaker 4: and Clapper and all these other people, John Brennan, that
- 1:50Speaker 4: they were behind a seditious conspiracy, treason and sedition.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Trump put... Elon Musk out there with Doge, which exposed
- 1:57Speaker 3: all the fraud, the waste, the abuse, the corruption all
- 2:00Speaker 3: across the government.
- 2:01Speaker 4: And what did all of them do? They took an
- 2:03Speaker 4: oath to protect and defend this country against all of
- 2:06Speaker 4: its enemies, both foreign and domestic. And they are responsible
- 2:09Speaker 4: for protecting and upholding the Constitution.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Well, you can't do that if you allow fraud, waste,
- 2:14Speaker 3: abuse and corruption. Right.
- 2:15Speaker 4: You also can't do it if you allow people to
- 2:17Speaker 4: get away with treason and sedition. And so when people
- 2:20Speaker 4: have been stepping forward as whistleblowers, what has happened is
- 2:23Speaker 4: they've been retaliated against.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Punished for doing so. And what does that mean? It
- 2:28Speaker 3: means they have been denied. The American people have been
- 2:31Speaker 3: denied redress of grievances, which is a constitutional right. And
- 2:37Speaker 3: so what these people are planning to do is they
- 2:40Speaker 3: are planning.
- 2:40Speaker 4: To use their own crimes. They're going to get away
- 2:43Speaker 4: with their crimes. They're not going to be punished. They're
- 2:45Speaker 4: going to steal the midterms. They're going to impeach Trump.
- 2:48Speaker 2: And you know what?
- 2:48Speaker 4: People are going to be cheering when they impeach him
- 2:50Speaker 4: because they're going to say he betrayed you.
- 2:53Speaker 3: He failed you. He didn't keep his promise. His executive
- 2:57Speaker 3: orders show that he knew he had.
- 2:59Speaker 4: A legal responsibility to go after all these corrupt people,
- 3:04Speaker 4: and he didn't do it. And you know what?
- 3:06Speaker 3: This time the impeachment is going to succeed.
- 3:08Speaker 4: And what they will do is go after every single
- 3:11Speaker 4: person they want to get rid of.
- 3:13Speaker 3: It doesn't matter how high or.
- 3:14Speaker 2: How low you are. Lara, that includes you and me.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Absolutely. 100%. We're right at the top of the list.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Yep. It's really scary. You know, you probably don't know
- 3:24Speaker 2: this story about my background, that I was Obama's college
- 3:27Speaker 2: classmate at Columbia University. Did you know that? We went
- 3:30Speaker 2: to college together. So I graduated Barry. Well, I don't
- 3:34Speaker 2: know what he was. We graduate. We were both pre-law,
- 3:37Speaker 2: according to him. I know I was. We were both
- 3:40Speaker 2: political science majors at Columbia. According to him, he was
- 3:43Speaker 2: political science. I know I was. We both graduated on
- 3:46Speaker 2: the same day. Never. And I knew everyone in political
- 3:49Speaker 2: science department, everyone. I was outspoken concern wasn't there. Never
- 3:54Speaker 2: saw him. Never heard of him. Never met him. He's
- 3:56Speaker 2: the Manchurian candidate. I think he's deep state. I think
- 3:58Speaker 2: he's CIA planted. I think they planted a story that
- 4:01Speaker 2: he went to Columbia and he graduated Columbia. He never
- 4:04Speaker 2: went there and he never graduated there. I was there
- 4:07Speaker 2: and he wasn't there. So I went on TV in
- 4:10Speaker 2: 2008 when I was the libertarian vice presidential candidate. I
- 4:13Speaker 2: was on their presidential ticket. And who was running for president? Obama.
- 4:17Speaker 2: And I'm on the presidential ticket against him. Not that
- 4:20Speaker 2: we had any chance to win, but that's besides the point.
- 4:22Speaker 2: I told everyone on Fox News again and again that
- 4:25Speaker 2: I never saw him at Columbia. Now Obama gets elected, Lara,
- 4:30Speaker 2: and what happens immediately? IRS attacks. I mean, knocks on
- 4:34Speaker 2: my door. I mean, phone calls that we're your biggest
- 4:38Speaker 2: fan at the IRS. And we drew straws to fight
- 4:41Speaker 2: for who would get the case because we love you
- 4:43Speaker 2: so much, Wayne. And then they tried to destroy my life.
- 4:47Speaker 2: And I hired the best law firms and they all said, Wayne,
- 4:51Speaker 2: you're not paranoid. You are on the president's enemies list.
- 4:55Speaker 2: We've never seen anything like this in our lives. And
- 4:57Speaker 2: I went through four years virus attacks. A judge threw
- 5:00Speaker 2: it out, and guess what happened? They ordered me again
- 5:04Speaker 2: the next day, which is illegal. You can't even do that.
- 5:07Speaker 2: So I've been what is kind of a whistleblower by
- 5:10Speaker 2: saying he was never at Columbia, and they punished me
- 5:16Speaker 2: and went after me. So I know exactly how this
- 5:19Speaker 2: all works. I know they treat you, and I know
- 5:21Speaker 2: they try to destroy you, and they don't even care
- 5:23Speaker 2: if you go to jail, Lara. All they care about
- 5:25Speaker 2: is that they've hurt you and distracted you and intimidated you.
- 5:28Speaker 2: And of course, what does it cost to hire lawyers?
- 5:31Speaker 2: They've taken your money away from you for four years
- 5:35Speaker 2: so you don't give money to the Republican Party. Your
- 5:37Speaker 2: donations are down and you're angry and you're depressed and
- 5:40Speaker 2: you don't sleep at night. They've done it all to me.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I know it. So this is what we're dealing with.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Wayne, they try to co-opt you, right?
- 5:48Speaker 4: So they give you a big business deal or a
- 5:50Speaker 4: nice paying job or whatever it is, a position of power.
- 5:54Speaker 3: They co-opt you in some way, shape, or form. Then
- 5:57Speaker 3: they try to.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Coerce you to do what they want. And then when
- 6:01Speaker 4: you don't, they cancel you.
- 6:02Speaker 2: They destroy you.
- 6:03Speaker 3: It's called the C3 strategy.
- 6:04Speaker 4: And the cancel part has a small C, which is
- 6:07Speaker 4: what they did to you, what they did to me.
- 6:09Speaker 4: And then it has a big C, which is more
- 6:11Speaker 4: like what they did to Charlie Kirk.
- 6:13Speaker 5: Right.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. And I, listen, I have said from day one,
- 6:18Speaker 2: and that's why they were so angry with me. I
- 6:19Speaker 2: was on Fox news saying that this is a communist
- 6:23Speaker 2: color revolution and they're trying to take over the United
- 6:27Speaker 2: States by silencing all of our voices and and putting
- 6:31Speaker 2: us in prison and destroying our lives and taking our
- 6:34Speaker 2: jobs away and taxing us to death and building up
- 6:37Speaker 2: Cloward Piven that I learned at Columbia. That's what Obama
- 6:40Speaker 2: knows too, Cloward Piven, right? You just overwhelm the system.
- 6:44Speaker 2: You collapse the economy. You put everyone on welfare. And
- 6:47Speaker 2: that's what they're doing. And they realized, and they're brilliant, Laura,
- 6:50Speaker 2: brilliant because they realized if you can't get everyone in
- 6:53Speaker 2: America on welfare to collapse the system, then open the
- 6:56Speaker 2: border and bring in the whole world. It's brilliant.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Well, Wayne, you're going to love this, okay?
- 7:00Speaker 4: If you go back to the students for a democratic society, right? SDS,
- 7:07Speaker 4: on the 15th of June, 1962, SDS released the Port
- 7:13Speaker 4: Huron Statement, okay?
- 7:15Speaker 3: And everyone should go back and read that statement. You
- 7:18Speaker 3: know why? Because that marked the moment that they went
- 7:21Speaker 3: from the old left, which was the labor unions and,
- 7:25Speaker 3: you know, the sort of the social class struggle, right?
- 7:28Speaker 3: And that's where they switched to social justice.
- 7:31Speaker 4: And in this statement, they put out that their new
- 7:34Speaker 4: focus would be on, listen to this list, right? Abortion,
- 7:38Speaker 4: capital punishment, civil rights, drug policy, environmentalism, feminism, gay rights,
- 7:43Speaker 4: gender roles.
- 7:44Speaker 3: And guess what?
- 7:45Speaker 4: Immigration any of that sound familiar this is how long
- 7:48Speaker 4: they've been implementing this plan and the reality is that
- 7:51Speaker 4: the people running this they're not marxists they're not communists
- 7:55Speaker 4: they don't believe in the equality of all and all
- 7:58Speaker 4: that nonsense they just use these as systems of control
- 8:03Speaker 4: that's all they are the same way that they use
- 8:06Speaker 4: islam as a system of control on that side you
- 8:08Speaker 4: know Every time you see the word social, you should
- 8:11Speaker 4: read socialist, right?
- 8:13Speaker 3: Socialist media is a control mechanism.
- 8:16Speaker 4: It's got us all thinking that, you know, you speak
- 8:19Speaker 4: out on social.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Media and somehow you have independence, you have freedom, you
- 8:22Speaker 3: have a voice. No, you don't. It's an illusion.
- 8:25Speaker 4: As you discovered, they can take that voice from you
- 8:27Speaker 4: anytime they want. But all of this has a command
- 8:30Speaker 4: and control system. There is an alternative government. There's an
- 8:34Speaker 4: alternative system. That's why they talk about two-tier justice. It's
- 8:38Speaker 4: the same with government. And the people running that two-tier
- 8:41Speaker 4: system are the counsel for the inspector generals for integrity
- 8:45Speaker 4: and efficiency inside the executive branch, but not answerable to
- 8:50Speaker 4: the chief executive.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Just like the Federal Reserve is part of the government,
- 8:53Speaker 2: but it's not part of the government. It's a private enterprise.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Not federal and not a reserve.
- 8:59Speaker 2: And they're always working. Isn't it funny, though, Lara? Isn't
- 9:01Speaker 2: it funny that every moment that Obama was president— And
- 9:05Speaker 2: every moment that Biden was president, it was tax. It
- 9:08Speaker 2: was interest rate cut, interest rate cut, interest rate cut,
- 9:11Speaker 2: interest rate cut into a horrible economy created by social
- 9:14Speaker 2: justice and DEI and socialism. And they gave them every benefit.
- 9:18Speaker 2: And the minute Trump was president, first term, now second term.
- 9:21Speaker 2: It was interest rate raise, interest rate raise, interest rate raise.
- 9:24Speaker 2: The Fed tries to destroy the good guys, Reagan and Trump,
- 9:29Speaker 2: and tries to help the Jimmy Carters and the Bidens
- 9:32Speaker 2: and the Obamas who are implementing socialism and destroying the economy.
- 9:35Speaker 2: So the Federal Reserve is just like the inspector generals.
- 9:38Speaker 2: They're all dirty. They're all dirty. You know, you said
- 9:40Speaker 2: they were supposed to be overseers. What they are is stooges,
- 9:45Speaker 2: stooges for the globalist system and the communist system and
- 9:48Speaker 2: the deep state system.
- 9:48Speaker 3: It's worse than a stooge, Wayne.
- 9:50Speaker 4: It's worse than a stooge, because the inspector generals, rather
- 9:53Speaker 4: than being what they were supposed to be when they
- 9:55Speaker 4: were set up, they were in fact set up to
- 9:58Speaker 4: be a control mechanism to make sure that they can.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Steal your money and that they can defraud you and.
- 10:04Speaker 4: That corruption is never punished, because they have always been
- 10:08Speaker 4: that control mechanism. And that's the real issue here, is that,
- 10:11Speaker 4: you know, these are the people who didn't pick up
- 10:13Speaker 4: a weapon to take over the United States. They picked
- 10:16Speaker 4: up a highlighter and a pen.
- 10:17Speaker 3: These are the guys not with guns. you know, and
- 10:20Speaker 3: big muscles wearing a uniform. These are the guys with spectacles, right,
- 10:24Speaker 3: who are sitting there. They're the people, the names you
- 10:26Speaker 3: never hear. They're the people that you don't know very
- 10:29Speaker 3: much about. These are the ones that are really running
- 10:32Speaker 3: the United States of America.
- 10:33Speaker 4: And the effect of that is what you have where
- 10:36Speaker 4: you have a president who has committed himself.
- 10:39Speaker 3: You know this president likes to keep his word.
- 10:41Speaker 4: And he has committed to ending the weaponization of the
- 10:45Speaker 4: federal government. And he is being undermined and subverted at
- 10:49Speaker 4: every single turn in every single agency. And they're going
- 10:54Speaker 4: to use that against him to impeach him and punish
- 10:57Speaker 4: him and punish everyone who supported him. And half of
- 11:00Speaker 4: his base is going to be cheering because they're going
- 11:02Speaker 4: to feel betrayed.
- 11:04Speaker 2: And don't leave out, Lara, the judges. That's the really
- 11:07Speaker 2: bad— 100%. Oh, my gosh. The communist judges, the deep
- 11:11Speaker 2: state judges, they're all bribed, in my opinion. They're owned
- 11:14Speaker 2: by China and the Mexican drug cartel and the enemies
- 11:17Speaker 2: of America, George Soros of the world. Scary, scary stuff.
- 11:21Speaker 2: We just keep fighting.
- 11:22Speaker 3: And who's in charge? Who's in charge of policing them?
- 11:24Speaker 2: Keep your voice loud, Lara. We love you. We appreciate you.
- 11:27Speaker 1: We're running.
- 11:27Speaker 2: We've got to go to a break. It's so great.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Thank you for staying for three segments. Merry Christmas to
- 11:32Speaker 2: you and your family. We appreciate everything you do.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Thank you so much.
- 11:36Speaker 2: You too.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Merry Christmas.
- 11:38Speaker 2: All right. Lara Logan, laralogan.com. And her podcast is Going

- 12:50Speaker 2: Wayne Allyn Root for Patriot Critical Minerals. Here's the raw truth.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 12:56Speaker 2: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 13:00Speaker 2: heard of, tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's
- 13:03Speaker 2: what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives our missiles,
- 13:06Speaker 2: and puts steel behind every round of ammunition. Here's the danger.
- 13:10Speaker 2: China control's 80% of the world's supply and 90% of production.
- 13:14Speaker 2: If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy and
- 13:17Speaker 2: independence all hangs in the balance. Here's the good news.
- 13:20Speaker 2: We have the solution. Patriot Critical Minerals, home to the
- 13:23Speaker 2: most advanced tungsten deposit in the entire USA of over
- 13:27Speaker 2: 19 million tons. This is the kind of discovery that
- 13:30Speaker 2: can change the game enough to break China's stranglehold on tungsten.
- 13:33Speaker 2: There has never been a better moment to invest in tungsten.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Patriot Critical Minerals isn't just about mining. It's about securing
- 13:40Speaker 2: our freedom and protecting our homeland. To learn about investment
- 13:43Speaker 2: opportunities with Patriot Critical Minerals, go to PatriotCritical.com. That's PatriotCritical.com. Hi,

- 14:13Speaker 2: than 20 years. I'm a witness. He recommended gold at

- 15:07Speaker 2: Way down the route, the route, the route, the route's
- 15:08Speaker 2: on fire. Welcome back to the show in my new jacket,
- 15:12Speaker 2: my new blazer from the Roger Stone collection. That's right.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Roger Stone, who put me on the world's best dressed
- 15:19Speaker 2: men's list two years ago, has now come out with
- 15:22Speaker 2: his own clothing collection. I just bought a ton of
- 15:26Speaker 2: suits and blazers and shirts, and the first one just
- 15:29Speaker 2: came today, the blazer, and here it is. Isn't this beautiful?
- 15:32Speaker 2: Roger Stone is just a guy who understands fashion. He
- 15:35Speaker 2: is the fashion plate who sets the tone for fashion
- 15:40Speaker 2: in this world for men, and I'm very proud to
- 15:43Speaker 2: have his blazer on, and soon you'll see his new suit.
- 15:47Speaker 2: A couple of breaking news stories. First of all, we'll
- 15:51Speaker 2: start with the good. We got a good and a bad.
- 15:53Speaker 2: The Supreme Court ruled today, they allowed Texas to use
- 15:58Speaker 2: its newly drawn congressional map. And you know that's a
- 16:02Speaker 2: good ruling. It's six to three. Three liberals on one side,
- 16:06Speaker 2: the six supposed conservatives on the other. And Liberal Justice
- 16:11Speaker 2: Kagan fumes. So you know that it's a good ruling.
- 16:16Speaker 2: And she fumed in the dissent. Let's see what she said.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Over the course of three months... A three-judge district court
- 16:23Speaker 2: in Texas undertook to resolve the factual dispute at issue
- 16:27Speaker 2: in this application in an acting electoral map slanted towards Republicans.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Did Texas predominantly use race to draw its new district
- 16:35Speaker 2: lines or said otherwise? Did Texas accomplish its partisan objectives
- 16:40Speaker 2: by means of a racial gerrymander, Kagan wrote? And, well...
- 16:47Speaker 2: You didn't mind it when they designed all these electoral
- 16:50Speaker 2: maps all over the United States to benefit Democrats and
- 16:53Speaker 2: they built in black districts. You didn't mind that. So
- 16:56Speaker 2: in any case, that's good news. Here's breaking bad news.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Grand jury in Virginia refuses to indict Letitia James for
- 17:04Speaker 2: mortgage fraud. Refuses to indict Letitia James for mortgage fraud.
- 17:10Speaker 2: I don't know. What happened? I don't know if the
- 17:12Speaker 2: case was badly argued. I don't know if they got
- 17:15Speaker 2: a horrible grand jury filled with Democrats, Obama people, Biden people.
- 17:19Speaker 2: I don't know. I know that it's once again, no justice,
- 17:24Speaker 2: two tier justice system. You can't put these Democrats in prison.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Federal grand jury in Norfolk, Virginia today refused to indict
- 17:33Speaker 2: New York Attorney General Letitia James after a judge dismissed
- 17:36Speaker 2: her case last month. She was indicted by a federal
- 17:39Speaker 2: grand jury in September, charged with two crimes, bank fraud
- 17:43Speaker 2: and false statements to a financial institution, all related to
- 17:47Speaker 2: a mortgage loan on a property she owns in Virginia.
- 17:50Speaker 2: It's just so beyond my belief, right? I know nothing
- 17:52Speaker 2: about this case other than the fact it's a fact
- 17:55Speaker 2: that they ask you, is it a single family? And
- 17:58Speaker 2: I know in New York, this might not be the
- 18:01Speaker 2: New York case. But in New York, she had some
- 18:02Speaker 2: sort of a brownstone. It was like a five unit.
- 18:05Speaker 2: But you couldn't get favorable rates unless it was a
- 18:08Speaker 2: four unit. So she lied, said it was a four unit, allegedly.
- 18:12Speaker 2: And in this case, I think she couldn't get favorable
- 18:15Speaker 2: rates unless she said it's my principal residence. Well, so
- 18:18Speaker 2: she said it's my principal residence, but it's not. She's
- 18:21Speaker 2: got renters in it, relatives who have been arrested, by
- 18:24Speaker 2: the way. Police have shown up 20 times. And how
- 18:27Speaker 2: could it be her principal residence when she's the Attorney
- 18:30Speaker 2: General of New York and the property's in Virginia? It's bizarre.
- 18:36Speaker 2: It's bizarre. So, you know, why a jury would turn
- 18:40Speaker 2: it down, I don't know. Maybe the jury's all Democrats.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Maybe the jury's all black, a la the O.J. Simpson jury. O.J. Simpson,
- 18:48Speaker 2: we all know he murdered his wife and children. Michael Goldman.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Everybody knows that. The whole world knows that. But it
- 18:55Speaker 2: didn't matter. A jury filled with black people said, no,
- 18:58Speaker 2: he didn't do it because they wanted him to get
- 18:59Speaker 2: away with it. So is that what happened with Letitia James?
- 19:02Speaker 2: I don't know. All right. So one piece of bad news,
- 19:04Speaker 2: one piece of good news. Here's another piece of good news.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Election integrity. The DOJ is on track to compel voter
- 19:11Speaker 2: roll cleanups in over half of U.S. states. Assistant Attorney
- 19:17Speaker 2: General for Civil Rights, Harmeet Dylan, who's been a guest
- 19:20Speaker 2: on this show, says the sloppiness of the elections at
- 19:23Speaker 2: blue states is no accident. It is on purpose. It
- 19:27Speaker 2: is a feature, not a bug.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Right.
- 19:30Speaker 2: In other words, it's not a mistake. It's not a coincidence.
- 19:32Speaker 2: They make sure it's sloppy so that they can steal
- 19:35Speaker 2: elections amidst the sloppiness. We also found out today that
- 19:41Speaker 2: the Trump administration is going to cut off funding to
- 19:45Speaker 2: blue states. I think it's 21 blue states that refuse
- 19:49Speaker 2: to give information. to the federal government requested by the
- 19:52Speaker 2: Trump administration about the SNAP program, about food stamps. How
- 19:56Speaker 2: many illegals are on the program? They won't give the
- 19:58Speaker 2: information because they know it's all illegals. So we're cutting
- 20:01Speaker 2: off the funding. Again, some judge is going to say
- 20:04Speaker 2: you can't do that. I know it. This is the problem, judges.
- 20:07Speaker 2: All right, greatpatriotstore.com is the sponsor of this show. If

- 20:48Speaker 2: Energized Health changed my life, literally. I lost 25 pounds
- 20:51Speaker 2: of fat, including the dangerous inner body vitriol fat, and
- 20:54Speaker 2: gained 10 pounds of muscle in only 88 days. Now,
- 20:58Speaker 2: I look the best of my life. I'll be on
- 20:59Speaker 2: this program for life because it's simple and easy. John
- 21:02Speaker 2: and Chelsea have the only patent pending in the world
- 21:05Speaker 2: for a method of achieving intracellular hydration. Now that's credibility.
- 21:09Speaker 2: The patent application includes over 500 pages of science, sequencing,
- 21:13Speaker 2: and processes of how to transform your cells so they
- 21:16Speaker 2: can hydrate, allowing you to lose fat and upgrade your
- 21:18Speaker 2: health and immune system. No one else has this science
- 21:21Speaker 2: of inner body hydration. It's all set up in a

- 22:06Speaker 2: We are the official podcast of The Gateway Pundit. They
- 22:08Speaker 2: had over a billion views this year. They're heading for,
- 22:11Speaker 2: I think, about 1.3 billion views. Over 2.5 million unique
- 22:15Speaker 2: daily readers at The Gateway Pundit. We are the official podcast.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Podcast every day, two hours a day, 6 p.m. to
- 22:22Speaker 2: 8 p.m. Eastern, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific on
- 22:25Speaker 2: the Gateway Pundit. Also on Rumble. All you have to
- 22:27Speaker 2: do is type in Wayne Root, Wayne Allyn Root or Warzone.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Or you can go to Patriot TV, Patriot.TV, Patriot.TV and
- 22:36Speaker 2: watch us. Get the app, put it on your TV set,
- 22:38Speaker 2: the Rumble app or the Patriot TV app. And watch
- 22:41Speaker 2: us every day on your TV set, every day, every afternoon,
- 22:43Speaker 2: or every evening, depending on if you live on the
- 22:45Speaker 2: West Coast or the East Coast. This is our guest segment.
- 22:49Speaker 2: We've got a great guest, former Congressman Louie Gohmert. But first,
- 22:52Speaker 2: let me mention the sponsor of this segment, Energized Health.
- 22:55Speaker 2: I joined the Energized Health program in November of 2020.
- 22:58Speaker 2: It changed my life, changed my career. I look younger
- 23:02Speaker 2: now than 15 years ago. 15 years ago, I was 50.
- 23:04Speaker 2: I'm going to turn 65 in 2026. I'll be on
- 23:06Speaker 2: Medicare now. coming up next year in another month. And
- 23:12Speaker 2: I look far better and far younger than I did
- 23:14Speaker 2: 15 years ago. That only happened since I got on
- 23:17Speaker 2: the Energize Health program. Five years ago, I lost 25
- 23:20Speaker 2: pounds of fat. I gained 10 pounds of muscle and
- 23:23Speaker 2: I gained intercellular hydration in only 88 days on the program.
- 23:27Speaker 2: And now it's been five years and I've kept all
- 23:29Speaker 2: the fat off and I've kept all the muscle on.
- 23:33Speaker 2: And it changed the way my face looked and it
- 23:35Speaker 2: changed the way my body looked. It reversed, aged me.
- 23:37Speaker 2: There's me. 15 years ago with Steve Forbes at Freedom
- 23:40Speaker 2: Fest in Las Vegas and show a picture of me
- 23:43Speaker 2: today in the gym in Las Vegas at the age
- 23:45Speaker 2: of 64 years old. I also got three new TV shows,
- 23:49Speaker 2: excuse me, four new TV shows and podcasts past the
- 23:52Speaker 2: age of 61 while on this program. So it's extended
- 23:55Speaker 2: my career beyond anybody's imagination. Nobody on TV has new
- 23:59Speaker 2: TV shows at the age of 60 and 61 and
- 24:01Speaker 2: 62 and 63 and 64 and now 65. So go
- 24:05Speaker 2: to energizehealth.com. It could do the same thing for you.
- 24:08Speaker 2: It can change your life and supercharge your energy and
- 24:10Speaker 2: supercharge your health and hopefully reverse age you like it
- 24:13Speaker 2: did for me. Go to energizehealth.com, type in war or
- 24:17Speaker 2: say war for Wayne Allyn Root and get 40% off energizehealth.com. Okay,
- 24:23Speaker 2: without further ado, former Congressman Louie Gohmert is with us.
- 24:28Speaker 2: He represented Texas 1st District from 2005 to 2023. Currently
- 24:35Speaker 2: Senior Fellow with the David Horowitz Freedom Center. His website
- 24:39Speaker 2: is Gohmert.com, G-O-H-M-E-R-T. M-E-R-T Gohmert.com. We've had him on the
- 24:44Speaker 2: show before. I always loved him. I always said he's
- 24:46Speaker 2: one of my favorite congressmen on this planet Earth. A
- 24:49Speaker 2: great conservative slash MAGA guy. And he's with us. Louie,
- 24:52Speaker 2: how are you?
- 24:54Speaker 5: Well, as far as I know, I'm all right, Wayne.
- 24:56Speaker 5: Thank you. Great to be with you anytime.
- 24:58Speaker 2: I'm glad you're all right. So, look, there's so many
- 25:02Speaker 2: bad things going on. I know we have you on
- 25:04Speaker 2: mostly to talk about this Arctic frost and the spying
- 25:08Speaker 2: of Republican members of Congress. But I just want to
- 25:12Speaker 2: say in general, what Trump is facing between the judges
- 25:16Speaker 2: and the deep state and the federal government, his own
- 25:19Speaker 2: government employees, his own inspector generals. We just had Lara
- 25:23Speaker 2: Logan was my guest in the first hour, and she
- 25:25Speaker 2: talked about the inspector generals she believes are all part
- 25:28Speaker 2: of the deep state, and they're stopping. anyone from going
- 25:31Speaker 2: after the criminals. I mean, it's just, it's overwhelming. I
- 25:35Speaker 2: don't know how Trump is ever going to win. He
- 25:37Speaker 2: does great things every day, but there's always a judge
- 25:40Speaker 2: or some government employees standing in the way of making
- 25:43Speaker 2: it happen.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:46Speaker 5: I saw some of that with Laura and can I
- 25:49Speaker 5: comment on that?
- 25:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:52Speaker 5: Look, we had Horowitz before our judiciary committee and you know,
- 25:58Speaker 5: He found all this incredible hatred and bias against President
- 26:05Speaker 5: Trump within the Justice Department. Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, all
- 26:11Speaker 5: this hatred for Trump. And then he found that basically everything,
- 26:20Speaker 5: every finding, every determination went wrong. in Hillary Clinton's favor,
- 26:27Speaker 5: whom they showed that they loved, and every determination went
- 26:32Speaker 5: against Trump, whom they hated. And then he comes out
- 26:36Speaker 5: at the end of his report and says, but there
- 26:40Speaker 5: is no evidence that their bias and prejudice in any
- 26:43Speaker 5: way affected their investigations.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 26:47Speaker 5: Look, one of the terms in... And under the law,
- 26:53Speaker 5: Latin phrase is the thing speaks for itself. You know, if.
- 27:01Speaker 5: you show all of this bias going against somebody and
- 27:07Speaker 5: every determination goes against that person.
- 27:11Speaker 2: And then you say, but it's okay.
- 27:12Speaker 5: It's okay. The thing speaks for itself. Yeah. The bias
- 27:19Speaker 5: did affect the outcome. It's very clear, but Horowitz, and
- 27:24Speaker 5: I said this to him in our, in our hearing,
- 27:27Speaker 5: you just decided that, you were going to throw a
- 27:30Speaker 5: bone to the Democrats and say, well, it didn't really
- 27:34Speaker 5: affect the outcome. Of course it affected the outcome. Every
- 27:37Speaker 5: determination went against President Trump.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Well, so you know what Lara Logan would say? She
- 27:45Speaker 2: would say that Horowitz is part of the deep state,
- 27:48Speaker 2: and he was planted there to cover this stuff up.
- 27:51Speaker 5: Well, the only reason that Lara said that was because
- 27:55Speaker 5: it did, and she's right.
- 27:56Speaker 2: That's why she said it. It's crazy. I don't know
- 28:00Speaker 2: what to say. I was telling Lara that I was
- 28:03Speaker 2: the guy who went to college with Barack Obama. According
- 28:07Speaker 2: to him, he says he graduated on the same day
- 28:09Speaker 2: as me at Columbia and went to Columbia University. But
- 28:12Speaker 2: he wasn't there. I knew every person in the political
- 28:15Speaker 2: science department. And I was very famous because I was
- 28:18Speaker 2: the only kid who was for Reagan in 1980. They
- 28:21Speaker 2: all knew me and they hated me because I had
- 28:23Speaker 2: a big mouth and I was a big Republican. But
- 28:25Speaker 2: there was no Obama there. So it's like Everything is fake.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Everything's fraud. Everything's fake news. Everything's protected. You can find
- 28:33Speaker 2: out anything about anyone's college records, not Obama. His records
- 28:37Speaker 2: are sealed. Everything's against us, Louie. It's amazing. When the
- 28:41Speaker 2: media's against you, they can cover up anything and convince
- 28:46Speaker 2: the people of propaganda.
- 28:49Speaker 5: I was looking at that. He went to this college
- 28:53Speaker 5: in California.
- 28:54Speaker 2: Occidental. Occidental.
- 28:57Speaker 5: Basically had no entrance requirements and then he gets into
- 29:02Speaker 5: Columbia which.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Is impossible which is impossible by.
- 29:07Speaker 5: The way except if you go back and look at
- 29:11Speaker 5: the time he got in there was an article back
- 29:17Speaker 5: during that summer I think it was summer where an
- 29:22Speaker 5: executive with Columbia said Well, we do have this program
- 29:27Speaker 5: where we will accept a certain number of people where
- 29:31Speaker 5: because of their background, perhaps where they're from, hardships, different things.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Foreign students.
- 29:40Speaker 5: Lower scores. Because there's no way a guy that was
- 29:45Speaker 5: doing drugs in Hawaii and skipping class like he said
- 29:50Speaker 5: he was doing in his book.
- 29:52Speaker 2: You understand.
- 29:53Speaker 5: And so, okay, I'm going, okay, so that's how he
- 29:56Speaker 5: got into Columbia.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Through this program where they accept. And maybe he said
- 30:01Speaker 5: he was from Kenya. Who knows?
- 30:05Speaker 2: Or Louie, maybe he just told the truth. He's from Indonesia.
- 30:08Speaker 2: I don't know if he was born in Kenya, but
- 30:10Speaker 2: he was definitely raised in Indonesia. So he just said
- 30:13Speaker 2: those magic words.
- 30:14Speaker 5: It got him in.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:17Speaker 5: And then I'm sure he used those same kind of
- 30:21Speaker 5: hardship stuff to get into.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Harvard Law School. Right.
- 30:26Speaker 5: But what I never understood is But how could he
- 30:29Speaker 5: get into Harvard Law Review? That's what blew me away
- 30:33Speaker 5: because he was president of Harvard Law Review.
- 30:36Speaker 2: No, but that's easy. They wanted a black president, first
- 30:39Speaker 2: ever black president of Harvard Law Review.
- 30:41Speaker 5: Well, but I was talking to one of the guys
- 30:45Speaker 5: from Harvard Law and they said, oh, well, you've got
- 30:48Speaker 5: to understand to be editor. of the Harvard Law Review.
- 30:53Speaker 5: You have to be a member of the Harvard Law Review.
- 30:56Speaker 5: But the faculty at Harvard Law decided, you know what?
- 31:01Speaker 5: We need to have a minority and access for minority.
- 31:07Speaker 5: Let's create this position called president where you don't have
- 31:12Speaker 5: to be a member of. You don't have to be
- 31:15Speaker 5: in the top two.
- 31:15Speaker 2: There's Obama.
- 31:17Speaker 5: And so they created this position. where you could be
- 31:21Speaker 5: elected to be president of Harvard Law Review without being
- 31:26Speaker 5: in the top 10%, without being Harvard Law. And I
- 31:30Speaker 5: was told that's how he got to be president.
- 31:33Speaker 2: Of course.
- 31:34Speaker 5: But don't misunderstand. He was never anywhere near the top
- 31:38Speaker 5: of his class.
- 31:40Speaker 2: In anything. I'm telling you. So all of that kind.
- 31:42Speaker 5: Of falls together and you go, oh, okay, now I
- 31:45Speaker 5: get it.
- 31:46Speaker 2: I'm telling you, he was a lazy pot-smoking bum who
- 31:49Speaker 2: had a grandfather that was in the CIA and a
- 31:51Speaker 2: mother that was married to a guy who was a
- 31:54Speaker 2: CIA mole in Indonesia. And they configured his career and
- 31:58Speaker 2: built his career to make him into something important. The
- 32:01Speaker 2: whole thing is a big scam, I'm telling you. It's
- 32:03Speaker 2: really crazy. But listen, we had you on the show
- 32:06Speaker 2: to talk about Arctic Frost. So that's the spying of
- 32:09Speaker 2: Republican members of Congress. And you wrote a column about
- 32:13Speaker 2: what you learned about the FBI spying while you were
- 32:15Speaker 2: in Congress. Tell us about it.
- 32:17Speaker 5: Well, what I learned came from Grassley's investigators. You know,
- 32:24Speaker 5: I know Jim Jordan had had the Judiciary Committee in
- 32:27Speaker 5: the House do digging to find out what they learned
- 32:31Speaker 5: about Jim or what they got about Jim's records. But
- 32:38Speaker 5: Grassley's investigators contacted me a few weeks ago and said, hey,
- 32:43Speaker 5: we kept digging and digging. Initially, it looked like there
- 32:46Speaker 5: were just a few senators. that they got a few
- 32:50Speaker 5: days worth of their records, their phone records and whatnot.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Much more extensive.
- 32:55Speaker 5: Yeah, the more we dug, the more we found that
- 32:59Speaker 5: you're in there. And they got a bunch of members
- 33:02Speaker 5: of Congress. And they weren't just a few days. They
- 33:06Speaker 5: got over at least over two and a half months. Unbelievable.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Hey, Louie, Louie, don't go. Louie, don't go. I want
- 33:14Speaker 2: you back. We're going to a break. Louie, we're going
- 33:17Speaker 2: to a break. I want you to come back for
- 33:18Speaker 2: the next segment. So we'll finish up. Headed to a
- 33:20Speaker 2: break right now. They give me a five count. So
- 33:22Speaker 2: we're headed out. Louie Gomero is coming back with us.
- 33:25Speaker 2: He is a senior fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center,
- 33:28Speaker 2: former congressman from Texas. I'm Wayne Root. We'll be right back.
- 33:34Speaker 2: All right, a special treat for you. I want to
- 33:36Speaker 2: introduce you to a real hero of the American energy industry,
- 33:39Speaker 2: a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and CEO of Lost Soldier
- 33:43Speaker 2: Oil and Gas in the United States. Lost Soldier is
- 33:46Speaker 2: the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation. This is
- 33:52Speaker 2: code for a monster field where gas or oil is
- 33:55Speaker 2: in a basin, which makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark,
- 33:59Speaker 2: you're a legend in the oil industry and the gas industry.
- 34:03Speaker 2: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 34:08Speaker 6: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 34:12Speaker 6: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 34:15Speaker 6: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 34:18Speaker 6: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 34:22Speaker 6: United States. When it sold out to U.S. Steel, I
- 34:25Speaker 6: worked with him for four years. I've been in the
- 34:27Speaker 6: oil and gas business ever since. You would probably know
- 34:30Speaker 6: me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum. And I
- 34:34Speaker 6: Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're very
- 34:37Speaker 6: familiar with, I think.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 34:42Speaker 2: into $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine-year run
- 34:46Speaker 2: of your publicly traded company?
- 34:48Speaker 6: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 34:49Speaker 2: $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned into
- 34:54Speaker 2: $ 130 million. That's an incredible track record. Now tell me
- 34:57Speaker 2: why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project is so important.
- 35:02Speaker 2: I hear about projects and deals all the time. What
- 35:05Speaker 2: makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:10Speaker 6: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:12Speaker 6: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 6: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 6: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:21Speaker 6: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 6: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point is
- 35:28Speaker 6: 85% empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 35:32Speaker 6: only operator in this field. And right now we can
- 35:36Speaker 6: see that we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells
- 35:39Speaker 6: out here with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 35:42Speaker 6: It's the new basin in the United States. And as
- 35:46Speaker 6: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 35:48Speaker 6: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.

- 37:05Speaker 2: ARMR Sciences. The fentanyl crisis is quickly evolving into a
- 37:09Speaker 2: national security crisis. And a recent DOJ memo cited fentanyl
- 37:13Speaker 2: as a potential chemical threat. The White House believes that
- 37:16Speaker 2: America is literally under attack from fentanyl. And that is
- 37:20Speaker 2: why we are at war basically with Venezuela right now
- 37:23Speaker 2: and other Mexican drug cartel countries and Latin American cartel countries.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Meet A.R.M.R. That's Armor Sciences, an American company on the
- 37:33Speaker 2: frontier of American biodefense. Armor is building next generation preventative
- 37:39Speaker 2: countermeasures designed to neutralize fentanyl and other synthetic drugs before
- 37:44Speaker 2: they can cause harm, therefore working to advance protections for
- 37:48Speaker 2: American citizens. for first responders and for America's warriors. Right now,
- 37:53Speaker 2: Armour's Regulation D offering is open to accredited investors, but
- 37:58Speaker 2: this raise will close on December 15th. Accredited investors can

- 38:06Speaker 2: to list its securities on a national exchange. And as
- 38:08Speaker 2: part of this process, the company has reserved the stock
- 38:11Speaker 2: ticker ARMR. Visit investarmr.com, investarmr.com for more details. Invest in
- 38:20Speaker 2: a company that is working to protect America's homeland, our citizens,

- 38:28Speaker 2: of fentanyl and other synthetic bioweapons. To learn more about
- 38:32Speaker 2: this great American company and this opportunity, Go to investarmr.com.
- 38:39Speaker 2: Get it on the ground floor, investarmr.com. Back to former
- 38:44Speaker 2: Congressman Louie Gohmert, representing Texas' 1st District for over 20 years,
- 38:49Speaker 2: currently Senior Fellow with the David Horowitz Freedom Center. His website, gohmert.com, G-O-H-M-E-R-T, gohmert.com.
- 38:58Speaker 2: So you were telling us that you learned from the
- 39:02Speaker 2: investigation that I think it was Chuck Grassley's committee investigation,
- 39:06Speaker 2: that this is much more extensive than even we've been
- 39:09Speaker 2: led to believe, correct?
- 39:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:11Speaker 5: And they don't have all the information yet. So talk
- 39:15Speaker 5: to Tom Fitton's Judicial Watch folks and John Donegan, and
- 39:20Speaker 5: we're going to be digging deeper and going to court
- 39:23Speaker 5: and getting all of the information because there is so
- 39:28Speaker 5: much there. They still have disclosed. And it's going to
- 39:32Speaker 5: take a federal judge forcing them to disclose everything. But—
- 39:39Speaker 5: I got to say, though, I understand that Jack Frost
- 39:48Speaker 5: has been subpoenaed and supposed to come testify privately before
- 39:54Speaker 5: the House Judiciary Committee. But, you know, Wayne, we've seen this.
- 39:59Speaker 5: It's played out before. It's the way it went with
- 40:03Speaker 5: Peter Strzok, Lisa Page.
- 40:05Speaker 2: It never adds up to anything, right? They never get
- 40:07Speaker 2: in trouble.
- 40:09Speaker 5: Well, they come in and they testify, but I was
- 40:12Speaker 5: talking to a former FBI agent I had tremendous respect
- 40:15Speaker 5: for back in the 80s and 90s. The way you
- 40:20Speaker 5: make a good, solid case is you don't bring in
- 40:24Speaker 5: a top person right off the bat that testifies under oath.
- 40:29Speaker 5: You start with the low-level people. You get the documents.
- 40:34Speaker 5: You get all of that information first. You talk to
- 40:37Speaker 5: those lower-level people, and then you go up a level
- 40:40Speaker 5: and up another level and up another level.
- 40:42Speaker 2: And twist arms. Twist arms hard, right?
- 40:51Speaker 5: You're asking them questions you know the answers to, and
- 40:55Speaker 5: you know when they're lying and when they're not, and
- 40:57Speaker 5: you let them, you feed them rope and you let
- 41:00Speaker 5: them go. But we did this before. We've done this
- 41:05Speaker 5: over and over. We bring people in. We're going to
- 41:07Speaker 5: make a show. And what we get are political soundbites,
- 41:11Speaker 5: even when they testify in private, like Peter Strzok, Lisa Page,
- 41:16Speaker 5: and now I understand Jack Smith's going to do And
- 41:19Speaker 5: then nothing comes of it. That's all that Boehner wanted.
- 41:24Speaker 5: It's all Paul Ryan wanted. We're not going to do
- 41:27Speaker 5: anything about it. Nobody's going to be punished. And if
- 41:31Speaker 5: this is our chance, I mean, President Trump, God bless him,
- 41:35Speaker 5: getting elected.
- 41:36Speaker 2: Going through all.
- 41:37Speaker 5: And you've talked about it so many times. I mean,
- 41:40Speaker 5: all he went through to get reelected.
- 41:42Speaker 2: The weaponization. Yeah.
- 41:44Speaker 5: This is our reprieve. This is our chance.
- 41:47Speaker 2: Yeah, but Louie.
- 41:49Speaker 5: If the DOJ doesn't do this and punish these people,
- 41:53Speaker 5: then we're done.
- 41:55Speaker 2: I think it's because Pam Bondi is not the right choice.
- 41:58Speaker 2: I don't believe that she's the one who's going to
- 42:00Speaker 2: do this. I think she's a rhino. I think she's weak.
- 42:03Speaker 2: I don't think she wants to prosecute.
- 42:05Speaker 5: Wayne, I can tell you, you don't wait until right
- 42:08Speaker 5: at the end of the statute of limitations. to indict somebody,
- 42:13Speaker 5: you do it much earlier. So if you've made a mistake,
- 42:17Speaker 5: you can come back and fix it before the limitations run.
- 42:20Speaker 2: Well, I wonder, can they ever fix?
- 42:22Speaker 5: I like them, but that was not the way you
- 42:25Speaker 5: do that.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Can they ever fix Letitia James? Because a jury refused
- 42:29Speaker 2: to indict her today, right? So how the hell are
- 42:32Speaker 2: you going to fix Letitia James? I don't know how
- 42:34Speaker 2: you fix any of this stuff. When the jury's a dirty,
- 42:37Speaker 2: the judge is a dirty, the deep state is dirty,
- 42:39Speaker 2: the government is dirty. It's really scary, but we're not
- 42:43Speaker 2: going to solve it now because my show is over
- 42:45Speaker 2: in about 10 seconds. I've got to say goodbye. I've
- 42:47Speaker 2: got to say goodbye, Louie. So make sure everybody knows
- 42:50Speaker 2: former Congressman Louie Gohmert, one of the good guys. He
- 42:53Speaker 2: was a great congressman, always voted the way that I
- 42:56Speaker 2: would have voted, represented Texas's 1st District, CD1, from 2005
- 43:01Speaker 2: to 2023, currently senior fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center. Louie,
- 43:06Speaker 2: thank you for all you do.
- 43:07Speaker 5: We're investigating the judges, too.
