- 1:21massage therapy, and heart centered teachings to create
- 1:26profound transformation. Drawing on her own journey of
- 1:31following intuition, she helps others connect with spirit,
- 1:37release old patterns, and step into clarity, balance, and
- 1:42authentic alignment. Welcome to the show, dear Kai.
- 1:49Thank you so much for having me. I'm so excited to be here you.
- 1:53So let's start with the first question, Kai, what has been
- 1:58your turning moments in life? Well, I actually just thought of
- 2:08like from the very beginning. So I think I'm going to start
- 2:11there. When I was really little, I
- 2:16thought we all saw spirits and just didn't talk about it.
- 2:19Like it was just something we don't talk about.
- 2:21So I was like, oh OK, we just don't do this.
- 2:24And then I shut it down. I have now realized that we all
- 2:29do it to some extent and it's time for it to be in the
- 2:33mainstream. So fast forwarding to my real
- 2:38first turning point in college, I was severely depressed,
- 2:45suicidal, everything because I was so disconnected from who I
- 2:49was. I could barely get out of bed.
- 2:51And when you're in a whole new environment, it's pretty hard to
- 2:54make friends. And all of that was going on,
- 2:58and I was an art major and that was extremely intense too.
- 3:03And I was trying to figure out how I would ever fit in at the
- 3:07school I was. And I woke up one day and said,
- 3:09well, I'm not, so I'm going out to Arizona.
- 3:12I need the sun. Luckily, all my siblings had
- 3:15been out there, so it was an easy transition for me to go
- 3:19there. And I was there at school for a
- 3:22semester and decided I've known I've always wanted to be a
- 3:27massage therapist. I want to help people heal
- 3:31themselves and it was time to go to school.
- 3:33So luckily my brother and I started at a junior college.
- 3:38We just did let's do it for fun kind of thing.
- 3:40And we loved it so much that we both went to massage school
- 3:43shortly after that and it just opened the door up.
- 3:48Soon after I learned bio touch where my Paul, my mentor Paul
- 3:54was like, what are you doing next?
- 3:56And I was honing my intuition. So that changed everything.
- 4:00I was working with people, not saying exactly what I was doing
- 4:05right. It was like, oh, I just know
- 4:07when they're like, oh, how'd your hands know to focus there?
- 4:10Well, it was using my clear senses that we all have and we
- 4:14all get to strengthen if we want.
- 4:16And then it was COVID, where I went from having a thriving
- 4:21business to the next day, nothing 'cause I wasn't
- 4:24essential and realizing, OK, it's time for me to officially
- 4:29say all that I do and it's time to bring in this craft I have
- 4:33been honing for. At that time, it had been I
- 4:37think five years and just say this is what I'm fully doing.
- 4:41So I started doing readings and now I do the mixture of the two.
- 4:48And then the next turning point, because there's always so many
- 4:52along our journey, was having my first child and thinking, I
- 4:55don't want to go back to massage.
- 4:57I have enough going on, right? I'm just going to focus on
- 5:00readings and seeing that power. And at that time, I was going by
- 5:04spiritual medium, and then it was all the things in my life
- 5:11adding up, and then the loss of my mother that just made
- 5:14everything so clear once I got past the grief stage.
- 5:19So lots of turning points to make me who I am today.
- 5:22It was only recently that I stepped into the role of
- 5:26intuitive alchemist. I had been wanting it for five
- 5:29years. I've been wanting to meet
- 5:30another alchemist. And then I just decided it's
- 5:34time. It's time to say what you really
- 5:37do. And I feel like they're coming
- 5:39up everywhere now, which is so exciting.
- 5:43Wonderful. Kai, what do you think makes us
- 5:46so difficult to tell others what we do, what we are?
- 5:54I do we want to hide, right? I think it has to partly do with
- 6:01in the in our lineage, it might not have been safe, right.
- 6:05So that's written in our Dnas. We are so lucky to inherit that
- 6:10so that we get to break it. And that is a really hard cycle.
- 6:14And we're the ones that get to say no more, which is exciting,
- 6:19but also it's heavy and it's a lot.
- 6:21And then when you bring in factors like women being divided
- 6:25from witch trials, right? You go back to that and oh, is
- 6:29it safe to be me or will I be persecuted for my beliefs,
- 6:34right? There are so many things that
- 6:36weigh down on us. And then you get into just
- 6:39normal. I can't say that word right now,
- 6:42just the normal media of what we find acceptable.
- 6:49And then you get to say, oh, am I ready to go against this?
- 6:53Am I ready to walk upstream? And some people do and some
- 6:57people don't. And there is no judgement in
- 7:00that. It's just where do you feel like
- 7:02you can be your authentic self? Because there's nothing wrong
- 7:06with being your authentic self just at home and then go to work
- 7:09and you be someone else, right? We all do everything to survive
- 7:13but you also, and if you're hearing this and it speaks to
- 7:16you, have the invitation to just be you, whatever that means.
- 7:21If it's weird or witchy or crazy, as some might say, you
- 7:27know you'll find what actually means to you.
- 7:29But find the verbiage that actually fits what you're doing.
- 7:34It's scary. I experienced.
- 7:37It's scary to be me. Absolutely right, because who
- 7:42knows what others are going to think?
- 7:44And part of that has to do with shadow work.
- 7:48Are you ready to bring out shine light on all the elements of
- 7:53you? Because if you start a little
- 7:54bit, you want a little bit more. It's like the book if you give a
- 7:57moose a muffin, right? You're going to want more and
- 7:59more. And is that something you can
- 8:02handle? And you absolutely can, but it's
- 8:04terrifying. What do you say to people?
- 8:10I was a real intellectual person and I didn't want to show my my
- 8:18sensitive side. I wanted to be strong.
- 8:21And if people are listening and they are like me, what would you
- 8:26say? Kai, I think that comes down to
- 8:31your definition of strong, right?
- 8:33Where does your strength come from?
- 8:36Because are you feeling you're strong at something because
- 8:40you've been told through the system, oh, you're good at this,
- 8:44You're good at playing the system, you're good at school or
- 8:47whatever it is? Or are you able to look at what
- 8:52brings you joy and see that as strength, right?
- 8:56Can you just try? Can you try and be bad at
- 8:59something and realize there's no judgement there, but you at
- 9:03least tried? What do you think is the first
- 9:10step to? I think the first step always
- 9:14comes to following your intuition.
- 9:16And I say that as easily as it can be said.
- 9:20Follow your greatest level of excitement until you can't
- 9:22follow it anymore. Often times people are like,
- 9:25what are you doing now? And I'm like, oh, you know, I'm
- 9:28just doing the small business thing or I'm throwing a market
- 9:31for 20 other businesses. And that's simply because it
- 9:35feels exciting. I got the inspiration from what
- 9:38I say is my team. If you are not ready to say
- 9:41that, say you got the inspiration from somewhere and
- 9:44try and release the outcome. Maybe you'll fail, maybe you'll
- 9:49be amazing at it. And honestly, that part doesn't
- 9:51matter. It's the fact that you stepped
- 9:54out. You were like, here's my light,
- 9:56I'm going to shine it. And I invite you to shine yours
- 9:59as well. And if you yourself, you feel
- 10:05that there's a new chapter or something, how do you deal with
- 10:09it to do the next step? I think that's when the pause
- 10:14comes in. If you're like, oh, something
- 10:16new is coming. Well, you can try to force.
- 10:19You can force, force, force and end up being exhausted and just,
- 10:23well, I tried. Or you can pause, get really
- 10:27quiet and think, OK, I'm going to let my body feel through
- 10:32this. So changing the thought forms
- 10:35we're using, well, how do I think I can do this too?
- 10:39How can I feel my way through this?
- 10:41How can I feel at ease doing this so that you can really just
- 10:46be effortless and try now, do you think exhaustion is the sign
- 10:56of you're on the wrong path? I think there's many signs,
- 11:01right? Exhaustion can absolutely be it.
- 11:03Depression can be it. Anxiety can be it.
- 11:06Letting stress dictate your life can absolutely be it, right.
- 11:11And we kind of lump all those things into burnout.
- 11:15Well, burnout just means we've been numbing to me.
- 11:19We've been numbing the messages from our body, from our spirit,
- 11:23from our soul for so long that we just say, throw my hands up
- 11:28in there enough, I can't do this.
- 11:30And then you get to decide, OK, am I going to just take that
- 11:33pause and keep going the route I was going and have that burnout
- 11:38cycle or you're going to try just one thing different?
- 11:42Oh, I'm going to put in a gratitude act in my daily
- 11:48routine so that I know I'm in the vibration of gratitude.
- 11:51And that's going forward into everything I do.
- 11:53And it's coming back at me from everything I do or finding
- 11:58something or adding love, saying things you love about yourself,
- 12:01right? There are such simple things we
- 12:03can try that will change the directory of what we're doing
- 12:10right. For me, fear was the biggest.
- 12:16I don't know how to call it, but it it was always fear there and
- 12:20I didn't go further. So if someone is listening and
- 12:26fear is the biggest struggle, what would you say to this
- 12:32person? So if fear is like your driving
- 12:35force, let's start making small changes by simply asking, am I
- 12:43doing this out of fear or am I doing it from love?
- 12:46Because those are the opposites, right?
- 12:48So if everything we're doing is fear, if we're like driving down
- 12:52the road, fearful of everything that's going to happen, OK.
- 12:56Can we bring in one thing we love about driving?
- 12:59Oh, I get to see things. I get to get there quicker,
- 13:02right? Just bring in.
- 13:03And then when it comes to making decisions, especially when it
- 13:07comes to like what you're doing for work or how you're making
- 13:10decisions for your children, it's so simple and yet it's so
- 13:16hard at the same time sometimes to say, is this from fear or is
- 13:21this from love? My family recently went through
- 13:23this, 'cause we're homeschooling our children and I think we
- 13:30started making decisions from fear like, oh, we need a
- 13:33curriculum so that we know that they're getting the rights
- 13:38information right. And then my husband and I
- 13:40talked, is this from fear? And we're like, absolutely.
- 13:43It is the fear of not giving them enough, not providing what
- 13:48they need. And then when we come from the
- 13:50message of love is they've done everything else up to this
- 13:53point. They're going to be OK.
- 13:56They're eventually going to want to learn to read.
- 13:57They're going to want to because we're going to build an
- 14:00environment that is loving to project that.
- 14:04And that's, you know, can be applied to every scenario.
- 14:07Do I like this job or am I fearful I won't get another one?
- 14:11If it's that, OK, get quiet. Where can I bring a message in?
- 14:16And it can be from any of your bodies.
- 14:19So physical, emotional, spiritual, energetic, right?
- 14:26It can be from your soul team, your spirit guides, if you speak
- 14:30to those kind of things. It can be from your angels, your
- 14:32higher self, it can be from the universe, or you can just say it
- 14:35came in. It was my higher intelligence
- 14:38that brought me this information.
- 14:40It doesn't really matter how you what term you use.
- 14:43It matters if you honor that message that you're getting.
- 14:46OK, this was from fear, and that's OK because there's no
- 14:50judgement there. How do I transform to love?
- 14:57I guess you've been working with the this topics for a long, long
- 15:04time. But I remember myself, I felt I
- 15:09need to change, I need to do another step, but I wasn't sure
- 15:15if it's the right thing. So people who would like to move
- 15:19forward, but they don't know they they don't know how to
- 15:24trust themselves. I think that was also a long
- 15:27time my issue. I didn't trust myself.
- 15:30So how can you learn to trust yourself?
- 15:36So first I want to say that if you don't trust yourself, there
- 15:42is no judgement there. It is totally normal.
- 15:45The majority of us go through a system that teaches us not to
- 15:48trust ourselves, right? Especially if we go to a system
- 15:52where one person outside of me has answer, I get answer from
- 15:56them, then we're no longer getting the answer from
- 15:59ourselves. So baby steps.
- 16:02OK, what do I actually want to eat?
- 16:04What do I actually want? And just bringing in these
- 16:09little acts of trust so that when you go to make the big
- 16:13decision, it's like you've been training for that marathon
- 16:16instead of just waking up one day and start running.
- 16:19Now, can you do that? Absolutely.
- 16:22But how will it feel on your body?
- 16:24How will it feel on the experience that you're doing so
- 16:27bringing in little acts of trust to come back to who you were
- 16:32always meant to be. Honoring the voice inside of
- 16:35you. You know, discerning between ego
- 16:38and spirit. That's a huge thing because ego
- 16:41is the driving force for a lot of us, and ego is there to help
- 16:45us stay safe. Ego is very important, but it
- 16:49doesn't have to drive our life. Just like fear, right?
- 16:53Ego is always looking out for fear.
- 16:55You walk in a room, ego senses, am I safe?
- 16:59And then sometimes those messages get interpreted
- 17:02incorrectly, and that's OK, right?
- 17:04It's this idea that if we can just release judgement, being
- 17:10positive or negative or good or bad, and simply just be OK, am I
- 17:14alive? And then what do I want?
- 17:16To thrive? That's how I feel like we can
- 17:20learn to trust ourselves again. But first let go of this idea
- 17:24that you're wrong for not being able to trust yourself.
- 17:28It's totally normal. That's what happened with me in
- 17:32massage school. I in high school, I talked about
- 17:36how I wanted to be a massage therapist and so many people
- 17:38were like, you can't do that. That's not a thing you go to
- 17:42school for out of high school. Like around here was you go to
- 17:45college and my mom was a little unsure, like there are going to
- 17:50be some tricky situations if you start so young.
- 17:52And she was right. There were tricky situations and
- 17:55I trusted myself enough to get through them.
- 18:00You said take baby steps and you mentioned for example food or
- 18:05so. Which areas can you also use to
- 18:09take baby steps? One of the best recommendations
- 18:13I have is go for a walk, right? Whatever season it is, go for a
- 18:18walk and let there be no destination in mind and just
- 18:23say, should I go left here and listen to your body?
- 18:27Maybe you do a sway test, which is your body telling you it's
- 18:30going towards yes or it's coming away from no, or just get really
- 18:34quiet. Do I want to go left?
- 18:36So you're getting yes or no answers.
- 18:37Do I want to go right? It's not Should I go left or
- 18:40right? Because then it's like, yes, so
- 18:44getting those simple yes or no, and it's really easy to do that
- 18:47for a walk or if it's too cold outside, go for a drive
- 18:51mindfully, right? Maybe hood, you don't want to be
- 18:54like on the highway. Oh, should I go right here?
- 18:57But just be in awe so that you can be amazed at what you see,
- 19:02right? We can really step back.
- 19:03You could take the same walk you actually take every day, but
- 19:07since it's being guided from something higher than our
- 19:10physical self, we might see something we've never seen
- 19:13before. I absolutely love going out for
- 19:15those walks and be like, all right, spirit team, what do you
- 19:18got for me today? And I'll notice a flower or a
- 19:21detail about a house that I've never seen before and yet I've
- 19:24walked by hundreds of times. So it's those really small acts.
- 19:29Or for your clothes even. What energy do I want to bring
- 19:34in with what I'm wearing right? Where do I want to go with this?
- 19:41And just trusting, OK, these are just little set steps and
- 19:45remembering there's no right or wrong.
- 19:47If you end up going right and you should have by some reason
- 19:53gone left, everything's going to be OK.
- 19:59I love that, Kai. I really love that.
- 20:03I'm so happy to hear it. Let's talk a little bit more
- 20:10about fear. How do you cope with fear of
- 20:16failure, for example? OK, I want to come back to our
- 20:21bodies, right? I would get really quiet because
- 20:24again, that's what I do for most things.
- 20:26And simply ask because it is a conversation that you're having
- 20:30with yourself. Where do I hold fear in my body
- 20:34and like just feel OK? Do I feel it in my back?
- 20:38Do I feel it in my knees, my ankles?
- 20:40Whatever it is, there's no right or wrong once again.
- 20:44OK. And then when I'm making a
- 20:46decision, can I be quiet enough to hear if that's lighting up
- 20:52right? Get the cues again from your
- 20:54body. You get to be connected to your
- 20:57body. We're no longer numbing.
- 20:59We're no longer shutting off. There's no space for that
- 21:02anymore. Things are changing so quickly
- 21:04that it's time to just launch, Launch whatever you're doing and
- 21:08follow it to its greatest level of excitement for fear, fear of
- 21:13failure. It's reminding us that we can do
- 21:20anything. It's just what's worth doing.
- 21:25There is no like, oh, I fit into this box anymore.
- 21:28I feel like, I feel like especially with the shift of us
- 21:32being in a nine year and going towards new.
- 21:38It's time to really. See those old patterns just wipe
- 21:42away and how can I make more space for play and for what I
- 21:48actually want in my life? So if you're faced with, I have
- 21:52no idea what my next step is, sit down.
- 21:56Write ways that you can play. One of my greatest things is
- 22:00writing. If I wasn't afraid, I would.
- 22:02And you just see what comes out and then you pick from that
- 22:05list. Oh, today.
- 22:08I want to dance and I'm going to be goofy and I'm going to be
- 22:12silly and I know that I'm bringing that up so that I can
- 22:16move through something or I can just be my authentic self.
- 22:20And then maybe the next day, today I want to paint, Today I
- 22:24want to go for a walk. Today I want to meditate.
- 22:26Whatever it is, there is no right or wrong.
- 22:28It's just can I get that message?
- 22:31Can I be a part of that conversation right?
- 22:34Because often times we see it as I receive messages and then I
- 22:37decide to act on it. Well, no, it's actually a
- 22:39conversation other whether with your body, with your spirit team
- 22:44of hey, here's this message for you.
- 22:47Are you going to be a part of the conversation?
- 22:48And then in turn, hey team, hey body, here's my question for
- 22:53you. What do you got right?
- 22:55Being a part of the actual conversation.
- 22:58That's huge. That will get you past fear.
- 23:02I remember in high. School, I could never speak my
- 23:05speaking classes. I was like, oh, this is the
- 23:08absolute worst. I accidentally signed up for
- 23:11broadcasting and my teacher told me you will never be on TV.
- 23:14And I said, OK, like sounds good, right?
- 23:17Let's carry those fears with us. And then I decided, no, I
- 23:20actually I like speaking if I get to speak about something I
- 23:26love. So how do you think the lessons
- 23:30you've learned in your life from other people, them being mirrors
- 23:33for you to be like, hey, is this your truth?
- 23:36And you get to be like not anymore.
- 23:41Beautiful. Let's go on with fears.
- 23:44Fear of being loved, Fear of being in a relationship.
- 23:50Absolutely. So that boils down to am I good
- 23:54enough? Right?
- 23:56And how do we show ourselves that we're good enough?
- 23:59Fall in love with yourself. I.
- 24:03I am a practicing witch by doing witchels rituals and spells.
- 24:10But back when I was in the dating realm, I didn't feel like
- 24:15I was good enough. And I had this inspiration write
- 24:17down all the reasons why I don't think I'm good enough and burn
- 24:21it. It just came in.
- 24:22It wasn't like I looked it up right?
- 24:24And everything changed then because I stopped waking up and
- 24:27telling me this myself, the story that I'm not good enough.
- 24:32And then I decided I'm going to date myself.
- 24:34I'm going to fall in love with myself.
- 24:37I got very lucky. Within a couple months I met my
- 24:39husband, well my now husband. And back then I told him I'm
- 24:44sorry I'm busy I'm I'm dating myself.
- 24:46He was like what? And luckily he stuck with me.
- 24:52He became best friends and we fell in love.
- 24:54And here we are with two kids living our absolute dream life.
- 24:59And it all took deciding I'm no longer going to tell myself this
- 25:06narrative that I'm fearful of love we.
- 25:10Don't know. Necessarily where that fear came
- 25:13in, right? You could be 3 years old and
- 25:15your mom didn't necessarily give you the right attention or
- 25:18someone at school said something to you and you were like, oh,
- 25:22I'm going to hold on to this. This is a truth about myself
- 25:26that I see right now. It doesn't necessarily matter
- 25:29where it came in. It matters when you decide, hey,
- 25:33I've been carrying this for a really long time and I've
- 25:36decided I'm going to set it down.
- 25:38I no longer need to carry this burden of a backpack of rocks on
- 25:43my back anymore of these lessons that I tell myself every single
- 25:48day. And then you get to decide, am I
- 25:51worthy of love? Yes, absolutely, yes, because
- 25:54you are pure love and you are always loved.
- 25:58So how do you bring that in? For me, I think the learning of
- 26:05Biotouch, which is putting love into action, made me realize,
- 26:10oh, right, I am worthy of love. Like there is so much more out
- 26:15there that I get to explore because I'm worthy.
- 26:18And it's coming back to if you want to believe in the shocker
- 26:21system, right, Your powerhouse. There's a reason that I am
- 26:25worthy is right next to I am love because those two.
- 26:30Feed off. Of each other, right?
- 26:31They grow together. The amount of love you can give
- 26:34the world and the amount of love you can receive from the world
- 26:37helps you stand in. I am powerful, I am strong, I
- 26:41know what I'm doing and I know I am worthy.
- 26:45Any practical? Tips like you have before.
- 26:49So that would definitely be one way to show yourself love.
- 26:55Look in the mirror. And if you're one of those
- 26:57people that's like, I don't want to look at myself, OK, that
- 27:00might be some unpacking with a professional that needs to be
- 27:04done, but I guarantee you can find one thing you love about
- 27:10yourselves. But I want you to push yourself
- 27:12to find 3. And if you're looking at
- 27:14yourself and you're like, there's I, I just love my eyes
- 27:18today. OK, say it three times, right?
- 27:20The magic of three Oh, I'm having a really good hair day.
- 27:24I love my hair, right? I love how I am showing up for
- 27:30myself, right? It doesn't just have to be the
- 27:32physical. It can be something you're
- 27:33doing. I did a great job on that
- 27:35project. I love that I showed up.
- 27:38Just speaking in that vibration will invite that vibration and
- 27:43more. You'll start to notice the
- 27:46things you do love about yourself instead of the things
- 27:49you wish you could change. Because if we're only focusing
- 27:52on the stuff I don't love about myself, guess what?
- 27:55That's going to be amplified. That's going to become more so,
- 27:59and it's just going to be where your thought patterns are.
- 28:03So let's redirect that. Let's start the wiring of these
- 28:08are the things I actually love. So starting your morning off
- 28:12while you're brushing your teeth.
- 28:13I'm not even saying you have to add any time to your day.
- 28:16We all brush our teeth. Say 3 things you love about
- 28:18yourself. I would invite you to say them
- 28:21out loud so that you're actually putting vibration behind the
- 28:25things you are speaking. But if for today you can only
- 28:29say them in your head, OK, that's OK.
- 28:32There's no judgement there. And guess what, if you go on a
- 28:35streak of for two weeks I did amazing job, I said three things
- 28:39I love with myself and then I woke up and I forgot.
- 28:42Be gentle with yourself. It's OK that you forgot.
- 28:45When you have the memory, come back to it.
- 28:48I also do it with the drapes. I say three things I'm grateful
- 28:53for because the vibration of grateful and love are right next
- 28:57to each other, right? They're vibrating similarly.
- 28:59So I wake up and I open the drapes and I say three things
- 29:02I'm grateful for. Whether it's in the right now,
- 29:05happened in the past, is going to happen.
- 29:07I always say three things. And that's a really.
- 29:11Good visual of if you walk into the room and the drapes aren't
- 29:15open, there's no shame in that. We're out of the shame cycle.
- 29:20Just open them when you have the awareness and have that moment
- 29:24when you can, OK, the drapes are closed.
- 29:26I'm going to open them. It's 5:00 in the afternoon and
- 29:29guess what? I'm going to open them and I'm
- 29:31going to be amazed at what I see out there and I'm going to say
- 29:34three things I'm grateful for and I'm going to release that
- 29:37idea that I have to feel shame if I made a mistake because you
- 29:42don't, there's some reason that you didn't do it that day or you
- 29:47didn't do it for four months and then you remembered, well, guess
- 29:51what? Let's celebrate the fact that
- 29:53you remembered instead of the fact that you forgot for so long
- 29:56because that's again rewiring to see the love celebration.
- 30:02And a lot of us don't celebrate enough.
- 30:05It's hard to celebrate, right? If you're fearful, it's really
- 30:08hard to celebrate your accomplishments.
- 30:10You might be the type of person that when someone gives you a
- 30:13compliment, you're like, oh, well, I got to give you a
- 30:16compliment back, or I don't know how to accept that.
- 30:20OK, well let's try. Let's try accepting gifts.
- 30:23Let's try accepting. The beauty that is.
- 30:27All around us and that we can celebrate.
- 30:31That's so beautiful, kind. Do you want to add something
- 30:37close our conversation. Just.
- 30:42Out of everything we said, if you can just try for today
- 30:47something that might have felt scary before and just live in
- 30:52your authenticity where this feels scary.
- 30:55But I'm going to try until the point where it's like, I love
- 30:58doing this right. Just keep it's like books, keep
- 31:02picking up the next one that feels exciting and know the
- 31:06difference between nervousness where it's exciting like those
- 31:09butterflies in your stomach and a message from your body being
- 31:14like, get out of here. Those are very different things.
- 31:17So get quiet enough to hear what your body's telling you, what
- 31:20your spirit teens telling you, what your higher self has to
- 31:23say, and you can do anything. Thank You, Beautiful Kai.
- 31:33Thank you SO. Much.
- 31:34This was so much fun. And.
- 31:38Thank you, dear listener, for spending your precious time with
- 31:41us today. You're amazing and you are a
- 31:45gift to everyone who crosses your path.
- 31:48And if no one has told you this today, let us say it again.
- 31:54Your worthy, you deserve to be loved and you matter.
- 31:59Have an amazing day and I'll talk to you next week.
