- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice. Hello, Hello, welcome to the Naughty About Night Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your host Rom Shoes. It's Wednesday, which means our
- 0:19Speaker 1: dear friend Donny Meetsham. Julian says, Hey, Dannie, are you there? Hello, Lolo,
- 0:24Speaker 1: It's Wednesday, and this is a very special week. I'm
- 0:27Speaker 1: back home in Georgia. My niece is graduating high school,
- 0:31Speaker 1: so I'm just excited to be here seeing my family
- 0:33Speaker 1: and seeing my niece. I love that I knew you
- 0:36Speaker 1: were in a different location, but I assumed it was
- 0:39Speaker 1: in the same apartment. I'm looking at you on zoom
- 0:41Speaker 1: and I thought, Oh, we're in your boudoir, because normally
- 0:43Speaker 1: you come to us from the kitchen the living room.
- 0:45Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, when do you change rooms?
- 0:47Speaker 1: You're actually back home. I'm back home for a week.
- 0:50Speaker 1: It's exciting to be here family, and I've got lots
- 0:53Speaker 1: of questions about the doors locked talking the family. I
- 0:58Speaker 1: returned to Derek and Roomy Means on Friday. Derek was
- 1:01Speaker 1: on a cruise and remain asked me if i'd fill
- 1:03Speaker 1: in and co host two hours. Donnie. You know, I
- 1:06Speaker 1: after doing that twenty minute podcast each day, two hours
- 1:09Speaker 1: was a stretch for me. I almost ran out of
- 1:11Speaker 1: things to say. But it was lovely to go back.
- 1:13Speaker 1: That's where I met you, Donnie, It's where we met
- 1:15Speaker 1: our of fact, it's where we became friends. Sometimes you
- 1:18Speaker 1: can go home and have a really lovely experience. It
- 1:21Speaker 1: was lovely. You can't. And the thing is that they
- 1:23Speaker 1: are actually two lovely people. Lovely I mean we make
- 1:27Speaker 1: fun of Derek remains lovely Derek now he is. He
- 1:31Speaker 1: is lovely too. They've just got hearts of gold, and
- 1:34Speaker 1: they really want us all to succeed. There's no competitiveness.
- 1:37Speaker 1: They want us to succeed. And it felt like I
- 1:40Speaker 1: was just sort of hanging out with a friend for
- 1:41Speaker 1: two hours and catching up. It was really lovely. Have
- 1:43Speaker 1: you been back to see them? I have not been
- 1:46Speaker 1: back in a while, I mean in l A now,
- 1:47Speaker 1: so I've talked to them on the phone, though I've
- 1:49Speaker 1: called in a few times to the show their fabrious.
- 1:52Speaker 1: I'll text Derek. I'll just text the hag calm an
- 1:56Speaker 1: old hag. Everyone's it's a little thing. And he laughed.
- 1:59Speaker 1: I laugh. I love it. I love it. So you're home.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I went home on Friday. Think about going home, people
- 2:05Speaker 1: think about going home. Hey, let's jump into the show.
- 2:07Speaker 1: What time is it, my friends, it is Nick Cannon
- 2:11Speaker 1: is saying that the children's mothers don't all have to
- 2:15Speaker 1: get along. So we all know Nick's got a lot
- 2:18Speaker 1: of kids by a lot of different ladies, and he
- 2:21Speaker 1: is now saying he does not believe that his children's
- 2:24Speaker 1: mothers have to get along as long as he maintains
- 2:27Speaker 1: an amicable relationship with each of them himself. He said,
- 2:31Speaker 1: I don't keep no secrets from them. And remember he's
- 2:34Speaker 1: had children with Mariah, Kerry, Brittany, bell Abby, Dilarosa and
- 2:39Speaker 1: Lisa Scott and Bree too, And he says, you know what,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I know how to multi task. He sent on. He
- 2:46Speaker 1: went on to say, they don't have to get along,
- 2:49Speaker 1: but they all have to get along with me. This
- 2:52Speaker 1: really stopped me in my tracks because I think you
- 2:54Speaker 1: think of one big, happy family and we should all
- 2:57Speaker 1: just get along and it makes life easier. He's saying, no,
- 3:00Speaker 1: you don't. They have to get along with me. But
- 3:02Speaker 1: you know what, the mother's Mariah and Brittan, they have
- 3:04Speaker 1: nothing in common. The only thing they have in common
- 3:06Speaker 1: is me, and so as long as they get along
- 3:09Speaker 1: with me, those two never have to speak. I sort
- 3:12Speaker 1: of now, I think it might make sense. What do
- 3:14Speaker 1: you think, you know? I said, until he's about to
- 3:17Speaker 1: have his eighth child with his fifth baby, Mama, And
- 3:21Speaker 1: I see what he's saying here. And I thought about
- 3:23Speaker 1: it too for a minute, and I was like, you
- 3:24Speaker 1: know what, I get it. They don't have to be besties,
- 3:27Speaker 1: they don't have to text each other, but they at
- 3:29Speaker 1: least have to be cordial with one another because there
- 3:32Speaker 1: will be events Christmas, Birthdays, other holidays. Haven't forbid. Something
- 3:36Speaker 1: happened to Nick that they will see each other. God,
- 3:39Speaker 1: God got it. Yeah, you're right. You know I don't
- 3:41Speaker 1: have any babies. It might not take any of you
- 3:43Speaker 1: by a surprise at all. But I was thinking about
- 3:46Speaker 1: this in our own lives. For me, I'm the glue
- 3:50Speaker 1: that holds a bunch of friends together, and I would
- 3:52Speaker 1: love for all my friends to get along. But I've
- 3:55Speaker 1: come to come to realize they don't. And as long
- 3:58Speaker 1: as they're all nice to me, I don't care if
- 4:01Speaker 1: Misty doesn't like Mark, or Mark doesn't like Donnie or
- 4:03Speaker 1: Donnie doesn't I don't care about that. As long as
- 4:06Speaker 1: they're nice to me. My friends don't have to all
- 4:09Speaker 1: hang out together. I know last week when we spoke, Donnie,
- 4:12Speaker 1: you were saying that you had a little bit of
- 4:14Speaker 1: problem with a friend causing drama with other friends. And
- 4:17Speaker 1: I think for me, now, you know, I won't have
- 4:20Speaker 1: that drama. If you can't all get along, you just
- 4:22Speaker 1: never will be in the same room. And life's actually
- 4:25Speaker 1: quite simple. De agree, Oh yeah, I think as an
- 4:28Speaker 1: adult it is easier to be like, all right, I
- 4:30Speaker 1: know those two people do not get along, so I
- 4:32Speaker 1: guess what I'm gonna do. I'm not going to invite
- 4:34Speaker 1: them to be in the same room together because I
- 4:36Speaker 1: don't want the drama for me. And I actually tell
- 4:38Speaker 1: my friends now, I'm like, if you keep being nasty
- 4:41Speaker 1: to her, that means I can never see the two
- 4:43Speaker 1: of you together. So it means I have to pick,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and you know what, sometimes I'm not going to pick you.
- 4:47Speaker 1: So if you're gonna be that nasty, knock yourself out,
- 4:49Speaker 1: you can do it. But I'm not going to sit
- 4:51Speaker 1: like this, Like when we go out, we go out
- 4:54Speaker 1: not that aften anymore. We're so busy and stuff that
- 4:57Speaker 1: when I go out, I just want to have fun
- 4:59Speaker 1: and if people can't get along, I'll just eliminate the problem.
- 5:02Speaker 1: You won't be invited anymore, some sort of maybe leaning
- 5:06Speaker 1: towards Nick here, I'm surprising myself. But what I think
- 5:09Speaker 1: or Donny thing certainly doesn't matter. What you think is
- 5:12Speaker 1: what matters. Let's go to our pole of the day.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Mccannon is saying, my children's mother's don't have to get along?
- 5:19Speaker 1: Is Nick right? Is Nick cract? What do you think?
- 5:22Speaker 1: Go though on the page? And naughty nice Rome Facebook
- 5:25Speaker 1: page is naught to gossip and b see to check
- 5:28Speaker 1: back to morrow to hear your results. Donny, what are
- 5:32Speaker 1: you working on? American Idol got a little cheeky after
- 5:37Speaker 1: Ryan's Seacrest near wardrobe malfunction that led to a mid
- 5:40Speaker 1: show underwear change, so Brian had to do a quick
- 5:45Speaker 1: underwear change during a commercial break when viewers noticed that
- 5:48Speaker 1: the pair of underwear he had on revealed just the
- 5:51Speaker 1: snitch too much to think about idol Idol is live
- 5:55Speaker 1: so people can comment light in the middle of the show.
- 5:58Speaker 1: It's live, and he's like, apparently America voted and said
- 6:02Speaker 1: there was anatomy in the shot. There was just panic
- 6:05Speaker 1: about it and we changed it. He said, it's a
- 6:07Speaker 1: little embarrassing. It was his stylus who also noticed and
- 6:11Speaker 1: was like, we need to change your underwear real quick.
- 6:14Speaker 1: The thing is Bryan didn't have a change of underwear.
- 6:17Speaker 1: He's like, I don't have extra. Well, then the stylers
- 6:20Speaker 1: did until they swapped underwear. I don't like that which
- 6:24Speaker 1: I have clean. I wouldn't want to try and your underwear.
- 6:26Speaker 1: His stylist is British, so he said he made a
- 6:29Speaker 1: joke that the British guys like tighter, elastic underwear that
- 6:33Speaker 1: conceals everything a little better than maybe looser underwear. Now,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I've been googling like crazy to try and find these
- 6:39Speaker 1: early pictures of Ryan on idol. I think I found
- 6:42Speaker 1: one on Naughty Gossip. The pants are tight. The pants
- 6:45Speaker 1: are tight, Donny. When you look at yourself and you
- 6:48Speaker 1: love a pair of tight jeans, my friend, do you
- 6:51Speaker 1: sometimes have a little worry about what it's revealing in
- 6:54Speaker 1: that very special place. No, I'm trying to show I
- 6:58Speaker 1: wanted to see it. What do you mean I'm wearing
- 7:01Speaker 1: tight pants and tight underwear. You're the Ryan secret. A
- 7:08Speaker 1: friend of mine used to work on the TV show
- 7:11Speaker 1: Madmen with John Hamm, who is notoriously a gentleman that
- 7:15Speaker 1: likes to get a commander in very tight pants and
- 7:17Speaker 1: show off pretty much everything he has. She told me
- 7:20Speaker 1: that on the sets it always caused so much trouble
- 7:23Speaker 1: because they didn't know what to edit it. What it's
- 7:27Speaker 1: a very distracting guy. I guess if you're on a
- 7:30Speaker 1: TV show, maybe in real life it's distracting, but in
- 7:33Speaker 1: all the good ways. We were trying to focus on idle,
- 7:36Speaker 1: not Mr Seacrest's hidden talent, which apparently is much bigger
- 7:41Speaker 1: than any of us would have assumed. Or did you
- 7:43Speaker 1: assume he was a big volume. No, I'm not gonna
- 7:46Speaker 1: let Ryan's like five tiny guy, and you see, tiny
- 7:51Speaker 1: guys have tiny structures that go along with it. Well,
- 7:55Speaker 1: you'll take it from you, darnay. I've had dinner with
- 7:58Speaker 1: Ryan Seacrest once. It was me, Ryan and Ashley Simpson,
- 8:02Speaker 1: and I remember dinner. He dropped something on the floor,
- 8:04Speaker 1: so he bent down to pick it up, and I
- 8:06Speaker 1: could see right down his bottom. His jeans were low riding,
- 8:11Speaker 1: and so when he bent over you could see you
- 8:13Speaker 1: could see a cheek or two and rust a penny
- 8:15Speaker 1: in there. You know, I think I could have dropped
- 8:18Speaker 1: my fork in there. Let's put it like that, and
- 8:21Speaker 1: Mr Secret, if you're listening to have what a good
- 8:25Speaker 1: problem to have. Hey, we found out why Rob Kardashian
- 8:29Speaker 1: skipped his sister's wedding to Travis Barker. So missing in
- 8:33Speaker 1: action and Rob Kardashian was noticeably not at Courtney Kardashian's
- 8:38Speaker 1: went in but it was a personal reason. Sources are
- 8:41Speaker 1: telling Us Weekly that he really wanted to be there
- 8:44Speaker 1: for her special day. He just didn't want all the attention. Quote.
- 8:47Speaker 1: He still is a very very private guy, and he
- 8:50Speaker 1: prefers low key celebrations, and this certainly wasn't that there
- 8:54Speaker 1: were a lot of photographers, a lot of people there.
- 8:56Speaker 1: He just doesn't like being in the spotlight, and the
- 8:59Speaker 1: whole affair was too much for him. My sources told
- 9:01Speaker 1: me he felt a little bit triggered. And so he
- 9:04Speaker 1: knows himself well enough now to say no. In the past,
- 9:07Speaker 1: he would have done this. He would have turned up,
- 9:09Speaker 1: the cameras were there, he would have had to play along.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Chris Jenner, his mom would have not been happy that
- 9:13Speaker 1: he didn't show up. Now, he tells the truth and
- 9:15Speaker 1: he's like, I just don't like crowds. I don't like
- 9:18Speaker 1: big productions, and this is certainly that. Sources said that
- 9:22Speaker 1: his sisters and his mom Chris Jenna totally supported him,
- 9:25Speaker 1: and actually they were sending him photographs of their trip
- 9:28Speaker 1: and including him at least visually from a distance. But
- 9:31Speaker 1: I think it is important if you don't want to
- 9:33Speaker 1: do something, even if it's your sister's wedding, Say, why
- 9:38Speaker 1: what do you think you're damp me here, Donna? You
- 9:40Speaker 1: don't look as convinced. No, Rob, your delusional sweetie. There
- 9:43Speaker 1: is Courtney Travis Barker's wedding. There's Chloe there, there's Kim there,
- 9:48Speaker 1: Chris Jenner. Everybody's a sweete. They're not worried about you.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Maybe one photographer might get a picture if you might
- 9:54Speaker 1: ask you about Black China, but the rest is focused
- 9:57Speaker 1: on the sisters worried about you. Rob. You know, sometimes
- 10:03Speaker 1: if I don't want to go somewhere, if I'm just
- 10:05Speaker 1: feeling like a low key night, and I sometimes think
- 10:07Speaker 1: about I mean, I'm really lucky. We get invited to
- 10:09Speaker 1: some of the biggest, most exciting events, and I get
- 10:12Speaker 1: a little bit like paranoid about it. I tell myself
- 10:14Speaker 1: exactly that Rob Shooter. They don't care about you. You're
- 10:17Speaker 1: not Hugh Jackman. Nobody cares. They just don't care. So
- 10:21Speaker 1: nights that I don't feel like if I feel a
- 10:23Speaker 1: little fat and my hair is not good, or have
- 10:25Speaker 1: a pimple on my face, you know how I get
- 10:27Speaker 1: past it. I say that to myself, Robber, nobody cares
- 10:32Speaker 1: about you. They don't. I can turn up on a
- 10:34Speaker 1: black tie eventing jeans, nobody will notice, nobody will care.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I don't know, though, I think I like rob now
- 10:40Speaker 1: does at least at least say what he feels rather
- 10:44Speaker 1: than mean pushed around by those bossy, bossy bossy sisters
- 10:47Speaker 1: and mommy, Hey, what's going on with Ellen? Ellen degeneration
- 10:52Speaker 1: may have accidentally given away the sex of a Jennifer
- 10:56Speaker 1: Lawrence's baby. So Jennifer Lawrence and her husband Cook Maroney,
- 11:01Speaker 1: they might have secretly welcome to their first child together.
- 11:04Speaker 1: And so Ellen and was interviewing Jennifer Lawrence and she
- 11:08Speaker 1: was like, people don't know this, but I used to
- 11:10Speaker 1: live in the house that you live in now when
- 11:12Speaker 1: I started the show twenty years ago. She goes on, Now,
- 11:15Speaker 1: I live next door to you, and I'm looking at
- 11:17Speaker 1: you living in my house with a brand new baby.
- 11:21Speaker 1: And then by the way, I do hear you sometimes
- 11:24Speaker 1: talking to him him had a baby boy him, I
- 11:28Speaker 1: means she had a baby. We're assuming, oh, Ellen, No,
- 11:32Speaker 1: I think Ellen gave it away. I don't think there
- 11:34Speaker 1: was any bad intention though here. I think that this
- 11:37Speaker 1: was just something that Jennifer would rather not talk about.
- 11:41Speaker 1: She said she's got out of her way to not
- 11:43Speaker 1: bring us into her private life. And then Ellen, I
- 11:46Speaker 1: think Ellen did say it. But let's remember to the
- 11:48Speaker 1: Ellen Show is taped, so if Jennifer had probably objected
- 11:51Speaker 1: to it afterwards, they would have edited it out. So
- 11:54Speaker 1: I'm sure that Jennifer isn't angry about it. But yes, Ellen,
- 11:56Speaker 1: you did slip up, and you told us that not
- 11:59Speaker 1: only confirmed, not only does she have a baby, which
- 12:02Speaker 1: I think we knew we saw pictures of a pregnant
- 12:04Speaker 1: Now he knows she has a little baby boy. Ellen,
- 12:07Speaker 1: tell us the name next girl, keep going, Hey, We're
- 12:10Speaker 1: gonna go one more story before we take a break.
- 12:13Speaker 1: The real reason Kate Middleton carries her bag in her
- 12:17Speaker 1: left hand, so according to her Loan magazine, it's actually
- 12:21Speaker 1: a really sweet reason. The danitrself Cambridge always carries her
- 12:25Speaker 1: bag in her left hand despite being right handed, because
- 12:29Speaker 1: it's easier to greet people. So she holds her bag
- 12:31Speaker 1: in the left hand and she keeps her right hand
- 12:34Speaker 1: free to greet people, to shake their hands and all
- 12:36Speaker 1: the functions she goes to and get this. Kate is
- 12:39Speaker 1: not the only royal to do this. According to other experts,
- 12:43Speaker 1: when the royals entered the room, handbags or briefcases, if
- 12:47Speaker 1: they're in there, man are always in the left hand
- 12:49Speaker 1: because then you've got your right hand open. Prince Charles
- 12:52Speaker 1: does this, Prince William does this. You have to carry
- 12:54Speaker 1: stuff in your left hand. I sort of like this.
- 12:58Speaker 1: I sort of like that everything his thought through. You're right.
- 13:01Speaker 1: If I saw Kate, I don't want to shake her
- 13:03Speaker 1: hand or curt to your bab and so she needs
- 13:06Speaker 1: the right hand to do that. Very well thought through, Johnny,
- 13:09Speaker 1: what do you think was since I am a royal
- 13:12Speaker 1: pain in the behind, I am definitely going to take this.
- 13:15Speaker 1: And I actually thought about it as you were saying.
- 13:17Speaker 1: I was like, that's actually really smart. I'm gonna start
- 13:19Speaker 1: carrying everything because I'm right handed, so I would shake
- 13:21Speaker 1: with my right hand. So it just makes sense to
- 13:24Speaker 1: be like it works for you right hand. I'm left handed,
- 13:26Speaker 1: and so I don't think I could carry my purse
- 13:28Speaker 1: in my in my right hand. I drop it. Just
- 13:31Speaker 1: wear ane, I'd have to wear. That's a sexy look.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Thank you, Donna. Yes, I see what you're trying to
- 13:35Speaker 1: do to me, sabotage. You're the old man of Disney
- 13:39Speaker 1: World wearing the same. Also do some royal little fashion
- 13:45Speaker 1: tips that I love is they said? Diana used to
- 13:47Speaker 1: have a big clutch and she would she would use
- 13:49Speaker 1: that to hide her cleavage. So if if if your
- 13:52Speaker 1: dress felt a little though, should put her clutch here
- 13:54Speaker 1: on her chest. And also to Diana was known to
- 13:57Speaker 1: have weights put in the hem of her skirt so
- 14:00Speaker 1: if the wind was blown, which is often doing in London,
- 14:03Speaker 1: it wouldn't blow up. I know, fascinating, isn't it. I
- 14:07Speaker 1: know it's not just Ryan Seacrest here who has some
- 14:10Speaker 1: fashion tips. The royals do too. Hey, we're going to
- 14:13Speaker 1: take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 14:17Speaker 1: William there to the naughty of the night show. I'm
- 14:19Speaker 1: rob shooting with their dear friend Donnie Meacham. Hey, Donnie,
- 14:21Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. He talked about Britney Spears
- 14:25Speaker 1: returning to Las Vegas with her fiance. Should she return
- 14:28Speaker 1: to perform in Vegas, let's have a look, said, yes,
- 14:33Speaker 1: you want Brittany back. I want to see her perform.
- 14:36Speaker 1: I'm not sure Vegas is the right spot. I'm worried
- 14:39Speaker 1: it could trigger her. She worked there for four years,
- 14:41Speaker 1: had a miserable time when her dad was the bos
- 14:44Speaker 1: and so I'm just you know, and it's Vegas. It's
- 14:46Speaker 1: sin city. It's called sin city for a reason. I
- 14:49Speaker 1: don't know about this one, Donny. I normally I am
- 14:52Speaker 1: always with the majority. If Brittany wants to perform, I
- 14:56Speaker 1: don't know if Vegas is the best place. What do
- 14:58Speaker 1: you think I'm actually going to us agree with you
- 15:00Speaker 1: and the fact that I feel like in Vegas, we
- 15:02Speaker 1: all know Britney Spirits does not sing live in Vegas.
- 15:05Speaker 1: You can get away with that singing live. And I
- 15:08Speaker 1: think it's a controlled environment that if she had good
- 15:11Speaker 1: people around her, they could make sure every day that
- 15:15Speaker 1: she actually this time was taken care of. She was
- 15:17Speaker 1: treated well, she arrived on times, she was doing she
- 15:20Speaker 1: was eating right, like everything that she was supposed to do.
- 15:23Speaker 1: You've convinced me and to in Vegas. The myth is
- 15:26Speaker 1: is that the big superstar stays in the casino, and
- 15:29Speaker 1: that's often not the case. There's some beautiful private homes
- 15:31Speaker 1: in behind the strip, swimming pools, luxury gardens, massive mansions.
- 15:37Speaker 1: She could rent a house there and just get away
- 15:39Speaker 1: from the strip, and then when you're that far away,
- 15:42Speaker 1: you're close enough to get there for the show, but
- 15:44Speaker 1: you're not tempted by all the gambling and the drinking
- 15:47Speaker 1: and all that stuff. So maybe you're right, Donnie. I'll
- 15:49Speaker 1: go with you. Hey, don't think it too. Don't forget
- 15:51Speaker 1: to vote on today's pole. Go to our Twitter page.
- 15:53Speaker 1: I had naughty, nice room, but on Facebook page is
- 15:55Speaker 1: naughty Gazia ms yeah to take back tomorrow to hear
- 15:59Speaker 1: your is now it's time for the noisiest of the day.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Not often, the Jinner sisters are the nicest of the
- 16:13Speaker 1: We're gonna go with it because Kylie Jenner is. She
- 16:15Speaker 1: shared a hilarious video of Kindle Jinner struggling to walk
- 16:20Speaker 1: up the stairs. The literally kids like video. In her
- 16:23Speaker 1: she's laughing her butt off as she's struggling to walk
- 16:25Speaker 1: up the brickstairs in her skin tight and cabana dress.
- 16:30Speaker 1: But it's hard to win something so tight like that,
- 16:33Speaker 1: You've got to move your legs. Yeah, it's hilarious unnoted
- 16:38Speaker 1: gossip dot Com. It's really funny. And she's also had
- 16:41Speaker 1: to take her high heels off, so she's got these
- 16:42Speaker 1: slippers on, and so it's really one of the most sexy,
- 16:46Speaker 1: glamorous dresses you're ever going to see. But she's walking
- 16:48Speaker 1: in it like a duck that needs to go to
- 16:50Speaker 1: the bathroom. It looks so funny. There's nothing funnier that
- 16:54Speaker 1: somebody trying to be all sexy and they're just looking ridiculous.
- 16:58Speaker 1: And so this made me scream. I think I'm surprised
- 17:01Speaker 1: that Kendall didn't make her take it down, but it
- 17:03Speaker 1: shows you Kendall's got a good sense of humors. It
- 17:06Speaker 1: reminds me whenever I have a gentleman caller over, I
- 17:09Speaker 1: wear skin type pants. Yes, nothing is unsexier than trying
- 17:13Speaker 1: to get out of skin type p It literally reminded
- 17:16Speaker 1: me of that every time I'm like, I know her pain.
- 17:18Speaker 1: There's nothing sexy about this moment happening here. That's right
- 17:21Speaker 1: when they arrive at your oppontment, Donny, you look sexy
- 17:23Speaker 1: in the pants, but then if anything happens, I'd have
- 17:26Speaker 1: to excuse myself and go to the bathroom. I mean,
- 17:28Speaker 1: I'll be back. I'll be back twenty minutes. Is going
- 17:31Speaker 1: to take to peel you out. Very tight and funniest
- 17:34Speaker 1: that the day. And also i'd nicest to the day
- 17:36Speaker 1: now I knowed, yes the day. Will Smith is revealing
- 17:41Speaker 1: that he once had a drug induced vision that his
- 17:44Speaker 1: career would be destroyed. This was before the Oscar slap.
- 17:47Speaker 1: So he did an interview with David Letterman, which I'm
- 17:49Speaker 1: still angry about it because Letterman's people announced this as
- 17:52Speaker 1: the big Will Smith interview. Now that it's come out,
- 17:55Speaker 1: they had to put a little disclaimer on it, saying
- 17:57Speaker 1: it was taped months before the Oscar so it's not
- 18:01Speaker 1: a confession. But it does change everything that he said,
- 18:05Speaker 1: because now when you say something, you see it through
- 18:07Speaker 1: the lens the prism of that slap. So he said
- 18:11Speaker 1: when he was younger, he was doing some herbal drinks
- 18:14Speaker 1: that had a psychiatric approach to them, and he was
- 18:17Speaker 1: sort of like in a faraway land, and he visioned
- 18:21Speaker 1: his palatial home and his wealth and his career all
- 18:24Speaker 1: being ripped away. From him. He went on to say
- 18:28Speaker 1: that when he finally woke up, nothing was taken away
- 18:31Speaker 1: because he knew he always had his family. Let's hope
- 18:33Speaker 1: he feels the same way. Now Will Smith has been
- 18:36Speaker 1: banned from attending the Oscars their events for the next
- 18:39Speaker 1: ten years. Well, oh well, he wouldn't have done this interview. Now,
- 18:45Speaker 1: let's put it like that. He's still not sat down
- 18:47Speaker 1: and done that big interview. And that's for a reason.
- 18:49Speaker 1: That's because he doesn't know yet quite what to say.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And naughtiest of the day, let's end with a moment
- 18:54Speaker 1: of rob You're gonna very much for twenty minutes, which
- 19:00Speaker 1: animate you giggle or laugh, but for a minute or
- 19:02Speaker 1: a moment where a little bit more serious. So we
- 19:05Speaker 1: all need a brand new, revolutionary way of thinking about
- 19:10Speaker 1: what it is to be smart. What is it like
- 19:12Speaker 1: to be really smart? And I think this new way
- 19:16Speaker 1: about thinking about being smart is based on our willingness
- 19:19Speaker 1: to try. That's all that being smart is. It's your
- 19:22Speaker 1: willingness to try. You're smart if you're willing to try,
- 19:25Speaker 1: And if you're willing to try, you are smart. Give
- 19:29Speaker 1: it a go, Donnie. Most successful people I've met, what
- 19:33Speaker 1: makes them different to you or me. Is often not
- 19:36Speaker 1: their talent, it's the fact they give it a go.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Give it a go. Hey, that's it for today. Thank
- 19:42Speaker 1: you so much for listening to the Naughty but Nice
