- 0:39Speaker 1: the upside, the very much downside. We have a hotline

- 1:25Speaker 1: Continue to leave comments. The comments have been unbelievable. I'm
- 1:30Speaker 1: looking at one right now for another reason, you know,
- 1:33Speaker 1: shouting out the pod and everything else. This is from
- 1:36Speaker 1: Mason M thirteen, first time Kentucky dad. Kentucky dad, a
- 1:41Speaker 1: six month old boy, found this show when my son
- 1:43Speaker 1: had just been born, and it has totally changed my
- 1:46Speaker 1: mindset when it comes to fatherhood. It's so nice to
- 1:48Speaker 1: have a community of dad sharing their struggles and wins.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Wednesdays are now my favorite day of the week. Keep
- 1:53Speaker 1: up the good work, go big Blue. That's another massive
- 1:57Speaker 1: reason community this pop a team six S crew. We
- 2:00Speaker 1: got they're the best. There you go, shure, Yeah.
- 2:04Speaker 2: The PT sixth grade that we have is undefeated, and
- 2:07Speaker 2: some were even calling for heads on social media. Just
- 2:10Speaker 2: this last week in defense of William Compton.
- 2:13Speaker 1: I saw that which which thing was it under? It
- 2:16Speaker 1: was with all the Josh paid stuff. Oh hey, the
- 2:21Speaker 1: job buddy.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Hey, you want to talk about resilience, hard work, coming
- 2:26Speaker 2: in there defending a guy that's a blue collar guy
- 2:30Speaker 2: who does that sound like is going to defend that PT.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Six PT six. They were ready to go. They were
- 2:36Speaker 1: at the forefront. They were letting me know what to do.
- 2:39Speaker 1: They're attacking me. Where are you sure? Because that was
- 2:43Speaker 1: a that was a race. That ratio was coming at
- 2:47Speaker 1: very fast, at a very fast speed. Yeah, very fast speed.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I want to say. I responded to that dude like
- 2:52Speaker 1: twenty hours later from his post and within hours like
- 2:55Speaker 1: the ratio was coming because it was like a very
- 2:57Speaker 1: popular tweet that was going around about Josh Payton just
- 3:00Speaker 1: hating on our boy, Josh paipe. Yeah, and we put
- 3:04Speaker 1: this dude six feet under with the ratio, you.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Put him twelve feet under and it just put the
- 3:10Speaker 2: final little piece of dirt packing the dirt in and
- 3:12Speaker 2: PT six going you sureman.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Shoot him, shoot him? I'm like he's dead. Yeah, I do.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Then the boys opened the casket, they say the body's gone.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Dude deleted his account, went to private. Okay, he was ratio,
- 3:26Speaker 1: this was public. I want to say his username was
- 3:28Speaker 1: having fun online. It was it was having fun, I
- 3:31Speaker 1: having fun online. I want to say he paid for
- 3:33Speaker 1: the blue check mark, like this was an operational account. Yea,
- 3:36Speaker 1: And the ratio was coming so fast, and PT six
- 3:39Speaker 1: and the Payton Staters Tier ones bustled with the goom berets.
- 3:43Speaker 1: The goon berets were on full force to where then
- 3:46Speaker 1: the dude took his public account, he made a private
- 3:49Speaker 1: couldn't get to him. I still take a screenshot saying, like,
- 3:52Speaker 1: just know what battle was won today? This coward went
- 3:56Speaker 1: from public to private and then he deleted his account,
- 3:59Speaker 1: didn't signed off permanently. And people out there who have
- 4:03Speaker 1: no context on what's going on might might just be
- 4:05Speaker 1: sitting there thinking if really c just bullied somebody.
- 4:09Speaker 2: No, nay, he never came in defense of a friend
- 4:13Speaker 2: who was being bullied.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. This dude was trying to come at Josh
- 4:17Speaker 1: Pate saying that he's essentially a nobody. He has zero credibility.
- 4:21Speaker 1: He did nothing in his life, He didn't play football,
- 4:24Speaker 1: heating coach. He's never been on an administration. He has
- 4:27Speaker 1: a set of production meetings. He's just a bald dude
- 4:29Speaker 1: with a white tea and a mic. It was just
- 4:33Speaker 1: trying as a post to where you're you're knowing Josh
- 4:36Speaker 1: is gonna read it, and you're doing your best to
- 4:38Speaker 1: make this dude feel bad about his success.
- 4:41Speaker 2: You just gave him like the biggest compliment of all
- 4:44Speaker 2: time in that it was truly a eminem like tell
- 4:48Speaker 2: me something they don't know.
- 4:49Speaker 1: About me moment. Like he's like, yeah, you just you
- 4:52Speaker 1: put it all on paper, and guess what. I still
- 4:55Speaker 1: get clicks. Yeah, I still get clicks.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Hey, somebody else that's coming into find of bullys. I
- 5:01Speaker 2: don't know that for sure, but I know that. Isaiah
- 5:04Speaker 2: mgana dash q Zac two to one on YouTube. He said, Hey, great,
- 5:10Speaker 2: so jents absolutely love watching this every week.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Thank you for all that you do. Pt.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Six out just a nice, happy fun comment, nice happy
- 5:21Speaker 2: fun comment. Also Steven kaphone or got a fall on
- 5:26Speaker 2: four seven one five on YouTube. Man, I needed this today.
- 5:29Speaker 2: I worked three to three to twelve ours. I worked
- 5:36Speaker 2: three twelve hour shifts.
- 5:38Speaker 1: There.
- 5:38Speaker 2: You got a week for the most part. The rest
- 5:41Speaker 2: of the time, I'm a stay at home dad. I
- 5:43Speaker 2: don't know why, but I was feeling down and I
- 5:45Speaker 2: just got the biggest smile on my face, ready to
- 5:47Speaker 2: take my daughter out when I get home from the
- 5:50Speaker 2: gym this morning, to go to the playground and the
- 5:53Speaker 2: Dollar Tree and watch some Clifford the Big Red Dog.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Thank you boys. What a dude. That gets me going.
- 6:01Speaker 1: So the soad picked him up. This picked him up
- 6:03Speaker 1: a little bit.
- 6:04Speaker 2: This soad picked him up, And I felt that exact
- 6:06Speaker 2: same way, Stephen, that exact same way this weekend.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Or you're just kind of feeling lethargic, dove lethargic, but
- 6:13Speaker 1: just kind of down, just kind of like.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Run down to the point where you're like you're not
- 6:21Speaker 2: excited for the fun stuff and you're almost wanting to
- 6:25Speaker 2: like cancel fun stuff plans.
- 6:27Speaker 1: You careful of daylight saving time? Yes, dude, I see,
- 6:32Speaker 1: I don't. I know, I know that's a real thing.
- 6:33Speaker 1: I know, just my own my own Jocko Willie, No
- 6:37Speaker 1: one's yeah, I don't like buying the daylight saving stuff.
- 6:42Speaker 1: To me, I like I was, dude, I was, I've
- 6:44Speaker 1: been feeling that vibe a little like you came in
- 6:46Speaker 1: here last week and I was just over there, reclined
- 6:49Speaker 1: on the Yeah, on the love seat. Yeah, just like
- 6:53Speaker 1: exhausted At times sometimes you're just like, dude, I'm over
- 6:57Speaker 1: it right now. It catches up to you. Yeah, life does. Yeah,
- 7:02Speaker 1: And you got to do such an intentional job of
- 7:04Speaker 1: just like recalibrating, you'd like, hardest, hardest. Fuck did you
- 7:08Speaker 1: got to recalibrate insanely? And just I don't. I like,
- 7:13Speaker 1: for me, I always know to the core of me,
- 7:16Speaker 1: and this dad did it. It's saying it sounds like
- 7:19Speaker 1: he got under the squad rack, he got under the
- 7:20Speaker 1: bench pressure. He's just thrown around some dumbbells. I know
- 7:23Speaker 1: for me, when I look as closely as I can
- 7:25Speaker 1: to Will Compton, when I am feeling run down, exhausted,
- 7:27Speaker 1: kind of irritated, kind of just annoyed about a few
- 7:30Speaker 1: different things. For me, it's always my It's always like
- 7:34Speaker 1: my health. It's always like physical exercise and eating. Right now,
- 7:39Speaker 1: I will say daylight safe when the sun does go
- 7:41Speaker 1: down and the candies out and Spootober's happening, Thanksgivings coming up,
- 7:46Speaker 1: Christmas is coming up. The treats, the foods, the meals,
- 7:50Speaker 1: it gets pleasurable. It does. It gets pleasurable, Like I
- 7:54Speaker 1: start eating for sport because it tastes good for whatever reason.
- 7:58Speaker 1: When it gets a little colder outside, I just get
- 8:01Speaker 1: more excited about eating food. But then I eat the food,
- 8:03Speaker 1: I feel bloated, I feel lethargic. I know I didn't
- 8:07Speaker 1: work out earlier in the day. I didn't work out yesterday. Yeah,
- 8:10Speaker 1: any like steam rolls to where I can start. I
- 8:14Speaker 1: don't really start projecting hard. I'll just start like coming,
- 8:16Speaker 1: I'll just start getting quiet. Yeah, because I'm irritated, mostly
- 8:20Speaker 1: with myself.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I get I get very defeated with myself, and
- 8:25Speaker 2: then I retreat in words and don't express that defeat. Yeah,
- 8:29Speaker 2: which if I express the defeat, it would then people
- 8:32Speaker 2: in my life that are willing to like talk me
- 8:37Speaker 2: through something like hey, Sherman, it actually you're worrying way
- 8:41Speaker 2: too much about that, and then oh boof it goes away.
- 8:45Speaker 1: But instead I sit and I fester and oh was
- 8:49Speaker 1: a dad's name who wrote in Steven Steven shout out, Stephen,
- 8:52Speaker 1: thank you for sharing that man. It's got Stephen Catofphon. Yeah,
- 8:54Speaker 1: I just want you to know where You're not alone, brother.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I just love how wholesome that is. Dude, just sitting
- 9:01Speaker 2: there watching Big Red Dog, watching some Clifford.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Clifford, sweetheart, you know, little girl was just fired up.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I don't want to dive. I'm glad he's juice back up.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I hope you had at least three plates on each
- 9:14Speaker 1: side on that squad wreck. I hope you did too.
- 9:17Speaker 1: This is one from Katie Josen Hans. Another one from
- 9:20Speaker 1: Katie facts just a little remit. The fact that you
- 9:24Speaker 1: were surprised people showed up to our bootha zoo is crazy.
- 9:27Speaker 1: This show is so great. It's such a massive positive
- 9:29Speaker 1: thing for dads and moms. Y'all are so fun and
- 9:31Speaker 1: real about parent thing. I'm not surprised at all. Sad
- 9:33Speaker 1: we missed it though, Katie, thank you so much. Thank
- 9:36Speaker 1: you so much. Peter and Hans repeater fantigame for new
- 9:40Speaker 1: viewers and listeners out there. There's multiple ways to reach
- 9:43Speaker 1: the boys. I told you about the hotline told you
- 9:45Speaker 1: can write an emails. We love reading fun comments. You
- 9:47Speaker 1: can follow us on social media for the dad spot.
- 9:49Speaker 1: You can leave comments on YouTube. We love reading them all.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I have another. I have one more good vibes. One okay,
- 9:55Speaker 1: one more good vibes. So mom, listener here and appreciate
- 9:57Speaker 1: what you learned from the workshop, and we'll use that
- 10:00Speaker 1: very formative and love the dad perspective. What Aaron is
- 10:03Speaker 1: referring to is we did like a Core Values exercise
- 10:06Speaker 1: last week. If you did not catch that episode, strongly
- 10:09Speaker 1: encourage you to. Wife was laughing at me after she
- 10:12Speaker 1: listened to the episode, like you were trying to get
- 10:14Speaker 1: you getting in like teach, like trying to get and
- 10:16Speaker 1: teach your mode and regurgitate all the stuff, and we
- 10:20Speaker 1: just had it. We shared a good laugh about it.
- 10:21Speaker 1: I was like, I know, I was doing my best.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I was, you know, consumed it all that day because
- 10:25Speaker 1: I was super like it tapped in, you know what
- 10:28Speaker 1: I mean. I wasn't lolotched back kind of like why
- 10:30Speaker 1: are we here just like surviving through it? Yes, I
- 10:34Speaker 1: was like tapped into it. Dude. I'm like trying to
- 10:36Speaker 1: write stuff down, and as I'm writing it down, I'm
- 10:38Speaker 1: like something clicked about like the goals in marrying the
- 10:43Speaker 1: challenges to the goals, and I'm like, we're about to
- 10:45Speaker 1: do Core Values before the dads, Like this is like
- 10:48Speaker 1: a sign.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I love when people get into those moods. You one
- 10:53Speaker 2: time you had discovered in screenwriting the hero's journey.
- 10:59Speaker 1: And script writing. Yeah.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Yeah, unbeknownst to you, I took a screenwriting course in
- 11:05Speaker 2: college and was well aware of the hero's journey.
- 11:07Speaker 1: But you had it on a whiteboard.
- 11:09Speaker 2: And we're giving just me on this side, a solo
- 11:13Speaker 2: breakdown of the hero's journey. I just let you go
- 11:16Speaker 2: because you were stoked, and I was like, dude, I
- 11:19Speaker 2: love watching people just like when they learned something and
- 11:22Speaker 2: then they're teaching it.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I was like, okay, I'll get a refresher on this.
- 11:25Speaker 1: A long herose journey, the hero's.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Journey, they come across the challenge, the gatekeeper. Yeah, that's
- 11:32Speaker 2: where the journey begins. Where's the challenge in our story?
- 11:35Speaker 2: It's this part right here.
- 11:38Speaker 1: And you did a good job of applying to your
- 11:41Speaker 1: busting together, to your transition fans, you know, the fando stuff.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Yes, and the video turned out great. You wrote the
- 11:48Speaker 2: whole script. It was fantastic. Oh, don't be modest.
- 11:53Speaker 1: You murdered. I edited it. Yeah, but you thought of
- 11:57Speaker 1: all the shots, all the creative Like, I just gave
- 12:00Speaker 1: you some scripting and some storytelling, like we can go
- 12:02Speaker 1: back and forth, and we go back and forth. You're
- 12:08Speaker 1: so good. Oh my god, get your bowls in my mouth.
- 12:12Speaker 1: It's a dad spot. This is what dads do. We
- 12:14Speaker 1: bust balls, we have fun. This is the dad podcast. Yeah,
- 12:19Speaker 1: the good guys, don't be modest. Get your pants down.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Let me tell you how good you Ally.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Somebody else that needs to get their pants out so
- 12:29Speaker 2: we can tell how good they are.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Best Stove, best so Mystic.
- 12:34Speaker 2: We kind of an Italian thing going on right now,
- 12:36Speaker 2: Best so Mystic. Hey, new job in five minutes from
- 12:40Speaker 2: my wife's. My new job is five minutes from my wife's.
- 12:44Speaker 2: First day is right now, making breakfast for the wife
- 12:47Speaker 2: and before we commute together.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Baby shower was Saturday.
- 12:53Speaker 2: And felt the baby cake for the first time this weekend,
- 12:56Speaker 2: feeling incredibly blessed. Thank you for the boys. Shout out,
- 13:02Speaker 2: shout out, we got a baby on the way. And

- 14:02Speaker 2: he delivered him sunny side up after a thirty five
- 14:06Speaker 2: hour war in the trenches. She's an early front runner
- 14:10Speaker 2: for the Toughest NT six or Award of twenty twenty five.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Oh truly grateful for having the show to watch leading
- 14:19Speaker 2: up to fatherhood and now joining it. Yeah you are, Sam,
- 14:23Speaker 2: You've been knighted into PT six.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Welcome dude, Dick and knee they good knee hit each shoulder.

- 14:32Speaker 1: Panic ensuing, good, good, Am I fit to raise this
- 14:35Speaker 1: little man. We don't know, We don't know what if
- 14:39Speaker 1: I'm a shitty partner for my wife. You could be,
- 14:41Speaker 1: it could be. Can I handle the hard moments in
- 14:44Speaker 1: the sleep deprivation? Yes? Sorry, that was throw me away.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I just want to go sleep deprivation, sleep deprivation. Hang on,
- 14:53Speaker 1: let me read that part again. Can I handle the
- 14:56Speaker 1: hard moments and the sleep deprivation? Maybe you can't. You can't.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Then I have the moments like right this second, where
- 15:03Speaker 1: this little ball of flesh is taking a bottle wrapping
- 15:06Speaker 1: his hand around my finger, and I think what else
- 15:08Speaker 1: can I possibly do but be the best dad possible
- 15:11Speaker 1: for this little dude. Appreciate you boys and sickles out there,

- 15:21Speaker 1: is just beginning, my friend.
- 15:24Speaker 2: God, dude, life is so chaotic, and it really does
- 15:26Speaker 2: slow down. It slows down when they wrap that little
- 15:30Speaker 2: hand around your finger.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Dude. Oh, I tell you what. Locked the fuck in though,
- 15:37Speaker 1: lock in for wifey.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I have to have to lock in for wife Locke.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Lock in, buddy.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Oh man, I so I had a I had a
- 15:47Speaker 2: crazy packed weekend.

- 15:59Speaker 2: the new norm with Jill's work schedule. I'm gonna have
- 16:02Speaker 2: solo scarlet Saturdays. So it could just be a new
- 16:05Speaker 2: thing on the show, which is nice.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I'm loving it. I wanted to mix it up. Uh.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I got an invite to these stars Predators to game
- 16:17Speaker 2: Go Stars.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Uh, they caught the dub.
- 16:20Speaker 2: I went with Cooper Comstock that's here in the shop
- 16:23Speaker 2: raving a plus record.
- 16:26Speaker 1: I saw that too. You gotta you know, you know,
- 16:29Speaker 1: you guys can always hit us up if you need
- 16:31Speaker 1: some help with getting tickets, because I saw.
- 16:34Speaker 2: You like in the notes, Oh if we need help
- 16:36Speaker 2: getting tickets. No, No, You're saying like, hey.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw the video. You know. I had a
- 16:43Speaker 1: smile on my face. Here you do this and then
- 16:45Speaker 1: you whip it around and I'm like, oh shit, we're
- 16:48Speaker 1: in the bleeds high up operate this week.
- 16:53Speaker 2: I do like, I'm not trying to defend those seats
- 16:57Speaker 2: like we bought them because they're cheap. But I loving
- 17:00Speaker 2: hockey the bleeds that are on the like you're behind
- 17:04Speaker 2: the goal, you're behind the net. I love those seats
- 17:07Speaker 2: because you can truly see the offense develop.
- 17:11Speaker 1: So look, if you don't want to bang on the
- 17:12Speaker 1: glass and be in the front, I mean.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Hey, you don't like those seats some glass, Yeah, I'll
- 17:22Speaker 2: fully take you up on that.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I'm just letting just letting you know, just for future sake,
- 17:26Speaker 1: what if you go to a ball game, just think
- 17:28Speaker 1: I wonder if the boys have any type of connection
- 17:30Speaker 1: where we could get some seats.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Hey, that's a that's the kype of ticket that's going
- 17:34Speaker 2: to keep you in somebody's pocket.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Keep you in somebody's pocket. Uh, that's a that's Pete
- 17:43Speaker 1: six fraternity right there.
- 17:44Speaker 2: That is that is Yeah, I know that you would
- 17:48Speaker 2: you know that was a joke to keep you in
- 17:51Speaker 2: somebody's pocket. Yeah, I would not think that Will would do.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Yeah I know. Okay, okay, but we were in the bleeds.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Uh, dude, Scarlett just absolutely enjoyed the hockey game.
- 18:03Speaker 1: We could pull up that video Will.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I'm telling you the entire time, she's literally like this
- 18:09Speaker 2: fired up, oh, fully glued to the ice where I
- 18:13Speaker 2: just had her sitting in my lap like watching the
- 18:15Speaker 2: game and I'm holding her arms and she did not
- 18:18Speaker 2: cry once.
- 18:20Speaker 1: It was impeccable.
- 18:22Speaker 2: So I'm sure that you're sitting there wondering why does
- 18:24Speaker 2: Sherman have this under his dad losses this whole.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I didn't know we were all in the category of well,
- 18:31Speaker 1: I'm just we you're wondering why I failed? How did
- 18:38Speaker 1: Sherman screw this one up?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Cooper Comstock and I want to get his thoughts on
- 18:44Speaker 2: this for a social clip because I would love to
- 18:46Speaker 2: hear him candidly when I'm not around, his thoughts on
- 18:50Speaker 2: what happened. But he is a diehard Stars fan, like
- 18:53Speaker 2: a true sicko. This whole thing was his idea. I
- 18:57Speaker 2: was with him and his girlfriend. Shout out his girlfriend,
- 19:00Speaker 2: She's incredible, was helping watch Scarlet. They came to the
- 19:05Speaker 2: house early because they knew I had to feed Scarlet
- 19:07Speaker 2: at one and the games at two thirty. I pretty
- 19:11Speaker 2: much had everything together, but we I couldn't find her headphones,
- 19:15Speaker 2: So then Coop's helping me on the changing table watching Scarlet.
- 19:19Speaker 2: I'm digging through the headphones, like looking for him Jills
- 19:22Speaker 2: at work. She finally tells me where they are because
- 19:24Speaker 2: she knows where they are. I didn't amy at the Texter. Yeah,
- 19:27Speaker 2: I texted me little tew. I hated that that right,
- 19:31Speaker 2: there's a quick go.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a quick al geah that you never want
- 19:35Speaker 1: to be the dad that's like, hey, where's this at?
- 19:37Speaker 1: I do it all time, but anytime I do it
- 19:39Speaker 1: it like pains me. I'm like fuck. And Coop's like, hey,
- 19:42Speaker 1: you we don't need to rush. It's all good games
- 19:45Speaker 1: at two thirty, it's all good.
- 19:46Speaker 2: It's one fifteen. Like where you say, I know Cooper?
- 19:49Speaker 2: I like, I don't want to miss discuss. That's a
- 19:51Speaker 2: good teammate right there. That's a good teammate staying poised
- 19:54Speaker 2: in the pocket. Great teammate. Tell me not to stress.
- 19:57Speaker 2: ADDIE's like playing with the dogs. She's being so sweet
- 20:01Speaker 2: with Scarlet. They both were really good with Scarlet being
- 20:04Speaker 2: so sweet. We get out the door. We're driving. We
- 20:07Speaker 2: got the Lullaby remakes playlists. I have to put you on.
- 20:12Speaker 2: It's called Rockabye Baby. Have you heard it. It's just
- 20:17Speaker 2: it's all stay on course. It's stay on course, down course,
- 20:19Speaker 2: stay on rock a Bye Baby playlist is bumping. We're
- 20:23Speaker 2: in the car, vibes are so high. We get to
- 20:26Speaker 2: the parking garage. We're about to be ten minutes early
- 20:29Speaker 2: for this game. I forgot the diaper bag. I forgot
- 20:37Speaker 2: the diaper bag with the headphones, the blanket, the diapers,
- 20:43Speaker 2: the bottle, the formula, the extra the extra change of
- 20:47Speaker 2: clothes in case she shits herself. Everything that is vital
- 20:53Speaker 2: to this day being successful, left it at the house.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Get on stuff hub to the transfer the tickets to Kuperinatti,
- 21:02Speaker 2: so they don't have to live in my shame and
- 21:06Speaker 2: my own personal health that I've created for myself. Can't
- 21:09Speaker 2: transfer the tickets. We gotta all walk in together.
- 21:15Speaker 1: And the you're a real piece of shit.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Can I tell you the look of forgiveness on Coop's face.
- 21:25Speaker 2: That's when I knew, like, you really are a good friend.
- 21:29Speaker 1: He was the entire time.
- 21:31Speaker 2: You don't even worry about it. It's all good. What
- 21:35Speaker 2: the game goes into extra periods, Hey, free hockey. We'll
- 21:37Speaker 2: get to watch three periods if it goes into OT.
- 21:40Speaker 2: This this game could go into OT. Both these teams
- 21:43Speaker 2: are good.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Just sitting there trying to make me feel so good.
- 21:46Speaker 2: I'm literally death gripping the steering wheel out of embarrassment.
- 21:53Speaker 2: And then, of course, because we're in the car going there,
- 21:56Speaker 2: back there, now, Scarlet's getting fussy, So now you know
- 21:59Speaker 2: the cry are starting to happen.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I'm just like, now the cries are really they're touching God.
- 22:05Speaker 1: I'm just spiraling in the driver's seat. This is where
- 22:09Speaker 1: you just staring at the road and you hear nothing.
- 22:11Speaker 1: The crying's happening, but the cry starts fading because like
- 22:14Speaker 1: a dog whistle, noise starts coming in your ear as
- 22:17Speaker 1: you watch as you're looking at the road.
- 22:21Speaker 2: Truly, bro the amount of forgiveness that Coop showed me
- 22:26Speaker 2: in that moment, how chilly was about everything. We still
- 22:29Speaker 2: ended up We did make great time and we got
- 22:33Speaker 2: there right at the end of the first period. So
- 22:36Speaker 2: did we miss a period of hockey, yes, but we
- 22:38Speaker 2: got to watch two more periods of hockey. The Stars
- 22:40Speaker 2: ended up coming back with four minutes left in the
- 22:43Speaker 2: third and one. It was a great time. Uh but godly, dude,
- 22:50Speaker 2: I have never felt like such a bum. I guess
- 22:53Speaker 2: who's always gonna double check for the bag?
- 22:55Speaker 1: Now? Always you? I say that? Do you say good?
- 23:02Speaker 1: So many times?
- 23:04Speaker 2: And there's some more on here. Dog ran away in
- 23:07Speaker 2: the front yard. Good went to go get him. As
- 23:10Speaker 2: I'm coming back carrying him, holding and going what are
- 23:12Speaker 2: you doing, what are you doing? Stepped in his poop?
- 23:14Speaker 1: Good?
- 23:14Speaker 2: Good? God threw those shoes away. Good because I was
- 23:17Speaker 2: so pissed. I just threw him. Do you want to
- 23:21Speaker 2: clean them? And Porch Pirates stole my dinner on what
- 23:24Speaker 2: was that Sunday?
- 23:25Speaker 1: When I tex good? Yeah, you did text me. You
- 23:27Speaker 1: were like, hey, what was that number? Yeah? We yeah,
- 23:30Speaker 1: we'll keep it tight. Yeah, we'll keep it tight. But
- 23:32Speaker 1: we'll keep it tight. We don't know the enemy, which
- 23:33Speaker 1: enemies are out there listening?
- 23:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, but uh and I know this is
- 23:37Speaker 2: a kid show, but just a huge fuck you to
- 23:40Speaker 2: Porch Pirates.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Just wanted to say that. Just apparently he had his
- 23:44Speaker 1: entire meal dropped off within a minute.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Three minutes of my meal being dropped off. Porch Pirates
- 23:53Speaker 2: have to well, God gets simply safe, simply safe.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Got to get it simply safe. Hey, that's a tough
- 24:02Speaker 1: beat over the weekend, the forgetting the diaper bag, especially
- 24:06Speaker 1: when you're rocking solo and you're like, I'm the guy, Like,
- 24:09Speaker 1: ain't nobody coming to save me? Dylan Reilo goes down.
- 24:12Speaker 1: It's this is this is TJ latif.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Time and I could have come back to the office
- 24:18Speaker 2: with that story just coming at me from all angles,
- 24:21Speaker 2: Like Coop could have come back and just told everybody
- 24:23Speaker 2: about what a fucking bomb I was, and instead I
- 24:25Speaker 2: have everybody coming up to me going, dude.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Coop said, you were killing it. That's a good star
- 24:30Speaker 1: right there, because you didn't just throw a pick six
- 24:32Speaker 1: like you ran around the pocket a little bit and
- 24:34Speaker 1: threw it across your body to the other side of
- 24:36Speaker 1: the field like a muffin, and somebody jumped and pick
- 24:38Speaker 1: it off and took to the house. Everybody's watching. Like
- 24:40Speaker 1: before before he picked it off, I hit him with the.
- 24:45Speaker 3: To the sideline. I was letting him know. Yeah, like,
- 24:48Speaker 3: oh kids, kind of got it. That says a lot
- 24:51Speaker 3: about the character of Cooper Comstock.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Again, yes it does. There's another instance yesterday.
- 24:56Speaker 3: I'm not going to name who it was, but this
- 24:58Speaker 3: person backed out on an event with Coop.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Coop wasn't gonna say anything. Backed out on an event
- 25:04Speaker 1: with Coop.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Yeah, it wasn't his fault, but he and then he
- 25:07Speaker 3: publicly told the office and all year Coop say is
- 25:09Speaker 3: I wasn't gonna say anything. I was just gonna let it,
- 25:12Speaker 3: let it all out, because that's the guy Coop is
- 25:15Speaker 3: Coop's a Foxhold guy.
- 25:16Speaker 1: He is a Foxhold guys. It's big ups to him too,
- 25:19Speaker 1: because he doesn't he's not a parent. He does have kids. Yeah,
- 25:22Speaker 1: you could get a magnitude a range of reaction there.
- 25:25Speaker 2: Yes, and is so good with kids, so good with Scarlet.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I need I need to see what he's like with
- 25:32Speaker 1: little scott Zilla.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Oh dude, he would kill He loves babies and he's
- 25:37Speaker 2: really good with them.
- 25:38Speaker 1: He's like holding Scarlet as I would. Dude. Coop was
- 25:41Speaker 1: so on it.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Hey, any ST sixers at home, when you go hang
- 25:46Speaker 2: out with your PT six friend that's got a kid,
- 25:50Speaker 2: be a Cooper Comstock when I'm going to go change
- 25:53Speaker 2: my little girl's diaper, which that went awesome?
- 25:56Speaker 1: Like that was great. At the game.
- 26:00Speaker 2: What do you want to eat? What do you want
- 26:01Speaker 2: to drink? We'll go get food for you. I come
- 26:04Speaker 2: back with freshly changed Scarlet. He's got my food. He's like, hey,
- 26:08Speaker 2: let me hold Scarlet while you eat.
- 26:10Speaker 1: I'm like, that's a that's bro right there, Bro, that's
- 26:14Speaker 1: an ST six. That's a that's a that's an ST six.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Or you can be proud of chef Cooper Coms high
- 26:20Speaker 1: in the ranks. He's high in the ranks. He's he's
- 26:23Speaker 1: helped carrying out the standard team. He's two star general.
- 26:27Speaker 2: The two star general right there, dude. And you know
- 26:30Speaker 2: his girlfriend. I'm telling you this, dude. You know his
- 26:32Speaker 2: girlfriend's sitting there taking notes. Yeah, she's going. I like
- 26:36Speaker 2: what I see is boy nurtures.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Oh well loves Well, that's a good good friend, good
- 26:44Speaker 1: loyal dog.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Stayed like you said, and Chaos stayed poised and your boys.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Shrom was as frantic as hell. Frantic as hell. I
- 26:54Speaker 2: had shaky hands going when we were driving back home.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Oh I can imagine, I can you already know? Sherm.
- 27:01Speaker 1: He was beating himself up.
- 27:04Speaker 2: But I digress, I digress. How is your weekend, sir?
- 27:07Speaker 2: Weekend was phenomenal.
- 27:09Speaker 1: On Friday, we did Pizza Friday because we had this
- 27:12Speaker 1: November Gillett event we had to do on Friday night
- 27:15Speaker 1: for busting, so we ripped Pizza Friday a little early.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Then not Cinderella, a Peter Pan movie, brutal, which he
- 27:23Speaker 1: didn't like. Did not like. Yeah, don't blame the acting,
- 27:26Speaker 1: terrible story, Like it sucked. Saturday. What did we do
- 27:32Speaker 1: on Saturday? It's such a blur. Date night with wifey,
- 27:35Speaker 1: Date night with white. Indie movie. Indie movie, Bad, bad Bad,
- 27:39Speaker 1: don't go see the Mastermind. We had a great family morning.
- 27:44Speaker 1: We went to Hanks down in Franklin. Awesome coffee shop,
- 27:47Speaker 1: highly recommend, good vibe. Then we went to the Franklin
- 27:51Speaker 1: Farmer's Market, another great vibe. We hung out there for
- 27:54Speaker 1: a pretty long time and got the kids back, did naptime,
- 27:58Speaker 1: all the fun stuff. Rue Uh. Just she's on arts.
- 28:01Speaker 1: She's in arts and crafts mode, bro, she really is.
- 28:04Speaker 1: She's all about coloring, she's all about drawing. She's all
- 28:07Speaker 1: about getting on the what's it called easel. She got
- 28:11Speaker 1: her a little easel and she's just on it all
- 28:13Speaker 1: the time. She's all about it. Man. She wrote Opah,
- 28:17Speaker 1: which is Grandpa Filipino, like the Filipino word for grandpa.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I believe, or maybe it's German. I could be off.
- 28:23Speaker 1: I know Opah's German. Lopa is German. She's a Filipino.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I believe Lola is like grandma from in the in
- 28:31Speaker 1: the Philippines.
- 28:31Speaker 2: Did they have German descent as well? Charles Dad, Yes,
- 28:36Speaker 2: oh okay, I didn't.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Charles mom Philippine Philippines.
- 28:40Speaker 3: Is there respectful way to say yes in Filipino used
- 28:43Speaker 3: when speaking to an elder or someone of a higher status. Okay, yes, ma'am, Yes,
- 28:47Speaker 3: sir about op that's o po it's a spelling.
- 28:52Speaker 1: I don't know. Oh gotcha. Yes, we're out of our
- 28:55Speaker 1: depths right now. Listen Lola and Nopah. But Rue was
- 28:59Speaker 1: writing Opah a birthday thing. I have no clue. It's
- 29:04Speaker 1: just a bunch of scribbles all over the place. And
- 29:06Speaker 1: she's like basically equating it to a poem. And she's
- 29:08Speaker 1: talking about this poem and if you're gonna do this,
- 29:11Speaker 1: she got a rite happy birthday and just gets in
- 29:13Speaker 1: the storytelling mode. And you got to sit there like
- 29:15Speaker 1: I'm talking the arts and crafts she makes like you
- 29:17Speaker 1: know very much. The butterfly. Yeah, but the line like
- 29:23Speaker 1: you got those there's lines on the butterfly, Like that's
- 29:26Speaker 1: just coloring. She's tightened up her coloring. She can kind
- 29:28Speaker 1: of color. Yeah, she gets outside the lines a little bit,
- 29:31Speaker 1: but she's tightened up the coloring. Good with what color
- 29:34Speaker 1: she uses. Now, just like that, you know, I don't
- 29:36Speaker 1: know what make it rain? Yeah? Yeah, it's like hey,
- 29:39Speaker 1: a bat. But when she growing she drew the family,
- 29:42Speaker 1: like at school last Friday, she came home, dare you
- 29:44Speaker 1: gotta look at my pictures? And opened it up and
- 29:46Speaker 1: it's like, Dad, it's just like a big circle and
- 29:48Speaker 1: a guy with like massive eyes and like a frown
- 29:50Speaker 1: and she's like, there's you off to show you the photos,
- 29:53Speaker 1: but buddy, the fake and you have to do in
- 29:56Speaker 1: front of your kids be like, oh my gosh, you no,
- 30:01Speaker 1: you didn't. So if I call your teacher right now,
- 30:04Speaker 1: she's gonna say you drew that. Yeah, dude, that is awesome.
- 30:09Speaker 1: And I'm looking at it and just like my eyes
- 30:11Speaker 1: are slowly zooming in on this photo like what she
- 30:15Speaker 1: had you frowning? Yeah, I might, I might. I might
- 30:18Speaker 1: have grabbed a photo of it because I need to
- 30:21Speaker 1: post it. I meant to post it because she also
- 30:23Speaker 1: drew waffle waffles like waffle kind of like picture of
- 30:27Speaker 1: that cheap yeah, but obviously without all the cot but
- 30:30Speaker 1: just kind of like a circle, like a broken circle,
- 30:32Speaker 1: and then the legs were just four lines under like
- 30:34Speaker 1: that cheap is Oh hell yeah, yeah, okay, So she's
- 30:38Speaker 1: getting dialed in. Yeah, she was getting dialed in.
- 30:41Speaker 2: Also, we need to update our fridge.
- 30:45Speaker 1: And that's not.
- 30:46Speaker 2: Like, oh, y'all need to like we need to we
- 30:48Speaker 2: need to provide stuff.
- 30:50Speaker 3: We're doing a lot of production. That looks incredible. I mean,
- 30:55Speaker 3: that's incredible. Did she actually draw that?
- 30:58Speaker 1: She drew that?
- 30:59Speaker 4: Man?
- 30:59Speaker 1: If I call your teacher, like your teacher is going
- 31:01Speaker 1: to say, rude drew that he texted dang, Yeah, I'll
- 31:05Speaker 1: text it to you. And that's uh, that's data. Yeah.
- 31:12Speaker 1: And there's Scotti up top.
- 31:16Speaker 2: There's scott Zilla making a Godzilla turn them one.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Yeah, bro, Scotti is a Scotty's officially. One man. Got
- 31:24Speaker 1: a little birthday party this weekend on the fence, on
- 31:28Speaker 1: the fence, you know, passing out and invites the yeah
- 31:31Speaker 1: yeah yeah to the boys of the shop. No, I
- 31:34Speaker 1: feel you because I believe the family's coming in town
- 31:38Speaker 1: and I'm like you, I'm so hit or miss and
- 31:42Speaker 1: everybody view and are listening. Help your boy out here.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Thoughts on a birthday party for a one year old
- 31:48Speaker 1: go ahead, Jeff speak for seeing a small story from
- 31:51Speaker 1: my family.
- 31:52Speaker 3: My parents threw a big one year old birthday party
- 31:55Speaker 3: and they bought a really nice cake. This back when
- 31:58Speaker 3: we lived in Dallas, I forgot the famous cake shop.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Sure you know it?
- 32:01Speaker 1: Uh? Who turned one? That's it? Is it Blue Bond Baker?
- 32:05Speaker 1: That might be me? This is one my parents always
- 32:08Speaker 1: tell the story. They can't shut up about it.
- 32:10Speaker 3: They bought a three hundred dollars birthday cake and my
- 32:13Speaker 3: mom said that although it was the greatest cake they've
- 32:15Speaker 3: ever had, they said why. The joke is like, why
- 32:18Speaker 3: the hell did we do that for a one year old?
- 32:21Speaker 3: It's always been a discussion was like why.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Did were there? Did people come over? I think so
- 32:25Speaker 1: I don't remember, so here here here, he's like my
- 32:28Speaker 1: here's like my vibe on it because I think I'm like,
- 32:29Speaker 1: what are we doing for a one year old? Like
- 32:33Speaker 1: I think we do like a what's the cake call?
- 32:35Speaker 1: Where you can like mush it smash cake, get them
- 32:38Speaker 1: a little smash cake that they can kind of mess with.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Oh yeah. Two. And then Charles got like this board
- 32:44Speaker 1: to have like all of her monthly photos two month old,
- 32:47Speaker 1: three month old, and it's like Lama theme because she
- 32:49Speaker 1: loves her little stuff Lama. So we don't do a
- 32:52Speaker 1: whole lot. But my thought is always like why are
- 32:54Speaker 1: we throwing a birthday party for a one year old?
- 32:55Speaker 1: Like they're not gonna remember. They don't know any of this.
- 32:57Speaker 1: But now that we did it for Rue and family came,
- 33:00Speaker 1: the town of friends came over. Like uh Now, My
- 33:03Speaker 1: thought is like, dude, it's just an excuse for the
- 33:05Speaker 1: adults to hang out, yeah, celebrate and get around each other,
- 33:08Speaker 1: especially in these months where it gets a little darker early,
- 33:10Speaker 1: it's gonna be a good vibe.
- 33:12Speaker 2: I've seen a little VHS tape of my first birthday.
- 33:17Speaker 2: It could have been my brother's first birthday, but it
- 33:20Speaker 2: was really just an excuse me.
- 33:23Speaker 1: The exact point.
- 33:24Speaker 2: It was like all of my family is in Fort Worth,
- 33:27Speaker 2: Texas absurd amount, and it's they're all just jam packed
- 33:31Speaker 2: in this house and it's so loud, and everyone's having
- 33:34Speaker 2: drinks and stuff, and like whoever the baby was that
- 33:37Speaker 2: was turning one is just lost in the moment, like
- 33:41Speaker 2: they're just being held. It's not like a celebration for them.
- 33:44Speaker 2: It's more so everybody's just hanging out.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Yeah, So which is if that's what you want, like,
- 33:50Speaker 2: go for it.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what you is. It's kind of like that's
- 33:53Speaker 1: that's how my mind's wrapped around it. Because before rou
- 33:56Speaker 1: turned one, and she was talking to me about a
- 33:58Speaker 1: birthday party for ru. I'm just like, I mean, birthday
- 34:01Speaker 1: party for what. Then it happened. It was fun, and
- 34:04Speaker 1: that was Scotty coming up again. It's like I I
- 34:06Speaker 1: think about it a little bit, but I'm like, oh,
- 34:08Speaker 1: this is just such a reason for Hey, come out
- 34:10Speaker 1: to Nashville, Hey come over the house. Yeah, you just
- 34:13Speaker 1: get to hang out with some friends, some family and friends.
- 34:16Speaker 5: The baby book, I think would be like a glaring
- 34:18Speaker 5: miss if there wasn't a one year old birthday. And
- 34:20Speaker 5: there's how my mom always viewed it, like it's for
- 34:22Speaker 5: the parents. But like when she gave me a book
- 34:24Speaker 5: of like all my birthdays, Like if she would have
- 34:26Speaker 5: started at birthday three, I probably would.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Have had some questions.
- 34:29Speaker 5: So that's kind of where my head's about it, Like
- 34:30Speaker 5: do it for yourself, but the whole story.
- 34:33Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, outside looking in, I think it's great to
- 34:36Speaker 3: do and it's a big celebration.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Maybe a little bit on the parent's side too, But
- 34:41Speaker 1: I think I've just told.
- 34:43Speaker 3: What I was more reverencing is some people do like
- 34:45Speaker 3: really extravagant one year old birthdays, and that's where I
- 34:48Speaker 3: was always like, that's where you go, Yeah, like let's
- 34:50Speaker 3: just have a gathering and yeah, that's you gotta draw
- 34:52Speaker 3: a line.
- 34:52Speaker 1: No reason to get a bunch like why have we
- 34:54Speaker 1: written out of place for those one year old celebration exactly,
- 34:58Speaker 1: And that's a good call too, on more of a
- 35:01Speaker 1: it can be more of a celebration for the parents.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Yeah you've survived a year. Yeah, you survived a year.
- 35:06Speaker 1: You can ask it alive for a year.
- 35:08Speaker 2: I like that scope of like, yeah, hey, well done,
- 35:12Speaker 2: mom and dad, Well done, well done, mom and dad.
- 35:16Speaker 2: This is to you, guys, because I will look up
- 35:19Speaker 2: when she is one years old and I will feel
- 35:22Speaker 2: a bit of that of because those first two weeks,
- 35:27Speaker 2: if we just look over to wife and you just
- 35:28Speaker 2: give her a dap, like, hey, we did that, We
- 35:31Speaker 2: did that. I had that thought this morning as Scarlet
- 35:35Speaker 2: was Jill did her ceremonial. Bring Scarlet and put her
- 35:39Speaker 2: in between us in bed, and you both just kind
- 35:41Speaker 2: of lay on our sides and.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Oh, it's the best that you lay on your side
- 35:45Speaker 1: and you just kiss the shit out of them, bro, And.
- 35:48Speaker 2: They're so happy in the morning, they're so so you.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Kiss them so much you want them to start pulling
- 35:53Speaker 1: their head away. Yeah, go all of you.
- 35:57Speaker 2: And this is probably bad radio, but it's the little
- 35:59Speaker 2: ones too. I hit it like a machine gun with
- 36:01Speaker 2: the I get like five hundred in there. Dude, didn't
- 36:08Speaker 2: stand a chance. Yeah, what what else this weekend for you?
- 36:13Speaker 2: Did you have a crack a cold one from this weekend?
- 36:17Speaker 1: Man? So I get my crack a cold one. So
- 36:24Speaker 1: we finished off the weekend on Sunday morning. Sunday morning,
- 36:29Speaker 1: got up, put it around the old house in the morning.
- 36:31Speaker 1: We had a rough night on Saturday night. Scotty's going
- 36:34Speaker 1: through this, uh, not like sleep regression, but she's waking
- 36:37Speaker 1: up a few times in the night and kind of
- 36:39Speaker 1: crying and uh, she won't like put herself back to sleep.
- 36:43Speaker 1: She's always been good at putting herself back to sleep.
- 36:46Speaker 1: But I guess what we're learning is when they're going
- 36:47Speaker 1: through something big developmental, it can cause some like uh,
- 36:51Speaker 1: you know where they're waking up in the middle of
- 36:52Speaker 1: the night or call some things like while they're sleeping.
- 36:55Speaker 1: And Scotty's been you know her her walking. She's every where, bro,
- 37:00Speaker 1: I'm talking everywhere. She's one of those ones where do what.
- 37:05Speaker 1: She's a menace. She really is a menace. She just
- 37:09Speaker 1: walks everywhere, Like I'm I don't feel like I was
- 37:12Speaker 1: this way with Rue, But with Scotty, I'm like, I'm
- 37:14Speaker 1: like the parent that's like standing up and kind of
- 37:16Speaker 1: like walking with her because all she wants to do
- 37:19Speaker 1: is walk. Like last night, for example, Rue was on
- 37:22Speaker 1: her easel doing some drawings, like doing some more coloring,
- 37:25Speaker 1: and Scotty kept going over because she wanted to be
- 37:27Speaker 1: like big sissy. She wants to pick up the markers
- 37:29Speaker 1: and pretend like she's drawing. Rue doesn't want her to
- 37:32Speaker 1: like kind of nudges around having a teacher. Hey sweetheart,
- 37:34Speaker 1: Like we're not pushing like Scotty. She just wants to
- 37:38Speaker 1: be like you. She wants to be She wants to
- 37:39Speaker 1: hang out with you. She wants to be like you.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Look at her. She wants to be like big sissy.
- 37:44Speaker 1: And we're just kind of sitting there. I can tell
- 37:45Speaker 1: she do I wont her. So I pick up Scotty
- 37:47Speaker 1: and bring her over. And so this easel, this easel,
- 37:50Speaker 1: you've been in my house? Have you guys been in
- 37:52Speaker 1: my house? So this easel's back in like the kitchen
- 37:55Speaker 1: or back in the dining room area. Okay, I'm picking
- 37:58Speaker 1: Scotty up from the dining room area and bring it
- 38:00Speaker 1: all the way over to the living room. She gets up,
- 38:03Speaker 1: she walks over to Rue, and I'm trying to distract her.
- 38:06Speaker 1: I'm trying to play flash cards with her. I'm trying
- 38:07Speaker 1: to play like, hey, let's dick in this box and
- 38:09Speaker 1: try to pull out the balls. Just put the balls
- 38:10Speaker 1: in the hole. She might do it for a couple
- 38:12Speaker 1: of things. But she gets up and she just starts
- 38:14Speaker 1: like she's like walking, She's like doing her little walk.
- 38:16Speaker 1: She's like ah, and she's like going over to Rue
- 38:20Speaker 1: and Roue from afart. You're like, Scotty, no, no, Scotty.
- 38:23Speaker 1: I'm behind Scotty laughing. But Scotty walks over again, and
- 38:27Speaker 1: Scotty walks over. No matter how many times to tell
- 38:29Speaker 1: her no, no, Tom, I how many times I pull her
- 38:31Speaker 1: back to looking and try to work with her, it
- 38:34Speaker 1: probably happened eighteen times. I'm not exaggerating. And to where
- 38:38Speaker 1: I just look at room. I'm like, Rue, I'm telling you,
- 38:40Speaker 1: can I please just bring your easel. I'll just move
- 38:42Speaker 1: it into mom and Dad's room. Yeah, and you can.
- 38:44Speaker 1: You can. You can have some privacy. You can draw
- 38:47Speaker 1: by yourself. Scotty won't bother you. I can shut the door.
- 38:50Speaker 1: After about the eighteen time it finally happened. But Scotty
- 38:53Speaker 1: is just up in mobile everywhere. She just wants to walk. Yeah,
- 38:56Speaker 1: she just wants to walk. You just gotta she But
- 39:02Speaker 1: she's vibing.
- 39:03Speaker 2: So my go ahead say were she looks like Charo
- 39:06Speaker 2: but is all willye see?
- 39:08Speaker 1: And really looks like you. But it's all mom, You're
- 39:11Speaker 1: spot on. You are spot on with that. And so
- 39:16Speaker 1: I would say, like a Sunday morning comes around, and
- 39:20Speaker 1: since we had kind of the rough night on Saturday,
- 39:23Speaker 1: probably slept to like eight thirty. That's badass. Yeah, I
- 39:29Speaker 1: got to sleep in, but Charro woke up and Charli
- 39:32Speaker 1: was operating with Rue. We did a sleepover on one
- 39:35Speaker 1: of the nights. It all kind of jels together. We
- 39:36Speaker 1: did a sleepover on one of the nights. All this stuff. Anyway,
- 39:39Speaker 1: Saturday Sunday morning, I'm up punning around. I'm about to
- 39:42Speaker 1: make breakfast because at the farmer's market, I got some steaks.
- 39:44Speaker 1: I want to do steak eggs. We got some sweet peppers.
- 39:46Speaker 1: I was gonna cut up some sweeteppers, kind of put
- 39:48Speaker 1: it with the steak and eggs. And she's like, we
- 39:49Speaker 1: got to be out of the house by ten, and
- 39:51Speaker 1: I'm like, be out of the house by ten. We're
- 39:53Speaker 1: talking about we were going on a hike with my dad,
- 39:55Speaker 1: and I'm thinking of myself. I thought you were going
- 39:59Speaker 1: on a hike with your dad, Like you were talking
- 40:01Speaker 1: about what am I gonna do for my next birthday?
- 40:03Speaker 1: And maybe we're going to hike with them or something
- 40:06Speaker 1: like that. I'm thinking I'm out of that equation. I'm like, yeah,
- 40:08Speaker 1: that'd be you, that'd be awesome. Glad you're think about
- 40:11Speaker 1: your dad. Glad you want to do something with your dad.
- 40:12Speaker 1: Dad seems fun. And once she's like, we're going to uh,
- 40:17Speaker 1: we're gonna go on a hike with my dad and
- 40:20Speaker 1: we got to be there at ten thirty. So I'm thinking,
- 40:22Speaker 1: all right, it's a thirty minute drive. We gotta be
- 40:23Speaker 1: out of the house at ten and we're going on
- 40:26Speaker 1: a hike. Like nothing. Nothing chaps my ass more than
- 40:32Speaker 1: spontaneous plans that I don't feel like i'm privy to.
- 40:36Speaker 1: And when I'm thinking, due, we're gonna have a nice
- 40:38Speaker 1: like lazy Sunday. We're gonna be hanging out and now
- 40:43Speaker 1: I got to get out of the house and go
- 40:44Speaker 1: on a hike. So my attitude before we got to
- 40:48Speaker 1: the hike, it's not like I had a bat or
- 40:49Speaker 1: I had a projecting attitude. I was more of just quiet,
- 40:53Speaker 1: like a couple of times, charl like we walked in
- 40:55Speaker 1: front of each other, like when we're passing a goat,
- 40:57Speaker 1: like in a room or something like that. She looks
- 40:58Speaker 1: at me next smiles or try to give me a kiss,
- 41:01Speaker 1: like I'm not smiling. I just kind of give her
- 41:03Speaker 1: the cheek if anything, because I want her to know, like,
- 41:05Speaker 1: you know, that's bullshit. Yeah yeah, like you know you
- 41:08Speaker 1: should have told me, like this should be in my head,
- 41:11Speaker 1: like this is too This came out of left field,
- 41:13Speaker 1: old Willie See, and it's a hike.
- 41:17Speaker 2: There's a lot entailed in a hike. Getting the kids
- 41:21Speaker 2: ready for a hike. Yeah, it's cold outside.
- 41:24Speaker 1: It was very cold. The Willie one shoff mentality was
- 41:27Speaker 1: coming in my brain. What what is it? I know
- 41:32Speaker 1: this might like diverge from the story. I want to
- 41:34Speaker 1: hear the rest of the story. The story was my
- 41:36Speaker 1: loss is my attitude that all I feel I feel
- 41:41Speaker 1: like those those will always be kind of my losses. Yeah,
- 41:44Speaker 1: my crack a Cold one was the hike because I
- 41:47Speaker 1: had an incredible time and I had to write a
- 41:49Speaker 1: caption about you know, we had some fun photos and
- 41:53Speaker 1: it was great memories. I'm smiling looking at it, and
- 41:55Speaker 1: I'm like, God, I'm mad that I enjoyed that hike
- 41:58Speaker 1: so much because it was my wife like getting us
- 42:02Speaker 1: out of the house. So my Cracker Cold one to
- 42:04Speaker 1: my wife is still my wife and getting us out
- 42:07Speaker 1: of the house and going on a family hike.
- 42:08Speaker 2: I think my cracker Cold one is the exact same mentality.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Here's your Liquid IV by the way, willye see?
- 42:15Speaker 2: Oh, because crack a Cold one, I'd tossed it as
- 42:18Speaker 2: soon as you looked away.
- 42:19Speaker 1: I'm so sorry you're going.
- 42:22Speaker 2: My crack a Cold one, brought to us by Liquid
- 42:24Speaker 2: IV guys, is more hydrating than just sixteen ounces of
- 42:28Speaker 2: water alone. You get a packet of Liquid IV you
- 42:31Speaker 2: pour into your water bottle. You can also use code Bustin'
- 42:38Speaker 2: at liquidiv dot com for twenty percent off your first purchase.
- 42:44Speaker 2: We are using this stuff around the shop so much
- 42:46Speaker 2: that we honestly need to reach back out the Liquid
- 42:49Speaker 2: IV and be like, hey, can we we really do use.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Up a lot of Liquid IV and the cotton candy
- 42:55Speaker 1: is by far my favorite.
- 42:58Speaker 2: There are sponsors where like you can't use their product
- 43:02Speaker 2: on the day to day. This is one where I
- 43:05Speaker 2: not only myself or will, but I see everybody in
- 43:08Speaker 2: the office every single day somebody's using a Liquid IV.
- 43:12Speaker 1: Yeah, tastes good, feel good three times the electrolytes, it's great.
- 43:16Speaker 2: But that's my Cracker Cold one. My Cracker Cold one
- 43:19Speaker 2: goes through the exact same thing.
- 43:20Speaker 1: I know.
- 43:20Speaker 2: We already talked about the Stars game, and we talked
- 43:22Speaker 2: about this in the intro as well, but like, I
- 43:25Speaker 2: don't know.
- 43:27Speaker 1: What that feeling is that like pissed.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Off to the spontaneity of like the moment like when
- 43:35Speaker 2: Taro kind of breaks the news that you're going to
- 43:41Speaker 2: be going on a hike that morning and you're pissed,
- 43:44Speaker 2: or like me going into the Stars game, like not
- 43:47Speaker 2: wanting to go to the Stars game when I woke
- 43:49Speaker 2: up that morning, like not being excited for it even
- 43:53Speaker 2: though it was in my plans.
- 43:55Speaker 1: Yeah, And like you're trying to say, you're trying to
- 43:57Speaker 1: figure out like to the core of what that is. Wait,
- 44:00Speaker 1: is that now working through it?
- 44:02Speaker 2: That is my crack of cold one like going to
- 44:04Speaker 2: the Stars game and then you're leaving the Stars game.
- 44:08Speaker 2: You're walking out and you're like, I had so much fun.
- 44:12Speaker 2: My kid had so much fun. Coop and his girlfriend
- 44:14Speaker 2: had so much fun. You're talking about how much you
- 44:17Speaker 2: love the high you hated, how much you loved the hike,
- 44:19Speaker 2: cause you're like that was awesome.
- 44:21Speaker 1: I'm walking out there and it was it was a frigid,
- 44:24Speaker 1: but it's like I'm walking out there and as I'm
- 44:25Speaker 1: walking and trying to Like, Lola had this challenge for Rue, like, hey,
- 44:29Speaker 1: she had a bag because she thought it could be
- 44:31Speaker 1: like Rue hike and we had to go up a mountain.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Roo wants to be carried a lot, but just to
- 44:34Speaker 1: keep her engage and keep her going, she brought a bag.
- 44:38Speaker 1: And this is a here we go. This is a
- 44:39Speaker 1: dad hack. Yeah, yeah, survival kid, dad hack, whatever you
- 44:42Speaker 1: want to call it. But she brought a bag along
- 44:44Speaker 1: and said, hey, we're gonna find as many colorful leaves
- 44:46Speaker 1: as we can and then we give home. We'll do
- 44:48Speaker 1: arts and crafts and kind of put it together like
- 44:50Speaker 1: on a on a what's the paper called construction for
- 44:54Speaker 1: construction paper, put some glued to some construction paper, like
- 44:58Speaker 1: just have like an activity or have a chat as
- 45:00Speaker 1: you do to keep her engage. So as I'm walking
- 45:02Speaker 1: and finding leaves with her because I got bought in,
- 45:03Speaker 1: we're skipping rocks in the water, We're throwing rocks at
- 45:06Speaker 1: the waterfall, We're looking at leaves like as I'm doing it,
- 45:09Speaker 1: and I'm like, I'm having a quality time. Yeah. Do
- 45:13Speaker 1: you think it's that feeling of like it was a Sunday, right, Yeah,
- 45:17Speaker 1: it was a Sunday.
- 45:18Speaker 3: So you're thinking before as you're going to bed Saturday night. Naturally,
- 45:23Speaker 3: although we know the hike will be fun and stuff,
- 45:25Speaker 3: you're thinking, man, it's gonna be football is gonna be
- 45:28Speaker 3: on Sunday. Maybe you know a little bit of R
- 45:32Speaker 3: and R, and then it's the hike and you're like, okay,
- 45:35Speaker 3: you know what the hike in tails with kids. And
- 45:38Speaker 3: then that initial thought, because I think every man has
- 45:41Speaker 3: this on a Sunday or Saturday, you're like when you
- 45:44Speaker 3: get pulled out of the house or maybe even you
- 45:46Speaker 3: know for all our people out there when worked all week,
- 45:50Speaker 3: you're like, man, that's that's my time. Maybe you're having
- 45:53Speaker 3: this idea of it and then it's a sudden change
- 45:55Speaker 3: to That's.
- 45:56Speaker 1: That's exactly what it is.
- 45:58Speaker 3: It's not the activity itself, because that's not like you know, clearly,
- 46:02Speaker 3: it all sounded like a hell of a time, But
- 46:04Speaker 3: it's that that change of like you had this expectation
- 46:07Speaker 3: for the day and then now you're having to pivot.
- 46:09Speaker 1: I feel like that's the heart.
- 46:11Speaker 3: That's that in what Sherm you're talking about, that initial
- 46:13Speaker 3: like you were kind of like that initial thoughts, like, ah,
- 46:16Speaker 3: because it'd be so easy to sit on the couch
- 46:20Speaker 3: and watch football.
- 46:21Speaker 1: Yeah, it'd be so easy too to just watch Scott
- 46:24Speaker 1: Scarlet at the house. Because Sherm knew they had the
- 46:28Speaker 1: hockey game plan. We had it planned. I didn't hear,
- 46:32Speaker 1: like I didn't know, like I heard Cheryl talking about
- 46:34Speaker 1: potentially going on a hike, but I didn't know it
- 46:37Speaker 1: was happening on Sunday, like Sunday morning, like when I
- 46:40Speaker 1: woke up, and so yes, it kind of caught. It's
- 46:44Speaker 1: like you go through the entire week. We were talking
- 46:46Speaker 1: about my state of mind when you came in here,
- 46:49Speaker 1: was that Thursday or Friday when I was sitting on
- 46:51Speaker 1: the lane online. Oh yeah, that might even been Wednesday
- 46:54Speaker 1: where I was feeling exhausted. It was before you went
- 46:57Speaker 1: to ESPN. Yeah, but you go through you know, you
- 47:00Speaker 1: go through this entire week. I mean you think of
- 47:03Speaker 1: bust and like, what was yesterday nine thirty in the
- 47:05Speaker 1: morning to three thirty in the afternoon. Then we have
- 47:08Speaker 1: four the deads this morning. That's a couple hours. We'll
- 47:11Speaker 1: be doing k Adams. That'll be about thirty minutes. We're
- 47:13Speaker 1: gonna do the locker Room. That's a couple hours. We're
- 47:15Speaker 1: going to do ESPN. That's a couple of hours you're doing.
- 47:17Speaker 1: Then you're gonna sit on the stream, Like that's twelve
- 47:19Speaker 1: to fifteen hours of being in front of a camera
- 47:22Speaker 1: to whe when Then when you get to Friday, it's
- 47:24Speaker 1: we have this Gellette November thing, which is an incredible
- 47:27Speaker 1: cause and we wanted to do it, and then the
- 47:30Speaker 1: day is coming up and it's kind of like, damn,
- 47:32Speaker 1: why are we Why do we commit to this because
- 47:34Speaker 1: that's a Friday now where it's usually pizza Friday, and
- 47:36Speaker 1: you're just relaxing because you got through the entire week. Yeah,
- 47:40Speaker 1: so now I'm getting out of the house and going
- 47:42Speaker 1: to do this Gillette thing that I was like I'm
- 47:44Speaker 1: excited to do because of the cause, but I'm not
- 47:46Speaker 1: excited to do like personally and selfishly. Then Saturday, it's
- 47:51Speaker 1: like Joe's like, what do we want to do today?
- 47:53Speaker 1: And it's like, yo, let's we decide we're gonna hit coffee,
- 47:55Speaker 1: We're gonna hit the farmer's market, like we're gonna have
- 47:57Speaker 1: a day. Then we do it date night where we
- 47:58Speaker 1: get dinner, we get a movie. Come back, You're just
- 48:01Speaker 1: kind of exhausted, and then you're Scotty's having a tough
- 48:04Speaker 1: time that night. Then when Sunday comes and she hits
- 48:06Speaker 1: me with you know, we're going on hike comps, just thinking,
- 48:08Speaker 1: come on, bro, can't we just sit around and be lazy?
- 48:12Speaker 1: But again, happy we did it. That's also my crack.
- 48:14Speaker 2: A cold one's life is starting to feel like this
- 48:19Speaker 2: revolving door somewhat to me, you know, and not in
- 48:24Speaker 2: a bad way at all, but like I need to
- 48:28Speaker 2: embrace just to grind.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I need to start to embrace it more.
- 48:33Speaker 2: I know, we like jokingly say good on this podcast,
- 48:38Speaker 2: which I can say that to like stepping in dog
- 48:40Speaker 2: poop and stuff like that's funny, you know, but like
- 48:43Speaker 2: truly those moments of like why the hell am I
- 48:46Speaker 2: sitting there on a Saturday that morning, being like there's
- 48:50Speaker 2: literally nothing that I want to do less than go
- 48:52Speaker 2: to the Stars game, Like why do I feel like that?
- 48:55Speaker 2: That just kind of bumps me out. I'm trying to
- 48:57Speaker 2: like challenge myself to be like I.
- 48:59Speaker 1: Gotta roll with the punches. Yeah, yeah, I gotta roll
- 49:02Speaker 1: with the punch. I gotta go live life.
- 49:04Speaker 5: Something that I know I've said to you and I
- 49:06Speaker 5: probably said on the show, and it's something I have
- 49:08Speaker 5: to like say in my head so many times, but
- 49:10Speaker 5: like and it is, it's such like a mental thing
- 49:12Speaker 5: more but you have you don't have to you get
- 49:13Speaker 5: to like, yeah, I'm always like, oh dude, I have
- 49:16Speaker 5: to do all this stuff. When I get home, it's
- 49:18Speaker 5: like no, no, no, Like I live in a house that
- 49:20Speaker 5: I really love with a woman that I really love,
- 49:22Speaker 5: and I get to do all these things and I
- 49:24Speaker 5: have to say it so many times.
- 49:26Speaker 1: That I get out of this like oh we got
- 49:27Speaker 1: to we have to.
- 49:28Speaker 5: Go on this hike. It sucks, but yeah we get
- 49:30Speaker 5: to go on this hike. And like how cool is
- 49:32Speaker 5: it that she's that close to her grandparents? Ruined Scott.
- 49:35Speaker 1: That shift of mentality is huge. So that's yes, and
- 49:42Speaker 1: nail on the head.
- 49:44Speaker 2: That's where I need to be. That's truly where I
- 49:46Speaker 2: need to be. I'm being dead serious, dude, because.
- 49:50Speaker 1: This family right here, this community, this family vibes right now.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Because I have been thinking that way a lot, dude,
- 49:59Speaker 2: and like going into like going into the Monday this week,
- 50:03Speaker 2: there is no reason why I should have been worried
- 50:06Speaker 2: going into this Monday. But I'm just racking my brain
- 50:09Speaker 2: and racking my brain of like, oh, what could go wrong?
- 50:12Speaker 2: And what did I not do enough of and what
- 50:14Speaker 2: could not be prepared?
- 50:15Speaker 1: Constantly feel like you're behind the eight ball and I'm not.
- 50:19Speaker 2: It's okay, Like I'm going to show up on Monday
- 50:22Speaker 2: and like everything's gonna be fine. And what what happened
- 50:25Speaker 2: on Monday? I mean, do we hit any snags? Not
- 50:29Speaker 2: to my knowledge, I.
- 50:30Speaker 1: Mean I can't remember. Again, it's it, it all goes so
- 50:33Speaker 1: he had almost so it's all so fleeting fast.
- 50:35Speaker 2: And even if we did hit snags, he literally doesn't remember.
- 50:39Speaker 2: Like my boss's I'm sitting there like taking tabs.
- 50:42Speaker 1: On Sherman of yeah, yeah, I think what day I'm
- 50:48Speaker 1: thinking of my aid. How can we get the spots
- 50:50Speaker 1: where we're not we don't have like three or four
- 50:51Speaker 1: interviews and the intros do everything. Yeah, because I mean
- 50:57Speaker 1: yesterday we were on the bus for six hours.
- 51:00Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a long day.
- 51:03Speaker 3: More months of football and then it all well, I
- 51:05Speaker 3: mean really two more hard months college football ends back
- 51:09Speaker 3: in the NFL. But I can tell, like when you
- 51:11Speaker 3: guys started her like wait till football season. It's a
- 51:13Speaker 3: grind and I'm we're kind of outside looking in because
- 51:16Speaker 3: I try yesterday, I try to help. I'm gonna try
- 51:18Speaker 3: to help more with busting now with the way our
- 51:20Speaker 3: schedule is. But it's like we do for the dad's content.
- 51:24Speaker 3: And honestly, this is kind of like because football takes
- 51:26Speaker 3: present it here and this is a football facility, I
- 51:31Speaker 3: get to see how hard it is for Will and Taylor,
- 51:34Speaker 3: like for anyone, Like I think anyone here would be
- 51:36Speaker 3: like we're so blessed all around that this is what
- 51:39Speaker 3: we get to do for work. Yeah, but Will and
- 51:40Speaker 3: Taylor like it's hard for and I'm not trying to glacier,
- 51:45Speaker 3: but it's it's a hard job to just be on.
- 51:48Speaker 3: And you can tell, like you got to be you know,
- 51:50Speaker 3: it's not you just don't show up and go through
- 51:52Speaker 3: the motions, whereas I think some people for work, you know,
- 51:55Speaker 3: you can have a down day.
- 51:56Speaker 1: There's certain days where you gotta be good to go.
- 51:58Speaker 1: Like they're like you can get away with whatever attitude
- 52:01Speaker 1: you were kind of wanting to selfishly have, but still
- 52:03Speaker 1: grind out what your work is. That is true, dude.
- 52:05Speaker 2: When I was working at that call center, it wasn't
- 52:08Speaker 2: a call center, but when I had that cubicle job
- 52:10Speaker 2: where I was just basically answering phone calls, if I
- 52:14Speaker 2: was having the week from hell, nobody would know about
- 52:16Speaker 2: it because I'm in my cubicle and I can just
- 52:19Speaker 2: kind of like chill, relax.
- 52:21Speaker 1: You know.
- 52:22Speaker 2: Maybe I don't take sixty calls that day like I
- 52:25Speaker 2: usually do.
- 52:26Speaker 1: Maybe I just take twenty.
- 52:27Speaker 2: I'm just kind of kicking it that week, and I'm
- 52:30Speaker 2: not going to hear about it from my manager, not
- 52:32Speaker 2: that we would ever, like hey, d da du that's
- 52:36Speaker 2: not how it feels around here.
- 52:37Speaker 1: But with the cameras on, you like, do kind of
- 52:39Speaker 1: have to be on?
- 52:40Speaker 3: Yeah, even production like today's day where I can't because
- 52:44Speaker 3: this is going out tomorrow, Like I can't have a
- 52:46Speaker 3: bad day. Yeah there, you know, like we're all around
- 52:48Speaker 3: like Mitch runs the pod, can't have a bad Monday
- 52:51Speaker 3: or something.
- 52:51Speaker 1: There.
- 52:51Speaker 3: It's like even if you are just who cares you
- 52:54Speaker 3: gotta be ready to go. Yeah, so good dad talk
- 52:57Speaker 3: right here, good dad talk. We just boways be boys,
- 53:00Speaker 3: just leaning on each other. We get Hey, it's a
- 53:03Speaker 3: little exhausting right now. We get to we get to
- 53:08Speaker 3: we get to do it.
- 53:09Speaker 1: We get too. Shout out there.
- 53:15Speaker 2: That was really nice, very nice. What you just heard
- 53:19Speaker 2: there was the opening of the Ollipop SpongeBob collaboration. Guys,
- 53:25Speaker 2: this is the Pineapple Paradise, brought to you by Alli
- 53:30Speaker 2: popa Team six, also known as Ollipop. This flavor specifically
- 53:36Speaker 2: I'm a huge fan of. However, grape is Will's favorite flavor.
- 53:43Speaker 2: That does not take away from how good this flavor is.
- 53:46Speaker 2: The SpongeBob collaboration is really really good. If you like
- 53:50Speaker 2: something fruity that feels clean when you're drinking, it feels light,
- 53:56Speaker 2: but it's also like a sweet treat. I feel like
- 54:00Speaker 2: that describes almost every single Lollipop flavor. But the one
- 54:03Speaker 2: that I like, or the part that I like most
- 54:05Speaker 2: about this one is that it does feel very light
- 54:08Speaker 2: and crisp and just like guilt Free, I don't know,
- 54:17Speaker 2: I digress. Ollipop has a collaboration with SpongeBob. The Pineapple
- 54:24Speaker 2: Paradise is a juicy pineapple with a splash of Mandarin
- 54:29Speaker 2: pure liquid joy, just like SpongeBob himself. They have five
- 54:34Speaker 2: limited edition SpongeBob can designs hidden in each four pack.
- 54:39Speaker 2: Each pack is a little treasure hunt and you never
- 54:43Speaker 2: know which one you're gonna get. Collect them all and
- 54:45Speaker 2: unlock sweet rewards at drink lollipop dot com Forward slash SpongeBob.
- 54:54Speaker 2: We talked about before the love for Lollipop Will Compton
- 55:00Speaker 2: and he is wanting to play video games with his boys.
- 55:04Speaker 1: There's one thing that.
- 55:04Speaker 2: He always does. He does his gas station run. He
- 55:07Speaker 2: does his store run for snacks and drinks, and every
- 55:10Speaker 2: single time he's getting Lollipop Grape Classic Grape. I love
- 55:17Speaker 2: the Lollipop Vintage Cola. You also have heard that my
- 55:22Speaker 2: wife loves the banana cream.
- 55:27Speaker 1: With some creamer in there. I'll leave the.
- 55:30Speaker 2: Name of the creamer company out, but she throws a
- 55:33Speaker 2: little creamer into the banana cream, flavor mixes it up,
- 55:38Speaker 2: gets it real nice and cold. With some ice in there,
- 55:41Speaker 2: and that thing truly is like a milkshake. Do not
- 55:44Speaker 2: heavy whipping cream in your banana cream lollipops. Guys, get
- 55:50Speaker 2: two dollars off a four pack of lollipop at drinkollipop
- 55:54Speaker 2: dot com.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Forward slash Bustin.
- 55:58Speaker 2: Works on any flavor of four, including the SpongeBob pack,
- 56:03Speaker 2: and you can get that any retailer as well. Lollipop
- 56:06Speaker 2: is sold online drinkollipop dot com. Plus it's on Amazon
- 56:11Speaker 2: and available in almost fifty thousand retailers nationwide, including Costco, Walmart, Target, Publics,
- 56:18Speaker 2: Whole Foods, Kroger, and HGB. Guys, go drink some lollipop.
- 56:24Speaker 2: It really is. It's becoming the ship. Well, it's becoming
- 56:28Speaker 2: the shop's favorite. It is the shop's favorite at this point.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Ollipop.
- 56:33Speaker 2: Also, if you're listening, to please send us some more lollipop,
- 56:36Speaker 2: because we are desperately trying to keep these cans around
- 56:40Speaker 2: for these ad reads to have on camera because everybody
- 56:43Speaker 2: at the shop is control all deleting these lollipops. And hey,
- 56:48Speaker 2: something I'm curious, well, please I want to hear from Okay, good.
- 56:53Speaker 1: Something I'm curious about. Yes, because Scarlett is I keep
- 56:57Speaker 1: almost calling her Scottie Scarlett is four months. Four months,
- 57:01Speaker 1: So Jilly Bean's back at work. She's back at work, dude,
- 57:04Speaker 1: how is how is Jillie being doing? How's mom getting
- 57:07Speaker 1: back to work? I know, like Charos, she was like
- 57:09Speaker 1: itching to get back to work because again during postpartum,
- 57:12Speaker 1: and you know, for men, I don't know how everybody's
- 57:16Speaker 1: paternity to leave is. Obviously yours is different than the
- 57:18Speaker 1: majority of America is when you have small business. And
- 57:21Speaker 1: I know when we had Scotty was in the middle
- 57:25Speaker 1: of football season. When we had Rube, that was in April,
- 57:27Speaker 1: so it was a little bit more of a lax time.
- 57:29Speaker 1: But I was pretty much right back in the saddle
- 57:32Speaker 1: with work, and it's very much you kind of feel
- 57:35Speaker 1: like a guilt doing that. Yeah, the dad, because mom's
- 57:39Speaker 1: got to be lockstep with the baby, with the newborn
- 57:44Speaker 1: for you know, at least what is it eight weeks,
- 57:46Speaker 1: twelve weeks, yeah, or maternity to leave. I don't know
- 57:49Speaker 1: who everybody has something different, yeah, yeah, but I know
- 57:51Speaker 1: it's always like draining because women like feel like they
- 57:54Speaker 1: lose who they are. Like one of Charles's biggest fears
- 57:57Speaker 1: was like losing her identity or not like losing her identity,
- 58:00Speaker 1: but her identity being fully wrapped into motherhood. Anytime anybody
- 58:05Speaker 1: would talk to her, she's almost like she didn't resent
- 58:08Speaker 1: it or she didn't like push away from it, but
- 58:11Speaker 1: like something internal like hated that. Now it's just everything motherhood.
- 58:14Speaker 1: It's not like check on how's everything going, how's work,
- 58:16Speaker 1: or how's this. They feel like they lose part of themselves.
- 58:19Speaker 1: So I know when they get their body moving again,
- 58:21Speaker 1: they can work out again, they can go back to work.
- 58:23Speaker 1: It's almost like life gets to be like breathed back
- 58:27Speaker 1: into them a little bit. Yes, that's exactly.
- 58:30Speaker 2: Charro's journey sounds very much like Jill's. To the tea
- 58:34Speaker 2: al mess of just Jill was itching to get back.
- 58:37Speaker 2: Here's a little bit of anxiety that comes with it,
- 58:39Speaker 2: I'm for.
- 58:40Speaker 1: Sure because now it's like your first time away from
- 58:42Speaker 1: the kid too. That was hard for Jill.
- 58:46Speaker 2: That was really hard for Jill that first day of
- 58:50Speaker 2: uh not being with Scarlet. A lot of face timing
- 58:54Speaker 2: during her lunch breaks. Yeah, a lot of face time,
- 58:56Speaker 2: which I've loved, the.
- 58:58Speaker 1: Amount of photos that would have to come of the phone.
- 59:01Speaker 1: The expectation for like dude, I want photos. My wife
- 59:04Speaker 1: would be like, I want photos all day because the
- 59:06Speaker 1: for like when you're away from the kid, it's like
- 59:08Speaker 1: you're excited to go back, and then you're like, I
- 59:10Speaker 1: kind of feel bad that I'm going back because I
- 59:12Speaker 1: don't want to leave the kiddo.
- 59:14Speaker 2: Yes, I did so many photos going back and forth.
- 59:18Speaker 2: Uh to Jill, and I would say the only negative
- 59:23Speaker 2: is she's in pediatric nursing and so the kid said,
- 59:27Speaker 2: she's singing on her floor. It's hitting a bit harder
- 59:30Speaker 2: emotionally for her because now she has scarlet and just
- 59:35Speaker 2: like imagine it, because she sees some car rag you know,
- 59:40Speaker 2: bad situation, bad situations, and she's now like attributing that
- 59:45Speaker 2: to oh my gosh, what if that was scarlet? And
- 59:48Speaker 2: so that kind of stuff's been hitting her really hard lately.
- 59:51Speaker 2: I would say that's her main struggle is just like
- 59:54Speaker 2: if anything happened to my sweet girl scarlet, like, oh
- 59:57Speaker 2: my gosh. But she's loving being back. She has a
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: very supportive team. Shout out to all the nurses on
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: her floor. I've gotten to meet a lot of them,
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: and they just have a really tight unit.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: They have a fun unit. Jill's been on some other floors.
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: Where like everything doesn't click and said, this is other hospitals,
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: but she's met on other floors where they don't mesh.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: I'm talking about all the girls don't mash on this floor,
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: like they are all buddy buddy and they just are
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: how can they help Jill? They want to hear about
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: the kid. You know, it's cool, like she's really enjoying
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: being back, but she's missing Scarlet. But I think her
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: going back to has presented an opportunity for me to
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: excel as a dad with the daycare drop offs and pickups.
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: She is very like she did say, not that she
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: was proud of me, but she was like, you've been
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: you know, super dad lately with the drop offs and
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: the pickups, which it's not all that hard, but it
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: has been fun to like be able to show her like, hey,
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: you can go work and I can make sure that
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: Scarlett is getting to the daycare, that she's getting picked.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Up on time.
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: And so it's been a really good it's been a
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: really good experience.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Yeah, there's always there's always like blind spots that as
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: as dads, we don't quite pick up on until it's like, hey,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: you've been super dead or hey, I could really use
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: some help X, Y and Z, And you're not like
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: realizing that there is help to be given. Yes, I do.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: I like with a with a Charro, you realize that
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: the mom just takes on pretty much everything. Now, I'm
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: not saying that dads don't do their best, aren't intentional,
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: Like I feel like I'm intentional. I feel like I'm
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: I'm I'm doing my best to figure out work I
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: can help, how we can be a good team. We
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: have a very good like partnership. But you just realize,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: like when they're working and they're on like a tough
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: work schedule, like I can assume with Jill and being
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: a nurse Charlie with being a business owner, it's just
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: like their mind is constantly thinking about everything at all times,
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: Like I'm that way with busting. It's like I feel
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: like I'm just I feel like I'm just busting with
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: the boys and dad. Whereas we got to carve out
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: those times where I could be husband, where I could
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: be boyfriend, where we do date nights or staycations, and
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: we both got to be intentional. And Charo feels like
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: she's business owner. Bar three in mom but with us
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: the whole dad and mom thing, like if there were
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: to be a scoreboard, there is no scoreboard. But when
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: you do score gentlemen, you do have to let them
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: know the details that they have to think about surrounding
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: the kids at all times, compared to what I feel
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: like we think about as Dad's like, we think about
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: a lot of stuff, but as far as like the
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: details in having the list of everything if if a
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: new person comes over our babysitter, or they're gonna need
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: this food or that bottle, or has the grocery store
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: or what are we gonna have? What are we doing
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: for dinner at all times? Like at all times every meal,
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: everything down to a tee? Are we getting childcare for this? Okay,
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: that's awesome if we want to go on a date,
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: but you know, when we go on a date, will
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: I'm the one who has to do the childcare? And
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: then I'm thinking like an aha thing like okay, I
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: got to figure out how I get the numbers of
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: these people. So that way, it's like even though I'm saying, hey,
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: I want to spend time with you, and you know,
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: let's go date night Saturday, set up a date night
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: it's like, all right, I'm having to do to put
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: together the entire date night with coordinating childcare, coordinating these people,
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: schedules of nanny, schedule of everybody. Yeah, and so it's
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: like you just you learn over time as I have
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: learned over time as husband as dad. When I am like, okay,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: well let's go do this. Yeah, you realize I have
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: to be the one that puts this together. She's like,
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: it doesn't just happen. I'm like, all right, all right,
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: how can I you know? And then it's like, well,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: it'd be great if you just we're knowing it. I'm like, okay, yeah,
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: you are right, Like, let me at least give me
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: step one here, shoot me the numbers too, where I
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: can talk to the people. But all to say, it's like, yeah,
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: what women have to deal with, what women go through
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: stress level wise? Yeah, I had all times with work,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: with career and being a mom. Hats all have hats off.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: We love Milk Team six. We love Milk Team six.
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: And I had a moment of weakness over the weekend
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: where I was just like I was feeling all the
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: stress of everything and I.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: Was letting Jill.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: Now, I was like, you know, I feel like I
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: do all these things right, and then I get like
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: nitpicked for the little things and body and it's like
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: you're telling her that yes, And I was like, get
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: the bottle cap and make sure you have the extra
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: towel thing, and you got to put the water in
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: first before the bottle, before you put the formula, and
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: you have to make sure that the cap and all
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: this stuff is in there. I'm like listening all those
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: things that like I get nippicked on to Jill. And
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: she was like, and but what about now you know
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: how to do it. She was like, that's why I'm
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: hard on you, because you can do it now. I'm
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: teaching you, like I'm not just trying to like I'm
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: not just trying to nippick you to nitpick you, like
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: I'm telling you the things that you need to know
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: in order to be a good dad. And I kind
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: of like she did a full like reversal on men.
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: She sabing you.
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: She did, and I was sitting there, I was like,
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: I was like, damn, yeah, she really has been like
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: I am good at this because of Jill in her
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: coaching and all those little things. I'm thinking, I'm so
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: stressed trying to remember all these things.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: You know, does she to your point? And it's fast
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: her all day, every day, And it's fascinating just how
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: on top of it they are where there was no
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: playbook for them before it happened. Yeah, but right, they like,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: you know, they weirdly like teach you and challenge you
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: at the same time. Yeah, shout out the moms.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: Shut up the moms, dude, char I love you, Jill,
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: Love you, Jill. I love you, charl I love you, dude.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: Shout out teamwork and parenting too. We will get to
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: the phone call shout out to teamwork and parenting. I
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: wanted to. That's another crack of cole when it's just
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: good teamwork in parenting, whether you're setting each other up
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: for success, like say you're all nighttime duty and then
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: you're kind of setting up the feed or the next
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: feed for your partner or just in the mornings. I
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: know in our household, it's like charl will get like
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: rude dressing ready, Like that's that to me. It's like
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: I get two out of my depths of what exactly
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: Ruth's gonna want to wear, because rue can be particular
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: and I can give her options and everything else. But
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: then when I get her dressed, she always wants like
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: a certain hairstyle. And that's like I can do a ponytail.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: And if I can't do a ponytail, we're gonna get
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: you a headband. Yeah, because my bag's not that deep.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: I can't do the braids. Like this morning, she comes
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: down and she's got a ponytail, but in like not
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: in the ponytail. The ponytail was just normal, normal look
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: at ponytail. But before the ponytail, she had two braids
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: going to the ponytail. I'm like, I can't do that, bro.
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: So the way we operate for our teamwork success is
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: I'll be getting the lunch ready, I'll be making breakfast.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: I'll be getting wifey's breakfast, going setting up you know,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: if we're gonna Scotty's gonna eventually eat, like getting her rolling.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: So just shout out to teamwork and just picking up
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: slack for each other, picking up slack for your partner.
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: There are times where I feel like Charo does something
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: big time for me where I just feel like a
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: stress is off, Like she'll know when we go out
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: and fly to ESPN on Wednesday she like, hey, do
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: you want to go? We want to go out to eat,
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: and part of me is like, bro, I don't want
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: to because then I miss We'll get home and I
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: don't actually get to do bedtime, and I know that's
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: going to eventually, Hey, I've done all these bedtimes and
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: then that kind of falls back on me. So if
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: I'm trying to strategize and play chess here, I would
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: rather do bedtime so that way I don't have that
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: guilt weighing on me at some point when you got
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: to do two or three bedtimes in a row. But
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: then when she has like the Cooper Coock mentality of
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: ahead of time, how I've kind of expressed that and
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: it's like, dude, I'll rip the I'll rip the bedtimes.
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: Like here's the conversation I've had with myself about it
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: to where it's made me feel alleviated stress. So shout
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: out partners like picking up slack for each other. Shout
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: out teamwork and parenting.
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: Shout out teamwork and parenting. There there is no better
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: feeling than falling short or feeling like you're going to
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: fall short and somebody swooping in and being like, hey,
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: even if you do fall short, I'll pick up the
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: slack for you.
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: We're a team like that.
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: There's no better message, there's no better message. Or hey,
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: it looks like you have a lot of stuff on
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: your plate. What's one thing I can take off? What's
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: one thing I can do the feeling of waking up
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: and taking Scarlet to daycare? And there's all these little
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: minute things that I have to do to get Scarlet
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: ready for daycare. And every single morning when I come in,
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: I see her little outfits already laid out, and I
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: see that the bottles are already made and they're in
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: the refrigerator in her.
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: Little set up her success.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: And her backpack is hanging right there by the door
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: with the extra blanky, the extra outfit.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, Jill, I love you. Thank you for
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: doing that.
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: Because she does that on nights where she's about to
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: go into work the next day. You know, she could
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: be like, Hey, I want to go to bed and
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: I'm sleepy, I'm tired, and yeah, she's doing that extra
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: step on those nights of how can I said sherman
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: up for success?
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: And overall we don't realize it, but we're also modeling
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: this teamwork in front of the kids. Yeah, you're also
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: modeling this teamwork in front of Scarlet, front of Scottie
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: and Rue. They see mom and dad working together. Well,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: give our being affectionate in front of them. Where we
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: got the family, you know, Charling, I'll sit there and
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: do our like eight second hug and I'll give her
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: a kiss and a Roo runs over and she's like, Oh,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: it's it's group hug time. It's group hug. But just
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: like modeling, all this teamwork is like a very good
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: thing for the little ones. Yeah, let's get into some
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: six and one. The Dad's the hotline hot line do
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: you want to be featured on the show? Calling to
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: the voicemail six and one The Dad's leave a voicemail
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: can be about anything, will feature you on the show.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: We also have a couple of emails we will go
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: through and if you are international or you just feel
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: like you'd be more comfortable writing to us and using
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: your voice, that would be six to one. The Dad's
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: at gmail dot com.
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: First call in this one is titled Ali Papa Team Sick,
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: Oh Ali popa.
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: Shout out, Ollipop boys, What up? It's Adam from Florida here.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: Holy shit? I not. I'm just I should you not.
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: I tried the ollipop grape, uh, just to try it
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: because you guys talked about it.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: It's fucking good. Yeah, I'm not even kidding you. I
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: got the little boy here right now.
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: He doesn't know words yet, so guys, I gotta watch
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: the swearing.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: But holy fuck, this is good. Mom's on a little
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: late duty nursing out there.
- 1:10:51Speaker 4: We're hanging out little olli pop classic grape. Holy shit,
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: rely one shelf.
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: You're not fucking around.
- 1:10:58Speaker 4: You know what's talking about? But I just wanted to
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: get that. I guess it's not a free shoutout. This
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: is a sponsor baby, Jeff. That's bad for Derek. Miss
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: you boys, even though I never met you.
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: I don't know what to say.
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: This ollipop great life changing. Hell yeah, boys, PT six out,
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: keep it rolling.
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: That was an awful sign out. That's all time. Hang
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: the banner a banner.
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: I want Adam in the shop immediately, immediately.
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: Papa Team six oh in ollipop.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: That's hey, we get the dad ollipop going. That's that's
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: it right there. That is the well what do we
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: what do we want to call it?
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: Do we want to call it Papa Drink six.
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: I think the only teams she said is Papa and
- 1:11:51Speaker 5: then Ollipopa team six, So we've done both of them.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: I'm cool with Alli Papa team six. That's a great one. God,
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: we gotta make it happen. That right there. His name Adam, Adam,
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: thank you for bringing the vibes. Well, we just did
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: an entire pot number one. Happy birthday again to scott Zilla.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: But we just did a nice vent session with the
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: boys kind of bitching and complaining a little bit with
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: each other, which just you kind of need that in
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: camaraderie community because no matter what, we're gonna embrace the suck,
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: but sometimes it's good to just talk about the suck. Yeah,
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: with each other. Then we're sitting here, we just we
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: spinning around. Sweetheart, drop them, let us tell you how
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: how much we love you. We're just hyping up all
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: the moms. We go into this weird phase of complaining,
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: shout out the moms and then just to get a vibe,
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: a vibe check like Adam, that was deal. Hey, by
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: the way, it didn't click in my head to where
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: the mom's saying drop them. I was thinking of the
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: shirm part where I'm like, let me give you a compliment.
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: But then it's like, okay, that's a different, different visual.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: I'm so sorry, what a different visual of what? Nothing? Okay,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: this is this is me and my own mook. You
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: were thinking out loud. Yeah, yeah, I'm thinking I'm doing
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: the joke mom, like, Mom, drop them, like you know,
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: sure them earlier on the compliment, drop them, let me
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: give you a compliment. Oh god. Then I say that, yeah, mom,
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: dropping them. When I said that, I kind of was
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: like studying a little bit more like, oh, that's a
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: different yeah, don't drop your packs. Good, Oh my gosh.
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: Then you guys were really responding. I'm like, okay, maybe
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: this is just me fighting my own fight mentally right now.
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: Thank you, Adam, Thank you, Polly, Poppa Team six, thank
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: you Adam. Uh one more or we can move to emails.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: One more. Let's we can't. Yeah, we got it. We
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: need another one. Here's a guys trip question.
- 1:13:39Speaker 6: Fellas a long time listener, first time caller. I I
- 1:13:44Speaker 6: love your guys to show you guys do an awesome job.
- 1:13:46Speaker 6: I really appreciate it. I'm assumed to be expecting father
- 1:13:51Speaker 6: my wife's twenty four weeks pregnant, so I got a
- 1:13:54Speaker 6: little bit more time, but recently calling todays, I really
- 1:13:57Speaker 6: wanted to ask your opinion on this specific issue, which
- 1:14:01Speaker 6: is me and my wife have a great relationship. Married
- 1:14:06Speaker 6: life without kids been great, but I am super excited
- 1:14:08Speaker 6: about being a father. However, I'm thinking about some of
- 1:14:13Speaker 6: those annual trips i'd gone with my boys, you know,
- 1:14:17Speaker 6: the hunting trips, the golf trips, that type of thing,
- 1:14:20Speaker 6: and when is it appropriate to talk about, you know,
- 1:14:25Speaker 6: continuing those traditions with my friends, and how to approach
- 1:14:30Speaker 6: that conversation with my wife. You know. The one specific
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: instance is like every year in May, I do a
- 1:14:38Speaker 6: fishing trip with three of my best buddies from growing up.
- 1:14:41Speaker 6: It's like a four day trip. It's never anything crazy,
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: but we're going to have a two month old baby
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: when that trip comes around. How do I approach that conversation.
- 1:14:51Speaker 6: I can't wait to hear from you guys. Thanks.
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: That specific situation that he brought up is way harder
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: than just the conversation of having a boy's trip, because
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: I feel like that is a very fair thing to want.
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: I feel like girls want their girls trips, like completely
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: normal thing to want. To do an annual trip with
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: your boys or empty six ers with their girls. I
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: think don't have any fear going into that conversation. But
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: the one that he just brought up, Yeah, the two months,
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: that's hard.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: That Yeah, that's a slippery, slippery slope, my friend. Yeah.
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: My advice number one would just be, what's the worst
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: that could happen if you bring it up to talk
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: about it? You just you have to be prepared. Your
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: mentality has to be prepared and open to You might
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: miss your first one, but that might that'll be the
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: only one that you miss. Yeah, but you're gonna miss.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: I could see you missing this first one. It truly
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: depends where wife he's going to be. Let's say, if
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: she's open to it right now, I think though this
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: is gonna be this is gonna be a process. I
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: think step one is if she's open to it this early,
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: I think that's a win to set up the next
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: conversation because if you get her open to it or
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: saying even if she says yes, I want you to
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: slow her down and say, I honestly, this isn't even
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: something I'm wanting to commit to right now. It was
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: more of like wanting to just start the conversation because
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: we don't know where you're going to be eight weeks postpartum,
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: two months into to being mom. So I love you
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: for saying yes now, but I just want to pull
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: you back because we can circle back to this conversation
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: conversation in the future. I think that is where that's
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: a double win if you If you let her say yeah,
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: I'm down for you to do it, and then you
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: hold her to it, there could be you. Truly, I'm
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: telling you it. Postpartum is just a different beast man hormonally, mentally,
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: it's just a different animal. I'm not saying good, bad,
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: and different. I'm just saying it's just a different person
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: that's going on because having this new child.
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: I would list everything that made you want to call
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: in and ask us, like how do I go about
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: doing this? You obviously have some worries in your head
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: of and list those things down of like I'm worried,
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: how is she going to be able to do this?
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: How how can I set her up for success?
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: Maybe he lives twenty minutes from his in laws, the
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: in laws can come over and help, et cetera, et cetera.
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: Start off that conversation with a write it down and
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: sure that you wrote it down of these are things
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: I'm worried about if I did do this trip. It's
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: we're two months into our new child. Or do you
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: feel comfortable with that, like let her know that you
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: are worried about this stuff and that you're not just
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: coming to her going hey, I go fishing with the
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: boys or like what you know what I mean, you
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: got to anchor her emotion first, So you need to
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: start off by just saying, hey, can we have.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: Would you mind if we have a serious conversation. Yeah.
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: She might chuckle, she might laugh, but you keep a
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: straight face. And then you say, I'll be honest, like,
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: I'm terrified to bring this up just because it's it's important,
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: but it's also not important at the same time, and
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: I'm just scared of what your reaction might be. You're
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: now anchoring her in to where what is he about
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: to say right now? And then you just simply let
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: her know you know that I have this. It's honestly,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: it's you know, I have this annual fishing trip with
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: the boys that lands in May, and I'm not looking
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: for you to say yes, I can do it. I'm
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: just truly my fears in bringing up could it be
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: a conversation when that time starts to come, like once
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: this baby comes and we get into a rhythm and
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: we figure out all the things that might be needed
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: in this situation. But would you be willing to have
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: that conversation or is it just completely shit? I just
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: put her off the table right now. I'm willing to
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: do that. I'm just I'm wanting to know. That's why
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: I'm bringing it up to you. Maybe, sweetheart, you go
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: on that trip every year. Of course, I want you
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: to still go on that trip. And even once she's
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: doing that, you might think you're winning, But the ultimate
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: finish is you got to rain. You gotta rein it
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: back in to where you get her to say, Sweetheart,
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: I'm not wanting you to say yes right now. I'm
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: just all I was truly wanting to do is if
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: it could be a conversation when that time comes. I
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: want us to wait till the baby comes and we
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: get in to think of it for a little bit
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: and we start to get a feel for what this
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: rhythm is going to be like, because there would be
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: a lot of work to be done for me to
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: even consider going on a trip like this and.
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: Set you up for success in these ways, and may
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: is okay if your mom's coming in, that's where the
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: list comes in. That's where the list comes in. Yeah,
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: Like I've gained planned a little bit.
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: What are you?
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: How do you feel about these are some steps that
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: I think we should take in order to make this
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: comfortable and doable. And you may even come across just
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: by having the conversation. I know, with certain types of fishing,
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: there's season the rivers thaw out in Colorado if you're
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: like fly fish or whatever. So maybe it's not something
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: that you can push. But let's say you do have
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: this conversation and Wifey says, hey, at the two month mark,
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: I don't know, but what about it three months because
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: then my mom's going to be in town and can
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: help me.
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: Da da da.
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: Then pitch that to the boys of like, hey, y'all
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: don't have to say yes this, but Wifey's saying it's
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: a for sure yes if I can do these dates, Like,
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: everybody can kind of come together and find a solve
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: if you communicate. But if you wait till the last
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: second and then go eh.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: Yeah, don't wait, bring it in now, yeah, anchor in
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: the emotion. Yeah. And again, we're not trying to get
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: her to yes right now. If she says yes, that's beautiful,
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: now rain her back in and just say no, this
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: is a no. I don't even think we consider it
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: unless we have these things lined that we don't know.
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: We don't know when this newborn comes. Now. I want
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: to be fully equipped to make you. I want to
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: feel like I'm setting you up for six for setting
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: you up for success, even if we do such a thing.
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: And then what a move by you see if we
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: can create more options within the boys, like does the
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: trip have to be on this weekend in May every year?
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: Can you move it one week back? Can you figure
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: something else out? And my man, this will be the
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: only year you have to do this, that's the only
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: year your guide trips are super important. I will say
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: in the future, you're gonna have to think about family
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: trips that go along. You have a hunting trip, you
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: have a fishing trip. You're gonna have to figure out
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: a family trip in the middle of the year. So
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: that way the family, the wife knows like that's always
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: gonna be priority. She needs to have a girl's trip
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: every year. You're in a good spot, appreciate the question,
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: and you're not asking anything crazy. Yeah, you ain't out
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: of it. It's never over till it's over. Hey, don't
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: and don't skip over that for any and slip that
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: we had.
- 1:21:47Speaker 5: Shout out the wording of his question. Two, not hey, guys,
- 1:21:49Speaker 5: should I go on the trip? It's hey, how should
- 1:21:51Speaker 5: I have this discussion? So I just want to say,
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: shout out the wording. His mentality is already correct.
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: He's already correct, and I feel like we're in the
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: think tank with him. We are, and keep us updated.
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: Let us know how the conversation set us. An invite
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: says around. I like fishing.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: Oh, twist my arm. All right, we got we got
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: about ten minutes left. Let's dive in. I might have
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: time for an email or two. I got one that
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: has a photo. There's a photo with this one I
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: have written in blue. I do as well. Fellas longtime
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: listener to the bus since the og Vrabel and Quentin
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: Nelson pod in twenty nineteen, and recently got into for
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: the Dads for a nice little change of pace. My
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: wife and I got married in February and have recently
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: fallen on some dog shit hard times story for another day.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: Parentheses good, but your pot in this community of bros
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: and dads has truly giving me some grounding since I
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: started listening. My wife and I do not have any kids,
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: but I'm writing this as our two year old, sixty
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: pound pup naps on my chest, so I believe this
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: is what happiness feels like as a father. I work
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: in law enforcement across the border in the great state
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: of North Carolina, and last week was involved in a shooting.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: To make a long story short, we were chasing a
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: double homicide suspect who had just kidnapped a woman from home.
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: During the chase, he shoots at us. Turns out turns
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: out that shit pisses you off more than anything. The
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: boys and I wind up taking care of business. In
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: the middle of all this, I cannot stop thinking of
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: my wife and how we have so much life left
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: to live and how much I need her in my life.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: As I'm sitting in the hospital uninjured, just a precaution,
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: I throw some headphones in and listen to the most
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: recent episode of Dads. That episode just so happens to
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: be the one where you both are gushing over your wives,
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: truly driving the point home that I love mine with
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: all my being and cannot wait to get past this
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: funk so that we can live the happiest, healthiest life together.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: I don't know how religious you all are, and sometimes
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: I struggle with it myself, but at the end of
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: the day, there's a reason for how and why everything happens,
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: and this blip on the radar will make us stronger
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: than ever. Thank you both for everything that all you
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: do and for keeping those of us on the straight
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: and narrow when it really feels like life is out
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: to get us. PS. Since that above story is still
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: like an ongoing thing, could you keep this all anonymous?
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: I appreciate it. You all the homies love you. Did
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: he say his name it all? And that Nope? He
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: did not? So show the photos? Yeah, okay, him and
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: a dog dog laying on his chest. Law enforcement got
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: a car right there in the garage. Thank you for
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: your service, dang. And then bullet holes on the windshield.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: Tight pattern on those bullet holes. Hey, thank you for
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: the email, sincerely. That was that was cool to read. Yeah,
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: that was a very I'm glad you're ok. Yeah, glad
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: you're okay, and thank you for your service to the community. Truly.
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: Yeah you want to rip?
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: Yeah, buddy, Budy girl Dad times three, six, two and
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: a one month old. I thought you guys would enjoy
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: this photo of my oldest and I on the Shockwave.
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: Totally different, totally different meaning from the one on the pod,
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: but nonetheless a heck of a ride. I caught the
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: Good Reel about a month ago and went to check
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: out an episode on YouTube, and I'm hooked binge the
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: podcast with Windshield time, family vacation and early morning runs,
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: I'm current and can't wait for those hump day drops,
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: the laughs, the cries, the raw emotion. Just tell me
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: you guys are doing it right. I've definitely cried with
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: y'all too many times to count, but I think that
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: what raising girl slash kids does is allows us to
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: get in touch with our emotions for the better. Hell,
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: I cry watching old and New Disney movies. Nowadays, I
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: even get the old lady listening when we're in the car.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: She's already said, I better get a Milk team shirt
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: whenever those drop. With the newborn, it's needed more than ever.
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: My dad hack for you guys, especially a girl. Dads
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: to yourselves is to take each daughter on their own
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: days slash dates. They grow into their own personalities and
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: have their own unique likes and dislikes, have fun and
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: make them feel as special as you can because they
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: will grow up before your eyes. As Will said, you
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: want to set the standard of what it looks like
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: to love. No chasing it. It's something that's there no
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: matter what. They'll keep surprising you each and every day.
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: Remember the days are long and the years are short.
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: Pt Siko out. That comes from Thomas Anderson, who's a
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: dfdub guy because he's on the Shockwave. Baby, look at that.
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: Look at those two loops. Oh I love that good photo.
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: Look good those two loops on this Shockwave and shot.
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: Out his daughter too. Hey you want to get your
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: hands up, bro.
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: Shockwave is the best. Just a very side note, Shockwave
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: is the best intro coaster of all time because it's
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: just two loops. It's a fast coaster and those loops
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: are nice and easy.
- 1:26:48Speaker 3: It is.
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: It's a bright and sunny like fun themed roller coaster,
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: so it doesn't scare him.
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: But those two loops, they're kind of imposing.
- 1:26:56Speaker 2: You're staring at it and you're like, oh, I don't
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: know if I could do it, and saying do it,
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: They're like, oh man, I want to go again.
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: Those loopsos, those do loops are imposing. Dude, shout out
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: two good lessons in there. Yeah with those emails.
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: I do have a lesson of the week to close
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: this out. We got five minutes, Yeah, close it out.
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: And also just want to let people know we are operating.
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: We will get a Milk Team six shirt going very soon.
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: If you're looking at Sherman and I right now, we're
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: ripping our our for the dad's merch for Christmas, for
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: holiday season coming up. Bwtv dot com is where you
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: can get all of our merch. That is how you
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: solidify yourself as a PT sicko. But yeah, go ahead, knockout,
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: knock out the lesson for us, this one comes with
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: enjoying the moment. Being in the moment.
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: A dad who learns to let go of stress also
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: gives himself the gift of clarity. When he stops trying
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: to control every outcome, he begins to see the small,
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: beautiful moments that make fatherhood meaningful, the way his child's
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: eyes light up with curiosity, or how a quiet evening
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: turns into a memory. In those moments, he realizes that
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: the presence, not the perfection, is what his family needs
- 1:28:09Speaker 2: the most.
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: And I have an anonymous quote.
- 1:28:12Speaker 2: Here that the greatest thing a father can do for
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: his children is to be fully there, because time given
- 1:28:17Speaker 2: with peace is worth more than anything bought with worry.
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: That's damn good. That's damn good. I couldn't help but
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: think like controlling every moment and enjoying the little parts.
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: That was the hike on Sunday. We get to, we
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: get to, we get to, we get to, well said Sharan. Hey,
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: thank you, thank you all right, make sure you take
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: out of your trasks. We love you so much. Continue to engage,
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: continue to leave comments. We're on social media at for
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: the Dead's Pod, Spread the good word, get more pt
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: sicicos on board, Milk Team sixers, Seeman Team sixers, be proud,
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: which are the goon Berets Berets and we will see
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: you next week. Thank you. I thought about it.
