- 0:03It's six Eastern, three o'clock Pacific from coast to coast and around the world.
- 0:08The Democratic brand right now has about the appeal with the American voter at the crackle barrel rebrand has from America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:18It's time for Truth be Told with Booker Scott.
- 0:21At the beginning of the Iranian conflict, everyone in Congress was talking about the War Powers Act.
- 0:27Donald Trump had to come to Congress, and he had to get permission before he did what he did in Iran.
- 0:33Obviously he didn't, but neither has any other American leader since World War II.
- 0:38None of them have.
- 7:00Know what he's talking about.
- 7:01Tucker Carlson is spreading more bull crap.
- 7:04That's what he does.
- 7:05Very interesting.
- 7:06And there may be a supernatural component to it.
- 7:08I'm not a theologian, but I it's real, and anyone who's been around him can tell you it's real.
- 7:11And Tucker has to remind us that he is not one that studies that spirituality.
- 7:16Like there may be something divine about Donald Trump.
- 7:20Tucker Carlson is full of crap, and I'm tired of him, Candice Owens, and Meghan Kelly doing what they are doing.
- 7:27It's ridiculous.
- 7:29By the way, there are two U.S.
- 7:31service members missing in southwestern Morocco following an annual multinational military exercise that is sparking an ongoing search and rescue effort by U.S.
- 7:42and Allied forces.
- 7:44This news came out over the weekend.
- 7:46There are war games exercises going on there, known as African Lion.
- 7:50It started in April and it runs across four countries in the African continent.
- 7:56And it is the United States military's largest annual exercise in Africa.
- 8:02So right now, two U.S.
- 8:03military members are missing there, so keep them in your prayers.
- 8:07Here's another story I want to hit on quickly.
- 8:10This never made any sense to me why we had all of those Hollywood people and politicians going to Ukraine at the beginning of that Ukraine Russian war.
- 8:19By the way, they are still negotiating Ukraine and Russia.
- 8:23Ukraine continues to bomb into Russia.
- 8:25Russia's really not moving in Ukraine.
- 8:28And Putin thinks there's going to be a coup in Russia.
- 8:31But let me get back to this story.
- 8:33USAID bribed Hollywood frauds to travel to Ukraine and pose for photos with Zelensky.
- 8:39You remember that at the beginning of this war.
- 8:42We started, we we had all these Hollywood people going over there, and we started sending billions and billions of dollars.
- 8:49Here's a list, and here's what they got paid.
- 8:51This this may make you sick because it didn't mean.
- 8:56He went to Ukraine.
- 8:57Why not?
- 8:58You're in the middle of a war zone.
- 8:59Let's have Ben Stiller go over there.
- 9:01Take a picture with Zelensky.
- 9:03He was paid four million dollars of your taxpayer money from USAID.
- 9:08Sean Penn, Sean Penn got five million dollars.
- 9:12Orlando Bloom, eight million.
- 9:15Jean-Claude Van Damme, one point five million.
- 9:19Angelina Jolie, remember she went to Ukraine and right there in the middle of the war zone that we were sending billions and billions of dollars to.
- 9:29They paid her twenty million dollars.
- 9:33USAID paid Angelina Jolie 20 million of your taxpayer dollars to go to Ukraine and take a picture with Zelensky, all part of a ploy to uh get the American people on the side of Ukraine so that we could send them 200 billion dollars plus another hundred billion in ammunition and weaponry, which we continue to do with weapons.
- 9:56Last week, Dr.
- 9:57Moran's a close confidant and senior advisor to Dr.
- 10:01Fauci.
- 10:02He was indicted, and there is some more news.
- 10:05What about Fauci?
- 10:06Statute of limitations for him is coming up within a week.
- 10:11There may be some more investigations going on with Fauci.
- 10:14If anything's gonna happen with Fauci, it's gonna happen within the next week.
- 10:18If not, forget Fauci.
- 10:20Forget it.
- 10:20Let's move on.
- 10:21But here is director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, and she just confirmed with the Megan Kelly show that she's leading a full investigation into Fauci for alleged perjury.
- 10:34But the thing that um we are working with uh Jay Bodicharya, the new NIH director on uh with as well as Secretary Kennedy, um, is looking at the gain of function research.
- 10:49Uh, that in the case of the Wuhan lab, as well as many others around many of these other biolabs around the world was actually U.S.
- 10:57funded.
- 10:58And it was funded through Echo Health Alliance and Peter Dasik.
- 11:02It was Echo Health Alliance that money came to from Fauci.
- 11:06Peter Dasick was the name there.
- 11:08You can look all of that up.
- 11:09You may remember most of that story, but that's how gain of function was done in the Wuhan lab.
- 11:14Let me remind you again of three things that happened in that Wuhan lab in September 2019.
- 11:20This information is now declassified.
- 11:23The first thing that happened was the genetic sequencing is gone.
- 11:27It disappeared.
- 11:28That means lifelong scientists who have put all of their work into this, this gain of function, this whatever it was, all of that genetic sequencing disappeared.
- 11:39Dr.
- 11:39Robert Redfield testified in a hearing in March 2023 on Capitol Hill that that never happens.
- 11:46He had worked in dual use labs for most of his career, and he says that just doesn't happen.
- 11:51It's your life work.
- 11:52You don't lose it.
- 11:54But they did.
- 11:55So that's one thing that happened.
- 11:56Another thing that happened is the People's Liberation Army of China.
- 12:01They came in and took control of the Wuhan lab in September 2019.
- 12:05And the third thing that happened was uh air filter system, the air system within the Wuhan lab was completely changed to a new one.
- 12:14So that tells you that something happened in that Wuhan lab that created COVID.
- 12:19And the gain of function through Fauci, Peter Dasik is probably the reason why.
- 12:25Let's go back to Tulsi Gabbard.
- 12:27And leads to this dangerous kind of research that in many examples has resulted in uh either a pandemic or some other uh major health crazy.
- 12:38Let me ask you specifically, because we already know that Eco Health Alliance was partnering with this Wuhan lab to create the to do gain of function reset.
- 12:45Right.
- 12:46We just have never been able to have somebody say it and it was that exact experiment that led to this COVID bug.
- 12:53But it have have we gotten there?
- 12:54What's the new thing that you're digging in on?
- 12:57We we are we are working on that with uh Jay Bodicharya and look forward to being able to share that.
- 13:02Hopefully very soon.
- 13:03Okay, that that specific link uh correct between the gain of function research and what we saw with COVID night.
- 13:10Tulsi Gabbard there says they have more information to share on that.
- 13:14Was it Echo Health Alliance, Peter Dasick through Anthony Fauci that actually funded COVID?
- 13:21That would make a lot of sense as to why uh Fauci covered up so much, and they tried to make it about bat soup and the Wuhan wet market, as opposed to being a gain of function research, as we know that it probably was at this point.
- 13:35We'll have to wait and see what comes out.
- 13:38Before we get to the story on fraud in Ohio, let's get to EPA chief Lee Zeldon, who's doing a great job, and this massive new lithium deposit that was just discovered in Appalachia.
- 13:52And uh let's let's go to this.
- 13:54This was on News Nation.
- 13:55This week um they found huge deposits of lithium in Appalachia.
- 14:00In Appalachia, lithium, of course, being a crucial component in EVs, crucial to the future.
- 14:01Lithium, of course, being a crucial component in EV's crucial to the future.
- 14:06Um, what does this mean for America and especially for the heartland?
- 14:06Um, what does this mean for America and especially for the heartland?
- 14:10Being able to reduce our reliance on China, being able to reduce our reliance on foreign sources, critical minerals, rare earth from extraction through processing needs to be ramped up inside the United States.
- 14:10Being able to reduce our reliance on China, being able to reduce our reliance on foreign sources, critical minerals, rare earth from extraction through processing needs to be ramped up inside the United States.
- 14:22You hear a lot about unleashing energy dominance.
- 14:22You hear a lot about unleashing energy dominance.
- 14:25Uh, we also care about batteries and magnets and chips and semiconductors.
- 14:25Uh, we also care about batteries and magnets and chips and semiconductors.
- 14:29And when we have these own resources within our own country, uh, we should not only be extracting them here, we should be processing in the here, and we should do it proudly, knowing that we tap into these resources so much better for our environment than so many other countries elsewhere around the world.
- 14:47This was a great find.
- 14:48We should be tapping into these sources.
- 14:50And that can ultimately help a lot with national security, because if you're not having to worry about China going to Greenland to get rare earth minerals out of the ground because we have plenty here, and we don't need that, then it kind of changes things and national security and the things that Donald Trump has to do and is continuing to try to do to keep Americans safe, and also our future with rare earth minerals and artificial intelligence and the huge global economy that it will become by 2030.
- 15:20The experts say 15.7 to 22.3 trillion dollars, equivalent to China and India's GDP combined.
- 15:29It's a lot of money.
- 15:30That's why you hear about artificial intelligence almost on every newscast and almost on every commercial that you see.
- 15:38Everything is artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence.
- 15:41Daily Wire is Ben Shapiro's news organization, and they came across some more fraud in Ohio near Columbus.
- 15:49There is a huge empty building that all of these companies that do Medicare are allegedly in.
- 15:56And sixty-five million dollars ran through there.
- 15:59I'm not sure yet about the time frame, how many years that was, but the building is completely empty, and now Vice President JD Vance is going to get involved.
- 16:07He's now handling a lot of that fraud as part of his job as the vice president of the United States.
- 16:13We no longer have Doge, but we have J Vance.
- 16:16It's taking a lead on that.
- 16:18We'll have to wait and see what is going to come from that.
- 16:21Every state has waste abuse and corruption.
- 16:25We're going to meet a young man coming up next that wants to do away with all of that.
- 16:30He's a young Republican running for the state house in of all places, New York.
- 16:35He's full of energy, he's full of ideas.
- 16:38You're going to meet him coming up next.
- 16:40We pray for rain.
- 16:42Thank you when it's falling because it brings a grain and a little bit of money.
- 16:47We put it back in the plate.
- 16:48I guess it's why they call it God's country.

- 18:01Well, did you see Google quietly updated its AI principles removing its pledge not to use AI for weapons or surveillance?
- 18:10A promise they agreed to in 2018.
- 18:13Well, the American people have seen Google's track record, prompting the question.
- 18:17Is Google an untrustworthy player in the AI race?
- 18:26Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 18:29America outlook.news.
- 18:32Liberty and justice for all the and welcome back to the truth be told here on America Out Loud.
- 18:56Talk Radio.
- 18:56I'm Booker Scott.
- 18:58And from time to time, I like to introduce you to young Republicans that are trying to make a difference out there in local races, because that is the most important thing in this country is local, local, local.
- 19:10I can't say it enough.
- 19:11I've said it for years, but I'm going to keep saying it until somebody gets it.
- 19:15You have to be involved in a local GOP, really, to make a difference in your county, your city, your state, and ultimately the country.
- 19:24That's how it works.
- 19:25So tonight I want to bring into the conversation now a young man from upstate New York.
- 19:30He was born and raised in Cicero.
- 19:32His name is James Coral.
- 19:34James, welcome to the program.
- 19:35So glad to have you.
- 19:36Awesome.
- 19:37Well, thank you very much for having me, Booker.
- 19:38I really appreciate the opportunity.
- 19:40Well, you graduate from Le Moine College in New York, and right after that, you go to work there in the state Senate.
- 19:46Is that correct?
- 19:48It is.
- 19:48Yeah.
- 19:49For three years, I had the incredible opportunity to work for Senator Mark Walzick.
- 19:59It's a big, beautiful district.
- 20:00It takes about four and a half hours to get to end to end.
- 20:03And under his tutelage, I learned so much about the legislative process.
- 20:07Um as his legislative director, I saw Albany at its best, and more and more often than not allst.
- 20:14And I decided that uh at the end of my tenure in his in his office that I've just seen enough of Albany.
- 20:22I knew that I was making uh decent impact in my role with the sanders office, but I thought I could make an even bigger impact if I ran for State Center myself.
- 20:31So that's what's led me to where I am today.
- 20:33You don't mind me asking.
- 20:35Your age, how old are you?
- 20:37Yeah, I'm I'm 23 years old.
- 20:39Okay, that's great.
- 20:40I I think last time in your district, you also had a young Republican running.
- 20:44I don't think he quite won.
- 20:46Maybe you can pull this out this time.
- 20:48You have your hands full in the state of New York, you have Kathy Hokel, and then of course, in New York City, you have Mandani, and uh your objective to go to Albany and represent your constituents would be to try to keep all of that money that may be headed to New York from doing that.
- 21:00Your constituents would be to try to keep all of that money that may be headed to New York from doing that.
- 21:05What other kind of issues do you see there for your constituency in the north central part of New York?
- 21:05What other kind of issues uh do you see there for your constituency in the north central part of New York?
- 21:13Yeah, absolutely.
- 21:13Yeah, absolutely.
- 21:14So my campaign is focused on three central issues.
- 21:14So my campaign is focused on three central issues.
- 21:18I'm focused on affordable energy, affordable living, and affordable government.
- 21:18I'm focused on affordable energy, affordable living, and affordable government.
- 21:23And I'll walk you through a little bit of each part of those.
- 21:23And I'll walk you through a little bit of each part of those for affordable energy, New York State pays.
- 21:25Please do.
- 21:26For affordable energy, New York State pays 50% more for our electricity than the rest of the country.
- 21:34And the reason for that is Albany since 2019 has continually passed renewable energy mandates onto utility companies, which then pass them along to ratepayers.
- 21:45We are putting up solar fields and wind turbines in upstate New York, uh, which in my opinion makes no sense.
- 21:53Um, just outside of my district is the city of Syracuse, and Syracuse is the eighth cloudiest city in the country.
- 21:59Not working, is it?
- 22:00Now, for if you're asking me, Booker, I don't think it makes much sense to have solar panels in the eighth cloudiest city in the country.
- 22:08No.
- 22:08Um, instead, my position on that is to increase our investment in nuclear power.
- 22:14Uh, we have a we actually in my district, there are three nuclear reactors.
- 22:18Investing in them, investing in new nuclear technology is something that's really going to help us bring costs down for consumers.
- 22:26Um, because since 2019, we've been taking energy offline and not putting enough online at the same time.
- 22:33Uh, so that's a little bit about my affordable energy strategy in a nutshell.
- 22:37Well, let's stay there real quick because you guys have the nine mile point nuclear reactor site, which is the oldest still running nuclear site in the country, 1988.
- 22:49But when you were in Albany, what kind of pushback do you have from the Democrats there in Albany in the state house that would push back against nuclear?
- 22:58It's clean, it's more affordable.
- 23:01Why would they or are they pushing back against that?
- 23:04Yeah, um, a lot of them, that's a great question.
- 23:07A lot of Democrats are pushing back on nuclear.
- 23:10I think for the sole fact that it's not new, that's not solar and it's not wind power.
- 23:15And a lot of environmentalists think that nuclear is unsafe because of accidents that happen in Chernobyl.
- 23:22Uh, one thing they don't acknowledge, though, is the fact that nuclear technology is extremely safe, it's extremely reliable.
- 23:30Uh, it doesn't take up acres of prime farmland like solar does.
- 23:33Um, and like you said, uh uh nine mile, which is within the district, has been running successfully since since 1988.
- 23:41Uh it's been producing clean energy.
- 23:43It powers 1.8 million homes across New York State.
- 23:48Um, and I'm for I would like to be forward thinking about this, not just investing in our current nuclear fleet, which is vital and important, but also investing in new nuclear technology, such as small modular reactors.
- 24:00Yes, uh nuclear small modular reactors that can be built on a couple acres of land, produce a lot of power for uh for communities, but also provide a lot of good paying jobs for communities that might have been left by the wayside.
- 24:16Um there's a large part of my district, which I consider part of the rust belt.
- 24:20Uh, I know a lot of people, your viewers probably think the rust belt stops at Ohio or Pennsylvania.
- 24:26It really continues across the I-90 corridor, in my opinion, starting when Buffalo and continuing to Syracuse and even going further west uh to Canada Harry, Johnstown, and Gloversville, um out in eastern New York.
- 24:39Uh, there's a lot of communities that are hurting right now, and small modular reactor technology has a potential to revitalize a lot of these former industrial sites.
- 24:49If you're listening to this program, read about what uh James is talking about there.
- 24:54I've done a little bit about it.
- 24:56There are only two companies in the country right now that are certified to do this, and it's not the same type of nuclear reactor that you know, you may remember Three Mile Island in Pennsylvania, and I think a lot of Americans still have that that almost melted down.
- 25:11But I think that was in the eighties, maybe.
- 25:14I don't know.
- 25:14I remember it like it was yesterday.
- 25:15I just don't remember the year on that.
- 25:17But read into that uh technology that is available, it is clean, and it will make things more affordable for energy without having to go to solar and uh windmills and and James, I don't know about you, but I've never met a conservative yet that doesn't want to preserve the earth that we have.
- 25:34They just don't want things mandated to them.
- 25:36They don't want to be told by the government that you have to do this.
- 25:40You know, we're more capitalist.
- 25:42We want things to uh work through the market to get to the point of everybody driving an electric vehicle if that's what everybody wants to drive.
- 25:50So I'm sure you probably feel the same way.
- 25:52What are some other things that you are concerned about for the people that you want to represent?
- 25:57So the another big part of my platform is affordable living.
- 26:01And as a young person in New York State, I want to be able to own my own home, raise and raise a family here in central New York.
- 26:08Um, however, a lot of young people like myself feel like they're being priced out of the local market.
- 26:14Uh, and the reason for that is there's a couple different reasons.
- 26:18The first one is Micron.
- 26:20I'm not sure if your yourship is familiar, but there's a chip fab that will be going into central New York, uh built by company called Micron.
- 26:28And I think Micron is going to be transformational for the region.
- 26:32Uh, the issue, the downside with it though, is house prices are skyrocketing because with Micron coming, there are a lot of people with higher purchasing power than young people coming in and buying up housing stock.
- 26:47The second reason why housing housing prices are going through the roof is again, mandates from Albany.
- 26:53There was a proposal last year from Albany to put solar, I'm sorry, to put off fire sprinklers in all new construction.
- 27:03Even though, even if the consumer doesn't want it, it would be mandated.
- 27:07That would cost $30,000.
- 27:10Adding $30,000 onto a cost of a new home for young people, it's unattainable and it's unaffordable.
- 27:16And when you see young families leaving central New York and leaving New York State in general, 36% say they are leaving because of high housing costs.
- 27:26Yeah.
- 27:27So that's something that's really crucial.
- 27:30You know, James, it's a problem all across the country.
- 27:32I know we're speci uh speaking specifically about New York, uh Central North uh upstate New York, but this is all across the country that people your age, they feel like that American dream is a nightmare at this point.
- 27:46They can't afford it.
- 27:46They don't know how they're going to ever own a home.
- 27:49And if they do, we know now that uh most people own their first home at 40 years old.
- 27:54And uh that's not America.
- 27:55That's not the America dream that I grew up with.
- 27:58That's not the one that we want to leave for the generations after us.
- 28:00generations after us and there are many problems with that and this is one way to tackle it I guess is uh getting bipartisan support for policies that create first time home savings programs what do you have in mind yeah absolutely so that's a great question so there is currently a bill being flowed in the state senate um which my boss uh supports and that what that would do is it would be a tax free savings account for young people buying their first home uh it would be up to $10,000 they could put into this account and they could count that against their state taxes to incentivize their first that that first down payment on a home and I think that's critical again with young people being stretched thin uh with the affordability crisis going on trying to pay for child care trying to pay off student loans having a tax free account to put money into so that you can actually afford that first home I think that's a critical step.
- 28:01And there are many problems with that.
- 28:03And this is one way to tackle it, I guess, is uh getting bipartisan support for policies that create first-time home savings programs.
- 28:12What do you have in mind?
- 28:13Yeah, absolutely.
- 28:14So that's a great question.
- 28:15So there is currently a bill being flowed in the state senate, um, which my boss uh supports.
- 28:21And that what that would do is it would be a tax-free savings account for young people buying their first home.
- 28:28Uh, it would be up to 10,000.
- 28:55Are you talking about seeding that account with state money is that what that's considering no no so this would be uh individuals individuals would be able to put money into it okay it would be almost like uh like a 529 account uh specifically for um home buyers and you think that uh this will help uh you know this is really just putting money away for savings so how will that help someone that is incapable of saving anyway what's the advantage for them yeah well I think I think a couple things I think that I think that by having this program it will just incentivize young people to save more for their first home I think that if they if they if we advertise this program we say that this is an option for young people to put their put their money in for their first home I think that'll work I think that will work wonders I think with the 529 program has been very successful in getting people to put money away for their uh kids' education I think the same exact thing could be done for for housing you know James sometimes when these programs come up and I've talked about it before with some of the programs that Donald Trump is doing by the way he signed an executive order last week that uh would allow people that make less than 75,000 to have uh a credit and a thousand dollars be seeded into an account that would be done every year as long as it lasted to sort of take away social security and take away that stress of social security being gone by the time the someone 18 years old has done that and they're ready to quit working they would have 5000 cash it's the same thing as a 401k if you make less than 35,000 then it's the same program for you.
- 30:39The problem I have with some of these accounts and let's talk about uh the babies you know Donald Trump did that as well you're gonna put a thousand dollars into an account to seed it for a child born in 2025 and beyond and the hope is that family members will continue to give to that my opinion is the families that have money will do exactly that and those that don't and wouldn't do it anyway they're gonna end up with a thousand dollars plus compounded interest when they're 18 years old they're gonna end up with about $5,000.
- 31:12So in some ways I think those types of programs can create a greater divide between the haves and the have nots but I sort of got off track there.
- 31:20Let's get back to you and your campaign to run for the state Senate there in New York and let's talk about your budget in that state you have an incredibly large budget of over 250 billion dollars.
- 31:35It's a lot of money how do you spend it?
- 31:37Yeah absolutely well the one thing that I always tell people is that budgets are about priorities it all means are clearly messed up.
- 31:44Our governor proposed a 260 billion dollar budget this year uh it's probably going to end up in the neighborhood of 263 264 billion it's not even completed yet by the way it was due April 1st um and here's my my simple philosophy I'm sure you and your viewers agree is that government money should be focused on the nuts and bolts of what people need not what we want um there it is chock full of special interest money and I'll give you a couple examples uh last year the state legislature appropriated eight hundred million dollars to a film tax credit that for every dollar we invest into it we lose 70 cents it's it's a clear giveaway to special interest that's that's how that's money going straight to Hollywood right out of the pockets of people in my district another 400 million dollars went to a similar program but for Broadway musicals uh it's such a contrast we're giving money away to these types of programs when there's people in my district that don't even have access to public water and so I go back to saying that budgets are about priorities all these are messed up and that those are just two examples of things that need to be changed in our state budget.
- 32:57And tax on gas too in the state of New York is incredibly high you talk about repealing gas tax uh what what's your thoughts on that yeah absolutely so right now we we have some of the highest gas prices in the country in New York State uh and you like you point out the gas tax on my proposal what it would do is it would continually phase down the gas tax until gas reaches a certain price I think in the bill that I'm specifically mentioned on line uh it would be three dollars that will probably need to be amended in the near future uh because that bill was written in 2022 um but I think the less taxes the better but also just cutting the waste in the government spending uh my old send my old boss he introduced a piece of legislation uh called the Commission on government efficiency or code um that if enacted would create a bipartisan panel to root out fraud waste and abuse in New York state government um I'll give you another example on that right now too uh 1.2 billion dollars of state money has gone to Medicaid premiums for people who don't even live in New York state and when Albany talks about oh a couple million dollars here a couple billion dollars here I think we really lose sight that that's not the government's that's not the government's money that is money from taxpayers that are then putting the bill for these programs um so I think that's a perspective shift that I would like to bring to the New York state Senate if elected we're coming up on another break and we're gonna end our conversation here in just a couple of minutes but before we do I want to go back to something you said a few minutes ago and that was the needs of the people the people that you want to represent in New York we talked about energy we talked about home buying we talked about taxes and fraud and all of those things but to those people that are your neighbors there in upstate New York what do they need right now from from you from the state house from the country what are they looking for as you go knock on doors press the flesh talk to people what are you hearing yeah absolutely I think I think it's it's pretty basic they're looking for a representative who's going to show up I think they they want somebody who's going to hear uh hear them out and hear their concerns I'll give you a I'll give you an example of this um so my opponent in response to skyrocketing utility bills has instead of trying to address the root problem has continued
- 35:00The country.
- 35:00What are they looking for?
- 35:01As you go knock on doors, press the flesh, talk to people.
- 35:05What are you hearing?
- 35:06Yeah, absolutely.
- 35:07I think I think it's it's pretty basic.
- 35:10They're looking for a representative who's going to show up.
- 35:12I think they want somebody who's going to hear uh hear them out and hear their concerns.
- 35:17I'll give you a I'll give you an example of this.
- 35:20Um, so my opponent, in response to skyrocketing utility bills, has instead of trying to address the root problem, has continued to put on seminars about how to get people onto government assistance programs for um uh for for energy.
- 35:39Now, there's a lot of people, of course, that need there's a lot of people that need those programs.
- 35:43I'm not you know advocating to abolish those, but we're not getting to the root problem.
- 35:49We're not addressing the root problems here in New York State of how do we get energy prices lower?
- 35:54So I think that's what the people are looking for, not looking for ways to address the symptoms, but ways to address the underlying causes of the problems that we're facing right now.
- 36:05His name is James Coral, and James, I'm gonna give you the last word here.
- 36:09I want to thank you for coming on the program.
- 36:11I really do.
- 36:11I appreciate it.
- 36:12Love to hear from young conservative minds like yours.
- 36:15And you know, you you're full of energy, you're ready to go tackle this thing, and I hope that you have success.
- 36:22You win your campaign, and you end up in the state house.
- 36:25And as we go to the break, I'm also going to play one of your commercials that you have on Facebook.
- 36:30I'll be doing that.
- 36:31But I'm gonna give you the last word here.
- 36:32You're running for the state house.
- 36:35Tell people why they should vote for you.
- 36:37Yeah.
- 36:38So as a young man in upstate New York, I've seen too many of my friends leave central New York and they leave for good.
- 36:45Uh Democrats always talk about how young people are our future.
- 36:49If that's the case in upstate New York, our future is moving.
- 36:52They're moving to Florida, they're moving to Texas, and they're moving to South Carolina.
- 36:56Uh, we need a young representative with a fresh perspective on how to get things done in Albany and bring passionate energy uh to the chamber.
- 37:05James, thank you so much for joining us.
- 37:07We're gonna listen to that commercial now, but thank you so much.
- 37:09I appreciate it.
- 37:10Thank you for having me, Booker.
- 37:11Young people are leaving New York, and it's costing us.
- 37:15My friends are leaving.
- 37:17Not because they want to, but because they have to.
- 37:20Only half of New Yorkers own their homes.
- 37:23New York is the most tax state in the country.
- 37:25And while young people can't afford New York, New York can't afford to lose us.
- 37:31Young people are our future.
- 37:33If that's true, our future's moving out.
- 37:36Let's fix this problem now before our future is gone for good.

- 38:57I want to do something a little bit different here in this segment because something bothered me Sunday night when I ran across it on Facebook.
- 39:05I'm originally from Nashville, Tennessee.
- 39:08I've mentioned that a couple of times.
- 39:09When I was a young child, I was in Nashville and in Brentwood, just south of Nashville.
- 39:15And my dad, for whatever reason, I still to this day don't know, probably will never find out.
- 39:20He's been dead for six years now.
- 39:22So I won't be able to ask him at this time anyway.
- 39:26Maybe one day, maybe maybe one day.
- 39:35Had no experience on a farm, but that's what we did.
- 39:37We bought 11 acres, and it was in a bedroom community called Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
- 39:43It's about 25 miles southeast on the way to Chattanooga from Nashville, and that's where I finished growing up.
- 39:50Elementary school, middle school, high school, even went to college there.
- 39:53Back then it was a university town, Middle Tennessee State University is there.
- 39:58It was a sleepy little town, really.
- 40:00It was a small community.
- 40:01It was a great place to grow up.
- 40:02I loved it.
- 40:03And I still have a lot of friends there.
- 40:06I still follow them on Facebook.
- 40:08And I also follow the local radio station.
- 40:11And that's where I'm going to go with the segment because of the program that was on Sunday night that caught my attention.
- 40:18Have you heard about uh 287G?
- 40:20Do you know what that is?
- 40:21Section 287G of the U.S.
- 40:24Immigration and Nationality Act.
- 40:26Well, it authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to deputize selected state and local law enforcement officers to enforce federal immigration law.
- 40:38So in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, which is Rutherford County, which by the way, it has grown a lot since I grew up there.
- 40:46We moved there in 1976, I believe, and it like I said, it was a sleepy little town.
- 40:52A nice little country town is what it was.
- 40:54Now it's huge.
- 40:55It is exploded.
- 40:57Nashville has exploded, and so has Murfreesboro and Rutherford County.
- 41:01It is now the third largest county in the state of Tennessee.
- 41:05You have Memphis, Shelby County, Nashville, Davidson County, they're one and two, and then you have Rutherford County, Murfreesboro is number three, actually larger than Chattanooga and larger than Knoxville, a couple of other big cities there in the the state of Tennessee.
- 41:20The Rutherford County Sheriff is Mike Fitchw, and he has said that he would never use his deputies to go after illegal immigrants.
- 41:27That's what he said.
- 41:29But then there was a little change in the last couple of weeks there in Rutherford County in Murfreesboro with this section 287G.
- 41:37Sheriff Fitchw has agreed to this 287G, which would allow when they arrest an illegal immigrant and there is a detainer for them by ice that they will hold the illegal immigrant.
- 41:50To me, it's a no-brainer.
- 41:52It's makes perfect sense.
- 41:54Why would you not be for that?
- 41:56If this were a regular criminal, let's say that it was someone that had committed murder in Montana.
- 42:00Committed murder in Montana, would Sheriff Fitch you and his deputies not hold that person for extradition to Montana?
- 42:02Would Sheriff Fitch you and his deputies not hold that person for extradition to Montana?
- 42:10Of course they would.
- 42:10Of course they would.
- 42:11So if you have an illegal immigrant that is a criminal, which at this point, that's really all Donald Trump and the DHS and ICE are rounding up.
- 42:11So if you have an illegal immigrant that is a criminal, which at this point, that's really all Donald Trump and the DHS and ICE are rounding up.
- 42:20They're not rounding up children in schools.
- 42:20They're not rounding up children in schools.
- 42:22That's not what they're doing.
- 42:22That's not what they're doing.
- 42:24They're not rounding up just illegal immigrants at this point.
- 42:24They're not rounding up just illegal immigrants at this point.
- 42:28They're rounding up the
- 42:28They're rounding up the criminals, the ones that have murdered, the ones that have raped.
- 42:34That's who they're trying to get off the street.
- 42:36For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone wouldn't want that.
- 42:40Just because they're illegal immigrants, for some reason they want to give these people a pass.
- 42:45That's what the left is saying.
- 42:46And when I went to Facebook and I came across this story, it was a live radio program in my former hometown of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
- 42:56And Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Rutherford County voted heavily for Donald Trump in the 2024 election.
- 43:02It was 6040, 60% Donald Trump, 40% for Kamala Harris.
- 43:08Close to it.
- 43:09It was a blowout.
- 43:10There's no doubt that Rutherford County, Tennessee is a red county.
- 43:14It is also Donald Trump County.
- 43:17It is a MAGA county.
- 43:19That's really what it is.
- 43:20So when I came across this story and this show, I was shocked at what I heard.
- 43:26I'm going to play some of this for you because I think it's important for us to understand the other perspective and what the other side is saying.
- 43:34Because what they are saying is nothing like I'm saying.
- 43:37I say this all the time about illegal immigrants.
- 43:41It's time for them to go.
- 43:42We need to get these criminals out of here.
- 43:44And it needs to be done now.
- 43:48So when people start talking the way these guys did, and what really what they're doing is calling Sheriff Fitzhew onto the carpet for making an agreement with the Homeland Security in this 287G.
- 44:00They don't want their deputies to hold criminal illegal aliens in their jail.
- 44:06But I was shocked at what I heard on this local small radio station in Murfreesboro, Tennessee from Ed Raymer is the guy's name who does the show on Sunday night.
- 44:18Along with him was the Democrat National Committee chairman for Rutherford County.
- 44:24His name is Matt Fee.
- 44:26And here he is talking about what happened two weeks ago when Fitch you said, we're not going to do this.
- 44:32We're not going to have our deputies going after illegal immigrants.
- 44:37And then the activism that they created to get people to show up to a council meeting, county government meeting, to try to make their voices heard so that the sheriff would not do this agreement.
- 44:50Here is the DNC chairman in the county of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
- 44:55His name is Matt Fee.
- 44:56I think I noticed a social media post from someone that said, hey, Rutherford County is now pending a 287 G agreement with ICE.
- 45:06Right.
- 45:07Um, so just so everybody knows a 287 G is basically like uh it it gives local police uh ability to do uh work for ice in you know, either as themselves or in the jail or whatever.
- 45:25Um, so having noticed that, you know, that was the first time it had come up.
- 45:31I don't know how long it had been pending, but basically you go to ICE's website and you can see all of the you know law enforcement agencies that are pending any kind of agreement with ICE or all the ones that are actually active.
- 45:44And who is nose?
- 45:46Excuse me.
- 45:47You know, Rutherford County is now showing pending for a warrant service officer.
- 45:51Okay.
- 45:52Um so I mentioned, hey, you know, if you want to say something about it, there's a public safety meeting coming up on Monday.
- 45:59You know, let's go there and say you want to talk about the sheriff's report.
- 46:03Sure.
- 46:04And so that's how we got there.
- 46:06Um there was multiple groups involved, um, especially uh remix remix TN, they're like an immigrant um you know the advocacy.
- 46:17Um, and they did a lot of work with coordinating and getting people to sign up for public comment at that meeting.
- 46:24So they go to the public meeting and they make comments.
- 46:27Everybody that spoke was against this two eighty-seven G.
- 46:32If you go to ICE.gov slash identify and arrest, if you go to that website, you will see every state and county and city that is involved with ICE and the two eighty-seven G agreement.
- 46:48I can tell you this.
- 46:49I'm looking at the map now.
- 46:51California, Oregon, Washington, and Illinois, those are four states that have no agreement with ICE.
- 46:59That is not surprising.
- 47:00You also have a little bit of Delaware, a little bit of Vermont, the entire state of Connecticut, the entire state of New Jersey, all of those states have no agreement with ICE, which means these illegal immigrants that are committing crimes and have committed crimes where they came from, are running free in these states, and these states are doing nothing to help Donald Trump and ICE get these people out of here.
- 47:25But I want to go back to the radio show on 1450 WGNS in Murfreesboro.
- 47:31Listen to the comments now from Ed Raymer as they continue the conversation.
- 47:36Here's here's the road.
- 47:38At the public safety meeting, as we mentioned, everyone, though those that spoke all against this now.
- 47:44What we're talking about with ICE, we're talking about the guys that are coming in with the mask, and they don't have to have they don't have to have a reason to my knowledge.
- 47:53They can come in and just pick you up and take you off and I guess do what they want.
- 47:58Okay, that's a lie.
- 47:59That's not true, and I don't even know why Ed Raymer on this radio show is saying that.
- 48:04He doesn't know what he's talking about, and he probably shouldn't be talking about it.
- 48:08Both of these guys are leftists, they're Democrats, again, in a city and a county that was heavily favoring Donald Trump in the 2024 election.
- 48:18The things that he says are important to understand from the perspective of the left and what they are saying against Donald Trump and the things that his administration is doing.
- 48:29You hear him say that these ICE people are wearing the masks.
- 48:33You know, it's obvious that they watch MSNBC because that's the narrative that they are teaching people over there.
- 48:40Well, they're wearing masks.
- 48:41I've covered it on the show before, so that they are not killed.
- 48:46It's for their protection, is what it's for.
- 48:48Let's go back to Ed Raymer.
- 48:50He is the host of the show.
- 48:51Let's let him run his mouth a little bit more.
- 48:54Trump is giving them where to do it.
- 48:56Somebody they're gonna fool around, someone's gonna get hurt.
- 48:58Yeah.
- 48:59Okay.
- 49:00Um basically we don't know who these people are.
- 49:00Um basically we don't know who these people are.
- 49:04Right.
- 49:04Right.
- 49:05We're to my knowledge, they're a bunch of thugs.
- 49:05We're to my knowledge, they're a bunch of thugs.
- 49:08He's talking about ice there.
- 49:08He's talking about ice there.
- 49:10We don't know who these people are.
- 49:10We don't know who these people are.
- 49:12Well, let me tell you who they are, Ed Raymer and WGNS.
- 49:12Well, let me tell you who they are, Ed Raymer and WGNS.
- 49:16They are federal law enforcement officers.
- 49:16They are federal law enforcement officers.
- 49:20They have gone through training.
- 49:20They have gone through training, they have gone through background checks, they are wearing masks so that other people don't try to hurt them because leftist liberal, stupid Democrats.
- 49:21They have gone through background checks.
- 49:23They are wearing masks so that other people don't try to hurt them because leftist liberal, stupid Democrats in some of these cities have tried to hurt them.
- 49:33They have doxxed them.
- 49:35Politicians have doxxed them.
- 49:38So why wouldn't they wear a mask?
- 49:39They are not thugs.
- 49:41They are federal law enforcement officials.
- 49:44And what you're talking about, Ed Raymer and WGNS is dangerous.
- 49:49You are dangerous, not Donald Trump and not ICE.
- 49:53So here so here's the thing, right?
- 49:54And we were talking about this a little bit earlier before we came on the air.
- 49:59And listen how much Matt Fee uses the word right.
- 50:03I talked about it last week about a linguistic tie-down.
- 50:07When someone isn't confident in what they're saying, or they're trying to sell you something, they will use right in a rhetorical way.
- 50:14This guy has a real problem with it.
- 50:16He can't say two sentences without saying right, which is a tie-down to further the conversation on something that you don't know what you're really talking about, and you're just trying to sell something to someone.
- 50:28Here he goes.
- 50:29The agreement that was pending at the time was for a warrant service officer.
- 50:35To my knowledge, what that means is that if someone is brought into the Rutherford County jail and ICE has a civil warrant against that person, then Rutherford County Sheriff's deputies can serve that warrant on that person in the jail.
- 50:51Right.
- 50:52Whereas before IC would have to come and do that themselves.
- 50:55Okay.
- 50:56Okay.
- 50:56So even though it may be let's call it the least of the bad options in these two eighty-seven G agreements with ICE.
- 51:05To me, the fact of the matter is that Rutherford County is entering into an agreement with ICE.
- 51:11I don't care what model it is.
- 51:14I don't care that you're, you know, whether it's the one that sends deputies out into the community to do, you know, task force work.
- 51:23Right.
- 51:23I don't want that one.
- 51:24I don't want them doing anything on ICE behalf.
- 51:27Why not?
- 51:27Why wouldn't you?
- 51:28Because these are criminals that Donald Trump and ICE are getting out of this country.
- 51:33They are bad people.
- 51:34These are people that murdered Lake and Riley, Nungaree.
- 51:38And I could go on list the names over and over.
- 51:41It happened for years.
- 51:42It's still happening every day.
- 51:44Why wouldn't you want these people out of your country?
- 51:46Do you want them to live next door to you?
- 51:48Matt Fee, Ed Raymer on WGNS radio.
- 51:52You want these people for your neighbors that committed rapes, they molested children, murderers.
- 51:59You don't know who they are.
- 52:01Joe Biden never knew who they were.
- 52:03None of these people were vetted.
- 52:05So now ICE is making agreement with a town like Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Rutherford County, Tennessee.
- 52:12And the sheriff there, Mike Fitchy.
- 52:14I actually went to high school and middle school with both of his daughters.
- 52:18They don't want to make an agreement there in Rutherford County that the jail will just hold these bad guys that ICE has a detainer on.
- 52:26They would rather have them released onto their streets.
- 52:30And these people think they make any sense.
- 52:32They think Donald Trump is the bad guy, that ICE is the bad guy.
- 52:37I want you to understand this perspective because this perspective is out there all over the country.
- 52:43If it's there in a place like Murfreesboro, Tennessee, it's everywhere.
- 52:48Let's go on with it.
- 52:49Because it's just like what you said.
- 52:50You know, we we see these videos and reports every single day right now, where ICE is just disappearing people off the street for almost no reason whatsoever, except for the fact that they have skin.
- 53:05Yeah, that their color of their skin.
- 53:07A couple of things here.
- 53:09I don't recall seeing videos of ice disappearing just anybody off the street.
- 53:14And it's not because of the color of their skin either.
- 53:17It's because the crimes that they have committed.
- 53:20They are criminals.
- 53:21I'll say it again.
- 53:22They are criminals.
- 53:24And these people, Ed Raymer and Matt Fee, they are lost.
- 53:28They have no idea what they're talking about.
- 53:31Doesn't look like they should be here.
- 53:33Right.
- 53:33Right?
- 53:33Or not that they shouldn't be here, but that, you know, they're No, they don't think they should be.
- 53:38They just assume I'm called what they just assume that they're, you know, undocumented.
- 53:43And ladies and gentlemen, I want to say this.
- 53:45I I don't want to put any words in the chairman of the Democrat Party's mouth.
- 53:50I don't mean to do that.
- 53:52But I'm telling you, this bunch is dangerous.
- 53:55This bunch.
- 53:56He's talking about you.
- 53:57He's talking about Donald Trump.
- 53:59He's talking about ICE.
- 54:01He's talking about everybody that would have illegal immigrants taken out of this country.
- 54:08That's who they're talking about.
- 54:09In a small town, well, it's grown.
- 54:12It's bigger than it used to be, but it's still a good old boy network.
- 54:16In a small place like Murfreesboro, Tennessee, that voted for Donald Trump 60% compared to 40%.
- 54:24This is the narrative that is being fed to that community there on a local radio station.
- 54:30It's amazing to me.
- 54:32Someone is going to get hurt.
- 54:34Someone's going to get killed.
- 54:37Now I know you say, oh, well, that's Murphur, Tennessee.
- 54:41That couldn't let me tell you something.
- 54:43They didn't think it would happen in Washington, D.C.
- 54:45either, but it's happening.
- 54:46Yeah.
- 54:47They didn't think it would happen in Washington, D.C., but it is happening.
- 54:51What is he talking about?
- 54:52Well, he's talking about the National Guard coming into Washington, D.C.
- 54:58You see, from the left and their perspective, this is tyranny.
- 55:02They believe that Donald Trump is a dictator.
- 55:06That's what they think about Orange Man.
- 55:08And you hear it here in these voices of Ed Raymer and Matt Fee on WGNS radio.
- 55:16That's what they believe.
- 55:18That is the narrative.
- 55:19That is the information that they are putting out.
- 55:22They are putting out propaganda.
- 55:24This is not truth.
- 55:26This is propaganda.
- 55:27And now there's talk of Chicago.
- 55:29Yeah.
- 55:30And now major cities, and I've been watching the news this weekend.
- 55:33And I know, I know, okay, the cable news things, I know they need something to keep them on the air.
- 55:38But many states are now they're looking at redistricting because of the very problems we're talking about right now.
- 55:44So he thinks that the left states like California are talking about redistricting, and there's nothing to redistrict in California and Illinois.
- 55:55They have gerrymandered those states so badly that conservatives have absolutely no voice in Congress when it comes to those states because they have already gerrymandered all they can.
- 56:00Have absolutely no voice in Congress when it comes to those states because they have already gerrymandered all they can.
- 56:06The left is talking about redistricting in those states as a response to what Texas is doing.
- 56:06The left is talking about redistricting in those states as a response to what Texas is doing.
- 56:13It has nothing to do with what Ed Raymer thinks it has to do with.
- 56:13It has nothing to do with what Ed Raymer thinks it has to do with.
- 56:18I mean, they don't want to hear from the other side, right?
- 56:18I mean, they don't want to hear from the other side, right?
- 56:20Oh no.
- 56:21Redistricting is right here in this county, don't want to hear from us.
- 56:25They know that people are upset with the way that things are.
- 56:25They know that people are upset with the way that things are going, right?
- 56:31The economy, right?
- 56:33Your prices are going up.
- 56:34Right?
- 56:35Right, speaker.
- 56:36They drive me crazy.
- 56:38Thank you for joining us tonight and every night.
- 56:40And don't forget, you were told two thousand years ago that you are the salt of the earth, and salt without flavor, it has no value, so whatever you do, keep being salty.
- 56:50Have a great night.
- 56:51There is only one truth.
- 56:53You've been listening to The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott on America Out Loud ⁇
