Fort Wayne’s Public Art Commission is calling all artists to collaborate with Fairfield Terrace Belmont residents on a vibrant new mural set to grace the Restoration Center Church of God in Christ. Led by local artist and filmmaker William Bryant Rozier, this SHOUT-OUT program—funded by community contributions—prioritizes neighborhood input and co-creation.
